Starting point is 00:01:43 Hello and welcome to Juicy scoop. I have the dynamic comedic duo of Brandy Howard, Julie Goldman, from the dumb gay podcast, also two strong females. Welcome to Juicy Scoop. Now that's how you do it. That's how you do it. That's how you do it. Okay. All right do it. That's how you do it, okay? All right, sister, come on. Three strong females doing it for ourselves.
Starting point is 00:02:09 That's right. We are, we are just coming off of a fun weekend we spend together. Here we are. Oh, Shanna took this photo. She has obviously a very old iPhone. That's why I had makeup smeared on it. And my sister Shannon was with us.
Starting point is 00:02:22 We, we had a fun first, first night, we went out to dinner with Peter, who was not supposed to be there and then just showed up. And I was like, I knew if I told you guys that it wasn't strictly vagina only weekend, you might turn around on the 10 and go home. We walked into your house without knocking and Peter's like, hello.
Starting point is 00:02:44 And I was like, oh, is that a dress? He's like, Peter, what are you doing here? And then you come around the corner like, I knew you wouldn't come if I told you. I'm like, hey, sir. And then he's like, oh, you guys, I'm not going to dinner tonight. Where are you going to dinner?
Starting point is 00:03:00 Yeah, exactly. There's no food in the fridge. I'm like, I guess Peter has to come and pick up the checks. Do you wanna go? And he's like, exactly. There's no food in the fridge. I'm like, I guess Peter has to come and pick up the checks. Do you want to go? And he's like, yeah. Went to Desert Club, new spot. So good. So cute. So fun.
Starting point is 00:03:11 So cute. The food was so good too. Then we went to Mitch's. Also good. So delicious, so fun live music on a Friday afternoon. Oh, speaking of your show, which used to be dumb gay politics, that was be dumb gay politics, that was just dumb gay podcast.
Starting point is 00:03:26 Today is Super Tuesday. Yes, and tomorrow is Brandon's first time voting. Wow. He's over 18? Yes, and so he goes, when do we do it? And I go, well, my parents always like to go in the early time, like before work, because then you, it's like sometimes if you wait till five,
Starting point is 00:03:48 you're like, does my vote count? Cause they already announced who won. So I like to go early. So I want to go with him before school. And he's like, I don't know if I want to show, I can't go in the thing with you. Don't you get it? It's private.
Starting point is 00:04:00 I go, so you vote for whoever you want, but can I just go and experience your son? You're doing this for the first time. We probably never will go together again, unless you're living with me for the rest of your life, which I've worked very hard for that not to be our future. I mean, we do know that there has been a little bit of blackmail at home regarding his vote.
Starting point is 00:04:21 I do not want to talk about any of that. That's why he doesn't want you in the picture. He is his own person. He is his own person. We have political discussions all the time. It's Peter's fault. No, it's all, please, all ready. People are out to just have me slip about anything. I will say who I'm voting for. DA, Eric Sadell. I bet him. Oh. And I like him. And that's who we're voting for. Yes. Yeah. And so I who I'm voting for, DA, Eric Sadell. I met him. And I like him. That's who we're voting for.
Starting point is 00:04:48 Yes. And so I, that's who I'm voting for. But that's not a political vote. That's just district attorney, which I think supersedes where you land party-wise. It's more of an issue of crime and all that. So anyway, we're done. Heather, get to the juicy scoop.
Starting point is 00:05:05 So we go to St. Jude event that we got invited to, and then we had even a better hookup, and it was a charity event, so it was fabulous. We also went to Nobu. Oh, went to Nobu too, and then we went there, and super fun. And we drew this. This doesn't look as glamorous as it was.
Starting point is 00:05:24 No, it doesn't look as comfortable. We were so, yeah, you're right. But we were so close to stage. Who are some of the people that were seen? Aureo Speedwagon, Alice Cooper, the guy from Doobie Brothers, guy from R.E.M., guy from the Eagles. I mean, this was like Patrick Warburton, the actor.
Starting point is 00:05:41 It's been an event that he's been doing for years and it's like a five-day event where celebrities and people go and they pay for all, you know, a big thing, there's big auctions. We just squeezed it at the end for the music and it was really really fun. When we walked in, I heard the song playing from Ario Speedwagon who I am an actual fan of and I was like, what is this? Or is this a cover band? And then as we walked closer and closer, I was like, I mean, I like literally was, I was like, what is this? Or is this a cover band? And then as we walked closer and closer, I was like, this is our show, it's back! I mean, I like literally was, I was genuinely excited. It was amazing.
Starting point is 00:06:10 It was like, sure, that'd be so fun. And next year when we go VIP again. Yes. Oh, I'm gonna have the hookup. I'm gonna be golfing next year, by the way. I'll be all about it. We will still do the same, I think, come late just for the music.
Starting point is 00:06:23 Cause we saw Dr. Paul Nassif, a botched fame, leaving before really the music started, right? I just think that there was probably other music, but the best was at the end. But when you're tired and you're engulfing in, I get it. And it's Palm Springs, so people, it's eat at five in by nine. Kind of a vibe, which we all are leaning towards, whether you're 30 or 90, everyone's loving the earlier life.
Starting point is 00:06:51 Yeah. Okay, well, on the way there, Brandy made me aware of the juiciest in the music world. Hey there, Franklin. You guys might be loving Bey Beyonce's new country song, but there's a major controversy over, I remember Franklin. Franklin was a turtle as a cartoon. I definitely watched it with the kids and it's, he's like a dorky turtle, whatever. I don't even know what his deal is, but he was a turtle.
Starting point is 00:07:25 And Brandy tell the scoop the controversy of the Beyonce, this ain't tech. How does the song go? Texas hold on. But look, you're singing it in the front. This ain't Texas. This ain't Fray there Franklin. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:07:41 I mean, basically she didn't write it. She had songwriters wrote it from Canada. This turtle cartoon is a Canadian cartoon originally and it's huge in Canada, but you're saying it was huge here when your kids were little. Yeah, we watched it. I mean, I know this stuff just like Dora and everything else.
Starting point is 00:07:59 This was during our era. So I played you guys the beginning of Texas Hold'em, which I do love, Julie loves. We love 16 Carriages too. I'm excited for this Beyonce album. And I don't care if I love more than anything, I love samples. I mean, I don't think they do enough of it
Starting point is 00:08:15 like they did in the 90s, just pay the people. But basically her writers are Canadian, this is a Canadian cartoon. I played you the beginning of both things. We all agreed it pretty much sounded like almost exactly what I understand about the sampling of things is you put this on together and you're and the the classy thing to do is we're consciously gonna sample whatever milling vanilla or whatever not milling but like we're gonna sample the right or vanilla
Starting point is 00:08:42 ice actually was accused of ice ice baby taking it from somebody else. So then you go and you call that person and you're like, hi, I'm at the studio and I'm putting a song together and we wanna use your song from 2005. How much does it cost? Oh, it costs $500,000.
Starting point is 00:09:03 Okay, we'll send a text to you and then we're gonna put out the music and then we're gonna put it out. It feels like that never is the way it happens. It feels like it happens and then somebody, they're hoping that the person is out of it or none of their errors follow up. They walk away with it, they act like they're geniuses. 15 year olds all around have no clue that this was sampled.
Starting point is 00:09:24 And then when they get down to it, then they write a check. That's what I don't understand about the music business and sampling and what do you think will happen here? I mean, you thought it sounded pretty dead on. It's the same song. So I think that, I mean literally, so we also talked about how, what's his name? We're gonna now say the's Franklin. I mean, literally. So we also talked about how what's his name. We're gonna now say the same Franklin.
Starting point is 00:09:48 It's just turtles. Like he's just like, we talked about what's his name. Ed Sheeran who said, So the difference being that you can have, the same four chords are in every song at the end of the day, right? How you put it together, blah, blah, blah. But when you sample something that's already done and put it in your song, I think what could happen is that if they
Starting point is 00:10:10 win, they would get a certain percentage maybe? Either they're going to ask for an amount of money or they're going to get a percentage. I mean, what I think should happen is with these samples is that if you can't pay outright, if I'm just like little nuzz-ex, let's say, who started and did like the little sample or he bought it though. He bought it. He thought he was buying it outright. If I don't have money and but I'm going to do the song and I want to get a sample, I would offer them a percentage like you do making a movie. Yeah, making a movie. If the song's a hit, you're constantly going to get a percent of the things for the rest of your life. I think there should be a chunk of money given to these people and also percentage because who's to say that this song is going to be a percent of the things for the rest of your life. I think there should be a chunk of money given to these people and also percentage because
Starting point is 00:10:47 who's to say that this song isn't in a commercial 10 years from now? Yeah. That this song isn't in a movie, you know, for the ret, like, come on. I mean, you have to license things. Yeah. So, and I think, you know, this is, she should, that's what I would do if I was her. Cause I'd be like, look, I didn't write it,
Starting point is 00:11:09 but it's similar enough. Yeah. Lala's pregnant again. She posted this and- Did you know this weekend and didn't tell us? Yes, I did. Wow, what a good friend you are to Lala. Better than friend to us.
Starting point is 00:11:22 You could have given us the gossip. You can trust us Heather. And so she popped. So, you know, she wanted to share and it's a really cute photo of Ocean looking up at her. Oh, she looks so cute Ocean. I have seen the ultrasound. Oh, so you know that the gender of the baby?
Starting point is 00:11:44 I don't know the gender, but I know that the nose is as cute as hers and Ocean's. I saw a very good profile, very good nose. I don't know the sex and I don't know what her plan, I think her plan is to find out before, but that's, she'll announce it when she announces it. Do you know when she's due? Well, I think, I don't know if it's a secret,
Starting point is 00:12:05 but yeah, she's like 13 weeks. So, and then I confirmed with her that she has shared that she is a single mom by choice. I love that expression, a friend of mine whose son is friends with Brandon. She went this route many years ago and she was part of a community called single mom by choice where she got a sperm donor. And, you you know it was that time in her life she didn't
Starting point is 00:12:28 have a significant other and it's been a wonderful motherhood journey for her and so that is what Lala decided to do and I think we're gonna see it on Van or Pump Rules and how that goes about and you know she's in her 30s, Ocean's turning three, most people like having their kids close in age. So I think it's great. She has a huge support system with her mom and her brother and other really close friends and stuff. And so it's good for her. We heard her on probably on your show or maybe at your Christmas party or Christmas dinner
Starting point is 00:13:00 saying like that she after what she's gone through, she's so traumatized that she wouldn't even, even if she was in probably the deepest love of her life would not make a baby with like a partner again. Like she does not want to share these kids. And I don't blame her, I like love it. I'm like, fuck a man being involved. Well, there's sharing the kids and then there's fighting over the kids.
Starting point is 00:13:21 And if your whole experience and hurt like hers was fighting, fighting, fighting, fighting. Yeah, you're scarred. You're scarred. And I think it's about your life in this moment. And as women, unlike men, we only have this window if we want to carry our own children and everything to have the baby. Yeah. And we want, and then you want that sibling relationship and technically, not technically, but there's theories that if your kids are more than six years apart, they're kind of being raised as only children and they, they're still siblings, but they don't have that sibling relationship where they could play together. So I think she's just like in the mode of that is the appropriate time in her life to have kids. And yeah, so I think it's, I think, I think it's great and I think it's empowering.
Starting point is 00:14:06 I also think going through maybe like a contentious the custody battle when the kids are like six and seven is way easier than when it's a baby and you're a mother and you're like, I'm not giving my baby over there. It's never easier. Oh, it is. It doesn't matter the age. In fact, it gets worse because I just remember, I'm not giving my baby over there. It's never easier. Oh, it is. It doesn't matter the age. In fact, it gets worse because I just remember,
Starting point is 00:14:27 I can't remember who it was. I think it was Tyrese, the model, was fighting with his ex, and if I'm wrong, I apologize. And it was about the girl on a play soccer. He felt that she didn't, her grades were slipping. She wasn't an A student, but she had to go to enough grades so she could have an extracurricular activity. But he was like, no, she can't play soccer
Starting point is 00:14:50 cause she should be studying. The mom was like, this is the only thing that gives her confidence because she's not getting it in the classroom. Okay. And I remember all the comments of people being like, he's right, no, the mom's right. Again, and I was like, you're fucking fighting over
Starting point is 00:15:08 a kid playing soccer, but that is what happens sometimes. And then I thought, my God, if you're the, if you are the only parent, whatever your situation is, you know, Andy Cohen had kids on his own, whatever. It's like, I can make those decisions and that is what I wanna do since I didn't make this baby with somebody at the same time, then therefore let me do it this route.
Starting point is 00:15:32 And- Good for her. Yeah. It's a whole new era. I bet a lot of people are gonna do that. With my friend, she goes, you know, these people fighting over money, whatever, my single mom friend, she goes,
Starting point is 00:15:44 the only financial argument I have to have with anybody is if I want to give my son a slurpee or not. And he wants one and I decide, no, like that's it. Not, and I was like, wow, like I didn't even ever think about being married for so long and how much compromise and how much arguing is about which school and which this and I want him to do that and why did he do that and you're just like oh my god so good for her yeah but we're gonna see it on the show I watched the last episode of Vanderpump and there's lots of Vanderpump
Starting point is 00:16:18 news happening today but they're Katie and Ariana didn't go to Lake Tahoe, but everyone's being a little bit nicer to Tom Sandoval. So that's what's happening right now. They're letting him slowly sleep. So we see that episode on Tuesday. When I give you some Juicy Scoop, I know you wanna get on the phone with your Bestie. Cut your wireless bill to 15 bucks a month
Starting point is 00:17:34 at mintmobile.com slash juicy scoop. Additional taxes, fees and restrictions apply. See Mint Mobile for details. All right, let's get into traders. Well, we're on the edge of our seat. Who is MJ going to pick? Fedra or Peter? Well, she does stay loyal to the Bravo brand,
Starting point is 00:17:58 and she gets rid of Peter the pilot. But she's still like, hmm, she and Shirei, also Real Housewives of Atlanta, as you know, start to question, could Phaedra be a traitor? Because everybody really, you know, a lot, not everybody, a lot of people really are questioning her, but they're like, well, who's the other? Well, we know it's Kate Chastain. So they meet together, Kate and Phaedra, and they're like, we got to either go for Trichelle or John.
Starting point is 00:18:28 And they all come to breakfast. Turns out they killed John. So he's out. Now they go to do another challenge, but they're all still very suspicious of Phaedra. So they go to do their challenge, which is this gold rush challenge where they have to go find gold in the dirt and it can be up to $30,000 that they can win for the pot. And each piece is worth $150 up to $30,000.
Starting point is 00:18:53 But they have to go over this like very difficult little bridge to get it in. But there is one shield and whoever gets the shield is going to be saved from the final murder. Well, Phaedra gets it, but that's not going to help her for the round table banishment. That would just save her for the final murder. So at one point, Shirei is like, listen, I got to know, are you a traitor? You faithful?
Starting point is 00:19:18 Like, where is it? She's starting to question. They've been friends forever. They're on the show. They get through it. She's taking, I mean, Phaedra's so brilliant throughout all this time and she is like, well, I'm just done like defending myself
Starting point is 00:19:32 and this is getting so exhausting and they're bringing all the things that make them think that she's in fact a traitor and they vote and she does get banished and she's a traitor. And what's juicy is that Kate voted for her as well. And there we are. Like it's just, it's, I do love that there was that Bravo
Starting point is 00:19:53 element where the MJ and Shirei and then that Kate essentially turned on Phaedra too, but it also could just be that Phaedra, that she knew that Phaedra didn't have a chance. So now we have Kate who is the final traitor so far or two, but it also could just be that Fedra, that she knew that Fedra didn't have a chance. So now we have Kate, who is the final traitor so far, but Kate has also put it out there early in the episode that maybe Sandra or Saundra could be one as well. So there's a lot going on and you can still watch it catch up the whole thing and it's
Starting point is 00:20:22 so juicy and it's only on Peacock. Every Thursday it drops 9 p.m. Eastern. So check it out because it's coming to the end. Then on Friday, I think it was Friday Thursday Thursday, no, on Thursday, the news drops that Rachel Raquel is suing Tom Sandoval and Ariana. This lawsuit from what I can gather, she has not specified a price or at least that's not revealed. But in it, it's a long declaration in which she says 50 different people, which she doesn't name,
Starting point is 00:21:08 how we're part of this wrongdoing of her. She said, we're everybody made money off of us. And even Tom in the episode says, well, you know, Raquel and I just feel like we didn't do anything with malicious intent. Oh fucking behind your girlfriend's back We didn't hurt you when my dick slipped into Raquel's vagina. That's why you were at our home while you were in bed. I didn't mean it to hurt you that he's like but we felt we were hurt after the fact so he says that so now at that time
Starting point is 00:21:42 He was still As they filmed this thing in late Tahoe, thinking maybe there's a chance for him and Raquel to get back together. So then she sues him and I'm like, everybody is like, what the fuck? And it is for revenge porn. So to remind people,
Starting point is 00:21:59 Ariana, I guess, had suspicions, picked up his phone, Tom, while he's performing and didn't see a text but went to the camera real. And that is where she saw a recorded FaceTime between Raquel and Tom Zanavall in which she was watching a sexy porn and getting intimate with herself, okay? That she believes was, she saw it and then she's accusing Ariana of sharing with the people and talking about it with people. Well, she did, didn't she?
Starting point is 00:22:39 I mean, I don't know that they have proof. I don't know that they have proof that she sent it to anybody. Because the only way that that they have proof. I don't know that they have proof that she sent it to anybody. Because the only way that they could have proof that she sent it, she declared that she did not. Right early on in all of it, she's like, I did not send it. That's where the send it to Darrell came. So they all got a letter from Raquel's attorney
Starting point is 00:23:00 way back then, saying, you better not talk about this or share it or whatever. And that's when Lala said, I got a little baby to take care of. Said it to Darrell. That's what this was about. Then it all went away. She apologized.
Starting point is 00:23:13 She went on Bethany Frankel's thing. She acted all humbled. She started her podcast. Nobody's really talking about her podcast. And now this lawsuit comes where then she goes, oh, after I didn't get my money to come back. because she said, I want the same as Tom and Arianna. And they go, we have a policy that you only get this much based on how many years you've been there.
Starting point is 00:23:33 So she's like, I'm out. I'm out. I don't want to talk to Tom anymore. I want to do a podcast where I talk about better pump and how much I hate. And now she's deciding, I'm going to sue for this revenge porn. And she also says in it that she believes, she alleges that Ariana knew that they were hooking up. Making us question this whole thing again.
Starting point is 00:23:58 Was this fake? Was this scripted? Did Ariana know? I don't think Ariana knew. I think Ariana was that in range when she saw the evidence because she, like some women was suspicious and didn't listen to herself. But I don't think she ever had evidence until she saw it.
Starting point is 00:24:14 Yeah, I think she looked on the phone because she was suspicious of something or someone. And definitely did, I don't think, thought it was gonna be Raquel. She thought it was gonna be a random. The random fan. Yeah. And then she probably didn't think it was gonna be so sexual and safe to his phone.
Starting point is 00:24:28 I think she thought she was gonna go in there and see just like some selfie or some shit, like with a tit, but what she saw, I think that was also, I mean, so demoralizing. But I will say, Tom and Ariana should be mad at Bravo because if Bravo had paid Raquel what she deserved to be paid for that year and her life being dismantled and destroyed, regardless of her own actions. Bravo, that show went from the bottom of the ratings to the top and Bravo owed her that
Starting point is 00:24:55 money and didn't pay her, which is a cornerstone of Bravo. Sorry, not fucking sorry. And now they're getting sued because if she was on that show getting the money she deserved they would not be being sued Everything would be being worked out as it does in life It is weird though then when someone realizes that the bridge has been burned at Bravo is when they kind of Rewrite history for themselves Where it was like yeah looking back sure looking back it was fucked But had you gotten what you originally wanted well, yeah, looking back, sure, looking back, it was fucked. But had you gotten what you originally wanted,
Starting point is 00:25:27 this lawsuit wouldn't have happened. Well, it's always like that. You'll keep the job and be treated like shit and take your money and go home and be like, okay, I don't like this, but once you're fired, you're like, oh, no, no, no, no, no, no. Now I am mad. Right, exactly.
Starting point is 00:25:40 The only reason I was accepting that type of treatment was for your shitty, serious job. Exactly. And I also, they also probably thought, well, we was gonna film with Raquel. You don't think that she and Billy Lee could have had a few cute fun lunches? Billy Lee would have filmed with her.
Starting point is 00:26:00 Tom would have filmed with her. In fact, they all would have, sorry. Lala had Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, Tom, they all would have played ball or most of them would have had they played. And I was like, and the thing is with this stupid policy of no, it's seniority. This is not the teacher's union. This is TV. So like if someone is more valuable
Starting point is 00:26:36 because of the crazy shit, if it's a reality show and someone has crazy shit going on in their lives that we want to see captured. And it's dramatic and it's fucking awful, but the only lemonade is that they get to stay on the show and get paid a little more, get them the lemonade stand.
Starting point is 00:26:55 What the fuck? Like, I'm sorry. And then some people have boring lives. And then they're like, you have no storyline. Well, I'm sorry, do you want me and my husband to take on a third so that I can stay on the show? No, like, sorry that I'm boring, but that's all I got.
Starting point is 00:27:10 Like, I see it both ways, but you then, as the boring one, shouldn't be like, I'm sorry. This is only her fourth year, which means she only gets $212 a season. It's not your business. No. Like that's TV. This is not a factory. No. I was, I was-
Starting point is 00:27:32 With an hourly wage. I was gagged that Bravo did not come up off the couch. Unbelievable. I really was because, and I said, I told you on your show in your other studio, I was like, I'm not watching it if she doesn't come back and we haven't. No.
Starting point is 00:27:44 Well, I feel horrible for Ariana. I do not think she deserves to be sued. I don't think this is, and I also don't think this is going to help Raquel. Because there were some people that were starting to get on Raquel's side a little bit. But I think legally, if she's going to sue Tom, she kind of has to sue Ariana if this is the angle she's taking.
Starting point is 00:28:02 She also reveals in the 100 page document, whatever the hell it is, incident with James where she claims James was arguing with her family present and was not nice to the family dog with Julie here that's all I'm gonna say and it's all alleged and I don't believe there's videos or anything now if her family backs her up again James could be like it's your family and There's money at stake and you're suing us all is she suing James like why I don't know where they're all mentioned This is where I'm confused and please sound off in the comments Senate. I don't understand
Starting point is 00:28:38 how much she's asking for and every article I read doesn't say and I don. And I don't know if it really is including Bravo or the, she's saying that she felt she was being manipulated not to share everything she was wanting to share. She was told like, you can't say this, you can't do these interviews. Now she's saying that, that she was feeling that they were like, hold it for the show, don't share your truth now. And that's why when we say, but you said this, she's saying, but I felt like I had to.
Starting point is 00:29:13 Now this is my new truth involved in this lawsuit. Oh, maybe she felt like she couldn't say the astronaut to say the thing about James on the show, maybe. Because that would turn a country against someone. Yeah. If they kicked a dog. Although she didn't say, or Heather didn't. Or threw it against a wall.
Starting point is 00:29:28 I don't ever mind. It does take care that she's suing Bravo. She must be though, right? I don't know, we're seeing James with the dog now, the Graham who came back as hippie. And so far, you know, it's been okay. But who's to say any of this is true. It's all legend.
Starting point is 00:29:44 Of course, my experience with all of them is pleasant, but I don't never dated them. I don't work with them whatever a Same she definitely work with them. They're all like totally nice and whatever but definitely feels like from a Per of an audience Perspective just from watching Raquel Rachel who you know She's she's doing a lot of back and forth of like, I'm humble now and okay, and I don't wanna look, but it's the more, as long as she's connected to the show and watches and hears and whatever,
Starting point is 00:30:13 she's always gonna be drawn back to try and prove herself. And so she's always trying to prove herself, like she didn't do anything wrong, or look what he did. They did this to me, and now I'm the victim, and Ariana's gonna get money, and now I'm pissed, and da-da-da, and go back and forth, and it's never gonna end. She either needs to cut the tie, or... If only she had just go, or what, sorry.
Starting point is 00:30:32 I just, and I'm not, this is easier said than done, because they have all done rough money. Well, she has no way to make money. I know, and that's the thing. But you can't, at the same time, you're going and being like, yeah, I'm going into rehab, and'm just this now and then going back. And then it's like she's, she's. The only, the only reason I don't think she took my advice is because she really isn't
Starting point is 00:30:54 this person. And the person that, that she should be is, and the way you could make money off of it and reinvent yourself and actually get people to forgive you is to be like, welcome to Rachel goes rogue or whatever it is. Now I'm going to fucking tell you everything. And this day, I almost thought we're going to get caught on this day. I revealed to my sister on this da, and go through it. Then have people come on, whether anonymous or what and say, Confessions of a Mistress should be the name of the podcast. And people say
Starting point is 00:31:34 how long they went when they realized did someone could be like, I got the guy, we've been married for 20 years, it all fucking worked out. There could be different stories to it. There's a reason why we all were so fascinated by this because my favorite genre of television and film is infidelity, forever. So it's like, tap into that. Now you're going back and forth, I'm a victim. And this whole revenge porn thing is such a weird, scary thing
Starting point is 00:32:03 because it's like, if a 13 year old took a photo of her boobs and sent it to her 13 year old boyfriend, that 13 year old girl could actually be criminally charged for trafficking porn because she herself is under 18. And if your son is able to get that, and then he accidentally or chooses to send it to his friend, look what Jenny from, you know, algebra one sent me. Now those two boys could have a criminal record.
Starting point is 00:32:33 It's just, it's like there's too much, the law is to, it's not catching up to it. It's too much, it's too hard. And I just think if you're in her position and you had proof that your boyfriend, that your suspicious was cheating with your best friend, whatever she did in that moment to tell her best girlfriends, I wasn't insane.
Starting point is 00:32:55 Like we forgive you. And if she sent it and everything, but then who knows what she should say, I never sent it. And that's what she did say. But if for some reason she did, I don't know how Raquel has proof because I'm sure any of her girlfriends delete it and everything. Oh, I also saw from the podcast, Vanerpump rules girls, I think it was that this part,
Starting point is 00:33:17 they were at the location over the weekend where allegedly Sheena pushed Raquel when she got the message from Ariana or when Raquel goes, oh, by the way, we've been having an affair for seven months. And they go, look, there's security cameras here. Let's pull it up. I wanna say, pulling up security cameras at a place is a lot of effort.
Starting point is 00:33:40 Now, if a murder happens, very, very, very, very, very, if a murder happened, maybe they can go back. All of it, long order. Eight months, maybe they can go back eight months. But for a push where a scratch may or may not have happened between two reality stars, I don't think they're gonna go back to the archives. Well, also they're gonna call FBI
Starting point is 00:33:59 and get forensics on the phone. Are they gonna call and get the records like they would with Trump? No, we're not gonna do that. And also at some point with Raquel Rachel, like you have to accept the responsibility for what you did and if somebody pushed you or punched you or sent your masturbation video
Starting point is 00:34:15 to their friend, you kinda at that point have to go, I did deserve that. I'm just saying, I'm repeating this. Sorry. Like this would not be happening. Look at the picture. Here are the three people involved in Scandival. Ariana, Tom and Raquel.
Starting point is 00:34:29 Raquel is the only one not being paid. Now I don't blame Ariana, like 100%. She was a victim in this and that sucks and it was awful and I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy. But the only reason Raquel's suing Tom when you know she's still in love with them is because he went ahead and skipped to my loo right onto his fucking paycheck and left her in the dust.
Starting point is 00:34:48 And she's sitting there going, they're getting paid and I'm not. And it's like, I hope she's suing Bravo more than anything. I mean, because these two individuals do not deserve and should not be sued for any reason. There's no litigation for these other people. Yeah, here's a crazy, crazy thought. Like, sue yourself.
Starting point is 00:35:05 Crazy thought. Go on. First of all, very stressful to ever be part of a lawsuit. Even if it's something as mundane as this, you do watch a date line, I've been there. And all of a sudden, I'm like, anxiety after my throat triggered. And I'm like, are they gonna ask to pull my phone
Starting point is 00:35:21 and see a text message I sent to my sister from three years ago to proving that, like you start to get in your head about it and it can be very, very debilitating, just being suited all, even if people are like, you're gonna win, don't worry. It's very hard to just keep going with it because it's so stressful, especially when it's like
Starting point is 00:35:38 personal relationships are involved, but, oh my God, now I forgot what I was gonna say. But I will say it for the security camera, I believe after 30 days it like restarted. Definitely. That was one thing. And then it'll come to me in a minute, but what were you just saying before? Then it'll hit me.
Starting point is 00:35:58 I was talking about how I, she didn't probably, Oh, here's my crazy thought. This is insane people. But they are still living in the same house. Now Ariana is still doing her show on Broadway. But what if both being sued, actually. You know God Heather. Not bring them together in a romantic way.
Starting point is 00:36:21 But brings them together as friends again, Ariana and Tom. Because now they have a united enemy and now they're like, what the hell? I mean, it's possible, it's not that crazy. It's not that crazy. Like it could be the unification that just at least brings healing or something.
Starting point is 00:36:43 Like listen, this, of, I don't know. The real enemy was her, you know, let's do what we need to do to continue with our careers and reputations and fight this together. And whatever it is, get our story together, I don't know. I will, I do, one last thing is that I do know that I know deep down she wishes that like Tom Schwartz, who was also knew well aware what was going on
Starting point is 00:37:05 and spent lots of time with her, I think she wished that they had come together and sort of like a favorite, who's she? Rachel. Rachel. Rachel. Rachel.
Starting point is 00:37:14 I wish they had done like a favorite nations, like look, we're coming together, we're not doing the show unless she does it too, she needs to be paid equally. Obviously Ariana's not gonna do that, but. Yeah, but still, that was still too raw for everybody to try to say that. They just were like, well, we just don't even want to deal. But that's why this is happening. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:37:28 You know, and I will like also say that like her having to be quiet, that's another cornerstone of Brava. Like when our, that's true. Why not when we hosted the Vanderpump Roles after show, because that was clearly just a flop. But people's couch was successful. And when they canceled that, they made us not tell anyone. Because they didn't want the, the people who were on the couch, Inter not want people complaining. And so we were like not allowed to say it was canceled for a year. And he was just like, just don't say anything yet.
Starting point is 00:38:07 Don't say anything yet. Don't say anything yet. Which also isn't fair, because you want the world to know that you guys are available for other shit. And that's same with her. Yeah. You know what I mean?
Starting point is 00:38:16 She didn't get to speak her truth, like you said. And then so now it's like she was waiting, she was holding it all for Bravo and for the show. Well, getting into the craziest weekend, Brittany of Brittany and Jack's also from Vanerpump now stars of the new show, The Valley. She announced on her podcast that they have been separated, that she is living in, I believe in Airbnb. I don't know that she got an actual lease, but living under a different house, in a different house with her son. And with their son, Jax has been kind of been like, no, we're fine. He was seen at the gym. We're gonna work it out.
Starting point is 00:40:26 They, TMZ stopped her and they're like, what about counseling? And she's like, I've tried to get him to go. Basically, this is what I think is going on. So obviously a lot of people thought it was fake to get people to watch the premiere of Valley, which is I think is coming out in a week. to get people to watch the premiere of Valley, which I think is coming out in a week.
Starting point is 00:40:47 I believe with good knowledge, no, this is real. And I don't think this is, and I think it's because we all just thought that Brittany would always put up with Jacks. I love him so much, he's my Jacks, you know. But we also have to say this is a 35 year old mom of a two year old. This is someone who's been with him for 10 years.
Starting point is 00:41:11 And sometimes you're just like, fuck it, I deserve better. And we don't know if it's infidelity or him just being not attentive and just being a dick and just not, and she's just like, I'm done with it. And so maybe moving out will be the thing that inspires him to actually get it together. But I think that's what she's hoping. I think she wants to see him crawling back, doing whatever it takes to get her back. And if he doesn't, I think she's like, I'm good. I think he will. I definitely think he will. I think he, I think he loves her. I think they're in love. I think they love each other, I definitely think this is temporary. I don't know if he has just one of those guys' egos
Starting point is 00:41:47 that's like, no, you don't understand what she said to me. Like, no, this is when you have to crawl back, Jax. Yeah, crawl back and be like, I will do whatever it takes. But maybe he's not because maybe they are at a place where it's just not jiving and it hasn't been for a while. I mean, marriage is hard. Throw a kid in it, be public, open a bar, all of that,
Starting point is 00:42:13 start a new show. Yeah. She's got her own thing going. He's gonna crawl back and she's gonna do it because not only do I think she's in love with him, I think she told Julie and I, and she's made it public, but she told us personally that she wants another baby soon. Now, LaLa's pregnant. Her ovaries are going to start throbbing, and she's definitely wants a baby with Jax, who wouldn't. So, I mean, Julie wants a baby with
Starting point is 00:42:35 Jax quite frankly. So, I will say that Brittany, I always say this, but when we did the Vanderpump Roles after show, it was her first year. They had just gotten together. And so we really bonded with her like, because we were all just like, isn't this fucking weird? And she's like, yeah, like, I was like taking pictures of my trailer
Starting point is 00:42:54 and they're putting it on Instagram. Like she's, I think that she's a lot like another ex we know named Scott. There are people in this world who are just, I'm not saying she can't be snarky and funny. No, but she really can't be. She's like literally every person I've ever met with the Vanderpump,
Starting point is 00:43:12 I go, how has no one had an issue with Britney? She's like. And literally nobody has in 10 years. She's one of those people that's so kind, like Scott where whatever, they would never bully someone, they would never be accused of that. And she is the catch of the century, like Scott where whatever they would never bully someone, they would never be accused of that. And she is the catch of the century like Scott.
Starting point is 00:43:29 And Jax knows that. She cooks and food, she's got her big old titties, she's super pretty, she had his son. Like you can't let that get away, you can't. He has to seriously change. Whatever's going on, whatever rut they got into, where I just feel it got to a place where he was not being sweet and not appreciative.
Starting point is 00:43:49 That's what I think is going on. Yeah, don't take me for granted. He better save this situation. Because I think she is ready to move on and she'll be just fine and she will find another guy if she wants that or she'll have a baby on her own if she wants that. I think she's her own personality.
Starting point is 00:44:05 I think she could even be a stronger, she's a strong woman like us. I think she can even be a stronger influencer on her own. Yeah. As a single mom who's like, I don't want, I think she, you know, I don't want to put up with that anymore. So he's got a small window to fucking get it going. I love them as a couple though.
Starting point is 00:44:23 And I love their love. And love and I'm glad that she, as a strong woman was like, you're not gonna take advantage of me, take me for granted, I'm gonna take our son and go off and then he and make him sit there in that house alone and be like, well, this sucks. But she has said over and over and I believe it,
Starting point is 00:44:42 it's not for the show. It's not for the show. She said, my mental health, I just couldn't take it. I didn't need it to get away and I need to live separately for a minute. Well, strong woman to strong woman, let's hope that it all works out for both of their- Nothing but love for both of them.
Starting point is 00:44:54 Speaking of strong woman, so Leah, Mick Sweeney, formerly of Real Housewives of New York has also filed a lawsuit against the production company and I think Bravo and she met, I don't know if she's suing Andy, but she mentions Andy in this lawsuit where she says, um, Andy would do coke with, um, allegedly would do coke with the Bravo talent before Watch What Happens Live. And those people are still on the shows and succeeding. And people like me who went sober
Starting point is 00:45:35 where I was encouraged to drink in this and that are no longer on the shows. So of course, we remember when Kathy Griffin had mentioned that. She was going after, Of course, we remember when Kathy Griffin had mentioned that. She was going after, now I don't remember the total purpose of events, but there was a Wendy Williams clip where she throws out Andy doing Coke.
Starting point is 00:45:56 That was after. After holding the head of Trump, the mask. She held the head of Trump. The mask of Trump. Yeah, and then they fired her off of New Year's Eve. Right. And Anderson Cooper never texted her, never called her, never spoke to her again,
Starting point is 00:46:13 because it was a Hollywood friendship. Yeah, really. And she had the ultimate stink on her, and she was like, what? And that was it for that. And then Andy replaced her. Yeah, and then Andy was walking at LAX and TMZ approached him about what do you,
Starting point is 00:46:29 how do you feel about Kathy Griffin? And he said, who's that? And then- I don't know her. Yeah, I don't know. He was doing the Mariah check. Yeah, I don't know her. And then she, you know, did that video,
Starting point is 00:46:39 which unfortunately- But she did another video where she had her short hair. She looked and sounded unhinged. And she had the blue dress from when she held, she put back the blue dress on from when she held the mask. And she's like, he offered me cocaine twice. And she said, before watch what happens live. Before watch what happens live.
Starting point is 00:46:57 He came in my dressing room and was like, do I want to, and she first thought it was a joke because I've known Kathy since I was at the groundlings. And I knew that she was one of those people that actually has never even tried alcohol. Just sometimes people based on for whatever reason, they literally don't, maybe she's never tried it, maybe she's tried it, but literally has never drank, not a part of her life.
Starting point is 00:47:18 So she thought it was a joke. And then when it happened again, she was like, oh, he doesn't know that I don't drink. And this was a real thing because it's happened now twice. So she throws it out there. At that point, she was very unpopular and also I think the same way people are feeling now. Even if that's true, which I doubt it's happening now, but even if it happened years ago, it's a late night talk show about housewives. And whether you do cocaine or not, I just don't think people care. happening now, but even if it happened years ago, it's a late night talk show about Housewives.
Starting point is 00:47:45 And whether you do cocaine or not, I just don't think people care. He's not a pilot. He's not a surgeon. He's not the president. I just kind of, he's not a priest. Like I just think kind of people are like, okay, whatever. But the Housewives have come out in droves
Starting point is 00:48:02 of doing posts in support of Andy. I mean, there was a time when he would post a lot of photos of baby Ben who's now like four, his son. And I said a joke like, oh my God, Housewives must be freaking out because you do like a post and all the Housewives, blah, blah, blah, blah, he's the cutest, you're the best guy, he's the cutest,
Starting point is 00:48:22 he's the chocolate eyes, dah, dah, dah. And then I was like, what about the housewife that like took a nap and woke up and picked up her phone and realized that he had posted four hours ago and she hasn't, I'm like, do they have Google alerts on like, I've got to be up there with Luanne and everybody to make sure that they know that he is the best dad that's ever.
Starting point is 00:48:40 So I feel like, yeah, and also people are like, hey, I've done Watcher Heavens Life twice. Once was 11 years ago, the other one was in August. No, I was not offered anything, except for the cocktail of your choice. That's it. I can say for everyone coming out being like, Gertie and whoever being like,
Starting point is 00:48:57 he's never, Lisa Vanderpump, I'm like this. And we've done the show like five times or something and I'm like this. Well, I guess we're not cool. Yeah, I'm offended. I'm straight up offended. I'm straight this, and we've done the show like five times or something and I'm like this, well, I guess we're not cool. I'm straight up offended and I wouldn't be bragging that you didn't get any offer to you because that means you're not cool. Actually, he probably knew well aware Kathy Griffin didn't drink and he wanted to include her
Starting point is 00:49:18 and make her feel cool and you can do blow and not drink. It's not easy, I wouldn't recommend it, but you can. And to that thing, it's not easy, I wouldn't recommend it. But it's, you can. And you know, and to that thing, it was kind of, it was her defending herself. I mean, she had so much- Kathy. She didn't need that, yeah. She didn't need that, cause like you're saying, it's like-
Starting point is 00:49:37 Well, Kathy did what I remember happened. She first was like, I'm sorry, I didn't realize that this was a triggering photo for many reasons other than me just mocking a guy I don't like. Okay. I thought that was great. But then when she started to get so much hate and felt it was coming from the top is when then she went and sort of doubled down and was, you know, and then that didn't help her situation. Then she's like, I've lost everything, but then she also went on a world tour and did just fine. And now she's back.
Starting point is 00:50:14 I want to tell you one person who didn't abandon her during that time. Was it you? Yeah, yeah. I called my agent and I'm like, what is this? He represented her too. He said, I'll tell you right now, she kind of decided to do this out of her own
Starting point is 00:50:31 with a photographer. There was no publicist organizing it. This is what he told me. He sensed a loss left for the agency. So I don't even know where he is. And I go, okay, I can see how that can happen. I can see how she thought this was gonna be so well received and everyone would love it.
Starting point is 00:50:48 It would be a big splash for her and it wasn't. So because it was such a triggering photo and all of that, whether you like him or not, it was not a good idea. So that was a big bomb of a joke. We've all had a bomb of a joke where we thought it or a prank that we think is gonna be so amazing and it didn't go well.
Starting point is 00:51:02 And that was that. I reached out to her, I emailed her both times. Once when she went after Bravo saying like these executives and all this other stuff. And I was like, come on Juicy Scoop, or we don't have to talk about anything and just come on, let's just like be funny and let people remember how hilarious you are.
Starting point is 00:51:20 Cause at that time, not everyone had a podcast and she didn't, well, I don't think she has one now, but probably will tomorrow. But I reached out and I continually reached out to her over the years in which she said, oh, I don't, no, no, no, or ignore. So I'm just saying, I didn't feel, I don't abandon people when they have stink on them.
Starting point is 00:51:42 Well, let me ask you guys, if that happened today. Yes. That exact thing. And maybe not her. Because she's not as popular as she was then. Well, she's coming back and she's doing great. OK, good. But if that, just let's say someone is,
Starting point is 00:51:54 because she was wildly popular. And I mean, we were huge fans and still are. But if somebody who's doing well, and they're liberal like she was, Andy Cohen and Anderson Cooper are liberal Democrats. If they did that exact thing, do you think they would be as like ostracized or do you think a lot more people would just be like,
Starting point is 00:52:17 I'm standing by, I don't care. In 2024, because when was that? That was like, that was 2019 or 2018? Or 2017 maybe. I wanted to have her on because I wanted her to have those moments like I'm asking Mark Cald, really explain what you thought.
Starting point is 00:52:36 Then when you realized why it got such a horrible reaction because it's triggering to people who maybe this happened to their child or a soldier or a hostage, whatever, and they didn't see it as a mask. They thought it as something else. Like what, let's talk about it so that people see the human authentic side of you. And then it was just a fucking joke
Starting point is 00:52:55 that just did not go over and you did not think it through because you had such hatred for this person. You thought the whole world did. And they didn't. No. And they didn't. And that's that, like okay. And they didn't. No. And they didn't, and that's that. Like, okay.
Starting point is 00:53:06 And they also like, I think that people, I think people would still, I think the level of weaponizing our mental health and triggering and violence and everything we've all been through for the last, and particularly being in a war right now, or two of them, I think people would, it wouldn't be so much Trump, it would be the violence of it. And I think that people would, would,
Starting point is 00:53:35 react to the violent nature of it. Because people were making, have been making fun of him and imitating him for years and years and years. And even people who love him can appreciate a great impression. Right. So it's like, right, it was just not a great,
Starting point is 00:53:50 and I remember reading about it all, and even what I remember, which does not mean 100% correct people, is I remember something like the photographer was like, are you sure? And he claimed that she was like, I'm ready for this to make like this is going to be a huge split. Because she would do a lot of PR things. She was like a stunt
Starting point is 00:54:09 queen. There was a time where she'd show up in a bikini. Right. And everyone's like, Oh my God, I know she had such a paging body. She does. You know, like things like that. Like she would do when their tabloids were big, she would do a lot of tabloid shoots and make fun of the fact that she was on the D-list, why it was a great show. And when she got her show on Bravo, which was like a late night show before Watch What Happens Live, or it was only Watch What Happens Live, it was only once a week or something, she said, I thought Annie was my friend and my boss.
Starting point is 00:54:34 I didn't know he wanted to be me. Yeah, she said that in the video. And so she felt that that was... Now, we... Listen, there's a lot that goes into how shows get chosen and picked and everything and it's usually not one or two people who decide so you know I don't think Annie's done anything wrong and the show has gone for years and he's never shown up whacked out or anything he's always done his job so I think that we have to see you know sure some people have a better night than
Starting point is 00:55:02 others you've how many episodes he's 10,000. I don't even know So it's like yeah, okay, but I do think weaponizing again. I use that word Like like whether it's Liam I I don't appreciate I'm not here for Pointing out exploiting and revealing somebody who uses drugs. I don't think whether it's recreationally or whatever You were down for the cause, you did what you did, you're down, you're down, you're down until something happens to you and now he's a cokehead. I'm not really here for that.
Starting point is 00:55:32 Yeah, you can say that there's a power dynamic and that he's in charge of you being hired or cast and that made you sort of, that everybody's vying, it's a power dynamic. That's all true, but yeah, now you're gonna bring up something done in private. Like, that's just like revealing text messages. Which is also all.
Starting point is 00:55:52 Well, yeah, what are fans that are not on Lea's side, which is basically everybody, but I think a few housewives that have also been fired. Even, who's the girl, Jen Lyons? She first liked it, and then she unliked it. Well, we'll have that. And no one knows what the, you know. Jen Lyons is the new housewife who everyone adores,
Starting point is 00:56:12 who's the out lesbian, who is the girl that sold a J crew or whatever. Well, no one understands how liking is violence, the way you and I do. Because wow, you can really lose everything because you hit like on something. And she might've just been like that. Rolling by, you can really lose everything because you hit like on something. And she might've just been like that. Rollin' by.
Starting point is 00:56:27 You're just quickly rolling by, pressing like, so people, and then you're like, great. But Brandy said on her podcast, Brandy Clanville, that Jen Lyons liked it, and she said, I, she believes she's not coming back. Well she also didn't go to BravoCon. And then was blatantly on a red carpet, like, oh, I was at home staring at the wall.
Starting point is 00:56:48 That's what I was doing, and I didn't miss anything. So what the fans want us to remember, and this is from reality blurb, a couple things, is that she had an incident with the New York Police Department, Leah, years ago, and which she said that she was, you know, mishandled in a situation. And therefore sued for two million and they settled, I think for 750 or something like that. So that's where she started her sweats that say, married to the mom.
Starting point is 00:57:23 Now, I again, I don't know what the price tag is on this lawsuit. I'm thinking they're gonna hope to just go behind doors and she's gonna get another check to start a Spanx line or something. Anyway, but the other thing is they pulled up when she was on with Tamron Hall with her mother and I watched the clip to as a guest. And it was when her book came out,
Starting point is 00:57:46 probably just after season one, which now she is sober. So she was sober many years before. She said, I started to drink right before I did the interview process, but I thought I had it under control. She gets on the show, she continues to drink all the episodes. She's throwing tinky torches, dancing naked, throwing an oyster or a ravioli
Starting point is 00:58:05 in Ramona's face, and people are liking her for it. Then she goes, I'm gonna get sober and I'm gonna convert to Judaism. So she's also saying in the lawsuit that because she's a Jew, she was discriminated against somewhere where there wasn't, they sort of converted. Or something, I don't, so I didn't read it all, so I'm just saying what I've just gathered all the bits.
Starting point is 00:58:27 So in that she says, the show was really great for me. The show was so great for me, it got me to see my behavior and thus become sober. So in the lawsuit, she's saying, the show wasn't supportive of me being sober. They wanted me to be a drunk. And when I stopped being a drunk, they didn't hire me back, which isn't true. She went on Ultimate Girls Trip. She just got sick and was like in the hospital, but she wasn't
Starting point is 00:58:53 drinking, but she wasn't funny either, but she was sick and that was unfortunate. And then they rethought the show and they were supposedly supposed to include Leah in the new cast, but I think because of the poor performance there and also they probably just thought you know what? Let's just start these girls fresh as their own thing and I don't really think it was a disc to Leah I think it was just like let's just keep it really fresh. She doesn't it's not a huge She doesn't have a huge legacy. She's not a legacy for whatever and then she felt oh now you're linked hanging me out to dry To start only fans guess what?
Starting point is 00:59:27 I'm gonna sue well then she, I guess she's gonna- That's some people's opinion. And then I guess she'll sue only fans when that doesn't work out because it didn't, I'm not here for her bullshit. I think that she's, she, systematically and even, I didn't even know, but the police thing, it's just that just shows the behavior.
Starting point is 00:59:42 We're gonna go, we're gonna do, we're gonna blame, we're gonna, we're gonna cry, we're gonna, I'm sober, I'm not because of this, because of this. Like look in the mirror, bitch, look in the mirror. Like at some point we have to take responsibility for ourselves, we have to. And I'm not saying that Bravo and these shows and they don't drive you to drink.
Starting point is 00:59:58 And drive you to be crazy. Or drive you to be crazy. They definitely put out that they were gonna put her on the reboot and let all the, and then took the temperature of the fans. And when the fans were like, what? Not into it that they were gonna put her on the reboot and let all the, and then took the temperature of the fans. And when the fans were like, what? Not into it, they were like, nah, we're gonna keep it this cast.
Starting point is 01:00:11 And she's sitting there like, why did you put out this rumor, make me wait around? And then when the fans responded, cause I was such a flop and a dud on Girl Stripe. I mean, I don't care if she was in the hospital. She sucked before she went to the hospital on Girl Stripe. I was like, get her out of Thailand.
Starting point is 01:00:24 But Bravo certainly went on and was like, oh yeah, maybe we're gonna put Liam McSweeney in and then the fans revolted and then they dropped her the way they always do. Which is horrific. And I don't, so I'm not like coming for somebody's how you react to and when you're an addict, your reaction to things is generally to drink
Starting point is 01:00:43 or do drugs or whatever, cause that's your comfort. That's why you're doing that for the most part. The thing- So I get all that. But she's- Yeah. She's- So Brandy posted something or commented said, Yes, we are not disposable. Yes, you are. Yeah, unfortunately.
Starting point is 01:00:59 My mother always said everybody's replaceable. Yeah. Honestly, disposable, we don't want to dispose of it,'s replaceable. Not honestly disposable, we don't want to dispose, but replaceable. There's over 100 housewives, because we remember Peggy from OC was 100 housewives. So Peggy is over Peggy. There's like 145 now, or 150 housewives.
Starting point is 01:01:20 Wow. You're not one of many. You're one of many, many. Now some pop and everything, but you are one of many, many. Now some pop and everything, but you are one of many, many, many, many. Like TV shows, TV shows, you have a TV show, it gets canceled, and it's horrible.
Starting point is 01:01:32 Welcome to Hollywood, ladies. It's still Hollywood. But we're all replaceable and disposable. So meanwhile, Bethany now has decided, I have now decided to cancel my podcast, one of two or three that she has on, um, about Rewives where she would get people, celebrities come watch an old archive episode and pick it apart and nobody listened. Nobody believed it was on. And now she's saying,
Starting point is 01:01:56 because I'm such a moral compass, even though I had this going for 18 months and made money off of it, even though I was telling everybody reality reckoning, why wouldn't you have canceled it yourself when the reality reckoning started why wouldn't you have canceled it yourself when the reality reckoning started, when you had Neenie, when you had these people on your show? Because I believe in my brain, it wasn't her that decided to cancel it. No one was listening, no one was getting as,
Starting point is 01:02:18 and it was a waste of her time, and it was probably a mutual goodbye. A mutual goodbye, which means, yeah. Well, if it's a mutual goodbye, a mutual goodbye, which means, well, if it's a mutual goodbye, then that's, that's uncancelling yourself though. Well, that's true. It's saying the show is not gonna go anymore. And then you being like, I'm gonna say I'm canceling
Starting point is 01:02:35 because I'm the moral compass. And I don't wanna talk about Housewives anymore. Otherwise you would have canceled it yourself. A long time ago, you would have gotten it right. This doesn't make sense. When she was sitting there with you know Andy and he was grilling her being like you're doing to do a podcast about housewives when all you've done I'm she's been shitting on housewives not just the last year for like four years Well, is it possible that she did that because she was trying to do like a like I'm just saying is it possible that she was in that housewives?
Starting point is 01:02:59 World mining like the Neenies the she seems to be dealing with the people in the housewives who were not happy. But she was literally doing a show that was taking classic episodes from the past and picking them up power and mocking the women who were being taken advantage. All those women were not getting residuals. All those women were not getting health insurance. But she was selling ads on a show talking about these women
Starting point is 01:03:23 saying it's a toxic environment. She's a hypocrite. That's okay. Moving on. health insurance, but she was selling ads on a show talking about these women saying we should, it's a toxic environment. She's a hypocrite. That's okay. Moving on. I have to talk about this story. Miley Cyrus has spoken or confronted her mom supposedly. Tish Cyrus, met a guy named Dominic. He's 54. They got married. We're just finding out now that this 54-year-old was dating her younger daughter, Miley's younger sister, Noah, who was 24. They had a full-blown relationship, a friends with benefits situation, and then Trish met Dominic after he was boating her 24-year-old daughter. They fell in love, got married. Noah, the daughter, and her other son didn't attend the
Starting point is 01:04:05 wedding. Miley threw the wedding, walked her mom down the aisle, and now is just finding out with everybody else that a younger sister was boning the stepdad before the mom got in on it. Now that's the guy from Prison Break. The older. Oh, he's an actor. Yeah, he was in prison break with Wentworth Miller. He was the older one. Super sexy guy. I'm not quite sure why he's fucking his way through Miley Cyrus' family. I do think her mom is really pretty
Starting point is 01:04:37 and I really do like Miley Cyrus' mom. They're in love and they're in love and I guess she was just like, sorry, this was a one time thing. And you know what this was a storyline? Remember the movie with Jack Nicholson and they shared the big hamptons house? And it was her, Jack Nicholson had a sugar baby
Starting point is 01:04:58 and it was her daughter Diane Keaton. It's Diane Keaton. And then Diane Keaton and Jack Nicholson. And then Jack's, I think it's a man, I think it's a man. But remember that's how she meets him. I think it's Mandy Moore. Is it, is it? Something's gotta give?
Starting point is 01:05:10 No, a man, I know it was Amanda. Jack Nicholson, oh Jack Nicholson, right. Jack Nicholson. Amanda who? It's complicated? No, something's gotta give. That's what I think it is. Something's gotta give.
Starting point is 01:05:21 No, it's not, I don't know what it was. Anyway, she has the Hamptons house and everybody's like, that's the house I want. And, and... Is it Amanda Siegfried? I swear to God, it's Mandy Moore. It's somebody brunette named Amanda. Anyway, so the daughter comes to bring her boyfriend
Starting point is 01:05:38 and it's this old boyfriend named, who's Jack Nicholson. And they, we don't know if they fucked her now, but they're dating. And then she leaves and then, Diane Keaton starts to date him. And then Diane Keaton goes to the hospital and fall, or takes him to the hospital and falls in love with Keanu Reeves, who's a doctor,
Starting point is 01:06:00 who's like 25 years younger than Diane Keaton, but wants Diane Keaton. Of course. It's a movie. Yes, it is. I think it's something's gotta give. Oprah has finally come clean, and she's been on the semi-glutide for years.
Starting point is 01:06:16 No! Yes. Wow! She has been on the Osempic Wagoli, not just six months, for years. And so she is giving all of her profits from her 10% shares of Weight Watchers to an African-American cultural center.
Starting point is 01:06:36 So she admitted it? Yes. We just on our Patreon did the row. And she's stepping down, she's still gonna be a part of Weight Loss, stepping down. Listen, I knew Oprah would give up a billion dollars. I wrote you. I go, Oprah would give up a billion dollars to be thin.
Starting point is 01:06:53 Yeah, anyone would. Yeah. But I mean, we just did on our Patreon, the wrong side of the takes, and mine was like, when is Oprah gonna admit she's on Fackingo's Epic? I mean, let's just bring back the sayings that we grew up with.
Starting point is 01:07:05 Nothing tastes as good as thin feels. Well, our girl Heather Gay is chiming in and she has been interviewed and she's like, I'm on it and body positivity, I became everyone liked me because I was the one housewife that was a little bigger than the rest. But let me tell you, since I've gotten thin and hot, society treats me better, people treat me better,
Starting point is 01:07:29 some people are jealous. But she was like, I was done going to a party where all my friends were 20 pounds thinner and I wasn't. I'm like, give me that fucking shot. And she's like, she's telling it like it is. She's like, it's better to be thin and healthy. And she's saying it and people are probably gonna get angry with her and they're probably gonna say
Starting point is 01:07:49 she's taking it from diabetics and whatever, but this is what's going on people. Well, the weight loss, the ozempic, the weight loss on business has now exploded. So, wagovie, semi-glutide, ozempic, whatever. It's not wing, chicken. It's not just. It's not texting Teddy Mellencamp.
Starting point is 01:08:06 Well, and it's also not just saved for diabetics anymore. The business of weight loss drugs is now a thing. So now I can go, and I'm not saying I won't. You can go to any wellness center and get some version of it right now. Not through your insurance, if you can afford it. And there's versions of it that are not as expensive as it was a year ago.
Starting point is 01:08:23 And if you want to try it, you can. It's not taking away from anyone else is the point. So you can still be a diabetic and get your stuff. And also in addition to helping people who have probably some a severe addiction to food, emotional attachment to food, it also has been proven to help with addiction to alcohol, of people who smoking, soda, I mean, it's becoming like,
Starting point is 01:08:48 it's not just for diabetics. I mean, I'm not even fucking here for that anymore. Like obviously it is can be for that. It is originally for that, but it is people are prescribing it for many different things now. And I don't think we should take away from addiction to food is a real thing and being overweight
Starting point is 01:09:04 can be most really dangerous. And I wanna say, get ready people. Some of your favorite celebrities and favorite fatter friends may no longer be that. They just may not. And it's not fair for you to be mad at somebody if they change their appearance. If they're happy, they're happy.
Starting point is 01:09:24 And she's calling people out. She's calling people out saying that they didn't like it or they did treat her better when she, now that she looks like this. So I love the honesty. Yeah, and she feels better. And she also- I love the honesty, but some people are not gonna like that.
Starting point is 01:09:38 This was on the show. This is the honesty. I told you about on Hulu, that it's like these little dots, what is it called? Like Nightline or it's all these little dots. Impact. Impact. Impact 2020. That was what this is. Oh, yeah, I know. And you know what? I spent an hour with these producers on the phone
Starting point is 01:09:54 saying that they were going to use me for that show. Oh. Gave them all the information. Gave them all the info. The girl's typing away. And I go, okay, when would you like to interview me? Um, oh, we'll get back to you. I'm like, listen, listen, impact. Next time you want to talk to me, don't call me and then give me, and
Starting point is 01:10:12 we give you all of my insight, all the different layers. Right. And she was like, Oh, I never thought of that. Oh, I never thought of that. Oh, I never. Yeah. And then not use me for your thing. So call Heather's agent.
Starting point is 01:10:24 I'm glad you use Heather Gay. Send it to Darryl. I'm glad you use the other Heather gay who has a lot to say remember you sent me this photo should night. This is Shania Twain you guys. That's not Griselda go to her Instagram. She has blonde, blonde, pinky hair and she goes change my hair. Don't care. And everyone's like you change a lot more than that lips faceips, face, ozempic. It's the eyes, you guys. She got her eyes done. That's why she looks so different.
Starting point is 01:10:49 She got her lips done too. Well, all that. Yeah, but I think it's really the eyes are where you don't see Shania anymore in the face. This is what I always tell you when we talk about like heavy eyelids, which I have and want to get done. It's like that Renee Zelliger thing, you do it it and then it's all of a sudden it's like, wait, who's that?
Starting point is 01:11:07 Because a lot of times people like- When you change your eyes shape, that's more than a nose, that's more than Botox, that's more than an eyebrow shape. When you change the shape of the eye through the eyelid, sometimes it can be very simple and you just look more alert and then other times it can really change your look.
Starting point is 01:11:25 Like Kenny Rogers. Yeah. That was a nice one. That was a nice one. Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, we had the first reunion. And there is an amazing part in it coming up on Wednesday where Kyle is like, I've done everything on this show.
Starting point is 01:11:47 I've had siblings on it. My daughter was like two and now she's 16. And she says to Sutton, you bought a horse and got a dating coach, enough. Don't, cause they're like, you didn't share enough. You didn't tell us. And she's like, I'm sorry, Doree. Like am I supposed to tell you what's going on in my bedroom?
Starting point is 01:12:04 How much more do I have to give you? And I really appreciate a call for that. I think she's shared so much. I also want to say what I've also said, when someone doesn't really have a storyline, but they're kind of a fun rich personality, that's also not their fault. That all we see is them buying a horse
Starting point is 01:12:23 and going on fake dates. I thought Dore read had less going on than Sutton. Yeah, I mean Dariit didn't even have I can't even think of one thing So then I want to say this so you know Camille's been trying to get on the show and she gets mad and she posts I don't understand why Dariit is going in on Kyle except for the fact that Doreet hasn't had a storyline since her first two seasons. She's been milking her PTSD story for two seasons and it's boring. I survived an awful public divorce, cancer. That way to go Camille. My house was destroyed by the largest fire
Starting point is 01:12:55 in Malibu's history and my mom dying of cancer. And all I get from watching her is PTSD from two years ago. I'm not diminishing what she went through. It was awful, but come on. The thing about you- Sounds like you'm not diminishing what she went through. It was awful, but come on. The thing about you're not diminishing what she went through. But come on, just give me a break. This whole storyline thing and people getting mad, like I had a worse life than you.
Starting point is 01:13:16 I'm sorry that my husband didn't cheat. I'm sorry he wasn't seen with a transgender woman. I'm sorry that I didn't throw a leg across. Like, I got hired for the show. I'm being authentic. If all I did was buy a horse, my kids can't be on it. They knew that when I hired them about Sutton. Only the one that's now a routine can be featured.
Starting point is 01:13:39 The husband doesn't want to be on it. The ex-husband, she, you know. Yeah. But that goes back to what you said. That's why you got, but then also she shouldn't be going after Kyle being like, you should've told more. It's fine to be on at the X-Husband Sheet, you know? Yeah. But that goes back to what you said. That's why you got, but then also she shouldn't be going after Kyle being like, you should have told more. It's fine to be like, that's all I got going on. I'm a rich lady and I don't have a lot going on.
Starting point is 01:13:53 And you know, there you go. To me, that goes back to what we were talking about earlier about the getting paid. That's all behind the scenes, fourth wall, getting paid shit. It always happened with Nini and them because Nini would refuse to film and they were always mad because they're like, you're not getting married, you're not getting married, you're not getting married, you're not getting married, you're not getting married, you're not getting married, you're not getting married,
Starting point is 01:14:06 you're not getting married, you're not getting married, you're not getting married, you're not getting married, you're not getting married, you're not getting married, you're not getting married, you're not getting married,
Starting point is 01:14:13 you're not getting married, you're not getting married, you're not getting married, you're not getting married, you're not getting married, you're not getting married, you're not getting married, you're not getting married,
Starting point is 01:14:20 you're not getting married, you're not getting married, you're not getting married, you're not getting married, you're not getting married, you're not getting married, you're not getting married, you're not getting married, you're Because these people, they do, they systematically build up, they get married, then they have a baby, then they get divorced, and then they get a new boyfriend.
Starting point is 01:14:30 You know what I mean? They keep dismantling their lives. Those people who do that should be paid more. And the people who are just there like, I'm just here being funny, I'm keeping my life the way it is, maybe they're paid less and they stay on the show. But also, it's not their fault
Starting point is 01:14:43 if they don't have tragedy happening. No, and they shouldn't force it. I mean, my God, you don's not their fault if they don't have tragedy happening. No, and they shouldn't force it. I mean, my God, if you don't have tragedy happening, you don't have tragedy happening. Jesus Christ. Right. But you also can't, Camille, come on, Camille. I mean, I'm sorry that somebody came and sorry
Starting point is 01:14:56 that allegedly my husband arranged for a house to get robbed and that he didn't realize I was going to be home and that there were men in there and actually did put a gun to my head. And now I'm traumatized and now all he wants to do is complain that like all I do is complain about it. Cause when you have a gun to your head, yeah, you're gonna have some PSD
Starting point is 01:15:11 and it's gonna last a couple of years. But now Camille's talking about my mom had cancer, my Malibu has to burn down, but I didn't have, oh, it's so boring that you're still talking about the gun to your head? Like, what are you talking about? What are you actually talking about? So according to the second season of Buying Beverly Hills on Netflix, to your head? Like, what are you talking about? What are you actually talking about?
Starting point is 01:15:25 So according to the second season of Buying Beverly Hills on Netflix, which is about Mauricio Kyle's estranged husband or separate husband and the daughters running the agency in Beverly Hills, they capture them talking about it with the daughters in Aspen, the Netflix cameras do. And now Bravo fans, which I'm like, what Bravo fan doesn't have Netflix?
Starting point is 01:15:47 Relax, you can watch this too. Are kind of like, why did they get it? And she's like, well, they, cameras happen to be doing that show when we talked about it. And the point is, listen, if you want to watch more about the device of their marriage, you're gonna have to pop over to Netflix and watch it there. And watch one of their 50 shows they have,
Starting point is 01:16:08 or go to one of their 120 real estate offices and maybe just ask them. Like the level at this point that they are all over TV, all over real estate, like it's go anywhere. So deal with it. Yeah. So a little follow up on Wendy Williams, which is very sad and this is her show
Starting point is 01:16:29 and we're all talking about it. We see this guy who was her former jeweler who seemed to care about her, but then he became her manager because they're trying to launch the podcast of the third documentary that we see where it gets revealed that she has some stage of dementia, alcoholism.
Starting point is 01:16:47 He has stepped out. He's no longer the manager. The PR girl is no longer there. But there's this other really interesting thing happening. So the same producers, this is from February 21st. It's gotten really no buzz. So this is some juicy scoop, but I don't have any exclusivity on it.
Starting point is 01:17:04 It's from the post. This top executive at Sherry was found dead in a very suspicious way. And the show Sherry. Now the show Sherry is in the same building as Wendy with the same production company. The same studio. Yes. And the rent hadn't been paid for like two years on the studio. Several million dollars and this guy was in charge of it. Also, people were many, many weeks behind in their pays that worked there and this guy was in charge of it.
Starting point is 01:17:39 Wow. And they were starting to investigate that and then he died Whoa, but they think maybe it was You know could have been self-inflicted death whatever As someone that's doing a scam and it's catching up with them and you know the world comes crashing down but with all that's going on with the deception of Wendy's thing.
Starting point is 01:18:06 And a lot of people are like, how did this even happen that Wendy got a guardianship from some judge in New York? Well, you could do that, it's based on states. And so Wells Fargo thinking that too much money was coming out of her account. They got somebody who was gonna be the guardian for her. And I just saw another article that said there's a relationship between the judge and the guardian.
Starting point is 01:18:28 Right, that the judge has been getting like, he's a big donor or something. Yeah, donors. It's the guardian as a donor. Yeah. And I mean, so please, like let's find out what the fuck is happening here. And I do feel like a safe place with her family.
Starting point is 01:18:45 A lot of these executives from Wendy Williams stayed at Sherry. Right. It's like the same show. It was the same production company. And they did try to get her to come back all those times and then went with Sherry. And Sherry's doing a great job,
Starting point is 01:19:00 and but there was some, there were people were late in their payments. Wow. And they're still behind were late in their payments. And they're still behind in their getting their money. This all needs to be, I mean, when do you is now going to be, I mean, the documentary, I didn't watch it, I don't think we're going to, which just like a bit too intense.
Starting point is 01:19:18 And we were huge fans, we went and saw her. We know people that work on the show. I feel like the one good thing, even though that documentary felt really, you know, exploitative and is that it? Is it exploit? Exploitative? Yeah.
Starting point is 01:19:32 Is that a word? Exploited it. No, don't ask me. Exploitive, exploitative? It felt like, you know, obviously ick and they shouldn't have done it. At the same time, now I think people will be paying attention the way paying attention to who's taking advantage of her what the deal is with the guardianship You know what control does she have that she's actually being cared for by not?
Starting point is 01:19:55 grifters yeah, so that's like the good thing is that every time you know It's all court dates like Britney Spears so every time the court dates come up Yeah, people will be paying attention because Wendy Williams have huge, huge fans.
