From the creators of Riverdale comes a sparkling adventure in the Big Apple,
full of fashion, drama, and dreams colliding with real life.
Thursday, February 6th at 8, 7 central, it's the new CW series, Katie Keene.
All right, you guys, this is singer-songwriter Josie, who you may recognize from Riverdale,
Jorge with his eye on Broadway, Icaro Pepper, and fashionista legend-to-be Katie
in New York, a city of 8 million.
They are four of a kind.
Josie has the pipes, Jorge has the moves, Pepper has the connections,
and Katie has the trends.
They're friends who would give anything for their dreams
and do anything for each other.
The Big Apple better watch out.
No matter what gets in the way, they're about to take one big ol' bite.
High Style has a new name, Katie Keene.
The fashionable new series premieres
February 6th on the CW or streams
free next day only on the CW app.
From Vanderpump Rules to Vegas and everywhere in between, it's time to party with Sheena
Shea.
This is Shenanigans.
And now, here's your host, Sheena Shea.
What's up, you guys?
Getting into some Shenanigans with Jade Catapretta.
Did I say it right?
Meow, meow, meow, meow, meow, meow.
Hey.
Hi.
So, the soup is coming back to E! next week.
Yeah.
February 12th, Wednesday night, 10 p.m.
I am so excited for this.
So, I watch a lot of E!
I watch Keeping Up With The Kardashians
Yeah
Like all the time
And then I noticed
I was watching Nightly Pop last night
And every commercial break
I saw you
And I was literally
More interested in the commercial breaks
Because of you
Than I was in the actual show
So I have so many things
I want to talk to you about
Now
You were a fan of The Soup
Back in the day, right?
Oh, yeah.
John Henson was like my guy.
That's like who I was like really obsessed with
because he was like the most sketchy,
kind of like goofy one of all of them.
Because it started as Talk Soup in the 90s
and then Joel McHale took it over in 2004
and then it was The Soup.
Yeah, it was called Talk Soup originally
because all they had was talk shows to make fun of.
Like they didn't really have reality shows and all the stuff we had.
So it was really just making fun of the Sally Jessie Raphaels.
Oh, my God.
That takes me back to my childhood.
I know.
How old are you?
I'm 35.
Oh, okay.
I'm 34, so I'll be 35 this year.
Yeah.
You just guys can go, beep, like while I'm on the age.
But okay, so we high school school same time and all of that okay
love this yeah i was like into sublime you know like the guy who worked at gadzooks oh my god
that was my totally my jam yeah and we just said we same shoe size i know i love that i nobody ever
has tiny feet no yeah it's hard to find it is yeah but it's like it sucks for me because all
of my friends like especially ari, who we were just mentioning,
who have all these Louboutin shoes.
And that's one thing.
I don't spend money on shoes.
I will on sunglasses or purses before something that I walk on the ground with and people
step on.
I can't do it.
I think I've been saying Louboutin's wrong this entire time.
I just had that realization.
Like, oh, shit.
How did you say it?
I think I always...
Is Louis Vuitton and Louboutin different things?
Yes
Christian Louboutin
I knew that
And then Louis Vuitton
Shit
Yeah
I gotta get with the brands
Uh huh
What's the other one that people say wrong?
Well do you remember those
Oh Givenchy
Yeah Givenchy
But do you remember the shoes that everybody wore
That they were like not Adidas
Not the ones that there was a name
Oh Soconese Soconese Do you remember it ease do you remember and nobody knew how to say it it was like anyway um okay
it sounds familiar but i probably went away didn't know nobody knows the brand yeah nobody
knows how to say the brand yeah one of my girlfriends she had gotten her g-bone she bag
and she was like oh my god you guys look i got my first covinci no and we're like honey we're like, honey, if you're going to buy it and you're going to use it, like, you
got to know how to say it.
It's so expensive.
They should kind of give you a lesson on how to say it.
I feel like I've learned how to pronounce all of these things from watching Keeping
Up with the Kardashians.
I know.
I only watch, I literally, I'm obsessed with seeing what they're wearing and their house.
Like, their houses are just like.
And the thing I find, especially being on a reality show, that is absolutely my favorite reality show to watch because it is the most real reality show there is on television.
They have completely broken down the fourth wall.
And I find it so fascinating because it's like, you know, they're famous.
You know, they're on a TV show.
So like when they're talking about, well, fine, then Courtney's out, then mom's out.
We don't need her on the show.
And it's like all these things.
I'm like, oh, my God, give me more.
Give me more.
It's so good.
I know.
I can't get enough.
Yeah.
What are some of your favorite reality shows that you watch?
Well, I'm like hardcore on Love Island at all times.
And there's a new season now.
So I've slowly said goodbye to all my friends.
And there's a movie.
There's a movie.
I didn't even know there was a movie.
Oh, my God.
Lucy Hale is one of the stars in it.
Oh, my God.
I'm into it.
I'm into it.
I like anything that I can really binge.
I just got into Goop, the Goop show.
What's that?
No, where's that?
You know how Gwyneth Paltrow has a whole lifestyle brand?
And it's basically they go, each episode is like looking into some kind of like health and wellness thing.
Like the first one they do like acupuncture or like losing weight or they like therapy
through hallucinogenics.
And then she makes her like people on her staff go and do it.
Gotcha.
And the last one was just like a bunch of vaginas.
Like they showed a bunch of vaginas.
It's important.
Where do you watch this?
It's on Netflix.
Netflix.
Okay.
Speaking of Netflix, have you watched The Circle?
Yes, of course.
Michelle Buteau is one of my besties. I, wait, which one? Michelle Buteau, the host. Okay. Speaking of Netflix, have you watched The Circle? Yes, of course. Michelle Buteau is one of my besties.
Wait, which one?
Michelle Buteau, the host.
Okay.
Oh, gotcha.
Awesome.
Okay.
So I am only on episode four, I think.
Three or four.
Yeah, yeah.
Same.
I'm about halfway through.
But unfortunately, I know who wins.
Same.
I know.
Thanks to Andy Cohen the other night on Watch What Happens Live.
I'm like, Andy, this just came out on Netflix a couple weeks ago.
People haven't watched it yet.
There was too quick of a turnaround.
I agree.
I saw it on her Instagram.
I was like, I just started this.
But I'm like, I'm still going to watch it because I still want to see how this person won.
How, you know, who else gets blocked?
Who becomes the next influencer?
I'm like, I don't even care who wins ultimately.
But one of my favorites, I would think that person who won.
But yeah.
So anyway, that shows how like, if you're like your authentic self, like how people
really appreciate.
Yeah.
And that's why people love you.
You know, like, you're like, like, this is who I am.
Like, this is who I am fully.
Oh, thanks.
What is that?
People love me.
I always know.
But I always read the Twitter comments. Like, this is who I am fully. Oh, thanks. What is that? People love me. I always, no, but I always ask, like.
Do you read the Twitter comments?
No, I actually, I just recently stopped.
Perfect.
What's that, like, have you, do you feel the camera still?
Or have you gotten to the point where you're like, nah?
Honestly, it's funny because I feel like I was just talking to my guest who I had last week here.
About how, like, the cameras are just like flies on the wall.
And sometimes when you're so in the moment, you don't notice it.
Yeah.
But I almost feel like I didn't notice them more in the
beginning and i noticed them more now and they hate me for this but i tend to self-produce
and i'm like be careful what you say don't say too much don't but it's like i signed up to put
100 of my life on the show and i do do do that. But sometimes I in the last few seasons
have held back with saying my full truth, right? Because I'm like, No, but then it's gonna look
like this. And it never does me any favors. I know. It always bites me in the ass every year.
So they're like, Sheena, why do you keep doing this? So this year's spoiler alert,
Why do you keep doing this?
So this year, spoiler alert, I just give zero fucks. Oh, that's so great.
And I have a really bad emotional breakdown at someone's birthday party.
Because would it be a Vanderpump Rules birthday party if someone didn't cry?
No.
There needs to be tears.
Otherwise, the people at home don't want to watch it anymore.
Yeah.
And it's like, it's always those things where it's like, I don't want to do this at this
person's birthday party.
It's like, it's your job to do it at their birthday
party. It's your job to ruin the bachelorette party. Like we have to have these discussions
at a certain time. Champagne gates. Yeah. But I think this past year, it was just the last couple
years of just like trying so hard to be perfect and be like, Oh my God, Rob's amazing. And Adam's
my best friend. Oh my God, this and that. And and it was just like why am I doing this like I'm not being my most authentic self and this year
I was like I am not dating anyone this summer like I I went on one date which maybe you'll see it
maybe you won't but it was like someone I met through Lala and like he seemed very genuinely
interested and I'm like well this is different I never have a guy on the show who's interested in me.
That's my thing, too.
I'm like, oh, you don't like me?
Come on, baby.
Yeah.
Yeah.
So maybe we'll see it.
Maybe we won't.
But regardless, he actually was with me the night I have the meltdown.
No!
And he was so sweet and was there for me.
And it actually helped having someone there on that specific night.
But it didn't work out.
Spoiler alert.
Wait, is this off books?
But are you still dating the same guy
that you were at BravoCon?
I am.
Oh my God.
He is drip, drip delicious.
I was like, who is this man?
And then I was like, of course.
Yeah.
And not only like is he drop dead,
but he is the nicest human like I've ever met.
He just treats me with so much respect and just loves me so much.
It's like I really feel like I'm like, I don't think I was ever truly fully in love.
I think I was infatuated.
I think I lusted over Adam.
I think that Shay I loved from the bottom of my heart.
And I think I thought I was in love.
That's why I married him.
But there were so many red flags.
And, like, any red flag with Brock, it's like, oh, he's not from here.
But it's like, you know, you have a visa.
But it's like there's no, like, I mean.
I'll send you away if anything bad happens.
I mean, he's divorced.
I'm divorced.
No way.
So it's like there really aren't, like like those crazy red flags like right off the bat
that I felt with everyone else and I ignored.
I know.
I think we're finally coming to like as a society for women, like we don't treat, we
don't date assholes anymore.
Yeah.
Like we're finally up to the point where we're like, oh wait, this guy's a dick.
Yeah.
Like we can just date a nicer guy.
Yeah.
Totally.
But wait, where was I going with this?
Oh my gosh.
I'm so sorry.
I derailed you with your hot boyfriend.
No, it was, I think it was something about Ariana I was going to say.
Oh, you're talking about the fourth wall with the cameras.
Oh, Kardashians.
Oh, the Kardashians, yeah.
Yeah, okay.
I forget.
I lost my train of thought.
It doesn't matter.
Anyways, okay, so how did you get the job for the suit?
No, I was on the radar because I did a pilot with Nick Cannon
and Incredible,
which was like a similar kind of,
it was like a social media type of like
panel show kind of a thing.
Yeah.
And I thought it turned out really well
and I think I just,
that got me on their radar
and then I did like the whole test process.
Okay.
Yeah, it was cool.
Yeah.
I like the little article
that came out in OK.
Like I admitted that I like,
I cried after I saw the logo behind me.
I know. Congratulations on that, by and okay like I admitted that I like I cried after I saw the logo behind me I know congratulations on that by the way first magazine I know and then and um
Cameron Diaz is on the cover I'm like yeah but yeah it's I I never thought that it would even
be a possibility like but it's such a good platform for me because I'm a comic yeah so it's
like an opportunity for me to kind of be loose as myself but also like get to do a little act out yeah be
a host and so i'm still like adjusting to like where the cameras are and yeah the rhythm and
stuff but i think i'll follow my groove right that was the thing i was going to say about the cameras
i'm i'm more aware of them now than i was in the beginning because now i'm like wait am i on my
good side and it's like it's so annoying i think about my sides all the beginning because now I'm like, wait, am I on my good side? And it's like, it's so annoying. I think about my sides all the time.
I think it's like, even I was telling you about the picture.
Like I didn't like this one little thing.
Like I have too much of like a armpit vagina and I was upset about it.
But it's such a good reminder of like, we are focusing on the wrong things.
And people love those imperfections.
So it's like, I am the most, what would you say?
I'm going to tell you mine.
But what would you say is your biggest insecurity?
Because mine is my hairline.
Oh, interesting.
Literally.
I colored it in a little bit today.
No.
Because I knew I was going to be on camera for some jobs.
But it goes back further on the right side, which is why I say my good side is my left side.
That's so funny.
I never know that.
And it's the only thing.
Sometimes maybe a little cellulite.
But it's the only thing. I have my little cellulite but it's the only thing
i have my sister face tune in all my photos i'm like can you just pull down my hairline my sister
fixes my photos too she's really good at photoshop so is mine oh man i have a few like little physical
things that kind of get to me i'm just like also very twitchy when i talk and i'm like why am i
moving my face so much but i'm a scoliiosis. I'm a scoli. Really? Yeah. So sometimes when I'm shot just the right angle, it looks like really fucked up.
Oh, wow.
Sorry.
Can I say up?
You can say whatever.
But so yeah, I'm like, I have some physical insecurity things.
And my like biggest thing is that people won't think I'm funny.
Like that's my biggest fear always, you know?
Well, I can say based on those commercials, you are freaking hilarious. Oh, thanks.
I wanted to ask, what was your favorite
costume for that
one promo? Because, I mean, there were like
ten different ones. I mean, you went from Kylie Jenner to a zombie.
Yeah, no, the zombie was so fun.
We got the winner from Face Off to do
my makeup, which was so cool. Oh, cool.
Oh my god, they were all really fun,
but I have to say that my favorite one
was Lisa Renna as Erika Jay Jane, like with the pigtails.
Those were the two that I wrote down, Kylie and Erica.
And I got to keep all the costumes, so sometimes I just put on the Kylie dress when I'm by myself.
Oh my god, do you have the wig too?
Yeah, I got to keep the wig.
That's awesome.
Because all the other wigs, the woman who did my hair is this woman named Wendy who's like Emmy winner wig person.
And so I was like, can I get, she gave me the purple one as like a gift because all the other ones were like you know expensive right but what did you think about kylie having baby stormy match that
look it was so cute i thought it was freaking adorable and she got so much hate for it i know
i don't like when people tell other people how to parent i'm like you don't know she dressed her up
in a costume it was Halloween
There is a bizarre thing that we all know their kids
And their names and stuff
But I can't help it they're so pretty
That's the world we're in
I know it is it's like give in or don't
Yeah I don't like it when people give parenting tips
Like you don't know me but I thought it was so cute
I did too
The whole butterfly line that just came out
Oh my god, that party looked
gorgeous. Their parties, I always
drool over their parties. I know. I think
one of my bucket list goals is to be invited
to one of their parties. One of the kids' parties?
I don't care. Any of the parties.
I would have went to that Candyland party. That looked awesome.
I want to hang out with Dorit's
little boy. I think he's so cute.
I think he's so cute. Do you watch
Real Housewives of Beverly Hills? Oh my god.
They cannot make the episodes fast
enough for me. I'm like, can you just
move faster? I would say that
that's probably my favorite of the Housewives
series. Okay. And then New York
is my second. Yeah. Mine,
Beverly Hills and Jersey. I go back and forth
with which one I like more. Oh, Jersey's so good this season.
It's so good. She was on my podcast
a couple weeks ago. Oh my god, I love her. I love her accent. Me God. It's so good. She was on my podcast a couple weeks ago. Oh, my God. I love her.
I love her accent.
Me, too.
She was telling us.
Listen to the episode.
She was telling us some really fun stories.
Wait.
But I want to ask you this.
I was at BravoCon, so I met you at BravoCon.
Okay, yeah.
Like, how crazy was that for you to feel the magnitude of fandom?
It was insane.
Were you at our Vanderpump Rules after party?
Okay.
I met you, like, briefly.
Yeah.
Yeah.
So, James had texted me, like, let me, I'll tell you the whole story.
Yeah.
So earlier that day, we're all, the entire cast sitting in the green room and James goes
to Lala and was like, hey Lala, he's like, you want to perform at the party I'm DJing
at tonight?
Like we could do one of our songs together, da da da.
She's like, yeah, for sure.
And they're all like talking as if I'm not sitting right in front of them.
Also have songs with James.
I perform like I do.
I perform a hell of a lot more than Lala does.
You're like, hi.
And so I was just like sitting there and then he never asked me.
And I was like, oh, OK.
And then we get to the party and I just like was kind of like distant with some of the cast.
And I was like Brock's first time around all of them.
So I'm like making.
He was totally fine.
He was getting like everybody water.
Yeah, it was so fine. He was getting like everybody water. I saw it was so cute.
He's the sweetest.
But I was just like, you know, making sure like he was okay and he didn't feel overwhelmed.
And I mean, we went to a bar later that night and he was literally dancing on top of it,
doing the moves.
My mom texted me and she was like, so how's Brock adjusting to everything?
And I sent her a Snapchat and I was like, he's doing just fine.
He's pretty good.
Yeah, he's good.
But, um, so we're at the party and I just like was kind of just fine he's fitting it all right yeah he's good but um so we're at
the party and i just like was kind of in a mood because i'm like it just it bothered me a little
bit because james knows like i love doing that me center of attention singing good as gold and it
was like twist my arm 2 000 people in that 2500 oh my god yeah it was overwhelming yeah so later
that night um like i had several drinks and whatever.
So I'm now at the point of drunk.
Yeah.
And I get it.
I was talking to Raquel earlier.
She was like, are you okay?
And I was like, yeah.
I was like, I'm just kind of annoyed.
I'm like watching him DJ.
And I'm like, I would have loved to be up there with you.
But I get it.
It's your thing.
But you asked Lala and you didn't ask me.
But it was not just his thing.
It was everybody.
It was like all your guys' thing.
It was the Vanderpump Rules party.
And I'm like, I know even people who hate me
are going to want to see me perform
to make fun of me.
So I had like mentioned it to Raquel
and she's like,
why didn't you say something to him?
I'm like,
I'm not going to ask him
if I can perform.
Like,
I want to feel wanted.
Yeah.
I want to feel like he wants me there.
Like he wanted Lala.
Yeah.
And she said something to him
and I was actually,
I was glad she did,
but I get a text from him.
He's like,
it's like midnight.
He's like,
hey,
do you want to come perform? I was like sure and Brock was like just stop the
attitude he's like just go do it like and I was like okay so we go backstage and I was like Raquel
did you say something just like I'm sorry I just knew you really wanted to and I'm like now I'm
drunk so let's just see how this goes I have these like six inch platform shoes on because my jumpsuit
was way too long I didn't get it hemmed.
But I had like all these boohoo outfits. I was doing a collab with them that weekend and I got my outfits the day before. So I was like, I'm just going to wear my platforms.
And Stassi hates them. And I love wearing things that Stassi hates. It's just, it's
one of my favorite things. So I get out there, I perform, I do the splits, crushed it. Everyone
was screaming. Yeah. People were going nuts going that was the biggest crowd i've ever performed for yeah that was insane it was a blast it was
such a but i you know i opened for countess loanne on the road i like do stand up on her show
and i did it the next day in that room it was not nearly like as packed but the show was like an
hour and a half late people were oh wow but yeah it was like such a buzzy weekend to be there.
It was so cool to be a part of it because I'm such a fan of all this shit.
So I was like, was this made for me?
Yeah, I love that.
It was cool.
Who was the best or coolest person you met that weekend?
Oh, man.
Well, all of you guys were so sweet.
And it was like so nice to meet Ariana finally because we have a lot of mutual friends.
Yeah.
Oh, I want to like really think about this.
Who was it that I met that was like so crazy? I mean, I feel like I saw a lot of mutual friends yeah oh i wouldn't like really think about this who was it that i met that was like so crazy i mean i feel like i saw a lot of people that i
already knew i reconnected with a lot of like saucy's um publicist went to my college so like
just kind of old friends and actually craig was i didn't meet him but i like walked by southern
charm craig fucking hot i was yeah hello like i don't know where i'm like making some pillows
so that was cool but i didn't really get. I'm like, make me some pillows.
So that was cool.
But I didn't really get to, and of course, like, I took a picture with the Beverly Hills girls, and I was just like, I couldn't even talk around Erica Jane.
Her presence is just so.
I know.
Magnetic.
She's just so.
Yeah.
Right before one, I think it was right before Watch What Happens Live, when we're all in
the same room together, like, backstage.
And I saw Erica, and I mean, I know her. Like, it's not like we have each other's numbers and we're all in the same room together, like backstage. And I saw Erica.
And I mean, I know her.
Like, it's not like we have each other's numbers and we're best friends.
Right.
But I mean, she knows who I am.
I know who she is.
And I had just worn a pair of her shoes that was sent to me from her collection.
Oh, my God, that's right.
And I just wore them on the red carpet for the, I think it was the E, the People's Choice Awards.
Yeah.
And I was like, babe, I kind of want to just like go up and like show her the picture of my shoes and just like, you know, whatever, say thank Awards. Yeah. And I was like, I was like, babe, I kind of want to just go up and show her
the picture of my shoes
and just like,
you know, whatever,
say thank you.
Yeah.
And so I walked over to her
and before I could even
pull up the picture,
she was like,
girl, I saw you
on the red carpet
and I was like,
oh my God, you did?
I was like, thank you.
But I love that
because she is such a presence.
She's such a presence.
It's like so intimidating
but then like,
I mean, she can be a bitch or she can be a sweetheart. It's like. It is. She can like, but the thing is like, it's like so intimidating but then like i mean she can be a bitch or she can be a sweetheart it's like it is she can like but the thing is like it's just so
cool to see like a woman who's like a little bit older who like kind of read like she she was a
mom yeah that whole thing and now she's like this is the life i want i know and just created it yeah
that's what i'm so obsessed all those women are like self-made you know and everybody's like
looks down on it and blah blah blah oh it's like but no like
it's fast i'm so fascinated by them i'm like let's support them and like put him on a pedestal right
yeah how do you think it's gonna be without lisa vanderpump next season um that's new news to me
oh yeah she's crushed my heart i'm sorry it was in the news no i know i know um yeah it's but it's
like everyone was so against her and the whole dog thing.
It was like they really overplayed that dog.
Yeah.
It's like we get it with the dog.
We send back a dog.
We get it.
Yeah, we'll see how the dynamic changes.
I mean, Denise was such a good addition.
But now are you hearing all the rumors going on about her?
No, tell me.
Oh, my God.
I need to get in on this.
From what I heard, and I actually I texted her last week because I was
in Malibu and I was like, just driving
through Malibu thinking of you. Hope you're well.
And she responded and I'm like, I really want
to get her on Shenanigans soon.
Also, funny story about her.
Brock, when we were coming back from BravoCon,
her and I have the exact same
suitcase and it came out.
We're all flying mint. It comes
out and then his suitcase comes out and I was like, oh babe, there are our bags. Grab them. We're all flying mint. It comes out. And then his suitcase
comes out. And I was like, oh, babe, there are bags. Grab them. We're in the car. Ten
minutes into the drive, I get a call from a random number and they're like, I have your
bag. And I was like, excuse me? Who is this? What do you want? And they're like, is this
Sheena Shea? I was like, yeah. And then they go, we have your bag. And I'm like, no, you
don't. I have my bag. And I go to, I like hop in the back of the SUV and I was like,
oh my God, we have Denise Richards' bag. out of all the bags you could have right so thankfully we like had drivers
from the same company we're all doing the same event so my driver knew her driver we met up at
In-N-Out we did the exchange but it was so funny but that was like how we kind of got to become
like friendly with each other because then she dm'd me and she was like oh my god that was like how we kind of got to become like friendly with each other because then
she dm'd me and she was like oh my god that was so funny and i was like i know right but i really do
want to get her on the show soon because i have some questions about things that i've read in
press so from what i'm seeing her and brandy glanville yeah had a little side fling affair
that her husband may or may not have been in on. Oh my God.
I wish I saw that.
And apparently all of the girls on the show are kind of pushing her out and not wanting
to film with her.
Oh no, because that happened?
I don't know if it's because of that.
That's why I want to ask her.
I like having Denise on the show because she's kind of more of a regular girl.
I love her.
Even though she's like an A-list, you know, like she's been in everything, like she knows
everyone, like she kind of brings it to this, like she's like a Midwestern girl. I love her. Even though she's like an A-list, you know, like she's been in everything, like she knows everyone, like she kind of brings it to this like
she's like a Midwestern girl. Yeah, she's
so just real and like
at Watch What Happens Live, we had a bottle of
tequila that we were hiding on the big stage
with us and we were like passing it around
and it was like, she would like take a little sip
and there was like Lisa Rinna and Kyle right there
and we're just like, I'm like, you're so cool.
Yeah, she's so cool. When she's wearing those shorts
and she comes out and everyone's like in gowns, she's like, oh, hey guys, I'm like, you're so cool. Yeah, she's so cool. When she's wearing those shorts and she comes out and everyone's like in gowns.
She's like, oh, hey guys, I'm Mia.
I know.
I loved it.
Yeah.
I know there's like, there's very few people
that I still get very like,
I kind of have like that starstruck feeling.
Yeah.
And it's so funny that those women,
I feel like very starstruck by it.
I'm like, oh, I just feel like I know you.
Yeah.
Speaking of which, I met Joel McHale.
Oh my God.
The night before last.
Was it last night?
No, the night before last night.
Tell me.
For the first time.
The most magnetic, charismatic, beautiful.
How tall is he?
So tall.
Looks tall.
He's delicious.
I was just like, whoa.
And also, there was so much pressure.
And people are comparing me to him so aggressively.
It was just nice to finally meet him and have know, people are comparing me to him so aggressively. It was just nice to like finally meet him and have like a face to everything.
And he was so sweet and like so encouraging.
And he stayed and watched my set.
Like it was just I needed that.
I sort of like needed the handoff in a weird way.
Like I needed him to acknowledge.
Yeah.
So did they offer the show back to him and he didn't want to do it?
Or no, I actually don't know how.
I think the show just kind of like organically ended.
You know, it had been on for 11 years.
And then it had been on since 91 with Kinnear.
So it was like, and then he went and took the show to Netflix.
And that was just one season.
But I think, yeah, I think the show was just, I think it needed a new voice.
It kind of got to the point where it was like, we've heard dudes make fun of this forever.
Right. You know, and we just kind of needed a different spin on it. Yeah. It kind of got to the point where it was like, we've heard dudes make fun of this forever. Right.
You know, and we just kind of needed a different spin on it.
Yeah, I can't wait to see.
I can't wait to see.
I remember, like, the first couple seasons,
because Vanderbilt Rules, we started in 2013,
so there was still like a year or two.
Oh, my God, that's been a while now.
Yeah, crazy.
That's nuts.
And I remember there, because I would watch that show religiously,
and every time there would be, like, a clip of us, I'm'm like, oh my God, Joel McHale's talking about us.
He said my name.
He knows who I am.
Yeah.
Actually, I'll show you the new promo that just came out.
The punchline is Vanderpump Rules.
I saw that.
Yeah.
That's what I wrote.
I think I just pumped my Vander.
I showed it to Ariana the other day.
I was like, I'm sorry.
I hope this isn't weird.
Yeah.
I love that.
That promo, when we went to do it, those glasses I'm wearing, they had real strobe lights in
them.
Really?
And the first time I did it, they were like, let's just try it out.
I kind of fainted.
Yeah.
And they were like, will you be okay to do this?
And I was like, yeah, I'll be fine.
And then I wasn't.
That's crazy.
We had to put little tanning bed things in my eyes so I wouldn't pass out.
Yeah, because I mean, yeah, there there's movie magic but i was wondering how they
i'm like yeah i'm like can't you do this in post they're like we really can't i was like i guess
i'll do it yeah for the team well it was good and you got you pumped your vander you rivered your
dale the one that they cut out was like i queered my folk and they were like you you can't say that
love it um okay so james kennedy told me about this crazy party that hulu threw in beverly hills
kate chastain was there a bunch of the housewives and even captain lee so i just have one question
why was i not invited um now i have to watch the commercials to see what happened like everyone
else like extreme fomo here but lucky for you hulu has the reality TV you love So start your free trial today at Hulu.com
What would you say
Do you because I know you're between like
LA New York you're kind of where do
You prefer for like work wise
What do you think oh man I think there's so much
So many opportunities in LA but there's
Something about New York that just makes me feel really
In the moment and like really alive at all times
Yeah you don't you know here
You have more time to like obsess over small stuff
like armpit vaginas.
Like there, I'm just like, I got to get to the train.
I don't have time.
I had a place there for six years.
I just let it go.
Where did you grow up?
I grew up in Brazil, Sao Paulo.
Oh, that's right.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Okay.
So I moved to Virginia when I was like a kid.
Okay.
So East Coast.
So yeah, I've always kind of been like more of an East Coast person as like, it's a little
more isolating here, I feel like
I agree, and I'm born and raised here
But I wanted to ask you about what you preferred, like work and living-wise
Because I'm thinking, my boyfriend and I are just putting feelers out there
We're going tomorrow night, but we're thinking of spending the spring in New York
Yes, yes, yes, yes
Summer and spring in New York, there's something magic
It feels like a music video outside at all times.
People are just like, la, la, la.
And I don't know.
There's just a rhythm.
Like, I love how it feels.
The energy in New York just feels right to me.
I love it.
And I have a whole life there, which is bizarre, you know?
I miss, like, I had a closet full of clothes that would just travel with a backpack.
Like, look at me.
But yeah, New York in the winter is rough.
Yeah.
It's rough, dude.
People are pissed off
it's like these little rats they go back in their little cave
and then the summer comes out
but yeah I would
I think the perfect life obviously
I wish we could all afford it
the bi-coastal life
I could keep that going but
I couldn't do it we were doing Airbnb
and it was just like too hard to keep up with
yeah I'm I'm excited to see we'll know after this weekend he's trying out with the New York rugby
team oh shit I just signed with an agency out there that's so exciting yeah thanks so um yeah
I'm definitely manifesting that and just putting it out there think about Brooklyn think about
being in Brooklyn okay like not in the city because it's so expensive, one.
And then in Brooklyn, like, there's that kind of Silver Lake kind of feel to it.
Okay, I like that.
Like Williamsburg, kind of.
Yeah.
Park Slope, those areas I would investigate.
And I think the team practices in, like, Staten Island.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
That'll be closer.
There's cool places in Staten Island.
Yeah.
You probably don't want to live in Staten Island.
No, no, no.
But I'm like, I don't know how far Midtown to Staten Island is
or Brooklyn to East Village.
I'm like, I don't know New York,
but I've always wanted to just spend at least three months there.
I'm like, I manifested this last spring.
I was out there for Watch What Happens Live.
I was on with Carl and our moms,
and we were getting lunch the day after.
Yeah, they were the bartenders.
It was the best.
And the next day, I had gotten a shitty phone call the night before
of something that just wasn't working out work-wise with me.
And I was just kind of in a mood that night.
I got really drunk on the show.
And the next day, I was like, fuck LA.
I'm moving to New York.
And that's it.
My mom was like, Sheena, you're not moving to New York.
Like, Vanderbilt films all summer.
Like, you're probably going to start filming soon. And I was like, I just, I'm like, okay York. And that's it. My mom was like, Sheena, you're not moving to New York. Like, Vanderbilt rules films all summer. Like, you're probably going to start filming soon.
And I was like, I just, I'm like, okay, maybe next spring.
But I'm like, I'm going to manifest this.
I'm like, if an opportunity brings me to New York next year, I'm moving for at least three months.
I think it's worth it.
I mean, if you get a chance to live anywhere, like I would live, the cities I would do is Austin.
That's like such a great city. I love Austin.
Yes.
And then New Orleans.
Like, I don't know what it is about New Orleans.
I'm obsessed with it. I want to go back
when we're not filming because that whole
trip, it was like we did what they told us to do
and we didn't really have much time
to explore. The restaurants are like
and you can drink while you're shopping.
You can literally drink while you're
shopping in a store. It's the best.
I like that. You could be driving and drinking
but don't do it. Okay, that makes sense that that's the best. I like that. You could be like driving and drinking, but you know, don't do it. Okay.
That makes sense that that's where Stassi's from.
Like, don't do it.
Gotcha.
Have you been to or are you going to the Britney in the Zone pop up?
100%.
I will be going soon.
We're hoping to do like a little spit, a little joke on it on the show.
Okay.
Because it's just too good.
Yeah.
I can't.
But the whole Britney thing lately has been kind of a little bit sad. Okay. Because it's just too good. Yeah. I can't, but the whole Britney thing
lately has been kind of
a little bit sad.
Okay,
tell me what you know.
Well,
I mean like just watching
her videos,
like she just seems
a little unstable.
Yeah.
Like a little off the meds.
I didn't know if you had
any like behind the scenes.
No,
I wish.
Okay,
just from what you see
on posts.
Yeah,
just her posts,
I'm like,
you're a little like,
the eyeliner.
I'm like,
I just, I love Britney Spears.
She has been my idol since I was a freshman in high school.
I had my hair bleached blonde.
I knew all of the dances.
Yeah, I was like when Stefani's still...
You were at the PCA.
I was at the PCA.
I was like staring at her back.
Oh my God, she smiled at me and waved.
She's so beautiful.
I was like, I don't get starstruck like ever.
Like I've been around... Jennifer Aniston. It was like, and then't get starstruck, like, ever. Like, I've been around
for a long time. And then, like, Lively
professing his love to her. I was like, are you
kidding me? I know.
The Britney stuff, it's sad because
you know, it's kind of like an Amy Winehouse
situation where, like, she wasn't well.
She needed to get away from press and working.
And then, like, her family kind of kept throwing her
in front of all that stuff. Yeah. And I think
that she just, Britney needs to like take off some time.
I don't know.
It just seems like that to me.
It's like every time I see one of her videos and like she's like twirling around in these
dresses and stuff, but it looks like it's like her makeup looks like it was from five
days ago.
And I'm like, but you have the means to the, and like, obviously like you've been in the
industry long, you know how to do your own makeup well.
And it's just like, she likes doing it. She likes to do your own makeup well. It's just how she likes doing it.
She likes to do her makeup like that.
And then the really low rider pants.
I tried on some old pants the other day from Express.
My pews were showing.
They were so low.
I was like, this is how we used to wear our pants.
Yeah, and now it's high-waisted.
Oh, so high.
I like it.
Yeah, so much better.
I like it to look like my vagina's hungry for fabric.
That's just up.
That's my style.
Yes, but I do love Britney.
I know, I love her so much.
Sending our love to you.
Because, yeah, it's just like you don't want to see someone who, you know, they're like at the height of their career.
And then 2007 happened and it's like she never, I felt like, fully recovered.
It was like she, I mean, the show in Vegas was fucking fantastic.
I saw it multiple times.
Some of her performances, like, at award shows and stuff.
But it's like, it's just not the same Britney.
And it's so sad.
It's so sad.
Because we all are rooting for her.
No one wants to see Britney fail.
But we did this to her.
And that's what's the messed up thing.
It's like, you know what I mean?
It was like, it was the fandom.
It was like being in the public eye too much.
Like, it messed up her psyche. Yeah. It's a lot. It's like a lot of. She was like, you know what I mean? It was like, it was the fandom. It was like being in the public eye too much. Like it messed up her psyche.
Yeah.
It's a lot.
It's like a lot of teenager.
Exactly.
Like a lot of those people,
like they're kind of like taking some time to like,
you don't see Christina.
No.
And a bunch of eyeliner,
like twirling.
Right.
This is my closet.
Yeah.
That video,
the closet one.
I watched like 40 times.
It was so weird.
I know.
Same's.
I just want to hang out with her.
Yeah.
Me too.
I just want to be your
friend i want to like make her better i'm just like i know like hey yeah let me i remember it
was like around the wig 2007 era and i was living in hollywood and there was one weekend where
britney just randomly went to the mondrian hotel made friends with two fans and like partied with
them all day and they had all these selfies and I'm like, why isn't that me?
Why wasn't that me? Remember when Hyde was
cool? Yes. She would hang out at Hyde
with Paris Hilton.
That's when I was really obsessed
with celebrity. When you're young
and you're like, wow.
We're at that perfect age where we
got to experience that Hollywood life
pre-social media. When you could
go out five nights a week and see Leonardo DiCaprio, Johnny Depp.
If there was social media when I was in college, it would have been over before it even started.
But there was still a little aspect of privacy back then.
Of course, there was paparazzi, but once you were in the club, you were safe.
No one had cell phones.
We had flip phones.
I had a trio without a camera, whatever it was.
Oh my God, I miss my flip phone.
I like how it felt against my face.
Yeah.
I heard they're bringing back the razor.
Yeah, they need to.
Uh huh.
I mean, I don't know how it's going to, that's going to be a hard technical because the screen's
going to be so thin.
Right.
It's got to be like you're like burner phone.
Yeah.
That's the one you have for your mistress.
It's true.
You're like, this is for me and Brittany.
Right.
Yeah.
So do you, oh, wait, one other thing
I wanted to mention.
Speaking of the pop stars thing,
I saw somewhere
that you had said
that your goal
is to be gazpacho spice
and be the sick spice girl.
I am obsessed
with the spice girl.
I love them.
I don't know what it,
I mean, of course
I know what it is.
I was like a young girl.
Yeah.
But I always felt like
I was just like a combo
of a bunch of them.
So now I feel like
I would be,
I actually wanted to say
nip slip by a special.
They're like,
can you give us a little something safer?
I was like,
I guess this pod show will do.
Who was,
were you like a posh fan?
Scary.
Okay.
And I saw her at my wax place before I lasered.
I lasered cause I'm not a peasant now.
But I remember seeing her and being like,
Oh my God, I made it.
Yeah.
We go to the same wax place.
That's the best.
She was my fave.
Yeah.
I went to a concert not too long ago and knew like every single word.
So I was like, wow, that's really embedded in me.
Wannabe, I mean, I'm like always, I'm Scary Spice.
And Wannabe, I'm always Scary Spice.
Yeah.
Because she had the best parts.
No, Jerry.
Yeah.
No.
Oh my God.
What's her name?
Mel B.
Mel B. Yeah. I was like, oh. Yeah. But you Oh my God, what's her name? Mel B. Mel B.
Yeah.
I was like, oh.
Yeah, but you have a very posh look,
so I was curious who your fave was.
I didn't really ever sing.
She was like,
never really had any of the good parts.
Yeah, I think that's why I like Ginger Spice so much
because she was always, you know,
center of attention.
I'm like, mm.
Yeah.
I think, yeah,
Sporty had like the best voice, I feel like.
She was like, for me.
And Ginger.
Mm-hmm.
I don't know, they're all great.
They're all so good. I wish that girl groups would come like come back a little bit well you
need it which one is coming back which tell me the pussycat dolls oh my god i'll do it yeah no
they're back on back oh yeah they're back i want to see them in concert doing shows so one of my
really good friends works for one of them as her personal assistant.
And he was showing me some videos that she sent.
And, like, I think she watches Vanderpump Rules.
And so, like, we have, like, that little, like, through our friend, like, we feel like we know each other.
And so he was like, oh, my God.
He's like, look at the video she sent me.
He's like, I got to show you.
I was dead.
I'm like, how do you look even better now?
Yeah. All five of them crushing it there was i think it was a one of their new music videos that they were shooting yeah and i mean there's like
the water and the chairs and the flipping the hair and the ass shaking and choreography i'm like
this is better than they were when it was the don't you and they can like all sing they can
all do like it's like one of those really strong. Yeah.
I want to ask you this.
Like who is the craziest person that you've met that is like, oh my God, I love you.
I watch your show.
Like then you were like, what?
You know?
Craziest and just like I can't believe it.
Not like mentally crazy.
Not like, yeah.
Right.
I would say.
Not like take a pill crazy.
Like you're fun crazy.
Yeah.
Miley Cyrus has been my favorite.
Yeah. I can you're fun crazy. Miley Cyrus has been my favorite. Stop. Yeah.
I can't handle Miley.
We had a whole night last year.
It was like it started at Tom Tom, and then we went to whatever.
I want to date her so bad.
Dockini Room.
Oh, my God.
Me too.
I want to date her.
I know.
When she was with Caitlyn, I was so jealous.
Or do you go mostly?
I don't know if I, like, with sexuality and all of that and just with, there's so many different ones.
I don't know if I would necessarily say bi, but yes, I have been interested in girls.
But I don't think I could ever end up with one long term.
Interesting.
So I don't know if I would call myself bi, but definitely have had my flings.
I mean, I even, I had one last year with a girl up until I met my boyfriend yeah so
yeah I guess I'm a little bi I say pan now that's like the biggest like that's like what if I meet
you and I like you like let's do it and I don't have a that's me like I hadn't had a thing with
a girl since like right after college it'd been like 10 years but Miley and yeah the ultimate for
me like ultimate crush she
really is and then the girl bridget from atypical do you watch that wait no i don't she's the sister
in atypical oh my god i'm such a grad if you're listening yeah give me a ring yeah but miley i
was like yeah i i definitely would yeah and she is just one of the coolest most down-to-earth
celebrities and just people in general that
I've ever met.
Oh, that's so good to hear.
Yeah.
I love her.
I've been to like every single one of her concerts.
She's so, I mean, I watched her from her Hannah Montana days because my little sister, she's
22 now.
So back when like she was in like, I don't know, junior high and would come home, that
was like our thing we would watch together.
I love those Disney shows.
I was on the Jonas Brothers
one and I've always just been a kid at heart
because of my sister. So I've been a
fan of hers since she was like 12 years old.
And then to get to hang out with her and party with her
I was like, oh my god, a Tana Montana!
That's such a good one.
She's so badass.
She just keeps getting better.
I know, I love that mullet. Very cool.
She's looking cooler and cooler to me.
So was she not invited to the Grammys?
Because I saw her post.
Oh, it was so good.
But her sister was there, right?
I think sometimes she just wants her sister to have a moment with her dad.
I think she wanted to give her that.
I love Noah Cyrus.
Her music is so good.
Yeah.
So that's actually how I met Miley
the first time
because Noah
and my little sister
are friends.
That's so cute.
And it was Noah
and Liam's joint
birthday party
two years ago
and my sister
invited me
and I was like,
oh my God,
I gotta go to Miley's house
and it was so crazy
because one of Miley's
friends was a big,
still is,
I just saw her
actually at BravoCon.
Her name's Jessie.
She's a huge Vanderpump Rules fan.
So I'm at the party, and then Ashley Simpson and Evan Ross, who I've known Evan for a very
long time, they're there, and then Ashley was like, oh my god, she, I'm like, I'm sorry,
what, like autobiography?
Like, what?
Like, you know me?
So crazy.
And then I ran into them at, i think it was like coachella or
something at one of like the towel parties stagecoach um i was at stagecoach as well
yes i'm like how many bachelors did you see um how many have uh never mind
circle back to that wait wait wait what out of all the out of all the Bachelor, Bachelorette, who's your, like, yum?
I would say it was probably Josh Murray, but we never had a thing.
Yeah.
Because he was just very, what's the word?
Unreliable.
Yeah.
Yeah.
They're all so much younger.
When you meet them, you're like, oh, my hair, baby.
Yeah.
Yeah.
But it was crazy when I'm at Miley's house and like ashley simpson and then uh miley's friend jesse comes up to me and she's like oh my
god she's like i gotta introduce you to miley and i was like wait what and she's like yeah so
she goes over she's like miley she's like this is sheena she's like remember that show that i told
you you gotta start watching and she's like yeah so like we have a drink together we're hanging out
and i'm just like wait miley's like wait which one's your sister gonna like courtney she's like
i love courtney and i'm, this is so surreal right now.
I can't even handle the story.
Can you imagine me in front of her?
It was the best night ever.
And then to come full circle now, two years later, Jesse texted me and was like, hey,
we want to come to Tom Tom tonight.
And I was like, oh my God, it's a Saturday night.
Like, and I was like, how many people are you with?
Like, I'll see what they can do. And she's like, Miley's coming, but don't tell anyone. I was like, oh my god, it's a Saturday night. And I was like, how many people are you with? I'll see what they can do. And she's like,
Miley's coming, but don't tell anyone. I was like,
okay. So I call
Max, the manager, and
it was funny because this was a couple
months after him and I ended things, and I
was not on speaking terms with him at all.
I did not like him, but I'm like,
it's for Miley. Gotta do it.
So he texted Max, and I was like, don't tell
the staff or anyone. I was like, but Miley wants to come in tonight. I need you to set it up in the back. And he was like, it's for Miley. I got to do it. So I texted Max and I was like, don't tell the staff or anyone.
I was like, but Miley wants to come in tonight.
I need you to like set it up in the back.
And he was like, done.
So we go that night.
I have the best night.
Right when I walked in, she was like, Sheena.
And I was like, oh my God. And Jessie got her on Vanderpump Rules.
So she had like been watching the show.
And then like Lisa was there.
The Toms were there.
And that was the night that actually Max and I became friends again.
Because we just hung out with her all night.
And yeah. So thanks to Miley. Now I'm friends with because we just hung out with her all night and yeah so thanks to Miley now I'm friends
with my ex again. Thank you Miley
for everything you've done for us. She's amazing
She's like my
I would say her and Chrissy Teigen are my two
goal guests to get on Shenanigans. Yeah Chrissy Teigen is
like just such an example of like
not giving a shit. Yeah. Being your
totally yourself and like beautiful
funny like whole package.
She's so funny.
I think she's my favorite person to follow on Twitter.
Oh my God, after I watched Cheer,
and I went to her page immediately,
she had that video where she's like,
Cheer me!
Oh my God, I love her.
She's a good one.
And then King Princess is my other big crush.
Just want to put it out there just in case they're listening.
Wait, why don't I know who that is?
She's kind of a younger singer, songwriter.
She's dating, I think, or from my stalking, I've gathered.
She's dating Lizzo's, like, I don't know what the name of it is, like creative director.
I think it's like her creative director.
Okay.
Who's been crushing it.
Yeah.
The ballerinas with the do-rags.
Yes.
I was like, yes.
I love LaBelle.
She's just like this young singer like, I hate it when dudes try to chase me.
Do you know that song?
No.
I gave it no.
I'll have to look into it.
She's so good.
So you do stand-up acting hosting.
You're like one of those triple threats.
Do you have any shows that like fans can come to coming up anytime soon?
Yeah, I'm actually at the Comedy Store almost every weekend.
Oh, no way.
Yeah, I was at Laugh Factory on Monday with Joel.
Oh, sick.
So I'm local, and I started at the Comedy Store.
I used to bartend there.
Oh my God, no way.
One of the girls on Vanderpump Rules is there on Friday, actually.
Dana, Kathan.
She's doing one of the produced shows.
I don't know what it is.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
I know she's at the Comedy Store
The Comedy Store is like you have to give us blood
Before we let you perform here
And you're like okay here is my blood
Yeah so I'm there Saturday
I'm there at the local clubs
And people can go on my website
Because I have a little tour coming up starting in February
I'm going to go all over the US
And then hopefully I'll be a little bit in Japan
And a little in Australia in the summer
Love that You were just saying you lived in Australia be a little bit in Japan and a little in Australia in the summer. So I'm excited. Love that.
You were just saying you lived in Australia for a little
bit, right? Yeah. I did a month there.
What part? Comedy. Mostly Sydney.
But then I traveled a little bit. I went to Melbourne
and I loved it.
There's so much people. I still haven't been there.
I have a cousin who lives there and
I've been to Sydney, Brisbane, Gold Coast
but I haven't been to Melbourne.
Oh, the Gold Coast. Yeah. You know that's the largest area of pedophiles, pedos.
Really?
Yeah, the Gold Coast.
Interesting.
Yeah, you know.
Well, because, I mean, it's a criminal colony.
Yeah.
They used to send criminals there.
Oh.
Good to know.
That's why they're also, like, hot and strong.
Fun fact.
You're criminals.
Yeah.
Okay.
Gotcha.
Yeah.
I felt like I had so many other topics.
Oh, yes, Bachelor.
That's what I wanted to say.
I was like, what was it that I wanted to talk about?
Ooh, The Bachelor.
Okay, so did you see last week's episode?
Of course.
This week with the Chase Rice thing?
Yes.
How shady was that a production?
I know.
Obviously, they knew.
Obviously, it's sad.
Everyone knew except the three of them.
Also, I had no idea who Chase Rice was.
And I was like immediately on his page.
I was like, who is this fucking guy?
He's hot.
I was like, ooh, he has a million followers.
I was like, was that from The Bachelor?
Did he have them before?
No.
Country singers are just so American, you know?
Totally.
But I loved that song.
Yeah.
But that, you can just see it in her eyes.
She knows right away.
She knows.
As they're walking up, she can hear the music.
She's like, I know this song.
Oh, my God.
I have a couple friends that produce on the show.
So I know a little bit.
I feel like I'm breaking so many walls with the soup now and this.
I'm like, I almost can't watch it in a clean way anymore like I used to.
It's kind of like, oh, man, I know behind the curtains.
But, yeah, that was shady.
And then Peter the whole time, he's like, yeah, man, maybe you could sing at our wedding.
Yeah.
Best date ever.
I'm crushing it right now.
This is awesome.
Meanwhile, she's like, oh, my God, oh, my God, oh, my God, that's my next boyfriend.
And then Chase's face when he's talking to Peter, he just looks like he is steaming.
He's like, yeah, take my number, man.
Yeah. He's my number. It take my number, man. Yeah.
He's my number.
It was so awkward.
The whole thing was so, I mean, the whole thing on The Bachelor is awkward.
Like, you know, it's an awkward thing.
But, I mean, great TV.
Great TV.
Great TV.
I love The Bachelor because in the beginning, it's kind of like you have to kind of sit through it.
And then it really, like, people's emotions become, you know, they're so isolated.
Definitely. With you guys, like like you're just living your life like can you imagine doing this but like
you don't have your cell phone nope you don't have other people's opinions of it like you're
just in a place by now with these women you barely know that you're dating the same guy with like
yeah when people are like it's all so fake i'm like it might be orchestrated but those emotions
are real yeah people are really feeling those things and
yeah it's such an experiment and people
watching yeah I can't wait for
Bachelor in Paradise that's like I can't wait
I saw Dean the other day in the distance
and I was like really oh my god Dean
does he have the stash he still has the
stash is he still living in his van
did you ask I didn't I didn't even get a chance
to talk to him we were like like he already
filming like yeah in different rooms but I like walked by him and I was like let's stop this and get a chance to talk to him. We were like a coyote filming in different rooms.
But I walked by him and I was like, let's stop this and get a photo right now.
And he's still with Caitlin.
Yeah, they're still together.
Yeah.
What a success story.
I know, right?
Who would have thought?
My friend really likes him.
So I'm rooting for them to break up just for that reason.
But otherwise, keep on keeping.
I mean, the majority of those relationships don't last.
You're in this fantasy world for so relationships don't last you're in this
fantasy world for so long and then you get in the real world and it's like i mean even with my
boyfriend and i we did 10 days in australia and bali and then we came back and we're like oh you
live in san diego and you live in la and like it's like it just i'm like what do they feel that was
10 days on vacay and we were already dating i I'm like, how do these people on The Bachelor go and do that and then come back to real life?
Two months.
I want to know, like, are they having sex in Paradise, you think?
Are they, like, sneaking off into little corners and humping?
I think so.
Or is that hard, you think?
I think because, like, you know, they have the cameras in the bedrooms.
Right.
But I think, like, under the covers, they definitely are.
And are you allowed to have cameras in the bathrooms?
I don't think so.
I feel like it has to face a certain angle.
Yeah.
I was just on Jessica's podcast.
She was in Big Brother and I was asking about that.
And she was like, I literally never pooped.
I like had like digestive problems because she was so nervous.
Yeah.
I'm nervous to poop at the office.
So I can only imagine.
Right.
With cameras in there.
Totally.
I know. Do you feel, do you, but like can only imagine. Right? With cameras in there. Totally. I know.
Do you feel, like, with the cameras and everything, like, you said you're, like, not as used to.
Mm-hmm.
But do you feel, like, is there times where you go, like, I didn't like what I said.
Will you guys not use that?
Can you do that or no?
If you do that, I think that makes them want to use it that much more.
So you're learning how to be like, I don't care.
Use it.
There was a time, there was one thing that
happened at my wedding.
It was like a family thing
and it was like something that was completely
unrelated to the show.
Just something that went really wrong.
And I was like begging producers, I'm like, please, please,
please, do not. And they're just like,
you know, I mean, it's a storyline
and I was just like, no, no, no.
But I'm like, oh my god, now I said something. Now they're probably, and it never aired or anything because it's a storyline to vote. And I was just like, no, no, no. But I'm like, oh, my God, now I said something.
Now they're probably, and it never aired or anything because it was so irrelevant to the show.
Does that give you, do you have anxiety always from it?
Like, what are they going to use?
What are they, like, I think about that all the time for you guys.
Yeah, I take Wellbutrin daily.
Oh, my God.
I go in and out of therapy.
Yeah.
And I smoke a lot of weed.
Yeah.
Thanks to reality TV.
That's just living in L.A. alone.
You know, pretty weed. Yeah. Thanks to reality TV. That's just living in L.A. alone. You know, pretty much.
Yeah.
But my anxiety got really bad like four years ago.
And then I started to have travel anxiety.
And when I got back from my first time abroad, I was just like, I think I need to see someone now.
Like it was something that I was just like putting behind and just like not dealing with.
And then I like I got into therapy.
I got a medication.
And now I'm like, I mean, I'm the happiest I've ever been in my life, but I've been on
it for so long that I'm like, do I like slowly wean myself off it?
Like, I don't know, because I mean, no one wants to be on any medication.
I mean, even birth control.
It's like, I mean, I take a really bad acid reflux.
So you see Prilosec.
OK, same.
And Nexium or Prilosec.
I'm supposed to take it every night, hence my raspy voice.
I know.
I think we kind of sound like somebody.
I do, too.
I heard you, and I was like, you sound like my sister a little bit.
So I was like, I think we have a similar, yeah.
Yeah, but do you lose your voice a lot?
Yeah.
See, and I do, too.
Because we talk a lot.
And that's the thing.
I'm like, is it because I smoke weed?
And I used to never be able to get high just from like inhaling.
I'm like, I don't get it.
It doesn't make sense.
Someone's like, if you swallow.
Yeah.
And I'm like, is that have I ruined my vocal cords from swallowing marijuana smoke for
the last decade?
But you know what affects you with weed?
Like, it's not the marijuana or the smoke.
It's the heat.
So like, if you if you do like, maybe, what are they called?
The what's the bag thing?
Oh, my God.
Volcano. Oh, yeah. That might be better for you because I'm off the vapes. So like if you do like maybe, what are they called? What's the bag thing? Oh my God, what are they?
Volcano.
Oh yeah.
That might be better for you because I'm off the vapes.
See, and I still have a Pax.
And then you see that photo of the 19-year-old's lungs and I'm just like, okay, as soon as this cartridge runs out, just don't buy another.
And then you're given one and you're like, I know.
I know.
It would be rude if I didn't.
And it's just so convenient.
And it's like when you're indoor, it's like you can't just light up a joint everywhere. I mean, more places
you can now, but
you can't just do that. That's the dream that like you
can go to a restaurant and then like at the end
they give you like a little chocolate and a little joint.
That's like the dream. One day.
Well, wait, is it
Miley's Place, the new
weed cafe in Hollywood? Oh, Lowell's.
Lowell's Cafe. Is Miley one of the
owners? Oh, I don't know. I mean, possibly. If it is miley one of the owners oh i don't know my
i mean possibly if it's not that one i think she is opening one because i remember hearing
something about that but i love lolz i haven't been yet i think they're such a great brand like
they're like a local brand and everything they use like all their packaging is organic and
biodegradable i really really like that company yeah love that yeah awesome well thank you so
much for being here yeah thanks for having. I'm happy to meet you.
Yeah.
And I'm like, now I kind of want to go back and watch.
Yeah, definitely.
You know, I got to get in there.
And that's the thing, too.
I love when I meet people and they haven't seen the show, so they don't have a preconceived notion.
When they do, I usually prove them wrong or they just don't fuck with me, and that's okay.
Yeah.
But now—
We did a thing.
We did a thing on the penguin.
Oh, my God, stop.
Yeah, we did a thing on the penguin.
We had to make fun of you for adopting the penguin.
Yeah.
We tried to fix things.
It's too funny.
So you want to know something funny?
Yeah.
So when I landed in Australia, literally, like, my boyfriend, he knew that one of my
bucket list life goals is to hug a koala.
And there are only certain places that you can do that in Australia.
It's true.
When I was in Sydney, I got very close, but you couldn't touch them.
You're not allowed to.
It's illegal.
Right. Yeah. But Gold Coast. When I was in Sydney, I got very close, but you couldn't touch them. You're not allowed to. It's illegal. Right.
Yeah.
But Gold Coast,
you can.
So we land.
We're in the car.
We drove straight to the hotel
to drop off our bags
and then straight to the zoo,
the Corumban Wildlife Sanctuary.
Oh, I love it.
And right before we pulled in,
he's like,
check your email.
And I opened my email
and he adopted me a koala.
Oh my God.
And the first thing
I thought of is, oh my God, do you know about the penguin or do you not?
Is this like a sweetness thing or are you making fun of me?
And he had no idea about the penguin.
Even when I posted the photo, he didn't get my caption when I was like, who needs a penguin when you can adopt and hug a koala?
He's like, yeah, I didn't know why you said that.
He's like, why do you need a penguin?
No, because I bought someone a penguin.
How was hugging the koala? It was one of the best moments of my life her name was goosey oh my god the funniest thing happened so i'm holding her and he said
he saw her poop as like the person the trainers like handing her to me so a couple hours goes by
i'm hanging out with the kangaroos i'm like you know taking pictures of the joeys
the joeys yeah so fucking cute and then i'm like when i stood up i was like wait and i look at my
belly button i have my belly button pierced still since i was like 16 so britney and i was like
exactly why i got it pierced and i look and i was like what is that and i like take my nail and i
go to like move my butt oh there was a little ball of koala poop in my fucking belly button that had been there
for two hours.
There's got to be luck.
I was just lucky.
But I was like, it was goosey and it's okay because she was just so cute and she hugged
me and she just like put her little claws in me like so softly.
And I was just like, I'm like, I can't even be mad.
I just, I took the ring out, threw it away, went in the bathroom, took all of the antibacterial,
just poured it. And I was like, we got to go back to the hotel. And I was away, went in the bathroom, took all of the antibacterial, just poured it in.
And I was like, we got to go back to the hotel.
And I was like, I need to go back.
Can you imagine getting an infection from koala poop in your belly button?
Am I going to get chlamydia?
Oh, yeah.
Because they have chlamydia.
I know.
Them in like old people homes.
That's like raging chlamydia.
Yeah.
But we're good.
No chlamydia.
Yeah.
So that was good.
But that was the only thing about hugging the koala that was like...
A little poopy.
A little poopy.
A little smelly.
Yeah.
I can't believe the wildlife in Australia.
It's like just the birds that are like outside.
I know.
People have these birds in cages in America.
You're like, they're just out.
I know.
Cockatoos?
The fact that we used to have a cockatoo.
She actually just passed away.
We had her for like 35, 37 years.
Oh my God.
My backyard neighbor used to have one in an old place.
And I was just like, how long do these live?
A hundred years.
A hundred years.
They'll never die.
So, and we didn't know how old she was when we got her.
So my mom had her for almost 40 years.
That's insane.
And then the other one, we have a blue and gold macaw.
Oh my God.
And we've had her for like 25 years.
How do you sleep?
I mean, it's the most.
Well, I don't live with my parents anymore.
Oh, I see.
I see.
We're not in Brazil.
Yeah.
Yeah.
But, you know, when you visit, aren't they so loud?
She is very loud.
Oh, my God.
Very loud.
And then when the other one passed away, it was like, you know, they were like together
every day for like 25 years and now she's by herself.
But she's out of the cage all the time running around chasing the dog.
Like, it's hilarious.
That's so crazy.
Yeah. It's just so sad. Everything in Australia with all of the dog like it's hilarious but um crazy yeah it's just
so sad everything in australia with all of the wildlife devastating it's devastating what's
happening to our whole world half a billion not to bring it down but it's just like we're destroying
our planet a little little by little and then we're like why is this happening you know it's
like come on yeah so speaking of that i am still we had a thirty thousand dollar goal on a go fund me
that my boyfriend's business partners they're all australian and myself started and if any of them
are like single and hot you just let me know for a friend there are a couple if they have long hair
that's a bonus yeah um i think rock's the only one with the long hair but i'll keep an eye out
yeah you keep an eye out definitely Anybody like on his rugby team that...
Oh, well, I'll be there this weekend.
I'll let you know.
He knows some of the guys on the San Diego team, too.
Oh, boy.
Yeah.
All right.
So tell everyone where they can find you.
Wait, tell me where I can find the GoFundMe thing.
Oh, yes.
Oh, my God.
Duh.
Yes.
So I need to put the link back in my profile on Instagram because we had posted the Dolores podcast on there and I had that link for a minute.
But I'm going to put the link back on my Instagram profile.
And I think we're at $23,000.
You're so close.
We've almost reached our goal.
I'll go on there and donate.
I did a sale, a big fundraiser at Sur a couple weeks ago and I had a fitness line.
It was just like a one-off thing.
And all of the cropped hoodies that I had left, I sold and just donated 100% of the proceeds.
That's amazing.
We did almost $2,000 just that night.
That's amazing.
Yeah, everybody needs to give and help.
Just every little bit.
Like, just every little bit counts.
Every bit.
If you only want to give five bucks, just do it.
I know.
I was telling my boyfriend, I go, well, if you think about it, if a million people donated
one dollar, but have a million dollars, he's like, oh, really?
Is that how that works?
I'm like, I'm just saying. Like, like you know it's like when they say every dollar counts
but it's like if you have millions of people donating pennies and dollars like it's gonna
add up so do it everything counts i'm putting the link back on my instagram and yeah donate do what
you can for our planet so they can keep pooping in belly buttons you guys all right tell
everyone where they can
find you all right you
guys check out the soup
TV for all the soup stuff
and then check me out at
Jade Catapretta it's like
my handle for everything
yeah and it's it's hard to
spell but you can figure
it out you guys can do it
yes and then yeah go to
my website to check out
all my tour dates yeah
please come out on the
road I don't see me I
