The following podcast is a Dear Media production.
From Vanderpump Rules to Motherhood and everywhere in between,
it's time to catch up with Sheena Shea. This is Shenanigans. And now here's your host, Sheena Shea.
Because we're good as gold. Because we're good as gold. Because we're good as gold.
All right. And we are back getting into some shenanigans. Today we have my favorite housewife
of all of the housewives, the gorgeous from Jersey, Dolores Catania. How are you, my love?
Hi, pretty Sheena. That baby you guys make nice.
Yes, thank you.
That's a beautiful baby.
She is. She is a beautiful baby. She is a good baby. She is just
such a blessing. I'm I'm so thankful for her. I love her so much. Oh, you guys did good. Yeah.
And I don't see I don't see your husband. Where's my Brock? I know Brock is at the gym. I told him
I wanted him to stay and say hi to you. but he needed to get to the gym because he has another call at one.
He is just on the go with calls for his homebody startup app right now, just investors and
meetings, and he's crazy busy.
Oh, good for him.
How are you?
How is your family?
How is your mom doing?
We need to catch up.
Oh, thank you for asking about mom of course she's doing okay
she had a rough go at it was not easy for her she was very it's a it's a really rough recovery
and um we didn't put her in a rehabilitation center because it was during covid we couldn't
find one that find one that we liked enough. And so it was
around the clock care that we all had to chip in and do. So that was rough. Some work more than
others. Some have families. Some don't. So we were kind of like wanted so badly to do it,
but not everybody has the time. So we did it. We got through it. I'm
one of five Sheena. So I have a very close family. So that's that Frankie and Gabby moved home. My
house is done. The renovation I did is finally done. Oh, yeah. And they moved home with Frankie
with one dog and Gabby with four dogs. So you see sometimes on my Instagram looks like a shelter, a homeless
shelter for dogs. I walk in and it's like piles of dogs on top of me. And oh God, it's just a lot.
It's a lot. And then, uh, so they're home and it's nice. Like you, you know, you know what it's
like to, you're not going to know what it's like to not have them home for a very long time, have your daughter home.
But my kids haven't been home in a while.
So now they're both home under the same roof as adults.
And they're really fun.
Like they're fun.
And they have fun together.
And I like to see them interact and watch movies together.
And they fight together.
And even though Gabrielle's a doctor and comes home and Frankie's
working, she's still doing his laundry and stuff like that, you know, and she fights that if he
makes a mess and then he fights if she does. So it's a it's just a nice dynamic that I'm getting
to watch what I put so much work into. Oh, I love that. Yeah, it's been nice to see them a little
more on the show this season, too. I love that aspect about Jersey Housewives because it's so family oriented.
And it's just nice to see more of your family.
Like we just saw your parents on the last episode and then seeing the kids back home.
I love that.
Yeah.
So like I said, it's pretty cool.
It's been a little crazy.
And yeah, that's like my outlet from the show, man.
Totally.
So Frank's in the house too, yeah?
Oh, stay tuned on that one.
Oh, T.
Yeah.
Can we ask about David?
Is he still friends with the fam?
Yes.
So David is still friends with the family.
Okay.
I haven't seen him.
Yeah. But no, I haven't seen him.
But you do have a new boo I see on Instagram.
I do.
So tell me about, how much can you tell me about Paul?
I can tell you everything you want to know about Paul.
Okay. I want to know everything. Okay. So he's Irish. So Pauly's from Dublin. Okay. Different breed of guys.
Like, you know, very handsome, good looking, very fun.
Just my different than a jerk.
You know, it's, I'm used to Jersey guys.
So you date somebody now from, you know, abroad and it's just, it's different.
A lot of old school in there. Got to get used to that, Sheena. I like spent, you know, we spend And it's just, it's different. A lot of old school in there.
Got to get used to that, Sheena. I like spent, you know, we spend a lot of time together,
a lot. And it's just like a nice friendship too. Well, that's good because that was missing in
your last relationship. So I love that you have someone you get to spend a lot of time with.
Right. So I always in my head said, I don't want the companionship. I'm a loner.
So I always in my head said, I don't want the companionship. I'm a loner. Even when it comes to women, men, I like my space, my time alone. I don't depend on anybody. But, you know, when you get to be in your 50s, and the people that dependent on you don't really need you anymore, like my kids, they need me. So then you look for that companionship that people like to have, you know, at the end of the day, at the second half of their life. So it's really nice.
I mean, it's different for me. Different. Yeah. I'm not used to having somebody by my side all
the time. And, you know, I had to go somewhere yesterday and he said to me, oh, you're not going
by yourself. I'm going with you. If we're a couple and I'm your woman, I'm me, oh, you're not going by yourself. I'm going with you. If
we're a couple and I'm your woman, I'm like, oh, okay. Then I go with you and I stand behind you.
I'm not used to this. And that's who I am. So I'm not used to that. I love that. I have a
friendship with Frank, of course, but again, it was, I'm, you know, I'm very independent and he
gave me my independence with no problem.
Oh, for sure.
And it's just a different part of my life where you look for that companionship, you know?
Yeah.
So will we be seeing Pauly on the show this season?
I hope so. I mean, Sheena, you kind of get, you feel like you want to, what can I say?
Protect the people that you're with that didn't sign up for this.
So that'll be up to Pauly. How did Brock do? I was just going to say, you know, I feel like
Louis and Brock are having a very similar first season where it's like, you know, you have
a good guy who is supportive of you being a public figure and being a part of a reality show.
And then the women on the show just come
for them. And Brock and I sit back and we watch the show and he's like, man, he's like, I want to
like reach out to Louie and just be like, man, I get it because he had such a rough go his first
season. And now we're seeing that with him as well. And it's just like, you know, people's past
is their past. And why doesn't he do it? Brock should do that.
Okay. Reach out to Louie. Louie would love that. I'm going to tell him to, I'm going to say that
because I think just being in this industry and this whole new world for the first time can be
tough for these guys and Brock totally gets it. So I'm going to
tell him to reach out. How are Teresa and Louie? They're great. We met them yesterday for lunch.
Call Louie and Teresa. They're doing great. They're very much in love. I love that. It looks
she doesn't, you know, she's, she's crazy about him. She's very happy. And that's the way it should be. Yeah, totally. Well, I'm glad that
both of y'all have your happily ever afters with your new men because you absolutely deserve it.
Speaking of the other men on the show, we're seeing a new side to Jennifer and Bill's relationship
this year. And I know that you and Jennifer have always been friends,
but then she kind of felt like you guys weren't as close.
So I just want to know, where do you stand now?
I don't even know where it's coming from.
Maybe it's like for attention on social media,
because that's the only thing she's putting it all over there, Sheena.
So I'm not answering to her. I don't even want to post it because I'll wait.
Is this a rumor that you heard before Margaret brought it up at the party?
No.
Oh, so, okay. That was the first time you heard it too.
Yes. It's funny because I worked with Bill, but I had never heard that.
And it was because it was someone who worked with, right?
Margaret knew it for a long time, but kept it to herself.
Yeah. And then this season, it's just like word vomit.
Yeah.
So she had apparently she'd known it for a few years.
She had said it's a 10 year old incident.
So how do you think she handled it?
How do I think Jennifer handled it or Margaret?
No.
How do you think Jennifer handled it?
Did you watch last night?
Yeah.
So I watched I'm caught up. Yeah. I feel like she's handling it the best she can. You know, I mean, I know what
it's like to want to protect the person you're with so bad and to keep their skeletons in the
closet and to protect your relationship and to not have all of that dirty laundry aired out like
with my marriage. And, you know, I mean, there were a lot
of things with Brock this season that I wouldn't have talked about, but it all ended up coming out
and that was his fault. But I understand why she never wanted to say anything because, you know,
she's moved past it. She decided to stay and forgive him. And there's five kids involved,
which now, you know, they've had to tell the older kids,
the younger kids are going to find out.
And now it's just a whole mess.
However, you also know
when you are signing up for a reality show
that if there are skeletons in your closet,
they're most likely going to get exposed
one way or another.
But I do feel bad,
especially when kids are involved
and it affects kids.
And I know you had even said in the most recent episode, you know, it's like no one has empathy for her husband being called out as a cheater for her.
So obviously, you know what that feels like to be pregnant and to have your husband do that.
So, yeah.
So it's not like when that something like that happens, they've moved past it.
They've made a marriage.
They've had more children.
The whole thing is you don't want to add wood to the fire, right?
You want to remind her as a friend, you've made it work.
Be proud of it.
I can tell you something.
Here, you want to know this? So when I was telling Jennifer
not to cry, her and I had had a conversation and I said, Jennifer, walk into the house with your
head up your shoulders back and just be strong. Cause you have a lot to be proud of. And it's
really hard to get through what you guys made it through. Gave her a good pep talk. She goes,
okay, remind me not to cry.
If I start crying, get me a glass of water, which I did. If you go back and look. And then it's edited. It looks like I'm yelling at her and being insensitive not to cry. That's what it looked
like. So I guess Jennifer forgot to mention that when she was letting people know I was not a good
friend to her. Interesting. There's always
more to the story. And I mean, I get that more than anyone because yeah, then you see her saying
that like the whole situation at the college themed party, which I just, I love you so much.
You're like, or what? Like I rewound that and watch. I was like, Brock, you need to see the end of this episode. Look at our girl, Dolores. She's going in.
But like for what did Brock, all I want to know is what did my Brock say? Oh, he just,
he loves you. I mean, first of all, he has said that, I mean, how is it possible? You just get
better looking every episode, every season. Like it gives, it gives me something to look forward to getting
older. Like if I could look like Dolores, I'm okay. Genetics are way better. I'm going to tell
you this. Start with the radio frequency now on your face. After 28, you stopped producing collagen.
Okay. So if you do all the things that we know to do now that I didn't know you will never have to cut your face off or your ass or your tits or your lipo or your lift your ass. Do it right now. Yeah.
How old are you? I'm, oh my God, I'm going to be 37.
Yeah. So start those treatments. Okay. You know, and keep them up once every six months.
Okay. And don't stop. Do not stop. Yeah. Okay. Good know, and keep them up once every six months. Okay.
And don't stop.
Do not stop.
Yeah.
Okay.
Good to know.
So one thing that I'm doing other than skincare is just taking care of my hair.
And I've been using Nutrafol.
So Nutrafol is a simple addition to your daily routine.
It's just four pills you take a day, just once a day,

And what's your go-to facial treatment that you recommend other girls doing?
Or guys?
Well, I just had a gold facial in Fort Lee at a place,
I think it's on five, but a lady there named Margarita gave me an amazing facial.
My go-to skin person for products and what I should use and what to do is her name is the
Skin Guru in Tampa. Anybody that lives in Tampa, I mean, she goes flies all over the world
to learn different techniques, new Botox, like your face looks amazing from her. She's my best
friend in the whole world. And she is unreal. Just like Sheena, you find a good technician,
you find a good esthetician, a good injector, and you stick with them. And they're your partner for life.
It's like a partnership.
Oh, totally.
I have the guy who, doctor who does my Botox and fillers in Beverly Hills.
He's a plastic surgeon.
I've been going to the same doctor for, what, like seven years now in Beverly Hills, Dr. Gregory Miller.
He is a plastic surgeon, but he just does the best Botox,
the best fillers. He keeps it the most natural. And I miss him so much because it's been almost
two years. I haven't done anything to my face because pregnancy. And then I'm still pumping
every few hours of the day. So can't inject my face with any Botox just yet, but she's almost a year next month.
And for her birthday and for my 37th birthday, I'm getting Botox because I'm like, freeze my face again.
So, yeah.
So Brock, it's one of the only reality shows that I can like turn it on.
Like last night he was getting ready to go to a boy's dinner and
I put on Jersey and he's like, Oh, you're going to do this to me. And he did not go to his boy's
dinner because he had to watch his girl Dolores on camera and do the kickboxing scene. Like that
set you had on, you look so good. It is ridiculous. Like, hats off.
Oh, my God.
I'm dying.
You know who sent me that?
Dorinda.
Oh, really?
Yeah, she sent it to me with her book.
Oh, it was so cute.
But I was just like staring at it.
And I'm like, damn, girl, you look incredible.
That outfit is from Therese.
Uh-huh.
Okay.
Listen, it fit well.
I think it was a good angle. If you
would have saw another, you know, I wore, you know, when you're not supposed to wear the same
thing twice in a season, I wore it again in another scene and it just didn't look the same.
It must've been after a pizza and a bag of chips the night before. It goes that easy when you get
to my age. It's like, if you get one good day. Well, you look good in everything.
So I can't imagine that.
But yeah, so we have definitely been enjoying watching,
especially at the college themed party
that y'all had with your little confrontation with Jackie.
I mean, you were like in her face
and you were just like, or what?
And I was like, ooh, are they about to throw down?
You guys don't fuck around in Jersey.
And I love it.
That's so funny.
It's a lot though.
Something, you know, I calm down.
I collect myself.
I'm like, okay, we're good.
Let me just collect myself.
But I never wanted to get any further than that.
That's a blind anger here in Jersey. A lot of us share.
It's not blind. It's like a core. It's very guttural. So that's one thing about us that,
yes, it is the truth about us. We do have that passionate everything. We fight hard. We love hard.
Yeah, definitely. How are things with Jackie now?
Yeah, definitely. How are things with Jackie now?
Oh, good. They're good. You know, I just was very angry. I'm a very good friend. Jennifer's easily swayed, as you see. I just, I was very confused as to what Jackie was doing going
to befriend Jennifer while the fight was between Margaret and Jackie are very close. So she goes to the friend Jennifer and be there for her, as she says, as a mother and questions my friendship.
And, and I'm like, but I don't understand. I've been friends with everybody before their fights.
So I wouldn't make friends with somebody during a fight. Right. Why are you questioning me? I'm
still confused. Am I making sense?
Yeah, no, I see what you're saying. I think in this situation, I understood where Jackie was
coming from, because I do the same thing. And I've never really felt like I've related to Jackie,
like probably the least out of anyone on your show. And then this season, I'm like, Oh, my God,
am I the Jackie? Because I tend to do that too when I see someone who you
know kind of is now the outsider who was once a part of the group and now has broken friendships
and they just are still on this show but then they don't really have anyone to film with as much or
you know she only had you and Teresa and then if you guys are not totally then she alienates me right when I'm standing there
saying I have your back Jennifer okay like when when Jennifer last year reunion when Jennifer
tried to tell them Margaret was not their friends they told Jennifer to fuck off
they both told Jennifer Margaret didn't do that Margaret's our friend Jackie goes to
Jennifer's house and says Dolores isn't being a good friend to you.
And Jennifer's like, yeah, I think you're right.
Like, what the fuck is going on?
Yeah, I could see how she's easily manipulated into thinking that.
I just, I only get where Jackie's coming from
just because whenever there's someone,
like when all of the girls were against Lala on my show,
I was like, no, I want to like befriend her. Like, I feel bad. You know, she just needs a friend and a support system right
now. So I feel like I always kind of do that, too. But the manipulation part of it.
So it's okay to be friends with everybody then, right?
Yeah.
It's all right to be friends with everybody, right? It's okay.
I mean, I always try to be.
So I don't know why I was being questioned about friends with everybody.
So speaking of Jennifer, what do you think about,
so I know obviously her and Teresa have a close friendship,
but it seems like every time there's ever an issue with Jennifer and like
Melissa and Joe,
Teresa doesn't side with her family and she kind of always sides with
Jennifer.
So what do you think about that?
Because you see in the last episode that it maybe
is starting to turn and Teresa's like, I understand my family needs me to have their back. So I'll be
better about that. Well, listen, when when something's brought to you, you can either do
something about it or not. Like when Jennifer said, I don't think you're being a good friend
to me. At the end of the day, it was the other way around. But I said to Jennifer in that moment, I didn't want to kick her while she was down. I was angry that she allowed somebody
to say that about me. But what did I say to her? I said, okay, you know what? Because a true person
that cares about you will step outside of whatever they feel and say, okay, let me look at this. And
if that's how you feel, I'll do I'll be a better friend, which is what I thought I did. Well, I think anyone is lucky to have you as a friend. So thank you, Sheena.
Thank you. And you know what? So do I, I will never give my credit for being the tallest or
the prettiest or the smartest in the room, but I know, I know how to be a good friend and it's not
always easy. And you know, I'll still be your friend when it's not easy.
So when somebody questions that, now I have a problem and now you've lost my friendship anyway.
Yeah, for sure.
I'm not good with sorries if there's ever going to be one.
So just so you know.
Yeah.
So I want to talk about where y'all live.
But before we get into that,
one of the things in a house that you need is a bed.
And on that bed, you need good sheets.
So I have talked to you guys about Bowl and Branch so many times because they are legit
the best sheets I have ever had.
We have them in a nice crisp white in all three of our homes.
They are perfect for Brock, who's a warm sleeper, me, who is a cold sleeper.
And, you know, there's just things that you shouldn't cut corners on.
And sleep is important.
So having the best sheets for a good night's rest is essential.
In the past, literally, we had these sheets that the way Brock sleeps, I don't know what he was doing,
but he ripped a hole through them. I woke up in the morning, like, um, did an animal attack in the middle of the night? Like, what is this? So we switched to bowl and branch and we have not had
that issue ever again. The sheets look good. They feel good, they are sustainable, comfortable, and their quality that lasts all at a fair price.
They have buttery, soft, lightweight, organic cotton in a classic sateen weave for sheets that get softer over time.
Now, you guys can experience the best sheets you've ever felt at bullandbranch.com.

So you're living in, the house is finally done now.
Whenever I watch the show, I see there's like Paramus,
but then there's like Franklin something.
So how close are all of these communities to each other?
And does anyone live like close to where you live?
Okay, so Jennifer's probably the closest to me.
No, Melissa is now because they're building.
So Melissa moved to the next town over.
We're all within 15, 20 minutes of each other.
Gotcha.
Okay, because I've been to Jersey before, but I never know how close they are.
So Jackie and Margaret live close to each other.
And me, Jennifer. Oh, and then Teresa lives a little further past me, but nothing's more than 30 minutes away from each other. Okay. Nice. And then to get to the city, it doesn't take too long
either. 30, 40 minutes. Nice. That's not bad. I, one other thing that, um that I'm seeing more on your show on ultimate girls trip on winter house
is I feel like Bravo is finally starting to break the fourth wall more. And I saw that. Yes, yes.
And yes, they're shaking it up a little bit. Yeah, I just I find it so much more interesting. I mean,
it's like the shows are already interesting enough. But then you add that aspect to it, like we see on other shows, like The Bachelor and whatnot, you know, talking about the show on the show, seeing Teresa yell at a producer and say, you guys are the fucking devil or whatever she said, and then storming out. I'm like, that's interesting because it reminds you that this is
a television show. You know, like when you say, you know, like Louie's new to this world, it's
like it is a whole different world. It's not just like a new friend group. I mean, it's putting your
entire life out there for the whole world to judge. So I think that that's been an interesting
aspect that they're adding to more shows this season,
like I said, with Ultimate Girls Trip. Now, is that a show that you would do?
Oh, yeah. Sure.
I think you would be so fun on that. Who would your dream cast of housewives be? If you could
go on Ultimate Girls Trip with five other housewives, who would it be?
you could go on ultimate girls trip with five other housewives.
Who would it be?
You know,
it's funny because I never thought of it because you have to not ultimate girls trip.
Isn't about a trip where you guys are all going to like do little dances on
the beach and the,
and you're in your freaking sarong over there.
No.
And your little bikinis.
It's not about that.
You're not going away to just like lay on the beach and not have something going on.
So it would have to be somebody that I would, you need conflict and you need like friendship
and conflict and things like that. So I'm not sure. Who would you take from your show?
You would take one girl from your show. Would you take Teresa?
Well, Teresa's already been on,
so I don't think that they would do.
Oh, okay.
So yeah, if it had to be a completely new cast,
then who would you take?
If it had to be a completely new cast,
if it wasn't Teresa, it would be Margaret.
Yeah.
Do you know if that show is continuing?
Was it a one-off,
or are they going to keep spicing it up?
I don't know.
I have no idea.
I guess it depends on how it does.
Yeah.
I do love that they're doing more crossovers now, like with Winterhouse.
And I even heard about some other people who I know who are popping on Winterhouse this year.
So it's even more of a crossover of shows. And I just think that's so fun for the Bravo world to get to see the worlds collide. Like it would be so fun to, you know, when we're
at Bravo con and you're meeting all new people and it's like you build actual friendships with
people from other franchises. So I am just manifesting more crossovers, you know, maybe
Vanderpump rules does a crossover.
Yeah, so I don't know how they would work.
I think you'd have to get, like, you'd have to stir it up.
You'd have to, like, if I was making a show like that,
I would have somebody analyze the, you know,
all the members of all the franchises
and put the ones together that I think would fight.
Yeah,
definitely.
Usually the fans,
the fans should be able to pick it out.
Right.
Yeah.
I feel that way too.
I'd like to like,
you know,
to be more interactive with them.
So I want to go back to your boo Polly.
Cause I don't think you told me how y'all met.
So we met through a friend, a mutual friend named Vanessa.
That's how we met.
It was right after I broke up with David.
And, you know, I just kind of was just chilling in my beautiful townhouse in my life.
And it was so nice where I lived at the Alexa.
I lived in this like townhouse community, as you say, loved it. It was so quiet, new, clean, my dogs, like the elevator. And I was just kind of chilling.
I didn't expect to meet somebody that I was going to connect with so much. I didn't expect to meet
anybody. So that's how it kind of happened. I just was introduced to him as a friend. He took me as
a surprise the day before we were leaving. He's like, Oh, pack a friend. He took me as a surprise the day before
we were leaving. He's like, Oh, pack your bags. We're going to a Dremolin castle for Valentine's
day. And he, we went to Ireland. That's so awesome. That's definitely been on my bucket list.
Very cool place. Oh, I love that. Do you guys have any other trips planned coming up?
We're trying to plan, you know, he wants to go, I think Bora Bora. I'm going to need
it. I'd like to go after the reunion, not before because the reunion's coming up on March 31st.
Oh, dang. That's soon. Yeah. You'll definitely need a vacation after that.
Oh yeah. Big time. What about for Brock and I's wedding maybe at the end of the summer?
Maybe you take another trip for that. Where's your wedding going to be? So we're going down to Mexico in a couple weeks to look at some
venues down there. We were going to do Bali, but their quarantine laws just keep getting extended
and it's just not going to work out. So we're going to go look in Mexico and we have four
venues we're looking at. We're going to see if one of those is going to be the right fit.
And hopefully end of August.
That is the plan.
Yeah, no, that's done.
Done and done.
Yes.
Well, my love, thank you for taking some time to catch up with me today.
Is there any tea you can spill to leave us shenanigans with? Any shenanigans?
Just as far as this, if you like the show up until, if you like the season up until now,
it only gets better. I love that. And if you hated it, it gets worse.
It gets worse.
More to come.
I can't wait.
Next time I'm in the city,
I hope that I can see you in person.
I will be there again in May.
So hopefully we can coordinate then.
Looking forward to it.
Please tell Brock I said hello and give the baby a kiss for me.
I will for sure.
Thank you so much.
All right.
Bye.
Okay. Well, thank you so much. All right. Bye. Okay.
Well, thank you so much for your time.
And everybody, thank you so much for listening.
We'll be back next week.
