This is a monthly update episode, and that means it is time for me to ramble about what
I've been up to for the last month or so.
But let's start with a bit of fun about February.
So every February 2nd, thousands of people gather in the small town of Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania, to watch a dude fond the oldest groundhog in the world, thanks to a mysterious life-extending elixir prepared by his handlers, who call themselves the Inner Circle.
Now, during said fondling, everyone waits with bated breath to hear from an Inner Circle member whether Phil saw his shadow or not upon emerging from his burrow after his winter hibernation.
Now, if Phil saw his shadow, boom, that means six more weeks of winter are on the way.
And if not, then spring will come early, of course. Yes, I'm talking about Groundhog Day.
And somehow what started as a Christian holiday involving the
blessing of candles and feasting turned into this, something akin to the Romanian superstition that
if your palm itches, it means you are either going to get money or get your ass beat.
So a couple of weeks ago, we are told the furry forecaster saw his shadow and dashed back into his den. And considering the snowstorms
we are still getting here in Northern Virginia, who knows? Z may be right. Yes, I said Z,
don't you dare misgender clairvoyant groundhogs. Okay. Anyway, what does any of that have to do
with books, supplements, and looking good naked?
Well, nothing, but I thought it was cool. And I am going to speak my truth however and whenever I
want. Now I have to meditate, sip on my soy latte, feel some gratitude for my wife's boyfriend.
Okay. I'm feeling more present, grounded, and mindful. So now we can proceed to what is going up and down around MFL town. tastes better than a sous vide Wagyu steak hand served by Superman. I've been eating a protein
bar a day since they arrived. And now that the initial infatuation has worn off, you know,
new toys, fun. I'm even more convinced that these are the best protein bars you can find.
They are delicious. They are nutritious and they are also, and they are oh-so-not cementitious.
Yes, that's a word, as in not like cement, as in chewy and very nice-like in your mouth.
And that's why these bars have been flying off the shelves faster than the unraveling of
Jussie Smollett's fake cat crap, clap trap, self-inflicted assault. Schadenfreude, how I love
thee so much. And why both flavors are about to run out of stock and chocolate chip cookie dough
in particular is on its last legs. Fortunately, however, the next run of bars is arriving in a
few weeks, but if you don't want to wait until then,

Okay, moving on to the next bit of news. It is
another Legion tidbit, and that is that new flavors and formulations for Pulse, Way, and Thrive are
on the way. So Legion's 2019 theme is new, new products, new formulations, and new flavors.
In other words, new ways for me to take more of your money before fleeing the
country. Hashtag blessed, hashtag fitspo, hashtag no filter, hashtag squad, hashtag on fleek,
hashtag bay, hashtag YOLO, hashtag struggle is real. So here's what we are getting ready to
blow out of the airlocks over the course of the next couple months. We have chocolate and vanilla of our new hemp-free
Thrive formulation, which is a huge improvement over our current. This new formulation doesn't
have hemp, which many people are going to be happy about because they are concerned that the hemp is
going to cause them to fail a drug test, which it will not, but I understand the concern. So we're
taking out the hemp. Hemp also tastes kind of funky and doesn't have a great mouthfeel. So we're taking
out the hemp. We're also taking out the quinoa protein. We're sticking to pea and rice and we
are improving the flavor. So this new chocolate is far better than the current chocolate and the
vanilla is just new and it is very good. And also the macros are better. This new formulation has fewer carbs in particular. So more protein, fewer carbs, and fewer calories. We also have
a birthday cake flavored whey plus coming, which is delicious. This is definitely my new favorite
whey plus flavor. Insta buy. We have a salted caramel whey plus coming. We have a tropical
punch pulse coming. Super good. We have a blueical Punch Pulse coming. Super good. We have a Blue Raspberry
Caffeine-Free Pulse coming. And this one tastes even better than the caffeinated Blue Raspberry
because caffeine tastes like butt. And then later this year, we will be releasing new formulations
for Pulse, Recharge, and Triumph. And yes, they are all getting even better. To give you a little
sneak peek, in Pulse, we're going to be adding
alpha GPC. In Recharge, we are going to be revamping, really overhauling the product.
So currently it's a 60 serving. We're going to go down to 30 servings so we can include more
ingredients because high quality creatine is actually fairly expensive for us. So a 60 serving
product with five grams of high quality creatine per serving, that alone
is actually fairly expensive. And then when you add in the corosolic acid, as well as the
L-carnitine, L-tartrate, it is not cheap. It's really not a cheap product to produce. So what
we're going to do though, is we're going to go down to 30 servings and keep the creatine,
keep the L-carnitine, L-tartrate,
replace the cortisolic acid with ursolic acid and add isoleucine. And we're also considering
one or two other goodies. And as far as Triumph goes, we are going to take the current formulation
and modify it specifically for men. So Triumph is going to become a high performance, high quality
sport multivitamin for men. and then we are going to create a
multivitamin specifically for women. And I think this is a great idea because the products are
going to be significantly different, both in terms of the vitamins and minerals that they contain in
the dosages, as well as the extras. So in the men's, we are going to have higher amounts of
most vitamins and minerals because most men weigh more than most women. And the extras are going to include some things that are specifically
beneficial for men. And in the women's, we are going to have lower female calibrated amounts of
key vitamins and minerals, as well as the addition of others like iron. For example,
we are probably not going to include iron in the men's, but we are going to include it in the women's as well as some female specific extras.
Now, of course, both the men's and the women's are going to contain some of the same extras, like, for example, aged garlic extract is good for both men and women.
But then we are going to be including several male only or male specific extras in the men's and female-only, female-specific
extras in the women's. Anyways, I'll be sharing more information about these products as the
process continues. Currently, it's looking like probably Q2, Q3 release on each of those. And
we have some other cool new things coming down the pike as well that I'm going to keep
you in mystery about for now.

Stacked is looking prettier and prettier every day and getting better and better every day.
