Starting point is 00:01:32 I feel like you can dunk too, right? You get pretty high. I feel like you're overestimating my ass. That's what I mean, maybe? I don't know. You get to do my hands and shit. I mean, I do the worm pretty accurate. my pants and shit and I do the worm pretty yeah I like your belief in me. Yeah, a little kid
Starting point is 00:01:52 The word is no correlation You do the word yeah, but that's like a like you did that when you were I do that shit for sure There's a lot of support over here and a lot of criticism over here Right? The worm thing is just though you're right You have to do that, yeah, for sure. Yeah, yeah, yeah. There's a lot of support over here and a lot of criticism over here. Right, it's really, yeah. And the worst thing is just, no, you're right. It caught me off guard when you did it.
Starting point is 00:02:09 I did not expect it. I was sitting here like, Oh shit, he busted it out. I was getting out. After doing that, those lunges. Yeah. This is the media's podcast we've ever had. Yeah, it's collective.
Starting point is 00:02:19 Chin is it's the most meat or muscle we've had and the most weight we've ever had inside this room. Yeah, I'm not the weight of this. What, I was trying to figure out how much you weigh. I weigh 249 right now. We've had the most weight we've ever had inside this room. Wait a minute. I was trying to figure out how much you weigh. I weigh 249 right now. I'm lost with weight. About 250.
Starting point is 00:02:31 What were you but lost so much? 260, 262. Oh, damn. I've been trying to cut down. I've been trying to get leaner. I'm 241 right now. I'm probably 55. 255?
Starting point is 00:02:41 Yeah. So we're over a ton. You're over a ton. You're 60 something right now. How much you should go probably like 260 260 Why are you why are you all around same way we're all similar height? Yeah, you guys are pretty comparable. Yeah, just you guys right now is one thousand eighteen pounds Just you guys sit down really a thousand eighteen But you get you guys are all in the six is I'm five eleven. Yeah
Starting point is 00:03:06 That's why we you're me. Yeah, you make up for it. Yeah, I'm just trying to get all that's what I'm just fucking all this muscle Yeah, and you're cutting down just for the summer or what what's going on here? Man, I want to fucking I want to fight some of these youtubers in the Since we've met you've been saying that I know well, but like who like any kale? But my thing is like these youtubers, you know, they're not big dudes like you like these youtubers are pretty small kids I know who the fuck's in a fight because here's your problem Yeah, you need somebody who's gonna be your size, which is gonna be tough. Yeah, B You need somebody who that's gonna benefit right like you just fight a nobody cuz a big dude It might do well on your channel, but if we want to get this big payday
Starting point is 00:03:59 We need somebody who's gonna compare will cloud right? That's and that's the biggest caveat like there are people that like I could do it but it's like It just it'd be like am I the only one just driving the sales, you know Who's my boy the British guy who breaks down Logan Paul and stuff like that big in MMA. I love them. Oh the British guy. Yeah Yeah, oh that guy. What's up done? Like how big is he? He looks like the mountain he looks like I can't imagine seven things stone I've heard already he's not small
Starting point is 00:04:34 Look at him all I met him. I met him in the UK. He's 34 six feet Six there's no way. He was nine. I know that can't be true. Yeah. No, he's me. He's me heavy in that He says he's 198 six two There's no ways one idea. No, there's all about six with their six two somewhere else. Come on Look at that thick neck. Oh, that's just me go. That's just me spit ball ideas there. Yeah similar I want low-income Paul. Yeah. Yeah, I want to fight low-income Paul Yeah, I want to fight Logan Paul. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:05:03 I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:05:11 I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:05:19 I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I thought it was all just podcast shit. But he's like a YouTuber, a podcaster. He's big in that space. I know he's big as a podcaster.
Starting point is 00:05:28 I don't see much like YouTube constantly. I don't know the YouTube world. I should stay on that lane. Podcast for sure. I know he's big there. Yeah. I just don't know. But you want YouTuber?
Starting point is 00:05:39 Yeah. I feel like he's big name and he's also heavyweight. Maybe be down. We do across this pond thing here. Of course we go to the UK. He's like the K and he's also heavyweight. Maybe be down. We do across, you know, pond thing here. Here we go. He's like just like the KSI local boxer. Wait, are you trying to box or MMA? Yeah, MMA.
Starting point is 00:05:51 MMA. That's the other thing. Like you're a tough sell. Yeah, yeah. So it's like, hey, what was that video where you're literally throwing dudes around the fucking an octagon like they're gonna see that. It's like fight Bradley Martin.
Starting point is 00:06:03 All right, box. No, no, he wants to. MMA is like, what? I don't gonna see that. It's like fight Bradley Martin. All right, box him. No, no, he wants to see what's new. And then they're like, what? I don't know, dude. Yeah, I know. He has almost two million subscribers. Yeah, but it's all podcast content. I get what do you define as podcast content?
Starting point is 00:06:18 Click on him. I guess, like, there's no, just sit down. Look, the rebuild that could be you guys. Dude, he is every bit of 240 He's definitely not not one idea. Who wrote that? I'd had about and whoever wrote his right mind round his flat Well, that's the mountain on the fight holy shit people can look at a boxing dude for calling that building And he's such a good dude till I look No, it's a very
Starting point is 00:06:43 That to me a lot in the next always Harry and it's a black British dude. I love that There's always one I think he's every bit of a fool. Especially with six, two. That has to be. He's a thick kid. Would you ever fight again? No, never. Even like this kind of shit?
Starting point is 00:07:11 No. I have nothing to gain from this, right? Because name a YouTuber, I don't know, YouTubers. Let's say they came at me and it's like, wasn't he a top 10 to have you wait? He's like, can he spicking on these fucking YouTubers? Like it's not, yeah. After fighting, you have to go back and fight a fighter. Yeah, I'd have to fight like a real, like you already did that.
Starting point is 00:07:30 Like I'd have to fight like Fade or who's coming out of retirement. That'd be the only thing where people like, all right, that'd be so much for a job, but if I fight like, I don't know, fucking the rock, that'd be cool. Of course. But yeah, that would be cool. But even with the rock, nobody's in me cheering for me,
Starting point is 00:07:44 right? Yeah, I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. Of course, but yeah, that would be cool, but even with the rock nobody's me cheering for me, right? My mom's like you Do it, you know, of course not why would he do that? I would love to write that be amazing I think thank you Christian. Thanks man. I mean, I'd hope so but also It's just like is are we drug testing? What are we doing here? You know, like is it just free for all the rocks out and then it's an MMA or MMA. It's gotta be MMA. Thank you. See, but you're if we're gonna do this man, you're gonna have to go with what
Starting point is 00:08:22 it would if you start with box and then we go from there? Because no, what YouTuber's gonna fight your big ass in the MMA match? Boxing's scary enough, then they're gonna put, yeah, because I'm thinking about it. I'm like, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna,
Starting point is 00:08:37 who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's gonna, who's What if I fought a real UFC fighter? Who was like on his way out?
Starting point is 00:08:45 And I had it on my head. There's have to be someone who cut from the UFC because UFC's not going to fight. Yeah, because of the contract. But for sure, that would be compelling. Like someone who, my advantage, because obviously, I'm not a fighter. I've never been, I've never fought in a UFC ring like you have, right?
Starting point is 00:08:58 Do you have any background in combat sports? I mean, I train, yeah. I train a little bit here and there. That'd be no. Like you have no wrestling. No wrestling, no. Like, you have no wrestling. No wrestling, like. No, no actual competitive. Oh, got it.
Starting point is 00:09:09 No. So, but so if you went after like an, someone, I'm thinking someone who was lighter than me, because my advantage would be my weight. Your weight? Yep. And then they're like, actually really good, you know. Like a Logan Paul thing.
Starting point is 00:09:21 Yeah. Like his advantage was him being way bigger. Yeah, but he's not as good as boxing. And obviously that guy's way more skilled in like him being way bigger. Yeah, but he's not as good as boxing obviously that guys way more skilled And like in the UFC. Yeah, so you've had a light heavyweight, you know somebody probably walks around at 220 or something Yeah, I mean, I don't know. I don't know you would know those light heavyweights are big boys man Like the champ you on walks by 240 250 Fight fight. Yeah, 240. We're not talking about him.
Starting point is 00:09:45 What about some of my 200? Yeah, that's what I think we're talking about. 180 fiber, like 180 fiber walks around 200. Oh, yeah, someone who's 200. I know. 200? Yeah, 198. I feel like somebody be down.
Starting point is 00:09:56 They're gonna hear this, we're gonna pray get some. Yeah, so what a step up. You know what I mean? When you ask me, I cannot think of anybody in that YouTube world that makes sense. Yeah I think it would be cool to fight like I say Miranda. Well, that's Like someone I just think it'd be cool to see like go in fight with like a like a real fighter in their in their actual Sport because all these guys like they're trying to like you real fighter in their actual sport.
Starting point is 00:10:25 Because all these guys, they're trying to like, you know, the Jake Paul's and all that, they take the people out. They've been things you've out and fight them. Now I've been through that. Yeah, I mean, even Tyrone, like it's now, it's like, leave UFC box me. Yeah, right?
Starting point is 00:10:35 Yeah. I wanna see someone like go in the actual sport and try it. Obviously, they need some sort of advantage because like, they don't have the amount of hours that that guys had into UFC ring, like they're completely brand new to it hours that that guys had in the U of C ring like this They're completely brand new to it. You're a Vanish with five in aspirin. Yeah
Starting point is 00:10:50 No, that's not a good one probably Yeah, the advantage would be size obviously not the actual fighting experience. Have you talked about on your channel before? Has anybody know this though? You know I'm like I'll think it and then'm like, yeah, we keep talking about it. I just, yeah, it's like, I put that down in your head. I'm just like, I think because like, yeah, why not? Like, also because these other guys, Logan and them,
Starting point is 00:11:13 and like I said, they take the fighters out of their like, their actual skills. What they do. Yeah, they can fight them somewhere else where they know they obviously have a better chance. Like, I get it, like, I understand the whole game. You're willing to do it. It'd be cool to see someone like,
Starting point is 00:11:24 do some shit that's you know fight them Obviously in what they're good at and my idea was like oh be heavier though. That would be my event. Yeah, can you think of anyone chin? Bradley a size but what did it on the way out though? I was like even smaller smaller but on the way out. I'm gonna be a size Henry's the hudo I'm gonna be the size. Henry Sihudo? Don't take that! What?
Starting point is 00:11:45 Why him? He's small. Because he's really small. He's retired. He's super small, but you're talking about Olympian and a two-time two-division world-class champion. What on my prairie? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:11:57 Like you mentioned Mike Prairie before. Mike Prairie is a somewhat cranky. He's a good one. No, I'm the one who looks the good one. The good one. The Lucy won't let him touch it. It's a hudo like. So that's why Dan is threatening it when Logan was like,
Starting point is 00:12:09 oh, I want Khan or something like that, Dan is like, not happening, dude. Quit chasing after my fucking guys. We're gonna sue you if he continues. Really? Yeah. Oh, sure. If UFC does not play that game.
Starting point is 00:12:19 I didn't know it was like that. So can't be someone, has someone retired? Isn't it crazy though? I'm sorry, interrupt. No, UFC, like it started like completely on fights The big guys this you know for sure But you got to make it a sport like yeah, be a sport. That's be weight classes. Yeah, otherwise just a free show But for yours want a free show. Yeah, that's why Henry's to who to make sense and I know you really you really think
Starting point is 00:12:42 You really think you really think so. How old are you? He's 130. He's so little. He's so little. But he's so talented. He's five, yeah. He's five, he's five, he's five. But if you want to get old school,
Starting point is 00:12:50 and you're like this, and you're like seven, and who want to get old school, you have C-style, you're talking about UFC fucking old. But then the other question is, does he drive enough traffic to it? I think so.
Starting point is 00:13:03 If I do, take all my fucking money if you fought Henry Sehu. Oh yeah. Well, that's what you're saying right now to me, but I'm saying would that just be me son-in-a-one or like does he have an audience to sell that to? He has an audience, the fight audience would get behind him. You're talking about UFC royalty, dude.
Starting point is 00:13:17 Yeah, they love him. Chocolate dance. I don't know, no. Oh, yeah, we love chocolate. We love chocolate. It's nice to help. Yeah. What about Anderson Silva? Oh my my god BJP would be a crazy crazy It would be a show
Starting point is 00:13:31 Yeah, it would be a show is that best of all this he's a ball guy Yeah, why is the guy way back in the day one of the first videos that I ever made viral was me jumping out of a pool Oh I'm a countdown yeah out of a hot tub I'm gonna try that in a pool and That's how it's. I saw him jump out of a hot tub. I'm a countdown. Out of a hot tub. I'm gonna try that in a pool. And then that video environment. No, BJ is a super freak.
Starting point is 00:13:52 T2RT. T2RT? He's too big. He is, right? He's too big. He's a big boy. Stephen, no. No, I don't know why it's his past,
Starting point is 00:13:59 we're C fighters, but. No. I'm managing that. I don't know because someone was like, fight Francis. I was like, what the No. The men are shooting at the other guy. You know, because someone was like, fight Francis, I was like, what the fuck you doing? What are you saying? I mean, the units would be lit. Oh my god.
Starting point is 00:14:11 They're good. You probably beat the shit out of me. What do I think? K, K, Velazquez. All right, just kidding. I'll be quiet. Frank is interesting. I honestly think, I think that a man of girl
Starting point is 00:14:21 would beat the shit out of like a lot of guys. Well, that's what Dana was like, hey, if you wanna fight a UFC fighter, you can fight him in the newness. I think she a man to grow would beat the shit out of like a lot of guys. Well, that's why Dana was like hey If you want to fight a UFC fighter, you can fight a man to a newness. I think she would be She went she beats up guys in the gym like real fighters in the gym. She'd be a fucking handful. I like the Henry Sahoodle thing Like a David a little bit of a liar. Yeah, be sick Damn, I hope somebody jumps that the Anthony Pattis is about to get. I feel like Soroni would be down to do it.
Starting point is 00:14:48 Be still with the UFC. Yeah. There's the who know. There he is. That could be you, man. There's no Arizona native to me. Now Mark did wrestle in high school. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:15:00 He's 2002, 2002, 2000. Give me a chance to get a championship in Marine County. I thought you might know Marine County. I'm close to go,, one, STL championship Marine County. I thought you might know Marine County. Of course. You know, he gets from fucking hood too, right?
Starting point is 00:15:09 A little bit. Well, okay. So I went to high school in Marin. And my parents are both from San Francisco properly. Like my dad went to SI. Oh, wow.
Starting point is 00:15:17 Yeah. Yeah. Like I have some front. You know, Rear Dennis. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:15:22 We like Balboa and LOL and Wow. That's all the same hood as you. Yeah., he's a little more north, but but San Francisco Yeah, we would go into and that was like we'd go into San Francisco to hang out like on the weekends when I was growing up Yeah, you know, we're in it's just it's a small Kind of like small small and nice. Yeah, yeah, like it's it's a lot of preserved land And it's kind of like the old like stereotype. It was like hippies, you know, like moving there and kind of having their little like, you know, the community of
Starting point is 00:15:49 whatever, you know, Northern California sort of spiritual. You know what I mean? Yeah, I think that's changing because it's just like as the barrier grows and people just push outward and you know It's just people looking for affordable housing wherever they can get it. Not not that Marin's cheap or anything, but it's the whole area. Now, did you grow up with all white kids or? Is when I hear that. Absolutely. It sounds like you have a rocker. You can't hit B5.
Starting point is 00:16:15 Yeah, and I remember when I was in, before I moved to Marin, I was in Claremont, and there was a big punk rock scene there. So, yeah, I was probably all the same bands, there was local punk concerts, everyone was in a punk and skating, I was probably gonna sing bands. There was like local punk concerts. Everyone was in a punk and skating. I moved them in and like all the white kids were in a rap. You know, totally different.
Starting point is 00:16:30 Fantastic. That's a really Bay Area thing too. Right. Whole Bay Area is like that. Yeah. Bay Area is like, like, capture in the Bay Area too, right? Yeah, I'm from San Jose.
Starting point is 00:16:39 A lot of Asian influence there now. It's hot. Yeah, it's better. It's better. Yeah, many. The biggest train in town. Oh really? Let's go. I thought it was LA. Oh wait Yeah, there's a lot of Asian influence there in daily city
Starting point is 00:16:53 It's been like Filipino. Yeah, daily city is straight up Filipinos. Yeah. All your nurses Yeah, and you PS workers. That makes sense. San Francisco. So Asian like populated because of Google being up there. You think no I I want to troll himself out. I want to troll himself out. Do it. What's this? It's a hack like it's Asian.
Starting point is 00:17:27 That's a really fun man. That was a loaded statement that I feel like we know a pack, you know. Starting 20 years ago, Asians just said that I wouldn't be sent to this. But is it Asian because... Computer? No, no, it's okay. He's from Rhode Island. It's a big mouth. I got I would be sent to this but is it Asian because Computer No, no, it's okay. He's from a big mouth. I'm gonna push He's from roll. I'm giving you a chance
Starting point is 00:17:51 Give me a chance I know Have you talked about this on your channels? You're going to Austin? Yeah, you're open up in zoo culture in Austin. So I'll be like, probably a little more than half. And then you're gonna leave the zoo culture here and you're gonna be able to go out there. Yeah, I'm actually looking for a bigger than half. And then you're going to leave the zoo culture here. Yeah, I'm actually looking for a bigger space here.
Starting point is 00:21:27 Oh, you're still going to move. Yeah, so the one that we're in now, I want to move to a bigger space in the area. And again, I try to tell you I was trying to buy the warehouse. Everything's getting bought up super quick. It's a beast, really. Like really, really quick. So it's going to be a topic in itself of what that's going to be. Yeah, so I'm trying to find another space, but it's hard to find a suitable space
Starting point is 00:21:46 to the right size and parking. That's the biggest issue. And then when you open in gym, you have to have permits too. Because I know my buddies try to open in gym off in sure, like a boxing gym. Yeah. Because they do the permits. It depends on the zoning of certain things. Certain things like you can have certain types of businesses.
Starting point is 00:22:01 In warehouse spaces, you can have gyms. There's different retail zones and things like that where you can't have certain kinds. And you just want more space? Is that where you're moving? Yeah, we need more space. And we need more parking. Parking?
Starting point is 00:22:13 Yeah, parking is crazy. It's because my landlord's just an asshole. Isn't that right? Because you walk out, we park every day. There's so many free spots on these other businesses. Yeah, and they have those cones up in there. I'm telling you, other people, it's not the karate people, they're great. Yeah, it's the uniform store right next door.
Starting point is 00:22:28 Okay, they're the shittiest. I've literally offered that money, be like, let me just pay you every month, because they don't use a single spot. Right. There's no saying that. How active is that store? Listen, during COVID, it was completely closed. You could order stuff online, right? But they still wouldn't let you use the word.
Starting point is 00:22:43 They wouldn't want, I swear, if this fell in their spot, they'd be like, that's, you need to take that out of us. What are we just old white people that don't? I have no idea. Like honestly, it's not. Like the management is not that, but I imagine the management is probably
Starting point is 00:22:55 disconnected from the actual ownership, where I'm like, I'm talking to the management, I'm like, hey, I'll give you money to use these spots every month. They're just like, no. But I imagine that message probably never goes to the owner. Of course, yeah. It's the owner probably be like, yeah, like, do we use those spots? Never. Yeah. spots every month, they're just like no. But I imagine that message probably never goes to the one or the one or the other.
Starting point is 00:23:05 It was like, it was the owner probably like, yeah. Do we use those spots? Never. Take the money. Yeah, he's a bit like, he's like, he ain't give me. So I've done everything in my power, and now I've just got to the point where the landlord
Starting point is 00:23:13 just like blocking off all the spaces. There's like four spots in the front, there's like four in the back. I grease the palms of the guys. We have like six, I think we have 14 or 16 total. That's not bad. 14 total, and then like we have a bunch of parking out back There's a ton of parking in the back. There's there's good parking, but like people have to walk and it's just not it's just not optimal
Starting point is 00:23:31 What it what it could be it's not super in communion, but yeah Yeah, and there's obviously people keep coming. Yeah, it's just the the landlord man And he's he sides with the dentist people. I don't get it's like I could spend if you spent like one day there You see how absolutely a nested it's no one ever used it's yeah, if you spent like one day there, you'd see how absolutely unnecessary this, no one ever uses this. No, it's just like a little kid, like that's my ball, I don't want it, but I don't want you to play with it. Yeah, it's a lot of fun.
Starting point is 00:23:50 And I'm talking about giving them money and everything, because it's like, I don't know what to do. I tried everything. Just on that. How's the membership been since like LA opened? Because like obviously you were like the only gym that stayed up to the whole pandemic. Yeah, it's gone out.
Starting point is 00:24:02 It's definitely gone out a little bit because there's a lot of people from like hours away that would come. I know people from, like, yeah, I used to go to gold all the time, but now I'm here. But Damien, you drive down here just to work out, like, yep. Yeah, it's a destination.
Starting point is 00:24:15 Yeah, and now we have a lot of people who, the people who cancel members just were because they're from like Pasadena or some shit. Yeah, which is like, we call them quitters. Yeah, it's like, okay. So, who's doing your cancel. It's like, okay. So you wanna go to cancel? Okay, yeah, you can go.
Starting point is 00:24:27 You can't put on a freaking light-up. Yeah, enjoy your workout at 24-off fitness. Yeah, enjoy like, hating your fucking everything. Yeah, 24's. So one thing, I know you talked about this a little bit last time, but whenever I talk to people about the vibe at Zoom, because I had this personal feeling of like, everyone's in a good mood here,
Starting point is 00:24:44 and like social, and I've just met so many friends, everyone's in a good mood here, and like, social, and I've just met so many friends there, like who I, you know, have formed legitimate friendships with, I do sketches with Isaiah, et cetera. And I'll tell other people, and they're like, yeah, same here, like, it's just different versus going to 24 LA fitness, I've been to many gyms in my life, and never had anything approaching
Starting point is 00:25:01 that level of camaraderie. And is that something you kind of intended to build with the gym or is it just happened when? Yeah, like, I mean, it's like you definitely always want that. I don't know how exactly I just, it came about. Obviously, like all my intentions and the things that I do in there is like, I'm trying to make it a dose space for myself.
Starting point is 00:25:19 So if anything, where would go on? Like, I remember back in the day, like, you know, I have to kick people out because they did this or because they did these for people, three or four times. Imagine four people would come up to me like, you know, this person's an asshole.
Starting point is 00:25:31 Okay. We'd kick people out, right? So yeah, of course over time, it's just like, I think the people who ended up staying or people who just really appreciated the whole vibe, the whole culture, and it kind of continues to go. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:25:44 Continues the snowball. So that's the biggest thing I think the differentiates. Two biggest things that differentiate this brand's new culture from like all these other gyms is obviously the community and the actual connection in the culture within it. Yeah. And then the actual equipment, right? Because the craziest thing I said this before I opened the gym,
Starting point is 00:26:01 I said I knew this gym would be successful even if it wasn't me doing it because over the course of like five years on social media, I along with many of the like fitness influencers like posted so much content over the years, we're like, you're a 24 hour fitness or you're LA fitness or whatever gym. Like I would go to random places, because that's my whole life,
Starting point is 00:26:18 go to film content at gyms to like, go film like lifting this crazy heavy dumbbell out this gym in like you Kipo's like a 375 pound dumbbell or going to this gym traveling this gym, going all over the place. And the internet would see that content be like this equipment or like that dumbbell or like this type of barbell or like that type of machine
Starting point is 00:26:34 and they'd be like, what is this? What like, imagine how many demons over the years like what the fuck is this? Yeah, it's actually drive sales for these days. Yeah, so like most gyms don't have any of that stuff. Right. And imagine over four or five years, six years, you have people being like,
Starting point is 00:26:46 man, I want to do this, I want to try this. Yeah. So I knew like even before I opened the gym, I was like, this kind of gym that involved like crossfit, parallel to your body boom, like obviously, I need a bigger space, I wish I had more equipment, but having all that stuff that people have been seen over the years are like, you know, the chains
Starting point is 00:27:00 and like the different types of attachments. Yeah. The kettlebells, like the whole like, that's not a norm, the kettlebells are like the whole, like, that's not a norm. The kettlebells are now, but it's not like a normal gym thing. So you see this over time, and not just me, like I said,
Starting point is 00:27:11 all the other influencers in fitness, and you're like, oh shit, like where is that? And then imagine someone opens a gym where like you know that it's there. Yeah. So you want to show up. Right, beyond like the whole like, social media celebrity type thing
Starting point is 00:27:22 where someone wants to come visit me, I just knew that kind of gym would do well. Yeah, you're so serious people who know what they're doing. And so here's another thing on that same thing with community but also the equipment. Imagine my goal was like I want to open up near every 24 hour fitness or LA fitness or goals gym. It didn't matter. It wasn't competition because I knew that there'd be people in those gyms that are just
Starting point is 00:27:39 a little more serious. And that would be the crowd that'd be like fuck this, fuck this place. I want to go there. Yeah. Because you know, you know, like if you you've been to 24-off fitness, you've ever trained somewhere like there consistently, you'll see this, those people, there's like a few types of people. People who come in, they just do their thing because they got work and then they're in there and then they're out.
Starting point is 00:27:55 And then there's people who like, maybe they hang around the powerlifting rack and it's like, next you know, there's like through a forum and like, they kind of meet or they come train at the same time. Those people who are like, oh, I really want to get my squad, my bench, my deadlift up. Like, I know that group of people is gonna leave their gym and go to the Zooko's. For sure. Right, so if it was over there by 24-O'Finnis
Starting point is 00:28:11 where that same concept I guarantee is happening, just in smaller levels or bigger levels, depending on how you see it. They just put in those power racks, like all the 24s of power racks, but they can get in the car before. They're doing it now. Like you could tell, like you,
Starting point is 00:28:21 over the last like four years, 24-O'Finnis has changed their model dress. Yeah. Like they try to put turf and all their things out, they try to have like functional areas, like you, over the last like four years, 24-offinists has changed their model dresses. Like they try to put turf and all their things out. They try to have like functional areas, like kind of how the gym has a cold drink as well as a cold. You could actually get your eyes like,
Starting point is 00:28:31 oh, that's here now. Cool. They're trying to like catch up, but they can maybe add that, but they still never have like, still not the environment. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:28:39 Cause it's 24 for a lot of people. It's like, I need to get in and get out cause I got work. And it makes sense. If that makes sense, it's amazing. Yeah. But I knew that like, this is the kind of spot I would open up anywhere near these other gyms, and it was succeed.
Starting point is 00:28:49 Because people, those people are more serious in there are looking for that. And also the dichotomy of like, sometimes I'll go, all go to the zoo culture, you should come sometime and people will go, oh no, I couldn't work out there. It's probably really intense and intimidating. This was interesting. But conversely, like actually, the experience of when you go
Starting point is 00:29:04 in and people are really serious about fitness They're actually excited and happy to be there and happy to show people who don't know what they're you know Yeah, the more serious. There's some big glad dudes with a shirt style. Yeah, they are but they're all super nice They're all like you that might be so that one side of their shoes. I'm like, hey get your fat ass out of the shop I Like oh shit Some guy dude's very funny this mess. I'm all thing and I'm like I'm like Todd. It's a pal though I don't a shot big for it. I'm like no, but no, they're joking No, they know what to tell you. Yeah, fuck no. Yeah, this guy's like I said it's for the podcast
Starting point is 00:29:38 I this guy's like one of the biggest guys in there. Yeah, I think I like said earlier this guy's deceptively big Telling you see this guy name you see him seem in real life you be like what the fuck? It's not it's definitely not what you see on an in and great genetics for strength to come in like I mean By the way, I want to say something before we continue this podcast Thank you guys for bringing me on and like this it seems to me the beginning of this just turn like promoting to close What's your science on this? We brought that out of you. Yeah, I was like, my bad. No, that's us.
Starting point is 00:30:06 I appreciate it. Yeah, because it's just been such a, like for me, person I know for these guys. All of us. It's been just a super positive way to start the morning. You know, I love that routine. And that's also something that I try to preach to other people. It's like you have a healthy positive routine surrounding
Starting point is 00:30:20 your exercise that you enjoy. And you're going to do it more. Whether that's the weights or anything else. And I also wanted to ask you about how you think about that, is your mindset with consistency, and if you ever been in a rut, been depressed, and not exercised, and gone.
Starting point is 00:30:35 Yeah, so here's the thing, man. The thing is I think is really significant. This is part of the reason why I stood up and was like, I'm gonna keep my gym open, was because, you know how there, I kept it open, everyone goes, like, not everyone. Like the small minority goes, why don't you just work out at home,
Starting point is 00:30:50 you're such a piece of shit, like COVID's killing all these people, you don't care about anyone, right? That's it, yeah, I'm here. I don't care. I don't doubt it, I'm sure it was stream, but I don't know. I would get those messages, right? And like, you're killing everyone.
Starting point is 00:31:03 Right, so the thing that people don't realize, and this goes on your question is like, the gym for me, my whole life has been a place where it's like, But I would get those messages, right? And like you're killing everyone. Right. So the thing that people don't realize and this goes on your question is like, the gym for me, my whole life has been a place where it's like this is the thing that keeps me going. Not just because of the physical activity and like the way it makes me feel, right? But mentally and also the community.
Starting point is 00:31:19 Like having people you are able to see every day and you're like that keeps you coming back, that keeps you happy or someone, let's say, let's say you wanna learn powerlifting, right? And you know there's some powerlifting, and they're friendly enough to be like, to show you some stuff, or you ask some questions they're gonna teach you.
Starting point is 00:31:32 Now, you're learning, because of the people in your environment, that wouldn't be the same, it's like, just go fucking work out at home. And for a lot of people, some people need that extra push. You know, like, let's say, for example, you got injured, and you're working out at home,
Starting point is 00:31:44 and you're just like, I'm just injured, I won injured and you're working out at home and you're just like, I'm just injured, I won't work out. But if your buddy knew you're going to the gym together and he's like, just come anyways, do what you can. Yeah, you're around, right? Like you have to, you have to like, mind it. And even if they're different minded, like you guys kind of come together in a place
Starting point is 00:31:56 where you're both kind of pushing each other to become better. So the community aspect of it is so massive. Like that people don't understand. Even let's say fuck like fitness goals, but maybe just you're having like a really bad week or a bad month or a bad day and you you meet your boys Who you're trained with and they just they just make you feel better correct? And it's like people don't understand that they're like if the people who don't understand our people who don't experience
Starting point is 00:32:17 Yeah, so those are the ones and oh you should just be at home and you're dangerous and you're causing it's like and I knew from the beginning Like that just doesn't make sense. I would have said semi-apy arms. Yeah. Yeah. Like, how much you bet? Yeah. The guys probably, you know? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:32:32 And when we three get together, it's just fun. Like, I don't feel like we're like, you can lift and have a good time. And we all take it super seriously, but there is this social element to it that is undeniable. And I think that's what you talked to, like psychologists, about like what fights depression,
Starting point is 00:32:48 purpose, community, you know, self-esteem, all those things, and actually as you get from the gym and listening to the last podcast with you, I really, I just think I'm back with you, Son. Yeah, exactly. I was struck by the sincerity of like the reasons that you kept the gym open. It wasn't financial, it wasn't.
Starting point is 00:33:06 No, I just didn't know or think about why you kept it open, but it really came across that you were like, no, this is the morally right thing to do. Trying to help you. Yeah, it's gonna help you. I mean, bro, I've told the story. I mean, I made a post that I grew up without a father. That whole thing, the gym saved my life.
Starting point is 00:33:22 So, if I'm gonna take that away from fucking 16, 17 year old me, obviously it's not me, it's some other kid who knows what he's dealing with. I knew what that'd be like to have it taken away. Right, so you're actively thinking about that because there are a lot of people that come here. There's like money, like I thought about it at the beginning I was like,
Starting point is 00:33:37 are they really gonna throw me, there's no way they're gonna throw me in jail. And if they did I'm like worst case scenario, like that's gonna be dope on the internet. But it's like content, yeah. Really more ninja. It's like why would I not stand up to something I'm like worst case scenario like that's gonna be dope on the internet Yeah, really more Ninja like why would I not stand up to something like that really meant something for me? Yeah, like but in other words it wasn't like you for example one extreme like you're not like a group of anti-maskers Going through target like trying to get kicked out of some like fuck now. You're going this is what I believe in that I think is right
Starting point is 00:34:03 And I'm gonna take a stand against a very powerful institution in the city of Los Angeles. For sure. Can you talk about the update on that or no? We got in trouble. Yeah. Yeah. I can tell you this though. This is funny, right?
Starting point is 00:34:15 Yeah. I just want to say this. This is hilarious. Yeah. I did get in trouble last time. I want to say this. They use this against them. It's okay.
Starting point is 00:34:23 So this is the funny thing. I know. Imagine you're in a case for COVID, right? Then, and the case was, 8.77B, some penal code. You kept your gym open and we told you not to. And you did it this many times, right? Imagine that was your court case. So now, imagine our gathering discovery,
Starting point is 00:34:38 which is like what are lawyers and our prosecuting team has against your client? And they tell my attorneys, right? They're like, so here's all the buttons, like all these pages of things, right? And imagine some of the content and those pages of discovery is like, well, your client went on a podcast and said,
Starting point is 00:34:53 he's gonna fucking sue us and this is, and what we're doing is wrong. And we don't really like that. We think he's stumbling his nose and he doesn't believe. And it's like, I fully believe that COVID is a problem. And it was more of a major problem, obviously. That doesn't mean that like being like taken out of something that can be so beneficial
Starting point is 00:35:10 for you mentally and physically is not also a problem. During the time when we don't have the cure for this thing, why would you remove that from someone's life? When all these studies now come out where it's like, vitamin D, proper exercise, nutrition, all stuff is like actually the thing that's gonna save your life.
Starting point is 00:35:24 Now there's people who are in jail for a gun. They've always known that. Yeah. Of course they do. Vitamin D proper exercise nutrition all stuff is like actually the thing that's gonna save you They've always known that yeah, so imagine discovery they go This is part of the reason why he's bad and like we're gonna sex await. What does that me talking on this podcast and saying what I really believe in my heart What does that have to do with spreading COVID? Well sounds like the prosec's fine kit band. So many of you are going to do it. You're going to do it. I'm like, what are you going to go?
Starting point is 00:35:50 You're going to go find a fucking 15 people on a jury and be like, look what he said on his podcast. I'd be like, please go watch this podcast. Because I actually made a really, even he was saying it was crazy. It's like, you weren't, like, go on. It's like, go on to the bunk. Go on to watch it.
Starting point is 00:36:02 Like, subscribe. Yeah, go watch it. Like, subscribe. And honestly, like, it makes me feel a little emotional like hearing you like, because the sincerity Go on to debunk. Go on to like subscribe. Go watch it like subscribe. I see like it. It was a great blockade. It was a little emotional like hearing you like, cause this in seri of what you're saying,
Starting point is 00:36:09 you're like, show me where I'm wrong. What about this in seri, I was ready to storm the gap. I was saying to you. I was saying to you. I was saying to you at the alphabet. Ready to go. I said this from the beginning.
Starting point is 00:36:22 If they, they never did this. If they did this from the beginning, I'd have been like, they're serious. I'm shutting down my gin. If they close from the beginning, if they, and they never did this, if they did this from the beginning, I'd have been like, they're serious, I'm shutting down my gin. If they close down the airports, if they allowed people only to travel for medical emergencies and family emergencies, because that's much easier to be like, verify this,
Starting point is 00:36:35 and you go, right? Yeah, it's a big deal. Right, so if you're able to say, okay, well that's why it's okay, if they close that down, I'd have been cool, but it's like, I imagine I have these conversations with all these social, like public health people. And I'm like, well, why don't you guys close down
Starting point is 00:36:47 airports and like, well, because it's federal. Federal jurisdiction, that's not our jurisdiction. I'm like, so COVID understands federal jurisdiction for a total of, so COVID doesn't spread there. So what you're telling me, and it's like, they had no answers. I'm literally talking to you. They just said that.
Starting point is 00:37:02 Bro, I'm not playing. Wow. That's not our jurisdiction. But are you still dealing with it now? Like, I'm literally saying that. Bro, I'm not playing. Like, wow. They're like, well, that's not our jurisdiction. Yeah. But are you still, you're still dealing with it now? Like, I'm still in court. Yeah. So now it's kind of like going, you know, like, it's a weird argument now. I can't really talk about it. I want to talk about it. I don't know. I'm in trouble. Yeah. But like, basically, I could still stand by this because like, it's, it was just not right. No, I agree. You know, you're fighting the good fight. I think too with content, I want to talk about this.
Starting point is 00:37:25 So, you know, we launched the Thickboy YouTube page. The, especially for YouTubers, like the content to constantly like up, up, up, like up the ante. I also didn't see YouTubers like flying off cranes in the fucking buildings and just trying to speak about it. They're just like trying to get like views. Isn't that exhausting for you? Like Logan talked about that, he's like, dude,
Starting point is 00:37:47 like trying to come up with Kantel at the time, that's why I started a podcast, man. Well, he's like, I should come down to talk. Well, motherfucker, this is live and fuck. Oh, I don't know this motherfucker. Oh my god, I'm even on my ass. I'm trying to fucking get this motherfucker to a podcast with me for the last, I don't know how many months.
Starting point is 00:38:02 Since we did the podcast. And this is the bearding that nine of them. Busy is exactly. Busy is podcast man in the history of podcasts right here. But that's why like, don't get me wrong. I love making content. I'll forever make content on you. But isn't the exhausting trying to come up
Starting point is 00:38:14 with something new all the time? But it's kind of fun man. It's like, it's a challenge. Like even like my guy Kyle, this is my guy, videographer here, he'll follow me in the day of, but it's like, I do that every week and it's popping. Like for me, it's busy. But it's like we can't just do behind the scenes of podcasts and fucking me doing stand up every single time. Like we gotta come with something else.
Starting point is 00:38:36 So that's why I mean, so like how about you jump out of playing? I'm like I don't want to do that for views. I mean maybe. I'm deathly afraid of fucking skydiving. I don't like your strength feeds, for example. You do it in a smart way. Where I've seen you do some really interesting heavy lifts with people on there, or you doing, what's the thing called when you lift it? Desert, though, that was the spot you did.
Starting point is 00:38:55 You do heavy and precise. But you do it safely and smartly, whereas I remember that guy who tore his pack with the 500 pound incline recently. Yeah, I've seen that too. Why aren't you doing that? Bring up theline recently. Yeah, I've seen that. You doing that You know, bring up the video guy. Yeah, he has he has blue his ass Yeah, no, it's a it's Sean
Starting point is 00:39:15 I'm gonna pop up right away God, it's so hard to watch Shadow my boy I'm a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little bit more like a little Good thing you had Larry wheels there, huh? It's like holding 500 pounds like that. I love his knee head friends. Like, you're right Oh, that's definitely. That's right, we're not. You go like a second 10 more seconds to be beat. How many of you lifts it off right here, play it?
Starting point is 00:40:12 Around a pretty strong, so I might say. So he was there. How controlled this looks, right? Yes. Right when this guy lifts it off. No, no shade on this guy. You wanted to go up. He's so quick.
Starting point is 00:40:24 Didn't even show up for what I assumed to be well No, he lifts it off here done it. Yeah, oh no, they don't okay So when he lifts it off right away you know seeing this but it already was looking really like unholy Yeah, where it's like I don't know maybe don't try that yeah Doing it for the Graham did you see the leg press where the guys was doing a leg press thing is me when No, that's just a dude bring that shit up to it I can't watch this do they start going the leg looks a little shaky so this one is left then I mean this is me in two minutes yeah
Starting point is 00:41:00 Yeah. Ah! Ah! Ah! Ah! Ah! Ah! Oh, that's fucked, man. That's gonna be a surgery.
Starting point is 00:41:08 That's gonna be a surgery. Never. That's gonna be a surgery. Yeah, cause you try to, yeah. You're gonna be a train smart. Yeah, that's gonna say a really a train smart. I always, so here's a deal, like, cause I've always done stuff.
Starting point is 00:41:16 Almost like everything has been like 80%. Yeah. I've never really gotten 100 or 100% anytime, especially any time I did anything crazy. Yeah. I was like, I always would try to lift and form You know like you see parlors and like they'll grind and like kind of roll through like a deadlift like imagine Yeah, I do I always just did everything like if I couldn't do it like perfect
Starting point is 00:41:33 I wasn't doing it. Yeah, that's how it's so and that's what I tell people like would you rather in a year? You know whatever work 50 weeks three times a week would you ever get a 150 workouts in at 80% Would you rather get 20 workouts in and a hundred percent than you injure yourself? Yeah, it's an overriner. It's like, I have been on the views. I have been on the views. I don't. Like I've stayed at 315.
Starting point is 00:41:54 Right. I don't go any higher than that. I mean we're doing 350 on Wednesday, but yeah, I'm not doing no 350. Yeah, I can just all that. Yeah, you're getting smart. I'm just, you know, I've been, I've been, I've just got 5 or 315. Pretty just got five or three 15 pretty but I've been working for that. Yeah, I was working on work for 350 Yeah, we got some PRs here, dude. You go up. You can definitely go up. You're strong Do you yeah he each you?
Starting point is 00:42:21 Three 15 was pretty easy today. You're strong. I did it for five, but that's what I wanted. My brother thinks you're on steroids. Yeah, he does. Yeah, he does. It's so funny, buddy. And I see you now, how can you take it? What? I can't see any.
Starting point is 00:42:35 I can't see any. Hypothetically, if you were to take steroids, what would you be on right now? I don't know any of them. Oh, really? That's funny. It's funny, it's funny. Everyone thinks it's on Roy. There's people think I am one Roy's I'm going to do one thing is on Roy
Starting point is 00:42:45 We would think I I am one Roy to whatever I feed into it. You thought I was you're not It's like when James Ryan asked me if she bells on Roy's I'm like, if he is man I'd love to know what he's doing Because people think it's crazy that for lifting with you for like three months or however many months Yeah, I guess like on in three right? Yeah, probably a long mark. Yeah To get to three 15 Mm-hmm that quig I guess but he's an explosive athlete Yeah, you're an athlete
Starting point is 00:43:16 If you can do a lot of fast switch muscle fiber. Yeah But also like I don't want to get hurt So I pay attention to it like what he tells me when like when it comes to the technique I don't want to get hurt so I pay attention to it like what he tells me Like when it comes to the technique. I don't so like We're doing deadlifting I'm I did like five something and I was like dude I back and hit 600 marks like you probably can Let's not do it today. I'm like shut up there Put it on man. I almost blew my fucking back out. But you are, you're strapped all over and that's the thing
Starting point is 00:43:48 is like people, you know, when you're criticizing somebody's form and like there's little things that are off, you didn't like and cat back the whole thing, you know, if you're benching and your hips lift off the fucking bench, who gives a shit, you know, you're strong enough to do the lifts that you're doing. Yeah, I'm only gonna lift, it do, It depends how far those hands go off the bench. Yeah, that's it.
Starting point is 00:44:08 Here's my sitting spot. I'm only gonna listen if you can deadlift 600 pounds. Right. If you're deadlift like 400, dude, you, errr. Errr. Errr. It's like you're still having a little bad run. It's so funny.
Starting point is 00:44:20 It's so funny. I'm like, oh, do you have a comedy special? Oh, I don't. Oh, well, we're not, it doesn't count then. Yeah. We're not the same. It doesn't count then Yeah, it doesn't count That's funny when you get advice from Jim people. Yeah Always smaller than me like without fail. Oh really well because people who are bigger will know like they'll go And actually you've you've come up and given us some little pointers that are really awesome like you because you
Starting point is 00:44:45 Yeah, yeah. Yeah, because you've got some great long-sleeved. But you're trying to fuck some of the listen. No, of course. If I'm shooting in 25-hour fitness, then Michael joint like, dude, your album, like, hey, dude, I'm saying that. You know what I'm saying? Like, you gotta know what the fuck you're doing now. Um, but, uh, uh, no, you know us and you know what we're trying to do.
Starting point is 00:45:02 So, of course, those kind of tips are welcome. I'd have to notice, noticed like anytime somebody's corrected me at some weird like, some guy, I'd be like, oh, you shouldn't do deadlifts because it's gonna hurt your back. And it's like you're 100%. Yes. I can't, not be telling you.
Starting point is 00:45:13 No, Isaiah's a great guy. I love it. I talk shit, I can't hate him. He's young. Yeah. But you're right, it's someone who's like, you know, it's always the funniest, the guys who go, oh, I don't deadlift, I don't squat.
Starting point is 00:45:23 It's like, it's because you hurt yourself doing it wrong. Right, and you never tried it again. I have hurt myself doing it the wrong way, and I come back and I'm always watching YouTube, like, to this day. You actually squat really well. I saw you, I don't know when I saw you, like, must have been weeks ago.
Starting point is 00:45:36 You actually have a really good death. Thank you, I appreciate it. And that's, you know, it's something I worked on and tried to do. And so you did hurt your soul. When I was growing, like, I had a lingering back injury because when you're in high school football, I try to, like, some doofus is trying
Starting point is 00:45:49 to teach you how to clean and jerk, and he doesn't know what he's doing. And then, like, you know, I have a lingering back injury that, for example, if I'm not doing proper abdominal bracing, or I push it too far, or you go beyond the 80%, right? I don't go all out on these things because of that. You can still get a good workout and high-perch. But also to be fair to like those high school like Jim coaches like when they're teaching power cleaning squad
Starting point is 00:46:10 They're dealing with fucking 70 Rugrats. They're like, I just get it out. I showed you the one technique, you know, whatever. But like with you, just watch it. He's gathered like, just do it. Just do what Larry does. Yeah, just fucking watch out. whatever. But like with you just watch these gather like just do it. Just do it. Larry does. Yeah, you can get some pretty good advice and techniques. Like I'm always watching like the Chinese, you know, Olympians, all their great and power blending and you can learn a lot from that. Maybe not a hundred percent of everything you need without an in-person coach, but you at least go like, Oh, that's how it looks.
Starting point is 00:46:39 Yeah, well, let's see the guy. You keep trying to watch. There's a couple Like he's using too much weight Down Let's go to this one. Yeah I blew my rib out. Why are you On your knees?
Starting point is 00:46:56 Yeah, but why is he It kept going Oh I wasn't ready for that It broke and then it just kept kept yeah, what is it doing though people? Where it's like I'm using I'm using six or seven plates on the like press this guy's using 15 inside a little the little children. Yeah, I don't know why you see what I don't know he's getting out of that anyway Yeah, he's got the wraps on the wraps on everything so many so many
Starting point is 00:47:23 You go He's got the wraps on the wraps. You know everything so many so many you go I Feel like this is gonna be one of these oh Okay, he is not key why Well, that's all the weight in the world that's all the weight in the gym He's got a he's got a chain around his body and then if you can't if you can't unwrap it without pushing underneath What's he doing? He's just trying to tell? Is this his fail?
Starting point is 00:47:46 So maybe it doesn't break. Oh, he can't get it up. I hope it doesn't break. I hope you die that much. So, it's like, do you want help? I'm breaking up. Nothing happened. Oh, here we go.
Starting point is 00:47:57 He got it up. Imagine how much time that she was. She was getting more work out of loading the weight than doing this exercise. Look at all the weights on the bottom. Look at on the bottom. That's so much weight. Okay, what's that? Is that it? Oh, filming him in the background? Those kids broke filming them back there every rep I'm bracing for the worst Okay, that's it. Yeah, just I think you just like you know what that's good. He didn't get hurt cool
Starting point is 00:48:20 Just a big fat guy trying to help my ears. I can do it. There's nothing I wonder how much that actually was. Oh my god Can count that One two three, but he has the dumbbells. He's the yeah. Yeah, yeah The workout was putting that on the fucking Yeah, what is that for saying? There's a nightmare. How much he must have all the weight in the gym there There's no way that gym has a lot of weight No one's thinking about I think how much money I spend on weight plates, but look at the 45s in the back. That is a fuck ton of plates
Starting point is 00:48:54 It really is it almost looks fake, but it's not like that gym had so much weight. I'm shocked actually. Yeah So you get a shit on your form or what people should know I don't see it. I'm sure I don't see What are my boys look Thomas was like dude your strong is an ox unreal pole dude Fuged technique. I'm like you this was live on here. I'm like can you deadlift six on you's not okay? All right, oh man, but don't talk to people. All right. All right. Oh man. But you've put some crazy shit too, right? Like you've got some-
Starting point is 00:49:29 People say anything about, of course. Yeah. People say people have always something to say. It's one of the most common, like, the gin etiquette, like technique and stuff. Oh, right. And it's always something who like just doesn't even lift actually.
Starting point is 00:49:40 Right. Right. Yeah, because if you experience liftoff, it's gonna be like, I'll wait at that person wants to come to me for advice. They can do that, but. is that your new truck right there? You're back in that? No.
Starting point is 00:49:49 This is the guy, the actually guy, the John Hennessy guy, let me borrow it. The guy who makes those trucks. Those head of shit ones are shit. Oh, you're jumping up there. Up there, yeah. Damn, that's the dope ass truck. Oh, I can get that.
Starting point is 00:50:04 Yeah, how tall is that? So tall, he was like, yeah, that has to be a problem. Oh, never mind, can can get that. Yeah, how tall is that? So tall. Yeah, that has to be a. Oh, no, my king that Are you good you can jump high? Yeah, yeah, can you dunk? No, I don't know how the pulming of the ball. What's the what's the dead that's one there, Chin? Huh? I said that's a surprise. What that I can this was a sinker to my own This was the synch of the mile Ca what he said is a surprise that I can't Who's really good at skits obviously yeah, no, I'm very encouraging him This for single to mile yeah, it was just like when you run out of you know, you lose your headphones and you're like fuck
Starting point is 00:50:48 Oh, that's nice. Yeah, Isaiah's got a great mind. I was wait was that 585 I think it was six plus six plus six place. Yeah, can we get a quick breakdown of some of your best lifts Um, look obviously the girl ones. People probably prefer the girl ones. Or like numbers on like, what's, have you ever competed as a power lifter? No. People love the Steinborn squad,
Starting point is 00:51:13 the one you guys are talking about this year. Yeah, that one, yeah, that one. Yeah, that one. That's fucking tough. That day, not this day obviously, this day, we're just lifting girls. But that day right there, on the right. This one?
Starting point is 00:51:24 Yeah, that one. I tried I tried five wheels Because this is four in a quarter. I tried five and I couldn't get it and I almost I really almost right because you're going straight into a What's the hardest part of it get like? God you have to go to a dead stop pause Yeah, so I tried that with five and it buried me and I had to roll it off my back Yeah, yeah, because it's really you you don't get the stretch reflex out of me. Sitting into it and then going, so the way you practice this stuff is obviously there's that movement, but it's just pause quads. Yeah, because that was just a big pause quad. It just loaded in the bottom.
Starting point is 00:51:54 It's fucking insane. That was one of my favorite lifts though. I don't need to do anything like that. No, it's how I was, my beer was really big, so I was extra strong. Beer counts. Beer does count. Look at that fucking thing. It's easiest. I think it used to itch, man. I'm staying at 315. I'm just getting like, It's like about benching, though. Yeah, this is different.
Starting point is 00:52:10 You could, you can go up. Eeeeeee. Yeah. I don't need to do all that with you. And people, you know what, you know what, that video did actual well? People thought those were jeans. I honestly don't like to say that. They're what are they, joggers? Yeah, joggers. But the color and like the texture made them look like jeans, but those are joggers
Starting point is 00:52:26 Yeah, I was like, then this man did it in jeans Yeah, so we got up and that that's where he's throwing that's where he's throwing that dude around Yeah, just unfair Steve was 230 by the way he did here He's lighter now does he have any background rest on anything doesn't look like it. No, no No, what's his background And what like life? Yeah, he's from Florida, which makes sense. That makes sense. Let's go Steve.
Starting point is 00:52:49 This was right after he was, he was, yeah. Yeah. You guys got in the ring after, uh, he's, yeah. Mm-hmm. If you want to go ahead on, try to, uh, security. I mean, tap. No, tap, hold me.
Starting point is 00:53:04 No, tap, no, tap. No, here's close, funny. I didn't really slam, no, I just dropped. Security I didn't really slam. No, I just No, you're slamming I just put him out. Oh, he's like oh looks dramatic, but yeah Yeah, I was fun though. Yeah, so Everybody just saw what you can pull off right there. Yeah, what's up? You know get get this fight going. You can be on some. Send a beep location. Could be. I don't know, I want to fight down on the buzz. Yeah, they're good.
Starting point is 00:53:28 I mean, honestly, I would just for straight up for the views, because obviously. I mean, yeah. I would fight fucking fucking fucking fucking. He said I'm going to smash your boy. I'm going to smash my- Is that what he said? Yes, he's gonna.
Starting point is 00:53:38 Dana. Dana, have you met him? He's great. He's soaked one of the nice guys in the world. All right, what do you got, Jen? All righty Let's go to Sloan So footage came out recently that's going viral on tiktok where there are a bunch of fans waiting outside Justin Bieber's home as he's arriving a fan asks for a hug And he says hey like I'd rather not give you a hug
Starting point is 00:54:02 It does make me comfortable that you guys are waiting outside my home It's pretty cool about it. It's like it's home. Please leave. It was it It's out right outside this home in Toronto, I think and he's like dude It seems like it's a high rise like a parmeagled and then she still asked for a picture. He's like no What y'all cool is about it though. Yeah, he's really nice Look. I hear you. I hear you. I hear you. I hear you. I hear you. I hear you. I hear you.
Starting point is 00:54:28 I hear you. I hear you. I hear you. I hear you. I hear you. I hear you. I hear you. I hear you.
Starting point is 00:54:36 I hear you. I hear you. I hear you. I hear you. I hear you. I hear you. I hear you. I hear you.
Starting point is 00:54:44 I hear you. I hear you. I hear you. I hear you. I hear you. Yeah He's actually really nice about it. Yeah, he's really nice about it. Yeah He seems like a nice kid. This one has been in the spotlight for a long time. Yeah Control that's pretty that's a lot control there. I would like you know my problem. Yeah He used to do that. Oh dude. That's when he used to get it. I was five and stuff like that. I was just like, he was like 26. Because he was famous since he was well like fucking, what?
Starting point is 00:55:10 No, I thought he was like 25. No, he's not 25. He's like a hero over the next. I think he was famous since he was like 14 now. Like, he's on YouTube. Yeah, he was on YouTube. He was the other two YouTube singer. Yeah, I'm sure about that.
Starting point is 00:55:19 27. Yeah. Whoa. He's been famous for a long, long time. All right, you won. I'm on YouTube. We're the same age. It's so crazy. Yeah, he. He's been saying for a long long time. All right, you were the same age. It's so crazy. I'm all say Yeah, he's got some dope drugs. Oh for sure. Yeah, he done miss. Yeah, what else you got? Okay, so your boy Travis Barker recently tweeted that he is open to flying again after his deadly Plank crash wait, wait, how the fuck did I not know about this plane crash? Well, we did it. Travis Barker.
Starting point is 00:55:45 I'm sorry. I apologize all the Travis Barker fans out there. Maybe because you're self-exhausted. This is fucking a fan. Right. Yeah, him and DJ Am, crashing the plane. DJ Am and him both got severely burned. Yeah, they both survived, but then that's when DJ Am got addicted to opiates and then he
Starting point is 00:56:03 OD. What the fuck? Where was that? that where was it I don't know but then Travis it was on the takeoff Yeah, and then Travis Barker that's why that's why he's covering tattoos because he got third degree burns everywhere. Yeah, it was about 65% of his body had a degree on it. No, he's not Carolina. South Carolina. So he I bet his girl was like a great line up so he i guess girls like really don't like because for other people died on the it was like some like and him and dj uh... and uh... djam or
Starting point is 00:56:34 the only was that they were they only was at the the only ones who survived and when he jumped out of the jet he actually had to go through the uh... fluid he got really of the jet he actually had to go through the fluid. He got covered. He got covered. So when he got out, he caught on fire and he was burning actively.
Starting point is 00:56:50 DJ Am took off his shirt and was trying to put him out. Oh my God. So this was like a real real thing. It was like like, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, The nicest guy you will ever meet. Yeah, such a good person. Great, great. But after 13 years, he says he's open to potentially flying again. Yeah, when you date a Kardashian, like really? We're kind of just that or so. Who's he dating?
Starting point is 00:57:11 Courtney Kardashian. Oh, really? No, this one. They were neighbors forever. They've been friends forever. I met her at a bagel spot. Which bagel spot? I think it's called, I don't know, it's on Ventura.
Starting point is 00:57:23 Is it not a Western bagel? Shiffon? No. I think it's called, I don't know, it's on Ventura. Is it not Western bagel? She a fan? No. I asked her. Was that 575? I saw you dead, let's say. That was it, I wasn't alive. That's what you get.
Starting point is 00:57:34 That's what you get. That's what you get. That's what you get. That's what you get. That's what you get. Yeah, around the corner. I asked her out, because some people came up to her and were asking her for pictures.
Starting point is 00:57:42 And I asked her, I was like, do you ever get bothered? Like, do you ever get annoyed of that? She's like no. She's really nice That's cool. Yeah, she like oh my sister Courtney wanted me to tell you that your Pasha was a little off Is a good poll Chloe Chloe said it was good poll but a little off imagine yeah, I can yeah everyone just So you said you said do you ever get tired of that and then she's like no and you're like do you ever get lonely? And then she slid my dear you tired of that and then she's like, no, and you're like, do you ever get lonely? Yeah. And then she slid my dick. You're a get tired of being lonely? She's all mud.
Starting point is 00:58:07 Bitch, I'm picking up a, everything bacon right now. I'm picking up. What else you got to do? Oh my God. So this woman opened up her bank account, and let me get that night. Yes. What?
Starting point is 00:58:21 Now, I thought this was something else. No, because I heard about a woman who, this was been on Instagram, who got like some billions of dollars in her checking account. Oh, I have not heard of that. I'm sorry, I fucked you up. But then- I think that is a tricky situation, because if you spend any of it, you then owe the bank for it.
Starting point is 00:58:38 No matter what, you have to give it back. So, like, it's not- It's better for you not to touch it. When it be dope, if they're like, ah, we fucked up, I, you can have half. Because, yeah. I think it has half. Like so it should be possible. If you put a price in the paper or something
Starting point is 00:58:50 on an advertisement, they have to match it. And my friend got a car for like $3,000 because they accidentally put some number there that like it was either the serial number or something where they fucked up and it was like, he got a new high 25,000, signed a cord. And he's like, they're like, you're gonna do this test. He's like, it's on the piece of paper man,
Starting point is 00:59:06 you have to give it legally, you have to give it to us. So, you know, thanks not the same. I think I works with this. 50 billion. That's a fucking thing. That teller definitely outfired. Absolutely.
Starting point is 00:59:20 So, like Janine, you transferred $50 billion into some random ladies account. Because this happens not usually transferred $50 billion into some random ladies account Because this happens not usually with $50 billion, but with Usually like a few million and people will then take all of it out and once the bank finds out you legally are Obligated to pay all of it back even if he's Over city bomber got started because he served like he served over in the Middle East The and then they fucked up and sent them like an extra $1400 for a few months and he's like, oh cool. They're giving me bonus
Starting point is 00:59:48 And then the military's like no, no, we fucked up gives the money over 14 $100 a dollar and he was like fuck you dude like I served for the country you owe me this money like but we don't though Yeah, so give us the money back. He's like I ain't give me the money back. That's when he and he was like cool I'm gonna walk your federal building Building I'm gonna spend 14 years. That's one of the things I got him going obviously crazy just by trade 14 on dollars. Yeah Okay, so this 22 year old woman checked her bank account prior to ordering postmates one night and realized that her bank account was negative 50 billion dollars. Oh Negative negative, so she owe that much money me while she got 76 dollars in her inner checking negative fifty billion dollars. Oh negative. Negative. So she owed that much money.
Starting point is 01:00:26 Meanwhile, she got $76 in her account. In her checking account. It's $22,000. She's $22,000. I just feel like parents probably giving her money and shit. They're all laughing. That's not much of a sad.
Starting point is 01:00:36 This is crazy. But she called her bank and they said that they had never seen this ever in their life. And so she had to create a appointment to see a few people to get this rectified. But now her accounts back to normal. They should give her something for that. Yeah, come on, she's calling it shooting money.
Starting point is 01:00:53 How much do you think she got? How much do you think she got? She's got something like a bitch. They should give her a smooth meal for this type of smooth meal. At least one. She's like negative 50 billion. She started only fan she's sucking dick on there like whoa We're just gonna take the money back
Starting point is 01:01:16 And then this is a video of a man who seems very drunk just Trying to get a kid in a fish out. You want to fish it out? They're out of cricket game. Is the cricket game what is it? Yes. Somewhere on Australia. Oh, you're just sucking it out, right? Damn.
Starting point is 01:01:34 I don't trust the guy with the mustache in the back. What is he doing? Whoa. Oh, titty licking. I thought it said titty fucking. I was like, that's aggressive. Oh, fuck. Damn, look at him. That's a fucking...
Starting point is 01:01:45 Look, they all look at him. These guys enjoy themselves, man. He was just bored, he's fucking. Start biting on his girl's titty. I think I was definitely drunk. What are these fat cats? Once more? Yeah.
Starting point is 01:02:01 Canon on the titty guy, let me go with that. There was an exhibit in Shanghai that rated women from the ugliest to the prettiest. Is this such a Chinese thing? Yeah. It got pulled obviously. But who the Chinese are? But the museum, without they're doing it at,
Starting point is 01:02:16 or the arc out that they're doing at, they pulled it. So the whole thing was seven hours long. And the person that made it said, come early before, you see all the ugly girls, because it starts with the pretty, it starts with the pretty ugly, a seven hour long exhibit. That's not a good idea.
Starting point is 01:02:31 You guys start with the ugly girls. Was it just a little... No, no, is that a women? They're filming for, I don't know, maybe years. And he actually had a woman filmmaker as well to record most of it, so he just looked that much of a... No, not him, so I just looked.
Starting point is 01:02:44 There's a female filmmaker. So this is content. Who makes it? And also did they steal this idea from the fire in the kid a few months ago? So this was actually like in 2019 but then it just came to the exhibit recently. Jesus Christ. What did they tell these women they were coming there for? That's what I'm counting.
Starting point is 01:03:03 No, they just literally just filmed it just ran a women Okay, they wanted the people But I guarantee the ones that got high rankings were like it's whatever. Yeah, it's the ugly ones are like this is pretty Like oh, you didn't know you're a two okay, okay the top 100 in complaining you can see by the numbers here These are the very late ones right? Oh Seven hours dude, but what four four five hundred people no, yeah, they filmed a ton of people leave But what are the numbers at the bottom there? No, that's that's like number 4,400 So we're just knocking it up like number one through 10 just went through we're gonna go
Starting point is 01:03:40 We're gonna go to the number one through. Yeah, I didn't see the number one. I think So we're gonna go we're gonna go to the number one through yeah, I didn't see the number one. I think I love see number one. I know this person in charge anyway. We can find number one like Shanghai gallery That be all you said they pulled it though. Yeah, they pulled it Yeah, they should have just kept it and done it for men too to make it equal. Yeah, like here's the Guys really don't give a fuck like the ugly sky like yeah bitch, but it's definitely on red at some right you think so yeah Like the ugly sky like yeah bitch, but it's definitely on reddit some right you think so yeah Pulse, oh maybe not yeah, if it pulled it right away. It was too controversial Especially over in China knowns to you. Yeah

Well, then cause the crash, Twitter, France. Yeah, this shit is like, it's actually kind of fucking funny fucking funny people do anything for that 50 minutes of fame, huh?
