Starting point is 00:00:00 The following podcast is a Dear Media production. Y'all, I am so excited. Something I have been working on for so long is finally here. I have launched my very own eyelash line. It's called Viva Verano, means long live summer. I have the cutest packaging, all rainbow, as an ode to my rainbow baby who has the best lashes in the game. We have three styles, summer, moon, and honey, something for everyone. You can check them out now at Viva Verano Lashes on Instagram or go to vivaveronolashes.com. From Vanderpump Rules to Motherhood and everywhere in between, it's time to catch up with Sheena Shea. This is Shenanigans.
Starting point is 00:00:57 And now, here's your host, Sheena Shea. Hello, everyone. Welcome back to Shenanigans. We're sipping some sparkling rosé in the Dear Media studio today. We've got Jamie Lynn co-hosting. How are you? I'm good. It's so cool to be in here. These are beautiful studios. I know, right? It's so dope. I love it. This is my new home away from home. And my guest today, I have a very special guest who we should have had on the podcast before, but there was, you know, the Stassi drama, the Lala drama. And I was like, I don't want people who have been on their shows. I want to keep mine separate. But then I'm like, you know what?
Starting point is 00:01:50 Fuck that. We're all friends. It's all love. And here we have the fabulous Chris Medina. How are you? Hey, hey, hey, hey. There's enough Chris Medina to go around for everybody. Let's do this.
Starting point is 00:02:01 I think at the time when it was pitched to me, it was like you had just done Stassi's or just done Lala's and we weren't talking and I was like, no, I don't think this is the right time. But right now
Starting point is 00:02:12 feels like the right time. Yeah. It's about time. You know, it's about time. So cheers. Cheers, guys. And everything in perfect timing,
Starting point is 00:02:21 right? Yeah. Happened when it was supposed to happen. Yeah. And just know that I don't get involved in any of that shit. I'm too old for that.
Starting point is 00:02:27 What? I've got different relationships with everybody else. So you know what I'm saying? Yeah. I feel like I'm too old for it too. I'm like, what's this summer going to be like? In theory. We'll talk about the summer too.
Starting point is 00:02:36 Yeah. Oh, we can get into it. What do you see for the summer, Chris? As far as for the two of you or just in general? Oh, let's get right into it then. Let's jump right into it. I mean, it's shenanigans. So what do you or just in general? Oh, let's get right into it then. Let's jump right into it. I mean, it's shenanigans. So what do you see for Sheena?
Starting point is 00:02:48 Yeah. I talked to Sheena prior to jumping on here and kind of asked her because I got that sense for her again that she doesn't play. And I know very well that she is somebody that can be a lot inside of her head and playing out different scenarios in her head.
Starting point is 00:03:01 Does that make sense? Kind of planning. And when I say being manipulative, we can look at it in a negative way, we can look at it in a negative way or we can look at it in a positive way. And I feel like you can do both. I think when you say that, I think of how people have said that
Starting point is 00:03:13 about Lisa Vanderpump. And so it's like... It's shitty to say. No, I just... No, it's not that it... I think the word manipulative just has a negative connotation. But I understand
Starting point is 00:03:24 when people have said that about Lisa, I'm like, she's just very smart. And she knows what she's doing. She knows how to get what she wants. And so I think in that sense, and for those of you who don't know, Chris Medina is a fabulous psychic. So all of these things he's saying aren't just opinions.
Starting point is 00:03:41 I just want to put that out there. But continue. We'll do that. Well, you have the gift of gab and the gift of voice. OK, yeah, you can mess. We'll say mesmerize somebody. Right. Yeah. And we'll take it there. But I don't have anything negative to give you. I mean, like I said, we sat there and we talked and I said that, you know what, you're very well aware of what you're doing and you will do it in that time. And if you have to clean it up, then you'll clean it up later. Does that make sense? But everything I feel like in regards to your own personal success, nothing negative to say.
Starting point is 00:04:10 I feel like you're going to definitely have a busy hot summer. And I don't, I kind of question or I want to put in the side hustles. The things that you're doing on the side to kind of gain that extra income and then also putting yourself out there even more. Yes, Viva Verano Lashes. Shop them at vivavaranolashes.com, everyone. That's my side hustle. What's going on? Maybe you can't talk about it,
Starting point is 00:04:30 but there's something else going on behind the scenes that you haven't announced yet. What? As far as like a different collaboration or something coming up. And this would be around fall of this year. And this is not filming. This is not filming.
Starting point is 00:04:41 Oh, then I don't know. Like a product? Like a product or getting, or I see collaboration and this is for fall. So I'm going to say the end of September going into October around that timeframe there, because I feel like you light up around fall time. Are you a fall, are you a fall person or winter or summer? I feel like I'm a summer person. Yeah. Fall is going to be, well, then fall might be your summer. But I do love the fall. I love to be in the desert in the fall.
Starting point is 00:05:09 That's my favorite. Those warm summer nights when it's just ending and it's not too hot at night in the desert. That's, I love that. That nice, cool, smooth breeze. Yeah. Yeah. But I feel like this is different from the show. I feel like this is a collaboration or something that you're going to get yourself involved
Starting point is 00:05:22 in with another person. Another person. But not like a different show, you're saying to get yourself involved in with another person. Another person? Yeah. But not like a different show, you're saying? Not like a filming thing? Like a hosting job or something? That's what I'm saying. Is it like...
Starting point is 00:05:34 No, this is going to be... I just see collaboration with somebody. Okay. But this is not Vanderpump. So this is probably like something completely different. But this is going to be not behind the scenes like you're pushing something. This is going to be you in front. And it's not my lashes.
Starting point is 00:05:49 No, it's not your lashes. Interesting. I don't think that you are satisfied or content with what's going on in your life right now. So you're looking for different things to kind of spice it up or to kind of break the mold or shift in different directions. Does that make sense? So your mind, when I look at your head, it's not that when I say that you have frizzy hair you don't have frizzy hair in real life it's just that your mind is fried so much sometimes from thinking or overthinking you're always planning inside your head and about the thing about you too is that you'll want to hear what other people are
Starting point is 00:06:17 up to or kind of like be the you know kind of be there and talk and like hey what's going on with you but you're very selective on who you let in as far as like the behind the scenes shit. Does that make sense? Right. Yeah. So with you, you always have some sort of plan in your back pocket. I mean, you have to.
Starting point is 00:06:32 Exactly. So that's why I said I'm not worried. I think that you're a mesmerizing wave in the way that you get down suits you. And you're a Taurus, right? I am. Yes. I know how it is.
Starting point is 00:06:42 I know how it is. Taurus is, I always say it because I'm a Taurus as well, too. Oh, wait. When's your birthday? April 25th. Okay. My daughter's April 26th. So she's a diamond baby, too.
Starting point is 00:06:52 You're a May Taurus? I'm a May Taurus. I was supposed to be a diamond Taurus. No, I was actually supposed to be an Aries. My mom's due date was April 15th, and I came out three weeks later, May 7th. You're a stubborn ass. You wanted to come out in your own time. That's why I'm saying you're not going to do it.
Starting point is 00:07:05 I know. I wrapped the cord around my neck. I was like, I'm fine in here. Leave me. And they cut me out. Why would I want to come out to this world right now? But yeah, I don't have anything negative to say about that. I feel like you're going to be busy, busy, busy.
Starting point is 00:07:15 And I think that when it comes to the fate of the show and what's going to happen with that, I don't think that you put all your eggs in one basket all the time when it comes to things. And I think that you're going to get that, especially the guest stars of your life, because summer's just here. Yeah. We're just barely getting into it. So you have not met the guest stars of your life or the guest opportunities. You're going to be walking a red carpet in less than two fucking hours and you're sitting there doing a podcast. So your life moves and it grooves and it goes. I am all over the place all the time between L.A., San Diego, Palm Springs, and then just even right now between Hollywood and Marina. It's like I'm fucking everywhere.
Starting point is 00:07:54 On the personal side of things, again, I'm not going to go too far into it because, again, you can be a very private person and we can definitely edit this out. But there is that insecurity and fear that you have. And I'm pretty sure you know what I'm talking about when it comes to certain things here. And I'm not going to throw you under the bus with it, but kind of work through it because you have a way of saying things and end up resenting it or regretting it later. Does that make sense? So I struggle with making decisions. I feel like, and this is one thing I'm working on in therapy right now, I feel like certain decisions are literally life or death. Like if I drive at a certain time,
Starting point is 00:08:30 what if I get in a car accident? What if something happens? Like I always, I do, like I fear that shit all the time. That's like your mom within your head. I know. I blame her. That's why I'm in therapy right now. I love my mom. She's amazing. That's why I'm in therapy right now. I love my mom. She's amazing. But it is that just constant fear in the back of my mind. So I struggle with making decisions because I'm always afraid of, well, is it the right decision? No, Brock, just you make the decision because then if you make the wrong one, it's your fault.
Starting point is 00:08:56 It's not mine. You see? You see? You're mesmerizing. Yeah. But I mean, like I said, I'm not telling you anything you don't already know. It works for you. Scaffold your mind the way that it's supposed to be. And it works for you. For me to come on there and step on a weak spot and come crashing through. No, I'm not going to do that.
Starting point is 00:09:14 I feel like, again, like I said, I don't want to add more to your anxiety. You know what needs to be done. Also get out of your own way sometimes too, especially when it comes to when I say, when I say the inside of you having to deal with your emotions and all that stuff I feel like you talk a lot of shit not that not shit talking as far as like you know like just talking I mean you'll talk shit but I feel like that's that's a huge defense mechanism for you as far as like it kind of keeps you leveled and then you go back what I mean by that is then you'll go back and you'll think about it later and you'll still internalize about it. Yeah. So why don't you say you're going to slap the shit out of me for this one. So why don't you wait to say what you're going to say
Starting point is 00:09:53 before rushing out and saying it? I usually will rush out and say it, but then I'll still say it to that person's face. It just may sometimes be behind their back first. I don't give a shit about all that. I'm talking about everything in general when it comes to that. They're allowing yourself the opportunity to kind of be present and not be three or four steps ahead. Because I don't know how you function. Like your energy, you should have been a fucking Aries because you're staticky. I was supposed to be. What I mean by staticky is not that you're messing up my wavelength or that I don't like being around you.
Starting point is 00:10:22 But my daughter, when she was a little girl, I would tell her all the time, you need to go upstairs and play because I can feel your energy and you're making me anxious or you're making me nervous. You're causing me to worry. So what is my energy doing to you right now? It's all over the place. I mean, I'm literally all over the place right now. I'm living in between four homes. I have to say, I think that's temporary because I've known her for, what, seven years now? Yeah. And I pick up on energy so easily. And if she was like that all the time, I don't think I could handle it.
Starting point is 00:10:52 But I can be around her for extended periods of time and she doesn't ever get on my nerves. Where there's other people where you're just like, I need a break from this person. But I feel like maybe what you're picking up is because she is so frazzled at the current moment, but it might not be her personality all the time. On a personal level, aside from everything that's going on, planning this wedding, doing the show, doing all that stuff. And you on you as an individual, forget all the material stuff. I still feel it. Maybe you hide it better with her or other people. But I still feel that your way of thinking can kind of trip you up because you yes, you talk to people, you talk to her, you talk to me, you, you, but you very much bounce,
Starting point is 00:11:29 bounce shit off the walls of your own mind. It's like, you're talking to yourself throughout the whole day. And I'm not saying it's like, it's like anxiety ridden. Like you're like, I gotta do this. I gotta do that there. But you, you, you can be very much in your own head. And when somebody asks you something or they, or they stop you in the middle of it, it's not that, it's not that I'm saying that you're sitting there being like oh what did you say or whatever but you have to you it takes you a second to kind of zone back in yeah i guess i could see that i think too sometimes like especially even when i do this podcast i'm thinking of what's my next question and i need to be better at just always listening and being in the moment because I am always thinking ahead. I think it's your damn intuition. I'm thinking right now we should
Starting point is 00:12:09 take an ad break and we'll be right back. Look, y'all, when they say mental health is a journey, they mean it. And that's why it's important to prioritize your mental health and wellness every single day. When you work on yourself, it brings positive changes in all areas of your life. Trust me, I know because I've been working on it. The long-term effects of therapy can give you the tools to deal with challenges as they arise, you know, strengthen your relationships and give you a more positive outlook on life. I mean, there's no better time to invest in yourself than right now. That's why I've started therapy. Brock is starting therapy. And it just feels good. It feels good to talk to
Starting point is 00:12:52 someone who knows what they're doing and can help navigate you through whatever part of life you need help with. I'm your host, Taylor Strecker.
Starting point is 00:14:21 You might know me from Sirius XM radio. I mean, I was there for like 12 years after all. But then Howard Stern allegedly got jealous of me, so I had to leave. I was actually able to pull myself up by the bootstraps and start my own podcast, Taste of Taylor, which is now officially with Dear Media. I'm so excited to say that. Ha! So I promise you in this podcast, you're going to either learn about something, you're going to be inspired by someone that's like always coming from a perspective of like humor.
Starting point is 00:14:48 Then this is the place for you. I hope you enjoy this little snack. Okay, okay, we're back. Wait, what? This is a revelation. I'm intuitive. Don't tell me that you don't know that. We did not know this.
Starting point is 00:15:02 See, no, here's the thing. I feel like. Before you go there, before you put your own twist on it, the reason why I'm saying that is because maybe you don't look at it as intuition and you look at it as
Starting point is 00:15:12 I'm just thinking. But when you think, you cannot tell me for the life of you that you don't take yourself down a rabbit hole of certain situations and kind of play them out
Starting point is 00:15:22 in your own head. I thought all women do that. But not the way... Okay, that's good. thought all women do that. But not the way. Okay, that's good. I'll give you that. But not the way that you would do it. Because I feel like with you, when you're reading or you're playing out the scenarios in your head, you're also playing out, and maybe I'm taking this too far,
Starting point is 00:15:38 but also playing out the reactions or what you're going to react to in the event of. Maybe that has to do with because she's on a show and she has to like think about outcomes and like her mind might work differently because she's been so involved in that and dealing with people in that way. Even like in your relationship or the personal side of things.
Starting point is 00:16:01 Like I question really how much you say versus how much you're really thinking. I think I say it all and sometimes I shouldn't. I think that you'd be in jail right now if you said everything that you wanted to say. Wow. So is your advice that she needs to speak up more or speak her mind more? She needs to be more present and remember to be on July 8th instead of being July 12th. Does that make sense?
Starting point is 00:16:29 To tell you that you need to be more present, such a basic thing to say. But that's what you need. You're just too much out there. See, and I was just having this conversation with Brock the other day where, yes, I am always thinking, you know, ahead and whatnot. conversation with Brock the other day where, yes, I am always thinking, you know, ahead and whatnot, but he always has just a million things going in this idea and this idea and this idea. And I'm just like, can we just get through today? So as much as I'm always thinking forward,
Starting point is 00:17:00 I also am like, my mom was asking me on Wednesday about the schedule for Friday. I'm like, I don't know, mom, it's Wednesday. Ask me tomorrow. I can't like think about Friday until I figure out Wednesday. So I feel like a lot of the time as well, I am just trying to literally live in the moment because I need to just get through what's going on right now. But you're saying the opposite. I feel like, like I said, you scaffold your mind in a way that works for you. But if I got, if we got inside your head and we're able to see what's going on in a daily basis, not that I want to prove that I'm right or the best psychic on the planet, but I will call a little bit of bullshit on that.
Starting point is 00:17:28 Even like with your husband, you know how, with all due respect, not calling him a dumb shit or saying anything negative about him, but you know what to expect out of him and you can talk to him in a certain way and you know where he's coming from. Does that make sense?
Starting point is 00:17:42 And also too with him, all these projects that are going on inside of his head and everything's going, how many has he actually completed? Well, I mean, he just needs the funding to fully complete this app, but he's doing everything he can. Absolutely. I mean, he's the hardest worker I've ever seen or dated or been around. He's the most driven human ever. And he's just constantly trying to figure out what can I do to provide for my family? And then if this doesn't work, what can I do with this to make it work? And he's just his mind is always thinking of new ideas of what he can do.
Starting point is 00:18:17 We'll say, like I said, I don't you know, like I said, I feel like you've you've not necessarily made excuses for your behavior or the way that you are, but have grown accustomed to who you are. And again, everyone could say, well, that's everybody, Chris. They handle things in their own way. Yeah, very true. But again, I see a different side to you. Okay. Not calling complete bullshit.
Starting point is 00:18:39 Okay. She's like, shut up, bitch. I feel like, do we want to ask about Brock? Because it seems like he had something to say, but he didn't say it. Who, Brock or me? No, you. About Brock. When you're like, we'll see.
Starting point is 00:18:52 As far as like what happens with him? I don't know. Do we want to know this? Do we want to ask this? She's going to do whatever she's going to do. I don't know where this is going. I don't know either. I don't want to.
Starting point is 00:19:00 Yeah, I'm not here to do that. That's what I mean. I feel like there's something he wants to say. No, I don't want to say. No, I think that, like I said at the very beginning, I feel like this is what you have envisioned for your mind right now. You are leading this boat. You are driving the ship and know what needs to be done there.
Starting point is 00:19:16 Again, to say what's going to happen further on down the road, like I said, I don't question your identity or what you have planned for yourself. I question his way of thinking and how it's going to affect him later on. I just think that I'm going to throw some shit here and maybe I'll get stuff for it. But I think that your success and what's going to happen to you over the next couple of years, as far as like you moving and grooving, is going to be an example for him or something that he needs to, that he's going to look at and be like, it's not that how, it's not, I don't, I don't question how she does it.
Starting point is 00:19:46 Because again, with that, with you, the dedication, the hard work that you put into it pays off, right? So I feel like you can kind of light that fire. So don't hold back and don't be too much of a, you know, of a tourist because we like to punish
Starting point is 00:19:58 and we like to use their insecurities and fears against them. And you've got an amazing sense of humor. I know that you love to fucking talk shit and be sassy or whatever. So goose him every now and then. And he's a Gemini, you said? Yes.
Starting point is 00:20:07 So your sun, your moon opposes his sun. Oh. So you got a Sagittarian moon and he's a Gemini. And that's my rising. So my signs? Your moon, the Gemini is the lower mind. It's the everyday way of thinking. It's the third house of communications, your community, your brothers, your sisters, your family.
Starting point is 00:20:26 Your moon, which is ruled by Sag, is up in the ninth house of higher learning. So it's all about you, in order for you to disconnect or for you to kind of like be stress-free, you need to get the fuck away from things. Where, you know, Taurus likes to be close to home, but you, if you're not feeling good,
Starting point is 00:20:40 you probably want to get in the car and drive far or go on a little vacation or whatever. You need to be away from that. That's why you're at three different houses all the time. Literally. And so you can get him to think outside the box. Remember what I said at the very beginning, not be so focused on what's in front of your nose.
Starting point is 00:20:55 Yeah. And he can teach you patience and he can teach you because Gemini, I'm going to throw some shit here. They're such easy peasy to be in a relationship with. We're the ones. I remember being in a relationship with the Gemini. I was the one that started all the shit up, all the fights, all the arguing, because I was like, you're so not boring, but like, what's going on in there?
Starting point is 00:21:15 Like, I'm trying to fuck with you. And you're just like, yeah. Yeah. That's so interesting. So it sounds like they were both meant to teach each other lessons. I think that I think I'm going to be honest. Are we karmic soulmates? Oh, not this again.
Starting point is 00:21:31 Twin flames, all that other shit. Yeah. I'm going to say that. I think that as far as like karmic, I feel like lessons. I feel like you guys can kind of balance each other out and do what needs to be done. But you have a lot of, you're going to slap me, you have a lot of growing to do. And when I say letting go, you know what I'm talking about, about the inside stuff. And again, like I said, you know what works for you, but let go a little bit. Of what? You've got this, you've got this impatience and this kind of low seething along mixed in with the anxiety and the overthinking. You kind of got this underlying irritation about you would you agree with that it's very it's very no it's very it's it's it's I probably have that same vibe too like you can I don't know what you pick up on me I mean I
Starting point is 00:22:18 do I think I can be annoying for sure but no I don't annoying you being annoyed irritation you being irritated or being you get yes you do get irritated like not not often and not easily but like why why can't you just do it the right way there are certain things that irritate you where i'm just like chill out like that's fine everything's gonna be fine but it's not overbearing traffic oh i'm fine actually actually. She's okay. That's why I moved back to the west side. Because I'm like, every minute I sit in traffic is fine. Because I get to go home to the beach.
Starting point is 00:22:53 And be on the water. Shut up. Shut up. Literally. Just don't get in a car with Brock. No. You'll take three different wrong exits. And it'll take you three times to get there. That's a Gemini.
Starting point is 00:23:02 No. The only thing is, if I'm running late, of course, then I'm trying, I mean, I am like a speed racer. I will swerve and, you know, cut people off and do all that to get where I need to go. It's not the actual traffic.
Starting point is 00:23:14 It's just the fact that I'm late and I hate being late because I respect other people's time. But it, I'm just going to use me, I'm going to use myself as an example that would still bother the shit out of me and take me a hot second to kind of snap out of it. And I feel like, again, when I say a low seething energy, like, like irritation or whatever, your impatience for other people and or stupidity or slowness. Does that make sense? Like, I feel like people can definitely be like, I don't know if you said this out loud, but people are so disappointed
Starting point is 00:23:45 or it can be disappointments. And I feel like you have such, because you have high expectations of yourself. But I feel like when people, not that everybody, I'm not saying that you want people to meet your expectations, but you're like,
Starting point is 00:23:56 it's common fucking sense. Yes, 100%. But again, realize something, that does nothing to the other person. That fucking idiot's going to be an idiot for the rest of their life. It doesn't do any good to put wrinkles on that beautiful face of yours. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:24:10 Or to make you feel. Oh, she can't. There's too much Botox. Yes, the Botox is fresh. I can't move. I just got my last little touch up here. The eyebrows don't even raise anymore and I feel so good. You don't need it. I didn't have it for two years and boy did I need it. Did you need it? I didn't have it for two years and boy, did I need it.
Starting point is 00:24:25 Did you need it? Oh, yeah. Shut up. No, I did. So I want you to be Sheena. What do you think about what I said? I mean, it's kind of a lot to unravel. I mean, I guess this is different from any other reading I've had in the past because
Starting point is 00:24:40 usually it's more of like a medium type of reading and all positive so i don't know if like i kind of feel like you don't like me maybe and you kind of came in i don't know i feel like it's a little jabby and it was just it's kind of it was unexpected so i'm like i'm processing still no i thought to be honest with you maybe you're picking up on my answer i thought you were going to be because of what they were saying that you were going to be honest with you, maybe you're picking up on my answer. I thought you were going to be, because of what they were saying, that you were going to be shitty with me. So I think we got into it. No, I was so excited to do this. And I'm like, oh my God, I'm so irritated.
Starting point is 00:25:11 I know, I know. Shit. No, but you didn't read it. I was going to pour another drink. I remember when I said, does she even know what's going on? Because I didn't hear from her. So I thought. Yeah, I was like, well, I'll just put her in our group text.
Starting point is 00:25:22 Yeah, but no, don't think, I would never come on your show and be disrespectful. If I had a beef with you, we would have cleared it up before. Honestly, though, I think this goes back to your point, though, because I did not feel that way. And but you took it that way. I think he's just being honest. And maybe sometimes if sometimes someone may say something that you have not heard before or you haven't processed it or it's news to you, you might be
Starting point is 00:25:46 a little standoffish about it and maybe think negative of that person rather than having more of an open mind and letting it in without being insulted, if that makes sense. Or here we go. You carry yourself or you think of yourself in a certain way. And again, I feel like that intuitive side of you, what you were picking up on definitely was. Again, I thought you were going to be shitty or kind of poke at me with everything going on because, you know, you see me with this person or whatever. People say, oh, he's friends with that or whatever the case may be. But again, that's why I wanted to sit down with you and talk with you before we did the show to find out where your head was at. But I would never play those catty fucking games. Yeah, no, that was years ago. And literally, I mean, Lala is one of my absolute closest friends
Starting point is 00:26:30 now. And, you know, everything with Stassi, I mean. Yeah, I don't have any problems. I think meeting you in person gave me a different perspective of who you are and like your smile and the way that you come across, whatever. I dig it. I just, like I said, I would have a problem if somebody told me, well, who's going to tell you first of all what friends of yours are going to are going to straight out tell you you're being a fucking bitch or whatever but even then even though she's gonna reach over and slap me even then i feel like she straddles the fence with you too i don't think so no we've we've gotten into it yeah more than there was one time prior to this past year but then this past year the things that we got into I mean we really had to work to get back to
Starting point is 00:27:14 where we are now and it took me not being stubborn me knowing how much I love her and how much I appreciate her her understanding where I was coming, a little bit of agreeing to disagree. But there was not one thing that we held back. I think there was a part where I even sent you a voice note and I was like, okay, I haven't said any of this, but like, I'm just going to say this
Starting point is 00:27:36 because it's things that I've been like holding in. Yeah, because what I said to her, and I said, stop holding things in and just say exactly how you feel. Then I'll tell you what's been bothering me. Because it used to come out in different ways and it wasn't really what she meant, but there was like something underlying. And I'm like, just flat out say what you're feeling so that we can resolve it because we can't resolve something
Starting point is 00:27:57 unless we actually know what the root cause is. But to her credit, like she did. is. But to her credit, like she did. Yeah. But again, I would I would be kind of like a certain way, you know, like nobody like even he has a hard time telling me sometimes chill the fuck out or whatever, because I'll blow up or I'll be like, shut the fuck up, you know. And I feel like you can be that same way, too, especially if you don't want to hear me this morning. But believe me, again, you will know if I will. I would not have come here if I thought if I was going to be rude to you. Yeah. So, yeah, I treat everybody, you know, if you treat me with again, you will know if I would not have come here if I thought if I was going to be rude to you. Yeah. So, yeah.
Starting point is 00:28:27 I treat everybody, you know, if you treat me with respect, I'll treat you with respect. Okay. I'm glad we worked that out. So I have a question for you, Chris. Before you answer that or ask that question, we're just going to take another little break. I'm going to process this and have another drink. We'll be right back. So have you ever had an acne breakout come at the worst possible time? Because I know I have

All right. So sorry, before we took that break, you were about to ask a question. Yeah. So I'm sitting here and I'm just
Starting point is 00:31:17 wondering who's who's in your ear, like who's talking to you? How do you get your information? Do you see things? Do you hear things? Do you need to scribble like Tyler Henry? Like what is your process? I am again, I am the most down to earth psychic that there is right now. I don't get it the way where I have voices coming into my head. I never used the word guides ever. I never said that before. I always said they are singing and people are like, who's they? I don't know who they are. I've never seen, I've never saw, I never saw, I never see them ever. And it's thoughts or it's like, if the medium side is going to come in, that's where like, I'm having a conversation with the two of you here. And let's just say
Starting point is 00:31:55 somebody from the other side wants to come in. I'll sit here and I'll talk to you and be like, oh, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. And then they're telling me, tell Sheena this or tell, or tell her, tell Jamie Lynn this or whatever. And I have to wait to hear just to make sure it's somebody of you guys. That's how the media. Do you hear it or is it more like visions and then you and symbols and then you have to figure out what it is? I can't hear it. It's just it's just implanted. It's like this is what you say next.
Starting point is 00:32:19 And the way that my ability works when I'm at home doing readings, I used to think that I needed at least a half an hour with the picture before I read the person. And now it's gotten to the point where I just look at the picture right before I call them and everything starts flooding in. So that's how it works. So fascinating. I have so many questions about this. Have you ever met someone who like might get psychic if they're drunk? Yeah. Really?
Starting point is 00:32:43 Because the inhibitions are lowered and they're able to speak freely. They are able to speak freely. And sometimes, well, look at the Native Americans. What's your ethnicity? Italian and Irish. Italian and Irish. I think I get it from my Italian side, like Sicilian. Yeah, I have the Native American on my side.
Starting point is 00:33:00 I just learned that Mexican is Native American and Spanish. When I did my 23andMe. I was like, I thought I was Mexican. I'm Native American? Oh, they're classifying Mexican as Native American? Yeah. I mean, that's what my 23andMe said. Oh, and my dad is Apache Indian and my mom is Mexican. Yeah. Look at the Indians smoking
Starting point is 00:33:18 weed to have to get their visions. Hold on. Hold on. Okay, go ahead. I did a little reading on you. Okay, go ahead. I did a little reading on you. Oh, okay. Which we'll get into. I can't wait. But you just said something that I wrote down.
Starting point is 00:33:30 Yeah. So when you, you know, being intoxicated or smoking weed to kind of open up your senses. Yeah. I know one of my aunts who's on the Apache side has to fucking get blazed before she can give a reading. That's to let everything in. And also the spirits don't mess with her. And I've had this my whole life to where they've messed with me all the time. I just know how to let everything in. And also the spirits don't mess with her. And I've had this my whole life to where they've messed with me all the time. I just know how to navigate through it. Like if you spent the night at my house or with me at my house, you will see shit out of the
Starting point is 00:33:53 corner of your eye. Something would probably mess with you when you're in bed. It happens every night. So when I was younger, I don't know if this happened to you too. It sounds like you had it worse off than I did. But if I was laying alone at night in my room I had to have like my door open a crack or a nightlight on because I remember laying there and I would as a kid I would be like please leave just please leave leave me alone and I would feel like a presence always in me in my room at night in the dark and there were so many times I would have to leave my room and go like sleep on my parents floor and bring a blanket and pillow downstairs just I couldn't be alone in my room and I never I just always thought like oh I'm just like scared I didn't know what it was that's how I was and then recently we were in Palm Springs
Starting point is 00:34:34 me Sheena and our other friend Brett I was wasted I think I did an edible and all of a sudden floodgates opened and the things that I was saying was ridiculous. And she doesn't even remember it. The next morning I woke up and I was so mad at them. And I was texting our other friend who wasn't there. I'm like, these fuckers. They were fucking with me all night, pretending that everything I was saying was true. And now they're just like laughing at me and making me feel like an idiot.
Starting point is 00:35:01 And then they like came to me and they were like, everything that you said was true. Like all of that. And it was like, there's no way there's absolutely no way. No, it was insane. There was a person who passed away who I had always tried to connect with through so many different mediums and no one was ever able to connect with that person. And she did that night. And it just blew my fucking fucking mind i woke up the next day and i physically felt a literal weight lifted off me of something that i had been carrying and holding on to for like eight years since the person passed what's your sign virgo oh that's why that's why you have to be drunk or stoned in order to use your ability because i was so curious oh because i'm too like let me let me let me go in on virgo and everybody knows that i it's not
Starting point is 00:35:48 that i hate virgos i cannot get rid of you guys you guys know a little bit a lot of different things i have a whole bunch of you in my life but you guys for the fucking life of you on it for a woman and please i'm not being sexist no i don't care it is hardcore for a woman to have a virgo sun or even a virgo moon. And I know people that have double sun and Virgo moon. And with you, the way to get to you is because you're so on throughout the day and you're also self-conscious about your energy and the way that you carry yourself. And I'm not saying that you don't think that you're a beautiful woman or that you don't dress to the nines or whatever, but I feel like you kind of use that as a defense mechanism to kind of hide up some of
Starting point is 00:36:22 that sensitivity. And that's why it comes out. So if you don't get drunk or you don't get stoned, it's going to come out in your dreams. That's how they're going to get a hold of you. Virgos always have very vivid dreams because they're so focused on what the fuck's going on throughout the day that there's no room for that. What's your moon in? So I need to be drunk to be psychic. No, you just need to fucking relax throughout the day and just let things flow and not be too much in your head. But I don't want it. That's why, though. I don't want to. I push it away.
Starting point is 00:36:47 But how are you going to learn how to utilize it and navigate it? Should I? Yes. Why do I need to? Because you're getting drunk and you're getting stoned and you're giving people readings. For fun. It doesn't matter. Well, yeah, it matters for fun if you want to.
Starting point is 00:37:00 But I feel like you want to do more with it. No, I think you could do more, though. I feel like I'm going to call with it. No, I think you could do more though. I feel like I'm going to call bullshit on that. Not to challenge you, but I feel like your identity is being questioned. Your own identity when it comes to yourself and your placement in the world.
Starting point is 00:37:16 I feel like not that you're running out of options or that you're exhausting your resources or whatever, but I feel like you have not found that fucking spot that you fit into. I never fit in. I think it's also like a confidence thing though with it is like when these things come to you, you're like, no, no, but it's probably not right. It's probably not right.
Starting point is 00:37:32 You know, it's like, but it is. And do you think that she would be somebody that would be like pacify you? Yeah, bitch, you were right. You were right or whatever. She's going to be like, well, I didn't agree with that or she's going to do that shit. You know, my mesmerizing shit. I love that mesmerizing, but yeah.
Starting point is 00:37:48 But you know, even at our friend's birthday a couple of weeks ago, one of our other friends, it was like his grandma was there and she's telling him these things. And he was like, wait, what? Like things that she would not ever know. And I feel like she just needs to be more confident
Starting point is 00:38:05 in the fact that she does have this gift. And I wish you would kind of hone in on it more and figure out how to use that more because it's so, yeah, it's just such a cool thing. I think it holds me back a lot in relationships because I will get. Hits off of them. Yes.
Starting point is 00:38:27 But here's the thing, though. What do you how do you I've fucking been single for like almost 12 years. Well, because I like to fuck. I like. Yes, I have to. But I've been single for 12 years. And the reason why is because of the shit that you're doing now. I'll look at them and be like, this fucker is only going to be here for two months.
Starting point is 00:38:47 You know, they're going to fucking cheat on me. And I know there's something going on on the side. And my guides were, we'll say guides, were like, you need to shut the fuck up because you are looking further down the rabbit hole than you need to. And you don't know what you're going to teach him and what he's going to teach you. And Virgo, as soon as Virgo hears temporary, you're done. I know. Well, then why waste my time? Exactly Exactly. You have to. You need to be more. She needs to be more present with her way of thinking. You need to be present in general. And I'm not shitting, baby. Please don't think I'm shitting on you. I don't. At all. Like tell me more. I think that you're a lot more sensitive than you give yourself credit for. Oh, no, I'm fully emo. I think that you're. Yeah. And I question your identity. And what I mean by identity is I'm not saying that you're full of shit or that you think that you're yeah and I question your identity
Starting point is 00:39:25 and what I mean by identity is I'm not saying that you're full of shit or that you're trying to be somebody that you're not. I just question your space in the world right now and if we're going to touch
Starting point is 00:39:32 on past lives really fast I bet you anything Let's do it. The reason why you were so scared as a child is I bet you anything you were and there's no way
Starting point is 00:39:39 to verify this so audience just take this with a grain of salt or to heart if you want to I bet you anything you didn't live past a certain age. I bet you anything that you did not make it into teenage years wait remember remember my throat yes yeah i had it she was murdered in her past life she was
Starting point is 00:39:54 so was i i was pregnant when i died that's why i had to have two kids in this lifetime yeah that's crazy what was my past life i don't pick up i pick up more of your i hate saying this maybe maybe she's a new soul is there no she's not a new soul she's it's taking her some time to come back that you again i pick up more of your ancestors and i never say that and i'm not saying this because you're ethnic or we're all ethnic but you got you got this spirit that's why i asked what does your grandma do or what was she like because you got this this very, the women in your family seem to have that masculine side of them. Not that you guys look like lesbians or you guys dress butch or whatever. But it's that strength.
Starting point is 00:40:34 And you have a lot of that. You have spiritual protection around you. Like if you want to say guides or your angels or family that's passed over, you have a lot of that protection. Oh, I know that. Yes. So you, at the 11th hour, when people think that you're stupid or you're full of shit or you even think that, fuck, how is this going to work? Whatever. At the 11th hour, I don't give a fuck what anybody says. It always seems to work out for you. That's true. It does. She and she and you, the thing too.
Starting point is 00:40:57 She's protected. And I don't even know why you worry half the fucking time. I know. Because when we talk about your mesmerizing ways, come on. I'm always going to be fine and I'm always going to figure it out. And I know I'm going to be successful. I already am. And I'm just going to continue on that. So it's like I know all of that. But then at the same time, I question it. It's like because you're cautious. You don't want to. Yeah. I mean, you'll make an ass out of yourself when it comes to certain things to be funny or whatever. Oh, yeah. Put me on Vanderpump Rules. I'll make an ass out of myself all day long. But, you know, that's…
Starting point is 00:41:27 Because there's… Well, you know. Yeah. It's rewarding. Wait. Okay. So past life. Like I lived a long, long time ago.
Starting point is 00:41:37 I think that you had at least two lives before, but it took some time to get to this lifetime now. So this is when people tell me, you know, when I do medium readings, where's my mom? Is she here? No, she's not here. She's not earthbound, meaning that she's stuck here. They have the ability to come back and forth. No, she's a light up there.
Starting point is 00:41:52 She doesn't, if she wants to come back, that's going to be in her own time. But as far as like karmically, it would be a new soul that she's going to be entering or a new phase of living. It's not going to be associated with any karmic connection.
Starting point is 00:42:03 That's what I feel. I feel like with you, because you had to go through those lessons and things were already difficult, because I bet you anything in those past lives, I bet you were a man in one of them and also had the same mouth or the same way that you carried yourself, but out of time. Does that make sense? So now you come in this timeframe and look what you do. Look at your career and look at the way the world is now you're very i don't want to say futuristic but you know what i'm saying like you're you're very much now okay yeah i don't think that's why you that's why i bet you anything why you didn't want to come back
Starting point is 00:42:34 and you were late with your mother's pregnancy because of and let me just one thing out before i go or before i stop when somebody told me because i i told them i keep having these reoccurring dreams that i'm a woman and that I'm pregnant, like I'd lived on the East Coast. I was Italian with black long hair, all this other stuff. When did I die? And this astrologer came to me and said, you died on November 8th, 1975. And I said, you're full of shit because I was born April 25th, 1976. So that would have been my mom would have been pregnant with me in November. And she goes, go ask your mother right now what happened to you when she was pregnant. And I was like, what do you mean? She's like, go ask her. And I called my mom and I was like, hey,
Starting point is 00:43:11 what happened during the time that you were pregnant with me? I said, anything shady happened or like, did you get sick? And she goes, yeah, we both almost died because she was incredibly vain and didn't want to show. She's a Libra. I didn't want to show and be pregnant or whatever. And she fucking starved herself and wasn't eating so my grandmother forced her to go to the hospital and that astrologer said the baby that she was carrying died and then you came in and i'll trip out on this one i've always i don't give a fuck what anybody says i've always questioned my relationship with my parents i've always felt like i was adopted or had no connection with them. Me too. Wow. I did not grow up utilizing my parents as examples or being like, can you teach me this? My guides taught me.
Starting point is 00:43:50 Wow. When you said before you don't fit in, I said I've always felt like I've. I feel like, again, all that shit that's gone on with you, it's jaded you in a way to where it's not that you're on survival mode, but you've jaded your emotions to kind of like, you suppress them and you don't want to be a bother. I think that you're very self-conscious about being a bother or looking, not necessarily weak, but being that kind of mopey person or whatever. So I feel like you get inside your own head
Starting point is 00:44:15 when it comes to how you express yourself, sometimes which would bleed into relationships. And I question whether or not you're allowing yourself the opportunity in relationships to be cared for instead of taking in these wounded birds. I'm never cared for in relationships. Because you don't allow them.
Starting point is 00:44:29 And what ends up happening, it's a control issue for you. So it's easier for you to take care of them because the rug's not going to be swept out from underneath you versus where you have to lean in and let the person gain your trust. But you're a very beautiful woman. You've got a sensitivity to you that I feel like sometimes, again, you hide and or downplay or you don't give yourself enough credit to kind of be present when somebody's speaking to you. I feel like when it comes to the personal side of things like men or relationships, whatever your preference is, that you put on this hat to where that's great, that's nice, but what can I do for you in return instead of absorbing all that and sitting on that pedestal and not jumping off it or getting self-conscious, getting in your own head, thinking, well, I hope he doesn't think I'm taking advantage of him. Or look weak or he thinks I'm just whatever the case may be. You need somebody that's going to come in here and ground you. Someone that can gain your trust.
Starting point is 00:45:15 But you need to let them do that. Wow. When I have all these intuitive thoughts about them and I'm like, nope, you're talking to someone else. I know you're dating someone else. I know tonight you're going on a date with someone and you're going to tell me that you're not. Like, I know these things and it makes me like crazy in relationships.
Starting point is 00:45:32 Everybody has secrets. My best friend throughout junior high and high school, we were kids and she was dating guys in their 20s that would invite her over to their house and she would go snooping through all their shit. Every boyfriend. I was like, if you go looking for shit, you're find it exactly always but i don't want to i don't want to i don't know am i being too idealistic you're being no no no no you're being you're being too
Starting point is 00:45:54 fearful you're operating from a place of fear and insecurity and again you you you got some sass to you too i mean i i wouldn't go so far as to say that. I mean, you guys are cut from two totally separate cloths, but you've got that sass to you. And I feel like you will use that as a defense mechanism sometimes instead of leaning into it and strengthening yourself. You need to burn through those cobwebs. I mean, like I said, I question your identity. And I think that you're questioning your identity too.
Starting point is 00:46:20 And I think what's going to happen over the next, I'd say, year and a half, so maybe at the end of next year going into 2024, is when you're really going to start to feel that shift and or change. But you need to find who you are instead of running from it. There's nothing wrong with you. Okay. I don't want to hear it. I don't know that I, okay.
Starting point is 00:46:37 What do you mean? What do you mean? I don't think I think there's something wrong with me. I think there's something wrong with all the people. Everyone is a new day. I'm going to throw it in your face one more time. But there's something wrong with you to even think that, that your mind automatically takes you there instead of realizing, God, I'm a fucking beautiful woman. I'm successful. I got all this shit going on here. Let me kind of lean into that and allows, I mean, and also too,
Starting point is 00:47:00 let's be true. If you and I were hanging out, do you honestly think that I'd let you go with somebody? I mean, I'm not going to jump in your way and say, don't, don't fuck them or do this or whatever. But do you think I'm, if you ask me, I'm going to be honest with you. This person's a complete waste of fucking time. Yes.
Starting point is 00:47:12 Let's move on from Jamie's relationships because we can go, we can go on forever with this.
