We always drink too much. I don't know. That's what I was just thinking. I'm like, we're always drinking, so I don't remember. Coming in live from Sheena's couch. Yes, my couch. We've got The Bachelorette on in the background waiting to see one of our good friends is on this season.

He'll be on the podcast in i'd say like two weeks probably once people know who he is yeah it's a little rep reputation on the show then we'll have money you guys can ask him questions yes and we just watched the second reunion of three that you guys had for vanderpump rules this season yeah which actually i think the first one was a little more explosive but we'll well it was but i feel like the next part probably will be too yeah i assume you guys have a grand finale of fireworks i would assume never disappoints i mean from what i remember but yeah we all did start drinking that day yeah do you guys drink during the reunion we never used to and then last year i think is when it started and then this year they just had like they were stocked

with like witches of weho wine oh that's amazing so we had that and then we did tequila shots I forget if it was Andy or Lisa that called James out and was like I think you had a drink at lunch oh it was Lisa yeah yeah he's like I don't I think I don't even know if he fully denied it I think I'm pretty sure we all did honestly everyone did seem a little bit more loose and lit there was tequila and there was wine well what do you know yes um to paint a picture for you guys both cats are sitting in literally they're a part of the podcast today i feel like because i've been gone so much lately that i feel like they just like need attention i feel bad oh yeah someone's always here they're not like just like left but

they missed their mama yeah we've been busy been busy lately. You've had your, okay. We had your birthday. Yeah. It was so much fun. Shout out to the hornblower yachts and cruises, whatever it's called, but the hornblower, they have them in orange County and also in Marina. It was so much fun. It was like a giant yacht. Sheena kept wanting to kill me. Cause I kept calling it a riverboat. Cause like in Ohio, that's all we have is a riverboat a yacht yeah it's like a fairy ohio yacht yeah well we don't have an ocean in ohio so it's only on rivers and it's so it's a riverboat okay but it was basically a two-story yacht that was like a whole like living room and bar on the first floor inside and then a whole deck upstairs and we just cruised around the marina and went we're like i don't know out towards venice where were we honestly i wasn't even paying attention to which

direction we were going we got a really good kind of like sailed out into the sunset and it was so nice it was super fun i'm trying to think anybody who tom sandoval was there ariana was there yeah everyone else the girls were all in paris yes i think jackson schwartz were hung over and kristin had a james may thing yeah she was downtown she had a pop-up store yeah but chester lockhart was there i spent a great deal of time talking to him i love him so much he's the funniest he really is i miss doing that show so much i just want us to like go back and like guest star for i want him just to like host your life i just want him to follow us around and make commentary imagine and just i just want to listen to him at all times yeah but yeah birthday i feel like was a major success it was like super fun no drama every i mean you had a taco buffet on the boat oh my gosh i was

in heaven but so after we went to oh and raquel was there um and did karaoke and at this bar it's like so we did a white party so there's like what 30 of us at least yeah dressed in all white like at the bar and people kept coming up and they're like what's going on here like we didn't get the memo and I was like so I just started coming up with different stories and one of them was I was a cult leader and they're like what and I go yeah I said I told 50 people to wear all white and to get on a boat. And we took it out into the middle of the ocean. And they listened. You're like, go to the bar.

You're like, all 46 Kool-Aid shots, please. Yeah, but I was like, dang. Everyone did listen. Everyone showed up in white. That's funny. Yeah, it was amazing. Everybody's outfits were really good. Yeah, everyone did a good job.

I loved it. Everyone got their, oh, and you know, you have to shout out Tom Zanderval for showing up in a full captain costume. And he did the sweetest birthday toast oh yeah yeah he got everyone's attention he got everybody gathered around did you guys hear that cat meow that was that was penny featuring penny yes yeah birthday was a success then we got to oh and carl from summer house was in town and came that was oh yeah he Oh, yeah. He was there. He was great. You guys just watched What Happens Live together when your mom's bartender, which I thought was super cute. I mean, man, he can drink.

Oh, my gosh. All of them can. Did you see how much rosé they get dropped off every week? It's crazy. I'm like, I've never seen that much Whispering Angel in my life. Yeah. No, but I don't know if you guys saw my Insta story. I should repost it but we all drove

out to my house in palm springs after and carl was the first one to fall asleep but we didn't have a sharpie so we couldn't draw a dick on his face so we just got every like a random object around the house and just started piling up around him topped it off with the mini sombrero and just like had a field day photo show i love that he fell asleep during his own show one because so it goes banner pump rules then summer house comes on right after so we all were sitting around and sheena's gorgeous new house i keep saying like our and we when i refer to her house because i think it's like wishful thinking that i might get to move in um but carl um stays awake and has all these comments during all the banner

pump stuff he's like oh my gosh I can't believe she said that. Was he really mad about this? Has all these questions and then his show comes on out. He just passes out. On the floor. So we left him there. Yeah, and then as that show ended we were like, well, he's not

waking up. We were talking loudly. Nothing was waking him up. He must sleep late. So i had gotten sheena some pinatas so we first put the pinatas like in compromising positions around him then it was like we'll put the bat there then it was like any vase candle holder plant anything we could find of sheena's decor we just started stacking up on him and he didn't wake up no he didn't even flinch for like 20 minutes maybe 15 i don't know i felt like it was even longer than that he was out man yeah and then he woke up rather embarrassed

he was like um he like looked around but then he fell back asleep on the floor yeah he's just i was like we're just gonna leave you here he's a sleepy sleepy boy during his own show yeah but it was a good birthday i had a lot of fun. It was so much fun. I loved watching you beat the shit out of a taco piñata. I couldn't beat up the unicorn. I couldn't do it. I just tapped that ass a little bit with the bat.

But I was like, I can't do it. I can't do it. Okay. Your mom told me the cutest story on your birthday that when you were little, she got you an Ariel piñata because you were obsessed with Little Mermaid and you refused to smash it, cried when she like asked you to and kept it for years. Oh yeah. It stayed in the garage for years. You cried every time. Because I couldn't beat it up. I was just like, this is Ariel. Like, I don't want to hurt her and I don't want to beat her up. And the kids in my party were not happy

with me, but I was like, you guys can still have the candy. I just don't want to hit it. You're going to have to just reopen the slot and stick your hand in there no yeah they didn't like that but we came up with quite the contraption bringing your swing stand in from outside and yeah I was like are you sure we're allowed to hit a pinata with a baseball bat in the middle of your kitchen your brand new kitchen that you had moved into that week well that's why I also didn't want to be blindfolded because like we had already been drinking. I'm like, there's glass everywhere.

Like I'm not trying to break something. My first night in my new house. After you've been drinking all day laying by the pool. Yeah. Went out and danced to live music. Yeah. So why Palm Springs? I mean, I love it.

I think it's been so fun. But what made you pick out there instead of getting a place here? I of wanted like a home away from home after living in vegas last year i really wanted to buy a house out there but now that i go back so often i forgot how much i absolutely love staying in hotels yeah and that's a four-hour drive that's like a little bit further than just a quick yeah getaway but i'm like even if it was just to like rent out i just didn't think that going to vegas and it's like i would want to stay in my own house but also it's like if i'm not going to live out there and do a show full time yeah i would rather just stay in different casinos there's so many good ones and like new hotels that it's like i would rather just do that so um mark had the idea for me to look in Palm Springs and I was like, Oh my God,

I didn't even think about that. But like, yeah, that'd be great. And if I wanted to rent it out, like that's a popular place and Coachella. Yeah. So I had my realtor friend send me some listings and it was in my top three and it was the second one I saw. And just the second I walked in, I just knew. I was like, yeah, this is it. Like, what do we do? I love how open it is. I love how close it is to a KFC buffet. Oh, my God.

You and your KFC buffet. I didn't even know that was a thing until last week. I didn't either until. Well, I knew it was a thing. But I didn't know there was one anywhere near, like, California. And when I saw that baby on the side of the highway, let me tell you. Is that like a Midwest thing? The only time I've seen is driving from Columbus to Chicago. So yes,

it was so good. $8.99, all you can eat. You can pick any chickens. You can pick like grilled, crispy legs, whatever you want. And then all the sides, $8.99, all you can eat. Wow. I was like, and he did not. Well, at first I was like, wow, he might be really good. Yeah. And um, and I totally kicked his ass.

I let him pick the song and everything. Yeah. We're watching. So yeah, we have the bachelorette on the background. Yeah. We already watched Vanderpump. Um, and now it's bachelorette time, but we're like, you know what? It's Monday. Let's do some drinking and podcasting. We had such a relaxing day.

Oh, yeah. There's this place called Glen Ivy. It's a hot springs day spa. However, we just found out that Thursday through Sundays in the spring, summertime, they do twilight hours and they're open till like nine. With live music. Yeah. So it's just basically, so today it was my first time. We did like, there's so many different kinds of hot pools, cold pools, mineral baths.

I did, I covered myself in mud. Gina loved taking videos of it. There's this thing called the grotto where you go like down into a cave and you get painted with this warm, like like green lotion something that it just feels so good but it was so much fun yeah and then you sit in like a steam room and then you take you showered off it was amazing it was for erica's birthday she and his mom yeah it's my mom's birthday today yes happy birthday erica but yeah we had so much fun such a relaxing day massages and that place is the shit.

I mean, the fact that I could eat champagne or eat pizza, drink champagne and get a massage in a hot tub all in the same place. Yeah. Heaven. Heaven. That massage was amazing. I never wanted to leave that place. No.

You should stay open 24 hours a day. I mean, it's a really good spot. So if you're looking for a place to go for the day it's a little out of town it's like on the way to temacula but it's fun it's gorgeous it's gorgeous yeah it's one of my favorite places like i think it's my favorite spot for sure i yeah the only other one i've been to is Vodaspa and this was like Vodaspa indoor, outdoor on steroids. I mean, it was like 10 times as many places as, yeah. Yeah. I love Vodaspa, but it's nothing like special. You could get lost at this place. It was amazing.

Definitely. What else have we been doing lately? Um, you've been, well, no, you've been in town for a while. Yeah. You were in for a while. Yeah. You were in the Virgin Islands. Yes, I was there. Did we talk about that? I feel like we did.

You have your summer coming up. I'm interested to see, so you guys are going to, the show's going to hopefully start up again. I don't know if they've said anything. I don't think anything's been said yet. Well, I assume you guys are going to start filming again this summer I'm interested to see what's going to happen if it's going to be um single Sheena summer or you know what I want you to do I'm staying single okay I've been saying this for months and this is my goal my goal this

year one is to get you to masturbate which we've got over two I think you need to download a dating app I know you've been against it and i know people have made fake profiles and whatever whatever but you need to just get over with it and download bumble like maybe not tinder like tinder can be a little aggressive just seems like it's like a hookup app yeah hot or not you want to bang it's nice that bumble i already got my hands when i single, Bumble keeps that like extra layer because you have to message someone first. So you're not all of a sudden then getting like 400 DMs from everybody you thought was kind of attractive.

Like it's not like, oh, as soon as I swipe right on someone, then they can message me. You're like, you can swipe right. And then if you match, you're like, okay, do I actually like, you know, you can dig through their profile more. Okay, so break this down for me. Not saying I'm considering it, but let's just say I am. So like you're you can dig through their profile okay so break this down for me not saying i'm considering it but let's just say i am so like you're really picky yeah i've heard you i've heard of you saying like i can't date him because of like this little thing well no it's just if there's like one thing that like really bothers me that it's just like i don't i want if i'm

gonna be in a relationship i want to be with someone where it's just like we just click. Right. So with this, it's basically like you. I don't want to convince myself that because of all of these amazing qualities like this should work like I just want it to feel right. And if there's one thing that feels off, it's not always like a superficial thing. If there's just like one thing like, you know, homeboy had a really bad temper. So it's like that's one thing where it's like okay that's a red flag but we click in every other way right but any of those like okay

you know when you search for a hotel and you're like all right i need at least a four or five star in this area that's under this price whatever that's basically what dating apps are for bed and you're like you can search through and you're like i want these you have to have like a song and all of that i don't think you have to have a song on Bongo. On Raya, I think it's like, oh, what's my song going to be? And I'm like, what? Make your as good as gold, obviously. No. You would, if your thing was not good as gold.

Like, do you put your stats on? You're like, hey, here's my measurements, like 32, 24, 36. I don't think you have to put that in. Like, did the guys put their height on there? I think the guys can or should put their height on there. Yeah. I think now they have to, I actually,

you know, okay. So I've been in a relationship for a year, so I'm actually not sure. It's changed a little bit. I played on Genevieve's recently and I was swiping through hers and they've changed. It's like updated now. So it's been a bumble.

Yeah. Since I've been single. Speaking of your boyfriend, he just buzzed the gate. So he's about to walk in. So I might have you give the mic to him because I want to see his thoughts on dating apps as well. He met his last girlfriend, his last ex-girlfriend on a dating app.

Hmm. Kristen and Carter met on Bumble. I think it's like, I think Bumble's a lot better for girls. I feel like Tinder is good for girls. Continue. Okay. But yeah, you can kind of weed out if you're like okay yes let's just say you you would never date someone that was under 5 11 don't say never chances yeah do i prefer a guy who's 6 3

so all of your preferences but you can put in there and you can be like i want this height this age like you would never date a 19 year old god oh my god i thought you were gonna say like like the fact that you even needed to say that. So you move your age. I want to only date people who are- No, 21 and above. I'm just kidding. Oh, my God. 24 was my minimum.

Yeah. And we all saw that play out. Yeah. And it went very well for me. I think we're doing 30 and up. People who have their shit together. It needs to be 30 and up. Okay.

Salem just got here. Let's ask him about it. And mind you, Janet's boyfriend's name is Salem, not just the cat. The cat is already here. Which has created some confusion before. Please tell the story. Don't use names, but just tell the story. Okay, one of our friends is going through a breakup.

A bad breakup. And was really, really sad. And we met her out one night. And we show up at the bar. And her eyes are red. Clearly she's been crying and has been upset. And Salem whispers something to me like, oh, I feel so bad for her. She's such a nice girl. I feel bad that this happened to her. She shouldn't, you know, doesn't deserve to be sad like that poor thing. And then, you know, we leave and apparently this

friend ended up coming back to Sheena's later and they had like a girl's slumber party night. So I see her a couple of days later and I'm like, oh, how are you doing? She's like, good, good. And she starts telling this story. But, and the part I missed was the beginning where she said, after that night, we went back to Sheena's house. And I missed that part. And she said, and Salem, who is never, ever like, we don't really know each other that well. He's never really that warm to me.

He must have sensed I was sad because he started just warming up like warming up to me and being so friendly and just like, you know, started like nestling against my neck. And I was like, wait, wait, what? Like, just like cuddling me. Yeah. And I was like, wait, Salem was nestling your neck and cuddling you. And everyone started laughing. And she's like the cat, Salem, the cat. She was like, he warmed up for me.

I was like, oh my God. I was like, I knew my boyfriend felt bad bad for you but I didn't know he was like gonna you know like snuggle you okay so we were talking about dating apps and so you gotta you have to say what you think about dating apps yeah so Salem I have some questions for you I told she and I think she should get on a dating app

this yeah so summer I want to know your thoughts I told her that you met your ex on a dating app I did meet my ex So summer, I want to know what your thoughts, I told her that you met your ex on a dating app. I, I did meet my ex on a dating app and she's your ex. So was it bad? She is my ex. And, um, I, I would not be surprised if she listens to this, but yeah, she, she's my ex. And I, I don't, I don't know if it has anything to do with the dating app itself. Have you met other people on dating apps? I have.

I've actually gone on a couple dates through dating apps, yeah. What do you think? Do you think Sheena would like it? I think if Sheena were to go through a dating app, it should be through one of those high-end dating apps. It shouldn't be through one of those ones. No Tinder? Yeah. No, no. That's the thing.

Tinder, I'm like, no i would never not even consider exactly tinder and when that came around that i mean i was married i think when tinder like became a thing and then when i got divorced i got right into another relationship so i never even thought about it and then by the time i became single it was like tinder is like a no-no yeah that's what i that's what i've. Someone actually the other day said something about Tinder being like just like a hookup app. So I think if you're looking for like a relationship, that's probably not the way to go. But we were just talking about like Raya and Bumble.

Yes. But with Bumble, the girl messages the guy first. Yeah. Yeah. That's something that i've never tried i i think i uh i i like stopped the dating app stuff like right when bumble came around but raya is one of the ones that is high end that i that like i think you have to like be recommended by people and go through this like application process and they check your dna your blood and like all this stuff this just seems that

okay that just seems like too much work to get on a dating app like if i'm gonna get on a dating app like i don't want to be screened for it like are you good enough to be on our app fuck off no and you want to scroll through and see what's out there and like yeah swipe swipe check it out but i was telling her i was like it's like when you book a hotel and you want like all right i want four or five stars in this neighborhood under this price with, you know, at least this much square footage. I'm like, you kind of can pick through and say like, I want, I don't, I'm not going to date someone who's 19. So I'm going to change my age range. Yeah. I mean the age range, like, I mean, sure. Like last summer I went on a date with a guy who

was 24 and we had hung out multiple times, but it was like, I mean, I'm not going to get in a relationship with a 24 year old. How old was he? I, is that who you're talking about? Yeah, that's what I'm talking about. I don't want to be in a relationship at all, but everyone keeps like pushing me just to get on a dating app. And I'm like, but aren't there just like a bunch of Adam spots on dating apps?

Yes. But you can scroll through and you left swipe those. How do you know based on a picture? You don't't you can read their bio and if they can come up with something witty and funny and that's why you also message with them a little bit first i think you can also tell through i think you can also tell through like someone's instagram i think a lot of them are linked so now i have to stalk people on top of swiping yeah i don't know about this you. I'll do some of the dirty work for you. I'll swipe for you, and then you can go from there.

Hmm. I'm going to talk to some people. That's not a no, so I'll take it. No, I know Bumble was popular at Stagecoach, and they were like, oh, have you ever been on a dating app? And I was like, no, anti, like, no. But then one of my friends met someone at stagecoach on bumble is this shannon and the cowboy how did you know i kept seeing tweets about we're gonna get shannon a cowboy

yes but i just like what do you guys do so when erica costell and shannon curry and my sister and i were all at stagecoach um they got on bumble and yeah that was like the whole goal of the weekend was to find Shannon the cowboy so every time they're like doing that I was just like in the crowd listening to music smoking a joint or something boy so no but I mean I've just everyone keeps talking to me about it recently and I'm like well it sounds like it's not a no so it used to be a no and i think i think you're coming around i'm just thinking about you know what i'm not really traveling right now so i need a new hobby so maybe swiping right could be my new hobby also or left also we should you should we should download it in palm springs on your phone and put the age all the way up to like

whatever it is. No. Plus I want to see the old Palm Springs dudes that are on Bumble. Seriously. So let's make it for like 70 to 90 and see how many of the retirees that hang out at that Mexican place that we're always at. Yeah. Where they're always dancing. Okay.

Well, I'll keep you guys posted if I do this because Janet's going to keep pushing me. She's not going to shut up until like you're going to have to know. You know what? I'm glad this is recorded because when you meet your husband and it's because it went because you swiped right, you will be thanking me and I'll have it on recording to play back for you. But I don't want to be in a relationship right now. That's the thing. So I'm going on a dating app to just hook up like no go to dinners dinners are fun yeah and then you just have the same first conversation over and over and over again yeah tell them you're not even really into the talking that much you just are there to eat all right we going to talk about this when we're not drinking and podcasting. Look, I'm not saying it's a no. I'm saying I think if I were to go on one, it would probably be Bumble

because they don't have to get screened for it and it's up to me. Yeah. It's my way. You won't be flooded with 99 plus DMs. And I haven't actually heard any horror stories about Bumble. Oh, shit. Look it. There's our boy getting out of the limo.

Shout out to Devin. He'll be here in a couple weeks. Wait, this is funny. Great tie, Devin. Do you like it? Great tie. Yeah, he looks great. I wonder.

Yeah, we'll have to watch this again in a little bit. We'll have to have him on in a few weeks when he's done. Yes. And we have to make fun of him yeah like oh he looks for sure he does he looks handsome so dapper you go devon um well i don't know i'll keep you guys posted we're gonna get you swiping right it's basically like the walk-ups for the bachelorette that is that is bumble they just keep coming and you're like all right here's his name his age his occupation where he's from

swipe right or left yeah okay you want to be the bachelorette i know i know i mean that's what i have my eye more on there you go but hey you never know here you go bumbles hey, you never know. Here you go. Bumbles at least the virtual walk-ups. Okay. Well, now that my traveling is calming down, I'm saying we'll talk. And if so, we will definitely talk about it on here. Oh my God. We should do a drinking and swiping podcast. We won't say people's names, but we'll say why you're swiping right or left

that's funny i love it let's do it i do like that all right one more glass of wine i think i can get sheena to download bumble well say all right but i'm down yeah well i think that's kind of wrapping up our week it's been a fun week. Relaxing. It has been a fun week. It's been great. What do we have coming up? Let's see. Oh, I'm going to a Dodgers game tomorrow. Fun. And you're going out of town again this weekend.

Probably go back to my house. Don't you have Mikey's birthday? That's Memorial weekend. We're going to Vegas. I want you to come with me. I know. I need to figure that out. Yeah.
