I've kept it under wraps for weeks, but I was asked by Lorne Michaels to come on Saturday Night Live, and if you're listening to this, you know this, to do Biden. So, because I've sort of casually developed... I like to take, you know, like with George Bush... On here.

George Bush Sr. and not gonna do it. I tried to do that treatment to Biden and I did it on here with our YouTube clips. And extrapolating it, making it silly and weird. And so- Those clips get around. We'll see. I don't think, I didn't see it out there enough,

you know, a Biden impression. Yeah, not many people are doing Biden, that's true. Yeah, a lot of brilliant Trumps, Shane, James Austin Johnson, Biden is trickier, but for me, part of the continuum of getting that high energy part of him, and that didn't come out until like maybe six months into his first term where they asked him some question

and he got kind of mad. I can do whatever you want, you know, that rhythm. Yeah, when you see, like when I see people that you could do an impression of, a lot of people on the surface don't see anything. It's just like, that's too hard, there's nothing going on there. But you go lower layers, layers, and you start to dig,

and then you're finding these nuggets, and every time you did them on the show here, it was getting better and more things happening, and then it's like, sort of it's a whole thing going on. Yeah, and then I just, you know, sounds kind of corny, but the true North Star is to try to make it funny and not really get it to be a political message per se.

So I don't know why at one point I didn't write it down or sharpen my pencil that he would say, I can't believe it's not butter with declarative intent. Don't know why it was, it was Pirates of the Caribbean. Then it was, he would say, I can't believe it's not butter. And then you gave me one, Bed Bath and Beyond, which is a good one too,

because Beyond is good with Biden. So, no, I've kept it under wraps. You found these hooks, you got it under wraps, and now you're in New York, and that's where we're doing this from, and you've been there getting ready, exciting, you went to a read through, and you go, and you're rehearsing, and then you do it this weekend.

So we'll air this, and then we'll go over it on the next Superfly how it was. When will we air this? And all the things that have. I'd say Sunday. After I've done the show. Yeah. So.

We'll put it right up right after. You know with comedy, the thing about it is you don't want anyone to go like right before you shoot your special. I'm telling you, you're gonna kill it. You're gonna crush it. No. Right?

Of course not. You don't, what do you wanna hear? I usually hear like, well, try to have fun. I guess it's the last thing I'd say to you. Try to win. Yeah, it's a fun thing to do. And I think you'll at least have a good time with all, with Gaff again and with everybody that's doing it. Everyone in the cast of the cold opening

has been on our podcast. That's kind of cool. So the great thing about this podcast, I said before is that, you know, you run into people in show business that may be at an after party or at some event and it's small talk, but once we have an hour with someone,

you just feel like you know them in a different way and saying hello to Bowen Yang and Mikey Day and just know them all so different way. And saying hello to Bowen Yang and Mikey Day and just know them all so much better from this podcast. So that's been a great bonus. So that when I went in there in Maya too, I just felt like I knew everybody. Wasn't like, here comes the old guy from the eighties.
