Starting point is 00:00:00 Stress does not make people fat. Eating too much food when stressed makes people fat. Bad gut bacteria, they don't make people fat either. Feeding gut bacteria too much food makes people fat. Eating from large plates and bowls, nope, that does not make people fat. But eating too much food from large plates and bowls. Yep, that makes people fat. Hormones do not make people fat. Eating too much food when hormones are pumping up appetite, though,
Starting point is 00:00:33 certainly makes people fat. Genetics do not make people fat. Eating too much food with genes that can encourage overeating makes people fat. Slow metabolisms don't make people fat. Eating more food than their metabolism burns, that makes people fat. Eating too much insulinogenic food does not make people fat, despite what many quote unquote experts claim. Eating too much food makes people fat. Drinking alcohol. Nope, that doesn't make people fat. But eating too much food with all of the alcohol. Yes, that makes people fat. One more for you. Undereating does not make people fat. Eating too much food under the delusion that they are under eating makes people fat. I've worked with tens of thousands of people over the years, and the biggest thing I see with the people I have helped the most is they're often missing just one crucial
Starting point is 00:01:42 piece of the puzzle. And if you are having trouble reaching your fitness goals as quickly as you'd like, I'm going to guess it is the same thing with you.
