Starting point is 00:02:31 Recorded live at Corolla One Studios with Adam Corolla and board certified physician and addiction medicine specialist Dr. Drew Pinsky. You're listening to the Adam and Dr. Drew show. Yeah, get it on. Got to get on. Better swing. Dr. Drew, board certified physician. Amy, did you find anything about that article or stats out of the UK on COVID deaths, mortality rates, minus pre-existing conditions. By the way, Drew, I explained to the consternation of many that this killed old people and sick people right at the beginning, and everyone yelled at me. They would even find ways to yell
Starting point is 00:03:26 where they, even when they didn't disagree with you. Yeah, but those kids are gonna kill the teachers. What do you think, what about the 60 year old teacher? Yeah, yeah, yeah. I can't read this from here. I can see it, what do you want? I can paraphrase because I got it. I don't know if this is the same,
Starting point is 00:03:44 I don't think this is what we're looking at, the same article I heard. You're looking at COVID-19 mortality rates, but you're not looking at a study out of the UK that did it for only those with no preexisting conditions, right? Emmy? That's not what this is, right?
Starting point is 00:04:06 This is crude mortality, yeah. Sorry, I'm just looking at UK studies from 2021. No, not UK studies from 2021. And by the way, all causes, it's still- This is recent. This is recent, and it'll only say COVID on the death certificate. By the way- Well, I mean not only. COVID on the death certificate. By the way, can you- Well, I mean not only, COVID is the cause of death with no pre-existing conditions. I'm gonna paraphrase, you ready? But hold on, just the one we just looked at, which was all comers, 1.3%.
Starting point is 00:04:35 Right. By age, I'm gonna go off of memory. Okay. All right. What are you looking at? Just put your phone down. All right. What are you looking at? Just put your phone up. All right Zero to one I think one one male
Starting point is 00:04:51 Zero to one. Okay years of age. Okay One to five it was like one female and and no males. Okay in the UK I'm not sure what the scent this is the sample size is You know the entire UK and Wales and whatever Five to ten it was like Two males and one female or something ten to fifteen it was zero females and like one male and Then you know fifteen to twenty it was I't know, three males and no females or something. It was literally nothing until about 55 or 60,
Starting point is 00:05:34 and then it would trickle up a little bit, and then eventually when they got to 90s, then there were some real numbers. By the way, the real numbers weren't real numbers. They were 522 men and 800 females. There's something like that. But under the age of 50, there was just nothing. Nothing in the morbidity department.
Starting point is 00:06:00 And they've known it and they've always known it. That's my point. They've always known it and they've always known it. That's my point. They've always known it and they've always lied about it because they always wanted to scare you. They would never give you the numbers of people, of young people. But remember one day- And by the way, myocarditis, they did another study just in vaccinated kids. Just, zero and unvaccinated. Okay, so we forced an experimental vaccine
Starting point is 00:06:30 on our kids that they didn't need to take. Because you guys wouldn't stop lying. And you fucking idiots wouldn't not listen to these people. And wouldn't change direction when the seriousness of the illness dropped to actually zero. Truly zero. Now, if you'd like to be a part of the Kamala Harris campaign staff, you must be vaccinated. In 2000, what year is it?
Starting point is 00:06:54 24, boosted on what? By the way, the vaccines don't cover the variants. All right. Now we know for sure they don't cover the variants. Do we have, I don't know, is this study recent, Emmy? It's going to have to be recent because this is data that was collected and recently shown, so you can probably take this one off. I had a friend that got so badly vaccine injured, he's still disabled by it? Well, look, I'm not a vaccine conspiracy theorist.
Starting point is 00:07:30 My take was, and both my kids got vaccinated, not that I wanted them to get vaccinated, but what am I gonna do? They're not welcome back into society, and my ex-wife took them, and I would've, you know, I wasn't screaming about it. I just felt like, I don't think this is a good idea. I also felt like it was totally unnecessary
Starting point is 00:07:55 for a 14 year old boy to get vaccinated. And possibly dangerous for a 14 year old boy. I didn't need to even go into the danger part. I went into this is unnecessary. So why are we doing this? And the answer is so that he can go and eat at a restaurant. Oh, okay, so he should inject an experimental compound into his arm that's completely unnecessary
Starting point is 00:08:22 so that he can go to Nobu. Yes. Yes. Okay. That seems like a weird way to arrange things. But remember, I mean, think about Sotomayor up there screaming about kids on ventilators. Hundreds of thousands of kids on ventilators.
Starting point is 00:08:41 Does that bother anybody that that 10 cent head is a Supreme Court member? Does it bother anyone? And the affirmative action hires, Drew, Jesus Christ, they've not fucking panned out at all. They're sad. It's sad. I mean, I guess it would go that way.
Starting point is 00:09:00 You know what I mean? Like it would go that way. I mean, if somebody said to me, look, cornerbacks in the NFL, there's 32 teams or 31 teams or whatever the fuck there are and there's two on each team and then there's a couple of backups on each team. And so there's in total, there's 110 cornerbacks in the league and only two of them are white so we got to do something About that in a great time. So I'm okay. What are we gonna do? Well, we're gonna start
Starting point is 00:09:41 Drafting some white guys to play corner. All right, you know, well, but what are their 40 speeds? Look we've adjusted We've adjusted for the 40 speed. All right. Yeah, you'd like you'd like a guy You'd like a corner quite You'd like a corner in the NFL to run maybe a four four four Four four five would be a slow corner four three be better four three five four four four somewhere in there We can't find enough white dudes that can do the 4 340 so what we're gonna do we're gonna go to a 4 7 for them so we can attract a big what's wrong with that by the way just adjust it just a little bit so we can start attracting a larger group of white cornerback well at a certain point once
Starting point is 00:10:20 we and where our goals are 60% white cornerbacks, no sorry, 40%, let's wait. We'd like to be at 40% by 2030. NFL starting corners with 40%. Okay, how's your performance gonna be? How would this work? The guy's running a 4.7 and he's out on the field and he's now guarding a guy who runs a 4.3. So how could this go? 7 and he's out on the field and he's now guarding a guy runs a 4-3. So
Starting point is 00:10:50 How how could this go and so you go? Well, we need some representation You know in the in the Supreme Court, we need representation Everywhere mayors and say we need Kamala Harris. We need you know, we got to have a black female, you know vice president. Okay Are we shocked that didn't turn out as good as we'd like to turn it? Why wouldn't it turn out good? Isn't this, this is how it would go if you screwed with the system as you've done. Even if you didn't screw with it,
Starting point is 00:11:18 and just from the standpoint of the math, you would run out of the four three guys pretty quickly because everybody would be competing for the four three white guys. Right. And all of a sudden there would be none of those guys. And so you would have to start going into the second tier, even if you didn't adjust, you would just do it. You would just go, wait, I don't get it. You would run out of the four. You said, you said, well, let's make a formal adjustment and start encouraging people at four seven to come. No,, well, let's make a formal adjustment and start encouraging people at 47 to come in. No, not people, white people.
Starting point is 00:11:47 White people, yeah. But you wouldn't have to do that. You would just automatically do it, because that's all there is. Right, yes, yes. And so you would just be doing that. Yeah, but what I'm saying is it's like, no, it's like we need more female cops
Starting point is 00:11:59 on the police department, and they can't climb the eight foot barrier, so lower it down to six foot. So then we'll get more female cops. So they would do it. And then at a certain point, you'd have to tell a guy who ran a four, 440 that the guy ran a 4740 starting before him,
Starting point is 00:12:15 because we need it. You know what I mean? Sorry, brother. We got too many black cornerbacks on this team. We have to do it. And by the way, we're not gonna get stadium funding from the government if we keep you, brother, who runs a 440 on the roster.
Starting point is 00:12:34 We'll only get the funding for the new stadium from the government if we have more white cornerbacks on this team, right? So how would that work? Well, how would it work? The, wouldn't it, how would it work? The math wouldn't work, just the math. Well, the game would slow down a lot. All and.
Starting point is 00:12:52 No, there'd be some teams that would kill other teams. There what? Some, right, the guys with the four, four two guys, four three guys would just wipe out the other team. No, but we mandated. Oh, everybody has to go that way. What do you think? I'm just talking about the Rams?
Starting point is 00:13:05 Well, no, I was... What team do you think I'm talking about? No, no, no, here's what you're... No, no, no, no. What you're talking about is the teams in America would slow down. The teams that didn't implement this in Europe or China or wherever, Russia, they would not slow down. I don't disagree with your construct.
Starting point is 00:13:24 What I was thinking though was that there would be some 4-2 guys and some teams would snap those guys up and those would be the winning teams. See what I'm saying? Not really, no. Not in this comparison. In this comparison, you have to have 40% white cornerbacks on your team.
Starting point is 00:13:40 Yeah, everyone's gonna get the fastest guys they can get. But how does, what you just said, I don't think- I'm working on the math. Comports with what I'm saying. Okay. So you're saying some companies would- Would get the good- Snatch up the good black employees.
Starting point is 00:13:59 Good white employees. We're talking about the white, you have to be 40% white. No, but I'm trying to make this cross over from... If the math is the same no matter what color anybody is, somebody's going to snatch up the good ones first. Yeah. And then you're going to have the rest and whoever snatch up the good ones, if they're an NFL team, they're going to win. How does this compare to affirmative action vis-a-vis our government? Who snatches up the good ones first?
Starting point is 00:14:25 Well, businesses probably do because there's more upside for the... Right, but how does your comparison work with Kamala Harris? I'm saying we... I'm being careful to understand... You get accused of saying that some people can't perform at a certain level I'm saying no It's a math that makes it that the good ones get all snatched up and then you're left with people that aren't performing at the Same level but because you're mandating numbers the numbers dictate that you're gonna have people in there that are not Emeritocratic selection Same thing I don't know. I think you're screwing with my point. I don't intend to
Starting point is 00:15:07 No, I look I'm saying the fucking obvious but that your your theory that some teams are gonna snatch up the good ones All the teams are trying to get to get their four three guys. Yeah, but By government mandate they can only have two on their team. Well, that's then you're, yeah. What the fuck have I been talking about for the last 20 minutes, Drew? You're mandating that you have to have... No, now you're mandating the performance of that 40% and the makeup of that 40% of white guys.
Starting point is 00:15:40 Two, four, three guys amongst the 40%. No, no, no, no, listen. There must be 40% white cornerbacks in the NFL. Right. OK. The white guys can't run the 40 as fast, so there's much fewer of them. Right.
Starting point is 00:15:54 So now they are going to have guys who run four sevens in there. And the game is going to slow down. And yes, there's going to be a very small group. Yes of white guys who that and yes They will be sought after and that team who gets them will perform the other teams. That's all All right, all right but in our world Those guys are going into the private sector and they're not they're not playing for the government team And although these days government jobs have become pretty compared to them with the happening in the private sector and they're not playing for the government team. Although these days government jobs have become pretty, compared to what's happening in the
Starting point is 00:16:28 private sector, I realized I was talking to my kids and I'm like, government jobs? I mean, if I were your age, they have their retirement plans for life? Oh my God. Every time I talk to a fireman, remember the poor guy who got shot at the Trump – you hear this stuff all the time. He's a retired fire – the guy who got shot at the Trump rally, right? Fifty-year-old retired fire captain. Well, first off, no disrespect to the guy or his family, but I thought fire captain just meant you sat in the office and kind of, you didn't wash the fire truck, you know,
Starting point is 00:17:10 that's what the rookies did, you know what I mean? But I thought, you see these guys, they're firemen, they're 50, they're fit, they're strong. Why are they retiring, is your question. Why are we retiring them at 50? You know what I mean? Like, listen... Adam, I think it has to do with getting to the finish line. If you do your 20 years, you have access to your full thing,
Starting point is 00:17:33 and so, alright, I might as well get paid the same in retirement. What are you talking about? Your retirement benefits kick in after an X period at 20. No shit, Sherlock. Why is it 50? I'm not asking them if somebody said look You know on your 61st birthday You can just leave podcasting and go stay in Malibu full-time at full full benefits and full fair. I'd fucking quit too, right? That's all that's all. Yeah I'm not asking how retirement works
Starting point is 00:18:02 I'm saying why we why fit guys who are very trained and fit at 50 and when you see a fireman, they're especially fit compared to the general populace That guy you see pictures of the guy. He looks like he could fucking head up a ladder Yeah, he look and do what He can do a ton of shit. Half these guys retire and then they work as a contractor full time. They're making cabinets and building houses and stuff like that. They have another career. What I'm saying is I'll talk to guys that are totally fit 48 and a half year olds. Like literally.
Starting point is 00:18:42 And I'll go like, so what are you up to? Well, I'm'm gonna retire next year You know like we you're young you're strong. You're you know, you're 48 is not old for a male anymore They're like wow, I'm I get full you know, I get full benefits like why are we enticing them? Okay, and Whenever we talk sorry Whenever we fucking talk about school teachers or cops or firemen, it's always like, oh, they need more, they need more, they need more. Listen, they traded the question marks that had some dollar signs behind it for the certainty
Starting point is 00:19:20 of knowing that their health, you know, benefits, retirement, you know, 401k, whatever, taken care of and taken care of early. You know what I mean? So what this is symptomatic of is that your point about them being 50 and fit is a kind of a new phenomenon. So when they establish these retirement plans, they establish them in terms of duration of service, 20 years. After you get 20 years, that's it. Now, that way that if you started at 35 or you started at 28, you retired at an age when most people, 50 years ago, started falling apart. Now that is not true, so you're pointing out it doesn't make sense but what it is a symptom of is once you give people something can't get it back cannot take
Starting point is 00:20:09 it away no I know that's why I'm not gonna get an universal basic income also we need to do that with Social Security I mean whatever the age is 65. I just love the argument. I'm 65. Yeah, the point is this. We gave you Social Security at 65 when you died at 67. Right. That's right. That's when that number was established. But not 87. Yeah. That's-. Or by the way, when you became disabled at 65 from aging. Right. So we are going to have to reconjure the system and their whole thing is over my dead body and my thing is like look I know everything's politicized but if you establish 65 when people got an average of two and a half years of benefits after retiring of Social Security and now they get an average of
Starting point is 00:21:17 16 and a half years then for sure we need to just adjust and move up and by the way that's a good thing. People are living longer, working longer, being more vital and all that kind of stuff. And the reason we need to do that because the system is going bankrupt. But then you politicians will never talk about that and always.
Starting point is 00:21:39 They won't get elected. Right, but populace. I know. Can we have just a little more dignity and maybe a modicum of sort of horse sense where you just kind of go, look, 65 was established when people died at 67, now that people average died at 81, so we're going gonna have to move that number up. And so it reflects the more modern culture that we're living in and so we don't bankrupt the system for future generations. Is that all right?
Starting point is 00:22:13 Or you just wanna take more money from rich people. That's a- Sounds better. Joe Biden wants everyone to pay their fair share. I do love it. The greatest thing about Joe Biden is, is he's so addled now that when he gets going with his rhetoric, he can't get it going. You know, he goes,
Starting point is 00:22:31 there's over a hundred million billion heirs. There's no way there's a thousand billion kajillion heirs. Shit. Like, it's so funny because he's so fucking addled. And listen, I would have much more sympathy for his condition and position if he didn't just get up there and just fucking agitate black people all fucking day long and then lie about everything. It's gonna be class warfare next. That's what you're headed toward.
Starting point is 00:23:01 Right, right, right. And just do a lot. I'd be much more sympathetic to his condition if he did that. I was told we're at the two-year... Emmy, I'm looking at you. You can abandon that study. I'll have to go back and find where I heard it. But I don't know why. The Internet's weird because they go I'll study out of England study from 2020 and 2021, but they just I think it's a newer study They studied the deaths. They may be burying it from oh, they're definitely but oh, yeah, they're burying it. Oh, that's right All right. I'll find it maybe during the break Oh They're burying it. Oh, that's right. Yeah, I, so I'm so naive. Why would you bury data on anyone?
Starting point is 00:23:47 Cuz healthy people never die especially England as we know it's never Never sensor over there Brazil England has free countries. These are the good guys. Thank Canada Drew I remember I remember Driving in my car just like Joe Biden remembers where he was when he saw the Nazis coming from the woods. And he stood up and he said he had to stop it. He remembers where he was. He was retired.
Starting point is 00:24:13 That's one thing he remembers. Yeah, he does remember that. I remember exactly where I was. I was on the 134, getting on to the two, eight days into COVID. And I was like, where's, where are the ages? Where are the ages? I'm listening at AM Talk Radio, they're doing their news. They're doing a man in Covina died of COVID.
Starting point is 00:24:33 63 year old man, 28 year old man, 77 year old man. No age. No age. And I'm just driving going, something's wrong. Something's up. Patterns. We're eight days into this. And I'm like, I'm not's up. Patterns. We're eight days into this and I'm like, I'm not hearing ages. Patterns.
Starting point is 00:24:49 And boy, people came at me all the time. Yeah, they did. They said, that's a hippo thing. It's a hippo thing. I'm like, they didn't give the guy's name. They can say the age. That's not a hippo violation because I don't know who the guy is., it's probably hip thing and I remember I talked to a douchebag over it like KFI news guy whatever and I started kind of grilling him a little about it Like a worthy ages and all they did was go out then sometimes I don't have the data the thing I'm a hip they all everyone floated
Starting point is 00:25:23 Every alternative viewpoint other than they were kind of hiding the ages. I was guilty of it. I think everyone. I apologize. I apologize. I got off it quick, but I first went, there's gotta be a reason.
Starting point is 00:25:35 Oh, maybe it's a hippo thing. I was saying, fuck. All right, let's see if we can figure. This looks like might be it. This might be it. Now, is it that hard? Is it really like scrubbed from the internet? Like is it that difficult to find?
Starting point is 00:25:51 Honestly, I found this a few minutes ago, but I just didn't want to throw it up because it doesn't break it down with, you know, core abilities, pre-existing conditions. And this is from Britain? Is it UK? Yes. Yeah. So this isn't what I'm talking about, but it's still, which makes the point. Yeah, until you get to 50, it's basically a zero burger.
Starting point is 00:26:11 Wow, it's interesting that there's only, even over the age of 75, only 50 deaths in four years. Yeah, oh, oh, if it's 50 deaths in four years, then it must be health, there must be healthy people. Yeah. That is 50 deaths in four years. But yeah, there's 18 to 29, there's, I don't know, what, three deaths? One, it looks like. And none under 17.
Starting point is 00:26:41 It's just nothing for young people. And when I say young people, I basically mean people under 50. I don't mean 14-year-olds. It's just nothing. It never was a thing. It never was a thing for young people. Who would have known this better than Fauci? Never said a fucking thing.
Starting point is 00:27:01 And all the fucking coward liars. And by the way And at a certain point you at a certain point you start to veer into the evil person realm Do you know what I'm saying? CNN liars like you know what you would say that hold on I was thinking about this it's That clip my favorite clip the two black women talking on CNN from a two two and a half years ago about I was what I was taking a walk last night I was like what hey what happened to long haulers everybody what happened to long haulers? You know what you know what happened? What happened? They were replaced by the majority of people that have long symptoms from vaccine.
Starting point is 00:27:45 Yo, that's the real long hauler stuff. Right. Here's where here's where here's where long. OK, but let me let me explain something to everyone when people start talking to you in certain ways. Right. All right. Just listen. Listen to me, Drew. Listen to me. Always. All right. Listen to me, Drew. Listen to me. Always. All right, you call me, right? And you go, hey man, on Saturday,
Starting point is 00:28:09 do you think you could, I got a sofa. Could you get your truck and come by the house on Saturday and help me move it? And I go, oh man, I'd love to. You're a good friend and you've done a lot for me. The problem is my truck, my truck blew a head gasket, so it's not running. But I'd love to help. I really would.
Starting point is 00:28:32 And then you go, well, your guy works for you, Sean, yeah? Right? He's got the Ram Dually? Yeah. What do you think you'd ask Sean to borrow his truck? You know, I'd love to help. I'd love to help you move. Sean's trucks got a head gasket blown too. And you'd be like, wow two head gaskets blown. Yeah,
Starting point is 00:28:52 mm-hmm, okay. Well you know the sofa, you drive an SUV right? Yeah, mm-hmm. Sofa's not that big. I think if we fold down the third row, you could probably see, you know what, I'd love to. I would love to, but the Mazda three row SUV, head gasket. And now at a certain point, Drew, get on your stupid microphone. I'm listening. At a certain point, you have to start thinking to yourself, is there a theme here? Like, does he not wanna help me move?
Starting point is 00:29:20 No, no, no, no, I'm in charge of the movers. I love moving. I would hear the theme very early. You're a dear friend. I would love to. So when they start going, look, young people don't seem to be, aha, yes, but they live with their grandparents. Oh, they do? Yeah, they get it at school and then they break, they're fine. Spread it to their grandparents. And then you go go unless they're vaccinated. Okay, and then you go well, all right But these kids yeah, no no long haulers this they get it and they have it for long Yeah, but what about natural meal? We don't know about natural. We don't know anything about you
Starting point is 00:29:58 one of the I pitched about three fits during kovat maybe 133 fits but one of the one is when Fauci or Sanjay Gupta or whatever the corrupt people are, when those bitches start talking about not knowing about natural immunity, I was like, oh, more, this is all bullshit. You haven't figured out natural immunity yet. So this is something they were doing, and they were doing it actively, and I don't know why that still seems to be... Listen, the reason it's a problem for people is because they don't want to fucking take a look in the mirror and realize they just got fucking pantsed and butt fucked by the
Starting point is 00:30:38 government dry. And they bent over and spread their fucking cheeks like little prison bitches And they don't want to fucking admit it now That's why no one says shit about it your eyes got all butt fucked by your cellmates And you don't want to fucking say it now that you're out on parole because you wanted it. You know what you liked it You like liked it They did two things You liked it. They did. Two things. Simpson's cartoon where they are having a meeting of evil
Starting point is 00:31:10 people in the head of the Statue of Liberty. It was on Alex Jones' show with a fill-in host, I think yesterday or the day before maybe. The cartoon is, you say you started to worry about there being evil people, this cartoon goes right at it. And it's, and it's, and I think it's pretty, I don't know when it came out, but it's highly predictive. Number two, I always want to be very, very accurate and careful about things. When we talk about long haulers, there was some data that came out, pretty good study came out on elderly people, older people with law, with people with severe COVID, significant percentage had cognitive changes, measurable cognitive changes, which doesn't surprise me.
Starting point is 00:31:50 That's true of really any serious illness, but it's there, it's a thing. Whether it resolves, we don't know. Yeah, with significantly elderly people, which I've always, all right. It was enough to scare me. All right, we found the clip of the CNN reporter talking COVID deaths. It's two black women talking about hair relaxer. Yeah, I know the reason I didn't get into great detail is because I we talked about this 15
Starting point is 00:32:12 times But they have another clip We have it in our yeah, yeah, it's a couple years old but it's it's It's awesome. It's MSNBC. Oh sorry even worse. If this is it. What year do you think this is from? Is this two years old? Emmy listen up two years old or what? Yes sir two years old. Two years old. All right here we go. Concerning results are being reported from a new study showing that chemicals found in black hair care and cosmetic products have a greater impact on black
Starting point is 00:32:41 women's risk of breast cancer. The study found that chemicals called parabens are responsible for the increased risk in black women, but the same results weren't seen in white women. The parabens also promoted the spread of breast cancer cells in the body with a bigger effect in black patients. Joining me now to discuss MSNBC medical contributor Dr. Ebony Hilton. And parabens are not something that was completely unfamiliar. First off, the greatest irony of this
Starting point is 00:33:12 is the black woman who's announcing this story has a natural. The doctor, expert black woman, has hair like Angelina Jolie, but she's a black woman. So she uses copious amounts of this product that's causing breast cancer, but it's then gonna lecture us on the dangers of this product.
Starting point is 00:33:33 All right, she should be smoking as well, go ahead. Bigger effect in black patients. Joining me now to discuss MSNBC medical contributor, Dr. Ebony Hilton. And parabens are not something that I was completely unfamiliar with before this study because you know often if you're like on the Sephora website it will note like there are no parabens in these particular cosmetics. This is a movement that cosmetic companies have had to respond to but help us understand
Starting point is 00:33:59 the direct link between chemicals like paradigms and breast. Now it's a seven minute segment where they dedicate three minutes to hair on black women's heads which is how it was presented and framed and then the last four minutes is about COVID and kids with the doctor. It's a great you tell me how much she got wrong about this. Sorry, you can just play it halfway. It's two years ago. Two years ago. The base of America and we die at younger ages. It's about black folk.
Starting point is 00:34:32 One of the things I talked about on the show is that my dad is a biologist, but specifically he was a tumor oncologist. So I like to shorthand it. My dad was looking for the cure for cancer everybody. That was what his job was For for over 25 years um so I I just Know from him that there are so many different chemicals and so many things like you said food and and cosmetics that can cause cancer But what are we talking about here? How do we check the products pause? Um at before? Is it a it's like a seven minute segment you got to go a little past the middle to get to the hot covert talk from two
Starting point is 00:35:11 years ago the topic of cove it there we go on Tuesday President Biden announced vaccines are now available for kids under the age of five I know I've been waiting for ever phone now I'm looking at her training I'm looking at the alright you looked it up before. No, I don't think so because I don't remember this. All right. So now Biden has announced that kids under five can get vaccinated. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:35:32 It's a big day. Yeah. For this announcement, what do you want to tell parents out there who may be hesitant? Because I'm just going to acknowledge that some folks, even if they weren't themselves hesitant to get the vaccine, they may have some questions when it comes to a child under the age of five. So speak to those parents at home. What do you want to tell them about vaccinating their children under five and how important that is? All right. Right. For one, I would hope they see that it did take a long time before this was rolled out because first safety had to be verified and that is most important. The second thing I want them to know
Starting point is 00:36:05 is oftentimes this was stated early on that kids are protected but what we know is that six times the number of kids died from COVID than the flu this past year, right? We had 600 children who are no longer with us from 2021 because of COVID-19 and there is now a method that you can use to help protect your child from being hospitalized and keeping them alive and safe this year. Right? And what we know is that we're getting more and more variants. If this is not the time to let down our guard, that we now have B4, B4 and B5 that are coming out of South Africa. We're looking at that. And how do we stay ahead of the game? And there's a saying, you know, if you stay ready, you don't have to get ready.
Starting point is 00:36:47 Keep your kids vaccinated, make sure they're wearing those masks and practice those same mitigating factors that we've been doing now for two and a half years. Can you also speak to the question about long-term impact of COVID infections on children versus, you know, some questions about long-term side effects of the vaccine. This gets good, Drew, listen up. Right, you know, and it's one of those things that the anti-vax movement has done a fantastic job is stoking those fears.
Starting point is 00:37:13 What we do know is that COVID-19 is linked to a number of different disease processes that we can already trace. You know, they say, well, you can't tell the long-term consequences of the vaccine. Well, yes, we can in this acute time. We've now been, I've got my vaccine back in December 2020. Right?
Starting point is 00:37:32 I was the first person at the University of Virginia. We've now been able to track persons like me to see what has happened, has anything changed. But what we also know is that we're tracking people who have COVID-19, children and adults alike. And what we know is that one in every five persons who've been infected with COVID-19 now has a lingering disability where their organs, their heart, their lungs, their kidneys, their brain is no longer functioning in the same way that it was before they got infected with COVID-19.
Starting point is 00:37:59 All right. This is the segment just called Bitches Be Lying. No, let's go. That's just all it is. The doctor just making bitches be lying. No list. That's just all it is Doctor just making up fucking bullshit. She was quoting the rhetoric. Yeah. No, I get it. Look, there's a very bright woman She's an anesthesiologist. Yes, she doesn't do general medicine She can go on to MSNBC and help them sell some pharmaceuticals, right? Well, it's and she's she to to her defense this is what
Starting point is 00:38:27 was being laid out with uncritical. I know, but you have to have a little bit of a raise an eyebrow bitches ask some fucking questions. But but if you ask a question you lose your job. Yeah. And then don't go on MSNBC and spread lies. How about that? Yeah. I think about guys like Sanjay Gupta and I'm like, yeah, yeah. Compassion for her. I feel sympathy. OK.
Starting point is 00:38:55 Yeah. Good for you. Because and this should be a historical document that we put in a time capsule. I put it in a time capsule. I play it all the time. All right.
