The following podcast is a Dear Media production. I swear it's so much better than this promo. Anyway, there's a lot of guys out there, but we're the good ones.
Stream Good Guys every Monday, wherever you get your podcasts.
Apple, Spotify, anywhere.
You know what?
Don't listen.
From Vanderpump Rules to Motherhood and everywhere in between, it's time to catch up with Sheena Shea.
This is Shenanigans. And now, here's your host, Sheena Shea. Because we're good as gold. Because we're good as gold.
Because we're good as gold.
Because we're good as gold.
Well, hello everyone.
Welcome back to Shenanigans, another Sheena Spills solo episode
where I, you know, sip some tea, maybe spill some
tea. You guys sent in literally like thousands of questions. So I'm going to get through as many as
possible. It's going to be kind of all over the place. I wanted to have a nice mix of questions and answers to just, you know,
make an entertaining episode. So sip. Time to spill. All right. Did you see how hot Ariana
looked for Love Island? Yes, I did. I mean, that dress was insane. I have not had a chance to watch yet, but just from everything I've seen online,
incredible. Yeah, I think she is going to do a really good job hosting that show.
Is there anything you've dreamed about doing that's now possible with the VPR pause?
Honestly, spending as much time with Summer as possible. I have told you guys that she is starting preschool this summer,
and that's coming up really quickly.
I thought it was going to be a great time for her to start school
because I was going to be busy filming,
and now we're not filming.
And I'm like, okay, well, now she's still going to school.
So when she's not in school,
spending as much time with her as possible.
We're still keeping her in dance.
She wants to get into gymnastics.
She is just going to be a busy little bee.
And I just want to spend as much time with her as possible.
Do some trips, Palm Springs,
even when it's just really hot there.
I still like to be in my house.
So we have a couple of fun little trips that we're planning.
But honestly, I'm just, yeah,
looking forward to time
with the fam and time with my friends who of the cast of EPR do you regularly see outside of
filming I see Lala all the time we're literally neighbors in both houses so I see her the most
James and Ali I see as often as I can. We're actually going to Vegas this weekend
for Brock's birthday. We're going to go see James at Live Beach, which I'm so excited. We've been
wanting to go see his residency out there. So we will be with them this weekend. And Schwartz,
occasionally we saw him for Pride. And then outside ofPR I mean my Valley Girls those are my mom friends so
I see them all of the time playdates dinner and yeah what is your best memory on VPR
oh that's a tough one because I feel like there's so many bad memories, but probably the best one that I can just think of off the top of my head is our wedding in Mexico with Summer walking down the aisle.
That will forever be the best thing I think I've ever filmed with her.
And just in general, I don't think anything's ever going to top that moment.
So that was, you know, a crazy season, but some of the best moments
for my family. Who would you rather have back on VPR, Stassi or Kristen? Stassi. I think play
dates with the girls would be fun. And I mean, who knows? Season 12, you know, we haven't started yet. So things could happen. We shall see.
Do you ever get upset when castmates don't watch the show back?
Yes and no.
No, because I understand it.
Because I too, one season, didn't want to watch things back with an ex.
So I understand it.
I do think for reunion purposes, it's important to be up to date
on certain conversations and maybe you fast forward and watch certain things just so you
have some more context but I do understand it's just it's tough you know it's not easy to always
live it and then watch it back and live it again for the audience and the comment section. So I get it. If Rachel
genuinely apologized, would you try to mend things? Well, I'm not going to hold my breath there.
Would I be open to mending things? I don't have any reason to mend things with her. It's like
forgiveness is an act of letting go of resentment and anger. I've already let go of the anger.
I don't even think about that anymore.
But it's not like a magic eraser or, you know, a time machine to a previous time.
So I think that ship of friendship has sailed pretty far.
What do you think about Rachel slash Raquel now looking to change her name
to Rocky?
It's not even a name change.
She already was, like Schwartz would call her that.
So that's always been
a nickname. I think she just is maybe
maybe she's not liking people calling her Rachel
so she's like, what can I change it to next?
I don't know.
At Moles O'Hard
Do I have a chance with Katie Maloney? I mean, hey,
shoot your shot. Slide into the DMs. I hear she checks them. What did you mean when you said,
put me in the right group and I'm a girl's girl? Actually, I've seen some comments about this,
so I should clarify my introduction onto Vanderpump Rules and in that girl group they acted like oh
no we're girls girls but in reality they weren't really a group of girls girls because they
bullied me they were mean to me they tried to get me fired from the show they weren't
you know very welcoming and the guys specifically Tom Sandoval and also Schwartz,
even Jax was nice. They were the ones who kind of, you know, threw me a lifeline in the show.
And in the context of that group, I feel like, yeah, they're just were no girls, girls, really.
And I have so many amazing female friendships, a lot that you don't get to
see on the show. Friends from childhood, friends from high school, college. I mean, there's my
girls from Villablanca even. I mean, I go way back with a lot of girls. And also, I know I mentioned
this about the girls on the Valley, but it's like those are some of my closest
friends and I feel like if you saw me regularly with a different group of girls you would see a
different side of me and you would see the side that all of my girlfriends see this situation
that we were in last season was really difficult to navigate and I think just with Vanderpump
rules in general you just haven't seen strong
girls, girl Sheena. But yeah, who's the number one girl in the group at the Jer Bear asked
that Jeremy Maddox. That's his nickname. In my house, I would say Summer is definitely the number
one girl in the group. And I guess technically on the show because she's on the show so I'm gonna give that one to Summer lots of Jackson Brittany questions but I'm just gonna direct you
to listening to when reality hits for those answers why do you and Lala think Ariana wasn't
a fan favorite before Scandival I don't think I've ever said that. I mean, if Lala did, she has her own thoughts and
opinions separate from mine. I think each one of us is a favorite to different people in different
ways. So, you know, I'm sure there are people who Katie's their favorite. I'm their favorite. Lala's
their favorite. Ariana's their favorite. I don't know about the Toms anymore, but I do think everyone
has their favorites and I'm sure Ariana has been many people's favorites. I know Lala made a comment about it's like Ariana just like floating for
a few seasons or not giving much. It was something along those lines. But I also know that Ariana was
battling with depression for several years. And I think that she was giving her 100 percent. She was doing
the best she could. And whether people found that entertaining or not, you know, that was just her
living her truth and putting her mental health journey out there. And I think that is something
that's really important to put on reality TV. And that's what I love so much about Nia on the
Valley opening up about her postpartum depression. I
think those type of things are what people can really relate to and know that they're not alone,
that so many people in this world with, you know, so many eyes on us are battling those
same things. And I applaud anyone who can put that out there because it's very important to
just let people know they're not alone.
I'm going to take a quick little break and then we'll be right back.
Hey, Shenanigans listeners, this episode is proudly brought to you by Lola V, an award-winning
hair care line founded by the fabulous Jennifer Aniston. You know, Hair is so iconic. Literally, it needs no introduction.
So we all put our hair through the ringer. I have done it so much over the past year between
coloring, bleaching, heat styling, and then there's stress and aging. The list goes on.
Over time, it takes a toll. And honestly, Jen got a
little tired of the damage and the struggle of having to choose between hair products that work
and ones that are actually good for us. So instead of mixing, you know, this cream with that serum,
she decided to bottle something all her own by diving into the science of it all while using
naturally derived plant-based ingredients.
And speaking of Jen, you may have heard some recent buzz about how good she smells. Well,
I'm here to fill you in on her scent secret. Spoiler alert. Yeah, it starts with Lola V.
I mean, if you're taking hair care advice, why listen to anyone besides the woman who gave us the Rachel? And yes, the Rachel we love, not the other Rachel. My personal favorite is the perfecting leave-in. It hydrates,
it fights frizz, and it repairs your hair. And I love that it also comes in a travel size bottle.
So when I'm flying, it is the product I never want to leave home without for my hair. Unlock
Jennifer Aniston's approved hair at lolav.com.

Okay, I knew these questions were going to come in. What do you think of the Victoria versus Billie Lee drama?
Have you spoken to Kyle Chanson's Billie's accusations?
So, yes, I have talked to Kyle.
He is someone I keep in contact with regularly.
We've spoken about this.
I don't think it's any secret.
Billie is not one of my favorite people.
I think she is a known
liar
I also don't really know Tom and Victoria's
relationship you know I don't
really talk to them I don't hang out with them
so I only know what I hear
through friends like
Kyle or Schwartz or Max
about their relationship but
from everything I've heard and from what Kyle
has told me,
there's a lot of lies that Billie is being caught in
and I think will continue to be caught in.
So yeah, that's interesting
that she's just throwing stones.
I think she maybe had her own idea of how things were going to go when Tom and Ariana broke up.
And maybe she thought she was just going to like scoot on in.
But that didn't happen. And then Victoria came in the picture.
So maybe there's some jealousy. I don't know. But I don't like her.
Tom threw a mistake from your early 20s at you while Ariana comforted you.
Who is the better friend?
I mean, so here's what it is.
I think Brock said that Tom's been a better friend
and that's where this came from
because I've never said that Tom was a better friend.
They were both good friends to me.
So no, Ariana has always been an amazing friend.
She's always been a friend who I feel like I could trust,
I could say things to and not worry about, you know, her gossiping.
She's always been an incredible friend.
So, when Brock said that, I think I cleared that up on the after show.
I was like, no, no, that is not correct.
Tom played you when saying it's
good for him at the end how did you feel hearing that well I mean in the finale you know you saw me
pressing him on whether or not he was being genuine or if he was playing me if it was for
cameras or whatnot and I felt like that hot mic moment kind of gave me my answer. And it was just like, hmm, there you go.
You said that.
So there's that.
Are you and Lindsay in a better place?
I have not talked to her recently, but she also was not someone I ever talked to often.
I've always kept a little more in touch with Carl because I've felt like we had a longer friendship but I wish her the best and
everything she has going on everything I've heard you never know what's true
what's a rumor but I'm sending her all the love and I wish her the best if you
can pick an ultimate girls trip cast, who would you go with?
I feel like I should have a prepared answer for this by now, because this is something I ask
people sometimes on the podcast. And I got to think about it. I feel like we need some housewives,
but I would also want to bring back some shahs. Like I would want to have mj there i would want page but then bring back hannah
definitely we need some jersey in the mix dolores would love to have her
who crystal minkoff let's bring her back and like someone from atlanta or potomac oh ashley
darby that that would be a fun group. And I love all of them. So
I feel like the once you get the group of women together, there's always going to be some
drama. But I think that would be a fun group. What's your favorite Bravo show besides VPR?
Well, The Valley was incredible for a season one. I'm definitely biased because those are all of my friends.
So I was looking at it through a different lens.
But as a person who doesn't know any of them,
if I was just an audience member watching,
I still think it's a fantastic show
with great relatable storylines.
I love Real Housewives of New Jersey.
I've been obsessed with that show for like a decade.
Beverly Hills Housewives the occasional
below deck I'll get into when I have time to just fully binge another season Summer House obviously
and I feel like those are my go-tos those are the ones I never really miss an episode of
what is Brock the Builder's next project at the house? And why
hasn't Brock been on the podcast for a few weeks? Well, clearly because he's been building so much
at the house, but he'll be back on soon. Also, I mean, summer is usually home with him when I do
the podcast. So unless we have our nanny or my mom for us both to be here, but we will do that again soon when he's not busy building.
I think his next project, once we finish the front gate, we already did the driveway that is completely done.
Now we're doing the garage, turning that into a home gym.
He just finished summer's princess room like last night or the night before.
And then we need to build a floating shelf for under our
tv and i think that's probably gonna be it for the home renovations for now oh he wants to put
a chicken coop on the side of the house tbd if that's actually going to happen but the gym and oh my studio duh we need to finish my
studio room so downstairs we have an office slash studio we're going to turn the walk-in closet into
a recording booth so i can do either podcast ads i can record new songs we can do some podcasts
from home but also making that room soundproof. So if we're
working on music late at night, it doesn't travel up to Summer's room. And then I think we'll chill
on the home renovations for a little bit. How was Summer Moon's recital? Oh my God.
I cried. I'm crying just thinking about it. It's like,
it was amazing. I'll keep it short and sweet. It was incredible. So
proud of her. How excited is Summer to start school? She is so excited. I don't know how I
feel about it. I'm excited. She's going to be going to school with Ocean and Cruz. And some
of her other friends I found out today are also going to be going to the school with her. We had orientation and I was just like, wow,
this is real parent teacher orientation. We got the whole year agenda and she's really,
really excited. So I'm happy for her. I'm just like, oh, my baby's growing up.
Where did you get the name Summer Moon from? summer came from rachel bilson's character on
the oc that was my favorite show when i was in high school and i loved rachel bilson loved her
character so i always wanted to name a girl summer and then brock liked that because of his daughter
winter they would have that kind of namesake together. So that's where Summer came from.
And then when I was in the hospital, it was a pink full supermoon.
And so we gave her the middle name Moon.
And then Honey Davies, Honey is Brock's mom's last name, made a name.
So all of the kids on that side of the family, when they, all the girls at least,
when they're going to give the husband's last name, they give Honey as the middle name.
So that's where her whole name came from.
Is Summer getting an Aussie Kiwi accent?
I wish.
No, she hasn't picked that up yet,
but she has little sayings that she'll pick up from Brock.
So she has the words, but not the twang.
Is Summer Moon still blocked by Tom Sandoval?
Is Brock?
Honestly, haven't checked, so I don't know.
Have you considered adding to your family,
and would you and Brock ever consider adoption?
We absolutely would consider adoption.
That's something we've talked about a lot, actually.
I don't think it would be smart for me to carry another baby as per my doctor after
getting help syndrome and now I'm 39 I wouldn't be ready until I'm in my 40s he recommended a
surrogate if we're going to have another biological child but not no just like definitely not now
can you describe your cat's personalities? We need more Salem
and Penny Lane content. You know, what's funny is when Allie was over a couple weeks ago,
we were watching the reunion and it ended up just after Summer went to bed and everyone else left.
It was just her and I and the cats on the couch. She's like, you don't post your cats enough.
She's like taking pictures of Salem, taking pictures of Penny. And I'm like,
oh my God, I guess once I had a kid, I stopped documenting photos of my cats it just changed and so now I've been
taking more current photos of Penny and Salem I do need to post them still Salem his personality
it's funny he's just like such the boy cat he just will flop down on you, does not know personal space, but loves to cuddle up with Summer for naptime.
Penny is very much just in front of the camera.
Anytime I'm doing a cameo or video of any sort,
Penny's like always trying to get up on the camera.
Anytime we film Vanderpump Rules, Penny wants to be front and center.
And she's a little more like, touch me when I want you to touch me. Salem
will just like let anyone love on him. But it's funny that I just got a question about that because
Allie and I were literally just talking about the cats. And we have matching cats. I love it. I saw
her post a photo of her cat and I thought it was Salem the other day. But yeah, it's so funny how we have matching cats.
Would you ever get a pet for Summer?
She has two cats.
Those are her pets.
I don't have time for a dog.
We travel too much.
And I mean, maybe when Summer's old enough
to take care of an animal, you know,
for herself, then we will.
Brock really wants to do this chicken coop.
That might be her next pets pets but I really need to look
into that before we actually do that do your parents still have the little white dog Riley
yes so that's also Summer has a dog what is the best thing about the new house oh my gosh
everything I love everything about the house it finally finally is feeling like a home. We just completed the downstairs furniture.
We finally got our dining table, the chairs, got the piano, the entry room.
Like everything is done there.
And now when I look down, I'm just like, wow, this is complete.
I still need to get some houseplants and things to just fill in some of the corners and blank
spaces, but it absolutely feels like a home.
I am obsessed with the new driveway. When Brock told me he wanted to do that, I was like, dude,
that is so unnecessary. No, no, I shut it down right away. Then I saw the disappointment in
his face because he was so excited to do this. And then he showed me a couple inspo's, some of
our neighbors. I was like, you know what? Okay, let's do it. And
I hate it when he's right, because he is right often. And he was right. And it looks fantastic.
So everything about the house, literally like our driveway, I'm obsessed with it all.
What is your favorite thing about being a mom? Just being Summer's mom, she is such a light.
She is the most amazing child.
And just watching her grow and learn new things and playing Barbie Dreamhouse with her,
it just takes me back to when I was a kid.
And I'm like, wow, you are perfect.
And I just can't believe she's starting school. It literally,
it hit me a little bit at parent teacher orientation today. And yeah, I'm not ready,
but I'm so excited for her. She's going to have the best time at this school.
Any tips for new moms to stop feeling mom guilt about everything?
I don't think the mom guilt is ever going to go away.
I will tell you that.
I still have it.
I had it this weekend.
I went on a little riding camp with the boys to work on some new music,
and we ended up leaving a day early.
I was like, I got to get back to my kid.
We wrote a new song.
The EP is now completed.
We're probably going to hold it for a few months because we might add one more song.
But a new single will come out
before the EP
and then I'm thinking
a September release for the EP.
I want to do a fun party for that
and Kevin is going to be on tour
with a different band
for a couple months this summer.
So I think we'll hold it
till he's back.
Do a big performance.
I'll figure that out.
I will definitely
post about that because I would love to see all of you there but the mom guilt going back to the
question I still have it but I have to remind myself that it is so important for not only my
mental health but just for also my daughter to see that you know it's like if I'm not there
it's for a good reason I'm following my dreams and pursuing my career and just trying to set the best example for her.
So I think for mental health, it is really important to still do things that you enjoy doing for you.
And anytime I meet a new mom who asks me, you know, like, how do you do it?
a new mom who asks me, you know, like, how do you do it? I just remind them that it's okay to still have time for yourself. And also, unfortunately, unfortunately, when your baby is so little,
they're never going to remember you being gone. It's like, sad to say, but it's also true. So
I try to remind myself about that as well. And now, you know,
when your kid gets to a certain age, you can FaceTime and all of that. So I know it's important
to still do things for ourselves. Summer asked if she could go to her daddy's birthday party.
And we're like, oh, he's not having one. So we're going to do a birthday dinner for him.
So obviously we are doing a party, but it's a Vegas rager and it's 21 and over.
So obviously we are doing a party, but it's a Vegas rager and it's 21 and over.
What's your favorite mommy daughter activity to do with summer?
I need ideas for my two and a half year old.
Well, if you ask Brock any sort of like building activity, she loves to do that hands on type of stuff with Brock.
I love doing more of like the KiwiCo type of activities with her where it's creative, but
They kind of put it all out there for you. So I'm like, okay this goes here. This goes here and I love playing
Barbies with her just doing
Imagination you're the mom Barbie. I'm the dog like there's so many fun things that we've been doing we play bluey we have all the
little figurines and we'll act out scenes from that show just anything creative that gets their
imagination going I think is really important and we also we love coloring and just doing
activities where she can focus on one thing for a period of time and not just like let's do this
let's do this let's do this just like trying to keep her really focused. What is the hardest part of
parenting a child summer's current age? She's got a mind of her own. She knows what she wants,
what she doesn't want. She knows when she's hungry, when she's done eating, what she wants to
eat. And those things are hard because I don't want to raise a picky eater as
someone who is a picky eater. I hate it. I wish I could change it, but I can't force myself to
eat something I don't like. So it is challenging at this age when I'm like, no, but just try this.
And she's like, no, I don't like it. And it's like, we're doing we're doing our best. The kid is
mostly vegetarian. She doesn't really like the
texture of meat. She won't eat red meat at all. Occasional chicken nuggets or a fish stick
because she likes the breading. But yeah, that is a challenging part is just getting, you know,
the nutrition in her. That's good. But with kids, I mean, most kids all love noodles. We try to do like protein pasta,
putting vegetables in it just so she's still getting all those nutrients and she loves
avocado. So, okay. Oh my gosh. Y'all, there's so many more questions. I'm going to take one
more quick little break, try to narrow these down and I'll be right back. All right, warmer, sunnier days are calling. It is time to fuel
up for them with Factor's no prep, no mess meals. We're going to meet your wellness goals in time
for summer thanks to the menu of chef-crafted meals with options like Calorie Smart, Protein
Plus, and Keto. This is what I love about Factor is it's always fresh, never frozen. These meals
are dietitian approved and ready to eat in just two minutes in the microwave. So no matter how
busy you are, you're always going to have time to enjoy a nutritious, great tasting meal. This is
also what I love about them is lately we've been getting smoothies and juices.
Summer loves them.
Brock loves them.
We honestly probably should just double up our order because we're always fighting over
who gets which one.
They have 35 different meals and more than 60 add-ons to choose from every week.
So there's always going to be new flavors to explore.
And you're basically treating yourself at home to
restaurant quality meals that feature premium ingredients like filet mignon, shrimp, blackened
salmon. I mean, the options are endless. We get something new every week. I never get tired of
eating these meals. And it just makes it so easy when you are busy and on the go.

all these questions because I still got a lot. So I'm going to try to rapid fire them. Would you
continue acting because you were really good in that Lopez versus Lopez episode from Naya Smy.
Thank you. Yes. So that
show just got picked up for season three. So I'm hoping that our characters become recurring. And
yeah, I would love to continue doing acting. That was so much fun. Can you re-release signed
good as gold vinyls from Addison Cutroni? Yes, actually, we can do that anytime that you order one. I just need to know what name to
make it out to. I started just signing all of them when we were getting the orders. And then
we realized that some people were ordering them for friends. And then I signed it to the person
who made the order. So I'll talk to Brock. Maybe we'll do a live soon and just figure out the best
way to do that because I would love to sign some more
vinyls for you guys. So anyone that's ordered can absolutely be signed. And then at any shows I have
coming up, we should do like a merch stand and I can sign them for you there too. I met you this
past week in an emo night and you were so sweet. Made my whole trip. My girl, Lindsay. Lindsay,
girl, Lindsay. Lindsay, you made my night. Let me tell you, I had so much anxiety going into this show. I had a celebration of life for someone I was very close to earlier that day. And to go from
that to like, okay, now I got to be on and like do a show and rock out. I was just in a bit of a
funk, had just a lot of anxiety. It was the most songs I've ever
performed back to back. And this girl, Lindsay, made my night, was so sweet and so excited to be
there. And it just like made me want to do a better job and just rock out and perform and
be the best version of me I could be because I was just not feeling it
that night. I was like, you guys, I think I'm going to forget all the words. I think this,
I think that, and we crushed it. And it was so much fun. And my girl Lindsay was front and center
and I gave her a little shout out and yeah, that, that was awesome. So thank you, Lindsay.
Would you ever open your own bar or restaurant?
I like to say never say never.
But in this case, I think I can very much so say never.
That is not a business I ever want to get in.
How do you stay so positive after seeing so many hateful comments?
after seeing so many hateful comments.
You know, I just look around at my life,
at my family, at my beautiful home I've worked really hard to get,
my daughter, my husband, and I'm happy.
And I have a great life.
I have a great group of friends.
I have a solid family unit. And
that's just what I remember when I'm seeing all the negativity. It makes me sad for the people
putting it out there because I know that if they had as much happiness as I have in my life at home,
they probably wouldn't be saying such negative things. So I just try to focus on the positive
because that's honestly what matters at the end
of the day. And the positive comments are so awesome. It's like I hate focusing on the negative
ones because then the people who actually are giving love, it's like those are the people who
deserve my attention back. So I've been trying to stay out of the comment section because it has
been so negative. But I also do try to comment back
to some of the positive ones when I get in there
because I think it's important to see those.
And I'm sorry I haven't done that more lately,
but it's just been a really dark place online.
Even my YouTube, it used to be like 95% positive.
And now that we put this podcast on YouTube every week,
it's gained so many haters that now people are commenting on my family vlogs.
And I'm just like, this just used to be such a positive space for me.
And now people have made it not 95% positive.
So I apologize that I haven't commented back as much on the positive ones.
I do see you.
I know they're still there.
I've just needed to take a bit of a break from those. How do you feel about all of that? How will Sheena feel about those comments?
I mean, I guess I don't have to work so hard to make everything or anything about me when
everyone's doing it for me. You know, it's like earthquake, check. Some random celebrity split,
check. I mean, thank you everyone for checking in on me you know
I'm doing great what's an insult you've received and been proud of at Emily Mon Dieu who
I mean there's a lot I guess I would have to say probably with my music it's like
say whatever you want you're still watching the Good as Gold music video.
You're still streaming it on Spotify.
You're still listening enough to hate on it.
So, you know, mission accomplished.
I don't care who's streaming my music.
I just care about the streams.
So I would say some of those insults.
I'm still proud because I'm setting an example for my daughter to chase her dreams
and to do something that makes her happy. And that's what I'm doing every day. So, you know, just keep streaming. We've got
at least three more songs that we've finished that aren't released yet. And one more.
What is the best and worst part about people recognizing you everywhere you go? I mean,
the best is I get to meet awesome people because in person, everyone's nice.
No one comes up to me and is an asshole.
The worst part, I don't know, I guess always maybe feeling like I need to be on if I'm
having a bad day.
It's like, no, I got to turn it on.
But there's really not a worst part.
It's pretty much just the best part.
And I love meeting you guys.
So always please come up and say hi.
Unless I'm by myself at Disneyland with my daughter, I'm probably
extremely overwhelmed. Maybe just give me a wave. What are you looking forward to most this summer
with not filming? Yeah, just time with summer when she is not in school.
What's your favorite thing? Oh my God, at Disneyland. Have you been to Disney World?
We're planning a Disney World trip this summer since we do have the time off favorite thing in Disneyland we always have to
start with the mermaid ride that is definitely summer's favorite I love California Adventure I
love the roller coaster and Guardians of the Galaxy that's probably my fave is there a place
in the U.S. you'd like to visit but haven't yet? Boston. I want to go to
Boston. I've never been. I want to go to a Red Sox game. I want to go to Fenway. That is definitely
top of my U.S. bucket list. What is your favorite childhood memory or vacation? We went to the river
a lot and that's actually something I also want to do this summer with summer entering the season of
summer and my daughter's name being summer I guess I didn't really think about that but um I do want
to do some more like river and lake trips like Lake Havasu grew up going there all of the time
and I love being on a boat anything being on a boat that takes me back do you think you'll always
live in LA I think LA will always be home base because that's where my family and my work mainly is.
But I could also see us having a place in Australia,
having a place in Vegas.
Yeah.
What happened to Spot the Penguin?
I don't know.
I hope the Aquarium of the Pacific
is taking good care of them though.
When are you going to join us back in the dark
hair club at Lexi underscore D?
Slowly but surely.
It's a process. It's already
faded. Like I went back to a medium brown
and it's already faded. I need to
just keep going but I'm not going to
go back to the black.
That was a little too harsh.
I'm going to try and just keep around my daughter's hair color which is my natural hair color. I'm trying to get back to the black. That was a little too harsh. I'm going to try and just keep around my daughter's
hair color, which is my natural hair color. I'm trying to get back to that. How has your anxiety
been about leaving summer? Are you feeling more at ease? I definitely am. You know, we do still have
my mom a lot, so I always feel fine when she's with my mom. Our nanny is amazing, but she also works full time on set. She's a teacher on sets
of different shows. So yeah, but we've got a good group of people who can help with her and I feel
much, much better about that. Are you seeing a therapist? Yes, every other week. Actually,
tomorrow morning. How does OCD affect your friendships and other relationships it's just the
intrusive thoughts literally that is probably the worst part of it for me is just my mind
going to the darkest places having the darkest scenarios play out and then having to tell myself
that's not real that wouldn't happen they would never do this. But then it's like, but what if?
So that's the worst. But I think the people closest to me in my life understand that and know that I don't
actually think this.
It's the OCD.
It's not Sheena.
Does all the negative social media stuff affect your OCD?
And what do you do to not let it?
It can, yeah, which is why I've been trying to not be in the comment section as much because it just takes that one comment to then put the
thought in my mind to have the OCD attached to that thought or fear or idea. And then I can
spiral sometimes in my head and it's a dark place when I'm alone in
my head with my own thoughts. So I just try to tell myself, it's not real. It's not going to
happen. You're good. You got this girl. And that's really all I can do. I also do EMDR therapy.
And that helps rewire and reprocess my brain. I'm going to do that again soon because I feel like my brain is
due for some rewiring. But each session I've done of that, I focus on a different trigger.
And that has been incredible. Can you do a podcast with me where we talk about OCD
at Reality Ops? Yeah, we need to do that. What work have you gotten done? Well, if you saw my Instagram today, Botox.
Despite popular opinion, I legitimately have not had a nose job,
but I really see why everyone thinks I have.
When I see a photo of me from season one, specifically from the right side,
and then I see a photo of me season 11 with perfect glam from the left side, my face legit
does look different on both sides. And I think I even saw another comment. Why do you only show
one side of your face? If you saw my most recent post from the Watch What Happens Live 15 year
party, there are actually two photos in that carousel. I made sure to put the right side of
my face. There's one where I have a selfie and I took the selfie this way. And there's one with Heather Gay
and I was on my bad side, quote unquote, for that photo.
So I just prefer my left side
because my face does move a little different.
We have to adjust the Botox on my left side a little more
because the muscles just move different on that side.
But my nose from different angles,
if you have a photo like angles, if you have a photo
like this, or if you have a photo like this, I just feel like I know my angles more now and I
have much better glam than I did back then. But I totally get it. When you see a side by side of a
before and after, I'm like, damn, it does look like I've had work done. But if I had had work done,
I probably got a really good deal on it, if not a trade, and I would have posted about it.
So, no.
Anything I get done in the future, if I do though, you will see it.
Okay.
And wait.
Oh, we're at the last question for today.
We got so many.
I tried to speed through as many of these as we could.
But last one of the day,
what were all the things you did post baby to get your body back?
I mean, other than film a reality show and fill myself with stress.
No kidding.
I did pelvic floor exercises.
As soon as the doctor cleared me, I started with that.
Just very much the basics.
Then I did EMS and M sculpt, which is these different types of workouts and machines that literally shock your
muscles. It's like doing like 35,000 sit ups in 30 minutes. But I did a lot of that for a few
months just to try and speed up the process of losing weight because I did gain 55 pounds.
I have lost all of that. And heavyweight training with my boy, Seth Browning. He got my ass
back in shape. And now that Brock is turning our garage into a gym, I'm going to be getting back
into the gym with Seth because since we moved, I've not been on my workouts. And I'm saying this
here on shenanigans to hold myself accountable.
Seth, I will be seeing you soon. Everyone, thank you for sending in all of your questions.
One thing I haven't said in a while, but maybe go and give this podcast, you know,
like a five-star rating because you love getting into shenanigans with me because I love getting into shenanigans with you. So
we will be back next week, maybe with Brock, maybe with a guest. Haven't figured that out yet,
but he will definitely be back on the podcast soon. So thank you guys for watching and listening.
Love you. Peace out.
