Starting point is 00:01:15 This is Shenanigans. And now, here's your host, Sheena Shea. All right, we are back. I have two of my besties sitting across from me, Tom and Ariana. How are you guys? Hey, how's it going? Good. Thank you for being here again.
Starting point is 00:01:36 Of course. Thanks for having me. Tom, welcome to Shenanigans. Awesome. Glad to be here. Thank you. Janet is going to play a little game with us. I'm sure you guys are familiar with Never Have I Ever. Of course.
Starting point is 00:01:47 But I figured if Janet does the game, then I can play with you guys. Wait, is this, is this Sheena's rules where we only have to answer if we, if we feel like it? Wait, have I done that before? Dude, I have never played a game with you. And I mean, ever. It's like a thing. You always, you like have everyone else stick to the rules, but you're like, oh, I can't.
Starting point is 00:02:06 I can't do that. I'll play spin the bottle, but if it lands on this person, this person, this person, I'm not kissing them. Okay. I'm not going to argue with you. I mean this is my show. We are in my studio, but we'll play fair. Okay. So no, I'm – I think I'm pretty much, I'm an open book.
Starting point is 00:02:26 I will answer anything. So. All right. Yeah. Let's, let's see what she's got for us. All right, guys. These are going to be good. Okay.
Starting point is 00:02:34 They better be. Never have I ever spent a night in jail. So we're going to start with five fingers. Oh, wait. And if you've done it, you put it down. Yep. Okay. Okay.
Starting point is 00:02:43 Tom's taking a sip of his diet Coke. I just took a drink. that's how I normally play. Yeah, we can do that too. Okay. I got my hand up. No, you put your hand up. Yeah. You have five fingers.
Starting point is 00:02:55 Okay. If you did it, you put a finger down. Okay. What have you been in jail for? Me? Yeah. I was getting ready to leave. My buddy of mine was doing an event and literally like six cops rolled, six sheriffs rolled Me? Yeah. traffic stuff and I got a ticket for like expired um plates didn't show up for didn't fix it so
Starting point is 00:03:28 then they suspended my license I got pulled over driving while suspended and then I didn't fix that so like they I had a warrant out for my arrest they came and arrested me oh my god yeah I was hoping it was gonna be something well I guess I'm glad it's not something more intense. Yeah, I'm surprised by that. Okay, how about the next one? Never have I ever had sex in a sleeping bag. In a sleeping bag? Tom's making a face.
Starting point is 00:03:59 You already have a finger down. Tom doesn't understand how this game works. He does not get the rules. There you go. I don't think I've ever had sex in a sleeping bag. I don't think I've ever slept in a sleeping bag. You've never gone camping? No. That does not surprise me.
Starting point is 00:04:15 I've had sex in a tent, but not in a sleeping bag. No, anytime we went camping, we would have a really nice big motorhome. Okay. I've never roughed it. So, no, my fingers are all still up. I'm realizing all of the questions I picked are all sex-related, so I'm sorry. Great. Never have I ever had sex with my boss.
Starting point is 00:04:34 Oh, definitely. More than once. Who? Every restaurant I've ever worked at, almost. Not Lisa Vanderpump, hopefully. Not sir. Not Ken Todd. Not slept with, no,
Starting point is 00:04:47 but the old manager at Villa Blanca and the chef, whatever. Anyway. And you guys never had sex with a boss. I mean, a boss, but not like my boss. I had,
Starting point is 00:05:03 yeah, when I worked at TGA Fridays. Then you need to put two fingers down. You had sex with a TGA Fridays manager? Yeah. I was like 18. Did you guys have your flare on? I took the flare off. 13 pieces of flare.
Starting point is 00:05:20 Did you like give her a piece of your flare after that? Yeah, totally. Yeah, yeah cool and then some oh whoa okay okay how about the next one never have i ever had sex with someone i've met on the internet okay just sliding into dms does that count as like meeting someone on the internet on the internet no wait i don't think i have any fingers down i don't know why why I'm sitting here. Yeah, I was wondering which one it was. I think I just did that because I was looking at you guys with your thumbs like that. I mean, I've met guys through Instagram, and that's become a thing. Yeah, so the answer is yes.
Starting point is 00:05:59 Have any of you guys ever had sex with a fan? Well, no. Oh, I guess you guys know sheena i mean that's not one of the questions i'm not gonna put a finger down kind of like i mean if it's like a guy like i've like gone on a date with who like had happened to watch the show but i wouldn't consider him like a fan it's not like someone's reached out to me on twitter and then i'm like hey what's up you want to get it on like no ari Ariana was a huge fan of the show. So that's a yes from me.
Starting point is 00:06:27 Oh yeah, you know it. Oh my god, season one. My favorite show. Ariana was so excited to be a part of this show. Yeah. Okay, never have I ever purchased a porno movie. Purchased? Have you ever paid for porn? No.
Starting point is 00:06:43 Never paid for porn. That's kind of a guy thing paying for it how much is porn what's the free yeah what's the point in paying for it well i i was i remember i was at the pleasure chest and i saw these like retro retro porn and i got some like old like retro retro porn is totally different i feel like that's like a fun thing to do you weren't like no you're not like subscribed to like a weird website no no hell no why would you do that when you look at it for free that's exactly what i was asking is i feel like you would look at like 70s porno for like out outfit inspiration maybe oh my god for like a party i want to talk about your birthday party we'll get into that.
Starting point is 00:07:25 Okay. So I still have no fingers down. Okay. Last one. Maybe we'll get you with this one. No, not last one. We still have fingers up. We've got to go until we get our fingers down. Okay.
Starting point is 00:07:32 Never have I ever had sex with someone that didn't speak the same language as me. No. No. Really? I feel like you're always traveling. I feel like you might have had one. No. Okay.
Starting point is 00:07:44 Never have I ever licked chocolate, whipped cream, or peanut butter off of my partner during sex. Not during sex. No. More like as a joke maybe. No. I don't think I have. Tom? I don't know. Maybe. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:08:00 Never have I ever smoked pot with my parents. Oh, I have. I have. Woo! Finally. Yay! Such a bonding moment. bonding moment yeah oh my god i love getting my dad high your brother gets my dad high that was the last time my dad smoked weed was with jeremy that makes a lot of sense that's cute um never have i ever kissed a member of the same sex on the lips okay oh duh come on we're all putting fingers Tom lost you can go into Tom Tom and see Sandoval literally kissing shorts oh that's so cute I love that yeah all right well Tom you lost I lost or did you win or you won yeah I came in second maybe Ariana you lost look here's your
Starting point is 00:08:40 prize done the least amount it's a bottle bottle of water. Water. There you go. Courtesy of Podcast One. You're welcome. So, okay. I feel like most people probably know this, like if you've watched the show, but like we've known each other for what? Like over a decade now. Oh my gosh. Back to Villablanca days.
Starting point is 00:08:57 Yeah. Did Villablanca open? It was like 2008 or 2009. That's when you guys met? Yeah. It had to have been 2008 or earlier because, or no, no, no, right around then actually. Yeah. Because I remember like it was right after I booked like my first movie.
Starting point is 00:09:12 Oh my God. That one is like a scary movie. Yeah. No, that was. Or that was a different one. That was like my third or fourth. Oh, okay. I'm just saying.
Starting point is 00:09:23 This was like a movie that literally shot in like four days on one location. Gotcha. So it tells you like how awesome it was. I have a few of those. Yeah. And then what year did you start at Villablanca? Probably 2011 because I moved here October of 2010. And I didn't start working at Villablanca like right away.
Starting point is 00:09:42 So I think maybe probably like 2011. Okay. So this is what we were talking about at work the other night. You never knew single Sheena. Late 2008 or 2009. Yeah. Actually. That's what I was thinking.
Starting point is 00:09:52 I forgot about it. Okay. Yeah. Sorry. At least 10 years though. Yes. Crazy. But that's right because you, up until this past year, you never knew me single.
Starting point is 00:10:01 No. Sandoval did. Yeah. Oh my God. Kristen used to hate me. Like, she would, like, come in if we were bartending together just to, like, keep an eye on us. Oh, my God. To make sure nothing was happening.
Starting point is 00:10:11 They all used to do that. Everybody had their eye on me. They used to come from Sir over to Villa Blanca and just act like fools. Oh, my God. That feels like so long ago. Yeah, it does. Stassi and Jax would get shit-faced. They would start arguing in the middle of Villa Blanca.
Starting point is 00:10:25 And it's like, you know. It's quiet in there. It's a quiet place in there, yeah. It's peaceful. Right? They finally got a TV. They finally stepped up their game at the bar. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:10:35 Dang. They still have those uncomfortable bar stools. Oh, my God. And they got new bar stools. Oh, wow. They still have the shitty ones, but they have some comfortable ones now as well. The cheese grater? The ones that are like cheese grater on the ass?
Starting point is 00:10:43 Yeah, the chunk of your butt cheek comes out the bottom. What is the point of that? Dude, that place is responsible for like my coffee addiction because it was a snooze fest at night. All candlelight. Oh, it's gorgeous. The only time. But it's like you want to just lay down.
Starting point is 00:10:58 Yeah. Villa Blanca is also the only time I've ever created a fake account to troll somebody. And that was I created a fake Yelp account because I couldn't take the music in there. Oh, my God. It was like Barbra Streisand. Fucking tears. Can I cuss on this? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:11:13 Whatever you want. Fucking Tears in Heaven by Eric Clapton. Fucking Michael Jackson. Yes. Father figure. The Girl is Mine by Michael Jackson. Kiss from a Rose. Dude, it was the worst music.
Starting point is 00:11:25 And if we ever changed it. Lisa would come and be like, put on the Saint-Tropez playlist. Oh, God. That fucking Saint-Tropez playlist. Because remember, I made a playlist. Yeah. And it was like good, decent shit. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:11:37 And then they wouldn't let us use it. It would clear the place out. I mean, people would hear Heartbreak Hotel. And I'm not talking like the elvis song i'm talking like whitney houston the version the one from like stella got her groove back yeah like depressing that's a pressing ass song and the girl at the end of it sounds like a siren she's like after like the breakdown it's like if you hear that song every once in a while you wouldn't notice it but the we would hear it like three times a night. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:12:05 Oh, my God. That music. It was bad. It was really bad. It was awful. Yeah. Now they just play John Mayer on repeat. Okay.
Starting point is 00:12:14 There you go. You love that, huh? Oh, yeah. Janet and I are like sitting at lunch and we're like, oh, he just follows us everywhere. All right. But yeah, I've never known single Sheena. Yeah. I'm enjoying it. it's very entertaining i am
Starting point is 00:12:27 still here it's been almost a year and a half oh my gosh it was so funny when you first brought shea in i was like all right sheena if you want me to like play play along i'll you know what i mean i was like i didn't really take it seriously i know no one did I literally had a bet with Katina she's a server who used to work there and it was like Shay and I started dating um like a little bit over summer but it was more casual it was like more so in October and she was like you're not gonna be with this guy by Thanksgiving and I was like wanna make a bet I was like he's different she's like yeah okay she knows she's like I will make you a bet she's like dinner on me any restaurant in la if you're still with him on thanksgiving wow is that her selfie on thanksgiving i was like so
Starting point is 00:13:09 when are you making the reservation at boa nice good choice but then i ended up feeling bad when we went to dinner and i still split it with her because i was like this is really expensive and yeah we did not have any money back then boa is really expensive yeah kristen wants to take us there soon i was like okay i'm down the vegetarian wants to take us there soon. I was like, okay. I'm down. The vegetarian wants to go to the steakhouse. Yes, I know. Because we all were promoting James May and everything. She's like, no, I want to take you guys to a really nice dinner. They do have the really good, that table-side Caesar is so good.
Starting point is 00:13:35 So good. I think that table-side Caesar is what got me on my Caesar kick. I never order Caesars. It's not my thing. The last few months, I just been like wanting Caesar salads. It's really weird. My mom would be so disappointed in me. Do you like the anchovies on it or no?
Starting point is 00:13:51 I don't eat the anchovies, but I. You like to know they're around. I kind of like to know they're there. Yeah. I mean, it's already in the dressing, which is enough. Yeah. But the slimy things on top. I'm not going to eat the actual anchovy, but I do like the saltiness. Yeah. Eat it. Yeah. But the slimy things on top just slimy as well. I'm not going to eat the actual anchovy but I do like the saltiness.
Starting point is 00:14:06 Yeah. Eat it. Okay. That's what she said. Anyway, one thing I do miss about when we all worked at Villablanca
Starting point is 00:14:16 was we used to have the best dance parties after. Yeah, we did. It was a we just dance parties. Oh, yeah. I want to bring it back. That was like my way of escaping from the hell.
Starting point is 00:14:25 That was my life. I know. I remember. Yeah. Like we had the hell that was mine. Seriously. Oh, my God. I love the cheesy, fun choreography on those games.
Starting point is 00:14:39 I am the only person that's ever beaten Ariana. It's true. Yeah, it's true. How did that happen? I have no idea. You Ariana. It's true. Yeah. It's true. How did that happen? I have no idea. You guys and your rock lobster. Yeah. Oh, my God.
Starting point is 00:14:48 Rock lobster is so fun. And the dirty dancing one. Dee, dee, dee, dee, dee, dee. Oh, God. Yeah. Oh, yeah. You never did the lift at the end, though. You guys never got that down.
Starting point is 00:14:56 No. We got to get that down at some point. We got to work on that. Yeah. Maybe you can lift me. Yeah, I'll lift you. You can lift me. I have strong legs.
Starting point is 00:15:04 There you go. Oh, yeah. Last last night wasn't i like trying to break your leg with my legs oh yeah you are i was pretty close right yeah yeah you're pretty close yeah what were you guys doing i don't know i don't know i think i just like was like trying to demonstrate my strength it's not surprising it sounds like something you guys would do in bed yeah it like wasn't sexual at all, actually. It was just like, I think I could break your leg if I tried. Ariana exerting her dominance over Tom.
Starting point is 00:15:33 That's right. That's right. Okay, I want to talk about TomTom. Yeah. So what was your first thought when Lisa came to you with this idea? I mean, I didn't – I got really excited. I was a little beside myself. I got obviously really excited.
Starting point is 00:15:52 My head started like just – brain just started like all these thoughts, all these thoughts, all these concepts, all these like – it was like a dream. You know what I mean? When you daydream, when you're really excited about something and you just sit there just like I could do this then I could do this oh my gosh and then we could do this and then this could happen and then like you know yeah it was it was awesome such a great feeling and yeah how involved were you with the decor menu all of that like I know we see a little bit on the show but like behind the scenes stuff, like how involved were you? I mean, I really didn't have a lot of, as far as, um, I love the idea of the share plates. I was, you know, I didn't want it to be this thing where you like sit down and get appetizers, have an entree, then bring desserts.
Starting point is 00:16:39 Like I didn't want that kind of vibe. I don't like that vibe myself. I hate big dinners. I think they're where you got to like sit down, you know know especially big dinners where you're like crammed at a table it takes like an hour to get your freaking appetizers like it's this all day like thing i hate those so like i like sitting down grabbing drinks having a little nibble here and there you know so i love dinners i don't i love so i I love the idea. I just asked if we could try and do an elevated Crunchwrap Supreme like from Taco Bell because I love Crunchwrap Supremes. And then maybe some Toasted Raviolis, which I'm still working on the Toasted Raviolis.
Starting point is 00:17:15 And then obviously I had tons of ideas for cocktails. But as far as the menu goes, that was kind of her thing. But I agree with it. That makes sense. Yeah. Tom does hate big dinners because I remember when we were in Vegas and we had like three hours to kill before we were going ziplining. And Chad from Nickelback wanted to go to like a big nice dinner. And Tom was like, anything but a big nice dinner.
Starting point is 00:17:36 We're like, well, we have three hours to kill. We're downtown. We gambled for a bit, but we did do a big nice dinner. I was like, all right. He's like, come on, man. Let's crush some good reds. I was like, all right. All right. I'll crush, all right. He's like, come on, man. Let's crush some good reds. I was like, all right. All right.
Starting point is 00:17:46 I'll crush some good reds with you. He loves a good red. Yeah. He loves crushing them reds. Have you, guys, do you keep in touch with him? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:17:54 Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:17:55 Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:17:56 Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:17:57 Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:17:57 Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:17:57 Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:17:58 Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:17:59 Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:18:03 Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. His buddy is in the band Anthrax. Okay. But, yeah, he came in, he said what's up,
Starting point is 00:18:10 and then Chad texted me because they're, like, I guess really good friends. Yeah, Anthrax. Yeah, I still keep in touch with them. I haven't heard that band name in a long time. I know, right? Oh, my God. No, but that was so fun.
Starting point is 00:18:20 He, like, brought him to my show in Vegas, and that was a good time. Chad's a cool guy. Yeah, he's really cool. Yeah, and when we went to their concert, it was like because they did a little like mini residency thing I forgot how many songs Nickelback has I was like, oh my god This takes me back to high school. This reminds me of like a breakup like yeah, like a lot of hits You're like look at this photograph Far away song. I totally forgot about that song until I got the show.
Starting point is 00:18:47 I was like, oh my God. Took me back. I like that one that he did on the Spider-Man 2 soundtrack. I heard that song today. It came on SiriusXM on Pop Rocks. Hero. Him and Saliva. Oh, what?
Starting point is 00:19:00 Yes. The lead singer of Saliva. I forget his name. But yeah, I love that song. Great harmonies. Yeah. His voice does that thing where it does two pitches at once. It's pretty interesting.
Starting point is 00:19:09 Yeah. Speaking of pitches, how's your trumpet playing going? It's not really going. It just kind of stays up in the closet until James asks me to pull it out and play it once a year. I mean, I don't know what he expects. Like you, you bring somebody in and you're like, Oh, it's a, here's the song. Might like, just play some tunes, you know, ominous tones. And it's like, dude, okay, I'll try.
Starting point is 00:19:36 You know, how many instruments do you play? I guess, well, plays a little bit of a stretch here. Um, I mean, I guess I can try to any brass instrument except the trombone and the French horn. I can't play French horn, but anything like trumpet, cornet, baritone, any of those. Tuba, I can play a tuba. Like you know how it works. I know how it works. I can it works i can play but you're not you don't like practice i don't practice yeah i play guitar acoustic electric a little bit tiny
Starting point is 00:20:12 i took piano lessons i've seen you play uh on like my keyboard or something like yeah you're pretty good i'm okay well it's again if you don't practice something you're not gonna be you have to practice you don't use it you you're not going to be – you have to practice. You don't use it, you lose it. Exactly. What instruments do you own other than a trumpet? Just like – Guitars.
Starting point is 00:20:33 Guitars. Like three or four guitars. I'm trying to imagine what else is in that closet. I imagine like samurai swords, lightsabers. Definitely. Colored contacts. Definitely some swords for sure. Wigs.
Starting point is 00:20:44 All kinds of stuff. You go go to my like you go to our storage unit it's a freaking toy box i can imagine you guys have had some of the most like elaborate like best costumes thanks i mean out of any couple on the show definitely like best dressed both of you oh thanks what's your favorite costume that you guys have both done? That we've done like together? Either together or individually. I was going to say together is definitely Todd and Karen. Oh my God, yes. The cyber goth couple from Best Buy that live in my parents' basement.
Starting point is 00:21:24 That you may have seen in a viral video where they were dancing under a bridge. In the daylight. In the daylight. Oh oh my god i remember that one yeah it's so funny someone actually i think asked me like did you get is this are you guys being those people from under the bridge and i was like that's amazing that that person noticed it because we were but then we created these like elaborate black backstories on them. Yeah. Yeah. We work at Best Buy. Karen kind of like gets around. So Todd's like super stoked that she's decided that he that she wants to date him.
Starting point is 00:21:57 She like she like takes pictures and he's like, yeah, and the pictures and she'll like cut him out of the picture. Like took a real long time to like change her Facebook status. Yeah. Whereas he changed it to inrelationship, like, immediately. Like, immediately. Yeah. Mm-hmm. Interesting.
Starting point is 00:22:10 No, but seriously, you guys always have the best costumes. Thanks. Like, you seriously go all out. Ice Queen and Vampire was fun. That was a good one. Yeah, that one was so good. Yeah, that makeup took me, like, four hours. I don't know how you did that on your own.
Starting point is 00:22:25 I don't know. I got this idea in my head of like if I put white makeup on and then I get blue eyeshadow, I can use the blue eyeshadow as contour. Yeah. As opposed to like, you know, bronzer. Totally. And it worked, but it was a lot. It was a process.
Starting point is 00:22:41 That was my second time putting on acrylic nails because I wanted to be like a vampire with acrylic nails. Yeah, you wanted like long, creepy nails. Yeah. What was the second time putting on acrylic nails because I wanted to be like a vampire with acrylic nails. Yeah, you wanted like long creepy nails. Yeah. What was the first time you had acrylic nails on? When I dressed in Dragon New Orleans. Oh, I remember that. That was so, both of you were so good at that. It was like freaky. I actually want to see more of you guys together as like cross-dressing couple. Yeah, Visa Merhomp and jordan something jordan tyler jordan tyler fine fine star i came up i came up with the with those names with the girl drag names yeah and yours you came up with mine yeah i came up
Starting point is 00:23:19 with your name you reminded me of james in drag like you was drag was james i was thinking of like justin bieber meets like one of those boys one of those vine boys what were they called viners yes but there was like those ones that got really huge oh like the team 10 of vine sure what were they called i don't know yes i know your sister would know she would know but they were like so i don't know like vine got so it's vine was great like it's so funny but yes yeah yeah yeah yeah like that meets like a justin bieber but like more obnoxious definitely i think one of the questions i had so many questions come in on instagram for you guys that i'll ask you in a bit i had to literally take it down because there was like 50 questions. I was like, hold on.
Starting point is 00:24:07 I don't know. I was like, pick the top 10. This is overwhelming me. But one of them asked if you're ever going to bring back drag. Will we see Sandoval in drag? Dude, I would love to. I like kept all of that stuff. He literally has like a suitcase full of drag stuff.
Starting point is 00:24:20 I have like all the ass pads, the shapewear pads. Because you got to have that hourglass. Right. I'll tell you. If you're not going to do it right, don't bother doing it. You have to pay tribute to great drag queens. You can't just half-ass it. For sure.
Starting point is 00:24:36 And it was awesome because one of my goals that night was to be mistaken. I don't even care if it was like by somebody who's literally blackout drunk whatever but so i was leaning over the bar to order drinks and like twice a group of guys walked in and were like checking out my ass the security guard told me yeah our security guy told me it's hilarious he's like dude like two groups of people have come in they're like been like checking out your ass. Oh, my God. They're probably trying to figure out if it's real or not.
Starting point is 00:25:08 And I'm like, wait, what kind of shapewear are you using? Ask me for a friend. Did you, after that aired, did you get a lot of shit from people saying like you were being like insensitive or did you? Okay. Hell no. I think it helped. I think because people knew that you were sincere in your love of the art exactly yeah you weren't making fun of it you guys even had a drag queen help you with
Starting point is 00:25:31 your makeup yeah for sure and that was something you really wanted to make sure you were like i'm not here to like throw on a wig and a dress yeah like that it'd be like oh this is so funny i'm a straight guy in drag like that 80s like um that that 80s Budweiser commercial where it was ladies. I don't know if you remember that. But all these guys, like, put on wigs and, like, dressed and, like, yoo-hoo. Oh, God. And they're, like, getting, like, free drinks. It's so stupid.
Starting point is 00:25:55 But, yeah, no. I'll tell you the worst part about that was is I could not get those damn nails off. Oh, my God. I remember that. I'm, like, just soaking my hand in, what was that? Acetone. Acetone. And I ended up having, and I had Swarovski crystals on them and I had to take nail clippers
Starting point is 00:26:10 and cut through them. It was like grinding them. I do remember that. We were like at the pool the next day and Sandoval was just sitting there like giving himself a manicure with his hands. I felt so bad because when we first went out the night before, you didn't have the nails on because we were in a rush.
Starting point is 00:26:26 Yeah. And then when we got to the first bar, I was like, here, I'll put those on for you. You got to complete the look. Yeah. And then I felt bad because then you couldn't get them off. Could not get those things off. Whoops. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:26:37 It was a good look. You were bringing up something when we were just at lunch about the style. Oh, yeah. I always feel like, okay, I'm from a small town in Ohio. And a lot of my friends will be like that like oh he they cross-dress like they they're gay right like they're really secretly gay and i feel like there's this whole i don't know coming of age thing that's happening right now where you guys are doing a really great job of bending gender
Starting point is 00:27:00 roles while staying in you know your sexualities where it's like, it's okay for a guy to put on fake nails and dress up and drag and still be straight and have a strong relationship with his girlfriend. Comfortable with this. Yeah. And totally comfortable with sexuality. And I understand like in LA, you can go out like that. Nobody questions that.
Starting point is 00:27:16 Nobody looks twice at you. It's not anything in small towns like where I'm from, Ohio. People are like, what's going on with that guy? But I feel like you guys are educating your audience of like, you can do do this stuff you can dress up and you don't have to want to have sex with men you can dress up and just yeah you can do whatever you want and embrace your creativity without making some larger statement why anything why rob yourself of like all those experiences yeah it's so fun i think it's so fun to be. When people are closed off like that, I think they're depriving themselves of having a good time and really enjoying life. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:27:52 And you guys do such a great job of, like, supporting each other in that. You're never like, oh, my God, Tom wants to wear fake nails. You're like, no, no, I brought the glue. We're putting him on his bar right now. Well, yeah. She's always. She's good. Sometimes in a good way, she'll help.
Starting point is 00:28:04 I have to reel him in sometimes. Sometimes she'll reel me in because I'm just like so wanting to just go way over the top and to the point of like. But that's just like editing. Yeah, yeah, yeah. You got to edit that. It's like when you're writing a book. You got to edit it a little bit. Yeah. But you guys are so supportive of each other and can bend gender roles while still being who you are.
Starting point is 00:28:24 And I think that's really, really great. Thanks. I appreciate it. Well, the rules are changing all the time. So they should be. Should be. Yeah, definitely. Rules are made to be broken.
Starting point is 00:28:33 And speaking of writing a book, what's the latest with the cocktail book? We have I can't. OK, I'm not allowed to really divulge a whole lot of information on that. OK. But I will say that we are working very hard on cocktail recipes at the moment. Yes, because we have to make sure. No. No. No.
Starting point is 00:28:55 Yeah. We have a lot. I just found out, okay, you guys are all probably going to make fun of – I know you are. You are. And you are. I literally just learned for uh writing cocktail recipes i just learned how to make jello shots for the first time ever amazing oh my god i'm an expert it's my first time we i didn't have like we didn't do jello was a kid and
Starting point is 00:29:19 then like when i got older i've had jello shots but I've never made Jell-O or Jell-O shots. So last week I experimented with making three different types of Jell-O shots. Yeah. One of them is a Jaeger bomb, but it's like Jaeger Jell-O and then on top is the Red Bull Jell-O. Ooh. Interesting. But it's all one. Like, you know what I, you don't.
Starting point is 00:29:41 Like a shooter. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. But it looks cool because it's like – it looks layered. Cool. So like in the one cup, it's the two things? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:29:49 How do you do that? Well, you make the Jaeger Jell-O and you just get like the regular gelatin instead of like flavored Jell-O. Yeah. So you make whatever – I don't have the recipe on hand. But you make the Jaeger Jell-O part first. And then you put that in the fridge for like 20 minutes. And then while you're letting that sit for a sec, you make the Red Bull Jell-O.
Starting point is 00:30:15 Sugar-free does not work as well. No, it doesn't. No. When you're making Jell-O shots. No, it doesn't work. I've learned that. So regular Red Bull Jell-O. And then because the Jaeger one has been sitting in the fridge for a second. It separates.
Starting point is 00:30:26 You can put the Red Bull one on top of it. And it'll kind of stay separated a little bit. I love that. So it's not like two different pieces like separate. It's one thing. Can you say what your favorite cocktail is in the book? And I want to know what your favorite one is on the TomTom menu. is in the book.
Starting point is 00:30:42 And I want to know what your favorite one is on the TomTom menu. We got some really interesting stuff that we can't quite talk about. It's unlike anything you've ever seen
Starting point is 00:30:52 anywhere. Does it have glitter? Oh. Some of it. Disco tits shots will definitely be something that people will find out about.
Starting point is 00:31:00 Those were amazing. You weren't there that night, huh? No, but I love the idea of it. Yeah. And I love the name. Disco tits. Tovelo. Tove amazing. You weren't there that night, huh? No, but I love the idea of it. Yeah, and I love the name. Disco Tits. Tovelo. My favorite Tovelo
Starting point is 00:31:09 song. Shout out to Tovelo. Also a nickname that has been bestowed upon me by Jessie Montana because I've literally been at a music festival with Disco Tits. I made her keep them on. It's true.
Starting point is 00:31:25 Out of all the drinks on the TomTom cocktail list, which is your fave? That's easy. It's definitely the Toulouse Mine, which is the absinthe. Which one's that? Oh. When I made this drink, the first time I made it for Lisa and Lance Bass, they had like Lance Bass. They both had three of them.
Starting point is 00:31:43 That's how. For somebody who doesn't drink absinthe, that's how you can tell when you got a good drink. When you can get somebody to drink something that they normally hate, then you know you're doing good. I love absinthe. I don't think I've tried this drink yet. We use these habanero-infused sugar crystals, all made naturally, and with pineapple juice, absinthe and lemon juice. And it's an amazing drink. No, I've had this.
Starting point is 00:32:08 Yeah. It's great. It compliments itself so well. Like, you know, the first thing you taste a little sweetness from the, from the sugar and then, you know, then goes into the pineapple with the citrus and the lemon. And then, you know, right as then the vanilla sort of happens in the pineapple. And then that, that goes really nice with the absinthe, that licorice and the vanilla. And then right as that burn starts to happen from the absinthe, the habanero kind of comes in to complement that and leave you with that awesome, lasting impression.
Starting point is 00:32:32 I want that right now. I know. I like the matcha bucha. That's my favorite. Oh, yeah. That's what all my girlfriends got when I took them there last week for dinner. When people hear the ingredients, they're like, that sounds disgusting. And I'm like, well, you think that because you haven't had it.
Starting point is 00:32:46 Is it Doc Holliday? Yeah. That's my go to at Tom and Tom. I created that one as well. That's with mint and red bell pepper. I have full trust in you with cocktail stuff. After there was a night that all of us were at my place and I was like oh I have like. Is this the night that you
Starting point is 00:33:01 like fell over? Yes! He fell over. He fell over. I hit your weed pen. Crossfaded my ass off. There was a night though. I was like, uh, we have like a half a bottle of vodka and like nothing else. And you were like,
Starting point is 00:33:14 just hold on a second. And you opened the fridge. You got out a bunch of our condiments. And I was like, I don't even want to know what he's going to do in there. But you made all of us shots and they were all delicious. And I was like, I literally had vodka and mustard.
Starting point is 00:33:27 What the fuck did you put in this to make it taste so good? But everyone was like, what are these? Can we make more? And you're like, I don't know if we have the stuff to make more, but that was it. But I fully trust you with cocktail stuff now. It's like MacGyver. I know.
Starting point is 00:33:38 If you can go into my kitchen and make stuff out of condiments and vodka, then you can do anything. That's something that we're focusing on too with this book is that we're going to be doing things like that teach you how to teach yourself. And it's going to be situational, some classy, some trashy. You know what I'm saying? Like, but most, most of the time with cocktail books, it's like, I have three of them. I think you probably have one or two.
Starting point is 00:34:03 They're just a thick book full of cocktails. It's like if you want to make something, you can literally just Google it. But ours is going to be more about teaching you how to teach yourself and not make it so difficult. A lot of people want to sound intelligent and make things complicated in cocktail books. That's really cool because then people can show off when they're hosting a party and actually have done it themselves. And also explain why it's important during certain
Starting point is 00:34:32 situations to choose this versus something else. I like that. You guys are so smart. Now, other than the dog holiday, my fave are the Tom Tom shots. Are those on the menu or is that just something that you need to know someone to order it? Like in and out?
Starting point is 00:34:49 The secret menu? Yes, the secret menu. No, they're on the menu. We have a shop menu. Oh, so okay. They're not on the cocktail menu. They're at the shop bar on that menu. And we just, I just created two more cocktails.
Starting point is 00:35:00 One of them is called the Tamakazi, and the other one is Vanderblood. What's in the Vanderblood? Forget the name of the cherries. But they're like dark cherries that we soak in alcohol. And you muddle those into St saint germain lemon juice and whiskey and i'm trying to think there's like oh and cherry herring cherry herring i love all the names they're so creative thanks did you guys do most of the names uh they they actually did most of the names but that's fine yeah i don't care yeah they're creative so who cares yeah the bar is called fucking tom tom so yeah i mean we both came up with some of the names but i feel like you uh there was a couple
Starting point is 00:35:50 of cocktails that were called something else and then they like just changed the name yeah they just changed the name yeah yeah yeah what's your favorite thing on the food menu um the baba pump tacos i love the chicken tacos the ones the jicama tacos oh yeah i haven't tried really On the food menu. The Bubba Pump Tacos. I love the chicken tacos. The ones, the jicama tacos. Oh, yeah. I haven't tried those yet. Really interesting. I love those.
Starting point is 00:36:10 The jicama is really, it's got like a crunch to it. Yeah. But it's soft. My mom used to make jicama, like we would, she would make homemade salsas and then she would use jicama instead of tortilla chips. Yeah. It's delicious. No, seriously, that is definitely my favorite out of all of the Vanderpump restaurants now.
Starting point is 00:36:27 I think, just so you guys know, TomTom has the best cocktail and food menu. I mean, I know that we're biased. I always say this. But it really is. I know that I'm biased, but I'm also right. Yeah. So it's fine. Exactly.
Starting point is 00:36:37 And you guys have vegan and vegetarian options. Like the buffalo cauliflower at TomTom. The first time I ate that, I was like, there's no way this doesn't have meat in it. It's so good. So good. You guys have all the options. The first time I ate that, I was like, there's no way this doesn't have meat in it. It's so good. You guys have all the options. The flavor is such a unique flavor. It's almost like, it's not like buffalo. It's not like buffalo.
Starting point is 00:36:51 It's kind of, but it has like spicy orange chicken, but not, I don't know. Yeah. But not as sweet. It's freaking great. It's amazing. It's amazing. It's Pharrell's favorite. Oh, Pharrell's been to Tom Tom?
Starting point is 00:37:03 Yes. What? Yeah. I didn't know that. And he had the nutcase. The nutcase was his cocktail. Oh my God. I did not know that. it's Pharrell's favorite Pharrell's been to Tom Tom? yes what? yeah I didn't know that and he had the nutcase the nutcase was his cocktail oh my god I did not know that
Starting point is 00:37:09 that's so cool how crazy is that? what other fun celebs have been to Tom Tom? well there was like that time it was like Kaley Cuoco oh yeah
Starting point is 00:37:18 Lacey Chabert they were there together Chloe Grace I served them some Tom Tom shots with the buzz buttons they loved it weren't Spencer and Heidi in there? they were so nice yeah we were just talking about that They were there together. Chloe Grace. I served them some Tom Tom shots with the buzz buttons. They loved it. Weren't Spencer and Heidi in there? They were so nice.
Starting point is 00:37:27 Yeah. We were just talking about that. I feel like there's been. There's been some other ones. I just can't remember. My favorite chick on Grey's Anatomy was there last week. Camila Luddington. Sweet.
Starting point is 00:37:36 I saw. Was just there. My mom was like, oh, the one you like. And I was like, what? There's always like, I mean, it's just like, it's the hot spot. It's a little hot spot in West Hollywood. I love that. Have Chrissy Teigen and John Legend been in? Ooh, no. I don't think's just like it's the hot spot. It's a little hot spot in West Hollywood. I love that.
Starting point is 00:37:45 Have Chrissy Teigen and John Legend been in? Ooh, no, I don't think so. I don't think so. I feel like they will soon because they're both such big fans. They need to come. Yeah, we'll arrange that. Yeah. We'll arrange that.
Starting point is 00:37:58 What were your thoughts when you first walked in and saw the decor and everything? I was shook. I was so excited shook i was i was i was crazy i couldn't i was so scattered like i felt scattered because i was trying to just take everything in and take it in as a whole i mean everything was custom built that was the first time lisa had had gone with a designer who actually custom built stuff for the restaurant she normally finds stuff and then brings it in you know picks things out whether it's online or at stores but this is the first time she had somebody literally make everything and then the clock is moving like it was
Starting point is 00:38:34 unbelievable the smoke coming out of the shop bar like the clock is so cool yeah it's really cool um yeah it was overwhelming i mean i was just so like i was like is this fucking real like it was overwhelming I mean I was just so like I was like is this fucking real like it was nuts I've heard rumors that TomTom is expanding can you confirm or deny that I will confirm that yes we are expanding
Starting point is 00:38:57 that's amazing yeah so like if you guys you haven't been there so like there's the whole wall and then there's like the clock and the pictures and all of that. So if you're going to expand next door, do you knock down that wall, or do you, like, just, like, make the bar go all the way around? Hey, if it was up to me, you would sit in one of those booths and, like, pull a lever, and the whole booth would spin around. That's cool. Oh, my God.
Starting point is 00:39:19 That would be so fun. It's like a ride at Disneyland. Yeah. I love that. Tom loves a secret passageway. I mean, I love a secret passageway. So, yeah. I mean, but we're going to figure it out. I think the bar is going to kind of go all the way around.
Starting point is 00:39:31 Yeah. I told Ken and Lisa, as far as the garden goes, like, it'd be great to make that a double-sided fireplace. And have it in the center. And have people sort of, like, sit around that. Like, as a center focal point. I love how that whole that whole parking lot is now every other restaurant is also expanding back so i think it's so funny it's like there's no more that's it's all just i love how the south side of the street was like the depressing
Starting point is 00:39:57 like yeah loser side of the street and now it's like completely blowing up even even mother load is like oh my god so nice now yeah it's literally gonna go it's like completely blowing up. Even Motherload is like – Motherload is so nice now. Yeah. It's literally going to go – it's literally going to go Pump, Motherload looks great, and then Bottega Louie, TomTom, the expansion of TomTom, and then – Beaches. Beaches, and then Rocco's. Dude, it's going to be – it's the new spot. Like the new town, like the new place to bar hop.
Starting point is 00:40:26 It really is. So if you guys are visiting LA, definitely check out that corner in West Hollywood. It's like, there's just, there's so much to do like right there. Yeah. I love that area. I love it too. The Abbey's right there. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:40:37 So much fun. I was at the Abbey last night dancing my ass off. I saw that. I saw on your story. I don't even have to wait. I don't even have to wait in line or show my ID anymore. They're literally just like, oh, what's up, Tom? There you go.
Starting point is 00:40:48 Neighboring bars. That's a benefit. Yeah. Yeah. So I wanted to ask you, Ariana, the last time you were here, you were talking about Face Flexer. Yes. What's going on with that?
Starting point is 00:40:58 We're finalizing our labels and our packaging and all of that. And so hopefully we will have things out in the next few months. It's kind of with everything that we've been working on with like writing the book, trying to buy a house, you know, and then this cancer shit from last year, like that really kind of put a wrench in my plans. So it's things take long. You know what? You have setbacks, things take longer, but like, I love our product and I actually really I love our like new little I kind of design. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:41:31 I had a suggestion for our label design. Yeah. And then when it came out, I like I think it looks super cute. So I'm excited for everybody to see it. Our sheet and our gel mask will be the first wave of things that come out. They're great, by the way. I love them. Yeah, he does.
Starting point is 00:41:44 And then it's really important to me for us to come out with a really solid sunscreen. Yeah. So I think that will be next on the agenda after that. Can you do like a, can we, like after that, maybe work on like a men's line? Sorry, I'm burping. Or a Vegas mask. Yes. Okay.
Starting point is 00:42:03 Because masks, I always, you have to do a vegas mask but face elixir is all about like we have our goddess that represents face elixir but we also each one of our products we like to think of as like their own goddess or like the goddess in you the customer or god and your man you can be. Cool. So, yeah, just kind of be like a Dionysus reference, which is kind of like the god of partying. Sweet, yes. I like that. Yeah. So you were saying sunscreen line.
Starting point is 00:42:35 Obviously, that hits close to home for you. Yes. I just want to say that I commend you and admire how you've spoken publicly about this. Thank you. There's so many personal things that I think a lot of public figures and celebrities try and just, you know, hide and don't tell the whole truth. And I think it's so important for people to know, you know, they should be getting checked if you see something that doesn't seem right. Like, you should always. Yes.
Starting point is 00:42:59 And if you ask a doctor, if you say, hey, I don't know about this. And they're like, well, you know you you're probably fine like don't stop there because uh that's what i did for years is i kind of was like well i asked about it and they said if it's not really growing or changing a whole lot like you should you're probably fine and then it's like okay well then i finally went to an actual dermatologist who was like let's go ahead and get rid of that. And then after I got rid of it, it was biopsied, came back positive, stage one melanoma. So, you know, you have to be persistent. You have to know your own body and be like, even if this person is saying I'm probably fine, if I'm concerned about it, I need to like take that further.
Starting point is 00:43:42 Definitely. And now you have like an awesome battle wound scar like yeah scar sister i was thinking about telling people i got stabbed in the heart yeah and then they were like oh shit there's nothing in there she's heartless you handled a lot because you didn't at first i mean right after it happened you didn't share it right away you took some time to figure out exactly how you wanted to share it with the world and everything and you had people questioning and wondering oh she had surgery what's going on a lot of hate and stuff and you handled it so well and like so much like a badass where you were like i'm gonna let them say it and then once you had your time to
Starting point is 00:44:18 like explain what was really happening you did it so well and in a way where people then couldn't come after you anymore. Yeah. And like you not dressing up for Halloween and then like people saying things because it's like. It was so weird. Someone was like, oh, she got a nose job. I'm like, of all the things for me to get done. You're the tiniest, cutest little nose. What would I do?
Starting point is 00:44:36 That is like not what I would do if I was to get something done. No. So how's it going with buying a house? I mean, like I I know, but... I don't, you know, I get nervous about, like, jinxing it. But we are in escrow. Yay! Oh, my God, I didn't know that.
Starting point is 00:44:55 That's so exciting. Is it the one you showed me? It's one of the ones I showed you, but I'm not going to tell you which one. You guys are going to share your address here live on the air? That's so exciting. I'm so happy to tell you which one. Okay. Yeah. Yeah. Oh, my God. You guys are going to share your address here live on the air? That's so exciting. Yeah. I'm so happy for you guys. I can't wait for a move-in housewarming party.
Starting point is 00:45:12 Oh, you better believe it. I feel like you guys are going to have a dress-up party. Is it going to be a trek? Do I have to go over the hill and back? It's not going to be Marina Del Rey kind of trek. From West Hollywood. Is it going to be equal distance? I don't know.
Starting point is 00:45:30 No. You guys, I live in Marina. I drive here for work every day. I've been driving for the doctor's appointments every day. 25 minutes. It is not a Trek. I will say Stassi's little map, the stick figure thing was fucking hilarious. That was funny
Starting point is 00:45:45 you gotta go south down the 10 the 405 25 minutes no traffic 25 minutes which is closer here or the airport the airport she's right by the airport okay well it takes 10 minutes from the airport
Starting point is 00:46:00 closer or further away I'm closer than the airport yeah you're probably like in traffic 10 minutes from the airport. Like closer or further away? I'm closer than the airport. Okay. I was going to say. All right. Yeah. Yeah. You're probably like in traffic though. It's, it can be long.
Starting point is 00:46:11 Well, yeah, of course. Traffic, getting from West Hollywood to Beverly Hills could be long. Yeah. When I had to go for my surgery, it took us like 20 minutes to get from our street to Cedars-Sinai. Yeah. Which is like, you could walk there totally yeah it's like we could walk to the to cedar sinai from our house or from our apartment and it took us like 20
Starting point is 00:46:34 minutes to get there into the car we were almost late we almost late for my surgery because of traffic yeah la cienega and beverly that's crazy i know i just like i literally could just get out the fucking car and walk and be there faster yeah I mean sometimes like that's the great thing about like all the bird like scooters and stuff now oh yeah is just for traffic I've never birded I'm scared oh my god there's so much fun I'm terrified especially like by the beach where I live they're awesome I'm so scared they're really great by a beach I don't know why they're just they're I've been on them before like me and Max in San Diego we took birds everywhere yeah I'm I'm too scared to they're just I've been on them before like me and Max in San Diego we took birds everywhere
Starting point is 00:47:06 yeah I'm too scared to get on one I was really afraid at first too but then once I got the hang of it I'm like why am I
Starting point is 00:47:12 not doing this all the time yeah I just feel like I'm usually in some sort of like low like a boot
Starting point is 00:47:17 maybe with like a lower heel and I'm like I've done that too so like I'm gonna end up falling in traffic and dying Bird will send you
Starting point is 00:47:24 a free helmet if you request it. Salem has selfies of him in the Bird helmet. I love that. Apparently, you can get pulled over for not wearing a helmet. So you should be wearing it. Yeah. And they'll send you one for free. Love that.
Starting point is 00:47:36 Thanks, Bird. Sponsored by Bird. When we get into our house, too, I'm going to make sure that there's a nice bar in there. Because I'm sorry, a drink cart does not cut it for me. Like, we need a full-blown bar. I would expect nothing less than a full bar. Yeah. This is so exciting, you guys.
Starting point is 00:47:56 Oh, my God. I'm so happy for you. Thanks. First one to buy a house. Yeah. Oh, my God. I mean, hopefully everything stays running smoothly yeah for sure i get scared until it's like yeah the wire money today so we're in s yeah i had i wired money today yeah
Starting point is 00:48:13 like right before i came here that's so exciting it's like you know i mean because you guys have made it very known that it's like you would rather buy a house and do all these other things than waste money on a wedding and children. Yeah. You know? But it's like to each their own. You know, Jackson, Benny, Eric. I think everybody should do whatever makes them happy and live their life the way that they want.
Starting point is 00:48:34 And everybody else is, you know, everybody's happily ever after doesn't look the same. Exactly. You know? One thing I just noticed, I'm sure you saw on my Instagram a couple days ago, I post a picture of me in the hospital bed about like freezing my eggs. And it's like. Oh, yeah. Congrats, by the way.
Starting point is 00:48:50 Everyone's journey is different. Yes, congratulations on your dozen. Thank you. We only got nine good ones, so I'm going to do it again. Okay. So you can have nine now. Yeah. She's like going to have nine babies, everybody.
Starting point is 00:49:01 You know like Octomom? Oh, my God. What is nine? Like instead of Octo, what is nine? you know like Octomom? Oh my god. What is nine like instead of Octo what is nine? I don't know. Non. None. I don't know. We're like none. But that's the thing it's like everyone's journeys and experiences
Starting point is 00:49:16 and what they want in life are different and like no one should be judged for like oh you guys are living together in sin or you're not married or you're not this or you're not. It's like there's no right way to do things. No you make your own rules exactly make your own rules actually i said it's 2019 oh i thought you said 2018 no it's 2019 2019 oh dang it yeah i just heard teen teen yeah 2019 but very happy for you guys thank you i feel like it's gonna be harder to come up with a housewarming present for you guys than it would a wedding present for anybody else.
Starting point is 00:49:46 No, no, they're going to do a registry. So here's how I feel about it. I'm going to say this real quick because I think that some people might consider that to be tacky. No. No. Here's how I feel about it. If we're not having a wedding and we don't get to have that, why is a wedding the only reason
Starting point is 00:50:02 why somebody should be able to be given presents? And usually those presents are for their house exactly those presents are always for their house so guess what we can skip the wedding we'll register for the housewarming hell yeah and everybody can get a sick housewarming party hell yes oh my god i'm so excited as soon as you guys started talking about buying a house i was like oh my god what do i get them like they already have lightsabers like what do you what kind of like cool do you get them for their house? I'm glad you guys are registering. I'm going to hop on that registry as soon as it's open
Starting point is 00:50:28 so I get the best shit for you guys. The cheapest thing is like 500 bucks. No, I'm kidding. Is there a pool? Yeah, and a jacuzzi. Wow! Yes! Oh my god.
Starting point is 00:50:40 You guys are going to have the best party. The pool has an area that is like a half foot deep. So you can put chairs in. That's the best. Yeah. Hell yeah. That's the best. At Topgolf in Vegas, they have those chairs.
Starting point is 00:50:56 And at Golden Nugget. Oh, yeah. They do. My favorite hotel. Yes. And they kind of have that at Mandalay, but not at the beach. They're more of like a wave pool. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:51:07 I like that. Yeah, so cool. Oh, my God. I'm so happy for you guys. So then we're going to – and then I want to start a podcast in the bar area and make a cocktail for all of my guests, invent a drink every week. Fun. Yeah, and make it for them and have the podcast like actually in the bar.
Starting point is 00:51:22 Uh-huh. Yeah. We were talking about that last week. I think that's such a cool idea. Yeah. Thank a cool idea yeah thank you yeah who doesn't like sitting down having a conversation at a bar it's great right exactly yeah have you thought of a name for it not yet i'm working yeah working on that i don't think that'll be too hard for you yes so i know there's been a lot of press and stories that have come out about Ariana and Lala. And I just kind of wanted to ask you guys about that.
Starting point is 00:51:49 What? I haven't watched it. Okay. Well, you lived it. I did. I watched it. I mean, you were pissed when he came up to the bar after you got that phone call from Lala. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:52:00 Question one, what the fuck were you thinking? And question two, how did that make you feel? Here's the thing. They were comparing stories about, like, you know, Schwartz was talking about how Katie, like, dipped in the lady pond or whatever. And then, like, no. Like, they're like, come on, dude. You got to. Yeah, you got to.
Starting point is 00:52:22 Which, Yeah. So Lala called me and was really upset because she was like, you know, Randall, like, this is going to be really bad. Like, what do I do? And I was like, okay, that pisses me off. Like, I'm not like what happened. But like all of that, the whole, all of that is like fine. It's not even that I'm like mad that people would know about that i was mad that someone else was involved who might now have like a big issue with it
Starting point is 00:52:53 right not everyone's boyfriend says it's an la handshake yeah but i mean whether it was on or off camera, you still told. And then I was annoyed. And then I was annoyed because I was like, great. So now these guys are going to potentially be like thinking about that, which is. I think low key. I think low key. I was sort of the situation at the time really annoyed me because I'd been in a car dealership for like seven hours, like negotiating like my lease. I have to say that it annoyed me because i wanted you to be involved and then i was like well i can't lala's obviously not into
Starting point is 00:53:30 that idea so they were what do i do wasted and i was like i was jacked up on caffeine i had a i was jacked up on caffeine i've been in the dealership all i wanted to do was grab a fucking beer like i was like you know like my stomach was bothering me and they're just like wasted as hell they've been drinking all day and i'm like felt like their chauffeur you know what i mean like and i was just annoyed at this whole situation i was like all right guys like i'm like circling the block and stuff and like i was annoyed again i was annoyed because like my ideal situation in that moment would be, like, for Tom to be involved. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:54:07 So I was, like, kind of caught in this weird place of, like, I don't hate what's going on, but I also do hate what's going on because, like, it's not as fun if Tom's not. Yeah. So there's all that. I felt really bad for violating their trust, both of them. Like, I felt really bad violating her their trust both of them like i felt really bad that that you know i that was probably my biggest regret was that you know i had ariana had trusted me with something and i violated that but yeah but it's okay i think that it was annoying you guys are so cute they're holding hands right now like embracing each other you know i i know that tom was so sincere and so genuine and in the way that he did feel bad i you know
Starting point is 00:54:51 we were we lived it together so you know we were both in that car all three of us were in that car but like what was crazy is that it kind of then was like well violated then i was almost forced to be like okay yeah um so now i've kind of like tiptoed around this before and people know i've been with guys and people know i've been with girls now we have to sit here and talk about well this is what now now i've been outed essentially so here we go now this is like a bigger conversation about you know my sexuality and whatever which that annoyed me because that's something that is like my story and only my story and you know it's not that I have no issue having people know that about me it's just that I wasn't necessarily thinking that that was like the moment that I was going to like tell this story or if I would even never have to.
Starting point is 00:55:51 Yeah. I did like what you said, though. It's like because I mean, people are so quick to put labels on sexuality. And like you're like, look, if you're attracted to someone, you're attracted to someone. It doesn't. Yeah. And if I was to put a label on, if I was to like define myself, I would be doing it for someone else.
Starting point is 00:56:07 I wouldn't be doing it for me because I'm in a loving relationship with a man named Tom Sandoval. And he's pretty cool. He's pretty cool. You're cord. I know. And so I don't feel like I need to be like, I'm this and this and this, whatever it is. So, you know, whatever.
Starting point is 00:56:27 I appreciate and respect that more. I feel like there's a lot of women, men, everybody out there who has, I guess, like less harsh boundaries on what sexuality is and go with whatever they're comfortable with at the time. And as long as there's consent and you're comfortable and it's something you want to be doing, I think more power to you. And I think it's good that you put it out there that you've had experiences with both men and women and that it's okay that you can still consider yourself straight and be in a healthy relationship with those experiences. Yeah. I mean, yeah. And that you don't, you don't necessarily have to define yourself, but that you're like, it's okay. I mean, look, I'm in a relationship with a guy currently that i've been with for five years and i plan on being with him for a long time so yeah i'm attracted to women but it doesn't really matter right now at least at least so she can
Starting point is 00:57:14 afford to buy me out of the house um we'll talk then but it doesn't have to be this black and white gay or straight thing it's like you can people. You can be whatever the hell you want to be at any point in time. And I honestly just think that, you know, this applies to so many things in life and so many things on our show, especially.
Starting point is 00:57:35 Things don't fit into a neat box. I felt like more. And like life doesn't fit into like a neat little storyline for a television show. I felt like more dudes were attracted to Brad Pitt and Fight Club than girls.
Starting point is 00:57:47 Like... Okay, sure. Yeah. Seriously, more straight dudes were, you know, attracted to... Whatever. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:57:53 I'm serious. I believe you. Dude, back... I got you back. Back at you. Yeah, see? Yeah. We'll lose it.
Starting point is 00:58:01 But I did love that moment with you guys after at the apartment because it's like you are seriously like couple goals. Like, I mean, anyone who says otherwise is crazy. But like, just you were so pissed and he violated your trust. But then you guys like just so quickly were able to come together and move past it.
Starting point is 00:58:16 And that's just how all relationships should be with communication and forgiveness. And I just look up to you guys. Oh, thank you. Thank you, Sheena. Yeah. You little, Sheena. Yeah. You little sweetie. Thanks. So I did have a bunch of questions that came in
Starting point is 00:58:29 and I want to ask y'all some of them. Okay. I know we got to wrap it up, as Lala says. Speaking of, I want to know your opinion on her you're dismissed attitude. I don't. I think it's bullshit. I mean, I think that you need, you know,
Starting point is 00:58:44 with our situation, everybody's going to have their side of the story. And if you're if you disagree with that, you disagree with that. There's no there's no reason to be like snotty or bossy about it. Like, you know what I mean? people i okay i'm trying to figure out how to word this without making it sound like something that i don't mean we are you know all part of this show and you know in normal life you might be able to walk away from a conflict with your friends because you don't want to get in a fight or whatever we're in a different situation we're forced to talk about things that we maybe would avoid in real life. But it's real feelings and that's what makes us deal with our shit with each other. So when you just kind of like walk away from a situation and like take your mic off, I feel like it's unfair to everybody else. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:59:42 Because I think that that's just like, I don't know. It's just not, it's not fair because we're, we all have to talk about things we're uncomfortable with. We all have, we all talk to, we have conversations we probably don't want to have, but we don't rip our mic off and walk away. Right. And nobody can dismiss anybody else because you're not in charge. So you can't, you're not my teacher.
Starting point is 01:00:05 Yeah. You don't, you can't dismiss me or anyone else. Do you think, cause I know this has happened to both of us where, you know, you see like things Lala says either in an interview or online or whatever. Do you think that she says one thing and acts one way to your face and then says different things behind your back? Uh, I've seen her do that. Yes.
Starting point is 01:00:26 I mean, I've seen her do that. Yes, I mean, I've seen her do that. So I would, you know, I like Lala a lot. Like, I think she's cool. But she's definitely done that before. Yeah. I mean. I think that I've done that before because I've been afraid of confrontation with somebody. But when I'm away from that person,
Starting point is 01:00:43 maybe it's easier for me to you know say how i feel about a situation and then when i'm in front of that person i'm like i know we like all hate confrontation i hate our job if you know you're doing your you know you're doing your job when you feel nauseous when you're having a conversation tell me about it oh my god or you've had like four drinks and all of a sudden you feel completely sober. Yes. That's how you know you're doing your job, folks. Alexandria Maria Vega wants to know what aspect of your life do you think is the most difficult to show on Vanderpump Rules?
Starting point is 01:01:25 I would say sometimes with Ariana, like our dynamic, like because we talk all the time and we're constantly like around each other. like especially like we spend a lot of time at night with each other and in the morning like we kind of get out of we'll wake up we hang out and like talk in the morning and i think the hardest thing to sort of convey sometimes is like you know when we're filming it's like i've already said everything i've like needed to say to Aria yeah we've already like talked about this like three or four times in private and now there's cameras here and we're talking about it again what was that thing that I said
Starting point is 01:01:56 that was clever I don't know what was that like trying to be interested in something that we've already told each other yeah it's trying to be interested in something that we've already told each other. Yeah, it's weird. I think what's been hard for me with the show is like, I know that relationship stuff is kind of a big portion of what is focused on. But when I'm working my ass off to try to do things in my life,
Starting point is 01:02:24 and then I'm reduced on the, on the show to just like marriage and babies, it gets me really fucking riled up. Yeah. As it should. You're such a feminist and like strong independent woman that like, I'm like, yeah,
Starting point is 01:02:35 God, like this, that's the most boring part about my, that's really so boring. But I also feel like you do such a good job educating people. Yeah. It's not boring for, I don't mean to say like, that's boring. I mean,. Yeah, it's not boring for – I don't mean to say like that's boring.
Starting point is 01:02:46 I mean for me it's like we've already been over this. It's like to keep rehashing it to me seems like really like this is like we've been here before. Like why are we doing this? And I'm sure you guys have to rehash a lot of stuff that you're actually solid about and have moved on or came with. When we were on Watch What Happens Live, first time after we started dating was the first time we got asked about marriage. And it's literally been asked to me every single time I've been on Watch What Happens Live
Starting point is 01:03:14 or in pretty much any interview. It's been asked me more than anything else. It's actually surprising. I'm going to put this out there and maybe people will pick up on it if they hear this. I'm going to literally leave. I've kind of like decided i'm gonna put my foot down about this even though i know that people asking the questions mean very well and they're very sweet if i'm in an interview for or i'm doing press and somebody asked me that shit i'm literally
Starting point is 01:03:38 gonna end the interview and walk out good for you you've answered don't laugh it's true i've answered the question numerous times it is not for me it's like there are so many more things you could be asking me about that are like more you know I have much more to say on so I think at this point to keep asking me it's disrespectful so
Starting point is 01:03:58 don't 2019 not everybody has to go through the traditional marriage we've been asked before so We've been asked before. So it's like, fucking drop it. Yeah. I had Colton the Bachelor here, and I was like, I'm not going to ask him if he's still a virgin,
Starting point is 01:04:13 because I guarantee you that is the same question every single interview he's done, he's been asked. It's like having... What's it like being a virgin? I'm sure he's been asked that so many times. It's like when, gosh, when Black Panther when he, every time people would be like Wakanda forever and you could see he was
Starting point is 01:04:30 like, obviously it's such an awesome thing and then over time he was like his arms just got, he's like, yes, yeah, like how many thousands of times can I keep doing the same thing? I think people should lay off of those questions because you guys are in real life, I know you because you guys are in in real
Starting point is 01:04:45 life i know you guys you guys are so solid and such a strong couple so happy and fun to be around it's so clear that both you guys have such like a light-hearted like attitude on life like love going to concerts with you guys probably my favorite people ever oh my god yes so much fun but i think people shouldn't question those things as long as they're as long as the people are happy if you guys seemed really miserable and like marriage would be like the thing that would make you happy, I'd ask about it. But you guys seem so solid and happy in life. I don't think it's something to pick at. It's always around July every year when it becomes something that needs to be talked about.
Starting point is 01:05:19 Yeah. Life of Amberlee wants to know, where do you guys see yourself in 10 years? I would like to, okay, where you guys see yourself in 10 years um i would like to okay where do i see myself in 10 years well i'm just gonna manifest super successful boss bitch in a beautiful house and finally joining scientology don't even say that they're gonna find me i'm gonna edit you or uh audit you oh my god heather lynn wants to know how do you balance your relationship owning a new restaurant and bar working at sir and being in the spotlight uh it's we're we're busy oh we're really busy we are really busy lately it's like i think you know obviously you obviously we get paid to be on the show.
Starting point is 01:06:06 We were living in an apartment that was rent control, so we were saving money. But also I think we were a little less motivated at certain times. So with moving forward with this, getting all our finances in order and everything like just every everything that it takes to like, you know, deal with lenders and stuff. It it's really sort of changed our our outlook on life. And we've been so busy and so productive. You know, you got to make house payments. I thrive when I'm busy.
Starting point is 01:06:40 Yeah. Yeah. Same. I get anxiety if I don't have like dots on my calendar, which is why Janet and I are going to Sundance this weekend. I was like, I don't have anything on my calendar this weekend. I need to do something. I'm so jealous. I know.
Starting point is 01:06:50 You've got to hit the slopes because they're empty. I'm not cleared by my doctor to work out yet. Really? I know. We'll go back. 10 days after surgery. Can you go tubing down the... No, because I could twist an ovary, so I can't do anything.
Starting point is 01:07:03 Wow, that is an injury that I never knew existed. I know. An anxiety now that I have that I didn't need. What happens? Do you have crutches when you twist an ovary? Is it twisting an ankle? I mean, you might. I don't know.
Starting point is 01:07:15 Does Tom know what an ovary is? I'm imagining that little diagram. Yes. And one side has a crutch. They put a splint on your like Fallopian tube? Yeah Danny wants to know who takes longer to get ready
Starting point is 01:07:30 Me for sure Dude, everybody, it's like the biggest misconception People think Tom takes forever Ariana takes forever to get ready I've shared hotel rooms with her And I'm like ready And then it's like an hour later And I'm still ready
Starting point is 01:07:43 Dude I take forever I'm so, I can get ready so fast Tom takes like 10 minutes I take hour later and I'm still ready. I take forever. I'm so, I can get ready so fast. I take 10 minutes. I'm like ready. But here's the catch. I'll be ready but I get anxiety before I leave so I have to like walk around the apartment and like pace around.
Starting point is 01:07:58 It's like, oh, I gotta brush my teeth. I gotta check my pockets, make sure I got everything. So getting out the door is like another like 10 to 15 minutes. That's what ends up making you late. Yeah. A lot of these questions I kind of already asked you guys. What is your favorite makeup foundation, as Team Bautista wants to know?
Starting point is 01:08:15 I would say... I like to use Frankie Rose Matte Perfection Foundation. And Tom? I use Clinique Non-Streak Male Bronzer for men. It works awesome. He just puts bronzer on. Every guy I've given it to loves it. They're addicted to it.
Starting point is 01:08:37 Jack Schwartz. They'll make fun of Tom for using it, but they use it. They won't admit that they do it. It works on any skin tone. This is literally the story of Tom Sandoval's life. Owning his sexuality and masculinity. Everybody else copies and does what he does, but they make fun of him for doing it. They don't own it.
Starting point is 01:08:54 Last question. Yes. What is the current status? I mean, obviously, I know this, but for the listeners, what is your current status with James? Are you guys good friends with him? And how do you balance that with being friends with people who despise him? Me and James are cool.
Starting point is 01:09:14 I don't do not. That does not mean that I condone or agree with a lot of the shit that he says and does. Yeah. But when I interact with him, I hold him accountable. And I do the same for everyone else that I'm friends with, too. And I care about everybody, and I want everybody to be happy. Yeah, I'm cool with James. I want good things for him.
Starting point is 01:09:33 I would love to see him in regular therapy, as I think we all should be. I think he lacks a little self-control at times. He's impulsive, obviously. People know how to push his buttons, and it's real obvious, and so they take advantage of that, and then he gets in trouble and gets unincluded. It's not that they take advantage of it. It's like excluded. Excluded!
Starting point is 01:09:58 Oh, my God. Discluded. I think James said discluded. Non-cluded. Non-cluded. Decluted. discluded. Non-cluded. Non-cluded? Non-cluded. Decluted. Excluded. Wow.
Starting point is 01:10:08 I don't think they take advantage of that. I think that it's obvious when someone's pushing his buttons and instead of him going, wow, it's really obvious that this person's pushing my buttons, I'm not going to freak out. He takes the bait every time. Every time. Every time. He's so predictable. It's like, dude, why can't – get some self-control.
Starting point is 01:10:26 We all get ambushed. We all get bombarded with things that affect us emotionally. It's how you handle it. That's what I've always told him. It's not what someone is saying or doing to you. It's how you handle it. Depending upon what his situation is at CERT during a certain time or whatever, no matter what, I feel like when he's working,
Starting point is 01:10:49 I don't feel like Kristen should be allowed to come up there and talk to him or be around him because, I mean, for years. That used to be the rule. That used to be the rule when they were together. She would go up and pick fights with them. When we were at the MTV Awards, she picked a fight with them.
Starting point is 01:11:04 Stop saying pick fights with them. When we were at the MTV Awards, she picked a fight with them. Stop saying pick fights. They fight. They are both going back and forth. She antagonizes him. Sure. Well, they don't like each other, so maybe they should just never be around each other. When we were at the People's Choice Awards,
Starting point is 01:11:19 me and James were... Okay. Relax. I know. I was there. Listen, I'm saying if you don't like somebody, if you can avoid being around that person, it's probably a good idea. And that's all I'm going to say.
Starting point is 01:11:31 There you go. Yeah. Agreed. Cool. Well, thanks for being here, guys. Yeah, for sure. Thank you for having us. I know you have a lot of stuff to do.

Everyone knows where to find you guys on social media, but just as a reminder, it's Ariana2525 on Twitter. On Instagram, just add another 25 to that. Tom Sandoval won across the board. And?
