The cost is just too high.
It's frustrating.
It's not your fault.
It's costing you or the company or your country.
Money, resources, goodwill, things that you can never get back.
So you want to get angry.
But the question is not whether the anger is deserved.
According to the Stelx, it's whether you can afford it.
As General George Marshall, the US Army Chief of Staff who oversaw Allied strategy and
who Churchill called the organizer a victory of World War II and the winner of the Nobel
Peace Prize for the Marshall Plan.
He told himself, I cannot allow myself to become angry.
That would be fatal.
It is too exhaustive.
And it's true.
Anger kills your energy, your health, your performance, your professional reputation, your relationships,
and our society.
When he was advising NeuroSeneca Tried,
futile as it turns out to warn his young
people about the cost of anger. He compared an angry king to a bee. It gets upset and
stings. Guess what? It kills itself. And isn't that what happened to Neuro? He attacked
everyone and everything, not realizing in the end that he was attacking himself and legitimacy of his reign.
And in the end, there was nowhere for that energy to turn but inward on himself.
And angry beastings and dyes on the spot. The costs aren't always as immediate for us,
but they are always high. So ask yourself, whenever the anger rises up within you and the urge to act on it starts to overwhelm your senses.
Ask yourself, can I afford it?
As we've said a million times, just because you don't have an anger problem, doesn't mean anger is not a problem, doesn't mean it's not costing you something.
And if you want to learn more about what the Stokes can teach you about controlling your emotions and not letting your temper get the best of you, I recommend you sign up for

Ah, the Bahamas.
What if you could live in a penthouse above the crystal clear ocean working during the
day and partying at night with your best friends and have it be 100% paid for.
FTX Founder's Sam Bankman Freed lived that dream life, but it was all funded with other
people's money, but he allegedly stole.
Many thought Sam Bankman Freed was changing the game as he graced the pages of Forbes
and Vanity Fair.
Some involved in crypto saw him as a breath of fresh air from the usual Wall Street buffs
with his casual dress and ability to play League of Legends during boardroom meetings. And while being in the office, he was involved in crypto, so I'm as a breath of fresh air,
from the usual Wall Street buffs with his casual dress and ability to play League of Legends during boardroom meetings.
But in less than a year, his exchange would collapse.
An SPF would find himself in a jail cell, with tens of thousands of investors blaming him for their crypto losses.
From Bloomberg and Wondering, comes Spellcaster, a new six-part docu-series about the meteoric rise and spectacular fall of FTX and its founder,
Sam Beckman-Freed.
