oh good good i know Oh, good, good. Bam, we're live. Welcome back. Welcome, welcome back. Breaking news, breaking news. Kenneth, what's up, dude? Dick Butter, what's up?
Good to see you guys. Pedro's in the house all the way from Ireland. Matt Souza's here from his affiliate.
This is the weekly show, week in review. You've been on a podcast more than you haven't
since you've been awake that's correct max um we will uh be watching the um week in review that
just came out minutes ago from the dave castro uh youtube station um It's his weekly week in review,
and we will be watching it in 1.25 time,
pausing periodically,
and then during those pauses,
if Pedro or Sousa or I have something to chime in about,
we will chime in.
We will keep our responses short.
This show will be fast and tight.
Sousa also just notified me that this announcement wasn't only made on Dave's Week in Review,
but two other places.
One email was sent out, and it comes from CrossFit.
It says, CrossFit announces championship partners for Masters, Team, and Adaptive Divisions.
It comes from Chris Madigan, a great guy who I had the chance to work with
at the CrossFit Games.
Very cool dude.
Did you like him, Sousa?
Yeah, he's a nice guy.
Pedro?
Yeah, good guy.
Yeah, good dudes, right?
Oh, shit, my audio's wrong.
You guys are great.
Great guy.
Media pass for next year, please, Chris.
Yeah, right.
Amazing guy.
The best guy.
Right.
I think I screwed this up.
My audio is messed up give me a second settings
audio hey i got you good on my end you do okay yeah uh so so this comes from chris madigan um i
i think his official title is um something having to do with pr oh interesting so the the email
actually comes out it says crossfit CrossFit announces championship partners for Masters Teen Adaptive Divisions.
Legends Championship, so we know who they are.
Pit Teen Throwdown, we know who they are.
And Wheelwad Games, we know who they are,
set to host championship events.
So what it looks like already right off the top,
that it's three separate organizations
that will now be carrying the mantle or the home
for the CrossFit Games champions in their division.
So legends being people who are, it's 35 and older or 30 and older?
35.
35 and older.
The pit team throwdown, I think, is 14, 15, 16, 17.
And then wheel wad is, that's the adaptive ones.
You know, people with like missing parts or like stuff like that.
The short stature, they don't look normal.
They don't look like just like regular people.
They got some, they're dealing with some shit.
They have some circumstances.
Circumstance division.
And so they get like a fittest too.
And it looks like the email is coming out
of Santa Cruz, California.
By the way, these are big events.
As much as I'm having fun with them,
the old people, huge event.
These people, I think these three categories
alone make up more than half of the participants
for the CrossFit Open. So this
is like, this is serious shit
when it comes to rallying cry for the community,
sponsorship,
people who hold down affiliates,
shit like that.
Santa Cruz, California, October 10th,
2023, that's today. In the second of a series of
announcements, CrossFit LLC today introduced
a partnership to help expand and add more
exposure to the adaptive age group and
old people and teenagers
and Wheelwad will host the championships
for the 2020. Okay.
We believe this is a move that will benefit each division
in a significant way. Most
importantly, more than doubling qualifying
spots for masters
and teams and allowing every adaptive division a place at the in-person championship uh said
dave castro i like that i like the doubling of masters doubling of teams this allowing every
adaptive division a place i i don't believe that there's no way that um and that's not a dig at
dave or the games but there's there
if you've ever put your ear to the wall and listen to the adaptive community talk there's
they would need 3 000 divisions because there is no minutiae of difference or whatever yeah
like just tiny differences yeah right so so in us us normies we don't understand it and
they they for them it's important they don't want it. And for them, it's important.
They don't want to be in a category with a guy who's missing a hand that shouldn't be in the same category as someone who's missing it from the shoulder.
And yet, how many categories are you going to have?
Missing hand, missing elbow, missing all the way up to the shoulder, missing two limbs, missing three limbs, missing a penis, not sure what sex you are.
I mean, it goes on forever.
That's not a dig at anyone.
That's just female division, isn't it? Oh, right't missing oh right right thank you okay we got that one uh well good job pedro uh
and we're gonna fall for my shenanigans my my woke talk you so clearly uh so so that's gonna
be a tough one just by the nature of just uh mathematics the the possibilities and the um and the odds
yeah that is true missing a vagina no one ever says missing a vagina that's sexist of me i'm sorry
um the legends will serve as an opportunity for masters athletes from around the world ages 35 to
65 um and uh it says this year's event is scheduled for december oh okay so that's their next so
legends has an event coming up let's not confuse that with what they will be doing for crossfit that's a lot of pressure
as well they have their own event that they've had scheduled that they've been working on for
december and then obviously they knew or maybe have been applying for this and looking forward
to it like being announced or whatever but still it's like all right now you got six months to do
it for everyone you know like it's well they're not even now you've got six months to do it for everyone. You know, like it's a huge pressure.
They're not even so far.
I don't even see if they're giving us a date for the games.
Like maybe they're moving this to winter.
Maybe it's going to be at the same location at Dickey's the day before, maybe the day after.
I don't see anything yet. But hold on.
The Pitt team throwdown also has an annual competition for ages 14 to 22.
And they do that in the Sandhills CrossFit gym of 10,000 square feet.
I think Brian actually commentated that this year, Brian friend.
And then wheel wad has an event.
They celebrated, I guess their 11th event later this year,
they have it coming up. Oh yeah.
Jed and I was telling me about this November 30th to December 3rd.
So they're in the same situation Pedro was talking about in regards to they have this event and then they have this
now they're responsible for uh crowning the fittest in uh in the adaptive divisions um
CrossFit LLC is the owner of the world's famous CrossFit fitness brand in the 20 years since its
founding CrossFit has grown from a garage gym in santa cruz california to the world's most popular effective training program okay uh 155 countries 13 000 gyms blah blah blah okay oh
yeah uh this is on behalf of chris madigan a pr uh it says bza i don't know what that stands for
bza the company works for isn't it okay external company yeahZAPR on behalf of CrossFit LLC.
Yeah, and that's a cool dude.
I approve of Chris Madigan.
Okay, and then there is an Instagram post that looks very similar to how this letter reads.
If not identical, you can go over and check it out.
It's on the CrossFit Games Instagram account.
And then there it is.
Look at Sousa. It's put up 37 minutes ago 3500 lights let's
let's look since we're here let's look at the comments real quick and just take a a pulse
of the original response right because there's going to be responses to this like fuck you i
want to be at the games are great now i get to finally go yeah you're adding more people or
what's masters you know we don't know maybe everybody knows. I'm bummed about this.
I love seeing the Masters,
Adaptives, and Teens at the Games.
Unfortunately, I won't plan a trip
specifically to see them.
Will their competitions be televised?
You're not that fucking bummed about it, Dan.
It was like, oh, man, I really...
I mean, I'm not going.
I wouldn't go just to see them.
Yeah, that's such a political answer.
No one is more upset about me,
but I wouldn't go.
I can't go.
I like drinking beer
and watching the short stature division,
throwing beer at them.
Elijah Muhammad, okay, okay, okay.
He's pumped.
Masters, great CrossFit athlete.
Pretty pumped, looks like.
Awesome move from someone.
Kazakhstan.
Mosfet, hopefully better coverage as well.
That as well means that they're happy also
Charlotte
As long as we see equal coverage for all
Come on man
Jason Grob's semi-approval
Makes it
Grateful for the official announcement
Now so many questions
Jason Grob walking the line as usual
Good dude, great cheerleader for the sport
And a great athlete, three-time games champion
Hell yeah, not inclusive at all whoo they will probably get zero coverage which is surprisingly
less than wow it's amazing douchebaggery that gets 12 likes that kind of douchebaggery yeah
three replies let's see it can't be worse than it already was good point sean b connor murphy
imagine being this negative when the company's working towards a better future. I know it's a little, it's a little,
I love throwing a rock or two at a glass window,
but geez.
Yeah.
Fuck, who's pissed in your Cheerios?
That guy that wrote that initial comment,
you know that he's been on Instagram
for about 25 minutes before he typed that,
being like, give me some, I need something.
I need something just to shit on.
I need something somewhere.
I would unfollow, if that's my reaction to an account kind of like at some point you gotta unfollow yeah hmm uh he's cool he got beaver okay uh he's happy um uh he puts it in the butt hopefully the
other three divisions get as good coverage and commentary as individual and team.
How about just half as good?
Not going to happen.
Yeah, how about just half as good would be cool.
I really hope to see full streaming of age division in the future.
I don't.
You want to see all fucking 18 divisions, both sexes, streamed?
No, thank you.
Yeah, the real question is, is would Miss Caesar Kaz Cazagal Cazagal pay for it?
I bet she would.
Easy for you to say.
That's the response
to all the negative ones.
Would you pay for it?
Yeah.
I am Kelly Kelly.
Woo.
My local girl.
She's here for it.
But also friends with Dave.
Discount what she says.
Someone watched your latest video.
Okay, never mind.
Maybe they're not coming to us.
I don't know what that means.
Craig Ritchie had something to do with this change.
If Becky Smith is not being
tongue-in-cheek with that comment,
she thinks Craig wields
far more power than he possibly
could. Within
12 hours, it's like,
fuck it, let's make the announcement.
Dave Thawne is like, this is brilliant.
Chris, fire up the... Chris Madigan, fire up the fire up the pr machine yeah yeah a triple river crossfit uh
congratulations um and uh okay what now without further ado justice for cctv long range field
cam yeah that's good it's fair i'm good with that just take a field cam. Yeah, that's good. That's fair. I'm good with that.
Just take a little.
A little gentle shot.
That's just like a little rib rub, right?
Yeah, just a little.
Just like a little.
Ew, dickheads.
Excuse me.
Okay.
Hey, and this would be a perfect time, by the way,
to then, whenever this event is,
bring out the short stature athletes who are the final two athletes
and actually bring them to dickies and let them compete before the final event i'm telling you
the stadium the cheers roman got will look like nothing will sound like a pin compared to if you
march marched out um swooshy and uh tim murray for the for just a head-to-head you can see it right
have them right in on the back of clydesdales have them right in on the back of clydesdales
you know those horses those giant horses each of them rides in on the back of a clydesdale i thought
i thought you meant the podcast presenter just have them right i'll ride out on one too
oh oh my god okay uh here we go ladies and gentlemen at 1.25 time uh please uh mr suza and more
importantly um uh pedro keep your uh comments to yourself i mean uh under 30 seconds
and action 2023 Big announcement today. Okay, so that was
great. Pedro, what's your take on that
first one? Oh, wow. I mean,
since we've jumped forward 16 minutes in time,
it's like so much has happened.
I hope his computer didn't
shut off and it was just the click of a button on an
accident. I kind of
get the impression it did shut off because it was so immediate.
Yeah, me too. I'm a little nervous about
that. We'll see. Did you just text him he's back oh okay all right
that's karma that's karma for your keeper comments to yourself what happened to me okay here we go
events team pit throwdown will host the team side of the competition and legends is the agent.
I'm sorry, the master's side of the competition.
This is a decision for those of you who've been paying attention to the sport for a while,
or we've been watching over the last several years.
I've talked about this on multiple occasions.
I really do believe it is going to be the best.
It's going to provide for the best competition for those guys.
I think it's going to give them a unique opportunity to have their own event
where they're the central focus point of the weekend and everything can be
designed on them.
When those divisions or those groups and probably coffee games at the games,
we had a ton of things going on and they usually were an extra thing.
So we had the individuals in the teams and Tuesday through Thursday this year
and in other years, the age group athletes went and while they were going we were running everything else
and everything else had to be planned with them taken into consideration everything over here
being planned on the individual and team side took priority over the team stuff so there was always
this conflicting nature of of running all of these at the same time and ultimately the team and the
individual side of the competition took
priority because it's across the games.
Um,
guys,
if,
if he's too low,
we can turn our mics down.
So all of you can turn their TVs up.
So tell me if that,
if that's what's going on,
we'll go in and turn all our mics down.
Okay.
My first response is this.
I don't really care.
My only concern is,
does that mean there'll be half as many people who show up at the games and the energy of the games will be less. That's my only concern is, does that mean there'll be half as many people who show up at the games and
the energy at the games will be less.
That's my only concern for the individuals.
That's,
but,
but,
but other than that,
I'm kind of excited for the experiment.
Uh,
Pedro,
any thoughts on,
on breaking these two up?
Big picture.
Makes sense.
I think it makes sense.
Why do you say that?
I didn't,
I said to be short,
not like not say anything.
Do you?
Yes.
You asked me why is it a good idea to separate age groups
and adapters from teams and individuals, or why is it a...
Why is it good to separate individuals just from the rest of the herd?
Because I think it gives everyone the separate spotlight
and the opportunity to grow into that spotlight.
I think teams...
It depends on what happens with the season, obviously. if they make other changes to the season that could like make
it not a good idea but i feel like there's going to be some off the back of last year there's be
some strong good teams that people will want to go and see and if they have it running over the
course of the full week like i'm assuming that's what the two dates fuck up was in the announcement
that teams are going to be one of the dates and individuals will be directly afterwards or whatever it'll run the way age groups into individual used to run or whatever
like last year so then that that'll give people be like oh fuck i'll go for the week i'm gonna go
and watch noah or like our channel's team or whatever and then i'll hang around for the
individuals versus the people are like well i'm going for the individuals anyway i might as well
go out a few days early and see the teams.
Okay, guys, I'm going to lower all our mics just so you know.
Go ahead, Suze.
I'll lower the mics while you answer.
What the hell?
Again, well, he's still connected because the video is still sharing.
Camera's not on though.
Wow. I don't know what's going on and trippy shit huh uh yeah i just
pretty much want to echo what what uh peter said there i think it's i think it's great that they're
um dicing all of it up i don't think it'll affect the attendance as far as the individual
competition goes so whatsoever okay um i lowered i lowering your mic down to 50 i'm lowering uh pedro's mic um to zero
down to uh 49 okay and i'm taking my mic down to um how do i do this mic volume
take mine down to 52 hey do you think uh i know it's only a 30 second answer but do you
think that this will be the be careful what you ask for because it just might come true thing
meaning that once they space all these out and you have the full week where everybody has their
individual spotlight it'll actually show that nobody's there during the first portion of it
depending on how those divisions are laid out and teams gets like maybe 50 of the uh attendance that
it would normally would as it's going at the same time.
Were you in the arena when like individuals went and then teams went after
them? What day was that? Friday or Saturday? Individuals had an event.
They left teams or fucking ghost town within like 45 seconds.
People just like evacuated. It was like, there's a fire.
So that would be my only concern with this setup. It's like,
if it's like that to kind of what you said, Peter, it's like, if going hey let's go to team we'll go a couple days earlier how many people can afford
to do that people want to do that and will it will it merit the same audience i i don't know
that's something that i would be a little nervous about uh wad zombie where is the large-bodied
athlete division uh there won't be that because uh crossfit doesn't't do weight or height divisions.
Good question, though.
Wadzombie, get your new Christine Colin Brander mint trading card now.
Oops, I covered her face.
This one's no longer mint because when Dave was here, he threw it.
It might be worth more now.
Therefore, by doing this, we are able to really give them the attention they deserve
and focus on their event.
So that's the question. Are they going to get the attention they deserve and focus on their event. So that's the question.
Are they going to get the attention they deserve?
You guys are asking the right questions.
Are they going to get the right streaming?
Are they going to get enough people in attendance?
And focus on giving them a world-class event.
They still are part of the season.
It's still part of the championship.
We'll call it becoming the fittest age group athlete alive.
So that's there, right?
We all agree there.
CrossFit is still, you win
that and you get that title
that you would get at the games. Nothing changes there.
Yes, Mr. Pedro?
I have a question.
So, he talks
about the end product.
Obviously, they haven't announced the structure the rest of the season.
But one of the major questions is
who is getting
the open registration money for the like
is that going directly do you know what i mean like who's how is this being funded our legends
putting this on and they've got like some kind of fund from crossfit that you know okay you'd
have to listen to the lone ranger podcast that's where they do business talk
look i just try to look at it from the business side i appreciate it in our ecosystem we'll still
be closely involved involved but it just gives us it gives them i truly believe and know this
a much better event and experience than hanging alongside all of the stuff we have going on
also throughout the years we have i'm not sold but i'm open i'm not sold i don't open like
some weird shit could happen like like you guys like when you guys say who was there for those
events i remember the coliseum being empty for those other people it is a little it makes me
but even if you think about the the evolution of adaptive and age group you had they used to be in
that other like little side or you know the little kind of basically like a fucking warm-up pavilion they were there then they started bringing them in like we've had this
progression of like they're starting to get more and more like potential spotlight now they have
their own now it's like like if you are a family member friend fan or whatever of the masters
athlete go to this thing and support them this is your opportunity to show it and it is a
case of that like um you know i guess who's saying like be careful what you wish for but it's also a
case of like all right you wouldn't shut the fuck up about it so have it and do it and do it right
and make it work and show us how much you care like that comment of like oh this is terrible i
mean i'm not going anyway but it's terrible that they're doing this like you know are you that kind
of person or are you someone who's actually like, yes, I'm going there
and I'm going to go and support them?
Good point.
Not been able to take a large number of athletes in any of those divisions
because we have so much stuff going on
and we have limited space and resources at the CrossFit Games.
So in years past, we only took 10 athletes for the division.
There was a point where we took 20.
Well, I do know with this new format,
Legends plans on taking many more athletes in the younger divisions and it basically scales up so i love
that like if i'm a master's athlete for me i'm like it's willing to take the risk because instead
of having 10 of us you're gonna have how many are they gonna take 40 are they gonna match what the
game says that would be insane yeah that's i mean easy
for me to say i'm not putting on the event but if they took 40 in the 35 to 40 range dude
some of the younger divisions might have 30 to 40 and some of the mid divisions 30 to 20
and then some of the older divisions will still probably have 10. All of that is based on... Okay, did he say that? Did he say 40? He said it.
Mm-hmm.
Based off of how many people engaged.
But still the 70 over, 65 and over
will still have 10, right? It sounded like.
Because of the attendance.
Or just participation,
because of participation, right? I didn't mean attendance.
There will be more
qualifying spots available
for individual athletes
who want to do this.
Also, now taking that aside and looking back at just the team
and the individual comp, this gives our team,
which is still, people don't understand this, a really small team,
the group of people who lead.
Really small team.
It's a really small team, Pedro.
Very small.
Some people don't understand still.
I don't know how you could not understand still.
On Dave's behalf, if you don't understand it's a really small team,
you are dumb shit.
Or you're part of the hearing impaired.
You get a waiver if you're part of the hearing impaired division.
In the CrossFit Games, we're a small team, and it is possible,
and it has happened, where we can get stretched thin.
So having just the
ability to focus on executing on the teams and then the individuals is going to really allow us
to have this hyper focus on those events and on the games and make it the best possible event we
can with breaking these several hundred athletes off dude i want to give the games a 10 out of 10 last year.
No, it was great last year.
Yeah.
Like, everything.
Like, all things considered,
the food, the people, the events,
the streaming, the weather,
the hospitality,
the communication from games.
I give it a fucking 11.
It was the best time of my fucking life.
It was 10x what Disneyland is if you're a CrossFitter.
10x, 100 times better.
Pedro?
Yeah, still living off it.
Brilliant.
Yeah.
You said still living off it?
Yeah, totally.
Yeah.
I don't know how they're going to make it better.
What do you mean?
How are they going to make it better than that?
It was fucking amazing.
To do things like anchor off of a single venue in Dallas or Fort Worth like we are.
Meaning when we had all those extra divisions, the requirements, the campus requirements,
call it the competition field requirements, are so much larger.
You know, we need somewhere like Madison where we had the indoor venue,
then we built out an outdoor arena.
And then in other years, we built out a specific master's floor.
So we had all these different floors.
With breaking these out and with focusing just
on teams and individuals, we're able to utilize
a much smaller footprint in terms of location
for hosting the games.
So that's a huge positive and plus and a big decision
point in making this decision.
With that, also being able to anchor off of fundamentally one venue, one floor, it enables us to rotate, scale,
and move this whole event in a way
that we haven't been able to think about in the past.
When we had all of those, again,
we had to have a massive footprint
and the infrastructure required is really large.
Now you think about traveling the games
every couple of years, every other year, every year,
or taking it internationally. This is laying the games every couple of years, every other year, every year, or taking it internationally.
This,
this is laying the foundation for some of those things towards the future
with the games.
I don't even know how to think about this,
but I trust Dave on it.
He's basically saying the logistics of having one floor,
one spot like this,
fewer teams is,
is a game changer is what he's saying.
And then he alludes to the fact that once we fucking,
and now it's easier to move the entire event
because it's more compact you
just need one one floor
for another another Madison
they are going to save so much
money like I just when he's talking about that
I was like hold on a second can we get an audio
cue business lessons from page
like
they don't have to they don't like i didn't really fully
comprehend until this year that north park is a car park and that they build a thing from scratch
and that the noble uh you know empty warehouse that they had in the end but like the shell of
it doesn't exist the rogue thing doesn't exist that they build all that from scratch so like
all of that is going to be saved
by the fact that they just have one venue
with everything enclosed inside one place.
Right, right.
Yeah, it's cool.
I don't understand it,
but I can pretend to comprehend it.
Sounds good.
It sounds like this is partly,
not just, but partly a test run
for moving to Europe.
Right? Could be. partly um not just but partly a test run for moving to uh europe right could be taking them off we require less of a footprint smaller single venue not small single venue one floor we'll still
have offside but that also gives us the ability to take it overseas which would be harder to do
with all the individual athletes i'm, with all the age group athletes.
So there's a lot of positives for this decision
in actually running the CrossFit Games,
but ultimately in giving those age group athletes
and adaptive athletes the best quality experience
they can have tailored to them, built for them.
This is the way we're going to do it.
This is his worst audio in two shows,
and i bet
you the headset that you got him he's not using it's sitting on the desk are you sure did you see
it i know but i thought i heard him like move his hand over where the mic would be unless that was
one of you guys but you didn't seem like you were moving when that happened no i heard that too i
didn't know what that was yeah i think that's his hand moving over the uh mouthpiece of the
why did he just get one of those like rolled wireless you know like if he doesn't like wearing a mic just like stick it on his shirt i asked him
when we said i was like you're not you don't seem like a headphones guy and he's like i'll send that
pair yeah i'll try that first and i was like okay and then we sent it and it lasted one show
dude he's like that fucking kid that won't wear a helmet because he doesn't think it's cool but
then when you're an adult you're like dude what was i thinking i should have worn a helmet or
or like you know when you wear a back strap backpack and you only put
one strap on because two straps is stupid and then as an adult you're like two straps might even have
a backpack if you're not gonna yeah he's something's wrong with him i'll talk i'll talk to
his people his hand i'm excited about it um we will have presence and we will be closely involved
in those events and the people who run those events
are also world-class
organizers who
have run events for those divisions
for years. Legends has run multiple events.
They actually have an event coming up in December
in Arizona, which a number of us will go to.
team pick throwdown. We sent some representatives
out there a few months ago. Great event.
Kevin Ogar and his team, they're going to put on a great event.
There's also others in the ecosystem.
Oh, Kevin Ogar and his team.
Wheelwod?
Yeah.
Is that his event?
Is that Kevin Ogar's event, Wheelwod?
Oh, I didn't know that.
Amen, that's Stouty, or I don't know the guy's name.
I know his Instagram name, Theater Guy.
Okay.
I didn't know that.
Okay.
And Kevin Ogar, I think, was second in command behind Alan Zirkenbach,
who got fired for running the adaptive divisions for CrossFit.
So maybe even Ogar was the man in charge this year at the Games.
It's collected that we're in discussion with him on how to engage them.
So we're not at all trying to exclude any big players.
We want to have more opportunities for those who are leaned in
and passionate about these communities.
So leave any comments or thoughts on this topic, on this video,
and I'll address them next week.
But now quickly I'm going to dive into some comments from last week.
Any thoughts on why he started with this and didn't start with the questions?
Is it because it's such big news?
Yeah, yeah.
Like Dave doesn't really seem like somebody that would
build hype or hold something in the back pocket
like if he's got something. Stay tuned
till the end.
He's not clickbaiting. He's not
CrossFit his ovarian. Yeah, I don't think he gives
a shit. It's so early in the day
whatever time you film this at. Why has
he got a fire lit outside? Probably early in the day whatever time you film this at, why has it got a fire lit outside?
Probably early in the morning. Yeah, good point.
Oh, it's cold here today. We just had two of our
hottest days we've had in probably two years
and then all of a sudden
last night it rained. That's weird, right?
Yeah, it was rain. Overcast here
now too. All overcast and cool.
Did it rain at your house last night?
Ground wet? Just barely, but yep, it did.
How about your house, Pedro?
Like literally every fucking minute of every day.
Yeah, yeah.
That's exactly, on cue.
Thank you, Pedro.
It just makes me feel better about myself.
And with comments, whereas typically I start with comments.
At Bob, Bob this Sunday's.
Hi, let Jeff the champ program the page for one week.
Thanks.
Yeah, absolutely.
So Jeff Adler, we should get him programming
the CrossFit.com
for a couple weeks. Currently, Ben
Smith is programming this week, so that's really exciting.
Adler, I just learned, does main site.
80% of his workouts are main site, and that's super
cool. So getting Adler involved, and
he does his own. Getting Adler involved is
definitely high on our priority list now.
There we go.
Ben Smith, CrossFit Games champion. we go Ben Smith CrossFit Games champion
Jeffrey Adler, CrossFit Games champion
Do you have any issues?
Well first of all, how about all these knuckleheads
Out there who've said in the past
CrossFit and CrossFit Games are two totally different
Creatures, no games athletes do.com
And then here we go
The newest
Greatest and best champion does dot com
80% 85% of his workouts
any thoughts on that
Pedro
well it's a fantastic advertisement
for CrossFit and it shuts all those people
up you'd have to talk about it though
for it to be a fantastic advertisement you'd have
to leverage it
make some media around it.
Or like nudge him into someone else's spotlight
if you're not willing to make media about it yourself.
Maybe some offsite, some offshoot,
some tangentary was a word I heard the other day.
Some tangentary media, which I thought was great.
For all tangents.
Yeah, that has to be leveraged.
Hey, the fact is that CrossFit's potent
no matter what the workout is.
And here's the deal too.
If you were a games athlete and you weren't doing and following main site from way back
in the day, that was a huge mistake on yours or your coach's part.
There were so many clues.
And I know that it was more, um, there's more continuity between the games programming and
the main site in the past, but still there's so many hints of stuff there, especially the
further back you go in the journal and the main site, the more that might tell the future.
Like the peg boards were all there back in the day and the dumbbells from
when that was a big thing that was all in the,
in the early programming of crossfit.com.
So if you're not paying attention to it and at least doing a small
percentage of your Metcons coming from main site,
then that's a huge mistake on a high level athletes part.
Mike Halpin spitting fire
maybe adler's coach should program since laura's coach is doing it this week oh i like it i'm all
i'm all about carolyn lambre uh yep will brandstetter uh using language the way it should
be used with precision there's no chance 80 of his workouts are.com christine i think he means
caroline no i think he means christine from dave's instagram account during the games
oh okay yeah well thank you pedro for the clarification christine said he does 80
of the workouts on.com very different meaning he 80 of his workouts he pulls somewhere from.com
but they're not uh 80 from
the current time frame uh i don't know if it's very it's different yeah now you see okay fine
it's very different that's different it's different still still it's still good advertising for dot
com and when you make of capital like that it's not of anymore it's only fans
just so you know i mean i don't mean to be an old guy telling you how the internet works. I'm just telling you that has been, uh, I'm up to speed on some of that shit.
And at Ram 16, all the world update. So everything's moving.
I was supposed to receive some pins yesterday.
It turns out I'm going to get the pins later this week.
I'm gonna go buy the oil from my olive oil producer.
He's 30 minutes away from the ranch.
Then I got to take them to Casa Robles where I have a person who's going to
package them or bottle them. And then I'll be ready.
Hopefully, I should have a batch for Rogue, a few hundred.
And then I'll also have several hundred for the website, for the Rogue invitation.
I'll have some with a custom label for Rogue, for the Rogue invitation.
At ChelseaMiller6943.
Dave's olive oil.
I'm going to predict that is going to murder.
And especially if he starts a subscription, I would subscribe to it.
I think that's gonna kill
no pedro you don't even need to weigh in this day will it will not be sent to uh europe bullshit
well i missed when he when i watched this like before we came on and i missed the
start of that question so one of my kids made a noise or something and i was like why is this
person asking about his fucking oil delivery for the ranch i thought it was like you know kerosene
or whatever i was like who gives a fuck about this now now it makes sense uh susie you think um
you think he's gonna kill yeah i think in those small little pockets like that at rogue and stuff
like in the games in the street parking or if he decides to do it at the games i think those
little venues will crush i'd love to see if he really leaned into it what it would do though yeah like really
leaned into it like had enough had enough product to where he has some advertising shows us that
it's really clean oil we believe it and then lets us start subscribing getting a bottle a month
yeah and it would be cool too if we saw the process i know a guy that might be able to film him
and uh show that, too.
I should tell him that.
He's the guy.
Susan O's the guy.
If you see the value in accessory movement for longevity for the average person, also please make a comp happen.
That would be amazing.
Trying to make a comp happen, I'm going to start calling some of these guys.
They all express interest.
Tia's team actually emailed and said, hey, how do we make this happen?
So I want to talk to them and see what they think about format and try to pull this off Tahoe throw down people
sounds like that
that is catching a little bit of momentum
so if it had a 1% chance of happening
sounds like it's gone up 500%
to 5% chance of happening
he's saying Tia's team reached out and says they want
to make it happen which is weird because
they don't have any athletes
they got Sidney Wells.
Right?
To be fair, Tia on her
own could probably do the
most. Good point. All right. Fine.
So be it. That's totally fair.
Who's
coming from Proven? Tia.
You need a couple dudes.
We got it. Don't worry about us. Mind your own business.
We'll be there. We'll be there.
She'll be there.
Oh, Mary Mansour.
Thank you.
You're right.
I disrespected Mr. Matthews.
Nick Matthews.
Okay.
Yeah, all right.

Travis Bajent reached out to me today and said, hey, let's throw a competition.
I said, what do you think about doing a competition with California Hormones where there's no drug testing?
He said, dude, we'll blow that thing up huge.
Awesome.
It's fucking incredible.
Yeah.
Accessory movements for longevity for the average person?
Honestly, no.
But if you find joy out of it, sure, do that.
You know what I see as value for longevity for the average person?
Deadlift, swap, press, clean, snatch, run, pull up, push up.
Those things are what you need to focus on for longevity for the average person.
Accessory work, Sousa?
You a hater like Dave or you like it?
No, I mean, he's talking about longevity, right?
So just your average person that's coming in.
I think that as long as no, I mean, a little bits of it are good, but I would do more so in warm up and prep for those lifts, not as a standalone thing on its own. If you were on the opposite side, and you were an elite athlete, then I would have that be its own chunk as its own standalone piece. Does that make sense?
piece. Does that make sense? So if you're doing deads, you're going to do the single leg work. You're going to do the glute bridges. You're going to, you know, all that type of stuff,
but as a prep for the major movement, and that's just a time efficiency thing too, right? Like
imagine if you're just the average gym goer and you just want to be healthy and fit two and a
half hours, two hours at the gym is pretty unreasonable for most people on a consistent
basis over three to four times a week. But if that's built in and you could get it in and out
within the hour, now you're time efficient and much more longer that the average person is going
to stick with that pedro accessory work you do any accessory work i barely fucking do any work
did you see that post uh that boss shared in his story today where it was like bad exercises for
people 50 and over from the carolinaopedic and Neurological Associates. Which one?
Which,
which associate?
No,
no,
no.
Which,
which movement?
Boz put in his story.
So if you were to think of,
um,
CrossFit,
you'd think of these pull-ups,
push-ups,
squatting with weights,
deadlifts.
They're all bad for you if you're 50 and older.
Holy shit.
So as Dave was, as Dave was naming,
you got a screenshot. As Dave was naming those things, I was screenshot that you got a screenshot that day was naming those things
i was like hang on a minute that's literally the list that is in i sent into that i can't send it
into the live the chat because i'm on my phone but i sent into the text thread um but yeah it's like
just absolutely fucking moronic. Like really dumb.
That's what you're fighting against, I guess, isn't it?
Wow.
That is bad.
That's what you just sent.
I sent it into the group for this.
Okay.
Just so people know, I do like using accessory work to trick my kids into working out.
I bring them into the garage and I just have them start usually with like fun little accessory movements and the next thing you know they want to
go for a full workout so it's a manipulation tool it's awesome jeremy world anyone see boss's uh
posts yes we did thank you thank you thank you i just wasted five dollars on them by saying that
afterwards i did he is wasted i'll spend it well don't worry i did like uh blue bridge walkouts
and stuff with my class today for PE
we brought them out
to the track
and we did loop bridge walkouts
and we did like
what's that
Samson lunge isn't it
a few bits like that
and they were like
when are we going to do
actually PE
and I was like
no this is it
I was like
we're just doing all of these
and I was like
practice those at home
we'll do them again next week
you started
yeah
Clive McLaughlin.
What stranger's seven claims the games is separate from the methodology
whilst completely ignoring the fact that the only reason they show Masters
adaptive teams is to promote methodology?
What stranger's seven claims the games is separate?
No, I don't think that's accurate.
I don't think what you're saying is accurate.
Separate from the methodology?
I think it's an expression of the methodology, right? I don't think that's accurate. I like you, Clive, but I don't think it's accurate. Separate from the methodology? I think it's the expression of the methodology, right?
I don't think that's accurate.
I like you, Clyde, but I don't think that's accurate.
Remember Ariel Loewen was working out at an affiliate that wasn't affiliated,
and then she went to the CrossFit Games.
And remember, then she just did anything that wasn't programmed.
In the coaches programming at that gym she went to,
she would just fill that in on her own time.
Remember that?
Yeah, I think that's false too.
Maybe you're onto something.
I'm not sure, but okay.
Back to Dave.
At ML Reynolds 21,
since someone asked about CrossFit athletes being SEALs,
I wonder if there are any guys you work with on the Navy
that you believe could have beaten Rich Matt if they had gone that route.
Well, I mean, yeah, obviously Josh Bridges.
Josh Bridges was the fittest Navy SEAL I've ever crossed paths with.
When I was putting him through SEAL qualification training, SPT, it's one of those flash drives I had,
and he was brand new coming through the process.
He, but this is before he was making CrossFit, he was doing three frams in under 10 minutes.
So he was already incredibly good at CrossFit and he was the fittest guy.
I call bullshit.
On the three frans?
Or the fittest skills?
Three frans in 10 minutes?
Dude, haven't you seen Josh Bridges' old school fran?
The way he bounces off that med bike?
I call bullshit.
I call fucking bullshit.
Are you calling Bridges right now? Yeah, I call fucking bullshit are you calling bridges right now
yeah I call bullshit
ask if he still has that med ball he bounces off of
here we go
bro I'm live on the air
I have to ask you a question
I figured you were
that's why I answered it like the way I did
what do you want dude
listen I'm watching Dave Castro's week in review live
And he just said you're the fittest seal
He's ever seen and he saw you do
Three frans in under ten minutes
I call bullshit on that
That's true
Wow
Damn
No big deal
Alright I love you buddy thank you good dude see y'all later bye
holy shit it's almost like he was part of the bit he knew was coming hi john oh he's gone
oh my god look at helping nbd wow tdc done done let josh do the nbd
all right uh he's very humble no i'm very humble for for getting grab my ankles and take one for
the team so what did he say he said it's no big deal he did it he said it's true and you know he
had a big sheet eating you know when someone talks and you can't see him but you can tell they're smiling he's like yeah i did your
mama and obviously i or obviously he excelled in crossfit he went to the games for multiple years
and he's the only one that i could have given matter rich and run for their money and he kind
of did get rich run for his money some years at b hall 75608 as someone with experience in
bodybuilding i agree completely
well i think isolation lifts are good to do in conjunction with other things the actual sport
of bodybuilding isn't exactly healthy and not about being fit so much more about lifting to
achieve an aesthetic at john watt dave dave it is because you have little girl arms that you do not
like men's physiques bodybuilding is fully about results dave not about out of control crossfit
movements you are lucky to be back i didn't say I don't like men's physique and I do have little girly arms maybe it is because I don't
give a about doing curls um bodybuilding is fully about result not about out of control CrossFit
movements CrossFit is uh not about out of control we care tremendously about technique and moving
well from the last point you are lucky to be back hey I'm lucky to be back I got fired and then I
got brought back so I'm lucky to be back you I got fired, and then I got brought back. So I'm lucky to be back. You're right.
You're right about two points.
I do have little girl arms.
You're wrong about this, that I do not like men's physiques.
I do appreciate men's physiques.
And arguably, some CrossFitters who don't do any bodybuilding have way better physiques than bodybuilders.
I fucking will take that to the bank.
And you are right about I am lucky to be back.
But what I do want to highlight, and I just realized this today, so I saw that comment
a week ago on my feed.
He's good.
He's good. He's good.
TDC is good.
I'm going to for sure highlight that comment.
Today I went in to copy and paste it on the sheet.
And when I looked at it,
I saw a handful of responses to that.
At Demo Thesis said,
go run a mile.
They said that to this John guy.
At Jan Picks Things Up said,
good luck completing full sentences with your luscious biceps. At D Hall 7560 things up, said good, collect, good luck completing full sentences
with your luscious biceps at D hall seven, five, six, oh eight said it's about results,
but it's not healthy and not about your fitness level either. Been there, done that.
And then at Matt full toy said, you seem really insecure. You enjoy the sport. You enjoy man.
Not everyone has to. Here's the thing. I'll end with this. Well, I'll end with the changes to
the sports season a second, but I will end with this for comments. That's the thing. I'll end with this. Well, I'll end with the changes to the sports season in a second, but I will end with this for comments.
That's the difference between someone like me and this dude. What I mean by that is I don't like bodybuilding. I've said it.
And I say that here. You will not find me anywhere or at any point going to anyone's channel and commenting that they're fucking dumb or they're doing something ridiculous by doing bodybuilding on their pages.
something ridiculous by doing bodybuilding on their pages.
This guy will come to my page and criticize me and insult me because he doesn't like what I said. There's a huge disconnect.
And there's a pulling out your dick and then also slapping the dude in the
face towards communication right there.
I'm not going to other platforms and bashing.
Yeah. Why is that dude coming out?
So that dude got triggered by Dave saying he doesn't like bodybuilding?
Anything anyone does.
Because ultimately, at the end of the day,
doing anything in movement or in fitness is better than nothing.
And I even said that last time.
So I commend anybody who's working out
or if bodybuilding is what's going to get someone to live a healthier life,
great, good on them.
Really quick, Clive McLaughlin.
Point I was trying to make though the
other divisions are more an advertisement for community crossfit as opposed to the elites
being primarily a sport entertainment and source of revenue i think they go hand in hand i think
the truth is is it's fun to see 55 year old dudes play basketball but you're only going to watch
them dunk once and you'll watch michael jordan dunk 600 times even if you know you'll never be
able to do it so i kind of see your point, Clive.
But I love watching the elites in every sport,
and it inspires me even if I don't think I can do it.
I'm not interested in watching.
I don't like watching amateur boxing and be like, oh, I can do that.
You know what I mean?
Or I'm not interested in watching old people box.
But I kind of see your point.
I mean, I do see your point, but I do think that the elites really do help.
kind of see your point i mean i do see your point but i do think that the elites really do help i think everyone wants to do what rich froning is doing um and it's cool to see a couple old
people do it now once and again um and it's cool if it's in your box yeah sure it feels great to
see someone get their first pull-up rather than someone break a sub four minute fran but um yeah
uh anything anything you guys want to chime in on that about
the the bodybuilding thing and crossfit i just i just thought he answered it perfectly and also
i can't help but kind of really laugh at that because the type of like skill set that dave
possessed motherfucker would just show up or you least expect him at two in the morning and your
ass would be dead and no one would be none the wiser like it's just funny like when you really think about the like where he came
from in his past and the the skill set he possesses like anybody that would say some
shit like that just clearly doesn't know uh yeah this is a good jethro cardona in that case wnba
is adaptive compared to nba exactly. I mean, or Masters.
Yeah, Clive, that's a good example.
Like, it's cool to see a woman dunk.
Like, after you get past the first woman dunking,
then you just want to go back to watching, you know,
them do it in the NBA.
It is the way it is.
To piggyback off your point about the elite athletes
and, like, the CrossFit, like, does that help
or does that hurt the methodology?
It all depends on how you utilize it. Like, look it back at like CrossFit's
like, you know, heyday, like the peaks, all those people that you watched at the games were then at
the L1 seminar, teaching it, hanging out, being present, right? Like there was a lot of continuity
between like the L1, the affiliates in the CrossFit games because they leveraged it on purpose like
that. So it just depends on, on how you, how you utilize it, how you leverage the best in the CrossFit games because they leveraged it on purpose like that. So it just depends on how you utilize it, how you leverage the best in the sport.
And at the same time, it looked to me like CrossFit, the company, had a better relationship
with a lot of those top 10 athletes in terms of when they would put them head to head against
the Open, in terms of, like I said, when you would see them at the L1s, like they were the affiliate owners.
So they were highlighted showing them working with their average clientele and things like
that.
So in that scenario, I think it yields a lot of power in terms of hyping up CrossFit, the
methodology in the affiliates.
Without that piece of it, without seeing them in the L1s and seeing them as gym owners and
highlighting that, it definitely loses it a lot.
And I think that happened in 2018. Well said. Ready?
But obviously, I'm incredibly biased towards the results and what comes from prospecting.
Finally, again, on the age group thing, change is scary. Change always is controversial,
but change is necessary for growth and to take things forward. This is a good thing. And you
will just have to wait and see how good of a thing it is next year as it all plays out.
Thanks for the support. And I will see you guys next week.
Oh, so he sandwiched it. He sandwich sandwiched it he finished it with the like hey anyone who's
tripping don't worry like there has to be there has to be change for growth he should probably
cut out that last five seconds where he's looking for his mouse his eyes are scanning
the screen looking for the cursor he's he's not cutting anything out uh jake chapman a real question does a 55 year old get more inspired by a 25 year old froning
or a 55 year old froning here's the thing at 55 when i look at the crossfit games athletes
who are masters i'm like wow that's fucking crazy because that shit really hurts like like i know
the wear and tear on it like when i was
younger i didn't understand why their cleans and snatches look that way the old people now i get it
you're just less explosive and you're just not as lubed but at the end of the day even at 50 i'm way
more interested in watching the individual elite than i am the masters like it doesn't do anything
for me i'm not like i'm like oh i identify with that and like i just need to see a little bit of
it to know it's possible.
And then at the end of the day,
I want to just go back and watch the little kids fucking go berserk
from one old guy to another.
All right. Any closing remarks, Pedro,
in regards to this week in review
and
specifically the games?
I guess the big question is
we don't know the dates.
Or the locations.
The structure of the season, as in
is it going to still be open
quarter, semifinals, whatever. That structure,
we need to know that and we need to know
the dates and locations. Are they all going to be in Fort worth are they all going to be in different places whatever once we
know all that stuff then you can easily say like this is a fantastic move but i think that's what
he's alluding to he's like you just have to trust us that it will all pan out and it will make sense
when it's laid out like fully big picture what if they were like that susan what if like that
doesn't wouldn't even make sense like you go to dickies and it's all still there anyway just a couple days before and a couple days after then
it's basically just the same thing but with some um uh delegation of responsibility
maybe that was the stupidest remark by me there no not at all not at all. Not at all. I mean, we'll see. I don't know what he's thinking.
I have no idea. The logistics and all that stuff
for the games are
just
Hebrew to me. Whatever.
To analyze the profits and
everything else, we'll wait until Lone Ranger
comes out tomorrow and then we'll have a full understanding of
the business side.
They'll run through the P&Ls with us.
I'll do some napkin math
and we'll the back of the napkin my favorite math yes i do listen to the lone ranger podcast
religiously when pedro misquotes them and just says the napkin i am there to stand by the well
i didn't actually listen. I just watched Hitler's
video. That's where I get my...
I get all my information second hand.
Yeah, yeah.
Yeah, that was a very good video. I'm
fairly sure I'm going to get blocked by
two out of three of the subjects for my
fake news this week.
Oh, when does your fake news come out?
I'm going to record it after this and I'll have it out in about
two hours, I'd say.
Judy Reid, I thought they posted the team location.
They have the locations for their current events.
I don't know.
I think Wheelwad has something basically coming up in the next couple months,
and so does Legends.
And then I think Team just had theirs.
Those locations have been set.
But now they have these new events that they've
sounds like they've contracted with crossfit to crown the fittest in their divisions their
places where they're experts and that's what we're waiting for the dates and the locations on that i
believe uh paulie g uh i believe in this change and hope it works the games would have a hard
time going backwards um i'm not sure what you mean by that last thing, but even if it doesn't work, I'm okay with it.
I appreciate the effort to change it.
I appreciate it.
I hope the best thing happens and it doubles everything.
Sponsorship opportunities,
opportunities for pundits like us to fucking work,
have more stuff to talk about at different times of the year.
I mean, dude, if it's at a significantly different time than the games,
it's going to give us a lot of shit to talk about.
Especially
if Dave attends those events.
Sorry, go ahead, Pedro.
It's interesting as well. I've seen people
on Reddit and other places being like,
why can't CrossFit just make their announcements
through one official channel and they have this guy
on his fucking laptop in his ranch, blah, blah.
Well, look now,
that post, that most recent post
is a collab post between cross the games and dave castro ergo he is an official channel for news so
like people are saying that and that fucking pr what's the name of that app that we were all put
into before the games that fucking discord or whatever he's like how are you supposed i was
like just fucking subscribe to his channel
accept that this is the reality you live in and get on with it like so like oh can the
notches put up just fucking get on with it like he is clearly the voice of crossfit because he's
the most forward-facing he stands in front of his whole i nearly said his whole team his tiny team
and he delivers the news and delivers the information. So you just have to subscribe to his channel,
watch his weekly thing, and then look at his Instagram
because that's where you are going to get the most information from.
And opinion.
Yeah, I mean, the only two sports that I really follow
are UFC and CrossFit, and I love the way they do this.
UFC is identical to this.
What other sport would have someone say that?
If you want to be a diehard fan,
and you want all the news
ahead of everyone else, and you want to know what's going on,
you want to make your own analysis,
you better follow Dana White. You better follow a bunch
of the fighters.
But what other sport would do what Dave just did,
where he makes an announcement on Instagram, fucking six minutes later, he has a full video of talking about it and at the end of
talking about it says leave some comments and i'll answer your questions next week what other sport
would do that they just be like here's your press release fuck you and he picks and he picks the
hard questions he's not a pussy yeah he's not a pussy at all yeah he picks the hard questions
he's not he's not running and you know what else is cool he would pick a question that he doesn't want to answer and be like hey i'm not going to answer
that just to show you that like hey i just i acknowledge it i'm just not answering it yeah
yeah the access is crazy and we should be stoked that that that level of access is still around
not like it's not that we just have to subscribe to his channel as opposed to this channel right
like if that's if that makes it amateur, then keep it amateur.
Cause I love that.
Yeah.
A hundred percent.
I see them as press conferences, like real press conferences, the press conferences for
all the other sports, the guys, no one ever even answers the questions.
Even the press conferences, the actual press conferences for CrossFit that Dave isn't at
or whatever.
It's usually just like pre-approved questions that like, no, no, no, no.
You can't ask that.
But then I suppose you do get the moments of like Andrew Hiller from YouTube.
You do get those moments that make those press conferences worth it.
Cave Dastro, he never acknowledged one of my questions.
Well, dude, he can't acknowledge every, there's gazillion questions in there, right?
He can't acknowledge all of them. We'll tell you why it sucked yeah tell me what it is
just uh yeah uh right he we saw him dodging every paid question from philip kelly
no i don't think that that he was dodging them On this show? No, I think when he was on my show.
He just said, hey, I'm not answering that.
Oh.
Wadzami, people are quick to forget how it was with Rosa.
Yeah.
Who?
Perfect.
Bernie Gannon, the Lone Ranger podcast should be on the business channel.
Do you know what's so funny?
on the business channel do you know what's so funny so that's the first time i've seen bernie's picture on this screen right so i usually watch on my phone or i watch like just on my laptop
and i fully believed that bernie's picture was like you know one of those george washington
style white wigs until literally right this second i was like god he's really handsome
he kind of looks like robert downey jr and then i was like i thought I was like, God, he's really handsome. He kind of looks like Robert Downey Jr.
And then I was like,
I thought it was like an old,
like faked picture of him
as like George Washington or whatever
with the big white,
like the ceiling behind his head
and the headphones.
Yeah, yeah.
If you look at that on your phone,
it's like, oh, he's like dressed up
in some old timey outfit.
That's a bit weird.
But now look,
even if you look at him in the chat on the side,
it kind of looks like that.
But then pulled up, I was like, oh, handsome dude oh handsome dude shit that's hilarious and the final word enrique
noriega noriega people always demand transparency when they get it from dave they get all pissed off
yeah okay so i'll give you this uh dan if he was dodging he was transparent about it he wasn't
he's like hey i'm not answering that i ain't answering that but he won't give you he
won't give you the fluff he won't be like well i can tell you this he'll just say like no
our affiliate fee's going up by move on move on and by the way that thing yes
yeah if you can't as if it was no he just would say no even a jackass like me can figure that out
oh shit Even a jackass like me can figure that out. Oh, shit.
My dog died two weeks ago or a month ago.
Yeah.
Holy shit.
Look, me and Dan met halfway.
Sure.
But he still didn't answer.
That's progress.
Yeah.
Dan, let me ask you some questions you can't answer.
Yeah.
When's the last time you ejaculated in your wife's mouth?
Oh, wait.
Go ahead. I'll see. He's dod dodging it i did it a week ago are we
talking are we all talking about dan's wife i love you guys bye
