Last Flag battle with Prostasian forces aboard the zero-beam array to keep them from releasing Godzilla. Mayor and Judge fight back the prostasians while Ruse and Brain race through the inside of the array to secretly hack the system before the Summit notices. Can they pull it off? Who wants to make that roll? Damn it. Yeah. Darryl, hot dice. I saw you all look at your cameras. We're gonna bully you into rolling well. Yeah, exactly. That's a four and a six. There it is.

Well, six is good. Six provides a controlled position. You leap into your Mecca, the Gotango takes you where you need to go probably just outside of the orbit of the array. You leap out of the Gotango and you are in free space. If you want to land on the surface of the array, you can. I believe you said you are all tethered, though, correct? Yes.

Sure. Yeah. You are all tethered, falling towards the array, and you can see that on the other side of it, guarding the array are two squadrons of G-Force fighters firing lasers and cannons and and other kinds of odd weapons at the oncoming Prostation Mechaforces. Kyju Killers, with your instruction, go ahead of you and head towards that battle. You can see that there's about four Prostation squads, so it's a slightly uneven battle if you don't participate, but we know what you want to do. You land

on the station and we'll say that there are two positive clocks for you. One of them is you are able to beat back the Prostation forces, which we know that you're not going to entirely engage with that. There's also the option to help the squads that are fighting in doing so, embolstering their combat and more likely helping them succeed. I'll also put this new clock of ours of wanting to hack the system. I'm going to give it at least. I think at least an eight is fair. OK, so that's the other positive clock that you're working towards.

Obviously, this seems like one you're going to mostly focus on. And I have a couple of negative clocks of my own. Having landed on the array, the sound of distant warfare going on, you can see the fleet above you. What's the first move in this controlled position? I would like to use my command roll over the channels and switch over to an open channel so that the other group that's with us, I believe you said Delta. Delta, the Kaiju Killers. Yeah. Yes, the Kaiju

Killers. I will command them to, if it's just head on them shooting at each other, I would like them to try to flank from the right side specifically. And I do instruct them to if they can try to break their mechs so that we can question them after the fact or at the very least take some prisoners so as an example or just for questioning if not they had if need be they have permission only to do the killing portion of the of their name. This may not be kajus but we can at least use them next to boaster our own at the end and waste not won't not. Exactly. Well you are in a controlled position but I will say that because you are the main characters of our story this is going to have a limited effect.

Uh, hi as was a four. This is so I'm gonna I'm gonna burn two stress and re and get another die if I may. Um, okay. That's another four. I'm going to say that I'll just introduce you to a new clock, one of my negative clocks, which is the Prostasians board the array The kaiju killers listen to you and they are doing an admirable job But the Prostasians seem fervent and they are able to blast through some of the bombardment Some of them are starting to land on the array. With that said, that was the consequence. I think I will put a limited success towards beating them back.

So we'll say one for one. You have one point in getting and beating the back, but there is one point towards them boarding the array. That is the consequence to that. I think I'm going to make my way. I'm tethered to you, right, brain? Yes. Yeah, and I was wondering, did we

kind of talk about how, because you're going to be out of your mech to do this hacking? Are you doing it for me, or mech? I'm going to use my mech to get as close as I can, but I'm going to get out once I get there. Okay, so I think being tied together would be good because then I can keep control of your Pytolith's Mech. Yeah, yeah, I'm going to get as close as I can and then dip if I can get close in one

turn. You're looking for a way in, is that what you're saying? Yes. Okay, go ahead and make a role that feels appropriate for that. I think maneuver makes sense. Or scan if you're trying to literally scan the ship for the best place to get in. I would like to push myself. OK. That's great, six. OK, all right.

You scan the surface of the ship and inside your systems, you can see kind of the X-rayray of the array and you can see that the easiest way the quickest way to get to controls is through the hangar bay that exists for the array so you make your way over and enter the hangar bay as there are engineers and pilots jumping into kind of smaller fighter jets and making their way out, you two enter the space and we'll say that because of the standard effect will give you two ticks towards your goal of laying the trap. I think Carol will use the rope to hitch the mech.

Once Ruz is no longer using it, my intention. She's still in her mech. We still have a couple of points before we get to the point where you can jump out. Yeah, I just want to have it kind of like in a position where I can hitch it and then pull so that regardless of whatever maneuvering they're doing, I just, I'm worried with all the chaos and the lack of gravity, like, will get separated. So I'm just taking some precautions to make sure that we are, like, back-to-back as they're maneuvering. I'm kind of going with them, and I'm providing some cover.

So all of the, like, guns will come out the front of the neck with a windshield. And I'm going to try to target anyone that might be coming to interfere with them in their maneuvering. You're either bombarding or you're battling. You're just keeping Rue safe. Yeah, I think bombarding.

I picture just lots of dispersed fire. Go ahead I think bombarding. I picture just lots of like dispersed fire. Go ahead and make that roll on it. Wow, that's a one. We could make a suggestion or a consequence roll where I could give you another die. We could say that you successfully hold enemies back, but now that now they're aware of your presence and it would increase by one point the tick of the prostations getting into

and boarding the array. But Savy would remain safe. Yeah, I think that that would be good. You have another die if you'd like to roll it. Five. You're another die if you'd like to roll it. Five. You're all you're in a controlled situation. And I I didn't really state it, but I think it would be like a standard effect. I think what happens is you're going to take one level of harm as you are hit by a rogue prostation squadron that notices you and kind of begins advancing on you.

We'll say that you are, we'll say weakened shield. There's also one tick towards the prostations boarding the array. That was just a terrible moment for me. Sabia's safe though and you're able to get deeper into, at this point, most of the ships have been built so that Mecca can get around. So you find that you could either jump out of the Mecca now, but you could also drive them almost all the way

into where you need to go. What's Roosevelt doing on all this? I'm ready to fight. I'm just doing what I do, man. I think that he takes out the flag, because I have so much load to all of this, I'm just going to change it up a little bit. This time the flag is a longsword, stands out and then breaks into this cross guarded hilt and then this big red laser. And then when he waves it around, it does cross fade from red to white to blue. And he replaces from the side of Daes,

the car door essentially rips it free and that becomes a shield on the other side. He engages thrusters and he flies right into these f***s and starts chopping left and right if he wants to battle head on. Okay, so you're battling the Prostations that are engaging with Ruse and Carol. Yeah, baby. We got to put that clock back a little. All right.

We'll accept this as a battle and we'll say that you are now in a risky position with a standard effect. I've got a five. Excellent, four, five and one. All right. I'll take that five. Risky, I'm going to give you just one risky consequence for this. Okay. I think that you are able to hold them off, but the moment that the other Prostation forces

understand what you are doing, You are also boarding the ship. They now also have access to the ship. I'm gonna raise their clock by two. So now they have four out of six to board the arrays. You hear them over the intercoms, calling to the other Prostations. We found an entrance. You're the follower coordinates.

Yeah, I'm gonna use mastermind to... I know what he's doing. Ah, do we get our spark back or do yes You get a spark back at the end of every session. Okay, yeah I will spin my spark to negate that consequence so they don't find that way in okay We'll say maybe you guys close the blast doors. They're not Nice even hearing that With the doors closed Carol doesn't feel safe. So she's going to put all thrusters into this

and blast backwards with Ruz's mech kind of like a backpack, just to pilot them down the hallway and get them there faster. Carol, you're trying to get there fast. It sounds like a maneuver feels appropriate for this. Yes, a maneuver. appropriate for this yes a maneuver can I spend a quirk as a well let me roll it first I'm always wanting to stack my rolls because I got a two so that's why okay so you're gonna spend the quirk to get another die yes I'm gonna use light light footed and I'll say that on a success this is a um this is still risky standard.

With my light-footed mech, I'm able to pivot for a five down the hallway. Awesome. As a risky consequence, here's what happens. You are flying down the hallway while there are special summit forces inside here. They are confused as to what's going on. You might have to risk losing some trust with this faction with the Summit. What to something against the rules, against what was ordered of you and very soon these folks are going to call this in. Unless you would like to try to resist this. I'm gonna hold off on that.

Okay. So I'll let this consequence pass. Over the loudspeaker though, my Dolby sounds, I'll click it on and just say as I'm flying backwards, everything's fine, everything's fine, no murder, no problems. The trust of this faction has dropped by two on your squad playbook if you're keeping track. Well, we're able to make it to the end of the hall. Yeah. So you are definitely able to make it to the end of the hall.

With that success, I'm going to give you two points in this clock. And we'll say that you're now four out of six, excuse me, four out of eight to lay the trap. Great. This is very on point for Carol, just like slight tactical gains and like complete strategical losses all around. I think that Rosie's going to run some some distraction here and try and use his maneuvers to become the main target of those assaulting, like realizing that I'm the greater threat

than trying to get through the doors and then zip away from the array to sort of draw attention. Okay, so you are still on the outside of the array. You're not inside with Sabian. No, I was protecting the door they got through. They're onto their mission. My main focus is these guys. Got it. go for it.

Okay, cool. I'll say that this is a risky position and it will have a greater effect if you can manage to pull it off. Okay, I pulled a five. Five, you're only going to have one consequence. Unless you'd like to resist it, I'm gonna put another point, another two points,

towards the Prostations boarding the array. That's four out of six. Four out of six for them getting in through the door. Yes. Okay. But my success also towards their destruction, right? Yes. So that's fair as well. So because it was a greater effect, we'll say that you are able to beat them back. We'll say that you have a three to beat back the Prostations. Okay, cool. Then I'll just, I'll accept the consequence because Rosie's betting on himself killing them before they get in through the door, hopefully. A war of attrition. Judge, what are you doing in this moment?

Are their channels open for the other side for the Prostations? If you wanted to, you could try to communicate with them, yes. I would like to try to do that. And on an open channel, and I don't know if this would be sway or command, most likely sway, I would go, Stand down! Stand down! We don't have time for this, we're the last of humanity. Do you really think that now is the time for this bulls***? If you have a disagreement, do what everyone should always do and have a f***ing conversation, you stroking idiots!

Um, I think because you're in your vehicle, I'm gonna have to ask that it be a manipulate role. Oh, God. Uh, manipulate. you're in your vehicle I'm gonna have to ask that it be a manipulate roll. Oh yeah. Manipulate. Yeah so two minus with the lower roll. You manipulate yeah exactly or you could you could burn a quirk and just get one die. I'll burn the I'll burn military with a more force. This is a great effect, but I think you're in a bit of a desperate position to be asking this. That was a two.

Okay. That is definitely a failure. I'm going to, I'm gonna push myself. All right, you're gonna try to resist it then. Yeah. It asks for four quirks be spent minus the attribute rating, and you have two dots in your attribute rating under Acuity, so you would be able to reduce it to two quarks

only that you have to exhaust. I'm going to reduce it so that the clock goes to five out of six for them to board the array. And what you hear over the Intercom system is this thick, heavy accent that you're not familiar with. Altitopians don't seem to have this accent, but you hear, we must stop you Altitopians from doing whatever it is you plan to do with Godzilla. You clearly want superiority here and we cannot allow it in the new world. You honestly think we have a damn plan? I'm not a part of the plan. No one knows what the hell's happening.

I'm on your side, but you're going about it the wrong, strong and way. The Prostations are one tick away from boarding the array unless somebody wants to do something to stop them or if there's something else that somebody wants to do. I'm going to, because I actually need to do this too. If I'm in front of the the hacker I need to be at, I'm going to activate a portable exclusion zone, a part of my pilot gear, which basically creates a dead zone for

AR and wireless data transfer, including radio. So basically anyone, like I'm cutting off communication outward so I can start hacking without people seeing me, but also so they can't talk. Got it. Got it. Yeah, they can't hack you. Okay. What role are you doing for that? That is the one the one I have. Yeah, I suppose scan makes the most sense or the one I have yeah I suppose scan makes the most sense or Interface well again, it's a pilot attribute Or did you say you're using an ability or no you're using a pilot load? Yeah?

Yeah, if you're an engineer or interface if you're using a pilot load you can use interface Word okay? face. Word. Okay. Can I take a collateral die? Sure. Um, I think the, the collateral die is going to be that one of your allies might be hacked, not you. I think I'm too close. I think Sabi would do it. Okay, go ahead and take that extra die. Let's see what you get. I'm so scared, Jesus. That's a five. Okay, well, I just had to give you one risky consequence because of that success.

I think in the process, you have to junk a piece of your vehicle gear. So a piece of your vehicle load needs to be spent right now. Maybe something is fried in the process of turning on your, you know, exclusion zone or something like that. I'll kill my stealth program. Okay. Like I said, the collateral die means somebody tries to get hacked.

And I think that Roosevelt is doing the most damage. So the Prostation forces have hackers of their own and they're going to attempt to hack you. Roosevelt, I need you to make a... Yeah, let's have you make a interface roll. Oh, boy. Okay. Um, I'm gonna use my ability tactical genius.

I can assist them without paying stress and how I will assist them, I just go, hey doc, I know you're watching. How about you give Rosie a little bit of a push on how to resist the clicky and the crack of the types like yourself? OK. Dr. Sarah Zawa whispers the things you need to get done to avoid being hacked. Doctor, they're on my home screen.

Doctor, I're on my home screen, doctor. I need your help. You can see their mouses moving around your home screen as you have Windows 95 still built. Sexy singles in your area. Oh, god. Oh, I could these. I swear.

All right, instead of making a fortune roll, you're just going to roll one die. It's better than taking the lower of the two. I have a one. Scrunk. Is there anything I could do here? Stress collateral or assistance? It says you can't resist the same thing twice.

Yeah, yeah, because that would be resisting my failure to resist. So I take this. I'm hacked, man. They got me with the sexy singles. resisting my failure to resist. So I take this, I'm hacked man. They got me with the sexy singles. You are unable to resist your systems as old as they, and as kind of out of date as they are, finally meet their match and they begin to shut off one at a time, your engines slowing down.

You find yourself now just kind of floating in space, seeing the attack from afar, not being able to participate unless something is done to help you. Can I use my spark to resist an AR related consequence? If that's your ability, let me read here. For awarded. To resist an AR consequence or to push yourself when you deal with AR forces. If you want to spend it on Roosevelt, I'll allow it.

Yeah, yeah, I think this is absolutely my problem. I think it shuts down and my mech just being out in space closer to Roosevelt, it like comes back online. Alright. Amazing teamwork. You managed to resist that. Guys, I made the dark up trap. Oh, that amazing teamwork. You managed to resist that. Guys, I'm in the dark, I'm trapped. Oh, that's back, we're good.

Ha ha ha ha ha. You guys are back in control. What's next? I think absolutely upset over the situation, realizing that the Ruskies just tried to pack his mech. He is beyond pissed. What he does is he takes that great sword, extends it out in front of him,

like full on like Superman position with the sword out in front. And he is going to use his quirk just straight gas to just full hyperdrive as fast as he can, you know, pull the whole dome maneuver and fly right through these fucking mechs. And he's going to just full speed ahead, try and take out as many as he can in one big dive.

And what feels right here in terms of the action you wanna use? I'm thinking battle. I think he's just trying to pierce him through. And I'm gonna use, I'm actually gonna use would greater effects Work here or yeah, I was I was gonna say this is a risky standard But if you want to bump it up to greater effects would greater effect put me in

Regards of if this goes well, I would fill the clock or am I still running your six out of ten And a greater effect would give you three as opposed to two or one. Okay, yeah, then that's what I'm gonna do for sure. And we come through with a six, baby. Wow, that's why we make those bargains because you are now nine out of ten. Describe for me what this looks like. He becomes at first this sort of lamps in the air and then he says you know why I never liked you people there's no NASCAR

in Russia god damn it he then becomes just a beam of light as his NASCAR takes off into the space a big streak of just jet engine as he burns up atmosphere. And the sword cuts through that laser beam, slicing them and how, jetting wreckage into the sky as he starts looking for the one that hacked him. I've gotten annoyed to use an old WWE term, the old stone colds coming back.

Yeah, skronk all the diplomacy, skronk taking prisoners. I'm going right next to my boy Rosie and I'm hitting that destroy. Just because it's cool, I kind of, and I wanted it, I can't remember if this is a battle or if it counts as destroy. I want to have one of my hands be able to flip and turn into a big ass hammer because the hammers of justice come about. If not, I'll just continue with the bombard, with not bombarding, but destroy. Yeah. So that feels more like a battle unless you want to fire hammers like at a distance and then I could argue that would be a destroy or a Manura bombard Yeah, I would say a circle opens in my next palm and flaming gavels fire out at people

We'll say that this is a risky position standard effect We'll go with the five okay, I just kind of want to describe what it looked like when those flaming cameras came out Cuz I said I came right at right next to a right up to Rosie as he was going with those with the sword, the sword of freedom. Yeah, freedom and justice. Freedom and justice.

Yeah, you got the sword of freedom. I come up with the hammers of justice. And as soon as you like take a swipe, I like just come right through and the mechs closest one I just unleash super close until the mech is down in the dust and I just spray it across as I just go running That's so life If you completely irrelevant if you've never listened to Marvin Gaye sing the national anthem That's what the scene sounds like. Just go look it up. Or, for cinematic purposes, we get the bad boys to swoop low in the telephoto moment of us just kind of sling up at our necks in the canvas swooping low.

And for some reason there are doves in space. Huh? That's great. Space doves in space. It's the it's the little jet fighters flying by you. It's like it's Jeff fighters. They're wings flapping in space. Yeah, I think I got to go for it. The the clock is going to fill on the Prostation ability to board the array.

And it's and I'm going it fills six out of six. And I'm going to move one of those ticks that would not have been used in that six out of six. I'm going to move it over to the other clock that I haven't mentioned, which is the Prostations shut down the array, which is one out of four ticks. We got this. So you still have a chance. Uh, I'll say that maybe in another part of the of the array the you know a detachment of the

Prostations has finally made it in. So we say like a small detachment broke away? I'm gonna say that the Prostation forces for the most part have been stopped. Most of them are retreating but I'm gonna say that maybe Savy can tell on her radar that there are still Prostation forces within the array. Got it. Did they enter where we close the blast doors or are they elsewhere?

I'm gonna argue that they're elsewhere now. Okay. Yeah, I'm gonna try to, oh wait, no, if you have something, I'm just, I'm gonna keep hacking away. I think Carol would look to you for instruction because I don't think she would know about the location

of the battalion that broke in, but she has her weapons out and she's facing that blast door as though someone's coming through there. But she is providing cover for you. They like whip towards you and you can see the pings of them showing up on the map on their glasses, like obscuring their vision.

And they go, they're everywhere, but they're coming from that way. And they, they point to an entrance. And then they immediately hone back into the hacking. All right. This, I think was just a standard effect. Make another interface roll. Let's do death and friendship. Very specific assignments for these guys. That's a four. I think I'll burn, um, because I burned my stealth program, so I will burn infamous footprint,

uh, because I'm not being as sneaky as I'd like to be. And we established your infamous footprint isn't so much the size of your mech, it's your footprint as a hacker Yeah, okay Five okay With a five that's a success. I'm gonna give you two ticks That fills the clock. We did it. You're able to lay the trap inside the beam array system with a five though

With a with a risky situation, you do receive one consequence. The two of you are in this room and Carol, you are facing the hangar bay doors ready for them. And that's when you hear the squealing of metal. You can see tearing down a wall of metallic wall are twoustacean squadron members that are literally breaking through a wall like the Kool-Aid man and I'm going to say that their advancement to shutting down the array is that much closer. They now have three out of four to shut down the array. Okay and I'm going to say that the two of you are

trapped there in there with them so if you're going to take action against them it's got to be you too. So can, can, uh, Savy showed me in their glasses, like the locations. So could I assume I had that little bit of intel that they were approaching? That's, that's totally fair. I forgot about that. They busted through. Yeah. We'll say you can totally swing around and aim your weapons at them. My goal for this is to hide. I'm interested in kind of using that ability. So I don't know if I

would have time with the information I had. I'll say that you do. Yeah, I mean, you're gonna make some kind of role here. So you tell me what you want to try to do. Okay. So yeah, I think having faced the blast doors for so long, it's like that standoff in the Matrix when she has her guns pointed up at the window. And it's that long moment where she's like, is someone coming through this window or not? And so I think similarly, Carol had that feeling

in looking and seeing the scans. She has a split second to move, so she's still on the rope. I think just like her space ballet idea previously, she spins away from Sadie with the rope kind of spinning around her and goes into the corner so that when they come through, I would like her to try to be camouflaged in that corner to have like a surprise attack on them

as they come through the side. I was looking at my Ranger ability. It's when you hide in a prepared position or use camouflage, you get one dice to rolls to avoid detection. Yeah, if you plan to just attack them the moment that you have the opportunity, then yeah, I guess a 1D to your battle makes sense.

Okay. You were in a risky position and I would say that it would have a great effect if it worked. Because she is in the corner, those long pincers will eject from the front, and instead of like grabbing the gun that the ends of the pincers became earlier, they just kind of fire off, and so they lance forward, like extend those stretch arms towards these mechs that come through with battle that is a five and a four. Because of the risky situation you rolled a five, so it's basically a success with a consequence.

I want to see it happen. So I am going to move their clock to success unless somebody would like to attempt to resist that consequence. Would spending a spark allow me to roll another die? Yeah, if you haven't spent your spark. I haven't. Okay. If you have a six, then I'll say you decimate them. All right. Anime gleam across my visor.

No, that's a four. Alright, I thought I was being ignored and I realized my mic was not on. I have one more tactical genius that I can use to assist you. Yes, I think we got to, we got to. In this wet because I believe technically you are still cut off from communications. I think it would just be my voice in your head saying, focus Carol, focus, come on.

I believe in you. Breathe, focus, believe, so many instructions. And then appearing from behind Ty is Godzilla who puts his hand on Ty's shoulder and says, Scronk. What? Scronk. Scronk.

Scronk. Scronk. Scronk. You are able to succeed at this. There will be no consequence. Explain to me how you defeat these last two Prostation members. Wow.

Yeah, she kind of snaps out of it after seeing this vision. It would be a very beautiful portrait. Godzilla's hand on his shoulder, I must say. Like footprints in the sand. Go make it fans, go make that fan art. Reverse Christ. But yeah, so the pincers on those extendable arms

kind of smashed through the armor plates on the chest of both of these mechs and they then begin to swivel like a little drill and it heats up and there's sparks flying as both of the pincers kind of pin them to the ball and the glass makes that little cracking sound as the end of the pincer goes clear through the mech suit and just begins to like crack the glass makes that little cracking sound as the end of the pincers goes clear through the mech suit and just begins to like, crack the glass. And she's like, oh, well, that's enough.

That's enough. And she pulls back with the pincers. Roosevelt and Ty, you are on the outside of the array and the firing is coming to an end. array. Hmm I'm impressed with that but I will ask for a role of some kind I'm gonna ask for maybe a sway roll to convince them that you're telling the truth. and you look and you can see the planet that the summit has dubbed Altyria. Purple and yellow and blue oceans, beautiful and alive, and probably your new home. And I think that's where we will end our session. Oh. Woo. Woo.

Okay. I had that lie locked and loaded as soon as we decided that we were splitting up. I was ready to end the session with all of the squadrons pulling their weapons on you like, stand down, last flag, but you got out of it. Yes. Scary. Guys, got out of it. Yes. Scary.
