Starting point is 00:00:00 Bam, we're live. Good morning. Good morning. Good morning. Good morning, Zach. Great to see you this weekend. Mr. Ramirez, what's up? Lisa Gall, hi. Hey. Mr. Lang. Barry McAugherner, good morning. So last night, I did something I don't normally do, which I'm glad I did. It was great. I sat down and I devoted two hours of my time to a movie and I watched this movie. It's called Bad Blood. It was just someone sent me a clip of Andrew Schultz the comedian Podcaster
Starting point is 00:00:51 Netflix special guy and they sent me a clip and I only saw maybe like eight seconds of it I don't know why I saw so little but it was he said hey He was talking to his boys on the couch and he said, hey, have you seen the Taylor Swift documentary, Bad Blood? I can't believe this documentary is not bigger. It deserves a look. And I was like, hmm. And for some reason it stuck. And obviously, Taylor Swift didn't pop up on my radar until she started dating the guy
Starting point is 00:01:22 who was selling two shots for the price of one, which they were both free. She dates this guy, Travis Kelsey, who plays football in the NFL. And he had these Pfizer commercials where he was encouraging people to get their flu shot and their COVID shot simultaneously. And we all know that not only is that shot free, but you can get paid to take it. Like you can go to certain pharmacies or Target or wherever and they'll pay you $25 up to $200 to take the shot. And I was kind of, I was like, man, why is this guy who has such influence over young men? I'm guessing, I'm guessing that's who watches football.
Starting point is 00:01:59 And those are the ones who are having the most adverse conditions from shots. Why is he pushing it? Anyway, and then, you know, I don't know if it was at that time or a week later or a month later, but then all of a sudden I saw he's dating this girl named Taylor Swift. And I'd obviously heard her name, but I didn't I didn't know. I didn't I didn't know much about her. I didn't even know I probably heard her songs 1000 times, but still to this day I can't name one of her songs And maybe it's just because everything media is so fragmented these days, you know in this documentary
Starting point is 00:02:34 They claim that Taylor Swift Swift is the biggest music star who ever lived Which I I find hard to believe because when I was a kid there were like three TV stations and like everyone knew who Walter Cronkite was. Like everyone. I have to guess he was bigger than Taylor Swift because there weren't all these choices for media. Or I don't know, when David Hasselhoff did Knight Rider, I have to guess more people knew who he was.
Starting point is 00:03:03 Or Mr. T when the 18. There were only, you know, when the 18 was around I still think there was only like 13 channels. Anyway, I watched this documentary last night and I was, I was shocked. But I shouldn't have, I shouldn't have I shouldn't have been but it really illustrates where we're at in Influence and comprehension of What's going on? With with people on the planet and how they're influenced the documentaries broke into two parts by the way The name of the documentary if you want to see it is a bad blood And you can sign up for a free cinemax Subscription and
Starting point is 00:03:51 And you can see it or you can pay the 799 a month So oh Jeffrey birchfield we had four channels. Oh, yeah, that's right. I think I had four too I we didn't have PBS we had NBC ABC CBS and then we had a local channel to in San Francisco KTVU And then I guess eventually we got PBS Did we have PBS? Anyway And yeah documentaries are never biased I know so I'm not sure that's a great point I'm not sure if this is even true, but the first hour
Starting point is 00:04:28 They they present the documentary as the first hour is from Taylor Swift's perspective and then the second hour is from scooter Braun's perspective and scooter Braun was her Started off as her agent and started off as her agent and then eventually as the documentary goes on, he evolves into the guy who purchases the record label that held the rights or holds the rights to her first six albums that she recorded. So as a young girl, she signed a record deal with a record label, I think it's called The Big Machine or Big Machine. And so they owned her first six albums.
Starting point is 00:05:18 So she was like 16 years old and they purchased that. And then somewhere along the line, this guy Scooter Braun became her agent. And so there's a distinction between those two entities and then eventually he bought he I guess He became so successful that he bought the record label and then he owned the rights to her albums Danny Bosswick seven consumes no mainstream media is doing a podcast about it swift. That's how big she is She's the biggest star maybe ever hard to quantify, but it's close God, I I don't think so But maybe I mean shit maybe So the first hour of the documentary
Starting point is 00:06:03 Is supposed to lay out her case of why she was wrong by this man Scooter Braun and you watch it for an entire hour and I rewound it probably like 10 times. And the only thing that he's accused of that's wrong is that he's a man. It's never, it's never, and that women are mistreated in the music industry, which I find fascinating because right now, the big story in the music industry is that young men were getting ass-fucked
Starting point is 00:06:47 in the basement at P. Diddy's place if they wanted to make it big in movies. That's the big story, right? And yet this documentary, they never say anything he does wrong to her it's never like he touched me inappropriately He was too friendly to me. He belittled me because I was a woman one time He talked down to me and called me a little girl in front of other executives. Nothing like that There's nothing like that in the entire first hour that in the entire first hour. They call the industry misogynistic, but don't give a single example other than the fact that they claim it's a male-dominated industry at the executive level. So like you would call it say the garbage truck industry misogynistic.
Starting point is 00:07:47 Why? Because all garbage truck drivers, 90% of garbage truck drivers are men. That's that's the entire premise. That is the entire premise of this first hour. Not one example just over and over In this doc it's called um, what's it called blood? Let me I'll get you the name again. Hold on Bad blood on Cinemax Taylor Swift versus Scooter Braun Cinemax Taylor Swift versus Scooter Braun To in this documentary they claim that a Taylor Swift experienced misogyny But they'd never tell you once what she experienced other than the fact that she was around men It's an hour of that
Starting point is 00:08:45 I kept waiting for one example. Nothing. Not one. And there's three in the first hour she has, it's a documentary composed of talking heads. And so they'll interview one of her fans, then they'll interview her personal assistant, and then they'll interview someone who set up the speakers on her tour, then they'll interview, and they go through and they interview all these people. And the only things that said over and over and over is that she was in a misogynistic
Starting point is 00:09:27 industry and that she's very real. They just kept saying, oh my God, she's so real. She's just a normal person. She's so real. No examples of her being real. Matter of fact, at one point they're like, hey man, she's really, really guarded and it takes a long time to get to know her and yet in this first hour they also tell you oh she's so real they there's a there's a compelling scene where which is pretty
Starting point is 00:09:58 fucking crazy and fucked up she's receiving some sort of award I think it's called an AMA or a VMA. It's something A. I want to, I want to say it was a VMA video music award. And she's on stage. This is in 2009 and she accepts the award and she's only 19 years old. She's just a young lady. And by the way, if you like her, there are some incredible shots of her.
Starting point is 00:10:24 Um, the, the, the there are some incredible shots of her. The video footage is absolutely outstanding. She looks absolutely amazing. And she's on stage and she gets this award and she appears to be overwhelmed and exceedingly excited and proud. And the rapper Kanye West jumps on the stage the same way Will Smith jumped on the stage when Chris Rock was when he slapped Chris Rock and he jumps on the stage and he walks over to her and he interrupts her thank thank you speech her you know her speech she's
Starting point is 00:10:56 about to give or halfway through her speech she's about to give after receiving the award and he says Taylor I'm going to let you finish But the album that Beyonce put out and the video that Beyonce put out was the absolutely the most amazing Video ever put out this year. He says something like that. I'm paraphrasing which is absolutely one of the stupidest songs ever I don't know. I don't know what song Taylor Swift won it for but it's a song Beyonce wrote called single ladies It's probably one of the grossest songs I've ever fucking heard. If you have a daughter, do not let them listen to that bullshit. You will not have a healthy relationship with a man if you follow the premise of this song, Single
Starting point is 00:11:42 Ladies. I remember that song very well. I remember when I would hear it, be like, Jesus. No wonder there's so many divorces. So, let me see. Matt Burns, could you imagine a white man doing that to a black woman? No, I could not. I could not. The fallout would be crazy. Anyway, so when he did that to her, it's a really compelling scene in the documentary and you feel you feel really bad for her. By the way, last night I did an unboxing of the Exerciser CrossFit 20 for 20% off. Have it on my shelf. They gave me the model.
Starting point is 00:12:38 It comes in three models, three, five, and seven. They sent me the seven-incher. Someone must have told them and then a few years later Kanye made a song where he said in the song and I'm paraphrasing I feel like I might still have sex with Taylor Swift I made that bitch famous he used that line in a song and she got really fucking pissed like really pissed and there's another component to this too in 2016 her agent Scooter Braun also started representing Kanye. And so her and Kanye had this incident and then her agent who it appears like she was
Starting point is 00:13:32 very very close with this Scooter Braun character. He's a young man. He looks like he looks like a kid. I think now this this happened. He's probably like 30 at the time. I'm guessing And so She she she she starts tweeting I guess or texting or whatever they do and Started talking about how offensive that line was that that Kanye said that I feel like I might still have sex with Taylor Swift
Starting point is 00:14:01 I made that bitch famous and she got really pissed the weird part about that is There's video out there of Kanye acting like a scared little boy calling her on the phone and she's on speakerphone and He asks her. Hey, can I use this line now when he says the line to her? He leaves out the word bitch. He says something more like, I feel like I might still have sex with Taylor Swift.
Starting point is 00:14:33 I made her famous. He leaves out, I made that bitch famous. And he was also accused of that as being misogynistic. So there's this constant theme that women are treated differently in the music industry and that they have no power meanwhile everywhere in the news Is is that P diddy's fucking ass-pounding men having anal sex with men in order for them to get their record deals? We could do a whole show on what's worse, being a man and being sodomized or being a woman and
Starting point is 00:15:12 being raped. I guess we could being a man and being raped by another man or being woman or being raped by a man. I guess that could be if you wanted to fall down into the minutiae. But once again, there's no evidence. Let's look up the word misogyny. Just so we know. I don't think there's any misogyny. It's more like a, what's that called? Is that called dog whistle?
Starting point is 00:15:38 Dislike or contempt or ingrained prejudice against women. It's almost the exact opposite. It's the opposite of misogyny in the music industry It's there's a like by the way They also argue in this first hour that women make the music industry run that they are the powerhouse The mitochondria the engine of the music industry And And so to say that the men dislike them or there's a contempt is crazy. It's got to be the exact opposite.
Starting point is 00:16:10 Now is there an ingrained prejudice against women? Well of course, there's an ingrained prejudice against men. That says nothing. Of course there's a prejudice. Oh, let's look up prejudice. Of course there's a prejudice against men. Prejudice is an adverse or hostile attitude towards a person or group that is not based on just grounds. Oh, maybe there isn't prejudice. I thought prejudice was just like discernment. Preconceived opinion that is not based on reason or actual experience.
Starting point is 00:16:39 Now, there's got to be very little prejudice anywhere in the world. there's got to be very little prejudice anywhere in the world. Because there are a lot of preconceived opinions, but they are actually based on reason or actual experience. If you see an Asian and you say to them, someone says, this Asian guy has a PhD, what do you think it's in? And you don't guess math, then you're not using your discernment. If you see a girl who looks like she cuts her own hair, has armpit hair growing out, and is wearing Birkenstocks
Starting point is 00:17:19 and pants with holes in them, and they say she has a PhD, you're probably going to say it's like in gender studies or some sort of some sort of a you know a sociological degree it's a totally fair discernment if you had to guess if you had to bet a million dollars these aren't these aren't bad things this is just the way the world is you're not going to see a you don't see a sociology major with a pocket protector. Those are the engineers. And if you're prejudiced like that, then then that's just then that's just called discernment. So con you so it turns out that Kanye did ask her and he's scared when he asks her.
Starting point is 00:18:06 You can tell. Maybe scared is too strong, but he's shy. If a black man can turn red, he's red. And according to the documentary, Taylor never mentions that. She just said he did it without asking me. And so maybe it's the word a bitch that upsets her. He becomes, Scooter Braun becomes extremely successful. He not only manages her, but he manages Justin Bieber. He actually contacts Justin Bieber after seeing Justin Bieber's YouTube video
Starting point is 00:18:47 when he's a little kid. He's the agent for Usher, and he's the agent for Kanye West, just to name a few. So he becomes a powerhouse of an agent, and he's young. Just looks like a normal guy. And there's this whole narrative through that first hour that it's poor me, poor me, poor me and yet they're also telling you she's the most powerful woman in the in the music industry and they keep telling you that she's a victim of misogyny but with not a single example. And over and over in the documentary the word that they say is she feels, she feels. So she feels hurt by Kanye.
Starting point is 00:19:49 She feels hurt by Scooter Braun. She feels hurt by Justin Bieber. It's all, it's all she feels, she feels. And I guess she dated a lot of high profile people like Jake Gyllenhaal, and there's this list of like Harry Styles, and there's this whole list of guys that she dated that I guess are famous guys and then she breaks up with them or they break up
Starting point is 00:20:10 with her and then I guess she would write songs about them the documentary is saying I don't know if that's true and in these she depicts the men as bad and hurting her and therefore she was the victim of misogyny. By the way, a very important detail. The fans that they interview in the movie, it's a tranny and two gay guys. Those are the fans. Those are the expert fans because the whole documentary is talking heads, and those are the people that they use to tell her story from the fan perspective.
Starting point is 00:20:51 And they keep saying that she's the people's musician, and that she really listens to the people and connects with the people, but they don't ever tell you how. They show fans in line crying, oh my god I've been a Swifty, I guess that's what you are if you like her, you become a Swifty. But there's no examples. No examples of how she connects with them, no examples of misogyny. It's just, it's one hour of name calling. And I would hear it and then I would rewind it.
Starting point is 00:21:31 I would go back with my Apple remote. You can go back like 10 seconds at a time and I would listen again. And then I would do it again and I'd be like, what is going on here? By the way, you can watch this documentary on Cinemax. I highly encourage it. It is a epic museum quality specimen of cancel culture. And then so that first hour is over and you've learned nothing other than the fact that she's really upset That he
Starting point is 00:22:12 So she's up so I haven't shared this part with you so the so she she he's he's the manager She's with this record company called Big machine she signs a six-year deal with him when she's 16 years old. She becomes crazy famous, crazy wealthy, and that they also say that she was never with the cool girls and she always had a lot of angst or anger towards the cool girls. And so she had a chip on her shoulder.
Starting point is 00:22:44 And she was relentless in her writing and in her performances and her dedication. And that the primary theme of her music was the fact that men had done her wrong. And the fact that she would so she would go on she would go on these shows like talk shows, like I don't know, like Jimmy Kimmel. And they show I don't know like Jimmy Kimmel and They show I don't I don't know who the talk show host is but the talk show host is says who are you dating? And she goes oh, I don't talk about that and the guy says why and she and then she gets all quiet And he says hey, why do you have why do you go through so many relationships? And because he asks her that that's also the documentary portrays that as misogyny
Starting point is 00:23:28 Like that that doesn't happen to men and yet the biggest meme on the entire internet is about Leonardo DiCaprio dating tons of younger women and So every time they say this you can think of a every time they say And so every time they say this, you can think of a, anytime they say, the, what they want, the presupposition that they want you to jump on is the fact that it's misogynistic because there's men. So anywhere there's men, it's just the default,
Starting point is 00:23:54 it's misogyny. But that also she's being treated in a way that men don't get treated. And yet we have thousands of fucking examples. And we're living through a crazy one right now of how men get taken advantage of in the music industry so that is that that's the first hour of the documentary and it's called a bad blood and it's on Cinemax and so you don't really know anything except that she's upset so what ends up
Starting point is 00:24:26 happening is this guy Scooter Braun ends up buying the record label and when he buys the record label he owns all of her albums and she claims that she never got a chance to buy her own music back her mat what they call her master she never got a chance to buy the record label or buy her own music back, what they call her master. She never got a chance to buy the record label or buy her six albums back. And then so of course, Big Machine and Scooter Braun release not all of it, but some of the communications between Taylor and themselves and Taylor's team
Starting point is 00:24:59 and themselves showing that matter of fact, she did have a chance to buy it back. And so she's caught, if you believe believe the documentary she's caught in her second lie so then Scooter Braun ends up owning all of her all of her records and then he eventually sells them to the parent company that I guess has a huge stake in Disney and that pisses her off again and And at that point she she she tweets something like hey everyone, please tell the world And tell scooter brawn how you feel about them and that's the first call to action. She puts out
Starting point is 00:26:08 So that her people will then attack Scooter Braun. And I guess she has like 280 million Instagram followers. So Scooter Braun's life gets completely turned upside down by a group of people. And when they show her concert footage, it's all just gay guys, trannies, and women. I didn't see one man in the group, not one, like not one dude who likes vagina. Now I don't know if that's true or not, but that's how the documentary portrays it. And so you have this group of people and we know who they are out there.'ll just use the word misogynistic but never give you an example and there's a group of people out there who will just believe it Or that being a man is enough To be misogynistic just any group of men any industry that that where there's a lot of men must be misogynistic firefighting garbage truck drivers Music industry you name it where there's a lot of men must be misogynistic, firefighting, garbage truck drivers, music industry, you name it.
Starting point is 00:26:53 And that's the first hour. And the irony is that so she wants, she's at the top of her game, she's filthy rich, she owns her own big, massive private jet, and yet she's claiming victim. Her whole thing, according to this documentary, all of her music is victim music. She plays the victim. She does not play nice with other women at all. She's resentful against the cool girls. And her audience is a group of people who can be easily summoned by simple words like misogynistic or you can call it, she could, you know, she didn't call them racist, but
Starting point is 00:27:39 you know, that would be another word that that group, all you have to do is be like that person's racist. They don't need an example. They need nothing. Tyler, I liked her first album. My sister forced me to listen to it every day. Ooh, that sounds abusive. On the way to school school but I ended up liking it. Am I gay? I don't think so. That seems like a leap. The songs they play in the documentary are great songs. I liked all the songs. They have catchy beats. The music itself is cool. Tyler Heda, yeah, you're gay Okay fine, diagnosed. Mason Mitchell, yes you're gay now. Trish, you can't deny her talent. Yeah, I mean, I'm telling you, the video footage of her and the songs good Taylor Swift song. I don't know it. And
Starting point is 00:29:13 when I heard the songs, I knew them all. Or a lot of them. I mean, by knew I mean, I'd heard them, you know, I don't know where I heard them in an elevator on Doritos commercials or whatever. Hey Tyler, have your girlfriend watched the documentary? I'm super curious what she'll think. They do an incredible job in the first hour of really ass pounding this guy, Scooter Braun, without saying anything. If you're just like, if you just keep this one thought
Starting point is 00:29:41 in your head the entire time, well, what did he do? You can't figure it out. You cannot figure it out. They say basically she was upset because he took Kanye West on as one of his clients and that he sold her albums. But then they show Kanye West actually ask her before he writes the lyrics and they actually show the documentation where they offered her to buy her master's back. She has no hamstring development. That was, I did notice that. No quad or hamstring development, which is a little bit of a bummer. hamstring development, which is a little bit of a bummer.
Starting point is 00:30:32 You go into the second hour of the documentary and they start showing you some, some, some, some shit that's kind of crazy. One of the things that's really crazy is her claim is, is that she keeps saying over and over, they sold the music without talking to me. Then they show her saying she knew that that the music was gonna be sold so you like how can those both exist she knew the music was gonna be sold eventually but she didn't know that it was sold until she found out from the internet but she knew the whole time it was to be sold. And then she also goes on to say, as I mentioned five times already, that she wasn't given an offer to buy the music herself and her first six albums. And yet then they show you the documentation that she was given the offer. And I guess in the offer, it said, Hey, if we sell you this, these albums, or we give you these albums, you're not allowed to disparage Scooter Braun anymore. And for some reason that was unacceptable to her.
Starting point is 00:31:25 They also offered her another deal where they would allow her to get her albums back if she stayed with Big Machine and kept recording albums. Now remember this company Big Machine gave her all the resources to become famous. They promoted her, they paid for all her videos, just all of that stuff. They were her backbone, the same way they were the backbone to Justin Bieber. Taylor's dad was a wealthy Merrill Lynch investor, bank investor. He worked over at Merrill Lynch.
Starting point is 00:32:19 And when Taylor signed with the record label Big Machine, he gave Big Machine $120,000 and picked up the family and moved them to where the label is. I believe it was Nashville. He is now part owner of Big Machine. That's another weird part. As part owner of the record label, she claims she didn't know that her albums were going to be sold although she also says she knew it was going to be sold so I guess those two cancel each other out but her dad was part owner of the record label and she claims that he didn't know and he never told her. And when the record label sold which also came with her albums, her six albums for $300 million, Taylor Swift's dad received over $15 million. Weird, right?
Starting point is 00:33:25 Weird, right? So on this is what's fascinating. The first half of the documentary Taylor Swift problems. It's all I feel. I feel I feel I'm hurt by these men. I'm hurt by these men. I'll never allow men to hurt me again. I'm hurt by these men. But not one example.
Starting point is 00:33:42 You switch to the scooter brawn side. Now it's the second hour of the documentary of Bad Blood on Cinemax, and now they start giving you the facts. That's where they show the recording of Kanye calling her before he writes that line and asks her, can I say this? That's where they talk about the dad being part owner.
Starting point is 00:34:00 That's where they show you the documents that she actually was given an option to buy her albums back. First half, all I feel feel I feel women are treated differently in the music industry No mention P. Diddy. There's no mention of P. Diddy sodomizing her By the way during the middle of this this documentary, when I got it, it said, do you want to sign up for the cheap version of Cinemax or the expensive version? And the cheap version came with commercials.
Starting point is 00:34:37 And they played a commercial during the documentary that I was watching. And it was a commercial from for a medication and this medication was a Medication that you take every other month. I forget the name of it but it basically allows the medication claims that you can have sex with people with AIDS and not get the AIDS if you take this medication and It had it had no straight couples in it. There were 10 gay couples, 10 black couples, or there were straight couples, but they were all black.
Starting point is 00:35:11 10 gay couples, 10 black couples, and a couple tranny couples. And it said, if you take these six shots a year, you can fuck without a condom and not get AIDS. It was a trip. AIDS was a trip. I know Tyler's Tyler's Spilled the spiled. Yeah, sounds risky. I agree.
Starting point is 00:35:35 It's funny. That's exactly what I was thinking. It's like, damn, that sounds risky. In California, there was a law that you had to if you if you had AIDS and you fuck someone you had to tell them but that law is no longer in effect. You can now if you have AIDS you don't have to tell the person you're you're you're banging. The movie is filled with, this is just on a complete side note, the movie is filled with short video clips of her getting out of cars.
Starting point is 00:36:17 So it's always she gets out of the big, big, beautiful black SUV and she gets out and she's surrounded by men, right? Bodyguards, they're all men. I never saw one woman bodyguard. And every time she gets out of the car, not once did I see her look around. And these cars are, these cars are always parked a little bit off the street and she gets out of the car and she would just, she gets out of the car and she just walks straight. She doesn't look to her left and to her right. Not once.
Starting point is 00:36:44 There's about 25 of those. I thought it was fascinating. I thought it was a very interesting telling nuance of who she is and how oblivious she is and kind of the world and the sides is that she's a woman and because she's a woman that's inherent to also being a victim. And being a man is that you're misogynistic. That's all they kept saying. Now it's just documentary.
Starting point is 00:37:23 You don't hear any of these words out of, well you do actually hear some of these words out of her mouth. They share some of her speeches. It's never like, hey, I feel this way because my manager did this to me. It's never like that. It's just like, I feel this way because I'm a woman. And so I start thinking that wow, all of her fans are attracted to her because they are people who want to play the victim because of their genitalia. And if you watch that first hour and you don't ask questions, you might believe it. You might get duped. and you don't ask questions, you might believe it. You might get duped. Like if you just wanna take her word for it,
Starting point is 00:38:08 that all men are misogynistic, then fuck, then it's gonna reinforce, like you're gonna start telling your own stories in your head. So if you're a woman and you watch that, or if you're a man and you've watched that and you've been around misogynistic men, what's that mean? Women, men who think,
Starting point is 00:38:24 if you already have examples in your head, stories, little videos in your head where in your life, you've met men who have a dislike or contempt against women or an ingrained prejudice against women, then, then you're going to buy it. Because every time they don't tell you what it was that happened to her, you're going to play your own example. So she, so, so that whole first hour, she's a super victim, not because they've told you anything happened to her, but because she's a woman. Not because they've told you anything happened to her but because she's a woman and so all the women who their identity is Being the victim like LeBron his identity is being the victim because he's black Then you'll demand you need a large course of people who also live that same delusion as you because God forbid you fall out into reality.
Starting point is 00:39:33 She uses the word over and over. The main thrust of this fight with her and Scooter Braun happened in the heart of the Me Too movement. And she uses over and over in the movie, I did not give consent. I did not give consent. And so there becomes this blending of sexual violence. The vernacular of sexual violence is blended with the fact that she signed a deal with a company that her dad owned that gave them rights and ownership
Starting point is 00:40:08 over her first six albums. And when she signed that deal, the first thing she did is she went out and bought a convertible Lexus. And she said, hey, I'm buying this Lexus as a fuck you to all the girls out there who never invited me to the cool girl parties. She had a chip on her shoulder, the documentary portrays her as having a chip on her shoulder
Starting point is 00:40:37 against the cool girls. They interview a bunch of lawyers and other people in the industry and they're like, hey man, there's nothing, everything in Taylor's contracts is completely standard. The standard is, is if you've signed with a record label, they will own your masters and that you can't record the music for, re-record the music for, and they say what it is, I can't remember what it is 10 years or 15 years that the music company owns the music and the lyrics and you can't re-record the song somewhere else and there's some duration of time
Starting point is 00:41:29 and she's pissed because she's pissed because she signed that deal. And so she makes up these stories that it happened to her because she's a woman and that all men hate women. Meanwhile, she's winning all sorts of crazy awards. She's winning everything. She's at the top of her game. She's worth hundreds of millions of dollars. She owns one of the largest private jets in the world. And I'm not saying that Scooter Braun doesn't fly private, but every time they show him in the documentary, and you know, maybe that's the documentary Filmmakers Choice, they always show him being accosted by paparazzi and he's in line somewhere at an airport. In 2019, another one of these awards, if the first one was the VMAs, the second
Starting point is 00:42:20 one was the AMAs, American Music Awards, she was asked to perform a song. And she put out a tweet saying, they won't let me perform my song at the American Music Awards because they said that that would be me re-recording one of my songs and I can't do that. And I guess that got all of her fan base. I guess they call them Swifties and According to the documentary it made it so the Swifties got really fucking angry and started sending massive Death death threats to scooter Braun and his family and someone even called his house and said hey I'm coming over to your house to kill your wife and children
Starting point is 00:43:13 immediately after that tweet, Scooter Braun puts out a tweet saying that's absolutely not true. She can perform whatever she wants. Go ahead perform away. There's no way we've never said that to her. And so that's the entire documentary. The entire documentary is about a girl who signs a record deal, wants to get her music back under her control, doesn't want to wait out the, which she can, she could have either purchased or she could have waited out the deal. And because she gets upset and we live in a victim era, she goes full victim mode while becoming a billionaire and demands her fans attack the record level. It's bad, man. It's bad if the documentary is true. If the documentary is true.
Starting point is 00:44:19 And what's crazy, yeah, that's what I noticed. Are we talking about the Eris tour? So that's what I noticed. Are we talking about the heiress tour? So that's what's that's what's fucking fascinating Do you remember when cross so CrossFit CrossFit had and they still might I don't know But they had these crazy woke crew over there Jonathan Haynes Emily O'Hern And then the people who work for them and what I mean mean for woke is, I mean, their standard bias is we hate men, we hate white people,
Starting point is 00:44:48 we especially hate older men. And they were vocal about it, they spoke about it. And then they would use their affiliate fees to make videos or to make articles that would say, hey, look, 13 of our 17 filmmakers at the games this year are all women. And it was just, they had completely lost their way. Instead of promoting, we have the cure for the world's most vexing problem.
Starting point is 00:45:10 It's for everyone. It became a place and I witnessed it myself. It became a place to just attack white people, white men. And they had a poster, they used a poster, do you remember that? Eris tour crossfit. Do you remember they, one year, like their best Instagram post maybe like was a picture and it was a, it was a, It was basically... I saw it in the documentary. I didn't know where it was from when I saw it on the CrossFit
Starting point is 00:45:49 Instagram, but the CrossFit Instagram took Taylor Swift's poster for her Eris tour. I guess that's what it's called, Eris. And they filled it like with CrossFit stuff, like pictures of Dave Castro and athletes and shit. And now it all makes sense. That's who is working there. The woman who demands other women play the victim.
Starting point is 00:46:16 And that's who that's who's working there, maybe still is working there. I mean, from what I can see from Annette Revis, the lady who sets the culture for CrossFit, who's Dawn's right-hand woman that's what I see she's still there and that's the culture she set. Wow now as I'm saying this now in real time I'm really so so even the Swifties even penetrated CrossFit yeah they used that poster. They used that poster. Uplift, have you seen guy? Have you guys seen LeBron squat?
Starting point is 00:46:55 Yeah, it's crazy. I've actually never seen a worst squat. It's bizarre, right? Absolutely bizarre. It's bizarre, right? Absolutely bizarre. It's bizarre that anyone would put weight on him with that form. I don't even know if I would call it a squat. I don't know what you would call it.
Starting point is 00:47:15 It's that bad. If someone told you, uplift Mark, if someone told you, hey, that's not actually a squat, you dumb shit. It's this movement. That's why you think it's a bad squat. You'd be like, oh, okay. You know what I mean? That's how far off it is from looking like a squat. There is a, there is a, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um,
Starting point is 00:47:50 um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, um, there are people who work there who've spoken with her and there is a protected class there. It's funny because I had heard that story when she first started working there and then recently I heard it again at a firehouse and it's actually a term they were they wanted to fire someone who
Starting point is 00:48:18 abandoned their duties in the middle of a fire during a fire drill and someone was in the house and left the other firefighters in there and they wanted to fire that guy and they were told from the higher-ups you can't fire that person they're the protected class and so there's a protected there is a protected class at CrossFit I've heard I've heard examples of people who've spoken directly to Annette and she's revealed that to him I don't know if she used those words but LeBron needs a MedFix and protected class means that that your job isn't you can't be touched your the merit your merit isn't one of the things in consideration or isn't the primary consideration for you working keeping your job. Caller, hi.
Starting point is 00:49:07 Hello. Hey, what's up? If you wanna go to a place where there's no cross fitters, you gotta go to a Taylor Swift concert. Yeah, it was a really trippy crowd. You know what it looked like? It looked exactly like the Democratic National Convention, just gay dudes and trannies and girls who were dressed in all sorts of costumes.
Starting point is 00:49:29 I gotta say, I'm not a Taylor Swift fan by any means, but it was a good concert for entertainment value, the lighting, the stage, the way everything was set up, but it was just very, you know all the songs if you listen to pop music, it's just the crowd is just unbearable to be around. It is awful. Like you said, trannies, a lot of sorry boy betas, even the dads, they were like, you might as well have put leashes on them and having the wives parade them around because it was,
Starting point is 00:50:05 it was scary. You actually saw dads with leash, men with leashes on them. No, no, no. I'm saying they might as well have had because they were wearing all these t-shirts like, uh, you know, I'm the dad. I'm the girl dad or whatever. It's just so cringy, but that's her demographic and I get it. But, uh, to be honest uh to be honest To be honest gay dudes trannies and hot chicks count me in Fair enough The problem is yeah, there is this whole there is the whole thing
Starting point is 00:50:36 If this documentary is true that she's curated the um, I hate men crowd And so what she has i'm guessing i'm speculating that she's curated all the women who've been hurt by men. You know, let's go to the worst situation possible. She's curated women who've been raped by men, and now think that all men are horrible. And that's, and that's, that's her audience. And so she's going, and so it's so easy to just tell the Vegas stories that trigger those people and then they fill in the blanks. She does a great job of it. Yeah, for sure. Yeah. Would you Jethro if you were single? Would you fuck Trish? Oh, yeah.
Starting point is 00:51:20 There you go. Without even seeing a rack. No. It's kind of like uh fucking I mentioned before Would that be like star fucking would fucking trish be like star fucking I fuck one of the stars on the sebon podcast You know just to get it. Yeah for sure. All right You if you crossfit already you already start at like a 5.5. I don't have to see true. Good point Actually, it goes up from point. Hashtag SportyBeth. Hashtag SportyBeth.
Starting point is 00:51:49 Yeah, five and a half. All right. Thank you. All right. Oh, hey, hey, hey. One more thing. So 60,000 people showed up to the Trump rally and only 20,000 got in? Yeah, it can only hold 20,000. And so what happened to the other? Everyone else waited outside and listened. Wow.
Starting point is 00:52:04 Oh, they were outside. Yeah, they waited. They had a huge screen televisions and they were all there till the end. Wow Contrary to popular belief Hey, I got some really some crazy hardcore breaking news If you go to vindicatevndk8.com If you go to vindicatevndk8.com and you use the code BREAKTIME at checkout, you'll get 20% off of everything there, including the CEO shirts. Starting point is 00:53:00 All capitalized All capitalized. I made this bitch famous, made her upset because it sounded like he's taking credit for her success. Oh, oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Thank you. My wife just texted me that. And he only told her about the line of having sex with her when he called her for approval. At least that's what we saw. Okay, so my wife's explaining to me. So when he originally called her, it wasn't, okay, so I had it wrong. My wife interpreted it differently than I did. The, I interpreted that she got upset because when he said the line, he said, um, he told her, I made her, I might still have sex with Taylor Swift. I made her famous and when he said the line he said Um, I made this bitch famous. I might have still have sex with Taylor Swift
Starting point is 00:53:49 I made this bitch famous and I thought she was upset because of the word bitch. My wife is saying that she was upset Because he said I made this bitch famous and he took credit for her success And that that was misogynistic fucking crazy Can you imagine being that famous and being upset because Kanye said I made you famous? Brian Taylor tells Taylor self that all the time and me and all the guys in the locker room, he lets us all know all the time if it wasn't for him. If it wasn't for him, we would never even know each other. If it wasn't for him.
Starting point is 00:54:31 Oh, geez Louise, I thought she was more upset because he wanted to have sex with her. Trish, Brian's friend did make Taylor self-famous. Here we go. Anyway, amazing case study in woke culture, cancel culture. You have to assume you have to put Taylor Swift as the queen of cancel culture. You have to assume, you have to put Taylor Swift as the queen of cancel culture. You have to be like, oh shit, like she's got that shit figured out.
Starting point is 00:55:13 She built an army and then sicked it on this guy. And then he asked her publicly, he said, hey, will you call your Swifties off of me? And of course she didn't respond. Sorry, had to get a booger. Doug Reed, are we going to address Halpin saying he did not share texts? I have no idea what you're even referencing. Did I say he shared text? I have no idea what you're referencing.
Starting point is 00:55:57 Sevan, the promo doesn't work. Oh, new vindicate site is legit. The promo doesn't work? I don't know. I doesn't work. Oh new vindicate site is legit. The promo doesn't work Oh Taylor self-set it maybe Taylor will call in and tell us the story It's not really cool to pick on helping Hi It's not really cool to pick on Halpin. Hi. Something's not cool to pick on him.
Starting point is 00:56:33 I don't think. I see him as a victim. Maybe that's the libtard in me. It's like something's not right. You know what I mean? Something's off like. Hello? It's like picking on a girl.
Starting point is 00:56:56 Caller, hi. What's up? You feel good about yourself picking on a disabled man? Is he disabled? I don't know, something seems off. But you gotta know, I got a little libtard in me, you know what I mean? I'm like, I don't know. It feels horrible even knowing that he exists on this planet and can speak to people and
Starting point is 00:57:20 can spread his manipulations ways. And Dee Reed, I never said he shared text. I said he threatened to share text and he did do that. That's true. He did do that. I witnessed that also. So that's what I said. Basically during his interview with, what's his face? Cattle Bells and Cock Gobblblers I think is this podcast.
Starting point is 00:57:48 Cattle bells and fucktards. Woolies podcast? Yeah yeah yeah yeah. Speaking of Woke victims. I sent like a ten comment stream that was probably two pages of text and I didn't use a single swear word outlining Why I hate Alvin people are like, you know people think that was last night. He was on that show last night. Oh No, this was a while ago. This was maybe a couple weeks ago People think that because I use swear words and call him a fucking douchebag and all that that I have, it's just like an emotional, it's like a child's emotional reaction to someone they don't like, but there's very logical reasons. One why helping got kicked out of our message thread, how he responded to that and the threats
Starting point is 00:58:39 that he made to people. And based off of those things, I think he's a piece of shit. Well I had a final straw with him when he was going around and basically people who were affiliated with me he was going up to the he was he was contacting them on the side and basically asking them, why would you like him? Like he was policing. Yep. That's that same shit that Wooly did. No, was it Wooly? Yeah, Wooly did that when I told Noah that he shouldn't donate his money to any woke charities. I think I think Wooly clicked on who liked that post and was like,
Starting point is 00:59:26 yeah, I love clicking the likes and going through them, which is a passive aggressive way of saying, hey, I'm taking names of all the people who like like what Sevan said. And that's just like. That's just country, I think. Yeah, he's a full count. I mean, he's like proud that he got his kids back. He's there's just all of these things.
Starting point is 00:59:46 Who got their kids back? When you help him. Oh man. See, that's what I mean. Something's wrong with him. When you, when you take all of the information about him in totality, it paints a very clear picture and what the chat sees and what most of Instagram sees that he's just a data guy and he's just gathering
Starting point is 01:00:05 information and that he just wants to give people the whole, the entire perspective and the full story. And you guys miss a lot of behind the scenes shit. And I'll just end with this. I respect more than anything someone who is exactly who they are in private as who they portray themselves to be on Instagram, uh, in a particular friend group to the masses, et cetera.
Starting point is 01:00:28 And you are the epitome of that. Dave's a good example of being that I respect someone immensely who is exactly who they are at all times. They don't, they're not a chameleon essentially. Mike Alpen not only is a chameleon, but he is incredibly manipulative and goes out of his way to manipulate people into believing he is something that he really isn't. And I hate that. I despise that. I despise that. And by the way, I want to be very clear about that. Something Taylor would never let's say
Starting point is 01:01:00 someone let's say the CrossFit Games wanted to hire helping or Water pelusa wanted to hire help and or something like that We're also not the kind of people who would we were not type of people who would sabotage him like everyone can get their own We're not we're not I wouldn't go out of my I think that's part of the problem that we have with people is that hey if you're sabotaging other people Based on your own feelings, you're an asshole. So like if he does do that, yeah, I mean that whole that that there's a bunch of people in their group that do that call around and try to sabotage other people's shit. It's fucked up. That was I mean, that was that was the final straw for me when Brian, his most, a few months
Starting point is 01:01:47 ago called someone and said, hey, you shouldn't have so-and-so on your show. I mean, he had done that to me probably half a dozen times, but yeah, so that's kind of the final straw for me. I don't know if Halpin does that. Well, yeah, no, that's kind of the final straw for me. I don't know if Halpen does that. Well, yeah, no, I know Halpen does that. He does that to, he does, he did that to me with people on the internet going around and vetting the people who are my friends or questioning them, making them feel bad. And it affected those, and it affected those people too.
Starting point is 01:02:20 Like somehow, like I've heard that people don't want to follow, people who listen to this YouTube station or listen to Hillers don't want to follow it because it's kind of like wearing a MAGA hat or something. Like the you know how like people don't want to wear MAGA hats because they're afraid that someone will come after them. Right. Right. Right. I just got asked in my affiliate who I was voting for governor. I guess there's this crazy fucking governor nominee in North Carolina, Mark Robinson. Mm-hmm. And I just read the Wiki page on him and it's crazy. I don't know how much to trust it, but it basically says he was a member of this fucking
Starting point is 01:02:54 porn forum back in the early 2000s. And he's a black dude and was posting about he'd rather have Adolf Hitler as president than Barack Obama and all this crazy shit. And so they like they like fucking ganged up on me. These like four members are like, are you voting for you? I was like, I don't fuck. What are my options? And it genuinely seems like the Democratic nominee for governor is 100% the better option.
Starting point is 01:03:18 And I'm like, I'm stuck because I want to vote for that Democratic guy, knowing everything that I just read about Mark Robinson But I'm 100% still voting for Trump and then they're like, hey, but wait a second. Wait a second. Wait a second Is the other guy the other guy's a Democrat? Yeah, his name is Josh Stein So here's the thing you can vote for a guy who said I'd rather vote for Hitler than Barack Obama or you can vote for a guy who believes in child genital mutilation, the exploration of making minor attracted persons okay and accepting them,
Starting point is 01:03:51 and someone who hates black people, would love to keep black people down under the guise of keeping them safe, and who believes in hiring people over their skin color. Dude, that's not enough for me. Sorry. Hey, hey, but sorry, dude. The Democratic, listen, the Democratic nominee doesn't seem like he believes any of that. Everything that he's everything that his platform is running on and what he did as attorney general for the state seems great. He got like a 50 billion dollar settlement from big pharma to pay basically a settlement on the opioid crisis, which I'm a big fan of. He prosecuted a ton of backlogged
Starting point is 01:04:34 like sex offender cases, like demolished people. Okay, I like all that. I mean, they're all that. Right, right. There is I couldn't find anything bad on him. And it was, it was a bit like- Hey, let me ask you this. How long has that guy, the other guy been a Republican? Because you know that that's also a very, very common, they've caught a lot of people, especially in the South, especially blacks in the South, portrayed running as Republicans, but really they're Democrats. They've caught in a lot.
Starting point is 01:05:03 He has been a Republican for a really long time. He's a red like he basically wants to eliminate the separation of church and state. He's a massively anti-abortion, which I that's a gray area for me. And a lot of ways I do see it. He's a Democrat who's anti-abortion. No, no, no. We're talking about the black dude who's a Republican. Oh, yeah. So he's like the black dude who's a Republican. Oh.
Starting point is 01:05:26 Yeah. So he's like... So he's against baby killing. Dude, stop. Go on. If you... Wait, why stop? Why stop?
Starting point is 01:05:34 Why stop? Because I do and do not agree with that. It makes me uncomfortable when you just call it baby killing. I guess there are instances where I feel like medically in a medical, I don't know, for the safety of the mother. Let me just say this. It makes me uncomfortable calling it baby killing too. But to call it women's reproductive rights is complete 100% horse shit. If you want to say to me- I would say they're probably on. Yeah. Yeah. I would
Starting point is 01:06:06 say baby killing is probably more active than women's reproductive rights. Right. I, and I, you know, and he says things where I'm like, Oh, I kind of agree with that. He says, Hey, you know, just because you want to have an abortion so that you can go to the club on Friday night and live a stress free life and do whatever you want and be risky, I think that the number one reason to have sex is to have a child. That's why we have reproductive organs is to procreate. But it does make me, I don't know, I just don't know. I believe there are instances where I guess abortion
Starting point is 01:06:37 should be a legal option. I don't know, I'm not so sure I'm certain on what those parameters are. I know I don't think that you should just be able to get an abortion just because you fucked up. Like that like makes me I don't know. It's a it's a fucking no abortion. Olivia abortion is there's a 12 week rule. It's you have basically 12 weeks to get an abortion I think no matter what. And then after that there are very limited number of circumstances which would make it legal like medical like
Starting point is 01:07:06 you're at risk the baby's at risk whatever hey and right abortion is legal everywhere I want to ask you a question totally different subject do you think that this Trish is the original Trish no I think this Trish is a fucking douche because the original Trish would have never gotten triggered. And listen to this. Listen to what this, self-showing that he has rational thinking skills. And Sevan is trying to fuck it up because he is so entrenched in his made-up reality. I just can't imagine the original Trish being triggered.
Starting point is 01:07:44 She was so, she was, yeah, that sucks. Brianna Brianna Roni. It's so easy not to get pregnant. True. Like that's also like, Hey, pull out, wear a condom or you know, use contraceptive, whatever. It's, it's, I don't know. I, it just, but also, yeah, I don't know the government, the question was like sprung on me. I'm like, damn, I'd really don't know anything about these two candidates. Um, I don't know what to do. Can I vote Democrat for governor and then vote a Republican for president?
Starting point is 01:08:21 Yeah, totally. But I would really, I would do a lot of research into it to make sure those stories are true I'll tell you an example. I don't there somewhere where you live like they're all unsubstantiated They're basically unsubstantiated CNN posted this massive fucking hit piece on them. Yep. I wouldn't believe any of it Right Mark Robinson is claiming it was fucking gender like AI generated. So here so yeah So here's the thing we saw we've seen over and over and we saw ABC news do it where they keep saying that Trump said that there's good people on both sides and like over and over. And I was just watching a clip yesterday of some black guy who said he was duped
Starting point is 01:08:56 by that. And then he finally went back and watched it and he feels like, what the fuck. So I, I would, um, so recently there was a case somewhere in the South where a lady had twins. She was pregnant with twins and she died. And the Democrats are claiming she died because abortion was illegal in her state. Right. The thing, the real story is this. She was six weeks pregnant. She wanted to get the abortion.
Starting point is 01:09:22 So she went to another state to have the abortion. I don't know why. I don't know if she couldn't have it in her state or what she went to the other state to have The abortion and there was traffic so she was late to her abortion so when she came back she decided she would take the The the what the morning after pill or whatever the abortion pill which you can take up to 13 weeks So she took it in between her sixth and seventh week. So basically, so she took those pills and then she ended up getting,
Starting point is 01:09:52 I guess the babies didn't come out or something happened and she went into shock and got sepsis. So she went to the hospital and they started treating her and it sounds like their treatment was negligent but had nothing to do with the fact that it was abortion or not an abortion. It's just that they were negligent in addressing her infection and she died. And the Democrats are sharing the story. They leave all of that shit out and they just say, hey, she couldn't get abortion in her state and so that's why she died. When that's not, that's not what happened at all and so you have to um
Starting point is 01:10:29 yeah i yeah if that guy's saying he didn't do it i would believe that over cnn but there are also reports the other the other thing about his uh hey dude here's the thing too i would vote for a president like I would have no problem voting for Joe Biden if he believed in Liberty. Like we there's a hundred clips of him out there being like fucking full racist scumbag, right? I could look over all of that. I would look over all of that if he believed in Liberty, if he believed in freedom of speech. Do you know what's happening here, Taylor? You and I believe in a society that has maximum tolerance, right? That's what we want. We want a society with maximum tolerance. And so when we have a society that wants maximum tolerance, one of the effects of that is we get people that we try to accept that have maximum intolerance.
Starting point is 01:11:22 And that's the Democratic Party. And now're struggling right right right we're like hey I have no problems with tranny's and they're like, okay, how about tranny's reading to kids? We're like, okay and we're like, how about every Sunday at 2 p.m At the public library and then we're like, well, could you have a Navy SEAL reading hour too? And they're like your misogynist and it's like you're you're homophobic and it's like ooh And we believe in sex change operations me and you are like okay we'll tolerate that even though it's fucking we know there's no end to that there's no happiness or no end there and they're like how about for 12 year olds and so
Starting point is 01:11:55 we're this we're the we're the group that wants maximum tolerance and these people who are just completely intolerant have these crazy views about children and all this shit we're struggling to find a place for them. And it's crazy. And now we're being called intolerant. When all the intolerance is coming on their side. It's a wicked fucking game. I get what you're saying about liberty and tolerance. I guess I'm just not sure that this guy is for liberty. I mean, I just he's I mean, talking about he wants to remove the separation of church and state, that doesn't seem like liberty. That seems like basically forced. It just seems like a pendulum swing of forcing your ideology on others in public schools, which
Starting point is 01:12:38 is crazy. But it's already been removed. It's already been removed because that's what the LGBTQZY propaganda is. It's just religion. Yeah, that's a religion. Yeah. I know. But does that two wrongs don't make a right? No, I agree.
Starting point is 01:12:58 You're right. They definitely don't. And the other thing about him is it says he files for bankruptcy on three different occasions 98 99 2003 he's also been sued several times for non-payment of debts in 2012 his landlord sued him for failure to pay around $2,000 in rent I don't know that just seems like a kind of person like if you can't keep your personal finances in order How are you gonna be governor of the state? Hmm? Well, you said you? Well you said nothing to me that would make it so I would vote for Gavin Newsom over him.
Starting point is 01:13:32 So I don't know who he's running against. Here let me pull up this guy's name is Josh Stein. He's a Jew so you'll like that. Love a Jew. Josh Stein. And also this is all from Wikipedia. And hey, I can't, I can't, um, I can't accept anything. Um, I can't accept anything from CNN.
Starting point is 01:13:55 Sorry. Yeah. CNN sucks. You know, okay. Ah, it's tough. It's there. The new source that broke it. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:14:11 The state of attorney's to negotiate a national settlement framework with drug companies, manufacturers, distributors and pharmacy chains over the nation's opioid epidemic, totaling more than $50 billion. North Carolina's share of the settlement was 1.5 billion. He also, Stein has filed briefs supporting medication abortions and opposing restrictions on women from traveling to receiving healthcare, to receive healthcare. Yeah, that's crazy. That's crazy to stop women from traveling to get healthcare. Is that a law somewhere? Like you can't, if you live in one state, you can't go to another state to get an abortion?
Starting point is 01:14:44 Right. That is, that is crazy. Is that a law somewhere? Like you can't, if you live in one state, you can't go to another state to get an abortion. Right. That is, that is crazy. Um, he wanted injunction against the company. He was a lawyer. Uh, let's see what else. Um, I don't know. He just doesn't seem like a super woke. He doesn't seem woke at all.
Starting point is 01:15:01 Like he's a, I don't know. It just doesn't seem, where does he stay? Where'd he stand on the vaccine? Uh, let me Google that. Josh. Josh Stein. Vaccine stance. See what kind of google I get from that. Um, he was the attorney general. Yes. We didn't have a really harsh state, uh state COVID wise. I mean there were a couple periods of lockdowns. It seems like his big issues on his website making the
Starting point is 01:15:35 economy work for everyone, improving education, workforce, no one should worry about kids are safe, Let's see addressing affordable housing His Instagram is full of all the obligatory pictures with black people Yeah, um, he's got a mall Good for him Priorities here we go click. Click priorities. Josh priorities. I don't know. There's not a lot here. It's a lot of, I don't know. It's kind of fluff. But he just doesn't seem woke. But then I'm like, okay, well why are you...
Starting point is 01:16:15 A Democrat? I don't know. Yeah, exactly. It's like mandatory now if you're a Democrat. You've got to be woke as fuck. Alright. Well, maybe you're a Democrat you've got to be woke as fuck All right, well you found maybe you found a good one Yeah, I don't know Our politicians fucking suck cock bro. It's depressing Yeah, he's definitely he's definitely got a cadence to what he posts
Starting point is 01:16:46 What are we gonna do dude, what? What are we going to do as a country? Excuse me. We're not even supposed to be a fucking federal democracy, dude. What if I can show you he posted the black square? Did he? I don't know. Like di ddy? Yeah, I mean, whatever. The black square. So many people posted that and were like, yeah, I mean whatever the black square. Well
Starting point is 01:17:08 So many people posted that more like yeah, I shouldn't done that Fair enough. I almost posted it. I mean how many how many things that you posted and you're like damn well, I guess maybe not many because not probably at a fucking none, yeah, that's because You know why I'm fucking on because social media came into existence when you were already like 45 You know why, Sevan? Fucking none. Because social media came into existence when you were already like 45 and you had a fully developed frontal lobe. Hey, someone asked in the comments, what would you, I wonder how Sevan would act if he hung out with, if he saw Tommy and Shani. Dude, I, I hung out with, um, I hung out with, uh, Tommy the entire time at the games, like right next to him. I talked to him nonstop.
Starting point is 01:17:46 I treat everyone cool I'm not an asshole. I'm pretty I'm not an asshole to any All right, so now I'm gonna lead every class that I teach for the rest of the day I'm like here you guys voting for for governor Change my mind Here's the thing to suit that's the thing right? That's the left strategy. Call someone a Nazi or say something about them and make everyone scared to even talk about them. That's the whole thing with Trump. That's the thing with the American flag, dude. They tried to
Starting point is 01:18:13 do that with the American flag. They're trying to make the American flag seem like it's racist. Dude, if you look at a fucking map of Europe, you can see the most racist fucking place in the world. Every country is just named after their fucking ethnicity or their race Yeah, Marquez. Yeah, I hung out with Tommy the entire time at the CrossFit Games for hours Even at one point I was talking I was on the side I just stood right next to him I chat we chatted I I said after the games. I really enjoyed hanging out with him in Hebrew and Mars It was cool. I Can't but the fact that he's a fucking,
Starting point is 01:18:46 that his show, that he sucks, his show sucks. He doesn't ask follow-up questions and he fucking never drills down. I mean, for all I know, Tommy made the fucking Taylor Swift documentary. He just uses words that emotionally invoke people. He doesn't actually say anything. I get it. There's an audience for that. I fucking paper So you talk I'm dude. I'm cool with everyone so you talk shit about people online, but what you're cool with them person I'm cool with everyone. I'm cool with the people that I fucking talk shit about I'm not like I'm not like the majority of you Yeah, you're not like me I'm not fucking cool with helping there a lot of people yeah
Starting point is 01:19:27 Like you could steal ten thousand dollars from me and I can still be cool with you. I'm not like you. I you don't My you don't influence how I feel I'm not I'm not I'm not like I'm not like you I'm not like well that guy stole ten thousand dollars from me and throw away the 20 years that I played fucking frisbee with the guy on the beach every Saturday morning for 20 years. Sorry. I ain't like that. I'm not like Swifty. I'm not connecting with you guys. I'm here to school motherfuckers. Yeah, unbothered. Thank you, Pat. Thank you. I'm unbothered. Yeah. All right, I gotta go, coach. Tell me who I should vote for. Think about it.
Starting point is 01:20:10 Okay. Don't ever vote Democrat. Okay. Thank you. Bye. Yeah, listen. I have no issue wanting nothing to do with Brian Friend and telling you that he's the best commentator in the space, live call commentator by far, hands down, there's no one close to him. I have no issue with that. Those can all exist in my mind. I can be like, Hey, you're a pedophile, but you're also the greatest music artist who lived of all time.
Starting point is 01:20:36 I didn't, when Millie Vanilli got fucking busted for fucking lip syncing all their songs and not being their voice, I was tripping on society. Cause all of a sudden no one would listen to their music or they wouldn't play their music on radio anymore. I'm like, wait a second. So you didn't like the music you like the fact of who you had it attached to those two guys who were listening to it. Sorry, dude, I'm not a fuck At all. That's it. The end. And you know, there probably would be a line someone could cross, but it would have to
Starting point is 01:21:23 be like with my family and my kids. That's why I got so angry at the New York Times because that could, when you start doing shit that starts affecting how much money I make, and that's why I can get kind of upset. But I'm not mad at Daniel Brandon for the slightest that she won't come on my show. I think it's fucking great. I think it's fun. It's just more story. Sebi, does Haley have any steak on the stove? I'm sure, I bet.
Starting point is 01:22:07 I saw steak sitting in the fridge last night. Travis, they're saying that the code isn't working. Is the code working? Use code BREAKTIME at checkout, vindicate, 20% off. Is the code working? Has anyone else tried it? BREAKTIME. Did you spell BREAKTI time right? Amanda Doyle.
Starting point is 01:22:30 Show's over. I was in Boston and it was raining. And I remembered this is why I live in California like I'm looking it's us 823 a.m. I'm looking out the window and it's so like it's so unbelievably nice I'm looking at passion fruit hanging from my tree a mulberry tree looking at my giant outdoor rig like my lawn is green my kids are outside oh Julia cook going on the Glenton podcast tomorrow wow that's cool that's what's so cool about Andrew Hiller too he can he doesn't people think that I'll use
Starting point is 01:23:26 this example and I apologize for those of you who heard this a hundred times, but when he made a Natty or Not on Justin Maderas, he said he's Natty. And I'm pretty sure I chatted with Justin about this or maybe it was Justin's mom or someone, but you, but and he thought it was cool because, because he thought Hiller was cool at the time because he said he was Natty. You can, if you think like that, you're, that just, that just shows you're an NPC. And maybe I'm wrong, maybe, maybe, maybe I'm mischaracterizing, maybe Justin didn't think it was cool either way, but I'm pretty sure he thought it was fine and cool.
Starting point is 01:24:05 The way you have to think about it is, are you okay with him making accusations about people regardless if the answer is yes or no? Because whatever you see someone do, you need to know that they can do it to you. So if you're a man, if you're a woman and you're married to a man and you're demanding that he fucking hate all of his ex-girlfriends and his ex-wife, know that one day there's a very good chance that he will hate you. How people, how you see people behave is who they are So before you're like, oh my god Andrew said something about me that I'm I never think in my life that I'm not above Andrew making a subamitose and Natty or not
Starting point is 01:24:56 I already know what Andrew's capable of If a man calls his ex crazy, that's a red flag. I had an ex that was fucking batshit crazy once a month. It was fucking nuts. I was like a month. It was fucking nuts. I was like a, um, I was like a snail. You know, when you touch its antlers, they retract. She would go fucking crazy a few days before she got her period. And I would fucking, it was fucking terrifying. It was so gnarly to navigate. And then just like at about the three week mark where I was like, okay, it's okay to come out. Her period would come again and I would get fucking smashed again.
Starting point is 01:25:47 And I could never get my antlers out all the way. It was crazy. I couldn't, I could, I could not figure out how to navigate that woman. It was gnarly, you know, like the kind of chick who attacks you in the shower and shit, you're just showering and she fucking comes in there and fucks you up. I don't even know what you're saying, Pat. You just spent an hour saying Taylor Swift is a cunt. I never said she's a cunt. That's a lie for making accusations.
Starting point is 01:26:23 No, I didn't say that. I didn't say anything like that. Is that what you heard? Dude, Pat, come out, come out. What? Who hurts you, dude? Come out. Dude, let your antlers come out all the way. Connect with the world. What I said is that she, she for an hour said that she really liked her favorite vehicle to be her favorite her favorite vehicle to be in is her favorite vehicle and she loves it so much and she loves it so much and her favorite vehicle and her favorite vehicle and at the end we don't even know what her that vehicle was
Starting point is 01:26:57 was it a lexus was it a horse was it a tractor we don't know anything we don't she didn't even define what favorite means that is her favorite vehicle a bicycle That doesn't have a seat so she can ride it and get fucked at the same time Like we don't even know that was my point and I never referred to her as a cunt once But what she does by saying her favorite vehicles all the people who are listening can then insert their vehicle in there without knowing What what vehicle she was talking about and they can connect to her. It's lowest common denominator connecting with people. That's all I'm saying buddy.
Starting point is 01:27:41 You understand? And so you filled in some part of the story you're doing the same thing I've but what's crazy is is I've given you specifics you can hang on making myself extremely vulnerable and You still aren't able to comprehend it Did anyone hear me call her a cunt Anyone You think Pat made a leap? You think?
Starting point is 01:28:07 You think he made a leap? Oh boy. Pat, leave me alone. You've gotten in my head. Now I have to call my wife. Don't, Pat. head now we have to call my wife don't ever call your wife when I'm talking to you. Sorry, God. Now listen, Sevan. Pat Lang is one of my children who needs a lot of help.
Starting point is 01:29:03 He is a lost sheep, but he does want to come to the herd. Do your best. I have given you the skills and the wisdom to Shepherd Patrick Lang. Okay, fine, God. God, are you there? Hello? God? Hello? Fuck that, I ain't Shepard and Patrick Lang.
Starting point is 01:29:36 Fuck you, God. Seldon, I'm always here. How dare you? Damn. All right, I take that back. Strike that from the record. I'm God. Did I call Taylor Swift a cunt?
Starting point is 01:29:49 Hello, God? God? Sevan? Yes, God? Call your wife and ask her. I have given you a woman to help you. All right. I'll call her again. Fine. So be it. I have given you a woman to help you. Alright, I'll call her again.
Starting point is 01:30:08 Fine, so be it. He's given me a woman. Fuck, God's fucking... God views women as objects. He gave me a woman. What a fucking savage he is. Yes, Ebon, I gave you a woman you own her she's yours to do as you please All right
Starting point is 01:30:36 Hello you be God's a I don't is that misogynistic massage massage massage anistic that misogynistic? Misogynistic? My wife the other day goes, hey my neck's bothering me a little bit can you can you rub it? Yeah I read into it Pat, I read into it. How could you how could you like you know what happens I can't like rub your neck for like, let's just say it ended in a happy ending. Rub your neck. Rub your neck. 15, 15 minutes of neck rub and two minutes of, hello? Hello?
Starting point is 01:31:29 Hi, can you hear me? Yes, I can hear you. Are you the female god? Are you taking a shit in the bathroom or is this the female god? No, this is Brianna. Oh, hi Brianna. I wanted to talk to you about nutrition advice. So I've been trying to eat like more like you. But I've been pretty much like, like pretty much carnivore kind of but I do eat like fruits
Starting point is 01:31:57 and vegetables. Basically just like cross the diet. I was pretty bad about like carbs. Can I say something to you really quick? Can I interrupt you? If NFL players want to fly you out, you should not eat like me. You should keep eating the way you're eating. No, because I've been doing this and I also started fasting. Are you in the same room God's in? Why is there like a like it sounds like you're in the same room God's in. there like a like it sounds like you're in the same room God's in no I'm just like in our field house at work oh okay and big empty space sorry no that's where God hangs out in a big empty space too so that's fine that now it makes sense to me but no I started doing that and in probably like three weeks I've lost like
Starting point is 01:32:40 11 pounds so what happened to your boobs what happened to your boobs? What happened to your boobs? I already don't have any but now they're like extra. Oh, that's perfect. No problem. Perfect. I'm going to recommend lots of push-ups. But yeah, great. Yeah, that's awesome.
Starting point is 01:33:00 Do you like it? Do you feel do you feel good? I feel so good, but I actually feel like eating enough because it fills me up so much more like I feel like i'm eating like Hardly a meal a day because i'm just so full Yeah, um, my wife is like so on the carnivore and like I don't see her do any of the stupid snacking that I do Um, she'll put she and and there's yeah, it's crazy. What about, uh, your menstrual cycle? Oh, it's all messed up. So did that happen from the carnivore that was already messed up?
Starting point is 01:33:31 No, it's just been messed up. Uh, so is it, do you even get it at all? Is it gone or, or is it just messed up? I'll go like, I'll go like three or four months without it. And then I'll get it like every other week for like a couple months. Do you have any theories on why that is? Um, I think I've told you before, I was on Lupron for like five or six years, which is
Starting point is 01:33:54 like a puberty blocker. And so yeah. Wait a second. Wait a second. Wait a second. You want a puberty blocker? Yeah. Wait a second. Wait a second. You want a puberty blocker? Yeah from like when I was 12 or 13
Starting point is 01:34:09 And why why were you on that? Because I started puberty at 7 And that's and you're not supposed to No, like but it was also like it's probably just from processed foods like I was my parents are like feeding me terribly and I was like really seven year olds and I started like full on menstrual cycle. I was growing pubic hair, had boobs at seven years old. And instead of recommending diet, they put me on Lupron and like on a whole medical
Starting point is 01:34:41 trial and they did that until I was 15. And what would you give advice to parents to use that or not do that? Well, they can't because the whole generation, I was going to Kaiser and they were doing a medical trial on pre-pubescent like puberty kids and all the kids have like super messed up, like I had the good part of it. Like a bunch of the kids have like horrible arthritis, blind, infertile, all sorts of things. Holy shit. Yeah. So like all the kids basically sued. The FDA took it off the market. And maybe like two
Starting point is 01:35:21 years later, Lucron got rebranded as a trans kid drug So it still can be sold to kids that want to block the puberty for trans kids But it's not allowed to be sold for Only people be anymore Lupron LuPron Yeah So just so are you glad that it because you got you got put on it? um So are you glad that you got put on it? It's like hard to say because it's like, I don't know. The doctors told me that if I didn't go on it,
Starting point is 01:35:51 I would like develop super fast and then like- You would develop what? Wait, hold on a second, hold on a second. Hold on one second. I'm gonna disconnect our phone and reconnect it cause I gotta pop, hold on. Okay, okay, the doctors who put you on this puberty blocker also told you that if they didn't put you on it, what would happen? But like I would go through puberty like super fast.
Starting point is 01:36:18 And then I would basically hit full maturity at like 10. And then I would have all these problems because I hit maturity too fast. Like what like the only problem I think you would have is you don't want men to be attracted to you at 10 but they would be. That would be like a bad and that is a problem. But that's a problem for your parents. That's not a problem you deal with with drugs. Your parents just need to make sure they never leave you at like if you have a girl with tits like the dad should never let her out of her sight They told me it was to do with my height and that was a big seller to my parents because they care so much about sports Like they said if I didn't go on it, I would be like five three
Starting point is 01:36:55 How tall are you? I'm like five seven. Yeah, god. I'm i'm god. I just feel like that's such bullshit. What happened when you got off of it? um I'm like five seven. Yeah, God. I'm I'm God. I just feel like it that's such bullshit What happened when you got off of it? I Was fine, but then maybe like a year or two after I got off of it. I got diagnosed with like very severe Tcos and so I've had to have to like ovarian cysts removes Because I just keep getting them and most of them go away on their own but sometimes they have to remove them. Polycystic ovary syndrome. God I wonder there's this girl I
Starting point is 01:37:38 knew in college and I wonder if she was on that now that you're saying that. God I wonder. if she was on that now that you're saying that god i wonder i um i'm just so biased about putting kids on drugs i'm just so i just i am too i'm just so fucking biased yeah and i my parents like really regret it now and then also with like the pcos like every time i've gone to a doctor like how can I feel this they are always just told me that Literally recommended that I remove like night over Hey, is all your junk all normal? Like is your vagina all normal? Yeah, like it didn't cause any like weird things Not that I know of yeah, I'm sure it's not that I've been told. Okay
Starting point is 01:38:24 God wow That that that's amazing. Hey, um, are you care people are in the chatter asking what your username is you don't have to give it but I think yeah, all the horny guys are like they think So V-R-E-A-N-N-A dot R-O-N-E-Y. Wow. Yeah, that's, that's why. So you dodged a bullet by not like being blind or whatever shit happened to your, your, your, your peers. Yes. Lupron, man. Holy cow.
Starting point is 01:38:57 I can't, I, I just can't imagine, put like, I'm just trying to figure like, I just can't imagine putting my boys on something. I just can't, I just, I keep thinking of like me walking up to them with a glass of water and punching out pills and giving it, being like, take these. I just can't, I just can't get my head wrapped around. It was a shot. So I had to get a shot in my butt like once a month. And then I had to sit in the doctor's facility for like, sorry, I'm exiting.
Starting point is 01:39:25 There's like a weird noise. I don't know if you can hear it. There's it sounds like a train. It sounds like a train. I'm stopping. Yeah. The softwares are setting up. So.
Starting point is 01:39:33 Oh, you're hot as fuck. Holy shit. Oh, thank you. What are you? Are you black? No. What are you? I'm black.
Starting point is 01:39:41 I'm black. I'm black. I'm black. I'm black. I'm black. I'm black. I'm black. I'm black. Holy shit. Oh, thank you What are you are you black No, what are you? I feel weird. So like I am my mom is from Mexico and then my dad is half Irish half Native American Goddamn And that's your real hair
Starting point is 01:40:06 Yeah, I get so when it's straight that's because I have a keratin treatment and the curly is my natural hair What's this pig in the water doing That was another behind us. There's like taking the water Were they cool? They were so cool and so cute. He is so cute. That's a wild pig? Yeah and they just let you hold them. They're pretty friendly. They're like domesticated. You have freckles. Yeah I told you I'm quarter iris., you were cute. My boys are starting to get freckles. It's so cool I had it's so weird because I got freckles at around probably their age too and I and my boys are starting to get freckles
Starting point is 01:40:54 They're so awesome. They're kind of going away now since I moved to Iowa, but hopefully they'll come back I become a California girl again. Yeah mine went away Become a California girl again. Yeah mine went away I don't know. There's a lot of people in the chat that want like context to the NFL player thing Yeah, when do you go see him? October 11th, I fly out and I come back to 15. Are you taking a friend? No, and he bought my he bought my plane ticket, but I can't be like, by my friend. He just found you on Instagram? No, we met in person once.
Starting point is 01:41:32 I totally almost messed this up, Sevan. I was in Miami for a lot of policies this January, and me and my friends went out partying. I met him, but he was still like in college or he had just finished his senior season of football. And I thought, I really don't remember this night at all. Like I have no memory of it. Don't ask why.
Starting point is 01:41:58 And he asked for my Snapchat. At least that's what I thought happened. And he Snapchatted me for a couple of days, but I really wasn't that into it. So I started just like leaving him unread, like not responding anymore. And then like recently, like about a month ago, he posted something that was like Panthers stuff. I was like, Oh, shoot, this guy's on the Panthers. This guy's what? This guy's what? He's on the Panthers stuff. I was like, Oh shoot, this guy's on the Panthers. This guy's what?
Starting point is 01:42:30 He's he's on the Panthers. I was like, Oh, I'm actually interested now. Oh yeah, that's fair. I think that's fair. And well on it. And so then I put up and I was like, Hey, how have you been? And we started chatting. And then he said, I was trying to play dumb. Like I didn't know he was on the Panthers. And so I was like, hey, are you still in, you know, Blink State that you told me he was from? And he was like, don't act like you don't know where I'm at. Oh, that's awesome.
Starting point is 01:42:53 That's awesome. And then I almost messed up again, because he was saying like, have you been really wanting me? Which he has, because he still slides up anytime I post and says I'm pretty or whatever. And he'll be like, he's like, I've been really wanting you but like, you didn't want me and I'll go No,
Starting point is 01:43:09 I do like you. And then he says, Okay, then text me. And I'm like, I don't have your number. And I looked through all my contacts. And I was like, I don't have this guy's number. And then he says, Oh, shit, I look, I look and I realize I just he had texted me I just never say this contact have you have you held his hand or had any intimacy with him or did you dance with him or kiss him or you know we were just kind of in the same section and have like talked a little bit and he like brought me a few drinks but that was kind of it hey. I I think you should just go full bore reckless real with them
Starting point is 01:43:50 Well, when you see him, you know what I mean, except don't tell him about the Lupron But keep that that that needs to wait a few months, but I think you should be like, yeah, dude I saw you on the Panthers and I think that's fucking cool shit. Of course. I'm attracted to someone who's That shows that you work hard and that you have a promising future and hell yeah, I'm attracted to you. Well, he did ask like why I ever left him on red. I think kind of fishing is like, do I like him now because that and honestly had nothing to do with me not liking him. It was like, I'm broke. I'm assuming this guy's broke. We're in
Starting point is 01:44:23 different states. When are we going to see each other ever again? What's the fun talking to you? Yeah And I told him that I was like that's why I stopped talking to you because I just realized I was never going to talk to you again Yeah, and then that's when he offered to find me out because he's like, well, I'm not broke So you can come to me whenever you want I think you should find out uh, who who he's gonna vote for and then I think you should play really hard to get And I think you should also tell him that I think you should play really hard to get and I think you should also tell I think you should be like hey, dude, you can't get to the pussy because like I like you. I Mean I told him I'm Mormon. So I feel like that's um
Starting point is 01:44:55 So like that kind of puts up that signal. Okay. That's good But he's super country. So I don't know if he's like I Don't have a political idea on him. I think he's like super southern and I would set up a limit for how many drinks you have around him Like a hard like a heart or you should do a um, like uh, what I like to do is a one drink one water alternate And be super disciplined I haven't drank in like so long. So like wondering if we can do it.
Starting point is 01:45:29 Yeah. I'm so excited how this turns out. Remember the goal is to catch him. I know, I'm gonna try. Yeah, the goal is to catch him and to make it so, and like, and to find out if you really like him and that if he really likes you. And the longer you wait, it's always better.
Starting point is 01:45:48 Sex is like the vaccine. It's okay not to take it because you can always have it later. Yeah. I feel like I've talked to pro athletes before, but every time I have an experience with one, I always knew them before. Like the last guy I was with is in the NBA now. And like, so, but it was, we were hanging out and knowing each other before that ever happened. And like my ex boyfriend just went to the Olympics this summer. But it's like, again, everything was
Starting point is 01:46:19 like, before they had ever made it. And so it was like, we had a context of a relationship. Yeah. And this is like the first time it's like I'm really getting to know him already like at this level Matthew Sherburn just became a member because of your story. Thank you, Matthew. You're a good dude vindicate Imagine this is your daughter. Are you giving her the same advice? Yeah, I mean definitely giving her this Yeah, my parents totally know. Yeah, my parents and they were they were my mom said I'm gonna pay for you to get a full body wax and care etc before you go. Yeah, that's fair. Yeah, what does but vindicate I'm open tell me what what should I be saying? Hey, there was this there was this there was this girl I liked in college like I fucking liked her so much but you know like in college like she was just this girl like I just saw
Starting point is 01:47:10 around right like like you know I mean like I saw on the bike path every day I saw at parties I went to but but and I would say hi to her but like we didn't know each other right and then one day she was I was walking by house, and she was in the front yard at this big massive party. And I'm walking by, she waved me in. And then, so she said, so I came into the party, and she's like, God, I'm so fucking high on ecstasy. Will you walk me home? And I said, sure.
Starting point is 01:47:36 So I walked her home, and we got to her house, and she said, do you wanna come in and have a drink? And I said to her, like a fucking idiot, I said, hey, I would really like to come in But I would really like to just see you tomorrow and start just completely sober with you No, it's fucking stupid. She never would talk to me again. I'm the fucking one of my friends. Yeah, Nick Stoller It was Nick. It was Nick Stoller. Yes. Hey, it's actually worse than that He went to her house that night It was Nick. It was Nick Stoller. Yes. Hey, it's actually worse than that.
Starting point is 01:48:10 He went to her house that night. My buddy Nick ended up going to her house that night. It was fucking stupid. That's so sad. But this is actually something I've experienced. So I'm like, what you're talking about, like, that's actually a kind of an experience I've had before. So like, oh, like, like you waited with a guy and then he blew you off? Well, the first, okay, I'm like, I was late to the party because I was like Mormon. So I didn't have my first kiss until I was 18. And the first guy was like really close to like, I guess losing it with. We were hanging out a ton. And at one point he was like, just so you know, I can't date someone that I'm not having sex with. And I was like, okay, I don't know if you can give me a little bit more time. And he was like, sure. And I think maybe that weekend
Starting point is 01:48:58 he got with my friend, like one of my roommates actually. Yeah. Yeah. Hey, you're glad you didn't get with him. Hey, no guy would have no That's just a crazy line Can you imagine the ultimate can you imagine the ultimate the ultimatum if you don't have sex with me, I can't go out with you It's like dude, listen That's fucking crazy Because like you're going to go out with something with someone right and what's gonna happen is gonna happen Like I had a girlfriend in the second grade and I wanted to hold her hand so fucking bad
Starting point is 01:49:31 And she said her dad couldn't wouldn't let letter hold my hand. I Didn't fucking leave her. I still walked her home fucking every day. I'll never forget her name Kim Cavender. I Remember being so sad in them in the moment and it kind of like I was so scared to even like a guy because I was scared they were going to say the same thing. But then when I did end up doing it and it was like a boyfriend that like I eventually had for a while, I was like I'm so glad I waited because this is like what it should be like. I courted my wife for five years. I tried to fuck my wife and during those five years I had tons of other girlfriends but I am so glad my wife waited. I'm so glad she made me put in the work. I'm ecstatic. I'm not saying you need to wait five years but like a couple trips, a couple flights, it couple flights. Yeah. It'll be worth it.
Starting point is 01:50:26 I don't know, are you sure? Because my other friend said that. Yes, hey, it doesn't matter. He's gonna listen because here's the thing. He may get with other girls in the meantime. He's not gonna kick you to the curb. You gain nothing by having sex with him, nothing. Because all my friends are saying
Starting point is 01:50:44 he's gonna get bored of me or he's to see it like it's a waste of money. So what? Fuck him then. Listen, I'm telling you guys like I'm Go there hang out with him. Um flirt with him. Do not stay in the same. Uh, are you staying at his house? Yeah, Oh fuck. Oh Jesus. Crime and he,
Starting point is 01:51:09 and for so many days and he said 11 for 15th. I was like, that's a long time. Yeah. I mean, that's crazy too, because, um, I guess that's a good sign because this was never me, but a lot of my guy friends who would have sex with girls then just wanted to leave their house. Like girls would just annoy them. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:51:31 So they didn't. That's what I'm saying. I'm like, what if you don't like me? I'm stuck here. So, and also I was really happy because the flight is Delta first class. I feel like that's really a good sign. Yeah, that's good. Listen. Okay. Listen, listen, this is it
Starting point is 01:51:47 You go to bet you got a first night. You got to go to bed early But then when you wake up in the morning Okay, then you got to go straight to bed you got to be like, thank you then in the morning this in every morning You can be so fucking nice to him So he never loses his confidence that you like him like if like he's gonna go to bed fucking Just hurting every night. He's probably gonna jerk off But when you wake up in the morning, you can just be all over him. You can be like hi Oh my god, you know what? I mean? You can like
Starting point is 01:52:18 You can have him give you piggyback rides and you can hold his hand and you can kiss them But like there's there's no benefit there's I'm telling you there's no benefit to fucking them Not I was thinking about like while he's at practice like cleaning his place or like cooking something And he gets home is that a good idea or is that too much? No, I would just be careful cleaning his place. But yeah, like I wouldn't like yeah do his shit I was like, yeah, but I was like just depending on what it looks like. I don't like yeah do a shit. Oh, yeah Yeah, all that yeah, I Want us to tell you no, no, Seema says no don't clean it. Oh shit
Starting point is 01:52:58 Look at all the girls are saying no, I don't know Maybe I'm just Mexican You're just a good woman. Well, clearly you attract overachieving strong men. I feel like I should be like an NFL or NBA scout. Everyone that I ever liked ends up becoming someone. They do not start out that way. They're always the underdog and then like a couple years later Here's here's what I would do. I would really love on him hard play Kate his ego talk be so positive
Starting point is 01:53:37 uplifting not demanding awesome and no fucking them but just like And that's more than enough for a guy for the first date. Okay, even if it's four days, if you can. I know it's a, I know it's a fucking crazy ask. You guys could end up just coiling like snakes. Uh, by the way, vindicate the, the discount code is now for all orders over $50. Wow. All orders are $50. You don't even need the code. I'm so excited for you. How fun you're what you're at such a fun stage of your life. I'm so excited for you. How fun you're what you're at such a fun stage of your life. Oh Thank you. Yeah, do you know how old I am? What do you how do you think I am? Let me see I
Starting point is 01:54:22 Don't know you're in your 20s. Yeah, I'm 23. Yeah, I was gonna say you could be 19 or 26 All right, well, thank you for all your advice you're the best This is why you can never blow up Savon because nobody I can't be like leaking my my life story for like a Million viewer podcast right just these small. This is our small little group. Just trash Yeah, oh Do you want me to do want me to send you a dick pump to bring him? I don't think he'll need it. I don't think that's a good move. Sevan, I bet you wouldn't advise her to be doing this
Starting point is 01:55:00 if you had a girl. Seriously? You don't think so? What would I be advising her? No, my dad. You're giving great advice. This is like literally the advice my dad is giving. Yeah, like, because like, yeah, all like, guys really, like my wife loves me and supports me so much. And it's so fucking awesome. And then and then once we were together, then it's just like, she would just fuck me into oblivion whenever I want.
Starting point is 01:55:27 But there's plenty of time for that. It's like a tattoo. There's plenty of time for that. But you just need to know, you need to check with yourself, hey, am I comfortable loving on this guy and showering him with compliments and supporting him? And can I be sincere around this guy and really like him?
Starting point is 01:55:43 You just need to be worried, like, can I do that? Can I be real around this guy? Yeah like him you just need to be worried like can I do that? Can I be real around this? Yeah, I think I need to get out of the like the mindset of I'm trying to win him over And like he's trying to win me over. Oh, that's even better Wow But there's so many girls out there I feel like in this day and age maybe it was when I was a kid too I just those girls I did wasn't around but play games and I would not play games Like you could be like hey, dude I think it's a bad idea if I give you the pussy. I just, those girls I wasn't around, but play games and I would not play games. Like you could be like, hey dude, I think it's a bad idea if I give you the pussy. Like I think you can just say that.
Starting point is 01:56:10 But man, yeah, but man, I want to, but we just can't yet. I'm Mormon. If that line always works, then do not question it. Yeah, that's cool. Especially if you've drank in any Coca-Cola in the last 24 hours, you cannot put your face between my legs.
Starting point is 01:56:30 Oh, Ken Walters says there's no way in hell you'd have a, if you had a girl, you'd be giving this advice. Really? Tell me what's different. Someone tell me what's different. Where am I? Where am I? I mean, like I'm an adult and My parents have so much trust in me like my parents kind of parented the way you do like they know
Starting point is 01:56:50 What character I am so like they they know I tell them everything too so they completely can trust me like be real with and like Real about the situation and I feel like that's what you're doing Sean Lenderman This girl is getting advice from a married man that still uses condoms. That's also crazy, Sean, I can say that. That blows my mind. Yeah. It's worse than you think, it's worse than you think
Starting point is 01:57:18 because there was like four or five years where we didn't use them. It's horrible. But actually, but I don't really, I don't care. I'm never like boning and being like, man, this sucks. I'm wearing a condom. But whatever. Anyway, too old to talk to you about that. All right. All right. Thank you. Keep us posted. Thanks for calling. All right. I will. Bye. Bye.
Starting point is 01:57:48 Okay, Amanda Doyle. Amanda, if you live in Ireland, I know how Irish girls are. What are you talking about? I think it's awful advice, but crazy to stay at someone's house you don't know well. You think it's, but someone tell me what's awful about it. What do you think she should do? What do you think she should do? Oh, that's good advice. If one night he invites a few buddies back to his house, get the fuck
Starting point is 01:58:08 out. Yeah, that's true. No, I don't know if that's true. I just know I think dudes are if a guy likes you, he'll be so fucking patient. I just know I think dudes are if a guy likes you he'll be so fucking patient I just go to bed and jerk off So So. I should have scrolled back to like her first post when she was like 10. Then maybe I'd be like, what are you doing? Don't even go there. What do you think?
Starting point is 01:58:52 Is that the advice I should have given her? Like don't even go there. Oh, you guys are concerned about that. Good luck fighting off an NFL player if shit goes sideways. Oh, when you invite someone over to your house for the first time, you never show them every room. That's true. Oh, this is very dangerous, you're saying. No, she's not going for 10 days. Four nights or something.
Starting point is 01:59:44 Alright, we'll keep you up to speed on that. Oh, are you able to take the kids across the kids today if I sign up for Pilates? Oh, yes. I have to. Where's. I have to. Where's uh? Your job. Hi. It's your husband. Oh, hello husband. You're married isn't that weird? You have three kids. Married. I knew you when you were just a little girl. 20 years old I Knew you reminiscing with your friend. I knew you before you were drinking age
Starting point is 02:00:53 Did you listen to my talk that's my my gripper oh Hey, did you exercise? Yeah, that's the exercise or it's got a little squeak in it. Hey, did you listen to my talk on Taylor Swift today? I started to listen to it, but then I had to go. Did you hear me do any name calling? Did you think I was mean to her, mean about her? Did you hear me call her a bitch or a cunt or anything like that? I didn't hear that, no.
Starting point is 02:01:21 But I didn't listen to the whole thing. Where at any time did you think I was being a Pat Lang said I call her a cunt and I was like, I'm pretty sure I was really civil and I didn't call her any Well Like I said, I didn't hear you say that and but I didn't listen to the whole thing. I felt like you were just recounting like The story did you think I was being biased or an asshole or like rude to her? Was I like, fuck her, like, well, bitch, she endorsed Kamala.
Starting point is 02:01:51 You did. I did not hear any of that. Yeah, I did. Cause I didn't do it. He just, he just said that. Pat, come on. I know. If he comes over, if he ever comes over, you put x-lacs in the cookies you make him
Starting point is 02:02:13 Would you ever have him over no fuck no Where does he live Does he scare you you think he's a threat? No. Should we get another dog? Another gun? I'm just curious where he lives. Somewhere where he owns a lawn care business and takes advantage of the Haitian workforce. No, he empowers immigrants. Pat's a good dude. He has a business that he runs, a very successful lawn care business, gardening business, and he employs hard-working people, family men who come from other countries. He's a good dude.
Starting point is 02:02:57 Oh, that's pretty cool. Yeah, no, I didn't hear any name calling at all. Right. But you didn't listen to the whole piece. So I might have. But I didn't listen to the whole piece. So I'm not really one to add. Hey, um, you when you make the sub clips, will you make one that says penis pump from last night show where I unboxed the exerciser? Uh, yeah. And then the sub clip from today's show you should put the truth about Taylor Swift and
Starting point is 02:03:33 She's about Taylor Swift and Scott and scooter and scooter and Scotty scooter scooter bronze Taylor Swift the car No, no Oh my god, I can't believe you said, I never, I didn't even know you said that word. I know, we're gonna get in the house and you're gonna be like, should I have not have said that? No. Yes, you will. I'm good with it.
Starting point is 02:03:58 No, you're not. You're gonna say, you're gonna say. What, I'm brainstorming titles with you. I'm not calling her that. You're gonna be like,'re gonna say, I'm brainstorming titles with you. I'm not calling her that. You're gonna be like, should I, should I not have said that? Wanna bet? Okay. Okay.
Starting point is 02:04:14 I'm almost done. I'm going to come Taylor Swift and penis pump. Got it. Yeah. Two separate shows. Last night show is a piece or how to make your penis bigger. Maybe or something catchy. Some click baity title.
Starting point is 02:04:25 How about penis envy? No, no, no. It needs to be more than that. Yeah. Plan a for your penis. Plan a. No, no, no, no, okay. No, no just peanut Damnit Haley. Okay. I love you. Bye Bye Hey Yeah, when do we stop using condoms I
Starting point is 02:04:58 Don't remember no, when are we going to stop? Oh But you meant like before we had Aave or something. Good question. All right. Think about it. I love you. Bye. I'll meditate on that.
Starting point is 02:05:15 OK. Ask Ryan Holliday. OK, bye. OK. Right. Bye. All right. Discount code update. Use code use code break time on any other site wide through
Starting point is 02:05:28 something, damn it, talk about a product launch guys. Listen, I don't know how you can get a discount code, but you can. And vindicate and it's a big discount 20%. It's basically buy five shirts get one free. YouTube crash when Haley said the C word. I was trying to like run through my brain if I've ever heard her say that word. I can't even remember ever hearing to say that she really went out on a limb for the show look what she's willing to do for the show when you get
Starting point is 02:06:11 a vasectomy hey so you so Olivia you think the advice I should have given her was that sorry I was staring at your boobs you think the advice I should have given her was that hey don't go at all. It's not appropriate. Just, just straight up. You think it should have been like, fuck that. Don't go visit a strange man. When I was, I saw on Google that every 20 pounds lost can reveal an extra inch of wiener.
Starting point is 02:06:45 When, I got a story about that. When I was in college and I went from 160 to 130, I swear my penis got two inches bigger. It was crazy. It's already crazy, but it was crazy crazy. So I think that's true. Oh, Ken Walters, look at it. Ken's a big guy, he knows the Venn... Jersey Chasers get used. Storm Williams. All right. Ah, alright. Arabs have huge dongs.
Starting point is 02:07:51 You know what I heard? I heard Indian dudes have huge dongs. It's just completely overlooked because it's funner just to just say black dudes do, but I heard Indian dudes. Sebby, hear this guy speak Xavier Leggett. Can you send me that? Can you send me his Instagram and my DMs? What is this? This one's titled... What is this? This one's titled, oh yeah, we did that one.
Starting point is 02:08:30 I was gonna play the clip where the lady says, calls an immigrant who spit on her and filthy immigrant, and the cops were like, you can't say that. All I can say to you is that you are a disgrace. I'm an 80-year-old woman, and I've never seen anything like this. I grew up in the Jim Crow South. And the policies that you're passing in this city remind me of that Jim Crow South. I had to drink out of a colored water fountain.
Starting point is 02:09:26 Or the whites would drink out of a white water fountain. But you know what I didn't have to worry about? You're going back to my community and it would be destroyed. And everybody else is in my community but black people. And this is what you've done with this immigration. You have allowed all these people, you brought all these people into this city. You are destroying this city.
Starting point is 02:09:50 And the black community is flooded with all of these immigrants. Violent ones, prostitution, gangs. You did that. You are doing this to your people. You are an absolute disgrace to me. Like I said, I drank down at that common water fountain, but I can go back to that black community that was intact. Women are crying.
Starting point is 02:10:16 Taxes are going up. What am I going to do with my children? Where are we going to go and live? This is because of you, Brandon Johnson. You're destroying the south side of Chicago with your power. You're destroying the south side of Chicago. You're destroying the south side of Chicago. You're destroying the south side of Chicago.
Starting point is 02:10:24 You're destroying the south side of Chicago. You're destroying the south side of Chicago. You're destroying the south side of Chicago. You're because of you, Brandon Johnson. You're destroying the South Side of Chicago with your policy, all under the Democratic Party. You are disgraced. All I can say is... That's a good head of hair for a woman who's 80 years old. Erase that one off, played that. All right. This one's crazy. This one's for you, Patty. I know you love the school system. This one's for you, buddy.
Starting point is 02:11:18 15-year-old Miner at Athens Drive High School in Wake County, North Carolina, is forced to read pornographic books in class that talk about putting a penis in a vagina. She is now leaving this school. So imagine if this was your daughter, people. Imagine if this was your daughter. My English honors class, my teacher assigned the class to read a story independently and then come together the two groups and discuss the story and answer some Why is it echoing? Questions.
Starting point is 02:12:20 Was the other clip echoing? I'm echoing? I'm echoing, I'm echoing now. Oh shit. Why does that happen? Oh I must grab the mic like this and it pops out. Is that better? Is it better? Is the echo gone? No it's not gone, the echo is not gone but is my echo gone? Adjust the video okay. I saw the same expression on other students' faces. We all had to spread the following. Is it still echoing?
Starting point is 02:13:09 Alright, well you're not going to get to hear her story about how she had to read about fucking in front of the entire class at 15 years old. Imagine asking a girl to read that in front of her fucking class. Don't change the subject, Pat. Don't change. Let me play another clip and see. I'm playing one more clip. Let me see. How's this one? I want you to watch the expression of these kids faces.
Starting point is 02:13:46 Here we go. Americans, about 13 to 14% expression of these kids faces. Here we go. Americans about 13 to 14% of the population. Yes, half of all prisoners are black. Blacks commit more crimes than whites do. They commit more murders. Look at look what happens. This is what's crazy. Look what happens when you state facts.
Starting point is 02:14:00 What happens to white liberals? It's it's it's nuts. This is this is what it was like growing up for me. If you stated facts, this is what it's like for Pat. That's when Pat watches the show the whole time, he's just going... When you state facts, white liberals trip. They can't believe you said it. Somehow the fact is racist. They commit more arsons. They commit more kidnappings for example oh my god don't say it's true do you know why do you know why they they they trip out because they think that it's inherent in the color of their skin that causes that they don't see they they don't know that black and white there's no
Starting point is 02:14:41 difference right they don't realize that we're all just fucking people and we're just got a different wrapping paper on it they got different skin than we do and it's all people they think that black people are actually different than white people and white people are actually different than black people so that's why they're shocked they think that you're blaming the color of their skin they cannot distinguish the two it's like the same thing on here, like I can have a friend who steals $10,000 from me or who doesn't pay back a $10,000 loan and they can still be my friend. I just now I just know now that they're capable of that. And people can't process that like that. Like what? Oh, you can still be civil with Tommy or still like Tommy or still be in person with him when you say that like he's woke. Yeah, like a hundred fucking percent
Starting point is 02:15:29 It's not him it's his thoughts I know I know why Jeffrey Adler did not fucking participate in the games Because he had a thought that he couldn't handle that would allow him because when you go to the games you're there to win and That's your whatever thoughts you are you've compiled the thoughts that will work in conjunction with your body that will make it that you win and Then he had a thought come in That made it so he couldn't compete that made it so he couldn't compete. He had a mental injury. Now he may put it under the guise of it was a moral choice
Starting point is 02:16:09 or a conscious choice or he couldn't because he was sad, but either way he could not overcome that thought or he did not want to overcome it or whatever. But when you show up there, you're like, nothing will stop me from winning, but he wasn't expecting that thought to come in and he was challenged and he had an opportunity to overcome that challenge And he didn't and that's fine But when you start clothing the thoughts that it was a moral choice or a conscious choice or this or that yeah on on
Starting point is 02:16:39 On a on a really superficial level. That's what happened But on the higher level on the hundred thousand foot view, it was just a thought. It could have been like your mom called and she got in a car accident and you have to fly home. That would be a thought too that you couldn't handle to keep moving forward with your goals. It's just like this. If I'm going to go to the beach today and I find out it's raining, I would tell you, hey, I'm not, I changed my mind. I'm not going to the beach because it's raining, but it's still a thought that stopped me. It's a story I've built about what it should be like to go to the beach. And now some part of that story is shattered. And so I'm not going to go to the beach, but
Starting point is 02:17:17 it's all just stories. It's all just thoughts. And so these people have thoughts that make it so black people are different than white people, although they're trying to bring them together. But they betray themselves constantly because they don't want equality, they want equity because they think black people are less. Well, blacks are 13% of the population and they commit 58% of all the murders. That's not a war on drugs, that's a culture problem. You do not think that 10 generations of legislative subjugation and slavery during that time, 4,000 black men, women, and children are lynched? So she agrees with him
Starting point is 02:18:01 because that's part of their culture. That somehow is part of their culture. Because that's part of their culture. That's somehow part of their culture. She hasn't even said anything that like pushes back on what he said. You can't even have conversations with these people until they can get real. I don't know why we keep bringing up the number of African-Americans that were lynched as reasoning for why black people commit crimes today. Because firstly, if you want to go off of the number 4,000, which is a fair number, I believe the actual number is 3,600, but let's go off the number 4,000. That's the number of black people lynched in the last hundred years.
Starting point is 02:18:40 Do you not understand that last year, just last year, 8,800 African Americans were murdered by guess who? Yes, other black people. So if we're going to bring up the fact that we think that racism is the cause of violent crime among blacks in America, then why as racism has progressively gotten better, because you know we're allowed to vote now and be in the same public spaces as white people why has our rate of killing each other more than doubled the rate of what racism has killed in the last hundred years? Blacks are 13% of the population and commit 58%
Starting point is 02:19:19 There's some things that you should know too. 25% of the people that the KKK lynched were white. The KKK has lynched more whites in more states than they have black people. Now, not as many, not as many, but in more states the KKK lynched white people than black people and 25% of the people they lynched were white. Also between the 1830s and 1850s, the majority of those lynched in the United States were whites. From 1882 to 1968, some 4743 lynchings occurred
Starting point is 02:19:55 in the United States, not all lynchings were recorded. Of those, 3400 were black, 73%, and 1300 were white, 27 percent. For whites, it was equally, you were equally lynched in all the states, Colorado, Kentucky, Mississippi, California, Oregon, West Virginia. 90% of whites were lynched in nine states, mostly in a swath from Montana to Nebraska, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Texas. 90% of blacks were lynched in four southern states, Mississippi, Georgia, Texas, and Louisiana. Blacks and whites were lynched equally in New York, New Jersey, Minnesota, Illinois, and Missouri. The worst year for whites was 1884 when 160 whites were lynched.
Starting point is 02:20:53 For blacks, the highest number of lynchings occurred in 1892 were 161. Blacks beat the whites by one lynching. Three-fourths of all white lynchings occurred in a 14-year span, 1882 to 1895. It took 28 years to lynch that many black people between 1882 and 1909. Lynchings have been on the decline since 1901. Ha ha ha ha! Oh, shit. The component of lynching is defined as an unjustified setting of judicial due process for a mob of vengeance.
Starting point is 02:21:54 So that's basically just mobs killing people. And KKK hung a lot of white people. Without law, there can be no freedom, only chaos and disorder. And without freedom, law is but a cynical veneer for injustice and oppression. Ronald Reagan. All right. I had fun with you guys today. Thank you. Great show
