And I probably have another one.
They say there's a young woman, a young racist in Atlanta.
She's a racist.
And they say, I guess, they say that she was after a certain gang,
and she ended up having an affair with the head of the gang
or a gang member.
And this is a person that wants to indict me.
She's got a lot of problems, but she
wants to indict me to try and run for some other office.
What's going on in this country is, by the way,
once you indict me for a perfect phone call,
this was even better than my perfect call with Ukraine.
Remember that call? That was a perfect call. This one's better.
This one is more perfect.
That was Donald Trump attacking Fulton County District Attorney,
Fulton County, in August.
One of Donald Trump's lines of attack is to say that
Fulton County District Attorney Fawni Willis is coordinating efforts with special counsel Jack Smith. He says
that baselessly, but Donald Trump has tried to set a trap to both delay the Washington DC case and the
Fulton County Georgia criminal Rico case and try to demonstrate to the public
that Fulton County District Attorney Fony Willis and special counsel, Jack Smith, are working
together by demanding in a court filing that they work together. Yes, you heard that right.
Donald Trump's demanding in a court filing in the Georgia Rico case, that Fulton County
District Attorney Fony Willis reach out to special counsel, Jack Smith.
Why?
So Donald Trump can then wine play the victim.
And so you see what's happening.
They're all coordinating against me.
He's also trying to delay both proceedings
because Fulton County District Attorney Fony Willis.
And of last week requested an August 5, 2024 trial date
after Judge Eileen Cannon, the federal judge in the Southern
District of Florida refused to move her trial date of May 20, 2024, but reserve the
ability to hold a schedule in conference on March 1 of 2024.
This has been my cells from the Midas Touch Network where facts actually matter.
So let me show you right now what Donald Trump's lawyers
have requested in their most recent filing.
We'll pull it up right here.
And if we go to this filing, it's styled as motion
to obtain access to relevant discovery material
in the district of Columbia, federal criminal case
and request for a hearing.
One of the things Donald Trump's lawyers complain
about and we'll go in more detail is they say we believe there's relevant information
and special counsel Jack Smith's investigation, the FBI investigation there and the discovery
there. So Donald Trump's lawyers contrived and you'll see how contrived it is. They sent
emails to each other. So Trump's lawyer in Georgia, the Steve say now sent a lawyer to
Donald Trump's lawyer in Washington, DC, John Lawrence and Mr. Lawyer, Mr. Lawyer, we hear by
our requesting the discovery and then Laura responded and obviously this was all coordinated.
Unfortunately, while we would like to provide you this information, there's a protective order
prohibiting us to provide this information with you. But if you get permission from the court, we will be able to provide it with you. Obviously,
they coordinated that. That didn't just come out of thin air. So what is Donald Trump's
lawyer in Fulton County asking for? Here it is right here, that the DA's office, that
Fulton County District Attorney Fonywillis, the DA's office, contact the SEO, the special counsel's office, to
determine if the SEO, the special counsel's office, will disclose the letters and lists
to the DA. Now that a protective order has been entered in our case, you'll recall that
a protective order has been entered in Fulton County after some of the proffer session
videos leaked to the public.
There was an emergency hearing last week.
And now there's a protective order that's been entered in Fulton County, Georgia.
So here what Donald Trump's lawyers are asking for is for Fony Willis to contact
Special Counsel Jack Smith to determine if special counsel Jack Smith will agree to
share the information.
Now, what do you think Donald Trump's going to do the moment that takes place?
He's going to go like the horrific speech that he gave where he lied and said that
Fony will is having affairs with gang members.
I mean, such despicable things to just say and to defame a person about it's beyond the
pal.
But Donald Trump's going to say, see, look, they're coordinating.
They're talking to each other. They're talking to each other.
They're working with each other.
And he's going to use that as a way to try to blow up both of the trials and say that there's
something untoward going on there while asking for that exact arrangement to take place.
What else is Donald Trump asking for here?
He says that this court, that judge McAfee in the Fulton County, Georgia criminal case, contact the district court, Judge Tanya Chutkin in Washington, DC,
to determine if suitable arrangements can be made
to disclose the letters and lists to this court
for disclosure to the DA's office and Donald Trump's
undersigned defense counsel in three,
that this court authorized Trump to issue
Sipina Duce's techam,am documents subpoenas to the special counsel's
office and DC counsel for the letters and lists. When we're
talking about letters and lists, what's that in reference to?
That is every time special counsel, Jack Smith has made a discovery
production providing these documents to Donald Trump, which are
in the millions of documents, special counsel, providing these documents to Donald Trump, which are in the millions
of documents.
Special counsel, Jack Smith sends a letter and then the letter has an attachment, which is
a list of all of the documents that are subject to the document production.
And special counsel, Jack Smith has sent terabytes of information in the Washington, DC
case to Trump's lawyers there, John Loro and others.

So here what the Fulton County lawyers for Donald Trump are in the defense council.
Steve say that was we don't want the discovery yet is what say I was saying.
But what we'd really like to have is just the letters and the lists so we can determine
if these are the types of documents that we should request.
Now, Donald Trump's lawyers already know that they want those documents.
They're going to request those documents.
It's obvious what those documents are.
You don't need to have them revealed to you to realize that they involve exact to what
special counsel Jack Smith said in other filings.
They involve the investigation into Donald Trump's attempt to overthrow the
results of the 2020 election. That's precisely what the case is about in Washington, D.C. So what
Trump's lawyers trying to do in Fulton County, knowing that there's millions of documents in the
Washington, D.C. case is make that discovery subject to the Georgia case. So then Donald Trump's
lawyer in Georgia can say, well, now we have to look through millions
of documents and the discoveries so complex.
So therefore we need to kick this case out, the Fulton County case out to 2025, because
it's such an overwhelming amount of documents.
And by trying to do this in these tiered steps, this is all just a delay tactic to get
to that conclusion.
And also has the additional effect that Fulton County
district attorney, Fawni Willis, that what they're trying to act like Fulton County district
attorney, Fawni Willis is doing is they then want to say, look, you see Fulton County district
attorney, Fawni Willis is talking to special counsel Jack Smith. Well, you're requesting that
that take place here. You want a process where the Fulton County's office reaches out to the special counsel. It says it right here. That's why it was so important
that I wanted to read to you the filing. So you see the DA's office contact the special counsel's
office. That's what they are asking for. If we look through the broader motion to obtain access
to the relevant discovery materials in the District of Columbia Federal Criminal case,
materials in the District of Columbia Federal Criminal case. Here, what Trump's lawyers are overall just trying to do is intertwine both cases and try to delay both cases through this
tactic. Let me just show you the emails that were sent. Just so you see how contrived these
emails are, this was an email from Steve Sadeau, Trump's lawyer in Georgia, two Trump's lawyers
in DC, John Loro,
and Todd Blanche.
It's like, come on, this isn't just some random email they coordinate in this, in my opinion.
As you know, I am lead counsel for Trump in the Fulton County, Georgia Rico case.
Having reviewed the discovery received from Fulton County District Attorney's office,
the prosecution in my case, it is clear that relevant material, including FBI reports of investigation 302 reports and federal grand jury transcripts related
to reasonably foreseeable witnesses, comment to both of our cases is missing.
Therefore, we want you to turn it over.
I'm summarizing it, but you get the point.
And there's a response from John Loro, who says, dear Mr. Sadow, we're in receipt of your
email dated November 7, 2023,
requesting information relative, you may relevant relative to the federal case,
we are handling for Trump.
Please understand that despite our opposition,
the court entered a protective order that appears to restrict our ability to share
information with others, including Trump's counsel and other cases.
As such, we are not able to share information designated by the prosecutors as sensitive. Unfortunately, we believe that the
information you have requested may be covered by the order. In this case, and therefore,
we cannot share with you. If you need any further information, please let us know. So they
kind of set that up and then say, now, did the motion before judge McAfee. Now there's a big hearing taking place on December
1st before Judge McAfee, expect Donald Trump's lawyers to say, look, we don't even have these
records in DC. There's no way we can go to trial in August. These are millions of records
in terabytes. We don't even know what we're going to see yet. So they're going to make that argument.
And then they're going to try to use the courts protective order in Washington, DC
to say in future appellate proceedings, you to use the courts protective order in Washington DC to say,
in future appellate proceedings, you see how unfair this protective order was.
We've already even able to prepare for our Georgia case.
And then Trump's going to use it for his PR purposes to then say, you see, look, the
special counsel's office is talking to Fonywellas without saying, yeah, your lawyers requested
that that take place.
That's why that happened assuming Judge McAfee
sets out a process for this.
So what does, what's the response look like?
What does Fulton County District Attorney Fony will us do?
I think that she says, look,
there's no opposition for me, you know, for you to access,
you know, in any way those records,
but we don't see why those records are relevant
to the Georgia Reco case.
The Georgia, we're not talking to, to special counsel, Jack Smith.
We have developed all of our evidence here.
We're under an obligation here in Fulton County to provide you what's called Brady Material
Exculpatory Information.
We've complied with our discovery obligations here.
And if you want to go look at some of these other documents,
go ahead, but that's not what we're relying on our case. That's not what we relied on our
investigation. We didn't go through special counsel, Jack Smith's discovery. If you want to do that,
be my guest, but that should not slow down this trial that we're requesting on August 5th of 2024.
That's my guess about what Fony Willis
is going to respond. But you see how Trump set the trap there. And by the way, how despicable
at the beginning of this video to hear Trump say those things in August about Fony Willis.
I mean, who does that? Just I mean, Donald Trump does, but the such a low character, freaking
people to say that horrific stuff. I've been my cellist from the minus touch. You know,
