A serial killer and kidnapper was abducting children in the bright light of day.

They were murders of women. Hedge vanished from her home suddenly last weekend. Her phone lines had been cut, her door left open. All of them were strangulations, and in many cases, the woman was bound with rope. He had to have some way to get to them. He's going to play with these victims.
