And this is an Erning Season that is coming after long, long, long, long gap.
Starting point is 00:01:16 We'll be busy, we'll be busy. I'm busy, my busy. I mean, the ultra fans, thank you for constantly making sure that you ask when we're coming back. I mean, episodes are hard, but as Danise I would be, see. Danise, do you have some other fans too? Trust me, the fans are going to be doing quite a lot of work. Yeah, man, in the interim, you guys would have known that then I started his independent advisory service.
Starting point is 00:01:48 And as you can see from the glasses, the money I run. Oh, God. Oh, God. I'm fixed my eyesight. Well, trust me. Trust me. Let me can see that 2020. I said again, you know?
Starting point is 00:02:04 Trust me. Of course, without much talk, I'll see the games, you know? Trust me. Of course, with a bunch of top, well, I don't have no market, but that's beautiful because I always top on the show. And it has always worked. And we're talking, we're coming to you. You guys are the here in this, you know, the day we're calling it the next day. And I should say that I checked on my,
Starting point is 00:02:21 I hope my calendar I realize if the here in this on August 13, 2021, it's the two-year anniversary of Erning season. Oh, you're here? Damn. Yeah, so it's a good timing. So without we just stop, what a market today, we're top-of-the-top world cupartists. We actually tried early about time gotten away.
Starting point is 00:02:39 I've had some difficulties. But yeah, we're back talking about just what's happening in the market. Right? No. Mid-August earning the second earnings is out of here yeah are not art because no third third the same both earnings have been and then March and the week June yeah let me one a quarter Yeah, I mean, one a quarter.
Starting point is 00:03:15 And as always, we're running into a market that is always excited. I was doing it. It's always exciting. Yeah, I got to like every quarter where I see everything and then Something new that's called like all day. Oh, I'll tie it And if it's not something if it's not something new something you're waiting on from way back And just some old that has become new Exactly like all right, so of course guys you should expect that Um, and I said then I I know, and I have gotten deeper
Starting point is 00:03:47 into my bag. So we're definitely not giving out the gems like we use. We're always going to give gems. That's the name. Yeah, but I should point out that you're definitely not going to be hearing. Buy this, buy that, buy this, buy that. This episode also, well, you guys would have heard it already,
Starting point is 00:04:08 we'll have a disclaimer at the front of it, especially because that is an advice. That's what you definitely should not take what you hear here as financial advice. You want to, then let me do the advice. I've done the ad for so many corporations. I got you, you want to hear what you actually should buy. That's pointed and't add for you. You want to hear what you actually should buy. That's pointed and made custom for you.
Starting point is 00:04:29 Your goals, your work for them. There we go, you link, then I. If you don't order to link him, there's a link in the show notes. In fact, there's a discount on the show notes. Are you set up? Tell him, tell him, tell him, tell him. The home advanced. Yeah, that's dehaladvanced.com. And that will carry you directly to him. That's our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, our, people talking about how the poor people are looking better. I think I just saw two things that's crazy to me when I see it. I don't know how they respond.
Starting point is 00:05:10 Yeah but I just tell you know I said listen what we do is I made a mistake at the start. I did not let you guys realize that what we're doing is not normal. Yeah, it's okay. The returns we get. 10% of the other people think. People really, if people want to use them square, then for the belief 30% is not having the... Exactly. People, as much as we say,
Starting point is 00:05:39 you know, by, I'm not really untrue, the truth is we set things here we talk about companies but have found that people have an idea that if we say we buy any it's not really untrue people people I have told people before like your advice really has to be tailored to you you got ear gold ear port what you want go to the market you can't be the same everybody is if me and you other friend goes on by in the same stockade somebody missing something somewhere, right? What really people here or returns and think why more 100% that Randy Want to be Messiah that then I and I think it's that easy thing or it does that's normally in the market
Starting point is 00:06:19 Trolls it yet That's not normal at all and 30% is a great year I've been saying the same thing around me. I'm sure Andy has said, you have said it on my undisputed gas many times. If you can get 30% a year, you can go to America, raise a billion dollars and start a hedge fund. You can't go 30% in a year.
Starting point is 00:06:36 You can get 30% a year, that billion dollars. You'll never have to work again. You know if I get it. Yeah. Trust me. Trust me. It's a little bit. No, not talk. You're 10% in a year is an amazing return. Is's a little bit. Not not.
Starting point is 00:06:45 You're 10% in a year is an amazing return. Is that a very, very good thing? Don't know it. Yeah. Because then they're under. Well, I will be passing for ads or final. We'll make it seem like say, oh, only 20% are not doing it. I thought it was a bridge in the middle of it.
Starting point is 00:07:01 What? What? Talked to a brand in this week. And we're doing a group play, I'd even say. Yo, it not look like it's our work, but because at a quarter no, and the returns are look good at 6%. Mr. First of all, it's at a quarter.
Starting point is 00:07:19 It's two months. At 6% it's two months is better than what you get from your credit unit in a year and the play in a star it so six six percent is just that you know and this is after fees but we have always been to care for Luna but no guys you've heard it with a kind of blame I was showing you the reality of the market and you can't just look at reality to the market look at what the gains have been for the overall market or the last year I should say yeah for last year last year I think the market fell 12%
Starting point is 00:07:48 What's the phone just about that isn't and they're not profitable yet and they haven't been profitable in a long time You realize that the dating of the profit rate is a bit too much that day the arbitrary date and say proceed between this and this make 50% between this and why that date though …and say, if you are so saved every month and put it on and in the US dollar rate, …you have to do some high level months. But here what, if you don't have the money for the high level months, you can link that night. If you don't need the money for that night, if you want to do it yourself, you want to try it, you can come to grow, you can learn to do it yourself. If you don't have the time, you have the inclination, you can come to grow, you can learn to do it yourself. If you know at the time, you have inclination, you can go to the night.
Starting point is 00:08:27 If you're really smart, you do both. Right? Of course, you do both. I'll say clients, other clients, as a next thing, people don't realize how much they're knowing, like, you just seek your advice, you're knowing. They think, think about why they get my advice in the first place. This guy can tell them anything I saw. Yep. Yep. Yep. Yep. Yep.
Starting point is 00:08:51 And it has caused a lot of people to get lost and to make losses when they don't have to in a market where they don't have to and then imagine you go here and then I then I'm at a table all the games this the game is that blah blah blah yeah you work for your red and I said boy yeah you guys are getting more this like right and people the right-back patients they mentioned this was two months and people find that part of people are like me let me tell you the tell you is like here then buy in this one or the five year old like, here, then buy in this one. Oh, it's a five year old.
Starting point is 00:09:25 You know, you know this already. And then buy it one more thing. It's not doing well, am I? Signos. Signos. Everybody's favorite stock class there. Do what? 2019.
Starting point is 00:09:37 2019 was our year. 2020 was the year where everybody tell you that. No, many, it's a great business. And I'd explain to you that it's a complicated business model Yada yada yada about the sheer fratius They're not buying at all I'm run here the bullsignal I had signals from I be yo As I said also guy, I forgot his name. He's a doctor. No
Starting point is 00:10:02 Giovanni and Twitter because Giovanni and he also did grow. I see him say he's been Mr. Signos Falico and I feel so bad for him because you can't hit him nicely say you know maybe you want to look at your portfolio and kind of work you know you know my thing was so nice fun see what yeah in the thing and he has made so much adjustments and I think he's made great gains. And, importantly, he has become a doctor in the time that between when I did grow, if I know, so I've the congats, I've got sin for that.
Starting point is 00:10:36 But he backed the signals. He was big on signals, the USD, if memory service been correctly, and also signals, JMD. Of course, he did grow, and I think the growth he did, one of the things he pointed out was just that it's a reality of investing on what it means, just because I'm just a USD domain that is, it's for you, it's not around with it, it does mean it's for you. If you look at the USD market in Jamaica, you know what I mean, it doesn't move much, yeah, you put your money in there and it can get lost or stockfall in the end time right yeah and last I spoke to him on Twitter about I seen saying that you know he moved everything to signals jam D which I think is good in terms of the response
Starting point is 00:11:17 I get the risk yeah exactly there's more there's more trading of signals jam D but of course between that time I know Sikna's drug tour. Sikna's has fallen to that. It's on the E-Live already. Whoa, that's IPO price, you know. That's a little IPO price. Yeah, it's actually that great price to buy. Yeah, I wish.
Starting point is 00:11:40 Well, if I say that, it is not going to speech me. It's in my day of my own say, oh, I'm going to drop it again. Nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nihau, nda'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a' And in the chat, in the other girl-grad group, the people are in the monthly subscription. And they, like, the people who have done it, it's seal. And I can see them putting the girl principles on top of what it is here, show them, putting it together and importantly, really loving it, right? And it occurs to me that right now,
Starting point is 00:12:44 when we're talking in the middle of August I think it depends on who you ask you'll hear that the market is actually bad again our don't a little don't yeah right surprising but there it is wonderful oh that's a price here what the market is doing exactly this company is that joking no and of course no I think we're about to go into another boom time because some of the majors are looking great. So then I ever talking about some problems last time and say, let's talk about them on the podcast.
Starting point is 00:13:09 So Minu Chon, you want it? Then I can take one. I can take one. I can try. I've been talking about this one from January. But not January. When it is December, it's all came out. So our journey.
Starting point is 00:13:22 So yes, one of our favorites right So, I'm very sorry. I'm very sorry. I'm very sorry. I'm very sorry. I'm very sorry. I'm very sorry. I'm very sorry. I'm very sorry. I'm very sorry.
Starting point is 00:13:40 I'm very sorry. I'm very sorry. I'm very sorry. I'm very sorry. I don't mirror it too much right? That was a rough year right? It was. COVID. And really it's a large pool like in the revisions. I think there was some move the restructure from before. We saw, we saw Boji Oboi,
Starting point is 00:13:56 he's passing and he understands how that was. First of all, the and how that would work out. Right? Yes, yes. There was some transfer and everything. I would remember. Yeah, there was a large approach for efficiency across our jar group.
Starting point is 00:14:09 I think COVID really accelerated that. River News don't say, either way, COVID expenses are related, right? So we started pool bucket revenues for three quarters and Marjol's terrible heavy $90 million loss, 1.5, only 1.5 millimeter in June and September, that's heavy $60 million last. But there is some heavy cuts across the board,
Starting point is 00:14:31 staff cuts, they're from over, I think they sent to 100 people, from Glean, and we saw some heavy return and statements in that September quarter. This is what was the area sunshine, at the end of that rainy journey, right? nda'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a'a' last night the results dropped 100 mill profit in the June quarter. To be that said enough already, looking for some strong games moving and they set them up a quarter, reporting against a heavy loss last year. I have not been waiting on everything there up up, I was buying from after the March results came up. I remember I was saying in our group that tignet you look at JJ right I'm gonna start in the same way as those and you
Starting point is 00:15:29 will have the podcast talking about it. Yeah it's John Jackson big up John Jackson all right you're he has been calling RJR4 two or three years old yeah in the icing side of top 10 very right no, no, it's the same right? Yeah, it's the same wrong number, yeah. On the podcast, he said, if he mentioned why the courts and the officials think they're driving for no, they're really not showing. And here they are, 100-minute property squatter,
Starting point is 00:15:56 Olympic squatter we know, deceptive block squatter for me. But the results are coming great. Have Olympic in there. And the government and the school thing still pushing hard, so. That's great, have all the Olympics in there. And the government and the school thing still pushing hard. So that's great. Yeah. We're going to see some great gains from our chair. I suspect so. And today while we're talking about it and open today, at, at, uh, let me make sure I get this right. I think it opened today at two something. Two five maybe.
Starting point is 00:16:31 Two five. Is sure. Was two or two? No, that's two thirty, two thirty, two thirty. Two dollars and thirteen cents.13, $2.13. $2.13, wow, I need more. They were pushing it. Right. They're clear that iceberg.
Starting point is 00:16:53 You don't hold how much money that is to push that. There was an iceberg of 1.1 million shares. A million five million shares to prove it to me. And refill. Refill after shares. ...Million shares. ...Million shares. ...Million shares. ...Million shares. ...Million shares. ...Million shares. ...Million shares.
Starting point is 00:17:09 ...Million shares. ...Million shares. ...Million shares. ...Million shares. ...Million shares. ...Million shares. ...Million shares. ...Million shares.
Starting point is 00:17:17 ...Million shares. ...Million shares. ...Million shares. ...Million shares. ...Million shares. ...Million shares. ...Million shares. ...Million shares. ...Million shares. ...Million shares. ...Million shares. ...Million shares. Ya man, I fray, I check it out and I see 9 million units straighted.
Starting point is 00:17:27 Somebody jumped in, somebody jumped over, somebody jumped in. That's the thing, people always come to me. Before I, I was sitting after, I was like, somebody was buying them. If you're going to use that kind of note as boy, this is my decision maker. Somebody bought it, so when to win about that one. Exactly, exactly. And really and truly, close at 2.18, which is slightly up, but the reality is
Starting point is 00:17:53 that those, I suspect, those 9 million shares are maybe 8 or 7 million shares in a block crossed at 2.18. So of course, I told the average job everybody, but Monday is going to be Yeah, man, because also I think by Monday a lot more people know also people will be here in this over the weekend Exactly I'm interested in moving down. Ronco checked what's going on. Kyle De Broca.
Starting point is 00:18:23 Broca got a target. So, everybody's going to what's going on. Yep, all with this kind of response. With this kind of response that is, you know, early response. It says to me that, that, that, um, people running in, will see the value pretty, pretty soon.
Starting point is 00:18:40 I don't want to put that time on it yet, but that's, that's, that's, that's, that's, it's not the only time for that. But, I mean, last year, like you said, 1.5 million profit in a June last year, in a June this year, 2021, 100 million. Yeah, 100, 100, 100, and 10 net profit, 100 million to the stock world as hell of a turn our own.
Starting point is 00:19:02 One thing that I did think about though was that you're right. So first I thought oh the Olympics money coming but you're right the Olympics money not with you. No, exactly. Issa boys and girls champs included in this and I think they mentioned that in the MD and in. And so I was like yo they met me saying the Olympics money don't come in yet. So you know Q2 the Olympics money is going to be even stronger. One thing I Y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, yall, y'all, yall, y'all, y'all, yall, y'all, y'all, y'all, y'all, yall, y'all, yall, y'all, y'all, y'all, yall, y'all, y'all, yall, y'all, y'all, y'all, yall, y'all, y'all, yall, yall, yall You know what I'm assuming that the soul is at a profit But I don't know and I don't really see anything said about it. I don't see mention The casual statement nothing in the piano anything I see as a mention of things as it's But I swear to me because it was a subsidiary Exactly
Starting point is 00:19:59 I don't know if it's like is it the the license that they've sold and even then the license or not? I'm falling on it. The report Notice they gave us because that the subsidiary was so then and Helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, helaa, Yeah, and you know the usual solution keep it quiet stuff but the people who do the digging can say a couple of things Be I would have never mind telling them I like that. That's that connection. I started thinking you learn that grow so you It was I digging short later on it was sold to I think what I'm called Caribbean so Caribbean radio Global networks Caribbean global networks. Yeah, which which which it turns out is a company that owns Ayrigeham, which is that New York station.
Starting point is 00:20:49 That's one that that company has, I don't know if it's a chairman, or definitely a director on the board called Kingsley Cooper. It's the same Kingsley Cooper, Pulse, which has said from before the pandemic, and during the pandemic that they're planning to do a take a large stake within Irish jam, right, which is expanding its broadcast footprint and its media footprint. And I believe there have been hints of it listing and pulse having a stake in it before
Starting point is 00:21:20 it lists and also possibly taking a stake up to Below 50%, but still I have his stake. And I have a crown policy. Yeah, right? It's just, I feel whatever, whatever, I'd more and more and more look at his clothes in there. Because I need that. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. I need to think things about how about a series of polls,
Starting point is 00:21:40 talking on polls and to me the success, something is coming from that. And companies don't have as themselves in that way. You advertise a service that company not hey we're a good company and the company there is mention about the company does and all right you know ever has a company unless they are at an investment so to me that looks like to me maybe this is leading up to something and we know that post wants to the APO and other. Some good PR.
Starting point is 00:22:10 Pram in the public so that they're more familiar with what they offer in time. They're just synchronized modeling. It's just amazing to me and I look look at an ad here and I feel, I don't know why I should feel because you have been talking about it last night. And I don't know if I'll buy it today. And guys, in case you didn't hear the disclaimer, you should hear the disclaimer again.
Starting point is 00:22:34 One, not advisory. You should not buy these things or talk and deal license investment advisor. We are talking about what we've done. We'll continue to do that. As I hear I said before, we are suffering from more success because yes, the reality is that we talk about good things, talk about what we do and people who follow us have made money.
Starting point is 00:22:53 But that is like following somebody who is riding a bike really fast, right? You might not have their skill. So talk to an advisor who has a skill and you know the one I recommended. That's the end of the screen and there's only me to you. There you go. Right. And the investment you want to learn about investing where you don't want to go school for the account and you want to have practical understanding. There's growth. And the reality is I think I'll go into university. I think I'm a heavy business side. The preparation I got for the investment world, I can't say that. It helped me create it. In fact, my academic, me learning, me learning alcohol in school, I learned more alcohol in South Africa, looking at the market. Yeah, the practicality of it, right? The practicality of what you've done afterwards.
Starting point is 00:23:43 And you were an actor you did the Actural sense that the had the had stuff Yeah, but what the practical What is actually sensibly investing that comes afterwards if you've also don't grow you've been in groups with me for But in almost a year is no so There's there's obviously difference between what you learn in the textbook and the practical application of it And it's not like the textbook is wrong, the textbook are correct, but practical application and understanding of it is something that you need. The textbook doesn't teach you how to invest, it just teaches what is investing.
Starting point is 00:24:16 That is different times, I want to know what doesn't teach you what you specifically are looking for, for your goals and what you want. There we go. So, Groy is there to teach you that. Dana has done it Groy. He's been working on it for him. So, yeah, the people... When you have first one with, I was like, no, what are you doing still? And then, 2020, sometime in, I say boy, you don't grow out of it. And at that point, I was learning so. So, I can't believe trust me. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:24:47 Even if you're a seasoned investor, trust me grew up with a lot of interpretive people. Yeah, you know the biggest praises I get for growth is from a content and investment. People who are already in finance. And it's always, I started off skeptical. And I did it 10, oh wow, it actually changed my view. And it's big, they off skeptical and I did it and oh wow it actually changed my view. And it's big.
Starting point is 00:25:07 There are a lot of them. When you go in there's a full big you know. You get you get something right. When you go in you know so I already there's a lot more. There's some connection on the alignment. So what I know I can't order and know in the right way. Yeah and you know even Ireland because I mean as you teach you learn. So sometimes I make sure I'm telling know it right away. Yeah and you know even Ireland because I mean as you teach you learn so sometimes I make sure I'm telling people the right things yeah to make sure that I'm
Starting point is 00:25:29 on top of it the preparation that I do teaches me so much also so yeah I can't say it enough and that's why we can look at things like RJ and go wow and that's why we can y'all bought some this one you know. Same. I love what you've been message me, I quite a message me. I was talking to a'na sa'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na'na caribes cement and you know it was a lot of them go straight to what say we're not going to do anything yeah yeah yeah so our next one so you tell our JR I don't know the other one I'd noticed last night that popped up to me was not fiscal he was saying fiscal not fiscal but actually honny bond honny bond and honny bond is a component I have been waiting on for my two years of yeah Of course, I don't put money now with I can't money so now is time so I've just been waiting for them to get Better so I can jump in like a real organic, right?
Starting point is 00:26:38 And it it has it has worked well because the third quarter results came out last night and strong strong strong strong strong strong. I mean yeah, the the real challenge January, what the world will know? about the prayer here. Read up. 64 mil. Yeah, 64. 64.9, yeah. 64.9 mil.
Starting point is 00:27:10 Easy. Versus the 20 million in the middle of COVID, the 20.2 in the middle of COVID. And the funny thing is that like, you're going to go with it by the way. I thought like COVID gone is just that, the company I think has really reorganized itself. First, obviously, it has obviously formed itself
Starting point is 00:27:25 some good customers and some a good market there because the revenue chunk, the revenue yes. It's like the revenue. Heavy jump. From $3.67 million to $5.66 million, that is a big jump. But the profit, old turn, the profit change, $200 million. The big attacks is no enough.
Starting point is 00:27:44 And they're paying more tax. And doing that much better. What? Yeah, man. It is crazy. It's crazy to me. And on the nine month basis, $200 million, well, one set, that's before tax.
Starting point is 00:27:56 So $176.5 million after tax versus last year, at the same time, they had 112 million after tax. So they sell so well. Because they're actually being authorised to do the new thing there. The new lines. And in fact, they can release a new line and get that up. That's strong. Yeah, that's strong.
Starting point is 00:28:21 That shows that the really the deficiencies. Yeah, the efficiency is showing itself. I really respect that. And I mean, you grow your profits in nine more by more than half, but by more than 50%, 50%, 56% in one. It wouldn't a year. That is amazing. I wish I could show you guys my screen. I look at my money, J.A. You guys should check out my money, J.A. But yeah, pretty much the head of last year's profit already. The head of the full year's profit already.
Starting point is 00:28:49 It's a hunting button to me. Strong. And of course, people have noticed today, because I also bought some of this. Yes. This morning. You see the optic, all the things that this is at large order.
Starting point is 00:28:58 And that's gone. Yes. Yeah, yeah. So if anybody's smart, you're running quickly. Well, I'm not telling you to buy But I know that I am going to be certainly be buying more Monday morning and That order. I don't think he's going to last
Starting point is 00:29:18 You know, everybody's a lot of afraid but as soon as it gone, then everybody's so wait. I should have been back You don't say gone I'm looking at the queue right now and it is top order in the queue is 4,870 units at $8.66. Wow, speech wasted, right? Wow. Yeah, yeah. So somebody has removed their big order because why would they sell it? Yeah, that's it, that's cheap. And I heard my head out of the day. I was in the market.
Starting point is 00:29:57 I was just I read on them, no, them thing. The bread truck. I heard a large crowding front. And I I think the tail of it at CharterBird is a noted market because really the bridge of open and as it's Charter's as a trod because people I think those people do it every Saturday because the collection man in there and the man that distribute and man does the one that do it that distribute and I'm under start throat and people catching and also walk into the collections. It's beer, shot, beverage, bread, I don't know them up.
Starting point is 00:30:32 Yeah, I like when companies show their expertise, really, really like when companies show that they know what they're doing at the market is responding. So in my view, honey, bon, no. I think I'd worked it all earlier. Honey, bon, I have it as I think a $10 stock. Yeah, I think I'd worked it at... Oh, yeah, is it a P, right? No. And that's before other profit coming.
Starting point is 00:30:59 Yeah, the P. Just for performance, it worked that. 13.8 times. Wow. I mean, at 19, at 19 times. I just think you've said, boy, only one, I have only one cause. I see it there. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:31:18 There's a time in the market. It's better than timing the market. But what I say is that if you can time the market, you should and you can't. I don't know what I mean. Why not go? Yeah. Kabi.
Starting point is 00:31:31 Kabi live. Yeah. I mean, at a P E of 19 times, that's a $9. $9.30. Yeah, the market average is like 20, so far. 20. Yeah. This is. And this is no. average is like 20 something. Yeah, this is and this is no this is As we speak right no
Starting point is 00:31:49 This is current evaluation This is not according to what any profits coming in over the year. Trust me. We shall see That one entire quarter that went to a quarter profits to drop Yeah, the continent this at this pace. I mean Wow, the content this pace, you really, you really have no, you're going to, it's just going to, it's obvious what's going to happen. This one of those things that's obvious that this literally is a matter of the patient. Yeah, can you be patient?
Starting point is 00:32:18 And of course, it might actually get lost in the crowd, right? It might get lost in the eyes. That's my style. That's my style. People stop talking about it. I think there ain't no way in there. Again, the patience is I beat enough people. They don't move tomorrow then, but not thinking that all right, so I get paid once every month. And if this thing don't move for four months. That's four times for me to bite. Exactly, exactly. That is exactly it. And if it hook on the body, not a top, about it.
Starting point is 00:32:55 Are you upset? Yeah, 100, no, no, no, next 100, no, next one. Are you? What is your goal and is your time, right? Take it before if you believe in it, you don't want people talking about it. You don't need people talking about it. Exactly. Yeah, the hype itself, yeah, the hype itself is not needed. You don't want the hype too early. In fact, if you invest properly, you know when things are going to be popular, right?
Starting point is 00:33:23 The signals is going to be very popular in November. Very popular in November. Awak berguna, tahu apabila yang akan berguna. Pertanyaan-pertanya akan berguna dalam jalan. Perguna dalam jalan. Apa yang mereka berguna di sini? Awak tahu di mana-mana di sini. Awak tahu di mana-mana di sini? Saya tahu di mana-mana di sini. Saya tahu di sini, saya tak tahu di mana-mana di sini. Saya tahu di mana-mana di sini, saya tahu di mana-mana di sini.
Starting point is 00:33:40 Saya tahu di mana-mana di sini, saya tahu di mana-mana di sini. Saya tahu di mana-mana di sini, saya tahu di mana di mana di mana-mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana di mana I guess the right people heard. The people that yeah people like me just quietly just buying buying what Lombard is below $3 again. That's a good one. Lombard declared a dividend. I think it was just jumpboard when I said what think about it? I was blaming a lot on the Mayberry forum. I used one was my next one, right? Mayberry forum come and may just say, you'll report that was good, right? And that's why you were supposed to do something that we've been buying from, oh, I want 50.
Starting point is 00:34:26 Yep, and then, yep. What I think, what came in then, then mentioned four dollars as a target. And I think that usually, you know, it happens, people don't buy a four dollars, not that four dollars. So, yeah, three dollars, 30. But as they get closer to four dollars, then people start getting old because, all right.
Starting point is 00:34:44 Because a large, a lot of sales at four and people start copying below that, pushing the price. Oh no. If I want $3.33, $40 as the price. And some resistance to buy. But people ignored the fact that the man named CEO, we're looking to acquire new businesses. We're not a cash. We're going to acquire new businesses. We're also looking to start up new business lands. In the same they asked, they were asked by their largest shareholder what would a financial
Starting point is 00:35:13 company that can give them the money for the things. What would do? What would move your needle? Anaman himself increases storage space because we move things so fast that if we use increase storage space we can move more things, CM speed, right? Mm-hmm. And the man said, cool, no problem. Here, here, that is shoulder. Mr. Monimon asked, and so forth. Nobody's heard it himself.
Starting point is 00:35:35 The boss very himself. Listen. Mr. Monimon, it's not even that I own. We recently heard our own thing there. Memory and most built a place for the BPO place one. Popular one, the number of BPO. I tell, not I tell. Yes, I tell.
Starting point is 00:35:58 Is it tell? Yeah. Who just entered I think, another market, St. Lucia, yeah. It was built, the thing they were about, the be a little bit nervous about doing the charmers are the same name. What? I'm asking what how are they with the developer space? So I develop or ask you how are we already develop or space and the issues why developers
Starting point is 00:36:17 want long-gritty. So they come in take this take the stock and want pay me nine months and they've been very good. Somebody in between that good finance. And the same people say, you know, we can do that. You're a large show host, I said, yeah, my view, do it.
Starting point is 00:36:30 You said we'll turn it self. This is what we'll turn it self. Yeah, people remember if you do the dot connection, is there a connection between Mayberry and Eiter? Yeah, there have been news articles about them and possibly listening and them being apart. I don't wanna say what kind of part in the cause I don't remember,
Starting point is 00:36:50 but there's some relationship between Ita, I think the Epstein's and Mayberry. There's obviously a very clear relationship between Mayberry and Lomba. Mayberry is the largest shareholder in Lomba. And it feeds itself. It feeds itself. You remember actually from my episode,
Starting point is 00:37:09 just fans will tell you what, bigot me also to the archive is, you know what the episode is, it was. I don't remember which exact episode it was, but when we spoke about Lomba, and I spoke about me very doing, I think at the time, Villas, they mentioned doing some private villas,
Starting point is 00:37:22 and I gave a scenario where, I mean, if I have these villas being built here and have a hardware company here You are definitely buying everything you need from my Right and if that hardware is listed then it works great. No, does replace villas with BPO space Of course nobody's talking about Lomba in fact as I'm sure I've been asked before and I'm the asked the next few weeks, especially because of a girl coming up, I know I'm going to be asked that in the next few weeks, you know, what's going with Lomba?
Starting point is 00:37:55 Why not? Why the why the price dropped? Because father God likes the same blessings. I think I'm fine. Right? Right? We're in file. So sometimes Lomba file too. like the same blessings. I think it's like 24, right? We're in fire, you know.
Starting point is 00:38:05 So sometimes on bar fire, too. I think I work and they have a dividend declared and the date for the dividend has even come yet. So you have between no, and I think mid September or early September to get in at Lomba. And I was doing my Lomba calculations and that dividend. I look over $3, like $310, $3 dividend. I look over three dollars like three ten three twenty. I see why close to that it close to that two sending nine. Oh god. Beautiful. Beautiful.
Starting point is 00:38:38 Beautiful. Gorgeous. I think we're hearing from them very soon about so long that we come on. Oh yeah, oh yeah. Listen, when I come to like that says that the biggest thing I need is more space. I mean what could creamy said that needed more space look what happened. Only more space one that only one needed needed more space. Look what happened. Also, maybe a link. Creamy, last, last score. Last M.
Starting point is 00:39:13 That's all more space right now. They've needed more space from them list to note. They're constantly going to more space. M, G, paper, and packaging has been using more space. But you know, fun enough, as in other spaces on Twitter, and it was in more space, but you know, funny enough, I was in one of those spaces on Twitter and it was not anything that I would, you know, if you got whatever their amount of money is, what would you buy?
Starting point is 00:39:30 Or would you put your purchase, your frivolous purchase? I didn't say, but I would tell you know that if I got, I think it's like a hundred million US dollars. So, actually that's a good question. What's your frivolous purchase you do? I do. A hundred you're from the US. 100 million US. But you are.
Starting point is 00:39:47 100 million US. Oh wow. Yeah. I say I have to tell you that because I know if I tell you I am a million US, you're just going to buy stock. Oh yeah. So yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:39:59 Oh, yeah. Oh, do you have a favorite? This one. What's your first favorite? Of course. Of course. Of course. Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, my, course, we can set it from the outside, right? But in then I would make that thing if I could even dealist I would just buy If I could buy the 80% I buy the 80% leave the 20 for the public and
Starting point is 00:41:17 Then you would see you would watch that price move because I would ensure that that company As an output that is unignorable. I think it's happening anyway. I think it was happening slowly. Anyway, I didn't know why the hell I mentioned 25 or three photos. Why is this for the summer? God is serious purchases would be others. When I mentioned MG, I thought the video of something else. The MG is a cool car by the car. I could be tempted. I could be frowning out. tempted. I could be tempted. I could be tempted. I could be tempted. I could be tempted. I could be tempted. I could be tempted. I could be tempted. I could be tempted. I could be tempted. I could be tempted. I could be tempted. I could be tempted. I could be tempted. I could be tempted. I could be tempted. I could be tempted. I could be tempted. I could be tempted. I could be tempted. I could be tempted. I could be tempted. I could be tempted. I could be tempted. I could be tempted. I could be be tempted. I could be tempted. I could be tempted. I could be tempted. I could be tempted. I could be tempted. I could be tempted. I could be tempted. I could be tempted. I could be tempted. I could be tempted. I could be tempted. I could be tempted. I could be tempted. I could be be tempted. I could be tempted. I could be tempted. I could be tempted. I could be tempted. I could be. I could be be tempted. I could be tempted. I could be tempted. I could be tempted. I could be tempted. I could be tempted. I could be tempted. I could be tempted. I could be tempted. I could be tempted. I could be I see your brother to you. We go we go brother if you have a pet check your own Plug it plug your mother business properly, sir That be not the the foot of it the IG
Starting point is 00:42:13 I hear people call people people people see one or other ask which is the IG So yes, oh Bit services any thing the Lincoln trust me I'm not a bit services, any bit thing, the link in trust me. There are pets, that pet needs care, I think, I think, I trust me. You will be sorted out, I haven't heard about it yet. And that guy knows animals from time. Trust me.
Starting point is 00:42:38 Yeah, but I've been watching it from a long time, I've seen, I like that there's that space, nowhere people, the people in the spaces that they occupy are coming on to the social media, showing them skill and the more it can put themselves. Yeah man, time no man. Time no, the time to see. In the business spaces we're making. We're now.
Starting point is 00:43:02 It makes me very optimistic about Jamaica. I get there the way forward. is my mate. We're now, it makes me very optimistic for John. I get there the way forward. Yeah, man. Stuff did that for me? Three there. Yeah. I would need, we need a lot, we need a lot of that.
Starting point is 00:43:14 No, especially we would go with, yeah, and, and you know, things going up in that there's no joke there, right? We're worn from before and it's showing no. Everything raised and I see taxes going on. 15, not taxes 15, not Taxi's, T-A-X-I, yeah, Taxi. I'm both 15% increase, which I mean, I don't know what that really mean. 15% increase. That's what I mean, that's what I said is, if you can actually get into the Taxi space,
Starting point is 00:43:44 sometimes it's a very hard type, basically get into which you can. That into the taxi space sometimes it's very hard to get into with a can. By the time or by the time? Yeah, I mean I did taxes. I did taxes in the past and I would do it again. I do it slightly differently now, but I would do it again. But yo, I think it's the go-to. Yeah, Uber, Uber, say Uber,
Starting point is 00:44:02 profiled in as serious, as serious. But yo, you can get a car and get it under Uber and Release it to someone anyway. I'll give people free business ideas Look at it. I also do that if they need something that if we need if we need Advise or an private business. Oh, yeah, that's that's serious stuff And I mean I do the same thing to both people that need that I know to reach me know to reach me So use it up. Well link up in my second favorite veteran on on Twitter stuff and I mean I do the same thing to people that need that I know to reach me know to reach me so use it up. Well link I've been my second favorite veteran on Twitter. You know, we got my favorite veteran Twitter. I never not call her name. I get anybody to trouble. But yeah, it's a wonderful time in the market and in business. And in a car, but I had mentioned Gavin,
Starting point is 00:44:46 because I see him two times sitting in something out of the day. So yeah, so figure out soon, start to care to pit him and at the porch, you know. Yeah. But yeah, it's a good answer. It's a best of time on the worst of times. I think there's just a holy opportunity. No, and if you smile
Starting point is 00:45:06 you can get opportunity not just in business but also on the market right so there's loads of opportunities there and some of them are just plainly obvious like Lombard dropping to 279 and so I close that today. I feel that if you're only so much, you should have our own certain thing. If it's not, if you have a long, that if you have a time, if the thing isn't doing what it needs to be doing in your time, then sure as a factor, for your time, I don't know anything. And the thing is, less things for that. Less exactly. But it requires bravery.
Starting point is 00:45:40 I know it requires. It requires. It's not so bad. It's not good. I said, ah, cool. I know. required faces. Don't super start places. And I say, ah, cool. And I'll get by that. And I'll be out of this. I'll get by that. I'm not going to place it.
Starting point is 00:45:48 I guess I'll get money. I'll put it. That's the two. So for me, I'll do that. And that's a real, that's a real, real, real thing. That and sell something else. I'll say to Phil, that I did in the group say, yo, you know, if you're really believing something,
Starting point is 00:46:04 you're like, oh, I don't have the money. Yes, you do. You have money in another stock. Yeah, if you really believe in something, you're like, oh, what are the money? Yes, you do. You have money in another stock. Yeah, if you really believe in it, sell someone a time by this. Right. And then that's it. That's for us is it.
Starting point is 00:46:14 Of course, it's absurdity about thinking, right? It really gives it a focus of timeline. You will think the return on this is ex-time, and is this? And one of those obviously more sense on the next one. Yep. Yep. Yep. Yep. Yep. Yep. And it's easy to say it's a little harder to do but it is ultimately worth it heavily. And oftentimes you find at least I find cause what I do in these classes, I find that it's obvious to
Starting point is 00:46:43 people because them eyes asking you, how come nobody knows? I said, I don't know, see, you know, they must want other people with them. There are fear because they're not in the crowd. Yeah, man, I know that word. What they're called. Fearful when others are greedy, greed, and others are fearful, the reality of that is plays out on the market every day. Everybody talking about it everybody hype and love it.
Starting point is 00:47:09 It's when it's quiet like signals. When everybody loves signals. When everybody is quiet about signals like no. That's 40 story before. 20 signals just this. 2018 I think. When signals just this 2018 I think I You were intended I did sell it week and We never went back until 2019 You and had a nice dip
Starting point is 00:47:38 We thought that if we think about the fact that there was no Nobody talking about boy signals is the best thing ever when it start move Everybody's gonna say I said boy, boy yo I have signals from I for you like I think no so the best thing I drink great no I'm going to happen like again I mean it's going to happen with fun time I get fun time again at the sixth dollar level, it's struggling there. Why it's struggling at the end? It's right. No, I think it's final. It is finally worth eight, eight, our nine, and they
Starting point is 00:48:13 they're the mentioned in the poor more expansion. So I don't know why though, because that's down the road. Yeah, 20, 20, 20, 23, every thinking. Yeah, I don't know why it's mentioned or that. Like I said, that's all the stuff. And it made me raise the average because I'm only used to that when companies are doing something or they have bad results. So, you know, you give you some news right before you drop the bad results. I was thinking maybe not. So, if they speak about what refinancing. I don't't remember I'd have to go and check my don't remember That is what I'm thinking that they think they're getting the place
Starting point is 00:48:52 But I want to spend on it. The thing that we could be very quickly So that's that's a last break for the thing you mean, which is anybody that asked that my which was we were talking about But it's not going through 30 immediately. Yeah, we were, I mean, you know, we didn't have a argue. It's obvious. It's proven. We're right. It's 2021.
Starting point is 00:49:14 It's, yeah, completely right. But you're right in that. If they say this time, they think they're going to recoup it quickly. That could be a hint about that. They really doing it via some sort of financing, right? When I tell you on snow, 23 years, I was wondering if they were going to market for something. So what's been using that sort of strategy? I was talking about things way ahead at time. Because in my view, you guys have done a lot in this episode. You're getting all those nice tangents that some connect in that and some speculation,
Starting point is 00:49:47 the speculative or why mention a 2023 expansion in 2021 when you're still reporting. At you're still reporting your regular business, you're really just having to feel a new store along the timeline that I was talking about, right? No, why mention it then? Maybe because you're going to finance it somehow, maybe you're going to do a right to share for it or an APO. These APOs have gotten so
Starting point is 00:50:12 very popular, I hate the things. I hate the things. I don't give a damn about APO. I do something afterwards. The barita, the bar, you're or policy. So, so fine from success also. I, I, the guy started with a right to say he's so smart. I put all of that on him and his market knowledge. I don't even say my don't know the guy, but I, I put it on him because it moves. Yeah. And if the person that's doing it is behind the school's door, then I'm sorry, you know,
Starting point is 00:50:41 we're presented yourself for all praise. So, yeah, big or posh, yeah, big or posh, if there's somebody quietly behind the school's door, I'm sorry, we're presenting this for all praise. So big of positives. Yeah, big of positives. There's somebody quietly behind the scenes that's not doing it. You're bigger view, even more because you have quietly done something amazing. We have big of positives for the, what would see, just understanding the market and acting in our way actually understanding the market. I still respect that. You use the market. acting in our way to actually understand the market. I still respect that. Use the market.
Starting point is 00:51:06 Yeah, man, as you should. I'll be very, well, in that room. Yeah, well, you know, anybody who listed is no more with field workers very. And what I said, the move sees me. Seeing that sort of thing to being followed or by Barita and followed Falclaw by barita says to me that you really have just a few but we have a
Starting point is 00:51:29 few people who know what the hell they're doing with the market right I am still I mean every time I think about how they did the APO and then put the dividend in the middle of the APO specifically I made it clear that you cannot get that dividend unless you buy on the market. APOP will not get that dividend. I know it was a nice dividend as dividends go. I was like three or four. I mean, the results coming. They use the time results we did.
Starting point is 00:51:52 Exactly. That's somebody who understands what the market works. I mean, these guys put out results within a week of the closed ones. That's all. The closed the quarter and put out a week. Like a month and a half early. But you know the iPhone steam, they get the prep ones, they do this and it's the timeline. So this in place. So I can't be able to report. Yeah. But it's so funny
Starting point is 00:52:17 to me, I think I'm bad because of my history working at the listed company. I assume it's like this across the board. They know, they know the same company. I assume it's likely across the board. They know they know the same day. I cons are ready the day to caught the end. They don't need a month and a half. Probably the pro trust me. The only thing is when they're waiting on the extra when there's a clear idea on the last day what this degree looks like. Before the last day to because you depend on the kind of company we me a video in the business. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:52:45 Yeah. Oh, it's not changed. It's a surprise. Are the audits are saying that not what that's what I call differently. So change this and the artist I can't tell you because the audits are not content. They have the contents there. So more often than not, it's that listen, we want this and we are having a conversation with the audits to see if it can fit within the rules. So blah blah blah. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:53:08 Don't call him. Don't call him. Stay safe. And it's not the same. Where I work or anything like that. I started to move that we observe on the market. Then it was very interesting to this day. So yes.
Starting point is 00:53:18 With with with. I'm not calling. I don't call it safe. Don't risk the back. But yeah, you look on the market knowledge that Barita has displayed. You see how they've set things up in an API. Everybody has done it. Everybody has done an API.
Starting point is 00:53:35 An API. What if done is they've done it in a way where me, the majority shareholder, currently in uncontrolling, I keep my benefit. So I, I don't, I don't allow myself to be diluted. I reserve a specific amount for myself. So I don't get diluted. And for the other bodyels, roughly so collecting this money, yeah. And again, barita again, smartly. So I needed a right issue. We couldn't entire episode, I loved it an entire episode on barita alone actually. Again, bigger policy, if it's policy, if you can get in contact with me, I wouldn't mind having you on the show. But
Starting point is 00:54:13 yeah, we'll do a regular episode for that. But showing the knowledge with a right issue, showing the knowledge of things like the the the the IPO and the dividend in the middle of it to keep the market value high. And then showing sensible things like bringing in a second large shareholder via the APO or via the secondary listing where I don't take all my rights, I sell them to another entity. And thereby get a large stake. And some people have also said, hey, you get part of the stake in the APO and your
Starting point is 00:54:44 buy the rest of the market. Also, first, I keep in my market price high. And now we're going to the stuff with their their their their their holdings via their funds and so on. All right. Just it's a large report. The latest one from them. Finance limited. Yes, which is the name of I don't know the change the name of something to my define is it the form I think so I think that's what I did yeah yeah yeah so name change is timing and the use of the market raising tools I respect them for that everybody has just tried to protect them like a code to make everybody else come in. And I don't like that. So I agree. I'll say shareholders, I think we keep having that discussion of shareholder.
Starting point is 00:55:32 The company should care about the shareholders. I own the company. I want my acquiresate to be preserved. Then I need that. Anything goes, I can go. I'm not afraid of the idea. If you were to ask shareholders, and they fully knew that the APU was inferior in some way, so I write it.
Starting point is 00:55:46 You think they're good for you? No, but that's my thing. It's market education. It's market education. I think that the company principle is no. If you have any sense in, you've seen, you've heard us outwort style at the time. If you have any sense in finance and investment in the United States, a majority of the public, kind of majority of the more expert driven part of the finance industry,
Starting point is 00:56:04 doesn't actually know much and differs to a lot of things. So if you have sense in that space, you can get a lot done. So of course, you will go there and talk about how good my IPO is and nobody ever mentions that you guys are gonna be diluted and protecting myself from dilution and I'm using this as an opportunity to do xyz. It's not a bad thing,
Starting point is 00:56:24 but I suspect that if more investors knew it, there would be more pushback, and there would be more companies than choosing to do right issues. And you know, I don't, I can't rate it. When they reserve shares for themselves to ensure that they're not diluted, and I'm talking buried, I'm just talking generally.
Starting point is 00:56:45 Generally, when a cos barita has been diluted before, so let me be clear. Because I know I think with finance guys, the final one thing I stick to it and don't realize is not the point. So I'm not talking barita, but generally, whenever a company does the APO, and they do that thing where they protect,
Starting point is 00:56:59 that the majority shareholders protect themselves from dilution, and everybody else gets screwed. They're spending the money anyway, right? So it's not like in a right issue where I don't want to spend the money, so I'm not going to do a right issue because I would have to spend money to keep my stake. You're spending keep your stake money anyway. You just want to collect a large amount. So you go to the full public. I'm like, yo, don't, well, yeah, do I raise a renown suburbanization? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:57:30 And those work out. Yeah, we'll work. Simple. Yeah, just promise it will work. But maybe not, right? So I can see a company going, yo, we need four billion, four and a half. We need five billion.
Starting point is 00:57:42 Yeah, and it's easier to get five billion from the entire public That it is from the shareholders, right? Like why you know the pensions just telepension guys early like usually What you think about it you are in on to the right issue and you think you're Think that any market you think you're a shareholder based cannot make it up And about that is in the same way about that and like, made a shareholder on the sunset, say, oh, you can't really renounce it and access will be given to
Starting point is 00:58:08 anybody. Of course, of course. Yeah, probably. Yeah. And then you then you start doing things that I want to more of like shareholder selling their rights. No, I know people do that, but it's not a common thing in the retail space. Yeah. Yeah, I tried to back up the rights in the in the in the push back people acting like this should be done. You know what?
Starting point is 00:58:29 Bro, that's that's the Jamaican in us. You know, I said, we're not gonna take a rest. We don't want to give you. Because yo, I talked to one veteran about the same thing, I didn't say, um, during the key time, I'm saying, yo, okay, like, let's say three dollars. I don't know what the price is. I said to you, I'll pay you like a dollar for the rights. No, more three dollars is three dollars for it. Yeah, bro, I'm not buying the shares on you. I'm paying you a dollar to be able to go and buy your shares.
Starting point is 00:58:58 You're not gonna buy your shares. So just take the money and let me go and spend money here. Cause I can't give you a three dollars and internal and I'm biting rights to share I can't give you for three dollars an internal and buy it in right It's yours. I'm being six dollars. Yeah, but I'm willing to give you a dollar and buy mine for three and it's four dollars You'll work up average is low But it's just again, it's just a matter of investor education a lot of the public don't really know these things I whenever you come with anything strange to them then free it immediately. Yeah, well you mean by your buying my rights
Starting point is 00:59:23 Well, you mean by buying my rights? What do you mean by doing a swap of, no, it's normal. That's how it works. It should work that way. We'll get there. We're getting there, and we will get there. And I think a lot of the push that has come from myself, from the education of their, from the stuff on Twitter, from you all of us.
Starting point is 00:59:41 Yeah, that has changed because of that. Yeah. Huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge huge And that's not counting things I don't like with the free sessions I've just done on the streaming, the stuff I've done in the past. Going on some other platform and explaining things to people, yeah, that's over, that's hundreds of people out there doing it. And this podcast cost thousands and the effect that that's the beauty of it. And I'm saying, you saying, value always shows itself. The things we say are sensible and the things that we predict tend to happen.
Starting point is 01:00:31 That's right. So people see it, people argue, oh, they get it right. And you know it's true when you have people who don't even really take tea with us, but they listen to it when you follow it. Yeah, and do the things the way, can I imagine a big cent of it money from a secret fund. As long as, as long as everybody made money, I just want everybody made more money because we're gonna need it.
Starting point is 01:00:55 But yeah, it's a funny space to be in and it's only getting funnier, but it's only getting bigger. And those who have the skill are only getting better off for it. The growth guides boy, millionaires after millionaires after millionaires. People never think of whatever seat. They know that. That's not an interesting point. How much people actually have money?
Starting point is 01:01:18 How do you actually make all of them on you from this thing? Yo, when people come to me and say, yo, I don't like, I mean, it's a sad thing, but I've been people say, yo, based on what you've gotten me to see and the things I've learned. My people dead are, you know, something bad happened, or because I emergency and I never know, say I don't have the money for a hundred, I have to handle, no. emergency and I never know how to have the money for a hundred and I have to handle no people having at the time and I say it's true and I see it in my own life Big thing happened and boy you can handle it and it's stuck making a hand Distinct You know I say their thoughts would in a day For
Starting point is 01:02:01 That's what I sell it So much things that are big, but big again, cause really, the way they do on the market, that's not so much. Exactly. Yeah, the first time double 10 grand, I know. No, no, no, the bifis are less than 10 grand. The dividends are greater than 10 grand. It's a real shift. You start betting on the dividends and then... No, I was betteler. I feel so bad every time I say, I don't care about dividends,
Starting point is 01:02:33 is this because I don't, but I appreciate it and have to be attention to it. Because... I don't know. I don't scream a lot. I'll check them after I wear it. And I just go to broke and drop all the miniracled. You still like a check?
Starting point is 01:02:47 You know, fix that up, man. You know, if you've been a long road and I've had some fixes for JSC, please, JSC, please, like we've been here before. It's JSC, because there's a boat to say as a tip like you can go because over and over I was pretty before more than once and then I didn't even me about yo have you have you gone to JCSD directly because I said typically anybody else watching I went to the broken and the broken and I was
Starting point is 01:03:17 omitted for like over a year more than once but the JCSD they gave me all the payments to an account and the Monday, then what they were still like checks after that. Word. Word, word, word, that's sad. Yeah. That's weird actually because for me, what I did that, I was actually at JCSY for something else and how much has there for that?
Starting point is 01:03:41 I think probably the person needs to follow up on submitting the forum or something like that. That's probably what happened. Oh, but I was actually at JSC and I did it, then I'm doing it and I'm saying, from now on, it will go to that account, right? And it's everything that goes to JSC, it will go to that account. So I can actually bypass the broker. So even if you broke, I was screwing around. Oh, yes.
Starting point is 01:03:59 You can go to JSC. I went to the broker. I went to the, I know, with a college JSC and I started the paid the money, all the old settings and I'll wait, I'll call GSCSD and then start it all, they paid the money, all the old savings and couldn't cancel those checks and then I got checks out of that. So, I guess I need to follow up on so what's going on there. What? To be honest, I still don't care about the video. I don't even know when I get there more, but I look, I see the impact, how much the what percentage and then it disappears today. nd hef e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak e'gak the money. Yeah, it's a painful thing. I said, I don't know, it's so annoying because you see the money and big, but the money is big of signals for the term. It's not signals
Starting point is 01:04:53 term, but dry boat. Yeah, I can spend a couple million more. Then you don't have the money too. You know what? There are a lot of times, they got the sacrifice, I said, well, you have this money, because they invested versus by nothing at all, right? But then, when I see the returns, come, I say, yeah, there's a lot of things, well, I don't think I have a bad idea. I don't think I have a bad idea.
Starting point is 01:05:17 You know, because guess what? If I spend two million on a car, then that's the whole thing that I have a good sleep of. And that's true. That's true. It's true. It's new to this four million because it was two million some time before. It's two million some time before it was up. We're not going on the N-entry. It's X-100,000.
Starting point is 01:05:35 You watch a converse money actually contribute and put all the pocket to the market. It is so small. You know, actually check it out. Wait, wait, wait, wait. That's it. Yeah. Like, I thought I thought I put more. Yeah. I'm not doing that many fondings.
Starting point is 01:05:51 I'm just turning and turning and turning and turning, turning, turning games. I've thought what, I realize I'm looking at them like, yo. I mean, I'm back talking to my, I can't go break top, because big up, because I can't go brick talk. I can't, I look and I realize that, wait a minute, they start with a million, I pull a million out, I'm still have three in there.
Starting point is 01:06:17 How much have I made? Because I was also screwing around my tracking, I was screwing around my tracking and, and like, you look on some, so let's say you put a million in something like double, it turned two million, it took 1.5, oh, you put in something else and you go in there, it falls 10%. And like all that thing is done. And maybe put another one, it's coming back up and then when it goes up, open it, you're up now 40 or 50%. I'm acting like that's fresh money that time but you know this is profit the money is complete I'm playing with profit
Starting point is 01:06:48 I think I put less than a million in my overall and that's really cause I was pinching off my salary and I remember a large probably my head I checked my first salary ever from Vietnam and that statement I was like a little, a little contract and I was making less than civil contract and I'm like I was making less than I made that from a first contract it then born with up to 1.2 maybe it did did maybe it did me with it was more it wasn't as sky it wasn't higher at all it was a
Starting point is 01:07:18 fear it was okay so I wrote it was more some other time at time, I was contributing to the whole and my brother's school fee, so that was fine for me. Actually, money I put into the market, I was caught up pinching off from the small money days and going to the market. I want to put in the market, what it is, you know, I still, we got me also, she asked my return, my total return from, there was some conversation on time and I just asked me, was my total return from, there was some conversation on the timeline and she asked me,
Starting point is 01:07:45 was my total return overall, that's aggregated, I used like, you're like, what year did it, she said, what's the return from all the money put in the market, to what it is, no, and that number, that number. Yeah, I don't talk about it, I think, I don't talk about it, because I grow, and sometimes on things like this, when you talk on our talk about it. I think I don't talk about it because I grow and sometimes on things like this when you talk our tweet about it, people immediately think. Yeah, we're talking about public. No. Yeah, if you hear a big number, they immediately think I kind of that. Or that's not for me. It's rich man thing. And that, you know, it's always by being a people don't get yo,
Starting point is 01:08:19 it's not that pretending. It's really 10,000 Jamaikan. Really 10 grand jamehikan is not only money on top of that in the years, but not that much. Five years of investing, but it's ridiculous, it's small, that amount of money I put on the back. Just to myself, is, I think, no, nobody is after we have to be telling myself, well, I actually, these days, it was patience about us, me. I'm seeing so much. That's a problem. And just too much. I know, I think I've too much, I know much things. And then every time I go to say, all right, I want to say that,
Starting point is 01:09:03 and he said, well, it's great to do that. Yeah, we can't get rid of this now because I started that. Like, I was going to sell some caribbean men actually, like in the 90s. And buy some fiscal. Yeah, I think to sell some caribbean and buy some fiscal. I saw something else. We're ready to sell. You said, all the what, this this could do this and what the way you're advising yourself.
Starting point is 01:09:28 Exactly, like, no, but this is that and the time and that and you do make sense because it's hard to get the kind of volume and you're going to find it higher. Very, very. Eventually. I thought something for the longer term, like not long, long, long term, what I would learn into the DM team. And no, that was my
Starting point is 01:09:45 first. Yeah, I know, don't not that there's there's there's sense in that. Yeah, I did that recently and you find that I like to tell people I grow it to that, you know, I'm human too. So emotions hit me to like my pulse. I love the damn pulse. I don't know kings, the koopo. I don't actually love them. I should treat them like a wagonist. I should be a wagonist when you come to them.
Starting point is 01:10:12 But I just like pulse and I like because of the story with it. Rere and I look at it for what I'm like, yo, you've been carrying this thing for a while. I mean, the gains are high. You are triple digits, but you don't feel well that this isn't going to happen for. And they're probably going to go like, you know, I don't know about damn about the AP. Oh, I would. Well, you still in it, right? And then you said, no, but you know, one of the days and you might, my, I think my
Starting point is 01:10:34 price on my average price on policies below $1 or like a dollar, not below $1 anymore. A dollar little bit. No. Let's sell it right after the anyway. I put it all in fiscal. I did, and I'm happy I did because my fiscal is being good. The thing is, about- 55% here are being straight. I thought, fiscal wouldn't move the way it moved until some later on this year. But I kind of see why.
Starting point is 01:11:01 So I'm happy buying by certain people kind of push it forward. I'm not thinking about it. Well, yo, I mean, I'm so I'm heavy buying by certain people kind of push it forward. I'm there certainly about. Well, yo, I mean, I bought I can't talk. We're recording this August 13th about August 4th. Okay, what's in the party? Yes, definitely. So, so it closed to that 165.
Starting point is 01:11:23 Wow. Wow. So it closed to that 165 wow wow Yeah, my average price is One near wonder Wow Yeah, that by put me my average price was 99 cents I had used it but I was doing the last shot actually doing the advanced grotesque one time shorter I'm investing again So guys we listen Cheteling in the chat you can go into the advanced growth is one time shorter and investing again. So guys, we listen to Cheteling in the chat.
Starting point is 01:11:45 You can go into the advanced growth. You also still get this cone to the nice session if you did the advanced growth. I do it in time shorter and investing. And I had done it when fiscal just IPO, and I was showing them, I used it as an example for the candlestick and look at market sentiment and knowing what to do.
Starting point is 01:12:02 And I remember that I used actually it. So I did the actual trades trades and I showed what I did in the, and why and so on in the girl. And it was around 105, 106, and I mean, I thought I'm a wire sold here based on the cues where looking blah, blah, blah. And at that point, I didn't sell completely, but when I sold enough, I in profit,
Starting point is 01:12:20 my average was 99 cents. Because I don't, I'd bought an IP on a bot after that. That's that, that average was 99 cents. That's because I don't, I'd also buy a button IP on a bar after that. That's that, that's our next lesson. People, you know what, people buy an IP when you're free to buy after that. Yeah, like it's the IPO alone. IPO, the most important part of IPO is initial, not only initial. So, so it's, it's, it's an initial thing, but don't mean say it trade everything after that thing. If you care about say, it trade every day after that.
Starting point is 01:12:45 If you care about it, you should do it. Can you go and watch it? I watch it and when it reaches $3, you're like, I'm gonna say, no, up to 165 and I did a heavy buy. Like I said a couple days ago at 150 and it closed to that 165. Yeah, and looking at the queue, I'm I'm only J8. Actually the lowest you can get it for is 168. And and they just drop the results. I would be surprised if thing then if I say I large by harder
Starting point is 01:13:27 Those drop in and why it's so essential so I would not be surprised at all and and The results that I'm just struck to strong they're going that they're growing and ferry is open No, the funny thing is again timing and think about it. The results are so good. And the ferry number is not anything at all. Very not in it at all. I mean, the numbers ended June, very hot in July, and it's a soft open. B should not open yet. We should it own a full vertical. Okay. And then those that, and that's this is just the first of the things that other things that they want to do.
Starting point is 01:14:09 And even look at things there, fairy to me is that guy, because if I look at, we look at fairy and they, the pumps, the advertisements on them. That means that I think the operator, the person who owns that is making the core family, they're making the abatism every week. They make a huge location to make all revenue from the school locations. So Facebook made the abatism every week, the supermarket revenue. Everything completely subbed to my efficiency on that because they're selling to themselves at that location.
Starting point is 01:14:39 And in a practical way, it is a Don't be surprised. I'll give it there. If they're the most competitive gas station price on that road. Undoubtedly. And the other cheap gas places. I thought I was going to say, and you get to them before you get to the other cheap gas place. I was going to go down to the other cheap gas place. I'm going to turn into first. Where is the pharmaceutical holer?
Starting point is 01:14:57 I'm turning into my gas station. No one. Yeah, big up, big up. What else is on beech wood? RJ. Yeah, yeah, B-Trood, big up B-Trood. But what else is on B-Trood? Are they? Uh, fairies, fairies, the NNG location, and those parts of hooking gas yet. And not just cooking gas. Yeah, I don't know, I don't want to get sad to it.
Starting point is 01:15:16 First thing, that fairies is right. First of all, I think the most popular road in China. Of course. Yeah, you live Spain, I live Spain for years. So we know how to, you're gonna go to that gas station. Everybody's gonna stop there. It's needed at gas station for a long time. It's near Spanish-donald road where all those industrial
Starting point is 01:15:35 companies are. That's right, LNG, okay, Sean. Okay, well watch this. Shaqman, trucks. Shaqman have an LNG line of trucks. The company that import Shackman trucks into Jamaica, the main shareholder I wanted to, the front faces of it, is linked to Fesco and also linked to Barita,
Starting point is 01:15:57 in that same family there. So obviously, Shackman is going to start bringing in trucks that use the fuel, that Fesco sell, and Fesco is all over Jamaica. So of course, they're going to have a nice fuel roll order. So people excited about electric cars and all of that. Not that I'm not excited about it. But you can get better from that natural gas than you can from the electric in terms of
Starting point is 01:16:20 practical business, exactly. And if I have a company on Spanish tonal Rule that need four trucks and I need guys, I'm gonna buy it is cheaper. On a cost basis, natural gas truck is cheaper to buy and run than a petrol truck. And Fesco themselves is going to ensure that they give you those good prices. Plus, you can get the truck through them win-win. Like Fesco is obvious to me, obvious tenure, because it is going to give strong money from no till the 10 year mark. People with a concert and for electric people
Starting point is 01:16:51 who have to say they won't go into the electric market. I think about it if if you're buying an electric home if you buy an electric guest the electric station no you hear it for some glasses. And that's true, you. The whole bunch of extra guys in Jamaica. Are they all in the same location? Was that one electric station serve everybody? I wouldn't be looking there, right? No.
Starting point is 01:17:16 Exactly. And the guys, they know that they have sense. And there's no reason. First of all, can't go into that line when it's more popular. And it's profitable at that point. There's no reason. So. I went first, because It will have a better effect because it's not our one gas station somewhere. Fiscal covers the island. So yeah, and they're
Starting point is 01:17:33 growing. They continue to grow. I saw on them Instagram them hint at another place and there's not beach. I think it's somewhere else in Manifela maybe clearing on. But I don't care just buy it by please build more. Thank you. In partnership with Barita. That's what business is made of. And that's a sense of it. You have the Barita on this side.
Starting point is 01:17:52 I have. Whenever you say that group and the groups are keeping the money in the circle, I love that. That's the capacity of the circle. It's an interesting reaction, we find the things I've got because everybody understands that. Everybody dreams of why the Marie-June business I want to work. My British have a full book. Why wouldn't they?
Starting point is 01:18:16 No, this guy would tell me what's so important about being in Jamaica. Everybody else do it. Everybody dreams of doing it. For some reason Jamaica we call we look down on on business Yeah, yeah, it's like of course I'm it's my hardware is my villa you're going to build a villa using the things from my hardware That's how it should work. It's common sense. I'm gonna bring you back to people Exactly, that's all businesses people people are business like the business Exactly. That's all businesses. People are business. The business, so grace is our entity.
Starting point is 01:18:48 That's a thing. Thinking is mine, our own. The people involved are just a part of it. It's come to work every day. But it's the people that cause these things happen. If there's no direction from the people, then there's nothing. Which is why I always say look at the people. Yeah, look at the people who run these companies on what they want. Look at the majority shareholder. Look at leaching to get an idea of what
Starting point is 01:19:10 NCV was doing. Right? Look at, look at, um, look at very to get an idea of what Mayberry is doing. I say it's all the time. Mayberry have a, they have, they are the Vanguard of Jamaica. They're, they're, he has built a Vanguard. They're, they're in everything and they can move entire industries. I, S, V, S, it's the more, oh, we've said, I'm sure you said on the podcast about the D-L Network. I don't think we put that episode out. I don't think we put that sort of thing. Think about it. They just say I'm article.
Starting point is 01:19:45 Saying, yo, the dealer, they say they'll think that. Wait, name my game. What's that? Um, my game that's financial services. So, and also, and also, and also the loans to the dealers. Exactly. Yeah, see, eat by margins there. We have to wait.
Starting point is 01:20:02 Then again, we have a pulling out across the board no because it's very new because of microcredit at communion if my microcredit institution in the area stop running i think my key is we already have a spiel place spiel d line in the area so they can buy that loan book my key i can start buying a lot of loan books spiel has the money and then ting there right name again we see no we just reach the service you're not going to that place anymore because then the key wise requirements and move forward and it's going to do it. And if you think about the network I don't I no longer have to like I don't go to
Starting point is 01:20:41 the head office of S.V.L. to buy a lot of I mean I don't buy to the head office of Svil to. Beautiful as well. What's that? Shop. Their competition gets a big cheek. They have competition? No, no, no. The competition. Yeah. No.
Starting point is 01:21:13 No. No. No. So if I agree, it's easy, it's a dealer versus a SVO dealer. SVO has a more full service. I can give the loans I can do all these things. Versus why I can say a lot, I can say easy. I say a lot, I can say I give loans and all the other things I feel fit that works. Versus I I would gamble only.
Starting point is 01:21:48 I see where the bet goes. Yep. And in the meantime, they just continue to pay off. They continue to turn cash heavily. And that's just on one side of the business. Yeah, I mean, maybe there is one of the biggest shareholders in, I think there are four or five biggest shareholders in Carp cement. Yes. Which, by the way, is a lot like coming full circle.
Starting point is 01:22:10 Is a lot like those companies is another company that has spoken about an expansion where ahead of time. They spoke about that expansion that they have planned 2022. Are you telling us about it now? Yeah, it knows the thing that I was trying that also the heavy debt they don't know that So heavily heavily heavily heavily Again, why are you talking about an expansion in 2022 starting in late 2022? In the second half of 2022.
Starting point is 01:22:43 So why are you talking about it now in 2021 before the fourth quarter of even 2021? Why are you telling us? It's not doing it, right? Yeah, but again, let me link that to the barita point, which is that you know, you can allow possibly, and this is definitely speculation. You can allow another shareholder to come in greatly if you do a right issue. I really hope they don't do an APO. I want in greatly if you do a right issue. I really hope they don't do an APO. I want Carb cement to do a right issue.
Starting point is 01:23:08 And they've done that in the past. In fact, their parent company got their heavier stake in their alternate parent company, Simmons. They got their stake in their actual parent company, TCL, Trinidad Semit Limited. VR Rights issued at TCL did, and then Semics took up the offer. It allowed Semics to come in more VR at right issue. So you can do the same thing.
Starting point is 01:23:36 And that's what Barita Alza did, Barita Lod that Trinidad Bank to get a little stick, VR the APO. So I'm really open at carpsment, does something along those lines. I'm not being thinking about you know my thoughts on the diesel the way the money flows through diesel before it goes to semi not anymore and I think they're not anymore. So yeah. So coming to make that way much more so we're talking about dividends. Yeah I think it's it's it's it makes more
Starting point is 01:24:01 sense for them to pay the same extent to pay the TCL if T if you see makes one some money, right? So maybe there's something more. But then you know, Symex lent Carb cement the money to pay off TCL TCL took the money and paid and I did that the auto symex a symex literally just I mean We did this at a lot of growth. Symex literally just shifted where the money flows Yeah, she for the money flows from instead of training that I shift to Jamaica because they seem to realize Jamaica Jamaica is growing heavily.
Starting point is 01:24:29 TCS, no. TCS numbers are good because of their Jamaican subsidiary. But and yeah, TCS also local sales are getting we are getting fought by the import market. Yeah, the higher theimate coming in swinging and to dam rap. Yes, and they don't love something the way quite again. The second time, the fighting on the quota, not the quota, the thing there, the the price thing, because the people bring in cement and they want to think the way quite again,
Starting point is 01:25:01 cost some fee way quite. They wanted to be rated. If I have it right, there's a rating on the cement that's imported that has a tax on it or a cesareote, but that makes it cost more to protect the market. And that was challenging court. And I think that it was thrown out, so no, the pricing has to be. Yeah. So basically, it's making more and more sense for T-Sales of operators and import them. And it's making more and more sense for Simex to operate from Jamaica instead of from Trinidad, right? In America where the protection is it works in their favor and we just lost it in Trinidad. So, we just did this shift for that money works and now we work with for Jamaica. I gather also that on the ground in Trinidad and for business it's difficult to get the US dollars
Starting point is 01:25:51 we've heard of. Yes. That TCL has a lot of debt in US dollars, a lot of publications or things that I have to do in US dollars and a lot of them come to this year. In fact, I believe they have us, I could be wrong, I don't know, I think a 40 million or 60 million US deposit with a bank that's within the Symmix group That has they have to pull at deposit. I think in July 2021 without it in all of us I think it was done already that's TCL Doing that same time period over the last few months as you can see Carp Symmix has grown heavily and Symmix in my view has been concentrating more on Jamaica and it's not difficult to get US dollars in Jamaica.
Starting point is 01:26:29 So yo, something big is coming in my... I think we're going to see more of that. Massey commented Jamaica. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Massey also listing. I think a lot of those drainage companies looking here. I don't know if Massey will come at a good price. I hope that...
Starting point is 01:26:44 I care more money. I don't like if my sales come at a good price. I hope that I do. I care about body. I don't like care about them until they reach and I are until I see that I can look at the answer what were they getting and see if it makes any calls. Yes. Otherwise I agreed. Good for GSC makes some money there bro. There we go and GSC and you've held for it to make some money. GSE becoming the regional stock exchange. Exactly. Exactly. Nobody else seems to be picking up, so why not do it? It's opportunity and opportunity there.
Starting point is 01:27:11 Carbs cement themselves. I think they're talking about the expansion way down the road because they use that justification for a race or something, probably a race. Just like how I'm hoping that Fanta Ana is talking about it because it's justification for a race. Because because what you tell me was in 2022 is caribbean Fanta Ana is 3 I think yeah yeah so it like what you tell me about that no unless you can say hey what did Pots the Pots homes yeah Very similar. What did post? Well, the post homes.
Starting point is 01:27:45 Post homes. Yeah. It really is a boy. It was a free Corona. And looking very no, no. Well, if that radio station thing is any indication, then, um, we know it's the time, right? It's so, I, I sold nonetheless.
Starting point is 01:28:03 I give a down about the IPO. If you're right, you should know I will be the first person by the back. People ask me what baritone I say, if you own baritone shares, sure. But I wouldn't buy it on the market. Unless there is an incentive to provide it. You would buy it. Sure. Yes. And so it depends on the IPO looks like what the IPO price of the better than the market price. Yeah, very I think it's coming up against a time table though. I think what the thing that made me said direct cars in the whole whole wave
Starting point is 01:28:34 a long ago, I think it's coming through, you know, it's pretty tight. It's really, I think it's, I've been saying it for so long. I'm noting that I can say easily and say, then don't really know because how much time I said that. Yeah well in their in their in their application to the court for the for their age, digital age, they mentioned that 10 month timeline for some stuff. I'm hoping that that's it and I see a lot of cornerstone branding all over. I heard some financial institutions in the region, and localists seem to be wishy-washy
Starting point is 01:29:07 and going, leaving the region. So I'm hoping that's linked to it. Yeah, but I'm more excited these days. I'm thinking more dark cars, a second dark cars, because you can't have more than one. Probably not confident everybody talking about like them ever hear about it before. GKFG.
Starting point is 01:29:23 The GK financial group, everybody talking like them ever, let's say it's so naturally, in fact, I think I tweeted that a year ago, like, whole, everybody just saying GKFG like them ever heard it before. Because on the podcast, we were talking about it. Mm-hmm. It was that, it was, I was like, nobody had noticed that you're speaking about it that way. And I know it's a, I put a book here. You're not only teaching investment but also teaching vocabulary.
Starting point is 01:29:56 So. I'm a ex, I'm an ex who said that she used to, she used to pay attention to what I said something. And everybody's not saying, I didn't know how to turn, how to turn, get popular after that. And the dark cars was like, yes, everybody's not a cop. Oh God. GKFG. The next big thing.
Starting point is 01:30:24 I'm thinking, yo, why, as much as food has turned a roll and is doing a lot better? Why am I wearing about food when I'm looking at my finances? You guys need to split that up. Yeah, you need to split it up. You need to spin some more off. Yeah, man, spin off. We're spinning off.
Starting point is 01:30:40 I think you're spinning off things inside a GKF. Yeah, like what? What could they spin off inside GKF? That's not the weather in the past. Yeah, there's a hell of a lot of other things over there, right? And it just got GK Eastern Carburet. Eastern Carburet. Scotiate Eastern Carburet, which are really good. GK life, I think in it.
Starting point is 01:30:58 Yeah, anybody I mean for the experts listening, I'm sure that you guys have done your homework and looked at what GK's Scoti Eastern Caribbean numbers were like. And you can put a little bit of addition to that to GK's books. So, you know, you can look at what the possible impact that will be, positive and whole, positive ability. But at this point, I'm like, oh, why is the food and the money together? Split them. Say no and half. All for you know. Yeah man, Sin on off man.
Starting point is 01:31:26 Sin on off and a GK food has such a nice presence all over including the US. Send it off. Yeah, yeah. Like like JBG. I don't even say it on the podcast. I should say for posterity. Did you ever talk about JBG and the US vertical?
Starting point is 01:31:40 I was just a conversation about thing there. And maybe shipping, the important thing of chicken in the whole land production. Yeah, and I had said it. I know I tweeted it that if you know anybody who is considering going into chicken, chicken no, you might want to just advise them to maybe try something else. And that was more, I was a bit of advice. From my view, there's no expertise behind that other end of mine. But as a bit of advice, in my view, looking at the long term. So think about it. They also mentioned that Louis followed what the profitability they're focusing on the US expansion.
Starting point is 01:32:17 They have to. That will come with a lot more than those so-called signals. And I noticed something. They made that ad saying that, I feel like we said, I so you know. Mm-hmm. And I noticed something, they made that ad saying that, I feel like we said, I don't know. They made that ad talking about, you know, their chicken is hormone-free in Jamaica, 100% hormone-free.
Starting point is 01:32:36 And I laughed because it's a requirement, antibiotic-free, and it's a requirement in the US for the chicken to be antibiotic free. So I'm thinking of, if I'm going to make money from the US market, I'm making serious money from the US market, a volume there is huge. Jamaica in terms of volume is a fraction of that. Why do I have all these facilities in Jamaica, which also requires a protectionist law to preserve my presence there? And those protectionist laws have been falling across the region, including what you mentioned, it carves the mint. That's all I let my link.
Starting point is 01:33:11 It's precedents to say, oh, we might not be able to keep this protectionist law in here. In the simple terms of anybody's last, chicken in Jamaica is artificially expensive. The law makes it more expensive. If that law is changed, chicken from overseas will flooding to Jamaica. Yeah, which is why I'm saying that if somebody is exactly. But then if but they have a US vertical, yeah, it looks like great planning. If they are, if they are, you
Starting point is 01:33:38 use vertical. And two reasons from that, if their protectionism swings out certainly with them, where the ones in the media is playing, where it comes from already. And then we can scale across the US heavy scale we have here. Exactly. You know, I'm growing in the US. And I'm not growing in the US.
Starting point is 01:33:55 I'm growing within the region. Because I can just ship my chicken back here. Because I grow the entire thing is done in the US. I have all the same US cheap chicken. And I can send them to Jamaica. And it will still be best-restricted chicken. It will still be tag best-restricted chicken people will buy it. I'll see you later.
Starting point is 01:34:09 And it will be at a better margin because even though chicken might be cheap, I don't that chicken price will fall. And if they do fall, they're not going to fall extremely hugely. So the profit margin will still be good. Well, you mentioned Haiti, which is a long standing sore point. Yeah. There's a lot of scaling back and I wouldn't be surprised. I don't know.
Starting point is 01:34:31 It is a lot. So that's a caveat. I wouldn't be surprised if it imports a Haiti. It's timing. To me, they already made more sense on if it is a lot of work at least. In terms of what? If it is about distribution operation, 40 can hit it and we just import to it. I know it's too much in from here. But I don't know if it is lost or I don't know if it is.
Starting point is 01:34:54 If it is lost work. It is. I should say that. That's the best I may have. This is going to someone's crap. Exactly. And we've seen it affected the business with big scaling, but they've done.
Starting point is 01:35:05 If they were, we're just keeping, you know, it's in a nice talk. Employee, the prioritizing employees, I'm making sure that we're around, but anybody who has a small operation, anyway. And they've been buying back, they've been buying back a lot of their holdings there. Buying back a lot of the,
Starting point is 01:35:23 the distributors there, they've been buying back the shares of that distributor more and more. Funny enough though, I don't, chicken isn't a big protein and heatee, eggs are. Yeah, but they do, they have the, the public, I don't think that's something can import, I don't know where, so I won't go that way. Egg market is truly their market because they can even even jump into it. Broiler, cheeks that they sell. In the US, cheeks, cheeks sales are in Britain and both of them. Broiler, I, I, I, I, I, I've said it before, I don't, I haven't checked it. It's true, no. We're thinking of, I've seen that same
Starting point is 01:35:57 earth, that's the capital. Yeah, we're just saying that, you know, they are the single largest producer of, of ex-follying in the US. I mean, that's as strong as I respect that. I respect that. Anyway, they look nice for the people who have the money and the patience. I don't know if I've had time in them. I think I jumped out some time ago.
Starting point is 01:36:19 Yeah, I think there are more stories in report that look time to do. It does recover on COVID. So, this is a pushback. Internally, forward increase price and all those machinations working on for-out. But this is not very immediate thing that they would be to see in that.
