What's up, Vander Pumper? Welcome back to another episode of VPR from the start. Season
2, we're doing episode 12 till death do us part. It's kind of how I feel, but I have a special guest.
Luke is not going to be jumping on with me tonight,
and I listen to all of your emails and your DMs,
and I have the one the only Ryan Bailey with me today.
Wow, I got this text from you,
and I really couldn't believe it.
This is quite an honor.
You know, this is so meta to me,
the fact that I kept rewatching this episode realizing that I was going to be talking to you about what you lived in real life.
And it really, it's just mind blowing to think about because I'm watching you in these scenes,
I watched it years ago, I've rewatched it, and to talk to you about this, it really is like a DVD audio track that I'm so excited
to do this.
Yet, I'm kind of scared because you really went through this stuff and I wanted the audience
to know, Kristen said, listen, you can say anything you want because I said, is there things
that I can't say, is there things that, and you said, no, no, and I'm, so I want everybody
to know.
She said that from the jump.
Oh, yeah, for sure.
And you shouldn't be scared. Like, I'm, so I want everybody to know. She said that from the jump. Oh yeah, for sure. And you shouldn't be scared.
Like, I'm scared.
I'm probably going to talk more shit about myself
than you ever would.
Well, that's what I mean.
I just kept thinking psychologically,
what is this rewatch doing to you?
Like, did the audience know that you have to go through this?
I just can't imagine doing a reality show.
But then I also can't imagine when a season like this happens
because next week is the slap,
or the next episode is the slap,
these are some of the most intense moments,
potentially, of your life that we have all been,
I've made a thousand memes about that slap.
I've made, I just can't imagine psychologically
what you're going through to dig back into this stuff.
Yeah, it's not. It isn't easy. And what's crazy is that like, obviously, I remember everything
fairly well. It has been 10 years. And I've said it on on this podcast, especially for season
two, is that like, I have not watched season two since it aired originally 10 years ago.
Obviously, I wasn't going back and checking out my outfits.
I'm like, what did I say again?
Oh, that was a fun trip down memory lane.
No, it wasn't.
But if I'm getting through season two, and I did tell Luke
the other day that I'm going to skip season three.
I don't need to go back down season three.
I don't need to relive that dating life.
Oh my gosh.
I was going to ask, is there certain episodes that you're like, I will not do? You're going to skip that dating life. Oh my gosh. I was gonna ask, is there certain episodes
that you're like, I will not do?
You're gonna skip an entire season.
I think so.
I think so.
Maybe I can just like wrap season three up in a bow,
but I don't need to watch the me and James Kennedy thing.
I can just skip to season one.
That's how I feel right now.
I don't know.
I just don't know if that's good for my mental health.
The audience, I bet the audience can change your mind.
Let's do it.
Yeah, guys, how much is it worth?
Do you know?
Come on.
Well, I mean, I can't imagine what Luke goes through, too,
because this has got to be like,
it's like the origin story of who they know now
and seeing all of these things
and how we behave in relationships.
You know, you don't usually have the benefit
of being able to see your
partners in their previous relationships.
And then TV on top of that, I just can't believe you guys are doing this week after week.
We're nuts.
We're absolutely nuts.
I mean, I'm very lucky because Luke really does just watch it and not judge me by any
means, but he just watches it with like this dumb, founded look on his face going like,
what?
That's you.
It doesn't, for him, it's like he's not actually watching me.
It's like this whole different person that he never, which is true.
I mean, he never knew.
I don't even, I'm like, I don't know that girl.
She's not invited.
Like, that person cannot sit with us.
But I will say, I think one of the things, the benefit of time and the benefit of this past year, what we just went through with season 10 of Vanderpump, is that it, listen, you
know, your behavior is one thing, reacting to these things, but then you actually look
at the psychosis behind, like, sand of all was doing very similar things that he did in
this past season.
And you've said that before, but for me,
that I was very prosand of all so many times
to rewatch it through the lens of this past season
was really eye-opening and I felt sometimes a deep shame
in certain reactions I had previously
that I have now changed.
Oh, for sure.
It is really weird watching it that way.
It's like when you watch the sixth sense or something,
when you know what you know now and you rewatch it
and you're like, oh, even me,
really paying attention to it, this specific episode.
And what we'll get into, but there's this part where
we get home from Cabo and Tom and I are in the bedroom
like talking and I'm crying. And looking at like a look on his face.
I'm like, oh my God, you were lying right to my face and I was like, I don't know, I can't
figure it out.
He was so obvious.
I mean, and it was bold face lies too.
And it was that kind of thing that I said, you know, that I was, I speculated how he would
have probably broke up with Ariana if that hadn't have been all caught with Raquel.
Rachel is that I said, you know, like he was doing in that scene is that like, you don't
have to do, you know, we don't have to do anything, dude, it just, it's fine.
Like he was going to make you do the dirty work or that's how it now seems is that he
was like, hang yourself.
I'm not going to say it.
Do what you need to do.
I'm going to do all of these things and potentially get caught, but my fingerprints are kind of off of this and how you guys all played
each other in terms of like, jacks are the fucking liar dude. You can't try. Like everybody played
their parts. So it was like this horrible game of clue, a murder mystery without a murder.
And you're like, wait a sec, even stasi doubted herself in this episode for a second.
It was like, who killed who with the sir candle?
Which room?
Oh my gosh.
All right, well, I took the notes this time around
and normally make Luke do this.
So I can give the play by play for this.
Oh, I took a lot, I took a lot of,
I'm manuscript of this thing.
I kind of did too.
It was like, is there a transcript somewhere so I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, you go back and watch it with us. So this is for everybody. That's what I'm saying.
This is the DVD commentary.
Wait, is this coming out this week?
Is this when it's just coming out?
Yes, yes.
So you guys, so happy Thanksgiving, you guys.
If you were having a fight with your family right now,
go into the other room, turn on Manor Pop rules
and turn on this podcast.
And you'll feel so much better about yourself
and your family.
And it's crazy.
So today's Tuesday, guys, and I just got home from dancing
with the stars.
And I was there to support it.
Cheer on Ariana.
And now we're going to have this episode
that we're going to talk about.
And guys, just pay attention to what she just said
because where this episode goes by the very end, you,
I mean, it's almost like this spoiler alert of,
guess what, they're OK.
They're actually, I mean, they're better than the man
that they were both talking about in these scenes.
You guys have a decent relationship.
You went and cheered her off.
Oh, yeah.
Ariana is for sure one of my best friends.
You know, it's so crazy, Ryan.
You can see me and you guys, I'll definitely post this video.
But I have some friendship bracelets on.
Some that I wear often when I got from tonight, but I have this black one on right here,
Ryan, can you see?
I got this at Brawville Park and from a fan, and it says, for you to die from season 10.
That's very honest.
Great, amazing.
I was just thinking of how interesting your appearance was at the finale of season 10,
if you could cut together your appearance with Ariana in the sur like closet or wherever
that is at the end, just to think how far you guys have come from that moment, but there
seems to be one person in particular that brought you guys together.
So I think it's just, that's what makes this show so good.
Yeah, it's wild.
All right off we go guys season two episode 12
Tilda to do us part
So we start the episode off at Lisa's house the matriarch's house out in Beverly Park with all of its glory and its infinity pool and
Horses and swans and shit
And Lisa is there with Pandora
Pandora. Pandora gifts her a pillow of jiggy,
as Lisa later says, you know, Pandora is very thoughtful.
Which I agree, she is a very thoughtful friend,
but very thoughtful and very kind,
gives this pillow of jiggy,
which then we kind of figure out
as Pandora's way to suck up to her mom to say,
here's the thing,
Shina and Mike are, Mike wants to propose to Shina,
and he's obviously afraid to ask you
but I kind of get my way with you
which I thought was kind of cute and cheeky
but what was funny to me is that Lisa was like,
who's Mike?
Yeah, she was, and then there was like, Shea,
he's like, oh, I thought his name was Shea!
Oh, what do you do?
Well, like, who else is gonna propose to Sheena?
Like, I don't know.
I'm like, what?
I have faith.
I mean, I do, I do, I love the fact. I'm like, what? I have faith. I mean, I do.
I love the fact though, I was,
Stay asked Pandora to help out.
And it really, it was very interesting
just to make even that connection
that we're able to make of.
Remember when Brock asked Randall
to help him and Lola to help out
with her engagement this last time?
And I just thought, I was like,
my mind was blown watching the scene back and I was just like, wow, these people really do depend on the kindness of their
friends, you know, around sheenas engagements.
Or the wealth, I guess, of their friends. I didn't want to say that. I didn't want to
say that. I was just excited to see the jiggy pillow.
Totally, right? Yeah. So Pandora's plan is to, which I kind of, it's a crazy thing for
me, is like watching this and I'm like,
oh yeah, what did they do again?
There was a photo shoot.
So at the time, Shina is, quote unquote,
working at the Divine Addiction, the magazine,
and Pandey says like, she wants to do this
surprise engagement for Shay,
but it's going to be masked as a Divine Addiction photo shoot.
And like, everyone on board, Stasi later on says like,
I mean, you tell Sheena
to like dress up for a bunch of makeup on,
take photos of her, this is so fucking easy.
Truth.
And she is actually not disappointed,
but she was like, I was still hoping there was a photo shoot.
Oh my God, I was still ready for a photo shoot.
I totally died when she said that.
She was like, I can't cry, my eyelashes.
Are we still doing a photo shoot?
Bless her heart. Yes, at least I can't cry. My eyelashes are we still doing the photo shoot? Bless her heart.
Yes, Alisa can't say no to Pandora.
She agrees.
And then that's where we're at with that.
So we cut to Katie and Stasi at Sir Polishing Glasses.
What else do we do at Sir, right?
Complaining that we were in Cabo, coming back to real life,
fucking sucks.
Yeah.
And how many, this is with cameras there.
I just can't imagine you would work there for seven years
at this point according to Lisa.
And it's like, I just can't imagine you folding
and all that stuff even without cameras.
Like this was your real job.
And now there's cameras on you.
Why did you polish silverware?
Yeah, it was wild.
Like, I mean, really at that point,
I feel like we weren't gonna do it unless there were
cameras on us.
We would just grab a little closer.
That's what I was wondering how real that stuff was.
I'm like, were you really going in for a shift or were you literally like, got to polish
some silverware and then call it a day?
I feel like in season two, we probably were really working.
But like, as the seasons progressed, it was definitely like, here's your call time at
Saram.
We're like, I'm not upgrading tables. So are you crazy? I don't need these crazy drunk fans telling me they hate me
Or like what to do about my relationship? I will go in I will take a photo posted on Instagram or Snapchat
I think was the thing back then and call it a day
Or Twitter I mean you Twitter habits clearly all up in the episode. Yeah, it was a Twitter back then
So Katie tells sauce that I have texted her and that I'm just like and I'm so confused about I mean, Twitter habits. Clearly, all of them meet up. It's a Twitter episode, yeah. I was a Twitter back then.
So Katie tells Stoss that I have text her
and that I'm just like, and I'm so confused about Tom
because they love him so much.
And Stossy was like, you know, listen, I got it.
I've been there.
And when I heard her say that, I was like, have you?
Because I felt like that was a little odd
as I'm just rewatching, you know, going,
no, because you kind of just like kicked Jacks to the curb.
Like Frank, it was like,
she was Stasi kind of called the shots back then.
Up until she dated Patrick,
I don't feel like Stasi was really like,
sad girl in the relationship.
She had no, I mean, I did think.
It seemed like, and I didn't know Stasi at all,
but it seemed like just from her on TV
and what we noticed, like her origin story,
she was also always the cocksure confident person
that kind of led the way and that's why people like Jack's, you know, like even said it, like Jack's
usually text me 10 times by now and they were already broken up. Right. And I think that's why
if you notice in a lot of these scenes in season two, I'm always going to Katie because Katie
it has the empathy. Like maybe Katie's like, oh god, here she goes again, but Katie's going to Katie because Katie it has the empathy. Like maybe Katie's like, oh God here she goes again
but Katie's gonna like receive these texts at least from me and say something. So then Katie's just
like, you know, basically such straight up that I need to have respect for myself and you know what?
She was right. Katie, that's what I was gonna ask. I was gonna ask how hard is it to hear these things
about yourself. I mean, she was right.
She was right.
Look at the way that I was acting and like,
how many girls does he need to cheat on me with
and admit to until I was gonna do something about it?
Like that is called zero self love
and definitely no self respect.
You can read about your head, though.
You probably thought you were doing the right thing.
You just came back from Cabo
where you were in the same bed.
You just said you wanted to be close to him.
And you said it again in this episode.
So in your head though, were you sure that you were in the right
or were you completely going crazy in your head?
I knew that it was all a bad idea,
but it was like, I compare my relationship with sand of all,
like the end of my relationship with him
the same way I was with sir.
If they weren't gonna break up with me, I was probably never going to leave
So like tongue-dick sand of all suck a dick. That's how she's gonna end that relationship to yeah
So Tom breaking up with me and me getting fired from sir was the best like the best two things that could have happened to me back then
Because I didn't have it in me. I didn't have like the self-love the self-respect
It was like who else was gonna love me?
Who was gonna be with me then?
And Tom was very good.
So those thoughts would spin you out, right?
Like, if it's not with Tom, who else could it be with?
It's gotta be, I put so much time and investment
in this man.
Exactly, five years.
Oh, you know.
So then they got to Tom and I are at home
and this is what we were kind of referring to
in the beginning when you're talking.
I'm crying and this stuff's a little harder for me to watch
because I see the pain, like the real, real pain,
and I'm just like, I don't wanna keep living my life like this.
I don't wanna keep wondering,
I don't wanna go through your phone every time you walk
out of the room, I don't want to like stare at you
every time you're texting someone, and I don't want to like stare at you every time you're texting
someone and I don't want that for you, Tom, either.
And he was like, his response goes, then make a choice.
But he also, and Tom, he's like, make a choice, dude, he calls you dude or made like, man,
bro, make a choice, dude.
He's like, you know, it's kind of like a big, sookie.
Yeah, he's like, be with the air.
He's like, big suit case.
Yeah, from Cabo.
Is that because that was like a suitcase
for you to move out or was he just
throwing a suitcase in the beginning?
No, that was from like, I think it was supposed
to look like he was unpacking from Cabo.
Okay, okay, I didn't know.
It was like, you don't even leave.
Here's your suitcase.
No, because then I walked out with like this computer bag
and like a Gibson guitar like Duffle or something.
And I was like, I'm going to Michigan in my flip flop.
I'm gonna write my breakup album, yeah.
We, I will say this is the stuff that I love
about early seasons of Vanderpump rules when it's like,
you guys are in the shitty apartments, you guys are in like,
and that's what I think, like we recognize,
or we recognize as an audience,
because we were growing up too,
so you would go into that tiny room,
and we would like, I would look at your bedstand,
and I would look at it and be like,
oh man, like that's looks like, you know,
kind of everything is thrown about,
and you guys really get the sense of like,
this is like young people trying to get through life.
Like I remember that very clearly.
Like I can't imagine a camera crew in there too,
just making it even that much more uncomfortable.
Oh totally.
And Tom's bedroom, when I watched that scene,
I was like, oh that fucking bedroom furniture
that he's had for like 15 years.
And like how many girlfriends have lived in that apartment
with that bedroom furniture?
Like that's what I could think about.
Well, I, I, that's sorry, I know this a long time ago
because I was like, where does Tom keep all his costumes
and stuff?
Cause we always know he has a costume for everything
and it's such a tiny apartment
and she told me he had a storage facility or he did.
Like back then, would he just shove all his shit
like there to have a storage facility back then?
No, I mean, Tom's room when I was with him was just like,
the bed was in the middle, and like my side was always clean
and his side was just completely trashed all the time.
Like it wasn't like how you would think of like
a male and female relationship.
Like, oh, well she gets like the bigger part of the closet.
Like no, I had like, eventually I had some sort of like
wardrobe type thing I got from IKEA that could like
store a little bit of my stuff,
but I really didn't have much back then
because Tom took all the space
and he was just such a fucking slob.
That was a trick.
You like just drink it.
No, he really does, he really does.
But yeah, I basically just felt like Tom's bitch, you know, and he could do whatever he wanted
because I would always stick around. Yeah. So then I say, I'm going to take time apart, I'll call you in a few days
because I'm going to Michigan, which I really did go to Michigan because I was losing my ever-loving mind.
Yeah, I mean, you said, like, I just got to breathe, I got to go out there and if there's a future between me and Tom,
I just need some space, clear my head, you know?
And that's what you do, but he says,
this is why it's very interesting.
He throws out, we don't have to spend time apart.
We don't have to do this.
Like, he's begging you, not begging you,
but he's like, really not chalotte,
but putting those breadcrumbs out of,
you don't need to take time in space.
You're pretty good, we're fine.
Because it was like the first time I ever actually,
like even packed a backpack and said,
nope, walking out the door.
I feel like that day, I was like leaving and going to Katie's
or something.
Cause I'm like, why did I walk out with these like,
two random little bags with like pajamas and flip flops?
I'm like, peace, I'm going to the airport.
I don't know.
In terms of production though, when you're walking out
or this is a real conversation,
can you read their faces and emotions?
Are they like, yeah, leave or are they just like stone face?
Can they actually give, I know they can't really give
full opinions and stuff, but was that,
do they ever go like, are you sure you wanna leave?
Are you sure?
Do they talk to you after and before scenes?
So around this time, I don't remember being super, super close until like kind of the end
of season two, because I will say like just jumping ahead a little bit like after the
whole jacks after this isn't like a secret after the mean jack stuff.
Spoiler alert. Oh, sorry, good.
This is something that happens.
But after that had come out, there was a producer who I'm still very close to who's
no longer a man or a pop.
Hasn't been for many, many years, but she's a very good friend of mine still.
And I remember right after that all came out, she looked me right in the eye.
She was so upset with me.
She was so disappointed because me and she was so disappointed
because she had kind of not kind of, but she had given me a lot of information about like her past
marriage and relationships and just being like, you know, I understand he's treating me like this.
Tom's treating you this way. Like, you're gonna be okay. It always feels really hard blah, blah, blah.
Oh, wow, I'm just lying right to her face about the jack stuff.
And so when that all came about, she was just like, you fucking lied to me.
Like, you lied to me.
I can't even look you in the eye right now.
And we didn't speak for a while.
And it was like, as if, you know, like my mom looked at me and said,
I'm not mad, I'm just disappointed.
I wanted to like rip my own heart out and like, stomp on it.
So once we, those kinds of things, but in the moment, they never were like, do this or
don't do this, but it was just like make a decision.
This flip flopping back and forth is so confusing, not only for television, but for your real
life.
So like, what is it going to be?
Yeah.
I wonder if television sped up the process or slowed down the process of this relationship
breaking up.
I think that it sped it up because it forced us to deal with it,
because I think we could have just kept living
in cheating, in fighting, and then sweeping it under the rug.
All the men on this show are really good looking,
and I just wondered also if that, you know,
more people were attracted to these guys.
These guys were like getting offered women, you know,
in some cases.
I mean, still to this day that is happening.
And I just wonder, that's a good point.
That's the kind of thing that I think about all the time
is that like, wow, by the way, this is my life.
I literally do think about this stuff all the time.
Is it I just like, but also the women
of Vanderpump rules, I'm sure I know you guys
have had your dalliances, but it's not like,
there's a difference with men, where they will just,
I just wanted to see some boobs
I wanted to see a new favorite like and it's different where women will think that stuff out a little bit more
Or they'll do something for the male gaze. Yeah. Oh my god, dude. You're so right like for real
I didn't even think about that but I don't know
I don't know if it's sped it up or if it slowed it down in my in my experience with Tom
I feel like it did speed it up
because I was, like that Jack stuff probably would have never
come out in a trillion years.
But Tom stuff would have come out because he was so dumb
and I was such a good detective.
But yeah, I would have probably just stuck around
and just allowed him to walk all over me
because it wasn't until we broke up that I had to look at everything
like square in the face.
Yeah, yeah totally.

So we then, so I'm gone. I'm in Michigan.
Well, the other way, Katie goes, Katie goes in,
sorry, Kristen, you go off like red Mustang.
I love the red Mustang.
I love the Stang.
My 2001 red Mustang driving off.
I drove Mustang Sally until it died on me.
Yep, I had that.
I had that go for quite some time.
I just like that job of you driving off.
Perfect.
Driving myself to LAX.
Kristen, out, piece.
Oh, wait, wait, also this song, by the way,
so the transition song cracks me up.
Oh, my God.
It was like this kind of songs.
I put this into that.
2005 was like,
you're mad to lose, so let me breathe.
It was kind of like a weird lip biscuit, nickel-backed thing.
What did I didn't expect to hear? And a weird lip biscuit nickel-back thing. Well, they didn't expect me.
And they always, like, the lyrics were so literal in every transition scene.
Like, Quisha driving off in a red Mustang.
I mean, it may as well, but it was like, I just need to breathe.
I just need some space.
It's like, wow.
That was, I didn't even need to talk in that scene.
Painted the picture.
Oh, so now we show up at Sergan.
Sandevolves at work, Jack's, Stossy and Katie
are having a conversation where we all go to die
in the backstreet alley and are conversing
that there really is no hope for Tom and I.
Jack's confesses that he and Tom were,
I'm assuming that he says that we were in a hotel.
I don't know if this was like Cabo
or if this was like another time,
but he says that Tom was texting with Ariana
and that there was a photo of her in a nightie
and that Jack's admits Tom told him
just like don't say anything.
I don't even remember this scene very well
because I don't remember anything about a photo in a nightie.
I was like, oh, she's out. Well, you was like oh well you I don't but you weren't out
we're watching you were okay you watching it yeah but it is interesting to
picture like two guys wherever they were he's on the
in jacks looks over supposedly and sees are on in a nighty and I would tend to
not believe that but I would also tend to believe that jacks would immediately
know a sex immediately.
He just has a sixth sense about him,
because he's Jack's.
Did I just see a 90?
Did I just see a 90?
I think that's a sex.
But with Jack's, especially back then,
it was always like two lies and a truth.
Or it was like, everything had to be like
a little bit bigger than it actually was.
So it was probably like a hot selfie that Ariana sent him in her bedroom
or something, but like the nighty part,
like, who says nighty also?
Well, I always say on the show,
two things can be true at once.
And this is a great example in this scene of this
is that Jack's is telling the truth in certain ways,
but he is also trying to impress Stasi in a way as well.
So those things that play, they're both true, but it is interesting because I totally believe
that he probably is trying to make it a little more exciting of like, yeah, and there was
a sex picture involved as well when Tom probably just admitted that he kissed Ariana in a
fool.
Yeah, I totally agree.
And Tom then confesses that he's exactly what you were saying.
He says, like, I'm not used to her leaving.
This is like new and different for him.
So he's kind of like, oh shit moment,
which is a little odd for me watching some kind of like,
I mean, wouldn't you just like dance,
go dance in the rain, being like sweet.
I don't have to deal with this, but maybe it's an ego thing. It's an ego thing, but there's also, I mean, wouldn't you just like dance, go dance in the rain being like sweet, I don't have to deal with this,
but maybe it's an ego thing.
It's an ego thing, but there's also, I think,
probably everybody's not a hundred percent evil
at all times, and they're like that.
There's an ego thing, but I think also deep down,
he knows what he did was wrong,
and there is that attachment on both sides
that I would imagine he's even going through.
And if this ends, I think he's convinced himself he wants it to be on his terms.
And not because of ever something this idiot Jacks would have said,
because he's always thought that he's better than Jacks.
Period.
For sure.
Oh, you're right about the attachment thing.
He's probably thinking in this head like,
who's going to open my mail for me now?
Arionna would never do that.
Who's going to clean my room?
Ariana won't.
Christian was the warm body next to me
that I could wake up to or that like,
that is something that is, I mean, so natural to feel,
but it's not really love, it's just attachment.
Totally.
And then he told me that it all comes back to Jacks,
which is just, like, in most circumstances,
I would be like, well, it's not wrong,
but this is just Tom deflecting.
It's so easy to just blame Jacks instead of,
like, I'm sorry, did Jacks make you shove your dick
in the growing Vegas?
Did Jacks force you to make out with Ariana?
Don't think so.
I mean, it's Tweetle-Dum and Tweetle-D.
Like, that's what's fascinating.
And it's like, an out-dum calldum, who can out-dum each other?
And who has the moral high ground when neither of them
have the moral high ground?
And re-watching this, going back,
this is what's fascinating.
It was also, I've had really strong opinions
and thoughts about Stasi over the years.
But you're like, oh man, she's like kind of dead on
in certain things that she says.
Yes, that's great.
It's just these idiots.
You know, if you start to look at life
of just women constantly being lied to by men,
you start to really kind of understand it
from a different perspective than I don't,
I mean, I think this is all part of growth, you guys,
but I think maybe,
because they're like, oh, let these guys have fun,
but now you're like, dude, these women,
it's like walking over lie landmines.
This is a landmine there, a landmine there, of just all lies.
Yeah.
And then where are the crazy ones?
Psychotic.
I mean, and also fair in a way, but who created the problem?
The emotional rainbow that you especially have access to in these, is really intense, but that wouldn't have happened
if that didn't happen.
It's like there is a consequence for your actions,
but I don't know, it also real quick,
Tom was starting off, he's like,
you know, when things go wrong in my life, dude,
I start working again, I just put myself into work,
is he as good of a bartender as he said,
like, he's always, he's made me drinks in the past where I've just been like
Hell yeah, but like was he the best worker because I've had seen scenes on Vanderpump where Lisa'd been like
You know you've only looked at three days in the last two months like what is the actual sword?
Tom it's all showmanship. It's like the look at me, make everyone feel good about themselves,
all wills making himself feel good about himself
because of all the attention that he's getting.
So like, can Tom make a drink?
Sure.
Wow.
Yay.
I don't know, like cool, you're a bartender.
Is he like cleaning, like the,
is he polishing, he's the best polisher of the glasses
and you like,
I'm sure cleaning every bar. People are looking, depends onisher of the glasses and he's like, I'm so clean in every bar.
If certain people are looking,
depends on who's watching, you know?
Okay, I got it.
I got it.
Okay.
It's all about that.
So now here's the big like Tom and Jack's explosive scene.
So Tom comes back.
Oh, that's so good.
Loses this shit on Jack's,
which I was saying kind of really,
to me in hindsight was funny,
because I feel like if Tom had just slowed down for a second he would have been like jacks
Did me a favor? Yeah, well
Can I do the sandable line when he comes out please do okay great buddy my fucking relationship and life is
Enchambled right now because of you because of you man you who love to tell grand the rest stories about me and it's supposed to be
It's supposed to be grandiose grandiose grand the rest grand the rest story about me that was my favorite because I watched it with subtitle I
watched everything with subtitles and it said like it said like gr
a and d
e r dash
o us it was like grand grander us like oh,
so I was like what happened.
And the great thing is Jacks doesn't know the word grandiose.
So he thinks he's probably saying the correct word.
He's like, granderous, I got it.
Yeah, he's just like, yeah,
and he kind of does he goes,
I dude, yeah, fine, whatever.
And Jacks is just like,
what a bunch of fucking idiots.
Oh my god.
She's like, why am I working here?
I remember Stasi started working there
when she was still in college
getting her English literature degree
and this is what she had to subject yourself to
after her like an expensive education at LMU.
Well, also it kind of adds like that kind of
microscope to the Jack's relationship
because Jack's a great looking man still,
but back then, like in Adonis in a sense.
So in a sense, Stasi was like,
a lot of women will get ogled and things like that,
but I like the perception that potentially Stasi was like,
yeah, I got a Greek God right here.
That's, I mean, he's not much to chat with,
but he's a Greek God.
It's got a great God.
That's pretty much a great body. A lot of protein powder, yeah. not much to chat with, but he's a great God. It's got a great bod. That's pretty much a great bod.
A lot of protein powder, yeah.
So much protein powder.
Yeah, so it's pretty much just a back and forth
like of Tom just screaming at Jackson,
Jackson, Jackson being like, all right, man, yeah,
whatever.
So Tom is denying, denying, Jackson thinks
that Tom is kind of, said Tom should be like relieved and I agree with him.
And Tom's like, you know, he knew that Jack's would tell
and Stasi is convinced that Jack's telling the truth
for probably the first time ever.
Yeah, Jack's keeps saying it honest.
He's like, I'm being honest.
I swear on my mom and dad's life.
And then Santa was like, I swear on my mom and dad's life, dude. I swear on my mom and dad's life. And then Santa was like, I swear, I'm mom and dad's life, dude.
I swear, I'm my mom and dad's life.
We like so much.
I mean, season two,
all of our family should be dead.
That's all I'm saying.
We all swear on everyone's life.
So luckily our words didn't mean shit in season two.
Thank you, baby, eight pound baby Jesus.
But Tom calls it right.
He's like, you'll do anything to sound important to Stasi
because you're stupid and no one gives a shit
what you have to say.
That's what he says.
Yeah, and he's not wrong about that either.
It is really like losing brain cells
listening to the two of them like argue back and forth.
That's why I love, because the T season 11,
there's like the big scene between Jackson,
Tom that's already being teased.
Oh, wait, I mean, I've seen so many of these scenes.
Well, no, no, we haven't, like, there's not been any footage, but they said,
like they even said a bravo con.
There is a big, you know, we do have Mr.
Jack's Taylor in a scene with Tom Sandebel talking about all of these things.
And I just, well, it's like, yeah, but like all of these scenes that we've seen,
like, you know, God, season eight, them in the Surahli see, you know,
it's like all of these scenes scenes like don't expect much from it
It's not like somebody's gonna have this like still moral high ground and like really thought out conversation
It's gonna be a lot of this which will be hysterical right, but it will be jacks being like I have a son
I have a wife I'm a man of God. I'm a man of God now. Yep, and no offense jacks. No, no, no, we love you jacks
But you jack jacks isn't listening to this, does he?
No, no, he's not.
Absolutely not.
Okay, good for me.
But that would be funny.
What I hope that they really do,
like please, editor gods, like do the Lord's work
and please, when this season 11 scene comes out,
I need a full-blown black and white
from season one all over the through
of like the flashbacks.
And they need boys, the men, end of the road playing like
cause we've come to the,
and I wonder if, if Jacks will finally ask
for the Randy Jackson sword back that Tom had gotten them.
Like it'll be very interesting to see Jacks's perspective
because then you see that Jacks is cooled
about talking shit about sand of all recently
in the last couple of months. So I'm really curious to see how
that all comes out. And you know, who knows if you'll ever be on television
again with Jack. So I'm curious if the worst kept secret of television secret
in history. If any scenes you guys will be talking about this. Maybe, maybe,
maybe, maybe, maybe, maybe, maybe, maybe. So then we have one of the worst transitions ever.
We're at least a house.
And Stasi, Ariana, Shay, Pandora, they're all there
for the big engagement.
Ariana's there to help Shay.
I actually did not remember the Ariana was even there.
I got into guys.
I don't feel like I really watched much of the season until now.
So it's like surprised to me.
Yeah.
When did Detective Doty start?
Like, I feel like Detective Doty,
like, it feels like that doesn't even exist here in season two
because I feel like you would be so much more involved in everything
because I kept wondering, did we know?
Well, there was.
The question get wind about this engagement plan.
So the Detective Die was already happening
because that's how I found out,
it just didn't, it wasn't on Vanderpump rules.
How I found out about Tom and the Vegas girl,
that was a lot of work, the Tom and the Vegas girl.
Like I, actually, I mean, he kind of like helped me out,
but basically I'll give you a quick, quick sense of that.
It started with this girl tweeting, DMing me on Twitter,
which I later found out was the girl that he slept with,
but she was like catfishing another girl's like photo.
Because I immediately was like Google image searching.
I'm like, who is this blonde UK girl?
It says she's like 19 years old,
like when I look her up on Google image search.
No, this girl, I'll just say her name,
because I don't care, her name's Deja.
I mean, you can't make that shit up.
The girl that he ended up sleeping with.
By the way, I thought you were gonna say
a completely non-specific name,
like it's Jennifer, she'll never find out.
You just said a very specific name,
you're like it's Deja.
Like Deja Vu, like I mean, you can't make that shit up.
But she was like DMing me, pretending to be her friend.
She was like, my friend hooked up with Tom Sand of all of us
and I, but it was really her the whole time messaging me.
And eventually I was like catching wind of the way
that she spoke and I'm like, hmm, there's got to be someone
blah, blah, blah.
So I put that in my back pocket.
Tom, like, I'm like, I know we cheated.
I know we cheated, we got to figure this out. Stasi and Katie come over. Stasi's like calling Jack's like, what Tom had to have done something.
Someone's telling us all this information. Jack's is in the car with Tom driving home from Vegas.
And we're like, damn it. He's not going to give us everything because they're in the car right now.
So they get home. Sande of all immediately drops all of his bags and like goes to bed. I shit you not. His backpack is like sort of open and a piece of paper falls out that
has a phone number and says her name. I shit you not. But prior to that I started
going through his phone records like when he was on his way home. We shared a
phone line. So I was going through like our sprint phone bill and like looking at every single Las Vegas
number I could find and call it Stasi Katie and I were calling every Vegas number and it
was mostly his modeling agencies until we got a girl and we were like, that's the bitches
number. Okay, and we just put all the puzzle pieces together. I eventually found her social
media, her Twitter, and she spoke
the same way as the fake catfish girl that was messaging me, spoke. Boom. So I need a
four-party 80-year-old Mac stock you series. Detective Dodey. Yeah, stop cold. I need detective
Dodey stories. No, it's so good. So then she and I and she get fucking engaged.
Well, I just say it's like, it is, yeah.
I mean, this is kind of like one of those Lisa of like,
uh, you're using my heart, you know, like helping Shay
pick out the blazer.
And it's like very beautiful, but it's hard when they sandwich it
between scenes of what we just saw between Jackson Tom
and then what we have to come, it's all drama.
This is kind of like a beautiful, hopeful suite.
Yeah, and even, it's weird to talk about now
because she and her obviously very happily married
with Brock.
This was a decade ago.
It's not like this was just a couple years ago.
So this is, it is a little odd,
but it was a really sweet scene
and like Shay with the little ring,
like the thing bringing back their first date.
And like, it's just such an odd thing to talk about now.
But it was a very sweet, very beautiful scene.
Literally nothing was wrong with it.
Stasi was even like, you know, just over the moon
about how beautiful it was.
This is kind of the first time she was...
Yes, Stasi even participated in a scene with Shina
and Ariana and she was like, listen,
and she was even kind of like taken by the moment.
So I think that was interesting.
And this is the first time we kind of get to know a little bit more about Ariana as a person,
rather than just as like the bartender who Kristen thinks is like the home-recking whore.
Like, you find out like Ariana does not want to get married, but she's
she dropped out and you're talking head. Yeah.
And she's she's best friend and she know loves love and Ariana loves that for she know But it's just not for Ariana. So it's really like we're we're slowly getting to know things about Ariana more than just like surface level
Because Ariana was very um, she was pretty
She wasn't like as outwardly like she didn't want to spill shit about herself for a long time of interpop rules
Well, listen, I mean she hid in that first scene with her and she, the dance, I mean,
she admitted she hid.
She did not like really kind of chase all of this,
but I do want to point out also because we have a tendency
and I know not your audience,
but a lot of times in society, we blame women really,
and I'm very even Ariana said at this week of like,
well, probably, you know, lose favor with some people
and Tom might be a hero in the next season.
But I do want to point out she's telling the truth
in this first scene even way back then.
She even said, and she told, like,
I don't want to get married.
I don't want to have kids.
Like, she's not changed her story.
It's just like, so the people that, like, sometimes you're like,
well, how could Tom not cheat on her?
She didn't want to get married.
And she, it's like, guys, like, she never,
she was always this person
Yes, she was always very honest about who she was and what she stood for and what she wanted for her own life
Yeah, exactly so Tom knew this when he was chasing her before they were dating guys
Think that I don't want to get married either dude. I don't want kids. Yeah, no. Yeah
Oh my God, totally. Yeah, so it is a really beautiful scene and that's what happens.
And, you know, I did, I did the get a little teary-eyed, like rewatching.
And then, of course, we had the Sheenacomic relief that we talked to earlier where she goes.
I said, I wrote down, I cried rewatching until she said,
wait, so are we still doing a photo shoot?
Okay, so that's what I love about, like the characters, when you rewatching until she said, wait, so are we still doing a photo shoot? Yes, yes.
Okay, so that's what I love about like the characters
when you start to look at them as characters.
Sometimes when you get to know them,
as people kind of ruins that experience
because the one thing we do know about China
is the girl loves a camera.
The girl loves her performance.
And that's not a bad thing.
I think that's sometimes like, that's who she is.
Like I like those people that are like where who they are in their sleep or better or worse. They take knocks for it.
They take hits. You know, obviously, she doesn't know the relationship with Stasi over the
years. Like, you know, she takes hits for that, but it doesn't stop. Like she still smiles
every time she hears somebody say, good is gold. Like it makes the high, she freaks out.
Absolutely. Yeah. She is like, this is who I am, love me, or don't,
if you don't keep it to yourself, don't care.
Sorry, not sorry.
Also, we really click right,
and so Luke and I, Luke actually figured this out.
I don't remember which episode it was,
but it was, it might have been in season one
or it was the very beginning of season two.
Sheena says, is the first person to say,
crazy Kristen and Tequila Katie.
Oh, I think it was at Peter's birthday party.
I'm pretty sure that when she gave him a laugh dance
at some weird club and Katie was really wasted
and I was wasted.
But she said-
So if Sheena trademarked that,
she could be a billionaire at this point.
Seriously, because Luke all of a sudden stops me
and he goes, wait, he's like, was that the first time
anyone ever said that about you guys?
I'm like, holy shit, did she not make that up?
Well, it could be, she said,
first time somebody said on camera,
but people have been saying, no,
and also real quick about the detective question
I just keep thinking, would you ever admit
that if you've ever had to be detective Doty with Luke yet?
It doesn't have to be in terms of relationship
like another girl or anything,
but have you been detective Doty with him
and has he ever called you out on it?
I've done it with him, like in the car with him.
Like literally, we were on a road trip that Luke and I had,
like one of the first road trips.
I was like, tell me a girl's name that you've had slept with
and what city she lives in.
And then just let me see if I can find her.
And I-
You're like David Copperfield with.
It was like the first find.
Yeah, I'm like, okay, just give me a first name
and like the city she lives in.
And then you can give me like one more thing about her.
And it would be like this first name,
we hooked up in college and I think she's like a veterinarian.
I'm like, oh, this is so good.
And then I would just Google Instagram.
And then I'm like, is that her?
No, okay, hold on.
Is that her?
And most of the time I got it right.
Oh my God, that's a mate.
What a parlor.
It was really a game.
Yeah, it was really fun.
Yeah, it's fun.
Yeah, it's fun.
And he's like, you really want to know
all the people I've slept with.
I'm like, I don't know.
We're just passing time, aren't we?
We'll talk about football quarterbacks next, I guess.
So yeah, Luke knows.
It's nice to not have to do that to my boyfriend anymore.
Yeah, it's a fun trip.
It's fun with your boyfriend now, as opposed to intense detective Doty.
Your BFF was Stasi at this point.
Does she not text you at the end of that day of like,
you're not gonna believe what I did today.
I watched Tina get engaged.
Does she text you?
Like what is he? No because in between filming
in this club. Oh we got in that huge fight because I was sleeping in Santa
Ball's bed and she hadn't spoken to me because in the beginning of this she was
still not talking to me and I was like and you weren't texting her going please
talk to me. No I was talking to Katie because she's a tough nut to crack. Yeah. Katie
was like I more pathetic.
I heard that.
So speaking of that, you know, so now we have Katie Stasi and Christina Kelly.
I've heard how much Christina Kelly was in this as well.
I know, right?
That's why it's while she came back on season 10 to be Katie's friend.
I mean, not that she's never was Katie's friend, but it was interesting watching this of
like, that's a real interesting throwback for like season 10.
It was like, yeah, I don't, okay,
I, when I say, I was gonna say run to friend,
but that's what I call it when they brought Rachel O'Brien
and for me on season three,
because I didn't have any friends,
so they were like, oh, Rachel,
you're Kristen's friend before, right?
Do you guys wanna like be friends again?
And then like, do you wanna come on the show?
Cause she needs a friend.
And that was kind of like Christina Kelly for Katie.
Because Katie, I think, didn't really like that many people
in their pump rules when something.
I mean, that's kind of like Danielle
with Lindsey Hubbard on Summer House
for like certain seasons in the past.
Like, that seemed like, and now Danielle's like,
you know, thriving, but it was at the beginning.
I thought they kept her around just so Lindsey
would have somebody to talk to because the other women in the summer house weren't really talking to her.
Very good point.
Oh, they're just all these little six degrees Ryan.
So, Stasi is like, this is basically just kind of a catch-up scene.
Stasi's defending sheeners engagement.
Then Katie brings up Ariana and this text message,
oh, that was said at Lisa's house as well.
That I sent this text message to oh, that was said at least his house as well, that I sent this text message to Ariana.
Oh, yes!
I also don't recall doing that, but it just, it sounds exactly like something I would write.
I'm like, don't text my boyfriend.
You are not friends with him anymore.
You will not work with him.
What did I say?
If you need your shift covered, find a third party.
If you need a shift cover, find a third party.
Do not be near him.
You fucked my boyfriend behind my back
and lied repeatedly to my face.
My audacity was at a all time high.
But can I point out the similarity
that now, even in fast forward to season 10,
Tom and Ariana had to go through mediaries
just to be in the same house of like you go to a third party
and I just thought how interesting that it revolves
around this one man.
Oh God, what were we thinking?
Well, we all know better now.
Ariana and I were better off for it.
We know, we know better now.
The more you know.
They're bad, so.
That would be hysterical if you'd film that.
That really would.
OK, note to sell.
Yeah, that'd be great for the bud.
OK.
Yeah.
OK, so basically, this is just a kind of a Kristen Trashing
Fest.
And it's like, Stasi is like, you know, kind of is like,
really mad at me.
Can't stand me at this point, but she's also like,
but I do have a problem with home records.
And now the story is, what did I say?
Now the story is that Tom, oh, that Tom said,
oh, Tom said that we were broken up.
So now the story is shifted and that Tom apparently
has told Ariana that we were broken up
or we were going to break up or we were breaking up.
Therefore, it would be fine, I guess, if they hooked up.
I mean, this is why this should be studied.
Like we're doing it because it's very similar to what I believe that he potentially threw
out there to the artist formerly known as Raquel is, listen, we are, listen, it's kind of
just we're more of a business.
Well this is a business relationship more than anything.
Did he say that?
He said that they're brand or something?
It was a brand.
I think it was like that.
I think he said, you know, it's like we have brand deals, you, I told Ariana, we're going to break up. So it's very interesting. It's
just that there's more money involved all these years later. But it's like certain similar
lies that he's told in the past allegedly. But I think that's the fascinating part of this
is that Ariana also did like him, wanted to believe everything that he was probably selling
her, really did like this dude or love this dude
And I just thought that was interesting also though when you see this because next week's the slap though when you walked back this season
I mean where you like did you get to this episode and they're kind of not shit
I mean they're shit talking you a little bit knowing that next week's the slap like what, what was your mental state when the series aired of these episodes?
Like, did you go back to Michigan?
Like, what did you do?
I feel like I probably did to be honest.
I'm trying to even remember.
I mean, we definitely had press.
Oh, you know what?
Actually, we said to watch what happens live,
you had to pretend you were still going in.
Yes.
Yes.
Tom and I did a ton of press together, and we had to pretend you were still going out. Yes. Yes. Tom and I did a ton of press together
and we had to pretend we were still together, but he was dating Ariana. He literally couldn't stand
me. And I moved out. I was, you know, I was having clearly a mental breakdown with my dating
life at that point in time. Yeah, that's what was going on. Did you have to play nice, though,
just because
you're so wanting out with everybody? I was having the best time of my life, the fact that
Tim really had to pretend he was dating me. It was like, are you kidding me? Like, I loved
every second of it because it made him so miserable and he had to hang out with me. Yeah.
Oh my god, that's wild. Yeah.
I was kind of off my rocker during that time.
Rebound, not a relationship that followed and just, yeah.
Yeah, I mean, listen, who could have been the next guy
you were with after this?
Who knows?
I don't know.
I'm just coming.
I got even crazier if you can believe it.
Yeah.
Oh, and I remember, you know what?
I don't know. The only thing I want to defend myself,
the only thing.
It's so small, the crackhead tweet.
I find it odd that that is exactly what it said.
But the context behind this tweet that I was like,
and Tom and I are crackheads, is that I had left town,
I think, again, to go home to Michigan or something.
I'm gonna go somewhere.
I had left town.
And it was like my flights were getting canceled
and I had to stay up until like six o'clock in the morning
like trying because then like there are no flights
from this time to this time.
Yeah.
And like there was bad weather.
I just remember like flying to San Diego
or like trying to fly to Arizona
and then like plane turning around and flying to San Diego or and like trying to fly to Arizona and then like plane
turning around and flying to San Diego and then back to LA but then I had to wait until
flights were like at 6 a.m. so I just didn't sleep all night and of course what are you going
to do? You're going to go to the comfort person which was Tom even though I was like we're
going to. Oh yeah I thought you were sorry Chris I keep it because I have the notes as
Katie points out your tweet. I thought you were about Chris. I keep it because I have the notes as Katie points out your tweet
I thought you were about to say your tweet that said weakness is giving up strength is having the courage
Okay, that was just bad. I thought you were easy
Well, I thought you were gonna say that was because I was waiting around for a flight and I didn't want to give up and I was strong
I thought you wait like wait, that's about my life
I
Wish that's what I meant. That's what I meant. No, I wish that's what I meant. But yeah, the crack I think was like me being like on the phone with Tom until six
o'clock in the morning and I was like, how do we not sleep?
And clearly when I went to go home, what I'm saying is I'm also throwing myself under
the bus and saying that when I went to go home to Michigan, I ended up like talking
to him on the phone because then I came back and I was like, we're fine, we're great,
we're so great.
But Christian, when you're treating these things out,
it literally is, my dad and Tom's mom have light eyes.
Is it possible?
We will have dark-haired, light-eyed children.
This is my fave at Tom's stand-up all,
is the best boyfriend alive,
and we are both crackheads.
Now, the crackhead point, I don't even care about that.
I'm more concerned with, you know that Stasi
and your friends are going to read this. You know, you know that Stasi and your friends
are going to read this.
Like, you know, you have to be thinking 10 steps down the road
where you just like, I don't care,
I wanna scream it from the rooftops.
What's the mind, Frank?
I think I'm trying to go back to that moment,
which is very difficult.
We need to get a hypnotist in you,
like go back to that moment.
I know, seriously, or not, or not.
Let's just say we did. I'm sorry I'm asking so many questions. I'm just so moment. I know, seriously. Or not, or not. Let's just say we did.
I'm sorry I'm asking so many questions.
I'm just so fascinated.
I know this is taking so long for you.
I feel like the only thing I can assume
is that I was probably like, well, fuck them.
They're not my friends anyway,
but you know what, he and I are strong.
There's nothing they can do to break us.
Because now, you find out, yeah,
because you find out later,
he admitted to me about he and Ariana,
like before he had told everyone else,
so I was like, he told me the truth.
So we are solid.
We will get through this.
Fuck them.
They will be, you know, they'll be crawling back to me.
Oh God.
Oh my God.
I fell for all of his bullshit. Are these tweets still up? By the way,
or did you delete your tweets? I did delete my Twitter when they took my blue checkmark away.
I will not stand for this. I will not stand for it. Instead, I had to pay for things and I was like,
all right, Elon Musk, I'm done. But I feel like, I don't know, could I get it back?
That's a piece of history.
I would have paid to keep your account going
just to put it in my reality show museum.
I want to do someday.
That would be amazing.
I'll look that up one day when I'm like,
extra bored.
So what do we have?
Crazy question.
You go to Peter and Lisa.
Peter's like, hello, Chris. You go to Peter and Lisa. Peter's like, hello, pizza.
And he just wants to tell Lisa about the situation
from Cabo between you, Ariana, Tom, that situation.
Yes, and it turns into like a Kristen Haider,
fast even though I know Peter loves me so much.
But Lisa's like, I wish she had a one way ticket.
Da, da, da, da, da, da, da, da, da.
I'm like, lady, look, you're old enough to be my mom like stop hating on me
It's weird really doesn't like you from the jump, but she's been here seven years
I feel responsible for but if she does bad behavior
It's really interesting and I will say if you're studying repeated behavior, like I keep talking about, it's very interesting
how she always takes up for Tom in a very interesting way
and I'm not saying that you are not at fault here
for some things, obviously, in terms of that working relationship,
I don't know, but it is interesting that it's really,
Tom gets the light end of the stick
when it comes to Lisa always.
Yeah, I think I actually said the other said this the other day I was doing Zach Peter.
Oh, the show, the live show, yeah.
And I said, I noticed in hindsight she always does like take up for the boys in general.
She has a some some weird soft spot for all of the dudes. And I like, you know what,
I was going to save this for next week's sex love, but I'm just going to say this now. I got called out at that show behind my back
because... Oh, I heard about this. Because so I gave a really PC answer. No, it's, I gave
a PC answer when asked about Lisa. I was like, oh, we don't get along. And something about
like my bravo, like PR training, like took over my brain brain. I was like, I respect her so much for all of her empire.
She's built and blah, blah, blah.
And the brav bros were sitting with Luke.
And looked over at Luke and they were like,
what is that bullshit PC answer,
Christine just gave?
And so when Luke told me after the show,
I was like, oh my god, they're so fucking right.
I don't like Lisa, she doesn't like me.
I don't know why that came out of my mouth.
It's not that I disrespect her,
or I don't think about her.
I think it is wonderful for anyone to work hard
and work very hard and gain what they've gained in their life.
And I think she deserves the things
that she works hard for, of course.
But the like, I just respect her so much.
And I think she's just so wonderful.
Or whatever the fuck came out of my mouth.
Lisa and I don't like each other.
We don't think about each other.
I guarantee that's true.
I did give a PC bullshit answer.
I didn't mean to.
It was like training to go to my mouth.
Totally, but if you were to ever go back on television,
I don't know, say in another show this year.
I know who knows what's gonna happen.
Yeah.
Would those things get you into hot water?
Like do you have to think down the line like that?
No, because if I were on another show.
You're not working at certain.
If I were on another show, it wouldn't
be a show with Lisa involved.
Yeah, I got it.
I got it.
Yeah, I got it.
My family, if the valley were a person,
the valley would fire you, and that would be very upsetting.
If that were to ever be a show.
If that were to be the case were a person, the valley would fire you and that would be very upsetting. If that were to ever be a shot. If that were to be the case, but yeah, my Vanderpump rules ship has sailed as we know.
I just, I thought, I always thought at some point, Lisa, and you would make up at some
point, but it is interesting to watch this episode because you can just tell from the jump,
there are just certain people in life that just don't like you and it just never changes.
Do you know what would change it? Even though they're been softening. What would change it?
What? Is if I became disgustingly wealthy and I had a private jet and like a private yacht
and all of these things that she felt she could gain from knowing me, that would just... Oh, Christian!
Oh, I love being on your private jet. Oh, you've done so well for yourself. I can't believe I've got you here.
Oh my God, a million percent.
I will give you, we're just like, I love talking to you Ryan,
but I will give you an example,
some, an example that I've never,
ever said before, because truly,
I just kind of didn't think about it until now.
I am very good friends with Seth McFarland,
who is a very, very successful person.
You got very, very successful person. Yeah, very successful. He's phenomenal.
And one time, very, way, way back in the day, I don't even think this was
van, I'm nine, no, definitely this was before Van Rippon
rules, but definitely during housewives. And Seth came up to
sir, when Katie and I were working, Katie knows him as well.
And he came up with a friend to like come say hi to us and grab a drink and
whatever. Katie and I get off work. We go and sit on the restaurant side of the
patio with he and his friend and immediately Lisa comes over.
Oh, hello darling to Katie to me to me. Hello darling.
Oh, who's your friend? Oh, hello. I'm I'm Lisa van Dupam.
And I will never forget till the day I die. Seth said to her. Oh, yeah, aren't you one of those desperate housewives of Los Angeles?
And I fucking shit myself. I was like, you're and she just giggled.
Just giggled.
So naughty, but naughty boy. I would have kin come knock your sparkly mouth.
Seriously, but she was like, oh darling,
oh what are you girls doing?
Oh well hello, I'm like, I'm what?
I'm like she's never, I'm what?
It was.
She can smell multi millionaires.
Totally amazing talent to have.
It really is.
Maybe I should, I shouldn't be knocking that.
I'm just kidding.
No, no, I mean listen, no, I mean that's what I'm saying.
You gotta admire the hustle unless like I can watch it and like Lisa, no, I mean, listen, no, I mean, that's what I'm saying. You gotta admire the hustle unless, like,
I can watch it and likely,
except sometimes I think she slows down
the actual action of the scene,
but I can appreciate it because it's a vaner bump.
This is why we're all here, but to be in that,
we're with her.
I've had a vaner bump on Bulls Without Her,
so trust me, guys, I know my spot when it comes to that.
I don't say that I'm not grateful for that,
but I had to just call myself out,
gave a bullshit PC answer, she and I don't get along. It's never gonna change.
Let's just everyone just let it die, okay? I just accept. I thought you were bringing up the
Lala thing. That's why I thought you were about to say not the Lisa thing and I was like, oh, okay.
What Lala thing? Tell me. I know, somebody said, uh, what G.C.
about it? That, that, I'm sorry, maybe it was GG. GG said something.
GG said something.
But then somebody in this Instagram post was like
Kristen didn't fight back or something.
I was there.
Oh yes, I mean, I don't know.
I don't fight back because I was terrified
of even being on stage with GG.
Windsac told me that we were doing it together.
I was like, I text him and I said,
she has never liked me. And he's like, well, are you okay with it, I was like, I text him and I said she has never liked me.
And he's like, well, are you okay with that? I was like, sure. I don't have a problem with
her. I don't even know her. And I'm friends with Raza. So I was just like, yeah, sure. But when she
started saying shit about Lala, being a mom and all of that, I mean, I was like, oh, remember that?
I had a Randall on her podcast. Yeah, it was ridiculous story. Sorry, Tent-Jee-Jee. I love it.
I don't think I paid attention to that,
but when she said something like,
I was like, mm-mm, like, I don't, uh-uh.
I was like, don't go there.
I just turned and looked at Raza,
because I was like, mm-mm.
I'm not gonna fight you on stage right now,
but don't talk shit about my friend like that.
Okay, awesome.
Okay, back to, until Duffdo is part, guys.
Yes.
So Peter and Lisa talk,
and now I'm still in Michigan,
and Stasi and Tom Sandevol have a conversation
at our apartment.
And I thought this was really funny
and I'm gonna post this on Instagram
when this airs on Thursday.
But there's a sign on the back of our door,
like on the inside of our front door.
I have a note to ask you about that.
Tell people what the sign is.
This is why I was gonna ask you.
The sign says don't open doors naked in highlighter.
And the reason that sign is theirs,
because my sister and my brother-in-law
had come into town and were staying with us,
just prior to this.
So I told them that because production at this point
would just walk in, or even jacks or like torts,
or whoever would just walk into our apartment at all times.
So I was like, if you guys are home, make sure you have clothes on because people just walk in, especially production.
So that was just for them or like anyone really saved.
Well, I like that potentially then your family are, they're very comfortable nude.
They just walk around nude everywhere else.
Exactly. Perfect. Totally.
I'm a never nude. I add layers in the shower.
Yeah.
So, Salzy walks in and Tom goes,
Tom looks startle and he was like,
I thought you were gonna mess up.
He says who when he says Jacks and Luke was watching this with me
and Luke goes, what did he think she was some other blonde?
I was like, ooh, salty.
Ooh.
Never know.
So they basically just discussed me acting crazy and then Tom admits to Stasi that he made
out with Ariana at the Golden Nugget three years ago.
Which we saw that they replayed that little snippet and season 10 so much towards the end like I don't hope you like
But they kept repeating this scene on season 10 of like because stars you know like we made out three years ago
It's a gold nugget and she's like gold nugget. He's like yeah
That's an all-time low. He's like are you kidding me? I love that place, which is like a very
The dichotomy of that is very interesting between the two is that Tom is enamored by places like the Golden Nugget.
Totally. It's shocking.
And, you know, it wouldn't see Tom.
Oh, basically, Sassy's just like, Tom, you're such a good liar.
And yeah, I just, watching the scene, which I'm just like, wow, he is so manipulative.
He's really good. He was really good.
When Sassy says that right here, like, you had me doubting myself, that's how good of He was really good. When Stasi says that right here, like you had me doubting myself,
that's how good of a liar you are,
to me even in that, it seems like there's a little bit
of surprise there was Stasi
because she expects it from Jacks.
She said she was starting to doubt herself
and I thought that was really interesting.
Like it's almost like this weird kind of vague gaslighty thing
where it's like starting to doubt,
making somebody really confident in themselves, start to doubt themselves is something that, you know, those people truly
get off on, potentially.
Right.
And if he's really that good, that's a really high praise from Stasi.
Yeah.
And someone like Tom Stable, it's not someone she actually respected anyway, like to begin
with or like trusted his word or you know what I mean?
I feel like she would surprised by it, obviously,
but yeah, very much like, fuck,
I really believed you, dude.
Like, I really thought Kristen was nuts
and you were right.
Like, this is, this is bullshit.
But you can't help but flash forward in this scene
to those scenes like season eight, the book party at TomTom.
Like, those two, Stasi and Tom, you know, it's interesting because in these moments where
Tom is then proven wrong, you can see that potential or what I would like, if I was studying
this like a script when I used to do theater, you'd be like, wow, this adds a little bit
of anger in him of Stasi got the best of him a little bit in this scene.
So by the time you fast forward to season eight or something, he's like, how dare you, Stati, I run Tom Tom dude.
He's been waiting to hang you on to it for so many years.
Well, maybe deep down, that's what I think
the audience sometimes thinks.
I'm like, he really carries that with him,
potentially a lot of men do.
Yeah, I think you're definitely not wrong.
I think you're very spot on.
Then there's some filler scenes,
chicken fighting at a hotel and stay in a mon with that.
They used to do these interstitial scenes,
you guys on Bravo, and it's like nothing to do with the plot.
Nothing.
You know, Stasi's like,
We don't have to work like all the normal people
during the day, so we go to the pool.
And then there's just girls chicken fighting on each other's arms,
like Stasi and Katie, then Peter there was kind of
Swords and Peter goes you they don't even do the the close captioning but I was cracking up today because you hear Peter in the background go
Peter bless your heart. Oh, yeah, they're the I remember these scenes
They were always like funny and light hearted, but they would never be in the actual episode.
It was just in between commercials,
30 seconds, another commercial.
Look what the fuck.
Did I just talk?
You'd always be confused and a little upset
because you're like, we're about to get to the good stop
and then it would completely downshift.
Yeah, exactly.
So then this is when shit really hits the fan.
So it starts to get there.
So now I'm back from Michigan. I'm mad,
but I'm mad at Ariana. I'm not mad at Tom. I still have no self respect or self love.
There's a very long drawn out thing about Jack's going to jail, but like I feel like we all know
Jack's goes to jail. He kind of brags about it. He's been to jail before this. He says, I know the
penal system. I know the jail system.
I, you know, and then I,
but even in this watching it now,
I'm like, was he in jail?
Like, who knows with Jacks?
Cause he, and then he was like,
listen, I feel like he probably was like
in a cell overnight or something,
but he's like,
LA County, I had to try to love for a day.
They had to keep me four days.
And he said, I had to train a loaf of bread
to get toilet paper.
And so it's already like a love after lock up scenario or situation that goes the way I look,
the way I look I got to be worried because you know he's a pension.
Somebody's going to like anal sex or something.
But he's you know it's completely ridiculous.
Ken is Ken is even like oh please.
Oh my god Ken was just cracking up and Ken had me cracking up.
Ken looks damn good in this season too.
I'm like, well, like, it's been so great.
I always love, you know, did you know Tom Sonsamau was in a jacuzzi?
Okay, I'll come believe that.
But back then, he's like more sprightly.
And you're just like, he's just popping in and out.
I miss that Ken, you know?
Me too, me too.
Ken, we love you, babe, we love you.
So Sheena then asks Ariana about this small thing
about Ariana and Tom.
And I forgot about this scene too.
I was like, oh yeah, okay.
And it's just kind of like what was funny to me
is like how light-hearted the whole thing was.
And yeah, go, you didn't tell me you cheated with Tom.
What do you, girl?
I would have kept your secret.
Like she's like smiley about it and laughing. And Ariana was like, listen, I didn't tell me you cheated with Tom. What do you, girl? I would have kept your secret. Like, she's like smiley about it and laughing.
And Ariana's like, listen, I didn't want to dry.
I don't, and she was like, come on, you're on.
You better next time.
And she's like, yeah, you're right.
And then we get to definitely evolution media's
like favorite fucking thing.
Maybe I don't know if it's a Bravo thing
or a production thing, but their favorite thing
when I was on Vanderpump too, is like,
because these stories are so kind of complicated, it's like, now you got to
tell us right from beginning to end, so it's like she is in her little confessional
bobblehead moment, and she's like, so the thing is Ariana lied to me.
So when I lied, I technically wasn't lying, because when Ariana lied to me, I was telling
the truth, because my truth was that it didn't happen even though it did happen
But I didn't know that so I didn't lie. It's like this big drawn out thing. I love it's hysterical. I love it
She knows well because that seems like to be so she knows at the end of the day
She's like she didn't love I'm checking in with my lord and maker. Did I actually lie? Well listen?
I believe that truth so that at the end of the day
I'm okay
Yeah, and I thought there was something like naive and sweet as it is in the end of the day.
It's still about cheating.
And at no point in the scene, the sheen to go, what were you doing girl?
Why would you ever do that?
She doesn't say anything like that.
No, no.
She's just like, huh?
Well, okay, moving forward.
Yeah, do get her next time and tell me.
Yeah, it's cool.
And then, yeah, then shit hits the fan.
And this part to me was hilarious,
where I go to Peter, I walk to, yes, my friend,
but my manager, okay.
Like, I just-
He's trying to push Blackberry Cobbler, you guys.
I know, and I-
I need you to sell Blackberry Cobbler tonight.
I just like leave my fucking section.
I walk up and I was like, where's Ariana? He's like, oh, she's in the back. I'm like leave my fucking section. I walk up and I was like, where's Ariana?
He's like, oh, she's in the back.
I'm like, cool.
And I just like fuck work, fuck everything.
Like, not like, hey Peter, can I take a break?
Nothing.
I'm just like, hey, bye.
Deal with it.
Like, I'm the girl from, you know, that show
are the movie waiting with Ryan Reynolds.
Yeah.
Like the crazy thing.
Oh, I'm on a you-walk channel.
Yeah, I'm so her in this scene.
I'm just like, where is she?
Good.
You're ever stopping thinking about how many meals you ruined
because you would just disappear for hours in a time.
And they're like, we didn't even have an entree yet.
This is, our server seemed upset about something.
It just ran.
We pulled tips.
I probably spent more time drinking and crying in the bathroom than
I did actually fighting with anyone. So there's anything. And I hate that we all look at that as
the good old days. We're like, yeah, it was a magic place back then. What a magical place.
It was such beautiful, so beautiful. It's where. Yeah, and then just turns into a giant
shit show and I'm literally screaming at Ariana. I'm basically hiding in a corner.
She's like in a stairwell,
or I don't even know, it's like a corner thing.
So it's like the weirdest, grossest, darkest area too.
Like it was really mean.
But when you walk into Sir in the back,
you can go right to the employee bathroom
and then this cement area,
that's pretty, what you saw is what it is.
It's just nothing.
Or you go to the left and you go to the restaurant.
So she was like, by the employee bathroom
in this like open closet situation,
kind of like a jail cell to be honest.
I mean, she's crowd sat,
it looks like she's taking a poo or something
and like, she's like crowd's down
and you can just see her face kind of peeking out
and you're like getting in there.
And I'm just like screaming in her.
Like she's like, I can't go anywhere.
Ooh, all in all for me this scene.
Like number one, Tom calls me ghetto, which was like, wow.
Yeah, you're scoffing.
Geto, Kristen, jeez.
Yeah, all in all, I felt pretty embarrassed watching this.
It was like second hand embarrassment for myself
because not one person gave a shit that I was upset
that all of this came out.
Like everyone, my best friends, my own boyfriend,
everyone was just like, we have,
we take our own aside, you're fucking crazy.
I'm just standing there like,
it is interesting, that was an interesting
on rewatch of going like,
damn, at the end of the day.
But also it was one of those things
that I find it unfortunate when
women then choose to, like you said,
like, oh, me and Tom are fine.
We're better than ever.
Even Tom's like, we started
from a place of truth and honesty now.
And it's like, what, just like 24 hours ago?
Right.
But like, he is escaping
any kind of major persecution
and you're going after Ariana.
And that's the thing.
And it's like I get that because that is
for all intents and purposes, your partner.
But at the same time, you're just like,
dude, he's gonna do it again.
And he's gonna, you know, he's gonna get away with it.
And those are the things on the re-watch
that I felt like, man, if you guys could team up
and that's why that scene in season 10 is so important with the in the backyard. If you guys
actually coming together. Oh yeah. Because in hindsight, I'm watching it going, she what I mean,
of course what happened like no, we don't we don't condone cheating, right? But she wasn't my friend.
We didn't even really know each other at all. And in fact, what we did know about each other,
we never really liked each other anyway.
We just weren't each other's cup of tea at that time,
the way that our personality's clashed.
And I never, in that at that time, was taking it out on him.
I was blaming her, someone who owed me nothing,
rather than him.
And giving him, I was like putting him on such a pedestal,
rather than being like, no, he's the one in the wrong.
Maybe I still don't like her,
but like he's the one who messed up.
I blamed every day.
And he's your emotional support blanket.
Like all you do and like you want him to stay.
So if he's gonna say, we're honest from this point in stay,
but I'm still angry.
So I gotta take it out on somebody. And I think, you know, from Ariana's perspective,
and this is just as a viewer,
I've never had a conversation with her about this,
you know, I'm sure you were painted as,
listen, that's a girl from the first season.
You see how hard she is on him?
You see how passionate it is?
He's full of love and she brings him down.
And everybody, he says she brings him down.
Like the amount of stories that I would imagine
would have come out of his mouth about you to her
under the guise of friendship.
Under friendship because I really believe
that's how he did present it.
I'm like, dude, we're best friends, dude.
Like to Ariana and then Ariana probably like,
this is one of the most charming guys I've ever met
in my life in certain ways.
Like he's so cool.
He's so chill and he's dating this crazy bitch
who just brings him down and like knocks him down
all the time and like he just wants to like live his life
as like a free bird and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
Kind of.
Did you ever compare notes about this time?
Well, no, no, we should.
That would be really fun.
I'm sure I really shot you happen because I really,
you know, in light of this last year,
I would just be curious what were the things that were said about you that because I will say, I'm gonna talk to you about this. I'm gonna talk to you about this. I'm gonna talk to you about this. I'm gonna talk to you about this. I'm gonna talk to you about this.
I'm gonna talk to you about this.
I'm gonna talk to you about this.
I'm gonna talk to you about this.
I'm gonna talk to you about this.
I'm gonna talk to you about this. I'm gonna talk to you about this. I'm gonna talk to you about. So I do know I would be curious what her mental state was around this and
What she told herself to go there, you know like to and then to stay there in a relationship with him afterwards
I would just be curious. No, I think that's a really good point because I've definitely gotten feedback before
On like the team Kristen people the writer dies for me,
which I love all of you so much. But when New Year's Eve I'm recapping these things in Ariana,
being like, Kristen is bipolar and she's border personality disorder and she's this and she's that
and she's, which is very out of character for Ariana to like kind of accuse things about
mental health and she's very much like a mental health advocate.
We both are now, but I think at that time,
I don't think that was a different Ariana.
I think that stuff Tom was feeding her.
You know what I mean?
Because she's not one to use things about mental health
against someone in a way that's crass like that.
So I really think that that was something
that she got from Tom, for sure.
But it is interesting, because then Tom gets in the scene
and he's like, look at me, Kristen.
Don't look at her.
He's like, oh shit, oh shit, my worlds are colliding.
And even Ariana is like, listen,
Kristen, talk to your boyfriend.
Instead of talking to me about this,
talk to the man who did say you were going through issues
and did say you were gonna break up,
which we actually, and Tom goes,
Tom goes, I don't actually recall everything in that, but he's really nice to Ariana. He's like, I don't actually recall everything
in that, but maybe like, he's putting down in your, like he's like, no, I never said it, but he's
doing it in a really nice way. Same. Yeah. Ariana, you're actually wrong. I never said that, but you know,
he did say that. Totally. Oh, God, it's so fucking wild. All in all, I'm just so glad that 10 years later,
what I got out of this is I started going to therapy.
I'm a strong, wonderful person with an amazing boyfriend
that I trust and I, one, areyana.
My friendship with that.
Well, I thought you were about to say
I got good tickets to Dancing with the Stars.
I was like, yeah, you did win at the end of the day.
That's true.
That's true.
That's true. That's true. That's day. That's true. That's good to get to dancing with the stars. And you got through pretty much recapping
all this episode. So I mean, that's huge. I don't know. That's interesting.
But think about the last year, though, like, could you ever have imagined this? I mean,
because, you know, you're back. You're doing a show where you talk about this. You might
hate it. Who knows? Maybe you'll be on television again someday.
We don't know.
But like, isn't that wild to think where you were a year ago
or two years ago and where you are now?
But the fact that it's like, this shit is almost haunted.
Like it never lets you leave.
Like it just pulls you back in sometimes.
It is funny to like watch.
I mean, maybe not funny, ha ha, like these specific moments,
but I'm excited to get into like the later seasons
when I just have like my shit together a little bit more.
And watching like the fun like yearbook memory,
you know, like on video.
There's some cool stuff that I like to like rewatch,
for sure.
Season three, not so much.
Bitch slap hurt around the world.
Not gonna be my favorite.
So we'll see.
That's gonna, that, I mean, by the way, that episode,
it's going to be historic.
Like, I mean, I never in a million years would think
that we would get a commentary about that episode from you,
like that, because that is just,
and by the way, that would not fly today on Bravo.
Oh, no.
So as you would have been fired, like,
in a period immediately.
We all know I deserved it though.
Let's be real.
That's true.
But I'm just saying like in terms of TV now,
we would have not had that scene.
It probably wouldn't have made it to air just in the age
of reality reckoning.
It wouldn't have made it to air.
No, but luckily for all of you, it's it aired.
And it'll be forever on peacock or prime or wherever you watch your
Vanderpump rules.
But Stasi and Kristen talk shit about you right after this fight.
Okay.
Yeah, Katie and Stasi.
Yes.
Sorry Katie.
And Stasi basically says like that I shouldn't work there.
And Lisa is like, you know, I've tried to support Kristen.
I've tried. I was like, you know, I've tried to support Kristen. I've tried.
I was like, really?
Where was I?
Yeah, and Stasi's like, I don't even
know why she still has a job here to be honest.
I was like, that was what's the best seat.
Those were the things that I was like,
I would always put question marks in my notes
because I would be like, does this sting
even watching it back now of like this person
didn't take up for you?
And I know she's mad at you
for like staying with Tom at this point and all of that,
but you guys are really close friends.
Does it hurt?
For two reasons.
For two reasons.
For two reasons it doesn't.
One, I know it's about to come.
So I'm like, I just have a lot of remorse.
But number two, Stasi was just kind of an asshole back then.
Like when Luke would watch these episodes,
especially like her birthday episodes,
he doesn't know Stasi well, he's like met her,
I think once in passing, but he's like,
was she always like this?
Like she's kind of a brat.
And like, no, she was like this when she was younger.
She just was, but she was in my mind back then,
she was like my youngest friend,
and she was just so much younger than me,
even though she isn't that much.
I mean, five years.
Yeah, but back when you're in your 20s,
she has a little baby.
I remember when she turned 21,
like I remember all of these,
I remember when she graduated college.
I'm like, to me, she was just this bratty little Stasi,
this little blonde hair blue-eyed brat, and it was fine.
I didn't really took it that seriously.
We're like, if Katie had said these things,
like, Kristen should be fired,
I think I would take that more to heart.
Well, you know how Stasi talks,
or even like she's one of the first people
that I always thought, I always said that,
they give good talking head. Like, in their talking heads. They speak in a certain way. And you
got to remember now a lot of people, you know, talk like how Stasi talks now, you know, talks like
how Stasi talks then, but she was one of the first people you saw on TV at that age that was able
to kind of put it all together and kind of was like, cameras are on. Like she always likes the
cameras are on, but Stasi actually, she would say some really funny,
concise, pointed things.
Very cute.
They call her shock to see.
Yeah, like that, we didn't see tons of that,
and now everybody speaks that way.
Like, it was also ushering in certain,
like social media habits, and Stasi was speaking in Twitter
before Twitter even existed in some ways.
Yeah, I think people, like, they probably study early seasons of Stasi was speaking in Twitter before Twitter even existed. Totally. Yeah, I think people like they probably study early seasons of Stasi.
I think Lala certain situations did.
First of all.
I think I see a lot of how Lala speaks.
I see direct reflection of Stasi.
I'm not saying she's purposely copying, but I do think certain people are raised on these
things that now like people know their way around a talking head.
Like a lot of housewives, they come like fully ready to hit that camera talking head
and they're saying really concise, smart, funny things.
But sometimes you can tell it's fake.
Sometimes you can tell it's, they don't really mean it.
They're not really like that.
But Stasi, you always believed that's who she was.
Oh, absolutely.
And it is exactly.
Or better or worse, yeah.
Or better or worse, yeah.
That's why she has a successful
career in podcasting and writing and everything else. I know that when I have got, like, I
did the goat, for example, you know, when we have those kind of moments. Are we allowed
to talk about that? There. Are you allowed to talk about that? Not really. But like, I mean,
everyone knows I was on it. It's been announced. But that show as an example or like any show
that I might be on coming up on television,
that I've done these kind of moments, I walk in with pure dread. I'm like, no, no, no, I hate these.
I just get it so in my head, it's like, answer the question with the beginning of the question,
but then don't make it boring, but like, uh, a little, I try not to swear, but then I'm like,
I don't know, I gotta think about what I wanna say,
and then, oh, and if you say something,
if I'm just kind of like speaking off the cuff,
I'm like, wait, fuck, I don't want them to use that,
because I'm just trying to talk through my feelings first.
I'm the opposite of a saucy.
But I couldn't really do that.
Well, that's why I think saucy even worked when
it didn't revolve around her,
because she was able to handle those talking head situations.
Like it was almost like a weird kind of smart ass narrator
in certain seasons that it was like,
ah, you know, like you're getting engaged.
I don't know, like, okay.
But like she would always have that really funny thing
or kind of notice something about the group.
And that's what I think kind of kept people interested
and involved, whereas I think you were more character driven
where we would always just kind of see the behavior.
Or just we would know when you were upset.
We would know when you were like,
it was frenetic energy in a sense
where you would just be bottled in.
And even sometimes in your talking heads,
that would come out too, you could tell that.
So there was an honesty there
that wasn't usually bashed in insane punchlines like Stasiya.
Right, mine was more like,
I can't help what my face does when you talk.
Kind of a guy.
That's exactly.
Yeah, that's true.
Well, we got through it Ryan, we got through it
because of you.
Oh, amazing.
This is, I mean, I needed to.
What a gift you, I feel like this is an early Christmas gift
you gave me.
I mean, this was, this truly is an honor.
And I hope I didn't annoy your audience too much
because I know they're-
They literally asked for you.
And when they brought it up to me, I was like,
why did I not take that?
Why the fuck would I do that?
I don't not want to talk to this guy.
You're crazy.
I was like, why didn't I think of this before?
And I'm like, Luke, you want to take a week or a couple off?
He's like, I would love to-
He's like, you don't have to tell me twice. Yeah.
He's like fantastic. Do I have to watch it? So no, amazing.
This is these are legendary episodes. So I hope I did okay for your audience.
Yeah. You're a Bravo legend, bro. We love you to pieces.
Um, happy Thanksgiving to everyone. Happy Thanksgiving to you in your
fam. And everyone per usual. Make sure I know you all
listen Ryan's podcast are ready. But oh, spread it around to
everyone. It's called so bad. It's good. So bad. It's good.
And I have a uba from Real Housewives of New York on I have
uba from real house was in New York on tomorrow. I had Jesse
Palmer from the Golden Bachelor and Bachelor of the host. I
mean, so good episode. I love the Golden Bachelor so much.
Me too.
I cannot wait to listen to that one.
Oh, I'm so excited.
You could just tell.
He's so char.
I really like him as a host, but I love the Golden Bachelor so much.
Oh my God.
I love him on the last episode when they're talking about knockin' boots.
He's like, you gotta realize people are age-knock boots.
And Jesse goes, it was not fair of him to say that.
And it was not fair of him to bring my family up. Because he's like, you know your parents knock boots, Jesse.
You do. You do his voice. So well, Gary's voice. I can't.
So good. I love it. So, oh my god. Here's a, here's a, here's a T-alert, or I hate when grown men say T,
but Miss, Miss Malelloni Katie's mom
She DMed me earlier and said because I put that I had Jesse Palmer based she's like I love the golden bachelor
I would like to be the golden bachelor at and I said Miss Melloni you would be amazing on that show
So we should get I've already started on the golden bachelor Ryan. I have already started working on this
I am not even joking Terry Muglin on the Golden Bachelor. Ryan, I have already started working on this.
I am not even joking.
I text Katie a couple weeks ago,
and I said, I am petitioning for Terry
to be a Golden Bachelor at.
Katie goes, yes.
I said, and then I said, side note,
like how long is she in town?
And then I sent Katie a screenshot of a text message
that I sent to two producers that I have worked with.
Not on Vanderpump rules on something else who have connections in the Bachelor world. And I sent Katie two producers that I have worked with. Not on Vanderpump rules on something else
who have connections in the Bachelor world.
And I sent Katie a screenshot.
I said, did you think I was joking?
And she goes, oh my God, I definitely didn't think you were.
So.
No, I mean, I thought I was like,
I thought it would be perfect after watching.
I was like, I would love that.
And then if Miss Maloney made it to like hometowns,
then you would see Katie in there.
And I think it's like star power there.
I mean, Terry Maloney reminds me a lot of Teresa
on the on Golden Bachelor.
Oh, I think you met Teresa from Jersey.
I was like, what?
What is Teresa?
What are you talking about?
Teresa from Golden Bachelor.
I think Miss Maloney is better looking than Teresa,
but I understand where you're saying that.
Like the kind voice and like the eye contact
and like the touching of the hand and the really
paying attention.
It's just it's screen.
I'm not that mis-malonian person.
I was supposed to meet up with her at BravoCon and I didn't, but I want to say, like I
will say, one of the nicer people that I've ever interacted with in a DM situation.
And she, like I was shocked when she DM me and said she listens to my show and I got
really scared because I'll really kind of be very honest about my opinions.
And I was like, I'm so sorry in advance
because I was going really hard on shorts.
And I was like, I know you love, you know,
and she was, but she's been so nice.
And like, you know, my mom passed away a couple months ago
and she was one of the first people to reach out.
She was one of the,
and she always like checks in on me.
And I will say I don't, and I don't know her
and she has no reason to be nice to me and I will say I don't and I don't know her and she has no reason to
be nice to me and she is always so nice. So I think that's what I love about the Golden
Bachelors. You see these people that you know how genuinely nice they are and how full of
love they are. And I think that's why I think that show is so amazing. It's phenomenal.
Because it brings out. Yeah, it brings out the best. I can't wait to listen to Jessie
on your podcast. This is going to be amazing. But yes, you guys, please, of course,
listen to Ryan's podcast.
I know you all do.
Tell all your friends about it.
Subscribe, rate him five stars.
Ryan always talks about how important it is

And leave comments.
Leave nice comments because we love to.
Nice ones.
Yeah, if you don't like it,
there's so many podcasts out there.
Just keep going and I totally get the thing
to be like hateful and all that stuff. But like this really, you know't like it, there's so many podcasts out there. Just keep going and I totally get the thing to be hateful
and all that stuff.
But this is a lot of work.
I think, probably, Kristen, you didn't even realize how much
hard work it is when you get into it for sure.
It really is.
But yeah, thanks for anybody for listening.
Yes, okay.
