Starting point is 00:00:31 spend an inordinate amount of time on the WNBA and some of you may think I already have here in the last couple of days and you'd be right, but this story that I've got now is not one about the battle between Caitlin Clark and Angel Reese on the court and off the court. And this is not about two black media analysts accusing one of not being black enough or understanding black issues because his wife is white. No, we're getting to the shit
Starting point is 00:01:00 that's important. We've got WNBA sexual scandals going on right now. And that's what we're here for. That's what the WNBA exists for really. No one cares about the wins and losses. We care about drama, right? We care about Angel Reese versus Caitlin Clark. We care about media people fighting. Nobody gives a shit about the score. Tell me the score of any game that happened yesterday in the WNBA. You cannot because you don't give a shit. But the drama is what people are here for. And we've got a good old fashioned WNBA sex scandal and
Starting point is 00:01:34 this one doesn't involve players and coaches like that one in Nebraska a couple years ago where some player accused the coach of grooming her for sexual stuff. Oh no! This involves players and management? It is not a homosexual relationship? It is a heterosexual relationship? Whoa! We got it all here and we will have it for you after these commercials. Headline reads, Phoenix Suns and Mercury's CEO accused of affair with former player Sophie Cunningham in new lawsuit. Now if you don't know who Sophie Cunningham is she plays for the Indiana Fever. I believe she's the player that's known as MAGA Barbie. She's done some stuff with Dave Portnoy I believe and she's this
Starting point is 00:02:22 really good-looking tall blonde chick from Missouri. She's been in the league a while. She's in her late 20s and I think she's a TV analyst maybe for the Phoenix Suns which might make some sense once we read this lawsuit. She played for the Phoenix Mercury at one point I guess would have to be the case. I think that is and she's basically everything. If Caitlin Clark is something that WNBA hates, Sophie Cunningham is that times a thousand because she's not as good as Caitlin
Starting point is 00:02:49 Clark but she's just as white, prettier, and probably MAGA so like she's like the super duper example of everything all of these WNBA gals hate. Well apparently Sophie Cunningham was involved in an affair with this rather frumpy looking gentleman. He looks like, you know, if you didn't already know what Ham Porter looked like in his middle age because you've seen it, like you'd go, oh, I bet that's what Ham Porter is going to look like in his middle age. A new lawsuit alleges that Phoenix Sun CEO Josh Bartelstein secretly had an affair with
Starting point is 00:03:27 former Phoenix Mercury player Sophie Cunningham. As reported by Front Office Sports, former Phoenix Sun's Director of Security Gene Taylor filed a lawsuit against the franchise and its associated companies for racial discrimination and failing to implement sufficient security measures. In one portion of the lawsuit, Taylor alleged that Cornelius Craig, Vice President of Security and Risk Management at the franchise, demoted him on his first day at work. He also spoke with Bartlestein about the behavior of Craig,
Starting point is 00:03:57 whom he believed to be targeting him. As the lawsuit alleges, Craig was spreading damaging information about Bartlestein, which Taylor confided to the franchise CEO. When Bartlstein asked plaintiff to reveal what Craig was saying, plaintiff explained that Craig had been telling others Josh Bartlstein as fucking Sophie Cunningham, the lawsuit reads. Oh boy! For the sake of this Josh Bartlstein, I kind of like, I mean, I'm rooting for this to be true for him. I mean, I don't know, it might be bad for him in the long run, but like, give the dude credit, Sophie Cunningham is pretty hot. The
Starting point is 00:04:35 alleged interaction between Taylor and Bartlstein went down on October 10th, 2024. Cunningham, who was selected 13th in the 2019 WNBA draft by the Phoenix Mercury, was traded to the Indiana Fever in January 2025. Neither Bartlstein or Cunningham has commented on the alleged affair. The latest lawsuit is just another in a long line of issues for the Phoenix Suns and Mercury, who ousted former owner Robert Sarver for $4 billion in December 2022. The teams have since come under control of Matt Ishbia, but there have been at least four lawsuits accusing the franchise of discrimination since November 2024. That's it? That's all the fucking details? I need more details. So basically, the story then
Starting point is 00:05:20 is Phoenix Suns and Phoenix Mercury CEO was sleeping with former Phoenix Mercury player Sophie Cunningham. This was discovered after a former employee recently filed a lawsuit. So basically what happened is you fired a guy and now he's spilling the tea on you. That's the risk you run of firing someone. That's the risk. Like you can't let people know what you're up to. Like if you're going to do dirty, illicit things, nobody can know about them or then they get out. Now in the case of this Josh Bartlestein, Bartlestein here, good for you chief. I need some more details. I was
Starting point is 00:05:57 expecting some horny details here. Now you know like some Danny Zuko, come on man, you don't want to hear all the horny details. That's what I was here for, man Let me see if there's any more to this now. I gotta look up Sophie Cunningham. Geez. Hold on Sophie Cunningham Let's see Phoenix Sun CEO accused. Let's see. There's page six Do we think page six will have more information on this? They're a gossip rag. They should Let's see. Give me some more details. Did someone read this damn lawsuit and tell me any specifics? I need specifics. Also, not a great looking dude, this Josh Bartlstein.
Starting point is 00:06:32 If he got to plow Sophie Cunningham for whatever reason it was, good for him. Shake his hand. Say, hey, good work. If it was a situation where both parties were complicit, who fucking cares? I guess the issue you could run into is maybe he'd end up paying her more. Like, trust me, there are issues with this. I'm not telling you there aren't. But if they were both dead... Now, there's another thing. So this chick is also on the Phoenix Suns TV broadcast, or at least was. Is that because of this relationship? Is she gaining favor because she's performing sex with this man? I don't know. Let's see. Taylor claimed that he spoke with Bartlstein about Craig's behavior because he believed he was being targeted, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. So are we ever going to...
Starting point is 00:07:16 God, this Sophie Cunningham. Wonderfully long legs. Good for you, lady. This Josh Bartlstein. Terribly frumpy and unappealing. Let's see. Stacy Mitch, the senior vice president of communications for the Suns told Page Six in a statement Tuesday, the recent reports concerning Josh Bartlstein and Sophie Cunningham are entirely false and morally reprehensible. Now, let me ask you this. If you are this Bartlstein and you know that your livelihood may be on the line here, right? You know that it could cost you your job if this is true,
Starting point is 00:07:47 but is there a part of you that's like, I kind of want, like, I want this, like, if it is true, like, I want people to know. Like, obviously none of us will think this hot, leggy, amazing looking, Maga Barbie lady here is having sex with you because she likes you. None of us are gonna believe that. We're gonna believe she we're going to believe she
Starting point is 00:08:05 was doing it to curry favor and move up the ladder, which whatever do what you want to do. But like it would still be kind of cool to be able to be like hey a bag that how about that? Let's see. Mitch added that the organization will pursue all available legal avenues and hold those accountable for participating in the spread of misleading and false narratives." Like that's the other thing is the WNBA probably doesn't have time to even look into this right now.
Starting point is 00:08:31 They're too busy trying to find the monkey noises person in Indianapolis. It's like day four of that now. Let's see here. Cunningham was selected 13th overall blah blah blah. Meanwhile Bartlstein tied tied the knot with his wife Sydney Cox in August of 2022. Well, let's see what Sydney Cox looks like considering this guy is a CEO and probably has money. Despite the fact he's a from smick dumps, I'm gonna guess she's hot. Oh, look at you. Who are you? Who are you? Is that are you the wife? Oh, boy, people are now commenting on their pictures on the instagram like this is going to be a messy divorce. Oh boy All right. Hold on guys. Look i'm doing this because it's important to the show. I need to look up sydney cox. Hold on sydney cox Wait, is that the uh, oh no, that's the wrong name. Are you sydney cox? Were you also an athlete sydney cox?
Starting point is 00:09:26 Bartelstein, okay. Let's look her up. Which one are you? Debbie, I mean Sophie Cunningham CEO faces affair someone tell me who Sidney Cox is and let me see a photo Are you also a lady player? No, that's that's not her. Who are you? What have you done? Tied the knot with Sid Cox. Good for you. You know, I don't think I believe this story. I wanted to believe this story but this truly could just be an example of some disgruntled guy who's like watch the shit I know and he's gonna put out a bunch of information. That's what I think. I don't know that this guy banged this chick and not to say that just because
Starting point is 00:10:04 he's got a hot wife he wouldn't bang that this guy banged this chick and not to say that just because he's got a hot wife, he wouldn't bang some other hot chick. Like that's totally in the realm. Like obviously dudes have hot wives all the time and they poon tang around on their hot wives all the time with other chicks and a lot of times those chicks aren't even as hot as their wife. So like I'm not dismissing the fact that this could happen or whatever. But my man's got a good looking wife here and he's not a good looking guy at all. So like, I don't
Starting point is 00:10:30 know. I don't know that I'm going to I don't I don't think this happened. It may have but I don't think it did. Okay, let's see Bartlstein Tied the Knot with Sidney Cox. Let's see. In November 2024, Phoenix Magazine, the NBA's youngest CEO, praised his wife for making his job easier. I mean, she's a good-looking chick. Let's see. This job is incredibly demanding. It's the best job ever. It's long hours, high stress and pressure and public facing and travel, blah, blah, blah. Me and Sidney have
Starting point is 00:11:01 done it together, and she's a huge reason why I love to do what I do. So I don't know. Here's what this sounds like. This sounds like could be disgruntled employee telling sweet little lies. This is what it could be. Fever coach Stephanie White gives crucial Sophie Cunningham. Oh, that's an injury update. Who cares? Fever Sophie Cunningham shows off head turning outfit before that. That's who that chick was. So if you guys saw that video on like the first game of the year, she walked in basically wearing nothing. She was wearing like, like some shared 80s type shit.
Starting point is 00:11:35 And it was very nice. But that's the story right now. There's nothing new in this. Like, there's no new details. There's no horny details in this. It's just apparently some disgruntled guy who got fired and is not happy about it, so he's claiming them of being discriminatory. Let me make sure I got this story right. Gene Taylor, a Sons employee and former Director of Safety, Security, and Risk Management filed a lawsuit this month against the Sons Legacy Partners LLC in which he claimed he told Bartlstein that Cornelius Craig, the franchise's vice president
Starting point is 00:12:10 of Security and Risk Management, had been telling people that Bartlstein was having an affair with Sophie Cunningham. So which one got fired? Like this is what I'm confused about in the story here. So let's see, former Mercury star Sophie Cunningham is alleged to have had an affair with married sons and Mercury CEO Josh Bartlstein. So who so so Cornelia so who's so who's suing here? So when Bartlstein asked plaintiff to reveal what Craig was saying plaintiff explained that Craig had been telling others Josh Bartlstein is fucking Sophie Cunningham Okay, fine The Mercury signed Cunningham to an extension through 2025 the season then traded her blah blah blah
Starting point is 00:12:58 Huh well So anyway Phoenix has become a home away a bottle. you did not play for the Fevers controversial season opening when Bartlesein has been married to Sydney for two years. It's just yeah, I mean So someone's suing somebody and then there's lawsuits and someone's accusing this guy of banging the the chick that plays for the team There you go Not a lot of horny details. Maybe there are no horny details to be had.
Starting point is 00:13:28 Maybe it's totally made up. Maybe it's like they're just going with this route because it could be assumed that this chick's doing the TV for the thing, and I don't know. But that's where we are. So much WNBA drama, and none of it has anything to do with what happens on the court. This just stays in drama. This shit's like daytime TV. This
Starting point is 00:13:46 shit's like Mori. The WNBA is like Mori. Like just non-stop drama and then the media people fighting over it. I mean it's, no, I could not tell you one thing that happened in the basketball. I can not tell you one thing that happened in any of these WNBA basketball games to start the year. Zero, Zilch, nada. But I can tell you that old girls scrapped a little bit and I can tell you that this chick may be banging the CEO of the Phoenix Suns. That's all I know about the WNBA right now.
Starting point is 00:14:16 Perhaps you guys need to find a way to make people actually interested in your shit and not just the shit that goes on outside of the shit.
