Starting point is 00:01:03 There's a lot of supports that Canada provides in terms of training and education for newcomers as we come here. I think that's fantastic. I think there also needs to be a lot of training and support for the organizations, Canadian organizations, as they welcome newcomers to Canada
Starting point is 00:01:21 and into their organizations. Finally, I think on the government side, clarity and empathy. Clarity on immigration policies as we think about pathways for immigrants coming to Canada, foreign credential recognition or clear pathways to foreign credential recognition, and empathy. I think there's a lot of newcomers, I know there's a lot of newcomers that come in challenging environments, and we have done it in the past, and I hope Canada continues to lead with empathy in regards to immigration.
