Starting point is 00:00:00 How come you just didn't take lithium then? I didn't know. You didn't listen to Devana? I'm going to put one between the right and the left. Give me a valid response. Okay. Oh, I guess so far. You're so sick. Tell them, Steve Dave. Hello and welcome to this week's very special edition of Tell them, Steve Dave. That's right, we psyched you out. We made you think that there wasn't going to be an episode this week. And now here we are.
Starting point is 00:00:59 I'm here with BQ. Hello. I'm here with Walt. Hello. An extra, extra special guest. Dr. J is in the house. He finally came to visit his parents for Christmas after 15 long years. Piece of shit that he is. Well, hello. The edge. Yeah, here he is. Everybody loves you, dude. I don't know why. I'm not sure exactly why, but he's got this,
Starting point is 00:01:27 he's got this following. Oh yeah, people love him. There's Eric Johnson stands. Yes. Yeah. They're standing. I'm, how's it going? How's it going? How's it going?
Starting point is 00:01:41 How do you like it so far? Pull that mic closer to you a little bit. Yeah, so closer even. No mic closer to you a little bit. Yeah, so. Closer even. No. Or just move. Maybe just talk into the mic again. Yeah, maybe.
Starting point is 00:01:53 So, at 15 years, I mean, I was back in August, but first holidays, it's nice. I was surprised no one was fighting. First year penalty. Little bit of cry. A little bit of Christmas Why why are where's my boy? So was this the first time in 15 years the entire family was under one roof for Christmas. I
Starting point is 00:02:21 Take so yeah, right wow. Yeah, I haven't been here in 15 years and nobody stormed out from under that roof Which is another big thing maybe maybe somebody brought a calming presence to it. Everybody was happy. He did give us gifts that would sedate everyone. What'd you give? Well, I gave Brian and Darren both knives. I thought that would go somewhere. It was a weird gift. It was a date.
Starting point is 00:02:49 Well, like cool, like meteor fucking metal knives. Yeah, well, I gave him, like a paramilitary style knife, like little one that I thought I was pretty cool. And I gave Darren one that's called like the mini bug out knife survivalist type of full name knife. Do you see Darren as a survivalist type like let's say all this shit went down. He's got his bug out knife but it's for everything else. Do you think he has what it takes to survive? I think we went to the gun range the other day. He wasn't hitting the targets too well. Yeah Darren is like one of those guys that's like more than any other person, like could probably survive. Because he's very good with like mechanical stuff.
Starting point is 00:03:27 He's got a lot of like useful skills. Um, not like me. Definitely not like you. You could help people, at least. They're like, hey man, I cut myself. If you, if you're stitching me up, I'll give you some of my food. Me, I'm like, how about I make funny your mother?
Starting point is 00:03:44 Oh, anybody need to be in practically jokes? Full food? Yeah, I guess my psychiatry career would be over at that point. I would have to move on to. Yeah, you couldn't even prescribe anything good because all the pharmacies would be ransacked. Are you being the fields I pick and fucking certain leaves and stuff? And college medicine, trying to go old school making potions. Yeah, are you being the fields I pick and fucking certain leaves and stuff and Call you put medicine trying to go old school making potions. Yeah, he could start a He could start a medical school. You'd be super useful. Yeah, drain the battery out of the lithium out of batteries
Starting point is 00:04:14 Maybe Well lithium it's it's like a mood stabilizer. Isn't that an Ivana song? Well, it's about, yeah, you wrote it about the medication. Oh, I don't know. I thought it was just a song. I didn't know it was a... Yeah, that's what I take. Oh, really?
Starting point is 00:04:36 Yeah, have you noticed in the past years, so have I haven't been breaking chairs and flipping out of restaurants? I just thought it was old age. It's actually lithium. No, no, no, no. If I stopped taking it back to my old... All the packaging.
Starting point is 00:04:48 So you haven't been... So the reason that you were kind of like all over the place was because you didn't have lithium. Right, I know. How come you just didn't take lithium then? I didn't know. I didn't know. But they're vana, fucking.
Starting point is 00:05:03 You didn't listen to vana? I was a huge nirvana fan and it's just like, I just couldn't take my eyes off that naked baby. I just couldn't take my eyes off that naked baby. They think about the songs. Yeah, what is it about lithium that comes people down? Like, what is it that is? They don't really know.
Starting point is 00:05:17 I mean, I could tell you a bunch of theoretical stuff, but they really don't know. I think it was discovered in Australia in the 70s in the water supply. And there was a low crime rate in this area. And so they became interested in it. It's natural, it's not a chemical. It's natural as it gets, lithium.
Starting point is 00:05:37 It's an element. And you find it in the water. Some places, yeah, you can find it in. Well, it's in the ground. Do you get tired of, because I've been grilling you about medical stuff, did the Zeket annoying to a doctor? Well, like, I constantly asking you questions
Starting point is 00:05:50 before we even restarted recording, does that get annoying? Cause I know Gidham loves it. Does this butcher look legit? I mean, I like talking about this kind of stuff. That's why I started doing it. All right, I just didn't know if I was, I was grilling him all sorts of shit,
Starting point is 00:06:03 like, well, about why can't we kill COVID and? Where did we're happy you know tell him what you think like in five years with what the COVID situation will be kind of was kind of grim and oh Really, yeah, what do you got? Yeah, I just think it's probably gonna be more like just more vaccines every year. Yeah. I know probably everybody's like, hey, fuck it, I know. Fuck it. Fuck it. I mean, I'm like, really?
Starting point is 00:06:31 I'm like, I'm okay with that. Wouldn't you rather just beat it? Like, find some miracle cure and like, we don't, like, we just eradicate it? Like polio or something. That would be my first choice. Yeah, yeah. That's what I would be okay with.
Starting point is 00:06:45 Well, I'm also, I'm also came with a vaccine that prevents me. Like if I have to get a shot every year, like I'm okay with that. I know a lot of people wouldn't be, but I'd be like, just get me the fucking shot. So I can go about my life. I went to the doctor the other day and she's like, do you want a flu shot?
Starting point is 00:06:59 And I was like, no. Why? Because the last time I got a flu shot, it gave me the fucking flu for a couple days. Like, you know how, like you got, when you get a booster or it gave me the fucking flu for a couple days like like you know How like you got when you get a booster or whatever you get your shot? It's like you feel sick for the next couple days. I never did. Yeah, you never did I went not possible I went to ring
Starting point is 00:07:20 I said it's because it's not possible. That's why he's never experienced What happened to you didn't happen to you. So what usually happens is someone goes in maybe you're in a doctor's office, you're sitting next to somebody that's already sick and they make you sick maybe when you're getting the vaccine or you've already been exposed. The flu doesn't, vaccine doesn't give you the flu. It gives you the flu a little bit. But the cold, but the old no defense.
Starting point is 00:07:52 The cold one does give you a reaction. Now, some people, yeah, so the vaccine, yeah, can cause your, it can cause your immune system to respond. I just want to immune response. I just went through some rough couple of days because of the shot I just got. Yeah, I felt like shit. I'm 99% better now.
Starting point is 00:08:12 Just got a slight buzz on my head. But. Like the buzz I pay for or not like that. I fucking ballooned. Kept you gave Brian. It's not a good buzz. Well, I don't know. Maybe it is because you know how long it spins
Starting point is 00:08:26 as I had a buzz? I don't even know if I've ever been buzzed. Even though I've tried a couple dubies back in the 80s, never had an effect though. They'll never felt anything. But what secondhand smoke screen around Kevin though, I have felt like shaky, like I felt the after effects of smelling what's the cold second hand?
Starting point is 00:08:46 How could you not man and I don't yeah, I don't understand why you guys like that But not you because it's not reality Yeah, cuz it's not reality Yeah, because it's not reality. It's not reality. It's not reality. Is this a lithium enough? Sometimes, no, that's enough to stabilize mood so like there's not those highs and lows and shit.
Starting point is 00:09:12 Right. But even if you're like at a normal, I don't know, it's nice to like it's like how some people are like, oh, I'm going to have a glass of wine at the end of the day. Yeah, it takes the edge off. Yeah, it just takes the edge off. I don't know why I have an edge. I wish I didn't have an edge. I think it's probably you were born with an edge. Probably.
Starting point is 00:09:26 I fuck a razor blade. It's passed on to you. If I'm fucking edge, I mean, edge. Yeah. Oh, you want to know why? Yeah. Why do I have an edge? Come on, Doc. Tell us. Well, it's because you're a rousal system, right? Oh, yes. That's what happens. Yeah, bonerown, baby. With the only other.
Starting point is 00:09:48 Like childhood, adversity, you know, you, you, uh, um, set off kind of the fear pathway in your brain. Fair moments. And well, yeah, like, uh, um, steroids and stuff start to develop and then it keeps you kind of like hyper alert. You can take hyperbiter. I mean, he looks jacked. It's the last time I saw him.
Starting point is 00:10:11 I mean, you should be on edge. I was like, I mean, like, damn, you look like a lumberjack with that beard now. No, I'm being shot in the water. No, I'm shooting. But you never, but all I heard so far is he thinks the future is just of the pandemic is just ever just got shots every year. That's not that bleak. Yeah, it's not that. I was told we were like Biden was going to beat it. Yeah, you know, just threw his hands up.
Starting point is 00:10:37 I don't know what you guys want me to do. You believe the politician won't that on a Y? Yeah, you know, but it's just to me, I was really hoping that there would be some sort of like, can you, Declan, can you put a snap in here? I got it. I mean, maybe there's a miracle cure. Vaccine that works a little bit better. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:10:58 I heard there is a vaccine that they have in reserve that they're just, haven't been released yet. Is that true? Or is that just, I don't know. For example, I'm not aware of that. Uber, Uber, and Uber important and wealthy. I mean, Cuba looks glowing. I got it.
Starting point is 00:11:10 You guys don't get it? Yeah. Yeah. Kevin was online next to me. You guys didn't want to... Any call yet? Yeah. Wow.
Starting point is 00:11:20 Yeah, I thought that was kind of like not a great way to kick off the new year that, you know, that it's probably just more of the same for the next couple, for the next. Yeah, for the next forever. Yeah, well, maybe, right? I mean, there definitely other people are working on different vaccines now, right? Like that's got to be so many people working on that. It's not going to be these three for the rest of our lives, right? I mean, I would imagine that they are trying to develop more. I mean, there was a lot of profit in developing these first three. So, do they have governments got to kind of step up and try to encourage?
Starting point is 00:11:59 Do they have these private companies? Are they dissuaded from working on it because of Pfizer and Big Pharma? Or no, it's everybody's got it. Everybody can try to work on it and have the same access to information and research that Pfizer and, is it Yellow and the Derna? Moderna and Johnson and Johnson.
Starting point is 00:12:21 And Johnson and Johnson. So I think, well, they, some of the research, are you allowed to talk bad about Pharma being in your industry? Oh, yeah. I mean, I talk bad about it. Okay. I mean, I have no affiliation
Starting point is 00:12:35 with like pharmaceutical companies at all. But, I mean, my impression is kind of that those three have the most resources and the most money, and that's why they're able to kind of throw all this money at this problem, as well as the government's kind of like encouraging them to do it. And they're going to make a ton of money off of it, for sure. But I mean, there's a lot better than last year, like I was saying, last year I was in the hospital.
Starting point is 00:13:02 It's like code blue every five minutes. Not this year. I didn't work. So now. If you're not there, they're not code blue. No, the hospital's full up, but people aren't dying as much, you know, so. So it's had some positive impact. Very exciting. It's COVID report for Eric. Yeah, I know all right I mean if your bars, I don't want to wear a mask around anymore than you I wish you have no success I wish he lived on the East Coast or lived in Jersey He would be my he'd be my doctor. Yeah, yeah, I'd let him look everywhere Hey, there you go, dude. Oh, fucking weird.
Starting point is 00:13:45 It was great. I was like, you know I'm not qualified, right? I just trust him so much. I can give you some lithium. I mean, I would have nothing to treat. I mean, you're completely mentally stable. You would never try to have drug. But I'll talk about it. It's no matter what. No matter what was wrong with me, I want you
Starting point is 00:14:09 to treat me, though. I got to try patch down here. It's just, it's your time. I mean, we do learn at all. Could you give a prostate check to a friend or that too much for it to ask of a doctor? I guess if, you know, maybe if I was in that survivalist situation, we were discussing where I could have treated a prostate, checked for food. Forget it. Darren's got that covered. So if I buy you some KFC, you'll check my prostate. What am I going to do?
Starting point is 00:14:37 Because I can get you some mashed potatoes on the quick. He's so trusting, though, and so lik so likable though that like, you know, my reluctance to visit a doctor would just melt away if I knew I was going to see, you know, doctor Eric, right? You know, I'd go a lot more than at once every 30 years that I didn't tell you that when I was in your emergency room. I got a call up by phone while I was sitting there at like five o'clock in the morning and it was somebody in admissions and all the Information that they were checking on me like they were doing some checks to get me into the hospital You every information was from one. I was last there. I'll just you just graduated high school It was 1988
Starting point is 00:15:22 It was my mother's house. It was my mother's number, which she doesn't even have anymore. And I was just like, no, that's not my number. I go, I don't know how you have that number. And Lady goes away, this account has them an update, or this file, you know, since 1988. And I was like, okay, yeah, well, I had to change all that information, no. So I would go a lot more, though, if... Have you had a doctor at your church? Five doctor, Eric, yeah.
Starting point is 00:15:43 I think you like... You just need a doctor that will teach you things because you just don't want to go in there and be told something and accept it kind of and so some doctors are like that not many though because they're so busy they're just like I can have my face. You know, yes. So your mom doesn't have the same number anymore? No, after Sandy. Oh, she got a different phone number. Was it 1394?
Starting point is 00:16:07 Close. What was it? I'm not gonna say it on the air. Well, she doesn't have it anymore. I'm giving four numbers. The last number. Oh, close, damn. Yeah, it's very close.
Starting point is 00:16:18 It was a box. You know what? Because it shit like this. Yeah. It shit like this, a cute's give of me. You don't wanna say what it is. I can say what it is, it's like this. It's like this. Is it like this accused of me? You don't want to say what it is. I can say what it is. It's a beautiful volcano. And if you don't know what a volcano is,
Starting point is 00:16:34 stores and what does that say? And it's just for smoking the sweet leaf. This is for smoking some devil's lettuce. Yeah, it's a tabletop vaporizer. It's going to make me healthier. Is that true, Dr. Eric? Yeah, it's a tabletop vaporizer. It's gonna make me healthier Come on I'm happier. Happy. That's good to me. It's like a fucking winner. And the process of what?
Starting point is 00:17:08 It vaporizes it. But without all of like, because I was using a vaporizer for a long time, you know, I mean like a pen. And one day I was just like, I think my voice is changing. Well, that's different. That's like chemicals. Right. Yeah, it's burning chemicals at your second.
Starting point is 00:17:24 That's why I stopped using it. but this is not anything close to this. This super heats the herb. I did a lot of research on it. This super heats the herb. And basically you're getting like a steam, like almost like the moisture from it. More than anything. Steamy goodness. Cuts down on the, the fucking, you know, smoke in your lungs. And I don't like smoking.
Starting point is 00:17:47 I don't want to get cancer. I've been watching bad men. Everybody smokes like crazy. Oh, it's gross. Yeah, it's disgusting. It is weird when you see people smoking still. You know, like it's... Yeah, so there's been no...
Starting point is 00:17:59 At least with weed, you're like, okay, there's a benefit. It might not be worth it to some people, but there's a benefit to smoking. I'm just like, I don't know, it keeps you slim maybe. Everybody knows that smoke these days just does it because they like. They're addicted to nicotine.
Starting point is 00:18:14 No, no, no, not even. It's just like people that gotta take a shit or something like that and they're like, I need to shout a nicotine to get my fucking stomach moving. Whoa, that's true. Really? Yeah, you can. Yeah. I mean, it's a pretty powerful, like, nerve stimulant, right?
Starting point is 00:18:28 So, nicotine. It's very powerful. So when I drink a coke, though, I don't have to run to the bathroom. I hold in my cheeks tight. So I think I'm gonna have a coffee. I'm gonna get some. I'm gonna get some right here.
Starting point is 00:18:38 I'm gonna have soda here drinking. There's a bit of that. All right, wait, a jolt, then. If I had a jolt, I don't remember. It's still caffeine. No. There's no nic about all right wait a jolt then if I had a jolt I don't remember It's still caffeine There's no nicotine in soda They got coffee is that caffeine too? That's also caffeine yes
Starting point is 00:18:54 People also drink that to take a shit I know other people like I can't go in the morning until I drink my coffee I have a lot of conversations with my friends and family about their morning shit I'm a bus Wow I didn't realize. I have a lot of conversations with my friends and family about their morning shift. I'm about to pass. Yeah. Wow, I didn't realize that, that that's why one of the reasons why people continue to smoke is so they can have regular movements.
Starting point is 00:19:12 Yeah, like I know people that don't, don't regularly smoke, but like once a month, they'll just be like, I gotta need a cigarette just to get this started. Oh, okay, I'll just say once a month, they got to go to bathroom. I was like, no, that would be awesome. No, no.
Starting point is 00:19:24 Oh, would you eliminate that? If you were God, would you... No, I'm unintended. Would you have, like if I would have made that probably not something that humans had to do. But where would the waste go? Does it come out of your skin like a slime, like frog?
Starting point is 00:19:40 You just sweat it out. Yeah, I don't. Spit it out. Oh. I'm like before this shitting, I guess. So at least you can read. Just fill out. It's not like shooting.
Starting point is 00:19:53 Doesn't feel good. It feels great. It's just disgusting. Sometimes, not all the time. Well, there's that sense of relief of like, thank God it's over. I never really had that. No. Like just like, man, this is, I feel lighter.
Starting point is 00:20:07 Yeah. The gas is gone. It's beautiful. It's disgusting. It really is. Why are we talking about it? I don't know. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:20:15 I, um, I was looking at, I saw some predictions for 2022 because the new year's coming up. Yeah. Any resolutions around the table? I don't make them because I break them every single year. It's it's fucking stupid to do. I would love to learn Italian this year. Yeah. I'm gonna make them my resolution. To learn Italian. Maybe not fluently by the end of the year, but you'll have a. I think I've been working. I can go to the country
Starting point is 00:20:40 and you know, don't still know I'm an asshole tourist, but at least I'm an asshole tourist that took the time to learn enough to be like, hey, made a little bit of an effort. Where's the bathroom? I got to take a shit. You need to cigarette and coffee. You need to cigarette. What about you, Eric? How many? I mean, after that kind of lofty, like I'm going to learn an
Starting point is 00:21:01 entire language type of rest. Yeah. Why is it hard? Now you're making me feel like I can't do it. Oh, you think you probably can I didn't have anything in mind actually no maybe Be a little bit more social maybe oh, yeah, get out a little bit more. Get the go up in the club No, no No, no, absolutely. You fit right in, man. Yeah, that's lumberjack appearance.
Starting point is 00:21:29 Might as well say what kind of club it was. Yeah, it's on the tongue. Because no, Stardomus, who we all know and love, he's back. He's back and he's got some prophecies for 2022. Well, did he prophesize COVID? I don't think so. That's a pretty big one. That is. That is. It's like as long as you're like, because there's a whole bunch of shit that you're like, who cares about this stuff? But then there's let's see here. Inflation, starvation and cannibalism. He predicted that the inflation and starvation
Starting point is 00:22:05 will be fallace in 2022, writing, so high the price of wheat that man is stirred, his fellow man to eat in his despair. So we're going to run out of wheat and eat each other. It looks like. But it's not always literal. Right. What? No, Shreddampus. Yeah, he's always a puzzle. Maybe you looked right at me. I'm not going to do that.
Starting point is 00:22:27 You always that. I like. Come on, Doc, what's up? I didn't teach this. I'm going to turn into Cavital. I mean, we did spend the first two years on that exclusive. On those two novels, I want to listen to those quad trains. You didn't do that.
Starting point is 00:22:42 You've been stepping up a few access to flying in prostate, man. I wonder if it was quad-trains. It was quad-trains. Yeah. It was no medical quad-trains. You better step it up if you want access to that flanagan prostate, then. That sweet flanagan prostate. No one's seen it since I was a baby. I'm not sure they regularly check that on babies. You're probably like this. When did they start checking? What age? I believe it's 50. I would have to check the guidelines. I mean, like, I don't really do that. It would probably get me into a lot of trouble if I started. Well, you just started googling like crazy on your computer. Can you check up, baby's prostate? He leaves it up on the screen.
Starting point is 00:23:36 Christmas won't be as fun next year. So as an essential human truth, it's that people get hungry and they get mean. And with US inflation, the highest, it's been in nearly four decades. Let's go to the show. Let's go to Brandon. This is what he's saying. Yep. So far so true.
Starting point is 00:23:53 Ah, cute. Don't you agree though that like, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, word it's always got like you have to interpret it. Well otherwise it would all be untrue so yeah if you wanted to be true somehow you got to interpret it. Yeah I don't think it's literally eating human flesh. Right there was a big thing about that after like 9-11 with the two the silver birds and the sky and the two twins and everyone's like holy shit it's true. That's pretty fucking good. It was
Starting point is 00:24:20 pretty close with a man's pretty fucking dope if it's true. Like to nail that in the year, it's, I couldn't do it, I don't think. This one is, this is about AI. The moon in the full of night over the high mountain, the new sage with a lone brain sees it by his disciples invited to be immortal, eyes to the south, hands and bosom's body and the fire. It says here that further evidence that man is destined to be overtaken by immortal machines can be found in the teachings of it's a fucking joke. Of prophet Jared leto. So I says it appears to be in reference to the escalation of artificial intelligence.
Starting point is 00:25:05 Should we be afraid of AI? I mean, are you expecting that to happen this year? 22 says no, should I miss. Should you be afraid of AI? I don't think so. No, it's pretty fucked up. I mean, I think it could become like SkyNet, taking over bombing people in shit. Yeah, I just have more faith in, you know, nature, human brain, much superior still. To a computer, huh?
Starting point is 00:25:32 To a computer. Absolutely, I agree with that. Yeah. Yeah. Machines are fallible. My fucking car can't stay out of the shop. Right? I mean, tell me something that doesn't break.
Starting point is 00:25:42 I mean, any machines you had that doesn't fucking constantly break. That's true, and it's infuriating. Or you have to update. You know what? You can't even have a fucking phone without every two minutes being like, make sure your phone's plugged in so that it can update. What do we got here? A docked, a docked, and on the bottom.
Starting point is 00:26:00 Oh, you're still weighing in? I mean, so even if you look at things like Tesla, right? Like all these cars are gonna drive themselves, right? Four years ago, they're saying that. They're saying it'll happen. I mean, they were saying it was gonna be doing that since like 2017. It still hasn't happened. But they do have to car wear. But do you think it'll ever be passed?
Starting point is 00:26:18 Like, like, states will allow drivers cars. I don't think they'll ever happen. Yeah, let me tell you, turn around. Do you want an over-micellist or fucking crash into this? allow drivers cars. I don't think they're ever happened. You're talking to him around and run an over bicyclist or fucking crash into this. Yeah, but how many non fucking AI cars are running over bicycles? Yeah, I just agree with all you guys. In our lifetime,
Starting point is 00:26:38 you'll think you'll see that all for sure. You'll just see driverless cars driving around. I think so. But I think it's probably another like 10, 20 years. Yeah, within a lifetime though. I mean, everybody knows that owns a Tesla. It goes on and on about how they just fucking sit back and let the car drive.
Starting point is 00:26:52 It like takes exits and stuff for you. All it takes is one multi, you know, person accident. I guess I like pile up or something. No, it'll shut that all down. Fucking bed shit that's happened. Train accidents happen every fucking other year and then they were still running trains. Yeah, because the railroads are there, they're not just gonna give up on trains,
Starting point is 00:27:14 get to all the infrastructure and everything and what else, but cars, don't be such a lazy fucking motherfucker driving your own car. Okay, though, that's the, people would have the's could prevent accidents and what if the cars could prevent traffic? Like, the real reason that traffic exists is people drive like assholes,
Starting point is 00:27:32 but if computers were all talking to each others and the cars and they were all making these decisions, it's like, oh, so there's no more. No one's allowed to drive anymore. You better go over well. I'm thinking, no, we'll just have the option of like grabbing the wheel, but like really it'll just be like, but like if every car now, yeah, it has,
Starting point is 00:27:48 there's no more cars on the road that aren't AI. I mean, that's a long time away. Yeah. And then you have to have the road being able to communicate with the car and they haven't even started that. So not in our lifetime? Maybe towards that.
Starting point is 00:28:04 Maybe towards that. Maybe towards that. I think we're good. But what do I know? I don't know, shit. I don't have a college degree. Damn, I'm being either. Fuck you're supposed to have the answers.
Starting point is 00:28:14 That's why you're the guy who's taking an answer. You're disagreeing. I know. You're the real depressant. He was about AI. Is remember how when you were a little kid, like the idea of robots and 3PO and R2 seemed so fucking cool? And like I could have waited to have a robot. And attainable.I. is remember how when you were a little kid, like the idea of robots and 3PO and R2 seemed so fucking cool And like I couldn't wait to have a robot.
Starting point is 00:28:27 And attainable. Yeah, and now I'm just like, I'm not letting that robot in my house fucking cool probably is a camera in its eyes Look, it'll probably need updates and fucking transselmyshit all the time like What was going to be my fucking best friend being a robot is now like it's I'm not gonna own it. It's gonna fucking Report on me. It's gonna be privacy concerns. It's gonna be all that shit like I wouldn't do it now Every time I step into my car now like when I bought when I got the car It had a year of this service where like it has a remote star Yeah, it would tell you when you needed gas and oil pressure and all this other bullshit
Starting point is 00:29:02 But it was only for a year then after, they want 20 bucks a month to... For that month? For that month. I was like, fuck that. For remote start? For remote start and to tell you when you need gas as if there's not a fucking gas gauge on the goddamn car. So I was like, now I'm not going to do that.
Starting point is 00:29:17 Now every time I start up the car, it reminds me to call them. And I'm like, now I'm being he hectic by my car to spend money on shit. Yeah, 240 bucks a year. No, I'm a mode start. You can't do unless you pay a fucking, with from my phone. I can still do it with the keychotting. Yeah, but I have to test it because I just found that out today so I'm going to test it from here to see if it can reach all the way downstairs.
Starting point is 00:29:42 Probably not. Probably not. But I think they are moving that way. to see if it can reach all the way downstairs. Probably not. Probably not. But I think they are moving that way. Like all that stuff will be service. Oh, that will back. Fucking people eventually get out the pitch for it's in fucking start burning. Shit down. You can't make remote start a fucking app like an Apple. We think that's the craziest thing. Who would pay for that? Who? I mean, not me.
Starting point is 00:30:05 I'm on your side. I know. Yeah. Wow. The, um, Lestrudomus talks about the, uh, the favorite that comes along every year that's, uh, nuclear war. And it says, uh,
Starting point is 00:30:22 extra logical events more than calendar years for some time, dudes, and doomsdayers have been waiting in nuclear explosion that will trigger severe climate change and based on this passage, for 40 years the rainbow will not be seen. Uh, look at gay people. For 40 years it will be seen every day.
Starting point is 00:30:40 The dry earth will grow to be more parched and it will be more floods when it is seen. Judging by this summer's historic drought and the pain more parched and it will be more floods when it is seen. Judging by the summer's historic drought and the painfully parched conditions in Chile, I was not aware of Chile was parched. I said the punishment may already be upon us. And to this recent revelation, the China is allegedly armed and dangerous and ready to launch a nuclear strike. That could presumably cause cataclysmic water shortages.
Starting point is 00:31:05 Uh-oh. That's no good. I mean, is China any near to launching a nuclear strike? Then they were five years ago. I think all these guys are in cahoots. They're like on the phone and they're like, hey, should we say we're going to launch a nuclear strike? Or just not say we're going to do it,
Starting point is 00:31:21 but like sort of a lute to it. That way everybody will be in line. Like the only way to do is keep everybody in line, right? Oh yeah. So if you just, that's everybody afraid, whether it's by fucking nuclear strikes, or COVID, or parts' turf, or whatever the fuck. As long as everybody's scared,
Starting point is 00:31:36 they'll just keep paying their taxes and fucking keep the status quo. I hope everything goes right. That's all you can do is hope everything goes right. What the fuck am I supposed to do? Fuck a fire up that machine I gave you. You can't just do some more work, not of this shit when it comes to be like cool dude I mean look if there was a nuclear missile coming towards you Would you rather be like cool dude? Do you rather be like shit in your pants freaking out and stuff like that?
Starting point is 00:31:56 Yeah, I'd rather be like cool dude. I'd be like at um I'd be like in deep impacts it on the beach and shit Wait for that one over take me Stupid wave. And it's not even like I'm being engulfed with water. It's probably like telephone poles and sign. I'm like, I'm like, I'm just a shit. I'm gonna pop across your nose. I was watching the other day.
Starting point is 00:32:14 I caught in a tsunami rabbit hole. Holy Christ, man. The shit that the like in Japan, it just like keeps coming. People are standing there watching me. People are like, well, check this shit out. Next thing you know, like, oh, no. It's like, you know, story five. There was no videos before that to watch.
Starting point is 00:32:29 Right. So nobody had nobody realized what they were watching was going to be way more or way higher than they, you know, and ever it could have imagined. Yeah, because it's like, it starts out pretty low and it's like all these water coming in and it starts to like carry some stuff, all these water coming in and it starts to carry some stuff like some street debris.
Starting point is 00:32:46 It starts to carry cars. It's a boat. Yeah, then a boat's coming down the street. It's weird that footage. The drone footage of overtaking the fields and it's just slow moving almost, but it's just like a blob. Yeah, like a blob. It's just full of fucking garbage and shit.
Starting point is 00:33:03 I guess that's what it's like, fuck. Because if you're like in the water, if you could like hold on to a piece of wood, you might be able to get like swept down stream and still live, but it's all the shit in the water that's flipping over and crushing stuff. And nailing people. I mean, can they even live there now still? I mean, is that just that area still like
Starting point is 00:33:19 totally devastated? There was a new, there was miles in there. A nuclear plant that was compromised so I don't think that it was ever announced that it's like, it's perfectly fine for everybody to go back home, it just kind of was quietly forgotten about by our news media. Yeah, they got other shit to contend with now.
Starting point is 00:33:44 Have you been, have you probably't watched Succession, have you? I was turned on to Succession by 1BQ. Holy shit, is it good? Isn't it fucking good? It's really good. And I really like, I mean, I don't know how accurate it is in terms of how big corporations behave, but I bet you it is. Oh, it's fucking brutal.
Starting point is 00:34:02 That says you finish it? No, I'm halfway through Season 2. Oh, I just finished season three last time It's fucking yeah, yeah, I should check it in the HBL max Yeah, cuz I watch the matrix. Did you watch it? I'm almost dead and there's so many Fucking people that were like this sucks That I was like, I don't know Do I want to invest two hours and something this two and a half? I don't know. I mean, do I want to invest two hours and stuff?
Starting point is 00:34:23 It's two and a half. Oh, even worse. I know. But now that I have my volcano. I mean, it wasn't the utter cluster, fuck, that I was told it was going to be. I thought it started out pretty interesting and then kind of devolved into stuff I really wasn't into, but I think it's worth a two and a half hour watch. Yeah, for free. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:34:46 It was, it's never bad. It's good and then at times kind of boring. Yeah. But never bad. Even the boring part, you're not like, I'll fuck this. You're just like, all right, let's get back to the good stuff. Out of the four, where would you place it?
Starting point is 00:35:01 I only saw one and two and I saw them 20 years apart. right? So I wasn't sure where those robotic look and blue jays Seven-foot-tall robotic blue jay was that something from the other two? That's the friendly ones. That was that was new That was so at a at a place. Yeah, like a sore throat. I'm like this movie is so dark and sinister Like the foreboding atmosphere and then have this like Cartoon-looking character just show up with a big fucking grin on it. It had ideas. I didn't work That's for sure That sounds pretty bad
Starting point is 00:35:33 But it's not but I mean as a testimony to the moon like how good it is to see cano and Carrie mobs again Trinity Trinity. It's like there you like seeing them together So it but it overcomes for a lot and I thought the ending of this was way better than the ending of the original trilogy. It was just kind of ended with a thud and a bummer. Like this was actually like a better ending, I thought. Yeah, I was gonna attempt to, because I watched the first one the other day, I was like, maybe I'll just watch all of them. And then it got into the second one. And I was like, Oh, that's right. Yeah, the third one's off. You could probably watch like the last 15 minutes
Starting point is 00:36:06 of the third one to get the idea. You get the whole idea. Yeah, it could just sucks. It's probably, I would say this is my second favorite one. Yeah, I would say one then four then two and then four, you know, three, I guess. I got included in the list. I'll have to check it out.
Starting point is 00:36:22 Now a new photography, techniques and shit. I don't see anything that stood out as ground. Yeah, no, no, really. There's nothing really. In fact, they use bullet time as a plot point in the movie. Yeah, like they acknowledge that it exists and then they use it. It's cool.
Starting point is 00:36:42 Excuse me. Yeah, it's not as bad as the reviewers are making it out to see, but it's certainly not good though It's just kind of like it's worth it if you have any of any affection for the original that that's worth watching Yeah, okay. Yeah, yeah, I love to check it out. What about Spider-Man? You guys see that? You're the only two motherfuckers on the planet about Spider-Man, you guys see that? You're the only two motherfuckers on the planet that haven't seen it. Oh, I know, I haven't seen it. Did you never answer me, right?
Starting point is 00:37:07 I figured I'd wait till... Yeah, I'll wait until you answer. I was like, okay, okay. Can we talk about Spider-Man? Mm-hmm. Can we talk about it and give him, without giving away any spoilers? Or should we announce spoilers?
Starting point is 00:37:17 I don't know, we came Kardashian, just caught a bunch of shit. Really, for what? She was, she took a picture of, I guess, a key moment in the movie I'm spider-man off the screen yeah at her home home video her home theater of course I guess so be cute you watch it at home or you're watching now I had to go to Feeters twice to watch it. It's be cute up be K
Starting point is 00:37:41 You you like this so much you saw twice. Yeah, I went, there was a theater, because you know, I end up in a lonal Christmas every year. And there was a theater that was playing it with no one else in the theater. And I was like, I'm fucking, and I'll go do that. I'll go see it again. I want it with like parts I wanted to replay and stuff like that. So I got to see it by myself in a big theater. It was great. So I take that concoordescia.
Starting point is 00:38:02 Yeah, yeah. I pay fucking 16 bucks for it. Are you willing to risk the iron talking about it for a couple of minutes? Well, I think we've given people enough understanding that we're going to start talking about it. You know, where would you place it on the pantheon of Marvel movies? Oh, of Marvel movies? Or any movie. I mean, I legitimately loved it. I loved it. I had so much fun watching it.
Starting point is 00:38:32 So in terms of fucking what a movie should do, it had me 100%. I loved it. I liked it. I liked it a lot, but I found the message flawed. What message? Because there was a lot lot, but I found the message flawed. What message? Because there was a lot of metaphors I felt flying around about that you don't have to incarcerate people.
Starting point is 00:38:55 You can cure them, you villains in it. And it felt like there was, like they were feeding me a message that we, you know, that we don't have to, we can let people out of jail or we can, we don't have to put them in jail, even though these are fucking murdering, psychopathic fucking supervillains. And there is no microchip that you could put in somebody
Starting point is 00:39:18 that's gonna cure them in two seconds, like Spider-Man. Well, I didn't see what you were seeing, what you were seeing. So I don't know about that message. But would it be more like the mentally ill? Because all those people are fucked up. Right, but if you murder, I think the price was too high. Because everything, sure.
Starting point is 00:39:38 What Spider-Man had to pay when he just could have pressed the button and made it all go away. Yeah, I think the I think it was absolutely the wrong Move and the price that he paid for that wrong move was way too high for the moral of Like you know, I have to be Better wow that is interesting because I never I thought his struggle with it. I thought they did a good like he was going to kill that motherfucker. Like Tom Holland was going to kill that guy if he wasn't stopped from doing it. I thought they did such a good job of selling it, but to me, it was like, so we're really getting into spoilers here, but and and and may dies.
Starting point is 00:40:19 And that's the price you're talking about. But to me, I thought it was brilliant. I was like, holy fuck. Like, how did we not see that I may have to die? There was never a death by Uncle Ben. talking about but to me I thought it was brilliant I was like holy fuck like how did we not see that am a had to die there was never a death by uncle Ben there was never no power and responsibility we never got that with Tom Holland so when they did it through am a and killed am a I was like how fucking dumb am I for not seeing this coming I mean I'm okay with them killing it may but the way that
Starting point is 00:40:41 they did it with like her but it's the same thing. It's it's not what he's talking about. He let the criminals go and then the criminal killed Uncle Ben Yeah, but he's the same exact thing. It's it isn't it isn't though He's not this is a spider-man that makes this decision after bringing back half the population He knows how fragile life is and how how close it came to being snuffed out and but you know he didn't he was snuffed out He didn't help bring back so the very fact in that he would not press a button and The and now a costum the woman who raised them. This is like saying that like letting people out People who could go out and cause mayhem or Death is worth worth the price of an innocent life.
Starting point is 00:41:28 So like California. Yes. Wow. I mean, that's digging. I mean, I just fucking made the Uncle Ben connection. I didn't really go that way. I mean, when they were all incarcerated, they locked them up in the prison cells and two, they were all met.
Starting point is 00:41:42 And he let them out. Yeah. And look at the price that he paid for letting them out. Don't you think that it's an anti-lendum out message? Yes. Yeah. But no, but no. Yes, it should have been, but at the end, it's not.
Starting point is 00:41:53 At the end, it's like, it made was right. You know, it was it right. Well, that's up for him. Maybe decided it. Well, no, with the other all three spider men, well, the two spider men are telling Nicholas Holman. and what's up top Holland I was thinking Nicholas Hammond the very first spider rain who they should have brought back to the CVS but they're telling him though Aunt May was right and that you can't
Starting point is 00:42:18 you can't you got to forgive yourself kind of like don't beat yourself up over this you know yeah she was right. But I think she was wrong, though, because unfortunately, he felt that price, you know, but what happens to, if he sends them back and it didn't work, and they go on to kill somebody else, and they're universe, this is like, this is not, I think, the price that anybody would want to pay you but those people have in a movie specific to you're so that he was going after he wasn't just like the scumbags let's save him back he was like well everybody had a cure that was able to they fucking come together on in fucking five minutes well I thought they did a good job explaining that like he said because because Maguire was like
Starting point is 00:43:05 Well, I've had years to think about this and Garfield was like I already did this I already cured him so I can do it again Like I thought they they had those answers. I thought he was working on a cure for him I had had never cured him before so why would he be the lizard then and why would they pull the lizard in? They that was he was cured already They just pull them off and that, that's step by time because he ended the first movie. Great movie though. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:43:30 The price is, I think the price is too high though, for what could have been, wow. I think everybody would have pressed that button. Well, in retrospect, yeah, but he didn't have that effort. He didn't know, it wasn't like press this button and you can try and save people. I think if you had listened to, one Aunt Male die, he didn't know that. Yeah, I know, but that's the, but he didn't have that if he didn't know it wasn't like press this button and you can try and say if you listen to an male die, he didn't know that.
Starting point is 00:43:47 Yeah, I know, but that's the, but that's the thing. You don't fucking roll those bones, man. Yeah, but you have fucking psychopathic murdering supervillains. You can't roll those dice and assume that you're going to be able to save them. But then you shouldn't put on a mask at all that because your identity might get out and your Aunt Mager killed them. Well, you should't put on a mask at all then because your identity might get out and your Aunt make it kill then. But you should then you should never take anywhere. That's Jay Jonah. Yeah. Yeah. Jay Jonah Jameson. Stance. I didn't see it as like some sort of morality lesson. I
Starting point is 00:44:15 was literally like wow they made her Uncle Ben. That's pretty cool. Yeah. I mean I do like it, but again I say it. It's how cool was it when all three Spider-Man was swinging around though. Did you love it? Yeah, it was awesome I was like this is fucking great, man I don't know. I really love the movie. I think it's Avengers and game and then Then Infinity War and then spider-man I might give one of Guardians of Galaties. Oh, yeah, I forgot. Yeah, but How come you guys haven't seen it? Fuck some out of it you two. Yeah, give me a valid response
Starting point is 00:44:44 fuck some out of it you two you know give me a valid response top okay I have my he's a friend who lives with me right so he wants to go he wanted to go but he wanted to go with his friends so normally I would go with him so he ditched me and oh so it was a hard lesson this the first time that happened how old is he 17 now so you should you should, you know what, though, you could flip that around and be like half as glass full and like it took him 17 years to do that.
Starting point is 00:45:10 So that's not picked him up after the movie theater. You just had to pick him up? Yeah, I had to go back and pick him up too. So why, you just go in and not tell him. Yeah, you could have like, you could have like, the feel a little bit independent, I guess. Yeah, but yeah, he has a, but must have been playing in multiple theaters, right?
Starting point is 00:45:29 Yeah, I guess I guess my excuse isn't good enough. You're still yet to get a good enough experience. I was trying to get my brother Narin to go see it with me yesterday and he didn't want to see it. No, you were entertaining him. Asked me. I didn't know you had any interest in that. Little off to see. It's a fun movie. There is a lot of fun.
Starting point is 00:45:48 And you don't need to know like every aspect of it. I don't know if I like the idea that there's these like hidden political messages and there are no more movies. You know that. I actually found this a really. I thought this movie, I thought this movie was refreshingly free of those messages. I'm learning that maybe I missed them. You could just brainwash.
Starting point is 00:46:10 I've internalized them, I've accepted them. I read in the post, Marissa Tome wanted to make Spider-Man's Aunt May a lesbian. Does that mean that Marissa Tome would start making out with another chick on screen? Yeah, yeah, yeah. Like, I mean, if it meant that. That's a spoiler alert, like except for everyone. Marissa Tome would start making out with another chick on screen. I mean, I'm fucking totally down for this. But I- 57. Oh, God, she looks so good.
Starting point is 00:46:33 Holy shit. I didn't see anything in Matrix, though. Any kind of messages, even though I thought there would be, considering, you know, the quality, kind of like, bashing it got in terms of quality of moving. Yeah, I mean, I'm sure there were. I mean, she was taking shots of one of brothers and stuff like that. But I was able to enjoy it as a sci-fi effect. Like, I like Trinity. I thought it was her, you know, evolving as like just as equal as him was cool to. I was great. I thought it was cool.
Starting point is 00:47:03 She kind of takes the lead at the end, too. Yeah. Well, that ain't really spoiling her. Hey, you spoiled Spider-Man. If we told people we were gonna fuck this, it was funny. It's not gonna get away the end of the day, too. But yes, I love her.
Starting point is 00:47:16 I thought she was great. I also she'd been in, because I haven't seen her in a while. She doesn't done a lot. How come? I don't know. I don't know. She did like a romantic comedy after the Matrix end, that I think.
Starting point is 00:47:24 How come the Morpheus guy wasn't recast Apparently what I heard was that that it was always the plan To have a new Morpheus be it wasn't he didn't want to do it or anything like that They want that the new Morpheus to be that machine helping them thinking it was it was him I don't know I don't know if you have it if he's still alive get him the fuck back and let him do it I don't get it either agent Smith why I almost felt like they shouldn't have made the fucking movie if he wasn't in it Because I like that guy that they had played the new agent Smith I actually do like him a lot, but I I I could accept no other than agent Smith as agent Smith
Starting point is 00:48:04 But I would have loved to see it may make out another check that would have been fucking great maybe one of paltrum I could accept no other than Agent Smith as Agent Smith. But I would have loved to see Aunt May make out with another check. That would have been fucking great. Maybe Gweneth Paltrow. Because Tony Stark's fucking dead. Maybe Aunt May and Pepper Pot stop getting it on. Suddenly now I'm gonna go see the movie three fucking times. She's a little old, though, for Gweneth Paltrow, isn't she? Hey, it's his butt in number, Mike.
Starting point is 00:48:21 Yeah, come on. Look at that. Sorry. I mean, I Never felt so offended. Why hold is going to Peltua? She's got to be late 40. No way. No, she's got to be late 40s. I have she's so youthful.
Starting point is 00:48:36 So it's more like a group shit. She's putting on her face. Let's see. Gwen F. G. W. E. I think it's why? I don't know. I don't know why you can open my mouth. Why? Gwyneth Paltrow. How old is it?
Starting point is 00:48:52 Let's see how old she is. Gwyneth Paltrow. 49. Yeah. Age appropriate. Yeah, so she's not that much of a younger. Yes. I mean, I wish Marvel had listened to her in this.
Starting point is 00:49:02 I'm all for a representation, especially if it means I get to see those two But there's in that how does that make happy extended cut scenes? Happy yeah, I was happy gonna how is he kind of handle that kind of revelation in the movie because they don't have a lot of Screen time. No, and they got to explain that well maybe maybe she meant happy was never a part of it with her She was always into into chicks But they set up though that they were a couple though. I know, maybe she pitched this in the first movie. Oh, no, no, no. Yeah, I think she said that she,
Starting point is 00:49:29 after Uncle Ben died, she went, you know, spoiler alert. She wanted it. Ha, ha, ha. She wanted her to have a subtle relationship with somebody. Yeah. I don't think the making out that you're hoping for. All right. What's the point then?
Starting point is 00:49:43 I say, unless it's full frontal all action like then he's cut Spider-Man out of the movie. It should have been at C17. Cut all three Spider-Man out at that point. I don't get. I was wondering your opinions if like say you found out now, turned out after everything settled down, that does settle, that turned out like I was legally
Starting point is 00:50:05 within my rights due to the laws of New Jersey. But I shot and killed a porch pirate for trying to steal one of my, for trying to steal one of my packages. Yeah. So, so walk me through it. Talk, take me, is it a kid? Is this a kid in his friends fucking around?
Starting point is 00:50:24 You just came out, bleak guns blazing? I see a lot of porch pirate videos where it seems like somebody pulls up in a car and then somebody runs out grabs the package and then runs back into the car. It's an adult. It's an adult. Okay. And I've seen some great ones where like some lady like broke her leg and she couldn't get away. Look people have been snagged, they've Oh, man. Oh, man. Oh, man. Oh, man. Oh, man. Oh, man. Oh, man. Oh, man. Oh, man. Oh, man.
Starting point is 00:50:48 Oh, man. Oh, man. Oh, man. Oh, man. Oh, man. Oh, man. Oh, man. Oh, man.
Starting point is 00:50:56 Oh, man. Oh, man. Oh, man. Oh, man. Oh, man. Oh, man. Oh, man. Oh, man.
Starting point is 00:51:04 Oh, man. Oh, man. Oh, got the item that they're stealing, which is really bizarre. This is a fantasy, it sounds like more than like a... I got the skew number. You even got the package, the item that's in the box. I was trying to think of something that was valuable, that was delivered, that was more than like a couple bucks, but I'm like, oh no way. something that was valuable, that was delivered, that was more than like a couple bucks, but I'm like, oh, no way. Either way, I'd be like, bud, why did you invite this into your life over a fucking ninja cook?
Starting point is 00:51:30 It's mine, it's mine, cute. No, no, no, you're right about that. I'm not disagreeing that. But yeah, I mean, it's like everything else. What am I going to do? I mean, can you do it? If the people in New Jersey say you're in the right, who might argue with them? That would be cool.
Starting point is 00:51:44 Wow, I don't know if they would say he's in the right. Well, I said somehow with some kind of technicality and I got on. I mean, is that right? Oh, no, if I shot somebody in the back for taking my package, I probably would not be good. I don't think that applies just to New Jersey. I don't know if that's legal anywhere. Yeah. To shoot somebody in the back.
Starting point is 00:52:01 Is that like a stand-your-ground type of thing? Like if they were like I caught them on the porch And they were they had my my ninja foodie in their hands, and I'm just like Lord so in Florida you're wondering yeah, I'm done in Florida and you got away with it. I got away with it I mean, I think for Florida is the only state you're gonna get away with this maybe Texas. Yeah, maybe I mean it wouldn't add any new information to me that would make me end. I mean, I would probably have to distance myself from him. Would you why you piece of shit? I mean, how do you get that? Well, let's not forget, he's a victim.
Starting point is 00:52:52 He's a victim. He is a victim of this situation. Yeah. Yeah, I am a victim in this. They're stealing from me. How do I know one of those short-term Mrs. Quattre is then to just come true? And they're like, oh, well, got it.
Starting point is 00:53:03 Fucking, I got to get from me in mine. Which means they're taking from me. And how do you just, what is your actions to distance yourself? What do you do? Fucking I would. I would. I would try to help them out. I would be like, you know, you've always been very sick.
Starting point is 00:53:14 I would maybe, yeah, or like in court. Yeah. He did, he didn't have enough lithium. He needed more lithium. Maybe if I'm back in the back. Yeah, you didn't have enough, you didn't have enough lithium Maybe I could find somebody that would do that so wouldn't be so obvious You know how to see we go in the jail story. All right, but all right. You call it you're called to testify about his childhood
Starting point is 00:53:44 Oh, yeah, I can't talk about it. Yeah, I could give him a good testimony. Nice solid witness. I mean, I would have been, but it's kind of hard. I mean, first of all, you're assuming it's not the person that's delivering the package. That's the job. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:53:59 Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, that's likely. The point just opens the door and just shoots the person. I look like he was stealing trying to put it down. He's wearing a FedEx outfit.
Starting point is 00:54:14 Oh, wow. It's a good point. Uh, yeah, I don't know, man, that would be rough. My other question you I would be like, what was he trying to take? Maybe, not to be like, all right, that's over. Yeah, I mean look, you're my friend, I mean, I, I, what do you mean back away from them? Like how's that? I don't know if I could be like, well, like full support, like free Brian Johnson, like, like, a star, of a social media campaign.
Starting point is 00:54:45 Yeah, okay, I understand that. Like, I'm gonna be doing appearances for him to try it out. Are you wearing the Free Brian shirt on TV? Oh, that was great. I am. Oh, I am. I'm gonna do it. All right, fuck that.
Starting point is 00:54:58 That's a fucking prank. Fuck that, I'm doing it. You're my new brother. I'm gonna eat this, I ain't just fucking bizarre. I'm doing it. You're my new brother The guy should install What's mine is mine? a grown man made a purchase Another grown man tried to steal that purchase he paid the price what do you want from me? But it's it's one of those things where I was like, it's not that, like if I read that,
Starting point is 00:55:25 I wouldn't be totally shocked. That you shot it? No, not me. But like if I read it online somewhere, like, oh, this is what happened, you know. I would be like that person, fucking. If it wasn't you, I would have been like, why the fuck, that's crazy.
Starting point is 00:55:38 That came out to you. And that's crazy, should I remember? I mean, what would be the difference if you saw somebody take him some change out of your car or something? Good shot. You're gonna be alright. What's mine is fine. Mine is mine.
Starting point is 00:55:52 So, let me throw it to you Walt. If I was getting porch pirated and I set up like a fucking rope, what do they call those things that jerk you up with the tree? Oh yeah, grab it. Yeah, snare. Yeah, snare. And I set it up and like this fucking woman got sucked
Starting point is 00:56:11 into the tree upside down. And it was just like, wow! Wow! It was like, I would love it. And I come out and it's on video and me being like, that's what you fucking get. Now I'm calling the cops and you're gonna hang there until the cops come
Starting point is 00:56:25 And you're a backlash for you is there a backlash? Yeah, you think there is oh yeah Because there is some segment of the population that's gonna be like He could afford another fucking ninja foodie. I got for 10 ninja foodies Hey, but you know, so at the point Some people you'll be hailed as a hero by some almost all of Staten Island, but the rest of the country. Why? It's not a race thing. It's not. But you, right, don't you agree? I, I, I, I started to
Starting point is 00:56:55 agree with you. I think it's so relatable to be like stolen from in that way that I think he might be since he didn't kill the person. Yeah, I just said he made a camera out of it. Gloting on cameras is just a little bit too much, I think. Oh, is it gloting or is it like he's dressing down the person? Like, hey, see what happened? This is cause and effect.
Starting point is 00:57:14 You fucking stole my fucking foodie. I don't know if you can go back to the inn. Lovable fucking. Yeah, I don't know. No, America. Or for America, it doesn't like it. No. Yeah, average American. You might be able to launch political career. I don't know America. Or for America doesn't like it. No. Yeah. The average American, you might be able to launch political career.
Starting point is 00:57:28 I don't want to. But it's, so you think a, a snare, a, a, a fucking foot catch. It's coming out though and gloating and fucking. You think people would be like, and wagon your finger. Right. Then I go, then I go on TV and I'm like, honestly, I didn't think that thing would fucking work. I was, I just got caught up in the moment. Oh, all right, so no wagging the finger. It's okay.
Starting point is 00:57:47 Yeah, that is okay. What about a bear trap? That's okay. That's okay. One broken leg later, it's like, was it worth it? Was it worth it? Look like bleeding out there, pal. Does it hurt?
Starting point is 00:58:01 It hurt. Woof. I was like gonna say, I had something else here. I had the top stories of 2021. You did. I would love to listen to them. Yeah, I saw a list. There's some besides COVID. Yeah, there was the insurrection at the Capitol, right?
Starting point is 00:58:20 Is that the Capitol? Yeah. There was COVID, of course. I was surprised what didn't make the top stories, though. You know, TSD moving from right bank to Hasley. I really thought that would be a bigger, have a bigger impact on some of the stories, you know. It was a significant move, I thought, right?
Starting point is 00:58:41 Well, it's a toy to take. I'll move it out of the stash to here. I'll move it out of the stash. That has to be the number one story up here, right? That was it was a weird year Shit yeah, yeah So you had the interaction what else do we have we had I just I'm just talking about us moving Oh, that was it. Oh, you didn't really see a list. He wasn't going to have any commentary on the rest of the bullshit. There's a there's real fucking
Starting point is 00:59:08 Fashionals who will Pontificate on that shit. Well, it seems like every top story is about somebody getting shot Not over foodies, but you know over Nonsense and bullshit. Let's see top Top stories of 2020. And usually they're not really, they're not real feel good stories though. Usually they never are. Not these days. Now, I don't think the media has much of an interest in putting out positive stories these days.
Starting point is 00:59:35 It doesn't sell. I guess that's true. I mean, there's not that many positive stuff going on now. Oh, there's tons of positive things going on. The vaccine story I guess right? Yeah, there's a lot of positive things going on. I'll tell you something positive real fast. Give me a second. Uh-oh. This isn't about Bluetooth is it? No, no, no, this is an ad-free episode for everybody. Oh nice. Yeah Yeah, but us moving real quickly elephants underscore universe on Instagram. I've been watching episode I mean a video after a video of little baby elephants and shit. Oh, it's fucking awesome.
Starting point is 01:00:22 There is nothing. There is nothing more playful than a baby elephant. It's so fucking fun to watch. Yeah, like they're always falling cause they're so clumsy. This is a company called the Sheldrick Trust. Have you ever heard of it? No. I donate to them, but you follow them on Instagram too.
Starting point is 01:00:38 They save animals out that are getting hunted elephants and stuff like that. Yeah, and they have a lot of baby elephants on that. And every time they do them like fine, I'll send more money. It's that delithium working. Yeah, I think that's what Brian Johnson is doing. Why is he approaching that?
Starting point is 01:00:54 He's in the ivory. Yeah, ivory. It's a totally different reaction than the year ago. I don't know. But you were gonna say about us moving? Us moving, I mean, are you settled now? Is it all just a distant memory now? Like we're here.
Starting point is 01:01:10 Yeah, we're here. I don't even, I know this is gonna sound like something I thought I'd never say, but I don't even really miss a stash. And that weird? I could see that coming from both you and Brian though, because you didn't spend his nearly as much time there as I did but um, yeah for you it was like you came when
Starting point is 01:01:32 it was kind of closed. You were there, I don't even know if you were there when we got to 35, you know, you may have been gone already. Um, when we got to 35 in terms of working for the company. I Well, I what well the new store was it Right, you got hired to move the store when I left yeah, right? So am I am I comfortable here? Yeah, I definitely feel like this is the place yeah and
Starting point is 01:02:02 I don't feel weird like that weird feeling of like initially an October coming here and you know coming here and feeling like this was the place. So yeah, I hope that they I hope we should have fucking signed a two year lease. Yeah. Yeah. Shit. I'm gonna skyrocket. Yeah Shit in now, we got a fucking tank you fucking 30 gallon tank with a fucking mummified Elfin and I don't know how the landlord is gonna react to that when they when she comes and picks up the rent check So it's gotta be weird to
Starting point is 01:02:39 You know To people walking in and when they are neighbors walking by when the door is open and they see stuff like that in here. They probably love it. It's like, I don't like what are you guys doing in here again? Yeah. All kinds of boxes and shit. I just quickly looked up the top 10 stories. It's all political shit. It's all COVID shit. And it's all black people getting shot shit. It's just like no feel good stuff. It's I wonder when the last feel good story made the top 10 what year was it?
Starting point is 01:03:11 Maybe when that when the Prince and the princess got married, what's his name? Danny and oh Prince Harry, Meghan Markle, everybody hates them now. I know, but that may have been one of the last feel good stories right? I mean, I did make me feel good It was like a really indifferent Wasn't about like the sister was gonna get along. I don't even think those were friends. What are we about the other prints then? I mean, I'm so what's the other guy's name really unrelated? First of all, I know what's his father's william prince william. No, yeah, I didn't touch me
Starting point is 01:03:44 I just so it's like the Kardashians getting married it doesn't really like I got a heart of stone But wonder I wonder what the last feel good story to make the top 10 was It's gotta be it's gotta be a wedding novice celebrity It has to be That's my bet, my bet. The Johnson whole-tone marriage of 2020.
Starting point is 01:04:07 What else we got, anything? What do you leave us with, Eric? What kind of wise words? For the New Year? Yeah, but how do we live our lives? The way things are going, I know people good stories, maybe fear. You know, I think you know what I'm going to do. I think here's a resolution. I'm going to travel a little bit more. Maybe not, maybe not more, maybe come visit me. Please, yeah, you're exactly two years ago.
Starting point is 01:04:42 I'm going to say the places that I go won't be so meaningless, you know? Yeah. God, it's already too cold here already. I can't take it. But then the Mary Beth wants to go to Vegas. I just looked up the weather. It's like highs of 50 and lows of 25. I'm like, I don't want to fucking fly across the country
Starting point is 01:05:02 to sit in that kind of fucking weather. Like, I want to go swimming in shit. I want to take in some sun. It's get some race. I'm gonna go down South again, baby. I'm gonna go hit Key West again. I'm trying to figure out how to do this. I'm sorry. We just come over and heat up the pool. I don't know. When Darren goes over to the heat up, like when Darren goes to visit Eric, like Eric heats up the pool. All I hear about is complaints about the gas bills. Oh my god. Because what I'll do is like, I'll turn it off. Yeah, then I'll turn it back on.
Starting point is 01:05:32 Well, the pool heats. Yeah, and I have a hot tub. And so he comes over. It's like, he loves it. It's like a little like resort for him. So how much we talking about to heat the pool up? For when he's there there like maybe $700. What? Yeah. Where do you complain? And then I always get the bill like after he leaves, you know? Is that one dip?
Starting point is 01:05:54 Uh, yeah, so he'll, yeah, so the first time like he heated up and he's like, I'm in a pool like, maybe a couple hours, maybe like two hours, and then he'd let it cool down and then he reheated it and then no Well, you knew the after the second time He didn't know the first time I knew it would be expensive. I mean I don't see him that much So it's not that big of a deal But I would say you actually told him that that that second dip cost me $700 Well, I didn't say it that nicely. Wow. I just learned a little, it's just
Starting point is 01:06:30 like just leave it heat it all week when he's there. Do you have one of those things that can like roll across it? Like the heat. The pool is like an odd shape, so you can't really do that with that pool. Why would you have the shape of? I don don't know it's like some a cock and border like 70s modern California pool style it's jagged edges and stuff and you put this in? No, no the pool is there when you put the place. Yeah, consider moving. So any I imagine if it was built in the 70s or had to be some crazy ass shit going down in that pool huh?
Starting point is 01:07:04 Yeah, yeah, I'm sure some drugs. I mean, we still find action. The filters don't work. From dying to a decade. A 70s pool in Malibu. No, no, this is, this is out in East LA County. Now, there's come on, Malibu, close to Hollywood is out in East LA County. But like, come on, Alibur. Close to Hollywood.
Starting point is 01:07:27 Yeah. 70s cool. How much fucking deplorable shit happened in that pool? Oh, hopefully, a lot. Hopefully it's ongoing. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, you got him.
Starting point is 01:07:41 You got to deplore it up when fucking Darren shows up. I know you got it. I it up when fucking dare shows up. I know you got You got a guy who's a doctor is rich enough to have a pool in a hot tub And all he wants to do is tag along with his son and friends Delio Steve Dave Say Delio Steve Dev. Did you get it? Did you? Did you? Steve Dev. Oh, is that a little Italian?
Starting point is 01:08:08 Yeah. I love it. Did you? Steve Dev.
