Yeah, he was born. Yeah, he sounds he sounds I'll turn like that. I'll turn him down for you. I'll turn him, turn him fucking down. Yeah, it hurts my ear, makes my ears bleed.
But I'm that way.
You know what else makes your ears bleed?
Your weiner in them.
Whoa.
Wow, that's weird.
I did not expect him to go there.
It's like a Q-tip.
That's something we keep between the two of us.
Hey, you better tell your fans they need to hurry up
and pick up a, yeah, your fans. Your me poo shirt because it's almost sold out. Oh, dude, you're tell your fans they need to hurry up and pick up your fans.
Your me poo shirt because it's almost.
Oh, dude, you're talking about the elements out of those.
The elements shirt, the one that looks.
Salkamy.
The Salkamy.
It's actually probably the best looking shirt we have.
I would say that took you a long time to figure.
Well, I would say that.
I was gonna say something more offensive to you guys.
But yeah, probably the most offensive.
It's a beautiful shirt.
I PR three times in that shirt, the first time I wore it.
So wait till we come out with ours.
Yeah.
That's why I did his first.
What a fly off the shelf.
What a pompous laugh that was.
What a pompous conceded laugh that was.
It's called confidence.
Do it again.
God damn it. What a dick. What a dick. Yeah, what a pompous conceded laugh that was called confidence do it again
What a dick. What a dick. Hey, did you start Justin? Did you start watching period?
The Netflix original series I told you to yes, I did
Like it. What's it called again? The last chance oh is this the one about the about sports about sports. Yeah, boring
College totally lost you there is boring. Yeah, nobody sports. Yeah, boring, me, college. Totally lost you there.
It's boring.
Yeah.
Nobody cares.
He's, so what is this?
Nobody cares about that.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Did you guys see that post on the forum by, I won't use her last name.
I think her name is Sandra.
She gets her C-reactive protein levels tested, which is an inflammatory marker.
Oh, say that again.
She gets her what tested?
C-reactive protein. It's an inflammatory marker. Oh, say that again, she gets her what tested? Sea reactive protein.
It's an inflammatory marker in the blood.
So high levels of inflammatory markers are demonstrating now to be stronger indicators
of things like heart attack and chronic disease, because you'll have people who've got great
cholesterol, great blood, pretty much all these wonderful things have high inflammatory
markers,
and then they will, they'll have problems.
And so now they're finding that that's the thing
you need to look out for anyhow.
Hers always, no matter what she did, always measured high,
like 3.5 or 3.0 or higher.
And recently she got them tested and they were low,
0.25, the only thing she changed
was that she started
incorporating intermittent fasting.
Mm.
Oh, wow.
That's awesome.
Yes, and makes perfect sense because fasting
has been shown to be extremely anti-inflammatory.
And on the flip side, I know I'm going to piss off
a lot of people, but eating super frequently, there is some,
and it's not great evidence yet.
I think we're going gonna come out with more evidence
to demonstrate this, but eating too frequently
may be pro-inflammatory.
Isn't that crazy since that's the fitness community
for so long has been preaching the opposite, you know?
It's pretty ridiculous.
We've been telling people for so long,
like, you need to eat some more.
You can starve your body.
Lots of small meals, lots of small meals.
Yeah, those are gonna shrink.
Spooked, stoked to fire.
Ridiculous. Do I still sound loud? No, you sound all right. Lots of small meals. Yeah, lots of drinks. A spooked, stoked to fire. Ridiculous.
Do I still sound loud?
No, you sound all right.
I sound OK now.
Doug, how do I sound, Doug?
I think he's fixed it.
You sound fantastic.
He can't.
He can't fix the Kermit sound.
I mean, he can either turn it up or down,
but he just can't.
Yeah.
Why are you guys always talking to me?
He's helping me.
So he changed that.
So do you guys remember the episode we recorded? Oh, I was probably one of our first
episodes. I don't remember the name of it. The decline of the alpha male. Was that the name of that
episode? I'm declining the modern man. Was it decline? What was it? Doug? I made a great name.
Doug's gonna look it up. I will look it up. Yeah, because it was one of our first episodes.
Us the producer. We should do it. We should do an episode that's called Ask the producer.
We should, I think that's every episode.
Another time.
Yeah.
So anyhow, this.
Shot down.
This episode that we had recorded was based on the study
that, and the several studies, now this is well documented,
that men's testosterone levels generally across the board
have been declining over the last five or six decades.
All because of Twitter.
And it's actually pretty alarming.
It's very alarming.
Like an 18 year old today will have the testosterone level
of like a 40 year old man in the 1950s.
So we talked about that in that episode.
We talked on our way to all becoming women.
Yeah, it was called the decline of the modern male.
Very good. Oh, you almost had a right. You said, man, yeah, almost had a right.
Damn, that would have been one time you were right now is wrong. So close at him.
I think there's been more than one to moving along. That time you said, don't put your
finger in there. Yeah. So anyhow, the reason why I'm touching on that again is because
another study just came out that
tested men's or these are millennial.
So they tested men between the ages of 18 to like 30, I think it was.
And they were testing their grip strength.
Now, a lot of people ask why grip strength?
It's actually a good question.
Grip strength is actually a very good indicator
of overall strength when you're testing someone.
So you could test someone's, you know,
you could do all kinds of different movements,
but they require it's much more complex,
like testing people's squats,
like some people might not have a good squat or whatever,
but that doesn't necessarily mean that they're,
you know, demonstrate, you know,
what kind of overall strength,
the grip for whatever reason is a very good indicator or general indicator of
overall strength on a person. So here's what they found, okay, pretty scary stuff. First of all
18 year old today has the grip strength of something like a 50 or 60 year old
way back in the 50s and 60s. A
Millennial man today has the same,
generally roughly the same grip strength
as a millennial woman today does.
Wow.
Watch your pussy.
Ooh.
Hey.
A bunch of pussy.
Now, the nerve.
Hide behind those beards.
So that's all about goddamn skinny jeans.
Well, two things of a bitch.
Two things have happened.
One, millennial women have a little bit higher grip strength than their forefathers, foremothers,
I should say.
Not much, just a little bit stronger.
This is probably due to the fact that women today are typically, they're encouraged to
play sports and be more active than women back then.
I was considered, there's probably a combination of two things going on there.
The decline in increase.
Yeah, right. This total, like, and pull on the finger. It's a little bit two things going on there. Declined and increased. Yeah, right.
This, this total like,
and pull on the thing going on.
It's a, it's a little bit stronger, a little bit,
but here's where the real difference is.
A man in 1985, wasn't even that fucking lung
to go by the way.
I'm not talking 1950.
1985, a man's grip would measure about 117 pounds on average.
Today, 98 pounds.
That's a huge difference in a very short period of time.
Yeah, what is that about?
30% decrease.
It is a huge, yeah, it's pretty embarrassing, I would say.
You're looking at a dramatic decline in overall manliness.
Gotta get them farmer walks in.
Good God.
Like son of a bitch.
Yeah, what do you guys think that's do do?
Well, I think I think it's a do do do do you think that's a do do do?
It's do do or not. I think there's a combination of things that are happening there like we said the I think I mean
Thanks to CrossFit. I think women are becoming extremely strong. I mean you have women that like
We've probably tested like Ronda Rousey and through the whole like fuck it all up off
No, but see the women's grip strength
Wasn't that much more.
It was slight.
I don't remember what the number was, but it was slightly more.
Really the difference was the hell men have dropped so much.
Okay, well, I would like to.
I didn't see the study.
So I would like to.
I read the article, but I remember seeing this part where it does it talk about the increase
for you.
Tell me what women today in the test score at 98 pounds and their four mothers scored
at about 80.
So they're about 18 pounds stronger today, but man or something like 30 pounds.
We call you.
So that's a big difference.
So it was an, it's an increase by 10% on women in a decrease by 30% on men.
So or pounds.
I don't know.
Well, no, I just did the percent.
Oh, sir.
My bad.
Yeah. So you guys work out the math. I think that's a little bit, I mean, give or take.
I'm not right on the dot, but I mean, it's about 10 and 30%.
So that's a better indicator than saying actual pounds.
So women, women have increased by 10% and decreased by about 30%.
Yeah.
That's, um, that's really sad, man.
That's so, that's, uh, I mean, we've kind of, I blame the media.
Well, first of all, let's, let's give credit.
Let's say some good things here about women
being a little stronger today.
That's great.
I think it's fantastic that the attitudes towards
being athletic or physically active towards women
has changed to the point where now women are encouraged
to be exercised at the point.
Let's not squelch men that are strong
and have testosterone.
Right.
Well, it might be a good thing for people like us.
Like, we're just going to stand out.
I wonder if rolls are reversing with spousal abuse.
You think, you think more men are getting their ass kicked.
I was just waiting for that.
I'll be in trust with Lionel.
You think more men are getting it.
Maybe it's equal now.
I don't know.
I would love to see that.
I'd love to see that study right now.
But so what's funny is this decline in strength.
She wouldn't let me go.
Well, so this decline in strength.
It's seen a lot in the younger generation,
not so much in men who are 40 and 50,
but much more in the younger generation.
That's where you see this decline in strength
and this pretty dramatic decline in testosterone.
So it's really these millennials that are just these millennia.
It's pretty much all this anti-bullying campaign probably. It's the music too, man. Have you heard
this like music? I almost said this pussy has me as well. I'm sorry, but I can't stand it. It is so
like low energy and like I can't listen to radio.
Like what happened to punk rock and fucking metal and rock and roll and shit that had balls.
You know what though?
I'm going to say this though, dude.
Remember this test was comparing guys today versus guys in 1985.
There was some pretty pussy music in 1985 too, bro.
You had fair enough.
You know what I'm saying?
Bobby Brown.
Yeah, the cure.
Yeah, exactly.
Oh, man, it's pretty.
Yeah, I think it's music that's got.
Yeah, I thought that was a good point.
Well, I feel like we went, you know, we're super ultra sensitive now.
You could argue that there's some good things
that have came of course.
Yeah, and it's been progressive on certain levels,
but also regressive as far as, you know,
a savage strength.
Who's complaining the most about that, by the way?
You know who's making the most complaint about men's,
men becoming less quote unquote, manly, it's women.
It's not guys that are complaining about it.
I, yeah. So I made a post on Instagram about this, this particular study. And most of my comments were
women who were saying like, oh, you know, this is so irritating. I can't find a man and they're so
this and that. And it's like, whoa, yeah. Well, you can't, I mean, what, what are you defining as a man
now? That's why I want to. Yeah, I don't, I don't, I don. Yeah, I don't know, but here's what I'm thinking,
because in 1985, guys maybe they were stronger
than they are now, but they were weaker
than people in 1965.
So that decline started before 1985.
The testosterone levels,
that since we've been measuring
have been declining since the 1950s.
It's interesting to me. And I wonder if...
Well, what's your evolutionary theory here on this?
I mean, you can't just be the fucking music.
You can't just be,
I'd just... No, I...
I'd just be,
I'd just be,
there's gotta be more to this.
That's like an evolutionary purpose,
what we would need less testosterone.
Well, that's what I'm thinking,
because I'm wondering if the music and the style
and all that stuff isn't causing it,
but that is more of a reflection.
There you go.
That's it.
Yeah, I think you're right.
And the thing is, we don't have to kill stuff anymore.
There's no real reason to be overly strong.
As long as you have a really good job and you can provide,
obviously that's still something that is sort of a man role.
Obviously, that's changed because we could be a provider.
But yeah, that's something that we used to have is like, okay, you're the provider.
You go out there, you get it done, you bring it home, and now that's changed.
That's all.
I think what might have happened because the staff from levels are pretty heavily influenced
by lifestyle, very heavily influenced.
So your testosterone levels can change based on your lifestyle and based on your mood and your
attitude. They've measured men's testosterone levels going up after winning a football game,
going down after losing one or, you know, up after having a good business meeting or down after
having a, you know, getting fired, you know, put
a man in a particular situation where more testosterone would give him an advantage and
you will generally studies will point.
It's not conclusive, but we'll point to that testosterone levels will start to rise as
it becomes more beneficial.
Now, let's look at society.
Let's look at society from, let's say the early 1900s till today.
It's dramatically safer in the world. It just is, especially in modern societies. You can walk
around and in most cities, for the most part, you're probably not going to get assaulted. You're
not going to get robbed. No one's going to fight you. No one's going to steal from you.
Which is ironic, because that's not the message you're hearing from politicians.
No, no, the reality is it's so dangerous.
No, the reality is it's far safer today than even 20 years ago.
You don't, women make up a huge part of the workforce.
They actually make a larger part of the people in rolling in college.
My prediction is women will out earn men, uh, with probably within
the next 20 to 30 years. Um, so I think the role of testosterone, I thought the studies
already show that, I mean, of course, when depending on who you're listening to, they're
going to sway it in their favor, uh, but the real studies, if you actually separate job
title for job title, it's damn near even already. Right now it's damn near even, but I would venture to say because and I'm only using this
I'm just predicting based off of education
women are seeking out
More education than men will does that mean that they will get paid more in the future?
I don't know, but they've already pretty much even things. You elaborate though on what I just say because I know you know
The study. I don't remember the study that talked about this. Well, politicians will come out and say that women
make less per hour work to whatever the men will,
but when you analyze the data,
when economists go through and actually break down the data
and look at job-for-job experience,
for experience, and compare apples to apples,
it's actually identical.
It's actually pretty much identical.
And for people who disagree, you got to consider this.
Businesses, number one goal is to make money and profit.
And if they could hire people for cheaper,
that's all they would hire.
So if women did the same work for less money,
then you would notice that men would be super unemployed
and only companies would just hire women.
Because at the end of the day, that's the bottom line.
So there's your evidence if you don't want to have to break down all those statistics.
Nonetheless, my point is testosterone, and if you look, okay, so check this out.
If you look at the fetus in the womb, we all start out the same.
It's a flood of testosterone that turns that fetus into a male.
If it doesn't get that flood of testosterone, it's female and of course the chromosomes
determine that, but testosterone seems to be
a hormone that was evolutionary.
In other words, it's something that had some kind of a role.
You need to have this testosterone
so you can be aggressive, so you can be territorial,
so you could hunt, so you could provide this food or whatever.
And since that's not needed anymore,
are we evolving into this homogenous species?
We're gonna be like a kindle.
Like no dick.
That's what I mean.
That's what it's gonna be.
That's what I'm saying, man.
But it's like, you see,
oh, you know, here's some other statistics.
Like erectile dysfunction, okay?
Oh, that's a crazy one dude erectile dysfunction is on a steep rise in one age category of men
18 to 25
What? Yes, do you do you know if you went back to the eye?
I attribute that to for sure
The technology now the fact that you can be a 17 year old boy
and you can watch pornography on your phone.
Like that, it was not-
Or overstimulated.
Yes, overstimulation.
I mean, that's one of the things they warn you about.
If you're somebody who loves pornography,
is you know, be careful because then
I make sure regular sex life is a little bit more challenge.
And you're right, because that's where,
that's the thing that they blame the erectile dysfunction
applies. I bet. However, when you add it all up to And you're right, because that's where that's the thing that they blame the erectile dysfunction rise.
And then, however, when you add it all up to testosterone levels dropping tremendously, much less
strength, you know, can't get a boner.
Man, what's going on here?
You know what I'm saying?
Because there's this, I don't care what people say.
They're the kind of the boner.
There is this delicate balance between male and female.
And this is, look, I'm sure I'm gonna get some people
who are gonna say you're sexist or whatever.
That's bullshit.
Science will prove it over and over and over again
that there are differences in the male brain
and the female brain.
There's definite hormonal differences.
There's definite differences in general, by the way,
because individual variances can be dramatic.
Like you can have a woman that totally
out of this category.
That's just weird.
Totally out of this category.
I argue that it were exactly the same.
Well, I think people try to pretend
that we're all exactly the same, which is so...
The fuck up.
But my point is, there is this balance,
and it's interesting how it's kind of getting thrown off
a little bit, in some ways, it needed to happen,
but in other ways, like this one, like I said,
you hear a lot of women complain about this.
Well, since none of us are educated in this field,
I think we should give some good advice.
And regarding this, we always do that.
To how to avoid, if you're a millennium male,
how do you avoid not becoming a pussy?
So you know what's funny?
How do you gain testosterone?
So you know what's funny?
So you know, Jessica's eight years younger than me, right?
So I showed her this, this thing.
Yeah.
And so there's a little bit
of an age difference between us.
Eight years is relatively substantial.
That's a lot, bro.
And she says, she's young, yeah.
So she says, she goes, yeah, she goes,
I won't date no dudes like my age.
She's like, they're just not manly.
She's like, you're extremely,
she was telling me out, you know, manly, I'm whatever.
And that's why she's attracted.
And then she said her friends.
She said most of her friends
are far more attracted to dudes and they're like late 30s because they feel like they're just
solid. Well, she's also overhead. She's getting some love. 29, 29, 29. Yeah, she's at that age right
now too or this I think for women, if you're between like 27 and like early 30s, that's a,
well, just look at, I don't know, bro, a well just look at I don't know bro
Let's just look at the workforce, dude look at what men are doing now, dude
We're inside not active indoors grinding on the computer, you know
Wearing some hipster get up and whatever you know like trying to grow beer
Big old beer but can't change the tire, but they but they're just like
frail and I mean and just like no calluses on their ass.
You know, all on social media and all this shit
and then like, you know, they just don't do anything.
Significant.
I just picture Justin walking in an office,
lighting's bowling, everybody.
It's like slap them on the head.
It's like, no respect, dude.
Let's all be man here.
Yeah.
You know, I definitely think the lack of activity, man. Come on.
That's got to play. It does. Yeah. Yeah. Work out. I honestly, you have to lift weights now. Come on. At least before like you got some activity because you're
Well, that's a job and that's a very good point. I mean back then you were doing stuff that was so I mean you were you were you were
At least you were playing and you were hunting and killing and cooking. I'm away back then. Yeah, you know what I'm saying?
To now where you said we're sitting on computers,
so it is, it's almost necessary.
Or even mixing concrete.
And I mean, we just don't do hard labor stuff anymore.
No, you know what?
So I have two kids and seeing them play
with their friends and stuff,
playing has completely changed, completely changed.
They, when we were kids, which wasn't that long ago, we're not even, we're just the generation
before, when we were kids, when you got in trouble, what did your parents do?
They made you stay inside.
Yeah, you know what I mean?
Now we're not here.
Yes, your kids get punished by going outside.
Yeah, turn the TV off now.
Yeah.
You're in trouble. Turn the TV off.
You're not allowed to go outside and play.
Like what the fuck?
Yeah.
That my generation that would be like the best thing ever.
Really?
I have to go outside and play.
Okay, see you later.
You know that stuff you do too is different, right?
Like I remember building forts and digging holes,
you know what I'm saying?
And like jumping off shit.
Like you do, throwing rocks.
Yes, you did stuff like that where it's, you know, you're in, you are, and it starts early on, right?
You're inside, you're cooped up, you're playing video games and probably playing house and, and dress up with your fucking sister, you know?
That's what we've turned into.
I did that.
I wore wigs.
It was fun.
I don't know. I think you definitely, especially because lifestyle nowadays, and this goes for man and women, but just because the study really picked on man.
Go the flates, man. Nothing will affect that.
That's just faster on better than weights.
That's one. I'm kehab. I mean, what about the whole, the porn thing, man? I think it's, I make go out and find pussy.
Quit trying to look at it. I'm saying like work for it. Go get the real thing. I'm saying, instead of,
and you know, if you find yourself glued to your phone,
watching, you know, you porn all day long,
like you're setting yourself up for a tough one later
down the road when you actually have to go get the real thing.
You know, virtual reality is gonna make everything
even worse, right?
Oh my God, I can't even imagine.
You know, the movie,
the movie, the movie,
they won't even leave on point.
Which one?
The movie, Sarah gets.
Oh, yeah, what are the show?
It's little, so virtual reality is,
I mean, every, nobody gets outside.
It's literally everybody is inside this virtual world
because it's just like reality.
They can orgasm from, you know, the,
how visual and real it seems.
And did you know that millennials is one of the,
this is one of the first generations
in that age group to actually have less sex
than the previous generation?
Yeah, less sex with other people,
but probably not themselves.
Well, of course not, but less.
Let's make that study.
Yeah, let's seriously, I'm sure there are.
No, just less sex.
I'm sure there haven't just as much sex with themselves
as we were if not more, you know.
No, just, I'm not gonna lie, man.
If I had YouTube and an iPhone when I was 17, I'm not sure if I ever would have left my
room.
I'm not sure if I would have ever left my room.
I mean, we talked about this before, and one of our first episodes.
I mean, I was stuck with, you know, cut out of newspapers and, you know, like the one
playboy, the one playboy magazine that you stole from
your uncle or what do I tell you?
That's all I had.
Yeah, you exactly.
I must have masturbated at least 7,000 times.
To me, sometimes I would come home from school and I was like, I've already masturbated
that 7,000.
I guess I'll go outside and play.
I'm saying, where if you're a kid now, you come home from school
and you're like, what's on you porn today?
You know what I'm saying?
It's, whoa, look, 1,000 new videos.
You know?
It's like, I'm just gonna stay here all night.
You know what, you make a really,
you make a really good point.
Think about it.
And you know, they did interview these people
who were talking about having less sex
and they're saying, yeah, it's like,
they're basically saying why?
Like, well, what for?
Why would I want to?
Yeah, you mean I have to talk to them?
We might get in an argument and debate and I got to ask for it.
No, no, no, that sounds crazy.
I think every generation has their like, you know, you kids are stupid when I was your
age, like that might be our argument.
Yeah.
Like, we might be telling our kids like, what's wrong with you?
You're not fucking when I was your age on smoking.
That was like the big motivation.
Yeah.
You know what, too?
Like, no, I got a big card.
No, so I can get some awesome pussy.
Bro, kids don't even get their licenses anymore.
Drivers license.
I know.
I would like to see you study on that
because I know at least for personal experience
of people around me, I know that those,
a lot of kids just wait till they're like,
they're, and then you know what, take a lot of more.
And I bet they get their license.
You're like Mr. fucking Google, right?
Why don't you Google this?
I would love to see studies around kids at what age
they leave home now, because I think,
Oh, wait less.
I think, wait longer, they say, wait longer.
Way longer, and then driver's license,
I would like to see them.
Now they're just ubering and, you know,
bringing their scooters everywhere.
Yeah, I don't know, I think,
if you're listening right now,
and you're in that age group,
here's a deal.
Stop the view porn, go grab some weights.
Well, look at it, look at it this way.
You are now in a pool of men
where you can now elevate yourself easier.
In other words, you can separate yourself from the pack.
Excellent.
Way easier than impossible.
Like if this was like, if this was 1945 or 50,
like this is the post, right after World War II,
everybody's a bad ass.
Everybody's an alpha.
Like it's tough.
Like you're walking around, you're like,
God damn, I can't get no action because
to keep fighting, to get something good.
Yeah, look at all these big digs around me.
But now you're surrounded by small digs.
So all you gotta do, go lift some weights,
do it properly, do three full body workouts.
If you really wanna get testosterone,
get our MAP Santa Ballac program, no joke,
that'll boost it up.
And then eat some healthy fats.
There's another good one.
What an excellent way to do a shameless plug right there.
That was a good one, right?
Yeah, right.
Yeah, sex self, right?
Literally every, every, every,
each and every 25 year old kid is googling us right now.
Mind pump mediator.
That's why it's called anabolic.
Yeah, mind pump media.com.
Eat healthy fats, eat more healthy fats.
You know, too low of healthy fat intake
has definitely been connected to low testosterone.
Dietary cholesterol, if you're healthy,
eating more dietary cholesterol,
I'm not talking about your blood cholesterol,
I'm talking about the cholesterol you find in food,
like egg yolks, that will contribute
to healthier testosterone.
Isn't that interesting too?
Now, it's counter-cultural to be manly
and have testosterone.
It's be that guy.
Well, the other thing is, too, that we know and mention
either is the rise and the continued rise of obesity
and overweight.
Once you start to increase what, once you hit over 20% body fat as a male,
your testosterone levels start to decline.
Yeah, fat's an estrogen sensitive mood tissue.
Right.
So, girls go through puberty a little earlier now,
and they're attributing it to obesity
because if a girl's really overweight or fat,
she will typically go through puberty sooner
because like I said earlier, fat is a very
esophagus sensitive.
I always thought it was more related to all the growth hormone and shit in our food.
I don't know.
Which one came first?
You know, I'm saying like, that's a great point.
That's another piece to the puzzle.
Dude, did you guys see if you if you if we're pumping our chickens, our cows and pumping
them full of all these hormones, pump it up. And they're consuming the food from them.
You would think even though it's not like an enough to come,
like to pick up on tests,
I would think it would be a traces of it
in enough foods that you're consuming.
Did you see it?
How could it not affect you?
Did you guys see that article I posted on the forum?
It was by the Associated Press and they did this huge study
across the US where they were testing the drinking water.
Did you guys see this?
No, no.
And they found like majority, most of the drinking water, public drinking water, they found traces
of pharmaceuticals in them and hormones.
Yeah, some of a bitch.
And water?
In your water.
Like city water.
City water.
So, and we're talking about very, very minute amounts.
However, you know, that's what,
the water you drink every day all day long,
that's gonna have an effect.
They found ibuprofen, they found antibiotics,
they found estrogen, they found...
Traces of all that in the water.
In the water.
And so why?
What city was this?
Almost every city they tested.
I think one of the worst ones was Seattle.
I think was one of the worst cities.
The cleanest city has the dirtiest water.
Well, so they're trying...
So they figure, you know, when you take a pill...
The cleanest streets, but we shit in our water.
Yeah, it's it.
When you take a pill, it doesn't...
You don't always break it all down 100%.
And so then you poop or whatever,
and that gets filtered out,
but filtering out pharmaceuticals is way different. And so they're finding these real trace amounts and water.
And I'm wondering if that is contributing to some of this.
So you're seeing some of this wounding and everybody's poopling P.
Yeah, I didn't do that, but that, you know, maybe that's contributing.
Gross. Yeah.
Because you're getting, you know, rise of chronic autoimmune disorders,
ADD and ADHD and kids, you're getting, you know, obesity is exploding.
And we know it's not just calories
and versus calories out.
Now you're seeing like men's hormone levels
or just testosterone levels are dropping.
There's some issues that women are seeing
even with their hormones.
Why do we're chicken?
What about just, what about just flat out movement?
I mean, I would blood flow and moving
and I would think that would have something to do with it too.
I mean, just being sedentary versus.
I've had, just speaking personally, I've had several clients, men, who would get a physical
right before we started training or right after we started training, like, you know, so that
nothing has changed, it's kind of their baseline.
And they'll get the hormones checked, because I'll always tell them, hey, I'll, I always encourage
clients that start with me, get a physical and see if you can get some hormone tests.
Not everybody does it, but sometimes they do.
That way we have a baseline to see if there's anything
that we can change through exercise.
And I've had more than a few men
increase their testosterone levels,
simply, I mean, dramatically.
Like I had one guy whose testosterone levels
went from 230 to over almost 700.
And all we did was start lifting weights,
got him to sleep a little bit more,
and I had him change his diet.
230 to 700 free today.
Almost 700.
Yeah.
How old?
He was in his 50s.
Wow.
He was in his 50s.
So he went from low testosterone
to pretty high testosterone.
Yeah, no.
That's dude more than doubling.
I mean, that's impressive.
Yeah.
I mean, I would imagine to talking to him,
he would notice the difference, everything.
On average, from the ones I've, of the clients I've had,
simply through exercising properly and eating right,
I've seen testosterone level.
On average, go up 20%.
I mean, literally, it's a pretty big,
and that's not a bad, you know, bump in most,
most guys, and sometimes we'll get those huge,
you know, those huge bumps.
And of course, they can feel it, you know what I'm saying?
One of the first comments I get,
especially the older people that I train,
is that their libido increases.
And that a lot of times is a signal
that your testosterone level's going up a little bit.
Yeah, so another thing,
I mean, those that are all business minded,
this is a thought,
and I've seen someone going through this
on their social media the day,
that there's actual certifications now
and a process to become a hormone therapist. And there's probably a big increase for that need for that.
Big demand for, of course. It's becoming more and more popular now, right, to talk about HRG.
Well, it's the same mentality that they want to get a pill or some kind of something to help fix
this issue instead of what cell suggesting-suggesting with lifting weights
and adding movement and bettering your diet.
Yeah, I, you know, we've talked.
What if that, that's, here's your next,
that's your next study right now,
like in the next 10, 20 years,
you know, the average 25 to 30 year old
will be on hormone replacement just so he can be.
Of course.
So it doesn't turn into a bitch by the time it's 35.
You know, when you, if you were healthy,
if everybody was healthy and had appropriate exercise
and appropriate diet, I wonder how many of these problems
would disappear.
It's got to be a huge percentage of them.
You know what I'm saying?
But consider with men, especially, you know, theoretically,
a man can procreate until the day he dies.
So if you're staying healthy and you're 80,
you're still making sperm.
Yeah, you're rock hard.
You're still, I don't know.
You're all, that's right.
I hope.
I think we just lost.
Every one of our lives in France.
So silver fox, that being said.
Hey, if you keep looking at porn,
just get that image in your head.
You don't want to stop immediately, you know what I'm saying?
