So she was giving an award for some dance awards thing. And she got right up there and went right with the thing that's been going on TikTok, the conspiracy theory

that everyone, all these, there's lots of videos of people weirdly thanking her before they thank God, before they thank their manager, before they thank their mom, dad, or their first music teacher. They make sure, and they're like shaking when they do it, whether it's Adele or whatever, that we owe it all to Beyonce. I wouldn't be here with Beyonce, da da da. So she goes, I just want to make sure that everyone, you know, that I want to thank Beyonce so that the dance community is safe. And like half the audience got it and the other half were like scared for her and then groaning and props to her. She knows what it's about.

Yeah, I, that's why I love TikTokacies. And I keep checking the news because January is coming and we may lose all this with TikTok getting banned. And I'm like, what am I going to do every day? What is every day they say it's being banned? January was like the cutoff. They cut off for what? It is going to be gone? Supposedly, unless they can, this court cases, they can.

But then can someone just make something else? Easier said than done. Yeah. Like try to respectfully look at. I mean, there are some negative. What's the new Twitter? There's definitely some negative things about it that it's feeding.

There's definitely a generation, there's definitely people that get into things that are not true, I get that. But as far as a place for artists and comedians and content creators and journalists that want to get their story out, it's been extremely valuable and I love it. But I get what the concern is as far as like another country. When you see like all the screens and like how people yeah how they're trying to feed a propaganda or whatever. I get that.

But I mean, I still am all for free speech. So I still want it to stay. Yeah. And if we're going to be, what's the stop them doing that on a new app? And like they do that in the U.S. with like, oh, they can't get a warehouse full of bot people here doing it. They have to be from China.

Yeah, you're right. So it's like, if we're going to just be, oh, whatever. So yes, the conspiracy on TikTok, I love that, because it's so real looking. Before we get into all the latest on the Juicy Scoop and finally get Spencer Pratt's point of view, which the people have been begging for, first of all, I'm going live.

OK, I've got some shows this weekend, Minneapolis and Chicago this Friday and Saturday with Chris Frangiola. Then I'm going back to the Irvine Improv, two shows Friday, November 8th and 9th. we started, listen, when you're not that famous, which I'm not that famous, and I get invited to something like this, or a premiere or whatever of a movie that I'm not sharring in, it's a good idea if you don't come too late. So I don't have to wait in line, and the people are still excited to see me. So I got there before you, and therefore didn't see you, because then I was upstairs, and I never saw you when you got upstairs. We only got there at 9.30 or 10 or whatever, because we have to do story time, bath time.

We said when Dan Wakeford had messaged asking us to go, the editor, he was a day one Spidey teammate. So we're like, okay, we gotta go support Dan because he came, he's at Us Weekly now. And I was like, we're not gonna be able to get there until 10, you know, 10 or whatever. So we told him that. So it wasn't like we were trying to be like fashionably late,

but it worked out. Look at your hot wife here. You know, Demi from The Bachelor came up to us and was talking to us, and she texted or messaged me the next day and she said, your wife is hot on the internet, but she's like in person. She is so much hotter. And I always say that, just these photos.

And it don't even do any justice of how hot she is in person. You were posting some photos. You're like, I like taking photos of my family on film. and it don't even do Heidi justice of how hot she is in person. You were posting some photos. I'm not just saying this because you're here, but she's always been pretty. But sometimes it takes women just a moment to like grow on your own and everything's just lined up and you know, she's got her two kids, she still has you. God, you guys have been together a long time. I think the math is like 18 years now. Wow.

Because the Hills reunion 20 years is coming up and I didn't meet her the first season, I met her the second season. It's too bad somebody didn't bet on you in Vegas to see how long you guys would stay together. Yeah, like the bar stool guy, if he'd met, he would have made a lot of money. He's Mr. Better.

But yeah, it's so, it was a great party. Yeah, I had fun. I had fun. I got to see lots of people besides you. I saw Abby Lee Miller of, and what's crazy is my niece, she's 17. And out of all the photos I posted from the night, she is like freaking out that I met. And the reason I saw Abby Lee Miller is because she called me over. She was like, I'm a huge fan of mine. So she is going to come on Juicy Scoop

because I really didn't follow the show that much. But now people like my niece, they're all watching it. They all original. Isn't she having a new show? I don't know. They're watching all of it. They're watching the old ones and new ones. It's there. There's clips on TikTok. So she's like, isn't it amazing? I'm like, you're like more famous than ever. And she loves JoJo. She's like, JoJo pays her dancers so well. She's so generous. She's so charitable. She's so professional.

So they have a great relationship. Heidi always watched it. And when I bring up JoJo, she said JoJo's mom on the show used to be like, my daughter's a star. She knew JoJo was gonna make it out of all this and I love that. Yes, okay and then Long Island Medium, can't wait, we're gonna do something together.

You were just poaching. Oh my God, I got to see Jax. And Britney was there too. Well, Brittany waited to come up, what I've heard. Or she got the word once he was gone, then she came. That was the insight scoop I got. Not from her, from someone else. No, no, it's just so.

Yeah, and then, so he did his thing, he said hi, then he left, then she came, and I talked to her as well. And she is just always just so they're both so nice to me now. I'm not a cast member. I never slept with either one of them. So they like me and I am rooting for them and their co-parenting situation. I can't wait to watch it in the valley. And so there was a big story about how he, you know, there was some papers filed that people caught that where he did give her a full custody or it said physical custody,

but he would still something. He's like, no, that's not totally right. And I had said, you know, that's not a bad thing that one parent allows the other to be in charge of the child, make the decisions for school and things, providing you have a good relationship and you can still work out a schedule plan to see them. Just because it's not 50-50, just because the kid isn't going week on, week off, which I don't really think is that great for a kid. I think that's really, really hard to do. You know, and now in California for the last like 34 years, they want to give

both parents, especially the dads, the 50-50. But in some cases, it's just really hard and it's not always the best. So I was like, why can't people interpret it as that? But I don't know. We'll see. Yeah, cause I can't wait to see if they fall, who he said wasn't his girlfriend. Cause there was those photos of him with that. Yeah, with that girl being like, I'm pregnant, hey, remember that? Those weird clips.

They were like at Jack's, and then celebrating someone's birthday. I think they were celebrating Ariana's brother's birthday before he got arrested. For trafficking. For taking 50, 75 pounds of weed from Orlando to Germany, as one does. And, but I think they were celebrating that, and this girl just happened to be next to Germany, as one does. And, but I think they were celebrating that

and this girl just happened to be next to him. And then she jokingly said, I'm pregnant. And then they like blew out the candles or whatever. It was just the thirst move. But he was alone. I didn't see, he would definitely did not have a date. Before I forget. Yes.

Cause it just, you made me think of the connection. So skip to this. I joked about Chappell Rhone, Chappell Rhone on TikTok about the fan stuff. Tell me what you were saying. So for your listeners that aren't aware, Chappell Rhone asked her fans not to come near her, like not to approach her, da da da da da. And so I always did some TikTok about like,

I don't even remember, like, you can all come up to me, da da da da da. And one of the things that, once I had to like defend myself after and say, you know, maybe I didn't know all the information was because fans were touching her. Which I was like, whoa, okay, that's true. I'm not saying it's not, that's crazy.

So Heidi had her first live performance at this rave on Saturday night, and some creepy person started trying to rub, not trying, I guess started rubbing her hair. And like it was this big incident. And I think, and then like it really made her soul come out. I was like, this is universal karma that I put on my wife for like trolling this situation. There are people out there just grabbing, rubbing women's hair like as they're walking by

on some like scary movies. I mean, the touching thing has happened to me too. And you know, I don't, so far I've been lucky. I don't really mind it. I- You're like, you can rub my hair. I like a quick back rub. Like it's fun. Bring it on. Yeah.

You know, yeah. Even during COVID, I was like, I don't care. You can hug me. But like, yeah, but I get. No, no, a creepy dude. And everybody has a right not to have someone touch them through things with them on stage, grope them, whatever. Heidi's music is doing incredible.

So that's why, yeah. But it's just too- Yeah, but that was scary. So were you there to witness this hair touching? No, I was watching the kids. I would have cracked a little- Which would then, then that would have been bad. A little elbow or bum.

She just come off or whatever, it was like leading. Oh, and they're coming off stage. And so she is performing live at events. Live performance, I don't know how live. And because her songs are doing really well on Spotify. They're like such great beats and bops. Thank God. So catchy. In fact, when I saw your one video

and it was like 60 million downloads, I was like, wait, that's Heidi's song? I actually didn't know because I had been hearing it and I didn't put like two and two together. That's a longer, a breaking news story. You're hearing it all over TikTok because some guy, I'm not even gonna say his name to give him more streams, stole the beat of her song, took the lyrics off,

and has 40 million streams for the beat that he calls his record. And there's like Puma commercials with it, like the NFL used it for their Taylor Swift, Travis Kelce montage. So do you have lawyers on this or what? I do, and right now we're fighting it because they say he remade it.

And I'm like, he remade it and I'm like he remade Heidi song The samples in there, but like the amount you have to spend on these lawyers, right? I'm like so yes, you've been hearing that her song but without the lyrics because His version is almost More famous because you can use an instrumental more and more settings than you can like a song. Wow. Well, there you go. Breaking news. Yes. Also saw Lindsay from Summer House pregnant with a girl. She was the one that was engaged to Carl and they had the big breakup. And then shortly after she started dating an old flame and is now having a baby.

So we were having a moment. We went back downstairs when everyone was up there to do our own fun little content with nobody on the red carpet. And Heidi's doing TikTok or whatever and filming. And this, you know, he looked like a movie star type dude comes over and stands behind. You know, like when somebody's just a drunk annoying person

stands behind her, leaning. There's just hiding, nobody around. And he comes and he's like standing in the video. We're like, what is this guy doing? But he's way bigger than me. I don't want to like say anything, like try to wrestle this dude. He's physically bigger than you. Yeah, okay. He's a thick, thick looking. Okay. And then his other guy comes out and he's like, oh my gosh, trying to stop his buddy from harassing us. He's like, this is Spidey. He don't know. He's like, and I'm not even trying to do my Australian

accent or whatever. And they end up tagging me later in a photo. And he's the captain of Below Deck. Oh, yes. The Australian captain. Is that her boyfriend? Is that who's boyfriend? Wait, he's like blue eyes, right?

The captain is hot. I didn't look that close. OK, because when I came up to her, he was right next to her. Came up to who? The captain of Lindsay. No, this was to Heidi and I. I know, but Lindsay was next to that captain too. Oh, maybe he was rolling on any blonde, like, because it was like uncomfortable.

Pregnant or not, no, because I don't think that's her boyfriend. She is a different boy. He definitely looks like a movie star. Yes, he looks like a movie star. Yes. Oh my gosh. So that's- He looks like a movie star.

That's such an old lady thing to say. I mean, he doesn't look like a captain of a boat. No, he doesn't. No, he doesn't. Like a James Bond movie or something. So Kanye West is being sued by his former assistant. She's accusing Kanye West of drugging her, sexually assaulting her at a Sean Diddy Combs party. Now this is where it's a little bit strange and confusing in this lawsuit. She like met him at the party, was drugged with her friend and assaulted, but then she

started working for him as an assistant. And I was trying to figure out, is it like she didn't remember it and now it's coming back? Or I don't know. But in the lawsuit, as his assistant, she had some weird things to say. So she said, the lawsuit says she's got text messages that she can prove in where Kanye wrote to the assistant, I want to have sex with, he goes, I wanna have sex with, he goes, I would have sent this to Bianca or whatever. He sends this to the assistant, that I wanna have sex with her mom and I want Bianca to watch.

And he's like, should I send this? And then the assistant says, I don't know. And then it was just like, it's so bizarre of a thing. Wait, it's insane. But the mom, the mom is very attractive. That is the mom, the blonde woman. I'm not saying that's why. I mean, obviously I think he was joking.

And I don't think he's joking. You don't think he's joking. You don't think he's joking. Maybe he's not joking. But why is he sharing with his assistant? That's really like, why, like, he was, well that's why she's probably suing the assistant because she was like, why was I sucked into this weird shit?

So she, he's like sending text messages to the assistant that he's having with Bianca. And that's why she has him in her possession. And in these text messages were really inappropriate, gross things, besides the fact that she's also saying at one point she was drugged and assaulted by him.

At a ditty party, that really adds to the case. Yeah. Yeah, I definitely believe the text. I don't know. It's a little suspicious. We're going to add a ditty party in. And. So West sought out her and her former musician client, inviting them to a party at a music studio that West and

Combs co-hosted. That's in the court papers. After taking just a few sips, she suddenly started to feel disoriented and began to slip into an altered and highly impaired state from court papers. It wasn't until before West fired her, oh, this is how she found out, that he confessed that they had hooked up the night that she was drugged. That's what happened. So she was drugged, has no recollection of it, then worked for him, did all this. And then when he was like, you're fired because she was being like, what is this weird shit I'm getting involved in? Then he was like, oh, by the way, we hooked up that night you were drugged. So that is where this whole thing gets and that's her lawsuit. The Bianca thing is really weird. I thought they were breaking up. Now they're not. Now the mom's involved. And like they caught her doing like errands,

the mom, like in Australia and like the paparazzi. And she just was like, you know, no comment or whatever about my son-in-law. So just this week, we were with somebody who is, I guess, best friends with her. You were. We were with somebody who's like best friends with Bianca this week.

And they were saying she's so nice and normal. So it's this weirdest stuff when there's this disconnect when you see all this crazy stuff and then you hear somebody so nice and normal. Oh, and then when in the papers when Bianca wrote back, I guess, according to court papers about sleeping with her mom, she's like, well then I'll go F somebody and you can watch or something. So she keeps it real. And now here's the thing.

It's just so weird. It's a weird text exchange between a couple, whatever their weirdness is, whether that is like, you know, the weird shit when couples fight. I think it's called a kink. Yes. A kink or a fight or whatever. But the fact that she has it, now he could come back,

I'm just thinking as Kanye's defense attorney, and be like, this is the way that they fuck with each other. They are joking, they're fucking with each other. They're like, fuck you. Like, you know what? Like when someone's like, all right, that's it. You know, I'm taking your credit card and you spent too much money. And then the wife's like, I'm going to fucking disable your car, dickwad. Who knows? Okay.

So let's say that's their weird way, just being defense. And then he can say, because she was my assistant, she had access to everything on an iCloud iPad and could see my text messages. And she screen grabbed those weird things to plan this whole lawsuit later. Oh no, she's not winning this. Her only chance is trying to get out of that case to the Diddy stuff and join the 5,000 people suing Diddy right now. And there's some new Diddy ones. The latest one, well, finish the Kanye stuff.

Of course, Julia Fox is trying to talk again. She's not saying anything new that wasn't already in her book. He offered her a boob job. He dressed her. They never had sex. He used her to make Kim jealous and she wishes she didn't date him. Okay. But did anyone know who you were before?

I was gonna say that bit wasn't coming out, so. Yeah, it's just new interviews saying I really regret ever being used by him. But everything that she's saying now in interviews, she's already said in the book. I read the end of the part of the book, which is about him where she only calls him the artist, but she tells that story that we've already heard.

Okay, so it's similar to what I just saw yesterday that maybe I'm saying the artist's name wrong. Azalea Banks was twittering about Kesha and saying if Kesha was so traumatized by Dr. Luke, why does she keep performing only TikTok and we are who we are? These songs that Dr. Luke made for Kesha, if this whole thing that she says is the worst, like, why don't you not play those songs? The argument could be like, well, it was my biggest hit and he's not gonna take that too. I'm not gonna not perform my biggest hit.

He's not gonna win on that end. I'm not stupid. Yeah, it's the only way I can justify the trauma I was put through is that it made money. Yeah, you should reply as Kesha. Okay. Now this is new today, new lawsuit. Diddy is now sued by this woman who this was like 20 years ago. She was in college. Some handler of Diddy said, hey, we're gonna do, we're having a party

or a photo shoot, you're pretty. She went to like some college in Brooklyn, come across the street to the Marriott, she and her friend, they get up to the Marriott room and the same story, they drink something that makes them impaired. They get locked in a room with Diddy, He forces the one friend to give him oral, then forces himself on this girl who's suing. The other friend escaped at one point. Then finally this girl is able

to leave because of security, but he threatens her life. It's completely horrible when you read it. Then she gets away and now, so this is another one. And you said that you just heard another one. Now guys are coming forward with their lawsuits. Well, there's like 120 or 300 people. Yeah, six new guys today. It was breaking as we went on. This girl is part of using the same attorney that has the 120 clients. So I think that's the Texas guy. Why, like if, obviously everyone's different in situations, but if this happens to me that night, I'm calling 911 like right when I get out and it's-

Yeah, but that's just a guy's thing. Sometimes it's like, it's, this is what happens with these things. She did tell somebody there's got to be enough for the attorney to take it. So there's got to be like a mom remembers what she called or her roommate or she has some type of like receipts about it, a blog, a diary, whatever. But it's just so embarrassing and humiliating. The last thing people want to do is, and they're scared, is to go to the cops. I mean, they just, the person that has guns and security is the most famous person who says, I'm going to

kill you if you say anything and you escape and you're 19, you believe them. So that is why it takes a switch time and it takes a switch time because now they can come forward because people are going to believe them because there's so many others. So not going that day. And also, even if she'd went that day, it may have nothing happened to it because now we know that he was involved with all these cops. But what are the they are suing the Marriott too. And because they're saying that they knew what kind of stuff he was pulling. And then he also just said, Diddy's attorney just said that the new accusation is his legal team is saying that the Department of Homeland Security leaked the footage of Cassie, where he's beating her near the elevator,

to undermine his right to a fair trial, which everyone's like, okay, maybe, but it's out there and he did it. So now he's like, that was so unfair that you showed me, you know, beating a woman who I agreed to give $30 million to because I knew that this would, there, she probably had, she probably has so much of her own evidence that he was like, here's the 30 million. And then someone was holding onto that tape and got it it out. He didn't pay that person. Yeah. What are you excited about the 50 cent? Yeah, private, but also like more goon energy. Yeah. Like barrier body type security guard.

Yeah. You know, like not ones that like are like above board. And so I go in and there's another one in the thing. I'm like, what is going on? And then comes out Diddy. And it was before any of this, I was like, oh, hey, Diddy, you know, I don't know about all this going on.

Did he know who you were? He, you know, had the energy like, you know, I'm sure he does with everybody. Yeah. Like, oh, hey, good to see you, whatever. So that was the second time we'd had a run in years ago at the Beverly Hills Hotel, where we saw him, same kind of thing by that little coffee shop. But no, I've never been to a white party. And at that time, had you heard anything? Nothing. Just that he's a total delight, best friends with Ellen, daddy of the year. Of course. Yeah. But it was definitely weird energy the second time.

And she had these like videos supposedly that she's trying to like get out, right? Oh, is that what you've heard? That she had the videos? that use the like injection in between your toes. Oh. It makes it look like you just like have a heart attack. It's so realistic. Well, you know, that same autopsy doctor or whatever was the same one that did Brittany Murphy and her husband who died six months later. From the mold or what was that?

Who bought the house that either Britney was about to buy or she used to live in. Anyway, now that guy is dead too. The autopsy guy is no longer here. And then you go deep and it goes all back to Ashton Kutcher who like rolled up to that girl he was having the date and the red wine that ended up being blood. And now we know Diddy and Ashton Kutcher were at these parties together. And they're saying that Ashton and Mila now, according to friends, are gonna maybe move to Europe. They just love it so much there.

This makeup artist we also just saw this weekend said she was talking to some top glam people and she was saying all these people are moving out of the country that are like concerned they're connected to whatever is it these.

They're concerned because they are connected they just want to get away. Yeah. That's what it was. Like they're concerned because they have a little bit of stink or they are really in the shit I don't know but if you're moving the country, it sounds like you're in some s a h i t it we went to a Celebrities house or not celebrities. And then I missed this part. So this is in from my eyes. It's from Heidi's. Like the music that was on, Heidi said he did a full Dancing with the Stars. Heidi imitated it like a cha cha. And like she said, it was movie scene, like Adam Sandler level comedy, little dance that he put on for this young lady. And it was just, I don't know if we'll see that. Well, I'm very excited for Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. We know that Kim struggled. They asked her a lot about her sister Kim on the carpet. She's in a rehab now again.

And there was something that went on with Kyle had to have a room with getting paperwork done to have a remove from her house. And I like a house that she was like staying out that Kyle owned or something. And then now she's in a rehab and she's saying all the right things like we're always supportive, we, you know, support her or whatever. And we don't know where it is with she and Morgan. But what do we know about Mauricio? And then they're just still separated, like no one's filed. Ah. We, Dorit and PK I think are separated too.

So it becomes a fame thing. So I said, yes, I could, would definitely do it

And it was hard for, cause 10 years, we were pretty depressed about the 2 million we spent on that album that we saw no money for, no fame or nothing. So it's really one of those things that Heidi always says is God's timing. And I used to be like, well, this timing is all heft up, but you know, better late than never.

And the boys are doing great. Yeah. Gunners realizing first grade is not kindergarten. So it's been a lot harder, less tinkering and more school and homework now. So parenting is getting a lot more difficult just because like you have to explain. I'm like, yeah, school sucks. And then how old is your younger son? He's 17. No. He thinks he is.

He's like, I don't want to say crazy. People think that's a negative word. He's the wildest, almost two-year-old I've ever seen in my entire life. The other morning, I was up at six with him. And he's right now obsessed with vitamins, because obviously they taste like candy. So I'm giving him two. and he's biding at them,

I'm reading the back and it's like five years and older, two only, I'm like no more. And he's freaking out, I'm having a tantrum, I'm like no more, and I'm doing this. He just looks at me, drops to the ground, bangs his head on the freaking tile kitchen floor, my Heidi comes up because she'd been up doing pop star stuff and

she just sees it looks like he's in a car accident with a bruise on her. She's like, what had happened to him? I was like, I have vitamins. She's like, why don't you get more? I was like, I was at eight vitamins. So no, it's no third kid. He's a little challenging. Yeah, no third kid. Well, that's why he's the second kid. Other than that, life, we got a dog. Got a protection dog.

Oh, god. Good. Which was insane. Just got a Dutch Shepherd, like a police dog. Oh, cute. It's off to training now. Oh, OK. We survived one week with the velociraptor
