This is Michael Popock, Legal AF. Bad news for Donald Trump in Georgia. Georgia early vote numbers are in and Georgians are voting overwhelmingly well above the 2020 early vote numbers, not by a little, by a lot. And remember, Democrats dominate early voting. In 2020, early voting on the first day of voting in Georgia, when the early vote polls opened, 136,000 people voted in 2020. And that's a state that Joe Biden and the Democrats won for the first time in 32 years, a Democrat won Georgia with

early vote numbers like that. Listen to these numbers. Early vote numbers from yesterday, 330,000 early voters in Georgia. Almost 200,000 more early voters in Georgia. That is a record number that spells doom and disaster for Donald Trump. Now there's a couple of anomalies here. There's less mail-in, drop-in boxes because the Georgia Republicans have gotten rid of those, but

that doesn't account for an almost doubling of the early vote count. It just shows you that there's also an enthusiasm gap and it's to Kamala Harris' advantage. And so those numbers are disastrous. Gene Sperling, who is the Secretary of State there, said, I've never seen enthusiasm or early voting at these levels ever before. Now let me just tell you that we've already got a lot of votes that have been cast. And as of right now, for the early voters, the polling shows that Kamala Harris holds a 17-point advantage in the early voters in their polling.

Donald Trump holds a 9-point advantage for those that show up on election day and wait in one of those long lines to vote. The math doesn't work for Donald Trump. Let's just say based on historical averages, 80 million early voters vote. And at the rate that they're early voting in Georgia, we might be under-reporting the amount of early voting. If Kamala Harris has a 17-point lead on an 80 million batch of voters, and Donald Trump has a nine-point lead on a smaller 65 million batch of election day voters, which is about average, he can't win. I know it comes down to

the battleground states and the electoral college, but that gap is tremendous. There's even a gap based on recent polling in enthusiasm. 13% more voters for Kamala Harris say they're going to vote for Kamala Harris than the voters for Donald Trump. She's got a 13 point advantage on enthusiasm. She's got a 17% advantage on early voting and people are early voting in large numbers. We've already done in the MidasTouch network a whole bunch about one of my home states of Florida, maybe, which has been purpley red for a while after Barack Obama was the

last Democrat to take the state. But there's an, pardon me, there's an enthusiasm among the Floridians there, Hispanics, that there's a ribbon of Hispanic voters that runs through the middle of the state or from side to side from West Coast to East Coast down the I-4 corridor, combined with Florida itself. And if Kamala Harris is able to do what Hillary Clinton was not able to do in Florida, which is to get over voting, more of her people vote in large numbers in Palm Beach, Dade and Broward County, what we call South Florida,

from Palm Beach down to Miami and the Keys. That's always blue. The blue is the blue in Florida. It overcomes all the rest of the red. But if she gets more blue votes because of enthusiasm in Florida there, it makes up for the red, red, red, ruby red parts of the state in the Panhandle

and in the North. And then if you have this I-4 corridor through Orlando running from Naples and Tampa on the West Coast down to the East Coast, you run that and she does well there. Florida could be in the bag for Kamala Harris. But the Georgian numbers where she, let's be frank, there are many paths to Kamala Harris winning the electoral count and get to 270. There's many ways to get to 270, but the best way and the clearest way is to win Georgia and

Pennsylvania. Pennsylvania, she's up, thankfully. The governor there, Josh Shapiro is campaigning. People are campaigning. Kamala Harris has effectively pitched a tent in Pennsylvania and the other battleground states. But if she gets Georgia, Donald Trump is done. No pressure on Georgia. And the early numbers, I know it's the first day, but we can all, this is real voting. This is real voting. We don't know exactly, but we know if we

combine the polls with the actual vote totals, it spells disaster for Donald Trump. We can say that with confidence. To say, if you would have told me that we would have above 2020 early voting levels in Georgia, I'd say you're crazy. In fact, every poll I'd seen leading into this, they were like, nah, it's going to return to, there's going to be a lack of enthusiasm for early voting. It's going to drop below 2020. But look, life changed because of COVID. I've always half-joked that it's the equivalent of that meteor that struck the earth and gave us the ice age and wiped out all living things on planet earth. Things, behaviors changed forever. The 3% surcharge on credit cards at restaurants, looks like we're never going to lose that. The way you dress at work, the days off that you have, the work from home issue, all fundamentally changed.

It would have taken 10, 15, 20 years if ever for those life patterns to have changed. And voting patterns seems to have changed permanently, durably since COVID. And look at the numbers, not like 5,000 more than 2020. 200,000 more people voted in Georgia already. And we listen. Can we just talk candidly here, just you and me? Those are mostly Democrats, especially in Fulton County, especially in Cobb County, and the counties around Atlanta. especially in Cobb County and the counties around Atlanta. And so Donald Trump is going to have to have a lot of his people showing up and waiting

in line for six, seven, eight, nine hours a day. Donald Trump did a great job suppressing the vote with all his people, taking away mail inboxes, taking away early voting hours, making it harder to vote, making it harder to register. But people will go through barbed wire, especially if they feel like their vote is being ripped away from them. They will go through sandbags and barbed wire. They will army crawl their way to vote for the person of their choice, and they will take it out on the party and the person that they think have inhibited them and try to take away their vote.

So you may have tried to kill the American voter, but the American voter survived, knows who tried to take them out, and is now army crawling their way to democracy to pull the lever for Kamala Harris. That's the best way I can put it, Right? I'm spreading my wings. It's not just on my sweater. So I wanted to get right out there right now and talk about early voting results in states that really, really are important. This is your takeaway. You want to crush MAGA once and for all. You want to have such an outstanding amount of electoral votes.

We never hear from Donald Trump ever again, that that party gets spun off and has to go into the wilderness to go find its soul again? Georgia. Georgia. North Carolina's nice too, by the way. Then she has about three or four different paths Kamala Harris does to get to the White

House and be the first madam president elect in our history. This is terrible for Donald Trump. Florida, purple becoming blue. Georgia may be electing or may be voting its second Democrat in 32 years. And it will be on Kamala Harris to do it. Kamala Harris has to do her part, which she's doing. She's earning your vote every day. She's out there campaigning while Donald Trump is standing around for 30

minutes on a stage, dancing to the gay anthem, YMCA, saying nothing. I mean, if we're not watching the mental decline of Donald Trump, I have no idea what we are watching, but we're watching Kamala Harris and Tim Wall's earning your vote every day.
