Thank you for listening to this Podcast One production. Available on Apple Podcasts and Podcast One.
So you all know that I'm into working out and staying healthy, but seeing major progress in my body takes forever.
You guys, I'm so impatient. I just want to be able to go out, enjoy food, not worry about putting on more weight, being bloated, feeling gross, all that.
I mean, summer is here. That means summer bodies are here, and I will be in a bikini more than ever. So I finally decided to take some of my friend's
advice and do the Timi Blends 30-Day Detox Program just because I did put on a couple
extra pounds in Vegas because the food there was amazing. And, you know, now I don't have
to spend as many hours in the gym watching every single little thing I eat. I'm busier than ever,
and this detox has been a lifesaver for me. It definitely gets rid of any lower tummy bloating.
I wake up looking and feeling amazing every day and it's not making me drop too much weight because
we know I don't want to be too skinny, still need that booty. This program works and they've given
me a 15% off code for you to use. Go to temiblends.com. That's T-E-A-M-I blends.com and use code Sheena
S to get 15% off your order. That's S-C-H-E-A-N-A-S to get 15% off your order.
I'll open Pandora's box for ya I'll bring the rock for ya
We're gonna own the night
From Vanderpump Rules to Vegas and everywhere in between,
it's time to party with Sheena Shea.
This is Shenanigans.
And now, here's your host, Sheena Shea.
We're good as gold
Because we're good as gold
Hey guys, I'm back.
I hope you all enjoyed my singles in LA episode. It was one of my
favorite ones I've done. And now I have another single man bachelor sitting next to me. He's
very handsome, star of the bachelorette, bachelor in paradise and naked podcasts with Mr. Josh
Murray. How's it going? Good. How are you doing, Sheena? Good.
Thanks for having me on.
Yeah, your voice sounds a little hoarse.
I know. I had a nice, fun bachelor party weekend.
I know. You bailed on our lunch today.
I know. I had to. I had to recover before this.
You needed that recovery time.
I know. I can actually speak now, so this is good.
Yeah. Well, still sounds sexy, so you're good.
I appreciate it.
Mm-hmm.
So tell me about this bachelor party. Who was it for?
Wes. He was MTV Wes.
So I did a charity event with him.
MTV Champs for Stars.
Oh, yeah.
My friend Kayla was on that.
I don't know if she was on your season, though. She was on the season after I was on.
Okay.
Yeah.
I think she just went on this last season.
Yes.
So Wes actually already got married, I think, about a month ago.
What?
So this is like a post-bachelor party.
Oh, okay.
Fun.
Yeah, we had some time.
It was a blast.
Nice.
And you were in Kansas City?
Kansas City, yeah.
Cool.
Kansas City's a lot more fun than people realize.
I've been there once.
I went out there for like a football game and then I went out and it's kind of all a blur.
Yeah, pretty much that's how I feel right now too.
Yeah, good times.
But I know it was a good time.
Yeah.
So I've been told.
So you're living in LA for the summer.
Yeah, I'm out here right in Santa Monica.
Yeah, how's it going so far?
It's been good. It's been busy. All I've been doing is work, obviously.
Haven't been able to hang out or do anything.
Clearly, I know. You're like the hardest person to hang out with.
I know. I'm trying, but I'm here now.
Yeah.
I'm here hanging with you now.
Well, that's the only way I can hang out with you is get you on my podcast.
And you're coming on mine soon, too.
Yes, I would love to because your shirt's on right now, and on yours, your shirt is off, correct?
Yeah, kind of.
You know, it's a metaphor being naked.
I saw it on Instagram.
Yeah, I know.
I know.
I was at the beach with like all of my guy friends last week and I hear your voice and
my friend Jeff and he was like, what is Josh doing right now?
And I was like, huh?
And he was like, yeah, he has his shirt off and he's sitting in a studio.
And so then we were watching it and I was like, I'm going to have to ask him about that on Monday because he's coming on my podcast.
Listen, Naked Chats with Josh Murray is about being raw, open, and honest.
So not necessarily naked physically, but just like putting it.
Yeah, not really.
Just being like an open book.
Yeah.
I mean, if you want to come on and, you know, we can switch it up a little bit and have some fun.
Uh-huh.
Okay.
So I did some reading last night.
Oh, yeah?
Some reading, huh?
Yeah.
I had a copy of this book.
I don't know if you've heard of it.
It's called It's Not Okay.
I have no idea what you're talking about.
No.
So it's this girl, Andy Dorfman.
She wrote a book after going through not one but two public breakups.
Really? Andy who?
Andy Dorfman.
Oh, that rings a bell.
Yeah, she kind of looks like me, actually.
Yeah? No.
Yeah.
You're a little better looking, for sure.
Well, thank you. But I was intrigued because I had honestly, I ordered this book like,
when were you on Bachelor in Paradise? Was that two two summers ago now i think it was two summers ago okay so i ordered the book two summers ago and then i never
read it i do that i'm notorious for buying books and being like i'm gonna read this and then i
don't i just have a pile of them that i don't read but since i've known you for like a year now
i figure okay i'm gonna open up the book because I'm not going to read
it only knowing the Josh from television, who honestly I thought was hot as fuck, but
not my fave.
I'm going to be honest.
But after getting to know you like in person, I realized, I mean, I'm on a reality show.
So I know better than anyone that shows are edited.
And I always tell myself, don't judge, don't judge.
And on your season of The Bachelorette, from day one, I was like, that guy's my type.
That guy, yep, him.
And then, I don't know, you seemed a little, like, cocky.
And then I was like, he knows he's hot.
He's one of those.
But you were always my mom's favorite.
Really?
See, that's all that matters.
And that's the thing.
I was like, okay, if my mom likes this guy like he seems i don't know
but she did and then you went on bachelor in paradise i did and all i could just think of
was pizza and moaning yeah that's all they showed that's all they showed they didn't show anything
else but pizza moaning and making out i was, there's no way he's making these sounds every single time.
Like they had to have just taken one of your moans and looped it.
But everybody in the world, I feel, thinks that I was doing that the entire time.
And I get asked about pizza so much.
Oh my God.
I mean, I was a little frustrating.
Yeah.
I craved pizza every episode I watched though.
Listen, that's fine.
How was the cheese pizza in Mexico?
It wasn't bad.
It wasn't as good as what it looked like.
And I didn't eat it all the time at all.
Yeah.
But they had to try to make me look annoying, you know, eating pizza and moaning and making out.
They had to try to make me look bad somehow.
So that's what they chose to do.
Yeah.
Well, they did a great job at it.
They did.
Because up until I met you in person, I definitely had a preconceived idea of who you were
and then I've gotten to know you over the past couple or the past year um we've done like events
together hung out in Atlanta hung out in LA I brought you to CERN PUM yeah Pride Weekend was
insane so much fun but I just I see a completely different side of you that I didn't ever see on
the show so I wanted to bring you on to ask you that I didn't ever see on the show.
So I wanted to bring you on to ask you some questions so everyone else can get to know the side of you that I know.
Of course.
Come on.
Give it to me.
I'm an open book now.
I will say.
So when we first hung out in Atlanta, it was Labor Day weekend. We were watching football.
Yeah, of course.
Yeah, it was like the FSU.
It was like the opening game.
It was crazy in Atlanta with the tailgating and everything.
It was a blast in Alabama.
FSU, it was like opening games, crazy in Atlanta with the tailgating and everything.
It was a blast in Alabama.
And my ex-boyfriend and I had just broken up like the night before or two nights before whenever we hung out.
And you were so awesome to talk to.
Like it just seemed so easy. And I was like, I didn't even know you that well, but I just felt very comfortable opening up to you.
It was definitely an easy conversation for sure.
Yeah.
But then I was like, what am I doing?
I think this guy is so hot and I'm talking about my ex-boyfriend.
Like, shut up, Sheena.
I'm all ears.
But anyway, then I went back.
We hung out again.
It was fun.
And now you're here.
Yeah.
So I have to ask.
Now we're getting juicy, huh?
Why did you do the show?
Were you looking for love or were you looking for followers?
No.
See, that's the opposite of what I was looking for.
I was definitely looking for love.
I'd always wanted to have kids and a family just very young in my 20s. My parents
are very young, so I was used to that. And I stopped baseball. I stopped a lot of things in
my life to look for that. And I couldn't find it. Not in the real world. I'm a bad dater. I'm
actually very, very shy. And so it was tough for me going up to women that I was attracted to in
dating. So the best way to call me up. I find that so hard to
believe. You'd think, but no, seriously, I'm very shy. Until I get to know somebody, I'm very shy.
I feel like you're like, oh, my stomach. And I'm like, dude, shut up. You look good. Take your
shirt off. I'm not like that into myself at all. No, but I, okay, I can see that a little bit.
I need to improve the self-confidence. I'm working on it. I'm working on it.
Yeah. It's surprising though. Some of the-looking people I know are so insecure with things.
And I'm like, do you know how many people's goals you are?
No, not even close.
Not even close.
I appreciate it, though.
But listen, they called me up.
I didn't call them.
So they had asked me to come on the show.
Yeah.
Wait, how did they know about you?
I guess I had been nominated by some family up north and some friends.
They had called me, and they're like, Josh, you want to find someone so bad?
You know, try it on The Bachelorette.
So I did go on looking for love, period.
And I happened to get engaged two times and then they didn't work out.
So I was there for what I wanted to do.
You know, I wanted to date again.
I wanted to find someone.
So I tried.
We're about even on the public breakup.
So see, because you had two engagements.
I had a marriage and a relationship.
So it basically equals the same.
Pretty much.
Yeah.
Pretty much.
I thought the second one was leading towards that, but then he just blindsided me and broke up with me the day he was doing his fantasy football draft.
Oh, well, that's exciting.
I didn't make the cut.
Oh, you didn't make the cut, huh?
You weren't drafted.
I didn't make the team.
No.
I was traded.
Maybe a free agent, though.
Traded to single life.
You know what?
That's right.
Not that bad.
Exactly.
I think you're having a good time. Not that bad. Exactly. I think you're having a good time.
Yeah.
Okay, so you were nominated.
Mm-hmm.
And had you seen the show before?
I had watched it maybe occasionally.
I wasn't a big fan of just watching that stuff.
I usually just watch sports on TV.
Yeah.
If I'm watching it, but...
So you don't watch Vanderpump Rules?
What?
I know, exactly.
See, I like to get to know you.
I've gotten to know you outside of that show.
Yes.
So I don't even know how they portray you.
I just know after being involved... Annoying....there's a lot of editing. But I know you and you're amazing to get to know you. I've gotten to know you outside of that show. I don't even know how they portray you. I just know after being involved, there's a lot of editing, but I
know you and you're amazing. So thank you. People don't see a lot of the stuff that's in real life.
Yeah, for sure. That's true. Wait, I got so into talking to you and you're just sitting here
looking good, distracting me. I forgot. We're supposed to start with a game. Oh, we're starting
with a game. It's called shenanigans. I got to do a game. And now that I'm not prepared, we're going to go with good old Heads Up.
Have you played it?
Yeah, I've played it before.
All right.
So before.
God, it's been a while since I've played that game.
I'm not very good at it.
I'm not very good at it.
Depends on the category.
So I have some fun categories.
I have the adult supervision categories.
I've never played it, but I'm done.
Okay.
So do you want to guess first or describe first?
I'll guess first.
Okay.
Yeah.
But let me describe first because I don't know what this is.
Yeah, let me just...
So if you're describing, then I'm guessing.
Okay, perfect.
It's going on my head.
All right.
Anything but the name of it.
Yeah.
She has blonde hair. Britney Spears. She was a big singer in the past. Older now. Madonna of it. Yeah. She has blonde hair.
Britney Spears.
She was a big singer in the past.
Older now.
Madonna.
Yes.
It's a show.
You see them for the first time and you fall in...
Love.
Love at first sight.
Yes.

Yep.
It's a big party on Bourbon Street in New Orleans.
Oh, Mardi Gras.
Mardi Gras, yep.
It's a type of whiskey. Bourbon. in New Orleans. Oh, Mardi Gras. Mardi Gras, yep. It's a type of whiskey.
Bourbon.
Oh, Jack Daniels, Jameson.
Almost, yep, Jameson.
It's a car, a nice souped-up car.
Ferrari, Maserati, McLaren.
Nope, it's not as expensive as all those, but Michael Jordan used to drive it.
Rhymes with pet.
A Corvette.
Yes.
Married to Jay-Z. Beyonce beyonce no it's pass no idea who that is selfie yep you could have just said sheena um he was on um god he slept with so many people he

was trying to think of it i didn't want to just start naming names my ex right all right i got
eight not not bad i'm gonna be bad at this i think i'm better at describing see i don't get mad at me
no if we get three right it'll be a victory.
Okay. And I put it down when I want it...
Down when you get it right. Pass it.
Yeah. Okay, it's a show
with Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher.
It's what they started out on. It's in a different
decade. Not the 60s, not
the 80s. That 70s show?
Yep.
Oh.
Not the mom
of the kid, but if I have a kid with someone, he's my... Stepmom? Stepmother? But if I have a kid with someone
He's my
Stepmom?
Stepmother?
No I have a kid with someone
And he's
I call him my
Stepson
Child's
Child's father
My baby daddy

The place where Mardi Gras is
New Orleans
Yeah
Notebook
Not Rachel McAdams
But the guy who's in it
Oh I don't know their names
I'm so bad at it
And they spelled his name wrong on that.
It's deadly, but you like really, really want to be with this person.
And it's like.
They're poison.
They're.
It's like.
It's.
Skip it.
I love how you move your whole head.
Oh, my God.
She's so hot.
She was a big host in like the late 90s, early 2000s, like singled out.
Not Jenny McCarthy, but the other one.
She did a bunch of MTV stuff.
Piercing Blue Eyes was with Dave Navarro.
Carmen Electra.
I suck.
I'm so bad at people's names.
I'm not good at famous people.
Needless to say, I won.
Yes, you did.
All right.
Well, you got three.
Yay, that was our goal.
That's a victory.
High five.
That's a victory.
We got three.
Now I feel good about that. Boom. I feel good, that was our goal. That's a victory. High five. That's a victory. We got three. Now I feel good about that.
Boom.
I feel good about that.
All right.
Before we get back into it, I'm going to tell you about a little something that I've been doing.
It's not just for women.
Men can do it as well.
So you might think to yourself, Josh, can I get glowing, radiant skin and manage to stay green?
I do think that, yes, all the time.
Well, you can.
The answer is yes.
What?
Tell me how.
So with BioClarity, that's exactly what you can do.
There's no more need to worry about what weird chemicals a TV commercial told you to put
on your face.
BioClarity is made from Floralux.
Do you know what that is?
I don't.
Explain.
Well, it comes from chlorophyll, which is that cool thing in plants that works as an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory.
It's like green juice for your face, basically.
It naturally helps with redness and hyperpigmentation.
So I use the essentials routine, which is for normal to dry skin because I have very dry skin.
But a lot of my friends have oily skin, and after I recommended it, they are using the clear skin routine.
So this is for a combination of oily or breakout-prone skin,
and we are officially in summer,
so you know how the heat and sweat can clog your pores and make you break out?
Yeah, let's try and fix that.
So it's three easy steps.
You'll cleanse, treat, and restore with plant extracts like chamomile, green tea,
cucumber, licorice root, oat kernel, plus that fun key ingredient, Floralux.
It'll help fight breakouts, soothe skin, minimize redness, reduce pore size, and even your skin tone.
BioClarity is delivered straight to you and is an easy-to-use three-step skincare routine that's 100% vegan plus gluten and cruelty-free.
So you can get started on healthier habits with your skincare.
Just go to BioClarity.com.
And my listeners will get their first month for 50% off a routine,
plus shipping is free.
And it comes with 100% a risk-free money-back guarantee,
but you need to enter my code Sheena.
So Bioclarity.com, enter my code Sheena for some amazing skin in the summer.
You should check it out.
Sold.
All right.
Where were we?
Where were we?
You got nominated.
I don't know what you're talking about.
Uh-huh.
You went on.
You had seen a little bit in the past.
You don't watch a lot of reality TV.
No, no.
So did you think going into the show, like, did you have the confidence that you just felt going in
you would be the guy at the end i had zero confidence going in um i just wanted to get
past that first night because you don't know what her type is you never know what the bachelorette's
type is going to be i think you're everyone's type stop come on now i'm red and sweating
but seriously i didn't know that was the only night I was nervous on the show. It was the first night. And she had told me afterwards, she said, I was very close to just eliminating you because I knew you were my type from the beginning. And I was like, I hate when people try to, I don't know, they stereotype you at the very beginning before getting to know you.
I mean, I did just as a viewer.
Exactly, exactly. And so many others don't like me just because they look at me and don't like me.
Yeah.
I mean, it is what it is.
I mean, you know, I guess not everybody does.
I do because I've been in it for so long.
But I feel like you know what you're signing up for nowadays with reality television and social media.
Now you do.
Yeah.
And I lived.
I mean, I was very naive going in because I literally just wanted to find somebody.
I wasn't there for the following.
I wasn't there for anything else. I wanted to find somebody and go back home and get
away from everything. I wanted to have a family and all that. So I wasn't there for anything else
but finding someone. But I was naive going in and thinking, all right, I can just be myself and be
nice and just try to, you know, go after that girl and see if there's a connection and everything's
good. And then you go back and watch and you see everything that didn't happen that they kind of
put in or put words in your mouth in certain situations when you're actually showing
your face there. Oh yeah. And it's like, I never had that conversation. That didn't happen. I moaned
one time and now it's moaning for every kiss. You know, they started putting pizza in every meal in
front of me. I'm like, I don't want pizza. I want a filet mignon. Yeah. What the hell? So it was
frustrating, but I was definitely naive. But now
that, you know, now I know, now I know, but it's a little too late. Were there, were there sparks
right away for you when you got out of the limo? No, no, there definitely weren't sparks right away.
I think I was more nervous and I really just wanted to get to know her. Yeah. I'm not a very
starstruck person at all. And you know, it's a bachelorette and people get all excited, but
I was definitely nervous. She was looking very good, obviously. I remember getting the limo,
but I just wanted to get to know her because I didn't want to waste my time being there if I
didn't like somebody. So did you watch Juan Pablo season at all? That's the first one I did watch
because I knew going on when they had told me, you know, I was going to be on the show. I was
like, all right, I got to, I got to figure out who the girl's going to be. If I even like her,
if I'm even interested in going on, I didn't want to just go on to go on.
Right.
But I did want to date, and I was like, okay,
I don't know if she's really my type,
but I don't know if she's my type or not because I don't date.
Let me go ahead and try.
What is your type?
I still probably don't know.
Do you have like a physical type or more like personality traits?
No, I mean, I definitely like both.
I mean, first you're attracted, obviously, to the physical, but then there definitely has to be personality involved for sure.
I've been out with good-looking girls that have zero personality, and it's very, very tough just to have conversation with them.
Oh, yeah.
You can't even hang out with them.
Hung out with one of those in Vegas.
I was like pulling teeth to have a conversation.
Exactly.
I'm like, you're so hot.
Why can't you just like hold a conversation with me?
You can put like two different people together. Yeah. Put the whole package, but
it's definitely tough. I need personality though. Yeah. I need personality for sure.
For sure. Do you think that the show changed you like getting the recognition and the fame from it?
Do you think that changed you as a person? Never, never. I think it's made me more aware.
She disagrees.
No, not even close.
I think it's made me more aware of things that I may do
and I've got to be careful in certain things.
Yeah.
But definitely not.
I think it's given me a good platform to be positive
and to help others.
That's what I've liked.
I think there's been people in the past.
Yeah, I see that.
That's one thing I love about your Instagram
is I've seen you work with special needs kids.
That's so awesome. I really enjoy that. I've seen you work with special needs kids. That's so awesome.
I really enjoy that.
I've been doing that since I was younger, but with ESP, the group I'm involved with, since I was back at Georgia.
So it was well before going on TV or becoming known and stuff.
We have a very big heart for that with our family, so we love helping out.
But it's changed in a good way for a positive thing.
There's people that I've dated in the past that have really used it for negative things, obviously, but I don't like taking that route.
Totally. So you and your brother are pretty close in age, yeah?
I'm actually six years older than him. I'm eight than my sister.
Yeah. And so you were baseball, he was football. Did you play football growing up as well?
I didn't. Mom didn't let me play. She didn't want me to get hurt. So it was just baseball,
basketball, and then I always played just recreational stuff.
And then you were fine, and then she's like,'t want me to get hurt so it was just baseball basketball and then i always played just recreational and then you were fine and then she's like aaron you can get hurt
100 that's exactly what happens you live and learn because she knows i wanted to play football
yeah for quite a while and then you know i played freshman year in high school and then i was
playing football basketball and baseball and it was just so much yeah especially with baseball
being all year that i stopped and just focused on that uh-huh but when i was done playing um
with the milwaukee brewers i came back and played football at Georgia with Aaron for a couple of years.
You played with the Brewers?
Yeah, in the minor leagues for a little bit.
I didn't know that.
It was a lot of being away from family, a lot of being away from family.
I had a friend who played minor leagues for the Brewers as well.
Oh, really?
Yeah.
What years? I'm way back, 2002.
Yeah, same.
Yeah, 2002 to 2006 or 2007.
Yeah, Jordan Sweden.
Huh.
We went to high school together.
Okay.
Yeah, and then... I don't together okay yeah and then i don't
know him yeah i don't know maybe anyway um so in the book you're referred to as number 26 did you
know that oh was i i don't know you know i have i've gotten interviewed with excerpts of the book
in the past i have never read it though yeah you haven't read it i haven't how is it there's an
entire book about you and you don't read it because i know know what the truth is and I've gotten interviewed so much.
But so you don't want to know?
It'll just...
And that's why I know this is all so old because you talked about this two years ago, but I
just read it last night.
Yeah, no, that's okay.
So for me, it's fresh.
I know.
I know.
And it's one person's view and stuff and that's what she wanted to do.
And yeah, it is what it is, I guess. I will say, as a woman who recently went through yet another public breakup,
I'm really enjoying the book because it's so relatable. I just pretend like it's not you
she's talking about. I just pretend that it's him. Andy is a very, very smart person. She knows how
to manipulate lots of situations. So she was very good at what she did. And she continues to be good
at what she does and getting people to believe her. So she's a smart girl. She was an assistant
DA. So she knew she needed to capitalize on her time of fame and that's what she chose to do.
She was, she didn't have another job. So did you ever call her a whore for taking photos with other
men? Never to her face with taking photos. No, no. I had said it to a friend when she slept with
Nick, but that's not about that.
It's in the book. For taking photos?
Yeah, you guys are like –
So what's funny – it's not funny, actually.
Whenever – my dad always told me growing up and when I played pro ball, he's like,
listen, you need to take pictures with everybody who wants pictures and be the last one to sign autographs
because you never know if it's going to make their day, their week, their life.
I mean, you never know.
And we help out a lot of special needs people, so I love doing that stuff.
Yeah.
And whenever I was taking pictures all the time, because a lot of women watch the show. So a lot of women just wanted my picture and not hers. She would get pissed all the time and people would
be so upset looking at it because she'd be nasty. And I'd have to be like, no, no, I'm sorry. Cause
we have to go now. And I'd have to have her back all the time because I was being nice. So I was
never upset when she took pictures. I was like, good. Now, do you feel better about yourself? Yeah. She mentioned that there were two rules
when it came to taking photos that you told her she wasn't allowed to take photos with other men.
And you guys both agreed on the second rule. And that was no pictures during dinner.
Well, the second rule is kind of we never had rules. So that's the first time I'm hearing that.
I definitely didn't. She was allowed to take pictures with whoever she wanted that's not true whatsoever she never wanted me taking
pictures with women i can see that pissed yeah but i'm i like being nice to people so i'm not
going to deny them yeah um but dinner was a special occasion where it's like you know um i still wanted
to be nice to people or say listen do you mind if we do this after dinner oh trust me i know she
would just be pissed about it right i mean you thought it'd be nice yeah exactly when you and
i went to dinner at Sir.
And it was nonstop.
And you were so nice to everybody.
So I sat back and I understood.
Yeah.
You know, it's okay.
You're making those people's day.
You never know what you can do.
So we saw eye to eye.
We didn't see eye to eye when it came to that stuff at all.
Yeah.
At all.
I mean, I can see that for both of you coming off the show.
You're both public figures.
You're both popular. You're both very good looking people.
I have that jealous bone i hate it i wish i could remove it from my body because it just
eats me alive but i mean i could see because in my last relationship once he started getting a
little bit of recognition from social media and then it's like i see more attention from girls
that like he's already like mr la he's worked in la for 12 years knows everybody but it was like
we would go to delilah and he's like girls would will be, and I'm just like, bitch, get off my man.
I think it all depends on trust. I can't imagine on that level, but.
But I was always very respectful. I'm always respectful of the person I'm with. So I'm not,
I'm not going to be flirtatious with the people. I'm going to be nice to them.
Yeah. The women I'm with can trust me all the time. So I think it's a matter of trust.
Yeah. And being honest with someone and you're okay with it. Did you unfollow her first after the breakup? I have no idea. I
wasn't good at social media at all. I'm still bad. So I don't, I don't remember about that.
Was she unfollowed her? Oh, I don't know. And you followed a bunch of blonde hussies.
Blonde hussies. Is that true? I don't know about that, but maybe, I mean, not on purpose
or maybe it was on purpose. I don't know. Yeah. I don't remember. No, but maybe. I mean, not on purpose. Or maybe it was on purpose.
I don't know.
Yeah.
I don't remember.
No, it's been so.
I don't remember. Just because, like, I mean, I've hung out with her and met her.
I know you much better.
Yeah.
But also, like, Andy and I have a bunch of mutual friends in Atlanta.
Sure.
And all of her friends like you.
They've all spoken very highly of you.
So I'm sitting at home last night, I'm reading this book and I know the
girls she's talking about because they're also my friends.
And I'm like, I mean, maybe
two years ago or when did you guys
break up? Three years ago? At least, probably.
Yeah. And that was like
shit it was because I think I
met her in like 2014
or 15. I have a photo of us
at Pump and my hair was still blonde.
So it was a while ago. A while back. Her friends are so nice. I have a photo of us at pump and my hair was still blonde. So it was a while ago.
A while back. Her friends are so nice. I've gotten along with all her friends. I loved her family
and everything. So, you know, when there's stuff being said about me, Andy is a very strong
personality when it comes to her friends. So her friends need to listen to her pretty much.
They're very, I don't know, Andy's the boss. I can see that. So, you know, if there needs to be
something said about Josh, they'll definitely take her side but i really enjoyed all her friends yeah i mean kelly and
christy are great yeah i've gotten along with them great yeah every time i go to atlanta i stay with
christy and i mean i so the first time when i went i was like so nervous to tell her i wanted to hang
out with you and i was like wait i was like oh my god because they're friends with andy but i haven't
talked to andy in a couple years i hit her up every time I went to New York, and she could never text me back.
For sure.
And I'm like, okay, I guess we're not friends.
We hung out.
You're a fan of me.
I was a fan of you.
Unless it was benefiting her, then she's not going to make time for you.
That's just how it is.
Well, I'm still on a show.
Exactly.
I'm kidding.
I'm kidding.
Well, I'm sure she has stuff in the makings.
Yeah.
She was probably too busy working on her book.
Exactly.
No.
So I get to Atlanta, and Christ christy was like so what are your
plans and i was like okay i was like if this is gonna be weird like tell me i was like but like
i really want to hang out with josh and she was like okay cool she's like i love josh and i was
like okay but like i know you girls are friends and i don't know if that's weird and then yeah
we had lunch with kelly and she had nothing but nice things to say about you as well they're all
so nice it's yeah it's a tough situation hanging out publicly or doing something because then I don't want
and we all don't want Andy to get mad, you know, because she gets mad at her friends
if anybody even talks to me or hangs out with me.
So it's a very tricky situation, I guess.
But they're all very nice.
I have nothing but good things to say about all of them.
Good people in Atlanta.
I'll say that.
There are.
There are.
I haven't ever seen myself living anywhere else until this past year.
I moved to Vegas for six months to show out there.
Never would have thought I would like to live in Las Vegas.
But I did it.
I loved it.
I will say Atlanta and Austin are two other cities that I could see myself in for an extended period of time one day.
Great cities right there.
Yeah.
I really liked both of them.
Visited both last year year can't wait to
go back um wait what else did i i was taking notes last night as i was reading the book i was like oh
my god you're smiling getting ready to bite your nails like oh here we go hey speaking of nails
so you see this long amazing hair i have i do it's not all mine no no these nails you fooled me
they're not mine.
But you know what's helping them become mine really? Talk to me. Sugar bear hair. Yeah.
A bunch of your friends use this. I see it all over social media. I mean, picture any celebrity
with amazing hair and you can bet they have a stylist who clued them in to sugar bear hair
because I was clued in. So I guarantee they were too. Sugar Bear Hair is a bestseller on Amazon with thousands of rave reviews.
I mean, they taste like, it's like candy.
They're literally like gummy bears.
They're these little sweet, delicious candies made with the juice of real berries,
but they contain everything you need for stronger and healthier hair and nails.
Works for both.
As much vitamin A as four cups of broccoli and as much vitamin C as one cup of cranberries and as much
vitamin B12 as four organic eggs.
It's pretty crazy, huh? All in these little
itty bitty gummies, which are so
adorable too. They match my apartment.
I'm just like sitting out. I love candy.
They're awesome. I'm sure I love them. Yeah.
The nutrients in Sugar Bear Hair fans also
found their nails and skin quality
have improved over time, just like I said.
So, you guys, you can go to sugarbearhair.com slash Sheena for beautiful hair and a healthier you.
That's sugarbearhair.com slash Sheena again.
sugarbearhair.com slash Sheena.
Boom.
You said nails, and it just reminded me of my breakfast this morning, my sugar bear hair.
My breakfast, lunch, and dinner has been watered today from the detox.
Oh, so you're just
straight water detox i'm detoxing after this weekend yeah so when are you gonna drink next
never i'm done you know no you know what i'm gonna get you to drink because you mister are
the person who got me to break my no drinking streak that is true i i now the cat's out of
the bag i didn't tell anyone else this because I pretended like so.
I recently went on a date with someone who's a very good friend of mine.
We can talk about it later.
Don't want any spoilers.
Okay.
But I was like, that night, I'm like, I'm not going on a date with my best friend and not drinking.
So we drank.
But I told everyone that was the first time.
But really, it was pride weekend
with you mister that's right you're like i don't know if i should come out i'm not drinking like
i'm trying to be good and i was like well i'm not drinking i haven't drank in two and a half weeks
so like we're good i blame you he walks into sir i blame you sits down at the table with me and says
three tequila shots please because we also had his friend with us yeah it's my first time going
out in a while twisted my arms't seen you in a while.
Twisted my arms so lightly, and I was like, okay.
It was very lightly, too.
Yeah.
Yeah.
It wasn't hard.
And then you ordered the next round, so we just kept going.
Then we just kept it going.
Then we worked our way up to Pump and kept it going there.
Yeah.
It was a fun night.
Fun night.
Fun times.
So would you ever be the Bachelor?
I don't think they'd ever want me coming back on the show.
Really?
Yeah.
I think after Bachelor in Paradise.
And I really didn't have too many good things to say about, you know, what they put on there.
I don't think they're very happy because I don't really promote them that much.
And I want to find somebody in real life.
I mean, I would love to have the option or, you know, finding a bunch of girls.
But nowadays, I think...
You're in L.A., so.
I know.
I know.
But I don't go out.
I'm not even out doing anything.
I know.
It's something that I guess I would consider, but I don't think they would ever consider me anymore for it.
They had asked me in the past a few times, and I just focused on the girls that I was with.
So are you dating anyone right now?
No, I'm not dating anybody.
I'm taking a break.
I'm taking the two months that I came out here just to focus on me and my projects and get stuff done.
I think I was just so exhausted with everything from the last couple that I don't know.
So wait, have you dated anyone since Amanda?
I have dated, yeah.
I've dated, I've talked to girls, I've gone on dates.
But nothing really serious.
Yeah, but not like something that was like leading in that direction again.
No, nothing ever leading in the direction of just being with somebody.
Third time's got to be a charm for both of us.
Third time's a charm or it's a strikeout.
Oh, baseball term.
That's so true.
I know, I think baseball wise.
Shit, that's so pessimistic of you, Josh.
Isn't it?
I've turned into a pessimist.
I used to be such an optimist.
Now I'm going to start thinking that way.
Just in relationships, though.
Same.
Just in relationships.
No, I tell my...
Last week here, we did a Singles in LA dating episode with two of the guys I work with.
It's their one gay, one straight.
And just...
I was listening back to it today, and I was like, shit, I feel like I just am so shut
down, like emotionally, from the last two breakups that I'm like, I don't think I'm capable of having feelings.
But I know they're in there somewhere.
No, they're in there.
They're definitely in here.
I mean, that's what I want as a wife and kids for sure.
But I just think I'm just so exhausted that for the first time I'm not looking.
Yeah, and when you're not looking, that's when you find something.
So they say.
So they say.
But honestly, I don't know. I mean, I wasn't looking to get right in a relationship after a divorce, but I did because
it just, it happened.
We ran into each other.
It felt right.
And then.
Just happens.
Then he broke my heart.
That was fun.
Yeah.
Forget him.
Yeah.
Right?
I already did.
No.
Good.
Unfollowed, unfriended.
Good.
On everything.
You start following some blonde guys.
You start following some big busty blonde guys after that too.
Like I followed the blonde busty girls.
Oh, I was like, no, he was just here last week.
My friend Eric did the big buff blonde guys.
Like so hot.
That's what Andy said about me.
So I was like, did you do the same thing?
Yes, I did.
Yep.
You know. Yeah yeah I had my fun
yeah oh okay so social media when you're dating someone do you check their page like do you look
at whose photos they like and who they've followed and all of that? I think I used to a little bit.
Yeah.
And then it became, but I also didn't have trust for the people that I was with either
just because of, you know, the past stuff and past lives and everything.
So it's like sometimes you do it just that there's nothing to do.
But I've gotten over that.
I don't check anything.
I don't really care.
I'm not good at social media.
I don't go on that much.
Yeah.
But there are definitely times that I did.
Yeah.
And there are times that they did certain things on purpose to try to just piss me off or something. They try to do something. That's such a girl
thing. It's big time. Or I'll take a picture with somebody, right? And so they'll do something to
try to piss me off. I'm like, what? What are you doing? But I don't really care about the social
media that much. And I want to be with somebody that's not on there constantly. I've had
relationships where that's all they do So I felt like In my marriage
Not so much in my last one
But maybe I felt like that was something
That was a problem
I was constantly on my phone
It's an addiction
Yeah I mean you scroll, double tab
And then tweets and then respond
And then this and it was like
I don't know if
I don't know but it was just like
I was definitely obsessed
For a while.
And after this last breakup, it just, Vanderpump Rules was airing.
I'm in a relationship on the show that I'm no longer in in life.
So it was hard to watch the show.
And then I was still trying to stay his friend.
And then I was like, no, we can't talk anymore.
And then I have all these strangers just coming at me with their opinions.
And so in January, when I moved to Vegasgas and started my show i deleted instagram and twitter
from my phone completely that was how did that feel it felt amazing amazing and i had it stayed
deleted until i moved back and my sister was running it for me full time she was doing such
a good job so like whenever there was a message or a question or something she was very good at
being like this person wants to know this because i still wanted to be interactive but i was just like i can't have it it's not healthy for me
i was like focus on you for a little bit yeah and i was doing a show every night which you didn't
come to by the way but i might go back if you go back if you go back yeah i'm pulling you on stage
you let me know so yeah it it just it was putting me in a bad headspace when like every monday night
before my show it would be airing on the East Coast from six to seven.
My show, I would go on stage at like 7.05.
So I'm like reading every tweet and then I would go on stage and I was just like angry
and then I would get upset.
And it's like, I'm in a comedy, not a drama.
Yeah, sure.
It's affecting your whole person.
Yeah.
One morning my mom called me and was like, Sheena, you're looking like a crazy person.
I was like, you know what?
You're right.
And I was like, fuck this.
And I just like held it down, deleted the app.
Just done.
And I kept it off my phone for a while.
But then my sister just started working full time for a really big YouTuber named Erica
Costell.
So she works for her like 100 hours a week.
I mean, she's so busy.
And they were just on tour with Team 10 going all around the country,
Canada, all of this. So I was like, okay, I'm going to put it back on my phone because if she's unavailable and I have to do a post or something, but I have it tucked away, hidden in a folder.
So it's not just on my homepage where I'm constantly looking at it.
And I think you've gotten to the point when you were in Vegas and not having it for a while that
you don't need to, even if you have access to it now, you don't need to. And that's a good thing.
Yeah.
You kind of just don't care as much anymore about the BS, at least that's on there.
Yeah.
You want to get back to your fans and people that want to talk to you and be interactive,
but I feel like social media is so much drama and negativity.
It really is.
Especially Instagram.
It's so negative.
But it's like, I hate not being as active on it because then there are all those positive
people.
A ton.
So I definitely, I'm back checking it a little more.
Just don't make it your life.
No, I don't.
And that's the thing.
It's like, I'll be at dinner and I'll just see all of my friends and they're just scrolling,
double tapping and scrolling.
And I'm like, where's my Instagram app again?
What folder did I put it in?
That's one of the pet peeves of mine.
At least if I'm in a relationship, it's like, I want to enjoy that person that's right there.
I don't need to worry about anything else.
There's a time and a place for everything.
And nowadays I feel like when you're in a relationship in 2018 with social media, it's like, oh, my God, they haven't posted a photo with you in two weeks.
Their caption sounds like they're friend zoning you.
They're doing this.
Oh, my God.
She followed this person.
And it's like, oh, my God.
They could just be living life right now.
Yeah.
But being a public figure, it's also impossible to have a private relationship.
It's definitely impossible.
So, yeah.
It's tough.
I get it.
It's tough.
So why did you do Bachelor in Paradise?
Were you really looking for love again or did you see an opportunity to make some dough?
No.
Get a free vacay.
No, it wasn't the money.
I had businesses and everything that are successful.
I know.
We're going to talk about that.
Don't worry. Yeah. No, it was just I had gone on a show and everything that are successful. I know. We're going to talk about that. Don't worry.
No, it was just I had gone on a show called Famously Single.
Oh, that's right.
Okay.
So I didn't watch that.
No, it's okay.
But was Brandy on that season?
Brandy was on that season.
Okay.
So Will is also her producer.
Okay.
Gotcha.
So yeah, we all.
She was on that season and Pauly D and some people.
Oh, Pauly's my boy.
He's so cool.
Love him.
Such a good dude.
Just down to earth.
Yeah.
Good people.
He's so dope. That whole show was to teach me how to down to earth. Yeah. Good people. He's so dope.
That whole show was to teach me how to date again.
Because like I said, I'm shy in real life and I don't approach women that I'm attracted
to and date.
So it kind of taught me to get back out there and date again.
And then Bachelor in Paradise had actually wanted me to come on the show right after
I broke up with Andy.
And I just felt like it would be disrespectful to do that to her.
Yeah.
I was trying to be a gentleman still even if I didn't want to be with her.
Right.
So they even flew me out
to talk about, you know,
we want the next person
on Bachelor in Paradise
to be the Bachelor
and they tried to convince me that way
and I was like,
listen, I don't care about that.
You know, you tried to get me
to do that when I was on
the show originally with Andy
and I didn't want to do that.
Yeah.
So I just want to find somebody.
So I felt like, listen,
I need to date again.
I'm not dating in the real world.
Let's try it one more time
and see if it works.
Until it didn't.
Until it didn't. Again. Yep. And I blame myself one more time and see if it works. Until it didn't. Until it didn't.
Again.
Yep.
And I blame myself because there are times I should have walked away and I didn't.
Did Amanda buy you an annual Disney pass?
Buy me an annual Disney pass?
Yeah.
I don't know.
She got one for Robbie and then it was like a whole thing.
I don't think so.
I mean, I bought everything in that relationship up to a car to everything else.
So, I mean, I spent all the money.
But by choice i
enjoy like i like i enjoy treating my women and taking care of them so now no she didn't buy me
anything yeah just curious about everything yeah um so another thing in the book that i read and
this is the last thing we're going to talk about it. It was just one question that I wanted to ask. Give it to me.
She made it sound like, I guess it was one of your group dates where you guys had to do a lie detector test.
And I guess you guys had a fight that never really made it on air.
And she said that she saw like a side of you that was very aggressive and like defensive because you thought that it was like, well, why don't you trust me?
Like, why do I have to prove my honesty?
Yeah.
So no, that's, it wasn't, there wasn't a fight by any means, but I had brought up what I
was concerned with because what really stunk the whole time that I was on the show is she
always questioned me.
She didn't, she felt like I was lying because I was an athlete and I was this look and this
type that there was nothing I could say or do for her to trust me at all.
And it's like, I felt exhausted.
That's frustrating.
It was so frustrating.
So with me going in there naive, just not knowing about what's being produced and them having different things that aren't really real, like these different dates that you go on.
The day before we do the lie detector test on a group date, she had finally in an intimate conversation said, OK, Josh, I'm not going to bust your balls anymore pretty much.
Like, I trust you.
She admitted she was playing hard to get with you. She was. And then, but she finally opened
up and says, you know, I trust you now. And the very next day she brought me to a lie detector.
Not like that was her doing. What you got to understand is like, I didn't know. I had no idea.
I was so naive. I was like, how are you going to do this to me here? You chose me on this group
date now to go to a lie detector. And you finally just told me you trust me so i'm seeing it i'm not seeing it in tv land like that i only see things in tv land i see i didn't
at all yeah at all i was very nice i was newbie i was literally just there to try to have a
relationship so i took her aside and i was like um i wasn't very happy at all i was just being
honest with her i said i don't know you know you just started you told me you trust me and now
you're giving me a lie detector test it's like I feel like there's nothing I can do to please you right now.
Nothing for me to do because you have this stereotype about me. So why am I even here?
Yeah. And so I was frustrated a hundred percent. So that's true. There wasn't like a big fight or
anything at all. It was a conversation. And she told me she ended up, and I didn't even think it
was that serious of a conversation because she apologized. She's like, it's not like that. And
I was like, okay. Um, so we had what we needed to have and then she said she thought about leaving
that night she was crying and she's like you're the only one for me and at that point you know i
felt like this may not work out with anybody and especially because i was questioning things and
she said once you started questioning that i just felt like leaving and i had no idea about that
till after the show oh wow but yeah now that i in TV world, I see that all these things are kind of acts and just little shows, but I was genuinely not happy that she
didn't trust me again. So it was frustrating. Yeah, it's true. Do you think you're an aggressive
person? Not at all. I don't see that. Not at all. Especially with women, not even close.
Yeah. There's certain men in the past that, you know, I, you know, I may have been quick tempered
with that. I just get under my nerves I think I saw
that in Atlanta was it when
Robbie was at the bar maybe
someone like tried to like challenge
you it was like something I don't remember who but I remember
I don't back down really to anything
I guess it comes from a sports background
I just don't back down so I'm never I don't ever
start anything but I don't like when people like I'm
a man but when it comes to women
not even close it's the opposite I just don but I don't like when people, like, yeah, I'm a man. But when it comes to women, not even close.
It's the opposite.
Yeah, I just don't see that at all.
So it's frustrating when she says stuff like that that's not true because then you get a bunch of women believing her,
and they may have had somebody like that in their past, and then all of a sudden I'm that person to them.
Yeah.
And that hurt a lot is that she said things that just weren't true, that what am I supposed to do?
You know, a lot of women will believe in this, and it's just frustrating cause I'm not like that. So what would you say ultimately was the
reason that y'all's relationship ended? Oh, cause I wanted it to end. Okay. I wasn't getting along
with her. Well, I didn't, she lied a lot. I tried to break up with her three times before we ended
up just splitting mutually at the end. And, um, was it because she slept with Nick? Was that part
of it? Like, could you not get over that? Well, I definitely couldn't get over that in the sense that she lied to me quite a bit about that.
She admitted she lied.
Yeah, she lied to me, and I couldn't trust her.
And she had lied about a bunch of little things before.
Like you're not going to find out?
Exactly.
He outed her on national television.
That was awesome and fucked up at the same time.
If I would have found out that day, I would have definitely just ended things right there.
So I found out before because I didn't even want to go if I knew because I just had been
hearing things about stuff.
And I'm like, you had to have done something with him.
There's no way you didn't.
You're being very intimate.
But that was just one.
That was one major thing.
And I should have ended and I tried to before.
And I said, you know what?
Let's give it a chance.
And because we haven't even been, you know, called out together yet.
And people don't know we're officially together.
So I should have walked away much earlier, much earlier.
What was it like watching the show back and seeing her with other guys?
I didn't watch it.
You didn't?
No, ABC was nice enough.
They just sent me clips of myself.
So my dates with her and my interactions I'd watch.
That's so nice.
But I didn't watch anything else.
Yeah.
At all.
I didn't want to.
I didn't want to watch all that stuff.
Yeah.
Yeah.
But it's like during the show, I didn't care when people dated them or I felt like she
was kissing them.
But if I was really into her as much as I should have been, I wouldn't want her doing
that to anybody, you know?
So I feel like inside I knew I should have walked away, but I wanted to find love so
bad that I just kind of forced it myself.
And I was always myself, but like in a way that if it was real life and we were dating,
it wouldn't have worked pretty immediately.
It's crazy you guys are from the same town, too.
I know.
Well, I was just moving to Atlanta right before I went on the show, so I wasn't exactly there yet.
But yeah, there's so much to say. Oh, The Bachelor and Bachelorette.
Cheese and crackers.
It's a crazy world.
It is.
Speaking of shows, you guys, if you like my show, you are going to love Don't Be Tardy with Kim Zolciak-Biermann.

Just another little fun thing I could tell you about.
So, tell me about your podcast,
Naked Chats with Josh Murray.
Where do you do this at?
Yeah, so we're just,
I'm just starting it out here in LA right now.
I have a studio that I'm gonna get after it with.
I just wanted, I've always had so much on my mind, and I like speaking the truth and being honest.
These last few years, I've just focused on other things.
And now I really want to have fun with everybody and do a podcast.
It's just – the naked is a metaphor.
It's just being raw and open and honest about life experiences, about situations that people are in.
I'm going to have some really big people on and some fun people, and you're going to come on the podcast as well, of course. And just have a good
time and let people, I want people to see a side of people that they didn't know about or that TV
didn't show them because of editing in a certain way and having them be a character for the show.
I want them to know the real person. And I'm going to talk a lot about what we're talking
about a little bit right now with the book and how my life has changed because of it and get out my truths that I haven't talked about too.
And then also talk about what wasn't true that people are believing as well.
So I'm going to be very, very raw, very open, and very honest.
I feel like it's instead of going into a psychiatrist and sitting down, I'm just going to talk to everybody about it.
Yeah.
Because people have a lot of misconceived notions out there and, um, and it's very frustrating and saddening. And I just
want to kind of let it out. And I want other people to have a voice to talk about what they
want to talk about too. So just going to be naked and raw and just honest. I like honesty. I need
honesty. I do too. I'm such an open book and that's probably my favorite thing about having
this here and doing a podcast is it's my show it's me it's
unedited this is just if you don't like me and you don't like this then that's okay you just don't
like me exactly and that's fine but if it's an edited version of a portion of my life like the
only thing you saw last year on our show was me in a relationship nothing else nothing about my
friendships business ventures work anything it was just an edited version of my relationship so it's like that's all i'm being judged so
frustrating as much as when i'm in a relationship i do make that person my life and they're my
priority and i put them before myself always but that was just all you saw and so it's like
now that i'm here i can talk about so many other things because my life is more than
you can open up and talk about Sheena.
Yeah.
Not the TV Sheena, but the real Sheena.
Yeah.
I like it. Which is a good thing.
It's very freeing.
So I'm excited to be free.
And you're great.
I love the honesty that you have, too.
Yeah.
And that's why it's good to have it.
I'm so excited to do your show.
It's time.
So how long are you going to be in L.A. for?
How long do I have to keep bugging you to hang out?
I was supposed to be here until August.
So it was going to be two months.
And now it's going to be September.
But now we'll see.
I just have so many things I want to accomplish and do and have fun.
And with the podcast and getting stuff rolling, getting in the studio and doing some other stuff.
Going to Marina Del Rey.
Going to Marina Del Rey and hanging out with you, of course.
You still haven't come over.
I know.
I still have a present for you.
I need to make time.
Yeah, you do.
I'm going to do it.
It's like 15 minutes down the beach.
I know.
Right from Santa Monica. I'll just run there. I need to run after this weekend. You could, yeah. I'm going to do it. It's like 15 minutes down the beach. I know. Right from Santa Monica.
I'll just run there.
I need to run after this weekend.
You could, yeah.
Or just hop on a bird.
Perfect.
I love those.
Oh, my God.
Birds and limes.
I want to do a poll.
I'm curious.
Do you guys like birds more or limes?
Have you tried both?
No.
I haven't tried any of them, actually.
Okay.
So the lime is basically like the lift of birds.
It's like the newer, slightly better version.
They work at night.
Birds don't.
Birds shut down.
Really?
It's like a little more electronic.
You can see the number of how fast you're going.
But I'm just like, whichever one I find on the side of the road, I don't care if it's
a bird or a lime, I just want to hop on it.
They're all over the place.
They're amazing.
All over the place.
Yeah.
Yeah.
So my favorite thing to do on them is they're always just right around my complex.
Hop on one and literally it's a five minute bird ride over to Robbie and the guy's house.
So it's like it's so dope.
And we just like walk down to the beach.
That's easy.
It's fun because I mean, I've always been a guy's girl.
So I like going over there hanging out with the guys.
Last night I birded over and they had a tattoo artist there.
Did you get a tattoo?
I did.
What'd you get? I got Penny and Salem's they had a tattoo artist there. Did you get a tattoo? I did. What did you get?
I got Penny and Salem's initials on the right here.
Can you see it?
Oh, nice.
Yeah.
Look at you.
Oh, there.
You can see it better that way.
I love.
Yeah, so I needed to get something.
Perfect.
Because it was a tattoo party.
It was free.
I'm like, why not?
But yeah, it was so funny.
You should have invited me.
I'm ready. I need my dog tattoo. Well, it was so funny. You should have invited me. I'm ready.
I need my dog tattoo.
Well, that's the thing.
I don't know where you and Robbie stand.
And as I'm there last night, I was like, all right, I got to go home and do podcast prep.
And they're like, what do you have to do?
I was like, I have a book to read.
And like, Sheena, it's midnight.
I'm like, I know.
I should have done this six hours ago.
But I was just having so much fun on boys night that I just forgot.
For sure. And they're like, oh, who's your guest? And I was like, Josh Murray. And Robbie said that he's doing your podcast tomorrow. He's doing it tomorrow. We're going to have some fun.
I don't, I don't ever hold grudges to anybody. Like I actually enjoy people,
but I know there was a lot of stuff, you know, we have, we have some coincidences.
Yeah. You guys are Eskimo brothers. That's so cute.
But I was first.
Yeah, true. You hit it first. So are you guys going to talk about Amanda tomorrow?
I don't know. You're just going to have to tune in and listen.
Well, I will, but can you just give me a little preview?
We're going to talk about a lot of things. We're going to talk about a lot of things.
I have a few guests coming on tomorrow to have some fun. Are you going to give them a little preview? We're going to talk about a lot of things. We're going to talk about a lot of things. I have a few guests coming on tomorrow.
Yeah.
To have some fun.
Are you going to give him a hard time?
No.
You should.
We're going to have a good time.
A little bit.
You should make him take his shirt off.
Be like, it's called Naked Chats.
It's all my guests.
Oh, you know he would throw it off in a heartbeat.
I know.
He would.
He loves showing off the bod.
I know.
He does.
Ugh.
I love him.
He's one of my closest friends, but he loves himself a lot, too.
Yeah, Robbie loves him some Robbie.
He does.
That's why it'll be fun, because I want him to talk about himself.
So he'll have fun on my podcast.
I know.
I had him on here, and we had a lot of fun.
Yeah.
But, yeah.
It'll be a good time.
It'll be a good time.
We've had similar experiences, I guess, too, on the shows.
True, yeah.
You know, with the way that things are handled.
He came close to winning.
Yeah. I would say winning is losing on that show, though. You know, with the way that things are handled or just he came close to winning. Yeah.
I would say winning is losing on that show, though.
That's my experience.
That's, you know, that's a good way to look at it.
It's going to be the name of my book, yeah.
Winning is losing.
That's my next question is would you ever write a book?
You know, I've been asked.
I've been asked pretty immediately before Andy's and after Andy's and stuff.
And I don't just like, I don't know.
It would have to be more of a positive book, I guess, talking about truce too because I'm not,
I don't want my kids and grandkids to see a book that I wrote and just tearing somebody up.
Yeah.
I want it to be a little motivational as well, but have truth in it.
Yeah.
I just want to be honest.
So we'll see.
There's been stuff actually in the works, but I've decided to kind of take a break and do a podcast and talk a little bit first.
I like that.
And then express certain things later.
I mean, she never used your name in the book, so she could be talking about anyone.
So clearly I'm not number 26.
Yeah, clearly I'm not him.
I don't know what she's talking about.
Nick was not number 25.
Chris wasn't 24. It wasn't like
that. Good lord.
So
I know when I was in Atlanta,
Robbie was there, you were there. You guys did not
hang out then. Now you're both was there. You were there. You guys did not hang out then.
Now you're both in L.A.
You're both good friends of mine.
We all hang out in, like, the same circle.
So I guess because when I was planning the Fourth of July party this past week, I was like, well, shit, Robbie and Jeff are going to be there.
But then if Robbie comes, then Josh and Charlie.
And I was like, wait.
Listen, when I go somewhere, I don't like to make things uncomfortable. I like to get along with everybody and just be at peace with stuff.
I don't like, I'm not the one that likes to be at the drama of the party.
If there's somebody I don't get along with, I can be cordial still at the same time and be mature.
You just become more mature and be able to deal with things, especially in a public setting.
Definitely.
I don't have a problem with Robbie at all.
There are things that I wouldn't have done back then.
Robbie at all. There are things that I wouldn't have done, you know, back then. But, you know,
what he did kind of took a lot of pressure off of me where I didn't have to deal with a lot of crap anymore. I was like, here you go. You can go ahead and take the baggage. Finally, like I'm
free. Yeah. But that happened just for a short little while. And then, of course, always.
Totally. But it's good, though, when you can just like grow and be mature enough to
put old petty shit aside. And I'm sure we'll talk about it on the podcast, too.
Like, I just want to talk.
And when you get older, you just have mature conversations.
You're able to talk about stupid things that happened in the past.
You're able to be mature enough to forgive, forget, and just learn and move on.
And be self-deprecating as well.
I love that.
That's, like, I love making fun of myself.
Yeah.
Honestly, life is too short.
That's why I'm,'m like beating around the bush and
everything i mean i think you know i'm very blunt for sure maybe just a little bit just a little
that's what i love about you that's a good thing yes or no you know just i mean am i gonna waste
my time i mean you know exactly but um i i've done a lot of work on myself since um being in
vegas i think it was a really good experience for me just to get away
from everyone and everything yeah work full-time i haven't had like a full-time like job like that
in years just doing a show every night and when i came back i just felt like i was a different
person and there were certain people i had issues with where i'm like that was so last year and then
this girl i'm like honestly like adam my best friend had asked me he goes
what's the deal with you and her and i was like i don't remember there's no deal honestly i don't
remember i was like i we don't like each other but i don't remember why like there's been a lot
of little things but i'm like i just want to let that shit go and i don't want to say who because
again no spoilers you guys gotta watch the show but i just i feel like i'm in such a good
place in my life right now and i say that all the time my friends joke they're like you're like the
girl who cried happy but i'm like no like i really i can already tell that this one is for real when
you came back from vegas and i saw you for the first time yeah or since atlanta you just seemed
just so vibrant and refreshed and re-energized since the vegas trip yeah i think it was good
for you going out there after the breakup and stuff too
when you just kind of just have a whole new head about you and everything.
Totally.
I mean, you just look that way and feel that way.
Yeah.
It's a beautiful thing.
Then you forget about all the petty shit.
Oh, yeah.
Who cares?
It's not a big deal.
Yeah.
So many more important things in life.
Don't take yourself seriously.
That happened that way.
Probably part my fault, part yours, but who cares?
Yeah.
Let's move on and, you know, it's just being happy.
Yeah.
Because I think the first couple of times you and I hung out out i was denying how broken my heart was and i was just
and i could tell it was trying to act and you were such a gentleman just i mean the whole time we
hung out like you were so sweet and easy to talk to and everything but i just i always do this thing
where i sugarcoat things i sweep it under the rug and i pretend like everything's fine my heart's
not shattered in a million pieces i swear swear, like I'm totally good.
Like, do you want to go make out?
You're a strong woman.
Fine, sure.
I'll take advantage of you.
No, I was not okay.
It was not okay.
I could tell.
I could tell.
Yeah, but.
You needed that Vegas trip.
I think that was amazing for you.
I also needed to cut him out of my life.
Yeah, 100% you did.
You, and that's, I gotta say i'm sorry but if the book i i again
pretend like it's not about you because i'm like damn girl you are so like right with just like
different points with breakups and things and that's why i feel people like believe it because
it's happened to them in their life right so this is so relatable but this is not what i did no it
can be what somebody else did so when she wrote this book and collaborated with people doing this, she knew exactly how
to get her people believing it.
Yeah.
Because that was a character that, listen, this happens to women.
So this person has to be this and people will believe me.
Like it's believable to you, even though you know me and it's not true, but it's happened
in your relationship.
So Josh has to be this way.
Totally.
It's very like well written.
It's like relatable.
I mean, she cusses a lot in it and it's like, I feel like'm just like and because I've met her too I'm like I'm like oh yeah it's
like for me it's just it's super relatable knowing all of you and then
also just being in the public eye and having gone through public breakups and
whatnot sure but at the end of every chapter I like it because it's like
lesson learned and at the end of every chapter I'm like yes oh my god I totally
at least it works in certain ways for people, which is good.
You know, it does.
So for you girls who are going through breakups, it is a good book.
I would recommend it.
I would.
But just remember that number 26 is a really nice guy.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
So I'm going to just circle this because I know you've mentioned it to me, but I'm not
going to bring it up if you don't want me to.
Can we talk about that?
Briefly.
Come on.
Don't be so modest and shy.
So I don't think you guys know this because I didn't know this until a few weeks ago.
But Josh is also talented in the music department.
No, no, no.
Yeah.
We'll see.
It's in the works.
It's in the works.'s in the works singing i enjoy singing
but just when you know the radio is louder than me so it seems like yeah but it's something you're
working on out here too it is it is it's some fun stuff that i've always wanted to do but i'm very
shy and i like keeping stuff to myself and it's one of the projects that i'm having fun with at
least so is this just going to be a thing where you're writing and doing music for yourself,
or are these things that maybe you would want to release one day?
We'll see. We'll see how I feel.
We'll see how I feel.
Okay.
It is me time right now, so I'm going to do that.
But one of these days when a woman comes into my life,
she'll be my priority and these things will be put aside.
Yeah. See, I like that.
That was one thing in my last relationship
was I knew I would never be his priority.
He came first, then his work, and then his everything else, and then there was me.
Yeah.
And I acted like that wasn't happening.
I was like, no, no, he's just really stressed right now.
No, it was like excuse after excuse.
It's not acceptable at all.
And I was like, once I saw down the road, I'm like, okay, a life with this person is
going to be me always putting him first and me never coming first for either of us.
Yeah, which is not okay.
No.
It's not okay at all.
It's not okay.
The person you're with needs to be put first.
Yeah.
I mean, that's just how I've always been too.
Same.
So tell me about your gyms.
The gyms, yeah.
So I became one of the owners, F45 Training Gyms.
So they're franchises.
I don't own the F45 Training, but we have 15
locations in the Southeast, and the one we have
open is in Buckhead right now. Yeah, I've walked
past that one. Oh, it's so great.
45-minute high-intensity interval training,
over 4,000 different
exercises to choose from each day. Each class
is different. It's just something new and fresh
that anybody can do. So it's a blast.
We're doing really well out there right now. You should take me to one
of those. Yeah, you need to come. That would be fun. We're opening up our
Miami Midtown location, Atlanta Midtown and Bahamas this year as well. Bahamas. Bahamas.
Yeah. Let's go to that one. It's going to be a blast. Yeah. You know, if you need like a second
opinion, like a girl's viewpoint of. I always need a girl's viewpoint, please. Perfect. I'm
here. Come help. All right. So what's next for Josh Murray? What's next? Um, getting you on my podcast and having some fun. Okay. Just projects,
you know, you mentioned the music, so I'm gonna have fun with that and the podcast. I just want
to, you know, just want to go out there and have some fun. Just enjoy life at 45 and everything
we're doing business wise is fun. And, um, just want to enjoy life. I want to continue to meet
people and have some fun. And for once, just put myself first right now instead of worrying about certain other people.
And just do me for a bit.
Yeah.
Have some fun with it.
And enjoy just people and fans out there.
And new experiences are good.
Yeah.
That's why I'm out here right now having some fun.
Yep.
I said last year, it was literally the pinned tweet on my Twitter profile.
I was like, 2017, a year of doing me.
If you don't like it,
then I probably don't like you. And then I realized entering 2018, I was like, that wasn't a year of
doing me. That was a year of doing a relationship. But now you're doing it this year.
Yes. Yeah. So I'm like, do I repin that tweet again? Yes, you should. Got it wrong.
And you should repin it because you don't care what other people think about you repinning it.
You need to do it for yourself. I really don't.
That's what I've gotten to the point where, listen, I don't post a other people think about you repenting you need to do it for yourself i really don't that's what i've gotten to the point where listen i don't post a lot on social media but
i always worried about what i posted sometimes yeah i don't care i'm just gonna do me this is
my life if you like me then then that's awesome and i really appreciate and i like you because
i love people if you don't if you're in a hate then cool go ahead go on but not everybody's
gonna love me and i can't live my life based upon what everybody else thinks all the time
you're never gonna please everyone can't nope't. Nope. Can't make everyone happy.
I was a people pleaser my whole life.
Same.
Not anymore.
Oh my God.
Totally.
I still do, but not like that.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Well.
Live and learn.
This has been fun.
It's been a blast.
Yeah.
I have a 70s roller disco birthday party to get to.
Always these oldies parties you're doing.
One, I mean, there are many amazing things about my group of friends, but one thing is birthday party to get to. Always these oldies parties you're doing. I know.
One, I mean, there are many amazing things about my group of friends, but one thing is
we all know how to throw an amazing themed party.
This is like the third or fourth one since I've been back from Vegas.
So you're going to make me stop working and actually have fun with you one time?
Yes.
Can you please?
I will.
We had fun when you came out that one time.
We always do.
Never again. Just focus. I'm focused right now. I know. I know, but you came out that one time. We always do. Never again.
Just focus.
I'm focused right now.
I know.
I know, but you don't have to focus every Saturday.
I know.
No fun for me right now in life.
Can we have fun on Saturday?
Possibly.
We'll see.
You're so annoying.
See, I'm not giving you a straight answer.
God, you and Robbie.
I can't with you guys.
All right, everyone.
I'm your host, Sheena, at S-C-H-E-A-N-A
and also follow
Shenanigans
for our fun
videos and games
and all of that stuff
and tell everyone
where they can find you.
Josh Murray 11
on Instagram.
I believe that's my handle.
Like I said,
I'm bad at social media.
Yeah,
it is.
But I think that's my handle.
It is.
That's where I do
most stuff at,
so just hit me up on there.
What's the 11 for? Is that like your baseball number? Yeah, that's my lucky number from baseball when I's where I do most stuff at, so just hit me up on there. What's the 11 for?
Was that like your baseball number?
Yeah, that's my lucky number from baseball when I was a kid.
Passed it down to brother and sister after.
And what was 200,000?
200,000 is the amount of followers I lose every time that I break up with an ex.
It decreases every post, too.
Yeah.
All right.
Well, hopefully you gained some from this.
Thanks.
Thank you for being here.
Thanks for having me on.
And then I'll be posting about when I'm on Naked Chats with Josh Murray,
and you guys can listen to that too.
And watch.
All right.
Thanks for listening.
Bye, guys.
Bye.
