Thank you for listening to this podcast one production available on Apple podcasts and podcast one
From Vanderpump Rules to Vegas and everywhere in between, it's time to party with Sheena Shea.
This is Shenanigans.
And now, here's your host, Sheena Shea.
Hey guys, so today we are doing another Topics Conversation at Shenanigans.
We did the Singles in LA one. I had fun with that.
And today we are doing fitness.
If you guys follow me on Snapchat, you know I love working out.
So we have my trainer here, Seth Browning. How are you?
Hey. I'm good. It's good to be here.
A very dear friend of mine, Jenna Willis.
Hello, everyone.
And someone who's very big on Instagram, posts the dopest videos.
You guys have to go follow him.
Ryan Tremaine Clarenbach.
How are you?
What's up?
All right.
You got to sit closer to the mic.
I'm not going to hit you.
Can you hear me?
All right.
So how's everyone doing?
Great.
Yeah.
What if you're all, like, terrible?
No.
It's cool.
It's like, I feel like we have, like, a panel going.
Oh, that's what I'm saying.
It's the first time I've had three guests.
I had two on.
We did a Singles in LA episode with two of the guys from Sir.
How was that?
It was fun because it was like, I had a gay guy and a straight guy, so I got just different
perspectives and, like, a relationship guy and a not relationship guy.
So it was like, it was just
interesting hearing all of our perspectives of being single in LA and not wanting a relationship.
No. Um, so just, um, to my listeners, so they can get to know you, uh, why don't we just say like
where you guys are from and your fitness background, and then we'll get into some
shenanigans and questions.
Seth?
Should I start?
Yeah.
Well, my name is Seth Browning.
I'm from Orange County, the OC.
And I came to LA about – I've been training for about seven and a half years, and I came to LA about five years ago.
And I've been doing that.
What was the other part of the question?
Just how long you've been training for.
Yeah.
And who am I?
Yeah.
My middle name is Adam.
Nice.
Is it really?
Yeah.
Oh.
You didn't know that?
I did not know that.
After all this time?
I don't remember your middle name either.
How do you not know this about each other?
Your middle name was Adam?
I did not know that.
Yeah.
I don't remember your middle name either.
Of course you do.
It's literally my
name wait oh marie that's right yeah funny the most basic middle name in the history of middle
names thanks mom that's amazing yeah uh jenna yeah uh hey, guys. I'm Jenna Willis. I'm originally from New Jersey, and then I moved to the big city, New York, and now I've
been in L.A. for a very long time.
And I've been out in L.A. acting for years, and I've been fortunate enough to work.
And I was working in a restaurant which you all know
Villa Blanca with one of my dear friends
Sheena
and Jenna and Katie Maloney used to be roommates
just a little fun fact
and Jenna was one of my bridesmaids
yes this is all so true
it worked out so well for me
hence single in LA
was great last week
yes it was.
And yeah, I wanted to switch it up in life.
And I noticed a trend that was happening and women coming up to me in the gym.
And about six months ago, so quite recently, or eight months ago, I decided to take the leap.
And I got certified and all that and kind of started my own fitness company.
It's been really exciting and I love it.
Jenna is also the trainer responsible for Lala Kent's amazing ass.
I just want to point that out.
Yes.
Everyone's like, what?
Did you?
Jenna did it.
Yeah, she's like, so many people keep asking her if she's pregnant because she's put on weight, dyed her hair dark and hasn't been drinking.
And she's like, that doesn't mean I'm pregnant.
I'm like, jeez.
She hit me the other day.
I was like, Lala, there's a big plan here and people don't even know it yet.
We're bulking up and then cutting it down.
Totally.
No, she looks amazing.
So anyone who is listening, she's definitely not pregnant.
No.
And we have a bigger plan in store right now.
So the dieting and all that's happening.
Yeah.
It's cool. All right. And you have a sexy podcast voice. right now. So the dieting and all that's happening. Yeah. It's cool.
All right.
You have a sexy podcast voice.
Oh, thanks.
Oh, she's killing it.
I was warming up before this.
Just like in her room practicing.
Yeah.
Ryan?
I am Ryan Klarenbach.
I moved to LA last year, March.
It's been a fast year.
Time goes by super fast here.
It's crazy.
But I'm from Oahu. Moved to portland i used to work at nike headquarters got into fitness uh there
um wanted to personal train and stuff over there but the weather couldn't do it so i moved out here
um did some like acting um the whole you know shoobang um yeah getting the personal training thing and um started the
instagram and it kind of opened up new doors blew up yeah tried to like switch the game and
yeah do some cool entertaining stuff so yeah yeah don't have to be so modest
lala i've had lala look at your videos because i think they're dope so yeah i saw like when i
started following him i thought i was like Lala Kent, Jenna Willis.
I was like, wait,
how do you guys know each other?
Yeah, I was like, no,
because I make the videos too.
So obviously if you start
seeing other ones,
you're like, wow,
we got a collab or something.
Yeah.
Yeah, they're really cool.
No, he has a really cool video.
I know there's some push-up one
that's really dope.
Yeah.
You're going from box to box.
I'm just saying.
Yeah, it's fun.
And it's at Rhinosaurus Flex.
Yeah, I need to change that. Yeah. But I might not. I like it. Why would you change that? I like it. That's dope. I don just saying. Yeah, it's fun. And it's at rhinosaurusflex. Yeah, I need to change that.
Yeah.
But I might not.
I like it.
Why would you change that?
I like it.
That's dope.
I don't know.
I think it's creative.
I'm like a professional, you know, when I have to say that to people, I'm like, okay.
Oh.
Hey, listen, I'm Seppinator.
I get it, yeah.
Seppinator.
I'm Seppinator.
I don't know how professional you get, but I think the more catchy it is, people are
I'm twisty.
It's Jenna Willis.
I'm inevitably single as well, apparently.
Yeah.
With the mids.
Hey, single is not bad.
I'm not complaining.
It's not a rough life.
No.
I like it.
Do I have to worry about anyone other than myself?
We're all single.
We're all single.
Yay.
Yay.
Fitness single.
Okay.
Best gyms to meet people.
Go.
Oh.
Equinox West Hollywood.
Equinox West Hollywood. Equinox West Hollywood.
That's right.
But you just stand there and make faces.
Yes.
Yeah, I think actually only 5% of people work out in that gym.
The rest are texting and on phone conversations.
Yeah, or making powdered faces.
Don't the girls there have full, like how I look right now, full lashes?
That's what I hear.
It's just 100%.
Where do you work out?
like how I look right now, like full lashes and like, come on.
A hundred percent.
Where do you work out?
Gold's gym, but I like to, I reach out to gyms and ask them, you know, if I can switch it up and use their gym for videos and stuff.
So that's really cool.
I go to a bunch of them, but my main one is Gold's.
Is that the place that you're always posting videos?
You're like jumping around.
It looks like a fun, like a, like outdoor area.
No, it's, it's indoor.
You're always like doing flips and stuff.
It's like, Oh oh that's tempest
so i actually um do stunt work as well um so how that like hold the whole video like started is i
was uh practicing stuff for stunt work you have to know how to fall and flip and all that and i
was like can i incorporate this in like a workout video and yeah so that's how i like incorporate
so i go to tempest uh it's called free running gym. And that's where I practice all that. Cool.
You're also modeling for H&M, right?
I just signed with them.
Yeah. Yeah.
Congrats.
That's amazing.
Yeah.
Thank you.
You're welcome.
Are you wearing H&M right now?
Just say yes.
Yes.
Head to toe.
Yes.
Absolutely.
Yes.
Have you guys ever slept
with any of your
clients
no
because
well I mean
that not to
but I
90
I love how I
jumped up
you did not say
that was going
to be one of
the questions
it's not written
on my paper
it just came to
mind
because Eric
who was here
last week
he used to
train
he said the
problem was
he slept
with all his
clients
I'm going to get this out of the way.
I'm going to answer this question and have it off of me.
I've been training for a while now,
so the odds that I bank at least one are there.
Do you agree?
Okay, thank you.
I'm not one of them.
I'm not his type.
Thankfully, I train mostly women, so that narrows it down but
like you know um there's been like one or two and it was just one of those things that um
but you know both of them continue to train
you know you're just getting the cardio done first but as general practice i'm sure they did
seth so absolutely not I do not
you know
sleep with my
promote it
I do not promote it
you don't offer a part
of this package to you
Seth has given me
and one bang a week
Seth has given me
a new rule
you get a discount
you get a heavy discount
you know what I mean
and it's like you know
the last session
right
so Seth has given me a new rule because I'm single.
Yeah.
And I'm single.
And he said however many days out of the week that I have sex, I have to equally train that many days out of the week.
So as many days as I'm doing cardio.
How often are you doing?
Zero times.
Well, let me tell you how it goes.
I show up and I said, okay, we haven't seen each other because she'll be traveling.
She'll be here or there.
What have you done?
And she goes, well –
What or who?
Just kidding.
I'm kidding.
She's like, does this count as cardio?
I'm like, oh my god, no.
So now we have a special strategy.
I love it.
How does that transition work?
It's like, hey, at-home workouts?
She was starting to say, does sex count as cardio?
I burn calories, right?
This is the argument?
I love it.
I'm going to give you a heart rate monitor, and then I'll be able to measure the calories.
Otherwise, every time that you get banged, you also have to bang one out in the gym. But literally, she's putting it on before she hits the calories. Otherwise, every time that you get banged, you also have to bang one out in the gym.
But literally, she's putting it on before she hits the bed.
That's awesome.
Hold on.
I'll be right there.
Yeah.
I should totally hook her up to a heart rate monitor.
Let's do some compare and contrast here.
I'll be like, I like this particular guy.
He got your heart rate up to 143.
I'm going to stay with him.
I haven't.
No?
No.
Mine's short and sweet.
Give it time.
You're new.
You said six months?
Yeah.
Eight months, nothing.
No, but the vast majority of my clientele is female as well.
So I guess it makes it a little bit easier on that realm.
Yeah.
Okay.
Ryan?
I have not.
No.
Do you want to? I don't know. I think that,
you know, once you cross that line, there is an aspect of personal training that is extremely
intimate and it's a lot of, I mean, you guys, I'm sure, you know, you share so many stories
when you're with that person, right? And you really do. Yeah. I think in general you don't want to because you get in such a close friend level where
you are very vulnerable with each other that you've just – there's no sort of physical
attraction.
But again, this was like out of the stretch of seven and a half years.
Now I feel like the skank of fitness.
No, I think that's pretty amazing.
Yeah.
Seth is skank of fitness.
Seth is skank.
Well, I mean, we don't need to say ages, but you are also the oldest person in the room.
Not by much.
I just celebrated 37 on the 10th.
Happy birthday.
Happy birthday, man.
Thank you. Yes.
Yeah.
I'm a cancer.
Nice.
Happy belated.
Thank you so much.
All right.
So that question that was just off the cuff has been answered.
What is your guys' take on supplements?
I think all natural supplements is what I advocate.
I'm the same way.
Truthfully, I don't advocate very many supplements at all.
Granted, again, I have a predominantly female based clientele.
I recommend omegas, B vitamins because they definitely help aid to mood and a women's one a day multivitamin.
I don't go crazy with it. But yeah. So what do you think as also a small female, what should I, if anything, be taking?
I would, for you, I would recommend maybe a calcium on top of a one a day women's multivitamin.
Do the gummy vitamins count?
Sure.
Then I'm already there.
Yes, girl.
And obviously as we get older as women, we want to start adding in more.
But I think omegas are extremely important.
They're so good for your hair and skin.
They work from the inside out.
I would write that down if you don't take them yet.
You know what else also?
Tell me.
What else is good for the hair and skin?
Oh, gosh.
Tell me.
You guys ready for it? I already know what you're going to say.
Sugar bear hair.
Oh, yes.
Right?
Yes, it is.
It's fantastic.
Yeah.
Yes.
It's a bestseller on amazon thousands of rave reviews
i know you guys are approving that i continue to take this because look at my hair my nails
looking good right yes thank you shining but if you guys haven't tried them they taste like these
sweet delicious little candies that are made with juice of real berries but they do contain
everything you need for stronger healthier hair hair. What about for guys?
Well, it has as much vitamin A as four cups of broccoli,
as much vitamin C as one cup of cranberries,
and as much vitamin B12 as four organic eggs.
Wow.
And the nutrients in Sugar Bear Hair fans also have found their nails and skin quality have improved over time.
Nice.
I need to get those back in my regimen.
I know. Yes, you Nice. Yeah, so. I need to get those back in my regimen is what you're saying. I know.
Yes, you do.
Hook me up.
You guys can go to sugarbearhair.com slash Sheena for a beautiful hair and a healthier you.
That's sugarbearhair.com slash Sheena.
Ooh.
You said hair and nails and it just reminded me of my favorite gummies to eat.
Love that.
Perf.
All right.
Doot doot.
Oh, you didn't answer that question.
I do take, I'm actually an athlete for
performix supplement company i've been with them for two years um supplements for me though i'm not
trying to get too big and i mean it depends on you know my roommate takes a lot more than i do
um i take pre-workout for the gym as far as like protein and stuff i try to eat that um get that
through you know food and all that so not really i try to stay away the gym as far as like protein and stuff i try to eat that um get that through
you know food and all that so not really i try to stay away from it as much as possible it's funny
because you could get three different trainers who are a little bit like low down on supplements
too so it's interesting that the three of us are more organic i think the idea is that you want to
get the most from your food yeah but then there's certain things you can't like probiotics yeah
yeah i take a daily probiotic. I'm sorry.
Thanks for saying that.
I started taking that in Vegas and then I forgot.
You just reminded me.
So write it down.
And then I think like you said, I think like a strong dose of vitamin C with some B12.
Yes.
And it really is good for you.
AKA sugar bear hair.
Yeah.
Sure.
So many of the things that you listed.
And then I also think in general in this state of kind of the water we drink, the environment that we live in, we are under a constant state of inflammation.
Just there's something going on.
So I like to take turmeric and omegas every day to bring down the inflammation.
Especially if you train hard, you're going to naturally have a bit of inflammation
and then that's going to help regulate it and um it's anti-aging too so i would i always recommend
this to my clients but you know and in terms of training i'd be interested to hear what you guys
talk about but like for me bcaa's and glutamine oh yeah are really important yes what are you guys
yes i agree i take bcaAs, yeah. The repair for –
Glutamine is amazing.
I have it in my shake every day.
Well, I can't say every day, but whenever I have shakes, I always put it in my shakes.
So what do you say to your female clients about the need for protein after post-workout, and what do you recommend?
Well, it kind of depends.
So I studied through ISSA.
I don't know if you're familiar with that program at all.
It kind of depends. So I studied through ISSA. I don't know if you're familiar with that program at all. And ISSA recommends more instead of just calculating the macros and your micros is to do
it more as like, for instance, so females should have a, a palm full of protein, a fistful of
veggies, a cup full of carbs and a thumb, a, and a thumb full of fats with every meal.
And then obviously that's like the best starting point.
And then from there you can either add or retract for the meals.
That's cool.
And that's kind of what I start my basis on.
And obviously, you know, kind of go from there as to if the client's trying to build or lose.
And then for male clients, you would basically do two palmfuls of protein, two fistfuls of
veggies, two cupful, hand cupfuls of carbs.
And these are good carbs.
So we're not talking processed carbs.
We're not talking Doritos or mashed potatoes.
We're talking yams, white rice, brown rice.
Okay.
And then two thumbfuls of fat.
I really need to get my nails done.
I just noticed.
Is brown rice really better for you than white rice?
No.
Yes.
Oh!
Come on.
Let's hear it.
Our fitness menage is on fire.
I really don't think so.
Why do you – okay.
Go for it, please.
Okay.
Okay.
Well, I think our body, again, goes into a state of inflammation with starches.
I agree.
And so that would be like a number one indicator and then that's converted into glucose, which is then converted into sugar, which helps you gain your weight.
And then the brown rice is able to be broken down in a way where it doesn't convert
you know in a harmful way but it still gives you those complex cars it does and so that's the so
that's why i'm kind of like they ultimately kind of that's the catch um i would say that i don't
know like but for me i i say if if you prefer white rice, you can have your white rice. I don't tell – and I don't know.
I mean I could be so wrong but that's – yeah.
I think it is a little bit controversial but I think it's best to look at what are complex carbs and get those into your library.
100 percent.
When you are shopping, doing that.
But there's a lot – the longer we have fitness trends there's more stuff
as you probably know that gets debunked yeah so you know i remember when kale was super huge
remember that yes oh i'm like growing kale out of my ass but then you find out that like spinach
is actually better for you than kale but a lot of reports started a lot of reports started coming
out that kale is actually a carcinogen and that if you eat too much of it, it actually releases carcinogens into your body.
So you actually should have moderate amounts of kale instead of this huge kale salad.
Thanks for letting me know.
I think a kale salad used to be in my meal plan.
I told you this a million times.
I know.
I apologize.
He can only tell you as soon as he finds out.
Exactly.
I told her right away.
Yeah.
Whatever. Meal plans finds out. Exactly. I told her right away. Yeah. Whatever.
Meal plans.
Oh.
Okay.
So do you think that – what's your take on them?
I know how you feel, but for my listeners.
So I think that they're great.
I think at the very minimum it gives people a direction and discipline.
And for me, I have my own custom meal plan that I design and provide for people all over the world, including Sheena.
And also if you guys would like one, just reach out to him on Instagram at Sethinator and he can customize one for you.
Yes.
And I think it's based off of a carb cycle, which we could go on forever on how that works.
But essentially jumpstarts your metabolism by depleting you of carbs and then reintroducing
them briefly and then snatching them back away.
I've been working out since I was 15 years old.
I tried absolutely everything.
Carb cycling is the only thing that I have seen that really, really, really works quickly.
So most of my clients get results in four days of doing this plan.
It's not guaranteed for
everybody. And it is a short term thing. So you hit your goal, and then you go into something
more balanced, which is what Sheena did. But again, I love any kind of meal plan that's absent
of gluten and sugar. I'm pretty much in the same exact vein with that. And it's just funny, because
Seth, you're actually talking about inflammation earlier.
And that's kind of what I follow my nutritional guidelines with.
So I promote a low-sugar, low-dairy, gluten-free diet because of inflammation, which is really funny.
Can you have tacos in that diet?
Actually, yes.
You technically could.
You could have corn.
You could have corn. You could have corn,
corn tortillas.
I always only get
corn tortillas.
With protein and tomatoes
and lettuce.
Yeah, that sounds,
I mean, I add cheese.
Not going to lie.
This is over.
And look,
I'm not going to sit here
and say that I don't
eat those things
because I'd be lying
to everyone.
I do,
and I also believe
in cheat days
and I don't think
anyone's perfect, you know?
Yeah. But granted, my goals are different than some of my clients. That's a good point. Yeah. everyone i do and i also believe in cheat days and i don't think anyone's perfect you know yeah
but granted my goals are different than some of my clients so yeah it's really relative i'm not
going to say here and and sit here and say that like i only eat you know um oatmeal for breakfast
or two hard-boiled eggs with a slice of avocado because i don't all the time a lot of times i
actually only do coffee with ghee i'm not gonna lie'm not a big, it's one of my favorite breakfasts and I'm not a heavy breakfast person. Um, so I
try to design, um, guidelines as opposed to specific meal plans. And I give recommendations.
What dairy do you allow your clients to eat out of curiosity? Um, I don't really. So I do. So
there's like when I, when they start, no. Um, and then, so no. But I do allow Greek yogurt.
I allow almond milk, which aren't really dairy-infused.
It's not heavy dairy?
No.
No, I try to do very light dairy.
What do you guys think is the hardest part about training?
The actual doing it or about like lifestyle wise both either um
the hardest part going every single day and like you know keeping up to it and you know
a lot of stuff come up where if you're traveling and stuff makes it harder to that's my problem so
like fitness finding a way where you can uh fit it in no matter you know what the circumstances are yeah pretty pretty difficult but
um i think well hardest part of training people is uh getting up early that's what i was gonna
say oh my god such a lifestyle change what kind of mutants am I training that want to work out at 7?
It's hard enough to be conscious at 7.
Sometimes I'm still awake at 7.
Believe me, I've smelt the alcohol in our workouts this morning.
Oh my god, there was one that went down all night and showed up.
I'm like, Sheena, did you just stop drinking?
I did.
I was at break room and the night got out of control.
Did I not have a great session?
But she showed up.
Amazing session.
And this is why Sheena is such a good client because she does have incredible discipline,
one of the best disciplines of any clients.
Wow. Over 100 clients I've had.
She will show up, rain or shine, two hours of sleep, alcohol seeping out of every pore.
Hi. Hi. That's amazing. I know, too, alcohol seeping out of every pore.
I know too when she's had a little weed, I'm like,
girl, you didn't say anything the last time.
I work out better when I'm high.
I've come to realize that.
No, you'll never be able to tell.
No one can ever tell. I could be high right now.
Are you?
Check, yes.
Oh, okay.
For me, it's very similar.
Waking up early, it's been a complete lifestyle change.
But I really have learned to love it because I feel like my day is done by 11 a.m. sometimes.
And I'm like, wow, I've done all my emails, I've done my meditation, and I've had three clients this morning already, and it's 11 a.m. sometimes. Yeah. And I'm like, wow, I've done all my emails. I've done my meditation.
And I've had three clients this morning already.
And it's 11 a.m.
So that's kind of amazing.
But it is also part of the struggle.
The other thing that I struggle with is I really care about my clients.
Truthfully, I do.
And they're all very special to me for different reasons.
And I take on all of their energies throughout the day.
Oh.
And I am so exhausted.
So I have tips for that.
Okay, great.
Because I started getting chronic fatigue syndrome after my second year of training.
It is such an exhausting industry.
Usually if you're a career trainer, you are a bit of an empath.
So one of the things that makes you successful is that you can really, really connect with people.
Because you're also like my therapist.
Exactly.
I'm your sex therapist.
I do everything.
There's so much more involved than just training people.
That knows way too much about me.
But you have to find a way that if they're not doing what you advise them or if they have their own shit that they're going through, you have to find a way to just let that go.
Yeah.
And just you showing up for them and being present for them is enough in itself.
But if I am like dealing myself in 200% in every session and giving all of my emotional
energy away, I'm not going to have – I'm not going to be able to be a fully of service
to the next person.
So it's just this kind of way where you have to like let go.
Yeah, I would love to talk about that.
Yeah, we would talk about that.
Because I literally was like, wow, it's been six months and I'm 90.
I'm like in bed by 7 o'clock sipping on my tea.
I'm like, this is great.
That is hysterical.
And some trainers, some LA trainers wear these like rocks,
these crystals around them to absorb energy.
I just took mine off.
I'm just kidding.
Wait, no, you were saying meditation.
Yes.
What do you do for that?
Because that is, for my anxiety.
Yes.
I mean, I am prescribed marijuana.
I'm a big advocate of it.
It is legal and it helps with my anxiety.
But I do have those people in my ear just chirping away being like you're using
that as a crutch you should try meditation so my so i do my meditation everyone meditates
differently um mine is done through affirmations and i'm a very very very firm believer in um
positive thinking and positive energy especially in a town that can be very draining and very
difficult. So my meditation more consists of visualizing and literally waking up.
I'm reading a book right now. It's called How to Heal Yourself. And it's awesome. And, you know,
I think some people go really crazy with it, but I think it's important even if you take five minutes every morning and just sit there and allow everything to go away and do a constant flow of what you're appreciative of life and how you do love yourself and how you approve of who you are.
See, I love myself and then I get called a self-absorbed bitch.
She's narcissistic.
There's a difference between loving yourself and narcissism.
This is very true.
See, Jenna's telling me to love myself, you guys.
Be nice to me.
She should love herself.
It's Jenna's fault.
Yeah, exactly.
It's Jenna's fault.
But that's my form of meditation.
I like that.
I also sometimes because – have you guys ever been just so crazy that like you can't focus on anything?
Today.
All the time.
So another thing that I really believe in is staring at a candle flame for five minutes.
Yeah.
That really helps.
That's interesting.
Sit in the dark and light a candle and just stare at the flame for five minutes.
I swear you will be completely rejuvenated.
And I have a clinically diagnosed anxiety and also ADD that I'm not on any medication for.
And I have been able to manage that through meditation.
Yeah.
And I can't smoke weed.
So meditation is super critical for me.
And I can tell when I don't meditate, you know what I mean, and when I do.
And I've tried absolutely everything.
I mean meditation more often than not is like super annoying.
I'm just laughing because I went to my doctor once with anxiety issues.
And he was like, you need
to work out.
I was like, bitch, I work out every day.
Totally.
Totally.
And it's like, if you know, if you know the working out isn't taking it all away, how,
how anxious are we really?
Right.
I think a lot of us that are really into health.
One of the things people don't know is if you see someone that's a career trainer, really
into health and fitness, the chances that they battle their own inner demons with like anxiety or stress are huge
because we use that as a way to help us. So for me, I'm just listening to my breath for about 15
minutes or, um, this lady named Shakti. No, when has a good visualization, like guided thing on
iTunes. I love that. I'm never meditated. I haven't either.
We should start right now. We could tell.
That would be really boring to listen
to you podcast if we just start meditating right now.
Everybody, we're going to meditate for 30 seconds.
We need a candle, please.
We'll be right back.
Alright.
Well, I'm going to try that out.
I do. I think you should. You haven't been in my
place yet. I know. I want to try that out. I do. I think you should. You haven't been to my place yet. I know.
I want to come over.
You guys have.
It's awful.
Yeah.
So, I mean, I have this huge deck overlooking the water.
It's really shitty.
You know.
But all the boys have been there and I have not.
All right, guys.
Well, are you surprised?
For different reasons.
Are there any trends you guys are noticing with fitness and training and everything?
I've noticed that in terms of diet, fasting is making a really big comeback.
I'm fasting today.
Are you?
But not intentionally.
She texts me on the way here.
She's like, I have not eaten.
It's like, oh, I know that feeling.
Well, it's progress, right?
How do you feel about fasting?
So I am a huge fan of it.
I think it's one of the best things that has come around in a while.
And it's all natural.
You save money.
So are you broke motherfuckers out there?
I got it fast.
So you're great.
If you're broke and overweight, just don't eat.
My trainer's the best.
He tells me to starve myself.
Oh, my god.
I've been on podcasts before and different things where people are like, I swear he insinuated to starve myself.
All these harsh things like carb cycling and fasting. general, our metabolisms and our digestive tracts are so weighed down from constant eating and all
of this stuff, allowing them to have a break and to do what they do and to clear out really revs
up your metabolism and also helps you things like anti-aging. It helps you with, with stress and
things like that. So, um, there's any, anything from intermittent fasting and I try to fast,
uh, like once a week for 24 hours. Wow.
Wait, the whole day?
Yeah, the whole day.
Today is a fast day.
Just water?
Just water and coffee.
So we're on the same diet today.
Sheena, you could do it.
You'll get the weight.
I have a dinner tonight.
But it's really important that you only do it if you talk to your doctor first and he
or she allows you to do that.
Interesting.
It's not good for everybody. It's good for a lot
because if you think about it, when we were, you know, caveman and cave woman, there were days we
didn't eat. I mean, we couldn't, I mean, we weren't necessarily, in my opinion, built to
eat every a million times a thing, but with the carb cycling, you're eating a lot because this
is getting you to a certain goal, but throwing fasting in, um, especially
if you have like, um, digestion issues, like you're bloated all the time or whatever, um,
can be helpful.
I don't know what you guys think about that.
Um, I mean, for me, I've noticed what works for me is I'll eat, um, usually like six meals
throughout the day.
Yeah.
As soon as I wake up, um, my last ones, I try to keep it around like six, six 30 and then go
to sleep without eating. So kind of fasting, I mean like, yeah, so I won't eat. Yes. That's
like, do you naturally run? Like if you didn't work out, do you naturally run? Like a, are
you a thinner guy or do you have just a, like a base? Um, I feel like I'm on the thinner
side. Are you thinner side? Okay. So sometimes – and fasting, like it depends on what your natural body type is too.
So for him, it sounds like he's doing just the perfect amount of fasting but not too much because he may already have a really fast metabolism.
Do you guys remember when the master cleanse was super trendy and a thing?
Wait.
So my roommate is doing it right now.
I did it.
She's on her ninth day.
Yeah.
I did it for ten days.
It's insane.
I lost ten pounds.
And how quickly did you gain it back? That's exactly what I'm it. She's on her ninth day. Yeah, I did it for 10 days. That's insane. I lost 10 pounds. And how quickly did you gain it back?
That's exactly what I'm saying.
Honestly, I kept it off for quite a while.
Did you?
But then it was like I got a little too skinny.
And then I wasn't working out.
So then my weight was just up and down.
And then I got on a reality show.
And then I got married.
And then it was just all downhill from there.
I did make the commitment 10 days
she did it right yeah this is how sheena operates i said if she commits to something
which is very she's like a german she will see all the way through it's great yeah yeah thanks guys
um do you prefer training indoor outdoor outdoor and if someone's working out on their own, what would you recommend?
I mean, the working out on your own is very relative to, for me, at least what my client is looking for, depending on their goals.
So if someone is trying to add weight, I much prefer – look, generally speaking, if someone could get into a gym, I recommend working out in a gym over outdoors because there's more equipment. There's more availability.
There's more exercises that can ensue because you have access to all of the equipment and
heavier weights.
I see a lot of-
But you prefer outdoor.
I mean, I like doing more high intensity training, so being outdoors and sprints and stairs and
stuff like that.
As far as weights, I don't really do too much weights.
I do lower weights and stuff.
I think it depends on where you're at yeah I've
seen a lot of people that are still overweight that do run in every day you
know it's running like I think that you need to break down as much muscle fibers
as you can to burn fat however you can find a way to do that for me it's in a
gym with weights I don't I don't even like being in a gym
most of the time i want to be outdoors yeah but i think it depends on your yeah what you're trying
to do yeah so i've and i that's more where i am at as well but what's really cool is i've found this
um kind of world of working women who don't necessarily have the time to get into a gym
working women who don't necessarily have the time to get into a gym.
So what I do is I send out a survey and ask what equipment they're willing to purchase to bring home.
And a lot of women all have like a BOSU ball, a stability ball, medicine ball, five pound weight, 10 pound weights, resistant bands.
I know you have all this.
I'm sure you have half that.
Yeah.
Yeah. And so I'll design workout programs that women can do at home who have kids or can't necessarily go to the gym. But I also like to say, like, Seth, if you can get in a gym, I always recommend. Yeah. Yeah. And so I'll design workout programs that women can do at home who have kids or who can't necessarily go to the gym. But I also like to say like, Seth, if you
can get in a gym, I always recommend. Yeah. That's the best way to see results. My gym
faces the water with the boats. It's really nice. Oh my gosh. I'm there tomorrow. It's
very sexy. Yeah. I love it. Of course it is, Sheena. I love it. Can you talk about any
of your celebrity clients or is there like a clientele privilege type of thing?
I can say that my clients have been on Bravo.
I'm not talking about me.
I'm not a celebrity.
No, but I know some of the people you've trained.
I don't know if you can –
Yeah, I mean like I've trained people on the show Agents of the Shield on ABC, Silicon Valley on HBO, and then there's
a few others.
I just can't say their names, but I would love to.
So yeah.
That's awesome.
Jenna's got Lala Kent's ass.
We've already –
You're welcome, world.
Yeah.
So I – yeah.
I mean a few others.
I think I got Stassi and Kristen to work out with me once.
Kristen vomit and I haven't seen them since.
Stassi doesn't work out.
No, no.
She'll go with her boyfriend right to SoulCycle sometimes or something.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And I'm starting with Billie tomorrow.
Oh, that's right.
Okay.
Oh, wait.
I'm starting with Ariana.
Oh, awesome. Yes. Yo. Yeah. And I'm starting with Lisa tomorrow. Oh, that's right. Oh, wait, I'm starting with Ariana. Oh, awesome.
And I'm starting with Lisa Vanderpump.
Oh, he's joking.
Well, I have Ken Todd.
I'm joking, but call me.
I'm like, Ken, lift Jiggy twice.
So, my friend
Billy, Ryan, you don't know her.
She's on my show. I work with her at
Sir. She's transgender. So, work with her at Sur She's transgender
Okay
So now Seth is
Awesome
Going to make a workout program
That's going to be the best
For her to have
Just that feminine body
She just did all this
Like body contouring
Got like
The liposuction
And the boobs
And all of that
She looks amazing
That's amazing
But now she's just
Got to maintain it
Yeah
So what's your plan
For her?
Yeah, I think that she looks incredible.
I just saw the pictures.
I know.
I'm super excited.
I think like – I'm gay so I have a heart for this and kind of like a mental state for this is that when you're trans, before you transition, you're used to going to – you're used to going and working out as let's just say a man.
And then when you transition to become a woman, you're doing different exercises.
You have a different – necessarily a different goal.
It's a different experience.
So my goal is to show her the type of exercises that will help her sculpt more of a feminine body and to really sculpt and tone and have her feel really comfortable with a new routine.
So really to help her give her Sheena body.
Hey.
And I need to get me a Lala ass.
Hey.
We're all borrowing.
It's been hard though because I am chatting after this.
So I'm going to steal all of his stuff.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Perfect.
I'm going to steal her stuff.
Yeah.
I mean I just – I'm constantly in and out of town.
So that's like my struggle right now is just like
finding a routine when
you know, I'm back and forth from Vegas
again. I'm going to
Solving this week on a girl's trip.
Sorry, it's a wine trip. I'm
going to drink wine. I'm just going to put that
out there. I don't want to
but you know, I'm not going to be the girl who goes on a
trip and is like, I'm not skinny dipping. I'm not drinking
wine. I'm not drinking sugar. I'm not eating carbs. She's like, I'm going to skinny dip. No, I'm not. I'm not going to be the girl who goes on a trip and is like, I'm not skinny dipping. I'm not drinking wine. I'm not drinking sugar.
I'm not eating carbs.
She's like, I'm going to skinny dip.
No, I'm not.
I'm not.
I will never.
I don't think.
Never.
It wasn't last season, but the season before last season.
Remember where people were starting to talk shit about you not wanting to drink?
I remember that.
That was when I was on my very strict meal plan.
I remember this.
We were in Montauk, and I was getting so much shit because they wanted me to drink sugary drinks.
You still do.
You look amazing, so why can't you just—
I'm a little looser.
You don't want to do that?
You don't want to do that again?
You don't want to be that girl again?
No.
I can see Seth's jaw clenching.
I know.
Are you sure?
It's only two days of wine.
After that, you're kicking my ass.
Yeah, right.
So, see, I'm lucky.
I just don't like peer pressure.
Lala doesn't drink anymore.
I don't like peer pressure.
No, I genuinely enjoy wine.
I just don't drink it anymore.
So if I'm going to Solvang on a wine-tasting girls' trip, like—
Yeah, but I know Sheena.
She'll have, like, one and a half, and she'll pace herself.
Yeah, I would drink wine, too, if I went, if it makes you feel better.
Sorry.
I don't want to, but I'm just...
I feel like you have to.
Yeah.
You're going on a girl's trip.
We're going wine tasting.
Yeah.
And Lala's not drinking, so I'm like, well, maybe at one of the wineries I won't drink
because I don't want to drink that much wine.
This is something else that I really, really want to share.
That I believe in.
I feel like you still have to live your life.
Totally.
That's why I won't cut tacos out of my diet.
I'm like, whatever meal plan you have for me.
I've never cut tacos.
Have I ever cut tacos out of your diet?
No, you haven't.
I have cut out wine.
I think beer and wine.
Yeah.
I totally agree with that.
Beer for men is 100%.
So this is – and I'd love to hear your opinion on this.
I think the biggest culprit for women ever beyond anything is wine.
I agree.
I think it's beyond any food you could
ever eat. Absolutely. Wine. I recommend eliminating out of your diet if you are trying to lose fat
and I could have a million people pounding on my door telling me what an asshole I am and how wrong
I am, but come talk to me after you've, you lose the blow. I also think, and I want to see what
your thoughts are. I think the number one thing for men is beer oh 1000 isn't it i heard it's equivalent one beer is equivalent to i love for bread stop it wait but
time out what is this whole can i can i just ask a question what is this so i think i read it in
mental health months that a guinness is the best thing you can have after a workout really yes
i swear i read this we can look it up right now. That's very interesting. Someone look it up. But yeah, I swear one Guinness is – only Guinness though.
What?
I don't like Guinness.
Me neither.
Me neither.
The way I used to drink is like I don't drink one beer to drink one beer.
No.
I'm going to drink beer.
I'm going to have like four.
Yeah, 1,000.
Yeah.
So I mean – and after I'm done with the gym, I'm not really looking to drink a beer.
Yeah, absolutely not.
I'm looking to eat maybe.
with the gym, I'm not really looking to drink a beer.
Yeah, absolutely not.
I'm looking to eat maybe.
I think it's got to be hard for you to coach your guy clients to not
to lower their drinks, right?
I miss beer. Okay, can I read this
please? Yes, through Men's Health.
Okay. Six amazing things you
probably didn't know about Guinness. Now this is
only Guinness. I would not...
And look, let's see what it says.
Okay, why Guinness is dark. We could skip that. This is not good. Why Guinness. I would not. And look, let's see what it says. Okay, why Guinness is dark. We could skip that.
This is not good.
Why Guinness is innovative.
Guinness is healthy.
Okay, let's read this.
Researchers from the University of Wisconsin told a meeting of the American Heart Association in 2003 that Guinness contained antioxidant compounds, similar to those found in certain fruits and vegetables.
These compounds slow down the deposit cholesterol on artery walls.
Our friends in the UK already knew this.
In England, post-operative patients used to be given Guinness
because of its high iron content.
Even pregnant women and nursing mothers were urged to refresh with a pint.
Interesting.
Okay, but how many times have you heard those girls like,
oh, but it has antioxidants in it.
Wait, but this still doesn't really really it's not a great argument yeah men's health is is in my opinion the foremost foremost best um
media in fitness yes you can trust most of the things they say but i don't know about that don't
and don't get me wrong i totally agree with you i think beer is terrible for
anyone who's trying to wait or anything i bet yeah sheena was the same with wine it was beer
and whiskey that's all i used to drink i remember that sheena's a beer girl yeah and then like that
cheap like gallon like gallo wine that's like 6.99 a jug i remember all that was my shit i also
had like 20 more pounds on me yes you did And people constantly asked if it was a baby bump.
Can I share something really quick, a story about Sheena?
Okay.
I don't know.
Can you?
So when I met Sheena through Mark.
Hey, Mark.
Mark is my publicist.
So we were sitting at Earth Bar and there was this beautiful Sheena across from me.
And she looked at me up and down and she goes, I'm not going to stop drinking beer.
I totally believe this.
And I was like, who is this chick?
Oh, no.
I believe it.
But she did.
I did.
I committed.
She's super open-minded.
She's super open-minded.
I really, like, I mean, I was good with my weight and workout and everything until I
moved to fucking Vegas.
Yeah.
Oh, yeah.
And then, I mean, I just, I wasn't on, I was on a schedule there work-wise but not workout-wise.
I took you grocery shopping at that hood.
You did but then you didn't come back again.
That was the most dangerous grocery store she ever took me to.
I was like, oh, my god.
Let's get out of here, Sheena.
And grab the taser.
I didn't even notice how sketchy it was.
My mom and I are there one night.
It's at the Bonds in like the east side of town.
You didn't notice it was sketchy
when someone tried to sell
their food stamps to me.
Oh, in the aisle.
No, my mom was like,
Sheena, we need to get out of here.
I'm scared.
I'm scared.
I was like,
what is going on?
And I'm like,
oh, I guess that's kind of sketchy.
Okay, we can go.
What is the number one exercise that you guys would recommend?
I mean, look, I think it's all very relative, but sure, we'll go with a burpee.
Burpees are great.
I mean, I think it can be done anywhere.
It's full body.
It's cardio.
So you, like, jump up and do a push-up and then hit.
I think I'd have to agree with them.
That's cool.
All three of us.
Right?
Because it's a fat burning.
It works your core and your upper body and your legs.
It makes my Botox wear out faster too though.
Yeah.
Well, that's why you get paid well to go get more.
I'm like, Sheena, can we sweat today?
No, I just had filler.
Can I sweat today?
No, I just had Botox.
No, I just got my eyebrows.
I just got my hair. I just did this. I don't want – When can you sweat? I have today. No, I just had Botox. No, I just got my eyebrows. I just got my hair. I just did this.
I don't want.
When can you sweat?
I have extensions.
I don't want my head sweating with all of this hair that I have.
It looks pretty.
I don't want to fuck it up.
You know what that means, Sheena?
I don't think that you could get unpretty.
I agree.
Yeah, that's true.
Aw, you guys are so sweet.
There you go.
So would you ever do like a fitness app or a reality show?
Well, Jenna has been featured on Vanderpump Rules.
Yeah, exactly.
So I've been on Vanderpump Rules here and there.
And I'm actually training some of the girls on Vanderpump Rules this season.
So I guess technically, yes, is my answer.
But like your own show, like a fitness-based, like something like that?
100%.
I would love to.
I'm currently working on expanding my personal company right now, which offers online programming, Skype, and in-person training sessions, group sessions, all that.
So I feel like the next step would be an app, just a matter of what I want it to entail and when.
And hell yeah, I'd love to have a reality show on training.
Yeah, that would be awesome.
Are you kidding?
I've been fitness on – fitnessed.
I've been – for fitnessed, I've been featured on a lot of different media.
And then there was a few unnamed projects that I auditioned for but it never went to
air about fitness.
Seth also auditioned for Magic Mike Live.
Oh, damn.
I want to see the audition.
I wish.
I'd give it up all right now.
I went again this week.
It was amazing.
I went again.
I've never seen it.
I was the first guy that got motorboated.
What is it, dick-boated?
No, it was—
Is it dick-boated?
It was skull-effed.
Skull-fucked.
Yeah.
Can I say that word?
Yeah, you can. I'm sorry. I realize I already dropped an F-bomb a It was skull-effed. Skull-fucked. Yeah. Can I say that word? Yeah, you can.
I'm sorry.
I realize I already dropped an F-bomb a few times and I'm trying to be better about that.
Those guys were so cool.
It's so fun.
I love those guys.
We talked fitness after the show.
Yeah.
So they were really fun.
But yeah, I mean I think that it's good exposure but I am – it's interesting.
I work with people in reality TV but I also am a brand.
So I have to be cognizant of like how would I be – what direction would this be going.
Totally.
I can see myself in products and stuff, and I've consulted for a bunch of different fitness stuff like gyms and products and stuff, but I would love to have my own digs.
Right now my biggest product is my meal plan that I sell.
Yeah, that's so cool.
I'm excited to check that out, honestly.
Yeah, it's cool.
With Venmo and email, you can make a ton of money.
But the most important thing is that you can help so many people.
Like Katie Maloney's mom, I put her on a meal plan.
Oh, yeah.
And she's so sweet.
And the one biggest thing they take away from that meal plan is we got her off of artificial sweeteners.
She sent me the sweetest email that was like, thank you so much.
My life improved X, Y, and Z.
I had never met her before.
She's so sweet.
She's so sweet.
Can I piggyback on that a little bit too?
We have the ability to help people over the world with like your Instagram following and all that stuff.
And not to like cheese out right now, but I'm totally going to cheese out for a
second.
Can I?
Yeah.
Um, and you just kind of put me in that vein.
So when I first started training people, I was like, okay, cool.
It's going to be amazing.
I'm going to kick some ass and whatever.
Right.
But what I've really fallen in love with is the change that I'm making in people's lives.
Oh, 1000%.
Yeah.
And it like makes me emotional just thinking about it.
I have a new client right now who's had,
um,
double mastectomy and a hysterectomy.
Oh God.
And this girl is just like,
I'm like literally getting much.
She's so strong.
She's been bedridden for six months and she's getting out of bed and starting to work out,
you know,
four times a week and just her strength and the messages that you get.
And no, we're not changing the world, but we're empowering people.
Oh my God.
I'm totally getting the chills.
Yeah, right?
Yeah.
It really, like, you're not just going being like, give me squats, whatever.
You're like, no, I'm really helping you transform and reach goals.
And that, and there are those type of people who train that way.
That doesn't work for me.
You know, like I, such a good point that she um says here
because when i mentor people i'm like actually no i'm like getting teary i'm getting teary-eyed
too when i mentor people for training like young guys or girls that are interested to ask me
you know how do i you know how do i train or how do you train someone like sheena or dah, dah, dah, dah. Um, and I say to people, if you don't, if you want
to show people what you do to work out and you are training people cause you like to work out,
you will never make it more than a year in LA. But if you have a passion, like a compassion
and a passion to help people and to be part of their story, that's a career trainer. Yeah. You
know, you have to have this kind of like love for people
and you want to be of service to people yeah otherwise you will be beat down chewed up and
spit the fuck out and the other thing like and this is just yeah but just to touch on that again
is you know like after this i will literally probably go to seth and say hey let's go get
coffee and let's talk about training because I haven't been doing it that long.
And I'm so open and honest about that and I'm always willing to do the research and learn more and grow because I think it's so important and no one knows everything.
You know what I mean?
And just like even sitting here, we'll have different opinions.
So if someone is listening to this that's in Topeka.
Is it Kansas?
Yeah.
Is it Kansas?
Yeah.
Topeka. Is it Kansas?
Yeah.
You want to look, if you're looking for a female trainer, you want to listen
to someone like her, like the way she
sounds, the way she talks. Because a lot of
people are like, well, I don't live in
LA. What kind of trainer am I going to look
for? You look for someone that has
that spirit, that heart that wants
to help you. Because they will show
up for the session at 7am.
The other dude will be like
texting you,
hey bro,
can we like do this next week?
The client's like,
aren't I supposed to be doing that?
It's great.
Thanks, Seth.
That was very sweet.
Yeah, I think that's important.
The thing I fell in love with fitness
is how,
like you said,
how open-ended it is
and I'm always learning
and I'm going to,
I don't think I'll ever stop learning and it it's, I learned a lot about myself, discipline wise,
uh, my strengths, my weaknesses, what I want out of, you know, training. So it's great. I get a
lot of stuff out of it as well as, you know, the people that you can impact is kind of crazy,
especially with social media. Um, and just, it's, it's pretty, it's pretty crazy.
So for guys that, that don't look like you, that want to look like you,
they come to you and they're like, can you make me look like you?
How do you set their expectations?
Like how do you guide them through that process to look like you?
So I'm actually getting certified right now.
So I don't do personal training.
I do like boot camps and stuff and stuff like that.
But it just depends on, you everybody's body's different and yeah you know there's i don't it
depends on the person and stuff like that so i just kind of gauge what their goals are um i let
them know what works for me how i started i started out i didn't know anything about fitness i did it
because you know i played sports growing up and it was something it was a stress reliever for me how i started i started out i didn't know anything about fitness i did it because you know i played sports growing up and it was something it was a stress reliever for me i was
going through a lot back in the day like with you know so something that calmed me down and then
after that it's just something that you know i sort of fell in love with so i can relate to that
like exploring what happens to your body when you try things yeah like i'm i love everybody
is different yeah i love cheese i'm italian don't even start but it wasn't until i like i was like
okay you know what i'm not gonna eat cheese for a month and to watch my body transform and i'm like
okay if my body reacted this way how would you know bob who's been contacting you right how was
his how would his body transform so i i think that's great, like exploring and –
Yeah, I think that's the most important.
You have to know what their routine is and what they want.
But have you seen his Instagram, Seth?
I think you showed it to me briefly.
No, I didn't.
Yes, you did.
It's so cool.
Damn.
No, it's so cool about your Instagram.
Oh, she didn't.
She didn't.
She didn't.
No, definitely didn't.
Definitely didn't.
You know what
I just
you popped up
no I posted a photo
of us in Vegas
and then from there
we looked at your videos
this is true
I looked on her Instagram
and I was like
who's this dude
and then I clicked the link
and then I saw it
she didn't whore you out
I promise
appreciate it
appreciate it
I was like
how did I find this guy because i posted a photo it's
a great instagram yes yeah i just uh i don't know i wanted to send like positivity and you know get
people out there and it doesn't have to be something where it's like you know work it's
not for me it's you know it's you have to have fun with it and it's um i don't know i try not
to take myself too seriously i think that's the main thing that you have to do as a trainer is to keep things positive oh 100 i think that when you are
negative with the client like where you guys i've been around where like the trainer is complaining
about their girlfriend and the client's complaining about their boyfriend and it's like this negative
like therapy session all right says we have done that though and it was like 2 a.m and we're like my
god i you know i had a few i had a rock i had a rock bottom but it wasn't in a negative way
i'm having a therapy session i had a rock bottom no but honestly i had a rock bottom at Sheena's when I was out there visiting and she was so like took care of me and was like so – like such an angel.
And he let me eat Jack in the Box.
Yeah.
I ate it with you.
It was definitely a moment.
Yeah, it was a moment.
I think that when you train with someone for so long, you get close with them.
Of course you do.
They're like family to you and you share. Well, if if you're not then you're not a very good trainer i feel
like you know if you don't care about the person you have to care about them outside of the gym
yeah of course and so you know it's all about jack-in-the-box tacos at two a.m yep yeah
yeah oh my god i miss vegas I was just there yesterday. Yeah.
Wait, you just got back.
I know, but I miss living there and doing all the local stuff. She went to Vegas for a hot second, and she was like the queen of Vegas.
Wait, what is a – now can I ask you a question, Sheena?
What is the local stuff in Vegas?
Well, just like restaurants and shows and bars.
Not what I did this weekend where I went to Tao and I'm like –
Right.
That's a
typical Vegas weekend.
I do that now because now I'm just visiting and it's like I'm there for one night.
You're like, why wouldn't I go to Tao?
That's right.
But I did not want to.
She was the happiest I've ever seen her.
But I ended up having so much fun because I was with good people.
