Starting point is 00:01:40 From Vanderpump Rules to Vegas and everywhere in between, it's time to party with Sheena Shea. This is Shenanigans. And now, here's your host, Sheena Shea. We're good as gold. Because we're good as gold. And we are back at home here in the studio at Podcast One. My girl Janet's back.
Starting point is 00:02:04 Hi. Although you were here last week, but we weren't in studio together. No, we were in Tom's guest bed. I mean, that was fun, though. I will say, we got into some shenanigans that day. So I have to tell you, it was funny. I was working out with my trainer, Seth, this morning. And I'm supposed to be back on the carb cycling, like no alcohol right now.
Starting point is 00:02:22 And he was like, well, I was listening to your shenanigans yesterday. And it sounds like you had some tequila shots and i go well if you listened well you would see or hear that i said setting the scene it's 11 30 a.m on a wednesday and i was like yesterday was tuesday so he's like oh okay never mind so that's scary with your carb stuff. I know. Anyway, so today we have a new show here at Podcast One. I have the amazing co-host, two friends of mine. This show is called The Hollywood Filter. The hosts are Jessica Hall and Mel Lamprey. How are you, ladies? Awesome.
Starting point is 00:02:57 We're good. Yeah. We're not going to be filtered, though, today. No. No, my show is unfiltered. That's a little bit more relaxing. Yeah. So we're going to have some fun, get into some shenantered. That's a little bit more relaxing. Yeah. So we're going to have some fun, get into some shenanigans.
Starting point is 00:03:08 Let's do it. I have a lot of fun things that I want to talk to you ladies about. We're doing some giveaways on this episode. Yeah. So, okay, for Janet, because, I mean, you guys just met. We were all at a Vanderpump at the Pupcation, the Mondrian Hotel last week. It was so fun. There were so many cute puppies.
Starting point is 00:03:26 So many. I tried. I knew you were going to go there. Desperately. Jessica, Todd needed a home. You know what? I just gave a home to a golden retriever who is 10 months old who is not the smartest dog. Who eats all of my clothes.
Starting point is 00:03:42 Not just the underwear, but the actual clothes. And not holes, but eats it. So, you know, I'm just trying to save my Lululemon pants from another dog. So right now I need a little break, but Todd, there is a Todd in my future. Yeah. It's funny you say Lululemon because one thing I'm going to remind you guys again at the end of the show. So I mentioned it last week on Shenanigans. I have my own workout
Starting point is 00:04:05 line coming out it's a collab with four athletics and they actually use like the same factory mill as lululemon so you know like the quality is legit so good yes my butt looks so good in those yeah i don't have to work out it's everything i'm wearing right now this is all my line it's awesome she gave me stuff to try on and I kept it. Stole it? Yeah. She did. I know.
Starting point is 00:04:27 I don't have to give this back, right? I was like, I mean, those are the samples, but I was like, I guess they'll send me more. I hope so. So we'll get more into that later, but back to Todd the puppy. Oh my gosh. Okay. And then I didn't realize until after like two hours I was holding this puppy that it literally had like a wristband.
Starting point is 00:04:46 What are those things called? Like a wristband, whatever. But it said Dustin, and I was like, his name's Dustin? Oh, his name was something else? I named him Todd. That's kind of rude. That's kind of rude, Shanna. Where did you come up with Todd for a dog?
Starting point is 00:05:00 A football player I like. Oh, God. I don't know. It just popped in my head. I was like, no, he looks cute. Todd's a cute name, and it was a cute dog. A football player I like. Oh, God. I don't know. It just popped in my head. I was like, it's cute. Todd's a cute name. To be honest, he's definitely more of a Todd than a Dustin.
Starting point is 00:05:11 Yeah, so, anyway. So, this little puppy, if you guys follow me on Instagram, you might have seen it. It's this adorable little black terrier that I didn't even, honestly, I feel like I thought all terriers were like Yorkies and like had like the brown and black you know but then they're like no this is a terrier I'm like it's
Starting point is 00:05:29 gonna stay small too and I'm like Jessica you have to take this dog I will buy all the food just like house it for me because I can't and she wouldn't you guys I know I know but it's this this will help you I have to work I have the puppy and I have two kids. Yeah. So there's that. I have a two and four-year-old. I know. Two and four, those are really busy ages.
Starting point is 00:05:50 Very much. He just turned two yesterday. Yeah. So then we're like, we're FaceTiming with Stacey. We're like, Stacey, you got a dog. I'm like, Audrey, we got you a puppy. So Stacey is my sister. Yes.
Starting point is 00:06:02 She does BFF. Yeah, Stacey, she was here last year. She'll be back hopefully soon on Shenanigans. But she was Stacey the bartender on the hills, you know, best known as. But she's so much more, so much more. So we have, like, her daughter on FaceTime. We're like, Audrey, you want a puppy? We're the worst.
Starting point is 00:06:22 She's like, uh-huh. Uh-huh. But I don't know. know um your friend rachel was looking at adopting him my friend rachel or maybe or maybe oh yeah rachel mccord yeah okay did she because she couldn't i don't know we've been dming and she didn't say for sure if she did but she's like i have to have it i was like stay on she's like do you want to co-parent with me and i was like i'm so down like so'm going to follow up with that. Okay.
Starting point is 00:06:46 That's a good idea. If Rachel didn't, there's an adorable little black terrier named Todd or Dustin who needs a home at Vanderpump Dogs. I'm actually, well, by the time you hear this, I'll already be back from Atlanta, but I'm doing a charity event in Atlanta this week that benefits Vanderpump Dogs as well. So, yeah. I love that you have a platform, though, to be able to help out these dogs. Totally.
Starting point is 00:07:09 There are so many that need to be adopted. And whether you try to push them on your friends or your friend's two-year-old daughters, you will get them adopted. Exactly. I like it. I like it. I was asking them. They've found homes for over 1,200 dogs.
Starting point is 00:07:22 And how long have they been open? Like two years or three maybe? I don't even think it's been two. Yeah, it has been two because I remember having Frankie, my old shared dog, at the first event. You can always tell like parts of time by what guy was with you. Yeah. I was like, oh, I remember. Sad.
Starting point is 00:07:42 Anyway. We miss the dog. We don't miss the boy. Right. So true. I do. I miss that dog. That was the hardest part of the dog. We don't miss the boy. Right. So true. I do. I miss that dog. That was the hardest part of the breakup. Which breakup was this? Rob. Oh. We don't speak of him. Okay. Yeah. Do you remember when he was a doorman? I do. I remember. I remember. You've known him for a very long time. Yeah. But I don't know him anymore. He does not exist. So anyway, yeah, shout out to all the puppies who need homes. You guys help because I can't.
Starting point is 00:08:10 I'm a cat lady. Which, okay, so I just found out on Wikipedia. Yeah. Finally. I was stalking you. My page finally has been updated on Wikipedia. So far, so good. So far, so good.
Starting point is 00:08:21 Pictures are great. Literally, like two weeks ago i was saying it said i was like 37 i was five foot two it said that i was a mistress and best known okay that that part was true but like we but i'm taller than that you know you've done a few things since then i'm taller but i was looking at it and I was like, oh, it has, she also has a cat called Penny Lane named after Kate Hudson's
Starting point is 00:08:48 character in Almost Famous. My favorite part of your Wikipedia page is that it has your Botox schedule. Oh my God, it does. She gets Botox
Starting point is 00:08:54 every three months. Is that true? It is. I mean, at the furthest, I go three months. That's it. I'll go sooner.
Starting point is 00:09:03 The second my eyebrow starts to raise, I know to go into Dr. Meller in Beverly Hills. I'll go sooner. The second my eyebrow starts to raise, I know to go into Dr. Meller in Beverly Hills. Shout out to him. He's amazing. So he's a plastic surgeon. So I feel like everyone thinks that every time I go there, I'm getting plastic surgery. And I'm like, okay, if there's
Starting point is 00:09:17 one thing people should know about plastic surgery is there's a big recovery period after. Bruising, bandages, stitches. I'm like, I look fine after. Bruising, bandages, stitches. I'm like, I look fine after. I walked out and had lunch. It's injections. It's not having work done.
Starting point is 00:09:32 Not yet. No, not yet. I'll get work done when it's needed. Absolutely. I will absolutely get a facelift when I need it. But in the meantime, I'm like, sometimes, and I haven't had a nose job just to preface this with, but sometimes when I'm bored,
Starting point is 00:09:44 I'll just Google Sheena Shea before and after nose job to see the pictures of people thinking. And I'm like, I just didn't do good makeup then. It's a weird angle. It's all about angles and lighting. It really is. I swear by that. Yeah. I mean, but we all change.
Starting point is 00:09:58 Like if I look at photos back in the day, I mean, my tits were all nice and perky and I can't wait to get those done. the day i mean my you know my tits were all nice and perky and i can't wait to get those done but i mean so then i had a boob job because now you know i will get one back to that but you just evolve like you grow like you grow into your face still don't you grow into your nose yeah but don't you grow on your nose for like a certain amount of time your nose never stops growing or something like that yeah there is something but your face changes so somebody just sent me a picture of me in college and i was like my eyes were smaller but my face was bigger so i think like structurally you lose baby fat yeah also just weight like 10 pounds different for me i can tell 100 my face it's all in my face is it better when you lose no i'm terrible i like how my face looks when i'm on
Starting point is 00:10:39 my skinnier end on the skin mine just like immediately goes to my double chin yeah i feel like maybe one of the reasons people think i've had a nose job is because i always wear like obnoxiously large sunglasses so if they think i'm like trying to like cover my nose or whatever but i'm like no i just i love sunglasses like literally okay wait do you girls watch vanderpump rules yes okay so there was an episode last season where was was my housewarming party. And Lala comes over and she walks into my extra bedroom. She's like, what did she rob? A LensCrafters? I'm like, because a lot of women have their shoes on display, their purses on display.
Starting point is 00:11:14 I have my sunglasses on display. It literally looks like LensCrafters. She has racks of sunglasses that are just. Oh, you bought like the real racks to display. Yes. Oh, wow. It's super fun to go into her guest room and just try on all of the pairs. So we're saying like more than 20 pairs.
Starting point is 00:11:28 Oh, way more than 20 pairs. 50 at least. Okay. I mean, it's almost an entire wall in her guest bedroom. And in Palm Springs, too. I had to get a sunglass rack for Palm Springs because I need my options. Well, it's Palm Springs, though. Yeah, exactly.
Starting point is 00:11:41 But I mean, I have so many different brands. One of the newest ones is Preve Reveau. Have you ladies heard of them? Yeah, exactly. But, I mean, I have so many different brands. One of the newest ones is Preve Reveau. Have you ladies heard of them? No. Yeah, I have. Yeah, so it was Jamie Foxx, Ashley Benson, and Hailee Steinfeld. And those are, like, some of my favorite, like, actors and singers. So I was like, okay, well, I'm going to check out these glasses.
Starting point is 00:11:59 So it was, like, founded on the belief that, you know, head-turning style shouldn't be a luxury reserved for only the rich. So they have created high-designer sunglasses, anti-blue light, and reader glasses that started only $29.95. Oh, wow. So literally anyone— Then I could have 50 pairs. Exactly. That's what I'm saying.
Starting point is 00:12:17 So it's like I'm not just—I do have my Gucci's, but it's like, no, I like to wear sunglasses that have a cool style that I don't have to, like, save up for. That's kind of affordable. Yeah, I like sunglasses that, if I lose them or if I leave them somewhere, like, I'm not beating myself up. I'm like, those were $300. Yeah, you can get another pair. So, yeah, these are, like, you know, high standards at a low price. They're polarized lenses, which is amazing. I have, like like terrible vision and like, I'm very just like anytime, like there's too many camera flashes or like lights or the sun.
Starting point is 00:12:49 I just, my eyes are very sensitive to light. So the polarized lenses are amazing and they're a hundred percent UVA and UVB protection and lenses with a blue light blocking technology. So they're quality. Yeah. Great for everyone. And, um, for you guys, just so you know, the orders always ship for free. These glasses are hand assembled, scratch resistant lenses so they're quality yeah great for everyone and um for you guys just so you know the order is always shipped for free these glasses are hand assembled scratch resistant lenses with anti-glare coating and they come with a free case so you don't scratch them you know i mean even though they're scratch resistant but you still want to have a minute case i mean at that price you can buy like fun ones yeah i mean like something you might not always wear but like for an outfit or
Starting point is 00:13:22 something yeah and i've seen some of my other favorite celebrities wearing them mila kunis um of her low-key obsessed with but also billy eilish she's like a new obsession of mine one of our friends is the lead guy in her bad guy music video okay yeah so i am just like i'm obsessed with billy eilish is he cute he's gorgeous he actually was on an episode of shanigans last year. We did Dating in LA. I think I've heard of him. Yeah, but right now you guys
Starting point is 00:13:51 enjoy 15% off your first purchase using promo code Shenanigans. Spelled the way you're watching this show. Shenanigans 15. So check them out. Get some sunglass racks. Fill it up. Make all of your friends jealous. You can have the lens crafters in your apartment too.
Starting point is 00:14:07 You know? Yeah. But it's nice to have it here and in Palm Springs. I like to have my options. And then especially like when friends like, I have a whole like drawer of bathing suits in my house in Palm Springs because it's like, you know, sometimes we just like, let's just go. And it's like, you don't even have to pack a bag of everything I need there.
Starting point is 00:14:23 That's nice. You guys have to come and check it out. It's the best. Oh, I'm going the end of the month. Ooh, wait. Just thought about that. Yeah. When?
Starting point is 00:14:30 Like the 29th, 28th, 29th? Because I'll be there that weekend. 27, 28, 29th. Yeah. Yes. Going Friday to Monday. Okay, amazing. I have a wedding I'm going to in Yucaipa that weekend.
Starting point is 00:14:39 Okay, so Yucaipa. I was going to ask that. It's on the way to Palm Springs. Okay. So I'm like, it's equal distance to drive back to my mom's or to go to Palm Springs. And I'm like. You own a house. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:14:48 Let's just go see my house after. Yeah. It's awesome. So we'll definitely have to hang out then. Because I keep seeing on Instagram and obviously I follow your mom. Love that. Well, I always have. But yeah.
Starting point is 00:14:59 Yeah. It looks amazing. It is. Your backyard. It always looks like a party. It was so much fun. You probably own more White Claw than anyone I know. Jessica.
Starting point is 00:15:06 You should have gone tap at this point, honestly. You know what? I feel like I talk about White Claw so much on this show, on Instagram, on Twitter. I'm like, how are they not a sponsor? Oh, they're not. How is my fridge not sponsored? Wait, wait. Hold up.
Starting point is 00:15:19 They're not? I'm working on it. Oh, my gosh. That's hilarious. Okay. Well, I will tell you, if they are listening, when I went to my lake house this summer, I literally bought cases because of how much I've seen it on your show. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:15:31 And I'm like, okay, let me try this. I'm obsessed. I know. They're so good. Yes. And, yeah, this weekend, I was planning a big Labor Day party. And so I bought 11 cases of mango. Was it your favorite?
Starting point is 00:15:45 There's a nationwide shortage right now on mango White Claw. Did you guys drink all of them? No, because a few of the people who were supposed to come didn't end up coming. So now I have plenty left for next time. I'm working on my own drink. And it's called Fetch. It's a lot like White Claw, but it's 90 calories. White Claw is 100.
Starting point is 00:16:05 They're coming out with 70 calories. Are they really? Yes, they are. Well, it doesn't matter. They're really good. It's like the whole vibe of White Claw truly is. Yeah, I'll give you some. Okay.
Starting point is 00:16:13 I'm not ready for a while. I love that. Pretty mature. Yeah. Okay, so tell me about your show. You guys are a new show here at Podcast One, the Hollywood Filter. So today, when I did their show before they did mine, and we got into some interesting conversations
Starting point is 00:16:29 about old days in Hollywood. But when you don't have a guest who you've known for 12 years like me, what are some of the topics that you girls cover? Well, we just like to, we talk about Hollywood. We talk about the events. We talk about the stuff that people get, but with more of a, you know, comedy twist comedy twist nothing serious but there is a lot of stuff that people
Starting point is 00:16:49 can now get done and you want to change something well we're in a day and age where you can just basically do it so mel is the fantastic researcher here and brings up a beauty topic that's you know hot in the public right now or what the trendy thing trend in LA and Hollywood. So from budding plans to drinking celery juice to, you know, all the redding that are hip. Yeah. Yeah. We've looked at some scary ones,
Starting point is 00:17:12 but some of the stuff she's brought up. I mean, yeah, yeah, I'll do some. No, absolutely not. I cannot believe that exists,
Starting point is 00:17:18 but there's a, there's, it's funny because some of them were like, yeah, we would do that. And then I do the research and I'm like, Jess, we're not doing it.
Starting point is 00:17:24 I think a lot of people don't do the research. If I saw, we actually talked about a few of your cast members because they posted on their Instagram when they got Kybella. Oh, yeah. I think Brittany, Kristen. A bunch of them. Yes. So we were interested in possibly even maybe getting it or just talking about it or just trying to find out more about it. And we were shocked to see how many people out in the public eye talk about it who have done it and look great and so we were like
Starting point is 00:17:48 if they could do it we could do it but that's what we like we like those people that will come on that will just tell you the truth you know behind that filter it's not just we don't look sorry guys but we're not we're not on all the time like this is it takes work absolutely and uh you know with those people that are naturally genetically blessed blessed, well, good for you. Yeah. Yeah. Like this bitch. She, you should see the things she eats.
Starting point is 00:18:10 You're what? Oh, no way. 5'10", 120 on a fat day. Yeah. And she eats like a bag of chips and a Diet Coke or something. Oh, no. She has seven Diet Cokes a day. No way.
Starting point is 00:18:18 Okay. Let's be fair. Four to seven. That's like my range. And I'm quitting. Well, I was supposed to quit. And then Courtney Berman for my birthday got me this awesome gift basket
Starting point is 00:18:28 that had two cases of Diet Coke, a case of White Claw, a McDonald's gift card, and a Taco Bell gift card, which is like all of my favorite things. That's like a dream. So I eat McDonald's like three days a week. She's always high. No way. You eat McDonald's three days a week
Starting point is 00:18:44 and you look like this. Yeah, Sheena knows my order. Oh, yeah. No, she'll get 10-piece chicken nugget. She'll get a Diet Coke and a cheeseburger and eat it all. No. Do you get fries? I don't like their fries so much. No, but if I get fries, she'll have a few.
Starting point is 00:18:55 But, Janet, tell them the fry secret at McDonald's. I just heard this last night for the first time. No. Okay. So, obviously, fries that are, are like freshly fried are the best fries. Right. So if you go late at night, they might be sitting around for a little bit and not the fresh, crispy, hot fries.
Starting point is 00:19:10 Okay. Oh, okay. I thought this was a horror story. So the secret. No. No. Oh my gosh. Keep going.
Starting point is 00:19:14 The secret is if you go like late at night or a time that's like in between lunch hours that's not. Between the shifts. When they're not. Yeah. When they're not making fresh fries. You ask for them with no salt or salt on the side, and then they have to refry a fresh batch, and then you can add your own fresh salt. So the fact you know this just, oh, you just made my day.
Starting point is 00:19:33 I have a secret ordering McDonald's situation. What is it? It's really bad because it involves me wanting the sale. You want a more discount than McDonald's for the prices? It's really bad. No. Okay. So the only thing i eat there is an egg mcmuffin and i'm like obsessed with them which is all day yeah yes but if you buy
Starting point is 00:19:52 this sandwich an egg mcmuffin it's 459 but if you buy a sausage egg mcmuffin it's two for four dollars and you just order it without the sausage oh brilliant interesting see i order a sausage mcmuffin without the egg oh really yeah i don't know the egg kind of weird me out yeah my kids won't even eat the whole situation is weird but i mean yeah you know what i realized when i was really high one night i went to mcdonald's i got some hash browns and i was like you guys i never realized it was like mcdonald's hash browns are like a big flat and tater tot. Oh my God. That is the best way to describe it. That's a little bit of wisdom.
Starting point is 00:20:30 Yeah. I can be really smart sometimes. I just blew my mind. I remembered one more McDonald's trick I have. Please tell me. If you're ever craving a Big Mac, which I do all the time, but you don't want to like eat an entire Big Mac, you can order a single cheeseburger, hold like the normal ketchup and everything and add Mac sauce. And it tastes the same. And it's like a mini Big Mac. You can order a single cheeseburger, hold the normal ketchup and everything, and add Mac sauce. And it tastes the same.
Starting point is 00:20:48 And it's like a mini Big Mac. Can we just get back to the fact that you are so incredibly thin? I know. Your skin is amazing. This is what I say. How old are you? I just turned 30.
Starting point is 00:20:58 Okay. Someone upstairs forgot to press my fat button, so I try not to talk about it too much because I don't want to like alert God or whoever oh she's supposed to be fat we forgot to press the button for her so like I try not to say it too much because I don't want to like you know
Starting point is 00:21:13 do you work out? I do I do Pilates but I didn't I took a year off she took a year off a year off traveled the world with me lost weight while I gained it on trips we'd go on like a 10-day vacation and i would lose seven pounds if she knew it gained seven pounds she'd be like i hate you you're giving me your weight you're literally giving me literally we jumped off a building in new zealand
Starting point is 00:21:33 and you have to weigh you before for all that stuff and so they weigh us then they write it as big as they can no they do not thankfully it's in kilograms or whatever so you're like but then i'm like uh conversion of how much I weigh. But her and I were both 55 kilograms. And I was like, but you're so much taller than me. I don't know, but I don't question it. Yeah, I get it. You know what?
Starting point is 00:21:56 All right, more power to you. But, you know, it is fall coming up soon. Yes. We get to hide it. If those couple extra pounds do happen to come up on you, then, you know, it's not going to be summer bikini weather. Right. So.
Starting point is 00:22:10 I need to just go shopping for fall. I'm looking forward to fall. I'm so excited. I'm going to Atlanta this weekend. And it's so funny. Every time. Atlanta's honestly like high key one of my favorite cities in the country. Really?
Starting point is 00:22:20 It is. I love it. I stay in Buckhead with my friends. It's like the Beverly Hills of Atlanta. I've been. Yeah. I've been. I love it. I stay in Buckhead with my friends. It's like the Beverly Hills of Atlanta. I've been. Yeah, I love it. So I get so excited when I go during fall because the leaves change colors. That doesn't happen here. The palm leaves change colors here. The last time I was there, we were driving. I was like, oh, my God. And they're like, what? They thought it was like, you know, like a deer running on the road or something.
Starting point is 00:22:41 And I was like, that tree, it's like bright orange. like red and then orange and I like I get so excited for fall like a true California girl but it's just like I was like posting that on my Instagram story and they're like yeah it's it's a tree Sheena I'm like no but you don't understand like you either see green or dead here it's either green or brown yeah exactly I've actually where I live I've been seeing the the fall leaves kind of change yeah I'm like looking it's like 91 degrees and i'm like well technically it looks like because they're coming down and they're probably the red and the orange no no it's like straight i don't know what it is maybe it's the night i don't know but i was like okay it feels like a little fall band like burning up and sweating i get it i get it i was walking my dog and looked at the temperature and
Starting point is 00:23:21 it was 91 at 10 a.m and i was it crazy. In Palm Springs, it's still 100 at night. I love Palm Spring nights. Yeah. I know. It's the best. It really is. And it's like, you know, I'm kind of over summer. I'm kind of ready for fall.
Starting point is 00:23:34 I am too. And fall fashion, you know. Boots and jackets. It's coming. Definitely. Hiding those pounds, I'm good to go. Exactly. That's what I'm looking forward to.
Starting point is 00:23:42 Have you ladies heard of Haverdash? No. Oh, I got something cool for you. Have you ladies heard of Haverdash? No. Oh, I got something cool for you. Oh, you're going to get us hooked on something. Okay. So, you know, fall fashion. It's coming. So this is how it works.
Starting point is 00:23:54 So you go online. You fill a virtual closet with literally everything you want to wear, from like things you know that'll work to things you like normally might shy away from buying. But, you know, remember, because you can wear them once and return it for a new item next time. Oh, yeah. So, it's like getting rid of your summer wardrobe, getting into a fall wardrobe. You get three items shipped at a time. If you enjoy wearing your items, you know, you wear things once or wear them as often as you want.
Starting point is 00:24:20 But then you can send back all three items to get your next shipment of another three items. Do you have to wash them? So then you're not repeating outfits. So you're trading? Yeah, you're trading. Swapping them out. Yeah, so you can swap out your items for new ones as often as you want per month. And if you fall in love with something, you get to buy it for a discounted price.
Starting point is 00:24:37 Okay. So is it like a monthly subscription? So yeah, it's all of this. It's $59 a month. And it's literally like the most affordable subscription, wear and return rental service out there. That's all of this. It's $59 a month. And it's literally like the most affordable subscription wear and return rental service out there. That's amazing. Yeah. Because you can do it every couple days.
Starting point is 00:24:51 Exactly. And it's like especially like filming and stuff. It's like I don't want to be repeating outfits. Yeah. So it's great to like not always have to buy new things for like especially like red carpets. Yeah. And like, you know, there's like red carpets in the winter and in the fall and i'm not gonna wear a summery dress to that but i'm also never gonna wear it again once i wear it on a red carpet the problem yeah how much money i look i can't get
Starting point is 00:25:13 rid of a lot of my red carpet dresses yeah back in the day because i spent so much money on them because these weren't really around gosh why do i keep aging myself yeah you know what i mean totally but it's like and the trends change like all of the time so it's like when the trends are changing instead of just like buying new clothes you can just yeah trade them in so i don't have to technically keep up they will do no exactly i'm in yep so to get started head over to haverdash.com that's h-a-v-e-r-d-a-s-h.com sign up today there are no commitments and you can cancel at any time so go to again it's haverdash.com and sign up today and start getting your full wardrobe ladies i'm gonna do that yeah so i've learned about so much with mcdonald's through haverdash sunglasses i'm like i'm done
Starting point is 00:25:58 life changes i know happening and you know one thing i don't want to say i learned this about you today because i already knew this but i forgot but I want Janet to learn this about you is that she used to be Britney Spears's body double that's amazing but listen not for anything that cool is for all her commercials for her perfume ads oh so not ads but the actual commercial so yeah so so you were on set with her and got all the time yeah all the time and I mean it paid really well I mean it's a union job but it still was it was pretty cool because I, like you, Sheena, was obsessed with her back in the day. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:26:29 But that was back in the day. That was before. So just, like, kind of sitting. And she didn't say much to me, actually, kind of, like, nothing. But. But she should have done, like, high five, body double. Yeah. You look great today.
Starting point is 00:26:40 No, it was funny because she would, it was, I don't know, I can't really explain it, but, yeah, we were right next to each other getting our hair and they had to match everything like identical so yeah it was got some britney glam yeah if i mean gosh i'm sure we all can but some of the jobs i did back in the day that's like oh that's another totally oh my gosh yeah i know same one of them's also my wikipedia i'm like can we just erase that and then like, shit, it's on my IMDb too. I had to jump out of a cake for like a big like millionaire guy. Like I got hired through Playboy, you know?
Starting point is 00:27:11 Yeah. And I didn't quite understand the way I was supposed to. So I went straight up instead of like pushing it. And the whole top of the cake came down. It was supposed to be this sexy moment. Oh my God. Oh no. You ruined a cake jump?
Starting point is 00:27:23 It was so bad. But I kind of just like kind of dance it off and like ate the cake. Like I was so bad. But I kind of just, like, kind of danced it off and, like, ate the cake. Like, I was trying so hard because, I mean, they paid good. They paid. It was Playboy promotions. Yeah. We had our own little, like, agency for, like, jumps like that. Oh, my God. Yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:27:36 Wait, okay. I want to talk about some Playboy stuff because I know Janet, like, you know, a fan of, like, Girls Next Door and Kendra. Yeah. I'm so bummed that the Playboy Mansion sold and it's not, like, I'm never going to get to go to a party there. You never went? They changed. I've never been.
Starting point is 00:27:50 Yeah. They were changed in the last couple years of my life, though, for sure. It wasn't what it used to be. But I'm happy to say that I was able to go there, like, in the prime. Yeah. What was it like? It was literally, like, Disneyland for adults. Like, I never, I got so excited to go every time.
Starting point is 00:28:05 I mean, I was part of the Playboy family, so I did know a lot of people. So that definitely helped. But it was like the biggest celebrities back in the day. Because you've got to imagine, there's no social media. There was no, even your phones, like the photos and stuff. You could barely, it was like the flip phones. Yeah. So you had privacy.
Starting point is 00:28:21 You know, 2003, I'm talking about 2003 4 or 5 no 0203045 and it was i mean the biggest names would just like walk through and sometimes you're sitting there like what the heck everything's well i mean free for you but obviously the mansion covers everything but they have bars on every level they had their own zoo the decorations were out of control just the lighting alone the performers that would perform there it just was like literally walking into this like magical place and nobody was ever in a bad mood there no i don't care if they're drunk or what but food like that unbelievable i mean they would have an entire like i mean like 20 foot long sushi table oh yeah like it's just like i'm probably even longer than 20 feet but it was just like then they have this whole like dessert bar and then they have the taco
Starting point is 00:29:03 bar and then they it's just, what do I want to eat? I don't know. I was the one that would eat. Yeah. I would go to these things. I always did. I, yeah. I mean, it was, I was, I went to, I can't even count how many times, but it was just such a crazy cool part of my life that I miss it.
Starting point is 00:29:18 What was Hugh Hefner like in person or what was your relationship like with him? He, you know, a lot of people like to have their own, like, you know, they know they they like to think of him a certain way but the man was one of the nicest he seems that to me so nice he remembered every like mostly the the core group but he knew everyone's names he would always make sure to get up and say hi to you he was such a gentleman um he would one thing i loved about him is that he would write a personal like notes and like thank you for coming if you're like I mean he really appreciated the people that like stood by him yeah and he could he could just tell who were the good ones who were I mean he he was just I mean such a giver yeah barely like said no to like anyone um I have nothing bad to say about
Starting point is 00:30:00 him my experiences have been nothing but amazing but you know I was just I was never obviously a girlfriend or I didn't live there because we all know what that entitled but yeah i was just more of um you know i i was part of the playboy so you know i posed i did the radio i did the tv i did a lot of stuff with it so it's very much involved and he loves love so the second i met like my boyfriend at the time who is now my husband he allowed him to come to pretty much everything wow that's great yeah and you definitely have to prove as a guy when you go up there that you're not just some like lurker or this or that. And yeah, he took a liking to him.
Starting point is 00:30:30 And so all my experiences from 2005 and above, I mean, my husband was able to join them with me. So it was just like a really cool thing to be a part of. So was he a monogamous? So he was only sleeping with his girlfriends, even if there was more than one? No, he slept with a girlfriend. Okay. I was did he how did that work no he definitely i mean they would there was the main girlfriends but they would you know there would be other playmates or other um you know girls coming in to test or just girls from the club the club life or you know whatever yeah
Starting point is 00:31:00 some would just come back you know and kind of hang out and led to who knows what. Luckily, I never stayed for that. Was there just like a candy dish of Viagra next to his bed? I've heard that. You know, I've only been up there once. And it was kind of like a surreal moment that I kind of panicked. And so I wish I would have stayed longer. But I was like, oh, you know, look at the time. I gotta go.
Starting point is 00:31:22 That type of thing. And I kind of, I walked out. But I do just remember being like, holy cow, I'm just glad I did that once at least, you know. But, I mean, he's iconic. Yeah. And, you know, he's a legend. And he's, you know, he's done a lot, too, that I think people don't realize. There's so many documentaries about him.
Starting point is 00:31:36 Just, I mean, he's not just a guy that got girls naked and stuff like that. Which, you know, everyone can have their own perspective of him. But he, from my experience, he was a fantastic guy that gave some amazing experiences yeah a lot of women a lot of men a lot of celebs a lot of like totally you know I mean good times wow but I think it'd be different anyways now I'm kind of glad it would be so different that was like the last like time that you could be a part of that before everything became so public yeah Yeah. Totally. Yeah. When I was a kid, that was, like, one of my, like, goals in life. I wanted to be a Playmate. I never got to be it.
Starting point is 00:32:10 I know. It was funny, though, as a child to want to be a Playmate. I didn't even know what Playboy was. So we had, okay, well, where I grew up in my family, we had the Playboy channel. So at night, like, my parents would go to sleep and i would sneak downstairs and i would watch what i didn't know was porn i remember like being a kid and i'm like oh my god this show always ends the same way oh gosh um yeah so when i started doing playboy tv i think it was more of like girls doing crazy stuff.
Starting point is 00:32:46 Yeah. So I think this was like the late night. Early 90s. No, but even now, I think late at night it kind of turned into. Softcore porn. They would do like. There's daytime stuff and nighttime stuff. Yeah, but the nighttime stuff would be kind of like, you know how they have the island,
Starting point is 00:32:59 the, what's a, what's a Bachelor, Bachelor show, Bachelor Island. Oh, Bachelor in Paradise. So it'd be like that, but they would actually show the sex scenes. So you know what? It's all these people doing, but here you go. Actually, what goes on in that suite? No, you'll see it on Playboy TV. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:33:16 So definitely. I mean, I had fun doing Playboy's Beach House, and I did Totally Busted and stuff like that. But yeah, I know. And you did the radio show with them for, what, seven years? Exactly. Yeah. Seven years every day. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:33:29 I was on it a couple times. You were. It was amazing. Yeah. I love doing this type of job. I mean, I'm still at home. And especially, it's like, I mean, yeah, we do our videos and stuff here, but it's like, you can show up, look like shit, and do a great job.
Starting point is 00:33:41 It's the best. Radio is one of my absolute favorite things. That's what she does. I love it. Yeah. And I think also, like, because I did, I was just saying this on your show, I took radio shit and do a great job it's the best radio is one of my absolute favorite i love it and i think also like because i did um i was just saying this on your show i took radio and television production in college and i had to make for our final project i had to make my own radio show like
Starting point is 00:33:54 commercials songs like all of that and so i did this and i'm like i love doing radio but i think too after being a guest on your show a few times, it made me really want to get more into this. You're always good. You're one of our favorite guests because I was like, she doesn't ask. Okay, hold on. She said one of, not any of. I did. I did.
Starting point is 00:34:12 Thank you. But I do remember her coming on. I was like, gosh, she's so – there was no restrictions. There was no nothing. What you see is what you get with you. And then when I first met Mel, I interviewed Zane, and he brought his stunning wife, and she gave an imaginary blowjob on my show. And I was like, I fell in love with her. I love that.
Starting point is 00:34:27 I fell in love with her. Can you do that right now? I was just going to say. I don't think my back moves like that anymore. She was just so stunning. And this was like eight years ago on the shaggy rug, and she's sitting there on all fours. I was like, oh, my gosh, I love her. Yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:34:43 And, again, who does charades on a radio show i don't know i'm sorry about that but i really come through with the description yeah it worked it worked it worked some way somehow totally so how long have you guys known each other now seven years eight years yeah okay because then i feel like i probably met you like seven eight years ago too stacy was still here then uh-huh and uh and then yeah so then that had to be at least eight years ago too. Yeah, because Stacey was still here then. Uh-huh. And then she- Yeah, so then that had to be at least eight years ago. Oh my God, she's been gone for so long. I know.
Starting point is 00:35:09 It's sad. She's coming back closer though, right? No? I mean, she comes to visit all the time for holidays and stuff, so she'll be here. Yeah, we'll see her soon. Yeah. We'll actually be all together at the event next week. Yes, I know.
Starting point is 00:35:20 I'm so excited. Oh, yeah. Yeah. Is that already? Yeah, I'm going to let Stacey. We're going to Uber, so Stacey can go back with you. No, we Yeah. Already? Yeah. I'm going to let Stacey. We're going to Uber. So Stacey, if she wants to go back with you. No, we're going to have fun.
Starting point is 00:35:29 We're going to open a bar. I'm so excited. Yes. So then after this luncheon we have, we have the Hodgkin's Haters Golf Tournament on September 16th. Yes. Do you know if it's full or can listeners still sign up? It is completely full. That's amazing.
Starting point is 00:35:43 Yes. I just got word today. Okay, awesome. Tons of great people coming out. There's 160 people. Amazing. You'll actually meet Eric, the Billie Eilish guy. He's playing in it. Oh, really? Oh, fantastic. Yeah, so that'll be fun.
Starting point is 00:35:57 Okay. I think I'm going to hang out with you though. I was going to play. I have been practicing, but I think yeah. It's probably easier to drink a White Claw and drive a golf cart. Exactly. Oh, my God. White Claws.
Starting point is 00:36:11 We have to have White Claws there. I'm going to bring my own cooler. Let's do it. Okay. We're doing it. Janet's going to volunteer. I'm also bringing my friend Jamie. Fantastic.
Starting point is 00:36:19 So we'll have a bunch of hot girls there for the guys. And I can definitely drive a golf cart and drink White Claw. Yeah. I'm so good at it. You guys just all kind of i have been practicing why does it get dead quiet okay jessica we're gonna see how well i do your strengths girl i will i will show you because i live on a golf course in palm springs i do too pressure oh yeah you do i'm a member oh yeah not in palm springs yeah but i mean okay so i'm like a member. Well, not in Palm Springs. Oh, yeah, not in Palm Springs. Yeah, but I mean, okay, so. No, I'm like a member and I play. That's, oh, I do love that.
Starting point is 00:36:48 Yeah, I'm telling you. Like, I'm actually, Kendra's been showing me. Okay. And she's been, she's taught me a little bit, but she gets frustrated with me. But. Yeah. Kendra is in Girl Next Door, Kendra? Yes.
Starting point is 00:36:59 So, I am, I am, I'm just, I'm doing better. I'm serious. Like, I watch. Okay. We'll go the driving range. How about that? Yes, that'd be fun. Okay, let's doing better. I'm serious. Like, I, I, watch. Okay. We'll go the driving range. How about that? Yes, that'd be fun. Okay, let's do it.
Starting point is 00:37:08 We'll do a little test. Yeah. And, like, okay, we were talking on, um, on the Hollywood Filter when I did their show. We were talking about just how it's crazy how, like, you can take one event and trace it back so far. So, even, like, I would have never headlined in Las Vegas had it not been for Jessica. And I was like, you know, but it's like getting the job at Grand Havana. Jessica got Stacey the job at Grand Havana.
Starting point is 00:37:30 That's how I met Jessica. Kendra through Jessica and then got the job sex tips. We all thought about that afterwards, though. Yeah. How it just kind of like. Everything works out. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:37:39 It's so crazy. Just like one. I'm going to work at this restaurant. And then it's like it changes the course of your entire life. It's so crazy. That's why whatever comes like your way, don't like push it. If it's just kind of there. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:37:51 I'm just like, okay, everything happens for a reason. This is why this is coming to my life. This is why I don't like say no to anything. Totally. That sounds really bad. You're not saying you're a yes girl, but you're open. Very open. You don't want to just like
Starting point is 00:38:05 be one of those people's like i'm not doing that no i'm like there's a reason that came into my life let me figure it out like yeah or i'll have crazy fomo yeah i why i'm the same way too and it's like i'm a yes girl in the sense where i'm like i don't want to say no to new experiences and opportunities but if like my friend's doing something really stupid i'm going to tell them you're doing something really stupid yeah janet that to be like, yeah, Janet, that's a great idea. You go jump off that building. You made me jump off a building. Okay, I didn't push you.
Starting point is 00:38:31 You willingly. You mentally pushed me. You willingly signed the paper, put the suit on. I got up there and I was like, actually, I'm going to take the elevator down, I've decided. How high was the building? 60 stories. It was the tallest building in New Zealand. It was horrible. However, I've jumped off the stratosphere, which is like twice as tall.
Starting point is 00:38:48 Oh, no. I did that. So fun. The stratosphere. Don't they have like a. Oh, my God. The ride on the top. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:38:54 I don't want to talk. We filmed it for the Kindred show. And I was like, no, absolutely not. Never again. Do you know what that is, Mel? I've seen it. It dives down as if you're. As if you're falling.
Starting point is 00:39:02 Yeah, but there's nothing there. Like the. Oh, my gosh. Sorry. I'm getting chills just thinking about it. The rail or the... That ride was actually the least scary out of all of them on the top. Wow.
Starting point is 00:39:13 No. Did you go on the one where it's like the claw and it goes over and then it's turning and you're just turning over desert? That's what I'm trying to say. No, not the roller coaster that goes down. No, it just stops, though. It goes... Yeah, that one, it stops. Yeah. No, not that one. That quick. No, I'm talking about say. No, not the roller coaster that goes down. No, it just stops, though. It goes doop, doop. Yeah, that one, it stops.
Starting point is 00:39:25 Yeah. No, not that one. That quick. No, I'm talking about the one that's like the claw, and it's like you're sitting in like a swing, and it turns, and it rotates. No, I hate heights. But it takes you from on top of the building. The claw goes over, so you're just literally over desert.
Starting point is 00:39:38 Hanging over the side of the building. Hanging over the side of the building. And we were doing these during the day, so it's just desert. It's not even pretty lights. It's bad, Mel. I jumped off at night. I was like, I'm not jumping off doing these during the day so it's just i couldn't desert it's not even pretty light i jumped off at night i was like i'm not jumping off this building during the day jumped off at night and it was like lights vegas it was so much fun but that one i'm like okay if anything like i'm just shooting straight down to my death yeah yeah if you like one bolt yeah yeah think about it analyze it no no no completely yeah hate heights, so I'm good to go. Yeah. Wait, so you've never skydived?
Starting point is 00:40:07 Would you ever? No. That's like the last thing on my bucket list that I really want to do. Yeah, do it when you're like 90. I'm not doing it. That one I'm skipping. No, I can't. I can't.
Starting point is 00:40:16 Have you seen like the wingsuiters? Like those people who just like jump out and wingsuit? That's insane. It's insane. That's insane. Yeah, there's like these guys that we have gone up with and hot air balloons that do it. And they'll like do flybys by your hot air balloon to where like they like are like within feet of you.
Starting point is 00:40:33 And you're just like. That's scary. What if the like air changed for one second. And then like your draft pulled you a different direction. Yeah. There's like they feed on these things. We went one time and then like afterward the guy got out of his car and he was like you guys want to see my rattlesnakes and we're just like what the fuck i'm not even kidding you he had like a tupperware container of rattlesnakes because he milks
Starting point is 00:40:51 rattlesnakes interesting he what did you just say milks rattlesnakes i did not know that was for the for the venom to make anti-venom oh okay i was thinking nipples and i just went around what no like people make anti-venom and stuff. Yes, okay, now I get it. Interesting. But it's a good group of guys and a very attractive group of guys that do these things. It's always super hot guys that are doing stuff like that. Exactly, always.
Starting point is 00:41:15 They're never ugly. Hey, well, I'm single. So cute. Bring me. I'm like, I'm realizing I'm sitting in a room with two women with beautiful wedding rings on. Yeah. And a newly not single friend. Hey, that's fun. Yeah, totally. So Janet has a boyfriend now. Nice. We like him. in a room with two women with beautiful wedding rings on yeah and a newly not single friend hey
Starting point is 00:41:25 that's fun yeah totally so janet has a boyfriend now nice so when you like him yeah love him yeah he's actually so he's been friends with all of us for a really long time and i shouldn't tell this story but the first time we kissed i was like oh my god i'm gonna tell a different story i was like i was like wait you're like attractive And he was like, that's kind of rude. I was like, I didn't really realize until right now because we had been friends
Starting point is 00:41:49 for a really long time. Well, and also we had like never seen him with his shirt off because like, like he spent Christmas with my family. Like we always like
Starting point is 00:41:56 invite friends over and stuff and then, you know, lunch or drinks or whatever. We never like had a pool party with this guy. He has no shirtless pics on Instagram, which if I had his body,
Starting point is 00:42:03 all of my, I would be naked all the time. Oh, so he took off his shirt and now it's like, game on. Now it's game, yeah on Instagram, which if I had his body, I would be naked all the time. So he took off his shirt and now it's like game on. I'm sold. Moment of truth. I know where you're going. I don't know this, Janet.
Starting point is 00:42:16 Is he manscaped? I cannot answer that. You have to answer it. I'm asking you a question. We're live on air. Sure, yes he is. I'm going to have to tell him not to listen to answer it. I'm asking you a question. We're live on air. Okay, yeah. Sure. Yes, he is. There you go. Oh, my God. I'm going to have to tell him not to listen to this episode.
Starting point is 00:42:27 Because I was going to say, if he's not, you should let him borrow your miniskipping kit. So, okay, an ongoing thing with Sheena and I. I, for the longest time, have been- Let's talk about the first night you were together. Oh, my God. We're not going there. That's the story I'm not telling. I, for the longest time, I've been very comfortable.
Starting point is 00:42:45 Stop it. Oh, my God. Wait, what? She did? I like Bush. Oh, my God. I do. Thank you. You're welcome.
Starting point is 00:42:52 You guys, thank you. I hate it when my husband, like, manscapes, like, really good. I'm not into it. What? No, not into it. What is really good? Like, clean? Short?
Starting point is 00:43:02 I don't know. Yeah, I think short is good. Which you can do with the manscape no i like full-on bush but for myself okay like when sheena and i were out of town for like 10 days and i was in a different relationship at the time i feel like i'm on i was like i'm not gonna shave i was like i'm not gonna shave while i'm away i'm gonna like let it grow and sheena had never apparently seen hair on a vagina before i've been lasered for years are we talking about our both i don't have a bush i have had a bush thank you for clarifying
Starting point is 00:43:33 though because i was low-key judging you no i like it when my man does okay i like a little bit of hair on both okay and i just don't i don't like shaving all the time so when we were out of town for a little while i grew a bush and she know i was like getting in the shower and she was like whoa turn around i need to see this i was like oh dear god and jamie was with us at one time and she's the other she's like you have a bush hold on i'm coming to see you oh my god here i am like all right here i have a look see everybody, everybody. Before I get the shower. This is so good. All that. But then we got these manscaping kits that they sent us.
Starting point is 00:44:10 And we passed a few out. And then Sheena was like, you're keeping this one. You use this. And tell me what you think. Because the first time she went and saw her new boyfriend. Oh my god. No, tell me. You kept your bush for your boyfriend?
Starting point is 00:44:24 I didn't expect. Why did you keep it? Oh my god. I'm tell me. You pegged your bush for your boyfriend? I didn't expect. Why did you keep it? Oh, my God. I'm going to be murdered for this one. So the first time we hooked up, I was not planning on hooking up with anyone. I was single. And I was like, on this podcast, I talked to. He probably liked it.
Starting point is 00:44:37 No, he did not. We had talked a few times about how I was like, oh, I had gone on dates and stuff. And I was like, nobody makes my vagina happy. I'm like, go out with these keep, I had gone on dates and stuff and I was like, nobody makes like my vagina happy. Like I'm like, go out these guys. No one makes a tingle. I was like, you're fine. But like, I'm there. You're not doing anything for me.
Starting point is 00:44:51 He made her hair. Oh my God. It was the him or the hair. Yeah. Oh God. So I. So anyway, I'll just, I'll, I'll cut you off. You don't have to finish your story.
Starting point is 00:45:01 But after she tells me about this experience, I was like, Janet, I know it's called manscaping but i'm gonna need you to do it yeah so we have these kits it's um they have in it so it's like it's everything you need they have this redesigned electric trimmer they have a sexy lawnmower as they call it the 2.0 which has proprietary skin safe technology so like this trimmer isn't gonna like nick you or snag any guy's balls so it's like it's good to just you don't keep it clean down there unless you're jessica hall have to be married and want your man to have a bush it's like it's mainly i know pubes are a thing of the past people i think it's natural do you guys know what a merkin is? what's that? oh I do yeah it's like a toupee for your vagina
Starting point is 00:45:48 it was like a popular thing in the 1800s because they had to keep shaved because of lice and stuff but they wanted to look like they had hair so they applied a merkin which was like a toupee I actually heard about this for the first time here at Shenanigans from Will my producer
Starting point is 00:46:04 he's like I think that's called a merkin. It is. That was a merkin. You know, Sheena, though, I think I could have used one of those when I posed for Playboy. They have like a little kit, and I'm not exactly sure, but it kind of sounds familiar, that they literally shaved. I had to grow, and then they had to trim. Wait, they trimmed you the way they wanted you trimmed? Yes, they did.
Starting point is 00:46:23 I do remember, because I used to look at Playboy magazine all the time. They always had the landing strip. That's what I had. So that's what I used to have because I'm like,
Starting point is 00:46:30 that's what Playboy had. That's what I need. Yeah. So I got manscaped. Too bad Jana didn't get that message. I know, right? So if you're like...
Starting point is 00:46:39 For the record, now I'm fully smooth and shaved, okay? Well, now you have the kit so there's no excuse. Yeah. So, anyway, if you guys would like to manscape yourself or your man or get a gift for him, I'm giving you 20% off plus free shipping with code Sheena.
Starting point is 00:46:58 That's S-C-H-E-A-N-A at manscaped.com. So, again, 20% off, free shipping with code sheena at manscaped.com it's free shipping so like they're honestly great there's a lot of stuff in the manscaping kit and it even has stocking stuff that's a great christmas gift yeah but it's like the names of the things that they have too because i'm like i'm so not approved when it comes to talking about anything but it's like they have this like what are you laughing's like they have this like because they have this thing's called a crop preserver which is like an anti-chafing ball deodorant and moisturizer i don't make the guys smell good yeah but it's like i mean it's fresh same thing you
Starting point is 00:47:38 know guys like to powder their like balls so there you go yeah honestly i'm getting my brother-in-law and my husband one of these and if we learned anything from sex tips in Las Vegas, tickle the taint. They like it. I've seen that show one too many times. I just texted Jason. I said, you're not allowed to listen to this podcast. And he said, why? Discussing threesomes and ex-boyfriends again?
Starting point is 00:47:58 How many shenanigans has he listened to? I don't know. It's probably too many. Just tell him to lay off for a little while. I don't know why he's dating me after hearing this, but here we go. Alright, so let's see. Moving on to something that's
Starting point is 00:48:12 not sexual. I'm out. Think of it. Think of something. What's a safe subject? Your husband, Vanille. Yes. Zane. Yes. Okay, I have not seen him in forever. I miss you guys. Does he still... Yes, you guys. Does he still... Yes, for sure.
Starting point is 00:48:26 Does he still have his monkey rum and will it be at the golf tournament? It is. They just picked it up yesterday. Yes, I love that stuff. It's surprising that you remember that. It's so good, yeah. Yeah, he does. He's concentrating more on the adventure, clothing, and travel side of things.
Starting point is 00:48:41 And then the show we just shot. You guys were doing a travel show or something, right? Yeah, we did. Yeah. How was that? It was awesome. It was a lot of work for me. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:48:48 If you're Zane, who's like, where are we going today? Right. And you're like, Austria, you know, kind of thing. Then that's the good position to have. But we shot throughout the whole summer kind of thing. Amazing. And did another six countries and super awesome. That's so fun.
Starting point is 00:49:01 That's like your dream job for me. That's right. And everybody says to them, they're like, you get get to your job is to drink alcohol uh-huh you know and research historical alcohol and stuff but around the world yeah and like how the fuck did you get that right and right place at the right time situation and then so he's done it around the world for six seasons and then he did four seasons around the country and it's just crazy that's so cool i know it's a great job i know i've talked to janet about that i'm like we need to pitch like a travel show like where it's like
Starting point is 00:49:28 tacos and tequila and we go to like places like australia yeah new zealand we found tacos yeah we find them in any weird city that's like not known for tacos at all we'll like ask like uber drivers like where can we get tacos oh yeah wait where was it in nashville we were in nashville and we found this little taco place it was so good but i'm like to be able to like travel the world and just do like tacos and tequila like that's such a dream drink and eat it's just like it's just like the sponsors you're not like you have to like get the sponsors on board with totally but see that's the cool thing too about doing a podcast is when i'm not in studio like like, we go mobile. So, like, you know, we can go global. You do take your kid around.
Starting point is 00:50:08 I do. Yeah, I'll take it to Palm Springs. We did a drinking and podcasting, so we have, like, a subdivision of shenanigans, which we're going to get back into next week with Max Boyans. I don't want to call him my ex,
Starting point is 00:50:18 but you guys have heard me talk about him on the show. He's the manager at TomTom who I dated, talked shit about, now I'm great friends with. So figured it's time to have him get into some shenanigans with us.
Starting point is 00:50:30 We have a really funny story with him. Yes. We have some good things for next week that we're going to get into. Oh my god, you guys are so fun. I feel like we're going to have to tell, like, they're inspiring me to tell more of our stories. You need to. It's fun. Hey, I'm all about being honest and talking about anything.
Starting point is 00:50:45 And especially because it's like, you watch Vanderpump Rules, you see a very small edited version of me. We have like 15 cast members. We have even more next season. There's so many new people working at Sir. So it's like, maybe in some episodes,
Starting point is 00:50:59 there was an episode I wasn't even in two seasons ago. And then there are episodes where there's one scene I'm in. And it's like, that's one scene in an entire week of my life. But people will judge you based on that one scene. So it's like, I love having my show here at Podcast One where I can talk about whatever I want, unfiltered.
Starting point is 00:51:19 If I want to edit something out, I'm like, yo, Will, we need to take that part out. Because I was a little too honest. I was thinking. But I always tell who say like they can't stand me and i'm too like superficial and whatever i'm just like you know just listen to an episode of shenanigans and if you still don't like me then you just don't fuck with me and that's fine yeah i'm not everybody's cup of tea and i know that but i love that radio is an outlet like i i would go and i would my husband i would come home he's like what'd you talk about? I'm like, I don't know. I blacked out two hours.
Starting point is 00:51:45 Because I would say stuff that I, half the time, I don't listen back because I may regret it. Oh, do I? So I just, yeah, I just, I love it.
Starting point is 00:51:53 I love being, whatever comes to your mind, just being able to say it. And no one's here to, like, kind of judge you. No. So that's the problem, though,
Starting point is 00:52:00 is when you do open up too much. I know. And that's the thing. So when we started doing, I just told you, my husband, I love his bush. Yeah. Therefore, I technically don't care about eating anything. Well, like, that's when we started doing the drinking and podcasting.
Starting point is 00:52:13 It's like, especially you get a couple glasses of rosé in us. Like, we're going to be even more unfiltered. We have to do this show. It's so fun. So we're going to, all four of us are going to do a drinking and podcasting episode, too. Yeah, you listen to it back later and you're like, oh shit, I said that. That's why you don't listen. I know.
Starting point is 00:52:29 You think you're awesome. It's like when you're drunk dancing. I was the best. You don't want to play that back karaoke. And then you see what you posted on Snapchat or Insta story the night before and you're like, why did I think that was a good idea? Oh, I have deleted many stories the next morning. Totally.
Starting point is 00:52:42 But yeah, so the drinking and podcasting it started with just janet and i but then we're like we should bring like some guests on to drinking and podcasting so that's what we're gonna do with max next week we're gonna get him really drunk do you guys always do it in studio no we do that one at home okay yeah so i usually do that one like either my couch her couch someone else's couch or bed it It depends. I did a bed in a hotel in New York with Carl from Summer House. That was fun. You could do, like, poolside. Yeah, exactly.
Starting point is 00:53:12 As long as, like, you know, it's quiet enough that you can capture all the audio. It's like you can literally do it from anywhere. That's awesome. So, drinking and podcasting. Love it. Coming back next week. That's fun. Also, next week, I'm going to give like the full announcement.
Starting point is 00:53:26 Oh, that's my timer to move my car. Also, next week, I'm going to give the full announcement, but I mentioned it a little last week with Tom and Tom. I have a workout line coming out with 4Athletics. It's a collab that I helped design, and i'm really excited about this because fitness is one thing that i'm very passionate about and so to be able to like actually like show that off in like a clothing form on a daily basis and so okay what we're doing so what i'm wearing right now is everything from my line so we're doing four different colors we have a light gray a black
Starting point is 00:54:01 this pattern and then a teal janet wanted me to pick the mint, but I'm like, this is my line and I love you, but mint's your thing. The teal's still really cute. Yeah, and teal's like- That was hard to decide between. Yeah, and like the teal, that's like the accent in my house and my apartment. It's like my favorite color other than like pink or black. So I wanted to do teal.
Starting point is 00:54:20 We have leggings. We also have the biker shorts. All of the leggings, like you see, have the biker shorts all of the leggings like you see have the pockets on the side which i love i will literally wear these leggings out at night put over the knee boots on oh i've done that and then you put your phone in your pocket you know so it's like you have your phone if you have just like a little clutch or something i love it so also what we're doing with the first line we we're going to do three launches. So with the first one, we're doing these longer sports bras. I love these.
Starting point is 00:54:47 I do, too. Because I get crop top sports bras. Exactly. But I can't wear a sports bra, but I can wear that. Yes. Yeah. I wore this actually yesterday, the sample stuff that I stole from you. I wore that outfit all day yesterday running errands and stuff.
Starting point is 00:54:59 And I was like, you can go to the bank in it. You're not in a bra. Yeah. And it's cute. It can be a crop top. It's good for I have no boobs. You have big boobs. But this style is good for any body shape.
Starting point is 00:55:11 And what I did the other day just on accident because I had a bite on my stomach. And I was like, oh, I need to fold this up. And then I folded the sports bra up. And I was like, oh, wait. That's kind of cute. It has a black band. And now it's even shorter. So they're versatile is what I'm saying, people.
Starting point is 00:55:20 It's kind of cute. It has a black band, and now it's even shorter. So they're versatile is what I'm saying, people. And for just my podcast listeners, I'm going to do something separate on Instagram, but I wanted to do something special for all of you guys who tune in every week because I'm so thankful for you because this is literally a dream job for me. So I'm going to do 15% off my line for all of my podcast listeners. Use code Shay. We're not launching until September 19th.
Starting point is 00:55:45 I will remind you again next week and give you the code again. But if you just want to keep that in your mind, we also, my favorite part of the line, other than the sports bra, shorts, and pants, is that we're doing cropped hoodies. So that's like the most Sheena thing ever. And they're super in. But on the right sleeve, same as my tattoo tattoo we're going to have It's All Happening embroidered. I love that. That's so cute. It's your trademark. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:56:09 And those will come in three colors. We're going to do black, white and peach. And like I was saying earlier it's made at the same fabric smell as Lululemon so it's like you can feel these like the material it's like it's really good. It's stretchy. They're super comfy. Yeah. And it's all made in the usa
Starting point is 00:56:25 sustainable fabrics and a fun fact i learned while designing this is only two percent of clothes worn in the u.s are actually made in the u.s two two percent wow um i yeah uh america yeah i'm all of yeah i know but um yeah we've discussed this at length because we produce clothing too. It's a tough one, you know? Yeah, I have my product with BB Lifestyles, American Made. Like every product I think I've worked with has been made in America for sure. Yeah, so we're part of that small two percentile. But I love that because it's like, you know, I never want to endorse a makeup product that tests on animals.
Starting point is 00:57:01 I don't want to endorse a clothing product that has, you know, a factory in Asia somewhere. Like, I just, I love when you can stay in the U.S., support, and yeah. I'm so with you. I'm really excited to launch this. This is like, after I got off the first phone call with them, it was like an hour conference call, and we're like, I'm like, okay, I like this,
Starting point is 00:57:21 but I don't like this, but I want to do this. And we're already thinking for, like, the second launch of an item that I want to add, and they're like, you can add more than one item. I was like, okay, I like this, but I don't like this, but I want to do this. And we're already thinking for, like, the second launch of an item that I want to add. And they're like, you can add more than one item. I was like, what? I got to pick more things because it's like not everyone is a size zero. And it's like for – and not everyone has small boobs. So, like, for me, things that I like aren't going to be good for someone who's curvier with big boobs.
Starting point is 00:57:40 Yeah. So I'm like, I want to do my first line that's good for any body type because I want everyone to be able to buy it and wear it. But then also for my petite ladies who don't have boobs, I want to do like a strappy,
Starting point is 00:57:53 like padded sports bra. So we're going to like work on that for the next collection. But I'm so excited. So again, you guys will get 15% off
Starting point is 00:58:01 if you use code Shay. It's launching September 19th and I'm so excited. Just to add too, like Sheena's 5'5", I'm 5'10". And you guys will get 15% off if you use code Shay. It's launching September 19th. And I'm so excited. Just to add, too, like, Sheena's 5'5". I'm 5'10". When we were trying on samples, we were trying, we were swapping, literally, in my kitchen. Throwing, like, pants at each other.
Starting point is 00:58:15 And the same stuff that was fitting her that was actually, like, long enough for her was also still long enough for me. And I was looking at it. I was like, how did they do this? Yeah, because I held up the leggings and I was like, these look so and I'm like my sister's even shorter than me so I was like okay these are probably good for her but they're not gonna be good for Janet and I they fit both like sisterhood of the traveling yeah it's crazy so it's like they look short when you get them but then when you try them on you're like oh wait these actually fit me perfectly it's like when I look at my spanks yeah how are they gonna fit these going to fit? This is not going to fit.
Starting point is 00:58:46 How do I get in these? Pretty much. Pretty much. But I'm going to send, I got all of your addresses and sizes, so I'm sending all of you ladies stuff from my line.
Starting point is 00:58:54 Yay. I can't wait to try it and take some pictures. And then eventually I want to add a men's item or two because I do have like a big gay following
Starting point is 00:59:02 being on Bravo and just working in West Hollywood. And like, I don't want to do something that's only for women. I'm like, I'm not discriminating. I'm going to do something for everyone eventually, but it's going to start out with the first line launching September 19th. And I'm so excited.
Starting point is 00:59:16 I'm so excited for you. Yeah. Okay, ladies, tell everyone where they can find you and listen to your show. Go ahead. Pass that over to me. Yeah, you guys can follow me on Instagram at IamJessicaHall
Starting point is 00:59:29 and our show is called The Hollywood Filter. I'm on Instagram at Mel Lamprey. Boom. I know. It seems so boring though. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:59:37 Because I didn't know how many you were going to give. You have so many. I know, but I'm not. Twitter, Snapchat. Yeah, it's all IamJessicaHall which is still, you know, Just in case you forget who you are. I know you're going to say that because, Snapchat. Yeah, it's all I am Jessica Hall, which is still, you know, still so embarrassing. Just in case you forget who you are.
Starting point is 00:59:46 I know you're going to say that because, yeah. It's a popular name. Look on Instagram. No, I am Jessica Hall. That is me. It's pretty embarrassing. It's like I forget my name. But, no, it's a very popular name.
Starting point is 00:59:55 I actually graduated with another Jessica Hall. Yeah. It's a just common name. I mean, it is. You're going to say Jessica and your last name is Hall. Yeah, that's what I'm telling you. And it sucks because the people, if you Google, most of the people are these really
Starting point is 01:00:08 smart book authors or some pro baseball player named Jessica Hall. I'm like, you guys are surpassing all my Playboy fans. What did I do it for? That's funny. And Janet? At Janet Elizabeth with an X on the end. I'm telling you, you need to add two more Xs.
Starting point is 01:00:25 You know what? It'll make it so much better. You know what my uncle said this weekend? He was like, have you ever thought about changing your last name to X? And I was like, you know, that wouldn't be a bad idea. I could drop my ex-husband's name and just be, it would match my social media handle. I like that. But I think it sounds too corny, you know?
Starting point is 01:00:39 Yeah. Oh, like it was XX. Yeah. That's what she now wants, sweetie. I know. I want to be XXX. You'd probably get a little bit more traction on that. Yeah. I don't think I XX. Yeah. That's what she didn't want, sweetie. I know. I don't know what she meant. I don't know what she meant. You'd probably get a little bit more traction on that. I don't think I want those followers.
Starting point is 01:00:49 I do. All right. Well, thanks for being here, ladies. This was so fun. We'll do drinking and podcasting soon. Yes. And we'll be back next week. Thanks for listening.
