old dangerfield joke riding dangerfield thank you
did this other chick she was a two-bagger you put a bag over my head in case the bag over her Dangerfield joke. Rodney Dangerfield. Thank you.
Dave, this other chick, she was a two-bagger.
You put a bag over my head in case the bag over her head breaks.
Another Dangerfield joke.
It's like my dad's joke right there.
This chick was ugly.
Let me tell you.
She was a shitty cook, too.
Leave dental floss in the kitchen and the roaches would hang themselves.
I know the whole... I know the whole routine.
Wow.
I was petting her cat and it was the hair under her arm.
God, these jokes are so bad.
I loved Dangerfield as a kid.
Oh, man.
Ooh.
I just aborted a baby.
Jesus.
Olivia's digging him.
Yeah.
Keep going.
That's what she said.
Yeah, thank you.
Damn, Olivia, you are something else.
All right, here we go, guys.
We don't have a lot of time for this shit.
Let's do it at 7.5 speed.
Wow, okay.
Let's rock it.
Dave Castro, Week in Review.
The title is February 26, 2024, Mayhem Podcast.
Oh, I listened to that.
I wonder if it's the same one.
Open Mushroom, Triple Crown Final Points, and CF Medical Society.
CF Medical Society.
What the fuck is that thing?
Okay, here we go.
February 26, 2024, Week in Review at BMAC 114.
Dave, I heard that Hiller was banned from the Open because he took peptides.
I've been mixing those collagen peptides in my coffee that comes from Costco.
Am I still allowed to compete?
Let me know because if I'm not, I might as well take D-ball, Winnie,
Epo, Anovar, et cetera, and compete in Peter's Enhanced Games.
DMACC, if I can track down and figure out who you are
and you are registered for the open, no, you're not allowed to compete.
You'd be booted out for admitting that you're taking performance-enhancing drugs.
Well, actually, mixing collagen peptides.
I don't know what collagen peptides you're mixing. Actually, I don't want to say collagen, peptides. I don't know what collagen, peptides you're mixing.
But so, like, actually, I don't want to say you're banned
because I don't know what you have going on.
Ooh, ooh, that was an emotional response from Dave.
Triggered.
Triggered.
He was using, but what he was using was definitely banned.
The other point, yeah, go ahead and do all of them.
Not what he was using, what he said he was using.
There's an important distinction there.
Yeah.
Juice.
Testosterone.
College of Peptides.
I don't think it was the peptides that Hiller was booted for.
No.
Okay.
In his enhanced games.
If Peter Thiel was smart, he would contact me and ask me to program and organize and run a CrossFit, call it functional fitness piece of his enhanced gains because that would
be fucking epic
holy shit
mom
please I want
in on that too and I know a lady
who wants in on that Sarah Cox
California peptides
Peter who?
the PayPal guy.
The fucking billionaire PayPal guy.
Greg's buddies with him.
Hey, that's the guy that before you go to his house,
they ask you like if you're allergic to anything
because they're like the chef needs to know.
Oh, that's some fancy shit.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Billion.
Billionaire.
Yeah, for sure.
Hey, dude. I heard for sure. Hey dude,
I heard allegations we need to know about.
I don't know if this is true,
but,
but bear with me.
I think the spirit of it's true.
He's one of the first,
if not the first investor of, um,
Facebook with $500,000.
Oh shit.
Yeah.
Yeah.
So as long as he held in there for a while,
this guy's this dude,
Peter Thiel,
the Dave's talking about,
um, he was, uh, a while, this guy's. This dude, Peter Thiel, that Dave's talking about, he was dating this guy.
And the guy's mom that Peter was dating didn't know that the guy was gay.
Yeah.
Wait, Peter Thiel.
Peter Thiel, sorry.
Who did I say?
Oh, you were saying a Thiel.
I probably was.
I probably was.
Okay, Peter, I'm very familiar with Peter Thiel.
Yeah, his book One to zero and his investments. And he
actually has a billion dollars in a 401k and learned how to like teach his people how to do
like some crazy tax advantages with his 401. Yeah. Okay. Gotcha. So now I know.
Do you know about the online magazine that he destroyed?
Yes. Wasn't it business? It was a business insider. No, business insider no no no no because they're gone
right the magazine that did that no they're kind of back but kind but but with different owners i
think god i wish i could remember the name of it okay peter thiel yes i know peter thiel but
basically they outed this peter's boyfriend for being gay and his parents found out oh oh you
really do know this guy anyway that's a story for another day.
But anyway, it involves Hulk Hogan and anything,
and Peter fucked these dudes up for outing his boyfriend.
Don't fuck with that dude.
Fucked him up.
I'd have a lot of fun programming that.
That should be done at the ranch, too.
Yeah, that'd be cool.
Yeah.
Hey, that guy was on the podcast.
Can we get that guy back on?
The Enhanced Games guy? guy yeah do you remember his name i think that was an old i could look it up i could look it up okay that was an old instagram
account i'm gonna text you right now uh enhanced games guy
okay um and i invited kelvin wiley onto the podcast okay the guy you sent me
spider-man oh did you see his account nuts fucking nuts oh okay i thought you'd find
that interesting because i knew you were into insects okay here we go oshburn9614 thank you
for the week in review love the content and explanations of things in general. So happy you are back and we'd want CrossFit
is not and we'll never thank you. Never
be the same without you. Can't wait for the open
and your announcement flare that only you will bring to it. So I'm
wondering if there is anything you can do to help the
media drama at the game that I am hearing. I am a
mayhem athlete and follower on their podcast
and they shared a letter from CrossFit
HQ that stated they may or may
not get a media pass.
I heard a little bit about that podcast and heard they were super critical.
I just took a shot of paper street coffee and I'm like,
heart's going through the roof now. Awesome. I feel way better.
And even beyond just that,
like taking jabs at us for many of the things we've done wrong over the years
on that note, I will
say this. It's better for people to know now that there's a possibility that they might not get a
pass rather than telling them several months from now. So they should actually, and I don't know if
they did, maybe they did, they should actually commend us on letting them know early. This venue
and this setup, people have to understand, is very different than Madison. Madison was massive,
and it had all this footprint
and floor plan and so many spaces
where people were free to roam.
And the way we did things in Madison
made a lot of sense in Madison.
This is different.
The way we're doing things here,
we have to do things that make sense
for how we're doing them here.
So we're still working through the media plan
and who's gonna get access.
But yeah, 100%, there's going to be
less of a media footprint there in the internal aspect of what's going on because we're in one stadium,
pretty much. So like one stadium. And then there's also the spectator experience area.
But at Madison, you had the Coliseum. You had a massive venue for the warmup area. You had another
area where all the gear was staged. You had the outdoor competition floor.
You had a vendor village.
Here, I'm saying we have this one area
where all of the rogue equipment, the signage,
the athletes are going to live, and we're going to be.
And it's going to be a little more challenging logistically.
So having the same number of media access
that we've had in the past just isn't realistic.
So we are playing with it, and we're going to look at it. but it is not going to be the same. And you know what? Like,
that's okay. That's the problem with doing things a certain way for a long time. People get set in
their expectations and want it to always be the same. I'm running into this on a lot of different
fronts right now, internally on different things going on. Change is okay. Change is necessary.
And sometimes change is actually even good in moving things forward.
Two things in defense of what Scott was saying and in defense of what scott was saying and in defense of uh what scott vandersloot was saying on the mayhem podcast
one of his big contentions was the fact that david's saying you should commend us for telling
you now instead of waiting till later and scott was saying hey if we would have just had a few
more weeks notice we could have bought tickets so they released the sale of the tickets and then
said there was a reduced media footprint
and then all the tickets were sold yep and so his thing is is like hey you should have told us
before the tickets and we would have bought a row of tickets up in the front in different access
points to put camera guys uh so fair enough but okay i commend you guys on on the earliness but
scott does have some strong points that being said i personally am not worried at all because we did an absolute fucking crushing job at the games.
My team was extraordinarily nice to people.
We carry people's food.
We looked out for the athletes.
We made videos promoting the L1 and the Open.
We went way above and beyond.
And I don't know.
I'm assuming Mayhem does the same i'm assuming that
that the people who are uh who've been in the game a long time have gone above way and beyond
and recognize that rising tides float all ships and that it should not be a problem at all for
those of us who are just hitting fucking grand slams for h. I mean, just my entire team that I roll with
pumps so much energy into the games,
glorifies the athletes, respects the athletes at the venue.
I mean, if I was drinking a water
and I saw an athlete tired, I would stop.
I mean, we have a next level awareness
of everyone around us and what our role is there.
We are 100% support to glorify the event,
the employees,
the volunteers,
the athletes,
the vendors.
We're not supposed to say stupid shit when we get back home that like,
Hey,
I didn't make any money there or we're not there to complain.
So yeah.
I mean,
someone like me,
uh,
I'm not worried at all.
I don't think Scott should be worried at all.
I think he,
I'm sure,
uh,
and I'm sure mayhems done gone above and beyond they shouldn't worry at all um uh are those beanies
for sale somewhere yes go to vindicate vndk8.com uh i wish i had a yellow one uh patrick clark uh
always a great contributor i put him in the very top tier. I put him in the Teotumi level of contributors to the podcast in the comments.
Additionally, maybe he's on his own tier.
Additionally, I've been to many events at Dickies.
They had way more media accommodated for those events than CrossFit will have.
Okay, yeah, see, look at Patrick.
Everyone settle down, chill, tranquilo.
Do you think that it's actually due to the downsizing of the event,
or do you think that they're just using this transition as a great excuse to bring all the media back
under their control for at least this year uh i didn't even think of that second option i believe
them for their word that they are stuck in one court and that the alleyways along offer um they have to decide that there's limitations that the width of the venue
um causes with off with all the signage scoring people all that stuff that needs to be there
patrick clark probably both yeah dude how why would why would they want to control it anymore
do you have do you have a theory for that i mean i mean it just seems everyone murdered last year
yeah but it just seems like that's just kind of been the nature of business lately which is just like try to
control everything that has crossfit attached to it that they that they have access to like
if crossfit's putting on crossfit's event it seems like they just want crossfit to control
that media that's coming out of it and they don't want it distributed by other people
independently well build that trust now i i build that trust now and i'm also not saying that's a
bad thing either yeah i'm just uh i'm just saying it's been it's different hey they're not going to
stop rich from going anywhere no that'd be really not a good move on their on their no no especially
him with the camera i mean it just seems like free distribution of their stuff to me.
Yeah.
One more quick thing.
I didn't even mean Rich's camera people.
I mean him.
He'll be allowed anywhere.
Oh, he'll go anywhere.
Having Rich on the sidelines is genius.
Sevan, how do we buy your toothpaste?
You're going to go to DocSpartan.
DocSpartan.com.
And they're getting smashed. Spartan doc, Spartan.com. And,
uh,
they're getting,
they're getting,
they're getting smashed.
I think orders are delayed a week,
but grab it.
It's so good.
And I threw the link directly to the toothpaste in the comment.
Also to Jake,
I think this week you are going to be in my hood,
my man.
So if you and,
uh,
Alex,
if you guys need anything,
give me a text.
You have my number. How about your boy? Uh, Rosie view. I bought you and Alex, if you guys need anything, give me a text. You have my number.
Holla at your boy.
Rosie View, I bought the tooth powder, dude.
Awesome. You're going to be stoked. Sweet.
Okay.
Here we go.
Maybe you could even
just Google Matuthian. Hold on. I'm going to do that
real quick. Let me see. Oh, try that.
How do I spell my name? Matuthian. M-A-T-H-I-N-D. just google matuthean hold on i'm gonna do that real quick let me see oh try that to uh how do i
spell my name my two m a t oh no it just came up with the math magician instead wow matuthean
i'll put in matuthean powder powder no wow it doesn't come up okay let me see uh doc spartan
okay yeah you have to go to doc spartan and then you have to go to um you have to go to Doc Spartan and then you have to go to
you have to go to their
search then
yeah
oh there it is you just scroll down it's on their home
page choose options
excuse me
peppermint or natural
there we go
alright back to Mr.. There we go. All right. Back to Mr. Castro. Here we go. To go on with your comment,
you have a lot more. The training camp beta teams give a huge coverage of the athletes,
and I love seeing the behind the scenes and interviews with the athletes. That draws the
public and fans closer to them and gives us a little insight into them as people and athletes.
If it weren't for people like Sevan Mayhem, HWPO, Proven, Buttery Bros, and others, we might not get that up close and personal with the elite.
From what I understand, there's not a lot of space in the new venue, and that could be why you can't
allow so many media personnel. But if there's a way you could allow one person from each camp to
backstage access, we, the public, would be grateful. These media teams bring a lot of free
advertising for CrossFit that must count for something. And so, again, hear me out on this.
I'm not even saying that they're not going to get a pass.
I'm saying it's going to look different, and we're evaluating and determining what that's going to be.
I know you have a lot on your plate already, but if anybody could make a change, it is you.
Thanks.
P.S. Thanks for the olive oil.
Oh, thank you for the purchase.
Missed out on the keychains.
Maybe on the next one.
TDCmerchantile.com.
That's where you can purchase the olive oil that I sell.
I also do regular leather drops on the site.
So I create little, I've done belts
and I'm doing little key chains
just a couple hours in the evening
over the course of several evenings.
It's just a little fun.
I like making things.
So it's sort of a creative expression for me.
And so I'm selling that stuff also on the site
where I do olive oil.
Dave, after being declared-
Dave the sower.
When Dave was a SEAL,
he would customize his shit.
Like his gear?
His gear, yeah. That's how he...
That's how he got into it.
I think that and with rock climbing, because he was
way into rock climbing with some of the best rock climbers
in the world, like Mark Twight. So he would
customize his gear, and that's how he got into
heavy-duty sewing.
The goat of CrossFit on the Coffee Pod wad show can we get acceptance speech from you
perhaps a limited run of goat all the world is required ps add uk delivery for the oil please
i i will work on the uk delivery probably in a few weeks when all the craziness of the open is over
but um i didn't even see that uh someone mentioned that to me i don't know what they're talking about
i'll look into it at kzh08 would you ever program a peer strength test like the total again in competition,
specifically semis, age group semis, as there is only six events that would mess up the
leaderboard?
So whenever you program something like that, you have to take into consideration everything
else going on and the broader picture and intent of the programming.
Something like that can be programmed in, but it has to be balanced out with the other
things you do.
So I can't say that I wouldn't.
I would or could only if everything else makes sense to accept that in the broader scheme of the test.
Yeah, no shit.
He's asking you if you're going to do that.
Yeah, no shit.
Thanks, Dave.
God damn it.
Maybe he's going to run for office.
That's a good start here.
Three pages today.
Hey Dave, at Frank Curto 2981.
Hey Dave, any revolvers in your handgun collection?
If yes, what are some of your favorites?
Just picked up a newer version, 6-inch Colt Python myself.
I have a Colt Python 2 that is from my father.
He owned it when I was growing up.
And yes, I have a number of revolvers in the collection.
I like them a lot.
I don't compete with them.
Actually, I carry a revolver.
I have a fanny pack everywhere whenever I hike. And it has a little revolver in it. That's my
protection gun because no matter how dirty or whatever it gets, it's in a fire. I was carrying
a little Glock. I actually rotate that gun out all the time. Every few months, for a few months,
I'll carry a Glock. Then a few more months, I'll carry this, the revolver. I'll probably rotate it
out to something else. It's a shame in the open. Okay. This is Dan Taylor, 1896. It's a
shame in the open that a video alone is not suffice for entry suffice for entry in England,
UK CrossFit isn't as big as we do big. I'm all fucked up. CrossFit isn't as big, but we do have
a lot of commercial gyms such as JD gyms, which are now set up for CrossFit. They have a good
range of equipment would be good to enter the open without having to attend a CrossFit gym.
I don't have a lot close to me during COVID lockdowns. That was acceptable. Wait, you have to go to a CrossFit gym.
I don't think so. I think you just have to do a video submission.
Okay. Okay. Here we go. That's always, that's always how it's been by the way.
Okay. So this guy's barking up the wrong tree. Let's see what Dave says.
I think so.
To enter via iPhone video. I completely understand for quarterfinals,
quarterfinals, why you need a judge and probably should attend an affiliate.
Video should be enough to validate someone for the open. So 1.21 from the rulebook,
Open Workouts, validating video submissions. This is from our rulebook. Athletes alternative
to performing an Open Workout at an affiliate is to upload a video of their performance of
the Open Workout to the CrossFit Games website through their CrossFit account. Score validation
for any online video submission is a sole right of CrossFit.
The videos may be reviewed and scored by the CrossFit Games internal review team.
As part of this video review process, the athletes posted score may be accepted,
modified, or invalidated.
See section 1.22 for more information on the possible outcomes of a video submission.
So Dan Taylor, you can do what you're saying you think we can't do.
You can't.
You dumb fuck.
Submit a video.
At Kel TKD,
why have kettlebells never been programmed in the open
or the games?
They've never been programmed in the open
because they're just not as commonly seen as dumbbells.
They have been programmed in the games
on a variety of events.
I think they're great for introducing power movements
without the technical difficulty of the only lifts
and really emphasize the hinge hip and quarter extremity movement patterns.
So does a dumbbell.
And dumbbells are a little easier to get than kettlebells.
Although these days, because of the popularity of CrossFit, things like kettlebells are becoming easier to get.
Doc Spartan also makes dumbbells.
Doc Spartan makes dumbbells.
Yeah, I don't know if you can get them on their website, but they do make – oh, sorry.
What did I say? They make kettlebells. Sorry, they make kettlebells. Yeah, I don't know if you can get them on their website, but they do make – oh, sorry. What did I say?
They make kettlebells.
Sorry, they make kettlebells.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Okay.
Yeah.
And the kettlebells that they make are using – employing people who are reformed addicts.
Doc Spartan is a great company.
Great, great, great company.
They're on 4NM5PG4D.
Sounds like 24 Open is going to be lame. Noted.
At Michael Wright 9101, are you going to be doing more belts in the future? I'd like to pick up one.
Yeah. So I did a, I took a big hide, cut a bunch of strips out of it and sold a number of belts
from that. I plan on doing that, you know, once every five, six weeks when I get a little break
in schedule and have a weekend off, I plan on getting a nice hide and then making a number of belts and um selling them i have fun creating and that's one
of my creative creative outlets is um making things making belts and working with leather
and sewing those are going to be hard to get those if you want a dave castro belt those are
going to be really hard to get yeah fire him i was going to say he should turn all of his stuff into like,
like almost like a gains box subscription and have it linked to that and
then make different levels of subscription and just not even sell some of
these things.
Just put it into boxes as,
as give me your credit card and $500 a quarter.
You get some Dave leather shit.
Seems to be the trend these days.
So the gains box guy reached out to me i need to forward you
the uh text oh okay he wants to do something cool last week well this week it's gonna be a very busy
week tomorrow tonight i'm flying up to seattle we have a trainer summit for our west coast trainers
that uh joe alexander some of our team is leading i'm excited to be going to that for the first half
of tomorrow then i'm flying back tomorrow evening and then this week we have the Open. So if you're not signed up, get signed up.
It's going to be a good one.
One thing on the Open that I would like to say.
So those are the two hats Dave's wearing.
You guys are hearing this?
This is a fucking crazy schedule.
He's the director of the CrossFit Games,
the largest participatory sport in the world.
And he's the director of the training team,
which is the largest training team,
international training team in the world and he's the director of the training team which is the largest international training team in the world
this guy's no joke
and he's making
belts for you
did he make $200
a belt? I don't know if he made $200
oh did he make the $200 belts? Yeah
he made 20 of them and they sold out like in 5 minutes
awesome, go team mustache
Jeffrey. He stole that from Josh Bridges good on him, looks better on him yeah there you go made 20 of them and they sold out like in five minutes awesome go team mustache jeffrey he stole
that from josh bridges good on him looks better on him yeah there you go
hey uh so the the mushroom definitely that i captured that here i was hiking through
and i saw that and i was like oh that's perfect it ties the workout all it makes sense relative
to what's been programmed so i was like that's a fucking clue pick a picture had it and then i started thinking about the announcement how i was
going to do and i was like i thought i'd love to have that mushroom so i went back up to get the
mushroom and it's completely gone so the mushroom no longer exists and i was going to use it as a
prop within the announcement but but now i can't so i'm kind of bummed by that so big week um last
week we had an affiliate town hall i talked i actually showed the mushroom to the affiliates
on the town hall prior to actually showing it to um to the world or posting it to the site
the um on the affiliate town hall were you on that affiliate town hall no i'll watch it in
retrospect because i realize in the affiliate toolkit you can watch them after the fact but
no did you get the email i did get the email yep oh so you're on the email list now i'm back on
the email list yeah right when they told me the open announcement we're at jim's all around mine okay we talked a
little bit about uh medical society that we're doing nicole teased it and um crossfit medical
society is an independently operated organization that licenses the crossfit brand the goal of the
crossfit medical society is to expand the network of medical professionals within the CrossFit community who are educated on and endorse
CrossFit as a lifestyle intervention to reduce risk of chronic disease and improve health.
So really excited about that. We also talked about, we had a few affiliates internationally
talk about their experience and what they're doing. So the town halls are, they're really
fun and it's cool to speak to the affiliates and kind of read them in on what we're doing and do that on a regular basis, this once-a-month cadence with which we're going to stick to.
Six-month cadence?
Hey, what did he say the medical society was, basically just a networking of CrossFit doctors?
Yeah, I don't – I mean, I'm curious as to what that is.
I thought they already had that this whole time.
The only, like, society stuff I've heard of in the recent has all been coming out of broken science i didn't know crossfit had one
well it sounds like they've launched one too uh broken science has that also
yeah broken science had released them like a while ago they have a medical society an
educational society personal health society and that's to bring people together who are in the
same vocations yeah then i also think that they'll be putting courses
and material in there and educational stuff
and all that type of stuff too.
I don't know what CrossFit is doing,
but that's what I think broken science is.
Hey, Patrick Clark, did you hear during the press conference,
Dana White said, hey, we got to make this fast, guys.
I got a plane to catch.
And I'm like, you ain't got a plane to catch.
That plane is waiting for you.
That was pretty funny. uh side note a couple points
there i wanted to talk about and the final thing i want to talk about as we go into the open um
i had talked months ago about the triple crown and then totally forgot about it dave eubanks
who helped me crank out the numbers i asked him to update the numbers and basically there's nothing
formal or official here but we played with some triple crown numbers for this year's big three. Toledars is the big one, the games, and then the
Rogue Invitational and then Guadalupalooza. So again, nothing formal, no athletes knew this was
going on or were told, Hey, compete in these events. But, um, five, five females did all three
events. And so Emily Rolfe would have been fifth with 37 points.
Low points wins. Danielle Brandon would have been
20th.
I'm sorry, fourth with 20 points.
Sounds like my ranking of hottest chicks in
CrossFit already. Emily Rolfe,
then Danielle Brandon.
See who number three is.
Third with 15.
Emma Carey with 15.
Danielle Brandon would have been uh
20th i'm sorry fourth with 20 points ariel lowen third with 15 okay emma carrie with 15 but emma
carrie had a tire higher overall placement so she gets the second and that wasn't cool he said
emma carrie had a tire that wasn't cool at all i got a tire i got a tire too fourth with 20 points
ariel lowen third with 15 tied with emma carrie with 15 but emma carrie had a tire too. Fourth with 20 points. Ariel Lowen, third with 15, tied with Emma Carey with 15.
But Emma Carey had a higher overall placement, so she gets the second.
And Magala actually got – she would have won this triple crown concept
with the low score of 10 points.
Oh, he was reading them backwards?
Yeah.
Oh, okay.
My bad.
Okay.
Fourth at Rogue and second at Waterpalooza.
So she would have been the triple crown winner if we had a formal triple crown.
Magawa.
Wow.
Booyah.
Booyah Magawa.
That's cool.
And let's do this for the men.
So for the men, there was only three athletes, three male athletes who did all three events.
And so Roman would have had third place with 14 points.
Fikowski was second with 10.
And Valner would have been first with a low score of seven points.
So he was second at the games, first at Rogue, and fourth at Wadapalooza.
So that's how you get seven.
Two plus one plus four is seven.
So Valner would have won the Triple crown if uh if we had formalized
this and actually run this as an actual thing so pretty cool i just like playing around with uh
the numbers and looking at this stuff as a potential i don't think he really does like
doing that you don't think so nah he's like fuck that he just what he's dude he's focused he's a
programmer he's a logistics guy he runs the. He doesn't want to get caught.
Yeah, he doesn't want to get caught.
I just feel like he pushes that off to an assistant or something,
and then they come back with the numbers,
and then he enjoys just seeing how it would have played out.
That's what I kind of got.
Not like digging through the data himself.
Okay.
Okay.
I can see that.
All right.
All right.
I like that.
I like that little twist on it.
The thing we could do in the future or play with or format
or expressions to what we currently are doing.
Look,
did you see the way he crumbled it up?
That's,
that's how he really feels.
So I guess you were right.
How to do some things differently or,
or learn from what's going on.
All right.
So that's it for the weekend review.
Crazy week this week.
Hope you guys are as excited about the open as I am.
And,
um,
see you on the leaderboard.
Bam.
Wow.
Uh,
Dave Castro,

You get to feel Hiller.
There's also a supporting cast of our two new coaches, which you get to know.
Yeah, this is good shit this is good shit this is a kind of must-see stuff what were you gonna say
no it's super entertaining like i was like i was watching it with you know i threw some stuff on
while i was i threw it on while i was working on some stuff and it kept it held my attention i kept
looking up and then finally i was like all right i'm not working on anything i'm just gonna watch
this video which is rare for these type of videos for me personally so
hillar did a really great job the other thing too josh and hayley her coaches um he really did them
great like i thought they looked really good in the movie in in or in the episode but uh having
met them in person at crash like he displayed them really well because that's just generally how
they were at crash too i got to meet and hang out with both of them a little bit when i was there
and uh they're both really cool people and so it was awesome to see them in this video and to see
it translate that way to everybody else i hate to use the cliche word but here it is vulnerable
this shit is uh hayley gave it up hillar gave it up you can see hillar's really working
everyone gave it up hayleyaley and Josh gave it up.
It's solid shit. Jake
is in. Alex and I just watched this morning.
Hiller did a great job. Yeah, great stuff. Yeah,
he did. Kudos, Hiller. Great job,
man. All right. Love you guys.
