Having healthy self-esteem is giving yourself
the gift of living fully and authentically. Today, I offer you a guided meditation to
reconnect with your intrinsic value. Wherever you are, I invite you to sit comfortably,
close your eyes if it suits you, and take deep breaths as you breathe deeply.
Imagine a soft light enveloping your being, a light that symbolizes the love and respect
you have for yourself.
With each inhale, this light becomes brighter, with a check's hail that spreads this warmth
and acceptance throughout your body.
Now visualize a moment when you felt proud of yourself.
Relive that sensation. Feel it in every fiber of your being. This is your intrinsic value.
Always present, always accessible. Outside our moments of meditation, you can cultivate
your self-esteem by celebrating your small victories, surrounding yourself
with supportive people, and engaging in activities that you are passionate about and make you
feel competent.

Start with the first grace.
Identify a moment of the day when you acted in alignment with your values or took care
of yourself.
This could be as simple as choosing a healthy meal or taking a moment to breathe deeply
during a stressful time.
For the second grace, reflect on a moment when you showed resilience or courage.
Maybe you approached a difficult task or expressed yourself in a tricky situation.
Finally, the third grace.
Find a moment when you felt joy or satisfaction.
This could be related to an achievement, a moment of connection with someone, or simply
appreciating a present moment.
Regularly practicing this exercise can transform your inner dialogue from criticism to appreciation By recognizing and celebrating your own successes and qualities, you reinforce a positive self-image,
