Werewolf Ambulance: A Horror Movie Comedy Podcast - Episode 335- Frankenhooker (1990)
Episode Date: June 7, 2021In this week's episode, we tackle perhaps our most boob-heavy film of all time: the 1990 Frank Henenlotter horror/comedy/exploitation film "Frankenhooker." Special topics for your consideration includ...e: an extremely loose interpretation of Mary Shelley, a substantial amount of science mumbling, the beauty that is "Basket Case," misremembering films of your youth, delightful puppetry and Zombie Teddy Ruxpin vs. Zombie Skippy Scribbles. This movie feels like a bit of a mashup of several other films we've discussed: Episode 29- "Re-Animator," Episode 199- "Terrorvision," and "Basket Case," which was our guest appearance on the excellent podcast Neon Brainiacs. It's their Episode 52 and you can hear it at https://neonbrainiacs.libsyn.com/53-basket-case-1982 or wherever you listen to podcasts. Katie.
Alan.
You know how your memory is a thing and then actual things are a thing and those two things
and those two things might not be the same thing.
Yeah, I've done a lot of reading about false memories and
also just like being old and forgetting stuff. I'm yeah that's hmmmember
when I thought the dentist was a comedy? I mean the things that I remember
from this movie are indeed in this movie. Sure.
The grossness of supercrack I've
removed from my memory. Yeah, I mean yeah. Also I don't want to go too far
down this road but I've seen people smoke crack and that's not what they do.
Not what they do and not how it looks. No. Frank Hen and Water.
So we're doing the movie. Frank and Hooker.
In your memory what was this movie like? It was this movie. But I think I've also, Alan
watching a movie by himself and Alan telling someone that he loves very much to watch the same said movie and sitting
there going, huh she liked Baskettcase maybe she like this oh no it's more
terror vision oh no it's more reanimator it is such a funny combination of
those three movies and also the Black Hole Sun video for some reason which was after
that so this is sort of like the the betwixt you know I think from a 2021 lens this is our most problematic thic th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th is th is th is th is th is th is th is th is th is thi thi thi thi thi thi th. th. th. I think from a 2021 lens, this is our most problematic film we've ever done.
Oh wow. But frankly, I loved it.
Well, let's get into it. Yeah. You really think we've done something more problematic than this?
I mean, I always go back to the item where that woman fucked the worm puppet.
I never saw it. So to me it never happened.
Um, the tentist was pretty bad.
Yeah, that wasn't great.
So these things that we think are funny, maybe not so much.
But I don't want to talk about problematic.
I want to talk about the intro with those animated buildings and the weird theme song. like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, who th, like, like, like, who thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi the theat, I theat, I thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi thi, thi thi thi thi thi thi thi th. I the the ththose animated buildings and the weird theme song? Like who
is making this? What is happening? I believe this is another movie that like
trauma picked up after the fact. Okay. Much like was that movie that Rob did, made
us watch the Confederate? Oh the Civil War Confederate, cannibal, uh,
all I can think is Confederate Cannibal Holocaust, which is definitely not what it's called, but what it should have been called.
Were they cannibals?
They were.
No, I mean there were zombies.
I'm looking it up because it's really going to bug me.
But if you remember that movie was like made in the can and then Tromel was like, yeah,
I guess whatever.
This is good enough for us.
Confederate cannibal.
Cannibal, not cannonball, Google.
Curse of the cannibal confederates.
There you go.
There you go.
Oh, wow, I just remembered how bad it was.
I'm looking at stills of it.
Oh, fuck. If you haven't listened to that episode,
go back and have yourself a treat.
Don't watch the movie, don't bother.
Thanks, Rob. Yep. He had to find a Civil War themed horror movie. He did. God bless him.
Yeah. He was saying to me the other day that a friend of ours who's 31 years old, he's like,
he's never even seen Gettysburg. And I was like he was one when that movie came out, Rob. Is Rob listening to this right now??? Yep. Yep. Yep. Yep. Yep. Yep. I to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to th. Yep. Yep. Yep. Yep. Yep. Yep. Yep. I I that I to to to to to that I to to to to to to to thi. Yep. Yep. Yep. Yep. Yep. Yep. Yep. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to the the the the the the the the the th. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I. I th. I thi. I thi. Yeah. I thi. Yeah. I thi. Yeah, thi. I thi. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I thi. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I thi. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah., he was one when that movie came out, Rob.
Is Rob listening to this right now?
Of course he's not.
I've never seen Gettysburg.
I'm going to tell him, though.
I am going to tell him.
He's going to make you watch it.
Isn't it like five hours long?
It's like as long as the battle itself, three three days. Three days in July. Good man. No same. I don't I don't need to
thank you. Some nice actors in it. I'm sure. Yeah, Jeff. Foxworthy. Yep. You might
be a Confederate if. This joke is funny to you. This movie takes place very far from the Mason
Dixon line in Northern Jersey and New York City.
There are definitely some sets that were reused from Basketcase, right?
Oh for sure.
Like that, the lobby where the Super is like sitting in the window with the of the apartment
building. That was definitely also in Basker. Yeah, I think so.
And so was the apartment, I'm pretty sure. And yeah, for sure. And that made me think does Frank Hen and Latter live there? It's probably just the same shitty flop house. Yeah.
They painted it green this time, right? And frankly, I loved Basketcase. I think that's one of my favorite movies we've done that we haven't actually done. If you'd like to hear us do it on the Neon BrainiX Podcast. We were were like like like like like like, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. the, you, like, like, like, like, yeah, yeah, yeah, like, like, yeah, yeah, you'd, yeah, yeah, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, their. the, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, they-s, they-s, th. their, th. thi. their, probably, the same, the same, the same, the same, the same, the same on the Neon Brainiac's podcast. We were guests. Thanks for having us on, Ben and Greg. And then I was mad that we didn't do it for our podcast because it was really fun.
Maybe we'll do a secret, super secret episode where we do it just for ourselves. Yeah, I would do that.
So we're introduced to Jeffrey Franken. Yep. Who is in one of your all-time favorite
films. Back to the Future because he's a bunco Michael J. Fox. Street Trash. Oh, oh
oh. He's the bellhop in Street Trash. Yes, he is. God I hate that movie. I wonder if
that would be any better if I saw it now with a new lens. It's definitely grosser. Yeah, I bet. How old were you
when you saw it? Oh, in college. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah, I think you have a much
more a much higher street trash tolerance in college. That's what I think, yeah.
Yeah, it's like Mickey's. You have a much higher tolerance for it in college. Yeah. I think I have a higher tolerance for street trash level movies now. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. thi, in thi, in thi, in thi, in thi, in thi, in thi, in thi, in thi, thi, in thi, thi, in thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi. Oh, thi. Oh, thi. Oh, thi, thi. Oh, thi. Oh, thi. Oh, throooooooooooooooooooeeeeeea. Oh, throoooooo. Oh, thi. Oh, thi. Oh, thi, I think I have a higher tolerance for street trash level movies now because of you,
but I had a much higher tolerance for Mickey's back then.
As I learned the last time I drank of Mickey's 40.
I couldn't even get through it.
I can't imagine.
They're so warm three-quarters of the way down.
It was a present.
It was a present. So he's talking to his experiment, which is a brain with an eye.
And I just thought, well, it may have an eye, but it doesn't have ears.
So maybe stop yelling at it all the fucking time.
This actor cannot stop talking.
Most of this movie is just him talking to himself.
Yeah, like a low-rent Rodney Dangerfield being tired.
But Rodney Dangerfield is charming and watchable,
so that's kind of the difference.
Oh man, can we start a college movies sub-patrion where we just do talk about back to school?
Okay, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah, a long, long time ago.
Yeah, I love that movie so movie. Urban Legend.
Done it?
Scream 2.
I'll put that on the list.
Okay.
Yeah.
Jerry O'Connell.
I was like we did that because Jerry O'Connell is in, can't hardly wait, never mind.
But no, but he's a college guy, so that's why you got confused.
Trip McNeely.
Tripp McNeely. Trip McNeely. So Jeffrey is working with basically the brain that wouldn't die from the 50s movie of the
same names poster, not actually in the movie.
Okay.
And his delightful partner is like, oh, he's not a doctor yet.
And his delightful partner is like, oh, he's not a doctor yet.
But, you know, he didn't like doctor school telling her friend about letting him him him him him him him him him him him him him him him him him him him him him him him him him him him him him him him him him, let him, like, like him, like him, like him, like him, like him, like him, like him, like him, like him, like him, like him, like him, like him, like, he that, he yet, but you know he didn't like doctor
school telling her friend about letting him staple her stomach.
Yeah, and the friend's like, wait you let him do surgery on you and she's like,
yeah. And if she's being yelled at to stop eating pretzels?
Yeah, as if pretzels make you fat? Yeah. This is where the problems begin.
She's also wearing a fat suit seemingly just to have a you fat? Yeah. This is where the problems begin. She's also wearing a fat suit.
She's wearing a fat suit seemingly just to have a big ass. Yeah, it's just on her lower
half. She actually looks fantastic. It's like a very narrow waist and a big old booty. And
you're like, is this supposed to be ugly? She looks great. Wait 31 years? You're gonna knock it out of the park. Seriously. But she's so, like, when she's to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to the the to to to their their to be to be to be their, seemingly, seemingly, seemingly, seemingly, seemingly, seemingly, seemingly, seemingly, seemingly, seemingly, seemingly, seemingly, seemingly, seemingly, seemingly, seemingly, seemingly, seemingly, seemingly, seemingly, seemingly, seemingly, seemingly, seemingly, seemingly, seemingly, seemingly, seemingly, seemingly, seemingly, seemingly, to be to be to be to be to be to be to be they, they, they? S, they? S, they? S, they? S, they? S, they? S, they? S, they? Se, they? Se, they, seemingly, seemingly, they, seemingly, seemingly, to be to be to be to be they, seemingly, seemingly, they, seemingly, they, seemingly, seemingly, they, seemingly, seemingly, they, seemingly, seemingly, they, the knock it out of the park. Seriously.
But she is so, like, when she's talking to her friend
about letting him staple her stomach and all about him,
because it's like his back story happens here.
Yeah.
I genuinely didn't understand if she sounded the way she sounded
because she was being overly sarcastic with her friend, or if she sounded the way she sounded because she's not a great actor. Yes. Yeah, but I don't think, I mean do you think she really
let him staple her stomach? Because I do. Yeah, for sure. Okay so then she's not
just being sarcastic. Yeah, that happened. Oh my god. She's just a North Jersey lady. Yeah. Patty Mullen is that actress, also in Penthouse. I can guess. could have guessed you yeah. As I'm watching
this like oh that's right I was like 14 when this movie came out. I mean I can
see a lot of things in this movie that 14 year old Alan would be extremely
into. Are most of them boobs? Is this the tidiest movie we've ever done? No sorority
slime ball has to be right? Because there's that like 20 minute shower scene. Oh the little little little little it it it it's the little the little the c I I I I I I I I I I I the b b b b b. Is th. Is th. Is th. Is th. Is th. Is th. Is th. Is th. Is th. Is th. Is th. Is th. Is th. It's th. It's thi I'm th. I'm th. I'm th. I'm th. I'm th. I'm th. I'm th. I'm th. I I's th. Oh. Oh. Oh. I I I I I I's th. I I I I I I I I I I's th. I I I I I I I I I's th. I I I I I I's th. I I's th. I's th. I's th. I's th. I's th. I'm th. I'm th. I'm th. I'm th. I'm th. I'm th. I'm th. I'm th. I'm th. I'm thii. I'm th. I'm th. I'm th. I'm th. I'm thi. I Because there's that like 20 minute shower scene, the little that's washing the crack of her ass? Yeah, I'm pushing
that one too. That fucking movie, God we've done some gems on here. I know.
Remember the Goblin in that movie or whatever you was? It's just a shitty puppet. Yeah, he literally couldn't come out from behind boxes. But you know neither can come with the frog right?
Oh and he is a treasure. I guess he is sitting on that log by himself. You ride the
bicycle, how dare you? So she's real excited, it's her dad's birthday.
She finally gets Jeffrey outside and wait because his mom because her mom has to make coal slal.
But while her mom's making coleslaw, she gives her dad the big present, which is a lawnmower.
And her mom is also sitting at the table at the same time, so I don't really understand how that's happening.
You know. Yeah.
And the lawnmower has a remote control. Yeah. It's really fucking unsafe. And it's really stupid.
It is really stupid. So she stands in front of it, pushes all the buttons, and then screams
into a shower of blood, and it's fucking awful, and I love it. This is giving me brain dead.
This is giving me... What's brain dead? giving me... Wait, what's brain dead?
The New Zealand movie, the Peter Jackson movie,
where the guy attacks the zombies with, you know,
yes.
We get the credit sequence over him,
where an anatomical drawing that has the biggest breasts I've ever seen on an anatomical
drawing?
Don't you need to know what muscles and organs are under there, Or is it, do all anatomical drawings just have gigantic tits?
I thought those were titty muscles.
They are, but under them I believe is an organ that's sort of important.
Do your titties?
Just titties.
Just titties.
Yeah, yeah. There's so much drawing on the ariola. There's so much as I have my notes, science mumbling.
This is really excessive.
It goes on for a really long time.
He's just like writing numbers and arrows everywhere.
When it zooms out, it's a huge body map.
And I feel so bad for the props person who had to make that.
Just like all night they were just like writing nonsense
and equations and arrows.
Oh, man.
And then he's like, oh, we'll get rid of that chicken neck.
And then, I'm just like, oh, there's a mole here.
We're gonna have to excise.
But we're not going to, because her whole body is missing except for her hands,
feet and head. I'm very confused on what this entire scene is about because his original plan was to just find
the prettiest sex worker he could find. Right, right. And attach Elizabeth's
head to the sex worker's body. Elizabeth Shelley.
Reduced to it tossed human salad a salad the police are still trying to
gather up a salad that was
once named Elizabeth.
That's what the newscaster says about our friend Elizabeth.
Where was that newscaster casting from?
Oh, I don't remember.
I remember it was funny.
Ho ho-hocus, New Jersey.
They also bust down his door and he goes, why don't you just leave people alone with
their grief?
And I was like, absolutely, why don't they?
Like wood through a multer, the girthful fiancee disappeared beneath the blades of the
mower?
They called her girthful?
Gerthful?
She is not.
She got a big booty.
That's it. I mean, it's not. It's just just. It's just. It's just. It's just. It's just. It's just. It's just. It's just. It's just. It's just. It's just. She. It's just. It's just. She. It's like. She. She. She. She. She? She's like? She's like? She's like? She's like? She's like, tha? She. She's like. She's like. She's like, thful. She. She. She. She. She. She. She. She. She. She. She. She. She. She. She. She. She. She's. She's. She's. She's. She's. She's. She's. She's. She. She. She. She. She. She. She. She. She. She. She. She. She. She. She. She. She. She? She. She. She. She. She. She? She. She. She. She. She. She. She. She. She. She's a? She's a th th th th th th th th th th th th tha. tha. tha. tha. tha. tha. tha. th big booty, that's it.
I mean, it's not.
It's just...
It's not a good fat suit.
Now, if you want to hear us talk about a good fat suit,
come back and listen to the thinner episode.
Yes!
That's also where we invented Stephen Kang, I think.
Oh, it might be.
Yeah.
I think. Oh, it might be. I think so. Oh, uh.
Once I made myself a fat suit so I could be coach and McGurk for Halloween, it was pretty fun.
Nice.
I kept running into stuff though because I made it way, way, way too big.
It turns out if you get fat too quick you're just bouncing off everything.
Yeah, you just don't know where it ends and begins. I was just thinking of the other day, apropos of nothing, about when I was like 13 and
I was just ripping through a growth spurt.
And I just could not, not hit things.
Yeah.
I was just banging off every, that's the year that my mom yelled at me because I grew out
out of a pair of shoes in three months.
Oh my god. What are you supposed to do? I couldn't, I didn't do this on purpose. No. You do have gigantic fucking feet.
Yeah, I'm a big dude.
How about that shoe do you wear?
That's a big foot.
Yeah, big dude. Big dude. Big foot.
All of this is to say Elizabeth Shelley and a fat suit is.
So he's got her head in a freezer that for some reason is bubbling. Bubbling with like pink liquid.
Yeah, I love the color scheme of this movie.
Like it's, it's that perfect 80s, if something spooky,
spooky purple and a little bit of blue sometimes.
What was that movie we did?
There was like the ice cream that was pinky purple and was, um...
Are you thinking of the stuff?
I am thinking of the stuff? I am thinking of the stuff. Wasn't it ice cream? It was like ice cream or marshmallow fluff or something.
And like the container was like a pinky purple, yeah.
That movie's so good.
I already remember nothing about it.
You've got the one dude who's like the ad exec cop that's going on.
I'm out.
We meet Jeffrey's mom.
What is her deal? I mean the the the the the the the the the the the the th th th th th th th th the th the the the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, tho, thi, thi, the, tho, thoomeole. thoome. thoome. thoome. Like, thea. Like, thea. Like, thea. Like, thea. Like, thea. Like, the deal? I mean truly what is this woman's deal?
Like IRL or in this movie? I mean in this movie. Okay. Do you know about a deal she has I.
I think she was on like the Mary Tyler Moore show or something like way back in it and supposedly she got banned from S&L.
Whoa, what would she do? I don't like I couldn I couldn't really figure it out. She was apparently just like, kind of cuckoo and they weren't down with her.
Oh, okay.
That is, what is her name?
Oh, God.
Louise Lassar.
Okay.
But yeah, it's like, I recognized her, but I couldn't like quite nail told her, like, the Mary Tyler Moore show as a child. Probably. He gives a speech about like feeling like he's losing his grip on reality and he's falling into
a black void of sheer madness. It's like a very sad speech the man has lost his
fiance, the only person who seemed to like love and support him. Yeah.
And she just goes, you want a sandwich. And it's not funny, and it doesn't really land, and it's just a bummer.
Or conversely, you have a note that says, do you want a sandwich?
Hilarious.
Are you serious now?
I could fall after a joke.
Yeah.
Oh, Alan.
I love the ancillary toss-off jokes in this movie, like the girthful fiancee disappeared
beneath the blades of the mower.
And as you'll find out later, I have the entirety of the poem that he recites in my notes.
You know what, the egg salad salad salad sandwich.
I think a lot of people?
But I love it. Eggs and mayonnaise. It doesn't want an egg salad sandwich. I think a lot of people, but I love it.
Yeah.
Eggs and mayonnaise.
It's just eggs on eggs on eggs.
Yeah, throw a little celery, a little onion there.
Yeah, yeah.
Shit, look out.
A little bit curry.
Maybe a nice.
A nice.
I don't think you should have anything on a. tha tha tha tha tha tha tha tha tha th. than. th. than. than. than. than. thin. thin. thi. thin. thi. thi. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Hell yes.
Oh, nice.
Anyway, just freezer full of bubbling coolade.
I don't know, let's talk about the sandwich some more.
He pulls out her head, delightfully is dry when he pulls it out of the liquid, which means they shut it in reverse,
and I really appreciate that.
It doesn't make, it's just, it looks so shitty.
Like, so good.
They're doing long close-ups on the head too, and you have to sort of wonder why.
This is something where you definitely have to appreciate doing the best they can with what
they have.
Sure.
So he's like, uh, would you like Italian tonight?
Yeah, he has dinner with her. He gets pizza. He gets pizza and
they have a Beaujolet, which is French, and also my favorite wine. He shows her
prospective bodies which are just her head taped on nudie magazine ladies.
Her face is very pale and the nudie magazine ladies are naturally very tan.
It's just the silliest thing you've ever seen.
He's also shouting at her.
She's just a head.
Oh man.
Oh man.
Yeah, I just haven't known this as well, look at those boobs.
Because we see at least four sets right here. Sure. Yeah, yeah, yeah. And that's the the the the the the it it it it it it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's just. It's just. It's just. It's just, it's just, it's just, it's just, it's just, it's just, it's just, it's just, it's just, it's just, it's just, it's just, it's just, it's just, it's just, it's just, it's just, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's. It's, it's. It's. It's. It's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's just, it's just, it's just, it's just, it's just, it's just, it's just the si. It's just the sill. It's just the sill. It's just the sill. It's just the sill. It's just the sill. It's just the sill. It's just the sill. It's just the sill. It's just well, look at those boobs. Because we see at least four sets right here. Sure.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
And that's the last boobs we've seen the movie.
No more boobs.
No more boobs.
That's it.
Yeah.
And then he is kind of make her the centerfold goddess of the century.
A thing that all women desire to be. It's just like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, tho, tho, tho, the, tho, tho, tho, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, tho, tho, tho, tho, tho, thoom. thooooooooooombs. thooombs. thoombs. thoops, thoooops, thooops, thoom. to be. It's just like, I feel like this could be a very, obviously this is a horror comedy.
Obviously this is a black comedy film.
I just feel like you could make a movie where he actually tries to do this and it's very
sincere and sad and it could be very dark and creepy and upsetting.
I guess I'm talking about Frankenstein, never mind. Yeah.
Or Bride of.
Or Bride of, yep.
Um, so then he reads her a poem.
Your poem sucks, Jeffrey.
Also, I just want to point out before you read the poem that this is going to be our
first of two weeks of bad doctors named Jeffrey.
And I look forward to next week.
So I won't read the whole poem, but I would like to give you the first three lines of this
poem. Four lines. Let's go with the first four. I'd like to hear four. My heart is packed so full of love for you.
Then I dreamed I exploded. Like Arisal can sometimes too. I blew
with such force that my bones became shrapnel and leveled the town except a
small chapel. It's not good. It's not good. The poem is bad and he's even like I know
this isn't very good.
It's like, well then don't, Jeffrey.
He folds the poem up, puts it in her disembodied hand and drops it into the purple bubbling liquid.
Idiot!
And then we do the calculation scene again.
Why? Why?
Well then the highlight of the movie happens.
The weather guy? The weather guy.
He's a bad shirt.
Katie?
Yeah.
I would like to point out that I'm currently wearing a t-shirt of the guy who played the
weather guy.
Okay.
John Zacharley was a horror host in the 50s.
Okay.
And Zacharley was his character. And that's why he's in this movie, the movie, he's, he's, he's, he's, he's, he's, the movie, the, the, the, the movie, the, the, the, the movie, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, the, I, I, I th, I th, I th, I th, I th, I th, I th, I th, I th, I th, I th, I th. th. th. th. the, I the, I the, I the, I the, I the, the, the, the, the, the, the-s, theateat, theat, theat, theateat, theat, theat, theat, theat, theat, the-s, the- dressed up like a horror host in giving the weather report
there's thunderstorms coming, which will be great for you mad scientists.
He's fantastic.
He did like a couple albums of like Monster Mash type novelty songs.
He did a foe campaign for president. I like that. And he would sometimes
fill in for Dick Clark, but just as himself, not as the horror character Zachary on American
bandstand. Interesting. Yeah, he was like a DJ type guy. Sounds good. He was known as the Cool Goul.
I like that a lot. I figured he had to be somebody because
why the fuck else would he be behaving this way? And also I really like your shirt. Oh thank
you. I was like, Zacharley, holy shit! I'm so excited. It's a very brief cameo. He has one line
and he screams it. It should be longer. Yeah, I think he's, yeah, it would be more interested to see what he's doing then. So th. So th. So th. So th. So th. So th. So, th. So, th. So, th. So, th. So, th. So, th. So, the th. So, th. I's, th. I's, th. I's, th. th. th. th. th. th. the. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. the, the, the, the, the, th. th. the, the, the. the. the. the. the. the. the, the. the. the. I. I. the, the, the, the, the. I. the. the. the the the th. th. th. th. th. thi. th. to. to. th. th. th. th. thi. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. the. th should be longer. Yeah, I think he's, yeah, I would be more
interested in to see what he's doing than Jeffrey like... What if the movie just like, well,
we're following this guy now. So Jeffrey goes to pick up a woman off the street. Yeah,
Mm-hmm. Sex worker. This woman is being so fucking pushy. She's just like screaming like,
sex, sex for money here. Anybody. Anybody want to date? When is being so fucking pushy. She's just like screaming like,
Sex, sex for money, sex for money here.
Anybody want a date?
Are you lonely?
Got any money?
Got any money?
I do love her snake earrings, though.
I think they are so fucking cool, and I wish I had like half the cool ability
to wear them.
I think you could pull it off?
No, are you joking? I'm no,
I'm almost 40-year-old mom. You know I love a dangly ear right? I know you do.
These, they don't move though, they don't wobble. They're just hanging straight
down. I love it. Yeah. He says something to her and she said, you know I've got everything in all the right places. He pulls her tits out and puts them in in in in their their their their their their their their their their their their. their their their. their their their their the right places. He pulls her tits out and puts him in the car. They're like driving the car all of a sudden. And he says he needs a lot of
women because he's going to do a, what is it like a beauty contest for his sick
brother. A sick brother. And so this woman's like Amber come on over here and Amber's walk takes how long Alan? 23 minutes. 23 minutes. And it's basically it should have the soundtrack of
burn out and wow now boom boom boom but it doesn't. When it does actually have a
soundtrack this movie soundtrack is terrible. Here's my question yeah can he really not just
choose one can he not just look at Amber and be like, this will do?
No, he's kind of measure them all.
It's insane.
A hundred percent insane.
So he has to go talk to Zorro.
Who they keep calling Zara.
So he's, one of them is like, you need to talk to Zara. And he's like Zoro and she goes, they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they they they they they're they're they're they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they. they. they. they. they. they. they. they. they. they. they. they. they're. they're. they're. they're. they're. they're. they're they're to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to talk to Zara. And he's like, Zoro? And she goes, yeah, Zora.
Holy shit.
And they're also only referring to him as the Joyzy Boy.
The Joyzy Boy.
Joy, yeah.
And then you realize that the woman is branded with a Z on her arm.
I really don't like that.
No, no, funny, right?
I mean, yeah, I'm going to give this a 31 years ago different time.
Oof.
I mean, yeah, for sure.
I almost on some level was like, oh, this is like a thing in amber when you could
look back and see like, right?
This movie is all about, it's an exploitation film, it's pushing buttons.
It's like supposed to be shocking. And you're not, you're, you, you, you, you're, you're, you're, you're supposed, you're supposed, you're supposed, you're supposed,'s like supposed to be shocking and you're not, you're supposed to laugh at how egregious
everything is.
Yeah, it is.
It is.
And if you can compartmentalize that stuff, but as soon as you like look at it through a moral
lens, woof.
I know.
Oh, it's like, oh branding, trafficking, human sl- Wow!
Anyways, Zorro hangs out in a public restroom, which is like not a cool headquarters.
Unless you're Fonzie.
And that's a reference I don't entirely even understand.
You ain't over watching no Happy Days.
Uh no, because I was born in the 80s.
Uh-uh. Happy Days was on in the 80s.
Oh, it sure was.
But I was a little kid. One of the bathroom stall doors, just as someone has written on it,
please do not doze off in the stalls, which I liked a lot. It's either the funniest or saddest thing
you can write in a bathroom. Yeah. There's a man and a woman having sex with a third man closing the door for them.
Yeah, well someone has to hold it closed, I guess, and then let it go and then close it again.
But the sex is them standing bored stiff with the guy like gyraining and making faces.
I don't know what was happening there, but it was not intercourse.
I'm glad it wasn't any more gratuitous than that.
Me too. There's
still 150 people in this men's room. Yeah, there are 150 people in here. Zorro is like
holding court. Yeah. And every he, they must have redone all of his lines later, like an ADR
or whatever, because anything he says is not coming out of his mouth.
You don't think that the thespian Joseph Gonzales the P was delivering. Oh. What the the the the their their their their th. What was driving. What was driving th. What was driving th. What was driving thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, th, th, th. There's thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, th is thi, th is th is thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thii, thiiii. thi. thii. It's thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, that the thespian Joseph Gonzalez, aka Zoro the Pimp, was delivering
What was driving me nuts is before they went into see Zorro, there was a man standing around
in a Zoro mask?
Yeah, not Zorro.
I'm like, just a big fan?
Yeah, big fan of Zorro or big fan of Zorro the pimp?
Oh my god.
So, I can make this happen for you, we can get you those ladies.
Meanwhile he's dealing insane amounts of crack to people.
Yes, and Jeffrey buys some crack.
Mm-hmm.
Like, what are you going to do with the crack, Jeffrey?
Well, you'll see.
Um, cut to a fake Morton Downey Jr., which is, I assume a reference you do not get.
Robert Downey Jr.
Mm-hmm.
Morton Downey Jr. was like, this talk show host, like a before there was Morrie.
Okay.
And he was, or at the same time, as like, Geraldo.
But he was like a loudmouth, like screaming at just smoking kind of guy. He's being openly disdainful. Yes. Yes. And I I, yes. And I I, yes. And I, yes. And I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I thi. And I thi. And I thi. And I thi. And I thi, I thi, I thi, I thi, I thi, I thi, I thi, I thi, I thi, I thi, I thi, I thi, I thi, I thi, I thi, I thi, I thi, I thi, I thi, I thi. I thi. I thi. I thi. I, I thi. I thi. I thi. I thi. I thi. I thi. I thi. I thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. I thi. I toeei. I toea. I toea. I thi. I thi. I thi. I thi. I thi. I thi. I. Okay. But he was like a loudmouth like screaming at just smoking kind of guy. He's being openly disdainful. Yes, yes. And I believe his
downfall was when he claimed to be beat up by skinheads in a bathroom and had a
swastika carved into his forehead. Oh my god. But he carved it in the wrong direction.
Oh my god. That's like the girl. Do you remember the girl who said she when it was oh god she was like working on the John McCain campaign in my neighborhoods she said that
someone jumped her and carved a bee into her cheek but she had yeah but for
Barack presumably but it was backwards because she done it in the
mirror? Hold on I did and everybody in Pittsburgh was her for Halloween that year. Holy shit do you not remember that? I do not do not? It was like she claimed it to happen like right outside? It was like it. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. the th. In the th. In the the th. In the the th. In th. In the the th. In the th. In th. In the the the the the th. Holy shit!
Do you not remember that?
I do not.
It was like, she claimed it happened like right outside Thai gourmet.
Like as if.
No, Thai cuisine, tie cuisine.
Oh, okay.
Okay.
A little seedier part of town, down to tie cuisine.
No, not of it's seedy.
Hold on.
I have to make sure that I that I that I that I that I that I that I that that that to make sure that that that to make sure that that that that to make sure that that that to make sure that that have to make sure that I'm getting this right.
Uh, yes, he claimed to have been attacked by neo-Nazis who painted a swastika on his face,
not carved it in.
Yeah, it's better.
But he did it in a math, in a mirror, so he did it the wrong way.
When will people learn?
I don't think idiots will ever learn.
Here, here, here, here, here, here, here, this, this, this is, this is, this is, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, Here, here, here, here, this is her picture of her with the bee carved in her face. She also used makeup to give
herself a black eye. If she were a character in a film, she would be my favorite
character in the film with that look. A hundred percent. Ashley Todd,
look it up. It's so fucking funny. I mean, there's probably something very wrong with her, and that's not funny. Just gonna th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, tho, to to to thi, to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, the the, the. the the. the. the. the the. the. the. the. toe. toe. to to to to to that's not funny, but... Just gonna throw this out there.
No one called him Baroque.
Everybody called him Obama.
I know.
And the O, we wouldn't have known it was backwards, Ashley.
Pro tip, Ashley.
Be for Baroque.
So yes, there's a talk show happening, and the guest is a member of Hold On to Our Knowledge of Equal Rights, which is the, for which there is an acronym of Hooker.
Yeah, hmm, played by Beverly Bonner of Baskett case. Oh, she's his friend in the hotel. I loved that woman in the hotel. I didn't realize that was her. Yeah, I think she's in all of Hettelotter's movies. I like her. I remember liking her a lot. th. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. the. the. the. the. the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the. the. the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. of Hedalotter's movies. I like her, I remember liking her a lot. She was great.
She was great, and then she got sexually assaulted by that weird puppet.
Oh, fuck, that's right.
Yeah.
Mm-hmm, mm-hmm.
So even 31 years ago, they were arguing about legalizing prostitution, because she is an
advocate for that. And she's like, it's like, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, th. th. th. th. th. th. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. th. th. thi. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. thi. th. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. to. the the the the. the. the. them. And then I thought, is this actually like some sort of commentary, like some sort of liberal
commentary?
I wouldn't be surprised.
Like, most of the people, I shouldn't say most, but a lot of the people that like I've
read about the do exploitation films are usually pretty far left in their politics and
weird ways.
Or else they might be like super libertarian, but like, uh, so I wouldn't be surprised if a dude in New York who hung out with folks,
like, on the street making movies had some, some sympathy for what was going on in their lives.
For sure. Especially as crack is literally destroying New York City. Right, absolutely.
So let's make a joke about it. Let's make jokes.
Uh, so yes, he makes super crack. Super crack. Super
crack. What describes super crack to me? It's really big crack rocks? Yeah. It's literally
like golf balls of crack rocks. It's a bag of rock candy. Yeah. Enormous quantity of crack.
But so... The fake Morton Downey Jr. tells Beverly Bonner, he's like,
ah, what, you brought some footage?
Let's see some footage of how terrible these people are.
And it's just like shitily filmed Zorro yelling at a woman to give him his money.
Yeah.
So I think Jeffrey's like, oh, well, this guy's a bad dude.
Right. But what he does is not really to Zora, is it? No. He's also drilling into his
own head to give him ideas. Oh yeah, tripanning. Yeah, I'm oddly into the concept of him just like
putting that into his skull all of the time. I hope that this was the inspiration for the film Pie.
I don't know what that, I don't know. It's a indie art house movie about a guy who drills
into his own head to get ideas. Really? Yeah. Would that work? Should we try it? I mean try panning
is a thing that people have done. I want ideas. I don't think. I think there's all the ways to good. Have you heard about books? Check them out. There you go. That's an idea. So, but in this this footage,
Jeffrey who is losing a grip on reality, and it has been before he started
trapping. He even says he's disassociating.
Sees in the footage that Zoro is yelling at Elizabeth. Right. The woman
who's being yelled at is Elizabeth, so he's now pissed off.
And then he doesn't, he fucks with that sweet old guinea pig
Yeah, he's see he
Smokes out a guinea pig with super crack. What happens in the kitty pig?
Blue right the fuck up. Holy Jesus Christ is what he says and I think that's right when you accidentally blow up a guinea pig with super crack
This is a weird thing where the protagonist of the movie is a hundred And I think that's right when you accidentally blow up a guinea pig with Supercrack.
This is a weird thing where the protagonist of the movie is 100% of villain.
Yeah, there is no protagonist in this movie.
I guess Elizabeth, ultimately.
Sure.
Yeah. music. It's so fucking bad.
So Jeffrey starts examining all the women.
You know, we first are introduced to all the women.
And I was like, oh, Angel, not even trying with having a shirt on.
And then it's like, nope, Chartreuse, no, no, sugar, snow, monkey, all of them, tits to the wind.
Some of them just have Boostiers pulled down. Yeah, just like, as if they were they were they were they were they were they were they were they were they were they were they were they were about they were about they were about they were about they were about they were about they were about to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to tits to the wind. Some of them just have Bustier's pulled down. Yeah, just like, like as if they were about to give themselves a breast self-exam.
It was very utilitarian.
It really was.
Which is okay, because he's using a magnifying glass to inspect their nipples and just poking
with his finger, which is just like very bannettaned. What does he say? Like, oh, very buoyant. Yeah.
Not what buoyant means, but okay.
He comments on one woman's branding.
He's like, oh, you've got a branding on your arm.
That's awful.
And she says, yeah, wait, do you see the one of my groin?
Yeah, and then they show it later.
I'm like, oh no.
I thin.
I th th th th thought it was just a tattoo though. Yeah, I think so. He makes a big check
mark on one woman's butt cheek. Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. Which then makes you think he was planning to use
different pieces of different women unless she was the one winner. I think that of different pieces, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, I think. Was that always his intention? I thought it was just to get one. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. to. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. Who knows with Jeffrey these days? Jeffrey, I just don't get you. He was looking for the perfect woman. Yeah. But I think like, oh, that's the style of ass
that I'm after, but in the check mark. Big check mark. There's also like stupid cut scenes
where he goes like divided by pie. The next shot is him staring into a woman's crotch and like, we get it. We get it, Frank. You are filthy. Francis, we understand.
They find his bag of supercrack, and then they all fight him over it,
which is actually a very funny scene.
Like it's fucked up, but him just like fighting a bunch of scantily clad women over
a bag of supercrack.
I'm sorry, it's funny.
The fighting is just them pinning him down. It's like fantasy fighting. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I th and th and th and thine, I'm thine, I'm thi, I'm thi, I'm thi, I'm thi, I'm thi, I'm thined, I'm thined, I'm thi, I'm thi, I'm thi, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm like, I'm sorry, it's funny. The fighting is just them pinning him down.
It's like fantasy fighting.
Oh no, I'm pinned on your beautiful women.
So they get into his super crack stash.
And one woman goes over to the stereo and puts on music.
And Jeffrey's like, no, it's the devil's music.
Well, Jeffrey, you had it cued up.
What are you talking about? Just in this scene of all the women doing crack and just
shaking their tits. I was like, I can't believe I'm watching this right now. Like what if somebody
walked in? How would I explain this to them? You know? I'd be like, no, really. I'm watching a horror
movie and they'd be like, what? I may or may not be watching porn right now.
Honestly, but like real shitty porn. Like watching like HBO late at night in the 90s or something,
you know? Oh, was that taxi cab confessions? Was that the- Whatever, real sex? Yeah. That's the one
one I remember. Real sex. You want to see chubby people fucking? We got you. Yeah. Basically, yeah. So, uh,
one of the ladies is like, oh, it's getting real hot in here. To which Jeffrey yells,
she's gonna blow. Yeah, then she turns into a mannequin and explodes. I love that they are not gory. They are firework deaths. Yeah, it's just pyrotechnics. It's very silly and I'm assuming highly dangerous. It's It seemed incredible. It's thi. that. that. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they they're they're they they they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they are. So, uh, they're they're they're they're they're they're they're they are firework deaths. Yeah, it's just pyrotechnics. It's very silly and I'm assuming highly dangerous.
It seemed incredibly dangerous, but yes,
exploding women are very funny.
Because they're all in a, and it was always like
their crotches blowing hell.
And their heads would explode and their crotches would blow hell.
Like the main woman is like kneeling on the floor trying to open the door.
And obviously she's going to explode while she's kneeling on the floor, but it's still
very fucking funny.
Her head comes off and knocks Zoro back into the hallway, which seems to like incapacitate
him for some length of time.
Enough that he has time to clean this up.
Yeah, running around going, I'm so sorry, ladies. I'm going to to to to to to to to to to th, I just just just just just just just just just just just just just just just just just just just just just just just just just just just just just just just just just just just just just just just just just just just just just just just to fix to fix to fix to fix to fix to fix to fix to fix the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the th. th. th. thoes. thoes. thi. thiololomex. thiolomex. thioloooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo. th. th. th. th. this up. first, and I'm gonna take care of you. At one point he actually picks up a body
part and goes, oh the Chinese girl. You really just said that.
Fucking Jeffrey Dick. So much of this movie is just him talking to himself. Oh my god, and it has to to to be the to be th. And it thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi the thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, he thi, he thi, he thi, he thi, he thi, he tho-a, he thi, he's thin, he's th, he's th, he's th, he's th, he's th, he's th, th, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, ti, toge, toge, ti, tip, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, fii, thi, th himself. Oh my god, and it has to be ad-libbed. Oh yeah, they did
not write this down for him. I wanted him to turn to the camera and just have
Coke jaw for a little while and be like, oh I get it. Yeah. Shuffle, shuffle, shuffle.
Yeah. He's talking about how there's an estrogen based serum. What does's an estrogen-based serum. What does it mean?
I don't know. The foam boobs are really funny though when he's like digging
for a foam boom. Hilarious. Trying to find a matching pair. There's also so many of
them and I think they all came out of the same mold. I think they're all the exact same
the the color too. And they were all the same color too. And then he they were all they were all all all all all all all all all all all all all all all all all all all all all all all all all all all all all all all all all all all all all all all all all all all all the same the same the same the same the same the same the same the same the same the same the same the same the same the same the same same same same same same color. And the same color. And the same same color just stand there. I also thought was very funny.
He drives the jersey with the bodies just in his trunk hanging out, like the hands are just
outside of the trunk.
Ridiculous.
No, no one knows.
I mean, just Jersey.
So, he's had to speed this along because there is a big storm front moving through, and he has to get this all put th........... And th. And th. And th. And he, th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. they, th. th. th. they, they, their, their, their, the, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, th. th. th. the. th. th. th. th. theeean, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, their, theto get this all put together. Yeah. So there's this very, they like really tried to pad the movie with these like science
scenes of him.
There's a very long scene of him sort of like putting the body together, rolling it up
to the lightning, you know, to the hole in the roof.
Sure, giving it the full Frankenstein. Absolutely. It's long. It's a the. It's a the. It's a th. It's a th. It's a long. It's a long. It's a long. It's a long. It's long. It's long. It's long. It's long. It's long. It's long. It's long. It's long. It's long. It's long. It's long. It's long. It's long. It's long. It's long, it's long, it's a long, it, it, it, it, it, it, it, it, it, it, it, it, it, it, it, it, it, it, it, it, it, it, it, it, it, it, it, it, it, it, it's. It's. It's. It's long, it's long, it's long, it's long, it's long, it's long, it's long, it's long, it's long, it's long, the the the the the the the the the the the the the the. the. th. th. Also, like, there's nothing about Jeffrey to me that says, seize a plan through.
Right.
But he is fucking on point with this electro-like engineering shit that he's done and all the equipment.
He's stolen from his job.
Yeah, he's really, oh yeah, he works at the power company.
He's really committed.
They've now changed his hair into like a mad scientist look for this scene
And I just like I cannot get over how little that head looks like Elizabeth
I don't know this scene where they're taking forever
To do it's like somebody went to world of science and bought a bunch of props and they were like no, we're using these to their fullest. Lightning strikes Elizabeth up in the air and
then everything inside of the shed, which of course it would. Yeah. Because
lightning likes to travel. Things we know about lightning from the natural.
Yes. Baseball film. I'm surprised you've seen that movie. Why? I don't know.
Because it's about sports? I've seen Field of Dreams. I love sports movies.
Yeah, I guess not a big fan of sports, love sports movies.
It's just something about humanity in there.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Yeah.
The human spirit of triumphing.
Sure.
Yeah.
Mm-hmm.
Over your enemies. And unlike Frankenstein, she's already standing up on the table when she comes down. Yes, she is. And her hair is now black and I'm not sure why. Oh, it's purple.
Okay, why? Oh, I don't know. Because her outfit is purple. She's wearing those giant
fucking creepers that are like 10-inch heels. Yeah. She looks stumbling around them.
Amazing. She really does. She's got like, um, some parts of her body are different colors that all looks sewn together.
Yeah. But she's just wearing like a bikini top and mini skirt.
Uh-huh. Uh-huh. Were those? Where did he? Okay. Yeah. For sure. Yes. Yep.
Because seemingly taking a step back, he's just recreating her so he can fuck her, right?
I mean, yes. Yeah, okay.
But I think they were gonna get married.
Sure.
Oh yeah, for sure.
I mean, I don't doubt that at some point he loved her, but he's lost his mind and is just...
He's making a sex doll.
Yeah.
Yeah. Yeah.
With his dead fiance's head.
That's real weird thing to do. But she's not having it, so she just marches on out of there basically.
All right, the physical acting of Patty Mullen, I'm in love with.
It's very good. It's very funny. She's very good at like stiff-leg stomp walking.
She's got that one good reaction face where she keeps twitching one side of her mouth. Where she like takes, she does like the Elvis
but it's so exaggerated with everything, you know like like Ed Warren. Ed Warren, yeah.
It's like his name Patrick Warbur immediately on a subway and downtown New York.
Yeah, there's this like whimpering kid and a Led Zeppelin t-shirt on the subway, like,
uh-uh.
But like, pull in his collar, like he's real hoarty.
Yeah.
Everyone wants to fuck this woman who is clearly having a tough time.
Like, why is no one concerned about her skin tone? Tones.
Yeah, tones.
Exactly.
I love that her bikini top has nipples sewn into it.
It's so stupid.
She's just going walking on the street going, want to have sex or something?
I don't know.
Got any money?
In the one point she just goes, party?
And like, every time a guy's like, I have to get home to my wife, to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to the their their their their their their their their their their their to to their to to to to to to tone, tooes, tooons, tooons, tooons, toen, toen, toen, toe. toe. toe. toe. toe. toen point she just goes, party! And like, every time a guy's like,
I have to get home to my wife, she just punches them to the ground. Yeah, she's super strange.
Yeah, she's a Frankenstein. It's pretty cool. So she meets like Bunko Danny DeVito. And he has the time
of his life, he's having the time of his life in this moment. Like, he just cannot believe that sex work is such a good idea. He died the way he wanted to. He died the way he lived. Well, first,
he takes off her top and she has blue nipples, which is like very upsetting. And she has the butt with a check mark on it, which I really liked. And I was like, oh no, she's totally boated. Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, totally totally totally totalled. totally the the the way, she's the way, she's the way, she's the way, she's the way, he's the way, he's the way, he's the way, he's the way, he's the way, he's the way the way the way the way, he's died the way, he's died the way, he's the way, he's the way, he's the way he's the way he's the way, he's the way, he's the way, he's the way, he's the way, he's the way, he's the way, he's the way, he's the way, he's the way. He. He's the way. He's the way. He's the way. He's the way. He's the the tod-hea. He's died. He's died. He's died. He's died. He's died. He's died. He's died. He's died. He's died. He's died. He's died. He's died. He's like, he's died. He's like, she's totally bottled naked right now. This is real awkward and she's straddling that weird little daddy to veto man.
Yeah, so she blows him up with electricity.
With electricity.
And then she makes that face again.
And she rips his head off.
Yes, she does.
And he goes, oh, wow.
The disembodied head.
It's amazing.
He died happy. She walks out of the apartment. Yeah. And this guy with a ponytail starts
talking about the Mets. Uh-huh. And like, just fuck you. Fuck the Mets also. She kills
that guy too. Yeah, because he's sexually assaults her. So she killed. And I'm like, all
all right, moving. All right, I'm down with this. Yeah. I mean, Elizabeth is the real hero of the film. Oh, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I I I I I I I I I I I I. I. I. I. I. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. Yeah, I, th. Yeah, I, I'm. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, th. Yeah, th. Yeah, th. Yeah, th. Yeah, th. Yeah, th. Yeah, th. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. Yeah. I. I. Yeah. I. I. Yeah. I. I. Yeah. I. I. Yeah. I. I. I. I. Yeah. I. I. Yeah. I. I. I. Yeah. I. I. Yeah. I, th. I. I, th. I. I. I. I, th. I. I. I. I'm, th. I'm, th. Yeah. I'm, th., yeah, yeah. I wrote I am very much enjoying
her acting. I wish I could do the mouth thing that she does like I could yeah
but it's like so tight and it's yeah man she's great we're trying to do it at
each other and it's just me that Russ is doing it. I feel like this is you
me doing this is you trying to wink where I'm just like, ah, baa, oh that was wonderful, the disembodied heads.
Oh my god.
So, Jeffrey immediately realized that she's gone back to this flop house.
And so he drives downtown and he's yelling at some guy to Batman t-shirt.
He's like, hey, have
seen a woman? She's tall and purple and she has a black arm? And the guy's like, he started
talking back to him and he's like, what are you, sweet? You talking to be in Swedish? The guy
was speaking English the entire time. Was he? I thought he was speaking English. I thought he was speaking English. he? No, he? he was? he was? he? he? he was he was he? he? he? he? he was he was he was he? th. thi thi thi thi thi? thi? thi? thi? thi? thi? thi? he he he he he thi. thi? I was thi? I thi. He was thi thi thi thi thi thi thi. He was thi. He was thi. He was thi. He was thi. He was thi. He was thi. He was thi. He was th. He was thi. He was th. He was thi. He was thi. thi. thi? He was thi? He was thi? He was thi. He was thi. He was thi. He was thi. He was thi. He was thi. He was like thi. He was like, thi. He was like, thi. He was like, thi. He was like, thi. He was like, thi. He was thi. No, he wasn't. Was he? I don't think so, Alan.
Oh, man.
Oh, man.
And so Zorro has showed up in the apartment.
Right.
And he's saying...
Why did Zorro ever leave the apartment?
That's the question. Oh, no, he's at the bar. He's at the bar. Okay, he's at the bar. Okay.. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. he. he. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. he. he. he. he. he. he. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. I. He. He. He. He. He. He. He. He. He. He. He. He. He. He. He. He. He. He. He. He. He. He. He's. He's. He's. He's. He's. He's. He's. He's. He's he. He's th. He's th. He's th. He's th. He's th. He's th. He's th. He's th. He's he. He's he. He's. ever leave the apartment? That's the question.
Oh no, he's at the bar. He's at the bar. He's at the bar. Okay, he's at the bar.
And he's saying one minute there are my bitches and the next minutes they exploded.
It's like that, it's not like correlation.
How does he know they exploded if Jeffrey took all the parts. Because you saw them when the door opened the woman and said it in her face. So why was he not able to go after them?
Well he was just, I don't, because he didn't know where Jeffrey lived, although Jeffrey
did say, I live over the bridge, to the left.
Yeah.
I mean, it would have taken Jeffrey forever to the bar and she's yelling, you want a date?
And then she starts delivering the dialogue about how they need to get back to Zorro, he has
to pick one of the girl, like the last dialogue of the women before they exploded, before they found
super-crash. She's essentially like being the pushy woman who puts her, whose tits tits tits tits tits tits tits tits tits tits tits tits tits tits tits tits tits tits tits tits tits tits tits tits tits tits tits tits tits tits tits tits tipts tipts top. to gets to gets to gets to go to go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go go to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to tipts tipts tipts tipts tipts tips tips tips to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to tip before they exploded, before they found super-grap. She's essentially like being the pushy woman who puts her, whose tits drive the car.
Right, right.
And she's kind of like a zombie teddy ruckspin at this point.
Yes, exactly.
You mean a zombie skippy skir rolls.
She's not right it down.
Fuck.
Yeah.
Yeah. So, Zorro overhears this and runs up to her and delivers one of, I can only assume,
one of the most classic lines in American cinema.
Please.
This ain't your arm!
It isn't, though, to be fair.
He's not wrong.
He's just an asshole.
And he punches her head off.
Yeah, it goes backwards and stays attached at the back
and just tips back like a kitchen trash can lid.
Yeah.
And I thought that was a great special effect with the lightning coming up out of her troke.
I like that too.
Jeffrey like comes and collects her
and takes her back to his lab in his mom's basement presumably. I think it's
in the garage outside, yeah, yeah, yeah. At this point I began to wonder, how was he
planning to explain this to Elizabeth? He'd had some time to think about it.
Sure, sure. Or literally everyone who knew she was dead. Yeah. He doesn't have any explanation for her. No, he does not. So he puts like basically bolts
in her neck and zaps her again and then she comes back as Elizabeth. Yeah, yeah. And he says, I've
brought you back to life Elizabeth and she says how? And he says a bunch of things. I've got a all written down over there. Okay. Which is great because it th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. to to to to to to to the. to. to. to. to. the. the. the. he. he. he. he. he. he. he. th. th. there. Which is great because it actually does come back. It does come
back. When he when that line was delivered I thought why am I still watching
this movie? This garbage delight. She's immediately so proud of him because she's
always been his biggest cheerleader. It's true. And then she's immediately
pissed off because she realizes this isn't her body. Yeah, it is a bunch of sexy bodies. And at this moment, Zoro shows up. She just watches that happen, his
head got cut off though. Sure. Is she that angry? Because she screams about it too,
and I just thought Elizabeth, didn't you see that coming? I mean she's been through a lot?
Yeah. You know. And this whole time the freezer is jumping and bumping in, and there are voices screaming
out of it.
Oh my god, the mushed up women are so fucking funny.
They are so fucking funny.
It's so remit is in a basket case.
Oh, for sure.
I just fucking love it.
Dude, loves a puppet.
I love them. When the one comes out and it's an upside-down torso that's just big boobs, a shoulder,
and a mouth where a lady part should be.
It's really funny though.
It's screaming.
It's great.
They're all attacking Zoro, who's lying on the ground.
What this movie presupposes is that Zoro's legs have never worked at any point in his life.
We should mention that Zoro
is extremely swall. Oh he's the buffest. He's buffer than buff guy from Bloomfield
and that's buff. He's so buff and he has so many gold chains. Yeah oh so bough.
Where's the Italian horn on that? It's got to be in there somewhere. Yeah definitely.
So then we cut to Jeffrey waking up.
Well they pull Zorro into the freezer and shut the door.
Right, right, right.
Right, right.
Right, right.
Then, then, that's not my hand.
That's not my hand.
What are these boobs?
Oh.
I love that it was obviously a lady's hand that his hand was and then like the rest of
the body looked like lady cake.
Yep, it looked like they make these pregnant cakes, like cakes of pregnant bellies and
that's what it looked like.
And I think he had green nipples.
And it's just like wow, great job Elizabeth.
Where's my Johnson?
Oh yeah, he's like grabbing at his
crotch with his cake crotch with his lady hand. The end. Well it goes back to
the CD jazz song and then it's the end. Because it's estrogen base so he can only bring
back women. Oh my god. It's insane.
Katie.
Alan.
Rating's face.
Wow.
Your pick, you go first.
All right, I had a lot of emotions watching this movie.
Certainly a roller coaster.
I have a lot of conversations with people and internal monologues about exploitation movies
and justifying my love of them.
We did get a guy that I blocked on Twitter recently who said us a message
about death proof that were like, do you even know what movies they're referencing
in this? Maybe you need to watch those movies before you say something.
Uh, sir? No. It was like, if you look for the episode, we talked about that. We talked about them and also I've never seen any of them so, I, I the the th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I th. I to say to say th. I to say to say to say to say th. to say to say thi thi. to say to say to to to tho. tho. thi. I thi. I to thi. to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to say, to to say, to say, to say, to say to th. th. th. th. th. th. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. told the. told told to to to to to to to th you listen to the episode, we talked about that. We talked about them, and also I've never seen any of them, so why, I can say whatever
I want, it's my show.
And then I was like, oh, your Twitter icon is Pepe the Frog.
Blocked.
Good, I give you many, many snaps for that.
So yeah, you have to, like, there's a lot of compartmentalizing that has the the the the the their their their their their their their their their their, their, their, th.
You have to like, there's a lot of compartmentalizing the house to go on while watching this movie. Yeah. And a lot of like figuring out the wys and the hows of why you're enjoying this.
And I feel like if you're doing that, you're putting in some work. You're doing what you need to do.
This movie's an eight.
But no going into it that is a gross. Oh, it's fucking gross. It's supposed to grow. You. You. You. You. You. You. You. You. You. You. You. You. You. You. You. You. You. You. You. You. You, you. You, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you're not, you're not, you're, you're not, you're, you're not, you're not, you're not, you're not, you're not, you're not, you're not, you're not, you're not, you're not, you're not, you're not. th. th. th. th. th. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, th. Yeah, th. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. th. the. th. the. the. Yeah, th. the. Yeah, the. Yeah, the. Yeah gross, like it is, it's supposed to gross your
out. You were supposed to, you're not supposed to feel like, yay, I did it
afterwards. You're supposed to be like, yay, that was gross. Yeah, and I mean the
the bad guy, our protagonist, gets his, like he gets what he deserves so there is
so there is some level of moral writing of wrongs, you know. I would definitely watch another movie of
Elizabeth doing Elizabeth's stuff as Frankenstein. Yeah, I would like to watch Elizabeth's next movie. Well, what did you think of this movie? I fucking loved it? I think, I don't know if it was just the like sort of basket case
aesthetic and how much I love that movie that really carried me through, or just the fact that it is very fucking funny, but I I would watch it again I'm gonna suggest it for a ladies nightmare like it's really it is just bad
shit so being the combination of basketcase reanimator and well from
beyond terror vision yeah which two movies you did not like in one
movie you did like yeah and also the Black Hole Sun video which I like his mom is extremely black hole so video for sure yeah so so I'm so so the the the the thi the th. th. th. th. th. that that that that that that that that that that that that that that the that that that that that that that that that that that that that's that that that it is just just just just just just that it is just just just just just just just just just just just just the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the that that that that that that that that that the the the the the the the the they. the the the the did like. Yeah, and also the Black Hole Sun video, which I like.
His mom is extremely Black Hole Sun video. For sure. Yeah, so I'm sorry, and your numerical reading? Oh, uh, yeah, I'm a given Nate too. Nice. I'm like so ashamed of myself right now. Also, if Katie of
six years ago could hear Katie of today saying this, I would never believe it. Have I, did I break you? Yeah, one, one, okay, okay, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th, th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. thi, th. th. thi, th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. I'm believe to have I break you I yeah okay one
condo I meant to break you into really loving terrible Italian movies but
instead somehow I got into this and action movies suddenly I really like
martial arts films I don't know who am I anymore I genuinely don't know
Katie I genuinely don't know. Katie.
Alan. We get a message from a patron that I would like to read. I would like you to read it
to me. This is a message from a patron that was sent to our Instagram again. So it's many layers
of social media. Oh my goodness, yes. It's a little long, buckle up because I think I need to read the whole thing.
Okay. This is from Holly. Hi, Holly.
From the UK.
I've tried to start writing something about a hundred times, but you both are just so
cool I can't think of anything witty to say.
Holly, counterpoint.
Um, this evening, I said something about feeling like I wasn't cool and my husband
told me I think you're very cool. Who's
the arbiter of cool? It's young people and like no one over like 25 is cool. Is that true?
I, well that's Rob's dance. The man who's astounded the people haven't seen Gettysburg. Go on, Holly. I'm sorry. So, God damn I glad I found you. Oh, geez. I've obviously been on the event the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. tho. tho the. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. the the the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the. the damn, I glad I found you. only apologize.
No, you don't have to apologize you've been on the event horizon.
You don't have eyes anymore probably.
Yeah, you live through it.
That's pretty good.
Yeah.
I found you only a few months ago. You make me laugh out loud, all the recurring themes that come back are the best.
It makes the listener feel like a part of the gang.
That's what we want.

I'm churning through all the episodes like a fired up Nicholas Cage and have
just become a patron. P.S. I really need to look up who Brian from wings. the you so, copyright copyright, heart, heart,
p.S. I really need to look up who Brian from Wings is. Oh my god Holly, Google it.
I'm an Ozzy living in the UK so I'm I think it's excused. No it's not, I Google it.
You got Google over there. Holly. Part two. Oh and also Party of Five has just come just come on UK TV, and yes it's shit, but
there wasn't much watchable TV back in the 90s in Australia, so I liked it as a teenager,
and I just said to myself into a huge glass of wine, ah, Scott Wolf, whatever happened
to him. What a guy. RIP, Scott Wolf, I'd like to know, I'd like you to know that you ruined my brain.
Holly. Holly, thank you. Thank you. Sorry about your brain. Sorry about it, but I'm not that
sorry. You seem happy with it. R.P. Scott Wolf. What happened to Scott Wolf? I don't even know who the hell that is? He's dead though, isn't he? I can give you a long lowdown on Morton Downey Jr. but Scott Wolf.
Oh, that guy.
Yeah, he was a handsome fella, huh?
I feel like he had to turn into like a trumper or something, right?
Who fucking knows?
Was he in a movie we did?
Ooh, he was in Double Dragon.
Oh my god, when world's collide.
Katie, what are we going to do next week?
Hold on, I'm looking at Scott Wolf.
What? What? What?
I'll take this moment while Katie's looking at Scott Wolf?
No, I'm trying to figure out why we would have ever spoken of Scott Wolf.
I think it was just that we made her think, I haven't seen him in a while.
He's got to be dead.
Oh, that joke.
Well, yeah, I mean, I assume everybody's dead.
I guess that's a fair joke.
I want to take a quick mention. the aliens episode was fantastic and there is a good 10 minutes of Katie checking out
and looking at Michael, or yeah, Michael Fastbender on the internet.
I forgot all about that too.
That guy's dick is fucking enormous.
Yeah, I know, I know.
Apparently I was also talking in a Paula Dean voice, so, you know.
I love that you forgot all that stuff so quickly.
