Because we're good as gold.
Starting point is 00:02:00 What's up, guys? We are back. Shenanigans. We have my sister, Courtney, in the house co-hosting with me again. Hi, guys. I am a little under the weather. I think my festival season has finally caught up to me. How many weekends has it been now?
Starting point is 00:02:14 Three in a row and one more this weekend coming up. So, yeah, I'm on so many medications and vitamins right now. And drugs. Just kidding. That was this weekend. Just kidding. Just kidding. That was this weekend. Just kidding. Just weed. But anyways, I did not want to miss the opportunity.
Starting point is 00:02:31 Our two special guests today, the winner and runner-up of Big Brother, Jackson, a.k.a. Mickey and Holly. What's up, guys? Yes, ma'am. Thank you for having us. Hello, Miss Haina. Thank you. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:02:41 No, thanks for doing this. I was surprised that you guys were able to so quickly after the show. Absolutely. Oh, man. We are overwhelmed, but we also have a lot of time on our hands. Yeah, no, thanks for doing this. I was, like, surprised that you guys were able to so quickly after the show. Absolutely. Oh, man. We are overwhelmed, but we also have a lot of time on our hands. Yeah. So we hit the ground running and get to it. We don't know what to do with ourselves, so thank you for giving us something to do.
Starting point is 00:02:53 We're very, we don't, yeah. Yeah, so wait, how many days total were you there? 99 in the house. Wow. But how many days did it feel like? 99 hundred. Literally. But at the same time.
Starting point is 00:03:04 I think nine years. It also flew by. It feels like yesterday when I moved in, but it feels like 10 years ago. Yeah, I feel like I aged. I feel like I'm 40 now. Well, you look amazing. Oh, thank you. Not according to Twitter.
Starting point is 00:03:16 Apparently, I actually look 40, but I feel 40. But thank you. No, you don't look 40 at all. How old are you? Thanks. 31. Oh, okay. Yeah, I was going to say, you're younger than me.
Starting point is 00:03:24 No, you look fantastic. Yeah, she does are you? Thanks. 31. Oh, okay. Yeah, I was going to say, you're younger than me. No, you look fantastic. Yeah, she does. I agree with that statement. It's the big brother. Oh, Sheena, it's the big brother weight loss plan, actually. Oh, is it like slop? You just go into a house for 99 days. No, it's not slop.
Starting point is 00:03:35 I was never on slop. I was never a have-not. You just go in. You stress. You're paranoid. You're terrified for your life. You don't sleep ever. And you're so stressed out that you don't eat. So, end up like coming out of the house looking great yeah no i couldn't
Starting point is 00:03:51 drink coffee my anxiety was too bad i didn't i didn't even drink coffee her heart rate really was like it was like she really he would he would lay next to me in bed and be like babe why is your heart racing so much and i was like that's a great question ask my heart i'm very stressed out it really does yeah wow well and you're so isolated like luckily you guys like created such a strong bond but i can't imagine if i went in there and like hated everyone and then yeah that like mental game like i feel like they need in-house therapists that's why on a competitive level we had nick he was a therapist but like okay not a yeah oh yeah i mean not a very good job but no like on a competitive. He was a therapist. Okay. Oh, yeah. I mean, not his job. But no, on a competitive level, she was a great asset whenever I couldn't compete.
Starting point is 00:04:32 You know, she pulled the other end of the weight. But on a personal, social level, she single-handedly kept me sane. I was in there by myself with no one to confide in. And, you know, you can't even really confide because you're on the feeds. You're on microphones 24-7. You can't openly talk with anyone. And I'm sure if you whisper, too, it's it's like you hear everything we thought we were so sneaky i mean i'm 24 7 because there's live feed which i've never seen the feeds going in there okay so i have to ask you something about one of the live feeds. Oh, goody. Something you said. Oh, great, Sheena.
Starting point is 00:05:07 Uh-oh. One of my girlfriends, a very good friend of mine, Kayla, is on the MTV Challenge shows. Oh, no. And she loves you. You were like her favorite. Oh, probably not anymore. And then she was like, she was talking shit about people on the challenge. And I was like, maybe she just said that's not up her alley and she didn't want to do it.
Starting point is 00:05:25 No. So let me. I was like, I'm going to ask her. I'll let her clear it up. So first of all, that was we don't get alcohol really like hardly ever in the house. Oh, my God. So we do get it in our H.O.H. Do you get medical marijuana?
Starting point is 00:05:38 Girl, it's legal now. Like maybe next season. No, we don't get brand name cereals. Yeah. now like maybe next season no we don't get brand name cereals yeah um so we for several weeks we stockpiled all of our wine that we got in our hoh baskets so that we could all drink it together and have more quantity because it's like i don't want to drink alone yeah i have a bottle of wine but i don't want to drink alone yeah i share it but then it's like well it's not gonna do anything half a glass like among eight people yeah it Nothing. It just pisses you off.
Starting point is 00:06:05 It's the tears. It just frustrates you. It's like, okay, where are the, yeah. It's like just the tip. That's such a tease. Not fun. So we stockpiled our wine. And then I'm a level one sommelier.
Starting point is 00:06:15 So I did like a little wine tasting for everybody. And like did a whole little flight. And kind of taught them about everything. And yada, yada. Anyway, how it worked out, we all had our own, like we were all able to have like a bottle of wine to ourselves pretty much. So I drank a bottle of wine, a bottle. And this is on day like, I don't even know, like 80 or something.
Starting point is 00:06:37 This is far. This is far. But at this point, I'm a whopping 100 pounds. I drank a bottle of wine after not drinking for 80 days yeah we hadn't i don't even think i was feeling something i was i was gonna say i was feeling good but i was not brought up in conversation he was like mickey you'd be great on the challenge i've never seen the show yeah so okay so this is how it started so cliff is now explaining to me the concept i'm like oh hell yeah, competitions.
Starting point is 00:07:05 Cliff watches reality TV. I love that. He's like people like be pulling against each other. They're fighting. They're constantly. It's like very aggressive competitions. If you saw the show, I'm very aggressive. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:07:13 Also, we had talked about like maybe doing something like the challenge together. But then Cliff was like, oh, Mickey, you should do the challenge. You should go. It's like so fun because it's challenges, but there's also social settings. And everybody always ends up hooking up with each other. And I was like – They get to go out. They get to party.
Starting point is 00:07:32 And I was like, yeah, but see, I don't care about that. I just want to go on for the competition aspect. And Holly's rolling on. She's like, no, that ain't it. She's like, you're not going on. But I just – I would want to do it for the competitions. And then they're like – And the ham-skied Holly over here is like, nah. I'm not – You're not going on the challenge. But I just, I would want to do it for the competitions. And then they're like. And a ham-skied Holly over here is like, nah.
Starting point is 00:07:46 I'm not. Nah. You're not doing that without me. She's like, quote unquote, you said something like, I'm not just going to be another reality notch on your belt. And I'm like, that's not, I just want to compete. That's all it was. Because even still, we didn't know at that point, like, if we were going to continue dating after this. And so whether he went on it with me or even if we decided to just be friends after the show
Starting point is 00:08:06 and then he went on the challenge and ended up getting with somebody i knew that that would really hurt me so it's nothing against the actual show it's just i was you know in my in my drunken status now granted all of this is all of this the funniest part about it is All of this is based on Hypotheticals It's not even a real situation I've never even seen the show It was so hypothetical What does a bottle of wine do to you
Starting point is 00:08:36 At like 85 days Hypothetical turns into reality I've pretty much already cheated on her On the challenge In my mind There's already articles in the real world That's like Mickey has new girlfriend on another night I've pretty much already cheated on her on the challenge. Yeah. Exactly. In my mind. It has already happened and I'm already mad about it. There's already articles in the real world that's like, Mickey has new girlfriend on another reality series.
Starting point is 00:08:50 Exactly. And we ain't even finished this show. Never even talked to MTV about it. And the competitive aspect because we are very competitive with each other. And the fact that I had talked about maybe we could do that together and be a badass duo on that. And then I was like, whoa, whoa, whoa, excuse me. You're going to go do this without me?
Starting point is 00:09:08 Who do you think you are? Yeah. And me sitting there like, Holly, what's the deal? Like I'm not going to do it. You're like, it's not a real offer. It's his idea. It's his idea. That was so stupid.
Starting point is 00:09:16 And I was like, Holly, we'll talk in the morning. That was a low point for me. We'll talk in the morning. We'll do it. And she's like, no, no. Holly's like, why are you not? And I'm like, no. That was a low point.
Starting point is 00:09:23 Yeah. But I have like, I have, yeah. So it wasn't are you not? I'm like, no. That was a low point. Yeah. But I have, yeah. So it wasn't against the challenge. It was against me on the challenge and the way that she thought I would handle myself. But in reality, I've never cheated, nor will I ever cheat. So that would never be a thing for me. Yeah. I just like to compete.
Starting point is 00:09:42 So I was like, oh, shit, a show about competing. All right, let's do it. I feel like you've got some options for shows know I have no idea what's on the horizon I came out to LA I mean I you know my roommate yeah zero intentions of ever wanting to be famous or do anything in the spotlight or be on tv um if you look at my instagram I've never even put a filter on any of my pictures I don't care you gotta hire this girl for your social oh you help me out great sweet i'm done i don't know because i don't know left from purple on social media and uh it i came out here and i love big brother and i moved out here on february 1st february 10th i was looking for jobs on my phone and i was um eating lunch by myself and i
Starting point is 00:10:22 was got on instagram just while I was eating. And I didn't have a car at the time, just moved out here. I saw a post on Instagram about an open call on my Explore page, and it had 45 minutes left. It was from like 9 to 1. It was like 12, 15. And I looked it up. It was a $6.50 Uber ride.
Starting point is 00:10:39 Shit, all right, I'll go. I went there. I'm in jeans, boots, and a shirt. I still have like a sore thumb. I'm in Los Angeles, and I'm wearing jeans and boots. And I went in there, and next thing you stick out like a sore thumb i'm in los angeles and i'm wearing jeans and boots and i went in there and next thing you know five months later i moved in so tv shows were never on the horizon for me the challenge i've never even seen the challenge never thought i would be on big brother to be honest i've like only seen a few episodes too so this is literally my reaction to the challenge also was based on cliff's description of it which
Starting point is 00:11:02 was everybody hooks up with everybody and he's telling a story about like how some people like, like somebody that he specifically watched hooks up with multiple, anyway. Yeah. And he was saying to her, Mickey, you'd be great for it. She's like, no, he wouldn't.
Starting point is 00:11:14 He's not good for it. So thanks, Cliff. I can imagine too, like how my dad would describe a reality show. Oh my God. I would describe a reality show completely different. Okay, do you remember the night
Starting point is 00:11:22 we were at Sir? Me? I think it was my, yeah. We were all there day i think it was my engagement party when i like performed on the bar shocker um supposed to be there tomorrow night i'm like girls on elevated services i'm not feeling my best and i have vegas coming up but um so my dad's outside like smoking a cigarette talking to these guys with cameras not realizing they're paparazzi, just spilling everything that's going on in the party. My mom sees him out there and was like, what are you doing? He's like, oh, he's like, I just made some new friends.
Starting point is 00:11:52 I was like, that's TMZ. Those aren't friends. Don't do that. That's not what you want. Oh, God. I don't remember that. My dad would do that. Yeah, that's right up the data.
Starting point is 00:12:02 Yeah. But I did have a question for you guys. So how many seasons for you guys so how many seasons are have you guys watched a big brother before you like tried out i've watched a handful handful of seasons or episodes oh seasons yeah not consecutively yeah um because i'm so sporadic i'm a weird person and i don't watch a lot of tv i feel like when i say i i've only seen a little bit of the challenge and like i really don't watch a lot of tv i feel like when i say i i've only seen a little bit of the challenge and like i really don't watch a lot of tv i don't even actually i just for the first
Starting point is 00:12:31 time in my life put a tv in my room you have cable is it like a smart tv it's not even i don't know i haven't even plugged in yet it's hanging on my wall and i've lived there for it's like it's more of a mirror than a tv no it's literally not even plugged in it's very it's really it's for looks yes i i'm busy and i grew up so off the grid in wyoming because our our family has a ranch that does have electricity but then we have a ranch where we live in the summer that doesn't even have electricity so i grew up so much of my life not not having tv or cell phones or internet or anything and so i i guess i was just used to that and so i really don't watch a lot of tv no i was gonna say even like my friends most of my friends that live in la they have a tv they have it for netflix and youtube
Starting point is 00:13:15 and like yeah you have your essentials what you want to watch the days of like channel surfing yeah i feel like if i wasn't on a show i I probably wouldn't have cable. Yeah, I agree. And for me, Big Brother, I probably, I'm like her. I've watched it since I was a little kid with my mom, but there's been times... How old are you? 24. Okay, and she's 22, so she's watched it since she was a kid. So I watched it since I was a little kid, but there'd be times, like, if I was
Starting point is 00:13:37 working a lot during the summer, if I missed a few episodes and I'm like, oh, well, I'm just gonna miss out on the season, never caught up. So it's like, you know, I would miss, like, a season in between three or four. I'd watch two other seasons and miss one. Two other seasons and miss one. Same. I feel like it's like all or nothing.
Starting point is 00:13:49 But I've always been a Big Brother fan. Never watched the feeds. Was never a super fan. I couldn't tell you all the winners. I couldn't tell you who placed in this and that. Yeah. I just like the show, but I just watch it for entertainment, not as like a, like studying it, like a game show.
Starting point is 00:14:01 You know what I mean? We really realized that we'd goofed because I am just a fan of the show and then being on it, I'm sitting there racking my brain about specifics and logistics and I was like, why did I never watch this with the possible intent of being on it someday? There are so many things that you
Starting point is 00:14:17 would look for. What kind of comp will this be? You did as well as you could without this guy. I know. I did okay. I was going to say too because so many of the comps are repetitive they do them every season at a certain week at a certain number of house guests yeah but i mean holly you still did amazing at that one where you pick the days like certain things that happen yes how hard is that like that it's really hard because as a viewer obviously i have no idea but i'm sure you guys in it that's pretty much well that's all we talk about yeah all we talk about i we her and i both we know literally
Starting point is 00:14:49 every event from every day in the house we have to recite it and remember it because we know we know it's coming at some point at some point it's coming yeah so but it's hard because you're not allowed to write you know we don't have anything to write with that's at one point at one point i took um these little squencher packets it's like gatorade like in a powder form and i mixed it with hair gel and i wrote on the inside of a cereal box like a little message to a bunch of my friends like like i miss you and like a bunch of their names and i put it on the live feeds but like that was the only time i wrote extent of it and you're not allowed to write anything you can't write anything that's strategy
Starting point is 00:15:22 no it's all in your head so you have to remember this all so some people would develop little rhymes and stuff like that i just remembered because obviously like everything is in a block of days so you just really have to remember like who won the hoh what the hoh was and then like from there you can remember yeah 30 37 45 52 like you just know all these days and like have to remember how many votes, who got voted out unanimously. If you watch the last part, the third part of the HOH, those questions of you find two, what is it, two truths and a lie? Oh, two truths and a lie. That was hard.
Starting point is 00:15:57 Yeah, but that's all we do all day is sit there because we know at some point they're going to ask us about days, they're going to ask us about vote counts, they're going to ask us about this because it happens every year ask us about vote counts. They're going to ask us about this because it happens every year. That is the one thing that everyone in the house knew. And we also, we were shocked they didn't ask us about the faces.
Starting point is 00:16:12 They usually do like a face smash. Oh, I forgot about that con. We were like studying for that like crazy. We were looking at the memory wall, studying every detail. Tommy cut a little slit out of a cardboard cut out of a cereal box So he could look at the different eyes and mouths And they never even asked about it
Starting point is 00:16:31 I think one part where that probably helped I know they asked about like Annalise's smile Was her mouth open or closed You're like really we studied the memory wall for that one question Yeah that was the only face question we got Besides that comp what do you think was the hardest comp? I think that probably part one of the H-Wage. I think part one of the H-Wage was...
Starting point is 00:16:50 Because it was everything. Which one was that again? That was the coins, the puzzle, the coins, the... The Tomb Raider type style one. And we went toe-to-toe with each other. Neither one of us were going to throw it to the other. We were like, we're going to fight for it. We're going to compete.
Starting point is 00:17:02 We're so competitive. I was so close to beating him, and I'm so i look just so time consuming i think i would get exhausted it was yeah it takes a long time because i was so 25 coins that means 50 trips back and forth across that damn rope bridge um but that that one was hard because it was very well rounded it was physical like very very athletic because of the agility aspect but also the endurance because it was very physically draining because it took us I don't know probably
Starting point is 00:17:32 45 minutes I don't even know and to give a background but then mental because there was also a puzzle and that puzzle was really hard it didn't I'm assuming it didn't look that hard on TV I haven't seen it yet but seeing it it was really hard to distinguish any features
Starting point is 00:17:48 on there because it was all the same color it was like all gray the lights the shadows and night and we're there in the darkness with like weird light splashing in our eyes and it just was as hard as anything it's also not a puzzle that you just like do on a table Sheena if you missed that comment build up puzzle
Starting point is 00:18:03 life size I will say this that's insane life so I've given grief to people about puzzles on big brother in the past and I take everything I said back yeah when you were able to look at an entire puzzle like in all the little pieces it's you can do it when you have a puzzle bigger than your body that you're putting together and you're trying to figure out some of them are upside down you don't know which way it's supposed to face and trying to get all these pieces together to fit is so much harder than you know one can ever judge caitlin herman again yeah so much respect for for how far any sort of any sort of puzzle like that is just a lot trickier how yeah i was gonna yeah i was gonna ask um shoot what was i gonna ask how much of the season have
Starting point is 00:18:44 you guys watched back since you've been out of the house? We're 10 episodes in. Yeah, we're, how many episodes are there? We've been watching like 40 or so. Yeah, because I was going to be like, what, that's four weeks in? We were talking in the house, you know, some people are not going to watch it. Yeah, a lot of people have no intention of watching it. I'm just ripping the Band-Aid off.
Starting point is 00:18:58 I just want to see it, get over with, and then probably never watch it again. But I think it'll help, too, because it's like they clearly couldn't have shown everything. Oh, my gosh, and they don't. I mean, there's so much and so little of it. There's a... Same with Sheena's show. It is insane.
Starting point is 00:19:12 There's 168 hours in a week. Out of three hours a week, probably an hour of it is social because then you have your comps, you have your ceremonies, you have your commercials. You only see like an hour of our social life when we spend 168 hours talking to each other.
Starting point is 00:19:25 That's so great. So one out of 168. And it's like mind blowing. They only show snippets. And that's why it's so frustrating sometimes. And I bet the conversation is so cut up too. There's so much conversation that happens. That you don't see.
Starting point is 00:19:39 Like day in and day out. I mean a lot of the conspiring is happening like when you're asleep and whispering in bed. And all of this. Oh my gosh. There's a lot. Are you guys mic is happening like when you're asleep and whispering in bed and all of this. Oh, my gosh. There's a lot. Are you guys mic'd like 24-7 pretty much? Oh, yeah. So like you go to bed with a mic on or there are mics in your bed?
Starting point is 00:19:52 Yeah. It has to be. I mean, it's like right next to us. I'm sure the rooms are all fine. But if you're talking, you have to put your microphone on. The only time you're not allowed to wear or you're allowed to not wear is if you're showering. If you're unconscious or showering. If you're showering and there's still mics hanging in the shower.
Starting point is 00:20:04 Wow. And there's microphones like behind the shower and there's microphones behind the beds there's microphones everywhere and we thought we could whisper to each other and get away with it we thought we were so sly and we could be really secretive whispering in each other's ears and pretend to be romantic
Starting point is 00:20:20 while we're conspiring we also thought we could get away with saying I love you and maybe nobody would know and we're conspiring. Nope. Yeah. We also thought we could get away with like saying I love you and like maybe nobody would know. And we're so stupid. So stupid. We come out and there's like memes and videos and like all this stuff. Yes.
Starting point is 00:20:31 So much stuff. Oh my God. Live feeders. Oh my God. They said I love you. And I was like, oh damn. No we didn't. I thought we were really sly for like a minute.
Starting point is 00:20:38 You were talking about all the juice. Like what? You're like what? Like clearly you could see it. I was like well I'm whispering in his ear. Nobody can hear this. No you're not. It's so stupid. You can't read your lips I guess. Yeah. Yeah. But, I'm whispering in his ear. Nobody can hear this. They hear everything. Super sonic sound.
Starting point is 00:20:46 I guess. But, Mickey, I still think you were pretty sneaky. Like, that one time that you snuck into that extra room upstairs. Yeah, so. I was impressed. I did a lot of eavesdropping this season. And I don't. Okay, like, as a viewer, it gave me anxiety.
Starting point is 00:20:59 But I was like, damn, like, good for him. So, there's probably 15 or 20 different times throughout the season when I would eavesdrop on conversations and hear things and use it as strategy. Monumental. Monumental. That was, like, messed up, but, like, I totally get it for games. So, well, I mean, for me, it's like. Yeah, you have to.
Starting point is 00:21:15 Are you talking about with Tommy? Yeah. Yeah, so for me, it's like, okay. We should give a little background in case the listeners have. Yeah, yeah, yeah. So catch. Do it. You should do it.
Starting point is 00:21:23 Okay, so Cliff, Nicole, Tommy, Holly, and I are in the final five. own in case yeah yeah so catch or you want me to do it you should do it okay so cliff nicole tommy holly and i are in the final five and i'm hoh i had cliff and nicole no there was basically when there was top six there was three sets of power duos right so one of the duos just lost two verse two their partner so it was like me and holly and then cliff and nicole and now tommy is alone he's the fifth wheel to a car pretty much and so cliff nicole holly and i had a deal we had a four a final locked in deal and then once we got to four we duke it out but basically it was gonna be up to cliff and nicole like who goes who goes home either holly or tommy yeah they won the veto so they essentially got to pick our so it was like do they stick with
Starting point is 00:22:06 the final four that they agreed to or do they send her home and go back on it and essentially which was a way better game move yeah game move because they would have split us up it would have been three right yeah yeah so what happened was are you I was just gonna say he did this because he needed Cliff and Nicole to like be on his side Right, and because for me, it was like, not only am I losing an ally and a number for me, because I know she'll take me to Final Two. Tommy won't. No, don't take anything for granted. It was still a game.
Starting point is 00:22:33 You haven't got to that episode. I was like, yeah. Anyways, well, then I just look dumb, so I look stupid. No, I was always going to take you to Final Two, but of course I had to weigh my options. Yeah, I mean, I did too. You look like you might take Nicole. I to final two. But, of course, I had to weigh my options. Yeah, I mean, I did too. You looked like you might take Nicole. You had to look.
Starting point is 00:22:45 I thought about it. Yeah. But I love you. Anyways, I don't even remember what I was saying. You went and eavesdropped. And then the thing about Tommy. So the reason why you eavesdropped, because we were in that crucial time of final five. And I was likely going home.
Starting point is 00:23:00 We were very nervous I was going home. So he blew this whole thing out of proportion that wasn't true about tommy tommy's in the kitchen like screaming and crying so what happened was tommy tommy was pitching to them reasons why they should keep him good reason i overheard it and then i went to cliff and nicole and i said tommy's actually wanting to work with me he told me xyz everything that he had told Cliff and Nicole. And I said he told me that he was going to tell y'all this. Making it seem like he's playing both sides.
Starting point is 00:23:28 That he's actually working with me and playing both sides. And I didn't care if they believed me or not. I just wanted to create enough doubt in their head that they. That you knew because why else would you have known? How else would I have known if Tommy hadn't told me? Whole pitch. They never thought that I just listened through the door. So I'm sitting there.
Starting point is 00:23:43 He has a double door. You have to walk through one door and then you have to walk through another door. I have to walk through one door in a hallway and then into another door. So he was just listened through the door. Yeah. I'm sitting there. He has a double door. You have to walk through one door and then you have to walk through another door. I have to walk through one door in a hallway and then into another door. So he was just sitting in the hallway. I'm sitting there. It's a really funny clip. It's like five minutes long. But I pretty much used what he said against him.
Starting point is 00:23:56 And I tried to pin it as if he was actually wanting to work with me rather than them. But at the end of the day, it's survival of the fittest. And I was like, it's either Holly or Tommy. And it was pretty believable. Like, I would have believed him. But Tommy was end of the day, it's survival of the fittest. And I was like, it's either Holly or Tommy. And it was pretty believable. Like I will, I would have believed him, but Tommy was so upset. He was crying.
Starting point is 00:24:09 He was like screaming. Like, and it broke my heart. It broke my heart. I love Tommy more than anything. I'm playing a game. And I was like, it's either Tommy or Holly.
Starting point is 00:24:17 And I was like, I'm not going to let Holly leave without trying everything I can. You know what I mean? Good for you. It was, it was really hard because Tommy is, I mean, we love tommy both and he and i being on the block was so hard because i thought for a lot of the game that tommy and i would be at the end together but never against each other right
Starting point is 00:24:36 he was one person who i never wanted to turn my back on even when you know he in a group had turned his back on me like we were so close we really were and we still are such good friends but Tommy all of us all of us forgiven you oh yeah yeah no yeah no he literally just texted us two seconds ago Mickey and myself oh yeah we're great friends he's not the type to be like your word is your word or you said this no he respects again when he got evicted he got he stood up and he smiled and he goes, you fucking got me, piece of shit. And he gave me a hug.
Starting point is 00:25:08 And then, like, on finale, I saw him. He gave me – he sprinted up and jumped into my arms. You played the game better than he did. Yeah, we respect each other's games. I was told, and I guess I should run this by Tommy. I was told that that, like, in jury when they did the roundtable and everything and, like, got insight from everyone, jury when they did the round table and everything and like got insight from
Starting point is 00:25:23 everyone that Tommy vocalized that that that fight was the reason that he ended up voting for Mickey. Yeah, because it was a game move. He respected game. Yeah, you know, it was done well, even though he and I were like, oh, it was it was very high
Starting point is 00:25:39 risk. Yeah, it was very risky. Very risky. And I had a feeling that that exact thing would happen he was so worried after that when tommy went to jury he was like well i just lost that jury vote and i was like nope you gained it nope i think that secured that yeah since it was tommy if it was a different house guest might have been different because tommy is a total fan of the game he knows how it works he loves it and i yep i was like well that i just lost that one i would be terrible in that house i'm so trusting and like easily manipulated if you
Starting point is 00:26:13 watch one episode of vanderpump you would get eaten alive i was just like i have talked about going on it forever and i know i mean seasons ago it used to be like you had to be i don't know if this is still true but you had to be 21 because they gave alcohol in the house. I'm sure that's still the case that you still have to be 21. I mean, now you can go. But, yeah, so this was the first season I would have been able to go on since I turned 21 at the end of last summer.
Starting point is 00:26:36 But now I have such a good job and I don't want to. You got a good thing going. You really have to also be, you have to want it so badly because, A, it just takes up so much space in your life. It is such a big commitment, but also it, it does, it takes a toll and you have to know that going in, that it's going to change you in so many ways. More than just, yes, when you come out of this, the world is going to be different. There's new opportunities. There's, you know, you look at life at life differently yes that is an aspect of it but just in the house there are so many
Starting point is 00:27:10 hardships that you can just really never anticipate and you have to know that you want to be there so badly you want to fight because it takes a lot to stay focused and stay positive um but also you have to be secure in yourself it's real easy to just want to throw in the towel there's so much yeah i'm surprised more people don't quit and it's no one's i'm surprised no one has ever quit people have threatened to self-evict i mean we had a few people that tried to self-evict a few times um and i i get it it is it is really tough and so much harder than you can imagine so it's like you really gotta especially for those who don't win an HOH
Starting point is 00:27:45 and never get a letter from their family. Like, how can they go that long without everything from outside the world? Honestly, getting a letter, it almost makes it harder. Really? So, okay, you don't have your phone. You have nothing. You don't have your phone for three months. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:28:01 So when you get back, like, where is your phone? Do you have just hundreds of messages like probably on vacation someone was posting on your instagram right so i had um i have almost 30 000 emails i have like six or seven thousand bms my email shut down yeah i had to get an entirely new email i have um almost 200 unread text messages, over 180 voicemails. That's insane. Have you gone back and read all your text? No, I haven't even read my text. Because I'm also still doing press stuff.
Starting point is 00:28:33 I'm still doing things like this. I'm still trying to get emails here. I'm still trying to get other things. I'm still trying to go back home to Nashville. I don't have all my clothes. My bank account got fraudulent activity on it. My debit card got stolen. My number got released.
Starting point is 00:28:44 There's a lot of things going on. Welcome home. Literally. There's a lot that happens. I bet that's so overwhelming. You go from, like, doing nothing all day to, like, so much going on. Boom.
Starting point is 00:28:53 Boom. And then, you know, also finale night, dealing with those questions and dealing with all the... I have so... I have such split opinions of me. Like, very polarizing. Either they hate me... Yeah, because I saw you got a lot of like negative comments.
Starting point is 00:29:06 Right. I'm sure you're so sick up here, like talking about it. Are you happy to defend yourself still? Absolutely. But I'm also the first one to admit when I'm wrong. And like I know where I've made mistakes and I know that I'm very intense and I know that I can be an asshole and know that I can be aggressive. But at the same time, there are some things that are taken out of context, especially the racism. Um, but at the same time, there are some things that are taken out of context, especially the racism.
Starting point is 00:29:24 That is the biggest thing that is getting hung over my head that a lot of people don't understand because it, it really, those couple of things that were said or done were never about race ever. Um, you know, one of the, the biggest things was they say that, you know, I said, Jessica, I'm going to send Jessica back to Mexico, which I said it was an audio. But what a lot of people don't realize is that that we are referencing the hotel in which we were before the show, which is our code. We were it was code word. I was saying I was going to evict her and send her back to Mexico because that but we all like when David got banished, he had to go somewhere.
Starting point is 00:30:05 He was a sequester. He was a sequester. Right. That's where he was. And everyone, we had code words for everything. Everything. It's just funny because it's like, okay, Trump, go back to Mexico. Yeah, well, we called the diary room the Dominican Republic.
Starting point is 00:30:17 The DR. The DR. Diary room. The Dominican Republic. The Dominican Republic. Or Punta Cana for DR. So we were doing our makeup and we're like, yeah, I have to go to the Dominican. I have to go to the Dominican. Talk about that. And I was like, I was our makeup and we're like yeah I have to go to the Dominican I have to go to the Dominican talk about that
Starting point is 00:30:26 and I was like I was pissed because I was hearing like Jessica's gonna get to me were you not allowed to say like the DR you just thought it was funny well no
Starting point is 00:30:31 that one we well in some contexts yeah so it was all in context but also then it was just kind of funny you know
Starting point is 00:30:39 so we we had code words for everything like poop was what does that even mean it's like literally we're so bored we come up with a new language it's so weird we made up songs We'd come for everything like poop was scoots to mod We're so bored
Starting point is 00:30:52 We made up songs about just ran everything we couldn't Can't sing so it has to be like no No phone and no music no we can't sing to ourselves either. They come out and don't know any of the top hits from the summer. Yeah, we know nothing. Yeah, like I was in the movie. You know Miley Cyrus got divorced? Yeah, somebody told me. What? It's so funny.
Starting point is 00:31:10 Yeah. Wait, Kylie and Travis just broke up. Whoa, what? Oh, really? Wait, what? Then Miley started dating Brody Jenner's ex-wife. Who? Because they got divorced too.
Starting point is 00:31:19 Wait, wait, what? Yeah. So Brody and Caitlyn split up. They technically were only married in Indonesia Not in the US So they're separated And then Miley and Caitlin started dating But then they broke up
Starting point is 00:31:31 Oh and then Haley and Justin just got married You guys might have seen that one I thought they were already married Yeah but they had a wedding Yeah there's a lot of things getting caught I still don't know what's going on with Area 51 We were in Vegas for the raid. Yeah, we were just there.
Starting point is 00:31:47 Apparently only like 100 people showed up and nothing happened. Yeah, but like what was it? Okay, so what happened was someone, this random guy on Facebook, started a event, like a Facebook event, saying we're going to go raid Area 51 on September 20th or 21st. And he invited every single user on Facebook. So 2 million people like said that they were signed up to do it and then it just became a meme all summer i that's why you guys
Starting point is 00:32:08 had that comp i'm sure with the aliens and you had that oh that makes sense area everything oh okay i just connected all the dots for you but yeah everything this summer has been area 51 aliens there's been documentaries on netflix about it oh and then the navy oh my gosh i can't wait till kat hears this. She thought that she created that cop. She was like, they did that cop because I was talking about aliens and I'm so super mage relevant. Yeah, that's what she said.
Starting point is 00:32:34 Super mage, really. That's funny. But it just came out that the Navy, for the first time ever, talked about this one video that Travis Barker from Blink-182 posted that they don't know what this object is. Normally they'd say it's a weather balloon or it's a drone. They finally for the first time said those are unidentified objects. So there's been breakthroughs.
Starting point is 00:32:54 While making progress, getting some answers to these questions. We really had no idea what was going on in the real world. We would look for anything. In our HOH basket, we'd get like, for example. Capri Sun that has a new movie coming out wow pets to pets to is coming out or Lucky Charms they added a new you know unicorn what I didn't know you're so gay right had a new flavor strawberry kiwi I was like oh my gosh real stuff like I know a question that she will need to know do you guys know what white
Starting point is 00:33:20 claws are cuz that was like yes yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah they really popped off this summer. Big White Claw guy. So I'm from Tennessee. They're big in the South. Yeah, they started like East Coast and then it slowly worked their way west. They have bars everywhere, I feel like, in the Midwest. They're selling them for $11 a can.
Starting point is 00:33:36 What? Yes. Ew. Yeah, at festivals, $11 a can. I'm good. Okay, well, at least they know what they are. Yeah. Oh, yeah.
Starting point is 00:33:43 Mango White Claw. I was going to say, though, About that comp where you had that punishment Like my boyfriend doesn't even really watch the show But we went on YouTube and watched a compilation Of like the worst punishments in Big Brother history And we were just cracking up at yours It was Give a background to Bruce
Starting point is 00:33:58 The worst one was like I just got slimed And I was in the shower And it was like 4. in the morning usually didn't bother showering explain what your punishment was so um what happened was I lost a comp and my punishment was that I had to be this like alien doctor so every time they're like Mickey quick we have a brand new set of aliens that we need you to come and like figure out there's a tent there's a tent in the backyard so I have to go and like stand there and dissect this alien and i get hit this stuff has what is it is it slime it's like colored slime dish i don't know what it is you don't understand i it blew up my nose for like a week i was hawking out neon
Starting point is 00:34:38 colored stuff like my it was coming out of my eyes it Literally. It would fly. 215, 220 pounds. It would fly me back. I fell a couple times. It hit me with so much force right in the face. There was one time I was in the shower and they called me. He was like washing off, right? I literally just got slimed. And I was like, surely.
Starting point is 00:34:55 I just got it like 10 times. I'm done for the night, surely. Right when I get in the shower, I'm literally rinsing out. And they go, are you kidding me? I was like, you've got to be fucking kidding me. I was like, you're kidding me. Go out there. And I just had a towel on and uh was like yeah you gotta put your your uniform back on and i was like oh my god sick so they were in the wash so i grabbed them out half covered in slime with suds all over them throw them on wet go get slimed
Starting point is 00:35:20 and literally just laid down in the backyard and i was like I have no bird I have no bush I was like this sucks 4.45 in the morning I was trying to get up with him when he would get slimed I would try if I could wake up and go out there so I walk out and I just see him like laying I mean if you know if one person is going to get punished like Jackson and I when sis had her punishment she had to get up
Starting point is 00:35:40 in the middle of the night to make all those egg dishes we would get up with her also that was like that hot dog one a couple seasons ago yeah exactly so like we felt bad for sis so we would get up in the middle of the night to make all those egg dishes we would get up with her also and that was like that hot dog one a couple seasons yeah yeah exactly so like we felt bad for sis so we would get up in the middle of the night and like and she could give the eggs to us so that she didn't have to wake up other people we would just sit there in the kitchen like watch her make eggs she had to wear a chicken suit and then it was really funny she had the late what is the zing bot still on the show oh yeah i got. I got a... Oh, man. That was a hot take.
Starting point is 00:36:07 You don't have to talk about it if you don't want to. The Zingbot? She said, what did Zingbot say? Yeah. I got called a pompous douchebag. Oh, yeah. Yeah, he went straight for the jugular with that one. I got called a buzzard.
Starting point is 00:36:20 What is that? It's like an old... Or they called me an old buzzard it's like a an old like crusty old bird that's like not even like really ugly because it's just a lie well i'm yeah i'm older than jackson um and so like apparently i'm older than all the guys i do too internet was like saying that i'm like really old and ugly. So people are stupid. Oh my God. Yeah. I'm sorry if that hits you.
Starting point is 00:36:47 No, I didn't. It was, you know, that's not true. Cause they had nothing else to say. The zing was like misdirected. They, they misdirected it on purpose so that the punchline would hit.
Starting point is 00:36:56 And so they played on Nicole's fear of birds. They're like, Nicole, you say you're scared of birds, but you've been hanging out with an old buzzard all summer. And Nicole is really, really close and working with Cliff. So everybody thought they met Cliff. And so everybody looks at Cliff and starts laughing.
Starting point is 00:37:11 And they go, named Holly. And you're like, oh. Yeah, and we all were like, oh, man. I wonder what Zingbot would say about me or like you. They go, kill shots. It's not like surfers. It's kill shots. They call me a bootleg Kardashian.
Starting point is 00:37:27 Yeah. Yeah. Bootleg Kardashian. Oh, my gosh. Yeah, they go for the jugular. Yeah. Yeah. And it's stuff you like wouldn't anticipate it either.
Starting point is 00:37:37 We thought we knew what our zings were going to be. Yeah. And then Zingbot got there and we're like, oh, yeah, no, we're wrong. Okay. We thought. Oh, wait. Okay. I have one other random question.
Starting point is 00:37:46 These are all just things that I wonder while watching all this. Yeah, yeah. Why did you lie about Holly and Kat knowing each other? Or did you just not mean it like that? No, we didn't. No, we do know each other. Oh, so that was just like. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:37:55 No, no. Kat and I knew each other. So on like day two, Kat, great girl, just blabbered out. She closed lips. So Kat told me on day two she goes, Holly and I know each other. We've known each other for years and we talked to each other for the past couple months.
Starting point is 00:38:11 Did you guys both know that you were both auditioning or you didn't find out until you got there? I mean I didn't like know for sure. It was definitely a surprise. So Kat tells me this and at this point Holly and I are nothing. Kat and i are nothing cat and i are nothing so i'm talking with jack the next morning and i'm like you know i think cat and holly know
Starting point is 00:38:31 each other it was like day two well fast forward like 42 days on day 44 i'm sitting there saying we can't trust tom tommy we might not be able to trust or we can't trust chris and we might not be able to trust tommy and he goes no i think that cat is like trying to pin us all against each other and one of the reasons why i said that's not true i was like dude jack you need to open your eyes like cat is not going to be going against holly like they know each other like why would she do that thinking i could trust jack well jack takes it runs with it blows our games now are you still hanging with cat at the time or holly or in between? No.
Starting point is 00:39:06 Oh, no. That Kat thing was real fast. Yeah. That was like a week or two. That was for like a millisecond. Yeah. And then things kind of stopped and yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:39:14 Because it's also weird because Big Brother time is so much different than real time. Yeah. Because we're together 24-7. So everything seems so much longer. But I don't know. It was really only like the first week right yeah it was like the first week or two and then i kind of ended things there and then holly and i it wasn't like i just went right with holly yeah it was just that just happened organically but well we were like we were such good friends right off the bat mickey and i um we were so close right away and
Starting point is 00:39:43 kat and i already knew each other so like the three of us all became like really, really good friends. And we made jokes about it. That's funny. I feel like viewers still don't know that. They still think that that was a lie and they believed like... What?
Starting point is 00:39:55 Well, at least from the people I know. I've wondered how that was portrayed. I can't wait until I actually see that. I've wondered because a lot of people have asked, they're like, wait, do you and Kat really know each other? I like yeah i talked about that like i announced it i thought you know like but they only show so much so but argument in the boat room it looked like yeah you guys didn't know each other like oh i was girl in the boat room i swear i deserve an academy award
Starting point is 00:40:20 for that because my i had to harness any acting abilities that i have and make everyone think that i didn't know each other that the cat and i didn't know each other but like yeah we definitely know each other yeah i thought i could trust jack and then i clearly can't trust anyone in that house oh yeah jack's a boy are you good with everyone in the house or in the house that's okay i am i am good with every single person that's in the house that was in the house which i'm very proud to say. I'm, like, on very, very good terms still, and I mean, I hope that everyone else would agree.
Starting point is 00:40:50 Feels the same way. But with everyone in the house. Me, personally. But you guys didn't know each other going into the house. No. Which I find crazy because it's the one degree of separation named Brad. Or Adam. There's multiple.
Starting point is 00:41:04 Yeah. We have, Sheena. We, Jackson and I have so many mutual connections and like Jackson, Jackson's apartment. I have been there. I've been to his apartment before he even moved in because we have so many mutual friends.
Starting point is 00:41:20 We both lived in Nashville. I used to follow her on Instagram. Oh my God. Yeah. Never met each other. I love Nashville. I used to follow her on Instagram when I lived in Nashville. Oh, my God. Yeah. Never met each other. I love Nashville. I do, too.
Starting point is 00:41:29 One of my favorites. I was dating somebody who lived in Nashville, so I was split back and forth between L.A. and Nashville. I lived there off and on for a year and a half. He lived there. And I'm sure that social scene's pretty small, too. Yeah. We have mutual friends here, there, Very odd. But we never met. Never met each other.
Starting point is 00:41:46 Which is so strange. We were sitting there in like week one. I was like, I think she was there. I was like, oh, wait. I used to follow you on Instagram. Yeah. I thought for sure you guys knew each other. I had Derek.
Starting point is 00:41:55 No, she didn't follow me back. Did you watch Derek's season? I love Derek. Yeah. So he's a good friend of mine. No way. Oh my gosh. Can you introduce me?
Starting point is 00:42:02 I love Derek. Hi, Derek. Shout out. Rachel Riley is a good friend of mine, too. Oh my gosh me i love derrick hi derrick shout out rachel riley yeah he's a good friend of mine too yeah so um wild those are two big oh i know yeah so i know i was like whenever she wants to go on the show i'm like we now know three four people who won i'm friends with frankie oh wow i love him too yeah he's great we got to play we our comp was called free the zing We got to play the most infamous comp where Frankie
Starting point is 00:42:28 won when Caleb sat out in that comp and it was like Frankie's big moment because he did it by himself. Anyway, it was a big deal on the show and they recreated that comp this year. That was so cool to be in. Side note, I won that one. Very proud shout out to Frankie. To be fair,
Starting point is 00:42:44 you won most of the comps yeah together we had 13 wins I count this 15 because I count the final HOH as multiple
Starting point is 00:42:52 yeah you should so I qualify that as 15 but whatever yeah so Derek was on maybe about a month ago
Starting point is 00:43:00 and we were just like talking about this season and I've been traveling so much and it's such a commitment to watch every episode of the show especially three nights a show i'll catch it here and there like i'm at my mom's house they have it on i'll like you know get interested in and be like wait fill me in and
Starting point is 00:43:12 then they're like sheena just watched the show i'm like i don't have time to watch three nights a week or whatever but um we were just saying i was like they have to know each other i'm like literally like he lives with my friend brad brad is best friends with adam that's how i know holly is through adam yeah adam is also canceled on the podcast so we're gonna stop talking about him but um i was like they're yeah exactly i was like there's no way they have never met so that's just crazy that you legit never did it's so strange and it's such a small world we have probably 10 or 15 different talk about it on the show right either well no we did i mean we did i don't know what they aired but like on live feeds we made a lot of connections a lot of connections holy cow yeah like when brad went to italy like right i was here
Starting point is 00:43:55 going like by myself for two weeks the day before he went to italy and that was right before the show and brad's been to my apartment you know and. And Brad knew that I was going to be on Big Brother. And, like, she didn't tell him. And Adam knew that I was thinking about being on Big Brother. But then when it got close, I was so scared. And I didn't realize, like, I probably shouldn't talk about this. So I told Adam. I was like, oh, yeah, that, like, silly, like, Big Brother thing.
Starting point is 00:44:19 Yeah, totally not happening. Like, I'm not doing that. Yeah. So I didn't tell anyone so everyone all the mutual friends that we have like brad had no idea i was literally like i said at sushi with him right before i left i didn't say a word about big brother so oh we get on the show he sees like the cast release and he's like oh yeah cool there's jackson and he's like holly what he's like no way i was just with her yeah very very small that's crazy
Starting point is 00:44:46 connections and i'm so glad that we met on the show rather than in real life totally because i don't know if things would be the same yeah you know did you guys know anyone that had been on the show before you guys went on no i didn't directly yeah i knew of people because i'm like i think i know like too many people now i I know, same. They won't let you. They're going to be like, you know too much. You're like, you're too connected. I don't know anything. Well, I knew of people or have mutual friends with people.
Starting point is 00:45:13 For instance, right before going on the show, also, I was at a wedding. One of my really good friends, Sarah, got married. And Jess and Cody were guests at her wedding. And it was a really small wedding and so I saw Jess and Cody and I was like oh my gosh I need to like steer I was like so nervous so I like would make sure I was like far away from them and I would just like stay with my other two friends so that I didn't go near them yeah because I was just too afraid that it would come up in conversation or something and then like other times like i was at stagecoach right before going on the show and i was i went to go hang out with some mutual friends and i saw cory
Starting point is 00:45:49 brooks with yeah i was with him part of that weekend yeah so i walk into the house brad and i were supposed to stay oh wait no that was coachella i was yeah because i remember brad yeah we were together yeah i was gonna i was supposed to go to coachella with brad yeah anyway anyway at stagecoach i walk in this house go to Coachella with Brett. Anyway, as stagecoach, I walk in this house. I see Corey Brooks, and I was like, nope. Oh, I forgot Corey was on that. I always just associate him with The Bachelor because he hangs out with all those guys,
Starting point is 00:46:14 but I forget he's a big brother guy. And so I saw JC at a club in West Hollywood one night, and I sat there and saw him, and then I was like, oh, I'm not going to say anything. I just didn't trust myself not to like fangirl or be like I might go on the show and then it's like damn it they send a text you know so and so
Starting point is 00:46:32 they're saying they're going to be on the show oh well next you're getting an alternate and I'm like I didn't know so I literally like avoided anyone that was a mutual friend I mean if they said something probably I don't know I mean you can't tell anybody Y'all I was so
Starting point is 00:46:48 Discreet about this I didn't tell My father that I was going on the show My father because I love him Bless his heart but he is Like I come from a town of 7000 people My dad was born and raised in that town he knows Everyone so I can see him At the you know at the bank
Starting point is 00:47:04 Cashing a check and being like oh my gosh like by the way cindy i haven't seen you since second grade did you know that my middle daughter holly's going on like my birthday happened and i was i was gone i didn't have my phone or anything my birthday happened so all these people are you know i i'm assuming are texting me facebook yeah because the show didn't air until later anyways it wasn't a live premiere so it was like two or three weeks after my birthday before anyone realized where the hell i went yeah and i told my mom i was like you cannot say anything until at least the show airs because i don't want something to happen and they're like okay we're pulling them out because you never know right so i was like you
Starting point is 00:47:41 can't say anything so it's like my poor family there, you know, like my aunts, my uncles, my cousins. Hey, happy birthday. Ghost. It's just silence. I'm like, okay. I didn't have service today. Yeah. He's off the grid.
Starting point is 00:47:55 But like Father's Day, I could tell my dad Father's Day. My dad's birthday was on June 30th. And I was like, I just want to tell him happy birthday. So it's like little stuff like that that you miss. I miss my mom's birthday in August. I miss my dad's and my sister's. Yeah. Fourth of July. A lot of things that you take. I miss my mom's birthday in August. I miss my dad's and my sister's, yeah. Yeah, 4th of July.
Starting point is 00:48:08 A lot of things that you take for granted during a normal summer you don't get. Did they tell you anything? I haven't had a normal summer. When you were in the house? Because I know like when 9-11 happened, you know, they obviously told them like big things like that, but you didn't get any news? Nothing. Nothing. And it was wild because you're completely cut off from the real world.
Starting point is 00:48:20 And remember, we had two earthquakes. Yeah. Oh, yeah. 4th of July. And we had no idea we ever felt earthquakes yeah i just missed here yes but that was one of the bigger ones that i've ever felt yeah and how bad was it well i was pretty bad there were two back-to-back days i was gonna say i was in a pretty high um building when we were in it and we had a giant mirror upstairs that fell
Starting point is 00:48:42 and shattered but besides that i was peeing in Palm Springs at my house. In Palm Springs, yeah. I mean, for the most part, though, it sounds like the neighbors are playing really loud bass or a semi-truck drives by. Yeah. We were all sitting there, and we were like, I got dizzy at first. We were by the pool, and we started getting dizzy. Oh, the water. The water was, like, sloshing back and forth, and we were like, what was that?
Starting point is 00:49:01 Is this an earthquake? And we got a lot of folks not from California, and I just was like, wait, this is a real California. There are earthquakes. But they didn't tell you over the thing that is this an earthquake and we get a lot of folks not from california and i just right here i'm like wait this is a real california there are earthquakes tell you over the thing that it was no they did but they didn't tell us how bad it was but but at the same time i'm thinking about like friends i used to live in san francisco and a bunch of my best friends are there one of whom i knew just had a baby because she was literally when my when i got like captured to go on the show, she was going, like she was having contractions and like going into labor.
Starting point is 00:49:29 The baby was literally born on the day that I found my key and like was taken to go on the show. And so she, like she and my other friends live in San Francisco and I know that that's just a total epicenter for earthquake. And, and I, you know, based on how strongly we felt it, I was really terrified that it could be a stronger one farther away.
Starting point is 00:49:51 And we knew nothing. We just had to wait for months and just pray. They would only say get under a doorway or something sturdy, stay away from glass. That was an earthquake. But it was not like where it was or where it hit the worst or any damages or fatalities. we didn't know anything about it we just knew they said it was an earthquake y'all be safe like is everyone okay yeah i don't think anything that big has
Starting point is 00:50:14 happened this summer that no i'm surprised they didn't let them know about yeah like but speaking of like natural disasters and stuff were you because i know you've worked at malibu wine safari for a while were you there when the fires were happening yeah I mean not like physically there at the time because it hit us in the middle of the night but yeah I was working there and I was there I mean I was like at work like the day before yeah and everything yeah are you back there now so scary I mean I just came out of the house so I'm assuming yeah that I'll go back um i don't know how often or because it's always been a part-time job for me um because it's just so fun and i love working yeah um so i don't know how much i will go back i'm going back sometime um as a like as a guest yeah as a guest i'm gonna bring um yeah our other
Starting point is 00:51:03 our other uh house guests. A lot of fun. Up on a safari. And a lot of them, I think, are going to try and move out here. Everyone does that. Go on a reality show and move to L.A. I know, and then move to L.A. That's why there's so much traffic.
Starting point is 00:51:14 Because there's so many of us here. That's why there's so much traffic. I know, I know. I actually miss traffic. I miss traffic. I was like, I literally would give anything to just sit on the 101 right now. Like be in a car? I was like, I just want to be in anything to just sit on the 101 right now. Like be in a car? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:51:25 I was like, I just want to be in traffic. That's all I would do. We would be in the house daydreaming of sitting in traffic. Sitting in traffic. Like that sounded so nice. You think sitting in traffic is boring? You guys. I'm sorry.
Starting point is 00:51:35 I loved Big Brother and I would never trade it for the world, but it is the most boring thing I've ever done in my life because you don't realize how much downtime there is. It makes you go crazy. You genuinely lose your mind. My life motto, I have it on my arm, enjoy the traffic. Enjoy the traffic. Yeah, literally, enjoy the traffic. Don't take it for granted.
Starting point is 00:51:55 It's great. I mean, there's nothing you can do about it. I'm like, just put on some good music. There's no point in honking. Especially in this city. Maybe shenanigans. Yeah, you know, let's do a podcast. It's an old job in Beverly Hills hills like from here to beverly hills
Starting point is 00:52:08 is less than five miles getting there some days it would take 20 minutes some days to take two and a half three hours we were in serb before this it took me like 40 to get over here yeah we're in hollywood now that's like it was 3.6 miles 3.6 miles can take you up to 40 miles it's almost fat you could crawl on all fours. But honestly, I'm excited. I'm thrilled. Throw me in traffic. Great.
Starting point is 00:52:28 Because at least I will have music. Yep. And somewhat of a control. But I bet even just driving for the first time after getting out, you just felt so independent. Oh, independent but also terrified. You still don't have a car? No, mine got totaled two weeks before coming in. No.
Starting point is 00:52:43 I was in a bad accident that got totaled my car two weeks before. I got T-boned at a red light. Oh, wow. In Hollywood. Just buy another. And you get the check. So, well, I. Like, I mean, luckily.
Starting point is 00:52:53 Yeah, luckily. But I, yeah, I've got to figure that situation out. So, I don't, I had to quit jobs, you know, didn't know if I was going to have this apartment still when I got back because I have no idea, you know. For all I know, Brad could have been like yeah screw him i'm he's not coming back here again throwing my stuff out on the curb he never would he would he's the best guy but like you gotta realize you start paranoia like runs yeah in that house i was the same thing i was like my roommate might hate me and and moved out because you have no idea because like you say one
Starting point is 00:53:20 comment about someone and they might take it and run with it. And the next thing you know, like someone might be. I don't want to be bringing down people in my life. Yeah. You know, and it's like that did unfortunately happen. A friend of mine that has a job in Nashville, you know, because of something I said that wasn't shouldn't have happened. But yeah, it's like you start thinking about these things. I was like, I don't know if I have an apartment. I don't know what I'm going to do. I was like, yeah, I literally I still don't have any toiletries because I moved out of this
Starting point is 00:53:46 apartment completely. Yeah. I don't have toothpaste. I literally, I don't have a phone charger. My phone is plugged into my Xbox and there's my debit card is no bueno. So like I still have a six and iPhone six. Oh my God. The 11 is out now.
Starting point is 00:54:02 You shouldn't have had a six before you were on the big boat. I know. I mean, he's like fresh out of, you know, remember. six oh my god oh my god the 11 is out now you shouldn't have had a six before yeah well i know i mean he's like fresh out you know remember everyone is sitting there looking at pictures of like why does the guy with the most money from the show look like he's the most broke it's like because i still am broke i haven't touched i haven't gotten any money yeah it's not you get it that day yeah it's not like i get a big old like duffel bag full of taxes. Yeah. Here you go. Have fun. Sweet. And it's like,
Starting point is 00:54:26 no, I still am just as broke. If not more broke. They know they're giving someone the money the whole time. They should have money ready. I think that'd be more. Yeah. I'm glad they don't.
Starting point is 00:54:37 I'm glad they don't. Because you just blow it all right away. I went right to Vegas and I'm so glad I didn't have a penny of that money to touch. Because if I would have had, not, I mean, I'm responsible for the money. Yeah. But, like, the temptation of letting loose, especially in a city like Vegas. Yeah, just having a huge lump sum at once. I'm so glad I didn't have it because it doesn't – you don't even think about it.
Starting point is 00:54:56 Yeah. You don't even think about it. You know, it's nice. And it gives you a little time to decompress and then think about what your priorities are. Yeah. Where you want to go if you want to move, if you want to do this, if you want to do that. And so it's nice. It really is.
Starting point is 00:55:06 But at the end of the day, I'm not complaining. I won. If it takes a week or two before I get it, that's cool. That's more money than I would have made in a normal summer anyways. Yeah, absolutely. It's more money than people make in five years. Yeah, so I'll take it. I was going to say, don't they get people who win the lottery,
Starting point is 00:55:21 like a financial advisor, like, okay, you should do – Yeah, you should put this much in savings, you know, like, SEP IRA, retirement account, put a bunch away. I mean, half of it, like, 39% of what goes to taxes. Fucking IRS. Yeah. Insane. Even, like, my, like, little, like, bitty win, and I'm just like, well.
Starting point is 00:55:41 Sweet. California. Thank you, California. Like, thank you for the win, but I'll give most of it to taxes. I'm so kicking myself. That's why I bought a house this year. I was just like, I need to make a big purchase and write some shit off. Buying a car last year wasn't enough.
Starting point is 00:56:00 And just with the work that I do and the way that I'm paid, I'm like, I need to buy a house, but also I'm single. I live at the beach. I love living at the beach. It's a great place to be single. But I'm like, I don't want to buy a $2 million house in Venice that's a shack, and I don't want to live in the valley by myself being single. That's not fun.
Starting point is 00:56:21 So I bought a house in Palm Springs, and I go out there once a week or every other week, and it's just like my vacations It's like close enough, but far enough and we're going to San Diego a lot recently Just started talking to someone who lives there, so that's my thing. It's like my gym is Gold's Venice It's the most famous gym in the world. Shenanigans fans. Did you hear that? The Mecca of bodybuilding. Tuesdays and Thursdays, and I hate them. Jackson, what time?
Starting point is 00:56:49 What time? It's like, you know, I'm sitting there, and I love that gym, but depending on traffic, it could take me an hour. Yeah. It could be nine miles, or the fastest route could be 35 miles. It could take me 30 minutes. It could take me three hours just to get there. So it's like, if i don't live here i want
Starting point is 00:57:05 to be close to the water yeah i mean i want to be closer to the water it's not here i love it over there i've been there a year and a half and it's worth every minute of traffic like traffic doesn't even bother me it bothers me more sometimes when i'm trying to get home and i'm like i just want to be home but when i'm leaving i'm like yeah and i wake up every day and look at boats and i have a huge like patio it's just like it's every day and look at boats, and I have a huge patio. It's just like, it's so peaceful and serene out there. I love it. It's better when you're sitting in traffic, but you know you're driving to or from your
Starting point is 00:57:32 little oasis. It's just, yeah. Rather than in the heart of Hollywood on Hollywood Boulevard. Yeah. I used to live right here. Hollywood and Whitley. Nope. I wouldn't.
Starting point is 00:57:41 Yeah. I hate traffic on Hollywood Boulevard. Yep. I know. I walked everywhere. It's's anarchy there's no rules people jaywalking left and right it tourists everything it's impossible to drive safely it took me like 20 minutes to even find parking to get here like oh i know we're like up yeah most of the time it's like hour max and then you have to refeed the meter and yeah it's
Starting point is 00:58:00 the amount of parking tickets i've received like oh I had so many before I got on the show. Just here for like eight months. Four of those being in the house. Yeah, literally. It's like most of my works. I'd work in Beverly Hills, but it's like I didn't want to pay $30 a shift. Yeah. To go and park my car in a garage.
Starting point is 00:58:20 Like, why am I paying money to go to work? Like, I was like, right. That's how I am. I have to park at a meter and it's like four dollars per hour and I'm like this doesn't add up so it's like I would park on the street in a neighborhood in Beverly Hills and then they zing me with like an $80 ticket and if it goes a month it turns into 600 and you're like whoa I was like we are you forget about it you can't register your car yeah literally traffic and parking tickets seriously and like we always
Starting point is 00:58:44 mention this too Like people who are from LA The way we talk about freeways Yeah You take the 101 To the 405 To the I think it's so funny
Starting point is 00:58:52 Well it's nice Because like if I'm ever taking the 101 I can look out my window And check out like how's traffic right now Right Alright, I'm going to give it an hour or two And then I'll check back later So it's funny
Starting point is 00:59:02 But it really is like Overheard LA That Instagram page. Oh my God. Totally. It's so accurate. It's so accurate. It's so accurate. And especially being from the South, like I would, I would read that.
Starting point is 00:59:12 Yeah. I was like, this is ridiculous. I literally have heard these things. Yeah. It's so priceless. It's so funny. It's a different world out here. It's a different world.
Starting point is 00:59:20 It really is. It's funny. One of my girlfriends, we were at lunch a couple of ago, and she didn't want the jalapeno dressing. She wanted something different. And the server's like, oh, I would recommend ranch with that. She's like, yeah, that sounds great. And she's like, okay, start to walk away. She goes, oh, wait, I forgot I'm vegan now.
Starting point is 00:59:33 I was like, that is so LA. I forgot I'm vegan now. I'm vegan. Spot on. Oh, my gosh. That's hilarious. People who are vegan love talking about being vegan. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:59:44 That's hilarious. That's actually really are vegan love talking about being vegan. Yeah. That's hilarious. That's actually really funny. I'm vegan now. I heard that a lot in a restaurant in Beverly Hills. The vegan gluten-free. I mean, I get it, but it's just. It's just funny. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:59:59 It's very. There's the people who do it because they're health conscious. They're thinking about the animals. And there's people who do it because it's like, I'm vegan. It's trendy. Yeah. It's the picky. There's the people who do it because they're health conscious. They're thinking about the animals. And there's people who do it because it's like, I'm vegan. It's trendy. Yeah. It's the cool thing. It's that trendy.
Starting point is 01:00:10 And I fully support it. I'm all for being vegan. Yeah, absolutely. Or all those things. I'm always about like. Some people go in waves. They go from being completely carnivorous and being completely vegan to then being gluten free.
Starting point is 01:00:19 But then loving gluten, it's like, I don't know. Or people who do it to brag about it. I'm all about being intentionally making the right choice too. It's like, oh, like, I have this option to do a vegan, like,
Starting point is 01:00:29 alternative. I should do it because it's like, better. But it's like, what, like, what's the intention behind it? Yeah.
Starting point is 01:00:34 I will say, for the vegans out there, the cauliflower wings at Tom Tom are bomb. It's like spicy orange chicken, but it's cauliflower. And at Craig's, the spaghetti squash, so good. I love spaghetti squash. So it's like, yeah, it's like spicy orange chicken but it's cauliflower and it crags the spaghetti squash so good i love so it's like yeah it's amazing normally she's such a good cook by the way oh
Starting point is 01:00:52 my gosh big time cook she makes incredible food yeah i can whip nice anything can't relate um but like normally i don't eat a lot of meat which is like ironic i grew up on a ranch in wyoming but i just like like vegetables and fresh things yeah um because that's what i crave a lot of the time but i may not hold on don't get me wrong i also crave like copious amounts of chocolate and ice cream like yeah i actually eat like shit and like potato chips um but like i'd never crave meat really so it's so weird in the big brother house everything was like revolved around me yeah mainly because i was the one doing a lot of the cooking everything chicken steak he was cooking or i was cooking and if he was cooking he was cooking a lot
Starting point is 01:01:43 of meat like he would eat three steaks every day yeah oh wow and water once a day three pots of coffee and three steaks a day yeah and like three watermelons a day literally and that was like what kind of food you wanted in the house no it's pretty standard like very basic for the most part it's like the same weekly delivery of like the same groceries because i'm like the same exact flavors. Same seasoning, same sauces. All the time, yeah. Because every morning for me, like I have a meal replacement smoothie.
Starting point is 01:02:08 You know, it's like banana, protein. Yeah, no, you would not get that. I wouldn't get that every morning. No, I mean, until you ran out. Until you ran out. But bananas usually don't last a full week. Well, like, yeah. Oh, and you only get food once a week.
Starting point is 01:02:20 Yeah, and you have to ration it between everyone. That's another part. You've got to be able to like strategically. You can't be like that person that eats all of one item. Because that would cause a lot of resentment. Here's one thing that I'm getting dragged about. So Jessica, she was a plus size model. And there was a conversation that Jack and I had.
Starting point is 01:02:36 And this is another thing that I'm wanting to explain. Because I was never fat shaming her at all. So what happened was Jack was like, hey, do we have, like how many eggs do we have? Do we have enough? I was like, yeah not a jessica size portion of them because no because listen backstory during like for like a week or two she would make this egg scramble of like a dozen or two dozen eggs for the entire house every morning it was a lot a lot she would use a lot of the eggs and we only get food once a week. So I'm trying my best. Like, when everything I cooked, like, portioned out and rationed out for the week,
Starting point is 01:03:08 and she was, like, burning through bacon and burning through eggs, and no one would eat it, and then it'd get thrown away. And it was this big scramble. And obviously he was like, do we have enough eggs? I was like, yeah, but not a Jessica-sized portion. Like, we don't have enough to make this portion of eggs. It was an everyday thing. It had nothing to do with her on a physical level.
Starting point is 01:03:25 It was literally about the amount of eggs we have. And if we didn't ration it, we would run out. So it's like, I was like, you know, we don't have enough eggs for that, but it was never about her being. Yeah, like that kind of a comment, if he'd said it to me, makes perfect sense. Like I know exactly what he's talking about. But then when you say it on the show, people are watching.
Starting point is 01:03:44 Yeah. It does cause tension between roommates you know what i mean because it's like when jessica used up all the eggs because i'm we're running out of eggs and that was just an example like i i love just so much so i don't like whatever who cares um i didn't follow me in the world now yeah but there that happened with a lot of different people they would use all of one ingredient and then it's like okay come on yeah like use up like fridge space or whatever like you just have to be really cognizant because um 15 roommates is a lot
Starting point is 01:04:16 of other that's insane it is but i will say on record like cbs i was expecting i thought going on to a reality show again never being an answer i like, I'm just a means to an end for the producers. I'm just getting their paycheck. So good to us. So good to us. Literally, they care about us psychologically, physically, mentally, emotionally. I think they have to in 20, what years did they keep to? Yeah, 21 years.
Starting point is 01:04:38 It's really like being a part of a family. They are so good to us. They get us things that we don't deserve, we don't need. We get family videos, or they would treat us with this or that. They have to take mental health so seriously now. Oh, absolutely. And it is because they have to. And because you're in a situation where like, oh, mental health can go out the window.
Starting point is 01:04:55 Yeah. Not that we have windows, but like. Yeah. Those aren't real windows. They're mirrors with cameras behind them that we forget that are there. We think the only cameras are the ones up there. We forget about the cameras. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:05:08 Yeah. So do you guys have a contact at CBS who can lift my ban from the lot? Because I'm banned right now. You got banned? Sheena. Did you try and climb the wall? What did you do? Are you like one of the stalkers?
Starting point is 01:05:20 Every year. Are you trying to break into Big Brother? No, this is the lot. You guys aren't by the Grove, right? You're in the. Bradford. No, the studio. Yeah, yeah. Okay. So Dancing with the Stars is the this is the lot. You guys aren't by the Grove, right? Bradford. Bradford. No, the studio. Yeah, yeah, okay.
Starting point is 01:05:27 So Dancing with the Stars, the one by the Grove. I go every year. They invite me, give me and my mom the best seats. And so they were checking my bag, and I had a vape pen in it. And like an expensive one. And they were like, oh, you can't take this in. I was like, I'm not going to smoke it. Don't worry.
Starting point is 01:05:44 I'm 34 years old. I know better. I'm yeah and um and i go i have my medical card i can show you if you want she goes oh this is marijuana and i was like i only said that because i thought that it would be okay if it was medicinal i had my card and then they were like they call security over all these security guards over i'm like sequestered in a corner and they're like you brought drugs onto federal property they go would you get on an airplane with this over i'm like sequestered in a corner and they're like you brought drugs onto federal property they go would you get on an airplane with this and i'm like yes sir i do every fucking week i literally fly every week i always have one to three vape pens on me and i'm like and that's federal property and i'm like but it's legal like what do you mean and he goes on that
Starting point is 01:06:20 side of the fence it's legal once you step on the property it's not like there's no sign it says nothing about vaping smoking nothing so they wouldn't um they wouldn't let us into the show i was like just throw it away i don't even at this point i don't even care about the 100 bucks i don't even want just throw it away and they're like no you've already um you've already brought it onto property and then give it back give it back and i'll go and then we tried to give it back they gave it back but then we like talked talked to ABC because the show's on ABC. And ABC had no issue with it. And I also want to be on that show.
Starting point is 01:06:52 And we've discussed it. So I'm like, is this going to ruin my chances of getting on it? Because I brought a fucking weed pen. So we tried to go back for the finale. And my name was banned. So we couldn't go. Sheena, you got banned. I know.
Starting point is 01:07:06 So this season, I haven't even tried yet. But I'm like, do I try and just see if maybe they forgot? You should see if it's a universal CBS slot thing. Let's try to go to Radford sometime and see if you get in there. Right? I'm like, what if I have an audition? You just have it out in the parking lot. Like, hey, y'all got to come out here.
Starting point is 01:07:22 I know. So yeah, CBS, Ibs i'm sorry yes this is your public apology to cbs yeah really not that serious no i mean they literally this was like i'm not exaggerating 45 minutes of them like calling this person calling that person that day we had to put one of our dogs down my mom was so upset so excited to see the show i'm crying i was just like this is all she wanted to do today. And they just did not care because I had a weed pen.
