Episode Date: January 5, 2022Derek from More Plates More Dates had an awesome interview with Dan Bilzerian, but one clip caught our attention specifically. Derek and Dan talk about The Rock, PED usage and how he's not able to do ...whatever he really wants to do. This is our response to it. Power Project Family, how's it going? Now on this podcast, we've talked to so many professionals,
coaches, doctors, about the importance of getting your blood work done. I've gotten it done. Mark's
gotten it done. Andrew's gotten it done. We know what's going on under the hood and we know that
we are healthy and heading in the right direction. But we know some people who have gotten their
blood work done and they have been healthy and they've had to get treatment for certain things
and they're glad that they did. And that's why we've partnered with Merrick Health, owned by
Derek from More Plates, More Dates. Now, Merrick Health is the premium TRT clinic that no matter what you get done,
no matter what tests you get done, Merrick Health gives you plans for you.
They don't give you cookie cutter plans like a lot of other telehealth clinics do,
where you'll give your blood work and they'll just give you what they give to everybody.
They give you specific plans for you, your specific levels.
And that is extremely important.
Andrew, can you tell the people more about it?
Yes, you guys got to head over to MerrickHealth.com.
That's M-A-R-R-E-K-Health.com.
And whether you're interested in HRT or you just want to get some labs done, use promo code PowerProject10 to save 10% off all your labs.
Again, MerrickHealth.com.
Links to them down in the description as well as the podcast show notes.
What's going on, Zemo?
Yeah, man. So I wasn't able to listen to the whole podcast, and I need to because it sounds like they had a lot of interesting conversation.
But Derek from More Plates, More Dates brought Dan Bilzerian, and they did a podcast together.
And there's this clip that Derek posted, and it was about The Rock.
And knowing that you know The Rock and you like done wrestling with him in the past like I was like hmm I wonder
what Mark has to say about this so uh yeah let's see yeah I haven't seen it let's check it out
do you like uh you know the rock every Sunday he just like goes ham no he has a cheat day every
Sunday and he posts about it usually he'll have his feed it's like four posts like all right time
to have like 72 fucking pancakes every week and he's just like enjoy your cheap meals my friends and then he has
this like big fucking binge which is obviously like reflective of the fact that his diet model
is so unsustainable that he feels like he has to do this because you wouldn't crave just binging
and gorging yourself to the point of probably being like a fucking coma by the time you get
to nighttime unless your diet was like not like you can tell something about what he's doing is
like a little bit too strict and from monday to saturday to where he feels like by sunday he's
like i've earned destroying myself well and he also does it with high fat too which like it's kind of you know because you know
when you you know you know the fucking you know the insulin spike model right so when you have
that insulin spike and you have those high glycemic index carbs you know you're transporting that fat
like directly into your fucking body to store so it's kind of like you know for him i mean he's you
know he's obviously fucking juicing and and like you know he's low body worry for that guy like
not like as a personal friend or something but like i feel like he's on track for a jammer like
real soon like he's like 270 shredded shredded year round essentially at like almost 50.
Like I don't know.
Pause it for a second.
Andrew,
Jack,
you make it to like 60.
Yeah.
Um,
I find this to be like all pretty funny,
but,
uh,
you know,
him posting about his,
uh,
cheat meals.
I think it's like,
that's his way of dieting.
You know,
he's like on it.
He's on like a program.
Um,
he gets coached by,
um,
I believe his, uh, brother-in-law. I believe his brother-in-law
has gotten a lot of information over the years from Hani Rambad, and I think they share a lot
of similar beliefs in training. And that is kind of a bodybuilding model, is to be kind of
restrictive. I'm imagining that
because The Rock is going so ham sometimes on some of these pancakes or cookies or some of the food
that he has, I'm imagining that he's probably going pretty low carb and probably fairly low fat
and then it's like game on when it's time to eat. Yeah. I mean, if you're doing the amount of work
you need to do so that it's not necessarily super unhealthy and you're able to – because he's been doing this for years and he's been in great shape and people are going to chalk it up to gear.
It's not that big of a deal.
Right.
But, you know, if there are – that's the thing. People just got to understand you can't just do everything that you see somebody else do because people are going to try that.
About how many calories a day can you eat without gaining body fat?
Like 3,000, 3,500?
I could get like 4,000 calories in with my work capacity.
But it's like I don't do that super often.
And The Rock's a little taller.
He's like a little heavier, right?
The Rock's a huge human being.
Is he like 6'5"?
Yeah, he's like 6'5".
So imagine like, I don't know, 3,500, 4,000 calories.
Probably doesn't matter much to him.
And if he's restricting during the week, let's just say he's normally at 2,500 or 3,000, and then he kind of goes for it on that one day, I don't think it has a negative impact.
And if you look at the guy, he looks like he's somehow reversing his aging.
So it doesn't seem like there's a negative health impact.
It's that black in there, man.
It's that black in there.
That shit don't crack.
He's got black and Samoan. He's got that
mocha color going.
Oh my god. The other thing is
they did mention about heart
health and stuff, and I'm just
imagining that The Rock has
access to some pretty damn good doctors,
and I'm sure he's paying attention to a lot of those
things. Yeah, I mean, we'd hope so.
But one thing I wonder, you know what?
Just keep playing the video.
We'll see.
I wanted to ask you guys real quick because I know what Derek's getting at,
you know, the restricting Monday through Friday, then Saturday binging,
and it's saying like, oh, it's going to come to a crash.
I don't know exactly how he put it.
He's basically saying he thinks he's going to have a heart attack.
Okay, that's what it was.
Okay, got it.
I thought it was more along the lines of like, oh,
LaRock's going to lose his shit and be way off his diet. But no, that's what it was okay god i thought it was more along the lines of like oh laroc's gonna lose his shit and like be way off his diet but no that's definitely not
it sorry i misheard that then all right let's get to the video yeah it's unhealthy to sustain that
level of mass like they show like people that are like you know like giants you know like basketball
it's just it's not healthy to be that big like people that are giants like i think you're almost
like blessed from the aspect that you're happy with just your hrt and like 200 pounds and like
staying as lean as you are, etc.
You don't feel the need to push it.
Because the guy who's like that, who's his persona too, even though he's rich and successful and super popular,
he needs to stay like that to have the roles he does and to be the guy he is.
Pause it.
You know, I've talked about this before.
That's fucking bullshit right there.
Uh-oh.
That is total bullshit.
The Rock is enormous.
So he doesn't need to stay that big.
If anything, he needs to shrink down. He doesn't need to stay that big. If anything, he needs to shrink down.
He doesn't need to stay that big for his roles.
He's already super popular and super famous.
So if he was just like,
I'm going to shift gears,
I'm going to lose 40, 50 pounds,
it's not like he wouldn't have roles anymore.
He'd still be big.
But that's the thing.
He'd still be enormous.
He'd still be like what?
If he's 270 right now,
he'd be 220 or 230.
He's still fucking big.
You know what I mean? it's and and he's
messed around with that before he's gotten down in weight before but like think about
most of the time in movies like for someone like john cena john cena he can't really be in like a
regular role he's like too jacked it's like distracting you know you're like like it does
you do you know what i mean like you're like you can't get over the fact you're like like it does you do you know what i mean like you're you can't get
over the fact you're like that's john cena and that's why like uh shows like game of thrones
and stuff like that they have these amazing producers that will find these actors and
actresses that aren't famous already that aren't a certain way because it is distracting they could
find somebody that they could be like this guy would be be Leonardo DiCaprio would be perfect for this.
But they can't use Leonardo DiCaprio
because the whole time you're distracted. You're like, that's
Leonardo DiCaprio. And what is he doing in this
medieval times fucking
thing? It just doesn't fit.
And a lot of times with bigger people, the people that are
super jacked, they don't fit
into roles. And so The Rock, Arnold
was the kind of first guy through.
Arnold really paved the way
for a lot of people but the rock is is paving the way again for muscular jacked uh actors so if
anything it's like for him to be on screen with like a tom cruise or something or like those guys
don't want to you know what i mean like those guys don't want to look minuscule next to him
yeah if anything it would be more advantageous for him to try to shrink down if he's trying to win like an academy award or oscar or be considered
in that realm which i actually think that he'll win one day because i think he's a savage
you know what i find so interesting though it's like how big he is compared to like big actors
because for example vin diesel has always played the roles of like the diesel right but then diesel
standing next to
like the rock vin diesel is no longer vin diesel he's like oh little vinny like it's different you
know anyway absolutely yeah keep keep it running let's go i to me i don't understand the rock
because don't get me wrong i respect what he's fucking done the guy's a fucking beast he's
amazingly charismatic he's like always camera ready like he when he's done with his career i mean he's like literally like one of the most
famous guys in the entire fucking world from like wwe which is like a pretty impressive transition
he's like the highest paid actor in the world i don't think he's the best actor but like he's
still fucking the highest paid so like hats off to him the thing i don't like about the rock is i
don't feel like he gets to be authentic like i don't like if i had here's the thing like what's
the point having fuck you money if you never say fuck you you know like i don't feel like he says
fuck you like i do what the fuck i want i want to fuck 10 chicks i go fuck 10 chicks i want to go
to the islands i want to do fucking you know a bunch of fucking weed i want to do quail boots i want to fucking party my ass off i do it you know if i want't feel like he says fuck you like i do what the fuck i want i want to fuck 10 chicks i go fuck 10 chicks i want to go to the islands i want to do fucking you know a bunch of
fucking weed i want to do quite loose i want to fucking party my ass off i do it you know if i
want to take a fucking month off and go to thailand to go free diving i fucking do i do what the fuck
i want he does not like unless like just playing this character forever is what he wants but i
don't think that's what he wants i'm gonna pause it again you know i think the rock has probably
had times in his life where he did do a lot of that stuff. I mean, he's, the rock is probably 50 years old.
And he was married before he, then he was divorced.
And like, it seems like maybe he explored some of that fun party and shit.
And maybe that was stuff that just didn't,
didn't work for what he was, his, the marriage that he was in.
And he was able to move.
I don't know his personal business.
I know him a little bit,
but I don't know his personal business.
So I don't want to say too much on that.
But I'm just assuming that something like that happened.
But also what I would say is that
there's not one person in the world
that has any clue what it's like to be The Rock.
No one's that famous.
And no one has ever even been that famous, I don't think.
I mean, because of social media you know arnold was really really famous michael jordan was insanely uh famous and still still is so there's lebron is in that kind of zone right now because
of social media like michael jordan was famous but it wasn't in the age of social media where
you're on camera every fucking day. Yeah.
So many more people can be made aware of you.
Yeah.
Obviously there's, there's Muhammad Ali and there's these, I mean, there's, there's a lot of great people, uh, over the years that you can probably say, well, I don't know.
Um, but whatever the case is, I mean, he's on the level of like Kings and Queens and
some of the quote unquote greatest people that have ever like walked the
face of the earth these people that we put up on a high pedestal yeah uh whether it be like uh you
know elvis presley or michael jackson or whoever these people are i mean he's one of the most well
known people ever so how in the hell are we supposed to try to figure out how he's supposed
to act we don't i don't have any idea what I would say or do.
I don't think that he's not being authentic.
I do think that he is censored a bit.
I don't think he can necessarily go and say everything
that he wants to say all the time
because so many people are following him.
It's not like, he's not in an echo chamber, right?
He's in the world's chamber.
Like everyone follows the rock.
So many people look at him literally as an idol.
Like Dan's interesting and it's cool that he can say whatever he wants.
That's actually an amazing thing.
But Dan's also built his platform based off of literal debauchery.
And I'm not saying it's bad or good, but his whole thing is...
It looks fun.
A lot of men are like, that looks cool.
Dan Bilzerian's a badass.
That's what a lot of people say, right?
I make millions of dollars.
I fuck hundreds of women.
That's his thing.
So if that's your thing, okay, you can say whatever the fuck you want to say.
Let me ask you this question.
Do you guys think that these girls that dan
blazarian's with talk about the rock talk about the rock yeah i mean i'm assuming just based off
of like ages they have no choice but to because he's fucking everywhere i would assume they like
i don't assume they do they're probably with him and they're probably like the rock is so hot
clicking the like button trying to slide into his dms trying to get on the radar
and i think dan might be a little frustrated over there i don't know oh shit i don't like so i think
dan did put out a book um i don't personally know that much about dan i saw him talk about a little
bit of stuff on a logan paul interview and he's in an interesting spot because he does have all these women to come around,
but I did hear him say one day
that it's hard to understand who's there
because they actually want to be there
and who's there because of what he's got to give them.
I mean, if a woman comes onto his radar
and he fucks them or whatever,
he posts them up, they get this immediate rise.
So there's a lot of women who are trying to just come
get this dick for this rise. Like, that's real talk and that is mentally i feel like mentally
that is a an uncomfortable place to be as him like yeah you don't know who's there for you
and again i don't know the rock's business i don't know how happy or unhappy he is but i would say
that like um by the rock acting and being the way that he is, I would imagine that it probably brings him a lot of happiness.
It seems like he's really happy.
It seems like he's got cool stuff going on with his family.
I mean, all I know is what we all see, which is just social media.
Again, I've met him.
I know him a tiny bit, but I don't speak to him regularly,
so I don't know exactly what's going on.
But I think some of
what Dan Blazarian's saying is like because The Rock is not actually saying like fuck you or he's
not he's not maybe saying 100% authentically all these things that he thinks or believes
that it's some sort of uh it's some sort of thing that's um suppressing the rock and not allowing him to feel fulfilled
and feel happy it's like i don't i don't see any of that and i don't think any of that is even true
luscious hands you know i i'm not too i know who dan balzerian is or pass the lube please there
you go here you go but i i would imagine the rock has a lot of people working under him in comparison to Dan Balzerian.
Oh, Dan probably has employees.
Yeah, I'm saying he does, but I'm saying in comparison.
But not as many, yeah.
So when it, Mark, you actually said this, like there's things that maybe The Rock can't say because it's more than just him.
So maybe that's also what Dan's talking about.
Like, you know, you make all this money, but like you couldn't disappear because if you disappeared you'd be affecting so many other people whereas dan i'm again i'm not sure i'm not
too familiar with him so i don't know if he disappeared if he'd hurt you know just a fraction
of the people dude's building an empire he has a whole production company really yeah and he has
so yeah right i'm not talking about dan i'm talking about the rock oh sorry no of course yeah
yeah you're right he has a whole production company.
He has all these people that literally depend on him.
And again, it's different for Dan and for The Rock
because kids have rock action figures.
They're like, I want to be like you.
But you can't just come around and say, fuck you.
Let's also give The Rock some real props here
because Jeff Bezos and some of these people, they're kind of, like, forward-facing.
Like, they're out there a bit.
They're a little bit exposed, but they're not like The Rock.
The Rock is on his own social media, like, every day.
I mean, somebody maybe writes some of the content on there and stuff like that here and there, but he's literally, like, picking up his phone and talking to all of us. And it's
something that he definitely doesn't have to do. Um, it also doesn't like, I really admire a lot
of the things that he does. Um, and I'm not really focused on like stuff that he may do that I am not
in agreement with. I'm more focused on the fact that the guy has broken through a lot of barriers for a lot of people and he's making hundreds of
millions of dollars for himself and for a lot of the people that are around him. He's providing a
lot for people and he's still waking up at 5am and he's still doing cardio. Like a video he shot
the other day, he's like, I did cardio twice today. I'm on fire. I don't think he's trying to say like,
look what I did and look what you didn't do.
I think he's just saying like,
this is what I did today.
It makes me feel awesome.
I'm fucking hoping that you guys get after it too.
It's Christmas day and he did like a double workout or something like that.
And it just seems like the guy's on fire all the time.
And so like, I kind of don't know how
you can't be inspired by what he's doing.
I do understand his point.
And I think that some of Dan Blazarian's point
might be a little bit accurate,
that The Rock can't just go and say whatever he wants.
But again, we don't know what it's like
to have, what, 200 and something million.
He has more followers than anybody in the entire world, right?
Or maybe that's a soccer player is pretty high.
Cristiano Ronaldo, I think, has more,
and maybe Leo Messi, Kardashian, but that's pretty much it taylor swift i don't know gotta look that up
there's a list yeah i'll google it yeah it changes a little bit yeah maybe keep playing it
i like derrick just walking away
you know he's just always super upbeat and like always on it but like you know when he's in the
gym he just wants to fucking train and then he gets on camera he's like like. When he's in the gym, he just wants to fucking train.
He's putting his character on.
I just want to be constantly on like that.
I want to have privacy. I want to be myself.
I want to say what the fuck's on my mind.
I wouldn't want to endorse Biden because my fucking crew told me to endorse Biden.
I would never go on camera
and fucking tell everybody,
hey, it was the worst thing that's ever happened to me and my family.
It's like, shut the fuck up, dude.
That's the hardest thing you've ever been through like
fuck off like if that is the fact if that is the case like you're a weak motherfucker if the
hardest thing you've ever dealt with in your entire life is beating the fucking cold like
fuck off right like i've been through some fucking shit you know and i'm sure there's people have
been through fucking worse shit than me like if you're telling me the worst thing that's ever
happened is you're sick for a week yeah like come on dude like don't fucking feed me that bullshit
like just be real you know like and so to me that would be the one thing that i would say is i just
don't feel like if he's too rich to real. So to me, that would be the one thing that I would say is I just don't feel like,
if Vicky's too rich
to be fucking constantly
playing a character,
let's put it that way.
Yeah, there's definitely
a disparity between,
I feel like self-made,
I don't know,
some of the social media entrepreneurs
are a bit controlled still,
but guys like you
who are very self-made,
there's a definite disparity
between individuals
who are still like,
even though he's the head
of fucking everything,
you can tell there's
a controlled element.
Yeah, you're not hearing
what he wants to say.
You're hearing what his team's
put together,
and to me it's like,
I don't know, man,
I think that's why Cardi B's done so well. people love or hate or whatever you know she's pretty authentic yeah you know she kind
of like says what the fuck's on her mind you know and so i do like as much as i like disagree with
a lot of the shit like i respect the fact that she kind of like owns her shit yeah you know and
so i think that's why people like you know that steve will do it guy. Maybe give it a pause again. I think The Rock, from what I remember,
I used to see him at the firehouse and stuff down the street from Gold's Gym.
I would see him in the gym here and there.
We've had some texts.
We've talked before.
And John Cena is kind of the same way.
These guys, they're dudes, you know, like they're just like, like other
dudes that you would hang out with that are athletic or that are into weights.
Like we, like, I think everyone knows what I'm talking about here.
We all talk about the same kind of stuff.
Uh, we're talking about like how to get more jacked.
We're talking about like lifting.
We're talking about like lifting we're talking about
like what we're going to eat uh of course there's always some sort of dick jokes in there like this
is always part of it maybe a poop joke in there like this is like just pure especially cena
a cena especially like you just he's not going to talk like that on tv he's not going to get on like
cena his instagram is so weird that he just
posts whatever the hell he wants
and doesn't put a caption to it I mean it's
it's kind of
silly but John's Twitter is actually like
a pretty serious version
of who he is and there's
there's a lot of his
like mindset is in there but if you want to know
more about The Rock you gotta like
you gotta dig and you gotta look into certain articles I think Vanity a lot of his like mindset is in there. But if you want to know more about the rock, you got to like,
you got to dig and you got to look into certain articles.
I think vanity fair had an article more recently on him and he went on Instagram and told everybody,
he's like,
you want to know about me?
He's like,
go read this article.
He's like,
this is real.
Like it's not.
Cause a lot of stuff is like talking about,
Oh,
the rock,
you know,
he launched an energy drink company and look at the success that the energy drink company is having.
Or he started Seven Bucks Production.
It talks a lot about him and Danny Garcia and how they built this.
And it's cool.
It's all like business stuff.
But you don't get to know that much about him.
And then you kind of know that he was a wrestler.
Some people love wrestling, so they might know more about him.
But a lot of people didn't follow much of wrestling. They just know that he's this icon
on social media. I think a lot of people have been exposed to some of his movies and seen some
of that stuff, but you don't get to learn anything. You don't get to learn much about
him from those things other than the fact that he's just insanely talented. But check that article
out. You should look at that article because it talks
about shit that's way worse than him getting
over a cold. I mean, his relationship
with his dad was really
tumultuous.
Tumultuous.
I love when you run into a word that you can't say.
Was difficult.
Tumultuous.
Yeah. I wouldn't be able to pronounce
that, whatever that word even means tumultuous
tumultuous tumultuous yeah i i feel like i'm barely saying it you said it you said it my guy
but i did i did make it yeah no he's been through a lot of hard shit and trying to
trying to climb your way through uh trying to climb your way through um getting yourself to the top of the wwe
like good luck with that one like that's that's really that's a very cutthroat business
um it's probably one of the harder things to succeed in in the ways that the rock has
and uh i think just a lot of people are just jealous of him i think you know what i mean
one cool thing that i'm gonna mention that i think um like the rock is black and samoan and he is the top actor in
hollywood's right in his rap like it's really fucking cool like you know because like when
when people at least in in the 90s 2000s you think of actors you thought of like uh you know
leonardo dicaprio tom cruise even these action action stars those are the type of people you
thought about the rock is the exact opposite.
He's a big, black and Samoan dude.
That's really fucking cool.
He's had to go through some shit, probably because of that,
to get to where he is.
That's dope.
That's undeniably dope.
I think it's amazing.
Yeah, and then so really quick, because I had to look it up.
So the most followers on instagram
oh let's see this okay so number one is kind of bullshit but with 450 million 454 million is
instagram uh cristiano is going to be 383 messy with 294 and then he's a better soccer player
though but anyway let's keep it going yeah he's just a little bit older though right like that's
is that what it is and cristiano and auto is better looking than missy yeah he's the thing yeah he's like
definitely so hot he is handsome yeah i hang a lot i've hit the like button on
kylie kylie jenner with 294 ariana grande with 285 oh there we go so five and six are tied
with 285 and that's where the rock is
285 million damn kylie which one's kylie uh you know the one yeah they have two billionaires in
the cut in their uh family now pretty crazy i said you know the one because i actually don't
know either i don't know any of them whatever i mean i know them but okay no there's a picture
of her she She's...
Well, they all got work done.
Sorry.
She's the one that made, I would say, the biggest change from when she was a little
kid to what she is now after all the plastic surgery and stuff.
Okay.
They all look pretty similar.
Not hating, just saying that's how I know her.
Okay.
Ariana Grande was pretty funny in that movie Don't Look Up recently.
I don't know if you guys saw that.
I haven't seen it.
Pretty good.
They have some...
Like a little bit of... They played... Don't Look Up. Don't Look Up. That had Leonardo in it don't know if you guys saw that i haven't seen it pretty good they have some like uh like a little bit of like they they play don't look up that had leonardo
crushed it on that movie too but i like the uh controversial stuff like they put in there like
in the news and stuff that kind of relates to what's going on today yeah yeah saying how what's
going on is fake and then the other people are just like no just don't look up it was funny because
i kept talking about how fat he got and we were all going back and forth and my wife's like, no, just don't look up. It was funny because I kept talking about how fat he got. And we were all going back and forth.
And my wife's like, he's not fat.
And we're talking about it.
It's Leo.
And then it turns out that my wife thought I was talking about, oh, shit, I forgot the other actor's name.
The guy that kept losing weight and gaining weight and losing weight and gaining weight.
What the hell is he?
Batman?
No.
I'm not sure.
I know what you're talking about.
The Batman character, he lost a crazy amount of weight for a stretch.
Bale.
Yeah, Christian Bale.
But no, I'm talking about the guy that's funny.
Was he in this movie that we're talking about right now?
Yeah, he's in Look Up.
As what character?
Jonah Hill.
Jonah Hill.
There you go.
Yeah, yeah. Jonah Hill. So my wife thought that I was talking about Jonah Hill because Jonah Hill is skinny in this movie. look up uh what as what character uh jonah hill jonah hill there we go yeah yeah jonah hill so
my wife thought that i was talking about jonah hill because jonah hill is is skinny in this movie
he's still or still looks good right and so i'm talking about so then we i finally like i'm like
how do you not see it like he's clearly like way fatter i'm like look i'm like look he's way fatter
than normal she's like damn babe you're being such a hater. Yeah, I'm trying to plead my case, you know,
and I don't even know why I'm so obsessed with it,
but she's just not, like, seeing it or whatever.
And then finally she's like, oh, you're talking about Leonardo.
She's like, yeah, he did gain weight.
She's like, I think he did it for the role or whatever.
I'm like, okay, well, there we go.
Leo's funny, man, because he ain't dating any girl over 22.
That's his MO.
He's like, you're 23?
That's the next one.
That's just what he does.
He doesn't want that old pussy
all beat up and stuff.
Looking like a catcher's mitt.
Oh!
You know, you gotta break in the glove.
It's a visual.
All weathered.
Sorry, ladies.
We're disgusting. We're foul.
I don't know.
It happens.
What do you guys think about The Rock?
Do you guys dig him?
Do you not?
I mean, I dig his work ethic.
I know that some things are...
Dude, the fucking people's eyebrow.
Are you kidding me?
Dude.
I love that.
Best era in wrestling.
Me and the kids the other day, we watched a compilation of the people's eyebrow on YouTube.
And we honestly watched it like the whole's eyebrow yeah on youtube and we honestly
watched it like the whole thing it was like 10 minutes of him just flipping his eyebrow up like
this is awesome if you go to youtube you type in some like just wwe rock stuff some of that shit's
so fucking funny and ridiculous the people's elbow let's watch the people's elbow definitely
the worst thing that is also tan and blazerian is gonna get a rock bottom what does he think
he's gonna end up
getting a rock bottom
right
I mean you gotta be careful
the rock
like we said
he'd come out of nowhere
just
yeah
yeah
but when the rock
killed Sacramento
that hurt my heart
so bad
oh god
what do you mean
oh no
here it comes
yeah the best one
yeah is when he's
in his
like nice clothes
and his shoes and he fucking slides across the ring yeah oh best one yeah is when he's like it is uh like nice clothes and his shoes and he
fucking slides across the ring yeah oh dude he yeah oh hell no his stuff with vince mcmahon is
the best oh my god no no vince no not vince no oh come on he's
dude that's not fair though vince mcm is like an older guy you know what I mean
how are you going to do that to your boss
the rock's damn near like an NFL football player
oh shit
that was an early one though
I mean come on he must have had so much fun
doing that shit right
could you imagine
oh man
as amazing as he is with everything that he does now
I can't even like i'm just like
he's just i don't think he can surpass what he did in the ring like he was so fun to watch
he was so much fun to watch yeah that was definitely the best his trash talking and stuff
i mean he was it's amazing because the rock had like catch phrases so that the catch phrases were
were pretty awesome.
But then he also was able to...
Oh, there he goes.
Oh, the Rock and Sock connection.
Oh, yeah.
Yeah.
Oh, my God.
Double people's elbow.
Bam.
To the big show.
Dude, the big show.
I'm pissed I have this in.
Let's see what number one is.
What's number one?
I'm going to slow this down.
I forgot how to...
Yeah, number one is where he slides
on his
shoes that he's wearing.
Oh, he's more
jacked here.
That's the thing, man.
The dude keeps upping the ante all the time.
And they're going to say more gear.
He's on more gear.
Maybe he is.
But this is the thing, though. I think he's on more gear maybe but this is a thing though i actually you know jesus christ i think
he's lighter hold on sorry my bad i think he's probably lighter here than he was in when he was
uh yeah when he was younger because when you lose body fat oh yeah you look like you're bigger
people for some reason say oh and see how you look bigger like no i'm 20 pounds lighter
yeah but it's just because i'm leaner so it's like it might he might have been 280
when he was younger in the ring and he might just have lost body fat yeah i agree
is that shamrock i can't tell on my side ken shamrock oh my god that was ken shamrock
this is me a double people's elbow no well he's from the area you can't do a double people's elbow
he's gonna do it i think he's going to do it. No way.
Yeah, the rock, dude.
Is he going to hurdle?
Oh, my God.
High stepping.
In the middle?
That was kind of weird.
Dude, have you guys ever seen the rock?
It's so ridiculous.
Oh, here's number one.
Yep, here it is.
He's in those, like, shoes.
$500 glasses right in the crowd.
Who's that that Triple H?
That was sick.
That slide was sick.
Dude, so athletic.
It just doesn't even make any sense.
Anyway, what were you going to say?
Oh, my God.
Let's just keep watching shit all day long.
Were you going to say something?
Oh, I can't even remember what I was going to say now.
I don't know
it doesn't matter
got me all fired up
I love watching that stuff
that's so good
it was like
every week too
like Monday Night Raw
was like up in the ante
every single week
and uh
the rock
the rock would come out
and stone cold and shit
and it was just like
it was mayhem back in the day
I had an uncle from Nigeria
who really
like he really was like
wrestling is real
it is
I'm like uncle I was like seven.
I was like, uncle, it's not.
It's really fun, but it's not. And Seema, you're
young. Wrestling is real.
He used that belief system.
You guys try some of these moves in jiu-jitsu
sometimes?
I wish. I did see somebody. Hold on.
I'll have to look it up. Figure four leg lock?
No, somebody did a Boston Crab on somebody.
That's awesome.
Let's see this.
Hold on, let me find it.
Yeah.
Oh, it was an MMA.
That's fucking sick.
I'm going to mute this so we don't get pulled.
But check this shit out.
This is going to be funny as hell.
This is amazing.
And then I forgot what sign he does
but apparently it's i think a wrestler's like uh thing okay it's a short video so it won't be very
long oh my god they're getting into like a yeah and see me you got to do this at worlds
watch watch oh i guess you can't hit sorry but. But. Oh, is he really? Oh, no way.
Dude, check this out.
Oh, yeah.
He's footlocking him.
Oh, my God.
Tag, son.
Oh, because he's probably pushing on the ankle, right?
Yeah.
No, he had the foot here.
Yeah.
He's footlocking him right there as he had his other.
Oh.
Dude, that's embarrassing.
And see, you got to learn the figure four leg lock, dude.
I think that will put you over. The figure the figure four though all you got to do to reverse
it is just roll over yeah you just roll your stomach and it's like somehow reversed i remember
you and bore explaining like the like why that happens and you guys got your protractors out
and explain like all the uh the physics of resistance and all that shit. Anyway, I thought that
was a cool interview with Derek
interviewing Dan Blazarian.
You know, you've got to give props
to Dan Blazarian.
Just totally 100% just speaking
his mind. All the time.
He really doesn't give a fuck.
He does read the book.
Yeah, I don't really think I've heard him
talk like that before. Because I haven't seen that many interviews. Yeah, I don't really think I've heard him talk like that before.
Because, I mean, I haven't seen that many interviews with him, I guess.
So I want to check out more stuff from him because I thought that was pretty cool the way he just like letting shit go whatever way he wants.
Yeah, if you guys are interested in more stuff from Dan, he did do an interview with Logan Paul where he talked a lot about the psychological issues that came with doing all the shit he was doing.
Because you can't imagine that.
It must be fun, but there's also a weird...
There's a yin and a yang to everything.
There's a yin and a yang to everything, man.
But in sumo, the real question is if you get invited to go party with Dan.
Nah.
Nah, like real talk.
Real talk.
I feel like almost like...
I think that... Okay, this is what i think about
stuff like that it seems really fun but there's going to be a real there's going to be some shit
that you have to work through on the other side like yeah you fuck all these chicks what does
that do to you mentally i would be so awkward in that environment too like i like honestly wouldn't
even know what to do yeah it's just not my thing i just i i seen um bradley martin in one of them was like photos or something
it's probably fun um and someone's gonna probably say oh you're just saying you wouldn't because
you're not invited like i really like this this is one thing i'll say through the years i've realized
that as guys you kind of have this thing where you you, okay, you want to fuck a lot of girls, right?
At a certain point, you realize it's kind of all the same.
And it's kind of all the same.
So it's not something that gets me going anymore.
I don't have that want anymore to like, fuck a lot of girls.
I really don't.
Because it's just a repetition of the same thing.
Yeah, and ultimately I think a lot of people
are kind of looking to have somebody
that is more there for them than just for sex.
The sex part is fun.
It's great.
But you want to maybe have someone to grow older with or to share,
share experiences with,
I guess more so than anything.
Yeah.
And you can do that with like friends and stuff,
but it's just way different when you do it with,
uh,
someone that you're attracted to,
uh,
on a different level than just being like their buddy or whatever.
So yeah,
I kind of in,
