Starting point is 00:00:00 Let me ask you a question. You have a best friend? How big would it shock you if somebody told you that your best friend just killed somebody? An Anuloma? Is there an emergency? Someone on the line said they kidnapped my son and they're demanding $500,000. On September 12, 1995, 12-year-old McKay Everett disappeared from his home in Conroe, Texas. It was a crime that shocked the community because the suspect was so unlikely, so unexpected. Former high-ranking police official, he'd run for sheriff at one point.
Starting point is 00:00:34 Law enforcement personnel were pretty much flipped down the middle over whether or not he actually did this. And to this day, Mckay's mother Paulette still feels that justice was never truly served. I've asked myself so many times, what in the world happened? Ransom is available now. You're listening to the Adam and Dr. Drew show. Yeah, get it on.
Starting point is 00:02:46 Got to get on. Drs. Ford, first side, sister, specialist. Oh, you know, it was funny. I don't know. Yeah, I have these weird little funny moments. I was cleaning my warehouse out and I came across a kid's yearbook from high school and I think it's 2021, could have been 2022, and I just started to sort of flip through the pages. And I usually like to go to where the sports are and see who's playing the
Starting point is 00:03:21 sports and the stuff like that. And I started looking at the basketball pictures, the team, all the action shots. All the action shots were kids running down court, doing layups, the stuff you'd see in a pictorial about basketball. They all had masks around their chins and some around their necks perfect They said you have to wear a mask on the court, but then they didn't wear it around their mouth
Starting point is 00:03:51 But they was all around their chins And every shot in the yearbook has guys going up for layups and you know rebounds and there's a mask It just goes around the bottom of their chin Let the history books erase that stuff. A hundred years, they gotta look at that and go, what the? Well. A hundred years, ten years.
Starting point is 00:04:13 Takes ten years to get to the truth, I've decided. Yeah. It seems to be about what the time schedule is. It's way too long for me, driving me crazy, but we're about four years into heading for the truth. Maybe five. Yeah, I mean, I get the, people send me pictures of just like park benches
Starting point is 00:04:34 with police tape over it and stuff, and I'm like, man, did we come undone, fast, fast. And it, but it's funny you would say that, I was thinking about it this morning, I was thinking, I remember vividly the press conference conference two weeks to bend the curve and I'm like, come on. And, but okay. But never in my wildest dreams, but I think two years later we'd be shut down. This just an uncut. It's an unthinkable thing, especially when other states were open. And then I started fantasizing,
Starting point is 00:05:05 literally I thought, well if they try that again, I'm gonna move. I'm gonna leave. I'm out. That's it. This is not gonna go. Well I guess we should have me getting into it with Gavin Newsom anyway,
Starting point is 00:05:18 just because people seemed to enjoy that and they were talking about it. And it was something that just sort of I Was just sitting there at the desk with Chris Cuomo who has a seems to have an ending capacity to absorb criticism about COVID and that is still not a just course or really just he just sits there. I go well look obviously I was talking about the debate, right?
Starting point is 00:05:47 I said, well, CNN is putting this on, and CNN gets to now have an opportunity to show that they're even and fair-minded, a course correction, because after four years of lying about COVID and about four years of lying about Hunter Biden's laptop, and about four years of lying about COVID and about four years of lying about Hunter Biden's laptop and about you know four years of lying about Russian collusion after all the lying CNN did. Now he was the anchor during that entire time. They say what they always go they go we you know I don't I don't
Starting point is 00:06:18 he pushed back he said I you know I don't think they were lying. I was like, okay, then stupid or liar. What do you say to that? I don't know. See, that's what I wanted to hear about is what Cuomo said after you talked to Newsom and how he responds. Did you talk to him at the end of the show or anything? He doesn't really care. I mean, to his credit.
Starting point is 00:06:40 I admire it. I admire that. He absorbs it. He lets you say it, which is awesome. I, it's something that I talked to, I didn't talk to Byron or Emmy about it, but I talked to somebody about the exchange I had before Newsome. Oh. And so maybe Byron can go to Newsmax or whatever and see if it's somewhere. But it was before Newsome, I was just explaining to Chris Cuomo
Starting point is 00:07:07 that his former network just lied all through COVID. Yeah, I didn't see it. See, I'd love to see that. That should be making the rounds too. Well, we'll see if we can find that clip. And I don't know where Ami went to. The helm appears to be completely abandoned. Well people always go, he's going to the bathroom, but my thing is we had 10 minutes in between.
Starting point is 00:07:31 I'm watching your real time clip. Oh, right. I'm trying to find your clip on TV. Oh, you TV-o'd it. I actually found, well no, now I record the series because that's one of the projects that I'm working on, but I just hit record on that episode, so I'm trying to scrub through it. Unfortunately it's buffering on us. As opposed to the CNN version, yes? I'm working on but I just hit record on that episode. So I'm trying to scrub through it As opposed to the CNN version. Yes No as opposed to the YouTube version
Starting point is 00:07:50 They also do the same thing with TMZ where it's not the one that I watched the night before. Oh, yeah That's not approved material. It is it is it has caused a lot of consternation around here because I a lot of consternation around here because I watched a motherfucking episode at home and then I come in and I go, go on the internet and find that episode and they go, the thing's not in it.
Starting point is 00:08:12 And I go, you got the wrong episode. Then they go, we got the right episode. And they go, but it's not here. It's not, they keep saying it's not here. And I'm going, I saw the episode. 100%, I watch TMZ every night, and the next day it's not exactly the same thing. And, Byron, can you find the Newsome,
Starting point is 00:08:29 prior to the Newsome conversation with Cuomo about CNN's lying and bullshitting on the Russian collusion? That's what I wanna hear. I think Joe, oh, I'm looking at now, I think we talked about it, but I don't think we ever found it or looked it up or whatever, but that. What are we talking about? News. But that was Newsmax, the segment before I got into it with Gavin Newsom, I got into
Starting point is 00:08:51 it with Cuomo to basically explain that CNN did nothing but lie all through COVID, which is a weird – listen, either you're lying or your batting average on COVID is the worst batting average ever. So it's this weird thing where you go, I'm not a liar. It's basically like, you know, when you say to your friend, like you ever have this, remember when you were younger, Drew, quite and listen, Joe, you've had this happen. Where you go, you say to your friend, you go, hey man, last night at the party, you fucking insulted the homeowner. You came on to his wife. You were cursing. He was trying to give some speech or something
Starting point is 00:09:32 and you kept butting in. You were a fucking drunken mess, all right? And you embarrassed yourself and they go, I wasn't drunk. Oh, all right. Then that's who you are. So now what do we, what do we, CNN, we didn't lie about COVID.
Starting point is 00:09:47 Oh, so in terms of fact gathering, you just got every single piece of data wrong? Cause now we're getting into worse. I say you were drunk at the party. But you gotta go back to Qualcomm. And now say you're not gonna drink so much at the next party. Don't go, I wasn't drunk
Starting point is 00:10:02 because now you're just that person. You gotta go back to Guam and examine it. Really like digging with him a little bit. Cause he's, he seems to be like wanting to kind of, I don't know if it's come clean, but he wants to join the party a little bit, like join the, the fun, you know, and then shit. He doesn't mind shitting on his old employer. I don't think. He's defensive as anyone would be. If someone was saying you lied about whatever.
Starting point is 00:10:25 Well that's why I think I think. He does the exact same thing that Gavin Newsom does. We didn't know at the time you know what we knew and it's like you didn't okay see you're nothing at the time you knew nothing and you didn't know anything at the time why are you talking into a fucking microphone or shutting down beaches if you don't know anything. But I think there's a subtle way to kind of parse that out, which is to say, Mark Cienchisi does this. He goes, oh, you didn't know anything at the time.
Starting point is 00:10:51 Well, that's interesting, because look how quickly you use your lack of knowledge to jump to a totalitarian takeover of your state government. So you didn't know anything, why the totalitarianism, why the ease with taking our civil rights away? Why, let's say you believed it all. Why the ease? It was an election year, that's why the ease. This was all wouldn't have happened if we weren't on election year. Yes, they had to fucking shut everything down. All right, fine. Suffer, Naves. We got to get Trump out of there.
Starting point is 00:11:25 But yeah, that clip, Joe, was NewsNation before... Before Newsome popped in. Before Newsome popped in, I was explaining that CNN did nothing but lie. Didn't he talk to somebody else right before Newsome? Newsome was talking to somebody else before you came on, I think. Yeah, he talked to Stephen A. Stephen A, yeah, yeah. And then... Yeah, but before the Stephen A one is what people
Starting point is 00:11:48 are like what did Stephen A ask him? What? Nothing. Who cares? You know what I mean? What'd he ask him? Looking good governor where'd you get the tie? You know what I mean? Like what's anyone? I wasn't asking him anything. Well anybody that lived in this state might have something on their mind. I don't think Stephen lives here. Oh, I'm not blaming him. I'm not gonna, I'm not gonna grill the well, I would grill the governor of New Jersey or whatever I would have you put me in front of Gretchen Whitmer, I would go, Hey, how come you shut down boating, but your husband went out boating? Yeah. Who's plan was that? Yeah, by the way, boating? I know. Main vector for disease spreading?
Starting point is 00:12:28 All right, well we can play the other clip, we can play the other Newsome clip that led us here, but we can look for the one before it. I was there for seven hours, so I was on camera for seven hours, but the memory's a little blurry. What did they have you doing?
Starting point is 00:12:47 They told me to get there at 730 and get ready. And then at some point about 1230, I just said, like during the commercial break, I go, do you need me here at this thing? And they looked at me and they went, no. Oh my God. And I went, all right, well then I'm leaving. And they're like, okay. And I just got up and left. All right, so here's the news, I'm sorry. Here's the first one. Adam Corolla here.
Starting point is 00:13:11 Governor, why did you shut the beaches in California during COVID? Yeah, I think we all were working on information at the time. We had no basis of deeply understanding the virus. I think they did the same thing. I know they did the same thing in states like Florida. If you didn't know anything, why'd you shut the beaches? Well we didn't know.
Starting point is 00:13:34 Oh, it's smiling. Yeah, because people were concerned early in the pandemic. Information was coming out as it relates to how it was transferred. Why keep them closed? The disease. People were cautious trying to keep people alive And I should say this I didn't want to go in the sunshine It's vitamin D Alper an exercise so you shut the beaches okay, and you arrested a guy was paddle boarding in the bag health wealth and
Starting point is 00:13:58 Look at that smile crazy when he smiles like geniuses, outdoor dining. Why'd you shut down outdoor dining? Go ahead, go ahead. It's good to see Adam. Based on science you didn't have. The debate tonight... It's not a debate. You shut down outdoor dining, you've canceled businesses, had nothing to do with science.
Starting point is 00:14:20 Alright, let him finish. Alright, go ahead. Let him finish. All this happened with members of the Trump administration providing counsel and providing recommendations to states like mine. Very much part of that Trump record as well. Now the Trump, so Trump was the fuck up.
Starting point is 00:14:37 Trump was the problem. We just listened to the fuck up. I see. He always listened to Trump, doesn't he? Yeah, yeah. With abortion and everything. Yeah, yeah, and Trump said two two years two years to bend the curve. I'm Trump set the agenda for Los Angeles in California All right, so that was Trump's fault. Huh?
Starting point is 00:14:54 Wonder why DeSantis didn't listen to Trump, right? He kept his Rapper. Yeah, but when a Trumper listen to Trump So you're a non Trumper, but you shut down Disneyland, right? And DeSantis is a a Trumper listened to Trump, so you're a non-Trumper, but you shut down Disneyland, and DeSantis is a pro-Trumper, but he kept Disney World open. Right. It doesn't make that much sense. No, it does not.
Starting point is 00:15:17 Remember the whole CNN beach thing where people, remember when people were walking on the beach, and they're going, they're not distancing. Dayton. Oh, no, it's a Daytona Beach Well, that's a beach. Yeah The people see but I can't believe it. They're walking around the beach. Like yeah, it was CNN reporting that I know it's the best It's all it's so rich drew. It's disgusting. God we were filming everything These people act like cameras haven't been invented. But you've got to understand something. There's still all this shit on
Starting point is 00:15:49 social media where people are defending this stuff still. They're still saying, what do you want out of people to die? You want them to, you know, look how bad Florida did relative to California. This kind of stuff. We'll just go and go. People have an endless capacity for this. All right. It's really disturbing frankly, because here, here's the thing. At the bottom is this rational certitude and there should be rational uncertainty. We should all have humility. We should all be looking at these things. The, you know, people wanted to shut down for a few months. Okay. Six months. Okay.
Starting point is 00:16:22 Two years. Excessive. I think we can all agree on that. But to just get into these defensive modes is just, it's disgusting to me, it really bothers me. By the way, update, I found it on TV. I knew it. Oh, you are a nerd. He says roll the tape and it's exactly that tape. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:16:41 Well, I knew that. So you gotta question your sources there, Byron. That's the thing. It's a different source. He's watching the exact same show. It's been cut. It's 12 minutes longer on TV. Yeah. Yeah. No, it is the same show, but the version of it is not the version we saw. All right. Here's what we need to learn. That clip was definitely in the show at some point because he says roll the tape and so you can't look at it and go,
Starting point is 00:17:09 well, they added this on at a later date or whatever. No, he narrates the entire tape. So it's there, that's what you need to know. Now, the other truth is it's not showing up on your episode. So that means the source for your episode is a different source that doesn't contain this. That's what we learn. I think we figured out that it is YouTube because now it's on Macs and it's exactly the same thing as the TV. How about the Cuomo comments after the video? That's what we want to see.
Starting point is 00:17:36 After the video. Not the video, after the videos. Obama was like, oh you know what they're gonna say? So he let it. He wasn't leading him off. And then he's at the G7 summit in Italy, and there were paratroopers, there were paratroopers who was there. OK, the guy actually didn't. The other side does it too, because the Democrats have a video of Trump where it looks like he's jerking off a guy with both hands. That's a real one. But how do you communicate to the American public, okay, he's old, but he hasn't lost his mind.
Starting point is 00:18:18 Can we agree on that? Yes. He's still got his marbles. He can still do the job. He just can't run for it. Yeah. But look, the videos, frankly, just take you to a whole other state of lack of credibility in all the social media that goes back and forth and more cynicism and skepticism. You can't believe any of this crap.
Starting point is 00:18:38 You know, it reminds me of bots in the last election. The problem with the videos is this is not just some people who are cutting this. This is like the RNC themselves are doing this, which is disgraceful. Democrats are also saying it about Trump too, right? And it's also true about Trump. He's also missing words, etc. These are older guys who are not as fast or as glib as they were. What's it's the RNC specifically did not cut it. It's all the people that are, you know what I mean, they're interested in being a deep fake
Starting point is 00:19:10 that sort of take out the parts that are in question, such as Obama leading him by the handoff stage. I don't know. It's interesting. Listen, I said this to Eric Griffin, who kept talking to me about edits. It's like, oh, at some point, it has to be short enough to put on YouTube.
Starting point is 00:19:25 There's gonna be edits. You know what I mean? The video's three hours or an hour or two hours. I don't know what it is. It is edited, but, okay. Let me argue this. Can you find me on News Nation with Cuomo or are you looking?
Starting point is 00:19:47 Are you looking? Are you looking Joe says there's no full version of the show there's no full version of show So they they never ran it and archived it and something that looking for it no That's peculiar, but it once, as I've said many times, I don't know how the internet works. I don't know what's there. I don't know what's not there. The show was streamed, I think, but it doesn't exist. Okay, anyway, here's the thing, Drew.
Starting point is 00:20:16 Everybody, are you listening? The video of P. Diddy beating up his girlfriend in the hotel hall was edited in that there's 200 hours of footage of a surveillance camera. But they just edited out the one part where he beat his girlfriend. So you can call that an edited video, but it still shows P. Diddy beating his girlfriend. That camera rolls 24-7
Starting point is 00:20:51 every day of the month. So there are countless hours. But are we going to call that an edited video? Yeah, no. Okay. Well, that's what I'm saying. Yes, they show him at the Juneteenth concert being a statue and motionless. And yes, it's edited because we didn't watch the entire Juneteenth celebration. Yeah. But hello. Eric Grivna was saying to me,
Starting point is 00:21:18 you gotta show the whole video. And I'm like, they're running clips on YouTube. They're not gonna show an hour worth of Shaka Khan playing at the Juneteenth concert. What drives me insane though is that, you know, again, when we're in medical school and we're learning about Parkinson's disease, we watch a minute of people's movement problems in a particular context.
Starting point is 00:21:42 Sometime during that same day, they might have been better, but we'll watch the minute where the manifestations occur. That's it. That's all we need. Listen, did I play you the one didn't I? I don't think so. Oh, Byron, now more vid for... What's this one now? We don't have that one, huh? No, I was just saying you did it on this show. We did do it didn't know we didn't do it now but we there's
Starting point is 00:22:09 a the vid actually works it I I looped it I told him to loop it but you can tell me he I think I told you about this he's given the speech about the black history and not wanting say it's it's it's it's horrible when a horrible disease interrupts your race hustle. He had so much more race hustling to do. By the way, Biden's not a good person. He's not, he wouldn't hustle race the whole time. But he was in the middle of explaining to black people
Starting point is 00:22:40 why we don't want them here and how we don't like their history and we wanna erase their history and stuff. And in the middle of it, he just went, brr. Drew, watch it, turn it up, man. And watch, I looped it, but watch it. Closing doors of opportunity, attacking the values of diversity, equity and inclusion.
Starting point is 00:23:00 If you can believe it, banning books about black experiences. Black experiences. Black experiences. Wow. Black experiences. Black experiences. Black experiences. Black experiences.
Starting point is 00:23:11 Black experiences. Run it from the top one more time. Nobody saw this. Yeah. Nobody, nobody rolled it. Didn't pop up on hand. Yeah. These guys scrub the internet, they scrub the cable news,
Starting point is 00:23:28 and they scrub the internet looking for flubs. You know, oh, he said 10 million, he meant 10 billion. Ah-ha! You know what I mean? And I'm always like, first off, every fucking person I know would fuck up the 10 billion versus the 10 million. The people, listen, I tell people all the time,
Starting point is 00:23:48 I sit with people and they go, well, there's a 10-02 flight that leaves LAX and then it lands in Naples, Florida at 11-7. And I'll go just round up or round down. The next next flight they just do it again. It's not doable people fuck numbers up not me But everyone else true fucks numbers up all day every day and sorry for the rant drew But I'm telling you they do this all the time where they go well 69.3 percent of Americans say that 18% of the time 29.3% just go 70% of Americans say 20% of the news is fake.
Starting point is 00:24:37 Like stop it, stop loading. People can't, they can't remember the last two numbers. I fucking told them no one has any retention, they can't remember the last two numbers. I fucking told them no one has any retention. They can't do numbers at all. Don't do the 69.7, just say 70%. No one's gonna call you a liar and don't prattle it off that way. Is it odd these people that lie all the time
Starting point is 00:24:56 are very focused on the accuracy of the numbers? Isn't that weird? No, they don't lie all the time. They're looking for gaffes. They're looking for gaffes. They don't lie all the time. They're they're looking for gaffes They're looking for gaffes. They don't lie. No, I'm talking about the right is looking for Biden gaff I see they all missed this one. Yeah run it again and he's right in the middle of his big race hustle Yeah, about burning opportunity closing doors What is the the guy do when he does that I wonder if you can believe it baining books about black experiences black experiences black experiences all right true that's no one caught it but me nobody but that was it well look
Starting point is 00:25:39 what sign language guy's doing that's interesting they had to find the one black, like we want one black sign language guy. Good, we're gonna go agitate black people and we can't have a redhead doing it with us. We need a black guy. But he does sort of the, he does a yuck sign like, ugh. He said it does. We gotta watch it from the top one more time. All right, but Drew, what just happened to him? I don't know what that is. That's a weird one. That's not something typical of something. You know there's one person who caught that. It's well done.
Starting point is 00:26:09 Closing doors of opportunity, attacking the values of diversity, equity and inclusion. If you can believe it, banning books about black experiences. Black experiences. I don't know what the guy. All right. The funny thing is they got the black guy. I don't know what the guy. Black experience with the black guy. All right. Black.
Starting point is 00:26:26 I don't know. The funny thing is they got the black guy looking like angry black guy. Like, this man in books burning history. They don't want you to be. But he closes his eyes. Listen, as much as, the thing about Biden, and what no one else talks about, no one else,
Starting point is 00:26:43 he lies about the economy, he lies about the border, he lies about his past, he lies about his credentials, he lies about Ukraine, he lies about his son, he lies about everything. Going out and race hustling all the time. The President of the United States explaining to black people every turn that we don't want them here. You know what I mean?
Starting point is 00:27:05 We're trying to erase their history and they're not wanted and they have to work 10 times as hard to get ahead. It's so fucking destructive and it's gross and it's super pathetic and he should get way more shit for that than anything Hunter Biden has ever done. It is grotesque. His message. He goes to an all-black college, does the commencement address, and explains to everyone that nobody wants him here.
Starting point is 00:27:31 It's fucking gross and nobody cares. Which is a weird thing. I find it bizarre that nobody says anything or cares at all that he hustles race the entire time. And then you turn on the news and there's a black chick and she's punching the Asian woman on the subway. And it's like, yeah, of course, she's not supposed to be here. We don't want her. You know what I mean? It's disgusting.
Starting point is 00:27:54 I'm rarely like kind of disgusted by stuff. It is disgusting what he does. And nobody says a word. It's like, yeah, yeah, get up there and make another speech in front of black people explaining that they're not wanted. It's so different from his historical presentation.
Starting point is 00:28:07 It makes me wonder who's running the show, because not him. Right. He'll do or say anything, clearly, but somebody else is mandating this, driving it. I would say. Any theories? I would say. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:28:21 Hmm. Hmm. Any theories? I don't know enough to know. I think it's easy enough to explain that he is not the captain of the ship. Yeah. And that's clear.
Starting point is 00:28:40 So somebody is doing this, and the somebody's are very far left and probably activists and they're making decisions. When he hires Admiral Levine, he's not deciding to hire a trans. He, she or we're're gonna invite Dylan Mulvaney to the White House for a photo op. You think 82 year old Joe Biden is like, where are the trannies? He doesn't give a fuck.
Starting point is 00:29:15 He doesn't even know what they're talking about. So somebody is explaining to them, just like when Black Lives Matter happened and Chris Laxamana told me I should put a black check by my Twitter box. I don't know that. I don't think about it. Now, I have dignity and I have convictions.
Starting point is 00:29:34 So I said, and I'm not compromised. So I said, no, I will not be doing that. Then he said, well, you're gonna take some shit. And I said, that's fine. And then that was that. But it didn't come to mind. Some younger person had to tell me to do it. Now, Joe Biden has no dignity and he's compromised.
Starting point is 00:29:55 So when someone comes to them and goes, there's a guy who dresses like a chick and you gotta take pictures with him in the Oval Office, he just goes, fine, because that's what people want. Now, what they're missing is that people don't really want this, and that's the part that's hard to define. Same mistake Hollywood's making with these films,
Starting point is 00:30:16 you know, and things like that. They want this, they need this, they have to, and by the way, if you believe that the culture shaped humanity, well then that all makes sense, because we have to shape the culture to shape the people. Well they think we're talking about Jennifer Aniston and friends and her haircut. You know what I mean?
Starting point is 00:30:37 Like, well, she came out with that new do and millions of women. That's not cutting your dick off, idiots. This is something different. This is a bigger commitment than a hairdo. Yeah. And by the way, good news, Karen Bass objects to the Supreme Court decision that will allow her to comfortably help the homeless people into treatment by enforcing vagrancy laws. She'll have none of that. She needs more homes and, I listen, they scrubbed it from the internet,
Starting point is 00:31:09 but I heard it. She spoke to the Democratic Convention about a year and a half ago, and she explained that it was an economic disparity problem. There was too many people with too much money and others with not enough money, and that was the homeless problem. Did you hear the councilman or the mayor of Seattle,
Starting point is 00:31:28 whatever, give his whole spiel about? Same thing. Yeah, the whole spiel. Too many people with too much money, they don't have enough money, and it has nothing to do with drugs or a mental. To make their political points. He said nothing to do with drugs or mentally compromised.
Starting point is 00:31:43 All right, you can go to, yes, at some point they have blood on their hands. That's what I would say. Oh, not at some point. Right now. There's no fucking time. I've been saying it's negligent manslaughter. It's what it is.
