your host, Sheena Shea.
We're good as gold. Because we're good as gold.
Alright, so here we are again at Podcast One, Shenanigans. I'm thinking that we might be switching up the intro to my show soon
because I have a couple new songs coming out.
As you guys know, Better Without You,
I played a little bit with Kristen Kristol just as a teaser.
I'm actually going to play the full song for you in just a little bit.
And sitting next to me is the man behind it all mr sean
two miles how are you good how you doing good so see now you're in my studio yes i'm usually in
your studio exactly switching it up is this different yeah i love it yeah goodbye yeah
good to have you here me too so you guys who watch vanderpump Rules might recognize Sean, too, from working with Lala.
He is the guy behind the songs she's done on the show.
And boy, hit number one.
Yeah, yeah.
On the, what was it?
The dance charts?
Electronic charts.
Electronic charts.
Yeah.
That was so dope.
That was like in April or May.
I remember when that happened.
So cool.
So congrats on that.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Yeah.
So you guys might be familiar with him, but we're going to play the two songs that we're working on, a song he's working on.
He's got a music video coming out soon.
So we're just going to get into it.
Oh, yeah. Let's do it.
So let's play.
Okay, because we already did a little teaser of Better Without You.
Let's play that one, and then we'll talk a little bit about the song, and then get my listeners to get to know you a little better.
Let's do it.
Boom.
Oh, yeah.
Yeah.
Oh, yeah.
Yeah.
Sheena.
Chantel, here we go, yeah.
You had me once before, but now you lost me twice.
I gave you second chances that don't make it right.
We could have been on the ship, but all we did was fight.
I done gave you all of me.
What a waste of.
Let's go now.
I don't need a man to validate my life.
No.
No, no, no, no, no, no.
We done hit rock bottom, but I'm doing fine.
Let's go now. I don't need a man to validate my life. No. No, no, no, no, no, no. We done hit rock bottom, but I'm doing fine. No, no, no.
I don't need a man to validate my life.
No.
No, no, no, no, no, no.
Get out of my life.
Get out of my shine.
I'm so better without you.
I'm so better without you.
People tell me I'm too good to my boo
Who, me?
Yeah
How do we both only care about
Am I the only one?
Gave you all of me, but it wasn't enough
Breaking my heart surely made me tough
We could've been a ship, but all we did was fight.
I done gave you all of me.
What a waste of time.
Let's go!
Hey.
I don't need a man to validate my life.
I love that.
Yeah, me too.
This is my job.
We done hit rock bottom, but I'm doing time.
It's like island vibes.
I don't need a man to validate my life.
But also kind of a few.
Yeah.
Get out of my life.
Get out of my shine. Get out of a few. Man, we killed this record.
I'm so better without you
I like this one.
I'm so better without you
Boom.
Hey.
First song I've done in four years?
Five years maybe?
I don't think...
I stopped doing music when i got married and that was
2014 and yeah my last song was before that so it's been it's been a hot minute well you came
in and you rocked it it was fun i've already just people who listened to the last show have been
speculating which of my exes it's about and i'm like maybe it's about both maybe it's about someone
else maybe i just wrote a breakup song.
It's also the first song I've ever written.
I mean, obviously you helped with it.
Of course.
But I've never written a song before.
I've always just been given a song with the demo singer on it.
Like, good to go.
Here you are.
Repeat that.
And I'm like, okay.
So, yeah, this is cool to be able to be a part of the whole creative process from the time you hit the first keyboard sound.
Yeah, exactly.
I didn't know where the song was going.
And then there's like these island vibes in it.
And then we added all these melodies and all these things that when you're standing in the recording studio and you're making all these, like, noises, I feel so weird.
Like, in the next song that we're going to play you guys in a little bit, say naked, how you're making me sing.
Naked.
Yeah, but I was like, I can't do that.
Like, it was like, no, that's so weird.
And he's like, I need you to do the sound.
And it took me, like, ten times to feel confident enough to make it.
I did. need you to do the sound and it took me like 10 times to feel confident i did and then with like the whatever auto tuning stuff you put on it it sounds so dope yeah yeah so who do people tell
you what your sound is most similar to well uh i heard a few things i heard future i heard calvin
harris because my range is very wide so i don don't have like one sound when it comes to production.
But my voice, I'm starting to see, you know, people starting to identify me with certain things.
So that's cool.
A lot of people were saying in my first song, they're like, it's kind of like very Sean Kingston vibe.
Yeah, I heard that too.
Yeah.
Well, Sean's a good name.
Exactly.
Sean 2.
Yes.
Yeah.
Okay.
So where does the name Sean too come from well Sean
too comes from me being the second believe it or not okay yeah so that's all I ever knew in school
and you know my mom all my family they called me Sean too nice and I just stuck with you know what
I've known that I like that I've actually I've never asked that at first when I before I had
ever seen your name like written I thought it was like tu like Sean too I spell it like that. I've never asked that. At first, before I had ever seen your name written, I thought it was like T-U, like Sean 2.
I spell it like that sometimes.
Oh, cool. Okay, so I know this, but for my listeners who don't know, where are you from? How long have you been out in L.A. since 2008. As soon as I graduated high school, I came to the Los Angeles Recording School to get my degree in recording arts and Pro Tools certification and became, you know, the engineer I was.
And, yeah, I've been here ever since.
Started my studio with Maniac Music and then branched off to Devalt Studios, which is cracking.
Yeah.
So, yeah, it's been a process, a beautiful struggle, I should say.
Yeah.
How did you get to working?
Again, I know this, but how did you and Lala start working together initially?
Shout out to my cousin, Moe, from the Rejects, Black Elvis.
He the reason why we linked up.
Yeah, he brought her over to the studio, Maniac Music Studio one day.
He was like, hey, I need you to put a hit on it.
I'm like, all right, come on, let's go.
Yeah, I love that song, boy.
It's pretty dope.
Yeah.
So when did you start doing music?
Like, have you been doing this since you were a kid or more as an adult?
Yeah, as a kid, for sure.
Yeah.
Yeah, I started off playing in bands and marching bands and church.
You were in a marching band yeah like in high school
you were in the band yeah i was mr band in school were you a band geek i was a band geek
yeah no i love the band yeah in the south sea they dance it's so like it's funky what did you
play in band i played several instruments uh trumpet baritone tuba the quad drums bass drum
speaking of trumpets were you in the studio the day tom sandoval was in there playing the trumpet
no you weren't oh okay so it was on the show last season uh i mean you know lala called me
tone deaf she said tom's trumpet playing sounded like dolphins mating or some shit, which we can all laugh about now.
No hard feelings.
But I didn't know if you were there that day.
It wasn't his best work.
I've seen Sandoval kill it on the trumpet and also just kill the trumpet.
But that day he's in there just like going at it.
He thinks this is like.
Expressing himself.
Hey, maybe he was doing jazz.
Yeah.
But I love it.
He always, oh my God,
on the 4th of July,
a couple years ago at my parents' house,
he literally is in the middle of this,
like all of these fireworks all over the floor,
like the fire,
like it's like shocking him,
like all over.
And he's playing the national anthem on his trumpet while all the fireworks are going.
I have it on a video somewhere.
I'm going to find that.
He was in the spirit.
I got to see that.
Yeah.
Yeah.
What's up?
But, yeah.
So, fun, fun.
It's been fun having you around the show and now working with you in the studio.
Oh, that's magic.
It's like a whole different side.
I love it.
It's a whole different vibe.
It's dope.
Yeah.
It feels good, too. I actually,'s like a whole different side. I love it. It's a whole different vibe. It's dope.
Yeah.
It feels good too.
Actually, I was with Lala yesterday.
We just shot our opening credits.
Okay.
And we were just talking about me being single and dating and whatnot.
And she was just like, you just got to do you and focus on you.
And I was like, well, honestly, I was like, that's kind of why I started doing music again,
because it gives me something to do in my free time.
I'm able to express my feelings. And I just have fun doing it.
And I thanked her for introducing me to you.
And she said she still wants to do a charity track.
Oh, hey.
That's dope.
So, yeah.
Me, her, Ariana.
Ariana, yeah.
That's what's going to happen.
That's going to be tight.
And then take that shit on the road.
Let's do it.
Tour, baby.
All proceeds going to charity.
Yes.
Yeah.
So that's another thing that we have to look forward to. Yeah, let's do it. Tour baby. All proceeds go into charity. Yeah, so that's another thing
that we have to look forward to. Yeah, let's do it.
Yeah. So,
okay, tell me
some of the biggest artists you've worked
with. I know like Juicy J, Snoop Dogg.
Wayne Brady,
Raven-Symoné. Oh, sick.
Yeah, Riri
from Japan,
Battle Cat, Nipsey Hussle.
It just goes on.
Do you have a favorite?
My favorite that I work with so far?
You don't have to say me because you're on my show just before me.
Yeah, so I think my favorite had to have been working with Snoop.
That was a real-life dream come true, seeing him sing a song that I produced and co-written on.
And he did the video for it.
So, yeah, this was back in 2015.
It was a big dream come true.
That's so sick.
It'll be my dream come true when I can smoke a joint with him.
That part. He's top of my bucket list. That part.
Yeah. Love
Snoop Dogg. Yeah, me too. Especially like
growing up out here, I'm a
West Coast girl, so
go way back to like, oh my god, the 90s.
Junior high. Apparently I'm
old if I say junior high. People say middle
school now. I'm like, well, we called it junior high. Apparently, I'm old if I say junior high. People say middle school now.
I'm like, well, we called it junior high. Yeah, I still say junior high, too.
Okay, and they're like, maybe that's a West Coast thing.
I was like, no, I think that was just a 90s thing.
I don't know.
So, okay, you said Snoop Dogg was your fave.
Who would be, if you could work with any artist in the world,
who would be your dream artist to collab with?
That's tough. I would for sure say Kendrick Lamar yeah and Anderson. I'm a real yeah fan of him and I know I want to work with Quincy Jones because that's like my
number one idol yeah yeah so hopefully I can get a chance to sit next to that
genius that would be sick.
You will.
You'll get there.
Yeah, of course.
It'll happen.
Of course.
Manifesting that shit right now.
I just got to.
Yep.
So wait, okay, you just got back into town, right?
But you're leaving again.
I'm leaving again to do my radio tour.
Okay, that's what I was going to say.
So it is that you're going on a tour.
For how long?
Two weeks.
Wait, you're leaving me for two weeks?
Two weeks.
I'm sorry.
Whoa, whoa.
We didn't talk about this.
I thought it was like four days.
Nah, it's two weeks.
Shit.
Okay.
Going to the Black University Colleges and being a part of their homecoming, performing,
radio stations.
How fun.
Yeah, it's lit.
Wow.
You should come meet me.
You should come meet me.
You know, I was going to say, I'm actually going to be in Iceland anyway, so I don't
know why I'm mad.
Yeah.
But, yeah, no, that would be so fun.
Are you going to have any shows in L.A. coming up anytime soon?
Yeah, I'm anticipating it.
Yeah.
Yeah, let's go come up.
We should do one.
Definitely.
Oh, we're going to.
Yeah, we have to.
For sure.
Yes.
I need to.
Oh, my God. The last time. Well, I guess the last time I, we have to. For sure. Yes. I need to. Oh, my God.
The last time.
Well, I guess the last time I performed was on the bar at Sir.
Like my engagement party.
Oh, yeah.
You know, I think I see that clip.
Oh, my God.
I had these like gold shorts, like these like hot pants, like disco shorts on that I thought
looked good with like tights under because I had cellulite I was trying to suck in.
And I watched that back, and I'm like,
Sheena, what were you thinking?
Like, at the time, I thought I was so cool.
You was.
No, that's what I'm like.
Even if people thought I was, thank you.
Of course.
But I feel I need, like, a redemption performance.
Oh, yes, yes.
I had a couple good ones off the show,
like in Chicago and Charlotte back in the day.
But I feel like I have a new swag now and i would bring something different to the table the performance gonna be
lit i did a hop on the bar at tom tom when they played my what i like song a couple weeks ago
and i'm like then i just like i'm like dancing to my song i had tennis shoes on that night so
i felt comfortable hopping on the bar drum.
I should have seen that.
I was like, I'm going to christen this bar.
I'm going to be the first one to dance on it because that's just my thing.
I'm literally on the bar at Tom Tom, and I'm just dancing, singing my song.
Then I look up, and I just see all of these flashes of people videotaping me.
I was like, I think I'm going to get down now.
I had a couple people send me videos and they
didn't look as bad as I thought they would so so I sent them to Tom I was like Tom and Tom I said
don't worry guys I'm holding down the fort and they're like what are you doing Ken and Lisa
weren't there that night she doesn't listen to my podcast she'll never know unless they check the
security footage anyway so okay you're gonna be gone for two weeks. When do you get back?
Probably sometime in like the last week of October, the first week in November.
Okay.
All right.
Well, I want you guys to listen to the second song we've been working on because we're not going to get to finish it for like a month.
Of course.
Because he's leaving me.
But no, it is coming out so dope.
This is like a shortened finished version,
but I'm going to give you guys the first like minute and a half of it.
I'm still thinking of a name for this one.
I think I want to call it Do It Now and then in like parentheses like Get Naked.
Yeah, that's tight.
That's what I was thinking.
That's commercial.
All right.
So here it is, guys.
Do it now.
Do it now. Touch me real slow as my body moves around.
We can do it now.
Oh, we can do it.
Oh, we can do it now.
Oh, we can do it.
Beauty going now.
Come on.
Come on, boys, get naked.
I love the buildup in it, too.
Because it's like, you're not ready for this
about to drop
yeah
let's go
hey
I just want to be in like
a club in Miami
like dancing
Raven
yeah like dancing Raven yeah you took out the part
that you did originally
right there
I did
I did
I let it breathe
a little bit more
and then the
oh this next part
is so sick
I call it my
sicko mode. Okay.
Yeah. Look who that is. Boom. Let's go Since we got the clothes on with it I'm about to go and cry my eyes out
I'm about to go and die
Look who that is
Boom
And so last night
Okay so
Sean 2 sends me this song last night
I had a few of my guy friends over
Who like aren't convinced that I am like a singer
Because I'm not
And I put that out there
I like to perform
I want to make good fun catchy music
But so they're like a little skeptical.
And they're like, come on, Sheena.
Like, really?
Like, I played Better Without You for my friend Bryce Vine.
And he was almost like, I don't want to hear it because I don't want to tell you it's terrible.
And I was like, just listen to it.
It was way better than he expected.
But he's like a mate.
Whatever.
So the guys are over last night.
And I was like, oh, my God. He just sent me the song. Do you want to listen to it? And they're like a mate. Whatever. So the guys are over last night. And I was like, oh, my God.
He just sent me the song.
Do you want to listen to it?
And they're like, yeah.
And I was like, no, you can be honest.
And I was like, hold on.
I'm going to listen to it first.
So I have my headphones on.
And I'm in the kitchen just jamming out and dancing.
It's silent.
And I'm like, no, no.
It's so good.
It's so good.
And so then I played it for them.
And after, they were like, whoa.
Yeah. That's dope. That's dope. Yeah. I was like, them. And after, they were like, whoa. Yeah.
That's dope.
That's dope.
Yeah.
I was like, it's not even totally done yet.
I know.
That's one we definitely need to do a music video for.
Got to.
Got to.
That's like a life bucket list thing I've always wanted to do career-wise is a music video.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Do you remember this show on MTV back in the day?
It was called Becoming.
Oh, yeah. Yeah. I remember that show on mtv back in the day it was called becoming oh yeah
yeah i remember that show i all i was always too lazy to audition i just like wanted it to like
someone to knock on my door and be like do you want to be britney spears on for becoming on mtv
but i never submitted a tape but every time i would watch it and they would like transform
these girls into britney spears i'm like damn it i should have sent in an audition tape
so ever since like high school even before i ever even thought about doing music, I've always
wanted to do a music video.
We're about to do a few.
And now we're going to.
Yes.
Oh my God, I'm so excited.
We already have the art director for it.
Oh, I was about to be on point.
Yeah, it's going to be epic.
So dope.
Mm-hmm.
And we still have a few other songs we're working on.
The Bad Reputation one.
Yeah. I like that too. Yeah, that's going to be a great one. The Bad Reputation one. Yeah.
I like that, too.
That's going to be a great one.
So lots more to come.
Of course.
Okay, so tell me.
So you're going on a radio tour.
Tell me what all you're working on outside of me right now.
Okay, outside of you, I'm pretty much working on finishing my studio downtown
LA which is so dope by the way if you guys follow me on snapchat I'm always
posting in the studio and every time I'm there it has new lights or new
something gold it's like it's so sick I love it yeah it's gonna be dope so
finishing that and just my campaign yeah yeah my campaign. Heartaches and turn-ups?
Yeah, heartaches and turn-ups.
Just, you know, getting more momentum on that and, you know, maybe touring that soon.
Yeah.
You know?
I like that.
Now, you were just filming a music video recently.
Is that done yet?
Yeah, it's pretty much done.
Is it out?
Not out yet.
Not yet?
Yeah, MTV called for me. Oh, no way. much done. Is it out? Not yet. Not yet.
Yeah, MTV.
Do I?
Oh, no way.
Oh, my God. That's so sick.
Congrats.
Yeah, thank you.
Do I get like a sneak preview?
Of course.
Okay.
Yeah, I'm going to show you.
Yeah.
Yeah, you're going to like it.
And you shot that all in LA?
All in LA, all with my camera, all in my studio.
Yeah, it's dope.
And it's dope.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Is the song that I have, is that the one you did the video for?
Yes.
That's it.
Okay.
Let's play that.
Yeah.
Let's do it.
You like it, right?
You like it.
Yeah.
Already has over one million plays on SoundCloud.
It's above it.
Yeah. I like it. Yeah.
Yeah.
I like, well, I love it, actually.
I like it, but I love it.
I'm glad.
Thank you.
Yeah, that's dope.
Appreciate it.
Yeah.
I get some, like, Travis Scott vibes, too. I get that. The background, whenever he's like, it's lit. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I can't do it like he can do it. Yeah. I get some, like, Travis Scott vibes, too.
I get that. The background whenever he's like, it's lit.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
I can't do it like you can do it, but you know what I mean.
Of course.
So, there's something that I wanted to talk to you about.
Uh-huh.
I know you have a car.
Uh-huh.
It's an ad.
And, you know, it's L.A., so sometimes having a big car is too hard you got to have another small one
so i don't know if you're looking for another one but there's this thing called true car okay so my
mom just got i just got her a new lexus okay oh my god it's so dope but it's cool because they
help people get it's not just buying new cars they They also help people get used cars. They have a certified dealer network and nationwide inventory of nearly 1 million used cars.
So you can also enjoy real pricing on actual inventory and a simpler buying experience, whether you buy new or used.
I got to check that out.
Yeah.
So if you are looking for another one.
I'm always looking for whips.
Yep.
And you guys, with True Car, users can see what others. So they know if they're getting a good deal before buying. They're also more likely to enjoy a faster buying experience by connecting with true car certified dealers. So when you're ready to buy new or use car, check out true car and enjoy more confident car buying experience. Some features not available in all states. Just just gotta throw that out there. You know, that's what's up though but yeah so last week i've uh it was
like right before my podcast i we went and met the car broker and i got my mom a new a new whip
yeah it's so dope she's been wanting a new car for a while and my sister hit her car on a couple
walls and a couple things so it was like mom it's time for an upgrade so
that's what's up yeah so shout out to true car and um shout out to mama that's that's one thing
that i love like now where my career is going that i'm able to spoil my family and friends
that's what it's about i love doing that that's what it's about. I love doing that. That's what it's about. Going to Vegas this weekend.
And so the McGregor fight is the same night as the Drake concert.
But I got front row to Drake.
Hey.
Yes.
Everyone's like, how did you get those?
I'm like, I bought them.
That's what I'm talking about.
They weren't cheap.
I know.
I know.
I bought them.
Yeah.
Yep.
I'm excited.
Do you like the Scorpion album?
Yeah, it's dope.
It's super dope. What do you think about Kanye's newion album? Yeah, it's dope. It's super dope.
What do you think about Kanye's new stuff?
I like Kanye's stuff too.
Kanye's a genius.
Are you team Nike or team Adidas?
I'm team both.
I like Adidas, you know.
I like Adidas.
Strap server checks?
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
I like Adidas.
What do you think about Eminem and Machine Gun Kelly's beef? You know, I think Eminem, he doing right.
You know, he got to say something.
And he's making a lot of noise right now.
So I respect Eminem.
He's one of the greatest in hip-hop, period.
Eminem's my, I think, favorite rapper ever.
And I was so bummed this year that he headlined at Coachella and I was
headlining in Las Vegas.
So I still have yet to see him.
But then when all of this shit came out,
I was like,
Ooh,
he's back.
Yeah.
He's back.
Yeah.
Yeah.
We probably got to get a feature with him.
Oh my God.
Like the day that,
yeah,
we can make that happen.
You know,
Drake,
Eminem,
what's up? Back in the the day that, yeah. Yeah, we can make that happen. You know, Drake, Eminem, what's up?
Back in the studio.
Yeah, exactly.
Yeah.
So, what is next for you after this radio tour and obviously making a fab EP with me?
Ooh, after that, I can't even say what's next. You know, stuff's just been coming and popping up, and I've just been like, yes, Lord.
You know, whatever come up, Stuff's just been coming and popping up and I've just been like, yes, Lord. Whatever come up,
it's just been spontaneous.
It's something I've been manifesting all my life and
I'm now
receiving everything I ever asked for.
It's just like, I don't know.
I can't tell you, but it's going to be something.
Good things happen to good people.
That part right there. Just keep that energy
and mind clear.
Totally. I'll'll say even there's
been like one or two times where like right before i get to the studio i've like had a disagreement
with someone or i've been just like kind of in a mood but you always get me out of it of course and
that has been something that has helped me just even just writing lyrics that maybe i don't even
a hundred percent relate to but i know
they are relatable and then like singing it or you know kind of talk singing it as i do
yeah you do your thing yeah but it's important though to get you out of whatever you're going
through because i'll be having a lot of stuff going on you know and uh i can't let that affect
the work i can't let that affect the people the mission is way grander than any problem that i'm having totally i just like because it's all like new to me again because i haven't been in
the studio for years as we said other than last year when the whole tone deaf thing happened but
that's another story i was like girl that's first of all we are not the same key. Like, I did not want to sing on your song. You asked me to come here.
But, yeah, we have very different voices.
It's all good.
I try to go a little more Britney, like, sexy talk singing.
Yeah, you definitely have your own style.
Yeah.
And I try to cater to that energy right there.
Bring that, what's that Sheena out?
Bring that Sheena out.
Yeah.
And you do a good job in just coming to the studio
and just being diligent, you know?
So that's a big part.
So props to you, you know?
I can only be as good as you, you know?
Yeah.
No, we've been having fun.
I'm excited for, to finish this Do It Now song.
Oh man.
Yeah.
And then we, I want to do at least like,
we're thinking like five songs.
Yeah, EP. Yeah. Well, five song EP want to do at least like, we're thinking like five songs.
Yeah. EP.
Yeah. Well, five song EP, music video, photo shoots. Oh my God. I'm so excited.
And then, you know, another thing I'll be doing after we put that EP out is creating another EP with you.
We're going to keep that going. You know what I'm saying? Let's just keep it going.
I love doing this. I got really discouraged because I know, and I say it, I am not the best singer.
Like, I can't hit all the notes I wish I could.
You don't have to be.
But so I got really discouraged for a while, especially like when Lala came on the show and like, you know, she can sing.
And I'm like, yeah, I'm just going to let her do that.
And I'm going to try and fix my marriage.
But I just I stopped doing something that I love doing.
And I'm like, whether I'm the best at it or mediocre, I still have a great time doing it.
Of course.
And that matters.
I'm at heart.
I'm a performer.
I just performed in Vegas for five months,
headlining a show.
Like I love being on stage.
I love entertaining people.
That part.
That's why I'm on a reality show to entertain,
you know?
I mean,
not to be ridiculed
constantly but that comes with the territory yeah definitely do you notice that like with you
like musically do you get a lot of haters yeah it come with the territory yeah having haters is uh
something that to me yeah i'm a gemini i don't know because i tap into some other energy and i
just let that feel what i'm doing to be great.
Yeah.
You know?
I don't let nobody, what they say, he say, stop me.
You know?
Uh-huh.
Or if I did, if I listened to people, I wouldn't be where I'm at today.
Yeah.
I feel like with musicians, more people are fans of.
Because anyone who's going to a Drake show, you're not spending hundreds or thousands
of dollars on a ticket to see someone you don't like true but like
with reality TV it's like people love to hate like you have that character where
you just like you hate them and with music I mean obviously yeah you can be
judged on your talent and whatnot but I feel like musicians definitely tend to
get more fans than haters yeah a musician got a lot of haters too.
The minute you got somebody naming you, your name is in their mouth.
That's a promotion.
Yeah.
Whether you like it or not, you saying my name.
Yeah, totally.
Cool.
Yeah.
So SoundCloud, is that the main place that people can find your music?
Spotify, YouTube.
Spotify, iTunes, Tidal, Amazon, Pandora, everywhere.
You're just literally everywhere.
Literally.
Yeah.
Yeah.
But that's so dope that that song has already reached over a million plays on SoundCloud.
That song is growing.
Yeah.
Congrats.
Yeah, thank you.
Oh, my God.
I want one of our songs to hit a million.
Of course it will. That would be so fun. Music choice, thank you. Oh, my God. I want one of our songs to hit a million. Of course it will.
That would be so fun.
Music Choice, all that.
Oh, my God.
So it's so cool.
Again, going back to my friend Bryce Vine on the Music Choice station.
Because I always keep it on hit list.
And so now they've added his picture.
And I'm like, soon they're going to add facts and stuff.
And I'm like, it's so cool.
But which is the one that your songs play on the most?
I'm on the Urban.
Music Choice, the Urban one.
Okay.
I'm going to have to switch it up.
Yeah.
It's on Hip Hop Station.
Hip Hop Station.
Okay.
Yeah.
Yeah, I come on every day.
You can see me.
Yes.
Okay.
I'm going to switch up my music choice.
Just a little bit.
Switch it up and see.
At home.
Yeah, switch it up a bit.
Yeah. But we got to get on Hit List too, though. Hit List little bit. Switch it up. At home. Yeah, switch it up a bit. Yeah.
But we got to get on Hit List, too, though.
Hit List.
Oh, yeah.
Oh, for sure.
Yeah.
And I want to do a song with Bryce.
I need to convince him to do a song with me.
I think he will.
Yeah.
I think he's still a little like, what you trying to do, Sheena?
Hey, make him believe.
We also were quite intoxicated when I played him the song in the back of a cab in las vegas
like 4 a.m so yeah i'm gonna um play it again with better speakers not just like on an iphone
yeah my friend colin the one who has tanya who um wrote that bad reputation song it was my friend
savannah yeah he said that people who listen to music on their iphones without headphones are
like serial killers.
And I was like, I do that all the time.
I didn't know that was weird.
Is that bad?
Hey, man, you know, if you hear it.
Yeah, but.
Yeah, it's best to listen to your stuff and present it with quality.
Right.
Yeah.
And that's what last night I was like, hold on, I'm going to put headphones on first.
I got to listen to this. And then I was like, Alexa, Bluetooth on. Yeaha bluetooth on yeah there you go and everyone loved it yeah that's what's up yeah i
knew that i know they were gonna love it oh for sure my mom loves the better without you song
she likes the island vibes my dad loved it he was like hey he's like how can um you like send me the
song like i want to play it for the guys at work and And it's like so cute. And so I'm like,
well,
I don't,
my dad doesn't even know what email is.
So I was like,
I'll text it to you. But then you just,
you click on it,
you hit play.
That's it.
But it was really cute.
So that's good.
You got that support though.
That's dope.
Definitely.
That's all you need.
Yeah.
And I think even my mom was a little bit like,
really,
you're going to try and do that again.
But I'm like,
you know what?
Just,
just you wait. And yeah, no, we have two dope songs and more to come more to come videos shows we go
we're gonna do it right we're gonna do it hard yeah because i mean you literally have such a
wide range of like the music you do like from like hip-hop to pop like edm yeah the second so the do it now song it has like the is it calvin or i
think it's a beachy that wake me up song the guitar like in the beginning yeah yeah i like
that because it's like from right off the bat it's like you recognize the sound and then it's catchy
and then boom put the lyrics on it and it's dope it It's dope. Cool. Okay. Well, anything else you want to let the people know about you?
You know, I just want the people to know to keep in tab with the music, you know?
Yeah.
Yeah.
When Sheena music come out, check it out.
Check me out.
You know, support good music.
Give it a chance.
Yeah, give it a chance.
That's all you got to do.
Yeah.
And if you don't like it, tell 10 people and maybe one of them will.
Exactly.
All right. all you gotta do yeah and if you don't like it tell 10 people and maybe one of them will all right where can everyone find you on social media social media you can find me on instagram at sean2miles s-e-a-n number two m-i-l-e-s and i tag him on my story and stuff all the time yeah
so go to she the page you'll find yeah and check out his music on SoundCloud, Spotify, Pandora, YouTube, Music Choice, Hip Hop Channel.
All that.
Everywhere.
Everywhere.
Yeah.
Dope.
Well, the next time I see you, we'll probably be back in your studio.
Definitely.
And then definitely when the EP is ready to drop.
I'm thinking a December launch release.
Yes.
That's my goal.
We'll have to bring you back in here
and people we've worked on the songs with
and do a fun shenanigans.
Yeah, that would be sick.
Yeah, I'm down.
I'm with it.
Awesome.
All right.
