First, I would like to take a second and congratulate Patrick Clark on being a top tier analyst, self-proclaimed. He's top of the game. At least top three in the world. Maybe best in the world.

So apparently, I just want to congratulate him I'd also like to congratulate ourselves a little self shout out we met the number one Karen in the world yesterday in the stands out of a so I just wanted to give us a little shout out super awesome love you Karen miss you Karen and the funny part jokes on us we still don't have our VIP tickets. Jake, I noticed you don't have a pink band.
Starting point is 00:05:32 Are you planning on watching the elite competition today? I hope so. I guess we'll find out. And now we'd like to welcome, who you just saw, President of Mayhem, Jake Lockhart. Joining us today on the stage. Super exciting, massive live audience today at early morning. Jake, how big was this audience? Oh, he just revealed it. I was going to let you pump us up, but... I'm blown away. I'm blown away. Blown away. Blown away. Okay. I thought I was going to my laptop, so this is amazing.
Starting point is 00:05:58 Awesome. So we're going to reverse our segments a little bit today, and we're going to start with talking about the workout since we got Jake here. Taylor's going to read them off. So what are we starting with? So today the athletes are going to be off-site. They're starting with a five-kilometer trail run. I believe Dylan yesterday told us that the athletes are going to begin or the teams are going to begin going in 30-minute or 30-second increments.
Starting point is 00:06:23 They'll release a team every 30 seconds, allegedly because the trail is narrow. JR? Yeah, he was saying that it was actually a little bit treacherous. He thought the fastest times were going to be like 24, 25 minutes for a 5K, so he thought the trail was pretty tough, and then he didn't feel comfortable releasing more than one team at a time because it was so narrow.
Starting point is 00:06:44 I think there was talks about maybe releasing it based on seed, based on finish, but it sounds like they're not going to do anything like that anymore. It's fine. All right, well, you want to do the show? So 5K, trail run, everyone's got to do it. The cool thing I like about this, and I'd like to get Jake's input, at the games historically they've done stuff like you've got to hold on to a rope really you can only run as fast as your slowest person they're not doing that here do you think that's the way
Starting point is 00:07:14 they need to do single modality workouts like this just let everyone run as fast as they can add all the times together that is how this one works right just so i understand the crowd understands yeah so three two one go release maybe in segments but they're all doing the bike and then they're all in the run and time's added up all together correct yeah so they'll just release the team everyone's on their own after the 5k run your slowest time your fastest time your medium time you just add them all together and that's the team score yeah no bike though oh no bike no bike i just saw that yeah i think there's a good mix of both like there's not a right answer i like it the games and they do the rope because it forces you your weakest link to be strong but like every time every event being that way i'm not like holding to that so i think
Starting point is 00:07:57 waddle blues is a good time to switch it up and be like if you got a fast runner they just want to go let them go add up all the times there's something different and waddle blues is a good place for that. So I'm good with that this weekend. Yeah, and I guess the pushback to it is, well, when you're at the games and you say, okay, you've got this single modality workout, it's an endurance workout, your score is your slowest person. Well, they don't say, hey, when you all lift, your score is your weakest lift. Yeah, for sure.
Starting point is 00:08:20 So, yeah. But, yeah, I think this is cool that what's going to be cool, I think, is that if you pass someone, you know that's another team you've beaten. You know that's another team you've beaten. So staggering it almost gives you a carrot to chase at the front the whole time. Do you think athletes will be able to make safe passes on a trail as close as it is with them releasing them every 30 seconds? I mean, when he set the 30-second window, I'm like, that's still pretty tight.
Starting point is 00:08:43 You could make up a lot of time on someone. Oh, yeah, you've got 25 minutes, 30 seconds. Are you going to be set the 30 second window, I'm like, that's still pretty tight. Are the people going to be getting nudged off into the Everglades bitten by a gator? I mean, the way he described it, he thought the trail was going to be something where you wouldn't be able to run the whole time. In 24, 25 minutes, it's low for a 5K trail. I know some athletes that will probably make it longer than that. Yeah, I mean, that's still eight minute mile pace or just under i guess so right i mean i do like it because across some athleticism some planning and like when you're gonna pass where and then uh you probably get a lot more exciting foot races i think right team bunches up and then like you're
Starting point is 00:09:19 stuck with your slowest yeah and kind of thinking about the athletes that did the individual competition yesterday they really didn't do anything on the legs right they ran a little with your solace yeah and kind of thinking about the athletes that did the individual competition yesterday they really didn't do anything on the legs right they ran a little bit and echo biked they swam and did the double unders then last night was all upper body stamina there was some lunging but i mean it's clear that they thought about a lot of the athletes that were going to be doing both individual and the team competition as the team competition goes, I don't know how that's really going to feel, like tonight when they do all those barbell reps for the guys that did the individual. But I think it's cool that Thursday was kind of the rough day,
Starting point is 00:09:54 and then at least they had kind of Friday to at least kind of recoup a little bit. But if I'm a team athlete that did the individual, I'm not looking forward to running hard. I'm also not looking forward to all the handstand work work in the third workout but we'll go to workout two uh after the 5k run the athletes will have worms don't swim the workout's going to start it's going to be three rounds round one 30 worm cleaning jerks then they'll send one athlete out on the swim which yesterday looked to be 200 to 250 meters um while one athlete's on the swim athletes two
Starting point is 00:10:24 and three are going to be doing 50 synchro burpees over the worm. When that one athlete gets back and the other two are done with their burpees, they'll go to 20 worm cleaning jerks, and then they'll repeat the same thing. A different athlete goes out on the swim, the other two athletes 50 synchro burpees over the worm, and then round three, 10 worm cleaning jerks, then same thing, the third athlete who hasn't swam yet will do their swim, and the other athletes will do their 50 synchro burpees over the worm. Then they'll finish with five worm cleaning jerks.
Starting point is 00:10:54 Seems like, to me, when I read that, I was like, oh, I like that. It seems like the swim at 200, 250 meters is probably around, what, yesterday for the fastest swimmers, two and a half to three minutes, and that's probably what 50 synchro burpees is going to take. So I think to that end, it seems like they've well accounted for the time discrep, two and a half to three minutes, and that's probably what 50 single burpees is going to take. So I think to that end, it seems like they've well accounted for the time discrepancies on both of those movements. Right. I love this workout.
Starting point is 00:11:12 It tests a lot with the warm. You have to get swimming, and then the burpees are just going to suck. Actually, it's funny, because Sprague is doing the team today, and somehow Sam overheard him, and Sprague was saying, we're going to do all 30 warm, clean, and jerks unbroken. And Sam just interviewed him.
Starting point is 00:11:26 He's like, no, you're not. You're not participating. You're not doing anything. But he's like, James, listen, do not do that. So this one's going to be terrible. What's the time cap on this one? It does not say. It does not say there.
Starting point is 00:11:40 I would assume it's probably close to like a 20. Yeah, it's got to be a bigger time cap there. I mean, on that one, like, it's neat because it's a three-person team, so you've got to work with the warm together. These people really aren't practicing warm a lot, so everyone's in a similar playing field, which is cool. But the warm matters, and then I think those 50 burpees will likely get done before the swim because the fastest swim
Starting point is 00:12:01 was around three minutes, so most are probably around three and a half, four. So 50 synchro burpees, like, you can do two and a half yeah two and a half three is probably a little rest after that it's just gonna be super fatigued in the swim so your slowest swim time here matters a lot with your athletes yeah we were talking about it a little bit before or like it's a no-brainer and i was telling jason and dylan this because they got ricky competing with them like i still put r Ricky in the water last now I think he's the strongest swimmer I think the strongest swimmer needs to swim last after they've done 100 burpees and they've done 60 cleaning jerks but then they were kind of pushing
Starting point is 00:12:34 back on me just being like well I think if I think we put him in the water first we can do the burpees fasting He's fasting. I don't know. I mean, I think where you put people, the biggest swimmer on the team, and the burpee's going to hurt either way. You got three minutes, you know you're doing 17 burpees in a minute, and then after that they get a little bit longer after Ricky's back. Yeah, and I don't know if you saw or not that this is the first time I've seen them,
Starting point is 00:13:10 that they're actual three-person worms that they were carrying out. They're not the, you've got to use a four-person worm and it just flops around in the middle or on the end, which is pretty cool. For sure. Yeah, that's a good opportunity, this comp, because it's a three-person team, it's kind of their thing, so it's a good way to take advantage of that and make it unique to them and then let the teams have some fun with O.D. Warm they're not going to get to play with elsewhere.
Starting point is 00:13:30 Sure. And then finally, third workout today is going to be Uno, Dos, Tres. And the workout is going to be four times. Starts with a bunch of overhead gymnastics. Athletes are going to do 20 wall walks into 40 strict handstand push-ups into 60 kipping handstand pushups. One athlete's going to hold a handstand. One athlete's going to be working on the 20, 40, 60.
Starting point is 00:13:49 And the other athlete's going to rest. That's part one. Part two, athletes are going to go into 240 synchro double unders, two working, one resting. And we've heard that the standard is that at the bottom of the rep of both athletes' feet need to be at the ground, on the ground at the same time. On the ground at the same time. Which is going to be challenging. Oh, gosh. Yep, the athletes are going to go into 60 deadlifts, 40 hand cleans, 20 front squats, all three synchro for each exercise.
Starting point is 00:14:15 And there's going to be three different barbell weights. There's going to be a 135, a 155, 165-pound barbell for guys, and then a 95, 105, 115 for ladies. They'll all do 40 hand cleans they'll all do choose which athletes on the heavy bar which athletes on the lighter bar which athletes on the medium bar i think me if i'm looking at this workout and i just competed an individual i think the big thing i'm looking at is the 20 wall walks the 40 streak handstand push-ups and the 60 hand stand push-ups after el cerco last night, the 270-foot handstand walking, all the kettlebell overhead. That's a lot. Probably as well the 60 dips from the day before.
Starting point is 00:14:52 I think the upper body fatigue is going to be accumulating going into this one. Yeah, I'm curious too, like, especially if you've got two or maybe even three athletes that didn't compete individually and you're feeling really good, if you've got someone with really good shoulders, do you just put them on the wall and say, hey, hold this for 90 seconds. I'm about to do 15 of these wall walks. I'm broken. And then you have someone do a huge chunk of strict. And then you have the other person do a huge chunk of kipping. I think it's a little smarter.
Starting point is 00:15:17 I don't think the workout matters in the beginning at all. I think you're way better off doing like five, six, sevens and rotating really fast reps versus labored reps on the strict two. Because really, I think it's going to come down to the barbell. Yeah, I agree as well with you guys. They move into the first part fast, no matter how you do it, whether it's huge set with someone really strong or just rotating quickly. I actually came in at the end on Saxon, Jorge and Roman testing. And I saw them finishing with the front squats, but they're actually on the ground after. So I think the people, you're right, like the indies are going to pay on this one.
Starting point is 00:15:50 I feel bad for them a little bit because shoulder fatigue. But then legs too just because you just did six workouts at maximum intensity. So, like, your legs are going to be fatigued by this point after the run. This is your, what, ninth workout, eighth or ninth workout. So I think it's going to start to set in on this one. I do like the back half a lot because the strategy matters there a ton. When you're rotating, who's doing what barbell, and then, like, playing the strengths of I'm a great deadlifter,
Starting point is 00:16:13 not a great front squatter. I like the idea of synchro double unders, but those are the games in 2022. And judging matters so much. It was four people then, so at least it's two. But, like, it's kind of set up for some people really doing synchro, some not. Right. I mean. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:16:29 I think for me, looking especially at part one, I think communication is going to matter a lot. And the teams that don't get a lot of time to practice together are going to struggle on that 20, 40, 60. And I think they're going to end up trying to do bigger sets because I think the rotating quickly is going to require a lot of communication. So I think teams that spend a lot of time together and that have practiced a lot are probably going to do the best there. Sure. Yeah. I mean, I really like the workout. I like
Starting point is 00:16:52 that the weights are different for all three people. It gives you a little bit of play, but it's like, Hey, I'll take the heavier bar on all the deads. But then on the front squats, I want the lighter bar, you know, whatever the The front squats, volume-wise, so much less. If you look at the competition so far up to this point, running, a lot of posterior. Then they come to worm, 65. It's actually 65 worm clean and jerks. Then they do 100 more hinges in this workout. So, like, hinging is programmed a lot more.
Starting point is 00:17:22 And if you look at the individuals, they really didn't. Right? They did the deadlifts, but that was supposed to be hang clean. And then they really didn't do a whole lot of pulling from the floor. So in that respect, I mean, thumbs up to them for kind of thinking about that. And they didn't really do much squatting either. They did the 30 front squats which originally weren't going to be there, which would have been
Starting point is 00:17:38 even more hinging. 90 wall balls, that's it. Yeah. Also, I came in at the end, and I was vaguely aware of the workout much more now, but I saw Jorge doing 135 squats. My rope was doing 165, Saxon at 155, but Jorge was done and dead. I think we're going to see that, like, because he did probably a ton of the reps, 165 elsewhere, and by the end, once you're on those front squats,
Starting point is 00:17:58 even if you're the 135 bar, like, someone at 135 may be holding up the whole group just because they've been smoked from the rest of the workout. Right. Overall, you like the workouts jr today day one yeah run yeah swim yeah i think they're good i mean you got some synchro work um you got synchro work in two workouts which i really like and then i mean for athletes of this caliber if you're gonna have it all be a i go you go or a waterfall thing's just going to end up being who has the best individuals. So I think teamwork being a focus is a really good thing. For sure. Great mix of synchro today, strategy.
Starting point is 00:18:31 They let them go this morning, which is cool, but the rest of the day is like definitely which team works together the best will have a huge advantage compared to just like, yeah, who can go the fastest. Sure. Awesome. You got anything you want to touch on from yesterday? I'm a little surprised that McCary won I'm not surprised Ricky won I'm a little also surprised at Roman's finishes do you have this is a tough question you have any insight on what was going on with him over the weekend I didn't get to talk to Roman really much individually I checked
Starting point is 00:18:59 on before and after events a lot I was I was coaching technically Sam Cornway so I was close with him the whole time yeah uh I was a father Roman Cornway, so I was close with him the whole time. I was a follow-up with Roman after. I mean, definitely I would say he's not as fit this weekend at all, so maybe just some fatigue from competing and then just not everyone can be their best every weekend, some of that. I'm super impressed with Sam.
Starting point is 00:19:18 I think he typically does pretty well here. I did see a post of him. He was excited about going into the weekend healthy. Has he been battling some nagging stuff? Yeah, it seems like most competitions with the games he jacked up his back it wasn't like major injury but enough like the rest of the weekend was the same and then seems like other competitions he's had something aching or tweaking which a lot of people have he's fortunate enough to come in totally healthy this weekend back was great uh he finished sixth he wanted higher but that was still really good yeah i mean, I'll throw that for him. He probably did 210 double-unders yesterday.
Starting point is 00:19:46 So that hurt him a lot on that event. And he got 10th still. Judge miscounted. Yeah. Wow. I mean, it happens, but it still sucks because he might get fifth or sixth in that event and bumped him some. So she was like, the judge was 101, 102, 50, 51. He was literally like, 41, 42, 43.
Starting point is 00:20:02 And she'd be like, 32, 33, 34. Wow. One of those. He was literally counting out loud. 42, 43, and she'd be like, 32, 33, 34. Wow. One of those. He was literally counting out loud. So I feel for the judges. It just still sucks for the athlete when that happens. Maybe they were scared of water. Out there on Bayfront, you know. I get it's a lot of pressure for the volunteer judges.
Starting point is 00:20:18 But Emma, yeah, she killed it. She blasted it. And her coach, Dom, he's the man. You know Dom D'Agostino? Yep, yep, yep. And I'd talk to him a lot coming in because she'd wanted to peak somewhat for this and then just taper back and really train totally for the games the whole season. So it was a great off-season go for her,
Starting point is 00:20:32 but she smashed and accomplished 100% after last year. She wanted to come back and win it. So props to both of them and being totally ready and doing exactly what they wanted to do. He also impressive. Super impressed to him pulling out a ninth overall finish. I talk a lot of crap about him, but he looked fit on the, on the last day for sure. I was really impressed with the aerobic workout yesterday for him. And then even, uh, the last workout last night, I mean,
Starting point is 00:20:54 everyone knows he's skilled. Everyone knows he's strong, but like the fact that that was kind of the opposite ends of the spectrum, other than the max strength, which we know he's still the best really, really dense skill last night and then just pure capacity in the morning yesterday and he did well on both yeah geeks should be super proud i'm proud of them especially after last year the showing compared to this year like moved up and leaderboard and just performed way better and uh like some other minor examples would be in the strict chin-up workout he got some nerve ups i think in the wall ball which he should just got lower but so that cost him some but still the last interval like he came back finished with
Starting point is 00:21:27 a good time uh he's been training a ton of literally triathlons and off season ton aerobic work him and jake foster his coach been working on that a lot so that paid off you saw in the swim and then last night i mean he paced it almost perfect for him because he came from i don't know like 12th maybe in the heat all the way to like fourth because he smoked those last handstand walks and i kept his pace kept getting faster so each event like he almost every single event he showed improvement in his fitness so it was where like everyone knew he's gonna win the snatch it was like even better than you thought everywhere else it was like making incremental improvements to show okay he's coming and goodness gracious he looks like even more jacked than ever right now he keeps telling me and i've told him in the gym like do you lose weight yeah but good you put on muscle to me i
Starting point is 00:22:08 mean he just looks ripped yeah like yeah it's unbelievable yeah to me like he there's a few athletes that were really like they got hurt when the programming changed a good bit and like for for him on the 185 cycling workout with the dips and the bar muscle-ups versus going to basically just it being a 60-bar facing burpee workout, like someone like him really took a hit for that. Yeah, for sure. And, yeah, him, definitely Sam too. But, I mean, he's still going to get better burpees.
Starting point is 00:22:36 He knows that. But he's gotten better at them, so now it's kind of like a ton of that aerobic work in the offseason paid off on like a swim run, and now it's going to be time to like let's dial in some CrossFit, some high-intensity of that type stuff stuff and he'll keep improving there too so props to gee this weekend definitely cool anything else jake no is jake gonna stay on with us for yeah jake's gonna yeah jake's gonna do some looks like oh wow we're gonna do looks like all right let's roll we're moving on to looks like segment. Out of programming. All right.
Starting point is 00:23:05 The enthralling team programming, absolutely riveting my heart. We're going to move to the Looks Like segment. Jake's going to join us. Yeah, so Jake, if you're not familiar with Looks Like, basically what we do is we find celebrities in the CrossFit space and we say what they actually look like they would be in real life if they weren't professional CrossFitters and they were just everyday people. I like it. Okay, I like it.

Starting point is 00:28:05 Point Park. So she is competing on Team Scandinavian. So she is back. Wow. Back from her sickness and back from her shoulder injury. Yeah. So she's going to get, she's going to give it a shot is what she said. What's a Scandinavian? Scandinavian? Scandinavian. It's a... No, Scandinavian.
Starting point is 00:28:22 It's a scandalous Canadian. Because you got Annika Greer, so... The Scandinavian women and Annika Greer from Canada. Yeah, Scandinavian. Is it actually scandalous Canadians? If you want to put it that way, yeah. I'll put it that way. All right. Wow.
Starting point is 00:28:37 On the other side, Alex Caron. Obviously, he withdrew with a pec tear. Logan Ewing, a Mayhem athlete, has stepped in for Mayhem Outlaws. So a couple updates there for the team guys competing. My biggest takeaway or look forward to today on the team competition is how do the individual athletes who just went through the last two days, how are they going to turn around, run a 5k this morning, and then finish the rest of the weekend? Like how much of an impact would that be? I'm thinking less about the legs and the 5k. I'm
Starting point is 00:29:16 thinking more about the gymnastic workout tonight where they have those 100 overhead reps. To me, that stands out a bit more. I'm not looking at the individual workouts I'm thinking that my legs going into today are going to be very beat up I know yesterday or sorry day one for individuals Thursday seemed like a lot going in but with the changes I think realistically the upper body still probably took more of a hit than anything leg wise I wouldn't expect leg wise to be very sore going into day two yeah Yeah, I like that. I was actually just thinking about someone in the individual field that just tells their team, hey, all I'm doing is holding on the handstand. I'm just going to hold while you guys do the wall walks, the strict and the kipping.
Starting point is 00:29:56 It's only 20 between three people. It's only 40 between three people and it's only 60 between three people. So realistically, you could have someone just say they're only going to do the static hold or rest, and then you have the other two just alternating back and forth, and on the double-unders, maybe one of them stays on for more reps. Yeah, I know Patrick Vellner wasn't exactly thrilled to turn around. Those guys, especially on the podium, they had to stay around for a little bit.
Starting point is 00:30:19 If you weren't on the podium, a lot of them bailed, but if you're out there until 9 o'clock at night, two days of competition, then coming and getting up, getting out to some off-site competition where it sounds like a lot of people didn't even know where the heck they're going this morning. So, yeah, get out there. You don't know what you're facing. Could be a little bit more of a challenge.

I probably shouldn't say that.
Starting point is 00:32:07 Yeah, they've changed the team name too wow all right what else you got for us brian spin uh and the last one is looking at we've talked about how you know the team competition is teamwork understanding how to do the work rest, how to move the worm. Noah was saying that he feels confident going into today with his experience at Down Under with Chandler and Tola. He feels like he has a bit more advantage than the individual guys like Trace Leches. So that's a good one to look for is how much does the worm impact it? But even like other workouts, Uno Dos Tres this evening,
Starting point is 00:32:49 how do you break up the reps? Who does what? And then also just going back to the last point, how do you manage if somebody is a little bit more tired than the others? I think to me, at least looking at those gentlemen, I still am going to find it hard to believe for the Gowatt team or those guys to be team tier. I just think there's a lot of fitness in the first three workouts today. And I don't see Noah, Tola, and Chandler as collectively better than Ricky, Jason, and Dallin.
Starting point is 00:33:18 We'll see how important the teamwork is and how dialed in they are from down under. But the workouts are still different. So we're going to see. JR? Yeah, what's interesting to me is like you have these athletes that have said, hey, I'm going team next year. So this is, I think, going to be taken a little bit more seriously, not from a standpoint of these might be my actual teammates, but like, when adversity comes, if we're not on the same page, how do I react to that? How do I communicate if I'm the captain of the team for the season how do we regroup between workouts if one doesn't go our way like i think
Starting point is 00:33:51 all that stuff is pretty valuable as far as like just getting reps on the team side brian who you got who you think is going to pull out the win this weekend for the men and the women you seem to not be on the train that the uh team polar plunge is gonna win so who you got uh well for the women ice barrel i think they're just again they're they're individual athletes i think will outweigh any of the team competition and that's bailey rail brook page powers yes team ice bucket ice bucket yeah uh On the men's side, I've said Trace Leches on Heat 1. But, I mean, Dallin and Jason and Ricky, you can't beat them as an individual trio. It's just a matter of can they actually pull together on a team.
Starting point is 00:34:38 And did I hear a rumor that you're helping them, JR? Allegedly. I am the orange wristband wearer for that team, yeah. So that's going to be interesting. I sent him some strategies last night. Jason proceeded to send back the opposite of what he thought they should do. So it should be an awesome weekend. So your athlete really trusts you.

Yeah, it comes down to the boobs again, I think. No, I think there's a few Australian females. I wouldn't be surprised if they won it or it came second, especially when it's not just a straight flat. I kind of hope someone does do it, just because it would be funny,
Starting point is 00:40:29 but I don't think so. Taylor? I think if there's anyone that's going to come close, it'll be Noah, but I think he's just going to be close. I don't think he's going to do all 40 unbroken, especially after the team starts with 20 wall walks and the handstand hold. Starting point is 00:40:50 swim will finish on the podium remind us of what that workout is that workout is three two one go athletes begin with 30 worm clean and jerks then one athlete will go out on the swim while the other two complete 50 synchro burpees over the worm. Round two, 20 worm clean and jerks, all three. Then the next athlete will go out for the swim while the other two do 50 synchro burpees over the worm. Round three, 10 worm clean and jerks while the final athlete goes out for the swim and the other two complete 50 burpees over the worm. And then they'll finish with five worm clean and jerks. All right. So cap or no cap, the winners of the worm can't swim will finish on the podium three two one
Starting point is 00:41:27 no cap jr yeah i think we're talking about it with jake earlier this is to me probably the best blend and all the workouts of capacity teamwork on the worm and then also just like suck fast on the burpees so generally you'll have teams that are really really fit but one person can't swim all three team members have to do the same distance on the swim so there's nowhere to hide there and strategy is going to come involved so i mean i i could see this workout on its own like showing what the podium is going to be in general taylor yeah same thing. I think there's a lot of hurt on the workout and I don't think there's any place for one of the teammates
Starting point is 00:42:10 to hide, especially with 65 worm cleaning jerks. It's going to take a lot of communication. And then with the swim and the burpees, a lot of general fitness. Peter? Same, yeah. Sick. All right. Starting point is 00:43:08 roaring need need some assistance coming in like that could just be for a reason that someone cramps could be that someone just gets out in the water and freaks out because they're not used to swimming around people that are climbing all over them and it just kind of gives them a panic attack but I could definitely see someone needing help getting in or it could be someone just wants to feel the loving touch of a lifeguard that's the other option also true taylor uh yeah i think also likely as an athlete pulls their head up out of the water to try and locate where they are and while they're doing that they take a deep breath of solid sea water straight down the gullet and they're going to start panicking
Starting point is 00:43:42 flapping around like a seal being chased by a shark and we're gonna have to see the lifeguard save him peter yeah i think uh in the individual same yesterday the only way you could get disqualified was if you touched the kayak as in like help me kind of touch not just like brushed off it i think yeah i think someone's just gonna mess something up or, especially when there's so many people, individuals on teams.
