Nerd Poker - Mountain Campaign Announcement!

A quick message from Brian!

what's up nerd poker listeners and patreon sponsors we appreciate you all uh especially your patience in the last couple of months, because as we've been trying to get our new campaign together, we've run into some bumps. Christmas, we expected Christmas, but some people went away, so we weren't able to record. We've only recorded two live episodes so far, and that's the thing. We want to stick stick around we want to have the live episodes be the whole cast and not missing anybody so schedules have been crazy and uh you don't need to know what goes into the making of the donuts but i thought i'd share with you so um and then covid fucked us up uh yes people still get covid uh some of our beloved cast members, two of them at least, have had it since Christmas, just in the last couple weeks.

So it's been another big bump. We're looking at getting everybody here live next week, so then we can record our third and fourth episodes. Once we do that, the first one will release. So we're looking at probably a week away or two weeks away of having episode one of Nerd Poker The Mountain Campaign.

So again, we appreciate your patience. The Mountain Campaign is going to be so fucking fun. The first two episodes were great that we did live here at the house. Rhodes is 14 now. You get to hear him. He's got my voice.

It's crazy. That's just the intro of the show. But then the gameplay or new characters are so fun. It was so great to see Sarah and Chris. Of course, Blaine and Ken.

And Dan and Sam again in my dining room playing this game that we love. And Dan's got some great things in store for you and for us. Patreon sponsors.

Again, we appreciate you more than anything you kept this show alive because those other guys didn't do shit if you haven't given us money financially we appreciate you but we'd also appreciate you more if you kicked in a little like our Patreon people do. You're our bread and butter. We've been doing, as you know, bonus episodes still. We've been doing those on Zoom. Hopefully we'll get to do some live pretty soon.

We've been trying to keep up. Guy O'Belum is back for the month of January and did some great ones. Jen Kretschmer last month, one of the best D&D players I've ever met. She's amazing. We've got more people lined up like that. Got some metal friends coming in pretty soon, some more comedy friends. Rick Remender's coming back. He and I have a comic book coming out soon, so he's going to come do Nerd Poker.
