The following podcast is a Dear Media production.
From Vanderpump Rules to Motherhood and everywhere in between, it's time to catch up with Sheena
Shea. This is Shenanigans. And now here's your host, Sheena Shea. This is Shenanigans. And now here's your host, Sheena Shea.
All right, before we get into today's Shenanigans with the amazing Sierra and Maya from Summer House,
I wanted to preface that we recorded this episode a few weeks ago while Sierra and Maya were in L.A.
prior to the news of Carl and Lindsay splitting up.
I debated the best way to move forward, releasing this episode in the aftermath of that news.
debated the best way to move forward, releasing this episode and the aftermath of that news. And at the end of the day, I really appreciated the vulnerability that Sierra and Maya brought to
this episode of Shenanigans, along with the unique perspective they bring to their projects and
this conversation. So I hope you all enjoy today's episode. Thanks for listening.
I hope you all enjoy today's episode.
Thanks for listening.
All right, shenanigans.
We got Janet Elizabeth back on the co-host mic.
We've got two gorgeous ladies from Summer House from New York all the way here in L.A.,
Miss Maya Allen and Sierra Miller.
How we doing?
Good.
Thank you for having us. We're so happy to be here.
Yeah.
So you don't get to L.A. often, right?
No.
Who wants to take that long of a flight to end up in America?
That's how I feel.
I mean, I do to get to New York as often as I can.
No, I didn't realize.
I mean, that was a full six-hour ordeal.
Only like my second or third time in L.A.
And I'm like, yeah, the flight.
I mean, London is closer.
But honestly, I love L.A flight I mean London is closer but but honestly I love actually yeah it's closer yeah work yeah right but LA has the sunshine we've got the beach I mean
here you could go snowboarding and surfing the same day if you wanted to that is nice and honestly
I love the beaches here and it's I mean the weather is amazing yeah what do you think is the biggest
difference between like the beaches here compared to like the hamptons warmth honestly
un actually i try not to say it super publicly but i think the hamptons beaches are trash i 100
agree we've never gone in that water i've never gone in that water no you guys don't actually on
the show like nobody's swimming it's always like about the beach activities yeah yeah like the boys will go and like play games
get in the water don't go pee and i'm like i won't even pee in the water like i just it's not
yeah it's cold up until like it's almost like september and then we're like all right we're
not even there anymore you know for sure how long does the drive take actually from the city to the
Hamptons when you guys do it? Without traffic? Is there ever without traffic? No. Okay. No,
not unless we leave it like the crack of dawn. I feel like it's generally like a three,
three and a half hour situation. Yeah. It's almost like going to Vegas. Or the desert,
I feel like for us in traffic. Yeah. For like Palm Springs, Joshua Tree from LA,
you always think
like quick two hour drive.
And then if you get there, same thing with everybody's going down there the same weekend.
It ends up being like four hours.
Oh, yeah.
Like Coachella, if you're driving to there on a Thursday, back on a Monday, it's like
four and a half, five hours.
Wait, where is Coachella typically?
Just east of Palm Springs.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I'm also so foreign to California.
It's so large. I'm also so foreign to California. It's so large.
I'm so foreign to the landscape.
I feel like if you were to compare, the desert is our Hamptons.
Yeah.
Okay.
That's what people are doing in the summer.
Everybody has getaway houses there.
It's always hotter.
It just has a different vibe.
It feels more chill there.
It feels like you're escaping LA a little bit.
I do love Palm Springs.
I've been to a wedding there and I spent like a week
and I was like, this is my vibe.
Sometimes LA feels a little like too much.
Yeah.
But I like Palm Springs.
Sheena has an awesome house in Palm Springs.
I copied, I can't afford Palm Springs,
but I have Joshua Tree, which is like-
That's cool.
The more like Western kind of like hipster area.
It's like more like the Brooklyn of-
Oh, okay.
I live in Brooklyn, so I get
it. Yeah, that's right. So I have to tell you that now that I have a kid, I get so behind on my TV.
So I'm currently on episode 12 of the season that everyone else has already finished. So I'm like,
wait, people are sending in questions. And I was like, wait, I'm asking Janet. I'm like,
hold on, what happened? Binging been binging the rest of the season.
It was like I had to catch up on Kardashians, a different podcast.
Then I had to catch up on this.
And I'm like, now I'm full in summer house mode.
That's what I'm watching tonight when I get home.
I'm hoping to finish the season.
But I was like, damn it, I didn't get to finish it before they're here.
So no, all good.
Janet is here to fill me in.
I watched it live. i love you guys you guys
like totally kill it on the show i feel like the last season was amazing oh yeah and yeah i was
no i'm so in i'm so in it right now i just haven't finished it yet i got to episode i think it was
like eight and i was watching it every week i was on it and then something else came back on i don't
know if it was like kardashians came back or whatever it was and then it put me behind because i only get after 10 p.m
really to myself yeah and sometimes after work filming chasing a two-year-old yeah all day i
fall asleep after one episode no watching reality tv is a full-time job because there's so many different things.
It runs you the gamut.
Yeah.
It is.
It's the monopoly.
I feel like right now.
Yeah.
You have scripted, but I feel like reality TV, you have to get your schedule in line
between Housewives, between Vanderpump, between Summer House.
Exactly.
And now I've been like on the 90 day kick recently, especially the other way.
I'm like, I can't.
I cannot stop. That's a hard one to get
into because you have before the 90 days, after the
90 days, during the 90 days.
You're like, and you want to know all the people
are so wild. They're wild.
I'm not going to lie. TLC is my.
Yeah. Their casting department is
killing it. I was just about to say that.
I don't know who does their casting, but like
A plus, they need a raise because
consecutively, season after season.
Never disappoints.
Never disappoints.
Is that what Married at First Sight is on?
Yeah.
Well, yeah.
Okay.
Is it?
No.
I don't know if that was a TLC show.
I think it's a TVS or something.
I watched our season of it and I was obsessed.
I think it started out as a TLC.
I do watch Married at First Sight.
I don't, yeah, I don't know, but it's on Hulu now.
Oh, yeah.
The last time I was like truly nervous when I saw somebody out in public where
I was like shaking and I was like oh my god was when Angela Deem from 90 Day Fiance who's been
on like a bunch of seasons she was at the hotel lobby that I was at and I was like oh my I made
my husband go up to her first and I was like will you go like ask her if she would mind taking
and he was willing he was he was like we we had just been binging it like the night before.
And he was like,
oh yeah,
big titty Angie.
I'm for sure going to go like talk to her.
And we like went up
and I was like shaking
asking for a photo.
You would have thought
I was talking to like
Justin Bieber.
But I was like,
I see Justin Bieber
at a restaurant.
I'm like,
cool,
Justin Bieber,
Angela Deem.
I'm like,
yeah.
I know.
She's from Georgia.
She's from Georgia upstate,
which is funny
because like a lot of them
are from like the southern areas
and I'm always like
damn
it makes so much sense
you know
so much sense
we ended up hanging out
we were staying
at the same hotel
as her
and we ended up
hanging out with her
all week then
after that
oh really
I called Jax and Brittany
they were like
no way
Angela's there
big titty Ange
we're there
they like
came in for the day
we had dinner with her
we hung out with her
the whole time
now we're like friends
she's like
I'm coming to LA if you guys want to hang out and every single time i'm like
anytime you want to hang out she's crazy in person she's wild like she orders these things
called the michael and that she named after her oh my god literally like a combination of every
colored liquor you can imagine like it's like the blue one, grenadine. So what is it? What color does it end up being?
It turns brown.
Okay.
And it's, and so, but like after like.
Like an LA water?
It was, I've never ordered one of those.
It looks disgusting.
Like a Long Island iced tea.
It's like a brown drink that, yeah.
Yeah.
All I know is that when she was ordering these and explaining what was in it, the bartender
was like, I guess I could make that.
But then like, and we were like, like my husband and I were like, oh my God, that's like a very
interesting drink choice.
And then like three drinks
in my husband's like,
I'll have the Michael.
And I'm like,
did you try it?
Okay, I did not.
I think I had a sip of one
and I was like,
I'm good on that.
Like I'm a martini girl.
Yeah.
I don't need a glass full
of all the sugars
and colors of the rainbow.
Oh my gosh.
I'm good on that.
I love that.
Now we're about to watch
their little convention
with the new,
the new show that's coming out on TLC.
It's like Big Ed and what's his,
I can't remember his girlfriend's name.
And then Jovi and-
Yara.
Yeah.
There's so many shows these days.
Do y'all watch Love Island?
UK, yes.
See, it's like I'm so jealous for people
that have time to watch Love Island
because I can't get through a whole season.
That is a 60 episode.
Full.
I didn't finish this year.
I know.
And they're not 30 minute episodes.
They're hour long episodes.
It's not easy.
It does take a commitment.
But I feel like once you're in it, you just binge.
You keep going.
But also, yeah, I have a cat, not a kid.
So it's like.
So it's different.
I've never been able to finish a full.
Like I've never watched the actual
final dates i get to the i basically love the casa more stuff right yeah i'm like once that's over
once it's all fizzled out i'm like okay i've seen enough over it yeah we'll catch up on instagram
yeah the spoilers yeah i do like that when the parents come though that's always cute i always
i don't even think i've ever seen that oh It's wholesome. I was only able to get through one full season.
It was when I was pregnant.
I was pregnant in the pandemic.
I had nothing but time.
So I found out, oh, my God, there's this show called Love Island.
And I was obsessed.
And then I'm watching it live.
And I downloaded the app.
And I'm voting for who goes on the date.
I was invested.
So you had the VPN and everything.
Yeah.
Oh, my.
But then I had the baby.
And I've never seen the show again. and everything. Yeah. Oh my, see, yeah. But then I had the baby and I've never seen the show again.
Happens.
Yeah.
Okay, so we have a fun little game we're going to play with y'all.
But before we do that,
we're going to take a quick little break.
All right, Shenanigans listeners,
it is Factor Friday.
It's that time, yes, every week
where I talk to you about America's number one ready-to-eat meal kit
that comes delivered straight to your door and your meals are ready in just two minutes in the microwave.
I'm telling you, for my entire summer when I was so busy filming,
I only have time to figure out what to feed my kid.
I don't have time to figure out lunch and dinner, late night snacks for Brock and I. So Factor has kept me fed, fueled and happy.
And honestly, for someone like me who suffers from anxiety, it's made it so much easier that
I don't have to figure out what we're having for lunch, dinner, and snacks every single day. With Factor,
delivered straight to my door. I put them in the fridge. I have the smoothies in the morning.
I've now been getting their juices. I had this like beet, carrot, apple, kale, ginger. I've had
so many. That's literally probably a combination of two of them. But there are so many that are so good.
My daughter loves them.
My husband loves them.
It makes my life much easier.
So this September, get Factor and enjoy eating well without the hassle.
Simply choose your meals and enjoy fresh, flavor-packed meals delivered to your door
and, like I said, ready in just two minutes.
No prep, no mess.
Y'all can head to factormeals.com slash good as gold 50 and use code good as gold 50 to get 50% off.
That's code good as gold 50 at factormeals.com slash good as gold 50 to get 50% off.
Okay, so one of my friends made this game based on the title of your podcast, Codependence, which I want to ask
you about too. But before we do,
we want to play a little game of
what is the most codependent thing about
your summer house co-stars?
So I'm going to name
co-stars and you're going to say
the thing you think they're most codependent on.
Okay, okay, okay. I'm actually excited for this.
Okay. Alright, first up, Amanda.
Dogs. Dogs, yeah. Wow. Yes. Same page. I'm actually excited for this. Okay. All right, first up, Amanda. Dogs.
Dogs, yeah.
Wow.
Yes.
Same page.
Same answer at the same time.
Should we go one, two, three, boom.
All right, Kyle.
Mullet.
Oh.
I was going to say speakers.
Oh.
The speakers.
Honestly, they're the same.
Wait, elaborate.
The speakers.
This man, first of all, Bose gave him grand speakers that he has to, it's the first priority. We go out in the same. Wait, elaborate. The speakers this man, first of all Bose gave him grand
speakers that he has, it's the
first priority. We go out in the summer, he
has the speakers, even in the winter time
speakers. This man
has handheld ones, he has big
ones that are like from floor to ceiling
and like, but also no one
else knows how to use the speakers, like he will not
give that to anybody else.
He gets playlist control too.
And it's the same playlist every single night.
Just like songs about his balls or something.
And then he has like portable ones.
Like if we move out of the house and he's got them on his shoulders,
he takes them to the beach.
Like everyone could be carrying like beach chairs and like coolers and stuff.
Kyle's carrying his speakers.
He's got like this boombox on
his shoulder yeah essentially and if you put it like if you put it in the sand oh you're dead to
him but then you can't like forget the speaker like he has a night or a moment with the speakers
every night by himself yeah like he's got everyone's sleeping and it's kyle and his speakers
yeah oh my gosh vibing with his yeah he's upset. Like, when you're actually filming and you guys all have mics on and stuff, you can't play super loud music.
Like, at Vanderpump stuff, I've seen, like...
We have, like, the cleared playlist.
It's called Bravo Beats.
That's why we make our own music.
I'm like, you guys want to listen to Good As Gold on repeat?
It's like...
Do a new version.
Now we've got the Screamo version.
It's either James Kennedy's, like, same four popular songs or your stuff. But does he ever get frustrated
that he can't turn on the speakers?
Oh my God. Yeah.
It's a whole other dynamic.
It's a whole other dynamic. Or if you even suggest
that he play something different like
oh it could kill his mood.
Yeah.
Alright Paige. Clothes.
I was going to say bed.
That too.
Those are both good. Clothes and bed.
I love when you guys are filming and you guys are all
just curled up in bed. Thank you. So many
comments about that. Literally almost
every question. Why are they always in bed? Ask them why they're always
in bed. Why don't they get out of bed? Ask them why
they're not in bed. Great.
Most people. Wouldn't you be if you could
too? You're probably watching this from bed.
Exactly. But it's a problem. You're? You're probably watching this from bed. Exactly.
Like, but it's a problem.
Right.
You want us to get up?
You get up.
Right.
Yeah.
I know.
I love it.
All right.
Lindsay.
Babe.
Yeah.
Nipples.
She loves nipples.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Like her own or other people's?
Both.
All of the above.
Yeah.
All right.
Carl. He has the above. Yeah. All right. Carl.
Mmm.
He has no addictions now.
He really loves bacon
and sausage in the morning.
Like, that's all I got.
Sausage for Carl.
I'm going to go maps.
He's, like, really on top of, like,
where things are, like,
very just dad about stuff in the house.
Like, oh, we'll go here at this time.
We'll get there there.
We're like, this is where it's at.
These are the coordinates.
And I'm like, all right, you know.
Speaking of where things are in the house.
A Red Bull.
It's Red Bull.
Red Bull.
That's a good one.
What about Barry's?
I feel like he's always at Barry's and posting Barry's.
Okay, so you guys know.
Waking up with us.
Better than us.
So I just watched the episode with the housewarming party.
And I was like, this apartment in New York. I mean, this is nice. Then I just watched the episode with the housewarming party and I was like this
apartment in New York. I mean this is
nice. Then I heard Paige say $13,000.
Is that really what rent
in a place like that it goes for? I'm sure.
Yeah. I mean if not more. We don't
pay that.
I don't pay that.
My mother would kill me.
Kill me but I mean
I think rent right now in New York is like at
an all time high.
The average price for like a one bedroom is like around.
Four?
No, it's like $5,500 right now.
Oh my gosh.
Yeah.
Really?
Wow.
I pay less than that for my condo.
That's crazy.
It's crazy.
And you don't even own it.
Yeah.
I can't.
Damn.
All right.
Danielle.
Morning beer.
Morning beer.
Yeah.
Wow.
What's that about?
I did not know that.
I just recently started hanging out with her when I went to New York.
It's like I've always known who each other is for so many years.
We've met, but we never really followed each other.
We never exchanged numbers.
And then this year I ended up in New York a lot.
Yeah.
And I'm friends with everyone on Summer House.
I don't know who's beefing at the moment because obviously what airs is so long ago.
So I just invite everyone.
Right.
And then I became friends with Danielle.
But then I had invited Lindsay and I was like, wait, are you guys friends right now?
And then I'm like, what's going on?
I see this on Instagram, but then I don't know if it's.
Yeah.
Yeah.
But morning beer.
I mean, Danielle makes me like her even more.
Yeah.
She wakes up and she's like
ready to go and we're always like how she seems like a work hard play hard queen like she seems
like she works really hard i've gone i've met her and gone out with her once actually the like it
was like march 13th 2020 right before covid i was in new york so carl and i met and got like food
and drinks he brought danielle that was the first time I'd ever like met her in person,
but she was really sweet and we all hung out for the night
and whatever.
And then I think literally the next day,
everything shut down and I was like,
how am I gonna get home?
That's crazy.
You remember the exact date.
I remember, cause it was like March 14th when like,
like the dinner, the last, I think on the 14th,
I went out with some like people I was working with.
And all my friend was like, oh, we can somehow get into this restaurant that she was like, it's kind of hard to get into this place. But like I got a reservation.
We went there and it was dead.
And we were like, should we not be here?
I was like, is this COVID thing like real?
Like it felt very plague like and like the city seemed quiet.
And I was like, this seems a little strange.
But the last like normal night that I had before
COVID was Carl and Danielle out in New York City. What a memory. The beginning of it all. Yeah yeah
really shut down after that. No seriously I was in Toronto it was like March 11th 12th and I was
like are they gonna close the borders? Am I gonna have to rent a car somehow drive across? How am I
gonna get home? So I did my trip a day early. And then I remember March 14th, went out to dinner also because my
dad's birthday is the 15th. Yeah. And that was the last day we were able to eat out in a restaurant.
And this was in California. Yeah. Wow. I mean, in New York, they were like there were rumors that
they were shutting down all the bridges. So people were like, you either get out now or you're stuck.
Yeah. And no one knew if
it was real or fake and so everyone left i stayed i quit my job on march 17th and in georgia nothing
had shut down yet but i remember my last day was march 17th i quit my job i didn't tell my parents
i was like working at this hospital full time and i was like i'm gonna go travel nurse i'm gonna go
to texas so i was supposed to be in tex Texas by like the 20th damn the next day shit shutting down like everything
shutting down my parents my dad was like particularly freaking out and I was like well
if it's not that ICU it's another so it's you know whichever and yeah then it all started
wow so how long were you working in the nursing field still with all of this? Prior to
COVID, I was there a year and a half. And so I graduated nursing school, worked for an entire
year and a half, and then the pandemic hit. So most of my nursing experience is COVID nursing.
COVID nursing. Yeah. And COVID ICU nursing. Yeah. Right. Which, and honestly, in the unit,
we kind of all thought for a second, like, oh, like this is going to be like a really severe cold.
Then we got I remember we had I actually remember getting that first covid patient in that hospital and people just we had to quarantine this patient off.
And we were like, OK, yeah, this is real.
It's getting real and it's brutal.
And not to mention, like the amount of ventilators people need it I mean it was
like a rapidly progressing disease and yeah it was it was fast it was yeah very little time to react
because we just didn't know that much about it or how to treat it so it's like okay we're putting
them on the vent you know increasing pressures and stuff and stuff. And it was just it was a mess.
It was a mess.
And the whole learning curve on top of that.
Yeah.
That's so crazy.
OK, a couple more cast members and then we're going to move on.
OK.
Gabby.
Skincare.
Yeah, she does love skincare.
Yeah.
Sam.
Boys.
I'd say she's like.
Yeah.
A little boy crazy.
Well, last summer, I think she was a little.
We love a boy crazy girl.
I can't think of something for Sam weirdly enough.
Sam loved the boy.
She was on The Haunt last year.
Yeah.
Wait, so did her and Corey end up dating?
Yes.
Are they still together now?
Yeah.
Oh.
Yeah.
Okay.
Well, then let's just go with Corey next.
Yeah.
Okay.
Oh, Corey.
So crazy. Pearls. Like pearl necklaces yeah okay like not in that in that way like he actually has like this pearl necklace
that's from his grandmother that he always wears that's cool yeah nice what about chris
he has these green shorts oh no is he's green i was just was just in the Caribbean and I was in the water minding my business.
And this group of men come over to me and they're like, we love Chris because we love his green shorts.
And I was like, that is so weird.
What?
So funny.
I've not noticed that.
And I feel like I need to pay attention.
Once you see them, you can't unsee them.
Because they're in every episode.
And I feel like he wore them every single day at the house.
Like every weekend we saw the shorts.
Oh my God.
I love it.
Well, thanks for playing Codependence.
That was fun.
I love when my friends send me fun little games
because I'm not creative enough
to think about my own.
No, that's cute.
Yeah.
So you have a podcast
that's been out for a few months now
called Codependence.
What have you learned about each other
now that you're co-hosts on the podcast codependence that you didn't already know
she's so good with like scheduling logistics writing everything down she's just very pen to
paper so type a she's so type which is so good because I'm so not. Not type A.
It's a good balance.
You need a good balance for that.
But like, yeah.
Yeah, I think that's the, I feel like that, well, I guess I knew that about you.
I didn't know to the extreme, I guess, is what I was saying.
It makes a difference when you like start working together.
For sure.
Yeah.
All right.
This is not my strong suit.
This is yours.
You can kind of handle that over there.
Yeah. But we have a balance. Like it like it does work yeah i'm like more creative so like i'll i edit our episodes and do social media stuff you do that yourself yeah i kind of had to learn to do it
and there's always like a certain aesthetic that i like i'm chasing after and so that's kind of like
what i pinpoint and then we're about to like come out with merch and stuff too so doing that that's kind of like what I pinpoint. And then we're about to like come out with merch and stuff, too.
So doing that, that's like my that's my gig.
Yeah.
That's awesome.
What would you say is the most codependent thing about your co-host?
Hmm.
It's like, where do you start?
I don't know.
I was going to say you go first.
OK, About you.
So it's so weird because she's like not, I'm like a touchy person and she's not.
But if I pull back on the touch, she's yearning for it.
And I have only learned that in working with you.
I'm like now, like you literally tried to touch me just now when we got on the couch.
And I was like, what is going on?
Because now I'm like, I don't even try anymore.
I don't even try to touch you.
And now she wants it.
Yeah, I'm not.
Yeah, with my friends, I'm just, we, like, we could be best friends, but we don't hug.
Like, I just.
But I will talk to you literally every single day.
Yeah.
And, yeah, we go through periods where we're literally on the phone every single day for, like, a few hours.
Or we're just hanging out in silence on FaceTime.
Like that's kind of how it all started.
We were like, OK, we're covering a lot of subjects here.
We might as well.
And then I just felt like it was a different way for people to get to know our relationship outside of the show because we're also sharing the screen with like 10 other people.
So you don't really get to see those relationships so closely.
the screen with like 10 other people so you don't really get to see those relationships so closely and we kind of did since she came in the house her first season it was kind of like we had a
period where we didn't really get along at first and then once we did it was like all right like
we're pretty much all in here so why do you think you didn't get along at first was there something
was it a personality thing or i honestly feel like we were sizing each other up a bit oh i never
thought that i was no size me up i can tell Oh. I never thought that I was. No, Sierra sized me up.
I can tell you that with certainty.
I don't think I was sizing her up.
I was just like, she was really quiet.
And I was like, okay, well, she's adjusting.
Like, it was kind of, it was awkward, but.
It was awkward.
It was so, like, if I look at all the relationships in the house that I built, yours was the slowest.
Yeah, and I'm a slow burn, and I know that for sure.
And I'm generally a slow burn, too.
I mean, it's obviously hard to be a slow burn on reality TV.
You have to speed it up a bit.
We didn't even, like, neither of us tried to speed it up.
We just let it be.
No, not in the beginning.
Obviously.
We go out there, though.
Yeah, we go out there, though.
One of the questions that came in was from Viv Retson.
She said, why was it easy for Sierra to fit in with the group versus Maya?
I know she fell out of place at first.
I will say my little tidbit.
I think during my first season, I came in right during COVID, George Floyd,
all of the civil rights turmoil in this country.
And it wasn't that I came
in and fit in immediately, that actually wasn't the case. I had my moments where I felt out of
place. It was kind of like what was aired. And, you know, I was having a lot of emotional turmoil
that year being in the Hamptons, which was like a predominantly white space, leaving my job at
the hospital to kind of film for those
seven weeks being in a house full of people who didn't know me but then also like trying to
process everything that's happening in the world at that point in time and it was really really
rough and none of it got shown and I had conversations with my other castmates in the
house that year and so I when so when Maya came in and she was having trouble. I was like, no, I relate 100 percent because I was there last year.
So I I get it.
It was just a matter of, you know, people thinking that I just kind of came in.
Everything was fine.
I was like, no, that actually wasn't the case.
It's perception more than anything.
And that filming house is a bubble.
Like, right.
You really don't talk about the outside world.
There's no even if we are having those conversations it's like it's not interesting
or engaging to watch is what the viewer would think so it's like we the opportunity to have
those questions or those conversations about a like the civil rights movement that was happening
when you when it was your first season it just like it just didn't show yeah it's and it's a
pressure cooker also filming is i feel like there was one episode though where you guys did sit down with
your castmates and talk about how you were feeling and what was going on in the world. And as a
viewer, I thought was like one of my favorite episodes of any Bravo show ever. I felt like it
was really real. It was really, you know, talking about stuff that was happening in the world and
it wasn't just a little Bravo bubble. And I think you guys both held your own incredibly and did
like a really great job of like teaching
and explaining and even though that's not necessarily just your it shouldn't just be
your responsibility to have to do that but in the way that you did it was as if you were like
very powerful yeah thanks and that was scary that was yeah leading up to that it was honestly a
couple hours before we were just like I was like well I don't feel like I'm gonna have I don't want
to have this conversation you know one if it's not gonna make the edit right because you can't
diversify this household and we not talk about the elephant in the room especially being in the
hamptons you know and it was i mean yeah i called my mom crying before she was crying it was very
emotional because we didn't want to come off as you know being preachy or you know trying to like play the race car yeah like it wasn't there's so many
you're considering so many different perceptions of what this conversation could be when really
all you want to do is just have a conversation with your friends still try to fit in with a
group of people that you're still getting to know so it's like that could rock the boat so much to
the point where it's like oh there goes the boat so much to the point where it's like,
Oh,
there goes the rest of the summer.
Like dynamics are shifted and off.
Yeah.
Well,
however you guys ended up getting there. It,
I think it really resonated with a lot of people and you know,
it,
it worked and I didn't come off preachy or no,
like,
like it wasn't,
it seemed,
it didn't seem like it was a placed conversation or forced or anything.
It seemed really natural.
And I, I really appreciated it. I thought it was a placed conversation or forced or anything. It seemed really natural. And I really appreciated it.
I thought it was very real.
Yeah.
I think it was definitely one of the most memorable Summer House episodes I've ever seen.
Oh, thanks.
Yeah.
There was even a question that came in from underscore Lex Rose and said, were you intimidated going into a TV show with a predominantly white cast?
Yeah, for sure.
We both have backgrounds of basically being in
predominantly white spaces yeah i grew up in private school i was one of two black kids
for until i was in eighth grade like it's it's nothing new to me you are very similar in that
regard yeah but having the cameras yeah and like also giving it up to editors yeah who are how are
they to know exactly what we're feeling and what we're trying to convey?
It's a whole other layer.
And then you want to like be a good representation maybe.
For your people.
Yeah.
It's like, you're damned if you do and you're damned if you don't.
In a way.
Yeah.
That's the world we live in.
Honestly, you could save a drowning puppy and there would be something wrong with it.
It's just like, no matter what we do yeah it was it was intimidating nonetheless but
you know i was like i would rather you know enter on this route instead of doing something out of
you know fear of being the only one like it's you know you it is what you make it also at the same
time so you know yeah but there's also no way i
would ever have that conversation in the house if it wasn't for sierra period yeah i love this
friendship that you guys have made through this this is great yeah yeah i mean reality tv does
do some good it does we're gonna get more into some reality tv we're just gonna take a little
break this episode of shenanigans is brought to you by poise ultra thins. Another
thing I like to keep talking to you about because it is one of those things that I wear regularly.
For me personally, now that I am back performing with my band, I have rehearsals, I am much more
active than I have been in the last couple years since becoming
a mom, whether it's going to the gym, performing, running errands, or chasing my toddler. I just
have to tell you that poised ultra-thins always keep me dry. A lot of women use period pads for
their bladder leaks after having a baby, But if we're being real, period
pads aren't designed for pee and poise ultra thins on the other hand are poise ultra thins are the
brand's thinnest protection that helps keep you clean, dry and fresh no matter what you're doing,
running errands, running after your kid, jumping up and down on a bar, having a fun girls night out, you name it,
poised ultra thins are there for you. So if we're keeping it real on this podcast, as I like to do,
that's just one thing that I feel like a lot of people aren't talking about. Bladder leaks,
it can be uncomfortable. It can be embarrassing, but let's face it, moms, it happens to all of us. The little moments really are so important and poise ultra thins are such a good way
to enjoy motherhood without compromise.
It takes poise.

Okay, one thing I've talked to you about before on here, you've seen it on my YouTube videos,
and I'm going to tell you about it again because KiwiCo
is one of the most creative things that we have done with our kid. Brock is definitely the more
crafty, artsy one of us two. I was never super into arts and crafts until I got a little older. Like when I was in high school, I loved art class.
College loved it even more. But now as a mom, I'm having to go back to the basics and figure out
fun, creative, interactive ways to help my kid learn that are, you know, also fun. So KiwiCo, they deliver monthly science and art projects that turn curiosity into
creativity from either creating giant bubbles to experimenting with ice cream. I mean,
kids are going to learn in a seriously fun and hands on way. So whether there was a project you did as a kid, like, I mean, I do remember I loved
painting. My daughter loves painting. She loves coloring. She also loves the box that she got in
her koala crate. It's where you have the shapes and the things that you got to put into the box
and fit. And it just makes your mind work in so
many different ways that you might not think of as a parent. So have an awesome season with Kiwi
Co. Get 50% off your first month plus free shipping on any crate line with code Shay at
KiwiCo.com. That's 50% off your first month at K-I-W-I-c-o dot com promo code shay okay so we were just talking about
reality tv and friendships and i have to say the question that came in the most wants to know
where you ladies stand with lindsey i know photos were recently posted from her bridal shower
sierra you were there maya why was not there right can we um say anything about that
honestly i'm trying to like move forward with this relationship and not you know let however
many years ago continue to influence where we are and so we're moving up slow and steady. And, you know, it's it was a it was a tainted friendship.
But I think that, you know, we can be on the upturn from it.
And we definitely are.
Literally, everyone was like, what is their relationship?
Yeah.
No, I had to like sift through those questions.
Yeah.
We've seen I feel like for the first time, Danielle and Lindsay spotted together recently too. That's another thing where I felt like when I was in New York a couple months
ago and I invited both of them and it was like, we're not talking, but then I saw photos together.
I'm like, I see, I can't keep up. And then where I'm at on the show right now, it's like they're
going through the fall and then I hung out with them after that. And I was like, you guys, just
so you know, I haven't seen the reunion. I've invited everyone.
Kyle, Amanda, Lindsay.
I was like, Carl.
I'm like, I don't know how you guys are right now.
But everyone's invited to my night.
So if you don't want to come to see your own co-stars, I understand.
But I like everyone.
Yeah, you're like, I'm not in the middle.
And stay that way.
Yeah, I feel like it's that way sometimes with me with Jersey, too.
It's like, I'm cool with them all. But then when I invite, they're like, well, is this person coming? Is this person? And I'm like it's that way sometimes with me with Jersey too. It's like I'm cool with them all but then when I invite
they're like well is this person coming? Is this person? And I'm like
okay so only invite
these ones. Don't invite this one.
It's hard being I mean you're in it. I'm
friends with all the Vanderpump people. I feel like I've
done a good job of staying out of it when two people
are feuding about something. I'm like well you're both
invited. You figure it out and you're both
welcome for whatever it is. But it is hard
I feel like every season the dynamic changes dynamics change yeah and they change like that yeah
one bad night can change years of friendship as we've seen and literally yeah put a little
alcohol in there yeah that'll do a lot i also saw another popular one that came up other than the
lindsay you know that going to be a stay tuned.
We know how this is.
Oliver, I saw him being compared to Tom Sandoval.
And I was like, hold on, hold on.
They're still together.
What I'm watching.
So I was like, wait, Janet.
I'm like, I don't know how much we can talk about what you want to say, what you don't want to say.
We can totally skip over that. You can absolutely put him in that category.
OK.
Yeah.
So from what i heard what i've
seen so you found out that he had cheated and then it kind of from like unraveled and you found out
there were more people yeah so basically what is a thread with guys like that correct and like i
honestly to this day don't feel like i have the full picture of what really was going on
and it doesn't really matter at this point, but no,
we're not together. He
like, not the nail in the coffin,
but like what finally brought up all
the women was he emailed me
to let me know about what he
listed as his indiscretions.
He emailed you? Correct. Isn't it crazy?
Wait, what?
That's a very like disconnected
form of communication. that's used to me
and after the fact oh because he was blocked on everything okay months after the breakup months
and months after so he was feeling guilty i so like there was a correspondence at one point maybe
like at the end of last year that was like hey show's going to come out soon it'd be awesome
for a heads up like what's really about to like what the fuck is really going to happen and I didn't get anything
from him really he was like dodgy whatever so I was like cool block by moving on and weeks passed
maybe even a month or so and then it was like very first like first or second of January or
something crazy at the beginning of the year and he like, I want to give you the chance to enjoy your holiday.
So I waited to send this like, oh, like, cause he's a good guy.
That's so kind of you.
Thank you so much.
Thank you.
Like my season six.
So thoughtful of you.
And then it was bullet pointed with IG handles.
And how quickly did that get screenshotted and sent to your girls group? I didn't IG handles and. Oh my God. Is that comical? How quickly did that get screenshotted
and sent to your girls group chat to start investigating?
That's what I would do.
To this day, I've not looked at a single IG handle
cause I'm like, it's not gonna serve me.
Wow, the self-control I could never.
I know I wanted.
I would've had all those girls fired by now
from something.
I wanted her to forward it to me.
It's not them though.
It's not them, it's him.
So no, I never looked.
But it's like, what's the point?
In my mind, they're not going to, like, it's going to piss me off.
They're going to be like, I'm going to see myself as better in some way or something of the sort.
It's going to piss me off.
So like, no, I didn't give him that.
That's how I learned about The Eleven that we now know.
Yeah.
It could be like a short film. It could be. Yeah. Yeah. A murder know. Yeah. Yeah. It could be, like, a short film.
It could be, yeah.
Yeah, a murder film.
Yeah.
Is he still friends with any of your other castmates?
Or, like, do you have mutual friends? Or anything where you might, like, see him again or run into him?
I mean, like, he is often in Montauk.
So, like, I know a lot of people that have seen him this summer specifically.
He wouldn't be, like like coming into your friend group
or like showing up at the dinner. I think he's honestly afraid.
Danielle's the one that introduced us.
Right. So as far as
I mean, they haven't like hung out.
I know that they've been in like spaces.
We saw him in Montauk a couple weeks ago.
And I was just, I didn't even
look his way. I cursed the
day he was born and
he knows better. These men forget they're on a television
show and they're still it's just they think that they're just so cocky that they're like
gonna get away with it or like it's so dumb it's the arrogance for me it's disgusting yeah
yeah i don't i can't even like to this day make sense of it because it's like in what world would you continue to
film right and to come into that space like my weekends were literally occupied you didn't have
to you could have been doing your own thing every weekend without my knowledge yeah and like never
been around and that would have been okay but like you chose to continue to be around wow what is the current dating life status with the
two of you we're dating know anyone i just updated my raya that i'm in la
maybe i should do that i know how i feel about raya i know raya's tough i dating's hard but
just trying to get out there more i feel like like she goes on more dates than I do. I'm like actually starting to date for the first time in my life.
I'm like a serial monogamous.
I usually like meet someone like it takes me a long time to like them.
But once I like you, I'm like, all right, cool.
We can hang out for a while.
So I'm like talking to people right now.
And that's like literally the first time I've ever done that.
Good for you, though.
Put yourself out there.
Like, I think they all they're like none of them are going anywhere.
But like, whatever. Per the psychic. She said that,. Put yourself out there. I think that's the best you can do. None of them are going anywhere.
Whatever. Per the psychic. She said that too. She did.
She ended it all.
What kind of psychic? We had a medium
on our show a few weeks ago
and she
basically read the hell out of us
all about our love lives.
That's awesome. I love a good psychic.
Mine was like, there's a guy
on the sideline
that's ready to commit to you
and you're playing,
I'm the one playing games
and I was like,
yeah, you're right.
You're right.
But I think for me,
I just, I don't know.
I'm like,
I thought that I like
wanted a relationship,
but now just like
casually dating,
I'm kind of just at the point,
you know,
I'm kind of having fun
with work and like
just got signed to a new modeling agency in New York. Congratulations. Where I'm kind of just at the point, you know, I'm kind of having fun with work and like just got signed to a new modeling agency in New York.
Congratulations.
Thanks.
Where I'm just like, I kind of want to do my own thing.
You're booked and busy.
Like you said, you don't want to.
I'm not really trying to feel like I have to check in with someone.
I'm just kind of.
Timing is everything.
And if you're not in that space, I think, you know, then don't be in, you know what I mean?
Don't enter that.
Yeah.
I feel like when you're
ready to date it's good to always have like a list of like these are things i 100 need right and like
i'm not budging on these things and you remember my list insane you can like go back to that podcast
episode it worked you know wait how many things did you have on your list a lot of mine were like
no photos of men holding fish like i I was like, it was very,
no private.
Not a private plane.
Not a guy that takes selfies.
Yeah.
If you go through my husband's phone,
it's like a lot of selfies.
None that he posts.
Okay.
But he takes a lot of them.
But are they silly?
See, Brooke never takes selfies.
Are they silly?
Are they serious?
Is it just to be like,
look what I'm doing, babe?
Or like checking himself out to see if he looks okay
before he leaves the house.
Oh, okay.
Interesting.
Is it like a this selfie or like a mirror one before he leaves the house. Oh, interesting. Is it like a,
this selfie or like a mirror one?
It's like a,
Oh,
okay.
I'll do like a mirror one of the fit,
but not like a,
no,
I'll do a full selfie.
And then I'm like looking through something and I'm like,
what are all of these?
And then he has,
he doesn't post like anything on Instagram whatsoever.
Like his Instagram is like a fan page for me.
That's okay. That's how I like it. Yeah. There was actually a rumor after we hung out with
Angela from 90 Day Fiance. She posted a bunch of us this whole week. And my husband's a lawyer.
Somebody, one of his clients was like, Hey, I found this article about you saying you're
having a love triangle with this 60 year old woman named Angela from some TV show. That's his name. And it was like Jason Caperna, love triangle with like
Angela Deem and her husband. And I'm like, I'm not even in the.
And Jason's like, how did this happen? If you go to my Instagram, it's just all photos of you.
And like me being like my wife's birthday, our anniversary. This is just like photos of you. And like me being like, my wife's birthday, our anniversary, this and this.
And it's just like photos of me.
He's like, did they not fact check this at all?
And I was like, no, they never do.
No, they don't do it.
That would take too much time.
Yeah.
Sticking on the subject of men, Taylor underscore Gartz wants to know, would they rather a one
night stand at BravoCon with Austin or Scandival?
I'll take death for 500.
I would
fuck Austin.
We're gonna pretend
that that's not weird.
Are you kidding me?
To choose
neither one of them. I can't go down that road again.
Well, I never went down that road.
I never even looked that way.
That's fair. I also would choose death for 500. I can't go down that road again. Well, I never went down that road. I never even looked that way. So like.
That's fair.
I also would choose death for 500.
I don't want to die.
Yeah.
On that note, we're going to take one more break.
All right.

your cooking, Maya. Yeah, I'm obsessed with your Instagram. I love to cook your pickled onions. I'm
like, this is my girl. I'm like, pickled onions, the most bomb thing that you should always have in your fridge for everything.
You have like bolognese on there.
I'm like, we are food twins.
But recently I started grilling my onions
before pickling them.
And when I tell you that it's like taking it to,
I'm going to go home and do that.
But pickled onions you might not hate.
But that's the thing is maybe that way that you said,
because if it's grilled onions,
if it's in something like in a pasta or a soup, I'm fine with that. But I don the thing is maybe that way that you said because if it's grilled onions, if it's in something
like in a pasta or a soup,
I'm fine with that.
But I don't want onions
like on a burger.
A caramelized onion.
We're kind of the same.
We have like the palate
of a 12 year old.
Yes, I absolutely do.
We like juice boxes.
I'm getting better.
She's been getting a lot better
since we've been friends.
Let me tell you,
the first time I met Sierra
in the car we were
having to order uh dinner like for filming that night and she's in the front seat and she's like
reading the menu out loud and she's like what the fuck is a harry cotbert and i was like
i remember i don't know if it was just look i didn't know what those were until working at
villa blanca and it was on the menu and i'm like oh it's a green bean they could just say that I get that but I was like
oh we will never be friends
that's probably like probably why
we started off a little rocky she was
legitimately like this girl's stupid
I was like I've never heard of a
haircut vert
and that's not even how you say it
it's a Harry Covey
we'll work on it a little more.
I swear.
No one uses that in Georgia.
They just put green beans.
That's the South for you.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I also just love your,
the,
you,
your cooking videos on your Instagram are like really easy to understand and like beautifully made.
Anytime I try to do anything where I'm cooking,
I burn something or I'm like trying to film it. And then I miss something. I'm like, I can't do this. I'm cooking, I burn something or I'm like trying to
film it and then I miss something. I'm like, I can't do this. I'm like, I can either cook or I
can film, but I can't do both. It is hard to do both for sure. And to like make it enjoyable. I
feel like that's the balance I'm trying to figure out now. You nailed it. I've been drooling over
your videos on Instagram for a while now. I'm like, damn, she's got good food taste. I think I
do. I do think I do.'s great you're confident yeah yeah what's
your favorite thing to cook i mean i love carbs so like i love pasta like i want i like love a
good sunday sauce i really love anything with like hot italian sausage it makes a really good caesar
salad i'm like i feel like i'm a caesar salad conisseur. Everywhere I go, I have to get one just to see what it's like.
But they're not all created equal.
They're not.
No.
They're not.
That's usually one of my go-tos, too.
You can have a phenomenal one or a horrible one.
Yeah, but I don't want the anchovies on it.
I always ask.
In the dressing, however, it's fine as a Caesar dressing.
But I don't want the two same livers on it.
I'm the same way.
I don't need to eat the fish.
But I want it in my dressing.
I do believe that Caesar needs an anchovy in the dressing.
There's something about the way she makes her dressing where I'm just like, I haven't
been able to find anything that quite matches it.
You like it zingy, that's why.
You like it heavy with mustard and you like a lot of lemon and you like a good amount
of black pepper.
If anyone, if a man out there knows how to make a good Caesar dressing.
He don't.
Trust me.
I love it.
Yeah.
I have a man who cooks, but he's never done a Caesar.
Rob is such a good cook.
He is.
Such a good cook.
He's really good.
He does like Instagram lives with Summer and they make stuff together.
It's so cute.
So sweet.
I loved the recent one where they making you pancake or protein pancakes.
Yeah.
And Summer was like, mommy, pancakes in bed.
And she was like so excited. I was like, mommy, pancakes in bed.
And she was like so excited.
I was like, this is the perfect thing. That's a dream.
No, that's a dream.
Yeah.
I want to duplicate that.
Yeah.
Tearing me up.
I'm like, I just want someone to cook for me in bed.
Protein pancakes in bed.
I'm fine.
I'll sit up to eat it.
Just cook.
Yeah.
There's nothing wrong with being in bed, right?
Nothing.
That's how they're going to get meals by Brock.
Yeah.
My husband can't cook anything.
He can make ramen noodles
and he can,
like,
with an egg
is like the special,
that's like a very special treat.
But other than that,
before me,
he's like all gym obsessed
and before me,
he would literally
just make ground turkey
with sriracha and spinach
and that was his meal.
So he's Alex.
He was just fueling himself
and I'm like,
you're not enjoying any food
yeah and then i came around and i was like we're making oh my god carbs all the good chicken with
the sauces like all the stuff food is not sustenance in my mind like food is like beautiful
it can be totally let it all the sauces like trader joe's if i can go and get like a pre-made
sauce that i can put on anything and you can doctor it up a bit and like delish. Love it. Yeah.
Yeah.
I'm all about food right now too, obviously.
One pregnant.
It's like my vice now.
Like I used to be able to smoke weed.
I had my vape.
I was like a big drinker.
Now I'm like, it's food.
It's food.
Yeah.
That's it.
Not a bad vice though.
Yeah.
It's not a bad one.
Yeah.
This question, I know you probably can't say too much,
but now that we're about halfway through August,
what can you tease for the Shenanigans listeners about what we might be able to expect from you both in the future?
We've seen photos online this summer, but does that mean you both have been back in the Hamptons?
What were you up to over the winter?
Like, can you say if you're on Winterhouse?
I don't know what we can say.
We can't say anything.
Okay.
There we go.
Maybe just a lot of fun.
A lot of fun.
A lot of fun.
I love that.
Can you say if your podcast will be featured on the show at all?
No.
Yeah, they're not big on featuring the podcast.
No.
I have a live show coming up and yeah.
Like no one will ever know.
Yeah, exactly.
Oh my God. one of my friends
actually just messaged me and she goes i bought a what like a ticket to go to sheena's show she's
like i'm she's flying in from georgia wait she dm'd me and i said it to sheena i go you got some
loyal fans and then she's taking like a red eye back yes yes oh my gosh that's so funny yeah she
messaged me and i sent it to sheena and i like, you have a very diehard fan who's flying in specifically for your show.
I'm so excited for that.
It's going to be such a fun show.
When is that?
August 27th.
Oh my God.
Nice.
Yeah.
Next week.
Coming up very soon.
Yeah.
Do you have any plans to do any live shows with yours?
Yeah, definitely.
Yeah.
We have a few ideas that we're kind of just like trying to thread out and like how we
kind of want the future of our podcast to look like or what we want it to look like.
Yeah.
I don't know.
But like definitely moving towards like video format.
Yeah.
Like our dynamic really is just so fun.
Yeah.
We need facial expressions.
Yeah.
People need to see it.
Yeah.
Totally.
So yeah, we'll be working on like stuff behind the scenes to like kind of give it a
little bit of a twist fun yeah speaking of the future of things a lot of people also wrote in
and asked if you think carl and lindsey are maybe outgrowing the show i feel like with summer house
you know it's always been very just based on young people partying. And when you're sober, you know, that's got to be a hard position to be in.
So what do you think about certain people on the show who've been on it from the beginning?
But do you think it's still the right environment for them or maybe a different show?
I always kind of wonder, will the show like morph with us? us like will it be more in the city less in
the Hamptons I yeah who's to say really I think yeah I'm sure it's hard to be in an environment
where we're literally just getting trashed every weekend like that's yeah I would hate to just yeah
have to watch that all the time and sometimes it definitely does get super annoying even when you're drunk but
yeah i don't know i kind of i kind of like having people that are in their 40s there because then
i'm like i'm in my 20s yeah it's also like how do you distinguish with age look at kyle and yeah
totally oldest in the house he's got a mullet running around his spoon box on his shoulder
like chugging lover boys yeah so I feel like if you start putting an age
restriction on things, then it's, you know,
you're losing, to me, Kyle is
the heart of the show. Yeah.
It just kind of depends, you know, maybe
the show will be able to kind of grow with us.
That's what I hope. Maybe we're not
summering in the Hamptons. Maybe we're
going to different locations. Maybe our vacations
get a little bit more lavish the
older we get.
Who knows, you know?
I feel like with these shows, you know, especially when they get into the later seasons, especially with ours, you know, like I started out in a very different place in my life.
Now I'm a mom.
Yeah.
But you're going to see a lot of that coming up. And I feel like for me personally, as someone who's been a part of Summer House in season one, we bridged the show originally from Vanderpump Rules.
And then I've watched it ever since Paige and Hannah were on.
I didn't watch the first season, but then I started watching it.
And it's like, you know, so Carl and Lindsay and their people who I've been friends with for a really long time.
Right.
I want to see that part of their life in the next chapter, you know.
But it's like, is the Summer House the right place for it?
Maybe we see more of y'all's like is the summer house the right place for it maybe we see more
of y'all's lives in the city because i like that you're filming more during the week and seeing
more of that yeah so hopefully it continues down that it feels like as a viewer that summer house
is now kind of where you guys were a few seasons ago yeah it was shifting like out of the restaurant
a little bit right and it was like but everyone was still so invested in everyone's lives that
you don't want to like,
it doesn't end
just because it comes
out of the restaurant.
Yeah, right.
No, totally.
And then it brings,
you know,
you guys are now
back in the restaurant,
but it's like you're there
as like hosts.
Hosting things.
Instead of taking down orders
and running into the kitchen.
Yeah.
I don't know.
I like it when,
you know,
sometimes I feel like
there's a slow season
during an evolution,
but I feel like
if you watch it and like,
wait,
if you're patient and wait for it to happen,
good things come.
Right.
Yeah.
So hopefully like,
yeah,
I mean,
good things come.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I'm trying to put it out there,
manifest it.
I know y'all are listening.
So yeah.
Let the shows grow with us because as a viewer,
as a cast member,
you know,
it's like,
I feel like that is what people want to see.
They've been following our journeys for so long
now and it's like let us grow
and also show that.
Who's going to pop out the first summer house baby?
Right. I know.
Alright, last
question.
Who would your dream podcast guest
be?
In the Bravo world?
Out of everyone in the world.
If you could have anyone.
We have like our list.
Yeah.
Let's manifest it on shenanigans.
Or a couple people.
Put it out there.
I feel like I'm going to say Tyra Banks.
Oh.
I would die.
Were you guys in America's Next Top Model fans?
Of course.
I would literally die.
I was going to say Tracee Ellis Ross.
See, I was going to go Tony.
Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.
So all girlfriends.
We want the whole cast of girlfriends.
Yeah, whole cast of girlfriends.
And honestly, I'm going to throw out Jessica Simpson.
Ooh.
Well, we love Jessica Simpson.
Yeah.
I would just love to just talk about her.
I just want to sing with her.
Her 20s, you know?
Yeah. I just, yeah. Newlyweds. I just want to say her 20s, you know, and I just yeah.
Newlyweds.
Newlyweds is so iconic.
Because now they're like those clips are resurfacing on TikTok.
And like Nick was such a dick.
Uh huh.
But it seems like he's still a dick.
Well, yeah.
And like I just I don't know.
I just loved her.
And yeah, everything's not what meets the eye.
She's a mogul.
I mean, her shoe brand is like, yeah, everything's not what meets the eye. So yeah. She's a mogul. I mean, her shoe brand is like absolutely insane.
I feel like top of like for celebrity brands,
like she's raking it in.
Yeah.
I need to get Ashley on the podcast.
I've talked to her about it.
I'm friends with Ashley.
Ashley Simpson?
Yeah.
And we've talked about it for so long.
She's married to a Ross?
I know, she's married to Evan Ross.
Yeah, I've known him since I was 21.
Really? We used to party together in LA. I've partied with him
before. Back in the day.
I was actually just watching ATL the other
day and I was like oh he was such a baby
in that movie and like
wow now every. Yeah.
I'm literally going to text him after this podcast and be
like I need to get you on shenanigans.
Oh my gosh. Definitely.
Well thank you ladies for getting into some shenanigans with us while you're in LA.
I'm so happy this worked out.
Yes.
This is great.
This was so much fun.
Thank you.
