No, this is typically what is in my purse, a lot of this kind of stuff. But I brought you some toys. So let me tell you about some things that i have okay i want to tell
Starting point is 00:02:08 you about i have some new information about vaginas to share with you which leads me into some new intercourse techniques because your guys liked that thrust and time technique a lot do you remember that yeah they loved that thing and uh so i thought well we should keep doing more intercourse techniques and then um they loved the pumps so i brought all of the new pump accoutrement so male enhancement as i imagined would be huge for your fans and followers because if you got guns you need to have another weapon in your pants you know what i'm talking about your man cannon so uh i brought a whole bunch of new sexual biohacking um technologies to share with you i also have the Play-Doh because it kind of leads into my conversation about

I think the listeners are like, let's get back to the penis pump. Oh, really? I think so. Tell us more about the penis pump and like how it works. You did explain it last time a little bit, but maybe describe a little bit like what's it doing? Because I think a lot of people are, a lot of people think they're fake. A lot of people don't think they do anything. And some people are, I think there's some people that think it's only to increase the size of the penis.
Starting point is 00:03:41 Okay. So there's the regenerative part of it, which is reversing atrophy from aging, which means, you know how when we get, you know how we shrink when we get old? Yes. Everything shrinks. So you lose tissue volume. And when you lose tissue volume, you also lose vascularization. And when you lose vascularization, you also have nerve retraction. And so you lose sensitivity. So as you age, you want to keep regenerating and you want to bring more blood flow into the penis so that the blood flow, the blood carrying capacity of the penis stays really strong. So there's a lot of nice veins so that you can get a lot of blood in there so that you can keep a very firm erection. And then when you have a lot of blood, you also have a lot of nerve endings. So you have a lot
Starting point is 00:04:31 more pleasurable sensation in your penis as well. And that's essentially what a pump does, but you can reverse atrophy and then you can keep on going. So there's like the regenerative piece that moves into the bio hacking piece or the male enhancement piece, which is that over time, as you pump, you are doing tiny little bits of micro damage to the tissue, which your body then repairs. And as it repairs, it lays down fresh new tissue and capillaries and nerve endings. And as it does that, it keeps growing. So for the same way that you use the, whew, look at you. Starting point is 00:05:16 I was noticing Andrew. He's, I mean, Mark, you've always been like an incredible specimen. But you guys, I want to tell you that I have also put on some considerable guns since the last time I was here. I've been working out very hard too. I'm excited to work out with you. But yeah, you had to take off your clothes and interrupt me. Jeez. But essentially with pumping, if you want to take it to enhancement, you get past that, like I returned to where I was when I was young. and now I want to do biohacking or male enhancement. You keep pumping.
Starting point is 00:05:48 And the reason that guys have been skeptical about pumping is a couple of reasons. Number one, they didn't have a protocol that worked well. There's also those old-school cheat pumps that I hear a lot of people have used. And they bought pumps that didn't have a release valve that wasn't sized right for their penis. You want a cylinder. These are like, how many? One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight. And there are even larger ones.
Starting point is 00:06:11 Yeah, Wolfer's using number eight, dog. The fuck? Yeah, why'd you buy a penis? Return it! I was just emailing with a guy who has a ten and a half inch penis. And he had to go to the Kaplan company and we had to work with him to get the one of their largest was his name Lexington steel
Starting point is 00:06:31 and he was showing me videos of himself in the largest cylinder he had and his penis was completely filling it up and he was doing kegels and making the whole cylinder go up and down like this. It was so funny. Andrew, can you pull that clip up? I mean, I honestly think he would let you show it, but you can't. But you can't.
Starting point is 00:06:55 Yeah, like a little flex. Oh, YouTube. A little flex. They screen everything. Like, Jesus Christ. Katie Manley, a little fun on me. So male enhancement, most guys, they didn't have the right size cylinder, so it was either too loose or too small.
Starting point is 00:07:16 They couldn't get the vacuum pressure that they needed to actually gain the improvements. They didn't have a release valve. They were using a water pump, which is kind of a mess. It doesn't work as well as straight vacuum. There's a lot of contraindications for that. And then they didn't have a pumping routine. A lot of guys, they want to turn it up to level 11 and they want to pump every day for hours a day so they get their results. And as you know, we need our recovery days. We need to pump and then recover. It's like arm day, leg day, dick day. I made that mistake initially. Yes. Most guys do. Little sore initially.
Starting point is 00:07:45 Oh. Right. Absolutely. Did it too often, bro. Even after the first pump, you get a little sore. You overstretch it and get some extra skin on there, too. Exactly. You're like, that looks a little different.
Starting point is 00:07:55 Right. You don't want to get that extra skin, and you don't want to overstretch the tunica albuginea. I got to tell people, this is an amazing experiment. You got to try it. You got to try a penis pump. You literally need to try one. Yeah. Tim has been, Sir Tim, my beautiful husband of 30 years this year, who, huzzah, he has been pumping for the last three or four years now.
Starting point is 00:08:15 And it's just incredible, the transformation. One of the reasons I married him is that he had a beautiful penis. I really loved the way it looked. Congrats on your beautiful penis. He's just gotten it to be even more and more nice. And one of the things that's great about it is that it gets girthier and the girth goes, slowly goes all the way up to the tip. And the slower you draw the vacuum in, the more the girthiness spreads. If you pump straight up to your pressure that you're on in the protocol, then you make the base girthy really fast. But if you pump the vacuum up slowly during the 10-minute
Starting point is 00:08:52 pumping session, as you're holding your negative vacuum pressure, it has a chance to get through the whole penis and actually make the girth go over time uh you know to equally a little more equally so that's another like little tip the other thing i brought i brought a couple of things one is this is a head enlarger because some guys give it a sniff all these things. Be careful not to touch my face. These are only my demo things. No one ever uses them.
Starting point is 00:09:33 One of the things about different penises is that some guys have hot dogs. Some guys have thick shorties. Some guys have little tiny heads and bigger penises. Some guys have big heads and little shafts. And so depending on what you're trying to do, I like to think about it as penis sculpting, where you're actually creating the look that you want. And in all honesty, if women could do this with their breasts, they'd be so happy. But it doesn't work the same with breast tissue. It works really well with penile tissue.
Starting point is 00:10:08 The pumping, it also works with clitoral and vulval tissue. So this is a clitoris pump. Help get better stimulation? It helps draw blood in, improve reverse theatrophy, improve the nerve sensitivity, and give it more meatiness. And the bigger it is, the more surface area there is the more pleasure signals are sent to the brain the more pleasure is experienced that's why it's not bad if a woman gets on a little testosterone that's what i like i've i've i'm on testosterone and i put it directly on my clitoris and labia I also pump with the clitoral and the vulva pumps
Starting point is 00:10:46 occasionally, not often. And I've also had a number of O-shots, the PRP, into my clitoral structure. So more and more women are using these to reverse atrophy. Like PRP, like rich plasma injected directly into your clitoris? Right into my clitoris. Yes. And into my G area, that sponge. I do want to talk to you about the spongy tissue of the vulva today. Yeah. Okay. And that helps just, you know, they're sponges, so they soak in all the PRP.
Starting point is 00:11:15 And so they bring in new tissue growth to the vulva because we atrophy as well. Yeah. Have you gotten any reports back? Like, just curious, because we had Gil Hedley on the show. We were talking to you a little bit about that before he talked about like men and circumcision and how like if you're circumcised, you lose out on like a lot of pleasure. You know what I mean? And like the nerve endings on your dick are kind of dead. Right. So just curious about that head thing over there because I've never used that one. Yeah. Any reports back from guys who are circumcised? Just anything at all? Just curious. Nothing specific around circumcision, but tons of comments of delight around overall more sensation. One of the biggest issues of older men, 60 and up, is sensation loss. So a lot of people think it's desensitization, like maybe I masturbated too much or something like that, but it's actually not. It's literally nerve retraction because of vascular retraction.
Starting point is 00:12:12 So that's why also working out and eating healthy fats and using a citrulline supplement if you're over 40 is a really good idea. Something that's going to generate more nitric oxide production so you can get the blood into the penis as well. You know, a cool thing, Mark, you know occlusion training, right? This kind of reminds me of occlusion training. What is occlusion training? Within lifting, sometimes it's really good to do. If like let's say that you injured your elbow and you find it hard to do bicep curls. You can't lift heavy weight. Yes.
Starting point is 00:12:45 You'll occlude here so that when you lift, you're driving blood to the bicep, but it's not leaving that area. So you can drive a lot of blood there. I think Susan's about to climax looking at your bicep. I already did when you took his shirt off. But you can get away using much lighter load and still actually grow muscle using lighter weight because of occlusion. And it's just interesting because the penis pump, it does have the benefit of allowing you to drive a bit of extra blood to your dick. Yes. And we mentioned like when you use it for the first time, you don't realize how big that thing can get.
Starting point is 00:13:17 Yes. You're going to be impressed with yourself. Yeah. You walk a little taller. Your chest is hanging up. I really think the number one thing that you get from pumping your penis is confidence. I mean, of all the benefits, the health benefits, the biggest health benefit is confidence. You feel better.
Starting point is 00:13:38 Every woman wants to be thin and rich, and every man wants a bigger penis. That guy who's 10 and a half inches, he's still pumping. He's not like, I'm done. And so I have two new things to show you. Well, three actually, because you guys didn't know that there's an electric pump. You got me mad. I know you're like, wait a minute, I didn't get one of those. I'm like, what? Well, we better send you one then. So an electric pump is nice instead of the hand pump on the cylinders because that's going to hold the vacuum steady, which is really what you want. Ten minutes of steady vacuum holding. The second thing is, Mark, you –
Starting point is 00:14:57 You're watching your favorite anime and just be dick pumping away. We'll be on computers. Will you turn on the red light wrap for me, please, on that cylinder? Oh, this guy. Yeah. It's got a little dingle dong, and then there's a – yeah, there you go. There's like a button somewhere? So photobiomodulation – yeah, it's on that switch that's hanging from it.
Starting point is 00:15:14 Do you see right there? Yeah. Oh, so you lit up like a Christmas tree. Yeah. Yeah. So this is photobiomodulation, red light therapy, and it's really for accelerating growth while you're pumping. Because what it's doing is it's stimulating the mitochondria to generate more ATP and therefore aid recovery. You can also wrap it directly on your penis and you can put it directly on your testicles and that will generate more mitochondrial action in the latex cells, which are what produces your testosterone.
Starting point is 00:15:48 So photobiomodulation is standard fare in the sexual biohacking sphere, and it's a very good add-on to the general pumping. And then I have this traction device. Are you going to take that? It pulls you apart? What it does is it essentially tractions underneath. It's got like springs on it.
Starting point is 00:16:09 Yeah. Or a socket. Pass it over. Yes. So what you do is you wear this for 30 minutes before your pumping session. For some guys, they want to get extra length.
Starting point is 00:16:20 And by the way, there are stanchions that are even longer than those. So for guys that are even bigger, we have extra large stanchions. This thing's great. You got to check this out, Andrew. I'll check it out. And you wear that for 30 minutes before your pumping session.
Starting point is 00:16:33 And what it does is it basically tugs on the tissue. It's very comfortable to wear. You can actually wear it like if you were wearing one right now. Yeah. I wouldn't know. I wouldn't be able to tell it unless you had on very tight workout clothes. So you can wear it around, but never for more than a half an hour. Wear it for a half an hour before your pumping routine, and it will elongate at a length in the penile shaft faster than just the two-cylinder pumping system.
Starting point is 00:17:01 You guys remember when we had Leo on Longevity on the show when he was talking about the ghetto ass bib hanger and the bib hanger like was working, but like that looks, it is a bib hanger, but better. Yes. So that's interesting. I don't recommend jelking or weights. And the reason that I don't is that I talked to a thousand guys a year about pumping. And I mean, it's a big, I'm like the queen of peeing. This is a big part of my world and guys need somebody to talk to and they want me to like, look at what
Starting point is 00:17:35 they have and tell them what can be done. And I really don't mind that, but please don't send it into my Instagram. I do have to say that because I don't mind having the photos, but I don't like it when it comes in without a request. Yeah. Some sort of announcement. Yeah, I know. I have to say that. I don't want to get my account shut down because then I can't help people. So you can get as big as you want and not have to worry about it. So you can have all the size that you want without having any complaints from your partner or worry. She can relax that it's not going to be too much for her. Though one of the things that I have learned over time, you know, I'm 62 now and I'm having the best sex of my life and I'm really proud of that. And one of the things that I have learned is that as you age and as you have experience with intercourse, you can start to really enjoy deeper penetration than you did when you were younger. It's like you get more activation of sensation in your vaginal cave.

So this is what a vagina actually looks like. And it tents up and gets bigger when it gets engorged.
Starting point is 00:23:23 And it has a little dimple at the top where the cervix comes down and it has this little neck and it has this little sphincter muscle. It's called the introital sphincter. So when you're thinking about a vagina, it's not like the inside out penis. You know, the actual word for vagina is, you can make, the actual word for vagina comes from the root word of sheath, which is like the sheath that a sword would go in. And so I think a lot of people think about the vagina as an inside out penis, but it's really a whole cave. And every part of the, every part of the cave likes to be stimulated. And every part of the external vulva likes to be stimulated. There was a study recently that I thought was really interesting where a practitioner touched women on their breasts, their nipples, their vulva, their clitoris.
Starting point is 00:24:25 What kind of study was this? Legality-wise. A clinical study. A clinical study. A clinical study. That's cool. Yes. And the vaginal opening, the introital sphincter.
Starting point is 00:24:36 And they had to say, did that, when I was touched there, did it feel, what did you feel, basically? And women would tell them what they felt in each place that they were touched. And for most women, they either felt, if you netted it all out and just made it simple, they either felt numb, they felt shame, they felt pain, or they felt pleasure. And the place that they felt the most pleasure was actually the opening to the vagina. And the place that they felt the second most pleasure was the tip of the clitoris. But most of those other areas weren't pleasurable at all. And it was only 50% of people who said that the vaginal area was pleasurable.
Starting point is 00:25:20 Only half the women. All the rest was pain, shame, numb. And only 40% felt anything in the clitoral area. And I looked at that study and I thought to myself, that's because no one ever touched those areas of their body in a way that was pleasurable and safe and that they didn't feel ashamed about it. that was pleasurable and safe and that they didn't feel ashamed about it. And one of the things that I've been doing since I saw you guys last year is I've been working on this concept of orgasmic activation. Because women don't understand, and their partners, people, we're not taught about how much erectile tissue is in the female genital system, the yoni. That's my word that you know I like because it's that tantric lovemaking word that to me represents the whole female pleasure
Starting point is 00:26:14 system, not just the clitoris or the vagina. It's like getting all that tissue really going. And so one of the things that I was thinking might be fun is if you're willing to play with me. We got a little bit of Play-Doh over here. Might be a hard one. I haven't seen this since I was a child. I thought what we could do is we could turn a penis into a clitoris. Okay.
Starting point is 00:26:40 Because it's exactly the same amount of erectile tissue in a penis. We're playing God today. How many of these do we need to open for this? It's bigger. Better if we have two because then there's enough material that you can see it on the video on YouTube. Okay. Starting point is 00:27:01 I don't want to take you off your train of thought, you mentioned that they some of them felt pain in certain areas so like where was the like pain random and just random any particular place for every any any every woman had their own areas that were shame pain numb instead of pleasure if you touch any part of my vulva, it's pleasure for me. Okay. I wonder how many women in the study had children. I wonder if that makes a difference for people. I think it's about the fact that this tissue has never been activated and neural pathways have not gone to the brain and registered as safe pleasure. Okay, safe pleasure. Yeah, because I know things like breastfeeding and stuff, a lot of times very painful.
Starting point is 00:27:54 When they don't latch on well, it can be. And then your nipples also do get sore. Right, exactly. So make a penis. That's your basic penis. It's like the easiest thing in the world to make by Play-Doh. We are all penile sculptors today. So here is your typical penis.
Starting point is 00:28:16 And what's interesting about it is that half of your penis sticks out of your body. There's your penis and your glands. I could have made that glands. I'm going to make a bulbous glands. That's half of it. And then half of it is your buried shaft. Are you making a little face on yours? I'm not making a face.
Starting point is 00:28:34 I'm just making a head. I know. Taking it serious. I love it. It's going to make mine kind of chubby. Lots of girth. Yeah. So this is it and everything in here except the skin and the
Starting point is 00:28:47 tunica albuginea a couple of you know some capillaries a couple of blood vessels that's it it's all spongy tissue it's basically like a banana's worth of spongy tissue inside your penis half sticks out half goes in now take a third of it and make little, what we're going to make are the clitoral arms that just basically look like this. So it's just one and cut it. Make two big bulbous like angel wings like this. Straight up nightmare fool. Just had us make a dick and then cut it in thirds. I'm just thinking this reminds me so much of kindergarten.
Starting point is 00:29:44 But it's fascinating when you see what the clitoral structure actually looks like. Now take – I'm going to say take – We're ripping the dick again. The rest of your dick, take three – make three balls. One, two, three. Three little balls. Three little pieces. Take one of the pieces and make a little tiny penis with it. Stick those little wings, the first wings you made, on top.
Starting point is 00:30:12 So now you have the arms of the clitoris, the clitoral shaft and glands. Now take the second. Got it? Yes. That. Good. That. Good. Okay. Uh-huh.
Starting point is 00:30:27 Now take the second little ball that's left and make another little tube just like this. Okay. That goes underneath the clitoris. Take the third one and make a ball that goes underneath the second tube now it looks like that yeah good and now put yep and now put those little wings
Starting point is 00:31:01 right back there. This is essentially, I'm going to rebuild it so I can get it all right for you. There we go. There we go. Rebuilding it. Yes. Here, there's my, so that is all clitoral tissue. It's the vestibular bulbs, the arms, which are called cora, the shaft, the glands,
Starting point is 00:31:28 the urethral sponge, and the perineal sponge. My pussy does not look nearly as good as yours. I know, because mine's so pretty. This is where the vaginal opening is, right in here. So there's a sponge above it. That's what people call the G-spot, but it's actually a tube. This is the perineal sponge that's on the bottom of the vagina. These little arms are on the sides of the vagina.
Starting point is 00:31:56 Here's the clitoral shaft, the little penis we have, and the little tip, the glands. And these are the little vestibular bulbs that are underneath the labia on each side. This whole thing is what's in your penis. This whole same amount of tissue is in our yoni. So when we're focused only on the entrance to the vagina, or we're focused only on the tip of the clitoris, we're not getting all of this filled with blood. And when it's not filled with blood, it's like making love to a woman with a flaccid penis. It doesn't feel as good to her. And the thing is that for you guys, you have what are called fast acting hemodynamics. That means the blood, it shoots straight into that chamber really fast. And so within a minute or two, like basically see a boob and boom, you're ready to go. Within a minute or two, like basically see a boob and boom, you're ready to go.
Starting point is 00:32:48 For the female body, we've got all these nooks and crannies. So it just takes longer for the blood, our arousal to bring the blood to our pelvic bowl and to flow into that tissue about 20 minutes. And so that's why when people think about sex as foreplay and sex and everything's driven toward intercourse and like, I've got an erection, let's go. And she's not ready and she's not fully engorged and all that tissue isn't plumped up, then it doesn't send the same amount of signals to her brain, which is her biggest sex organ. So she can't feel the pleasure that she could be feeling. And so women's number one issue is that they don't get the engorgement. They're rushed to intercourse when they need all that stuff we call foreplay to fill those chambers much more. So holding her, touching her, telling her you love and adore her, kissing her, playing with her breasts, stroking her body, orally pleasuring her, manually pleasuring her, doing all of those things gives her the
Starting point is 00:33:55 time to get her lady boner. And then it's all like, it's like, that's when she has mind blowing sex. That's when she can have an orgasm from intercourse, which is a learned skill that all women can do. And so I think that that's like a, now that you think about it, and you're like, oh, wow, that's a lot of, you know, like, if you put the clitoral body in your hand, it would cover your hand. If I took every part that is erectile tissue out of a female body and laid it in your hand, it would cover it. And we're thinking it's this little tip. And then we're thinking the vagina is just a, instead of, let's go all the places. Am I like a gunwale or a pool cue? Am I activating all that stuff? Am I going deeply? Am I, you know, like the thrust and time technique? Am I altering my deep strokes and my shallow strokes? Am I doing slow things? You know, there's so many different ways that you can
Starting point is 00:35:00 pleasure her to get her to a level of satisfaction that she's never gotten to before by just knowing some of these simple things. So thank you for letting me come here and tell so many caring men who follow you and are the kind of guys that love bodies, are good with bodies generally, and who want to be the best men they can can because this is my kind of guy who's like, yes, I'm glad you told me that. I'm going to slow down and I'm really going to work on getting everything plump for her. What about maybe some people are thinking that their lady is maybe a little bit the opposite, that they maybe don't need some of these things. Would you still advise to try it? You know, just try it. Like, I think, you know, some of what you brought us last time was like, hey, let's just stop being so uptight
Starting point is 00:35:57 and let's just kind of like... Play. Yeah. Let's just try some shit out here and there. Yeah. When you say maybe she doesn't need it, what things were you thinking in your mind? Give me more examples. Just like that some women maybe just want sex. Intercourse? Just like kind of straight up, yeah, intercourse.
Starting point is 00:36:15 They don't know what they don't know. They don't know what I know. I would have them be willing to experiment with engorgement and slowing down and activating more areas of their vulva, awakening the neural pathways. Because if they already love sex and they're already happy and they're kind of rushing to intercourse, it could be that they're under the idea that this is what they're supposed to do and this is how it is. And you know, none of the people in this room do things how it's supposed to do and this is how it is. And you know, none of the people in this room do things how it's supposed to be. We figure out what we want it to be. We use the latest data, the latest knowledge, the latest techniques, and we experiment. So I would say
Starting point is 00:36:56 that a woman who is like kind of closed-minded and she's just like, let's just have intercourse, she's just leaving so much pleasure on the table that I would encourage her partner to try to allow her, get her to allow herself to slow down and to experience more things. Improving your sleep quality is as easy as shipping your mouth. And what I mean by that is putting some tape on, breathing through your nose will increase your sleep quality. It's no longer just something that only the bros do. It's now been researched and people understand that if you can breathe through your nose while you're asleep, you'll have better sleep quality and you will wake up more rested. Hoss's tape is also really awesome because I know what I used to do. I used to use a little bit of a cheaper tape and every time I'd wake up in the morning, the tape would be somewhere else on the bed or on my face,
Starting point is 00:37:40 but it wouldn't be on my mouth anymore. But Hoss's tape, if you have a beard or if you don't, will stay comfortably on your mouth all through the night. How how would you suggest like if there are people who are listening to this and they're like, yeah, you know, but the way I have sex right now, it works. It's great. Right. And we have fun, whatever. Yeah. How would you encourage them to open some of these things up? Because sexual
Starting point is 00:38:29 dialogue between couples is different. Some couples are super open verbally about trying new things. And sometimes when somebody wants to try something new, it's kind of shut down or it feels awkward. How can, how would you suggest people try to loosen up this process? Yeah. How would you suggest people try to loosen up this process? Yeah. Sexual communication is the foundation of great sex, like arousal is the foundation of super hot turn on. And so the communication is a skill that we learn. And you have to begin as beginners and you have to start small and work your way up to complete and total honesty and be able to say anything you want, anytime you want, express your desires.
Starting point is 00:39:12 And then you begin to start coming up with fun, crazy ideas you never thought of. And your partner's like, I'd have never thought of that in a million years, but it sounds super hot. I'm game. That's where you're getting to. You don't start there. And so there is a requirement that you can sustain uncomfortable sensations in your body, but you can. And you get better with that at practice. Like anything, when you're building anything, there's work involved. I do not have to tell you that. It all works the same in life. And there are people for whom sex is a closed subject. And it is because they have been brought up in a closed-minded home, culture, and it's not
Starting point is 00:40:08 their fault. Kind of like sex is kind of a bad thing. Or it's like it's something that it's only for the confines of like the bedroom. That's where you keep it. That's where you talk about it. Or don't talk about it. And you can talk about it in the bedroom behind closed doors. That's the perfect time. That's why I like to teach
Starting point is 00:40:24 not just dirty talk, but pillow talk, sensual talk, adoration, appreciation, gratitude, fantasy sharing, and something I call sharing favorite frames, which is, hey, you know, the last time we made love, you want to hear my favorite part? Yeah, tell me. Well, it was that moment when, and you explain what that is. And they're like, are you kidding me? That was your favorite part? Yeah, tell me. Well, it was that moment when, and you explain what that is, and they're like, are you kidding me? That was your favorite part? Yeah, that was my favorite part. Oh, good to know. That just helps you grow as a couple together too. So there's a lot of kinds of bedroom communication. Actually, the thing I'm working on now, so last year,
Starting point is 00:41:00 since I've seen you, I've been working on orgasmic intercourse and I've put all my techniques at orgasmicintercourse.com. So we can't go into all of them now, but if the things I've been saying are resonating with anyone who's watching us, you can get that. And I've been working on orgasmic cross-training, activating all of the different parts of our pleasure centers using the eight kinds of tools that activate the entire vulva vagina complex, the yoni, and the four kinds of pleasure tools that activate the penis, prostate, testicle axis. So now the next thing I'm working on, and I don't have a name for it. You know how I have great names for everything? You know, like orgasmic activation and orgasmic intercourse and things like that. I don't know
Starting point is 00:41:50 what to call this. So if you have any ideas, I'm really open, but it's essentially this sexual communication ascension model. That's my name for it, which is where do you start? What are the baby steps in communication? And then what's the next thing and the next thing and the next thing and the next thing until you are having such great conversation and you're so expressed and you're so connected through that, that you've massively deepened your intimacy and pleasure together as a partner, as partners. It almost sounds like you need like a card game or something, you know, just to get,
Starting point is 00:42:27 that's a good idea. Just to get people going with the wording, you know, what is it? Is it cards against humanity? Yeah. Like an adult game, right? Yeah. I think maybe something like that would, you know, it might be a surprise. Somebody gets a certain word and, you know, they read it in front of everybody or whatever
Starting point is 00:42:46 and other people kind of weigh in on what they like and don't like. You know what I mean? That's a great idea. I will explore that. Thank you. I like it. Yeah. Good.
Starting point is 00:42:54 What would – so you mentioned, you know, how a partner could maybe take their time and maybe kind of, you know, work on these other areas where maybe some women haven't experienced pleasure before. What are some things that women can do to, I guess, make themselves a little more sensitive to some of these things, like the males using the penis pump? You did mention there's, you can pump like the clitoris and stuff like that. But what about like breasts and things like that? Do you, did you read my mind? I mean, it's almost like, it's almost like I asked you to.
Starting point is 00:43:31 That's where you're going next. No, it's literally like I asked you to ask me that. That's so good. Okay. So here's, now I'm going to tell you and Seema what I brought today. It's like you're sticking all this stuff on the table. What is this? So here's what I brought for you. This is my new favorite thing.
Starting point is 00:43:47 This is what we all had in mind when we were talking about getting a podcast together, though, right? Yeah. Right, guys? Yeah. Amen. Good. I know. So what Mark put on was essentially what you put on the penis or the vulva. It's the awakening oil. And the awakening oil starts that endocannabinoid cascade signaling the brain, the biggest sex organ, to be like, oh, there's pleasure happening here. It goes right on the skin. You just put a little coating on the vulva, the clitoris, the mons, the outer labia, the inner labia, the vestibule, the perineum, and you don't need a lot. And then if you're

But I love that barbarian feeling. I'm addicted to that like – Accomplishment.
Starting point is 00:49:32 That I feel. That's what I like the best in working out is that like give me all the grocery bags. Like I just want to lift heavy things. I love the sled. I love all these things now. And I didn't do these things ever in my life until I was in my 60s. What encouraged you to do more of it? Recovering from COVID.
Starting point is 00:49:52 And that was what helped me. I could barely walk up a flight of stairs. I was emaciated but fat. And I just said, I've got to get a trainer. And once I got a trainer and he was fantastic and he got me back on my feet. And then he started doing every – he soon had me flipping tires and suicide ropes and all kinds of things and pulling sleds. And I just – I love everything. Bench presses, squats, every – I love it all so much.
Starting point is 00:50:22 So it changed my life. Completely changed my life. What do you think was something that allowed you to enjoy anal sex? Having a partner who really knew what he was doing. I think that was it. Some other guys were just trying to go right in there. I think it was just confidence and competence, trust and relaxation, no pressure and being willing to just try it. Also, he had a smaller penis than my husband.
Starting point is 00:50:52 So he's one of my extracurricular partners. And Tim's like, oh, I'd been happy to give you a penis. I'm like, I don't know, baby. That seems like a lot. You're like, relax, Tim. Let me work my way up to it. As a sexpert, I do have other lovers because it's my job and my joy to have new experiences and learn things from other partners. I do it completely safely. They're completely tested. They're screened in and monogamous to
Starting point is 00:51:20 me or to me and whoever is their other partner. So I'm playing at a very high level of love and safety and innovation. So I do want to say that as well, because some people can get triggered. Like, how could you have sex with other people besides your husband? Well, I've been married to my husband and he adores me and has for 30 years. And we have incredible sex together. But I am also able to have incredible sex with other people. And that suits my lifestyle. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:51:48 Does that get tricky sometimes? Has it been difficult to navigate? We have been married for 30 years and we've been open for more than we haven't. So we've been through all kinds of things together. But we've been through all kinds of things together in our marriage, like almost losing our home because we ran out of money trying to get personal life media off the ground. And, you know, we just ran out of cash. We've had serious illnesses where I've almost passed because I was so ill and I had to build myself back. I didn't know if I would ever work again. I didn't know if I'd ever walk upstairs again.
Starting point is 00:52:23 So through thick and through thin, we get through everything. So have there been difficult moments in relating with others? Of course there have. It comes up. You're talking about delicate human beings. But we always prevail. We always work through. Do you sometimes end up being a little bit of like a marriage counselor?
Starting point is 00:52:43 Does that happen sometimes? Do you sometimes end up being a little bit of like a marriage counselor? Does that happen sometimes? I really, I am so glad that I'm not a therapist. I don't really have a lot of patience for fixing broken emotional issues. I'm much better in the plus up, how to have more fun, more pleasure. So I'm not really called to fixing emotional issues and traumas and things like that. I think those are often best left to the professionals who are trained. So you don't end up with like a couple necessarily. You might end up with one person from one side asking you some questions rather than like – because I'm just kind of picturing in my head, like, you would probably be able to help a couple out quite a bit. Because if you can fix what's going on in the bedroom, you can fix a lot
Starting point is 00:53:30 of things. I don't see clients. I'm a publisher of passionate lovemaking techniques, and I run a supplement company. So I don't see anybody one on one. What I do is I answer anybody's questions. And I have for decades, whoever slides into my DMs or is on my email newsletter and replies to any email and asks me a question gets an answer from me. And I think that's made me good at what I do because I've gotten questions from people all over the world for decades across the gender spectrum from every kind of religious background and social construct. And what I find is that the basic issues of humanity or the basic issues of humanity, it all kind of nets out in the end of the things we know and don't know. And so I just answer people for free and give them advice.
Starting point is 00:54:17 And my number one thing that I say is, let me know how it goes. Yeah. Because I need the feedback to see if my advice worked or not. And so sometimes we're going back and forth over time as they solve the problem. And sometimes the problem is that that's not the right partner, but that's hardly ever. It's almost always what you talked about earlier, which was having the courage, being able to withstand the discomfort of something new and staying in that state. Yeah, it's really that. Sticking with it.

Starting point is 00:55:45 I guess it's kind of more along the lines of that therapy side of things. But I guess any tips and advice for a married couple that just recently had a son? My son's two years old right now. He'll be three. And something that I had – obviously I knew it was going to happen where like, oh, shit, a lot of our attention goes to him, and it's a lot less to each other. It would be so nice to, like, have that one night where, like, I don't have to worry about the kid, and, like, I can really, like, you know, we can have our time together, and we can have whatever, like, experience, sexual experience that we've been, like, thinking about. But because we have the kiddo, it's always like, hey, it's got to be a quickie again. It's like, fuck, okay, okay okay i'll take what i can get but do you ever like have like or do you yeah do you have advice for couples married couples whatever couples that have like a toddler around for making the time for love making so that way
Starting point is 00:56:35 they don't ever lose that spark and i'm not saying that we are because we are always trying to figure that out but it's like like shit man this hard. Well, it sounds to me like you're very lucky that your wife is at least prioritizing some intimacy. And this toddler time will pass. And it is difficult. And you do have to juggle it. And most of the time when guys ask me that question, what they say is, my wife has no interest in sex, and I'm worried that we'll ever have sex again. I'm not hearing that from you. And so I don't think you have anything to worry about. To that guy, who's probably more common in your listener base and your fan base,
Starting point is 00:57:18 what I tell him is, yoni massage. Give without expecting to get. Don't give to get. Give her pleasure. Keep all that, keep this tissue plumped up by putting on the oil, putting on the Awaken, and then adding the sex oil. She may not need to have the melts at this time. She may not be ready for that. But the more that you selflessly offer her pleasure, relaxation that begins to get her back climbing the arousal ladder, the more that she's going to say, hey, you know what? I think I would like to make love right now. And when she doesn't, if you can be like, babe, if you just need to roll over and go to sleep, if she's all like snoring from the yoni massage and you just pull those
Starting point is 00:58:05 little covers up over her shoulder and kiss her cheek and tuck her in and let her get that rest she needs, she'll be yours. When the toddler neediness ends, she'll remember all the selfless pleasure that you gave her without needing it your own. Because frankly, as a man, it's very easy for you to masturbate. You masturbate almost every day anyway. So it's not like you're going to, you know, go without because you don't have intercourse. But you've got to keep the flame. You've got to keep the fire smoldering without expectation. That's the trick.
Starting point is 00:58:42 without expectation. That's the trick. You net more sex by giving your woman pleasure without expectation than if you just make her a big offer for sex. The seduction trilogy, we talked about that the last time I was here, the four keys to seduction, where you make a woman small offers
Starting point is 00:59:02 and get her on the yes train, and then you make her bigger and bigger offers. You're ready for intercourse. She's not. You know how, you guys have probably heard the responsive versus spontaneous levels of desire. Generally, the male body, you're testosterone dominant, you have nocturnal erections, You wake up with morning wood. You masturbate daily or reasonably similarly to that. And you've got all this great testosterone all the time. So you're just like, you're ready to go. You're just all like, and she's not like that because she's on a 28-day cycle, even after menopause. She needs relaxation to begin her arousal. She doesn't have the testosterone levels
Starting point is 00:59:46 that you do. She's not usually masturbating every day. And so you have to come turn around, come back and meet her where she is and give her that, get her out of her head, get her into her body because she's estrogen dominant. So her, her, she's worried about everything. You know, you know how your wives worry about everything and you're there like the you know you're like babe i got you like that's what we need you guys for because estrogen we don't walk in the world safely like you do you know somebody said to me how can you how can you be so sexually self-expressed how can you be be so confident about yourself? How can you be out there talking about, I'm 62, having the best sex of my life. You want to see my OnlyFans? You know,
Starting point is 01:00:30 like that kind of, like, how can you be that person? It's Sir Tim. He is the, he's the rock. He's my protection. He's my encourager. He's the one who's like, baby, I just love everything about you. Why don't you just let the world see all this incredibleness of you? And so when you have a partner like that, who's got you, that's what we women really, we need to be able to surrender to our pleasure in the safety of your loving arms. And I think that if you're there for your wife through this hard time that ain't going to last forever, she's just going to be like, God, I love that guy. I love him so much.
Starting point is 01:01:10 You should see what a nice job he does giving me a yoni massage on demand. I've got unlimited yoni massages on demand. And when that happens, she's close to you. She's thinking about you. She's appreciating you. Yeah. And one thing that I was not expecting, well, I'm grateful that I was kind of already taking that approach, but like, I guess I'll say the word is like fulfillment in doing
Starting point is 01:01:33 that. Like, don't worry about me. Like I'll take care of you and it's all good. Like, well, I'll figure it out later. Like, you know, just like you said, it's like, oh, I can just go mash, whatever it may be. And I i and i worry that a lot of dudes are going to hear that and be like oh you're simping or that sounds like a simp move but it's dude it is incredible when you can just like loving almost on demand get take care of your girl and then move on with your day or whatever it may be and then yeah you create such an incredible bond with that and it's been like yeah it's actually been amazing. And so like, even though I am like asking like, Hey, advice on how to get over this one hurdle, but that one hurdle we'll call it has created so many other opportunities that I was not expecting. And it's
Starting point is 01:02:14 been awesome. So like, I'm super grateful for that, but along the same lines, because this is another thing that just freaks me out because my little dude he will run around everywhere he's a he's a ninja and sometimes when we sneak off i'm worried he's gonna walk in on us um is do you have any advice if that does happen like again he's only two so i'm pretty sure he won't remember but like if kids walk in on you as you're having sex like is there a conversation to have like how do you how do you approach that without, like, traumatizing your poor kid? Depends on what kind of sex they're walking in on. Well, yeah, I guess so. Yeah. Mommy and daddy are having intimate time and we're being very
Starting point is 01:02:55 close right now. You need to let us have some time without you. It's time for you to go in the other room and play. When the door is shut, please knock and don't come in again without that. Mommy and I just need time together sometimes. That simple. One of the biggest wounds that people carry about their sexuality to a person is, my parents never told me about sex,
Starting point is 01:03:19 demonstrated that they were intimate. You know, we never had these conversations. People feel like they grew up in a stoic, loveless household. And what I tell everyone is it wasn't your parents' job actually to teach you about sex. They didn't know. We're learning these things now. Like, who knew women had as much erectile tissue as men or what the vaginal cave really looks like and how it likes to be pleasured. This is all just brand new information. It's our job to learn. Our sexuality is a part of our personal growth and maturation. Our sex life gets better
Starting point is 01:03:53 as we age. If we do sexual biohacking like pumping, gains waves, the femi waves, the red light, the nitric oxide, and frankly, the phoria massaging. Because when we're using and activating all this pleasure, it's just the blood flow works really well. And we get to have great sex till the day we die. We were born sexual and we die sexual if we don't tamp it down. But it's our job to lift ourselves up and to expand our own sexuality. It was never our parents' job. That being said, your son will appreciate the fact that you held his mother and kissed his mother and that he knew you were intimate, that you had a good, solid bond. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:04:47 I'd say also just real quick on the topic of having kids and stuff like that. I think a lot of times both parents end up doing a lot when you have a child. And so guys that are listening that maybe aren't getting as much as they'd like, first of all, I think it's good to communicate. But even before the communication, I think action is the most important thing. So if you can do a little bit more shit and take a little bit of that stress off of your wife, you've said that women tend to worry a little bit more, right? So what are these worries? What are these concerns? Can you wash the dishes?
Starting point is 01:05:21 Can you do the laundry? Can you, like, wherever you can the laundry can you like wherever you can whatever way you can chip in like that will get recognized that will get noticed and you're not trying to barter but you're trying just to take one more thing off off of someone's plate so that they're just doing less and they're going to have more energy for you yeah i think a big gem though is that that doing things without any expectation thing right there because like if as a dude if you think about it it'd be great if like all the time your girl just came and was like let me suck your dick real quick and with no expectation right yeah right and she just did that all the time so it's
Starting point is 01:05:51 like if you think about putting yourself in that situation and you're just like let me just do little things let me massage let me let me just put a eat you out without doing anything for myself right doing that a little bit over time she'll be like i want to do these for you too you know what i mean and if you do it for a long ass time and you're getting nothing for months, maybe there's something else. If you're trying really, right, and you're not expecting anything and there's nothing for a long time, okay, maybe there's something else. But if you put in that effort as a guy, shoot, she'll probably want to put in the same type of effort when you're in a loving relationship. Yeah. The more you put in, the more you get out.
Starting point is 01:06:23 That's how it works. And one of these days she'll tip over into appreciation and gratitude for all the beautiful pleasure that you've given her and she'll be turned on again and she'll see you and she'll be like, oh yeah. One of the things that I love is the soulmate embrace where for women who are particularly nervous or strung out in some way and they just need to be calmed, holding her and holding her for a long time until she really relaxes will actually allow her saliva to flow. She might have some tearing up. She'll want to get a few things off of her chest. And then what will happen is her breasts will actually let down almost like when you're breastfeeding and you can kind of feel the milk coming down you'll feel the sensation in your
Starting point is 01:07:12 breasts and then you'll feel the flow of the blood plasma into your pelvic bowl which wets through the vaginal mucosal lining and lubricates your genital system, you'll start to feel all of that happen. It's a cascade effect. And she can't get that till she's calm. It doesn't happen. That's a thing where guys are like, what buttons do I push? What dials do I spin? And we go immediately for the vagina. Right. Exactly. Grab them by the... That that doesn't work that's like the example of the worst lover in the world where a man who holds his woman until she can calm he's co-regulating with her he's breathing to in a way that allows her to match her breath to his and calm herself down and then everything starts to flow and she looks at him and she's like
Starting point is 01:08:05 oh you are my guy i do love you yes i would like you to kiss my cheeks and my eyelids now i want to kiss your mouth you know and then it goes from there do you uh get blood work done regularly i do um and what like you did have mentioned, testosterone. What do you think testosterone is doing for you? And what do you maybe encourage other women to look at when it comes to something like testosterone? Yeah, I love testosterone. I take a combination of estrogen, testosterone, and progesterone. I put the estrogen intravaginally. So I take my bioidentical estrogens into my vagina in a little shea buttercream. That keeps the vaginal mucosal lining nice and thick so that it holds more moisture and I'm very lubricated.
Starting point is 01:08:55 How much testosterone do you take? Oh, gosh. Do you know the milligram amount? I don't remember it off the top of my head. Is it daily? And it's just this little click pen. And I use it almost daily. And I put it on my clitoris and my labial lips. And that's how I take my testosterone.
Starting point is 01:09:10 So the click pen, what does that do? Yeah, it dispenses the shea cream, the shea butter with the testosterone compounded in it. And I don't remember what it is. But my testosterone blood level was about 250, 275 most recently on my test. And that feels good to me. The benefits for me are muscle, mass. I have guns, like actually some biceps that stick up and triceps. For the first time in my life, I have that.
Starting point is 01:09:39 That's great. And I think a lot of that was the cardio strength training, but a lot of it was also the VASPR system. I love that VASPR system. All my thighs, my waist, the sides of my breast, my arms, there are networks of blood vessels from doing that, which is incredible. VASPR system. But the – yeah, I'll explain that to you. It uses Katsu blood flow restraint. Oh, yes.
Starting point is 01:10:04 And it's like an elliptical it's what yeah it's what we were explaining earlier about the uh occlusion yes okay it's an occlusion bike it is an occlusion machine that thing rowing machini bike thing i think it's tough it's fantastic it's hit it's a 21 minute hit program and i do it three times a week and then often I'll follow it with cryotherapy in a negative 124 degree meat locker for five minutes and then I'll do red light photobiomodulation bed for 20 minutes the combination is really good because I get a testosterone I get an endocrine cascade of lower night cortisol testosterone and growth hormone I'm going to start taking growth hormone again I was just I just got back from the Longevity
Starting point is 01:10:45 Fest, and it's a doctor's show. It's mostly MDs that go, and it's focused on longevity obs. And Dr. Terry Hurtigie, who's a Belgian hormone doctor, one of the world's preeminent hormone doctors, he just wrote a book on growth hormone, and he presented the data and the findings. And pretty much so much of what's happening to us as we age is because of our loss of growth hormone. And I get a fair amount of production of growth hormone from doing VASPR and my workouts, which I love. But I'd like to have a little bit more. I can see now in my early 60s, my aging is accelerating, and I want to reverse that. So the things that testosterone does for me, muscle mass, it lowers my voice a little. I like that sound of my voice when it's a little lower. That sounds more like me to myself. Question. As you age, though, doesn't the
Starting point is 01:11:46 voice get a little bit lower anyway? It could. It could. It could. I don't know. Okay. So I like that. I like that it gives me balls. I mean, I'm the CEO of two companies. I'm a rainmaker. I'm a revenue driver. I'm a deal doer. This is what I have to do. Plus, I'm all my content production, all my books and programs and videos and all that stuff. 44 books, you said. 44 so far and counting till I, maybe I'm making a card deck next. And, um, so I like the, the, the confidence. It's not even assertiveness. It's, I mean, maybe that's how it comes off. I guess that might be how it comes off to people, but it's, it's I mean maybe that's how it comes off I guess that might be how it comes off to people but it's it's a lot I just like to be who I am without worrying about it I like to hang out with people who love me for who I am and I don't like to make any excuses or filter myself and so one of the
Starting point is 01:12:40 reasons I love to come to be with you guys is I get that feeling from you where you're just like I don't know I like that girl. That girl's nice. Give me some more of that Susan Bratton. You kind of give less fucks? I give less fucks. Okay. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:12:51 So testosterone gives me that as well. And of course, it's got to be good for my libido, right? I mean, I'm not willing to do a split test and go off of it. I sure like it a lot. So I like both the endogenous and exogenous hormone replacement. Any negative side effects that you noticed? Zero. I'll get one little mustache hair here and I'll back off on my hormone, off on my testosterone. If I start to see a little sprout, like if I'm looking in the mirror and I'm
Starting point is 01:13:18 like, oh, nuts. It's actually super interesting. I mean, I'm totally making this up and just thinking this in my head. I kind of think that testosterone might even be more safe for women than it is for men in some weird way. Taking, obviously, the correct dosage and stuff. Just because men, it can throw their hormones off for so long. And it could be something that might be harder for them to get back on track if they ever do want to come off and maybe have a child or something like that. But for a woman, again, if somebody is – I guess depending on their age and so forth. But if you're taking like small amounts, I just think it sounds like an amazing advantage really. Yeah, I sure like it a lot.
Starting point is 01:14:03 And I'm not replacing –'m not i'm not doing a whole bunch of testosterone i mean i'm you know at 250 275 that's reasonable that's not a crazy number so i'm not worried about it it feels good to me i feel good i feel great when you're uh when you're lifting uh you did mention the bike that you're on. Yeah. But with lifting, you mentioned flipping some tires. Are you deadlifting and squatting and bench pressing and doing all that kind of stuff? Yes, I am. Yes, I am doing all of those things.
Starting point is 01:14:34 And how long have you been doing that for? Two and a half, three years probably now. Yeah. It's made a huge difference, huh? Yeah. Yeah. I love the shape of my body. I love how my body feels.
Starting point is 01:14:48 I love, I mean, one of the things that is surprising to me is that, like, I love to just, like, grab my thigh and feel how strong it is, you know? Like, it just makes me feel, like, really, like, huh. There's some muscle there. I like that. I like that. I was always a skinny girl. And then when I got ill, I had some fat on top of being a skinny girl. Now I'm like strong. I like to mountain bike. One of my aura ring of the year little, you know, they send you the little like thing that, you know, you did all these things, you know.
Starting point is 01:15:25 And one of the little badges I got or whatever was like that I do a lot of variety of things. And I really like that too. So sometimes I ride my bike to the gym and then I work out and then I go to the longevity center and I do VASP or cryo and red light and then I ride my bike back home. So I like that combination. Is this amount of activity new for you? Yeah. I haven't ever given myself this much time to work out. But I feel like if I'm midlife now at 60 and I want to live to 100, 110, 120, then I owe myself all of this time, a couple of hours a day, to work out so that I can go the distance. What other lifestyle stuff have you maybe changed or adjusted?
Starting point is 01:16:06 Because exercise is a big part of it. You're utilizing hormones. What else is there, if anything? Well, I also cook a lot. I pretty much cook all the time. I really don't like to eat out. Nice. So I am a fantastic cook.
Starting point is 01:16:21 And I like to cook really healthy, homemade food. I eat meat. So I cook a lot homemade food. I eat a lot. I eat meat. So I cook a lot of meat. I eat very simply. I cook a lot of vegetables and I have rice and potatoes. I'm a gluten free because I'm bothered by gluten. So I never eat anything with gluten. I take a lot of supplementation of various kinds. I'm cycling through supplements often of various ones, depending on what I'm doing. I also do senolytics. So I'm working on getting rid of my senescent cells at my age. And one of the things that was interesting at the longevity conference, in addition to the speech on growth hormone, is this interesting? Yeah, it's cool. Was natural killer cells. So apparently autophagy and intermittent fasting and those kinds of
Starting point is 01:17:09 things that give you autophagy, apparently, and I did not know this, I thought when you did autophagy that it was taking those senescent cells and getting rid of them. But it is not getting rid of the senescent cells. It's getting rid of cellular debris. But it's not actually getting rid of the senescent cells and the SASP cells. Do you know what those SASP cells are? You guys talk about that sometimes? What are SASP cells? SASP cells are senescent cells that are leaking nasty stuff that signals other senescent cells to also leak nasty stuff. So they're like the
Starting point is 01:17:47 nastiest of the broken and crapped up cells. And you know, in your body bag, you only have what, 70 million, 70 trillion cells? I don't even know how many it is. And so as you age, you have more and more broken and damaged cells. And to get rid of them, you need NKs, natural killer cells. Natural killer cells are like these gangs of cells that go and take down. They'll literally gang up on a senescent cell and they'll eat it and take it away. cell and they'll eat it and take it away. And that's what they're now working on in the longevity world is taking natural killer cells from cord blood, donated umbilical blood, and they're culturing it in the lab. And then they're doing IV infusions. So they're doing all these tests of like how many million of these are the best amount and how frequently to lower the total number of senescent cells that you have. So that once you get rid of them, your body makes new fresh good cells, which is keeping you younger longer.
Starting point is 01:19:01 So the NK cell thing was a really interesting thing that was happening. And you grew some tissue in your knee. Well, as a matter of fact, I did. How the hell did you do that? You're some sort of scientist over there? So I went to Big Sky, Montana in February. I like to ski. I'm a downhill skier.
Starting point is 01:19:20 And I want to ski until in my 80s. This is my goal. downhill skier and I want to ski until in my 80s. This is my goal. And I fell on a pretty easy run. I fell. I wasn't even going very fast. And my skis went like this and I tore my ACLs in half. I tore my MCLs and I got tons of like strained muscle and muscle tissue damage and everything. And the year before when I had started doing that tire flipping and I really didn't have a good mind muscle connection yet and I hadn't really built up enough strength, I pulled the tendons off the elbows here. Medial epicondylosis is what it's called. They call it Golfert's elbow. Subsequent to both of these damages,
Starting point is 01:20:10 this tendon and ligament damage, I read Dr. Eric Topol, who is a, he just did an AI TED talk. He's a doctor who looks at all kinds of downstream effects of the COVID virus, which I had very badly. And I had the early one, the novel one, the first one that came out, and it just, it slayed me. I literally was wondering if I was going to make it. It was really bad, you guys. I can't believe I'm standing here talking
Starting point is 01:20:36 to you in my lingerie. Thank goodness. So apparently one of the big cluster bombs of problems of that virus is soft tissue diseases and injury because of the ACE2 receptors. And so I read that right after I tore out my ACLs wondering how could I have torn my ACLs out with a fall like that because I like to take a fall. I like to take a fall and get right back up. Like I just – I like to think about myself as a wol Wolverine where I'm just like shooting the bullets right back out. So, you know, when you have that state of mind, you just, you fix shit. You don't suffer with it. So I realized, okay, this is just some soft tissue damage. I've got some tendon and ligament issues. So I've been doing a lot of collagen, silica, hyaluronic, low molecular weight, hyaluronic acid is what's good for tendon and ligaments, doing a lot of that. But what I did was I started with exosomes. Dr. Jeffrey Gross in Las Vegas,
Starting point is 01:21:36 he has a clinic called Recelebrate. And he was a neurosurgeon and spine doctor who said, I'm tired of operating on people. I want to use regenerative therapies. Since I am literally mis-regenerative therapies of the genital systems, we were like, you know, this right away. And so he said, I'm going to drill exosomes into your leg bones because you know how we always go like, there's bones, there's ligaments, there's tendons? No. Your ligaments and tendons grow out of your bone. Your bone makes them.
Starting point is 01:22:16 So to stimulate new ligament growth, you have to stimulate the bone growth. So what he did was he took exosomes, not my own. He bought exosomes and he drilled in and he he he takes this like auger into your bones it's guided through a cat scan you're under sedation and then he unscrews the drill and he screws in a hypodermic needle and puts the exosomes in the bones and then that's called intraosseous injections and then he also put it intra-articular which is I think it's called intra-articular it's into the joints well that really worked very well and I decided to up my game I started to feel better everything started to heal and I've been doing a series of MRIs to track the progress. So in August, I went and harvested my own stem cells out of the fat on my hips right here. They lipoed in here and sucked it out, spun it down. And they gave me in the joints and full body stem cells.
Starting point is 01:23:21 And then I just went to him two weeks ago and he drilled my own stem cells. And then I just went to him two weeks ago and he drilled my own stem cells. We did 20 million of my own stem cells. I have them cryobanked at American Cell Technology in Florida. And I ordered 20 million. He did 10 million systemically through IV and 10 million he split up in the elbows and the knees. How did some of that feel? Did it make you feel like crap a couple of days afterwards? Because my understanding is sometimes you don't feel amazing immediately afterwards. The exosomes gave me a flu-like feeling. My own stem cells did not. He called it rocket fuel. Tell me if you feel rocket fuel. And I did. I was in the gym and I was doing backward
Starting point is 01:24:06 lunges. And I was just going, doof, doof, doof, doof, like this. And my trainer, Jake, he's like, girl, you never did that before. I'm like, I know. I think it's the stem cells that feel fantastic. So that was pretty amazing. And I've grown back 20% of my meniscus. This is measured on MRIs. 20% of my meniscal tissue has grown back so far. And I've grown between, depending on which knee, 16 to 20% of my ligament has started to grow back. And there's all these ligament tendrils sticking out of my bone now. It's frigging growing back, you guys i and i spent the last since february like really stabilizing all my leg musculature squats lunges everything so that you know sleds and one of the things that i like to do is i like to pull the sled back let's go yes and also doing those
Starting point is 01:25:03 back body kind of things where i'm like you know know, like I'm over the like Roman bench or whatever. And I'm just like lifting my whole back body and doing band work so that I'm pulling my back legs up because that's where the ligaments really took a beating in the back. So I feel confident that someday I'll be back here with 100% of my ligaments regrown. And you saw, you were like, your hair looks cute. It's shorter. This is my own hair. Last time I was here, I had to have a hair piece on. Now I've got like tons of new hair growth as well. And I think my eyesight got a little better. Yeah. From what do you think? I think my glasses are too strong. Oh, the stem cells. Stem cells. Okay. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:25:48 So I'm doing the stem cells every quarter for a year just to see what I can get, what, you know, what, what I can reverse. Yeah. Yeah. They're supposed to be like signaling cells and that signals body to kind of get back to where it was. Exactly. Yeah.

So, you know, whether it's a man who has an aversion to giving oral sex or a woman has an aversion to giving oral sex, what are your suggestions to those individuals? Because maybe they need to figure out why they're averse. But I mean, that is a part of
Starting point is 01:28:23 that. That's something that can add to that experience. And if people are closed off to it, it can shut up, you can shut that off for them. So what are your suggestions for communication on that? Yeah. Well, one of the things I would say is that if a lot of people say, I don't like oral sex and a part of that could be rooted in shame. It's dirty. It's wrong. You shouldn't do it. That's not true.
Starting point is 01:28:50 It wasn't meant for the mouth. Why would it fit perfectly is my question, right? Number one. Number two. About that ten and a half inch dick. Not a problem. You just have to work your way up. It's just a learned skill.
Starting point is 01:29:07 There are 20 kinds of orgasms that the human body can have by my count thus far, and I'm always adding to the list as I learn new things. I'm going to answer your question, but I'm going to do it in a little bit of a meandering path. And that's both your body and my body. And the 20th one is wildcard, because I always say, I keep learning new ways. So I always leave that open to more. So let's just say there's 19 right now and one of them is throat gasms mouth gasms there's erectile tissue in the throat the mouth the lips the tongue and the tip of the nose so if you look at the vulva as an example it looks very much like the larynx and the vulva is a – it can't talk, but it has lips. And it is always talking to us as women.
Starting point is 01:30:13 So our job is to speak for our body, to speak for what our body is asking us for in the moment. That's too hard. That's too scratchy. I want more of that. Don't stop till I come, whatever it is, all of those things. And I think that by not activating the mouth, both in the giving of pleasure and in the receiving of pleasure, you don't, there you go. Larynx and uterus. How did you know? I just Google searched exactly what you said.
Starting point is 01:30:49 That's so great. Yeah, that's funny. Yeah, my friend Deborah Kagan taught me that and I really appreciated it because you have to give voice to your feelings. And a lot of women who are closed off and can't speak for themselves have also had sexual trauma. And so the healing that comes from giving and receiving oral pleasure, the healing of societal trauma, sexual trauma, religious repression, repression in the home comes from activating that tissue. So whether it's really good kissing or really good oral pleasure, knowing that when you, let's just say that I'm giving my male partner pleasure, I'm getting off on it. my male partner pleasure. I'm getting off on it. I'm doing what gets me off, just like when I'm riding Sir Tim. I am pleasuring him, but equally I'm pleasuring myself. So I think if more people understood that when you go down on a woman and you're giving her pleasure, you're also getting pleasure,
Starting point is 01:32:06 which most guys do because they like it. But women have a little, often a little more like, you know, hitching their giddy up around that. And when you take your pleasure and you start to have orgasms from going down on your partner, when you're completely lost and surrendered to your own pleasure, when you're coming, and by the way, when you're coming in your throat, you're also coming in your yoni because it's two ends of the same system. So what you're doing is you're coming in your throat, you're also coming in your yoni because it's two ends of the same system. So what you're doing is you're activating this whole orgasmic channel. So the combination of thinking about learning some techniques, but also just doing what feels good, doing what feels good, doing it for as long as you want and no longer,
Starting point is 01:33:15 having it be reverential and pleasurable and soft and sweet and sexy and sensual rather than performative. This is my jam. I like to say that my style of sex is heart-connected, conscious. I'm awake. I'm aware. I'm consensual. I'm here in the room. I'm present with you. I want it.
Starting point is 01:33:30 I love you. Passionate. I'm turned on. It's hot. It's sexy. I'm getting off on it. We're together and it's getting even hotter because we're together. Love-making. I'm not having sex.
Starting point is 01:33:42 I'm making love. That's what I like to teach people how to get to. So getting out of what you think it is and into just losing yourself in the pleasure is the best advice I can give to people is don't be afraid. You just begin as beginners, learn what feels good, try new things, get a few techniques, talk about what you liked, don't do it longer than you need to, but try it and work your way up. Last thing about that. A lot of people say to me, oh, I don't like 69. That's mutual oral pleasuring.
Starting point is 01:34:26 don't know what they're missing because it's absolutely incredible when you create that cycle of pleasure where you don't know where your pleasure starts and your lover's pleasure ends when you're just riding the waves of connection and love and joy and sensation wow when you can do that concurrently it's just an incredible thing but it's learned you have you get better at it every time well i, I can't concentrate. I mean, like I really don't know if I can have an orgasm while I'm having to do it. It's like, okay, just be. Be in the pleasure. You will have orgasms.
Starting point is 01:34:56 It will come. You will come. And so it's just practice makes perfect, man. That's why it just keeps getting better. You guys were referencing the dude with 10 inches or whatever it was. And then you were like, oh, 10 and a half. You just got to work your way up to it. It's a learned skill.
Starting point is 01:35:11 What did you mean exactly? Which part? About it being a learned skill. Sex? No, to give oral sex for a dude that's 10 and a half inches. Oh, what do I do? What would I do to go down on a very large penis why are you asking this andrew whoa andrew's got some plans for his penis now and he wants to
Starting point is 01:35:32 be able to tell staff what to do that's what i say you guys are referencing oral sex and then you said it was a learned skill so i'm like well what is this skill that you are being able to you are able to learn yeah so how do you have a throatgasm? How do you have throatgasms? How do you have deep oral pleasure? So one of the things is that you have to wait for – you might have to put this on some other website. I'm not sure you'll be able to put this on YouTube. We'll see how we do.
Starting point is 01:36:01 I'll use as many innuendos as I can. He's – Yeah, no, go for it. So there's a couple of different pieces to it. The first is that for a lot of women, they're nervous. A lot of people, let's just call them people, okay? Because I'm a rainbow sparkle gal. For a lot of people, they're nervous. And so they are tense, their jaw is tense, and their fluids aren't running because they're not relaxed. So the very first thing is to know that when you first start, it's going to take some time to get your spit rolling to get it running. The second thing is that instead of thinking that there's something where you have to do like all this deep stuff or in and out or whatever, you can do shallow things.
Starting point is 01:36:51 You can rub the penis up under the gums, in the side pockets. That feels orgasmic. You can play with it with your tongue. You can lick up and down. You can use your hands at the same time. What you're really doing is you're just doing what gives you pleasure in the moment. And then as you start to bring the penis into your mouth, and you're basically just stroking the penis in your mouth in a way that is pleasurable for you, then over time, you'll find that you want to kind of tap the back of your throat with it.
Starting point is 01:37:25 It's a very soft thing, so it feels nice to kind of swipe it back there. People stop there and they're like, but what about the gag reflex? And the gag reflex is actually just what you're about to transmute into the orgasmic contraction. When you first begin to do it and you relax your throat and you maybe feel that little bit of it over time, if you just relax, it starts to feel good and you can get the penis, the tip of the penis to clear that esophageal sphincter. So just the whole body, all the sphincter systems in the whole body are in lockstep. Your pupils, your vaginal opening, your anus, your throat, they're all the gut sphincters. They open and close. They're circle muscles that open and close together. And so as you're opening your throat, you're also opening your vulva.
Starting point is 01:38:25 Everything's opening and relaxing. And soon you'll feel how nice it feels to kind of just tantalize that area deep in your throat. And what you'll also notice is that the spit begins to change consistency. So the spit itself, and your eyes may tear up as everything is relaxing and everything is flowing. I'm sorry. What? It's just... Too much?
Starting point is 01:38:54 No, no, no, not too much. Shut up, homie. No, no, I was just thinking like, for all the guys in the audience right now, this is the time to bring a girl into the pod. Because if you're just listening to this on your own, like you're just learning how to suck dick, which if you do, it's fine. Yeah, yeah. I actually heard you have that under consideration.
Starting point is 01:39:14 So I was really just telling it for you. I was here for you. No, this is a good concept. But just like bring a girl into the pod if you haven't already. Yeah, and if you're a girl listening, yeah, this is a great part of the episode too. Amazing advice right now. Yeah. And so what you'll find is that the spit becomes kind of like your pre-cum.
Starting point is 01:39:32 It gets viscous and almost like snot, like clear snot. And so it goes from being runny spit to this really slidey stuff. So now you're relaxed. You're open. You're turned on, everything's feeling good deeper and deeper and deeper. And you can actually start to stroke your throat with the penis, just like you would stroke a vagina with a penis, only you're in control of it as the person who's giving. And so you can run the tempo and pace yourself.
Starting point is 01:40:11 And then the spit starts to get white, like foamy. And the foaminess adds to the viscosity and the glide. And at that point, that's a signal for your body that you're really turned on and you should be able to start feeling some orgasmic contractions. As you do it over time and you build yourself up to these experiences, you will start to have like this thing in your throat that just kind of goes and you feel it. And at the same time, your vagina and all of your genital system will contract down there. It's just like when you play with your nipples and it makes your vagina contract and have orgasms. It's a system. The mouth, the nipples, and the yoni are the three legs of the arousal stool of the female body specifically, but of all bodies, really, this is how our body works. So over time, you will start to have more and more mouthgasms,
Starting point is 01:41:12 throatgasms, and you will like more and more of that kind of sliding in and out pleasure. And soon, your partner can begin to take over the pacing. They'll know what the pacing is for you, knowing that if their penis is down in your throat, you're not going to be able to get any breath in. So you have to stroke, rest, stroke, rest, stroke, rest. And that's why sometimes the nicest oral pleasuring throatgasm experiences are when you're so good together. Your partner is so in tune to your pleasure that they're actually doing the driving and you're completely relaxing,

Aromachio is when your partner is in control of the stroke, the speed, and the breathing. So they're really profoundly sensual and orgasmic experiences that I really wish more and more people knew about. It's high table stakes kind of oral pleasuring, but it's just learned skills and you just build up to it. And it's incredible. I want to say too, my girlfriend, Sam,

Starting point is 01:43:00 with the black mascara running down, that's just that visual signal of that tearing that happens when everything's flowing. And so it's just turned into, we're going to depict that through this mascara running thing. But it's for realsies. What are the 20 orgasms? Oh, God. I didn't bring my cheat sheet, Mark Barrett. What are the of orgasms, all 20 will pop up.
Starting point is 01:43:51 And I tell you how to have each one of them and how to do this. There's three kinds. There's locations to touch like G-spot, clitoris, cervical, you know, nipple, throat. There's that kind of thing. Then there's techniques like erotic hypnosis, making you come on command through verbal command. That's an example of a technique. Male multiple orgasm. That's a learned technique.
Starting point is 01:44:22 Structures that you follow, expanded orgasm, it's a structure. Like any martial arts has a form. When you follow the form, you get the result. That's what I consider to be technique. You can always do your own thing afterward, but you learn a form. And then the third is the objects of desire. And the objects of desire goes back to the orgasmic cross training that I was talking about, activating through using different tools to activate different parts of the vulva and the penis and prostate.
Starting point is 01:44:55 Everything from, in addition to toys, would be things like, you know, fetish wear or, you know, floggers and catanines and, you know, sensation play and electro stim and, you know, all of these kinds of things, which are not very vanilla, but becoming more popular. Starting point is 01:46:54 Yeah. How do you become a multi-orgasmic man? It's a process that first requires you to have what I call ejaculatory choice. Ejaculatory choice is I'm going to come when I want to and I don't have to worry about coming until I want to. It's something that we teach
Starting point is 01:47:12 with Jim Benson called the me breath. And the me breath is basically a squeeze, a breathe, and a thrust. It's a squeeze which is a PC muscle squeeze that pulls the energy back into your body, that erotic energy that wants to come out.
Starting point is 01:47:28 The breathe is a Taoist cool draw. That's where it originally came from, pulling it up in. And the thrust is actually a pelvic rock. So it's like this type of a thing, instead of like this, you know, dudes with their tight psoas, right? So it's just this kind of thing. It's like a cat cow in yoga, basically. And once a guy kind of practices that during masturbation, and he begins to understand his point of no return by edging up to like a five and then being able to get to a six and being able to get to a set
Starting point is 01:48:10 and back down so he knows he can get there and back down calming and doing these three things together it's kind of like a golf swing or learning how to drive a car where at first you're like oh god all right i gotta get another thing i gotta get the shoulders right i got the hips right i gotta pull back you know like all this stuff well pretty soon you've got to get the shoulders right, I've got to get the hips right, I've got to pull back, you know, like all this stuff. Well, pretty soon you've got that muscle memory of all the squeeze, the breathe, and the thrust. And you're able to gas and break your arousal so that you don't ejaculate. As you do that, you're able to bring that urge to ejaculate from out of your body and bring it up into your body. And the very first step is really connecting your heart to your cock.
Starting point is 01:48:53 A lot of guys don't have that connected. They're doing friction, not connection. And so they're this disembodied thing. Their penis is this tool. It's this piston. They're pounding. This is like kind of where they are in their evolution of their sexuality. They don't understand that ejaculation and orgasm are two separate systems of the body. Oh, you mean I don't have to ejaculate to have an orgasm? Nope, you do not. They're just conflated in your mind. So they begin to be able to feel themselves, to be able to get to the edge and
Starting point is 01:49:27 pull back, and then to pull that up into their body, and then to pull that into their heart, and then to pull that up and out of their body. And that's when you get into tantric lovemaking and being able to feel all source, Gaia, all living things, whatever your word for, our connection, that we're all connected, that we're all held in the universe, that we're all together here. And so it's just a process of being able to find that feeling and then return to that feeling and then start to have those orgasms without letting fluid out so that you don't have to worry about, how do I make a faster refractory period, which you know is just going to diminish with age anyway. It's really hard to do that. So instead, you're beginning to have these full body energy orgasms where you're just like feeling it running all through your body.
Starting point is 01:50:20 You begin to move energy. Are Kegels beneficial at all? I think Kegels are always beneficial. I think that every muscle thing you do is good for you. Being able to isolate muscles, being able to strengthen them, being able to have mind-muscle connection is always good. Sometimes guys can overdo it, but that 10 and a half inch guy with that big Kegel thing that he's doing, he's doing a pretty good job with his erector lifter thing going on.
