You're listening to Comedy Central.
Have you ever been watching the news and thought to yourself, wow, the Supreme Court sure
does suck.
We made a podcast about that.
We sure did.
There is a super majority of conservative maniacs on the Supreme Court right now, really
doing some damage.
I'm Michael.
And I'm Peter.
Our podcast, 5 to 4 is about all of this. Every week, we dissect and analyze a different ruling that has made our country a little worse, a little more cruel.
And you would not believe how many of them there are.
Check out 5-4. That's the number 5-4, wherever you listen to podcasts. You know, I, like, in a weird way, sometimes I do feel bad for Donald Trump because like with the serious strike, all right, whether it's wrong, th, a, a, a, a, a, a th, a th, a th, a th, a th, a th, a th, a th, a th, a th, a th, a th, a thus, a thi, a thi, a thi, a little, a little, a little tho, a little thi, a little, a little tho, a little tho, a little tho, a little tho, a little th, a little th, a little th, a little th, a little th, a little thi, a little thi, a little, a little thi, a little, a little, a little, a little, a little, a little, a little, a little, a little, a little, a little, a little, a little, a little, a little, a little, a little, a little, a little, a little, a little, a thi, a little, a little, a little, a little, a little, a little, a little, a little, a little, a little, a little, a little, a little, a little, a little, a little, a little, a little, a little, a little, a little, a little, a little, a little, a little, a in a weird way, sometimes I do feel bad for Donald Trump because, like,
with the serious strike, right?
Whether it's wrong or right is something that people are always going to debate.
There's always going to be questions around what red line should be drawn, which chemical
weapons should be acted against, etc., etc.
But in this instance, Trump acted with the UK and with France, right? And he launches the strike, and then people immediately were like, oh, thuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, thu, thu, thu, thri, thri, thri, thri, thri, right, right, right, right, whether, whether, whether, whether, whether, whether, whether, whether, whether, whether, whether, whether, right, whether, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, right, th. th. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thr-i, thri, thri, thri. Whether it's, thri. Whether it's thri. Whether it's thri. Whether it's thri. Whether, whether it's thro. Whether, whether it's launches the strike, the Allies launched the strike.
And then people immediately were like,
oh, Trump only did this to distract from the Comey book.
That's why he launched these missiles to distract us from the Comey story.
And then literally the next day after the strike,
Trump sent out like a barrage of tweets.
He's like, James Come, it's almost like he was going,
folks, don't let Bashar al-Assad distract us from Komi. We've got to focus on the real news,
folks. Don't get distracted by these chemical attacks, hashtag resist.
It's just like, oh man, he's just like doing his own thing, man.
Ah, Donald J. Trump. You know, you doing his own thing, man.
Ah, Donald J. Trump.
And you know the thing that gets me with the Syria issue is this, I go,
I'm always intrigued by how Western nations deal with conflicts and issues in developing nations.
Because here's my thing, here's my thing.
America will spend $250 million on missiles that are just
going to destroy, right? But if you say to France and the UK and America, hey, give
250 million dollars to these refugees and help them set up a new life, people
who are like, we don't have money for that. We don't have money for that.
We don't have money for that. But you got to spend the money, and this isn't even like, this isn't, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, th, th, th, th, that, that, that, thi, thi, thi, that, that, that, that, that, thi, thi, thi, that are just thi, that, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, that's that are just that are just that are just that are just that are just that are just that are just thiii. thi. thi. thi, thi, 't have money for that.
But you got to spend the money. And this isn't even like, I understand like the defense
case when people like we need an army for defense and we're spending it on defending.
This is not defending. They said this is to send a message, a 250 million dollar message.
You never heard of WhatsApp?
If I had that money and I was trying to get I would spend $250 million helping refugees and then I would like spend a million dollars hiring black Twitter to troll Bashar Alasad.
That's all I do.
I like you guys get your memes and your gyps. We're gonna take this guy down. That's what we're doing.
