Hey, everybody.
Let's check in to see what's trending on this Friday.
Very quickly on our way out,
because look, it's the weekend.
We got things to do.
We have, okay, we don't have things to do, but we have places to sit, don't we?
And look at things. I'm here with me, myself, and Lacey Mosley. How are you, Lacey?
Yes, I'm good. As good as you can be.
Oh, yes. Thanks again for coming through this week.
Of course.
It's always legendary, legendary content so i always appreciate that
uh let's see what is going on very quickly on the trendiverse so far uh let's see tiktok is
trending because it looks like the department of commerce is prohibiting tiktok and we chat
transactions to protect national security.
Now, I don't know what is going on.
I know there could be a TikTok ban.
I know there is some kind of ban.
I'm sorry to that man if you are down with TikTok.
Sorry to that ban.
Sorry to that ban.
Thank you.
This is the Gen Z economy.
We're taking money out of 12-year-olds' mouths with all this banning. So I feel really bad for them.
And what about the people in them TikTok houses?
How are they going to pay their TikTok rent?
Well, there's a few of them in L.A.
We'll see.
They might have to go to YouTube, God forbid.
That would be absolutely terrible.
Then, let's see.
Shia LaBeouf is trending.
And we talk about this on Monday's episode, but apparently he was playing Jeff Spicoli
in a table read for Fast Times at Ridgemont High.
So, cool.
Shout out to Shia.
I used to rap with him.
You know, for everybody who knows,
I have to say that every time.
His name is brought up.
You can maybe find it on SoundCloud.
Really?
Oh, yes.
Yes.
Oh, my God.
You need to make that one of the songs
you write out
too one day is he rapping with shia labeouf next let's see what else is trending herman cain why
is herman cain trending herman cain is trending because the herman cain website has struck again
uh the cain gang says it's time for the obsessive mask wearing to wear off and then they link to the
herman cane uh website and this is trending because people are like y'all herman cane died
of the coronavirus like y'all can't tell us what are they doing what it's very weird why don't they
let that man just rest in peace and stop? It's weird.
It's like this digital, they're exhuming his corpse to do shit.
Like to weekend at Bernie's about coronavirus?
Yeah.
It's super weird.
And they've tweeted an article that says, police haul man out of library for not wearing a mask during a meeting about wearing masks.
And this is on HermanCain.com.
And they're tweeting, it's time for the
obsessive mask wearing to wear off and then everyone's like uh herman cain's ghost should
probably sit this one out wow wow wow uh then we what else we got apparently the view the shit
went down when uh kim klachik or whatever that woman's name that's from uh from baltimore
isn't she the one who like did that commercial where she's like through Baltimore and she's like, look at what Baltimore looks like.
But she's a conservative to try and just prop up
all this racist bullshit.
She called out Joey Behar's past use of blackface.
Well, which, yeah, I think we did see those photos.
But she said something where she was like,
I did darken myself up a bit to play a thing.
And, okay.
You know, darken yourself up a bit. Whatever, yeah. However you know darken yourself up a bit whatever yeah however you want
to euphemistically say that uh to each their own i did go to the queen collection from cover girl
and buy a few samples i had to just just to see just to find out what it was like sometimes i
had to get on my rachel dolish all as it were. And then just want to talk about Rosh Hashanah.
That's today, I believe.
Yes, it is.
It begins this weekend.
So shout out to everybody celebrating.
Happy New Year.
Yeah, do your thing, y'all.
And with that, I got to make a run out the door.
Unfortunately, there's things to be done in the real world.
But again, I want to thank everybody for listening in this week with Jack out and Lacey and Jamie in.
Lacey, let's do it one more time.
Let's just do it one more time.
And then we can let the people's ears get back to normal and bring the regular show back.
But you want to join me Monday?
You know, maybe.
Okay.
Then we'll have to stay tuned.
Maybe that episode is already recorded.
If you listen to the show enough, I don't know.
But with that, take care, everybody.
Please stay safe.
Wash your hands and wear a mask.
And, you know, kick white supremacy in the ass.
All right.
Talk soon.
Yes.
Bye-bye.
