You guys know what this began to? I know. Do tell. It's the last weekend for a
very long time without football. How about that? That's exciting. It really is.
Because next week is college football week zero. I mean the only game is Navy
No Today and you know we're taking Navy of that zero. I mean the only game is Navy no today
And you know we're taking the movie of that game. I'm gonna
Like that week zero business. I really don't it's week one because like you said it's the only game and like it's
Not super the only game like it may be the only like ranked team games is they've even ranked no
Not Navy is no to do even ranked this year. I think they are when I said only game
It's the only game,
you know, with opponents that you actually recognize.
So I think, I mean, maybe there's some other games.
I have no idea, but I just know Notre Dame and Navy.
That's it.
So Notre Dame's ranked 13th.
USC also plays their ranked number six,
but they play San Jose State.
Oh, of course Hawaii plays.
Hawaii is gonna play Vandy at Vandy.
So that's gonna be an earlier game.
Oh, am I FIU Panthers play Louisiana Tech so there's a couple games that
But if there's games it's week one. It's not week zero. I like that stuff. Yeah, I agree with you
Week zero should be week one. Yes Bill Mikey's in a new location
I notice and I know that that maybe we shouldn't be doing this
But I notice he has a map behind him with bullet points in it
Which I assume is all because he's traveled to all the 50 states
Those are the destinations that he's been to in each state. I'm guessing correct or so very it's so very close
This is actually a gift. I gave my father. It's a map of the United States because we travel most of the states together
And those are all the places we we traveled together the little bullet points in there.
Hmm, that looks very nice. Yeah.
Bill, you're writing a lot of stuff down on a piece of paper. It's weird. I don't know what you're
doing. We're excited for policies about the start. I don't know how excited Billy is because it
means a lot more work for Billy over the next four or five months. Ed Mikey, as well. But you're
writing a lot of stuff down
on a piece of paper.
What's going on with you?
Well, I mean, we're doing a show,
so I have notes so that I can, you know,
go through the show.
We have bullet points, things to talk about,
things to touch on.
So, you know, it's just, it's just right now,
it's just gonna go through some of the notes.
I can tell you it's on there.
I would, by the way, Chris Felica, the bear,
is gonna join us on this episode.
So we are hoping to get a you know some World Cup picks for the for the final games and college
football season totals. Talk a little realignment with him. But mostly I just want to see what the
bear is up to. I was told by the bear. The reason he could not join us earlier is because he will be at the gym with a personal trainer. I mean, really?
Yeah.
Yeah.
I want to delve into that, I mean.
I mean, it sounds like Fox is treating him pretty good.
He has a personal trainer now.
You know what, that's exactly what I was thinking.
Old blue collar bear has suddenly gone all bougie on.
Who's your bear, yeah.
He's got a brainer's private jets.
He's got everything.
Mm-hmm.
Yeah.
I was scared it would have been a yoked bear though.
Like a yoked bear making.
I was thinking that imaginative bears, like just super jacked because we haven't spoken
to him in a couple months.
So imagine he comes out.
He has like a six pack.
Just like guns.
I hope he does.
The other thing we have to ask him before we get to Billy's notes or Stanford Steve, and
I think Billy referenced this last week on the show, but Stanford Steve is replacing
the bear on college game day.
And I am wondering if the bear is rooting for Stanford Steve to go on five every week.
He asked me.
I mean, I don't think so, right?
He has a personal trainer now.
Why would he care about what Stanford's doing?
Good boys doing, you know?
That's fair point.
What are you writing down there, Billy?
Well, no, I just wrote college footballs back
so we can touch on that.
Obviously Notre Dame and Navy are gonna be playing
against each other in Ireland.
And guys, we're gonna have you cover for that
because we are going to be talking to one of the head coaches
for that game next week.
I don't know if I could say that, but we're gonna talk to one of the head coaches for that game next week. I don't know if I could say that, but we're going to talk to one of the head coaches,
and it's not Marcus Freemann. So you can look forward to that next week. Also,
we may have a live correspondent from Ireland, not named Mike Goliq. So you have that that you can look forward to.
Yep. By the way, the Navy coach, the main reason we're having the Navy coach on is so we can all pick the game,
and all three of us
will obviously pick Navy because who's picking against the naval academy. Yeah, I want to hear
Golek tell the coach that he is picking against Navy. The Navy coach. I want Golek to say we're
going to blow you out. That's he's not going to do it. I think he's becoming slightly better at that, but he's not going to lie to him, I don't
think, but he's also not going to insult the man.
Also, guys, very exciting.
If you remember a couple of weeks back, almost a month or two ago, back now at this point,
we had a night show, the American Gladiator on God bless football.
As you can remember, because he played football once and he kind of just said in passing
that he wanted to have us
help him with his fantasy football team. So on the next episode we actually have a fantasy
football expert coming on along with Nitro to help Nitro pick his fantasy football team.
So that will be delivering next week as well. So lots of things are going on right now.
There was a mentalist on a hard knocks. It's just lots of things happening.
With that fantasy expert, be Matthew Cherry or?
It is not, actually Matthew Cherry or Matthew Berry.
It's another fantasy expert.
Yeah, you're good.
Well, how about this?
Actually, I retract that.
You'll have to wait and find out who the fantasy expert is.
Is that a good sell after I told you it wasn't him?
You're on fire today.
You're crazy today.
I just have energy that needs to come out in one
form or another, you know. I could tell. You're promoting everything. It's unbelievable.
I've had two different forms of coffee this morning because it's first day of school,
so I had to get up early and get the baby already to go. And then I had like a regular little
Cuban coffee shot. And then I had one of those Starbucks bottled like Frappuccinos that you can buy at the grocery store
So like I'm a little hopped up on coffee right now
I'm gonna be perfectly honest with you but it's the first day of school big day
I mean it is a big day, but I'm also gonna crash really hard really soon because the coffee is gonna
We're off and I'm basically a zombie right now
Billy do what our parents still taking their kids to stores
I haven't seen a lot of this.
It used to be such like an annual tradition
unlike any other.
Are our parents still taking their kids to stores
to buy school supplies?
Is that still a thing?
We did because it was the first,
yeah, it was like the first like real school
that she's gone to.
So like we wanted to have that experience,
but it was also like her supply list was like five things. It's like a box of crayons, a pair of scissors, a pencil box,
and it was like very specific which ones you had to get. So I could have very easily on Amazon,
just like four clicks had it here the next day, but I wanted that experience also down here in Florida,
and I think state, I would assume that other states have the same thing. You have like just before school starts, like back to school tax free week where you get
that there's no state tax on the school supplies. So we waited until then. But that waiting game
is also dangerous because it's like two weeks before school starts and then a lot of things are
out by then. So like we waited for the uniforms until then, those uniforms are not coming until
God knows when. Thankfully, we had like an older cousin in this
Like it lent some uniforms, but it's a mess. It's I wasn't ready for this
I didn't sign up for this I guess when I had a good idea. Yeah, exactly
Yeah kids though Billy. Yeah
Billy, you got into the point where like the PTA now sends out like you just pay the PTA and they send you
What your what your kid needs?
No, I did it.
They did a big thing now.
No.
Well, here's the thing and we didn't talk about this on here,
but lots of apps are required now just to send your kids to school and there's
different pickup apps and this happened that there's like eight different apps
that I have to download.
There's an app where you have to, you know, pay some activity, fear, like there's just a lot of things
and know myself, you're gonna get lost in the shuffle.
I 100% know this.
There's also like a group chat on WhatsApp
for like the parents of the class,
which I ask my wife to please exclude me from
because I know that I'm never gonna check it.
And if I do, then it's gonna say 837 messages and I'm never gonna check it. And if I do, then it's gonna say 837 messages,
and I'm never gonna catch up.
So she's got her eye on that,
and I got my eye on the prize.
Are you saying that school has more apps
than metal arc media?
We have lots of security, I will say.
Which is a good thing, obviously, but it's, you know.
Who metal arc are the schools?
Well, metal arc has lots of security.
I mean, there's 25 apps.
I can't keep up with everything.
You know, the world's moving too fast.
I know.
And I just want centralized app, Billy.
How about that?
How about the world slow down a little bit.
And I know that the world's going to be the same.
But how about things were simpler before, you know what I mean?
Exactly.
Right, I dropped my kids off.
I picked them up.
There was no
Conversations with anybody. I mean I was told me what to buy Mike's for school
Went out got binders on loosely paper a couple of number two pencils. It's a pens. I mean
There you go. Thank you. What were you telling us about ESPN? They had floor ceiling something what was going on?
Yeah, I just want to say a couple of minutes here. I was telling you off here
ESPN has released ceilings, floors,
and their X-factor for each team.
If you'd like any of those, yeah, you can go team by team.
Wow, can we pick a random team here, just a random team.
I'll pick it out of a hat, the jets.
What are they saying about the jets?
We talked about this and you assured me
that this was not going to become a jet podcast.
And then the jets got on a hard knocks
and Mike, you got a job writing for the jets.
And this has very much become the jets podcast. You promised to win.
You're right.
At least it's not being a golf podcast.
That's stupidity now is a strictly golf podcast.
Come on, stop it. We love it. We love what we did this week with the smiley show.
Do you want the jet ceiling floor and X factor?
I want the jet ceiling floor and X factor? I want the Jets ceiling floor and X factor.
Yes, if you don't mind.
All right, Jets ceiling is, well, what do you, let's ask you first.
What do you guys as Jets fans think the Jets ceiling floor and X factor would be?
And I'm going to write it down, adding to my list of things.
I would say the ceiling is like 13 and 4 when the AFC is one or two seed
in the playoffs in the AFC.
The floor.
The floor is, the floor is 4 and 13.
Oh boy.
And their X factor.
Their X factor is the offensive line.
Okay.
McCoy Bechton.
Okay.
Mikey.
The McCoy Bechton is the only answer for. Okay. Yes, factor.
I would say their ceiling is a super ball appearance.
I would say their floor is a six wind season.
Okay.
So you have them going six and 11 is what you have is their floor.
They're see what would you say?
They're sealing record is because they just did season regular season right?
13 13 and 13 and 4. Mr. Gats. Well, okay. So ESPN has their sealing at 12 and 5. They're floor at 7 and 10. So a little more optimist than both of you.
And their biggest factor is the offensive line as well. So yeah, it's the only the only answer. Look at you guys experts. Well listen,
they're going after that that that bear who's still in hibernation, Bok Diari. You read that
Mikey? They are trying to get out of the arey. I love it. Might just have to wait for it to get
a little bit colder. That's all. You are you're down on holiday in Florida this week. I don't
know why I called it holiday, but you're on holiday in Florida this week. Do you ever head over to some training camp,
get some of that stuff in,
or do you have your sources out there that you rely on?
It is far too hot for a man of my size
and stature to be out.
So I tend to just rely on sources
and those skinny people that are out there.
So you just stay indoors at all times at this time of day?
By the way, I'm down to Florida.
How do you people do this?
How do you guys do this day in and day out?
Because I start raining sweat on the walk to the car
and the car is in the garage.
Yeah, yeah.
That's normal for us.
That's why I left when I was up in New York doing that live,
God bless football, if it was a heat wave and everyone had to stay inside,
it was 90 degrees out.
I mean, your 90 feels like 90 New York.
Our 90 feels like 190.
I mean, what you call hell, we call home.
To quote the famous Jonathan Rambo.
Let's go to Chris Bear, Felica.
Let's go to Chris Bayer-Felica. By the way, going to Ireland's enough for Notre Dame, you don't actually have any connection
to Ireland.
Like let's not pretend like anyone gives a f*** about Notre Dame in Ireland because they
don't.
That's just...
You should have that for next week.
What's the matter with you?
I'm just saying, like, there is no connection there.
It's not like there's like football in Ireland in like 1820. Like enough.
This is just like everyone from Notre Dame that's rich wants to go on vacation to Ireland. So let's play a game there because they're called the fighting Irish.
Like enough. You really inconveniencing our Navy is what you do. Thank you.
You hate the Navy. You hate America. Is that what I heard?
Not what hold on hold on. Billy, just let's start right here and give him your take on over there.
I'm not gonna give him any game next week.
This is great.
This is Chris Felica.
I love seeing his face.
He makes me smile.
God bless football to you, Bear.
And enjoy your final weekend without football.
Billy, go ahead, give me your Notre Dame rant.
Well, I was just saying, Bear,
that Notre Dame is going to play in Ireland.
And I think the connection to go play in Ireland is very loose at this point. I think this is just
you know the donors, the alumni, whatever. They want to trip to Ireland. So they're like oh
fighting Irish, let's go play in Ireland when no one in Ireland actually cares about Notre
Dame in this football game. Okay thank you. Thank you. Wait, you's Griff, that's it. You agree?
I'm sorry.
I do agree.
It's a cool little gimmick.
It sounds good, but no one over there.
You could put whomever over there.
I mean, people would go watch it.
Anybody who was under this like fault-free tense, that Notre Dame's football team has now
made up of like people from the, from the, from County Court is like a little disillusioned.
So it's really it's really it's a cool trip and it's a great experience for those kids to go over there from both teams, but yeah, it's not like
They're these Notre Dame backers over there. Yes, it's a great. It's a great way for
The players and the boosters and the donors to get a trip to Ireland. I agree. Billy, let's get the green wave over there. Because that's just, say you got, you got
your green for Ireland and the green wave. Mikey, can you look up to see if there's a single Irish
person on Notre Dame? Like Mike McClendon, she has expired. He has exhausted his eligibility.
Mike McClendon, she has expired. He has exhausted his eligibility. Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha I asked you to join us earlier, but you said you have left the SPN, you become a little bit
bougie, you know, you were blue collar bear and now you are at the gym with a personal
trainer.
You want to talk to us about that?
What's going on with you?
No, it was one of those things where once the season ended last year and I let myself
go a little bit too much, I was like, you know, I have time now to be able to kind of help myself a little bit.
And I'm like, you know what?
I wound up joining a local gym and I have a trainer a couple of days.
Because that's, that's just my biggest.
I just had like no like guidance.
Like knowing there I'm going to do this.
I'm going to do that.
So I got a little guidance with some with some programs and dietary plan as well.
So no, it's been going, Tuesday, Thursday, or my two trainer days.
So we have to change that during the season because I'll be leaving on Thursday, but it's
good to get back there and see him today.
So it's me.
I'm down on my 30 pounds since it started.
Oh, wow.
That's awesome.
Congrats, man. I love that because you know
the rare times that I walk into a gym. I'm like, what the fuck do I do now? Exactly. Like, oh, I'm gonna go get on the
elliptical for a half hour. I'm gonna do some curls, but it's amazing that the stuff that you'll learn that can be so simple. Like
literally like getting on your knees, extending your arms and putting them on like a one of the the aerobics balls
and kind of rolling it out and stretching it back, like you would never imagine what you feel
like in your abs and like it's incredible. Something that's stupid like that actually has an impact.
It's kind of cool and stuff that you learn. What's the most ridiculous thing that you've done with
the trainer? Like do you do the thing with the ropes
that you start swinging them up?
Yeah, really?
Yes, I do a, from time to time, it's like a circuit.
It's like four rounds of 30 seconds of rope alternate,
30 seconds of rope like that.
Then you go to like minute of rowing machine
and then you do like a minute of doing like step ups
with dumbbells until like a like a platform
say it's kind of cool.
It's good that you do that with a trainer
because like when I've been at the gym
and I see the people that are bouncing from machine
to machine, I just assume spec that they're on something
because they're just bouncing around, they're doing like one thing with one arm and they're going they're kicking to do it and then someone like dares to sit down on one of
Their machines and it's like you can't claim six machines at the same time right and then they get mad
Then they do like the pull-ups where they're upside down pulling them self-opened
It's like you're clearly on steroids. You're clearly on something else. No one has this much energy
So I feel like if you're gonna bounce around you need to have a trainer with you like you do.
Yeah, I saw someone today doing the, uh, the handstand up against the wall and like walking
down on my, yeah, some, I'm probably about three years away from every attempt to try
that. But when you do try it, please film it for us again.
Exactly. Uh, before we get what you're going to be doing with Fox for the college football season,
you are covering, well, you've been tweeting a lot about the World Cup.
I know.
You loved it, right?
You had a great time.
It was awesome.
I was like sad to come home.
I literally could have like fallen off the grid and stayed over there forever.
Right.
No, it was an awesome experience.
And I'm still kind of adjusting body clockwise to getting back.
It's right now.
It's, it's a, it's a 12 30, 12 30 in the morning over there.
Now some bodies still, but I know you did the incredible people, incredible food,
incredible city and, and a really cool event. Like, you could look, I'm not, I'm
not going to sit here and say I was this hardcore women's
soccer fan, but the quality of the product was really like for
people who like are nice, say, but it was very, very good. And
it's been profitable for me so far which has been good unfortunately
I did have
Beath the other day where I had the Spain team total under one and a half
I had Sweden to winner draw and I had a live better the game total under two and a half the game was no mill on the 80th minute
And somehow I wound up losing all three
So at least I didn't wake up at four in the morning to watch it or anything. Oh, no, no way. What do you think of the final here? I kind
of like England to lift the trophy. I haven't seen what the price is yet. I'm sure it's
up there now. I would imagine it's probably pretty close to a toss up. Spain is one of
those teams like they dominate possession, but they've seen to have difficulty scoring against some of the better teams. They played in
Toronto, whether it was Japan or Netherlands or even even against Sweden until the
two goals in the final nine minutes on Tuesday. But the way England played yesterday,
that was the best game they played all tournament. They got Lauren Hampi is
finally scoring.
Kira Walsh is healthy in the midfield and their defender
Brandy was played fantastic. And now they get Lauren James back
from the right card suspension. I would think
England should win. I think they are the better team. I think they do have some more
of scoring threats. I think they have the better defensive backlining and keeper as well. Should this thing get to
at a time and penalty kick. So, uh, and the amazing thing with England is like they lost
out like three of their best players to injury before the tournament even started. So, it's
an unbelievable statement about the depth and just the quality and the job that Serena
Wegman has done with the
team. Did not think I was going to be coming on here and breaking down women's world cup. Did you ever? Huh? Well, I mean, no, what you're doing is giving us gambling advice.
That's what you're doing. Right. I'm not asking your thoughts on the United States head coach stepping
down, you know. Yeah, but now the world is going to be getting out of your thoughts. Yeah.
I actually, I would imagine they're probably going to have Tony Gustafson be the first call
they would make.
Will he leave Australia and come back?
No, but I would imagine that that would probably be the first person that they would
call.
If you're looking for another market in the, the final again, I haven't seen anything
post yet.
You might want to look at what the owner is for corner kicks in this one because I think
the game is going to be played like tweeing the boxes, not many chance in the penalty area. So you might
not see a ton of corner kicks in this game. So maybe maybe take a look and see what it is
when it comes out. That's why he's the best. Never in my wildest dreams, but I imagine to even
look at what the total is total amount of corner kicks in a soccer game. That's why you're the best. I mean
seriously. Yeah.
Paint the picture. What do you be doing for Fox for the pregame show?
It's going to be great. We're all about beyond big noon every week, which I'm really looking forward to.
And then every week as well, we're going to have a podcast, flash digital show, one dedicated to the NFL, one dedicated to college
football.
So we'll have two separate pod slash shows during the week and then we'll have big noon
on Saturday and then I'll my normal column up throughout the week as well with picks
and nuggets and information and things like that.
But yeah, it's good.
I'm really looking forward to it.
Do you have any look obviously you've been doing it for a long time, but any like butterflies
or like mixed feelings is like going to be like your first day at school, a new show, you've
been doing, you know, you're either a show for such a long time or anything that you're feeling or
I guess you won't feel it until the day of. I think points for me, I obviously have had this stuff
so far with with soccer, but you're right, it is going to be a little different. It's going to be
a little weird not being on the game day set and seeing the people that
I've seen for the last 25 years or so.
But at the same time, it's kind of exciting.
It's a different opportunity.
And I mean, obviously, game day is undergone.
Some changes as well with some other people no longer on the show.
So it's not going to be the same show that I would have been used to even if I were still
there.
But no, I'm kind of looking forward to because there was the people who said to me
that after I made the decision to go, they're like, you know what?
It's a good move for you.
I kind of got a sense that maybe you needed to change.
You kind of grew a little tire, a little like familiarity,
same old, same old.
So they were happy I made them who put it,
but it's good because I get a chance now to kind of
do some different things with the football season
start to be on a different show.
And it's funny because getting back to soccer,
when I, that was part of the lower of going to Fox
was you got the world cup, you've got the euros,
you got all the soccer tournaments, you've got the Belmont Stakes, these are things that ESPN had in the past.
And to be able to do those along with college football and it show that it's up and coming
and be a part of their show every week, I always told people at ESPN that the thing I was
most proud of and the best thing that I was ever a part of was being on the World Cup
coverage in Johannesburg in 2010, people were like, oh, you're a college football guy.
Like, to be there for a month or six weeks, whatever it was, was incredible.
And now to go over here and have all that stuff come back and the flashbacks, I have a
great experience in Sydney.
And now look forward to college football season.
It's going to be kind of cool. It's going to be a little refreshing and I'm looking forward to the college football season. It's going to be kind of cool.
It's going to be a little refreshing,
and I'm looking forward to it.
I want to give you the opportunity to put to rest
of rumor that two guys have started.
You're actively rooting against Stanford Steve.
No, I would never, ever, ever do that.
You would never admit it.
That's my man.
He's going to go over there and he's going
to do. I would never really get stint. I would really get stint for Steve if I was sitting
right here with him. We were on the same podcast and we were doing like a head to head contest
pick. And I needed to beat him. Yeah. Oh, absolutely. But no, he's my man. I'm glad that
they are going to give him the opportunity to go on the show now
and do picks and use him hopefully. Hopefully, the one thing I can't, it's done on my business
anymore, but I would hope that they use him in an analyst type role. Because he has, the stuff
he would do on Hull, football live and actually break down plays and games and video. He's great. He's more than just an idiot like me
picking games like his experience playing. He has a lot to offer that show and hopefully
they will use him a lot of capacity. Well, I think you had a lot to offer that show more than
just picking games and I think you have a lot to offer this new, you know, the Foxbury game show is
well like that role is going to be different for you not just picking games, right? No, no, no,
I'm going to be I'm going to be involved in, I mean, I'm maybe not
every conversation or every segment, but no, I'm going
to be involved in the playoff discussions and issues,
discussions and game discussion and throwing ideas out there.
And we have it fully vetted out.
Like, that's funny.
That's the one thing someone asked me, like, are you
going to have the board?
I'm like, I don't think we're gonna do that like we need to
do something something different so I don't even think we really fully figured
out how I'm gonna like interest first picks throughout the show but we're
we're gonna and we'll have fun but yeah I'm looking I'm kind of looking forward
it's a lot of times I would kind of have an idea like what way whether it was
Kirk or Des or David or who never was going
to go with the topic. I got no idea with these guys.
We're like a week out though. We got to start figuring this out.
Yeah, no, we'll be okay. It takes a little longer to do. I don't even have a co-ist here
for my partner. We're still getting ahead of that. Oh boy, well, that's dangerous because I know someone who's gonna offer.
Yeah, man.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah, we did it too.
Billy actually suggested that I kind of talked to you into leaving ESPN and going to Fox
as I would have placed you on ESPN on College Game Day, which, you know, I'll tell the truth
right now. I did do that. And then I forgot to follow up with ESPN on college game day, which, you know, I'll tell the truth right now.
I did do that. And then I forgot to follow up with ESPN about the college game.
Yeah, a lot of a lot of things going on around the playoff at that time of the year.
They were a little preoccupied with getting back here on that.
Have you met the crew yet? The Fox crew.
Yes. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. We had a preseason seminar meeting out in LA with the college football guys and the NFL guys.
And yeah, no, it was funny because I had met Brady a couple of years ago in the game
to get a show with TCU and he and Joe did it was for the broadcast crew there.
But obviously I know urban from when urban was at ESPN.
But I knew Rob a little bit from across over a little bit of ESPN, but I, but I obviously had never met Matt and had not met Mark Ingram and I had not
met really any of the, the production staff behind. So I know it's, and I had not met Jenny.
So they know it, I said to the, when we were kind of just hanging out and talking, I was
like, you know, it's great to meet and be around you guys,
because the one, one of the things I always worried about is like,
the new guy, how are you going to fit in always?
He's game day, he's coming in, he's that show and he thinks he's going to come in,
maybe he's going to be better and how are you going to fit in?
I'm like, you guys have made it totally.
He's like, in everyone there, and he's ready, he was like, please.
He's like, where is like
a low maintenance easy going as it comes.
That's not an hour in our DNA.
So everyone has made it really, really easy to come in and adjust and feel a part of the
team.
And even with the soccer group as well, being down there, everything that's happened since
I made the decision to go, it is kind of reaffirmed and confirmed
that I made the right decision for me.
So it's been awesome.
And I would expect to continue that way.
I don't know the payment schedule at Fox, but every two weeks you get that reminder, okay?
And Bill, boy.
Every two weeks I do get an actual debt to that reminder comes tomorrow.
Okay. every every yes every two weeks I do get an actual that that reminder comes tomorrow okay it's badly it's badly needed because the bill a bill from Uncle Sam came in
and and and a bill from the agency came in so yeah I know you've met urban before
it's already earmarked I know you met urban before but but has urban tried to
sell you anything yet like a used car or anything. No, I have really...
I never even don't admit that you could bet something like that. Oh, you can bet yellow cards, you can bet corner kicks, you can bet fouls.
Oh, my God.
You can bet shots, you can bet shots on goal. Yeah, there are a ton of things you can bet.
I'm wondering here, Chris, because with the season starting next, this is the last week
and with the football, college football, the landscape of it has changed and is changing
so much.
What are your thoughts here on conference realignment?
People are upset about it.
I understand the rivalries.
For me, it doesn't really matter, okay?
If I never see Washington and Washington stay play again, I'll find.
What are your thoughts on all this?
Yeah, don't change the apple cup or the soap.
Don't go doing that. Yeah, now I'm not I'm not a fan of these things.
Mean something to you. I know that's why I'm asking you.
Yeah, someone who grew up loving college football and and
trust me. These things mean something to people out in
in Washington, Oregon as well. So it I hate it because
these 16 team conferences like you're going to play like
40% if that of your conference membership in conference play like that's not a conference,
it's not conference play. I just wish we would get to the end game here. They just don't
want to jump the book and jump right to the end. They're
going like chapter by chapter slow. Just get to the end where football is going to break
away. The Olympic sports won't be impacted. We go back to like the normal conferences
and you have the Pac-12 and all we're going to Washington soccer and basketball and swimming
and they can all be part of the Pac-. Football is completely different, and it's kind of ruining everything else for the
locker-price.
I say, ruining, because financially it does support the athletic department.
But I get its own entity, though.
I agree with you, yes.
That's ultimately what we're going to see.
So just go ahead, do the shock change right now, weed it out and move on because you
kind of burning some other things to the ground at the expense of football, which a lot
of people are passionate about.
So yeah, I am not a fan of all of these conference expansions.
However, that being said, the big can I come out the winner in the conference expansion, the USC UCLA and
Oregon and Washington, it's a that's pretty good. Yeah, no doubt about it.
By the way, speaking of USC, I think Caleb Williams is the best player in the
country. I think USC, if there's a team not named Alabama or Georgia that could
have won the national championship, I believe it's going to be USC if I wrong.
I still need to see it on the field with their defense. I
know they had a great offseason in the portal bringing in a bunch of guys on the defensive
line to help and obviously losing Addison at receivers in issue. I still need to see
it from SC. I don't know if they can get through the pack 1212 on Skade. I still have concerns about their defense.
Obviously Utah has given them problems and Washington should be okay.
You see a lot easier, easily could have beaten them last year as well.
So I don't think S, I don't view S.C. as like a legit, like tried and true national
title content, because once you get, they can get to play off.
But I don't think they can get to the playoff and
say Beat Alabama and then beat Georgia. I don't think they can do that. Do you agree on Caleb though being the best player in the country?
Yes, yeah
I think he is the best player in the country
I think if you if you needed to put someone up there to have the conversation with that with thing more of an Harrison
The wide receiver to live straight would be up there as well. And then Brock Bowers, it's interesting how
you would, you would include a
wide receiver in a tight end
among the best players in the
country. Normally you'd kind of
say, okay, maybe it's a defensive
lineman or a linebacker or a
defensive back, but there's some
great skill players out there.
Certainly in Harrison and Bowers
we're going to be very high
picksled, but but Caleb skill level at the quarterback position is
something different. He's a special player and I'm sure we're going to be hearing now all season about how he is the next
can't miss quarterback in the NFL and then once graph time comes around, they're going to pick his game apart and say he's not a
sure thing and why would we want to take him this high.
and why would we want to take him this high? Week one, you guys are covering Colorado and TCU in Texas.
I know there's a lot of excitement about Deon and Colorado.
What do you think realistic expectations should be for him year one?
Because he has a big job turning that around.
Yeah, he does.
And I would think realistic expectations would be four or five wins.
I think if they get four or five wins, that's a good year.
And I know there are a lot of people out there
who are expecting them to completely fall on their face.
And I honestly don't think we know one way or another.
Like odds are there'll probably be like a three and nine
or a four and eight type of team,
but at the same time, it could go either really bad
or really good.
Like, this is not like, oh, you're bringing a new coach and he has the roster and maybe he brings in a couple of guys.
This is completely new coaching staff, completely new roster.
So like, the range of outcomes is ridiculous.
The staff that he put together is really strong, Lewis, that coach,
a Toledo left to be his offensive coordinator.
Charles Kelly, who has been around the SEC for a long time,
was at Alabama, far as state as well.
He's their defensive coordinator.
The staff is great.
He's got his son at quarterback who played well last year at Jackson State.
So like, do I think they're the ball team?
No, but you look at the bottom of the pack 12
and some of the games they have in the non-conferential.
If they're sitting there and they have a chance
to get the six, I wouldn't totally be shocked.
I was not being said, the people running out there
and betting them to win the pack 12
and betting them to win the national championship
or make the playoff, you can do something better
with your money.
Go give it to a Salvation Army or goodwill
or whatever your local charity of choice is
because they don't give it to casino
because they're never gonna.
You can bet the over on corners.
It's eight and a half, I mean, wow.
Eight and a half?
Yeah, I'd go under on that.
Really? Oh, wow.
I'd go under the over's minus 140.
Good, those of you that were getting 120 back on that. Yeah, I'm good with that
Or maybe maybe came a what maybe you can find a maybe you can find a flat nine and you can get one ten either way
Huh, I don't know what that means but that would be good. Yeah, I go under eight and a half
Okay, oh five nine I got five three or or even even four four on corners
I have how much time do you spend looking at books just so you can get a flat nine?
I mean.
Well, that's the thing in Connecticut, it sucks because I've basically been banned from one of them.
What?
Oh, yeah.
Sugar House doesn't like me anymore because I kind of took them for a good bit of money a couple of years ago.
It's funny because I literally came back vacation
June 2022. I had left and there was nothing, nothing wrong. I was still able to make my little bet. So I'm gone for three weeks on vacation. In that time, I won a good bit of money that I
had bets lined up on
EG3 out of tech to win the French Open, this was 2022, and that won when I was
gone so that obviously was bad for them. Then I came back and it was like we're
in a Stanley Cup playoffs and I remember like sitting there and I don't know
who the lightning were playing. I don't know if it was a ranger is it was someone so I'm like, yeah, I'm gonna go
under
Under six and a half and I put it in the mount and I get the spin spin spin spin
It's like your W you can say wait wager amount too high your maximum allowed wager is
$17.18.
So I'm like, what?
I do it again. I'm like, I've got to be an error.
Do it again. Same thing. And like this goes, I'm trying like different bets.
Same thing. So yeah, I'm, I'm basically what they call like a 10% or
anybody's like, I'm limited to like 10% of whatever their max bet is.
So yeah, they're fortunately for me, sugar house is going away.
Connecticut unfold.
Oh wow.
A couple of months ago, I'll have a new book
but right now while I have in Connecticut,
it's fan dual and draft things.
Huh.
How does that conversation work?
Like how do you know?
Oh, you know, and then you send the,
and then of course you send the email to your VIP rep
and they're like, oh, let me look
into it.
I'm like, yeah, I'm sending, I still have all these screenshots of my phone of like, you
can bet you've got some of them allowed wage or $2.14 and I like sent them all along to
the VIA and they're like, oh, this is this is a coming from the sports book.
So what can be is their sports book operator.
And they're like widely regarded as like the worst
people. So yeah, this is a this is a sports book operator decision and we can't do anything about it online.
I'm sure. So yeah, they they don't like me.
Chris Fleeke of the Bears with us. Check about on big noon kickoff on Foxy.
His left ESPN. He is now part of Foxy's pregame show. Chris, before we get
you out here, we appreciate the time as always. And by the way, I look forward to
coasting the podcast. Definitely. I was. Yeah.
Yeah. Please let them know and they can contact my people. They'd like I am I am
wondering if you have any like season, what would be like, give us three bets.
You like, you know, total season over wins over whatever you have, team to make it to a national
championship for the college football season.
I play while I did play Oklahoma to win the national championship.
Now, it doesn't mean I think Oklahoma's going to win the national championship,
but it's 61.
The Pac-12 is kind of a, that's a Pac-12.
The big 12 is kind of a, a12. The big 12 is kind of a conference
where you get a wide range, a lot of variance.
Like you saw TC make the playoff last year.
I was state nearly one of the league a couple of years ago.
Baylor nearly wanted me to play off a couple of years.
Like you get some very,
like last to first kind of deals.
And Oklahoma's a team that they kind of fell apart
last year and burned Vennables first year.
They lost like four games by a combined 16 points
and the two games that they got blown out in
were the two games that Dylan Gabriel
either didn't play the Texas game
or got hurt in the TCU game.
So they're back now, their schedule sets up really well for them.
They missed Texas Tech in Kansas State where the two teams that have given them like the most
problems in like giving upset. Again, are they going to make the playoff? Probably not, but if you're
holding a 16-o-one ticket and they happen to win the big 12 and
they get in the playoff, then you're in a position where you can play out of that and
maybe it makes some money.
Right.
You take a shot at Oklahoma at a 16-1 to win the national title.
I played Washington under nine and a half wins.
The Huskies are a pretty trendy team out there in the packed world coming off that Alamo ball win over Texas, but I always worry about the teams that kind of come from nowhere
I last year and not much was expected from Washington
I liked them last year and I played them over the win total
but this year not that when ten games to beat me and
The defense wasn't great last year. They want a lot of shootout type games with PENIX
at quarterback and you'll lose UCLA in Colorado
and you pick up USC in Utah on the schedule
and you've got to go to Washington.
You've got to go to Rather to Oregon State
and you've got the trip to Michigan State
and who knows how the Spartans are going to be this year.
So if they have to win 10 games and they beat me
and they go 10 and two, 5, I'm okay
with that. But I'm under 9 and a half on Washington and I'm under 9 and a half of LSU.
I know a lot of people love LSU this year and they talent wise. They're great. But if
you look at the first month of the season, you have road games away from home.
Brutal against Ole Miss Mississippi State and Florida state. Like you potentially could win that bet by the time the calendar turns to October.
It doesn't even include the game against A&M at the end of the year. It doesn't include the game in Alabama where Alabama is going to be hell bent on revenge for last year.
So like they have five like legit, loosable games that doesn't include anything else on the schedule. Now, do I think they talent wise?
They were top 5-10 team. Absolutely, but they have a difficult schedule. And I think with some of the turnover
they had on the defensive line or offensive line, you'd need to get better because there was a reason
Jayden Daniels had so many Russian yards last year, because he was kind of running for his life at times.
So he's going to have to get protected, I think a little bit better
against some of the teams you're playing.
So two wonders in a flyer on a long shot
through the national title for you.
I love a flyer.
All right, Oklahoma, Washington under nine and a half,
LSU under nine and a half
and under eight and a half corner kicks
in the world cup fight.
And it will go to the end of the week
and that corner kick would bet.
It would go to the best bet.
What? All of those under eight and a half corners are the best bet. Find a way. That would get would bet. That's bet. What?
All of those under eight and a half
corners of the best bet. Really?
I had pounding under eight and a half
one or two. I'm not going to see if I can
find an alt on that too. Maybe see if
there's an under under nine and a half
or under nine. Maybe.
Find a flat nine.
So eight and a half and plus money.
He said, that's good.
I like it. He's very excited half a plus money. He said, that's good. I like that.
You seem very excited.
The thing that excites you.
I'm going to have to fire up the phone when we get done here and send that in.
Just don't call that casino that you're banned from.
No, you know, you should have a health to give me like a 78 cents on it.
I'm sure.
All right.
Hey, we're super happy.
Thank you as always for the time.
We're going to kick off. Check them out. It all starts in a couple of weeks. All right. Hey, we're super happy. Thank you as always for the time. We're going to kick off, check them out.
It all starts in a couple of weeks.
Colorado, TCU, that's the first game.
It's Colorado, KCU.
And then we're going to have Nebraska, Colorado.
And then Penn State, Illinois, I believe,
is the third game.
So yeah, there's competition there
with the ESPN and Fox, right?
Like the ESPN guys, they're checking out
the numbers over there, right?
Because you guys have been getting ready. Oh, absolutely. No, there's definitely,
definitely, definitely check out the numbers. I mean, I'm not sharing any state secrets,
but it's interesting how like the ratings war and like knowing that like big noon goes into
like 12.05 to get like the five minutes of the kickoff game at noon.
I said, and then GainD started to go past noon to try and do the same thing to get like an Apple's
rating. No, there's no, there's there. I'm not saying anything that people don't know
some are really. This is all I'm telling you. If this is the year that you guys outrate
college game day, you take all the ways. Yeah, well, you need to raise and you take all the credit here, man.
I'm I'm curious to see the how I will DVR game day just to see how they are this year
without without me without David without without Gina into some of the changes at the
man. I'm curious to see how they and I would Steve that I'm sure this is curious to see how the dynamic on the set and the show is going
to be because they think it'll be a little bit different.
All right. If you notice Billy disappeared there, it's because he had to go pick up his
kids half day at school. Half day at school. Yeah. Yeah. Yes. School started. We're back
at school. Ready? Well, down here, it starts a bit earlier. And so what today was his kids first day. First day is a half day. So what happened to like starting the
Wednesday after Labor Day? That's exactly right. What did happen? Wednesday after Labor Day,
we'd start and then you'd end like June 19th or so. That's some Northeast. Right.
So they end up on earlier down here. They end the end earlier down here and they start
earlier. Okay. Then we did in the Northeast. That's really that's it. My Andy's a weird
place, man. What could I know? Really? I never got that impression from being down there
for four years. Wait, I should ask you this with our Miami audience. What is your outlook
for the Canes here? I think you will see improvement. I'm not sure this is a
a nine or a ten-win type year. I mean, yeah, you have A&M and some of the games that they have.
Until they can avoid getting beat by the middle-tacies and the Georgia techs and the FI.
It's hard to expect them to make that leap forward, but I do think you'll
see a much better offensive line. I'm hoping Van Dyke will return to the form that we saw
a couple of years ago. Hopefully it was just a deal where it was square peg round hole in the offensive
package and we'll see a lot more from him. And I think defense has a chance to be decent as well. So hopefully that's the case.
I think next year is the year you're going
to see the big step forward.
I think the recruiting classes that Mario and staff
are lining up.
I think 24 is the year where you're
going to see them maybe make the Florida state type move
that you sell Florida state mate into this year.
So I would think a realistic expectation and something
to be satisfied with this year would would be eight and four
coming up with what we've seen the last couple of years.
And they're eight and four and they go to ball game
and win the finish nine and four.
That's a remember I'm thinking back now remember in 1999,
I think was a nine and four year with a couple of brutal
losses, the Penn State game,
like a blow-knop by Virginia Tech.
And then 2000 was the year, everything kind of blossomed.
So I just want to spit it into a positive type of analogy.
This I think could be like the 1999 type year before the 2000 season.
But since you know the school, you went to the school and you know it's so well,
there's nothing surprising about what's going on with John Ruiz.
you know the school you went to the school and you know it's so well uh there's nothing surprising about what's going on with genre we
Yeah, you shit I'm not the NIL master that's very smart. I knew when I logged on
What I think I was in Australia. I can't remember where I was and I saw someone tweet about
Oh, just so you know like
80% of their Miami's and I have money is from something other than John Ruiz
I'm like, I'm not even opening this up. I don't even want to know what this is about
Stay away my friend
Let Mike Ryan handle it, okay?
I wonder if it was him and my mighty Mike. I wonder if it was him.
In my mind, he might wonder if it was me in his tweets.
Oh, it could have been.
I don't know.
I do.
How's he doing with Messi, by the way?
How's that?
Oh, he loves it.
Billy is Billy.
And I agree with Billy.
Billy and I have been real against this.
Like, Messi playing in the MLS is like Patrick Maholmes playing in the XFL.
You know what I respect?
I respect his decision to come here and play
and not go into the retirement league in Saudi Arabia
and take the bucket of cash.
Like he realizes like, you know, I can go here
and be in it, get more eyeballs on me.
Yes.
Absolutely like pop culture rock star
and you can play in this league and still be televised,
still be viewed and be a part, still a cop America
and things like that.
Like let name are and all those guys play in the Saudi league
and go take your money and no one's gonna care.
But good for messy for making the decision to come over
at MLS and kind of really help that league.
He's by all the, actually had a former colleague.
He is the league, Chris, you know, I had a former colleague at ESPN who were family friends with him and everything you hear about the guys that he's just a phenomenal person.
I think I think what I've heard some of the things that he's done's great for the league and also I think it's six games
He's the club's third leading scorer all time
You scored never they're the finals of this of this mid season tournament. Yes, you know
I'm trying to look up the stat right now so I can give it to you, but it is funny
Yeah, Lionel Messi is third all time in goalscored for Inter my end. He hits six games. By game 11 he will be the
all time leading score. Yes no doubt. We appreciate the time my friend. Good luck to you at Fox. We're
happy for you. You look happy. Listen, the best news is you're hitting the gym going to a personal trainer
And you're doing it because you have time now. Yeah
Right my my wife my wife was like no more excuses like you I'm like you're right. Right. I'm with you
Yeah, yeah, what you what you dare say she was wrong about anything
We had we had a we had a near
Emergency this morning
I'm at the gym this morning and I got the ear
bloods in like one moment upon the elliptical beforehand and I hear the
text from Ali, I need you to do me a favor and there's a pause and oh my
God, what did I did I did I leave the toilet seat up did I forget what did I
do or didn't do before I left the house. And it's I accidentally ordered my latte to the cold highway,
Dunkin' Donuts. Can you please pick it up and bring it back and take the ice out
and put it in the fridge? I'm like, family emergency.
The caramel swirlized latte was ordered to the wrong Dunkin' to now.
It's in the fridge.
You got it. Like you didn't, you didn't question anything.
You just wasn't got it, right? All Alright, can we have Molly on one day?
Yeah, she'd love to. Yeah, really? I want Molly on just to like give me some
stories about what it's like living with this creature. Okay. Okay, let's do it. Listen,
I don't want her co-hosting your podcast. Yeah, you don't know. I have to have Molly that. Okay, let's listen. I don't want her co-hosting your podcast. That's very laundry.
Yeah, you don't know.
I have to have Molly on, okay?
I need to have, we're gonna make this happen.
But I don't want her co-hosting the podcast with you.
I don't want to plant any good ideas here.
I'm gonna do that because that's mine.
I don't, I would not have her co-host the podcast
because she's not well versed in the betting sphere.
So I don't want, I don't want to have to go down to New York with her every week. But she is well versed in the in the betting sphere. So I don't want I don't want to have to go down to New York with her every week.
But she is well versed in the Chris Felica sphere.
And I would like to have her on and see what it's like to live with you.
Okay.
I will I will I will let her know that you're calling what she needs you.
And you're looking for a flat nine in a sports book.
And what goes through her head?
I'm going to go see a BMGM or anywhere has has has a nine. I appreciate that. I don't think you care about the rating stuff you want both shows to do well because you'd love those guys. Um, and I know they love you. That's the thing, it's always gonna be a part of me. Like, it's kinda like a kid who like,
you can maybe move away, you're like the pride of the lion
and you move away.
You always,
kids like do well.
So, that show will always be a part of it.
But I'm hoping that our show can really make a,
identity here because I think we have a good crew
and I think we have a good platform
and you talk about the change in landscape in the in the in the in the
Colful World right now we got a good position here with the big 10.
Yeah, worked out your way.
It really did conference realignment.
Uh, good luck to you, man.
Listen, the great thing is you'll be working.
You'll be working while they're doing their show.
So that that makes it easier for you.
You know, you don't have to sit around and watch about a Saturday.
Exactly.
We're watching you. We know, you don't have to sit around and watch about a Saturday. That's what we're watching you.
We're loyal to you, buddy.
It was very weird during the ball season to be sitting here,
just a couple of weeks after I made the move,
to not be at the playoff and just kind of watching the growth
ball show, watching the semi-finals show,
then watching the final show.
It was a little weird, but it was good.
After the couple of blowouts that they had there,
it certainly was happy to not be sitting there in a television truck and it's now 63 to seven, Georgia. I've been there done that
Mikey did you find a flat-none yet? I have not but I tell you I absolutely wrote down
Everything Bayer told me to bet so that when I get back to Connecticut, I can
make those bets.
I have them written down.
So do I.
I have the the under and corners eight and a half of the world's women's final unless you
can find a flat nine.
Right.
I have a flyer on Oklahoma.
I have Washington under nine and a half and I have LSU under nine and a half.
I put all the bets in already. I did. He looks so happy.
I'm happy for him.
I love the bear.
I did.
Yeah, I love the bear.
I'm so happy that he's so happy, you know?
Yes.
That's very well said.
Yes, I'm happy that he's happy.
What did you write and where did you write about the Jets?
Because Hard Knocks episode two was fantastic fantastic and since Episode 2 was aired, Daoven Cook
is signed with the Jets.
They are now going after that bear-boughty-orey.
I mean, he's out of his mind that guy because the offensive line has it look great.
But what were your thoughts on Episode 2 of Hard Docks?
I love it.
I love that we have a quarterback.
I love how much everyone freaks I love that we have a quarterback. I love that. Much everyone
freaks out that they finally have a quarterback. Like veterans are freaking out because they're
around average, which is fantastic. But what did you write and where did you write it?
A-DZ Sports slash New York Jets. I did a running commentary for episode two. Michael Clemens
is definitely not a dude. I want to fight. The mentalist, the first trick was good.
The second one blew my mind, the third one I got up and left because that was just ridiculous.
I mean-
Well, the one with Rodgers where he had a goal-fishing his hands.
Where he's goal-fishing his hand out of that, like, stop it.
No, that's not possible.
And then, I don't know if you noticed it when they were calling out which plays were play action and which plays were actual runs
Rogers was getting mad that they were actually guessing it like and how bet you that he went into film study
And he's gonna change up everything to make sure that they can't figure it out and then he's gonna be like guess what MFers
You can't figure it out now
No doubt. Yes. I mean listen. It's a coin toss, they're guessing. So he should get that upset.
You're either gonna run or pass, you know.
Is Quinn and Williams the cutest badass
you've ever seen in your life?
I love it so much.
When he talks, I just smile, and then he plays football.
See, this is what a quarterback does for an organization.
He makes your head coach look better.
He makes your head coach look smarter.
He makes Quinn and Williams look adorable.
He makes Zach Wilson lovable. This is what Zach Wilson is a backup looks better, he makes your head coach look smarter, he makes Quinn and Williams look adorable,
he makes Zach Wilson lovable.
This is what Zach Wilson is a backup is so much, he looks so much better and he's so much
nicer.
I made seriously.
He makes wide receivers look like they're Hall of Famers, the Offensive Law knows a problem.
But everyone else looks great.
Why?
Because that man is in the building and And because he's in that building,
it attracts players like Dalvin Cook.
I don't want to hear from teams like the dolphins
and dolphin fans.
I said this earlier on our show.
Oh, I don't want Dalvin Cook anyway.
Get the hell out of here.
You want Dalvin Cook for no other reason
than it keeps him away from the New York Jets.
And the Jets want Dalvin Cook.
If for no other reason, he makes the back feel better. Breesaw is injured. They're not certain he's going to be 100% when the season
starts. Daven Cook is a really good running back. Average is nearly five yards carry
versus entire career. Okay. But the main reason you want Daven Cook beside the fact that
he makes your team better, it keeps him away from the dolphins. Okay. So I don't want to
hear about, oh, we don't want him. Have fun Okay, so I don't want to hear about it.
Oh, we don't want him. Have fun with Moster, who I love, who lives right down the street
from me, who I talk to, but that guy gets hurt every year. I got to want to hear about
dolphin fans. Oh, we don't want Dalvin Cook anyway. Get the hell out of here. All you.
The number one reason the Jets want to Dalvin Cook is because Aaron Rodgers said, hey,
go get me Dalvin Cook real cook real quick and i like yes sir
yeah we have to get that
for you and that's what you do right right
right at the end of the day but the alvin cook would never want to be a part of
the new york jets if arir rangers was not there it's a one-year flyer
and he'll play with arin let's see if the two of us could what is super
ball will go from there
you know
i just said jets is super bowl in the same sense it's holy shit we're doomed god
bless football I just said Jettin's Super Bowl in the same sentence. Holy shit we're doomed. God bless for Polly.
