Starting point is 00:00:00 A list-nuff production. Activate your internet. Because the Hamish and the podcast starts in three, two. Sorry, still buffering. One. A whole new Hamish on my starboard side. Ahoj sir, I thought for a second we got my hopes up. Um, what, when you said starboard I heard starboard.
Starting point is 00:00:33 I was like oh my gosh, Andy's got a speaking favourites. He's trying to break the beard boys up Jag by calling one of us the star of the show. No, we are both the beans of the stars. Ahoj to jack on my port side. Ahoj Andy. Ahoj to me the beings of the stars. Uh, a hoi to Jack about port slide. A hoi Andy. Hoi to me, the star of the show. LAUGHTER Henry Mere. On the bridge, driving the ship.
Starting point is 00:00:51 You wouldn't want anyone else, but the star of the show. LAUGHTER And a hoi out there to Jack in Wales. Hoi Jack. Hoi boys, there's Jack here from Wales in the UK. I thought you might be interested in how to pronounce the name of the place with the steepest street that was featured recently. It is Fort Pinslech.
Starting point is 00:01:10 It's a very unique language, the Welsh language. I was actually considering spending some time doing lockdown, learning more of it myself, but unfortunately all of my time has been taken up with trying to figure out how to upload this audio file to the website. Cheers boys, have a good one. It's a time cycle. It's a time cycle cycle, too. It's a bloody black hole that's about process.
Starting point is 00:01:35 But if you make it through, if you make it to the end of the labyrinth, and great fame and riches await them. How many goes at pronouncing that street? Would you have, Dracon, either of you would have taken to get it? I think it's one of those languages where you actually need to create new muscles in your mouth. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:01:55 Or you can, or you can't wrap a band or something. You can't get a Jack's personal trainer and come back and just say, just work a mouth mate. What's your tongue venting these days? So, yeah, and probably after, you see results in six weeks, but probably you need to wait 18 months.
Starting point is 00:02:09 If you wanna get before you can say that you're committed or you're not, Jack, you'd know that. What, are you at the stage just while we're on your personal trainer? I know on your normal radio show, your job, as opposed to your this, your hobby that you sometimes check in and check out of. You realize I didn't bring up that,
Starting point is 00:02:24 now you've brought it up. He pledged allegiance to that show over it. I was on that show. That was, I mean, I don't want to just go back and forth between the shows. I'm just talking to Hamish. I'm just talking to Hamish. Yes, I know that.
Starting point is 00:02:38 That's the definition of catching a rat. Yeah. It's like going, it's like being an informant in a bikey gang and be like, look, I don't want this whole am I a cop, am I another cop thing? I say some stuff for the cops, I say some stuff to you, okay? When I'm here, I'm one of the boys. Can't you? That just me the way we do things.
Starting point is 00:02:55 I hate this for me personally. It creates a lot of annoyance trying to keep track of all my lies. When I'm here with you, I'm in love with you. But when I'm out, I possibly be seeing someone else. I'm here with you. I'm in love with you. I'm out. And I possibly be being seen someone else. If I'm with you right now. So, Jake, that's the point. We keep catching you.
Starting point is 00:03:12 Yes. But what I was going to say is, personal trainer wise, I know that's fertile ground for Cristiano Connell. And I do enjoy his interrogations. But one question I did have for you is, you're on Operation Strongboy constantly. Yep. It's a lifestyle, not a, not a fad.
Starting point is 00:03:27 Are you at the stage yet where you secretly want people to ask you what you bench or what you did? Lim, or not that's it. No, no, it's not a ego thing. It's a little bit. No, no, no, no, it's just a health thing. And what's not that healthy to go and do that? You, you, there's healthy. You're stuffing yourself for the protein.
Starting point is 00:03:43 Yes. That's got to have some better health benefits. And also carrying less weight, less muscle, the better your joints and longer. Yeah, nobody is good to do some strength training for your bone. I'll go core, go core stuff and, you know, body was a bit... The thing is, I've been out of it anyway during the record. In the record, I had to be from team Alarmies. In the blue corner, a slightly younger jack for team deadlift.
Starting point is 00:04:07 Who will win? I've been to the gym for three months now. Yeah. It's only just... You did worry that you had a little baby bird tummy. Is that what you called it? Well, no. I just...
Starting point is 00:04:20 You didn't stop the protein in going into you. The baby bird tummy's not like I thought I had a little gut. Do you think I have a little gut? Is that what you said? You said I'm getting a little baby bird tummy. No, you meant like a baby bird has a small bulge at the... No, no, no, no, I mean like I can't fit a lot in there. Oh! Oh, shouldn't have agreed, but you're so aggressively. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, you directly mean like you can only one worm, per se to it.
Starting point is 00:04:46 Yes, yes, sorry, I thought you meant you've been nicely fattened up in the nest. Oh, your mother. Different, different, and all birds all, you know, shabby all the baby birds. They're the same mini birds. We absolutely love you for here. You are. It's none of your business. It's none of your business.
Starting point is 00:05:03 It's none of your business. It's none of your business. It's none of your business. It's none of your business. It's none of your business. It's none of your business. The shape of your body. Hey, we've got to get on to something else. You're an assent, you nest. And we wish you the best of luck when you fly from the nest. I've got a loyalty card update, Jens. Yep. And this is the first, and we apologize for this, the first for a while, there's been a few things going
Starting point is 00:05:15 on the background as the first update for a little bit. Are they out? No, they're not. Are they? No. No, they're not. I thought July they're out. I've got bad news. I've just heard it. I thought they were going out last week of June. Yeah, they're not. I thought July they're out. I've got bad news. I've just heard it.
Starting point is 00:05:25 I thought they were going out last week of June. Yeah, they're not out. And I've got bad news. Should I have, I mean, ando, you know, should I have been down at the factory or something or have been loved you to do some oblivious. Well, all you've got to do is ask in a special way and say, you know, wouldn't have killed you to use the magic words. Which is not pleasant, thank you.
Starting point is 00:05:48 I have my own special magic words, but if you do say them, I will help. And it's bad news. So, would you like sad music to accompany the bad news? Sad news or bad news? Would you like daunting music to accompany or would you like happy music to counteract the bad news or no music? happy happy okay, Joe
Starting point is 00:06:11 Sounds so bad You just sound so bad So we did the first pin run. Oh great of 15,000 and And look I want to say and of course we're printing 29990 drive-on you were too scared after there's still more people coming in too many yes we did we have said 29990 yes we should actually say that on the 20 if you got if you're applied on the 21st of May yep you are you're right on the cusp of getting one or being in the ballot for the next one.
Starting point is 00:06:45 So you came with a whole last month. Was surplus applications? I'm pretty sure, yeah, 21st of May was when we broke the 30,000 seal. Yep, all the 2999, 2999 and then 100, there'll be 100 extra in a ballot. Yep. So, yeah, think about when you're registered. You're late, you're late to doctor anyway, because we've been talking about the law. been talking about a Law of Ecard I mean how loyal were you if you waited for the swarm? I'm got to thank plastic card printing haven't mentioned yet. Oh plastic card printing up. They're doing a fantastic job, right good
Starting point is 00:07:15 Good what I'm for them for getting in on the name early, too. Yeah, and they've printed 15,000 On the back of the card you've seen the proof there's a QR code. Yeah, right? The QR code used wasn't actually to our website. Placeholder QR code. It was just a placeholder QR code. So we've printed 15,000. Collectible. How collectible. Because isn't it true in the stamp world? Like, you know, if there's, if there's a mustache on the queen or something like something that shouldn't be there,
Starting point is 00:07:50 that makes it more collectible. It could be, we could, it could be that. Don't tell me that the first batch of our loyal listeners get a collectible loyal to code. Okay, that's that, I like that actually, and that's nice. The QR code it sends you to, so it still sends you to a website, the placeholder.
Starting point is 00:08:07 Yep. It sends you to a Google search of hello, the word hello. Right. And a Dell is the first thing that comes up because we're famous songs. Nice little cross-promotion. So Jack Luzer, the happy music for a second. Here's where we're at.
Starting point is 00:08:24 We've either got a collectible first, 15th round. That is very collectible. Or he's what I was thinking. Do we capitalize on this era? Still working on a sponsorship for the letter. Do we ring Sony who have a Dell? New big deal? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:08:41 And say, we're going to market you. We would love. We've already done it. We'd love, we would love... We already done that. We'd love 15 grand. We've already done it. We've already done it. Actually, just where do we send the invoice? Where do we send the invoice for 15G? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:08:52 Actually, well, probably 10, probably 10s fair, because we're still getting, we can't put the whole cost on them. I think 10 plus 5, sort of, for pain and suffering. Yeah. And just paying to see if they'll give us the 10. Who are we calling it, so I don't know reception. Oh, this is not really what those decisions can make. Why do we say put us through the chief of marketing?
Starting point is 00:09:14 Yep. Chief of impulse marketing. Yes. Be great if we go. Be great if there's someone in the building that is prone to making sort of snappy decisions. Well, let's go. There'll be a lot of people in marketing.
Starting point is 00:09:24 Why don't we try and get the person reception to go, hey, send us through to the fast and loose. Yeah, put us through to the person that maybe is looking to get out early today. Yeah. Okay. Okay. And me, we can really be a solution to someone's problem.
Starting point is 00:09:39 Good afternoon, Sandy. What can I help you? Yes. Who's speaking? Thru stuff. Hello. It's Ham? Third stuff. Hello. It's Hamish and Andy here. We need to be put through to somebody in marketing,
Starting point is 00:09:50 or the current member of the name of the person, but the purchasing department from marketing. Purchasing department. Well, that sort of the, that person in marketing who's always like, you know what? I'm going to buy that. I'm going to put it out there. I'm going to, that sort of strategist perhaps.
Starting point is 00:10:06 Would it be more like radio that kind of looks after the marketing side or you just marketing in general? Just a second. You know, Sony, who markets Sony music? We have a massive marketing department, but I can pass on a message for you, get them to give you a call. Yeah, be great. Is there a department where if we had an invoice for some marketing that's already been
Starting point is 00:10:28 done? Where would we send the invoice to get paid for the marketing that's already been done? I see. Yes. Did you want me to maybe put you through to accounts instead? Yeah. This is great. And so it wouldn't be an unusual thing.
Starting point is 00:10:40 We've done this many times before, but just double checking. It's all cool. We go, hey, we've done this marketing, and here's the invoice, and then it's just paid. Yes, exactly. So, is there sort of like a generally known company kind of limit or threshold above or below, which things wouldn't really need a sign off from anyone else? Money wise? I wouldn't be too sure about that, but it's something that Shannon would be able to answer for you. There's not an amount that just automatically goes into the system. No questions at? Just send the invoice to at SonyMusic.com.
Starting point is 00:11:16 Fantastic. Thank you so much. I'm really appreciate it. Just send that straight through to him and he'll and I'll just let him know that you guys called as well. Oh, that's awesome. And is he getting a lot of these per day? Like just invoices shooting through and is he sort of overwhelmed by them? Is there a kind of guy that's just flicking them into the payments pile? Want to get him out? Clemens Draven is pretty quick and bit overwhelmed. He's very good, Sean. So he looks straight away. I don't doubt it for a second, but I mean is he getting, do you get the vibe that he gets so many
Starting point is 00:11:42 invoices? He's like, he did that while I haven't had any recently to pass up to him, so it should be, yeah, he should give it a close look, should he? Well, but yeah, okay. Yeah, there we go. It should be fine, but yeah, I wouldn't know exactly. Okay, no, no, just trying to get an idea of his workload or maybe there's a very busy time of the day,
Starting point is 00:12:01 like near the end of the day where he's sort of just like, just like, just shuffling him into the processing life line a social sport that he needs to duck out for really quickly at the end of a day and It's a good time to come off and just put it in your ass You work with a few other people, so I'm assuming it would be they kind of just Work it out together. They all do a little. Yeah, they all would help each other So I mean, it should be fine anytime the day day to be fun. Great. Now that's good. Right. Send it on to you now.
Starting point is 00:12:27 That's awesome. Okay. So I bye. All right. That's all right. Okay. It's going to be tricky. I think we just send the email.
Starting point is 00:12:35 I think we send it this Friday. Let's send it on Friday, 459. And just hope we get it in the car. I'll just go. Hey, Shannon. Yep. As as discussed. Yeah. Because we did just 59 and just hope we get it in the car. I'll just go, how you sharing it? Yep, as discussed. Yeah, because we did just discuss it.
Starting point is 00:12:48 We did, she went on. I was just discussing, as we had mission eye. I was just going, as discussed, he's the invoice for the marketing. For the Adele marketing. Have a good weekend mate. Appreciate prompt payment on this.
Starting point is 00:13:01 Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:13:12 Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:13:20 Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah have not completed it. Now, I know the, I know I said back when we were discussing this, you can't on sell it. Can't on sell the coposphere. We all know by now, people might have seen the video online of us looking at the coposphere,
Starting point is 00:13:39 that it's beautiful sphere, highly polished. It's got a certificate to guarantee that. It's one kilogram exactly of a small than you'd think. Yes, but heavier than you think. And that was heavy than you'd think for something sort of small. That's, and that was what mesmerized us so much. And really mesmerization is the commodity, apart from copper, dealing with in this situation. Now mesmerized, yeah?
Starting point is 00:14:00 No. Easy to say now, boys. Don't make me reply because the doors almost blew off. There was so much mesmerization in here. Definition of mesmerize is like jaw dropping. Don't know what to say. There was a lot of that.
Starting point is 00:14:13 No, I think I immediately said I was a little bit heavy. I think Jack Swarth. No, I think like pretty mildly amused. Easy to be tough guys now. That's not what you want. Easy to be tough guys now about it. But I saw fair bit of mesmerization at the time.
Starting point is 00:14:29 Anyway, I haven't decided who will get the secondary ball. Because as you know, I was struck by a moment of weakness on these Instagram targeted ads, Zuckerberg, Thorough a weak spot, got hounced, stabbed me, got me, and I accidentally took up the deal of, you know, the discount you get for two. They were not cheap, the cup of balls.
Starting point is 00:14:48 But when you're trying to buy something that mesmerizing, unfortunately, and you've been so effectively targeted by the ads on Instagram, unfortunately, the rationalized, rational party brain goes out the window, you're operating in a more of a fast and loose situation and you make a purchase and it's done. Now, I, from memory, I think once we're all was said and done because I did get a discount for buying two. They landed, they landed in Australia. Somewhere in the region of about 150 bucks, PB. Power ball.
Starting point is 00:15:20 Is that included delivery? Yeah, that's landed. Okay. Now, that obviously mesmerizations part of the factor there, but you gotta remember to, that's actually a good deal, because I've seen some ads for them
Starting point is 00:15:31 that people sent in to us. Yeah, don't get me tugs around the 700 miles. Oh, right, now that could be tungsten. There's a few different metals that get advertised in the copper sphere, oh, in the sphere world, the polished sphere world,
Starting point is 00:15:44 tungsten's up there, titanium's flying around here. Now it's not as precious as titanium, it's a it's a semi-precious copper. I, whoever gets the ball, I will give it to them because time's a tough at the moment, I will allow them to unsell it if they so choose to do it. Okay. And because I realize myself over the last, you know, sort of week or so, if needs be, you might on till you're well, doesn't seem so mesmerizing yet, doesn't it? Well, I've already been mesmerized. So I've extracted the validation.
Starting point is 00:16:13 I've extracted the mesmerizing value, but I've left the value of the metal in the ball. Yeah, and you ever go down. And if you were on selling this, I wouldn't say that any mesmerizing that you've taken will preclude the next person from having an equal amount of mesmerising. Isn't that wonderful? I can take as much mesmerisation as I need and still sell it with a full whack of mesmerisation.
Starting point is 00:16:33 I still sell it with a full whack of mesmerising power. So if you are putting it in a boat, you'd list that, wouldn't you? Yeah. Full mesmerisation power. No diminishment in some scratches now, because unfortunately, I do scratch a bit easily. But no diminishment of the mesmerization. Here's what I wanted to know though. I know what I paid for it. But what am I sitting on? I mean, like, like, you've
Starting point is 00:16:59 been coined, you call a jeweler. I rang a mate, made a mind who works inside a bank. He's put me under someone else. Can I call it Sean? Okay. I believe he works at West Park, or possibly some George, who deals with the commodities department.
Starting point is 00:17:13 Ah, right. Cause copper, it ain't cheap, baby. It ain't free. And I think we've got Sean's number. We've got Sean's number. Yeah, we can do that. We can do that. I don't know, he's actually rankers, but he's, he deals
Starting point is 00:17:26 with commodities. Okay, right. And so he'd be able to give us a little limited coverage. Jacob, you win the ball. Sean speaking. Sean, it's Hamish here from Haush and Andy. How are you? Oh, good day, Hamish. I bet. Oh, great. Thanks for taking the time, Sean, to talk to me. Andy, I'm also here, Sean. Hello. So suspicious, but I'm here. No, I'm excited. Yeah, confused. That's, um, yeah. No, I know you don't really know what this is about, you know, except it's loosely that commodities. So let's talk brass tax by which I mean copper spheres. Sean, I have in my possession a quantity of very high quality, polished, mesmerizing, copper. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:18:05 Lovely. Is that... So you even sure to mesmerize. You could have failed. Is that... Now I'm not looking to sell today. Okay. But I am interested to know, in case time to get tougher,
Starting point is 00:18:17 what I'm sitting on, I purchased that copper for, whatever the amount is that's done now. What is the price at the moment, the spot price, So just that copper for whatever the amount is that's done now. What is the price at the moment, the spot price roughly for copper? Is that data that you have available? Okay, so if it's about a ton, then it'll be about $8,500. That if it's only a kilo, so one kilo so one kilo give you about eight dollars Now I assume that's the unpolished price and is there a polished price yeah, what about is what about a perfect sphere of polished
Starting point is 00:19:05 One kilo shiny shiny is good for sure. Yes. Yeah, if it doesn't need to be melted down Then then definitely get get more for that But if it's a little bit grubby and then used it might not be quite worth $8.50. Oh I've got I do have What would you pay as a guy that knows I am shy of the one-ton mark. What would you pay for a kilo? Cup of sphere polished. A lot less than $8.50. I've got to say.
Starting point is 00:19:30 Yes, I've got less than a post. I'd struggle to find a use for it, I might say. But maybe you put it on gum tree or something. You might find some on the net. Well, is there more to it than meets the eye? Not so much. What I'm saying is it's one kilogram of pure copper. Well, is there is more to it than meets the eye? Um, okay. Not so much. Yeah. What I'm saying is it's a, it's one kilogram of pure copper.
Starting point is 00:19:49 Yeah. Um, is that, so there's not a, I mean, do you buy and sell in, in your job, Sean, do you buy and sell copper? No, I keep an eye on the price because I'm trying to work out where the Aussie dollars going and the copper, Australia exports exports copper so that's why I keep it going. We export copper, do we? Yes, yes, quite a bit of it. Quite a bit of it.
Starting point is 00:20:13 Good, I got some homegrown stuff. Should have looked at the look closer to home. It turns out the company I bought it from was coming from China. Is there a chance that copper I bought, the highly polished mesmerizing copper, came from Australia in the first place. Pretty good chance to say. Yeah, there's a lot. It's all scattered all around Australia, mostly in the outback. But I was looking at the start apparently the average home contains 180 kilos of copper. So there you go. I couldn't to hide. I'm going to hide. I'm going to hide. I'm going to hide. I'm going to hide.
Starting point is 00:20:45 So I couldn't even say the next time someone puts a copper order in, and you might sort of do me a favor and say to say to the marty what I'll chuck in an extra kilo of highly polished for maybe 200 bucks. And that would be a bit of a stretch. I think you'd be struggling to do that. I'd move that one. Make a deal left.
Starting point is 00:21:05 Yeah. Thank you very much, your time's short. Not the news I wanted, but the news I got, I really appreciate it, Sean. Thank you. Okay, you're welcome, good luck. Thank you. You're a real big bit.
Starting point is 00:21:14 No, it's all right, we'll see you on that. I'll see you on my little shiny egg. Best egg. Let's dig. Hi. Hey, a lot of people have gone to homie-shane.com to contact us. We really appreciate it to also filling out the very important podcast to form. Often people will hear something on the show and they'll contribute which we of course
Starting point is 00:21:34 love. We've had a lot of people come in support. One thing that gets people, people hear this sport and they are leaping off the couch. And that is of course chitchat champion. Chitney with your best chat, not a real way, chitchat champion. The ultimate arena to test how good you are at keeping up conversation in a social environment. It's a sport we all play, but no other show has had the guts to test it.
Starting point is 00:22:02 We have, and if you've not had it before, the rules are simple, you can't ask a question. We are gauging, how well you judge the moment and the content of a conversation that you're unaware of to come in and add something to the conversation that moves it further down the field. Joining us today, Zoe and Mary, a hoi-di-a-both. Oh, I believe. Starting with you, Mary, you said, I I could be your next champion in your correspondence.
Starting point is 00:22:28 Why do you say that? Well, I work in retail quite some time now. But it's a pretty known for its chattiness, so I think I'm holding a lot. What's still was that? General Pants. Oh, yeah. I mean, I'm an alumni. Where's there, what I work there? I'm gonna get them on the rewards cards. Yeah, I mean you get she used to get stuffies. Ah, yeah, of course. Of course. Yeah, the main reason we worked there. But yeah, a lot of when someone comes in
Starting point is 00:22:56 and I like, get a mate, how's your day? What are you doing on the weekend? Yeah, some three quarter pants. I mean, I did work there in 2001, and that was our vibe. Zoe has also said, Hoi De Haemishnani in the Unhung Un sung Hero Jack. Oh, he's not. I don't know why it's Un sung. Sorry, Joey. He's not unhung, as I even said.
Starting point is 00:23:15 Hey, Jack. And why do you think you'd be great as a cheat-chat champion? Well, I'm a Fudio therapist, and I beg to say that I don't think there's a better profession that's more ready for this task. Yeah. Of course. So much small talk and just making people feel bit of ease when they're, you know, jackets off or they're showing them bungleg or something. Exactly. I mean, and you should know what it's like with their type thoracic. So. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, I haven't had a look at that for a while. A lot of problems and I just noticed what it's like because he goes for these types of therapies every week
Starting point is 00:23:48 He does on rotation Fisio Chiro Prehab is you have My friend about my wife is Nossy if I say hey him keeps going to me and I don't need him So I think Haynesdard is so indifferent. You want someone who keeps wanting you to come back, do you? I prefer with my, they just go mate, just, I know you're an osteo, and then you went to uni, you're a doctor and all that, but just like, like, deep tissue.
Starting point is 00:24:15 All right guys, we're going to, Amy's going to kick off the conversation today. We're going to put Mary on hold. So you'll be up first, good luck picking your moment to come in. You can't ask a question as part of the chat. So I have to come in and provide a statement that hopefully is a stepping stone to a good further conversation or a fact or you know. You got it. Thank you. You get it. Good luck everybody. Oh good and. Hey, see the rumors? You are ph phone in September. Oh, I'm going to wait till October at least before I buy a new one.
Starting point is 00:24:48 Yeah, well, personally, I'm a Samsung fan. I mean, yeah, I've friends got all the glitzing worry, but Samsung's just really practical, and especially for you, and yeah, I feel like, you know, for those OCD people, it actually works really well. We'll just mix everything together. Hey, what do you mean by mixing everything together? Yeah, that probably wasn't put too well, but I feel like the synchronicity between the Samsung and the computer and all those different apps
Starting point is 00:25:22 Just works a lot better and the computer and all those different apps just works a lot better. Oh, I was thinking that. I was thinking everything to get the old mixing everything together. The old mixing everything together. The old mixing everything together. The old mixing everything together. The old mixing everything together. The old mixing everything together.
Starting point is 00:25:34 The old mixing everything together. The old mixing everything together. The old mixing everything together. The old mixing everything together. The old mixing everything together. The old mixing everything together. The old mixing everything together. The old mixing everything together. The old mixing everything together. The old mixing everything together. The old mixing everything together. The old mixing everything together. The old mixing everything together. The old mixing everything together. The old mixing everything together. The old mixing everything together. The old mixing everything together. The old mixing everything together. The old mixing everything together. The old mixing everything together. The old mixing everything together. The old mixing everything. The old mixing everything together. The old mixing together. The old mixing everything together. The old mixing everything. The old mixing everything together. people have found the dismount trying to land trying to land his heart it is it's
Starting point is 00:25:45 exciting it's probably like being on a hangover yeah it really is like taking off his scary flying his phone then landing back to terrifying what am I doing up here all right we're going to put Zoe on her so you on hold Mary yeah okay Yep. Okay, Mary, you know, the dealer here, when you sense the moment, add your piece of the conversation, good luck. I'm ready. Okay, Andy. Okay, man.
Starting point is 00:26:16 Cheer the rumor, new iPhone in September. Oh, I think I'm gonna wait to at least October before I put this one. Wait, no bloody way, what's that? to at least October before I put this one. Wait, no bloody way, what's that? I didn't even know what you said. Was it hard to hear, was it? It was.
Starting point is 00:26:36 Okay, well, it's going to be hard to go again. I don't think we can. I think part of the conversation is hearing. I think you've gone. But if I said to you, and again, you've lost, but if I said to you, I'm gonna wait till October before I purchase my new iPhone, what would you say? I'd be like, I'm actually doing the exact thing. I'm actually about to go to office today.
Starting point is 00:26:59 And so, when I wait for the new iPhone, I should I get that a little pro. Would have been good. I know. I know. You know, iPhone iPhone, I should I get that on the pro? Would have been good. I don't have to be thinking of an iPhone part. I know, I know. I began to sound a bit like a question. You know, throwing it back to the group, should I wait till I go back?
Starting point is 00:27:14 And it was a please. I think we have to take the first penalty kick. I do understand. We've never had one of these. Never had a glitch, but by the same token, I think the aggressiveness of the... Sorry, what was that? The hardest thing ever.
Starting point is 00:27:28 I like shit-chatting a party. I don't know if that would have gone down well regardless. It's actually a token of no value goes to Zoe. Congratulations. Oh, yay. Thank you so much. Mary, you'll be able to listen back to it. Zoe did fumble at the end of the door was open for you
Starting point is 00:27:44 if it years were reaching. It was a great chance. You're going to you're going to kick yourself when you listen back to it. But you never know. We might go on the road one day and do it. You know what we should do around Robert. We should give me a real chance to come back. I know we don't I know they do that in sales century. It's not me for the winner. By the end of the year. The loser comes back. By the end. I could just feel the pain in the anguish. We will get you back on by the end of the the memory. So comes back. But I could just feel the pain. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:28:05 Anguish. We will get you back on by the end of the year. Yeah. Yeah. We won't allow I didn't hear that. At the end, you know, you may need to go to up to straight away and get that new point. We've heard rumors that your phone's on the fridge and it could be the case.
Starting point is 00:28:27 Question for the team. And this is a bit of a question. I think a lot of people, you have to decide which side you're on in society. People face this question and I don't think you can sit on the fence. I obviously have my answer. Yep. But I think I... Do you like your mylo cold or hot?
Starting point is 00:28:49 It's not a promoter question. Hashtag, whatever it is. Hashtag, what's your team? We have to do one of those for TicTac. Do you know what you're saying? These two will roll. These two will roll. I mean, was the difference between...
Starting point is 00:29:01 You know, it was two crunch roll, and we thought the two in crunch were very similar. Yes. And we were like, what's roll though? We were confused by roll. We figured it was suck, but I suppose they didn't want to use the word suck. No, I thought it was two suck or roll.
Starting point is 00:29:14 No, they didn't have a lot of success. No, obviously not successful, but you can take... But I just remember us querying what roll was, because they know that was when you roll around your mouth. We went, well that's a suck. I mean, nobody is drawing a distinction between sucking a one position suck and a multi position suck I mean a role is that Australia was furious Australian pick sides and sales went up No, we had to battle and that's that is a comment tactic used by well really anything to sell anything
Starting point is 00:29:40 You know source do you keep it in the fridge? Fairtrick, you know Milo Halt a hot hashtag source veggie might have it on your toast you put in your shoes oh toast toast seem to have it like grandma was a shoe person she passed it on the it's in tradition and kids these days it's got it too easy eating it on toast you know air, summer or winter? Summer.
Starting point is 00:30:05 I like it colder in the winter. Go to the most prepared chicken, be friends with us. It's not one of those. This is more of a non-company question. LAUGHTER The, where do you sit on respecting a ballad? No, I know where you're sitting.
Starting point is 00:30:25 You'll be with me. I don't respect it. No. I mean one of the fluorescent orange ballads. That's all right. About waist high that are often put in a parking spot to go, oh, sorry. This is being used for official business.
Starting point is 00:30:37 No, it's not. No, it's absolutely not. It's because you own a ballad. Does it mean you get all the two-hour parking in the street? A concrete ballad, your respect. That's for crowd control and stuff. But if it has, it's movable, I don't respect it. But if it has a chain attached to it that isn't locked,
Starting point is 00:30:52 you know, sometimes between two ballads, there's a chain that goes across. If it's just a clip on chain, I will clip or I'll, I'll, I'll, I'll, unclip that. What happens all the time in the, the streets surrounding my son's primary school. Construction workers do it as well. I'm sorry guys.
Starting point is 00:31:09 I understand the difficulty. I get it. A lot of the time you've got to drive to work and then you need places to put skips. But you're playing the game and I'm playing the game. If you're going to put a ballad out, I'm going to move it. Yeah. That's the game. I'm sorry I'm not falling for a ballad.
Starting point is 00:31:23 You know what ballads are? I remember in World War II, there were rumors that the Soviets and the Nazis and stuff would build fake tanks and leave them out in there. So the Allies would place their bombs bombing fake tanks. It's a bluff. It was a bluff to make the Allies think that they had more weapons than they do.
Starting point is 00:31:41 And that's what a Bollard is. It's a big orange bluff. Our builders allowed to do it. I don't think. That's where I was. There's no that's what a ballad is. It's a big orange bluff. Do builders, our builders are allowed to do it. I don't think, there's no repercussions for a ballad. I've thought that it was well, I'll go to work around the corner, and there's a construction going, and someone's got there at five,
Starting point is 00:31:56 and put the ballad in. And pull the ballads on probably 15 parks. So I'll get out and move it, and the guy had to go at me the other day. And I said, I'm not sure. I don't respect him. I'm not sure if you'll do it. He said, you know, we are the council. We're cleared it with the council. And I'm like, have they?
Starting point is 00:32:10 Show me. Because we've filmed shoots do it. When we've been making TV shows, you know, the big long bus that like everyone gets changed in and all the catering comes in. They bow out a whole street. So we've played the game. We've done the trick. But if someone called us on it, I don't think we would have any. Should we ring a builder and see if we can. I don't know the builders. I mean, that there's, there's the whole street one,
Starting point is 00:32:32 but then there's the one or two. Yeah, there's one or two. I just get about it. Respect the body. He's my theory. So my next one, and it's the same with we've got people nearby doing construction, the orange light, orange lights on vehicles, same category. If it's orange, it's a bluff. I don't respect an orange light, because you respect a red and blue one. Yes, but you try and trim a fire. You can't have...
Starting point is 00:32:52 You try and trick me with an orange light. Just because it's flashing, you haven't bamboozled me. My next door neighbor was doing renovations of his house, and they wanted the parks out the front of my house. It doesn't. But the council came and changed the two-hour parking to work zone and he had to pay for it. So he actually did manage to pay.
Starting point is 00:33:16 So I think it can be done, but I think the ballads is the illusion that it's been done. Yeah, that's why I haven't been done. So I love about the ballad game. It's a bluff. And you are a lounticle. Jack, do you respect a love being done. So I love about the ballad game. It's a bluff. And you are a lounticle. Jack, do you respect a ballad?
Starting point is 00:33:27 No, they're raising the train line out the front of our house. Yeah, at the moment. So you get a bit of view of it. You can come in the car and the car, you can pull in the train. There's ballads every day. Must be nice to live in a suburb with a raised train line. Yeah, it's all nice. It's gonna be very nice.
Starting point is 00:33:44 It's actually a very common man to live by the railway. Have you hear the train a Saturday with a raised train. Yeah, exactly. It's been very nice. Was actually very common man to live by the railway. Have you hear the train noise a little bit? Not a raised one. Not a fancy one. Lost touch with the common commuter. There's bollards every day in our street. And they're leaving no parking for the regular person for the common man.
Starting point is 00:33:59 And so I won't even get out of the car, move the bollard. I've just started backing into the bollard and pushing it over. No, you did say ball out in the past. You know what would be a costly but fun exercise to invent some sort of ball out clamp. So you can clamp the ball out and go, this ball out is being correctly placed.
Starting point is 00:34:16 At a tow truck comes. And you never get clamped. And it's going to cost you a fortune per ball out clamp, but it'd be nice if you get it back. Now your ball out is being toadmote. Oh, no. No. That's a good 50-byte tool.
Starting point is 00:34:28 See if I can call it off. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Guys, before we go today,
Starting point is 00:34:38 a special skill has come in that I go, wow, if you can do that, that's impressive, but it's in an area that I'm very interested in. So I don't wanna just bring it to you. Yeah, yeah. I can do a B flat trumpet scale in one second. And I thought a golf. I thought a hockey golf, trumpets, or...
Starting point is 00:35:02 So I suppose my question is, I'm gonna rather than just go, yes, let's get this guy in will. I'm going to rather than just go yes Let's get this guy in will yeah, I'm gonna tell you what an is I made a jumbo cigarette I can put in the end of a trumpet so when you breathe in you get a sweet sweet refreshing hit of Andy's favorite mist AKA smoke I don't think that's the right thing to put on the show because what you do is we've always said this and I Signed that contract, I gave you my word, your business is your business off here
Starting point is 00:35:27 and I won't bring it up. But if you are trying to bring it on here, I will have to put the foot down. And we are an Andy smoking show. And we applaud, don't reject, we absolutely applaud Andy's methods. Every day we see you not smoking, we're proud of you. Haven't seen you today.
Starting point is 00:35:41 I don't see you have one today. You have never seen me smoke. Well, you're very good at hiding. Never smoked in my life. In front of us. No. Which we appreciate. Which is true.
Starting point is 00:35:53 I've never smoked in front of you. And I appreciate that because we've got this. I don't know about Jack, but I do have fragile lungs. Yeah. But again, it's one that my mum still teeters on believing you guys, not me after. I mean, this is fake news. This is, you were out on the rooftop last week and he came back and say,
Starting point is 00:36:10 what are you doing out there? I came back on the rooftop. This is new, this is new joy. Oh, you did mate. You certainly had some action with your mouth and you needed to take care of it. No, I was very tempted to actually get a bunch of cigarette butts and sprinkle them around the beach house
Starting point is 00:36:22 when I was down the other way. In the areas I know your're my likes to visit. Okay, this from Will. Yeah. I can identify the sound of any golf club just by listening to the contract between ball and club. So he hears the ball hit and we get it. That's a far.
Starting point is 00:36:43 That's pretty impressive if he can do it. Uh, I could do butter. Yeah. Yeah, yeah. You just don't hear the, yep. Um, do we get it? It is, is this hard to do? I mean, I wouldn't, I would assume it's, I think it's impossible to do.
Starting point is 00:36:58 Right. I suppose the ions are very close to each other. Seven ions is going to sound pretty similar to a six ion. The only difference being is like three, four degrees in the angle of it. That's... B-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b- Yep. On some metal and rubber. But again. What's the gospel of Maynav? Plastic. Yeah, right. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:37:28 Terrible for the environment. LAUGHTER All right. I'll only play sports that you use in naturally filled lumber. You can play. You can play with the passion fruit. LAUGHTER It's a very difficult one.
Starting point is 00:37:42 Oh, why are you to play with an avocado, Pip? I'm gonna probably... But I must... I must report you to a bike with plastic. Sorry. No, no. No, okay, that is impressive. I mean, let's just let's imagine. Let's imagine it.
Starting point is 00:37:58 Cool. Is Andy hitting the ball or flying? Let's get a professional into hit it. So like, you just want to make a professional. No, we just recorded in the golf sim. Isn't that what you got it for? I can record. Put your phone down record 40 for the hits.
Starting point is 00:38:11 Yep, okay. But I thought it could be nice to have someone. I mean, the big one, the drivers, that sounds more like a tink. Yeah, yeah, that's gonna be easy for them. I just think that it's gonna be very difficult from the iron, all the iron that look and sound the same.
Starting point is 00:38:24 Okay, Jack, imagine you're a listener of the podcast. Yes, okay. We hear, stink, fire vine. Ding, you got that right, mate. How did you feel? What was your listening experience? I was impressed. It was probably as a,
Starting point is 00:38:39 as a common man. He's like, as a listener, I'm just like, I don't know what's happening. I don't know what's happening. Squeeze common man in there. You're listening to what I pretty expensive headphones, mate. Okay. So are we saying yes?
Starting point is 00:38:50 Yeah, I guess we are, because we just heard from one of our listeners that they were interested and they're not traditionally a golf fan. And it's not a flight, so there's no expense. No, there's no, do we, how, this is one of those listening skills one, we come up against these, where do we send the audio for him
Starting point is 00:39:05 So he's not listening down a phone. Ah, yeah, but I thought he could come in Sure, and we could just Supply him to him just play the play him to him or if we wanted just to set up a net outside of the on the rooftop We could do it live Could do it live, but I worry about peaking yeah, I'm about sneaking in here We're having a look at what clubs moved in the bag or something. Yeah, we can blindfold him and fix him the other way. But if you, and I also worry about Andy at the rooftop.
Starting point is 00:39:31 You notice how he's trying to go on the rooftop again? I do, right guys, I'll go and set it up. I'm gonna need half an hour. We'll record them at a wheelbarrow. Or smokes. Well, let's bring him in, he can listen to the live. Sure. You just make it home that day. Thank you.
