Starting point is 00:00:00 Yes, we did, because we back at it again. It's the fighter and the kid. This is really the fighter and the kid. Come on, baby. You're just cozy. Yeah, I'm cozy. Yeah, I get it. Yeah, we're a couple cozy, cozy guys.
Starting point is 00:00:13 You're cozy. Now, you and I are a couple of cozies. Now, here's a couple of things I want to start this podcast with. I'm looking at your cowboy hat. I know it was given to you. I know we're- My boy Christian gave it to me, yeah. And we know also the rule, and it's all good. If
Starting point is 00:00:26 you are a cowboy, you can wear a cowboy hat. Correct. If you're born and raised in Texas and you're going to an event, a cowboy hat, boots and a belt are also part of it. Stockyard. That's it. Rodeo.
Starting point is 00:00:38 If you are from Aurora, Colorado and you work with horses and you work with horses. Then you can wear a hat. You can wear a hat. from Aurora, Colorado, and you work with horses, and you work with horses. You can wear a hat. You can wear a hat. But if you are a guy who lives in LA with those pants and you're wearing a cowboy hat. I still can't wear it?
Starting point is 00:00:54 No, I didn't say that. You know it was given to me? Of course you can wear the hat, but it doesn't make you a cowboy, it does make you a dick, right, typically? Yeah, fair. And that's fine. Fair. But I like that that was given to you and I approve
Starting point is 00:01:07 because it matches your outfit. Does it match? And it's a nice Stetson. That's a nice, it's a proper cowboy hat. Proper Stetson. I might get bullied in tech, so I might take it, right? The thing is nobody can bully you. So at the end of the day, you're fine
Starting point is 00:01:22 because you have cauliflower ears and you're a giant. Yeah. And I'll wear this fucking hat if I want. Yeah, and you're also not, you're not old Brendan. There's a lot of Aurora Brendan back in. The real Brendan is back. Yeah. And he might give you, see, this is what I say about this.
Starting point is 00:01:40 Can I just tell you how I warn people? It's peptide, Brendan. Well, this is what I say to people about Brendan. Don't make me put on the yellow jersey. Go ahead and say, just go ahead and start dissing Brendan for a second. Just, just if you're a guy. He's not that strong. I bet I could do this to him. Say, say he seems like a dick. Just go ahead. He seems like a bit of a dick, man. You guys are always wrestling. Yeah. Hey, listen, listen up. I love that you're saying all this and you keep
Starting point is 00:02:03 that to yourself. You don't want to say that with an earshot and then say, why? Why not? Because you might get gripped. Gripped? Yeah. You don't want to get gripped up. You don't want to get gripped up by the old Aurora giant.
Starting point is 00:02:19 He's the old Aurora giant and he's super strong, stronger than when he was fighting. He's got old man strength. Do you know what they think old man strength is? It's when, because you start to lose flexibility. Your muscles get more. Yeah, they have to start stabilizing for shit. Yeah, so you lose, things aren't firing
Starting point is 00:02:38 so you can pull down so they gear down. So you gear the fuck down and now you can really bear down. That's the old man's dad strength. Yeah Yeah, which I've always thought old man strength is a myth anyway But it makes sense though a little bit. There is something like that. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, if your dad's weak, oh god Yeah, yeah But there are guys like, you know, look at a guy like, you know, there are guys Josh Prey's comic was talking about Shannon Sharp and Shannon Sharp like almost you're seeing him dude some
Starting point is 00:03:08 some basketball player was giving Shannon Sharp some shit about his sweater or something I know and and Josh like no it was just some tall skinny I remember he's in chin stood up and was like yeah and and Josh Pray was like hey hey hey that's a grown man and that's Shannon Sharp he's that guy who can do something he can turn like there was something's that guy who can do something, he can turn like a, there was something in an engine, he can do it with his finger, like he doesn't need pliers, he's one of those guys, one of those guys where you go,
Starting point is 00:03:31 why do you do that? He's so stupid strong, don't get it twisted. Don't get it, you don't want any of that smoke. No, none of that smoke. But the internet blurs those lines. No, that's a whole different level. I saw, I was with Targ, and I saw some linemen from, I think the Lions.
Starting point is 00:03:54 Bubba, they were six, three, maybe six, two, six, three. I've never seen men that thick in my life. I'm talking about- De-tackle? I think so, de-tackles. But their head and their neck, I've never seen anybody that thick. I really haven't, where it's all muscle. It's literally, they're a block of muscle. They look like they're probably, and I'm not kidding, a trim 330. Well, one of T's good buddies goes to school with Aaron Donaldson they play football together oh lord and Aaron Donald's just like I met him yeah great guy like a human block of just all muscle all muscle he had a dude work out
Starting point is 00:04:37 with him like not like make-a-wish thing but it was like I don't think the guy had cancer or anything and Aaron Donald He's notoriously known for his workouts even the NFL that he goes until he can't go anymore just a normal day He'll go to his exhausted and he's a savage so this guy was gonna do like a make-a-wish thing But he again, you don't have cancer. She's gonna work out there and like work out Everybody looks like work out for around work work out with Aaron Donald for a day Yeah, and they were like, Aaron, have fun with him. Take him through. And he's like, well, no, he's doing my workout.
Starting point is 00:05:08 And the guy threw up. Look at him. The guy threw up doing arms, Brian. Why did you threw up? Oh Lord. He came back and finished the workout, but he, he was like, Oh, I'm gonna work out there and thought it'd be fun. That's stupid.
Starting point is 00:05:20 Look at that. And his son's built pretty, how tall is he? Uh, six, two, maybe six, three. Oh, so he's way taller than I thought. Yeah, I thought he was like five 11. He might be six. Yeah, six one six two. Yeah. Wow. 284 pounds. That's defense attack. They'll probably the best ever do it. That's impossible. And just like, and his kid is his kids kind of built the way he is he's a little longer Yeah, you can tell like his kids gonna be big like everybody little bigger right now But hit the kids shoulders are like out to here. Well that kid right there is only 14. Why don't you bring him up?
Starting point is 00:05:59 There there are some real There are some freaks in the world. Let's be honest. Dude, there's a kid in Tiger's baseball league. He's 12. He plays in the West Hills league. He's 12. And in a three-year span or four-year span, he's hit 101 home runs. No, listen, Spryne. Stop looking at black-eyed buddies. Dude, he's 13. He just hit his 101st home run, he's 13. He just hit his hundred and first home run. He's 13.
Starting point is 00:06:28 Wow. Here's the thing about that. Sometimes you peek early though. Well, that's what I'm saying. Like I don't like when I see those guys like this, like notice the players you watch now on TV, like there's a few outliers, but LeBron didn't look like that. Yeah. He was tall. LeBron by the time he was four, Kobe was the best basketball player. No, no, they're good. But when you see kids like this that are maturing at that, it's usually not a good sign.
Starting point is 00:06:51 Right. Scouts usually don't like that. Yeah. Yeah. Some people just become like this kid is obviously destined for what? Football. Sure. Or changing my tires.
Starting point is 00:07:01 Like he could have peaked way too early and he's dominating the other 14 year olds, right? But he but you but now so he right now he's bigger and stronger than everybody yeah, but he's gonna get to a level where it's a division one division one football where he goes the Florida State of Georgia and Everyone is your size. That's so you're not gonna be able to bully and just get by with bad technique And then you're fucked because when you're that bully and just get by with bad technique and then you're fucked. Because when you're that big you can get away with not having as good technique. I tell T this all the time, all the time.
Starting point is 00:07:31 Fundamentals, fundamentals. Oh buddy, fundamentals. That's when, that's the difference. Yeah. Because you're going to get to a level where everyone's going to be your size, everyone's going to be just as fast and quick. They always use this as an example. But fundamentals is what's going to separate you from the rest of the guys. Prince Nassim was such a dominant force.
Starting point is 00:07:46 And then he came across Barrera, who was super technical Mexican fighter. And it was a whole different game. But that's why the smaller weight classes and even the smaller guys in the NFL and NBA, they're always technically way better than everybody. Cause they're not getting by with just skill or just with their size and strength. They have to develop skill. Have to.
Starting point is 00:08:09 So even in football, you have to develop skill. Fuck yeah. Yeah. Everything, especially alignment, dude, the footwork's everything. Everything. You just can't be big and think you're going to power through these guys. You're going to be eating a lot. Really?
Starting point is 00:08:22 Cause it's just like wrestling or something. It's all about footwork. Technique. Oh yeah. Getting inside, hand fighting. It's all technique. Your first step, it's everything. I was watching highlights on Aaron Donald who does like this. Best first step in the history of sports. Is that right? Yes. What do you mean by first step?
Starting point is 00:08:38 Outlier. Like his first step is so fast and explosive that his first step, he has you out of position. Off the bat he has you out of position. Off the bat, you're out of position. And then he's storing you to the side in a second. That's why he's so good. There's no one like him. Yeah, they were showing this one Muay Thai guy from Holland who was one of the first guys to, he would push you and push you.
Starting point is 00:09:00 So when you get pushed, you're off balance. You don't have anything. And then just hammer your lower leg. And then all of a sudden you start thinking about your lower leg and then boom, head kick. Yeah. Man, love that stuff. I got to start taking my sports way more seriously. You do man.
Starting point is 00:09:13 You can still be a D-tackle. Because my first step is not where I want it to be and that's important. Dude, did you see that baseball player, he played for the, I'm a Padres fan. I know I like the Dodgers, but I'm also a Padres fan. I'm not from California so I can root he played for the, I'm a Padres fan. I know I like the Dodgers, but I'm also a Padres fan.
Starting point is 00:09:27 I'm not from California, so I can root for both of them. But the guy, he played on, I think the Padres last year, the year before, but he just got busted 80 games for steroids. And he came out, I was like, I never intentionally took in this stuff. You're fucked. And I don't know if they, does it work in baseball change cuz I know their contracts guaranteed paid But if you get busted for steroids, did you still get paid? That was the question me and all the baseball dads I said probably not
Starting point is 00:09:53 But here's my thing. Have we ever seen an athlete name a single athlete? That's been clear you when you're busted like this 80 games are taking basically fucking Gold's gym and a bar when you're busted All suspension are without pay fuck and he was getting paid man But my question is has there ever been a guy in the history of sports was like, yep, I Was balling his contract year. I Tried to get advantage. I got busted my bat. I'll be back after 80 games. Has anyone ever owned it? Have you ever seen an athlete own when they get busted? Ever? No. All of them go. Except for Jose Canseco, but later on.
Starting point is 00:10:33 He was retired. I'm saying a current active athlete being like, my bat, yeah, I had an injury. I want to recover. This stuff's available. I want to get back and support the team as fast as I could. I took a chance. I got caught got caught my bat don't you think most of society like I get it instead of what I never took it or Canelo Would I blame it on the tacos and the taco stand? We're all like bro Yeah, he named one athlete was like yeah my bad I'm at such a competitive level that I thought I could get an edge and I got caught. I learned from my mistake, I'll never do it again. Don't you think you'd go so much further with society?
Starting point is 00:11:14 I do. And doesn't it teach the younger kids like, oh, okay, they do make mistakes. Cause you don't see them make a ton of mistakes. It might strike out. I think anytime you fuck up, it's a good idea. To own it. I think anytime you fuck up, it's a good idea. To own it. I think anytime you fuck up, you go, I fucked up.
Starting point is 00:11:28 I tried to take a shortcut because I had injuries or because I wanted it. I just, I love this game so much and I just, I was all the pressure. I was trying to do the best thing I thought for my body. I knew it was illegal. I thought I could get an advantage, come back sooner and I just fucked up. We always forget that. You know why we all forgive that? Because every one of us has it inside. We can understand.
Starting point is 00:11:45 Yes. All of us have, I always say that we're a spectrum. All of us have a sinner and a saint in us. And acting like, this is why my problem with virtue signaling and all these people in 2020 and after that who are always like, your race is the other, you're just virtue signaling and acting like you're a better person. No, you're not. No.
Starting point is 00:11:53 Stop it right now. It's, it's not a good thing. It's not a good thing. It's not a good thing. It's not a good thing. It's not a good thing. It's not a good thing. It's not a good thing.
Starting point is 00:12:01 It's not a good thing. It's not a good thing. It's not a good thing. It's not a good thing. It's not a good thing. It's not a good thing. You're just virtue signaling and acting like you're a better person. No, you're not. No. Stop it right now. It's the same thing.

Starting point is 00:13:25 gaming resources see dkng.co slash audio. What do you think the rule should be? Uh, I don't think they should test in MLB and just not talk about it. Why? There it is. Pro far. Yeah. It gets 80 game suspension.
Starting point is 00:13:41 Now go click on it, Jen, and you'll see his, Explanation and you're just like come on, dude We were surprised that's the team keep in his own Is because the deep blood respect that I would never know it and see I would never knowingly do anything to cheat I've been tested my entire career including eight times last season alone never test positive I would never willingly take a banned substance, but I take full responsibility except MOB's decision. Yeah, that's his agent. That's the PR team.
Starting point is 00:14:09 How great would it be if he was like, my bat thought I could get advantage. It's a contract year. I'm trying to get, make the most money possible to support my family. I got busted. We'll never do it again. Learn my lesson. Also, I got it. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:14:24 Would the MOB, no one, no one really come down on you for that. No, they don't give a fuck. You got busted. You can say whatever you want. You're serving 80 games. I think so. I think, I think, but then also MLB, MLB, no one besides like Bay, like those guys follows them. Nobody got in trouble ever for taking steroids. They got in trouble for lying about it in a way, right? Like you got in trouble, but I'm saying, I do think you're right that if you just said,
Starting point is 00:14:48 look, my helmet size did grow and my bat speed did increase in my 30s because I was taking whatever I could to play the game. Well, then you're never getting the Hall of Fame. See, but that's, we're talking about two different things. So you're talking about, but I'm saying people knew anyway But if he admits he's never gonna Hall of Fame, that's why he did then will he be in the Hall of Fame though? He should he's the best baseball player of all
Starting point is 00:15:12 His stats are fucking wild he's awesome, but I'm saying a current guy You're gonna spend 80 games no matter what just come out and be like my bat and own it But also this current day and age, that's gonna be in the new cycle. Shouldn't even know, so Nas didn't know. That'd be in the new cycle for a day maybe? Like no one really cares when he comes back, it's like, oh yeah, he does it hot, and then they just move on.
Starting point is 00:15:33 Yeah, and you'd also be a little bit, people would be like, that guy owned it. I believe in owning your mistakes. I believe when you fuck up, like I did for example with Bobby Lee. If you fuck up, I did for example with Bobby Lee like like if you fuck up you you you own it completely and And it doesn't matter just own it it just just own it and and just say I fucked up
Starting point is 00:15:56 I fucked up and that's the way it is and I think you can never go wrong that way I really don't because ultimately if you did fuck up, you're gonna know it It's gonna eat a hole in you if you have a conscience. It's just like just own it You don't have to win all the time, you know, there's nothing wrong with saying I'm a fuck up sometimes and we all are Yeah, we all are or or how about this? I took a shortcut. I just That I just took a shortcut dude. My body was hurting. I just wanted to look good. Even if he was honest, he didn't have to throw anybody in the bus. He'd be like, listen, one of my trainers came to me and said, if I take this, I'll improve
Starting point is 00:16:34 my bat speed by 5% or 2%. At this level, that means the world. I'll make the All-Star game. It improves my life. He told me I'd be fine. Turns out I'm not. It's an illegal substance. There's other illegal stuff in it. I improves my life. I, he told me I'd be fine. Turns out I'm not. It's an illegal substance. There's other legal stuff in it.
Starting point is 00:16:48 I tried my bat. I got caught. I got caught. Yeah, I agree. Cause that's typically how it goes. Usually have a trainer you're working out with in the off season. They go, Hey man, I've heard of this peptide or this. Have you tried this?
Starting point is 00:17:01 They're all the guys are using it. Have you been caught? No, not yet, man. And then he was probably getting it from one manufacturer. They were running low on supplies, so got it from somebody else, and they mix it with something else. So you're seeing improvements, or you think you're seeing improvements, and then you get tested and you're the one that gets busted when 30 other guys have been using the same
Starting point is 00:17:20 shit and they get away. You're just the one that got caught. You don't want to throw the whole league under the bus because you're going to make a lot other guys been using the same shit and they get away. You're just the one that got caught. Yeah. The one that got caught. You don't want to throw the whole league under the bus. Cause you're gonna make a lot of enemies. But if he's like, dude, you know, me guys are fucking doing this and I'm the one that's getting busted. Right. I agree.
Starting point is 00:17:36 But we'll see. It's baseball. And do you know the story of, uh, so the Yankees changed their bat, right? Yeah. So we're talking about Yeah, so do you know the guy was from MIT? Who was watching their bat and was seen like the best player was only hitting a certain part of the bat Really? So think about that think about approaching the Yankees and going I have an idea I know you guys been using the same bat for however many years
Starting point is 00:18:03 I think I can improve Aaron Judge's home run record, MVP by the way. Think of the trust the New York Yankees have to go, all right, let's try it out. Now not only you gotta convince the management, you gotta convince Aaron Judge, MVP, to try this bat out. This motherfucker must have been doing practice hitting
Starting point is 00:18:24 with him. Holy shit Holy shit goes in the game hits four home runs hit three home runs. They hit two more So I see MLB gonna ban this cuz style they can't cuz it's under the rules So this MIT guy goes, let me look at the rules. Yep. This is all legal and that's why they're allowed So now everybody's gonna want the ML. My thing is MLB should go. Okay true You're still within the rules, but we have to make whatever is a thousand bats down All the teams get it. So it's fair. So there's no right. I don't know I mean, does Yankees have that? I don't know. I know how to do that MIT guys should definitely
Starting point is 00:18:57 Copyright that like cool. You want them? Do you know what MIT stands for? There's no reason you would know it What is it? Massachusetts, cause there's a MIT. Massachusetts. Massachusetts. I know the last one is technical. Institute.
Starting point is 00:19:14 Institute. Technology? Yes. Yeah. Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Well done. Well done, sir. That's a great school.
Starting point is 00:19:22 I used to go to the All New England wrestling tournament over there. Yes. Where the, they would all the, uh, the public schools and the private schools will meet for a huge tournament and, uh, took third. All right. Not bad. All right. You're on Donald. Just saying. And third or 30th.
Starting point is 00:19:41 Third. But I lost by a point to the guy who won. 30th would be terrible. There's only 30 in the tournament. Third or thirtieth? Third. Okay, sorry. But I lost by a point to the guy who won. Thirtieth would be terrible. Well. There's only thirty in the tournament, Sinaz. That means he finished dead last. You made it. And then I went to my senior year.
Starting point is 00:19:53 I was going to go to the Nationals in Lehigh where I was seated. I want to say sixth, but that's probably not true. Okay. I think I was seated twelfth or something. Why didn't you go? Which probably not true. I think I was seated 12th or something. Why didn't you go? Which is not saying. Well, Brandon, I took my girlfriend's dehydration pills because you know how you back in the day, when you bloat, right?
Starting point is 00:20:15 I don't know what this is. You bloat from your period. You shed water. You shed water. And I thought I'd take those. Didn't work out for me, dude. Made you feel sick? Well, I tried to suck down to 126. I think I was wrestling at 140 and I was too young
Starting point is 00:20:28 for that. Oh, wow. Yeah, and it didn't go well for me. No, it's a terrible idea. And I couldn't make it. I got sick and I couldn't do it. Our boy Joe Pfeiffer is taking some shit right now because he basically, you know, he pulled out of the fight against Kelvin Gaston in Mexico.
Starting point is 00:20:44 Pfeiffer did? Yeah. Pfeiffer, Pfeiffer. Yeah, Pfeiffer. All muscle. He basically, you know, he he pulled out of a fight against Kelvin Gaslim. I for did that the hundred Yeah, all muscle big boy. Oh boy. Yeah, I saw that because his team went out to Mexico and eat some food and got food poisoning Oh, so he did a Instagram Thing and was like fuck Mexico that place is a fucking shithole. I'll never fight there. He's taking some heat for it Oh, yeah if you ever saw the difference between gaslim in person and That guy in person it's like they're different, you know, but gaslim is so fucking tough. He's such an interesting Gaslim is such an interesting athlete because when you see him, yeah, I don't know you would just never be on his IG story chin
Starting point is 00:21:23 His story homeboy is a homeboy. that's him in that too before he got sick he hits so hard what are your thoughts on him and his future I took it down he was getting so much heat well what are your thoughts on on Pfeiffer like in terms of his technique and stuff is he elite elite or is he just a powerful specimen who can hit that hard? No, he has the tools to be champ. You know, he's just has a long ways to go. Yeah. You know, like everything.
Starting point is 00:21:53 Yeah. Was he a wrestler first? Cause he hits like a, I mean, I watched him and I was like, Oh my God. What? You gotta be careful with some of this new stuff. Is Zabit maybe flirting with her every time? No, remember it's April Fool's and you're gonna be so tricked. So old. This is the worst day for Brian.
Starting point is 00:22:17 Yeah, Brian's like, oh. Trust nothing, Brian. Trust nothing. Brian's like, did you see the Conor McGregor on Rosie O'Donnell? Jesus Christ, dude. Yep. Let's take a little break. Yeah. Let's talk about, you see the Conor McGregor on Rosie O'Donnell? Jesus Christ, dude. Yeah. Let's take a little break. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:22:27 Let's talk about, I want to talk about, so there are certain colognes, deodorants, and they smell really good. And you know what? I use, I don't use anything, but the Paolo Santo Deep Smokey S from Cremmo. C-R-E-M-O. Dude, since it's...
Starting point is 00:22:49 You had the Italian bergamot, right? I have the deodorant on now. I have the cologne on now. Yeah. Since they sent it to the studio, it's so damn good. I love it. It's very rare. I genuinely love it.
Starting point is 00:22:58 All bullshit. I love it. And for me to wear cologne or to use the deodorant is insane. Yeah. But it's really's really good. Yeah. Cremmo products are all barber grade and made with pride, professionalism and passion and guarantee quality without the compromise.
Starting point is 00:23:12 Elevate your deodorant experience with Cremmo's two latest signature scents. Italian Bergamot. No, Bergamot. Yeah. So just so you guys know, when we saw that we opened the box and we started smelling the cologne, I was like, dude. I used it everyday since.
Starting point is 00:23:26 I was like, dude. This stuff's, like I, me too. We started spraying it on ourselves. Yeah. So, and I like the, I like the Palo Santo. You like the Italian Bergamot, right? It's so good. Yeah, the whole.
Starting point is 00:23:37 Yeah, I love it, man. The whole body care line is fantastic. How about this? Head to Target or Target.com. Find Cremmo's new line of anti-erspirants and deodorants in the Italian bergamot and Palo Santo scents. Uh, so just go, that's Target or Target.com. It's fantastic. Yeah. It's so good. Yeah. Uh, have you seen, have you tried it, Jen? I love the smell. It's so good.
Starting point is 00:24:00 Go to Target, your local Target or Target.com. That's a cremo. Enjoy. So this is why Joe Pfeiffer is taking heat for it. He's just pissed that he missed his fight. Yeah. And got sick in Mexico. Yeah. Give him some fucking. Graces. I don't care if it's offensive to you. I will never go back to that country. I did everything right. I followed. I slept at a tent. I did all this work To still get sick some people are saying it wasn't the food saying I got altitude sickness about a fucking Geographic fucking you know elevation fucking scientists, but I was sure as long as I acclimated Which I did for two months slept in a tent and on the fucking floor. You know, I did everything that I could to prepare.
Starting point is 00:24:46 Um, and if that's what altitude and elevation is, fuck that country. I will never fight there again. Shithole not going back. Don't care. That's offensive to you. You're not the one fighting. Suck my balls. He would been fine as if he didn't call it a shithole.
Starting point is 00:25:06 You've been fine saying I'm never fighting again. That's fair. I agree. He's a fighter. He's pissed off. He's probably fucking so angry. He didn't get paid. He did an entire camp to get paid. Everyone's like, oh, how do you call a shithole?
Starting point is 00:25:15 Like he's upset, dude. Especially mentally and everything. Because if he fought here in the States, it just is what it is. He wouldn't have gotten sick. Yes. Like this is no different than Ilya Topory going, I won't main a vet in Spain. Cause, cause the ESPN, the way they set it up, I'd have to fight at 4 a.m.
Starting point is 00:25:29 Spain time. It's not fucking happening. With all due respect, uh, you know, to Mexico and Mexicans and the country, I, my whole family went to Mexico. I was the only one who didn't get sick. Everybody was literally in their room like, ugh. And when you're a fighter, it's the last thing you want to fucking worry about. You can't have that, yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:25:48 You can't, the problem is- Like you don't think, I wish I could have fought no Garen in fucking America, not fucking Brazil. Yeah. We have to worry about the food, the sleep. Do you understand how lucky we are in this country? People like, you Americans, like do you know how lucky we are that we have sanitation,
Starting point is 00:26:00 that we have clean drinking water? You know what a feat it is to have clean running water? As somebody who lived all over the world and has traveled extensively, that's still rare. It's still rare. In Mexico, you don't get, you don't let them, you can't use the ice, you can't use the water unless you know it comes from a bottle.
Starting point is 00:26:17 That's what it is. And so for a professional athlete, you go, I'd rather just not deal with that. It's another thing I have to worry about. I'm never fucking fighting them again. That's why I should have said it's just Yeah, but also give them some well remember Trump called certain countries shitholes, of course, and he got a lot of shit for it. I don't know Yeah, it'll be it'll be fine. Yeah
Starting point is 00:26:39 His real fan base does not give a fuck What else got got Jim? Kernemettes? Sure. Alrighty. Want to start off with Joe Rogan first? Yeah. Okay.
Starting point is 00:27:01 So Joe went on his most recent podcast and I think people are a little confused because you know, he's very pro Trump. He's on his team. He's not very pro Trump. Well, yeah. That's what he said. Rogan said that. No,, you know, he's very pro-Trump. He's on his team. He's not very pro-Trump. Well, yeah. That's what he said. He said it. He said he's pro-Trump because he goes, well, you got to think the choices were commoner Trump.
Starting point is 00:27:16 Yeah. And he's going to stop the madness. He supports Trump. Yes, of course. He came out and supported Trump. What I'm saying is that there's this tendency to say that Joe is all in on the right, all in on Trump. No, he's way more nuanced than that.
Starting point is 00:27:30 What he wasn't into, like me and like you and a lot of reasonable people, was some woman who was totally unqualified, who refused to talk to us, who refused to go on any fucking, you know, even explain her positions because she was not up for the job. She wouldn't change anything. That Biden's doing. And who stood behind ridiculous, insane policies. Like, you know, we can go down a list. That's what it is.
Starting point is 00:27:53 And, and I think, I think like Joe thinks a lot, like that Trump does have some really revolutionary ideas and, uh, and it's exciting to see what it is. You can say you're pro Trump and not support everything he does. Yeah. I'm pro-Trump, for sure. I just can't stand the way the left takes everybody and is like, you guys are far, far right. Shut the fuck up.
Starting point is 00:28:14 No, you're listening to the crazies. Most people know Joe's not like that. Yeah, but he's always put, there are all these things, he was just talking on the same podcast about how they qualify him as this far-right guy along with Theodore Vaughan. But anyone else, yeah, but it's one article. It's not one article.
Starting point is 00:28:32 It is, JoJo was talking. But it's certain press. Yeah, yeah, but they have to have a reach. It's just annoying. Majority of America's not. Yeah. You know, I'm pro-Disney, but I don't believe with everything he do. Right, right.
Starting point is 00:28:43 You know what I mean? But on his latest episode, he kind of went into this case of this gay barber who entered the U S legally, but was arrested by ICE in this, like, violent Venezuelan gang thing. And so he's just kind of coming out saying like, I'm supportive of deporting the criminals, but what are we doing to the normal everyday person? See, but this is the problem. Like they're getting rid of a lot of criminals, but then sometimes
Starting point is 00:29:07 illegal, some of the legal immigrants are good people and contribute to society. The dragnet will capture some people. Yeah. You got to crack a few eggs and make an omelet. Unfortunately, if you're that one egg, it fucking sucks, but you're not going to get, you're not going to bat a hundred. You're, you're going to have some mistakes. Yeah. You're not gonna bet a hundred you're gonna have some mistakes Yeah, but but again if it's one gay barber and 50 criminals, okay
Starting point is 00:29:36 I'll take those odds what I think is important is that ice admitted to this and that it's being There are reparations being made this guy who got arrested is gonna make some money and also it's not good and yes, people should be called out on it. But also he came in illegally, so he shouldn't make money. How about you do it the proper way? You go into any other country and they kick you out, that's how it goes. How about you come in the proper way and there's no issues? What about that?
Starting point is 00:29:59 What about little accountability? Come in the proper way. Yes, correct. He shouldn't receive a fucking dime. He's not going to make money. You can't even legally. For people that don't know, for four years under the insanity of Biden and Kamala Harris and the rest of those nuts, they had a very deliberate planned and orchestrated idea of
Starting point is 00:30:24 opening the borders to allow as many people in and without going into why they wanted to do this, I have my ideas, but more importantly, because they want to win, you would get a notice to appear that notice to appear of 5 million people. You weren't going to be seen by the 700 judges for 5 million people. You weren't going to be seen by that judge for six, seven, eight years. Okay? So it was basically like everybody's allowed to come in, everyone. And who made all the money? The drug traffickers. Who made all the money? The cartels. Because they're the ones that have all that money. They made billions of dollars bringing people in and out. You know? Pete And the Democrats couldn't win naturally, So they brought in all those illegal immigrants and there's mail in voting.
Starting point is 00:31:07 So you can have to register to vote, like figure it the fuck out. Didn't work all good. What else you got Jen? Oh, but just, um, okay. I like to draw attention to this stuff because I think these people are real pieces of shit. Uh, Lashawn Johnson, he was a former NFL running back got caught I think it was in October for 200 dogs that he had in a pit bull dog fighting ring
Starting point is 00:31:35 Mm-hmm, and he's just now getting sentenced and people are actually trying to come out and be like, oh He's not that bad of a guy. It's not that big of a deal. And I'm like, didn't we already learn this with Michael Vick? I mean, this is a dog friendly office. People forgave Michael Vick though. I didn't. Uh, the majority of his fan base. So can I just say something? So dog fighting has a long tradition in this country.
Starting point is 00:31:59 Yeah. So it goes back. No, I'm saying it goes back from actually it was brought over here by, do you know who the British, the British? Yeah. The, the, yeah, the staff charioteers. No, I'm saying it goes back from actually it was brought over here by do you know who? The British British. Yeah. Yeah the the Yeah, the staff Charter is and they were they brought those over and and a lot of black slaves Some of them became enthusiasts and so in the black community sort of where Michael Vick was from dogfighting the first people I ever saw was where Michael Vick was from when I was in Virginia the front I'd never even knew what the fuck it was
Starting point is 00:32:26 But it was a fighting dog and I was like, what is this? And I remember this black guy goes to man-made dog, bro Cuz I'd never felt the dog that hard, you know So Johnson allegedly ran at least two dog fighting operations in a pair of Oklahoma town selectively breeding champion Oh, yeah And grand champion dogs from those who had won multiple fights in order to create offspring of purpose of fighting. He's also accused of selling stud rights of winning dogs. It's a big business.
Starting point is 00:32:52 There's an underground of big business within dog fighting. There are circles of dog fighting where they breed them and the breeding is every bit as complicated as horse breeding, like every bit. Those dogs are bred for their bite and their caneness. It sounds like you're a big fan of it. I just know a lot about it. FBI Director Cash Patel referred to the practice of dog fighting as a twisted form of entertainment.
Starting point is 00:33:11 Yeah, it's fucked up. He's getting five years and 250k for each fine, for each fine count he's getting. Damn, that's a lot. 250. I don't think it's enough. I think you're a real sick person to harm like a helpless animal.
Starting point is 00:33:24 I don't know, that's just me. I eat meat I have no problem with that. It's tough because those dogs like to fight. Yeah, they love to fight. Look at this thing. That's not a pit bull. That's a rat. That's not a train. But Sinaz, I'm not excusing dog fighting. I don't believe in that. Somebody who's owned pit bulls his whole life. I love pit bulls. I don't believe in fighting my dog. as somebody who's owned pit bulls his whole life. I love pit bulls. I don't believe in fighting my dog.
Starting point is 00:33:46 I'm just saying that when two pit bulls fight, so typically what they'll do, here's the truth of pit bull fighting. You pit two dogs together. If your dog has game and if your dog scratches out, meaning if your dog stops trying to come at the dog, you're holding them, you break them, you hold them and they get positioned.
Starting point is 00:34:04 If your dog stops scratching or if your dog shies, or if your dog loses real bad, they put that dog down. They kill that dog. And also all those pit bulls live on the end of a leash in a dog house, they're not pets. They're just like race horses. They're bred for the fight. Yeah, it's a sad life.
Starting point is 00:34:25 So I understand anybody who has a big problem with this, it should be illegal. If you do the crime, you do the time. I would say that, to your point though, those pit bulls are bred literally just to fight. Some of them are wagging when they're fighting. They don't know any better. Yeah, that's what they do. They just have that game. It's called, they're a game bred dog. When you got a game bred dog, that what that means is
Starting point is 00:34:49 you're so game to fight that they will fight for two hours. Some of them fight for two hours. It's terrible. Yeah. Same thing as chicken fighting. I don't like that. See, I don't have a problem with cock fighting. Heavy on the cock.
Starting point is 00:34:59 Heavy on the cock. Heavy on the cock. That's rough. You know what they do with them. No, they put razor blades on them. Oh yeah. They put the old barbs on them. What? But they do with them. No, they put razor blades on the end of the claws. Oh yeah, they put the little barbs on them. What?
Starting point is 00:35:05 But hey, but they're chickens. Well also, cocks. They're chickens. Cocks hate each other. They come right at each other. Yeah, they're vicious. They're dinosaurs. Uh huh.
Starting point is 00:35:14 See, now if he got in trouble for cock fighting, I might defend him. Dogs, what are you doing, dude? But cock fighting's like... Yep. Let's take a little break, dude. I need auto parts, but I want a friendly staff. I want people to know what to do. I want to be able to know what to do.
Starting point is 00:35:25 I want to be able to change my battery about being in my car. I want windshield wipers. What do I do, dude? Where do I go? You know, we only mess with one brand and one brand only. We're talking about O-O-O-Riley. The professional parts people at O'Reilly Auto Parts. Your one stop shop for all things auto.
Starting point is 00:35:40 Do it yourself. You can find what you need in store or online. Stop by O'Reilly auto parts today. Visit them at O'Reilly auto.com slash fighter. That's O'Reilly auto.com slash fighter. They used to pit bears against bulls. Oh yeah. And bulls won all the time.
Starting point is 00:35:59 Yeah. It's bad. It's a, it's a cruel, cruel thing. Yeah. It's nasty. Nothing I'd want to see. This one, this one, Michael Vicks on like fucking NBC now. Everyone forgave including white people Brendan you might get behind this so Ford is filing a patent to bring old-school stick shifts to electric vehicles again
Starting point is 00:36:19 It's first car learned on but there's a big problem Only about 17 or 18 percent of Americans know how to drive a stick shift that's why I like stick shifts you know how you prevent car theft oh that's interesting the the people who steal cars can't drive man would this make you get an electric car no clue no clue electric car this was the case I think eventually I almost, my whole narrative of anti, I still, on my hat it says anti-electric, but now that the Libs are putting fucking Nazi signs
Starting point is 00:36:51 on electric cars and fucking the electric cars, it makes me want one, so I'm conflicted. Like, my extreme hate for electric cars has kinda dulled down, because these fucking woke liberals are going after people with electric cars now. I'm like, god damn it. Now I want one. Look at that.
Starting point is 00:37:06 That's a beautiful car right there. Oh, yeah. That's a Mustang. Looks like a Mustang. Looks like it. That's a nice car. What was the first car you learned to drive on, Brian? Stick shift.
Starting point is 00:37:15 It was. Ford Focus. No, a Honda Civic. Yeah, I don't know how to drive a stick, do you? Yeah. OK. Oh, yeah. I drove a stick.
Starting point is 00:37:23 Next car I'd buy a big manual. Drove a stick for probably. I drove one today. Oh yeah. I drove a stick for probably. I drove one today. 10 years. All kids should learn how to learn on a stick. First car I had in this country, I mean in this state was a stick shift. Of course.
Starting point is 00:37:36 Yeah. Even when I was a kid, stick shift. Yeah, first car. They're saying if you add a stick shift, it'll limit the issue of like driver engagement because you know with electric vehicles nowadays, people aren't. They're on their texting and a stick shift, it'll limit the issue of like driver engagement because you know with electric vehicles nowadays people aren't Done they're taxing and they're on social media. Don't use the stick shift. I mean if it's if it's an off Yeah, when you when you have a stick shift, you're you're you're active. It's this you know, you're like
Starting point is 00:37:56 Yeah, you can't be taxing like you're you're on the state. You're using both both your feet. You can still text But you shouldn't Leave it in second gear and then do your thing. But did you like when you had a stick shift? I remember the first time I had it, I loved it. Then I hated it after a while. It depends where you're at and what you're using it for. If they're an everyday driver and you're living in California,
Starting point is 00:38:16 it's going to be tough. But that's not fun. I'm back in love with it. If it's a weekend cruiser, it's great. I drive it every day now. And I love it. So much fun. But you don't drive far.
Starting point is 00:38:24 Like when I drive to the shop and it's like two and a half hour drive, like in traffic, a stick shift would be terrible. Orange County. I drive Orange County almost every week. So. Oh really? But you live in Woodland Hills, right? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:38:35 But this is my family and friends. All my friends are. I'm saying if you had to do it Monday through Friday, chin nine to five, it would suck. I've been doing it now for like a month and I love it. Even in traffic? Yeah. So I think, I think I love it. Then I hate it. Then I love it.
Starting point is 00:38:46 It just depends. It just depends. I know. I know. Yeah. I like it. I want to stick. I'm looking at passengers class over a client seat
Starting point is 00:38:54 in mid air rumble. I look at that. Like people get in fights on a plane. It's like, but you never know what they're dealing with. They're very hot already. Yeah. What?
Starting point is 00:39:04 This one's wild guys. This, this motorcycle is literally like fell into a But you never know what they're dealing with. They're pretty hot already. Yeah. What? This one's wild guys. This, this motorcycle is literally like fell into a sinkhole and then they couldn't find it. It says motorcyclists who plunged into a massive sinkhole that suddenly opened on Korea was found dead falling overnight. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:39:18 No shit. The sinkhole measuring approximately 20 meters wide and 20 meters deep opened an intersection on Monday, swallowed the motorcyclist and injured a woman whose van had been driving over the site at the time. Let me see. Poor guy. So bad.
Starting point is 00:39:35 Does it just open up or he just don't see it? Look at that, he has no idea. You're just gonna die. This is N dying. And game over. And- Car made it out. Damn, that car kept going. Good for them.
Starting point is 00:39:46 And he just died. Yeah, yeah, he's over. How does that happen? You just, it's your time to die. That's God be like, all right, man, you're up. Sinkhole, you're up. Damn, that sucks though. That's how fast he died.
Starting point is 00:40:01 We don't have sinkholes. Have we ever had a sinkhole? Yeah, there's sinkholes there. He literally probably fell 20 meters right there. You just fell 20 meters. That made me sad. Wow. Acidic rainwater erodes under any dead rock.
Starting point is 00:40:16 Sinkholes are all about water. Water washes away the soil underneath the residue and then just wears out over time, becomes thin and then the weight from the cars. Can you just- This happens random locations too. Damn. That sucks. Yeah, Florida has a lot of them, yeah.
Starting point is 00:40:36 You know what I hate to say, probably suffocated, right? Or on a motor, sorry, probably hit his head, knocked out and just came over. Or on a motor cycle, probably hit his head, knocked out and just game over. Okay, I found a new movie trailer. People are pretty stoked on this one. There's gonna be a new Back to the Future.
Starting point is 00:40:54 There is? They're just redoing all the old movies. Yeah. Yep. See if we like this one though. But Tom Holland's in it! And Robert Downey! This is good. Let's see if I can zoom in.
Starting point is 00:41:07 Is this thing working? Marty! Come now! I have something incredible to show you. Hey Doc, you said you needed me, so here I am. I just had to dodge Vice Principal Tanner. Shit! Get back here!
Starting point is 00:41:15 I'm with my GF, hanging, but uh, you know that's alright. Listen Marty, what if I told you it's possible to travel through time? I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:41:23 I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I had to dodge Vice Principal Tanner. Shit! Get back here! I'm losing my GF, hanging, but... You know, that's alright. Listen, Marty. What if I told you it's possible to travel through time? Would you believe me? Here's the thing. It's possible.
Starting point is 00:41:33 I figured it out. And I want you to come with me. Are you ready? Okay, cool, cool, cool. Wait, did you just say time travel is real? This is AI. This is AI. This is AI. Great, Scott.
Starting point is 00:41:47 Come on, hit it, Marty! That's what I'm trying to do, Doc. This is so AI and so bad. You don't want to piss me off, unless you're a chicken, McFly? Look at this. Can I get a Pepsi? Even cyborgs don't drink that. Let me fix you a real...
Starting point is 00:42:03 This is bad AI, Sinas. I really thought we were going to get you on this one. No you weren't. That was terrible AI. I was hoping to get Brian too, but it was so bad. It was so bad. That was bad, bad AI. I was testing him. We gotta do bad.
Starting point is 00:42:20 His voice, they were like... But in the beginning you were a little... No, I sure wasn't. I was like, what is this? It was back to the jump. I was like, what's going on here? I was hoping to get you too, but as soon as it started I went, oh fuck, I'll figure this one out. I thought it was AI with an AI and I'm supposed to be, I was like, is this some weird, you
Starting point is 00:42:35 know. Be sick if they redid it though. Getting wild with this stuff. It would be sick. Okay, well I tried. And whoever's doing it, that's really bad AI. Hey, you're bad. Yeah. Yeah, all right.
Starting point is 00:42:46 Let's do this one. So Morgan Wallen was on SNL again, and people are just raining on him because he walked off stage. Well, the left is raining on him, the right is supporting him. That's how it's done. But SNL's like, we're not mad,
Starting point is 00:43:00 he's welcome back at any time. But you know, after SNL, they all stay and hug. Yeah, but you gotta remember who's on SNL.'s especially now it's a super liberal a lot of gays on there and Morgan Wallen being a man of faith is probably like fuck get me out or he just didn't he didn't know them well enough to hug him so he just got off stage like that's a little weird no he was just like God bless America go Vols like he just wanted no part of it there's just not his people it's not that he doesn't like him it's just not his people It's not that he doesn't like him. It's just not his crew
Starting point is 00:43:25 But it's an SNL tradition and remember he was banned for a minute that he welcomed him back Yeah, but who knows what's going on behind scenes. Maybe there's some gay shit going on He's like dude. This isn't my fucking thing Yeah, I think people were coming down on him really hard, but SNL came out and said like we're fine with it He's welcome back here whenever look at the people in the back you think those she's like you wrong it's just not his people so he's just like fucking I was a good actress do you see her in a more I've never seen her in a more but she always plays the crazy chick. She's so good. She's in Once Upon a Time in Hollywood. She's in an Oscar. She's in the new Scream movies. She's such a good actress
Starting point is 00:44:17 man I was like damn. She's wild yeah. So good. He just walks off though I don't who gives a f- it's just not his people. He's probably like all right get me the fuck get me back to fucking Tennessee. Get me mean, he got and he's like, I'm out of here. He posted that right after. Yeah. Right after he's sick of it. All right. Yeah. Give me the, he's like, give me with my people and there's nothing wrong with that. Just like if a liberal walked off, if there was some other host and was like, I can't be around this, give me around my people. Yeah, I get it. Do your thing. Yeah, I like this. That's all it is. He hugs her.
Starting point is 00:44:47 She's great. And then he just goes. He's like, I'm fucking out. Yeah. He may not have liked some of the people. You're right. You're right. That's all it is.
Starting point is 00:44:55 He's like, get me back to my crew. Yeah, I'm out of here. I can't get out of here fast enough. Bye-bye. Here's some, just some cool news. A 14-year-old child prodigy has literally developed an app that can detect heart disease in seven seconds. This is what technology is going for.
Starting point is 00:45:13 Yeah, 14-year-old kid. God. He's from Dallas, Jen. Siddharth. The world's youngest AI certified professional. Wow. Holds up to work on AI. That's cool.
Starting point is 00:45:31 That's really cool. I think that's kind of cool. That kid's gonna be rich. I mean. Is that it, Chad? That's incredible. You got anything? We should probably do a couple more.
Starting point is 00:45:43 Here's one. Zack Snyder, I'm sure you recognize that director right Brian everyone. Yeah Batman Yeah, so he's gonna do he's gonna direct movie called brawler for the UFC and it's gonna be Saudi backed You know that I do that crazy rich guy from Saudi. He has all the money. Yeah, tricky It's basically a kid that he grows up on the streets of LA and comes from nothing to become a UFC champion The problem with this because Hollywood they're gonna have this narrative. They'd be makes all these riches and his first fight He's getting five hundred thousand and none of that's real. Yeah Huh, all right, maybe maybe get me a get me an audition for that dude, who would I play I
Starting point is 00:46:24 Don't know what you're doing that. How about this one? This is Marius Pujanowski the world's strongest man guy and Eddie Hall on other world's strongest. Haven't they fought before? I don't know but I feel like yeah I feel like there's two different world's strongest men that fought before. Marius for sure. Eddie's fought before. Well Mario's definitely fought before. No, no, they both fought, but I don't know if they fought each other. Yeah, so they're fighting on April 26 at KSW. Pudzianowski's been doing it for a hot second. Yeah, how old is Pudzianowski?
Starting point is 00:46:56 God, he has to be in his 50s. I remember watching him on TV a hot second ago. 48 years old. Damn, they're 50. Fuck. Polish. Just a beast. go to ZMMA record Jim. Oh, I do? Okay. Well, we should probably talk about how to keep your dick game feeling like Conan. You know what I mean? Like feeling like he's ready for battle. You want it, you want it.

Starting point is 00:50:59 Use the code fighter for 20% off single purchases and 30% off subscriptions. Your big dick. Well, thank you. Have you guys seen this clip of Daniel Cormie at the NCAA wrestling? I haven't seen this. Six foot three inch girlfriend. Like what? Yeah. I'll just play it real quick. That is so crazy. DC crushed this.
Starting point is 00:51:25 He won the NCAA though, right? Yeah. He won his match. What a stud. He crushed this. 6-3! He's like... 6-3 girlfriend! Look at him! He like... He won the NCAAs though, right? Yeah. He won his match. What a stud! Stud. He's 5'5 but he's tough. Dude, and his girlfriend's 6'3.
Starting point is 00:51:36 I love this kid. Fine, let me hear him, B. Lucas Bird! It wasn't for a lack of trying. He was trying to get to his attack. Oh, wow. He was trying to get to his attack. Oh, wow.
Starting point is 00:51:44 He was trying to get to his attack. Oh, wow. He was trying to get to his attack. Oh, wow. Listen to DC. That's a big deal. Love knows no boundaries. Certainly not. I think they're wonderful together. They're wonderful. That's a big deal. They're wonderful together. He's just going to say she's 6'3". His girlfriend's 6'3".
Starting point is 00:52:10 I love it, man. It is crazy. He's like, whatever. It does look fun. I got a tall girlfriend. Super tall. 6'3". 5'5", versus 6'3".
Starting point is 00:52:20 I assume she plays basketball. Huh? I assume she plays basketball for Illinois. That's a lot. 6'3"? She's also... I assume she plays basketball. Huh? I assume she plays basketball for Illinois. That's a lot. 6'3"? She's also. She was like hugging him how I hug my nephew.
Starting point is 00:52:30 DC crushed on him. That's his, that's him in his element. He's crushed it on there. I mean, that's a bad ass. You know that kid's going to be a winner in everything he does in life, though. You know, winning in the NCAA NCAA and wrestling is so hard. Nothing's stopping him now.
Starting point is 00:52:46 It's so hard. I think that's good. Well, there's a couple of things here I saw today. Couple of Conor McGregor bites came up today. Is it real or is this- Well, no, these are real. These are real. Matt Brown was saying, you know, Conor McGregor
Starting point is 00:53:01 has been passing on that return fight forever. And then Chale came out and actually called him a narcissist.or McGregor has been passing on that return fight forever. And then Chael came out and actually called him a narcissist. Called McGregor a narcissist? Yeah. But I mean. Most fighters aren't. Aren't most fighters in that sense?
Starting point is 00:53:13 And then I read an article that was saying that apparently he had already, McGregor had planned his retirement 10 years ago and this was all a part of it. Good for him. You think so though? Yeah. I don't think a narcissist could really admit to
Starting point is 00:53:28 like them ever really being done. You think so? Well, that's why he keeps leaking it. You know, that's why he keeps teasing. I don't get narcissists from Connor. No? No. I don't get narcissists.
Starting point is 00:53:38 What do you get? I get a guy who came from nothing and who did the impossible. Food stamps. Who did the impossible. Most stamps. Who did the impossible. Most willingness, I mean, as far as money goes, the biggest star the UFC's ever had. He did the impossible. He won the game.
Starting point is 00:53:53 And then what happened was he became really rich, really powerful. And like a lot of people who are thrust into this new planet, he had some trouble adjusting and dealing with it. I think at heart he's a good guy and I think what he accomplished was incredible and continues to, but I think he probably maybe has a substance abuse problem, might have gotten into cocaine, he's not the first guy, certainly not the first fighter, not the last. And partied and the world opened up to him in such a crazy way. Oh my God.
Starting point is 00:54:29 Yeah, so I think he got himself in a lot of trouble. Yeah, there's no book you can read to prepare you for the level of success and fame he had. No good things happen when you get into cocaine. No good things happen when you drink too much. And I think he's another guy who's way smarter than people think and I think he'll learn from this. And I think he'll always guy who's way smarter than people think and I think he'll learn from this and I think he'll always have demons that he battles.
Starting point is 00:54:49 Oh yeah. Yeah, but I don't get narcissists from Connor. Yeah. And the reason I don't get narcissists is he worked so hard to get to where he was and knew that that's what it was gonna take. And I think when you work that hard you realize that you're not special, you're, because we talked to him about it, you're not special, you just have to work harder than the next guy. I think he thinks he's special.
Starting point is 00:55:08 Well you have to believe in yourself. But to come from, like you said, food stamps to where he is, he is special. People forget that he also was about to retire. He went through all of that too. He's always had, it's very, very difficult to accomplish what he accomplished and to do what he did. And so I, yeah, that's what I say.
Starting point is 00:55:25 And the last one I have for you guys is Dylan Danis. He is vowing to retire Tony Ferguson ahead of their GFL matchup. I think we've been talking about it for a while that we kind of just, we think Tony should step back. Nobody wants to see him get hurt in the ring. I'd like to see them get into a- It's a great fight for both of them.
Starting point is 00:55:40 Right, I'd like to see them get into a Jiu Jitsu match. I'd like to see this turn into a- I don't, I don't.'t. No, no, no. Dylan Dance, that's all he does. He's just too good. Yeah, I want to see this. Yeah, jujitsu wise, right? Compared to Dylan, he is, Brian.
Starting point is 00:55:53 Really? Really? You're talking about world champion. But brown belt, world champion. Black belt now and still compete at ADCC. How'd he do? Great. Yeah, you're talking about two different things.
Starting point is 00:56:02 Really? Yeah, MMA's the perfect platform for him. some advantages Dylan if it goes the ground has huge advantages so I Mean he had his what eighth consecutive loss. Yeah, you'll see at the tip of the spear. It's tough I hate seeing it. I don't want to see it anymore, but I guess I want to see him make $300,000 and he needs it. So I fully support it. So a fighter like Tony, as it, at his point, like what do you think he's making on average a year?
Starting point is 00:56:31 If you had to ballpark. I don't know, I have no clue. No. He was making money. But there's a reason why he's still fighting, right? Probably. Cause he needs to work. 99% of the fighters you watch on TV
Starting point is 00:56:43 can't retire in their set. Not a shot. There's 1%. Not a shot. needs to work. That two things. 99% of fighters you watch on TV can't retire in their set. Not a shot. Just 1%. Not a shot. And they also are fighters and it becomes a huge part of who they are. And you might have some success in the GFL
Starting point is 00:56:54 because you go from that to the UFC, there's no easy fights. So once you go, he's done. It's like done as far as UFC is concerned, yes, he's done. He can't compete at that level, but he can compete at this level Are you allowed to go back and forth between the no no no no absolutely not? Okay That it dudes. That's it. All right kids. We're gonna be B. Are you in town when that I'm in North York
Starting point is 00:57:18 Are you in town when GFL comes to town? I don't know that Dylan dance fights in LA. I'm working it when is it? Mid-may May 22nd, I think 23 it. When is it? Mid-May, May 22nd, I think, 23rd. I'm jealous. When is it, Tim? Could be, maybe. No, I'll be- May 24th and 25th. My dad turns 86.
Starting point is 00:57:32 So I'm going to his birthday, May 25th. Oh, that's when it is. 24 and 25th. Yeah, it's Saturday, Sunday. I'll be in New York with my pop. But having said all that, I'll be in Norfolk, Nebraska at the district events center.
Starting point is 00:57:49 Yeah. And apparently it's a really good gig and it's a good venue and we're selling a lot of tickets, which have been, which is very surprising, but I'm excited. So Norfolk, Norfolk, Nebraska, Norfolk, Nebraska. Now there's Norfolk, Virginia, right? There is. Yeah, that's kind of a more famous one, right? And your boy bought some tickets to Norfolk, Virginia
Starting point is 00:58:10 and had to. Oh, wow. Yeah. Yeah, that makes sense. I was like, oh, it's not in Norfolk, Virginia. I was like, oh, so there's that. All right, kids, that's it. This is The Fighting Kid. We're out. We're out. Pluto TV has all the shows and movies you love
