Brett, have you been on Twitter?
Are you looking at the news?
No, I'm actually at a work event for my husband.
What's up?
I'm at a family reunion right now.
It's like the craziest timing.
They have made a list in the April 10th case, the Monster and Fort Wednesdays that we covered.
What?
Are you doing this?
So I'm looking at an article right now.
I mean, this literally happened this morning, Sunday morning, and they say they're going
to release more information on Tuesday.
But the article that they released said on Sunday morning, the Fort Wayne Police Department
and the Indiana State Police arrested 59-year-old John Miller of Grable, Indiana.
I have never been heard of this place in relation to the Grable 19- It's called what?
Grable?
Oh.
Okay, Grable, Indiana.
But they said, related to April's 1988 homicide and the one that kind of stood, like, recount
the case.
And I'm, like, looking for anything on this guy.
And again, it's exactly, we said, like, there's nothing.
This guy didn't exist.
He'd never gotten into trouble.
So, I know they haven't said this explicitly, but I'm 99.999% sure that the way they brought
to him was through that familial DNA that we talked about.
So, Parabon.
They had to.
I have.
Oh, my gosh.
Yeah.
I mean, we thought that Parabon said that they were releasing their DNA that they had.
Parabon's the one that did that sketch in 2018, what the killer might look like.
And Parabon has already, by releasing their DNA in other cases, have already solved cold
cases.
I have to imagine that's how it happened.
But I am shocked.
The guy's 59-years-old.
I mean, still hanging around Fort Wayne.
It's not far from Fort Wayne, where it all happened.
So, he would have been 29 at the time of the murder?
You know I can't do head-nogs.
Is that accurate?
Well, it happened in 1988.
We'll be 30 this year.
It was when we were born.
The guy minus 30 is 29.
So, he'd be 29.
Man.
This is incredible.
This is incredible.
Oh, my God.
It's incredible.
It's a lot older than they thought he was.
I remember them thinking at some point, like, he was, could he be like a teenager?
Could he be early 20s?
Yeah.
Yeah.
Honestly, I'm kind of surprised by that age.
I'm so interested to learn more about him, though, because, like, the profile that they
said, they said he'd be between 50 and 50 now.
59 fits perfectly in there.
I mean, does he have this graphic?
I have a thousand questions.
Did he, I know he says Sarah has nothing to do with it.
Did he know Sarah?
I, oh, my God.
I'm freaking out.
I feel so happy for Janet, for the family.
So, I don't know, but this call is recorded, and I'm just going to release it to our listeners
so they know what's going on, and then after they release more information on Tuesday,
we can maybe give some update episodes to help everyone realize what's going on, because,
again, this is, like, drinking after.
Yeah, I feel like we have to, we have to do something, but this is, this will do for
now.
Oh, my gosh.
We, this is, like, resolution.
We have an issue.
I know.
So, 2018 is kicking ass in cold cases, because we might not be able to do a hot test anymore,
because all the cases might get solved, but, like, the best world to live in.
No, this is amazing.
This is amazing.
Thank you so much for calling and telling me.
For sure.
You go back to your work event.
I'm going to go back to my family reunion, and we'll talk tomorrow.
Okay.
Bye.
Bye.
Thank you.
