From Vanderpump Rules to Vegas and everywhere in between,
it's time to party with Sheena Shea.
This is Shenanigans. And now, here's your host, Sheena Shea.
Happy Friday, everyone. We are getting into our first Shenanigans from our new apartment in Hollywood.
Soon to be our new little home studio.
It's not even close to done yet.
We're going to wallpaper it, neon sign.
It's going to be lit.
You guys will definitely see it when it's up.
But for today, it's just Brock and I.
And this is probably the last podcast we're going to do before baby girl comes before we use the
words brock and i or then what is it the words or the pronoun or the now i don't know what i don't
know i was trying to say yeah forget that i was trying to say before us become them like three of
us before the two become three look listen we know English isn't my best language and I don't know why I'm doing a
podcast.
Even though it's your first.
Yeah.
Only.
It's like,
it's like my 0.9 version of my English.
Right.
Anyway,
redo.
Yeah.
It's the two of us and soon to be three.
Yes.
Okay.
And then when mom's here,
it'll be four.
And you know,
we just add to the bunch.
Keep that into it.
But yeah, so we've finally been able to
move in i know i've been talking about that over the last couple weeks we didn't know what day we
were going to be able to move in here that day finally came we are i would say about 97 percent
settled what do you think i think i mean each day that goes on, we kind of like fall into a better groove.
Yeah.
But it's definitely, I mean, I've never lived in Hollywood before.
I know.
You know, you have.
And we are literally in the epicenter of Hollywood. I'm not going to tell you exactly where we're living yet, because that's going to be a surprise. We're going to do a whole vlog,
like apartment tour and all of that. But we got a crazy good deal on this place. It's a brand new building. It is absolutely beautiful.
So we just couldn't pass it up. We're like, fuck it. Let's go back to the city.
LA baby. I guess I, you know what, when we're moving in, obviously we've got a nice big space.
I've found out we've found a nice floor to ceiling windows. So I've got my office. Now,
if you follow me on social media guys, you shout out brock underscore underscore davies um you will see my new and
improved office as we grow and build this office out it was also sheena's new podcast room uh we're
going to build it into that we're in it right now and like she said wallpaper get the neon sign up
there and it's all happening so we'll be working in the apartment. So beautiful place. I'm super
stoked to be up here. We've got a lot of good things coming our way. We're working towards
things. And the first one is our little girl. Yeah. I was about to say her name just then.
If she doesn't come by this weekend, we do have a scheduled induction. Not going to say when that
is, but per doctor's recommendations, we have a-day we have a definite d-day yeah and then
well so so britney how long she got induced correct yeah and how long was she in labor is it
you go to do you go straight into labor when you get induced so what does it do what does induction
do is it induction or inducing you get induced induced well i. What happens? Well, I know that, honestly, I haven't really looked into it that much because, like I've said on this podcast before, I'm not watching any birthing videos.
I'm just going with the flow.
So, if the water doesn't rupture this week and, you know, it doesn't happen completely naturally, we'll get induced, which requires like Pitocin or some medication that helps get things
flowing, but it doesn't necessarily like rush the process. Like my friends who have been induced,
I know we're in labor for like 20 plus hours. Okay. Most people know what getting induced means,
but it doesn't mean it happens like immediately so like you know what time we're
going in that doesn't mean that you know two hours later i'm gonna have a baby it could be
10 hours later it could be 20 hours later so that's because that's right like so britney 30
hours later i think it was there like 27 time out what about the hair on that little girl oh my gosh
cruise has so much hair that's what makes me believe that
this old wives tale about the heartburn is real because I have had crazy heartburn Brittany had
crazy heartburn and her kid has a ton of hair so I'm hoping our little girl I mean if she takes
after her dad at all it would be impossible for her to not have a
ton of hair yeah well hopefully hopefully but yeah congratulations jackson britney on little cruise
okay and then we got one more baby to add to the bunch the baby bunch the baby bunch what was that
photo we saw floating around social media with uh andy cohen andy cohen was standing there i posted
that with the cast yeah and it was the four ladies, two on his left, two on the right,
was the sworey all.
Yeah, I said, I was like, who would have thought
we'd all be moms in 2021?
When we went to war, right, and when men come back from war,
wasn't there like a huge baby boom?
I think the baby boom was a thing, yeah.
This is the COVID kid generation.
This is the COVID boom.
Yeah.
Yeah, for sure.
Wasn't much to do, was there?
Clearly.
So, yeah, we're pretty settled in LA.
Love it.
Yeah.
I mean, sorry to cut you off, honey.
No, it's fine.
Like we said, we're getting into our grooves, right?
We had a good groove in San Diego.
We got some good time together.
You know you got a good groove with somebody?
And I always pride myself on this.
When we walk into a shopping center, because I'm really bad at shopping groceries because
I just grab stuff.
Yeah.
But when you go and grab the same items day in and day out, it means you're consistent.
So we go in there.
We do our little shop.
I can tell you what right now.
We walk in.
We grab our trolley.
We walk in.
We got berries.
Bang, right there.
We got berries, raspberries, strawberries.
All right.
Then we go to the side.
We get our veggies.
So you get your broccolini
for myself
Shini gets a big bag of broccoli
we have our spinach
and then
grab our feta
if we need some more cheeses
right there as well
walk down the bread aisle
we go across and get
our peanut butter
and our cashew butter
then we go straight
to the end of the store
we get our chicken
we get our
chickens and steaks
yeah
and sometimes some salmon
and then
we duck up a couple of aisles
you go getles you go get
rice you go get like like this is a married life we're living like i can tell you what our shopping
i like it yeah i like it i love it and then we go down we get your yogurts we got our waters
and we get the cats no we don't we usually get paper towels a big one on there because everything
else comes on amazon what else do we do in our shop? But that's how you know you've got consistency. Yeah. Granola. Granola. There we go. Actually, yeah. Granola
and eggs. I missed that. In between steaks and yogurt, we get eggs back on the shelf.
We walk around outside of the shop. We do the in-betweens and we're out. Same thing here. We
went to the shop the other day. We just did the same thing. Yeah. And we slowly are adding up to
our routines. And like like i said this apartment's
growing on us both our baby's room her room oh my god it's so fucking cute like i can't like
if i was a baby and that was my room i wouldn't cry so much because i'll enjoy living it but
you know it is is Maybe she won't.
Well, here's the thing.
Another one.
Like, I really want our kids to make sure they understand adversity.
We've had this conversation before.
Our kids is in plural.
Like, you want more?
We can have more.
And unfortunately, I come with my two as well.
So we've got the kids.
And we have to have some.
Because I can't just grow.
This one can't grow up on the beach in San Diego thinking this is normal.
Yes, she can.
No, she can't. Yes, she can.
But she can't, because then she would think that's normal.
Well, we'll take her to Azusa.
Parents, help me out there.
Like, obviously, our neighbor, actually, Mike.
Yeah.
He gave us some great, great advice, parenting advice.
His kids grew up on the beach in San Diego.
Correct.
They're all just fine.
Correct.
You know what he said?
He said, this is normal.
But when he traveled with his kids, that's when he spent the good money because they
got experiences.
They got to travel the world.
But it didn't come with any, it didn't just come.
It had to be earned through work ethic, through jobs, through doing something, school grades.
So I like that. But still, I never grew up on a beach okay but honey you grew up in new zealand
and your family lives between there and australia you're right two of the most beautiful places in
the world so she's gonna grow up in the city at the beach and then travel to go visit her family
in two of the most gorgeous places in the world so what you're saying doesn't even make any sense because when she vacays we're gonna be in
freaking new zealand yeah you're right so you know well i love it here moral of the story yeah
so this is a fun new adventure for us a new chapter her nursery is so cute I'll definitely be posting a lot from
in there we'll do like a whole nursery like tour vlog you get a little insight to it on my vlog

questions from all of you and before we get into those, we're just gonna take a quick little break.

screenshot the first, what was it? like 30 maybe that came in.
So I think we're just going to go for it and do,
I mean, that was our catch up and now this is our Q&A.
And then we got a baby coming.
So, you know, I mean, I want to stay consistent.
I still want to put out a podcast every Friday,
but I have no idea what next week is going to look like.
So realistically, we might be on a little shenanigans. A little hiatus.
Hiatus next week. It's not going to happen. The podcast or the break? I don't know. I think, yeah, I guess I can't.
We can't talk about that. You know, we don't know yet. Like, we could have Nana here and take
a 30-minute break and do a podcast and then. Grandma, gotcha.
Brock refuses to acknowledge my mom as Nana
and he just wants to call her grandma
Just to piss her off
I think more of it is just I know it irritates her
But she can be Nana
Grandma Nana
She's Nana
Grandma Nana
No, she's just Nana
Here's my one
No, there's no argument to it
She can be called what she likes
She is a good mom and a great grandmother
Yes
Okay, so that's fine
Dad is Opa
Mom is Nana.
But Opa makes sense.
Opa is where the grandpa is back home.
Yeah, in Dutch.
Perfect.
Yeah.
We're not in Dutch.
Well, in Holland, in the Netherlands.
But I'm saying in Dutch, Opa means grandpa.
Cool.
But my, yeah, my dad's Dutch.
Exactly.
What's your mom?
She's American.
Okay.
That's grandma to me.
Whatever. I'm me. Whatever.
I'm joking.
Anyways.
All right, honey, you got some questions?
You can go first, eh?
Yeah.
So Ambie Ann wants to know,
what are we most excited and nervous about when it comes to being a new parent?
Ooh.
Ooh.
Excited?
I mean, I'm just excited to hold her, but at the same time, I'm most nervous about
holding her. So that's like the funny thing. I know I've said this before. I had a dream that
her head fell off and it was terrifying. Put it back on and she was fine. It was a dream.
It scares me, you know, just like, I mean, am I going to know how to change a diaper? Am I going
to hold her the right way? Am I going to produce enough milk?
Am I going to love breastfeeding?
Is it going to be painful?
Like, there's so many things that I'm, but I'm excited about all of that.
And just for this new journey.
I think my biggest one on those ones is always like health.
You know, like when babies are born and it's always a question of making sure,
like, what can I have done differently or wrong, you know.
There's a lot of pressure but, I mean, we just created this child, you know.
Yeah.
So the DNA is us and it's us.
So that's my biggest concerns always.
Obviously, we get plenty of help going to the doctors throughout this process and screening and that.
And then the excitement is just to see see her look like you
i think she's just going to be a mini you and to see how happy you're going to be and just in love
with this bundle and joy i look forward to seeing that for you because i think you're going to see
a different type of yourself and i'm excited for that one way you your mother nature will take over
you're already protective but you're kind of like passive to protective you've always been very kind of like easy going like we just want to people please you
know now your child's involved now your little girl was crying fuck with us fucking come at me
mom you know what i mean and i look forward for you to go for that that's what i'm excited about
yeah that's what i'm excited not excited about do you know how hard it's been to like not cry
the last two days because i just got eyelash extensions and she told me don't get them wet for 48 hours.
Yeah, you've been a bit emotional.
I was writing my Instagram caption yesterday.
He's like, what are you doing?
I was like, I'm just trying to write it without thinking about it.
Because if I think about it, it makes me cry.
Everything makes me cry.
I'm just so hormonal.
And we're at that last last week the very end of
this and i'm i'm so excited but it does it makes me emotional but a shout out to my lash girl
felicia at b underscore lashed if you guys didn't see lashed with an ed at the end there you go
if you didn't see my story post, check her out.
They're amazing.
I've been fighting wanting to get extensions for years now because I know this sounds dramatic,
but it's probably a lifelong commitment because now how am I going to not have lashes?
And anyone who watches Vanderpump Rules knows I love my lashes.
And now they're just there every day.
Well, you've never had this before?
I've never done this.
No, I've refused to do it because I'm like, now I have to keep it up.
Wait, you just put those fake ones, like the whole strips in it before?
Either a strip or I would do individuals that are just temporary.
Oh, these are permanent.
Yeah, but these will last for five weeks.
How are they staying in?
With a special kind of glue.
Not your glue that's in your nail polish bag?
No.
She attaches it to the lash with this semi-permanent glue.
It was like a black glue.
I watched her do it.
I just thought that was just what you normally do when you get ready for a night out.
No.
These will stay.
Well, they look good.
You blink at me too many times.
You might blow me away.
I like them.
Yeah. So I like them. Yeah.
So I love them.
I'm now committed to it.
But yeah, B underscore Lashed.
She's amazing.
Ali Tahoe, honey.
What's one thing you feel you're not completely prepared for?
Having a baby.
What's one thing?
All of it.
The title of the book.
I mean, I just am really hoping this, you know, maternal instinct just kicks in because
I don't know what the fuck I'm doing.
I've, I've spoken to a sleep consultant, a lactation consultant, just to like have them
on call in case, you know, I need that type of advice.
Obviously I have my mom who is amazing, but you know, she hasn't had a baby in a couple
of decades and a lot of things have changed. And although it's like, you know, we all didn't have
this shit when we were babies and we all turned out all right, but I just want the best for our
baby and I just want to be the best. So yeah, but I don't, I haven't changed a diaper since my
sister who is going to be 24 this year. I the first time changing eliza's diaper and so like day one i was just like didn't want to break him didn't want to like
upset him it was really soft by day two i was flipping him around like a fish like he was
that's gonna terrify me if you do that to her well i'm not gonna do it straight away like
it's day two listen i'll look at you when you start changing a diaper, and we'll see who's changing it like a fish.
They're like a rubber.
They just bounce back, you know?
I think my big one is obviously with this new education on how to develop
children going into that, the biggest one is like the teaching
them how to sleep properly.
We haven't read that book.
We started it off, and I really liked the beginning of it, and we stopped.
I know.
So I might have to start reading an audio book of this just so I know.
Because if you don't want to read it with me, okay.
But that is what I'm not prepared for.
Because I'm not prepared for structure.
Because to be honest, my kids, they had a great, their mother,
like I don't remember having to read the book.
They were just perfect.
It's ridiculous.
Maybe she'll be perfect too.
Perfect, honey.
Yeah.
Yeah. But there are so many resources out there that can help. I'll read a book. How about
that? I'll go to the gym and read a book. Okay. Next question. Adriana Sperdute wants to know
if our baby will have godparents. And this is something that we've talked about and gone back
and forth on. And I don't think we really have an answer yet.
Cause it's like, how do we pick between our sisters?
And it's like, do we have God parents in America
and God parents in Australia?
Do we just not have God parents?
I mean-
How did God parents start?
What was it?
So, I mean, I was raised Catholic.
And when I was baptized, you have God parents
who you pick in case,
you know, God forbid something happens to both parents.
Those are the people you want responsible for your child.
So we are not going to baptize our daughter Catholic, nor are we raising her Catholic.
So I don't know.
Is godparents only a Catholic thing?
Like, I honestly don't know, because that's just the way I was raised.
The role of a God parent arose
when there was a need in early Christian times
for someone to...
So this is back in the day when like,
yeah, when parents were commonly dying together.
Oh, shit.
Yeah, who wanted to join a Catholic church,
God, their side.
So somebody to guide them and help them,
you know, as a mentor,
act as a mentor, as a person
that he or she lived out and developed their faith.
That was what a godparent was for.
I mean, obviously, like, grandparents would be first in line.
And then sisters would be second in line.
And then we had, like, talked about, like, Tom and Ariana.
We talked about Jamie.
Like, we said if we were going to have someone, but then we're like, just how do we pick?
So I think we're just going to not.
We have enough family.
We're very fortunate that I don't think we need designated godparents.
Got it.
Yeah.
Next.
I got one for you, honey.
Okay.
It must be because are we allowed to tell them when we're recording this podcast?
Yeah.
It's 420, baby.
So it's 420.
So is this why we're getting all these smoking questions?
Because we've got a few of them.
I think so.
And I'd like to clear them up real quickly.
Yeah.
Sheena loved to talk about being high.
We get this, okay?
I did smoke before meeting her, and it hasn't increased at all.
I smoke flour from time to time.
So we have Sleza.
Sleza.
Underscore Sleza.
Underscore Sleza. Yeah, Sleza. Does Brockza. Underscore Sleza. Underscore Sleza.
Yeah, Sleza.
Does Brock smoke?
I do from time to time.
It's a great way for myself to be – I'm so highly tight.
Like inside my head, I'm very tight.
So I smoke a little bit.
I get a little chatty.
I get a little feelings coming out of me, and I just enjoy it.
Also, memory loss.
Brock goes full Dory when he's high.
You might catch me
In the act sometimes
Like I'll just
And it's not because
I'm super out of my
It's two puffs
I'm like a two puff chimney
And then that's all I need
If I go three puffs
Or four puffs
I'm in trouble
But yeah
During the pregnancy
I've been trying to
Trying to just
Go outside and do it
But obviously
Sheena will be like
Oh I can't smoke
You know
Have one for me
We have the jokes
But she's been tripping
Honey are you going to smoke After baby comes out What's your thoughts No Because I have a good idea She'll be like, oh, I can't smoke. Have one for me. We have the jokes. But she's been tripping, honey.
Are you going to smoke after baby comes out?
What's your thoughts?
Because I have a good idea.
I got one to comment you on.
No, because I'm going to be breastfeeding.
I'm not going to say I'm never going to smoke marijuana again for the rest of my life.
But it's not like I'm going to pop baby out, do a tequila shot, and smoke a blunt.
That's just not happening.
I want to breastfeed immediately. I'm hoping my milk comes in. I want to breastfeed for as long as possible.
And I can't smoke weed and breastfeed. Yeah. Tell everyone. So this is me. This is my
insight on it. I honestly believe Shana, you're in such a better position. Your confidence is
through the roof. And I think when you used to smoke, it was, what do they call them?
It was like a-
A crutch.
A crutch.
Yeah.
I honestly, I truly believe that after meeting you and dating you for this time
and even talking to you about your experiences.
It was a crutch.
It helped you get through some tough times.
And just instead of dealing with it, you could just smoke.
Yeah.
Just like drinking it.
It was a crutch.
Now you're happy.
Yeah. That's just me saying this.
I mean, who knows what you are.
The root of your happiness could be directly related to me.
But anyway.
I definitely used to use it as a crutch and then just as I'm bored.
And then it was just, it's Monday night.
Why not?
And then it's like, I'm out at brunch.
Why not?
And yeah, I smoked a
lot, but you know, I haven't smoked for almost a year now. And I don't have any intentions of going
back to that anytime soon. But you know, I'm not going to say never because you guys might see me
out smoking one day and be like, Sheena said on her podcast, she was never going to smoke again.
So I'm definitely not saying that.
I think that after breastfeeding, I would try an edible before I would smoke again.
Yeah.
I don't know.
It just, that feels like safer.
I have no idea.
I don't like edibles.
I don't like edibles.
I'd take the flower for me is the coal.
Yeah.
But it's a funny conversation, especially with my mom.
Hey mom, if you're listening, love y'all.
Oh yeah.
Marijuana in Australia is highly illegal.
Very illegal.
Well, it's not even highly illegal.
It's just considered a class A drug.
Like, oh, you smoke.
That's really bad.
And my sister's like, are you smoking sometimes?
I'm like, Nicole, please understand.
Like, this isn't just like going down to Frank on the corner and buying some, like, grass that he cut off a tree.
I mean, like, in Australia, you could get sold some herbs.
And he'd be telling you that's some good ass koosh,
you know what I mean? Yeah.
And I never did that in Australia, but like you heard the stories.
I used to laugh about it.
But honestly, medicinal wise, like the fact that the amount of science
that goes into it, breaking up those different cannabinoids
and all that, getting –
It's just for me, I'm just like, wow.
Instead of drinking, I prefer to smoke a little bit, go to dinner, nice and sober. And same, that's the thing. Like I preferred
smoking weed over drinking. Like I would rather just have a hit or two of weed and then maybe
sip on a glass of wine than doing shots and drinking. Like I'm not a big drinker, but I will
say I'm excited for a glass of Rose,, but just like a glass because I was looking
up, you know, the whole like pumping and dumping
theory of like, oh, well
if you drink, then you just pump and you dump, but it's
the amount of alcohol you
have versus the amount of hours like it's in your
bloodstream. So it's like
if you have three glasses of wine,
you have to wait, it's like six to eight hours
or whatever. It's not just like you pump and it
immediately comes out of your breast milk. So I'm like, I'm also not planning on just like
getting wasted and drinking all summer. And I'm not planning on smoking weed. I'm just going to
take care of my baby, have an occasional glass of rosé, wait a couple hours, pump that out.
And then you go find me someone that goes, yeah, I'm going to smoke this, this and this. Like,
I'll look at them and be like, you have a problem.
If you need to schedule for what you're going to do, then you have a problem.
Yeah.
No.
The only thing I did schedule for is my Botox appointment.
Yeah.
Because that was approved by my OB.
And I guess with breastfeeding, Botox is okay because the Botox just localizes in the muscle.
It's not something that spreads through your bloodstream. They don't recommend doing a pregnant because
there haven't been any studies because like what pregnant woman's going to be like, yeah, sure.
I'll be a guinea pig and get injectables while pregnant and see if it does something like I would
never, I wouldn't even consider it. But after baby, I did schedule a botox appointment so this face will soon be frozen again
honey we've got some uh we've got we've got a great question from bella italiana 89 she asked
any chance you guys will do two youtube videos a week because i can't get enough of you guys oh
well thank you two a week is definitely going to be a stretch right now with the baby i think one a week is
still going to be challenging what happens if we yeah we just had a great call yesterday with
patreon and we have a follow-up call tomorrow we're gonna start putting some exclusive content
on there some extended first yeah some bloopers, extended content. So whether it's
my vlog that normally comes out on Wednesday, comes out on Monday with like a few extra scenes,
or when I do have those occasional glasses of rosé, I think once a month,
Jamie and I are going to go back to doing drinking and podcasting. We haven't done that in
literally a year. I haven't been able to drink since I've
basically been pregnant since May minus the month of July. But I haven't drank since like my birthday
last May. So we're going to be doing some fun stuff with Patreon. So stay tuned. I will be
posting about that. We'll be podcasting about it. I'm not sure exactly what it's going to look like.
We just had our first meeting,
but I'm very excited for that. So instead of the two vlogs a week, it'll be Patreon.
We'll get you more, especially obviously this podcast. We're also going to have the video
version once we have your studio set up. Yeah. So you guys can actually pay attention and actually
engage with us. Okay. When you come into the studio, we'll have that as well into our home studio.
And if you guys have any ideas for things
that you want us to do or talk about or see on Patreon,
please just like comment on the most recent shenanigans post,
send Jamie Brock or I a DM.
I am checking them regularly
because we want to do what you guys want to pay for.
It's going to be a very low monthly rate, but we'll have tiers where it's like, you know, if you want to do like a FaceTime or something, then that's a little more because you'll probably get a sneak peek of our baby in the nursery or just things like that.
So looking forward to creating some good ideas for you guys.
The biggest one would be YouTube is going to be extended. We're going to actually film more
YouTube on there and then give you guys on Patreon full access on that YouTube. Whereas
our YouTube channel itself will have a cut down, more edited version. And so you guys can pick on
that one. Like you said, we got the, we got the vlogs, the vlogs, we got got the uh podcast we got content for you bella italiana 89 yes so
definitely more coming i'm just so excited i'm gonna give another shout out to wall.blush
who is well we're doing it ourselves but the wallpaper is coming from them we did the nursery
it's this adorable rainbow wallpaper i've posted it it. I'll post it again. They're also doing a 15% off if you guys use code Sheena, S-C-H-E-A-N-A.
And we're going to wallpaper with like, what are they called?
They're like Havana palms.
It's like this really cool.
Yeah, Havana palms.
It's a good one.
White and green Havana palms.
And it's going to have my pink it's all happening sign. And it's going to have my pink, it's all happening sign.
Like it's going to look dope,
but those are only,
I think going to be on Patreon.
So you'll get to see the podcast
instead of just listening to it,
but you'll still be able to listen to the podcast,
you know, for free on Apple, Spotify,
all of that as you guys already do.
But if you want to watch it,
it's on Patreon.
Boom.
So stay tuned.
All right. Next question. A lot of underscores, Elgerman. already do but if you want to watch it it's on patreon boom so stay tuned all right next question
a lot of underscores elgerman are you still going to be working out even in your final days
so the working out has stopped it was up until i wouldn't say has stopped not stopped we do a lot
of walking no i know but i'm saying like the last couple of days has just been walking because our gym here isn't open.
Correct.
And I don't belong to a gym in LA anymore.
So until our gym is open, which won't be until after baby, I'm just taking it easy.
I have worked out up until last week.
Honey, you've done well.
We've moved.
Moved.
We walked an entire mall yesterday.
I was just like, we were walking.
I was starting to get a bit of a cramp.
And I asked my doctor about this cramp.
And I only get it when I walk too much or too fast.
And he's like, that's normal.
You know, your uterus and you're this and you're that and all of that.
Your body's pregnant.
Nine months.
So we're like walking the mall.
And I was like, oh my God, what if like my water just broke in the middle of this mall right now?
So that was like my last big broke in the middle of this mall right now? So that was like
my last big walk. I think I went on, I'm just trying to kind of take it easy this week, but
then I get bored and I'm just like, what do I do? I need to do something. I'm trying to just enjoy
the last moments of boredom because soon, you know, I'm going to have something to do 24 seven.
I'm going to have a baby. I think I honestly,, honey, I think, and we're going to be able to experience this with each other.
We're going to go through this journey together.
I think when people say, you know what, we're going to go through this ourselves, we might
find a lot more free time with each other.
Because the best thing is we have an opposite sleep schedule.
You sleep in a little bit more and you like staying up a little.
Actually, it changed.
It changed.
Excuse me.
I have been getting up earlier
than you know what last several days i said that as i said that i looked at you and i realized that
yeah now my sleep schedule shit so yeah your sleep schedule was up at four or five a.m when
you were in the gym every day i'm up in san diego now so well no no now you're up in la
being up here obviously it's been. This gym's doing really well.
But, you know, honey, a question came in about our plans for LA.
So we've got a few projects we're working on up here in LA.
How long do we want to be up here for?
We're keeping the LA place.
I mean, the thing is, like, we're always going to be up here.
My family's always going to be up here.
My doctors are always going to be up here.
We live here.
LA is home for me.
San Diego and Palm Springs have been our fun vacations, which we're keeping both of those houses.
We want to buy San Diego.
But LA is home.
So, I mean, we'll be here forever.
We may not be in the same apartment a year from now.
Yeah.
But LA is always going to be home.
Spoiler alert.
If you like rugby, come back to me next year.
Spoiler alert.
We'll definitely need to be in LA.
Yeah.
Natalie SS23 wants to know, am I starting to get any labor pains or cramping yet?
And has my mucus plug came out?
Let me just tell you, I didn't even know what that was.
I had to read about it.
So I don't.
What is it?
I'm not going to.
I didn't say mucus plug.
What is it?
I'm not going to get into it on the podcast.
I don't know.
It's something that like comes out.
Not even all women notice that it comes out,
but it means that like labor is coming.
I haven't noticed.
I don't think it has.
The cramping, yes, but nothing like contractions,
more just like very minimal period cramps that my doctor said is completely normal
because my uterus is like thinning or my cervix is thinning.
I don't fucking know.
I'm not the best with this kind of stuff.
Your body feels good though.
Honey, look.
I feel great.
You have crushed this pregnancy.
I don't feel like I'm having a baby like possibly this week or weekend.
Poor Brittany.
You heard like she was going through some horror stories.
She was so sick.
All nine months.
I just like, I can't imagine. you heard like she was going through some horror stories she was so sick all nine months i just
like i can't imagine i i was so blessed yeah that i didn't get morning sickness what a true
we love him man well done yes i know she's just got she's been she's been embracing it she's been
loving it she's been doing the right thing so yeah well done Thanks. All right. Do you guys want more bait?
Oh, who said this?
Danielle underscore HS.
Do we want more rugrats in the future?
I think we kind of already answered that earlier because you said our kids.
Yeah.
There'll be more to come.
Yeah.
Moving on from that one.
Oh, I saw this one came in from Morgan.Briell.
Did your belly get hairy?
If so, did you get rid of the hair without it growing back worse? So I have noticed I have so many new blonde hairs on my belly and I like made the joke.
I'm like, I'm going to shave my belly. And I was like, no, there's no way I would do that because
they would grow back worse. So they're, they're very light. They're blonde, but yes, I've grown more hair I also have all of these crazy itty bitty little moles and
skin tags all over my neck and collarbone like I would say what at least 20 of them
and my doctor said that's very normal I guess in pregnancy everything just grows so um I also had
someone say that when they got them they were were told that they're kisses from angels.
So I'm just going to go with that and their beauty marks.
And if they fall off, they do.
If they don't, whatever.
I made a baby.
So fuck it.
There we go.
Awesome.
Why do I get these questions?
From iVet35 and ShannonVieve28.
Weddings, marriage.
Cool conversation.
That's a question for you.
That's a question for me. That's a question for me.
Why did you just ask yourself that question if you didn't want to answer it?
I started talking about it out loud, and I realized I could stop it in time, but I didn't.
Yeah, that's a good conversation.
I'll have that with your dad when it comes time.
Oh.
Oh, you like that one?
Oh, stay tuned.
Who knows, guys?
Who knows?
I mean, we're definitely not going away from each other.
So we'll figure that one out later.
No.
Kelly Lee 87 wants to know how the flight was to Hawaii and was it bearable?
So we went when I was about 31, 32 weeks.
My doctor said it was totally fine just to get up and walk around to keep circulation
going every hour.
I had to pee at
least twice every hour. So I was already getting up, but it was totally bearable coming from
California. I don't know how much further you would be traveling from, but it wasn't bad at
all. And then coming back was even quicker, right? Longer to get there.
It's a flight. You got to Hawaii. Just enjoy it.
Yeah. But just being pregnant, like super pregnant, was it bearable? I'm like, this is hot enough, mate. You got to Hawaii. Just enjoy it. Yeah, but just being pregnant, like super pregnant.
Was it bearable?
I'm like, this is hot enough, mate.
You go to Hawaii.
You'll be fine.
All right.
Next question.
Oh, there were a lot of marriage ones now that I'm seeing it.
Mm-hmm.
Mm-hmm.
Oh, this is interesting.
This one's for you.
EMSperb11 wants to know, will baby girl have dual citizenship yes she will so how does that
work though if she's born in america just because you're a kiwi because i'm i'm new zealander i'm a
kiwi and i i work here but she has dual residency so she will have two passports we will have her
a usa one first okay and then we can just go to the new zealand consulate and apply for hers there
so when we go visit your family yeah we can get her a new zealand passport well we can just go to the New Zealand consulate and apply for hers there. So when we go visit your family, we can get her a New Zealand passport?
Well, we can do it from here, from LA.
We can apply.
Oh.
Oh, there's an embassy.
So yeah, so she'll have two passports.
And especially with the pandemic going on right now, only people allowed to,
well, Australia's locked down, mate.
No one can leave.
We just found this out.
We were trying to, like, surprise his sister and, like, fly her out
and, like, book her a flight.
So we're, like, looking up flights last night and then we found out that you can't leave
australia without permission you need to ask for permission and and for a baby it's not good enough
yeah it's why it's like life just like i want to go visit it's like life or death or like
family emergencies yeah so yeah but yeah, it should be good.
I'm just, I'm really hoping that whether it means we need to get vaccinated, the travel laws are going to lift.
Like, I'm really hoping by the end of this year,
your family can come out here or we can go out there.
This is Australia.
Like, we just prohibited traveling for our own residents to leave Australia.
Yeah, but what if we're vaccinated and we're able to come in?
They won't let Australians leave Australia, let alone let America in.
I'm trying to be optimistic.
I know, I know. And it's a hard-
I'm sick of living through FaceTime with your family. It's not fair.
I know, it's definitely hard for my mom. But you know what that means? I just have to try and
retire her so she can just come over here for a bit. That's the goal.
I know.
Keep moving.
Well, fingers crossed.
All right, honey.
You got one more pick.
You got to pick your best.
Ooh.
Okay.
Jody Lee LA said, I thought you were going to reveal your baby's name before you had her.
And we were going to, but then we changed our mind a few times.
So that's why we haven't.
Because we're still kind
of going back and forth on like a second middle name two last names like we're we're still honestly
deciding so we're gonna announce it when we announce it but um we do have a first and middle
name picked i think oh i like this one princess dom. I was just looking at that one.
What would you say is the best memory of you and Brock?
I mean, I think there were so many in Bali that that would be like one of my first.
We had a good time in Bali.
It was just, it was such a magical trip.
Okay, since it is 420, let's just talk about that since i brought up bali so brock is in australia playing rugby for the united states ironically and we're dating maybe
six weeks he wants me to come out and visit him so i book a flight and i have no idea he is
surprising me with a trip to bali I think we're going to Uluru,
which is also in Australia. Marijuana is not legal in Australia. I'm aware of that. However,
it's like, it's like, it's not legal, but all right. Shame on you. Yeah. But seven months prior,
when I was there with a couple of girlfriends, I brought my vape pen. I got in just fine. It
wasn't an issue. So I'm like, I'm going to bring it again. And I had like some like tincture oil with me. And Brock was like, do not bring weed to Australia.
Don't bring weed. Don't bring weed. And I was like, I was just there like six, seven months
ago. It was fine. Like I'm bringing my weed. So we spent a couple of days in Australia.
And as we're getting to the next place, like we're going to go to the airport and head to, I think, Uluru, which is still in Australia.
He's like, I'm not kidding.
Do not bring the fucking weed pen.
And I'm just like, okay, fine.
So I tossed the weed pen, but I was like, I'm still bringing the tincture oil because at the time, you know, crutch.
Needed it.
Wanted it.
Whatever.
Crutch.
I didn't know we were going to fucking indonesia
indonesia has a zero tolerance to drugs zero guys but i put the tea in a b12 vitamin bottle
and i got it in because i didn't know we weren't going to australia from australia yeah you're
right i didn't divulge that but i was hoping you'd take my word on,
hey, drugs are bad, don't bring them.
But apparently-
It's not a drug.
I was like, it's marijuana.
It's considered a drug in Australia.
Well, I didn't do my research.
I just knew that when I brought it the last time,
it was just fine.
You broke the rules again.
I did.
Shame on me.
Okay, your best memory.
Best memory of us?
So many festival ones too.
I mean, we have so, like we have
so many. Yeah. Like when we just move rolling or when we're just in each other. Yeah. Yeah. That's
an odd one. Favorite memory of us? I mean, an enjoyable one that gives me giggles is like
mid pandemic, there's just me and you, there's's nothing else to do so we just party and we're
walking around our house naked in palm springs okay no it'd be a good idea if we lie on our
furry rug so i go inside and we have like a 10 foot by 14 foot rug we roll that up it's just a
giant woven white fleece and we put that outside in palm springs in front of the fire just lying
there that was so good that was a fun memory. Had Rufus
Dussault playing, just staring
at the stars. The wind
blowing. That was a good memory.
We've got plenty. We've got so many
good ones. I love you in
Finns and Bali.
Yeah, you said it first. Yeah, listen.
It's not a competition. As long as we both do
the right thing, we'll be fine, okay?
Yes.
All right.
Well, I think this.
I think we nailed it, guys.
I think we did.
And I think this may be the last one before baby comes.
I promise I'm going to try and put out another one next week.
But I just don't know.
We might have a feeding break in between.
Maybe.
Who knows?
Yeah.
So stay tuned.
But I mean, I will definitely be keeping you guys updated with everything.
I will be posting.
And I'm hoping to not take a break from vlogs or podcasts.
But I might need next week off.
So give me a break.
I'm about to have a kid, you know?
Oh, you know?
Yeah.
Give the woman a break.
But thank you guys so much for listening.
Thank you for sending in all of your questions.
And I'll talk to you.
Bye.
Sometime soon.
Bye.
Shay FK.
