Hey everybody, Alden Ford here. And Allie Kokash joining Alden Ford here. Yes, and we are excited. Not because we have an episode this week, because we don't. Sorry to disappoint you. You knew that already. We need to set expectations here. This is an announcement, not an episode.

We always like to start every announcement with a little disappointment up top. Apologies. We are excited, very excited to announce a really cool thing that we have been thinking about and wanting to do for ever since this whole thing started and now we are finally getting our chance we are announcing an all new upcoming

live show which we will be streaming over the internet ever heard of it? to you in your homes the show is part of the pod uk uh podcast festival which is happening on may 30th and they've asked us to do a brand new live episode over the internet which you can find uh on may 30th at 7 30 p.m british time which and uh we strongly encourage you to use the internet to find out what time that is for you because we're not positive.

We've tried to figure it out. I would say we're 80% sure that 7.30 p.m. British time is 2.30 p.m. Eastern, 1.30 p.m. Central, 12.30 p.m. Mountain for all of our Mountain listeners. We love our Mountain listeners. And 1130. We love our Mountain listeners. Yes. Yes. That would be obviously 1030 Alaska, 930 Hawaii. Happy to help. We think.

We're actually not positive about that, but we're pretty sure. We're pretty sure. Again, do not listen to what I just said. Look it up on your own because we can't help you. But the festival itself should be a total blast. It's a full day of live shows, panels, interviews, workshops on Twitch and Discord.

The event is free, but there will be fundraising throughout for the Birmingham Community Healthcare Charity, which is healthcare and hospital charity in Birmingham, UK. And everything we raise on the 30th will go towards their general fund which means even after the covid crisis uh your donations will

help uh the birmingham area healthcare facilities and hospitals into the future and beyond uh which is also the future but more bigger later bigger picture. Right. And like all of our live in-person shows, this show will also feature real-time sound design by Shane O'Connell, which means live sound effects, live vocal filters, live music cues, blasters coming out of butts. Oh, yeah. Especially the blasters coming out of butts. All the things you love most about Mission to Zix.

We're also very excited to announce we have a special guest for this live show. We're not going to tease it. We're going to spell it out for you right now. From Hello from the Magic Tavern and former guest. Matt Young. Woo-hoo. What a great guy. Friend of the show.

Very excited to have him. And he will be there playing a character is it a character you've heard before is it a brand new character you'll have to tune in at whatever time zone you're in at the time that once again let us just remind you that it is 7 30 british standard time and that is all we can tell you So we really hope to see you there. We won't see you. We'll see each other. But you'll also see the Zoom screen of all eight of us.
