You likely saw two calendar notifications pop up yesterday, Juneteenth and Father's Day. That's the amount spent on meals, ties, roughly 100 million are sold each Father's Day, and we suspect a fair number of axes, power tools, and beard oil.

Assange faces 17 charges brought by the U.S. government under the Espionage Act for helping steal and publish 400,000 classified military documents back in 2010. The data dump exposed that the U.S. military had not disclosed civilian deaths in Iraq and Afghanistan and ignored torture committed by allied Iraqi forces. Supporters say Assange is a journalist who should not be punished for revealing uncomfortable

truths, while detractors say mass uploading raw classified documents is not journalism, it's just illegal. Assange lived in the Ecuadorian embassy in London for nearly seven years to avoid arrest, but his asylum was revoked in 2019, and he's been in prison mounting legal appeals since. Being peaceable, gentle, and open to reason in the face of culturally hot topics is a sign of God's wisdom in us.
