Barr huge guest she got votes today she did well yes some people were voting man I mean you know it was and you know what it was cool that she came on the show it was a very um very heated episode for some people I got some mail from people that were like I can't believe what top dog did what what do you mean because he was voting for Romney I was like what do you expect he's top dog yeah but you know what doesn't make him he listen top dog is a former Marine he is a patriot he's a solid citizen and American he's old school you know what there's nothing to learn you learn I learned this because I'm like a lot of you guys I think you

know I think we are pretty like-minded you learn as you get older that you don't have to like you can express yourself what you think and you don't have to get enraged at somebody who doesn't see eye to eye with you and you just tend to let those issues go with those people right you know it's like you're not gonna agree with some you might like somebody a lot you don't agree with them on religion yeah you might not agree with them politically if you focus on those things it's hard to have a nice relationship with them so you don't focus on those things you focus on things that you enjoy about the person and

not only that you know we were talking about this earlier today Tommy that you can't convince somebody to change their opinion you really it's it's for the most part it's it's a waste of it unless they're on the fence and they're like I don't know what should I do people that have their mind made up and especially the older folks like our parents dude you're not gonna you're not gonna convince my dad that like gay marriage is an awesome idea right he's he knows it's gonna end up a guy's marrying dogs or dead people right it's you know that's what the oldest like marijuana leads to heroin yeah I mean

you're right you're not gonna convince him of that but but I still love him and I respect him of course and I still love top dog so much great guy we all and it was fun to tease him tonight to call him and be like how's your how's your boy doing I don't think it's gonna do well buddy you had this great idea that we should bring over a framed picture of Barack we're gonna frame a picture of our 44th president who has just been reelected yeah and bring it home for Christmas and here's the thing yeah I'm not gonna I'm not gonna just feel like here's a present I'm gonna hang it on the wall with a family photos are so that

Shawna's house I just I told you no you didn't tell me and it was like crazy making the best stuff that I've gotten from my dad is when I'm in the room with him he doesn't know I'm recording oh yeah but that's true when they don't know yeah so much better it's the best yes it's when they're the it's when they're them themselves genuine and you get the best stuff out of that yeah I think I got to start just carrying the recorder with me yeah you got to trick them yeah you got to trick them because they're gonna forgive us it's not like we're recording like well somebody else and can I tell you that when I afforded him

regular cast member Abe is they both are a bit Jeremiah is Jeremiah the one that's marrying the other girl no Abe is marrying Rebecca okay and Jeremiah's already been married but he's out of the community now he's got a wife back home and he's kind of greasy shorter he's short and he's kind of a like a little pervier and he's looking up with a Mennonite girl is Jeremiah the one who was saying that like women do laundry yeah yeah yeah yeah that guy yeah so okay so there's your and then Abe's the one that marries Rebecca okay go ahead so there's Abe or Jeremiah who do you choose oh me yeah I go with Abe I you

know I do I like him I find him charming and sweet he seems like a sweeter guy yeah I don't want greasy and Jeremiah is fucking selfish selfish me I'm not letting Jeremiah fill me up with his men you know he's uh no he's Amish no no way man but don't you think Amish is like the worst lay ever oh my god I cannot imagine and I cannot imagine how much fun it is to just absolutely dominate one of those Amish chicks you know oh you would take him down yeah right like terror just do you think just tears or just I think one of those girls I mean the Rebecca Rebecca scrappy but Kate the one that drinks a lot is

yeah let's keep it going yeah cool man I mean I think it comes across you know on the show you're you seem very approachable very likable you have like an open personality and I think it's you know it's an extension of what you call the brave philosophy you know yeah and a lot of people don't get that that's funny because when you come up when you go out in places like LA New York and Miami you get people that you know these conscious type people or people a little bit of money a little bit of fame and it's funny because they walk around with this aura of like they're so so great and stuff like that it really takes away

from them as a person I think you know because I feed a lot of women too that are like really beautiful women or whatever and I'll talk to her for a little bit or something and then they they give off this aura of their so great or this or that and it just takes away from them as a person to me because that you know that if they got over themselves and let go of their ego a little bit maybe they could show people what a good person they they are underneath you know what they look like isn't this like yeah he's very insightful so insightful I mean and this is one of the tenets of Buddhism it's ironic that

live there and and I said well yeah you know as long as you got some guy paying for it and then she says well yeah I can't help but guys are dumb asses you know and and I'm just like God it's just it's stupid it's a huge turnoff but that's the way it is you know and there are a lot of chicks like and I feel like guys in that like club atmosphere that the brace kind of is out and run into chicks like that type of chick a lot oh constantly and I check who's like but that is a gross it's disgusting in any human being to use another person yeah but I guys and then be like they're stupid they're paying for my terrible but

exactly is the brace velocity if you could summarize it summarize it well it's pretty simple to me I think of people that are grounded and I think first of all you have to really kind of have some good core values and it's really it's simple it's almost like a car and every time I talk some people approaching me about this they say well you consider the brace philosophy like a karma thing and I think it is in a sense but it's almost like a sense to it's like you know you get what you give I think it's pretty easy to live your life and just you try to respect all other people and mind your own business and and just try

to be good to people and even people that you need throughout the day maybe you know try to say something nice to somebody that's having a hard time or try to lift people up because times are hard right now and I just think even in business try to do try to do give give something without even expecting anything in return and and see what you get back and just I just I just believe in in helping people and trying to just really be good to people and just see what it does because I think even one one comment or one exchange of you know good kind words to somebody can almost really change their life because a lot

of people are walking around and there's so much negativity everywhere you go and people are always put each other down and nobody wants to you know give anybody any any credit for what they do and as a matter of fact people will at least try to discredit people you know I mean if you're on TV or you're famous you make money and you're in the limelight there's a lot of haters out there that will want to discredit you that's spoken as sounds like somebody's experiencing that you know for sure that people are hating on him really hard especially in that like Vegas scene how about all this shit he's saying to about you know try to

lift people up try to say something nice hey that's a prostitute talking right there what no I know I mean look sex but that sex work is legitimate work well I'm not I'm not putting it down I'm trying to tell you that it's a source that you don't expect oh right right say something like that yeah and I think I'm I'm sorry anything that Brace should start his own religion like I can kind of I'm on board with him man about religion but I'm trying to make the point like a guru that it's a source that you don't expect to give you a an enlightened perspective absolutely you if you think oh this guy is a sex worker you know he's

there you go integrity and some honesty and just try to exude a good positive energy all the time that's awesome and that's great I love that positive I love all the places that we hear like on the show and online I've been dying to ask you this you've said the phrase welcome to brace land how and when did you come up with that well it's funny because when we started shooting the show season one that break that break land came up you know and it just they started caught some people call me break land and then you know it just it just evolved from the show and just to explain to listeners there are times when brace the jiggalo

from jiggalos will be with a woman on the show and they will make sweet love and then when they're done and laying there he'll say welcome to brace land that's just as they're finishing yeah it's pretty fantastic it's like it's really how that came about and really it was just really to the extension of really the brave philosophy which is you know come out of brace land it's a great place to be and the happy place to be in a good positive place to be and if you don't want to come to brace land and fuck off you know bad land so there's a happy place over here you know I love that you say it

patriarch of the group you have experience how do you get into I mean I know you have a you've mentioned on the show you had a bodybuilder past I I think you were competitive how do you get into becoming a jiggler like how do you start getting into the heart of the matter babe yeah prior listeners is instructive had some of you guys are thinking how do I become a jiggler well well that's you know that's a crazy it just happened in a very strange way for me and yeah I do I used to compete bodybuilding it as a teenager and then a little bit in my 20s competitive bodybuilding and I I started martial

arts at 18 and you know so I was the and I did that for 17 years I did Korean karate for 10 years and I did yosho kaya keto for seven years and basically basically lived in the dojo my last seven years of I keto and I Steven Tagal made I keto popular you know when he started you know doing his first you know three or four movies that were you know he used basically all I keto and anyhow so I did that I just you know I did it really hard and I've always been into health and fitness and then as far as as it moved into the this you know escorting type thing was just kind of a fluke you know when I started coming out to last year

13 percent I was 17 and I weighed no I'm sorry 18 years old I weighed like 117 back then I mean good for me would be like uh probably like in the 18 percent range I'd be healthy and good probably yeah for me I think um it's gotta be I'm sure I'm around like 30 or something like that I think I'm one of those skinny obese people you ever hear of them we're like I'm not more really obese but I'm all blubber like there's zero point zero muscle mass on me you're I'm all hot you're strong as shit you're strong all right our listeners haven't seen you lift um but yeah I could do that it's a you know the full-time job I mean I I don't train heavy anymore just because it's I can't um I just train I weight train and I eat my protein and I just I do cardio

and I just you know I've done it so long that I could just visually gauge when I'm at like right now I took a lot I took a couple months off from even training after we shot season three just because you know this is what I've done my whole life and I looked at it when I get ready for a show I look at it as almost like a bodybuilding contest I want to get in you know a really good shape when I train hard and you know it's it's you know I deprive myself of carbs and that plays with your mind a little bit so then when I'm done with the show I'm mentally exhausted and physically exhausted so I just I eat more and then I sleep more and I just don't train for a couple months just to relax let my body recuperate but you know it's a full-time job and you just

have to be aware of everything you're eating and I basically have it down to a science it really is aware bare braces it's like because you and I we want to start doing this crossfit thing and I'm so on board but the thing is is that you have to be in one place and the fact that we travel fucks that up you have to be consistent you have to do it every day otherwise it's like it's pointless consistency consistency is the hardest part I've never hated at all I like working out you know I like doing a crazy I like doing stuff that's not repetitive it's shitty and boring yeah whatever the food is very important well food is my week yeah come on yeah me too man come on dance now come on yeah yeah and what you mentioned this enema this coffee enema what

emma emma bag and then you do get the apparatus and then you insert it into your butt and then you have to lay on your right side for 15 minutes but what it does it stimulates your your liver to detoxify and throw off toxins so it's not you don't get the effect that you would by drinking coffee but you get a different kind of effect that stimulates your liver just to get rid of a lot of these toxins and I've been doing that for quite a long time well but the coffee is acidic does it burn your your bum bum at all no not at all no and again it's the retention so you retain it for you know about 15 minutes then you just go you know sit in the toilet and get rid of it and you can feel you know you feel a little funny for a while because sometimes if you do it later

mean because you already were a chick magnet and now it's like even better for you i'm assuming oh my it's crazy it's just it's almost like two months yeah so um because that you you have dinner and they don't really show that on the show but the time that you guys put in with these women talking to them you know getting to know them because by speaking as a woman i don't really i have a hard time having sex with somebody i don't really know and you would have to talk to them for a while is there any other advice you could give our male listeners um in terms of like how to do well with women how to score women guys listen up well well there's different ways to go about that i mean if you want to be sincere and you're looking for relationship and you really want to

little line in it where he says you know they're all talking about you know this that this that and he says brice says i said it's just a blurb yeah shut up and that's my little line in his groupie bitch song it's fun it's fun and and again i think uh i don't know a lot about rap i think that you know nick's got the beats are better he's he's uh i actually hooked him up with a guy named maricky rucker out of detroit that's uh that's a pretty damn good rapper a good mix of music whatever and he he makes nicks stuff and it sounds a lot better than it did before so um i think it's fun and i think it's good for the show and i don't think it's bad um but i can't you know i don't i don't know i i think he's exploring a creative side of himself and i think it gets
